Visited a Gordon Ramsay restaurant for the first time recently in Las Vegas and we opted to try Burger. It's in a great location right on the Strip (inside Planet Hollywood). We booked a table which was just as well as there was quite a long queue with people waiting, so I would recommend booking a table in advance. We got a friendly welcome and were promptly shown our seats. I went for the 24 Hour Burger and my wife had the Idiot Sandwich (a pulled beef sandwich on sourdough bread with a nice tomato taste running through it). I upgraded to truffle fries and also threw in a portion of onion rings. The food was fantastic and very tasty. The restaurant had a nice atmosphere and overall the service was very good. I have knocked a star off as it was very expensive for what it was. The bill was $116 and we both only drank water. With drinks it would have been nearer $130. If you don't mind the cost, I would recommend a visit to Gordon Ramsay Burger.

My assessment is due to where the wine is served, which was in a glass, instead of being served in a glass, which is expected, given the location and quality of the wine.

Ate here before a Shania Twain show on January 22. We were so excited because we watch all of the shows Gordon has been in. We thought that his restaurant would be highest standard. It is just a burger joint, really, but we had high hopes. The front desk staff we a bit cold shouldered. No one said hi or welcome. I had to interrupt a conversation between to front staff. No biggie, they were probably talking about work. We got seated. The decor was good, but somethings (like the chairs) are worn heavily. Our waiter was sweet and charismatic. He told us his favourite dish and said we should try it…I’m a vegetarian so opted for the vegan burger with Parmesan dusted fries with truffle oil. From fist bite, the fries were way too salty. The soy patty was a great texture and a decent cook but it was pretty bland, but also salted heavily. I tried to eat them because the are not cheap on the strip. The burger and fries were $30ish dollars. I wouldn’t say they were gross, just average and so salty. I drank three glasses of water and a fountain drink. We went to Shania’s show right after and I was so parched. Like my mouth was pasty. My sister says her regular fries were the same. I’m glad we went, but was super disappointed that it wasn’t what I think Gordon would want to eat. At least from what I see on his shows.

Delicious burgers! They are those gigantically tall burgers, but very juicy and delicious! I’d recommend the basic backyard burger. I think adding to much topping takes away from how great these burgers are.

Had high expectations for this place, and it didn't live up to it! The burger was almost cold and dry, and the blue cheese wasn't melted. Tried to order a glass of red wine till the burger, but got it after i had finished the Food.

Everything we ordered was absolutely great. Great service too. We were 5 so we ordered different dishes- all flawless. Even the smoothie was surprisingly good

Unfortunately, it was a disappointment. I love Gordon from the TV shows and expected a better burger. Mine had a taste of plastic that I couldn't identify from what it was. The one of my friends who ate chicken sandwich was with the hard bread and came with an extremely spicy sauce that was not described on the menu. It was frustrating!

Our visit was a prime example of performing your best, even under the most difficult of circumstances. The kitchen line was running behind schedule, but kept their cool and just kept pushing the food out without compromising quality. Our waitress kept us abridged of the status of our order. Our drinks were constantly topped off, and the food was definitely worth the wait. We had plenty of time to visit and enjoy the atmosphere. Good food should never be rushed!

We had the burgers and poppers and they was delicious and the place and service was nice and the prices wasn't bad at all... 😋

Our server was in such a rush she didn’t take our drink order or an appetizer order. She came to our table like 15 - 20 minutes of us just sitting there and tried to take our dinner order. It was terrible service and the portions are not that great for the amount of money you spend.

The best burger of my life! I went with few expectations but I was really surprised how much they raise a simple burger!! It was a very pleasant surprise. A little expensive to be from Mexico but zero felt stolen. (Approx 120usd for 2 people) the staff was friendly and attentive

I would like to thank Mrs. Wendy very much. She is very kind, professional and always ready to help. Mrs. Wendy made my husband’s birthday special. Five star service. I will come back for sure.

My wife and I ordered burgers, and asked for pink throughout, neither one of them came out like that, they were overdone and dry, I mentioned it to our waiter, and he said he could re do them but we were going to a show and couldn't wait, the onion rings gs my wife got we also undercooked, we knew how much stuff was going to be, the stuff should be what we ordered.

I can almost hear Chef Ramsay yell “shut it down!!!” Two tries at a simple burger, fries and onions rings were a complete disappointment and a menu with no prices (they tell you to go to the website for the prices, none there as well). (1) burgers not cooked close to requested doneness, (2) tasteless patty (3) aged tomatoes two quarter sized pieces, (4) cold onion rings and, when hot, they were not very good, and (5) a pitiful amount of unseasoned fries. Manager tried hard with a re-fire and the second round was just as bad. Tasteless burger, cold onion rings, basic unseasoned fries, front of house tried hard, but kitchen was a complete fail.

Had a delicious lunch there today. Wendy, our server, went way above and beyond to provide us with great customer service. All the wait staff were exceptional as well. Thank you!

Incredible gourmet burger, easily the best of my life. The portion was also perfect. It’s expensive, but it’s worth all the money. 10/10 burger.

Had dinner in Gordon Ramsey Burger outlet. The place was relatively quiet. The service was efficient. Our waiter wasn’t the friendliest at the start but I noticed his mood improved significantly when I called for the bill when he became more engaging!! The burger was simple and tasty. The Caesar salad with chicken was also enjoyed. Overall a nice meal.

I had room service delivered on Thursday night. I asked for no sesame seeds and assumed they would not be, stupidly and hungry and paid over 90 dollars I ate it. I have now had a severe allergic reaction, and due to go to wwwy festival. Thousands of pounds spent getting here, how could a company this big get it so wrong. I await customer services feedback, but this is horrendous 😡

Recommended by the local tour guide, with a few colleagues, we went to eat Gordon Ramsey's burger. The very particular place is located inside the Planet Hollywood Casino and is full of giant photographs of the famous owner. The prices are ridiculously high, but it's not so different from the places you find on the Vegas strip. After the initial shock, we ordered and here begins a one-hour wait before the sandwich arrives. And the place wasn't even particularly full. After the long wait we ate a great sandwich. But when compared to the price, and also thanks to the long wait, I'm not sure it was worth it.

The Hells Kitchen Burger was spectacular both with their normal hamburger and even better with the Wagyu (wife got normal and I tried the upgrade) but not really that much better to justify price increase. We went back a second time and got the Farmhouse burger, good but definitely nowhere near the Hells Kitchen Burger. Fun atmosphere, staff were great, and the food came out amazingly fast. Will definitely go back!

Bar staff not friendly…seemed like they didn’t want to work. Burger was average at best. Got the backyard burger. Bum was cold and borderline stale. It’s a seeded brioche. Top was brushed with something (butter/oil) probably to try to bring it back to life. It crumbled when bit into. I ordered medium rare. One half was over done the other side the meat was properly cooked. How can that even happen. 50% of my fries were stuck together (meaning improperly fried). The fries tasted like fish also (same oil as the fish maybe?). I ordered a side salad and there was no referenthatbitvwould come with dressing in it. It came slathered in an odd dressing. I requested if the server a plain one and he was very sweet about it and brought a fresh plain one out. Out of two beers on the menu and they replaced them with completely different types of beers and didn’t change the menu selections. Overall the experience was disappointing. Good place to get your 4 Caesars Seven Star drinks at Planet Hollywood though because of full bar selection.

Have been on almost every trip approx 17 times. I’m not a fan of getting fries now on the side with a big increase. I like just the burger and a milk shake as I can never eat the fries. I ordered the back yard burger with an Oreo milk shake. The milk shake was my same delicious one. The burger was good. Service was great. (It always is there for me) I asked about the homemade ketchup that used to come with fries and the person giving the food to us stated it’s only on the big order of fries, but 30 seconds later brought me one. As a Canadian and the dollar being bad I probably won’t return soon as 2 burgers, 1 upgraded fry, 1 milkshake and a pop cost 90.00 plus tip then covert which was 150.00.

Burger was cooked perfectly but very salty. Fries were also covered in so much salt I thought it snowed in the kitchen. Suggest a shaker on the table and lightly season in the kitchen.

My son and I are celebrating my birthday for 2nd. Consecutive year we enjoyed it very much, we love this place is special.

The worst service I've had in a long time. Since I was dining alone, I was offered the option to sit at the bar. 3 different bartenders/servers were right in front of me, and none of them made eye contact. They had time to chat each other up, but paid no attention to me. Thankfully, Wendy arrived with a glass of water and told me that Raul, the guy standing next to her would take care of me. But he didn't even look at me. She took my order, which included a cocktail, and I never saw her again. Lots of drinks were being made, but not mine. 30 minutes later my $33 smallish truffle burger arrived. It was tasty, but nothing extraordinary. The French fries were just ok. Maybe that's why they call them Just Fries. When I got my bill, it included the drink I never got. Raul was off on the other side of the bar counting money, so another bartender who finally made eye contact asked if he could help. I told him I never got my drink, so he asked Raul what to do and he was told to go talk to the manager. Several minutes later the manager comes out, swipes his card at the terminal and walks away. No concern whatsoever that I never received my drink, no apology. Truly terrible, indifferent service. Don't bother going here. There are much better options.

Gordon Ramsay‘s burger has always been amazing! We’ve been here once before and had a normal burger and fries. This time we tried something different. We started with street corn dip, which was amazing! And then we decided to split a foot-long chili dog and truffle Parmesan fries upgrade. All items were amazing and we were very full. We decided to go this route due to the price. No drinks here because cocktails are $25 a piece. We would come back again and definitely split a meal. I solely gave it a four due to Price. I hate paying for a name lol

Frustrated to see what is terrible, to start the cleaning left a lot to be desired, and I sat on the bar and under the benches looked dirty and lost, not a rag, the meat of the hamburger, horrible, dry, flavored conservative, carded, paid a lot for a bad thing, which if I recognize the drinks and bread were very rich

Was looking forward to this visit and booked table in advance, Upon arrival had to wait for over 20 minutes over the booked time slot before getting a table. Once we were finally seated we got menus that were all wet and started ordering, we ordered the luxe wagyu beef burger and truffle Burger with Truffle fries, and a blue cheese burger we ordered them medium rare but only the wagyu could barely pass as a medium rare, when ordering waiter informed that waiting time could be as long as 30 minutes. It took over one hour to get the burgers, Loud rock music was not exactly the atmosphere one would expect from a Gordon Ramsay place. Wagyu beef burger was the worst experience this is not Wagyu its plain ground meat, Wagyu has a much higher fat content which would have made the burger Juicy. It was dry and did not taste at all like Wagyu meat. Real wagyu is from Japan after complaining i was informed it was simply american Wagyu. So utterly ripoff and a scam to call it a wagyu Burger and charge 50$ for it. Truffle fries was the only positive about the experience with perfectly crisp fries. Stay away from the burgers, Dry non juicy (all 3 we tried) overcooked. Got a free dessert when showing the 2 overcooked mefium rare burgers. Order fries and dessert burgers are not worth it, A Bigmac at Mc donalds tastes better. And does not waste 1,5 hours of your time waiting. Unbelievable that Gordon Ramsay puts his name to this place. Its just a noisy tourist trap in the middle of a casino floor at planet hollywood. Gordon Shame on you. I guess this is what happens when you start outsourcing your name. Were planning a visit to hells kitchen but after this experience I will never set foot in a Gordon Ramsay place again. Tourist Trap STAY AWAY…………

I decided to try out this place for a quick lunch. I was very happy, the burger was great, cooked perfectly and great flavor. The service and ambiance were excellent, highly recommend.

Great food and good price. The restaurant it is well located and you can Also can take the opportunity to visit caesars Palace and do some shopping.

Went to the steak house but it just had closed so being in need of food went to get a burger! We talked about going there on past trips but did not make it!!! Ordered and the burger was small to look at for the price but was worth it as I ate it!!Thank you Gorden having a great burger A-10 plus++++++++++ long lines but worth the wait and the staff was awesome!!!

This was by far the best burger I have ever eaten! Try the Brunch burger! I don’t think any burger would disappoint, but the brunch was exceptional!

A proper burger, by the name should be something else, but it stays in a proper burger and potatoes. The sodas are refillable.

The place is disgusting, the service is disgusting and even the burger is complete disgusting. We paid $80 for 2 burgers and water and very much regretted our visit. Gordon Ramsay is either a really terrible cooker or he has nothing to do with this place, because the food is just disgusting

Not sure if people like this place because it has Gordon Ramsay's name on it or if they have never had good food, but this is not it. Overpriced and underwhelming. Burger cooked well, but that's about it. You can get a burger like this at most other restaurants. Truffle fries were so-so. Salad was awful. So unrememerable I can't remember what else we ate.

I never come to an institution thinking that I will be particularly critical. There I was, I was on a mission, I wanted to close the debate which of Gordon Ramsey or Philippe Etchebest is the best. Well, I still don't know. I never ate at Philou’s anyway. But I was ready to pick up the slightest imperfection of this restaurant, I wanted to get this vile Scot off his great horses! Verdict. It was great...😔 All my hopes of being able to get up, to take a big moose with my fist to crush my dish and shout “IT’S RAWW!”, are gone. Everything was good, even the fork I deliberately put on the floor to test the vigilance of the waiters was noticed in less than a minute... Gordon, you may have won a battle, but never forget that in the evening when you close your eyes a shadow hangs over you. You will never be safe if one day the French internet discovers that your wife is Tana. The fall may be closer than you think, enjoy the glory while you still can.

I was excited when we arrived as my husband, and I are huge fans of Hell's Kitchen, and his restaurant make overs. We were expecting to get a great burger. The atmosphere was basic for any casino restaurant and our table wobbled and was annoying. The Menu's were printed upside down on the inside as well. We were there at approx. 12pm and were seated right on top of two other tables of guests when there were plenty of open tables to be spread out a bit more. Our waitress was nice and made suggestions to us. My husband ordered the 24-hour burger and upgraded to onion rings.... what is with the huge up charge for onion rings in Vegas BTW??? I ordered the truffle fries and aioli. Wait time was not awful but not quick either. Husbands' burger was bland, and the beef patty had no seasoning. The only saving flavor was from the toppings of short ribs. His onion rings were burnt and greasy. I pictured in my head how many times Gordan Ramsey on his shows had picked up greasy food, squeezed out the grease and threw the remains across the room screaming in disgust. But yet here we were, at his restaurant, being served this bland, under seasoned, greasy food at a premium price. my truffle fries had zero salt on them and the aioli had no flavor or seasoning in it as well. The powdered "cheese" on the top of both the fries and onion rings was not really needed as it had no flavor as well. Overall experience was extreme disappointment and huge bill for nothing special. I like the burgers at Red Robin's much better and they are better price and seasoned with a basket of salted fries! If I am ever back in Vegas, I will not return and if traveling in other areas where There are Ramsay Burger restaurants, we will for sure avoid spending our hard-earned money there.

my wife & I dined here on the last day of our 'Vegas 25' holiday. Didnt book, just turned up. We'd walked passed a few times previously & there were always long queues, however today we only had to wait 5 minutes or so. After bein shown to our table, given menu's by our 'server', & orderin drinks & our meals we waited patiently. Drinks came first, promptly followed by our meals. Both were good & on the whole we were happy. We first visited G.R.B. in 2019 so we knew what to expect. We were 'too full' for desserts so settled our bill & left. Its just such a shame the cost of dining out anywhere, particularly on the Vegas strip (not Downtown I hasten to add) has "rocketed" in price but as every business suffered during Covid its not surprising, only unfair on the customer!! I've attached my bill so you can all have a look at what we paid for our meals & drink, & of course how much tip we left - just for table service which we dont pay extra for in the UK as you know!! I wonder if Mr. Ramsay ever reads the Tripadvisor reviews left by his customers.... Come on Gordon, pay your staff more $$, you can afford it!!

We went here twice in a week to see if the poor service on the fist visit was a one off, unfortunately it wasn’t and I’m sure Gordon wouldn’t find the service acceptable, far too slow, that said the burgers are amazing. Hopefully service will be addressed soon

Food wasn't very nice I had chicken Caesar salad and my friend had dirty fries with chicken. Wasn't alot to my caesar salad lettuce gem in half and another half, with Gordon salad dressing, cheese and chicken breast on top

This restaurant is okay. Service was very good, the food came out quickly. The burger was average. I’d probably give it a miss if I was coming to Vegas again and maybe try another Gordon Ramsay restaurant.

Food was just ok but service was good. Overpriced for burgers and fries. It was close to our hotel so we decided to try it because it was a Gordon Ramsay's restaurant.

Our burgers came out with lukewarm patties even though the buns were warm. Everything else was good. Taste was good. I think there was too long between the chef making them and the food runner serving them to us. Our server was excellent, she did try to defend the chef (the patties are thick, yadda yadda) while offering to remake them for us. Well, we are paying top dollar so I expect perfection.

First time and was very impressed. The atmosphere was perfect. Great music and great food. I had the chicken pot pie and it was amazing. My wife had fish and chips and it was delicious.

Burgers were fantastic. Service was slow, but the one gentleman was amazing. He was buzzing around quickly cleaning tables & assisting waitstaff. Enjoyed the meal and I wish I could recall his name because he was awesome.

wagyu burger was horrible. table of 4 people and no one liked their burger. how does this chef allow these people to put out suck poor food with his name on it is beyond me. i would have rathered a mcdouble.

We met, there was no surprise compared to ours from Brazil, what has Fama is the boss, in addition to not generating an expectation, a surprise, the biggest surprise is just the price, of course as anyone wants, but it was only this time. A freshness to put you on the table.

I thought I would treat myself to a meal at one of Gordon’s restaurants as he has a few here in LV. Chose the Burger as it was convenient. Friendly staff and I was shown to my table. This is where the discomfort started. Both the booth benches and the chairs are the most uncomfortable imaginable! Too wide, too soft so you feel hunched at the table. Perhaps this is the idea as one wouldn’t want to linger? Then handed a menu which had no prices on anything! Were they for free? No, apparently there had been a printing problem and the restaurant was waiting for the new ones. For someone who criticises struggling restaurateurs for getting things wrong I am surprised Gordon hasn’t been swearing at getting someone to sort it out. This was before the food was being ordered. I went for a Hell’s Kitchen burger and substituted onion rings for the fries. The onion rings were ok, but a local UK chip shop does better. The grease seemed old. As for the burger, again it would be ok, better than a chain but with Gordon’s name associated with it and the price I would expect better. The patty was medium cooked but falling to bits. So, hence the title, it was ok…ish. I have no complaints about the servers, they were professional. I wouldn’t rush back to a Ramsey restaurant in a hurry following this experience which is a shame as I like his food and have cooked several of his recipes over the years.

We are big followers of MasterChef Australia and its always exciting to see Gordon Ramsay coming to the show as Guest Judge to set some challenges for the contestants. With that in mind, we were quite keen to eat in one of the many Gordon Ramsay restaurants in Vegas. We were staying in Hilton Elara, which was 5 mins walk through Miracle Mile shops to Planet Hollywood, where the Gordon Ramsay Burger Restaurant was located. I ate here twice, once only for the drinks and then burgers and drinks. I ordered the Hellfire chicken burger with an extra fried eggs, it came with fries and tomato sauce. Also had a couple of pints of Blue Moon beers. The burger was very good, the meat was still juicy, the yolk, cheese and mayo poured down the side and tasted divine. I was a bit disappointed with the chips, maybe I am used to chips cooked the Aussie way which are more crispier, the ones served felt a bit limp and soggy. The affair was pricey, probably the most expensive burger in my 2 weeks of US trip, so expected everything would be out of the world. Anyway, was a good experience, maybe few more of Ramsay restaurants will really make to understand all the hype better.

Located connected to the Flamingo Hotel on the Strip. Cute inside but the service was very slow and they weren’t that busy. Food was very expensive for burgers and fries. My husband gave his burger a 5. It was thing and not that flavorful. I had the fried chicken sandwich and ate part as a sandwich but ended up taking the chicken off and scraping the sauce off. Too much and too hot. The chicken was very good minus the sauce.

The location is nice, food is good, but it is like all of Gordon Ramsey's restaurants --- pricey! They have an assortment of ways to dress up your hamburger.

I visited here about two years ago and had an amazing experience, so I was excited to come back during this trip. I’m happy to say the food is still excellent. The burgers were delicious and lived up to how I remembered them, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Overall, it was a really enjoyable dining experience and definitely a place I’d recommend. The only reason this is a four-star rather than a five-star review is the wait time. It took around 30 minutes for our burgers to arrive, and the restaurant didn’t seem overly busy at the time, which was a bit surprising. Aside from the wait, everything else was great, and I’d still happily come back again.

This place is awesome. I visit Gordan Ramsay Burger a few times a week when I’m in town. The burgers are all tasty. I would recommend the 24 hour and Hell’s Kitchen burgers. The hummus and wings are also very good. I’m not a big fan of messy wings so I always order them plain with the sauce and cheese crumbles on the side for dipping. I haven’t had the hot dog or fish sandwich. They both look good but take note they both come on large loaves of bread ( which I see most people discharged and eat the protein with a knife and fork). This place has a large, expansive draft beer menu and great specialty cocktails. The Skinny Dip is refreshing and the Bloody Mary is one of the best in town and comes with all of the fixings. The shakes are a sweet way to top off your meal. There are tvs at the bar and also all along the exterior if you want to catch a game while enjoying your meal. The food is top notch and what really keeps me coming back is the service. All of the staff here are excellent, from the friendly hostesses and food runners to the bartenders, servers and managers. I would like to specifically recognize team members Scott, Sergio, Adam and Annabelle. As a manager and servers they are extremely friendly and personable and take pride in providing their guests with a fantastic experience. I know the prices may seem high for some but hey, it’s the Vegas Strip, and this place is worth it!

So my husband and I took a little trip to Las Vegas on new year's day for a few nights. We originally wanted to eat at Hell's Kitchen, but we ended up wanting to try Gordo Ramsay Burger instead. OMG, I have to tell you, I don't think I have enjoyed a burger more... ever! I personally got the Southwest but asked to switch out the citrus aioli to the jalapeno one for slightly more kick. It was phenomenal!!! My husband for the Hellfire burger, and he thoroughly cleaned his place! OH, and for our appetizer, we tried the street corn dip, and we were basically licking the bowl clean.. lol! I would definitely go here again the next time I'm in Vegas! :)

Wow! the food at GR Burger Bar was of exceptional quality and flavor!! The shake was out of this world! It is expensive but worth the money! One burger and fry, was 28.00........but so very delicious!!!! Also note, the burgers are so BIG that mom and I had to share!

Great burger! Probably one of my Favorites! The fries were also good. But the burger hit the spot perfectly. We all loved it.

Went for my birthday and had the beef Wellington as well as the HK antioxidant cocktail both where 10/10 best piece of beef I’ve ever had and the cocktail was perfect can barely taste the alcohol but still there enough to let you know it’s there

Awful burger and the fries were the worst ever!! Nice vibe to the restaurant and nice decor. The waiter was nice . Too bad the food sucked.

Garbage (but it's GR)! Hahaha. Gee, let's join the long queue for overpriced mediocre food. It's comical to watch the customers. Our burgers were burnt and tasteless. We went to steak and shake in Henderson, where all ingredients are fresh and prepared onsite. They appreciated our business and demonstrated it by genuine friendliness, unlike all gordon ramsey businesses. Love listening to customers who think this business is special.

The dish was 20% fish, 10% crips and 70% was a bread. The fish and crips were quite good but the bread was terrible. I strongly suggest to change the bread using for example a french baguette or some italian bread.

Dined here many times over the years, always was a great experience. Looked forward to enjoying a HK burger with cold beers. Made reservations this time, were seated within minutes, thank you. Line wasn't too bad that evening, maybe cause another location is now open in the Flamingo. The server was friendly, took our beer orders; warned us that kitchen was behind, so to put in food order. We didn't want any starters, placed orders for burgers. Requested the curry ketchup, server informed us that they no longer have it. He did bring out the beers to us fast. The burgers came much later; we mentioned to the server who brought out the food, that we are disappointed about no curry ketchup; he agreed and said can bring us chiptole ketchup if we wanted. That was very nice of him, we enjoyed our fries with the chipotle ketchup. Our burgers tasted good, and were cooked to our liking, thanks. The experience just didn't feel the same...

We stopped for two nights in the loud and crowded Las Vegas! We went for dinner at Gordon Ramseis burger. Dinner was fine and simple. I had a Caesar salad, nothing original but after eating burger and fries almost every day it was fine to have something more healthy. My partner took the vegan burger, I don’t know how is it done but it smells like meat ! Great time, good service.

We had a reservation and arrived early to check in after putting $125 deposit to hold our reservation. They proceeded to seat the walk-up people first (they said they like to keep the line down). After 10 minutes we asked why we weren’t being seated and they finally seated us. After being seated we were told they no longer serve The Ultimate Cheeseburger or their sweet potato fries. I was so disappointed. I will not be returning. Our waitress was very apologetic and sweet.

Been here a number of times over the year and have never been disappointed. This time around I ordered the Hells Kitchen burger - definitely my favorite here. We sat at the bar (me and a friend... and were later joined by another friend) as there were lines to get in (not unusual). The food here is always so good and the burgers come out to you looking like they do in pictures and tasting even better. This is a great burger in Vegas and it's well worth the price. They also have a nice collection of beers on tap.

We had dinner here in September 2024. Good service and excellent quality. We have 2 burgers and 1 lemonade for $76, tip included

Atrocious, poor service, servers standing around the bar laughing and carrying on like school kids. Burger was served with wet lettuce lukewarm and overcooked. Our server Josh was rude and inefficient. Over priced and over rated avoid if you can.

Our expectations were high but the food was just OK. We ordered the wagyu burger. It was a very large burger so we decided to split it. The cost was $50. We ordered it pink in the middle. Options were pink in middle or not pink. I expected a very moist juicy burger but it was overcooked and dry. It also took a really long time for it to come to the table. I suspect that is so you will drink more very pricey drinks. I would have sent it back but we were really hungry and had already waited almost an hour. You can see them cooking from the dining room and I noticed the fries are cooked way before your burger, and sit under a heat lamp. They were good but they got cold very quickly. The wait staff service was good. We also waited 30 minutes for a table and the restaurant was not full.

This was a great place to eat when we got in a settled. The staff was accommodating food was prepared well and the truffle fries were amazing.

You want to enjoy a real very, very good homemade burger, do not hesitate, they are really excellent. Special mention also for onion rings, we had never eaten so good / crispy. The Award is not disproportionate compared to what can be seen elsewhere in Vegas, do not hesitate. The burger is a good size, we loved the one with the pork pulled.

The staff were very friendly and attentive! The food was phenomenal! We got the Hells Ktchen Burger…did not disappoint! This will be a go to for our next trip!

Burger was good but Humus is the worst I ever had. Gordon if you don’t know how to do humus don’t put on your menu. Service was good. But again humus was a disaster.

I was so excited to go eat a burger at Gordon Ramsey’s. It’s inside the Planet Hollywood. I ordered the backyard burger cooked medium well. My husband ordered his medium, he had the Hell’s Kitchen burger. My medium well was pink. Yuck. Our waitstaff was very attentive and professional. The cost was too high for what we received. I won’t go back.

Burger ok; got the sides order wrong - twice; then sought to charge us for the very late sides orders. And they get you on the drinks prices - especially the beer. Be warned

We stayed at Planet Hollywood and ate here on our last night which happened to be my husbands birthday. We reserved a table earlier in the day and the earliest we could get was 7pm so I would recommend reserving a day or two in advance if you can. The queues here are always long. My husband has the Truffle Burger and I had the luxe Royale Burger. We waited around 45 minutes before our food arrived and then my husband had to send his back as it was stone cold in the middle. I would have sent mine back too as it was lukewarm but the waiter had already disappeared so I ended up eating mine anyway as I couldn’t be bothered to call him back again. The restaurant manager personally brought my husbands replacement burger over and apologised citing a back up in the kitchen as the problem. He did comp my husbands meal though. Overall we were really disappointed and wouldn’t recommend this restaurant.

A table reserved. Good because there was a big queue waiting. Nice help. Excellent food. The only downside is that it is noisy. The restaurant is full and then the music is (too) loud

Extremely disappointing. This is at the Ramsey burger inside the Planet Hollywood Casino in Las Vegas. Not just me, but all six of us. The food was flavorless and unappealing, with absolutely nothing memorable about it. For what they charge, you’d expect at least some quality — but it was overpriced just as much as it was lacking in taste. Definitely not worth the money, or the hype. I won’t be coming back. I had been looking forward to trying his recipes for so long. I hope that his food, or recipes they serve, aren't really this bad and that our meal, for all 6 of us was just a fluke with the cook having a bad day, or maybe high/drunk. Somebody should tell Chef Ramsey that this location is ruining his good name.

Restaurant on the side, same as hard rock cafe. It's not worth paying so much for a hamburger... Caesar salad inedible, too spicy especially for a simple salad

Stopped for late lunch and looked forward to a quality Wagyu Beef burger , ended up - cold and over cooked . Fries weren’t crisp and were cold as well. My buddy’s was cold as well. Should have said something when they asked me how it was but was a nice fella serving us.

Service was very good. Lidia was awesome, however that was the only good thing. Caesar salad was soggy and inedible. Fries were soggy and extremely salty. Was definitely not worth the $130.00 for 2 salads a glass of wine and a beer.

Worst meal in Vegas. Bun was dripping in grease and fish was flavourless, overpowered by mayo. Portion size of fries was a joke. Gordon needs to go back and take a look at his own restaurants instead of trying to fix others.

After a recent show, we were walking down the Strip and saw the sign and walked in not knowing that we would get a table. We were immediately seated at the bar. I normally do NOT like sitting at the bar but avoided a small line and we were tired. So YES, the bar is perfect. We were greeted immediately and offered waters while deciding on a drink. They even gave me a couple of samples to help me decide on a beer. We went simple. We only ordered burgers. I went with the Hells Kitchen and hubby got the Barnyard (I think it was called). Hells Kitchen had just the right amount of heat although it sounds HOT. Mine was a perfect medium well and hubby got medium. We both got the Just Fries which come with it although you can get some truffle fries for an up charge. The onion rings looked REALLY good as well were food stalking an adjoining patron. Service was prompt and attentive. The bartenders made suggestions when asked and they were spot on. DISCLAIMER: I know haters are going to hate. And I DO read reviews before trying anywhere new but I don’t understand all the negatives. We aren’t needy people and we aren’t complainers and I don’t expect every restaurant to be perfect. But Gordon Ramsay Burgers in Las Vegas gets a 👍🏻. I would try not again.

We were seated at the counter by the kitchen so we could watch the chefs in action. So much fun. And the food was delicious. Couldn’t have asked for a better start to our Vegas trip. Highly recommend. Great food and exceptional service!

Really good food and timely service. Burgers were good, but overpriced. Drinks were also expensive, like just about everywhere you go in Vegas these days.

Sorry over priced and bland .. didn't even ask how you want your meat cooked . Mine over cooked and tasteless . Unbelievablly expensive . He has sold his soul for the dollar .. good luck .. stick with In and Out .. fantastic how a good burger should be

Nice restaurant, a great tasting burger and decent fries. Glad we booked as the restaurant got extremely busy. Staff were very attentive and welcoming, well done

I’m writing this from our table here, just finished our food-delicious! I had the hellfire kitchen burger-tastes great. We had a table booked ( recommended) so we sailed past the huge queue here at 7.30pm. We were told by our server that the food wait could be up to 45 minutes but our food arrived within 15. They are super busy here and under pressure but tonight, myself , husband and two kids had a great experience! Ps I didn’t upgrade to truffle fries (€4 extra) but my husband asked for a pot of mayo to go with my fries-I got truffle aioli dip it turns out-and if you get that you do not need to pay for the truffle fries- dip your just fries in that and you are goooood to go! Pps I did read the mixed reviews on here -quite a few poor reviews-but our table was already booked and I decided to not let the poor reviews sway me too much-glad I did.

Amazing place, amazing service and amazing food! Hubby had an absolutely banging burger, his words. I had a chicken burger which was nice, but a bit 'minced' nice but not amazing. The starters....nachos! Were just a different class!

Eating well in Las Vegas at acceptable prices is very difficult, but visiting this burguer was almost mandatory and we got a pleasant surprise. Very good food and spectacular service

Certainly expected more of an experience, off the chain food and something to write home about as they say… Instead I got what every other burger place has which was an average burger with freshly ground pork cut fries. I had the American burger which was average for flavor and small for size. The meat was ground fresh and the fries cut fresh, but nothing special. No need to try it again when I go back as there are better burgers in Vegas.

Excellent burgers are extremely overpriced. Fries are good, but I wouldn’t say they were excellent. I upgraded to onion rings and they were overcooked, they weren’t burnt, they were crispy to the point where the onion wasn’t really an onion anymore.

Nice environment, excellent staff, food was subpar. Side Salad was nice and the french fries were hot. Onion rings had to be sent back...they were cold and soggy. They were quickly replaced with hot ones. Both of our burgers were cold. Unfortunately, we will not be returning.

We decide to go for a hamburger and seeing the name we fall into the attraction present everywhere and in all sauces, Gordon Ramsey. Nice place, great location but very cold, very nice waitress (Marie), eat two salads and two burgers of below average overall quality, paid $165. Run away both for the cold and the perception that behind the name there is only so much marketing. Really not recommended.

The food was excellent. Fresh and delicious. Our hostess, Allison, made sure our seating was what we needed and our server, Derrick, was exceptional. The hand made onion rings are the best anywhere. Try the Red Eye rye old fashioned!!

We were seated promptly on arrival then ignored for 20 minutes. No drinks- nothing. Finally got drinks- mine came with the limpest piece of basil you’ve ever seen- Gordon would not approve. All had burgers- which were fine and reasonably priced. We consciously under-tipped the waitress due to receiving sub par service and were met with a distinct attitude. Don’t expect this level of service in vegas and particularly not in a Gordon establishment.

Not worth it - overpriced - ridiculously small portions. Service was underwhelming. Would not recommend. There are so many better options on the strip.

To put it simply, I had one of the best burgers in my life here. They do various chef-designed specialty burgers, so they are creative and slightly unusual, but beautifully crafted and prepared perfectly. The flavors are remarkable. The menu isn't burgers only, either. I had the street corn dip appetizer, for example, and it started out wonderful and then seemed to get better with each bite. It looks like they also offer a number of basic burgers as well, so I think there's something for everyone here.

So far this is the first time we've visited a Gordon Ramsay restaurant in Las Vegas and it was just okay. The burger wasn't as tasty. The breakfast sandwich well was to say I could make it better myself at home which I do all the time. The hash browns were good but they weren't any better than the supermarket. I didn't care for the drink that the waiter suggested for me at all. Only reason why we got the drinks is because we had the drink tickets for being diamond Plus. Otherwise it's not worth it. $25 for a drink is crazy. And I don't want to hear Vegas prices one more time I'll just scream 😤 I would just suggest going to his burger location at Planet Hollywood. We were thrilled there. Fantastic quality of food. I did however forget to mention that it's our favorite as far as his sticky toffee pudding dessert. The waffle was fantastic 😋

Good without more.. reasonable burguer but just as good q in many other places.. attentive staff.. local and already old-fashioned furniture.. price according to las vegas..

This is for Coquitlam BC - no listing available. Very nice experience. Great burger. Very busy place midday. Burger was huge.

Very disappointed. Burgers were not very flavorful. My onion rings tasted old & not crispy at all. For $27 a burger, you would expect a whole lot more. Maybe Mr. Ramsey should secretly visit his own restaurant!

Fantastic in every way. Burger was great and the service was professional and charming. Best new restaurant in Vegas loved everything.

We had good food and great service. The menu had a variety of items but our group all ordered a burger of some type. Truffle fries were great as were the onion rings. Prices were in line with other places on the strip. Would suggest reservations.

That was the worst experience I’ve ever had. Please don’t waste your time and money. Average food and horrible service.

The food was very taste. They trued to keep people separated from other guests. We have food allergies and they were super accommodating.

I stopped by for a beer mid-day on a week day and was seated immediately. Great service from the barkeeps and a good selection of drafts. After a beer and a half I got hungry and opted for the truffle parm fries because I didn't want to spoil my dinner. Best fries I've ever tasted and experienced. Definite truffle seasoning with garlic parmesan with an aioli and house ketchup make them outstanding.

Sandwich not from expectations from a chef like Ramsey... at least for his fame! Asked for medium cooking and arrived well cooked and dry, sandwich not good, disappointed!

The reception still with slow reservation!!! We arrived a little before the hour and were kept waiting even when there were many empty tables!!!!!!! Very good wings just like onion rings. The burger and fried fish sandwich very bad, very big but not tasty. Service is good. Expensive for what it is. There are much better options than these burgers for the quality price. I do not recommend it at all!!!!!!

This is the second time we've been there. Still so many people, and it's still so good. Accessible to people with reduced mobility.

We had a reservation. Ordered the backyard burger. Had to wait 45 minutes for the food, too long for a hamburger we think. Very dry burger and loud noise in the restaurant. Disappointed.

Had lunch here. I sat at the bar for a view of the strip. The Hell's Kitchen Burger was really good. Service was fantastic. Next time I will try dinner.

My wife and I stayed at the Hollywood Planet Hotel, where Gordon Ramsay Burger is located. There was a long wait to get a table—probably over 40 minutes. The service was slow, and they didn’t agree to cut the burger for us to share. The food was okay, but I expected more. It felt overpriced for what we got. It was fine to try once, but I personally prefer In-N-Out.

Gordon Ramsay Burguer is a well-run venue with friendly, effective and professional staff. The food is good. In my case, I decided on a Blue Cheeseburguer, which I really liked for the blue cheese touch, and a very well prepared Caesar salad. Having said that, it must be recognized that throughout my life I have had burgers that I liked better, and for that reason I rate the restaurant with a 4. But really, if you’re in Vegas, it’s worth coming to enjoy this restaurant. Make special mention of bartender Adam, from whom I received exceptional treatment and I thank him especially. I rate the restaurant 4 because, while it is true that the experience was very good throughout,

Super slow service (waited 20 minutes until a server or water greeted us), a manager who does not care (10 minutes into our wait I mentioned this to the manager. Didn’t care, did nothing) and way overpriced for the amount and quality of the food. Go to Burger King. Better service, better management, comparable food at a much better price. Gordon Ramsey should be ashamed.

This place still blows dog... The worst food in all of Las Vegas!!! Friend had to go. I said this place sucks out loud. But she insisted warned her a 2nd time. She liked the style and atmosphere, I explained that was to distract her from the garbage food. I had an over priced beer. She opted for the cold onion rings, crappy burger combo and flat soda. And she got exactly what she ordered, an over priced, overcooked dry burger on a stale bun, cold onion rings limp and not crispy and a flat soda. Nailed it!

The hamburgers were very tasty and in the 25 dollar range. What was disappointing to me was I was looking forward to a mixed drink and those were around 24 dollars and up. I just couldn't see spending that much money on one mixed drink. Las Vegas use to be a place were eating out was so inexpensive, not anymore!

We stayed in the local Gordon Ramsay in August 2024 for dinner, booking on the site short time before. The service was fast, friendly staff. Recommended if you want to eat a good quality burger in Las Vegas; also the other top ingredients. Location in our case very convenient, as it is located inside the hotel where we were staying (Planet Hollywood)

A disappointment. Long waiting times at the table. Then come 2 hardly lukewarm HK Burger fries ok.. Mood to forget.

The lines were rather long, about 45 minutes, but we decided to stay and wait. You can make reservations - if your desired time is available - on OpenTable, but not at the restaurant. The service was good even though the place was extremely busy. They don't let the dishes sit there until the specific waiter has time to bring them to you, a different waiter brought our food, but our waitress did check with us often. The burgers..... we got the Blue Cheese burgers..they were the BEST burgers we've ever had. We had to order the fries as a side. I don't think the prices were unreasonable though, I mean, it is Vegas, and it is Gordon Ramsey. The desert was rather pricey for the quantity and was not very good. Maybe eat your desert elsewhere. We enjoyed our meal, and would eat here again.

We had a wonderful family evening at Gordon Ramsay Burger! The staff was incredibly kind, fast, and well-prepared — truly made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. As someone with celiac disease, I was especially grateful for how seriously they took my dietary needs. They had delicious homemade gluten-free buns, and the fries were cooked in a dedicated fryer. The team was knowledgeable and careful, which made me feel both safe and cared for — and everything was absolutely delicious!

The burgers were outstanding. We had a party of 7 and everyone loved their burger, we didn't have much of a dinner afterwards becuase we were so full. My son even ate the onion ring appitizer. He hates vegtables, we made sure we took a picture to remind him. ;)

Absolutely delicious!!!! Never thought a chicken burger could taste so good. Others got various beef burgers. We all plan to head back again before our trip is over.

The atmosphere is great, lots of TVs and it's right on the strip. The burger was average at best, for $26. What was shocking was the cost of beer, and that was not known until the bill came. They charged $15.99 for a 12 oz draft! I had 2 Guiness and 1 Coors light, no difference in price, $45 for 3 beers!!!! Nobody should ever pay such exorbitant prices for beer, and it was not obvious when ordering. It's just not fair or right.

Average but very expensive burger Boring locations Confusing check-in but sweet server Citizen was through Pommes frites soft though I asked for Well done The premises look like a boring cheap burger bar

I liked the experience. The place is beautiful (get more attention outside than inside). The service is great. And the hamburger is delicious. Worth a visit.

1h to wait to have a burger with few people in ! Burger ok but waiting too much to eat a good burger but too expensive. You pay the name, not worth !

So disappointed! We had planned to visit here for months ! Cold food ! Orders forgotten three couples on separate tables around us complained one couple walked out a guy on a table next to ours found a finger nail in his burger !! How sad we are big Gordon fans!

Good burgers, perfectly cooked. Skip the onion rings they are a rip off, too much batter and they sprinkle some parmesan or something ontop which falls in the plate so no point. fries and salad are average. Expensive for a burger thought $27 USD!!!

Went over for dinner before our show since it was close to the theater. Decent menu, but pricey. My wife really liked her blue cheese burger and truffle fries. I had the idiot sandwich, which I also liked. Dawn was our server, and she was friendly and somewhat attentive, but the food runner (which I think was a manager) auctioned off the food. The prices are very expensive for what you get, but of course, this is Vegas, and you are paying for his name.

Went to the one at Flamingo in Vegas and it was average honestly. For price and for Gordon Ramsey restaurant I expected better. First big miss was it wasn't even hot, nothing was hot, wasn't even like warm. Tater tots were good and great flavor but not hot. Burger was average and I've had better and again was not even hot. Probably won't go back. Expected better/

This is our go to restaurant in Vegas. Every time we go(first time was 8 years ago) and I take someone new, they question me saying it has the best burgers, but everytime, they walk out stating how fabulous it was! This time we went to the new location and my daughter got the pink brioche bun burger and it was not only delicious, but a gorgeous looking burger. I got the brunch burger and it will be hard to top that one. If only they offered cheddar cheese with it instead of American! We also had the pink drink and it is expensive, but so good!

Perfect Burger - served hot and really great. Onion rings with tremendous! They were swamped with business and delivered a great product.

We booked in these places! Profession Welcoming you and pretty. The cmaerirea nice, cute and always polite and helpful. Burgers are good too. But for a place named after Girdon Ramsey, you expected a lot more from the souls.

What a dump. I'm normally positive about dining experiences, but this falls way short. I do not recommend it.

After seated it took 10 minutes before we could order. Then it took another 20 minutes before we got our wine and beer and aditionally 15 minutes to get our food. Burgers was of course good, but not exceptional. Naturally overpriced. The manager (?) walking around extremely slow, looking tired and bored, apparently with nothing to do didn’t make the experience better..

I can't say this was a great experience because we paid $90+ for 2 burgers and 2 sodas with no extras. I realize Vegas food is disgustingly expensive but I was hoping for better from my beloved Gordon Ramsey! Honestly, they were average burgers at best that were tragically overpriced considering the flavor.

The restaurant is really kind of cool with the flames and everything in Vegas. But as far as the food goes it's overpriced and I could barely choke down a third of my burger. And you gave us sweet pickles that tasted awful and your red onions were slimy really people come in and pay that kind of money and get that crappy food. Our little local bar puts out a better burger than you ever will

I’m on a whirlwind 5 day trip from Australia to USA , and as someone who likes a good burger I have committed to ONLY eating burgers while I’m here . You can’t walk past Gordon Ramsey burger without seeing what the fuss is about . Ordered the backyard burger “pink” with a side salad . And as far as burgers go ? Perfection! From presentation to taste . However The $28usd price tag for the burger alone ($47 Australian ) is too much, so this will be a once off . Hats off though to this burger

The restaurant we went to was the newly opened Hotel & Casino "Flamingo". It has a very nice terrace overlooking the whole strip and the staff service is quite helpful. I recommend the burger that is only sold in that branch that is one of Carne Wagyu with Chimichurri (order it on average); all burgers come with fries! (order it on average) In conclusion, a good place if you feel like a Gourmet Burger!

Burgers overcooked, dry bun, no flavor. Fries drowning in truffle oil, drinks outrageously priced. So disappointing

We visited earlier in the year and couldn't wait to return. However when our burger and fries arrived it was instantly unrecognizable from the same meal we had previously. I checked with the waiter and the only difference was the home made tomato relish had been replaced with standard tomato ketchup. Who would have believed that a relish could lift the burger and fries to unbelievable highs and tomato ketchup would show what an average burger and fries it was. We were so disappointed we cancelled our plans for a second visit and went to Ole Red, what a great decision that was.Dis

Our last meal in Las Vegas and we wanted a really good, pink, juicy burger. We'd been advised to try Gordon Ramsay and we are pleased we did. The restaurant is in the massive Planet Hollywood building, right amongst the gaming machines, and was packed - we'd reserved so got straight in. The menu is no nonsense, but does offer some "luxury" burgers, like the one we chose. I also, rather adventurously also chose a starter! - Kettle Chip Nachos: with short rib, cheese sauce, pickled shallots, carrot curls, green onions, crème frâiche - Luxe Royale Burger: 10 oz wagyu beef patty, Dubliner cheese, caramelised onion, foie gras spread, served with Just Fries The burger was perfect: beautifully pink and very juicy. The fries were freshly cooked and piping hot. The nachos excellent but too much! I was bursting but very happy. Thanks Gordon - you did us proud! (Also posted to my food blog on Instagram @AbbeyKing16)

The burgers were really good and the fries also a little bit expensive for a burger. But it was a nice experience. Not worth coming back, you can have the same burger for a lot less

Wings are nothing special/ Had to be sent back to be cooked more, they came back the exact way, UNDER COOKED, truffle fries were flavorless. Slimy lemon slices , atmosphere is dull .

We had high expectations and were not impressed. The fish-n-chips were sub-par. The batter did not stick to the fish, fell off in clumps. The chips were not crisp, a very poor french fry. Cook em twice and once just before serving. The wagyu burger is very overpriced. In hindsight, why wagyu, its not like a burger is going to be tough. I found the bun to be way overpowering, too much bread on a burger for my likings. I also prefer a deeper grilling on the bun. The fries with the burger were different than the fries with the fish-n-chips and reminded me of burger king breaded fries. How about some crispy outside, creamy inside Yukons? Our experience was nothing like we expected. We have a local establishment in Salt Lake that far exceeds the food quality of Gordon Ramsay's Grill in Caesars.

The burgers were OK. Lacked seasoning which was surprising. Onion rings were undercooked and raw in the center. Wings were tasty but not crispy.

The food was excellent. It came out hot and the waitstaff was prompt and attentive to our needs. Well worth the price and experience in Vegas.

We went to see the Bellagio Christmas atrium and Gordon Ramsey burger was a last minute decision We are so happy we went. We were seated right away despite it being really busy Three of us ordered the Hellfire chicken.burger with the spicy sauce on the side. They were so good and im not a chicken burger fan. I cut it in half and the juice was coming out of it. I would definitely order it again My son ordered the Hells kitchen burger and he loved it! Each of our orders came with fries or onion rings. Half of us chose fries and half chose onion rings. The fries were good but the onion rings were unique and very tasty My son and i split a sticky toffee ice cream sandwich. Again unique and very good The cost of the food here is high end but worth every penny We were very pleased with our food and our service and will return again.

No complaints about the food, the burgers were delicious. The one star review is based on the scam on our bill (check). I was quite ready to tip 20% and was going to follow the guide with the suggested gratuity on the bill however the numbers looked a bit high so I did the math. The suggested 18% was actually 30%, the suggested 19% was 31.5% and the suggested 20% was 33%. Vegas is expensive enough without being scammed like this. Shame on you Gordon Ramsay Burger

Get a reservation first otherwise you will have a long wait. Expensive burgers, but these are gourmet quality. Lots of choices with the burgers and other food choices. Their fries were good as well. Drinks were expensive. Service was not fast as we waited quite a while for our burgers to arrive. Lots of empty tables as we believe they can't find staff to maximize table usage. For a great burger this is the place.

This was such a disappointment. We waited over an hour to get our dinner orders and my wife had to return her hamburger and fries , because they were over cooked. I had a veggie burger that cost $28 and was on a cheap bun with one piece of lettuce. Absolutely ridiculous how much they charge for a hamburger. Will never go back and encourage you not to visit this location.

Friendly attendant Ashely , meat of great quality and perfect point , combos Backyard Burger, Farmhouse Burger Hell's Kitchen Burger, the latter for those who like pepper , crispy potatoes with trumpet sauce and Milkshake Oreo Crème Brûlée different and good , all delicious 😋

Visited with friends. Easy to make reservations. Was able to be seated earlier than reservation, 15 minutes. Efficient friendly customer service. Large portions of food, excellent quality. Prices a little high, but expected for location and chain name.

One of the best burgers I've had. I had the hells kitchen burger and it was great. Other people on my party didn't experience the same thing. The other two burgers were dry and way overcooked. My gf has a dry burger without any sauce and it looked like a hockey puck. It wasn't medium rare. I'm surprised the temps were so off. We also got wings, that were ok. Nothing special. Good prices especially for the strip.

I did order a Hell's Burger with fries. Fries were cold and taste like a regular froze bag fries with les than 20 fries. Fries weren't crispy. Burger was cold by the time of service and meat was dry. I love Ramsey food buy this one didn't pass

One of the worst experiences for dinner we had in Vegas. Super slow service and the food - for a hamburger - was way overpriced. You’ll get just a good a meal at McDonald’s.

Burgers were dry and overcooked. Staff and service was great but not worth $80. 2 burgers, onion rings, truffle fries. Don’t waste your money here, go to McDonalds

We took our family here for my daughter’s wedding luncheon, and it was a huge disappointment. We ordered a couple of sandwiches, and the bread was greasy and inedible. I was an idiot for ordering The Idiot sandwich…The bread was loaded with grease and the meat was flavorless. Those in our party who ordered hamburgers liked them, but I expected more overall from a Ramsey experience. Look elsewhere for your Vegas burger experience.

Unfortunately, we were very disappointed. We had two different burgers, both of them were really bad. The meat was very dry and so was the burger, as there was no sauce on the burger. The fries tasted very bland. Any burger from a FastFood restaurant tastes better than this. Really sad that Gordan is lending his name to this. The price is also outrageous.

I got the 24 Hour Burger* braised short rib, red-eye bbq sauce, white cheddar cheese, brown sugar bacon, arugula, cold brew vinaigrette, pickled shallots. Really good but kind of pricey for a burger, then again, what isn’t in Vegas. Great onion rings, decent beer selection and amazing services.

We were a party of 2, one starter (Hummus) and two mains. We decided to leave after waiting 25 minutes for our starter. I even mentioned the starter to our waiter, Daniel, who said he forgot. The party of 6 next to us, who came after us received there starters within 5 minutes of ordering. Spoke to a manger about poor service before we left. We visited two days prior and had bad service then, too, after having to wait 40 minutes for our order.

Food timed poorly. Onion rings room temp. Flavors decent. The dining area seems pretty saturated with people and thus the kitchen struggles. I think you could find better at this price point.

The hamburger patty was delicious and cooked to perfection. Only reason for the 4 out of 5 was the noise and outlay of the restaurant. Service was excellent and food was plentiful.

If you want to spend $49 for a burger which is not worth $10 then go to this place. It's a ridiculous overpriced overrated place, dry bread, average beef quality, Fry's soggy and not fresh. Beer $14.00. So with tax you looking $85 for a burger. I can bet that the cooks inside kitchen don't even know who is Gordon Ramsay.

Average is a fair appraisal. Burger was okay, but expected better for the money. The restaurant itself is within the busy casino and while the noise isn’t a problem the cigarette smoke drifting in is not pleasant while you’re eating, hey-ho had the experience, won’t be going back.
I will NEVER go back. TRULY TERRIBLE!
I will NEVER go back. Absolutely terrible- Gordon himself would have been appalled!!! Knowing how good burger should taste it’s not just about appearance but smell, taste and the experience. They were pretty busy when we got there but that’s to be expected in Vegas. However, the burgers were just ok. At best. And cost a terrible $30 with truffle fries that were soggy and overly starchy with how they tasted. We ate a few bites each and both gave up.
