Great food, fun place to eat, but very limited seating!

By Diane |

Great food, fun place. The only down side is extremely limited seating. Only a couple tables inside and out. We had to stand outside to eat.

Go and try....

By barrie t |

Location is right on the busy Linq just up from in/out burger. The take away has some seats but overall feel is that of a sleazy diner, bits of food and paper everywhere with scruffy little stools. Fortunately the food is delish and the service VERY good. Its obviously very busy but the staff were polite at all times. My wife and I had fish chips and a very nice lobster side. The sauces are home made and taste as such- mango curry yum and Gordons own Tartare sauce, equally yum Not as expensive as I had feared

Bad and expensive food

By xavisolano |

We chose the box of fish and chips, expensive and poor quality food, little fish and a lot of batter the potatoes against very good. Junk food and poor quality aside the exorbitant price. I do not recommend

Excellent Fish and Chips

By Anthony |

Gordon Ramsay has been a staple of mine every time I come to Vegas .The quality of the fish is always cooked excellent. The efficiency of their crew is outstanding. The fish is always cooked perfectly and is reasonably priced If you tnjoy fish and chips this is a must stop. you wont be disappointed Its located in the High Roller Promenade across from the Linq Hotel

Pass on the fish and chips-

By Shelly J |

Like British Food - Bland Fish was as if already eaten. Mush- parts of batter not cooked. Holds the grease. Literally no place to sit and enjoy the meal. No there are much better options out there.

Ramsay's name alone

By tripforfam |

Fast food where you can choose various types of fish and chips. There is no service as you order at the cash register and then collect your order which you can also eat in the restaurant on some stools and counter or to take away. The food is overall good but the experience itself is not satisfying.

This is no ordinary fish n chips

By Cathy M |

I could not believe the portions! WOW! Delicious, absolutely not greasy and it wasn't "fishy". The tarter sauce is not heavy with mayonnaise - I really do need to know what GR uses instead. It was light and fresh and like nothing I could have imagined. Do yourself a favor and stop in for fish n chips.

Worst fish and chips I have ever eaten

By Lords122 |

I would love to see Gordon R try these terrible fish and chips and see what is his opinion about them. They are the worst fish and chips I have ever eaten Never coming back And on top of that, the lady at the cashier was rude In sunmary: terrible food and terrible service

To do!!

By Laurent G |

For lovers of fish 'n chips!! If we didn't get a chance to meet Gordon, we didn't regret our stop at this street food. Despite a not super smiling welcome, the nature is very good and surprisingly not greasy at all 44$ for two (but without drink), it is worth it because the belly is well filled!!! Go on!

Incredible fish and chips at a quick grab and go spot.

By Rob |

A regular stop in Vegas, these are some of the best fish and chips that you’ll ever have! I’ve had them in Ireland that weren’t this good. Don’t always assume there’ll be a seat to sit and eat, as they only have a few.

Not like I hoped

By DWtripsright |

Not very tasty at all. For less money and much much tastier, I would have had chicken express, if they had one. On another note, none of these celebrity chef restaurants has impressed me at all.

Fish & Chips

By Emma |

Lovely fish & chips and very authentic to the UK. Portion sizes were good with a selection of sauces. Restaurant could’ve benefitted from more seats and cleaner stations.

Good but expensive for a carryout

By Irisheyes26 |

Good food but $42 dollars for was a bit expensive for basically two fish suppers. Good thing service was quick and portions were decent.

My worst fish and chips experience

By A_Mon1111 |

Strolling through the area I decided to try the site in view of the great chef's name. In addition, in Las Vegas I also saw that there was a varied restaurant and a burger restaurant. I started with this one and I was so craving it that I came back for lunch after a sightseeing tour at four in the afternoon. Big disappointment. The fish was crispy in the batter and the fish meat was breaking up alone... very good preparation. But the taste was nil!!!!!! You can’t trust the taste of a fish exclusively to the sauces you put in it! It was so bad that of the three pieces that the ration brought (pretty big) I threw more than half and my belly was scrambled all day. I also ordered non-hot sauce and they gave me one that was. I have eaten fish chips in various parts of the world (England, USA, Australia...) and this was certainly the worst. Disappointing!

Just OK

By David S |

What's all the hype about? Two co-workers said I had to visit this street-side restaurant. The fish and chips were good but nothing special. Actually, quite ordinary. Don't be taken in by the celebrity name on the door.

good solid british fish and chips

By Robert C |

more like a take out place but with limited number of seats. overall deco outside was interesting. british themed. order your food and wait for your number to be called. simple menu, choose your amount of fish and sauces. similar to the burger concept, they full u up with fries. but there fries are interesting, called it dirty fries which comes in 3 variations, basically it comes with different stuffs in it like bacon, etc. stuff try definitely fish was cod i believe and it’s fresh and yummy. well battered and fried. i’d say no issues with the fish and fries, its good in fact, just the price is high for fish and chips. perhaps it just vegas pricing effect. has to be expensive to feel good. good for ordering 1 portion to share as a snack or in between meals.

JULY / AUGUST 2022 EVENT #2: SEAFOOD AND REGULAR / DIRTY CHIPS

By Gerald R |

When I was staying at the Flamingo in the first week of August 2022 I noticed this place, which is on the Flamingo side yet the address of this place is technically different than the Flamingo. I wanted to order from this place as of all the celebrity chefs in Las Vegas, Gordon Ramsey's eateries are where I have eaten the most. However during the trip I never thought I would become a pescatarian. The night before on a Sunday evening I had a seafood pasta for dinner. The following Monday evening I was going to dinner for seafood. Yet for that Monday lunch I came here to order seafood. This place is unlike other fish and chips joint. Yes you can order fish but you have the opportunity to order lobster & shrimp, sausage, or chicken with your chips. Also you can select the standard chips at no additional cost or order the "dirty" chips $3 extra. On Monday I ordered fish but choose the "dirty" chips that consisted of truffle, parmesan cheese, chives, and parsley. The breading on the fish is crispy yet not oily while the fish was meaty. However the "dirty" chips made the fries eventually soggy. I wasn't planning to come here again so soon during my trip but when I saw the lobster and shrimp box combination I knew I needed to come here again. That is what I did two days later on Wednesday for lunch when I ordered the lobster and shrimp combination. I made two changes that day. First I ordered the regular chips that included sea salt. Second for one of the dipping sauces I ordered selected mango curry. I am not a curry fan but in Vegas you need to take a gamble. The lobster comes with a whole tail, but I also ordered an extra lobster tail, which consists of half a tail. The surprise was dipping the shrimp in the mango curry. The combination of the two matched well together in terms of taste. I tried the lobster tail with the mango curry, but the taste wasn't as delightful when I dipped the shrimp into the mango curry. There are all these fancy trends with fries but the standard chips with sea salt is the best way to way to eat with your fish or seafood. This eatery is located in the LINQ Promenade, which was convenient for me as I was staying at the Flamingo. If you are craving for fish and chips that has a twist of different type of meats and dipping sauces you can select, Gordan Ramsey Fish & Chips is a place I can recommend.

Great way to experience great food

By Mazma5 |

If you want to experience Gordon Ramsey’s food but don’t want to spend a lot of money, this is a great option. The food is excellent and the portions are just right as is the price. The batter on the shrimp and fish is light and the truffle fries are perfect.

I recommend this restaurant to all

By Claudia C |

It is really delicious my dream was to eat in one of your restaurant and I occasions it is present during my stay in washington bravo mr gordon ramsay

Horrible experience

By Marc F |

Disgusting. The restaurant was dirty with food all over the floor. There are only about ten seats avaible to eat at which are along the wall. When a spot opened up which allowed two of the four us to sit down, it was next to a guy who was passed out in a seat. As we were eating, the guy woke up and coughed on our food. That was when we left. The fish was dry and not worth it at all. Gordon Ramsey only seems to expect perfection on his television show. Total fraud.

Food Taste

By andrew h |

Was looking forward to this,I asked for the sausage which is actually a sausage in batter, the taste was bland, the chips nothing great, had better from a supermarket, not worth the money in my opinion.wont recommend or return.

Worth the Stop

By MKisses |

We had quick and helpful service by friendly staff. Food was amazing. Seating is limited but we managed to get seats right outside for two.

Outstanding fish, chicken, and truffle fries.

By movingtofrance |

Well worth the walk. The fish was white, flakey and beautiful, the chicken was phenomenal, the truffle fries were delicious. The coating was crisp, thin and had minimal oil.. really enjoyed it. The staff were so very nice too.

Well done Gordon, well done!

By Mike from Rival Town |

Absolutely loved it! So mouthwatering. And amazing that you can pick your protein, fries style and 2 dipping sauces. The Mango Curry sauce was phenomenal…the whole meal in general was amazing. Great presentation as well. I was blown away and I HIGHLY recommend to anyone visiting Vegas. Could maybe use more seating but that’s it. I cant wait to try out all the other appealing Gordon Ramsay restaurants around here. Definitely give this place a try!

Gordon is absent.

By Gregori A.P. |

You will find Ramsay as a portrait hanging on the wall. Everything served was fair enough to call it a good restaurant, but there was nothing extraordinary in dishes. Burger was average, fish and chips were good and there was nothing to be called outstanding in the menu. Most of the pubs in Vegas serve the same beer. Recommended to visit once. Just for the experience of tasting the menu of Ramsay. To me Wellington beaf is good enough to pay 74 dollars, if it’s made by Ramsay himself. He himself is great chef, but his greatness doesn’t spread over his staff.

Interesting Sauces

By Jazoe | On The Go |

Good stuff! Krispy & Krunchy. Interesting sauces to choose from, but worth a try. It was about $20 for 3 pieces of fish and fries. You have to pay extra for sauces. It’s located right out side of the far north end doors of the Flamingo Hotel/ Casino that lead to the promenade. it’s to your left. I really liked it! I’ll be back.

Undercooked fish, very disappointing

By harold k |

Undercooked fish and fries, really bad expected more after waiting in long lines , and the food was really undercooked. 3 of us threw it straight in the bin. Very disappointing , never again

You can't buy happiness, but you can buy a Lobster Roll

By Terri D |

The lobster/shrimp roll was amazing! The bread was perfect for it. We also had fish and chips and an order of Lobster Mac and Cheese. I loved the aioli with the fish and was amazed at the chunks of lobster. We will be back.

Ok if you re gonna do fried food that’s the one

By Christiane W |

Perfectly done beautifully crispy light and then the fish was fluffy and delish. Fries were great and it was fast despite crowds and line-up. Would not hesitate to repeat and frankly the prices were good compared to to many sub-par places on the strip.

Great lobster tail

By PaigeT |

Great place to grab something to eat when you visit Linq, the lobster tail and the chicken tenders are very crispy. The portion is good.

Staff let it down

By Bee |

Brilliant food as always but a shame about David F behind the tills. Maybe should focus more on customer service than thinking he’s making sly comments about customers without them knowing

Recommend for Food on the Go

By TravelinTexasGal |

Gordon Ramsay Fish & Chips is located in The Linq Promenade. We stopped in for a snack, but it was really crowded and all the seats were taken. We couldn’t find anywhere to sit, so we walked around the promenade for a bit to look for a spot. When we didn’t find one, we just went back to our hotel room. Luckily, we were staying at The Linq, so it was a quick walk. I’d suggest only getting food here if you plan to take it to go. Although our food came out a few minutes after we ordered—much faster than other orders—I still don’t recommend coming here if you don’t have time to spare. I got the Sticky Toffee Pudding Pops ($9.99), which came with five pops, caramel sauce, and whipped cream on the side. The portion was good for the price, especially for the Las Vegas Strip. The pops tasted great, but they’re really sweet and heavy—I don’t think I could eat more than one after a meal. One downside: I found a hair fried into one of them. Thankfully, it was in the stem, and I’d already finished the pop before I noticed. Meanwhile, my husband ordered the Sticky Toffee Shake ($9.99)—a decadent, caramel delight! Each sip was rich, sweet, and satisfying without being cloyingly sweet. It was absolutely delicious. Overall, I think this place is worth trying at least once. Now that I’ve been, though, I’m not sure I’d hurry back.

A restaurant that needs Ramsay to visit, not just put his name on it.

By Meander757111 |

I went to Ramsay’s fish and chips just outside the Flamingoon Friday.   I was there 7 years ago and they were fantastic, so I recommended it to co-workers I was travelling with. The fish and chips were the worst I’ve had in over a decade.  The grease definitely needed to be changedfor both the fish and the chips.  The fish were extremely greasy and cooked to the point it was hard to bite through in spots. I was extremely disappointed and embarrassed that I’d recommended the place.  I think Gordon should highlight the show on “Gordon Ramsay Secret Service”, at least the foodwould improve as he’d see the state behind the scenes.  He continues to embarrass other restaurants, perhaps he shouldn't be the pot calling the kettle black.

Excellent food

By jfinnnnnnnnnn |

Menu does not have much to choose from, but what's on it is great. Scallops and crab cakes were excellent and recommended. Good service.

No vinegar for fish and chips

By Jacky T |

This was mainly a take away just a few seats inside. Very disappointing. The batter on the fish was greasy and soggy and the chips were dry french fries. Also very expensive. This has a big Union Jack flag outside and the entrance doors look like red telephone box doors so was expecting British fish and chips. No vinegar!!!! Could not believe it, how can a British themed fish and chip place have no vinegar.

Dinner

By Ascarry01 |

The tartar sauce was the best I have ever had. The pieces of fish were good size. the fish and chips did not have a lot of flavor. Not much an area to sit. Had been to another of his establishments that was so good, So I think my exceptions were too high.

Fish and chips… Stateside!!

By Soelie M |

My dad and I visited here in October. As a Brit, I love good f&c. My dad is from AZ but spent a some time in the UK so finding good f&c can be tricky stateside. Gordon has DEFINITELY delivered. We both had the fish with plain chips. The sauces we had were tartar, aioli, Dijon and the ranch. The food was hot, delicious, batter was golden and crispy… SO TASTY! Would definitely return again.

Excellent fried fish

By alex |

Great fried fish as expected from a GR restaurant. Lines can be long at times but worth the wait. Restaurant does not have much sitting space and it is not frequently cleaned given how busy they are.

Staff, food and drink was wonderful

By Fal L |

Food, drink and staff was wonderful! I ordered the shrimp, lobster, truffle fries and lemonade with tequila. Food was fresh and the drink was refreshing.

Supporting Gordon

By Slot King Dream |

When they first opened, it was very, very good... Now you can tell that the workers are lazy, the fries were hard mixed in with fresh ones... I had the lobster tails and shrimp.... The lobster was very overcooked, and the shrimp too much dough.... I have met Gordon 4 times at his grand openings here in Vegas. He would not be happy about this.

Quick food

By susan2909 |

Its OK, nothing amazing, nothing wrong. Could do with a few more indoor seats. Quick service, food hot. Simple menu, quality & quantity ok.

Very disappointed

By Candy T |

Was very excited to try the fish and chips however was very disappointed had no flavor not even salt on fish or chips the filet it's self was flakes and good portions but best I can say as a culinary student and huge fan was extremely disappointed will not return will stick to guy fieri must better flavors

Very good experience

By Marisela R |

I ordered some nachos with meat and they were very tasty, instead of fried tortillas use potatoes, highly recommended, I will return on my next trip to the Céasar Palace in Las Vegas

Too Popular but really Good

By Diver Dan |

This place was struggling to keep up with the flow. That said what cane out was really good at a fair price for the location. Note very limited searing.

Not great

By Oronian |

Pros: good chips, good batter on fish, great tartar sauce. Cons: quite greasy and fish was underdone and tasteless. Can't expect to get fresh fish in the desert, I guess...I would skip this one or just order the chips.

Not good but not bad

By Meredith C |

Not what I expected. Not good but not bad. The place was noisy, small and we ate on the curb outside. I don't see what all the hype is about. My 3rd Gordon Ramsey restaurant experience in Las Vegas and I was not impressed.

No recommend for Vegetarians or Vegan

By Paradise537691 |

We were a party of 6. 1/2 of us are vegetarians. We were ion shock to find out that we were charged an extra 30% more for the byhond "meat" hamburger. Why is there a penalty for vegetarian eaters? Very disappointing

So tasty!

By kaj20 |

We ordered several baskets of food---the fish and chips, chicken, and sausage. All were delicious! The service was friendly and efficient. I would recommend it to others.

Disappointing fish and chips @ Gordon Ramsey

By COJOWisconsin |

We found the fish to be bland, greasy and overly breaded. Thankful we got the combo as the fries were decent. Save yourself the disappointment and don’t go here.

Just average. Very disappointing

By HonestSammy |

Well we thought it might live up to the GR hype and be really good but unfortunately it was so average. Just tasteless. Nowhere really to sit either and LV is not big on outdoor seating so you are lucky to have somewhere to sit. Better choices elsewhere.

They don’t know you have to take lobster out of the shell

By Moira F |

Do not get the lobster fish and chips. I have a rule about not getting seafood in a land-locked state and broke it because I figured Gordon Ramsay wouldn’t screw it up. Paid $23 for the lobster and shrimp basket and they gave me lobster fried In The Shell (i.e., inedible). WTF. I’m from New England and have never, outside of the movie “Splash,” seen anyone eat lobster shell-in (and in the movie it was a mermaid eating the lobster, not a human...) I asked the staff if there was a mistake and they said no, that’s how they do it. Total waste of money.

Great fish.

By Jackie B |

Small restaurant in the Linq promenade. Fish was really good the breading was light and everything was served super hot. We got the vinegar to top and we loved it. Would go again.

Excellent fried seafood - especially the lobster!

By cdaughe |

Decided to try this based on the reviews I had seen, and they weren’t wrong. This is in a convenient location to Linq, Harrahs, Caesar’s as well as the other hotels in that area. Located on a pedestrian alley on the way to the High Roller, it is more of a fast food establishment with some limited stool seating inside and out. Food is in baskets with fries. I got the Fried lobster and shrimp and fries. I really enjoyed it and made a return visit. The batter on the fish and lobster is really good - reminding me of “cracked lobster” in the Bahamas. Fries also have different seasoning options. Recommend it for a casual quick bite of excellent fried seafood.

Nice portions

By ybhamster |

We came hear to have a quick dinner. You get three pieces of whatever protein you order (fish, lobster and shrimp, chicken), chips (fries), and two dipping sauces. It costs about $18 or so per meal without a drink. The soft drinks are one size and about $5.99 each (refillable). You can get alcohol as well, we didn't. The pieces of protein were more than enough for an average person. I could only finish a third of my fries and two pieces of my chicken as the pieces were quite large. The protein is fried fresh with batter and you can tell when you eat it. The chips (fries) were my favorite part, they were salted just right. The breading for the protein (we had one order of fish, one of lobster and shrimp, and one of chicken) was pretty salty so we got pretty thirsty. We tried all the sauces and we didn't find them that great. They seemed to be all mayo based and that isn't really our thing. That being said my wife and son thought the tarter sauce was off the charts good. They also provide Heinz Malted Vinegar which went well with the food as well. The service was fast and good. The place was very busy when we went. It isn't a very big place, so it has minimal seating inside and out (maybe two bar tables inside and two outside). Overall we would go again, but probably share the food instead of getting one meal for each of us.

Yummy!

By flynnpiercy fittes |

Being a big fan of Gorden Ramsey myself, this was absolutely Delicious! I was astonished by the lovely floppy fish and the lovely wiggly chips. However, The star that was missing is because of poor presentation of the restaurant itself.

Nice little fish n chip shop

By Samuel H |

I didn't plan on coming here but when the family was getting brunch across from here I just had to try. I had read reviews in before and didn't come overly impressed which is why I was going to miss it. I'm glad that I got to try it. It's a cozy little fish n chip shop. There is limited seating so I think it may cater more to takeaway and eating outside. I do like the outside and inside decor - very well designed. There is a queue to order and then you wait for your number to be called. I just ordered the regular fish combo with fries and tartar sauce and euro mayo. I enjoyed the food. The fish was flaky and not oily at all. It was battered lightly and there was a good amount of fish so it didn't feel like you were biting into just batter and oil. I love fish n chips and I order it a lot in pubs all over. I definitely will come back here and try other items.

Nice crispy fish and chips

By Sabrina B |

Super good Fish and chips. Stopped here for fish and chips after returning from a day tour. We were looking for a quick smaller dinner to go as we had full lunch during the day. The line goes faster than it looks so don't let that scare you off. The fish was perfectly cooked, not greasy but nice and crispy and the portion size quite big. Mostly there is no room to sit and quickly eat your dinner so you'll have to find a place to eat it.

a quick dinner!!!

By Flor L |

We are two people, but one order was more than enough, originally we ordered sausages and potatoes, but they made a mistake in the order with fish, we realized when we got to the hotel, THANK YOU FOR BEING WRONG!!!! It was so good, the fish chunks were so good!!!!! The potatoes garnished with parmesan and other herbs were delicious. We ordered two dressings, the Gordons Tartar and Dijon Mayonaise.

Decent Fish and Chips

By Tenisha R |

We ordered the fish and chips. Everything was fresh and not oily. The batter was crispy and thin. The bacon fries we really good! The bacon made you want more. We would definitely revisit

Fish & Chips in Las Vegas

By Michele Leocadio |

Gordon Ramsay Fish & Chips is a popular British-themed counter-serve pub style food. Love the decor! It was very busy! I like the open kitchen where you can see them fry the food. They use sustainable true cod and coated with custard powder batter for the perfect golden crisp. The sausage on sticks - not a fan of the taste. One of our friends had the lobster. He wasn’t a fan. I think the way to go is to order the Fish and Chips with Gordon’s Tartar Sauce, Sriracha Aioli or Southwest Ranch. The batter was crunchy. The fish was tender. There’s a reason why it’s a customer favorite. Very limited seating so you’ll have to find someplace in the promenade to sit and eat.

Disappointed

By Deb Duff |

We've been to Vegas 5 times now, and as Brits we love our fish and chips. This place has been our goto every time for delicious fish and fries ( not chips) but we found this visit sadly lacking. For a start, the place is grubby, and I mean Ramsay rage inducing grubby. I suspect if he visited and ran a finger along the worktops and sills he'd have a pink fit. The fish was watery and tasteless, and the batter way too thick. The fries were, well, fries. You can't really go far wrong with them. Not sure what has happened here in the last 12 months since we last visited, but unfortunately, we won't be hurrying back

Great food exceptional value

By chrisvarney |

Planned to have our last bite of our Vegas break here and it did not disappoint. Expecting a large fish in the desert was a crazy idea but what came was 3 large fish fillets with skin on crispy fries and presented Ona great box built for purpose. I throw in a battered chicken goujon about the size of a babies arm and that was also delicious. Housed on the Link Promenade the price was still very reasonable I had eaten in Gordon Ramsey Bar and grill in Ceasers before and 2 meals set me back 200 dollars. This Fish and Chips were twice as nice, the staff were friendlier and the cost was brilliant. I’d definitely eat here again on my next visit

Meh.

By Liz B |

This was a letdown. Had great expectations but they were not met. There were : pieces of fish Wh h weren’t overly large but the real disappointment was that there was no flavour, not even salt. For the price, you can do so much better elsewhere

Phenomenal

I Had the fish and chips it was amazing! My husband had his with the dirty fries he lived them. Would highly recommend!

The best Fish n Chips in las Vegas

By debbie73 |

We always go to Gordons at least once on our trips to Vegas and my husband loves his fish n chips. As the portions are large we shared one for lunch this year and as ever we were not disappointed, the food is very good quality. However this year i felt very sorry for the staff, the shop was heaving with customers, and if youve been there you'll know it is a very narrow shop..while the girls on the till were very quick to take your orders, there was a very long wait for the pick-up counter- there must have been 30 odd customers waiting in a very confined space..which i know is not their fault. We waited about 25 minutes for our food. Gordon if you're reading this you need extra staff and a bigger shop :-) Still excellent food :-)

Costly but rich

By aa c |

The place very clean but with limited chairs to consume there. Very rich food but with high costs. A box of fish strips and potatoes costs over 35 dlls with the taxi. Consider the additional cost for drinks. In total for 2 people we pay 60 dlls

Its All Good

By caymankid |

I love good fish & chips but never ever order it anymore because frankly nobody knows how to prepare or cook it. Was in Vegas with friends and this was on the bucket list. Good fish should never taste fishy and be slightly crunchy (not soggy) but yet tender in the middle and never leave an after taste in your mouth and this place hits the mark. The fish was light and crispy and tender and had great flavor. They have other seafood options but we stuck with the fish. The chips appeared to be fresh cut and while they were good fries are fries to me and the fish is the winner here. A little lemon and or malt vinegar and tartar and that is the hook. Highly suggest you check it out.

Do Not Waste Your Time or Your Money!!!!!

By Michelle B |

I LOVE Gordon Ramsay and LOVED Hell's Kitchen. I also love Fish and Chips so I decided to try it while in Las Vegas last week. I wanted to try it so badly that I took a taxi and walked a distance to find this place. I was so DISAPPOINTED in everything I ordered. I ordered the Build Your Own Box. The fish and chips, shrimp and lobster tail were all crispy in some spots and heavily battered - almost like a pancake batter consistency in others. None of the food had any taste and was very greasy. The fries (chips) were frozen. I expected fresh cut fries (chips). I ordered the sticky toffee shake and it also disappointed. It did not have a real ice cream or toffee flavor. I took 4 sips and threw it away. If you are used to packaged frozen seafood, you might just like this place. I will stick with Gordon Ramsays Hell's Kitchen and will not ever suffer through his Fish & Chips restaurant food again!

Bite to eat in the Linq Promenade

By distewave |

We wanted a quick bit to eat as we were headed back to our room. There wasn't a line so we decided to stop. I ordered the fried shrimp and lobster, my husband is not a seafood eater so ordered chicken. It was just ok to me, lobster is not meant to be fried, but I ordered it so I can't complain. The atmosphere was nice and the line did get long while we waited for our food, which took longer then expected being there was no one in front of us when we placed our order. All of the employees were friendly. The food was a bit pricey to me, I guess when you put a celebrity chef's name on a restaurant that warrants higher prices, even if it's fast food.

Greasy and inedible

By guillermodelnoche |

My wife and I tried Gordon Ramsay’s Fish and Chips and were completely disappointed. I ordered the 3 piece fish and chips box for $21 and my wife had the lobster and shrimp combo box for $24. The fish comes out of the fryer and into a giant metal bowl for salt. In New England where we eat the freshest fried seafood we know it should come out of the fryer onto cardboard to absorb the extra grease while being salted. The batter was inedible from the grease. The Chips were a mix of perfect French frites and flaccid cold pale pathetic McDonald’s fries. I ate the good ones and took the batter off and ate the perfectly cooked unseasoned fish. Sauces were underwhelming. If you mention Dijon mustard please add enough for anyone’s palate to taste. I don’t feel as though I had an off experience but more that their preparation is flawed and inconsistent. If Gordon Ramsay wants to throw his name on mediocre that’s on him. He should pay them a visit after having someone else order food and feed it to him. We should have gone to In and Out Burger next door.

Not worth the hype.

By Patty C |

Really wanted the food to be great especially with the good reviews. Honestly, it was just ok if you want a greasy meal. Fish was tasty but, very greasy!!! I had the #3 option for fries which was ok. The tarter sauce wasn't very good and I would have loved to taste the spicy Ranch but I got a double order of tarter sauce instead. Unfortunately we got our order to go so I didn't realize the mistake until we got back to our room. I don't think that we'll be back. It was very expensive for 3 pieces of fish with fries.

Worth the stop! (If you can find it)

By sorenson39 |

Fast food type setting but not real fast and so so well done. Just plain really great fish. My wife had lobster and liked that as well. With I would have tried the dirty fries (of three different types) but just stuck with the plain sea-salt and they were pretty bland. Still warrants the 5 rating.

Exceptional Crispy Fish

By Laratron2k |

This is some of the best fish n’ chips I’ve ever had. I expected a little more flavor from the batter, but texture, fish, and chips (fries) were incredible. I know the UK traditional fish is just fried and not seasoned heavily, I’ve eaten it there too. I only wish it had some seasoning or spice, still highly recommend!

Kitchen Nightmare

I was imagining, as someone from England, this would be a poor american recreation of an english dining experience... I was right. Sorry gordon you almost hit the marks but you've opened up your own sort of kitchen nightmare

So sad. My dining experience was a complete disappointment...

By Celestial Babe |

My family and I have been a fan of Gordon Ramsey since Hell’s Kitchen. We were so excited when we found out that he had a place that specifically served and was named after one of our favorite foods, “Fish and Chips”!!! When we first entered, we were so excited that we took pictures of his picture on the wall. LOL. When we got to the register to order, I asked where the dining area was. She said it was the food court inside the hotel and gave us directions to it. Huh?? Uhh, okay… We order two fish and chips with fries and two lemonades – one peach and one regular. That was a $65 meal that I’m eating in the food court?? I’m not feeling that at all. But okay. I’m going to give ol’ Gordon a pass today. Once we finally sat down to eat and took the first bite, we looked at each other in shock. While the crust was so crunchy and golden brown, it was just as greasy. It was disgusting to watch the grease dripping from the crust. We had to stop eating it before it turned our stomachs. Not only that, the “peach” lemonade was a concentrated syrup. It tasted like the flavored syrup you use with snow cones. The mango curry sauce was disgusting. It tasted like the two flavors, but it wasn’t made in a way for it to complement each other. It tasted like they were doing their own thing! The truffle fries were just as gross as the ratio of the ingredients wasn’t right. They should know that a little bit of truffle oil goes a long way. They were rank. As we looked back on it. All the signs were there. The seating was very limited and dirty. The trash around the receptacles was messy. Lastly, we assumed that the freshly made fish had a few moments to rest before it was served to the public. Apparently not. That was a $65 mess. What a disappointment. What we thought was going to be the thing that would end our night on a high note, ended up being the experience that ruined our appetites on our last night in Vegas. Ugh.

Canola oil is not for human consumption!

By Quin O |

I’d expect A lot more from Gordon Ramsay. Everything is fried in CANOLA oil! This is a huge Red flag. Unacceptable Mr. Ramsay.

Great fish, fries disappointing!

By Karishma |

Coming from the UK we fancied some comfort food at the end of our trip! The fish was amazing but the ‘chips’ were fries not thick cut like at home - I guess catering to the US market. The chips weren’t the best and we actually pinched some from my dad who’d got an order from Johnny Rockets

Quick service, fish a little expensive

By MJ A |

The fish is delicious. We pay a little but it's also the Cordon Ramsey brand. Atmosphere in the street very nice. Fast food to advise.

Big nooooo

By Bartosz P |

Not recommend at all. Over priced and my Local Kebab shop served better quality of fish and chips. Nothing more than marketing. Big Noooo....

Deep fried deliciousness

By missmaloym |

Had a great experience. Located right on the Linq promenade on the strip. Definitely a must do if you like deep fried food. Small menu of chicken, lobster, fish and shrimp and fries. You get your fries topped with 1 of 3 combinations including truffle. My son chose the bacon, cheese onions and sour cream topping and loved it. I had the shrimp box. My son had the lobster and shrimp box and added a piece of fish. Of course you can make your lemonade a cocktail for $15.99 added to the $5.99 cost because it’s Vegas. Seating was very limited but luckily we were able to grab some seats. The food was deep fried deliciousness! Each box comes with 2 homemade sauces. I loved the cocktail and tartar and son loved the aioli siracha. This wasn’t budget friendly as our meal for 2 was over $90. We definitely did enjoy and would return.

Poor customer service/ great food

By Cat H |

I am a big follower of Gordon Ramsay and I was looking forward to try the fish and chips in las Vegas. The food was excellent 👌, i tried the shrimp & lobter and the chips were delicious. Unfortunately, the whole experience was shadowed by the poor customer service. I am not sure if the girl was having a bad day but she wasn't happy to be there. I hope will be a next time.

Excellent Fish and Chips!

By Kimbosold1 |

Fast Food the right way! I had Fish & Chips at Gordon Ramsey’s last week! The fish was cooked perfectly and dirty fries 👍👍. Fun sitting outside people watching while you eat!

So Good We Went a Second Time on Our Trip

By pkpdbacation |

We decided to try this for the first time. Great fish and chips. Hot crispy fish and also solid French fries. Loved the taste of the fish and the tartar sauce was also good. Some of the best fish and chips we have had. Very busy for a reason. Highly recommend.

Do not waste your money! Dirty box of grease.

By Love to enjoy ‘go / don't go’ ? |

Went in first time it was chaotic and filthy. Decided to go back when the rush died down. Firstly 2 x 22usd plus tax, I was asked for 54 USD. Clearly not right. Finally got the price sorted and paid. Then moving along the line a guy gave us one portion of fish and chips, clearly had no clue we'd ordered 2 portions. Seemed annoyed by this so gave me another portion and I did not get the sauces I asked for. Too hungry to argue for sauces I took it. Went outside to discover the greasiest box of chips i'd ever seen. They were also ''dirty chips'' which is with cheese and bacon. I didn't want this. So lucked out again. Clearly you see 'Gordon Ramsay' and you have expectations. This should be called 'John Doe's diner and id have been happier. Even if I was starving, i'd not eat here again. Such a shame, I was excited at the start. Being as he has so many places there, its a numbers thing. :(

Good fries but that’s it

By Courtney M |

The fries are really good but the fish options have way too much batter on them. The price is ridiculous and the wait is a bit long. The amount of food they give you could feed two people

Disappointing

By ib28ac2004 |

Unfortunately we were not able to try the food in here because when we entered the rest. a lady in the back kept waving her hands as if she were saying "NO". We asked her what the hours of operation were and she acted like she did not understand what we were saying. We then asked her the hours of operation (the door at the entrance did not specify the closing hours). She then, started to speak non-sense again. When we finally decided to leave and turned around she loudly said "we are closed and you will find the hours of operation in the website " in a very rude manner. We ignored her and left this place. Moral of the story: Need to pay attention to clientele since we are the ones paying your salaries and helping these rest. to stay successful.

Not worth it.

By barry b |

Simply doesn't live up to the celebrities name. A great piece of Quality fish with batter lacking serious seasoning. The truffle fries with garlic were excellent. But for two 3 piece fish and truffle garlic fries with two sodas. This wasn't worth $67 dollars. The side dipping sauces are very good and is needed to give taste along with the malt vinegar and lemon. Over price & Dirty🤔

Value not there.

By David G |

Front desk was very helpful and found a space to get us in, when we realized we made the reservations for the right day, wrong week. Service was average. Food, I had the beef Wellington, was not very flavorful. And the value was not there. Paying a lot extra for the name. The pudding dessert was the best thing on the menu. Tasted great. Atmosphere was so so. Never really felt you were in a restaurant and more like you were eating at an airport kiosk.

Gordon Ramsay Fish & Chips: An excellent discovery!

By Cedric T |

This restaurant is a top quality fast food restaurant, with quite decent prices. I really liked it, it really changes from what we usually know. The portions are generous and the dishes are a real treat. Small downside: there are very few places to eat on site, which is a shame considering the quality of the dishes. In short, a nice gourmet experience at a reasonable price. I recommend for a quick and original meal!

Not worth the money

By James S |

Fish was greasy and the batter fell off easily. The curry mango sauce was the highlight. Don't recommend at all. Disappointing and overpriced

Go for Fish & Chips Only!

By AlejanAC |

The restaurant is located on Las Vegas Boulevard on the LINQ Promenade next to the Flamingo Hotel. The place is packed every day. We order Fish & Chips, Lobster & Chips and Shrimp & Chips. I recommend 100% only Fish & Chips with Gordon's Tartar Sauce and Mustard Dressing. The lobster and shrimp were lousy, very seafood smelling, with very limited portions and no taste. The overflow is super crisp but somewhat greasy. In conclusion, a fast food place to eat some good Fish and Chips.

A great lunch spot!

By LightPacker784016 |

The food was really good and the staff was friendly. The fish and chips with the variety of sauce options was a nice lunch for our last day in Vegas.

A must try!!

By huggybear21 |

Nothing fancy cept the food. A hole in the wall but the fish is awesome. Mango curry sauce is to die for!! Very reasonably priced. A must try!!

BELOW Ramsey Standards

By R J |

The food was overpriced and not very tasty. Definitely NOT up to Gordon Ramsey Standards. He would throw it out the door to the pigeons!! I have previously ate at other Ramsey establishments and they were very good.

Great!

By Johnny Trekkie |

If you're of a lower socioeconomic status and want a great celebrity chef meal in Las Vegas, it's going to be Gordon Ramsey's Fish & Chips. Over my life time I've eaten a lot of Fish & Chips in Britain, Ireland, New Zealand, and America...Mr. Ramsey's interpretation is so good! $22 for 3 medium fish and chips. The hot, golden brown batter is thick, crispy and seasoned deliciously! The white fish is moist, flakey and generous. The tarter was great, and the dijon mayo was lovely too. I also spent an extra $5 for a deep fried sausage...pretty good, but quite small! The one detraction is the very limited indoor airconditioned seating...I was stuck standing outside in the Las Vegas heat, at least I was in the shade! Regardless, not sure when I'll be in Vegas again, but I would definitely make the effort to eat here again!

Quality products. Well made, good sauces, but a little dirty atmosphere. Cleaning left something to be desired.

By Marcel |

From the outside it looked like a pretty cool place. Inside I found it quite crowded and the cleanliness left something to be desired. Regarding the food, I found it to be of extreme quality and delicious sauces.

Very Good

By TVB |

The Fish was really good but fries were average. I am pretty confident in my assessment of GR Fries as I have tried the Fries at GR Burger and I had the same feeling about them. They can be better. I would come back but only order the Fish only.

Great fish, soggy chips

By evolution d |

This was on my list for this trip to Vegas, primarily because it's a Gordon Ramsey . I have to say, I was little underwhelmed by the sauces. The fish was great. The chips were pretty soggy. Not what I was expecting. The service experience was friendly and very efficient. Be prepared to stand while eating, as the seating capacity is on the low side.

The worse food i eat in las vegas

By Kristobal Moraga |

Is really a bad place to eat, the menu poor, sauces bad and bored, chips like a gum, fish without any taste, shimp too, and lobster? Pfff, the only taste in the food really can feel is OIL, burned oil, not even salt in the food, the restaurant is fish stink, all dirty, and boxes and papers can’t resist, the gallons of oil im the food. I saw gordon Ramsay teaching how to cut a tomatoe in internet, i say better go to Lima for learn how to cook a good fish, and let to waiste the time cuttimg pepers and tomatoes in internet, realy i put all the 3 dishes in the trash, after est 1/4 of each one, and worde i get a sotomachache tow hours later, NO EAT this food is loose health, time and money

Not worth the money

By Lyndon |

As an English person who lives in the Caribbean I was really looking forward to some real English fish and chips but unfortunately it was not what I would call English. I ordered fish and chips and a battered sausage. The sausage was tiny but tasted amazing the fish was a good amount and was amazing but the very big let down was the chips, they were French fries and not what you would expect from a British fish and chips meal. Would I recommend to anyone to go absolutely not I know there are British and Irish pubs around the same area that you would get a more authentic dish. Plus the price I know it's las vegas but no need to rip people off just because it has Gordon's name on the door

Quick bite

By Christy D |

This was a great stop for a quick bite. We ordered one sausage box and one fish box and fries with both. Everything was delicious.

Good Value For Money

By Captain Hook |

Not exactly the great British chip shop but a good take on it all the same. Fish is cod and the dirty chips are worth buying. Queue can be long but goes down quickly. We went two nights running and on the second night the guy taking orders recognised us which is all good customer service. He also asked if the fish and chips were as good as England? Well I come from the town where they have the best fish and chips in the world so unfortunately no, but they are still worth a buy in Vegas, you won't get better there. Good price too.

Good, but had higher expectations

By Sqiggyb |

Had high expectations when we visited & I don’t feel they were totally met. Line moved quickly, we sat on the stools outside & were in close proximity of a garbage can that clearly should have been emptied sooner. A little “ripe” in the Vegas heat! Food in general was pretty good, only complaint was the fish was really greasy. Tasted good, but definitely room for improvement considering whose name is attached to it!

Cold fries

By Sonia B |

The fish was very delicious. However, the fries were cold and required special requests for condiments such as ketchup and napkins.

Skip this, the food has no flavor and there's no place to sit.

By jen850 |

Nothing special. The crisp on the fish was good, but the fish itself had zero flavor, so it was all texture no taste. There is extremely limited seating, and fish & chips is not a thing you can easily eat on the go, so people kept hovering and waiting for seats. The soda fountain is one of those self-serve "select your flavor" machines, which causes a line because people are cycling through the choices and everything gets backed up. Was not worth my $20.

Waaaayyyy Overpriced

By R.G. |

Finally decide to try this place out. Paid almost $30 for a fish basket with fries and lemonade. Quite frankly, Captain D's has more flavor than this fish. I was so let down. And the fact that I paid $30 for bland fish. Walk further down to In & Out. Do not waste your money here.

Took my wife to get a fish and chip supper. It was Horrible and shockingly overpriced. Nowhere to sit much either

By Paul |

Took my wife to get a Fish and Chip Supper. It was disgusting and massively overpriced. Greasy chunks of fish shaped like nunchucks. Separate chips, all in a cardboard box that was worth more than the meal. Hideous, nothing like English food at all

Friday fish fry

By Jamie.farina |

We visited Gordon Ramsays fish & chips on a Friday. The line went fast! Huge portions for the 3 piece cod. Great sauces. Fish was not greasy at all, perfect batter. Would recommend

Delicious fresh fish

By SGTL |

This was of course on my Vegas bucket list. I love Gordon Ramsey and the fish and chips were freaking delicious. Hot, flavorful and crunchy. All the sauces were all tasty and homemade. The tartar and smoky ranch were my favorite! My only complaint is the seating and they charge .50 cents for a water cup. But this was one of the best fish and chips I’ve had. I would go back for sure.

Good

By Traveler939414 |

My partner and I shared an order of fish and chips. Chips were underwhelming. Fish was tasty. Tartar sauce was delicious. Was a fairly long line but we got through it quick and the food was ready quickly. There was a young girl behind the counter sucking on a sucker which I thought was very unsanitary and unprofessional. It’s not fine dining but I thought that was gross.

Loved it

By Xamot Tomax |

Being a fan of Gordon Ramsay, I had to stop here for some fish and chips. The restaurant was smaller than I had thought. Once I got my meal, I was ready to dig in. I enjoyed the food. I’m a fan of fish and chips and this meal didn’t disappoint.

What a Shame

By Cary H |

So disappointing Gordon. Fish and Chips were average at best. The fried lobster and chicken dishes were flat out awful. Unfortunately, the worst meal of my vacation and that includes going up against a couple of fast food restaurants.

Worth a visit for Fish & Chips!

By callmekrause |

Great tasting Fish & Chip meal. The fish was fantastic. The sauces for the fries and dipping the seafood in had plenty of flavor. Lots to choose from here. It’s a pretty popular place and in a great location. Minimal seating inside. The place smells so good when you walk in!

Yum yum yum

By Chamonique G |

Delicious! 🤤 Delicious! Hot and fresh food!! Some of the best food were those shrimp, fish, and chips.

A must try

By midawg73 |

I have been wanting to try this restaurant for a while. I was pleasantly surprised. I got the 3 piece fish and chips with regular tartar and sw ranch. The fish was cooked perfectly and not greasy. The chips were average but malt vinegar is always a plus.

The fish and chips were delicious 😋

By Shondelle L |

The food was very good. Best fish and chips I have had in a while. The portions were huge, 3 good size filets. The only reason 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the set up and no call ahead ordering. We got there and it was standing room only. No wait to order, but cooked while you wait. They went as fast and smooth as possible, so not terrible.

Best one yet!

By M C C |

Best fish and chips I’ve ever had. Fish was the bomb! The Smokehouse Ranch is out of this world! Higy recommended! Awesome place!

A Must for Lunch

By Gab |

Best Fish and Chips I have ever had!! Portions are big enough to share. The line was long but it was totally worth it. I will be back.

Such good fish and chips!

By Tofurry |

This restaurant was on our list of "must try" while we were in Vegas and I am glad we were able to try it. This restaurant is in the Linq Promenade which is an outdoor mall-type space. It doesn't have indoor seating and only a tiny area outside to eat that fits maybe 4-5 people. We ordered one order of fish and chips and paid around $24, which is typical of Vegas prices. We took it back to our hotel to eat and it definitely did not disappoint. Both the fish and the fries were delicious. My son said it was the best thing he had in Vegas.

disappointed with poor food

By scully2052016 |

Was so looking forward to fish and chips but despite being gordon ramseys it was very disappointing . First i noticed that chips were put into around a dozen containers at a time and left sitting , then fish etc was added when it was cooked . My meal consisted of extremely greasy fish and cold fries . I certainly wouldnt recommend or return

Best fish and chips

By Mariam |

OMG! It’s a next level fish and chips. Taste amazing and very tender. There is line up but it worth it Fish is great and yummy and fries is just fries, nothing special. It’s better to upgrade the fries. The varieties of dipping sauce is good

Disappointing

By Foodtravelsandmusic |

We were excited to taste the fish. It was tasteless , very disappointed about. The sauces saved the meal. Not a fan and wouldn’t go back.

Fish and chips better than in England!

By Angelie A |

Delicious fish and fries, everything made to order. The serving is huge enough to share and if you’re big eaters, maybe add a few shrimp or a piece of lobster. I only have one word to say about this meal…YUM!!!

One one customer, tourist trap only

By James L |

First of all poor seating, a few bar benches but not enough for the number of people served. The fries were actually horrible, the the fish was what you expect from a fast food drive through. Gordon Ranmsey should be ashamed of himself, a very poor example of a workd renown chef and business owner.

Best meal we had in Vegas

By Sarah F |

Saw a lot of good reviews for Gordon Ramsay's Fish & Chips in Trip Advisor, so we made sure we visited while in Vegas. Of all the meals we had in Vegas, this was my favorite. It was the most reasonably priced. Portions were good and the food tasted great! I had the chicken meal and my husband had fish. You could see the kitchen staff dipping fresh meat and fish in batter before putting it in the fryers, so you knew it was made fresh. Only trouble was finding the LINQ Prominade. It was a fun area to walk through. Will definitely go again!

Good fish and chips

By C Rose |

Delicious fish and chips. Large portions. Friendly service. Always busy but not too long of a wait.

Good, not up to Name

By Driver88 |

Had the fish and chips of course. Fish batter was crisp but very greasy. Batter was had very little flavor. Fries were very hot.

Not British tasting!

By Paul L |

So not British by a long stretch and way over priced Fish was average at best and chips did not taste like British chips at all, well not that I can remember, and I have ate a few in my time. Cost me $57 Australian dollars for one serve of fish and chips and a drink Not good value and you are only paying for the name You will be an idiot sandwich if you buy from this joint Just like me!!!

First lunch upon arrival in Vegas

By Mark68 |

Walked to this restaurant row upon arrival and waiting for room. Ordering was easy as a shirt menu.., wait time was good as all seems made to order.. kind of pricey..2 lunches w no booze was $70!!! That said the portion was great and the fish excellent. Other than the cost, seating is an issue, only a few bar against a wall seats in side and few chairs outside on the busy street walk area… great food.. just some ehh points.

Absolute rubbish

By Simon R |

Absolute toss. Were from england, his establishment cooks cod siaking in grease , chips are more like french fries, and no peas, for someone who is such a critic of others, what an absolute load of rubbish and way beyond expensive. Ramsey, your a hypocrite and your food is toss mate x

Fantastic!

By PaulW |

Fantastic food and really good value on the strip. Loved the fish and dirty fries, great sauces too. Highly recommended!

Tasty

By Teri W |

I ordered regular fish and chips and it was tasty, crunchy and really greasy. The fries were good as well. The customer service was just a bit below average, but its a hard job and I understand!

Disappointed with GR restaurant

By Jason G |

First off m, the staff is very friendly, attentive and polite. I ordered the lobster and shrimp and my guest ordered the chicken. Chicken was nice size and she could not finish it all. The lobster and shrimp is a pass. Breading is good but there is a lot of it and the actual meat portion of the lobster is very small. The shrimp are medium size but you only get two of each . The chips (fries) are good but there is absolutely nothing special about them or the taste. The most ludicrous thing about the restaurant is the minimal seating . It’s like Vegas and they can only sit maybe 10-12 people? You have those occupying more space than needed so it reduces availability, then the outside is no different at 6-8 seats max. Then of course all the spots or on hold because people are just sitting there sucking on half empty sodas or alcohol from the station next door. For two people it was not worth the $60 I dropped there. I’m super shocked Gordan’s name is on there with all the high perfect expectations he rants on his shows. One time is great but never again!

So do you expect any more for $5 if so go to McDonald's

By Robertferrand |

So I understand it's frozen, but if you add garlic salt pepper onion salt this little $5 dish is fantastic

Excellent Fries

By Mike K. |

My wife and I got a little peckish while exploring the promenade so we decided to try Gordon Ramsays Fish & Chip Shop. Although we only got a box of dirty fries, which were delicious, we got to see the portions of Fish & Chips which were very generous. That being said our box of chips was big enough for my wife and I to split. Given the large number of customers entering the shop the entire menu must be good as was our order of fries. If you are in the mood for authentic Fish & Chips than you can’t go wrong here.

Awesome food but needs more cleaning up

By Maria Fernanda H |

The food was amazing and the service was fast, but the place was suuuper dirty, they need to step up their game when it comes to cleaning up. The place is mostly order and leave, so it’s even easier to clean than a regular restaurant.

Average food at a high price.

By scott n |

Fish was underseasoned. After watching him eating in other peoples restaurants and commenting How poorly seasoned the food was could not believe his restaurant does the same. There are very few tables. Will almost certainly need to eat it elseware. Think food is already cooked as it was served quite fast. Was OK though but not woth the premium price.

100% recommend fish and chips

By Monique |

Vibes: great service and you can see the bright red service door. Service: quick delivery and made fresh. Food: order the fresh Fish and chips + lobster, sauracha mayo and tartare sauce

Disappointing

By graham j |

Firstly the fish was very good, clean white and tasty, but the batter was not crispy at all, if any thing it was the opposite, soft and not what I was expecting. The chips were very good. The dips I felt were at best average. Overall for the price it was ok but would not go back again.

Great stop for a quick bite

By Mark H |

There fish was cooked excellent the toffee pudding pops were amazing! Only drawback is very limited seating most sit on sidewalk, we were lucky and had one stool and some bar space.

Don't waste your time or money...soo disappointing.

By K J |

This was the worst lunch in Vegas. Greasy, no taste. I won't eat fish and chips for a long time! Absolutely the worst I've ever had! Soo disappointed.

Not even a beggar’s Fish and Chips

By jasf522017 |

Cheap and ugly decor, TRYING to mimic a UK eaterie. Not real fish. Ground fish made into pieces. Ugh.Awful and expensive. Who is this guy anyway? Nor worthy of his reputation.

First time a Fishy smell is inviting!

By Gary F |

Fun experience with pretty good food! The Fish is fresh and flaky and the batter is excellent. They will cook up your order fresh which is excellent. Fries are decent but nothing special. The dirty Fries look better but you won’t have me ch room after the fish or lobster to each more. The line will be long but moves fast. FYI it is pretty expensive for a single meal with a drink looking at $35 dollars minimum for one person. Biggest complaint no real place to sit or stand to eat when busy. You want to eat when it’s hot out the oil not after 20 mins waiting for a table spot. Seating outside not awful if cooler but if in the sun will hate it. The people watching from deck is possibly the best part of sitting outside. Bottom line food expensive but still very good. Not the best but probably best in Vegas! Try all the sauces , Tartar sauce nothing special but the rest are amazing.

Exceeded Expectations – Worth the Splurge

By Keith T |

Yes, it’s a bit pricey for fast food, but that’s expected in Vegas — and honestly, it was worth it. I stopped by Gordon Ramsay Fish & Chips on a busy night and was impressed by how efficiently everything ran. The food came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor. It exceeded my expectations for a quick-service spot, especially given the crowd. Now I’m curious to try another location to see if this quality is the standard across the board. Definitely a solid pick if you're craving something fast but elevated.

Celebrity farce

By Colin B |

On a recent trip to the States we were staying at the Flamingo in Vegas and were thrilled to find Gordon Ramsey Fish and Chip shop right next door, now we are both huge Gordon fans and we were genuinely excited to try this much hyped delicacy and to say we we’re disappointed was a massive understatement. The place was packed and we struggled to get in the door let alone find a seat but I waited patiently in the queue (this is America after all) and my clever wife snagged a seat When our number was called I pushed through the excited masses to get my meal and my first impression was … f@$k me its burnt Now if it was Gordon he would have thrown stuff and demand it be recooked but as we are mere mortals with places to be I battled my way back to our seat. Upon perusal it probably wasn’t burnt just smelt and looked like it was cooled in really old burnt oil it Having waited an age and after being slugged $50 USD for the privilege we tried it and while the fish was ok we had to peel the batter off as that was inedible it was under seasoned and had very little taste After eating fries in the US for weeks happy to try good old chips … no they were under cooked and under seasoned Gordon get your act together and do what your famous for either kick some fu@&$ing ass as you wouldn’t eat this mess

Does not live up to the Gordon Ramsay name.

By sbidwell |

The fish was extremely greasy, super small and very pricey. The staff was rude, and the place was not very clean. We’ve eaten there in the past about two years ago, and it was excellent. I was excited to go back and was super disappointed.

The best F&C

By Roam24172387765 |

One of the best fish and chips ever!Don’t miss!Well done Gordon! The portions are huge! Two adults can share one portion easily!Definitely recommend

A delight

By Agenda Black |

Delicious food! Restaurant surprised me. Very soft fish! There is no waitress service, you buy and eat on the counter. If there was waitress service at the table, it would be wonderful! It is worth a visit!

mmmmmmgood

By Barney M |

we dont like to over eat so we just got a fish and chips then larry wanted a piece of chicken. the line wasnt too bad. we finally got our food and took it to our room in the linq. well the fish was lite and great. the chips were good too. the we tried the chicken. we agreed that if we hadnt gotten the fish, the chicken would have been great but after the lightness of the fish, the chicken didnt work. or maybe if we ate the chicken first it would have been better. anyway that was our opinion. it wasnt bad, just bad timing. the employees seemed to had fun at thier jobs and had a sense of humor

Over hyped

By John J |

4th time in Vegas and we finally made to Gordon Ramsay Fish and Chips! First impression, music was loud, seating areas dirty, not very busy. We all ordered different boxes, not very impressed! Batter was ok, portions sizes good, fish, shrimp and lobster, not so much, very disappointed.

Crispiest fish the best!

By Kimberly C |

Loved the fish and the sauce sides. I chose the signature starter sauce and curry-based sauce. The fish was crisped perfectly. Wished for more even though that would have been gluttony. The fries would have been better with more of their signature spices dusted on them. They are a bland accompaniment to the fish. I heard a customer ahead of me request extra seasoning on hers when she realized that they were preparing hers and now I understood why. Not wanting to use my tarter sauce to dip my fries, I chose to waste them. Too bad. I am not a ketchup person.

Overcooked

By Monique P |

This is one of my favorite restaurants to eat at when I'm in Las Vegas. The last 2 times I've gone I did not fully enjoy my food. The first time the food was salty with thick batter. I ordered the lobster and shrimp on both visits. This last time the batter was very thick and all I wanted to do was get to the actual seafood. I ended up eating only the middle and avoiding the thick mushy breading.

Good but very expensive

By Ale O |

The place is always full and you will have to wait to be served. The taste and presentation of the food is good but the price is very expensive. See if you are a fan of this food or of this famous chef because it is also the cheapest restaurant. What does this celebrity have in Las Vegas (he has 4)

Over priced greasy fish and bland chips. Come on Gordon you can do better!!

By dana d |

Super greasy fish/lobster bland Dirty chips with jalepeno/chorizo! Had higher expectations from a "Gordon Ramsey" Fish better at Ellis Island Pub/cafe

ketchup

By harry c |

have been here before, still tasty fish but french fries not english chips, and why do the tourists put ketchup on everything, salt and vinegar is the only option

Worth the walk

More selections on the menu than I was expecting. Fish was hand battered and made while you wait. The #2 fries are delicious! Seating is hard to come by.

Great food!

Fish and parm chips were outstanding !!! Add on shrimp was even better. Recommend getting a few more stools outside. Thanks

Good fish and chips.

Restaurant similar to Fast Food, the service is fast. Fish and chips are good, and well served. Flat: noisy and little room to eat.

Delicious but pricey

It’s Gordon Ramsey, so of course it’s delicious. He’s not there, but they are cooking like he is there. His recipes are definitely above what you would normally get when you order Fish and chips. Everything is cooked to order and plated with a lemon wedge and fresh parsley. Buyer beware, it’s pricy. The fries are NOT included with the fish. So 3 pieces of fish was about $21, then the fries were about $5 (approximate numbers) so 2 baskets of fish and fries was a little over &50. I just threw the receipt away yesterday, I think it was about $52 for lunch for 2 people. Also be prepared to stand and eat because seating is very limited. There are a few bar and stool spots inside and out but that’s about it.

Disappointing

I had greasy naked fish and a pile of batter that slid off. The place was packed. No ambience. No seating. More like a Long John Silvers with less tasty batter.

Dirty and disappointing

Was really looking forward to eating here but sadly it was very disappointing It was a busy Friday evening a pit of a line but nothing to worry about but the problem is once ordering food you then wait to receive food again no problem only all your boxes are filled with chips then there’s a heavy wait for the team to add the fish chicken or sausage so when you do get your food the chips are cold they did change them but still no right the chicken had a real heavy batter on so did the sausage and this overpowered the taste the eating area was shocking dirty and no one was on hand to clean up at all we where there 45 mins and absolutely no was was in the dining area just keeping it tidy real shame and definitely a let down

Excellent service and food

Worst fish and “chips” I’ve ever had

By r1tchsl |

Love fish and chips so assumed Gordon’s take on it would be special. Literally the worst fish and chips I have ever had…. The “chips” are standard fries. Not sure what oil it is cooked in, but it was so greasy and artificial tasting. The fish was stodgy. I had one bite of fish and two chips and left it. Only plus point was it was reasonably priced compared to what you pay in UK and cheap for vegas standards. However, I would recommend to avoid. Gordon needs to either sort this place out, or remove his name from it.

Mediocre

The interior is rather uninviting. The fish and chips and accompanying sauces were average. You wouldn't be able to differentiate it from other fish and chip shops - it didn't stand out. You're paying $$$ for the celebrity chef name, and the "Las Vegas" experience.

Bad experience

There was no place inside and we ate outside, the pigeons wouldn't let us eat.. the fish has no taste, the only good thing is the sauces but if you go with children it's a total waste of time and money.. just buy it if you don't go to eat there
