We made reservations, but we still had to wait to be seated. There were many open tables which remained open during our time here so why we needed to wait was unclear. Service is slow and the food is mediocre. This is not a place I am going to come back to.

We were served food that was cold, tasteless or over salty. When we complained the waitress smiled and walked away. We then asked to speak to the manager he smiled and said sorry left us and then the waitress offered a measly 20% discount. Had we not been with friends for the evening I would have refused to pay anything it was that BAD

Can't believe Gordon has ever set foot in this place. Place was busy but a pub in the UK would manage that easily, with better service, better food, and at about a quarter of the price. Mains arrived in the middle of us eating the starters - clearly waiters have no control over timing, and aren't trained in basic restaurant rules. Missing sides, drinks arrived a good 20 minutes after ordering. Food was average, but you'd expect something better when a shepherds pie will set you back about $50 with tax and service, and a glass of wine $25. A British pub would serve decent chunky chips, twice or triple cooked - these are just french fries like you'd get in a McD.

The actual table server was lovely but clearly overloaded with the number of tables and people to work. Our drinks arrived after we finished our meals, and the bill (when we could actually get it) was at least four times the amount of food we’d actually ordered. We went to the front desk to try and correct (as the server was not in sight and hectic when in sight trying to keep up), but received a very frosty reception for what was ultimately the restaurants mistake. Eventually this was resolved but condescendingly and took way too long.

They don’t know how to cook. I asked for a burger medium well. They delivered a very rare burger. So my wife had to eat while I waited. What was then delivered was well done, but my wife had finished eating. Nothing like eating alone. They also made zero effort to make good by comping anything. This establishment is all about taking your money and not about good customer service.

I waited 45 minutes for my breakfast got up and walked out. Not sure what was taking them so long but I couldn’t wait two hours to get my breakfast, so I cannot tell you how the food tasted it all.

Fantastic. The food was amazing but it was the service they really put it over the top. Pablo was our server and he made our entire week at Vegas! He is the best server we have had in a long time.

Excellent meal, we had the fixed price lunch. I started with the French Onion Soup, which was as good as the one I had in Paris, France, some years ago, it was delicious. My partner's Caesar salad was OK - what can you do with a Caesar salad? The Beef Wellington was perfect and the Sticky Toffee Pudding, which I wouldn't normally choose, was amazing. Our server was very friendly and attentive. We really enjoyed the meal and would thoroughly recommend this restaurant.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable seating. We had short rib with mash and cabbage really nice tender and tasty. Also fish and chips and mushy peas, lovely fluffy crispy chips, delicious mushy peas. It was pricey but it is Las Vegas so comparable. Plenty of rest cold water on the table. Our server Sladjan was fantastic friendly positive and did not rush us at all. He also arranged a delicious toffee pudding for one of our birthdays being celebrated. The portion sizes were generous and we managed to eat it all.

First off we went here for my Birthday and it was AMAZING! BEST Caesar salad of my life lol I got the Beef Wellington as a main course, which I have never tried before anywhere so I didnt have anything to compare it to but it was delicious! it was $80. My bestie got the Chicken curry, I tasted it and it was great! It was $38. We shared a sticky toffee pudding for dessert and let me tell you, that was the best thin ive ever put in my mouth lol! It was soooo good! I highly recommend eating here if you have money to spend! Our bill came out to $171.00 10/10 stars!

Stopped in for lunch. Our server’s name was Joe very good atentative service. That’s where it ends. I thought this was going to be a special lunch from my wife and I she had the cheeseburger and stated it was lukewarm and not very tasty. I had the idiot sandwich. I’ve gotta tell you I must be an idiot to order it cold pot roast put on toasted rye bread with some undeterminable, onions and or cheese, french fries ice cold I thought Gordon Ramsay kick people out of the kitchen for not cooking things properly very disappointed in this celebrities chefs restaurant. This is one to skip folks

Leo (Leónides) she had short hair, she was our busser and she was so nice, profesional, polite and I hope she becomes a server soon because I will love to get her as my server

Might be because of the name I had high expectations. It was bad it just wasn’t Gordon Ramsey excellent. Ordered the French onion soup, lobster Mac and cheese, and salmon. Soup had beautiful presentation however the taste was just sub-par. The broth didn’t have much flavor. The other dishes were ok, not bad but not memorable.

Our server Ari was super attentive. Unfortunately that was the highlight, we had 2 filet mignon's, 1 new York strip, a beef Wellington and a cheeseburger, plus several sides. The Cheeseburger was the best entree. We found that the filet mignon was tough. The one in the beef Wellington was the worst, with a layer of silver skin that I had to use my knife to saw thru it. The New York Strip had excessive fat including a strip of fat in the middle, some thing that I had never seen. Truffle Fries, asparagus and lobster Mac and cheese were all good. Unfortunately we probably will not be back.

We booked for the 3-course dinner at $85.99 plus tax per person. Starter soup or Caesar salad. We went for Caesar Salad which was lovely and fresh. Next was Beef Wellington. This was thoroughly disappointing. Wasn’t asked how we would like it cooked. Apparently always served medium rare but no mention of this on menu. Extremely salty. Mash was lukewarm at best. Veg was aldente on the harder side. Finally we had sticky toffee pudding which was lovely. All meals generous portion size. Waiter and manager were very good and did finally ask the chef to cook beef a little longer. Had I have asked for a steak cooked to my liking I think it would have been an overall lovely meal. Very cold in restaurant with too much air con pumping,

First I want to say this is solely my opinion. Was extremely excited to have dinner at the Gordon Ramsay pub in the Caesar hotel casino in Las Vegas . I have followed his cooking for years and when we passed by the pub I was extremely excited that my husband and I were able to get in the restaurant especially since it was his birthday. First we were seated in the corner maybe a feet away from where the waiters and waitress punch in the orders. Felt like they wanted to squeeze as many tables as possible, not a great ambiance, but it’s a pub so I gave them a pass . I was torn between the Shepard pie , scallops or steak. I asked for an option/recommendation. Was told the Shepard pie was hit and miss , sometimes tangy , the steak was a regular steak . I decided to get the scallops. The accompaniment were great but the sauce on the scallops was extremely watery , and the scallops were over cooked. I was extremely disappointed in dinner. Given the high profile my expectations were higher.

It was nice. Service was good, although our waiter implied we should be literally amazed by the food, which was odd. He also made sure we were aware of the suggested tipping amounts on the bill. I believe I tipped him at 26%, which was more than he actually deserved. He never offered additional drinks or refilled my water. Food was ok. I’m not sure if my expectations were unrealistic, but it was just ok. I had the onion soup, Wellington, and sticky toffee pudding lunch special. The bread in the soup had totally disintegrated, but the taste was nice. The Wellington was cooked perfectly, but meat was tough. The duxelles was underwhelming and the pastry was mushy. The potato puree was the star of the plate, oddly enough. The sticky toffee pudding was delicious! My husband had the shepard’s pie and thought it was “good”.

Offensive waitress attire for mainstream restaurant. Like a British Hooters in your face. Food was heavy on meats and sauces.

We went for my birthday dinner & everything was “fine”. There wasn’t anything with a “wow” factor. We had a reservation (definitely needed) & were seated promptly. Our waiter was nice and efficient. The decor was good. We got the artichoke/spinach dip for the appetizer & it was a large portion with good taste (but not enough pita chips - could easily use double the amount given). Pretty large selection of drinks (but expensive for the mocktails - almost as much as a beer to get fancy juice as my daughters said). The presentation of the food was very good, the scallops were delicious & the braised ribs were great. The steaks (Beef Wellington & NY Strip) were slightly overcooked (they said the Beef Wellington would be medium rare & came out medium & the NY Strip we asked for medium well & it was well done). Good cuts of meat with nice texture though. The Beef Wellington also didn’t have an even flavor to it - my 1st bite was salty & then it got less so as I ate the rest. All in all a fine dinner, but we’re expecting a little more for the cost.

We ordered a shepherd’s pie and a pub burger I asked for the burger medium The food came out within literally two minutes and the burger was freezing cold which made me think it was already ready and waiting for someone to order it! (I really hope that is not the case) I sent it back and the waiter, who was an extremely nice guy but he seemed to be overwhelmed because he was taking care of all the tables by himself, apologized and told me I would get free dessert. The shepherd’s pie was fine, nothing major though to justify 38$ My second burger was fine but again, definitely not worthy 28$ The free dessert came out: it was a dates cake with vanilla icecream and it was extremely good A glass of orange juice and one coke brought the bill to nearly 90$ which is definitely too much for what we got I understand customers pay for the name, but because of the name, I expect the food to be very good, not just average, and come out right the first time The highlight was the waiter, who was very efficient and nice

I was interested in trying one of Gordon Ramsay's Las Vegas restaurants, and tried out this spot for lunch. The fish and chips came with mushy peas and vinegar, which was a nice, traditional touch. While the fish and chips themselves were alright, at the price tag of $37, I was expecting the greatest fish and chips I've ever had. The atmosphere was okay, and service was fine, but it just wasn't worth the cost.

We went for diner on Novembre 10th, party of 8, and had a terrible diner experience. The restaurant is a nice pub style, good ambience, but terrible dishes: the fish & Chips so greasy, as a "Ramsay Classic" it was so deceptive!!! Just go there for a beer and skip the food!!!!!!!!!!! I mean it!!!

It’s hilarious that Gordon Ramsey should make a TV series based on criticising other people’s catering establishments because this place is dire. Overpriced, down market, dreadful food, average service. Ramsey needs to visit his own kitchen from hell.

Ask for Joey, great quick service after walking all over the strip! We were hot and hungry and they got us sat right away, cold drinks and food quickly.

The Beef Wellington was barely warm and had no flavor at all. The pastry was soggy and there was no pate wrapping the steak. The waitress never asked about the meal and we only saw her when she dropped the check. She asked if I wanted a to go box and when I said I the steak was cold and I was disappointed in the meal she took my plate and asked if I wanted to see a dessert menu. Overall, very disappointing, mediocre at best. Paid $79 for it and left half on the plate.

I went twice, the first time, for the 3 course dinner and it was amazing! But I could say that the service could be improved. The second time I got a burguer and again was amazing and the service was perfect!!! You dont need to book a table if itsnt a holiday.

Stopped by for lunch on a whim. Very surprised at the prices for this 'casual' restaurant. $24 cocktails and $21 chicken wings!! Shared the spinach artichoke dip which was tasty, but was very watery, not cheesy enough and the artichokes were in quarters, not chopped. I don't think Gordon would approve.

My score is based on a five-point maximum for food, service, ambiance, and value. It would be a 2 star, but the ambiance was so bad combined with the value im overriding to 1 star, I don't usually give bad reviews. But this was a really bad experience. We came here for dinner on New Year's Eve. We thought it'd be fun to try out one of Gordon Ramsay's concepts. It seemed like this would generally have the same trademark dishes and had good reviews. Now I realize there's a new type of skewness and reviewed celebrity. I think these these restaurants with celebrity chefs get undeserved reviews due to celebrity association just something to look out for. Food gets a 3 (I think I'm being kind of generous), The French onion, the cheese was rubbery and the flavor was overwhelmed by Worcestershire sauce and salt. My beef Wellington was the star the flavor was excellent and it was cooked basically perfectly but I think it was over salted. I still have salt taste on my tongue the next day. My lady got the lobster risotto, the risotto was over cooked. The dessert was the sticky toffee pudding, the flavor was good but the execution was really average. Service gets a 4, after a long wait, they confused our entrees and brought out two beef wellingtons initially. They did get the updated order out quick. They also forgot our ice teas for over half the meal. Ambiance gets a 0, they have this seating 4 booths right along the casino floor. There's no glass separating you from the floor, some one can reach in and touch your shoulder if they like. They can definitely look at you and laugh at your face for being in such an awkward spot which I saw a couple of folks do. You smell the cigarettes smoke, it's basically like dining on the casino floor. If I wanted that experience would have sat at a slot machine and ordered food. These seats should be illegal. They should ask you before seating you in them. We were exhausted and off our game from trying to get to the restaurant on New Year's, we weren't thinking how bad these seats were when they sat us down and ordered but they were awful. When we requested to be moved they acted like it wasn't easy because we had ordered. They offered us a crappy alternative. When they had numerous nice open tables inside that were unused and remained that way to closing. Value 1, 2 people no alcohol, $370 including tip. You're paying for the celebrity branding.

Well worth a visit ! The service was perfect and the food was delicious. We had an excellent time. I highly recommend this restaurant when you are visiting Las Vegas.

Gordon Ramsey needs to critique his own restaurants 👎 he wouldn't be impressed! Bad over priced food with poor produce. The menu was the same as all American Chain restaurants.

My sister and I went to one of Gordon’s restaurants in London this summer. It was amazing. Loved the fish and chips. Loved the peas. Loved it all. Went here to I could relive my fish and chips experience. The amount of fish was very small compared to London. It was more expensive (Vegas, I get it). The fries were cold (and there weren’t many). I was also annoyed at the amount of peas I got. They came in a little silver container (exactly the same as the ketchup, vinegar, and tartar sauce… to give an idea). The people at the table next to me ordered the same thing as me. They each got a much larger, ceramic-looking dish filled with peas. Gordon’s peas are quite literally the only peas in the world I like, so that was a bummer. Sister and I also visited France this summer and had French onion soup multiple times. Gordon’s here in LV was far better than any we had in France. Kudos!!

I have been here several times and enjoyed the food and service. My last visit was also good, however, the hostess was not welcoming and in fact, was rude. This is surprising given the Ramsay brand. I eventually escalated my request to a senior person who immediately accommodated my request. Given my obvious mobility challenges, I requested to be seated at a booth or low-top table. We had made a reservation the week before but did not indicate it on the reservation. However, the section of the restaurant where the appropriate seating was located was available and the young hostess indicated our wait would be another hour. We could not wait another hour as we had tickets for a show. Once the senior person became involved the matter was resolved immediately, but I suggested to the senior person that this should be included as part of the training for their hostesses. I hope there was a follow-up.

This was my second visit here and everything is still top notch. As a fan of Hell’s Kitchen and knowing this was the prize of Season 11, I like coming here as a less expensive experience than other Gordon Ramsay restaurants but with a more varied menu than burgers or fish and chips. I stopped by for lunch by myself and was seated promptly. The restaurant is inside Caesar’s and offers a great vantage point for people watching. Rodney is a dynamic server, attentive without being fussy. I ordered the spinach and artichoke dip and the lobster roll. The dip is best shared because the truffle oil makes it awfully rich. I couldn’t finish it by myself. The shrimp and lobster roll is one of the best things I’ve ever had. The bread itself is crisp and buttery and the filling is fresh, refreshing, and perfectly seasoned. Really like this place and can’t wait to be back.

We were staying at the famous Caesar's Palace in Las Vegas and, in the food court adjacent to the casino, there were numerous "fast-food" restaurants. Comparing the prices with Gordon's proposal for the burger, it didn't change much. We then decided to try Gordon's burger... excellent! At that point, we opted for the fillet mignon with mashed potatoes, which was equally excellent. The bill, moderately high but nothing special considering the location and name of the restaurant. Super professional and kind staff. Recommended, and if you want to save... just the hamburger!

Gordon Ramsay Pub at Caesar’s is where my taste buds ascended to a higher plane, guided by the divine intervention of braised short rib so tender it practically apologized for existing. The sticky toffee pudding? A caramel-soaked fever dream that ruined all other desserts for me forever. If I could time travel, I'd go back just to experience that first bite again—10/10, would sell my soul for another round.

Wow, the best food and service I've ever had. The Sticky Toffee Pudding is a dessert that I'll dream about eating again. Too bad we live so far away! We sampled 5 things and everything was fantastic, no matter what you order you will not be disappointed.

I applaud Gordon for trying to make a silk purse out of a sows ear. And I will say the food is very good and reasonably priced. But the ambience is nothing close to a British pub. More like a feedlot. Ear splitting noise levels, cramped seating. The great food is spoiled by the third class dining experience.

We managed a walk in table after not completing the on-line booking, as that only allowed tables for the three course set menu experience. The ambience was British pub - loud but fun. The service was fine. There was an extensive selection of cocktails and wines. The signature beef Wellington was good. Soft beef, crisp pastry and soft mash. It needed more sauce though. The fish and chips were just ok. The chips were warm and soft, as was the batter on the fish. The accompaniments were good - mushy peas and several sauces, however it was a disappointing dish. In retrospect, we should have sent it back and asked for hot and crispy. Absolutely loved the British music playing. Not often you hear Echo and the Bunnymen at dinner! Overall, marginally disappointing.

Ordered the beef Wellington and braised short rib dish. I think something is wrong when the slice of cabbage served with the short rib dish is larger than the main short rib. Beef Wellington was nice Pricing wise, the 3 course Wellington was appropriately priced, other dishes not so much

Our server, Sara, is probably the kindest and attentive server ever. She explained how the food is prepared with such wonderful enthusiasm. We felt very welcomed. The fried chicken sandwich was truly brilliant. The fish and chips also cooked to perfection. Sticky Toffee dessert was to die for. (Coffee a bit bitter.). We are pleasantly surprised. Excellent lunch!

The shoulder of beef with tha cabbage and mash was soooo good ! My wife actually said it’s the best Mash she’s ever tasted !

No reply to my Google review, yet you pander to all the positive ones there. You smile sweetly when everything is good, but unapologetically turn your head the other way when there’s a problem. As long as the money keeps pouring in, you don’t care about anything else. Absolute rip-off merchants. Your fixed price lunch is only available Monday to Thursday, but it doesn’t say this on the Caesars website. We complained to the manager, who would not honour it. Our only option was to go for a far more expensive menu, so we left. He didn’t even trust our online source, when it was the official Caesar’s Palace site. I emailed a complaint three weeks ago, but had no response. This was also to give you the opportunity to be an honest and decent restaurant, and correct your website, before I left a one-star review. But clearly customer service and integrity aren’t ingredients in Gordon Ramsay’s meals. Do better.

This place no longer offers pub food. We had a reservation. Arrived when it was about a quarter full. Tried to sit us at the kitchen, we asked for another table. We walked past plenty of open tables while they walked us to a corner facing the wall. We said we’d eat at the bar. Ordered a glass of wine and a beer. The wine came promptly but because they were having trouble with their beer taps 15 minutes later I was given a glass of beer with half foam. The bartender apologized and said it was on him which was a nice gesture. Looking over the menu we saw it no longer offered the pub food we enjoyed before but now had a very overpriced menu. We paid for our drink and left. We went out by the Forum Shops and had a great dinner at the Palms for the same price as it would have cost us at Gordon Ramsey’s Pub. White table cloth at the Palms vs wooden table tops at the Pub, no comparison.

Had the 3 course meal and it was fantastic. Service was great and they were super efficient at getting lots of people seated quickly. This place is popular so make sure you have reservations!

I wish I could remember our servers name. I feel awful that I can't but she was probably one of the best servers I have ever had. She was very informative about the choices on the menu and helping us make our choices. Myself and my BIL had the prime rib and we both say it was the best prime rib we have ever had. The lobster Mac and cheese was also the best I have ever had. My husband had fish and chips which he said was very good and tasty. My sister had the beef short ribs and she said it was excellent as well. None of us went away hungry and were all very satisfied with our food and the service we had. We just wish we could remember her name so we could give her recognition

So I’m rating it 3 out of 5 stars for food quality only not taking the pretty darn high price in mind. If I include value for the money the rating might be a bit lower. We took extended family out for dinner and we were hoping to get some oo’s and ahh’s and it just didn’t happen. The beef Wellington was good but dry without anything noticeable between the crust and meat. The words “the short ribs taste like pot roast” were mentioned. Again nothing really bad but we were hoping for more.

Make a reservation, then check in, then wait another half hour until they seat you, to get mediocre food and mediocre service. It’s just a meal, nothing more.

Overpriced food that Gordon would slag off if he visited it on Kitchen Nightmares. The soup was very nice but the Chicken Tikka Masala was only marginally better than you get in the average UK pub. Nothing like the real thing from a decent Indian restaurant in the UK. I accept that it’s difficult to replicate the real thing without the correct cooking equipment and methods, and it is probably okay for the average American, who wouldn’t know a decent Chicken Tikka Masala if it bit them on the arse but not acceptable for a Brit who does and doesn’t like having to pay high prices for crap.

First GR has a GF menu however they didn’t have the options on their menu. Our waitress didn’t quite understand what contains gluten and that’s okay because as a person with allergies I need to be careful. I ate the lobster roll in a lettuce wrap. Someone else in our party order the truffle fries and there was almost 2 inches of oil in the container. We told the waitress and she offered to take the extra charge for the truffle fries off. 2 out of 4 people in our party enjoyed their food and 2 out of 4 would not recommend. Disappointing

We went to Gordon Ramsay Pub and Grill for dinner before the Adele concert. I made the reservations there because it was right across from the entrance to the theatre. What a mistake. The food was so mediocre that I am shocked Gordon would put his name on the place. I will say that our server Jennifer was terrific and of course it was not her fault that the food is so meh. We started with the "Classic" Caesar Salad and Shrimp Cocktail. The salad tasted like one that you get at a to=go kiosk at an airport. $19.99 for the worst Caesar Salad we have ever had. For $23.99 you get 4, yes, 4 shrimp. That is $6 per. I know this is Vegas and all but really? We split Prime Rib foe our main. $58.99. We ordered it medium rare. It came out medium well and tough as nails. You would think that a British Pub would know how to do Prime Rib? We sent it back. The next was indeed medium rare. Okay. Just okay. Lawrys blows this away. The truffle fries were soggy and tasteless. $13.99. The only redeeming dish was the Sticky Toffee Pudding. Yay. I not only do NOT recommend this place, I strongly advise that you do not even consider dining here. P.S we did leave Jennifer a very good tip as she was a great server.

Very good atmosphere. Casual restaurant. There is television to watch events. A 3-stroke menu. Highly recommended to try. I like the Wellington Steak specialty. The wines that accompany each excellent weather. Good service from the Hostess and waiter. If I come back.

My husband and I love Gordon Ramsey and his TV shows so definitely wanted to try one of his restaurants while in Vegas. We could not get into Hells Kitchen so booked into the Pub and Grill right across the road. The wait staff were excellent, but you almost felt hurried along. The prices were reflective of the Vegas experience, but the price that we paid was not worth the money at all!! We each had the trio…soup or salad, beef Wellington, and toffee cake. The salad and soup were really good as well as the dessert. We were appalled that they would even serve the beef Wellington as they did. It was bland, except for excessive salt, had no flavour and tasted like a piece of leather that was cooked hours before serving then reheated. Terrible!! For the price of the meal, it should have reflected fine dining. We were very disappointed and wish we would have payed attention to the negative review. Gordon….you had better look into your chefs at this place….damaging your reputation for sure!

We had the Beef Wellington that came with mashed potatoes and a few vegetables. It was dry, dry, dry, although we were assured that the meat would be served medium rare. Even the mashed potatoes were dry. My water glass had a chip and had to be replaced. Service was okay. Very disappointed. Better to spend your $150 in the slots.

I’m sure Mr. Ransay woukd be very uoset seeing how the cleaning crew is behaving. The lady (asian looking” was collecting the glasses by reversing all to carry faster and dripoing all what was sin the glasses in the guest chairs and she did not clean. so next get’s wet. Anyway the food was ok small portion but tasty. So 3* for the scallopes (49,99 + tax)

Worst dining experience I’ve ever had, hands down. 3/5 of us had to send back our meals for being ice cold (even though the plates were super hot), and then when we received the food back it was piping hot but still terrible. One of us ordered a steak medium well, it came out well done both times. The mashed potatoes came out hard on top looking like they had been sitting under a heater. The diner who ordered scallops enjoyed them, but was sick throwing up for 24 hours afterward. The fish and chips was sub par but the only food that didn’t make our table sick. Everyone else got sick following the dinner that night and the next morning with some type of gastrointestinal distress. Chicken tikka masala (2 of us ordered it) had hard crunchy rice, and the whole dish appeared to have been microwaved. The sauce appeared to be dried on top (again as if it sat under a heater) and the chicken was barely edible. This dish looked incredible online but even after both of us sending it back, it never looked anywhere near fresh or tasty. It did not taste appetizing either. Our waiter appeared to be “on” something. After we ordered, he came back 10 minutes later saying he lost our order and could we re-order? We did not get our first round of drinks for over 30 minutes. Our waiter almost knocked two of us over on the way to the bathroom (separate times) and he only checked on us once when we sent back the food. You would think after 3/5 people had meals sent back that they still didn’t eat, he would inquire to see if there was anything he could do for us. He offered us a round of drinks “for our trouble” which was nice, but the bill for food that we didn’t really eat and made us extremely sick, came to almost $600 with tip. We were so exhausted by the experience that we just left and did not complain further. Will never visit another Gordon Ramsay establishment again.

OMG, where to start. Calamari, chewy and greasy. Sitting in a pool or grease. Burger, burnt and charred, both the meat and the bun. Steak and ale puff pastry, old and cold. $21 glass of a name brand wine out of an old bottle, had to ask them to specifically please open a new bottle. NEVER again. Gordon, you should be so ashamed. $150 with tip - it wasn't the waitresses fault.

The food was great and the service was even better! Be advised it's not inexpensive. Dinner for 2 with a soda, 1 beer, 1 cappuccino and 2 desserts was $240 with the tip

Came here specifically for the Beef Wellington which did not disappoint. The service however just didn’t happen, left to wait to be seated despite having a relatively empty restaurant and a booking. On being seated we were left with even the table near to us having their order taken before us despite seating after us! No check-ins during the meal and again just left waiting with empty plates in front of us. The drinks were so strong that they became undrinkable (one of these was just a simple gin and tonic). All in all whilst the food was great the service just didn’t match which was a real disappointment. The restaurant wasn’t even busy at this time as we had a late reservation!

Although the food was very good, the service, however, wasn't the best we've experienced. I had finished my starter course, but my girlfriend was still eating her starter. The waiter tried taking my plate away. A big no no whilst the other party is still eating!! I asked them to come back in 5 minutes, please. To make matters worse, they then tried bringing our main course, again whilst my girlfriend was still eating her starter course!! Again, I politely asked the waiter, which wasn't our waiter we were told was our waiter for the night earlier on in the evening, to please come back in 5 minutes as my girlfriend was still eating her starter and we wasn't ready. Off he wandered away with our main courses. Literally one minute later, a different waiter came back with our main courses!! We accepted them as the staff clearly didn't know restaurant etiquette. The starter plate had to be pushed aside so we could have our main courses. The dessert, which we shared, came a few minutes after the main course followed by the bill (check) whilst we were still eating. We were going to order cocktails, but clearly, the staff wanted an early finish!! It's not recommended, really, as there's plenty of other restaurants to choose from! I'm really disappointed, especially for 230 dollars.

Not that greatest experience.. Everything so expensive for the pub type of place..They changed me for Martini $24...it's crazy..and especially they didn't have lots of choices just to compare to Chandelier bar at Cosmo..Bartenders are fantastic very engaged in conversation and super friendly.. unlimited choices for martinis and only $19.. so choose wisely .

Amazing experience and food! Do the sample menu and have the Beef Wellington it is the most amazing item on the menu! The pastry is crispy but flavorful with the most amazing Garvey and the meat is delicious and melts like butter in your mouth. You will spend money for a great meal but will enjoy every bite. The sticky toffee pudding is next level! Large menu of several items but try the sampler before anything else!

It was a great experience thanks to Alexandr! We enjoyed our dinner, tasty and clean. We also received birthday gift!

Below average food and poor service. Was passing through and thought we’d try here for an early dinner. Ordered fish and chips and the shepherds pie. The fish was hot but the chips and mushy peas were lukewarm, as was the shepherds pie. Our waiter never came over to check on us during the meal and I couldn’t get anyone else’s attention to mention it. Worse than that when we’d barely finished the waiter just asked “can I get you the check?”. Plates still hadn’t been cleared and I was considering a dessert but given he never cared asked how the meal was or whether we’d be interested in anything else, we just decided to get the bill. Paying the bill was another story, he couldn’t bring card machine to the table which is unusual then proceeded to ask me what tip and filled out the receipt himself with the tip amount (in other restaurants in vegas I’ve done this part myself). I found the entire experience odd, chaotic and rushed.

The service by Joey was Great! He was very helpful answering questions and offering suggestions when asked. The Pub burger with truffle fries were very good and the Lobster Mac&cheese were very good as well as the beverages. The dessert was Awesome too!

Overprice in everything… drinks, even a coke… the restaurant lives by tourists, different tourists eat every day and that's how the restaurant survives… because if the restaurant depends on people who live there they would not come back

There is nothing authentic about this food and any British pub that served this dross would be bankrupt in a week. After ordering shepherds pie, I was bemused that it arrived in under 10 minutes when it should take at least 20 minutes to bake. Then it became apparent. The lamb was like luke warm and the silver bowl it was in was not even hot, so this had clearly never been anywhere near an oven. Oddly, the meat was mixed with raw cubes of carrot which were strangely crunchy and gave the whole dish a consistency of vomit. It is clear that the meat is spooned into the silver bowl, some undercooked vegetables are mixed in and then potato is piped on the top, all for $36. I have enjoyed many of Gordon Ramsay’s restaurants in London but they are nothing like this. I would be amazed if he has ever eaten here as he would definitely send his own food back. The fish and chips are not much better. Basically two fish fingers with greasy chips cooked in old oil that have been obliterated to such an extent the potato inside has vaporised. I’ll stick with real fish and chips from a van at a British seaside town for a fraction of the cost which will be infinitely superior. I can’t believe anyone from the UK gives this 5 stars.

All the staff were terrific but the food was not great. Sent my fish and chips back. Fish wasn’t cooked and the fries soggy. Ordinary chicken tiki masala. Toffee pudding was delicious but served cold.

We went to Ceasurs Palace restaurant and couldn't believe the service, it was appalling. After waiting quite a while for our order the wine, starter and dinner arrived in sucession. We asked for time to eat our started 1st which seemed to be something new for the server. Eventually the mains came back and considering the price of the steak (extortionate) it had been left under the heat lights. There was skin on the sauce, the mash potato's were roasted on top and the steak dried out. The fish and chips were soggy underneath from the heat on the top too. Gordon should spend more time training his staff to proper waiter/ waitress standards instead of travelling in a bus acting the fool with Gino and Fred. Its a pity he wasn't in disguise watching as he often seems to do, plus I would have loved to meet him. Enjoyed the wine tho lovely choice.

Wife said this is the best Fish and Chips she has ever had, which is high praise. The food and the service is excellent. Do not forget to try the Sticky Toffee Pudding which is amazing

I'm giving it three stars. The food was OK. We cook like that every day in ZH. Given the name, I expect a lot more. 3 stars only because the staff was friendly. The price is ridiculously high... not recommended.

I was so dissapointed with my experience at this restaurant. I booked in advance before going to the U.S. I ordered a filet mignon WELL DONE. My steak was not well done, pink in the middle with small bit of blood. I gave the steak back and asked for it to be well done. My parter ordered the Beef Wellington which he said was nothing special it was O.K. By the time I got my meal back (TOOK AGES) my partner had finished his. So I ate alone! When the steak came back it was burnt, charcoal literally. At this stage I was fit to cry. I just wanted to walk out of there. Never ever in my life have I experienced anything as bad. It was so upsetting, not to mention handing over $200 for the bill. Never again. Over rated crap with a chef who clearly cant even cook a well done steak.

We booked a specific table through Raquel. Cindy, the manager, canceled it, preferred a larger party after we booked it. Not trusted place.

We loved the food and the service was even more amazing. Our server (Stella Stacy, not sure of the spelling) was phenomenal throughout the entire meal and really made us feel at home. Highly recommended!

Hamburgers and Cesar salads from my daughter good, but for the price let them bite. I take a plate I read “rib” for me ribs, they were an abominable thing, toast fried in butter with dog food as meat and the fat of the cheese was not enough for him. A gross thing other than Hell’s kitchen never again!!! Other than Masterchef...

Visited with friends. Reservations strongly recommended. Food was delicious! Our table started with nachos (short ribs on fresh homemade kettle chips), ordered beef Wellington, steak, lobster mac and cheese, short ribs w/braised cabbage, and prime rib. We finished it off sharing a sticky toffee pudding. The food was all delicious! We will be back!

We visited Gordan Ramsay P&G twice during our recent trip to Vegas. Both times we had excellent service and food. It was a little noisy since we were sitting close to the casino aisle but we could still carry on a conversation. I highly recommend this restaurant. The sticky toffee pudding is great.

We had an exceptional lunch here with great service. Our waiter Carlos was very attentive. All the food was outstanding. The soup was so good. We started with the spinach and artichoke dip that was the best I’ve ever had. All the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. It’s the way a restaurant should be run!

Came here with my team because they did have a reservation at a reasonable time. The food menu is very limited, so maybe not the best place for dinner. Good service.

Fish was hot and OK, chips were cold. All for the pleasure of $33 + tax and tip. Soup was OK. Service was OK. Poor food and a rip off.

Air conditioning too cold, service very very slow, dinner nothing special .. and very very expensive. The most amazing thing is that they do not serve hamburgers (which is pictured in the poster)

We expected more taste experience and creative dishes. Chicken tikka had unfinished rice, otherwise good flavoring. The scallops were good, but a little too little food for a main course. Nice tableware but you can see through in the details such as unwashed glasses, low quality crockery, glasses and cutlery. If I had owned the restaurant, I would have been disappointed.

Second Gordon Ramsey restaurant meal in Vegas. I fear all the salt made its way to Gordon Ramsey’s Burger (see GRB review). I ordered the NY strip and it wasn’t seasoned at all. $70 steak and tough. Creamy porcini mushrooms were delish but I needed to be on mushrooms to enjoy the rest of the meal. Truffle fries were drenched in oil. So much so, about 2 tbsp was sitting at the bottom of the container. Personal opinion - Skip the szechuan peppercorns in the peppercorn sauce. Too overpowering and not a compliment to the meat. Hire more staff to help the servers out. They’re busy and need it.

Our second time visiting here and for some of our party, their first time visiting a Gordon Ramsay restaurant. The restaurant is nicely decorated, and certainly has that English pub feel. We had a very friendly server who was fast and efficient. We opted for a variety of dishes including the Caesar Salad, Nachos, Beef Wellington, Chicken Curry and Fish & Chips. All of the food was really nice, particularly the Beef Wellington which was cooked to perfection. Our only disappointment was that the Chicken Curry presentation left a lot to be desired, something that we could make look a lot nicer at home, and overall we felt the curry was nothing special for the steep price, although there was a huge amount of beautifully cooked chicken – the sauce and flavour just didn’t live up to expectation. The sticky toffee pudding for dessert was also incredible. We were all suitably happy and left feeling very full, for a Gordon Ramsay experience this was good, but there are definitely better Ramsay restaurants out there.

I usually never post negative reviews, but I am compelled to do so because of 1) the expense of the meal and - mostly - 2) the celebrity brand name. I ordered fish and “steak fries” and the fries had clearly been plated for some time before the dish was completed and therefore were cold when the meal arrived. After a considerable amount of time, the server checked in quickly and was almost gone before I could mention this. He said he would bring me a serving of regular fries. Oddly, he then deplated my remaining fish onto a side plate, saying something like, “Chef will want this” and departed with the offending fries. The overall service vibe was not at all friendly. The hostess who sat us did not even acknowledge us, the food was basically flung on the table by various servers as though we were not even there, and the table was cleared abruptly as though the intent was for us watch the work in progress. And finally, even excusing the fries and the service, the food was mediocre.

I agree with the previous reviews, Its a pub but more of an upscale pub. Noisy and high energy with steak house prices. We went for lunch during the weekend. It was busy, service was average, we had a reservation for 3 and waited about 25 mins to be seated. I was disappointed with my cocktail, lobster roll was good. Would I visit again??I would probably try something different.

Loud, frantic… the waiters are crazy run off their feet. The place is a madhouse. The food was ok. My soup wasn’t as hot as it should have been. Wedge salad isn’t a wedge it’s a half of a iceberg lettuce with very little topping, mine’s better and doesn’t cost $20. I was disappointed with the sticky toffee pudding after all the hype. It was very average. The Costco one is better.

Great room located in the hotel Caesar Palace; welcome a little cold but impeccable and fast service! I was here for the Wellington beef and I was not disappointed!

Extremely disappointing. We were in Vegas for a conference, myself and 2 of my colleagues went to this place because one of my colleagues raved about eating there last year at the same time. I am not keen on chefy places as they are always a let down. Anyhow I went along and sure enough it was disappointing. All 3 mains - fish & chips and 2 wagyu burgers (which are $43 USD each) were so bad. They asked how we like the burgers cooked, we asked for 1 medium rare and 1 medium. The plates were put in front of us without asking which burger goes to whom. We asked our server which is which, he said we cook them all the same?!!! Then why ask how we would like them cooked??? I had a couple of bites of my burger and could not eat it anymore. The person eating fish & chips (who was from Scotland) could not eat his meal too. Server asked if we wanted boxes to go, we declined and told him how horrible the food was. They did not charge us for one item. Needless to say, we did not stay for any dessert.

Overall a good experience. Good atmosphere. Staff were very help and the food was well priced. You get value for money. The sticky date pudding was good. Fish and chips was good so was the Tikka Masala was a hit.

Simple, friendly, good atmosphere and friendly waitress. Fast and efficient service, simple but well prepared dishes. Without any bad surprises.....the interior terrace is pleasant

Ok cocktails, 2/10 food. Terrible steak, ok fish n chips . Oysters were ok at best. It was close to Adele, so there's that

Having in mind that Gordon is English, I thought I was going to get the best fish and chips ever but was sorely disappointed. I got an overcooked, dry piece of fish, average fries and runny mushy peas, what happened?

We booked a pre-show dinner reservation, assuming it would be necessary. It was a Thursday evening at 19:30PM, and given that the restaurant is part of the Gordon Ramsay group, we expected it to be busy. However, when we arrived, there was plenty of availability — which we hoped wasn’t a bad sign. Having dined at various Gordon Ramsay restaurants in different countries, we were genuinely looking forward to an elevated fish and chips experience. Unfortunately, things didn’t get off to the best start and by the end very disappointed. We were asked what we’d like to drink. My partner ordered an Old Fashioned, while I wanted something non-alcoholic. I fancied a soda water with a Rose’s lime cordial — something I know isn’t really common in the USA, where it’s usually called sweetened lime juice from concentrate. I even pointed out the Rose’s grenadine on the bar and showed the waiter a photo to explain what I meant. He assured me they did have Rose’s lime, although I did question it, as most bars in the States don’t. He insisted that most bars would carry it — not my experience at all, but I was happy enough if they had it. When my drink arrived, I could see straight away that it wasn’t what I’d asked for. One sip confirmed it: it was simply lime juice and soda, not a cordial. When the waiter returned to take our food order, I mentioned it wasn’t right, but said I’d drink it anyway. He took our fish and chips order and left, only to return a few moments later to say they’d stopped stocking Rose’s lime because it’s full of preservatives — hence why the barman had made the drink he did. I couldn’t help but point out the bottles of Rose’s grenadine still sitting on the bar, which surely contain similar preservatives! Our food arrived within about fifteen minutes, but first impressions weren’t exactly promising. For one thing, one plate came out without any peas. When I pointed this out, the waiter just said, “It’s on its way” — which to me implied they’d simply forgotten. A bit of honesty goes a long way; just admit the mistake! The fish itself turned out to be three large fish fingers — though to be fair, the fish was proper white fillet, not reformed. The steak chips, however, looked and tasted like standard frozen oven chips — the sort you’d find from McCain in the UK or an equivalent brand in the USA. The biggest disappointment was the mushy peas: they were essentially blended garden peas with mint, but they weren’t even the consistency of a proper purée. Being from the North of England, we’re no strangers to mushy peas — these were more like a runny green soup. I’ve never had pie, mash and liquor, but judging by what I saw being served, ‘liquor’ would be a better description of that green watery liquid! We decided to skip dessert. In total, with tip, the bill came to around $130. Was it value for money? Definitely not.

Have been to Hell's Kitchen and Gordon Ramsay's Pub and Grill on several occasions and its never let me down. Went here as a foursome with a couple who has never been and they were happy with the meal. Beef Wellington is so tender you hardly need a knife to cut through it. The Sticky Toffee Pudding (Ramsay's grandmother's recipe) is absolutely delicious. The only thing I would skip is the mushy peas with the fish and chips! It a British acquired taste!!!

I decided to try the famous Gordon Ramsay‘s pub and grill in Las Vegas and was so disappointed. I ordered the chicken masala which was supposed to be chicken marsala with rice and naan. What I received was barely warm basically lukewarm to room temperature food. Everything was cold and they must assumed that I didn’t know the difference between naan and pita bread triangles. Because what I got was pita bread and NOT NAAN! At that point, I ate what I could, even though it was coldish because I wasn’t gonna send it back at that point. The chicken masala tasted ok, nothing to write home about, however, why was it cold? They were not that busy. Why was I given pita that went with hummus. So when Gordon is not there do they just do whatever and send cold food out? I was nothing but polite so I didn’t think it anything to do with me personally, maybe it did? I didn’t say anything to the staff about the quality of the food, paid bill, left a nice tip and left. I went to the restaurant website to provide service feedback. I never heard back from the GR Pub and Grill’s manager. Note, I attempted to make a reservation for Hells Kitchen but they wouldn’t reserve tables for 1. So I called to ask why, and they said they will not seat a party of one at a table only at the bar. I asked are there only bar height seats at the bar they said yes. I said what if I show up in person they said they would still sit me at the bar after I told them I couldn’t sit on bar height stools. I left a comment for Hells Kitchen regarding the single person must sit at bar and that manager responded and said they do meet ADA and they have a lower seat part of bar that would accommodate me and they should of told me. I told the manager the person never disclosed that unfortunately. Gordon Ramsey Pub and Grill in Las Vegas do better.

We were quickly shown to a table however my chair had grease marks on the seat and back, which I pointed out, it was cleaned by staffer who asked me to wait while it dried! I got it swapped out. Our onion and ale soup came, tasty but saltier as you got near the bottom. Before I finished a cleaner appeared and brushed around the table! When I pointed this out to the hostess who had been wafting around looking busy, she wasn’t bothered about salty soup and said the cleaner did so because it was casino policy. No apology. While settling the bill I noticed she was trying to subtly tell her colleague about me and my comments, but her colleague looked directly at me. Not the Gordon Ramsay experience he would approve of for sure.

My partner likes watching Gordon Ramsay shows, so he wanted to try at least one of his restaurants, and this was the only place we could get a last-minute reservation for. Got seated at our table 15 minutes after our reservation time. Another 15 mins we got our drink and food order taken. Two of our party ordered the 3 course set menu, and two of us just ordered a main. Their starter salad came 20 minutes after first ordered. Then there was about a half an hour wait on the main once starter plates were removed. At this stage, I was sitting at the table for an hour without food. I ordered the Chicken Tikka Masala. The presentation was terrible, and the food was luke warm at best. The cut of meat was actually chicken thigh. Right, fair enough, the thigh part of the chicken is tasty, but it's also the cheapest part, and it's not for everyone's liking. I was expecting a chicken breast, at least. The other two thought the Beef Wellington was good, but again said it was cold. Their dessert of sticky toffee pudding was also luke warm. Baffles me that a tip was still expected after the service and mediocre food. I could hear people behind me complaining about the wait for food. The place is very loud with music blaring and everyone shouting over one another. The prices match other fancy restaurants on the strip, but they don't match English pub prices, nor is the menu a typical English pub menu To be honest, I feel that Gordon Ramsay should get his own house in order instead of making a show about kitchen nightmares. I spent an hour more at this restaurant than I should have. I wouldn't recommend this place. There is definitely nicer. Knowing what I know now, I'd rather have spent the money on the roulette table!!!!

We had a 5:00 reservation and still waited one hour and forty minutes and still did receive our meal. We spoke with the manager twice, waited and finally gave up, left and went to our show. Spending that amount of money for that meal and not being able to enjoy it is unacceptable. Four other tables were sat After us and received their meals before us! We had finished two glasses of wine and left them at the edge of the table to be collected. After an hour, they were removed. We know that Gordon was in town for the F1 race. For someone who touts service, the grill sure missed the turn and crashed badly.

Definitely recommend just going to the bar to avoid waiting for a table. The bartender got us drinks immediately and it took 10 minutes to get our food! Cocktails were delicious. The fish & chips were crispy and fresh. A lot of people got the burger which looked really good too. Overall, a great experience!

I’d been here years ago and remember it as a comfortable fun atmosphere with great food… so when we were recently in Vegas, I insisted we go. I have watched everything “Gordon” for years and if you e been to Vegas, you have tons of Gordon choices. Review: seated quickly… it was a Monday night…we ordered the steak-definitely NOT the 12 ounces for $68.00 and the driest Lobster Mac&Cheese ($28.00….) with the littlest bit of lobster and something crunchy and tasteless on the top. Would have been worth the price IF a it were Gordon approved…he would have thrown a fit! The asparagus was the best thing on the plate. For the prices, please offer bread for the table while waiting for meal. We did see there was a great selection of beer.ales and awesome looking burgers and salads go by…Perhaps, go for the burger and beer and leave the night out for (expensive) steak to one of the many great steak restaurants on the strip…won’t give up on Gordon, but sadly, giving up on this restaurant. Sorry, was disappointed too.

One of the more relaxed restaurants in Caesars Palace, the service was generally pretty good with the exception of a very blunt and unwelcoming hostess- the bar staff soon made up for this though. There's a full bar selection including some great wines and an excellent range of draught beers. I had the signature Beef Wellington which was pleasant. The beef was juicy and perfectly cooked, but certainly not upto the same standards of Ramsay's British restaurants. The amounts of pomme puree and vegetables were laughable for the price.

Had dinner there with friends and my sister who has allergies with dairy and tomatoes, had a conversation with the waiter about this and he advised would inform the kitchen. She ordered a plain salad and a Steak and Chips. After one mouthfull of the steak realised it did not taste right, left the rest, found out the steak was cooked in butter.........really..... is this what to expect............so very bad...........and we were charged for it........... An hour after leaving the restaurant we had to go back to the room as she was feeling very unwell and was up all night we were very lucky she stopped eating otherwise she could have ended up in hospital..... Note to all dont go if you suffer from allergies........

There are much better steaks, but it's all a matter of taste. Ordered medium, got medium well.

I thought it was a great choice for dinner. Similar options and just as good as Hell's Kitchen. Waiter was great, food was great, price was a little higher than it should be but on par with similar meals. Very happy with the filet and wellington! If I had any complaints it was being seated right there at the edge of the casino floor.

I have looked forward to going for years and finally bit the bullet. I absolutely love watching Gordon Ramsay on TV and all of the food always looks amazing. So we went to Cesars and visited the Pub and Grill and it was a let down. The fish and chips were amazing, but I ordered the Wagyu Burger and it was flatter than McDonalds and tough to eat. It looked very pretty but I could only choke down less than half. Yes, I should have sent it back since $42 was a bit pricey, but I didn't want to embarrass my family by complaining especially since I was so hyped up on visiting this restaurant. The burger was seasoned very well, the fries were string potatoes and just fries. The burger was very dry and flat like a cheesburger patty at Mc Donalds. I will perhaps try again, I don't know, the husband has fish and chips and he said it was fabulous so maybe. I will say our waitress was fabulous and the service was exceptional.

We read the reviews and thought we would give this place a try. It was on Monday, Dec 9. (this date is important as you read to the end of this review). We got there around 7:30p and the place was busy, very busy. Understood. The GOOD: the ladies at the front were polite and quick to get us a table. Our server was very good considering how busy it was. THE BAD: The food: I ordered the scallops and my wife had the world famous fish and chips. The scallops were presented nicely but over cooked. They had little taste. The world famous fish and chips were anything but. The chips had been out most of the day and had little taste. They were only warm, limp and just not good. The fish, WOW.. the coating on the fish was so hard and thick that she needed a knife to cut through coating to get to the fish. When she got to the fish, it was bad. No taste at all. Very bad meal. We just returned from Ireland and England. Now they have world famous fish and chips. Why is Dec 9 date important in this review. At least the cowboys lost which made the meal not a total loss. Sorry Gordon, we won't be back.

This was our last night and decided to give this a try. Food was excellent (had the beef wellington) and Rodney our waiter was outstanding!!!!! Highly recommend.

We dined here on our recent trip to Las Vegas. I did the online booking which I’d recommend as the queue can be long at times. I also mentioned it was our wedding anniversary on the booking site. Once seated by the miserable receptionist we were served by our very up beat waiter ( Chris ) who was great from start to finish. We didn’t have a starter ( no need in the USA ) We had the Beef Wellington and Fish & Chips. Both were great. We decided to leave at that point feeling full but our waiter insisted on bringing a sticky toffee pud for us to share as an anniversary treat. That too was tasty and was a nice touch which we appreciated. Overall a great experience.

Wife ordered salmon and it came up raw in the middle so she sent it back, I ordered chicken tikka masala came up luke warm started eating it then found some of the chicken was pink inside so I sent mine back. The waitress was very apologetic we just paid for our drinks and left

Disappointing. The only thing delicious was the salad. The burned meat, the completion of the preparations are not adequate and the flavor is very average.

We were really looking forward to our first visit to a Gordon Ramsey restaurant. My friend and I both watch several of his TV shows and we know he is a stickler for tasty, well seasoned food. We were greeted fairly quickly and offered drinks. The Hellfire Margaritas were delicious. We ordered our dinner and our Onion&Ale Soup, which was also good, arrived several minutes later. Before we could finished it our entrees arrived. By the time we got to the fish and chips it was already cold. The Fish lacked flavour. My friend barely ate any of it. The chips were okay. Nobody checked to see whether we liked the food or not. At this point we were feeling like we were being rushed out the door so we decided to order another drink before deciding on dessert. We eventually ordered the Sticky Toffee Pudding and the Banofee Cheesecake. The pudding was tasty but the cheesecake was dense and very bland. All and all a very disappointing experience!

Horrible over priced at $250 for 2. Beef Wellington crust and some black thick guck on top of beef was inedible. 2 tiny pearl onions and 3 tiny carrots with a table spoon of mashed potatoes smeared across the plate. The onion soup was ok but the desert is a brownie with vanilla ice cream was just ok, nothing here to justify these outrageous prices. Mc Donald’s would have been better. Our waiter had over 10 tables himself so was overworked and it showed, he lacked any shred of friendliness and could care less as this place lives off an over hyped up reputation. Maybe Mr Ramsey can send someone to come scream at his staff to improve this train wreck of a pub. I seriously cannot understand anyone enjoying this place. I’m just annoyed we got sucked into the hype of this celebrity’s restaurant. Skip this place and save your $250 + tip, wish we had !

Was looking to make dinner reservations before Adele and the Pub and Grill was the only spot in Caesars with reservations left. I was a little worried because some of the reviews were quite negative but we had a fantastic time. Our server Christopher was an absolute pleasure. When the bottle of wine we wanted was sold out he offered us the more expensive version for the same price. He was also very knowledgeable about the menu and came to check on us numerous times through the night. We ordered the Onion and Ale Soup, plus the 3 course dinner. Everything was delicious. My husband devoured his Beef Wellington, the Caesar salad and soup that I ate were great, and the Sticky Toffee Pudding was so light and fluffy. We had an amazing, albeit pricey, experience but we would come back again.

Fabulous atmosphere inside busy hotel , not sure the menu was typical British pub. Had the fish and chips and was extremely disappointed in the bland tasteless batter , definitely uk batter is sooo much better . The fish itself was amazing, which made up for the batter.

Don’t waste your money. Big Price for inedible food. We were looking forward to a great meal out before the Garth Brooks concert…. What a let down, we expected so much more from a Gordon Ramsay establishment!! The Fish and chips x2 were soggy and under cooked, scallops were strange tasting and undercooked. Prime rib was mediocre at best. Service was average and server was quite short. Definitely not a relaxing atmosphere. Get you in and out in a hurry vibe. Shame on you Gordon Ramsay… we believed your standards were better than this!

The food was amazing and our server was an absolute pleasure. Definitely recommend. We stopped in for a late lunch and got the pre fixed three course plus the truffle spinach appetizer.

Rude staff The bring raw meat instead of medium well and the waiter helper shouted to us !! Well done!!!!?? Well donde!!??? What is the problem??? I don’t go to Ramsay’s place to be treated like this. Manger just said.. “ok, is not the end of the world I will give you free dessert” Like he don’t care.. But anyway don’t go, staff is very stress and you could be treated much better in other places.

My dinner was excellent. It was all I expected from Chef Ramsey. His beef Wellington did not disappoint. My server Jennifer was pleasant and very professional and our server assistant Chris was attentive to all our needs. I will highly recommend this place.

Absolutely amazing service; so friendly, attentive and efficient! The food, yes it is amazing! Absolutely delicious and filling; think elevated or gourmet comfort food. The Hubs and I are now making it a goal to eventually try all of the Gordon Ramsay restaurants in Vegas. Absolutely worth a try!

The best food we had between Nashville, Memphis and Las Vegas. There was 8 of us and we went for my husband’s 60th birthday and what a treat it was. The service, food, drink and staff were all amazing even the water was better than any water we had as it always tastes as if it has lots of chemicals added but not this one. We all had the taster menu which was delicious it’s a good way to try Gordon Ramseys food without paying a fortune and if we go back to Las Vegas we will try Hell’s Kitchen, thank you.

The most crowded eating establishment in Caesars Palace. Wait time is about 30 minutes. Service was slow inside. Food is extremely over-priced for somewhat ordinary food. Our lunch was good, but nothing special, certainly not great. Honestly, I don't think that Gordon Ramsay would say that our meals met his standard.

Extremely busy and noisy Service rushed to get people on seats Did not find it enjoyable dining. Felt like a conveyor belt

We had to get the beef wellington being that is a dish that is constantly on the show. It was cooked to perfection and so tender. We also got chicken pot pie that was really good as well.

We went here with another couple for lunch and had reservations. We didn't have to wait for a table and were served on time. Our table shared the short rib nachos and they were delicious! Very large portions and not skimpy with the toppings. I had the Idiot sandwich with fries for lunch. It resembled a grilled cheese sandwich but with short ribs and spicy tomato jam. It was quite good and a little on the spicy side. I couldn't even get through a quarter of my fries though and they weren't anything special. Just so much food. The prices are high, but I guess you are paying for the name and with it being located in Caesars. My friend got the prix fixe lunch version of the beef wellington course and it was quite large too. The dinner portion would have been huge. The service was very good.

I went in wanting the classic Gordon Ramsey Caesar Salad. I saw him make it on TV. He used limes. I use the NYT recipe with lemon. I was very disappointed in his salad. Using the Ramsey method of communication: THE SALAD WAS A DISGRACE! VERY BLAND. I COUD GET A BETTER CAESAR SALAD AT OLIVE GARDEN. WHERE’S THE CHARACTER? IT NEEDS TO BE TANGY. THIS THING WAS AS FLAT AS DAMP LETTUCE. Done with that. The atmosphere and service were excellent. Next time I would order the fish nd chips.

Very average food that's extortionately over priced - not what you expect from a Gordon Ramsey facility. I've tasted much better elsewhere. The waiters can't do enough to get you out as quickly as possible.

Was good service. Food came out fast. The onion soup was salty and only ok. The cottage pie was kind fatty short rib. The idiot sandwich was greasy and a little salty. The sticky toffee pudding was quite nice. Cocktails were not that balanced. We tried some different ones and they were only ok.

Offered no drinks before meal. Whole experience was a joke. Tried to take out main course back off us when we asked for a drink; we left without drinks at all. Waitress stress rude and hopeless. She plonked a dessert between plates that no one had bothered to clear and said this is on me; no thanks: Service appalling. Food average and not worth the money. Shepherd pie; mash tasted 3 days old and too salty; burger was ok. Definitely the worst meal we had in Vegas in a day 10 stay.

We went for my wife's birthday dinner prior to the Adele concert - what a disappointment. Beef Wellington was average at best - might have been nice to see actual mushrooms in the pastry versus mushroom paste. Braised short ribs were glorified pot roast - sauce was the saving grace for that dish. We tried substituting some other starch for the "special" mashed potatoes that came with the Wellington - we were told it couldn't be done because it was "Chef Ramsay's special recipe". The potatoes were bland and flavorless. On the positive side, the onion soup and truffle fries were good. Basically the meal was a waste of $350 for two people. The only real plus is it was just steps from the Adele concert entrance.

Loud inattentive service. The $65 filet was just not worth it. Meat was a little tough. Cooked nicely to order but when you order filet you don’t sirloin quality. Very nice martini. 5x markup for wine $100 Meiomi (really!) is harsh given the dated decor and absence of even a table cloth. 4 scallops for $45 — you leave hungry. Would not reckoned this establishment

Got in right away but we saw our waiter one time in total. Our sodas were flat so we ate without drinks because he never showed back up. Service here is terrible. Food was subpar. Nothing special that would ever make me come back.

Hugely disappointed! I booked this restaurant for my husbands 40th and it just wasn’t good at all. After following Gordon Ramsey’s shows for years, when the opportunity arose to go, I didn’t hesitate. The table was tiny and moved around at the slightest touch, it was also centimetres away from the waiters station which wasn’t great. The waiter was pleasant and helpful, the wine was fantastic and the taco starter was lovely, everything else was awful. I had the bacon starter and it was 4 strips of sweet fatty bacon, which wasn’t palatable. The waitress delivering our main courses came when the starter plates were still there, as the table was so tiny she told us to hold our starter plates and didn’t apologise or say thank you. I asked the waiter if ordering a well done steak would bother the chef and I was told it 100% wouldn’t be. What was delivered to the table was a charred rubber mess which was inedible and to make it worse the centre was still bloody. The wellington was also soggy and flavourless for my husband. Altogether it was €250+ wasted.

We we seeing Seinfeld at Caesars & conveniently located. I like Guinness beer and shepherds, pie and fish and chips. Waitress s had mini skirts like a London newspaper. I go bangers & mash sausage & n my mashed potatoes & gravy . Wife had shrimp Caesar salad. I had a Guinness draft wife had beer Stella . Waiter knowledgeable. Felt like English pub. Not too expensive. $35;00 plate

First and foremost, our server Alexandru B was AMAZING! He told us everything we needed to know, suggested drinks and food and didn’t miss on any of them! The food from the fried cauliflower, beef wellington and then finishing with sticky toffee pudding were all incredible! So worth the visit and ask for Alexandru!

Terrible service. After one hour 45 minuets waiting for our meal we walked out. Gordon Ramsay needs to hire Robert Irvine from restaurant impossible to fix this restaurant. The worst service of our two week Vegas vacation. I can’t comment on the quality of the food because we did not receive any.

Steak was absolutely self looks. Truffle fries perfected it well too. Husband had fish and chips which he really enjoyed. Located in the heart of Caesar’s palace.

Very good service, food was OK but the venue was extremely loud. Could hardly hear people at the table speaking overall the noise.

Very disappointed in the service that we received from the restaurant - the front of house staff were uninterested and unmotivated with a manager who was unhelpful. On arrival, some of our party were sent to another Gordon Ramsey restaurant because our reservation couldn't be found - despite giving the reservation details (name and time). We were seated at one of the high tables, which was uncomfortable for 2 in our party who have back problems. When we tried to get another more comfortable table, the front of house staff seemed uninterested and lacking in empathy. When we spoke to the shift manager, he too was unhelpful and seemed to struggle with problem solving our situation even when there were empty tables around us. It was rather disappointing to find a restaurant where the staff are not interested in helping a customer and do not seem interested in accommodating adaptations for the customer. The positive of the evening was the waiting staff who were energetic and friendly; they're a true credit to the restaurant staff group. The food on offer was mediocre at best - it was over priced, generic British food.

My husband and I were in for a anniversary dinner. The restaurant was at 20 % capacity at best. We were seated at a table with 2 other full tables on either side of us. When we mentioned this to the hostess she said the other tables were dirty. We were half way through with our appetizers when our main course came. By the time we were ready to eat it our food was cold. Our Server asked how we were 1 time while we were there. Our whole dinner was less than 30 minutes. The food was good but would have been better if it was warmer. Also, we noticed the server on a few occasions standing in front of the television watching the hockey game. The last time we came to Vegas we had dinner here and the service and food were amazing. We won't be back on our next trip

Ordered Lobster Mac and Cheese as an entree for one and it was very good and filling. Plenty of nice chunks of lobster and the pasta was cooked perfectly..slightly more than al dente. Price wasn't bad either considering its Vegas. Would recommend and will return.

First, I wish to say I came up in the industry from age 13, getting my degree and continuing on in the field until I joined the Navy navigating Submarines ten years later making a career of it for the next twenty years. Old habits die hard and I'm a "watcher" when we go out to eat. We had reservations for the 11 Oct. 2023 at 3:30pm so as to leave plenty of time to walk to the Sphere to see U2. This was a very special day for us and wanted to do something special to mark it. It is very difficult watching all that constantly beautiful Beef Wellington leaving Hell's Kitchen. We asked and were able to be seated at 3:15pm after our reservation was confirmed. The greeting was very friendly, and we felt welcomed and were seated along the iron "fence" off the bar. I knew the day would continue to go well as we had the only seats there with the dog pictures! Seating was very comfortable and the atmosphere very nice and were not at all bothered by the passers-by. It was fairly busy, and we noted only one server covering all the tables in the Bar area and I believe he had a couple of tables in the main as well. The GM I was glad to see was up front and was for a time clearing and setting the tables as was the server. At NO TIME did I notice him failing to take care of any of the guests including us within a couple of minutes after we were seated. He was hustling and not missing a "tick" along the way. We were extremely well taken care of and ordered the 3 course Beef Wellington dinner. We started with the Ceasar Salad and upon the recommendation of our server I ordered the Onion Soup, both were fantastic! The main was one of the most perfect medium rare cuts of meat we've ever had and the Beef Wellington as a whole, was out of this world. Not something we normally get as it's difficult to find in SE Ga. on the Fl. border. Desert was a Toffee drizzled scoop of H. Daz Vanilla ice cream over pudding enjoyed by my wife a very good cup of coffee and a glass of milk for me. So, to our server, his name is Rodney. He worked his xxx-xxx and using us as representee of all in his "domain" treated us as if we were the only guests in the room. Now why the 11th is so important it was our 37th Wedding Anniversary which we had not disclosed to Rodney until after our meal, and he had arranged with the GM for our Military Discount. I wish again to thank Rodney as he went "above and beyond" and after what we observed while there, he was that way with everyone. He certainly made our day all the more special. The GM for helping as he could and for letting us have the Mil. Discount. Help would arrive (I believe a server called out or had to leave early.) so finally to the Front and Back of the house our compliments and gratitude for making our day epic!!! We walked to the U2 Concert at the Sphere happily full and contented. Thank You!! Respectfully, Aileen and Patrick Conklin USN/SS Ret. Kingsland, Ga.

I’ve eaten here several times, but not for the past couple of years. Definitely more upscale than it was, bangers and mash replaced by Beef Wellington, for instance. I had the three course set menu, and every part was terrific. Our party of six ordered several different items and no one was disappointed. Service was good, wobbly table (for some reason, most tables in Vegas seem to be wobbly). The onion soup and sticky toffee pudding were especially standouts. Far more expensive than any of the many pubs I’ve visited in the UK, but that wasn’t unexpected.

We showed up early for our reservation and were seated immediately near the front, with a nice view to people watch. Fish and chips dinner and a prime rib, both cooked perfectly. The star of the show was our server Rodney, who was extremely friendly and professional. He provided exceptional service, all the while serving no less than 7 other tables at the same time. It may have been a shift change?? He was not flustered, he handled it brilliantly! Cheers Rodney, we shall see you next time in town.

We had a drink in a Gordon Ramsey pub and the barman kept us waiting and was rude to us. We had to ask for water. He did not seem to want to serve is and it was 4pm. We ordered a Guinness and my husband said it was from a can as he poured it out of sight. It was the worst pint he has ever tasted! I had a G&T. Even an Englishman said it was bad

The Beef Wellington, French onion soup and sticky toffee pudding were AMAZING. The service was absolutely horrible! Our waitress barely came to our table. Literally she came for the first time after 20 minutes and took our drink/meal/desert order than showed up the second time with our check. No asking us if we needed another glass of wine, how our meal was, could she get us anything else and no apologies. We could see her in the other room and she lied and said everyone was “waving her down” which was not true at all. So she apparently knew she was ignoring us. We still left 20% tip bc the other help that filled our glasses, brought our food and cleared the table did a great job. Oh well, we always wanted to try the food and it was really good but we will never come back again. We had absolutely wonderful service everywhere else we went in Vegas except this one experience. Which we had been looking forward to the most. I guess sometimes you win and sometimes you lose in Vegas.

A bucket list item that did not disappoint at all. The Beef Wellington I will never ever forget but everything we tried between the three of us was absolutely amazing. I ordered the three course set menu with the wine pairing and it was more than I could have imagined. The quality of both the food and the matched wines was amazing. All the dishes were well prepared and a good size. Definitely not what you would call cheap eats but entirely worth it.

Flavorless onion soup, flavorless beef Wellington but pretty ok sticky toffee pudding. So beyond disappointed in the food. We had a good waiter but I would never return- especially after watching Hells Kitchen and Ramsey’s supposedly high standards.

Everything you'd expect from an upscale restaurant, nothing you wouldn't. The food was fantastic. Service wasn't the fastest I've seen, but no complaints as our waiter was as friendly as it gets. Check it out if you're a fan of Ramsay!

Best dinner in Vegas. Husband and I shared beef Wellington and the scallops dinner. And both were so good. Loved both and would definitely come back and order again.

Originally we went to Hell’s Kitchen which was also in our Hotel (Caesar’s Palace) but it was very full, so we went to Pub & Grill and it was a nice experience, very good service, nice atmosphere, exquisite three-stroke food, we loved everything, onion soup, roasted beef Wellington and dessert, left us with a good taste in our mouths. Some years ago we went to the Gordon Ramsey Steak and it was one of the best dinners I've ever had, and now I have a fond memory of this visit.

We ended up here because Mr. Chow was so poorly rated so all a bit last minute. Had the fixed priced meal - we tried both the Ceasar salad and the soup, salad was ok, soup was great. Beef wellington was excellent, steak was very good quality and perfectly cooked. Sticky toffee pudding not as good as my local pub but still great. Servers was excellent, my first pint of beer came out with a very large head, he spotted it and just brought me another pint while I drank the first, no excuses, no 'let me take it and top it up' just good solid service from a great serrver (from Yugoslavia) It did get busy and we had a booth so tables are a little tight. Very highly recommend!

If I could give zero stars I would ,got an 8oz steak with pepper sauce over$60 a tiny tomatoe came with it ,I complained to the Manager not interested in what had to say ,I stopped for food on way home .

Friends joined me from around the world to come to a marajuana show. We ate here and it was delicious with fabulous service

BAR REVIEW. Came here for a quick bite and drinks. For cocktails, the Summer Crush (with vodka) was delicious and refreshing—asked the bartender to add some simple syrup to give an extra sweetness taste. Food is always good at Gordon Ramsey—recommend the Beef Wellington, and the Potato Purée and Caesar Salad are good too!

As we headed to a concert in the Colosseum we decided to call in and see if we could get a table for after the show.and thought how lucky we were to get one. How I wish they had been fully booked. When we arrived we were shown to a table and ordered the fish and chips and chicken tikka masala. My husband’s fish and chips were just ok but my chicken tikka was the worst I’d ever had. Never had I needed a knife to eat a curry before. Huge chunks of chicken with very little sauce. Once I cut up the chicken into bite size pieces and mixed the rice it was just a very dry mess with very little flavour resulting in it being very hard to even eat. For the venue and the prices charged I must admit we were extremely disappointed.

Got the beef Wellington, not very good and under seasoned. The mashed potatoes that come with this dish taste like instant potatoes. The veggies were still crunchy. The French onion soup was ok. Way to much cheese though. Very pricey considering the quality. It was a disappointing meal to say the least.

First of all , all my family adores Gordon Ramsey. Hopefully one day will meet him in person. We booked this place way in advance as a surprise for my family, as the dinner before New Year 2025. Little did I know that few weeks ago, out of nowhere they cancelled my reservation. When I called back they said that because they changed the price of the fixed menu from $80+ to $149.99 they assumed we don’t want it anymore. Strange, but the person I talked to over the phone restored the reservation at the new price. Coming tonight everything was ok with the reservation but the table assigned was next to the casino walkway, very weird having to eat while people are passing and looking at you. Maybe Gordon can do something about this design. There are a lot of options where customers can enjoy the view without people looking on your plate. Dinner was ok, bone marrow was very small, lobster shrimp rolls were delicious, also the Cesar was good. Too bad that the bus boy misunderstood and took the plate from my daughter when she was still eating. Beef Wellington was the best part of the meal. When came to the desert they just told us that only sticky pudding was the only option. Luckily my wife got a cappuccino instead of her cheesecake. Sticky pudding was delicious but for a restaurant with Gordon’s name they should have thought better. Drinks : the Botanical Tonic was delicious same as Tower Spritz if you are into non-alcoholic drinks. Martini had to be redone because , according with Roger ( our server) I’ve asked dirty martini and this is when they poor 3 oz of brine. It was horrible. Roger fixed it by replacing it with just Vodka martini with brine on the side. Much better. He “teaches us” to ask next time to be “little dirty” in order to avoid confusion. Overall food was ok but I won’t book it again in the near future. For first time in a Gordon Ramsey restaurant, seeing his gold standards , this review and all other 1 star reviews in the last few days should not be happening. Side note: restroom situation needs to be resolved. With only 2 stalls available for ladies will delay the food experience as when they returned after 30 min due to long line at restroom.

Stopped for a pre dinner drink at the bar. Reasonable (for vegas!) champagne by the glass. Located inside caesars so was a little stuffy and really loud but the food coming out looked good. Quite a small menu but good selection of drinks.

If Gordon Ramsay actually knew what they were serving here, he'd close the restaurant for embarrassing his name. Ordered fish and chips...the fish had no flavor at all. Others at our table ordered filet mignon, both medium. The temps were not the same. One was more on the well-done side. The steaks tasted like they didn't have any seasoning....not even salt. Mashed potatoes had no salt. Grilled chicken smelled like dog food and was unappetizing. Overall, we spent WAY too much money for the experience we had. Service was slow, except for the lady that walked around refilling water glasses. She knew her job and did it well. Would never eat at another Gordon Ramsay restaurant after this experience for fear of disappointment. Wish I could get a refund.

Gordon Ramsay Pub in Cesars was a great option for a nice sit down lunch in a casual casino environment. The food was great - beef Wellington, sticky toffee pudding, soup, were all awesome! Service was OK - the restaurant wasn’t particularly busy but refills weren’t easy to get. The prices are a bit over the top even for Vegas - you are paying steakhouse prices for a pub atmosphere and food.

Waiter was great, food not so much! We ordered the Shrimp and Lobster Rolls, they were great. The spinach dip was also very good. The lobster mac and cheese was terrible, it was dry and gritty instead of creamy, with only 3 or 4 tiny slivers of lobster on top. Also had the short rib nachos, in which the short rib was stringy, dry and tough and the cheese not melty at all, so it was one solid and tough piece of some kind of cheese, so it was hard to even separate it into bite sized pieces. Would never dine there again. If it had been a restaurant experience on one of Gordon's shows, he would have spat out the last two dishes and said "What is this!!??"

We came to the Gordon Ramsey Pub at Caesars Palace before a show. I was expecting a hyped up hotel chain restaurant. I was mistaken. The food was excellent! I ordered the Fish and Chips. Substituted asparagus for the chips. Charged a hefty $ 8 upcharge for the change. Wasn't thrilled about that. The fish was the best I have ever had! Large portion, crispy and fluffy crust. Fish flaky. Not greasy at all. Not sure how they did this. My new go to place when in Vegas. Asparagus was also quite amazing!

This was an early 30th birthday surprise… and it couldn’t have been a better experience! Between my Dad & I, we ordered Hellfire Margaritas (this has a kick which I loved) & the barrel aged old fashioned. For starters, we had oysters & maple glazed bacon. For mains, I was determined to try the beef wellington (HAD to be Ramsay, HAD to be done!). It was AMAZING. So tender, so delicious… SO worth the wait. My Dad did think about ordering the Wellington as well but thought it a bit pink for his liking. Yes he did ask if it could be a little more done… that didn’t fly 🤣 but he did try a bit and was a little regretful he didn’t have it in the end but nonetheless enjoyed his prime rib which was also delicious. Amazing experience for first Ramsay restaurant… would recommend and return!

I was excited to try one of Gordon Ramsey’s restaurants but my dinner experience was horrible. The service was incredibly slow amd they weren’t even super busy. Took an hour for our food and my prime rib was over cooked and very dry. I didn’t send it back because I was starving but I am shocked Gordon Ramsey would allow his name to be associated with this place. My family loves watching his shows so truly I expected an outstanding meal but was sadly disappointed!
Great food!
Stopped in for a quick lunch and was pleasantly surprised. Cool little pub restaurant located in Caesars Palace. We had the signature beef Wellington and the shepard’s pie which were delicious. The sticky toffee pudding was also excellent and a must try. Service was just ok. They didn’t really check on us and I ordered a drink that they never brought which was a little disappointing given that they weren’t very busy. Otherwise a nice experience. Would go back again.
