Huge tasty portions, Friendly fast Service

By PedroNastro |

Late night dinner after seeing Human Natures 2000th show nearby in the Sands Theatre. Good dining option for goers. Extensive menu, pages and pages. Babyback ribs were A1 and Key Lime pie hit the spot. Service excellent, smiling attentative server. Dined with a $40 bottle of wine, 2 mains, 2 deserts, 2 drinks $150 Usd with gratuities. Not cheap but goes with the territory. Would dine again.

Pathetic excuse of a cafe for a hotel of this caliber

By David C |

Breakfast was pathetic. It was 3 of us. My teenage son and I ordered the buffet without looking at it first. Big mistake. My wife ordered an omelet off the menu. We ordered two cappuccinos with an extra shot thinking an Italian themed hotel could handle that. After 35 min of waiting for our drinks, they came cold and almost 100% milk. Ummm, aren’t we supposed to be Italy? We asked the server to correct them and he said “I would but it will take too long. They are backed up”. So we asked for drip coffee to cut the milk and it took about 15 min to get that after he scoffed off. The buffet was an embarrassment for this hotel. Reconstituted shredded potatoes for hash browns. There was enough for maybe one person in the tray. Soupy undercooked scrambled eggs and sausage. That was the extent of the hot bar. A few small sugary yogurt containers. No Greek or plain yogurt in the entire restaurant. There were two small types of pastries, both croissants. There were two types of cereals, no milk. We asked for milk and it never came. This restaurant is what I would expect from a $200/nt hotel. We will get room service tomorrow but we aren’t excited in the least. In general the employees at the Venetian and Palazzo seem like they are depressed and disappointed to have to be on the job. Service is horrible and this cafe is just an extension of that.

Excellent choice

Awesome breakfast spot. Went twice while staying at the Palazzo. Cinnamon and brown sugar pancakes were delicious and the eggs with biscuits and gravy may be the best version of this dish I've ever had. Wife's food was equally good. Coffee was top notch as well as the service and atmosphere. Less than a 5 minute wait for a table both times and the price was certainly reasonable for the food we received. Highly recommend! We will try it for dinner once next time we are in Vegas.

Where is the customer service?!

By 662E |

Horrible experience. Went for breakfast and ordered champagne from the menu and the waitress looked at me as if I was speaking a foreign language. I literally had to point out the half bottle of champagne on the menu then she said she will go and check to see if they offered it. She came back and said they didn’t have it but they had the full bottle. I asked if I could have a bit of orange juice complementary, not even a full glass , if I ordered the full Size bottle. She said she would check with the manager and then returned and told me no. The manager ,Bruce , sent me an email stating they were out of the champagne due to Covid which is obviously a lie because if that was the case at least a waitress would’ve known that the item was even on the menu. No staff even attempted to recover the situation. As far as the food , the eggs were not good, the bacon was pink, not well cooked, and half of my French toast was hard …so overall…. a super sour experience. Would not recommend

Great Cafe

By YBS46 |

Serves breakfast, lunch and dinner with great variety. The portions are HUGE! We had the seafood salad (ordered one and split...still had salad leftover) and was very good and fresh. Another day we had fish and chips and the royal chicken. Keep in mind the portions are very large, so consider getting one sharing. The Staff was very nice and professional. We were served quickly. The decor is very nice. I highly recommend the Grand Lux Cafe.

Late night eats....

By teena21_2000 |

We were getting back from Freemont street pretty late and needed something to eat so we stopped in here. The menu selection was very big and impressive. We just had sandwiches and burgers, nothing fancy. Everything tasted fine. But the place was an ice box. They want you in and out of there. There were only 3 tables in there while we were there and everyone was complaining. I am always cold so I learn to dress for it, but when my husband says something about it being too cold, then it's too cold. And our food was cold before it made it to the table. Not exaggerating. Other than that, it would've been a nice experience.

Located in the Palazzo Resort & Casino. I stopped in for lunch and sat at the bar. A bread basked was offered, but I declined. I ordered my regular 3 Item Combo, 1/2 sandwich (Chicken Salad), Salad with Thousand Island dressing and Clam Chowder Soup. YUM! The service was excellent on this visit. I added photos and will return again soon.

Excellent Breakfast Buffet

By Steve S |

We were referred here by another hotel guest and gave it a try for breakfast. No line - no wait. Everything on the menu looked excellent and it was a bit hard to decide. We chose to try their buffet and were very happy with the food and the service. Hopefully we'll be able to visit again in the near future.

"Glad we waited until our last night to try the Grand Lux....because it was the first night open after a long time due t

By CarolinaNurse323 |

My husband & I were staying at the Palazzo and kept walking by the Grand Lux several evenings to see if it was open because we really wanted to try it for dinner. Well, finally open on our last night in Vegas so we were seated immediately to a cozy booth with a friendly server that took our drink orders of an Apple Martini for me and a New Belgium Ranger IPA for my husband. These arrived cold & refreshing! Both of us ordered the chicken salad sandwich with a mixed green salad as a side. Boy, were we surprised when the dinner arrived! The chicken was piled high and was almost a "jaw breaker"...lol. It was absolutely delicious and whoa, what was that.... the lights got dimmer and the soft music started playing....so romantic. The atmosphere of the Grand Lux Cafe and it's gorgeous surroundings made for a wonderful last meal in Vegas. Thank you!

Big Menu, Reasonable Prices, Centrally Located

By KARXPRT |

The Grand Lux Cafe is the large eatery in the lobby of the Palazzo. It is the go-to place for a reasonably priced breakfast or other meal. Wide menu you would expect in a casino hotel.

Photos added. Excellent Lunch

By NitroDog |

My wife and I dined here for lunch. We both had an Iced Tea. The bread basket came out promptly. YUM. My wife had the Southwest Salad and I had the Omelet with four ingredients, potato's and a yummy Bagel. The service was excellent and the food great. Management should be very proud. I will return again very soon. Many photos added. This is one of the best values on the Las Vegas Strip.

Good, Straightforward menu

By MrB003 |

We had breakfast and dinner here while staying at the Palazzo. We chose the restaurant because the menu had a large selection- something to choose for everyone. The menu had some good specials also. For breakfast I had an egg sandwich and my wife had the standard American egg breakfast. The noticeable thing here is the size of the portions. I couldn't finish my egg sandwich. For dinner I had pasta and meat sauce special and my wife had a salad. Again, the food was well prepared and very large portions. Overall, the Grand Lux portions will fill you up with good tasting food.

Lots of Variety ..great taste .. we were able to have our favourite waffles for dinner!

By Gloria P |

We enjoyed the Grand Lux Cafe many times this week. The Asian chicken salad is the best I ever had anywhere and the waffles with fresh strawberries and blueberries were so good we kept on going back for more! The ambiance is wonderful, the service friendly and quick We definitely consider this restaurant a keeper on our list of must visit Vegas restaurants.

Great place any time

By Ammi T |

Between this one and the one at the Venitian, we ate at Grand Lux I think four times in our four-day trip lol. Late-night was a good choice, breakfast and brunch were GREAT. Loved everything we got, but you have to get the French Toast. Then come back another day and try something else.

WOW Amazing food with good amount!

By David L Barnes |

We were totally blown away on the quality and quantity of the food! A definite must! Dishes were moderately priced!

Pricey breakfast but good and fast

By John M |

Served immediately. Waitress was fantastic throughout meal. Served in only 10 minutes. excellent food, great service, and conveniently located right in the Venetian. Oatmeal, eggs, pancakes were all terrific and would recommend to anyone. 15+ for most meals.

My wife and I dined here for dinner. We sat at the bar because it was an hour and a half to sit in the main dining room. My wife ordered Potstickers and Calamari appetizer. I ordered the Crispy Chicken Sandwich with a side salad. Bartender said they were out of Calamari, so she substituted spinach instead. The runner brought out her potstickers and spinach and my sandwich. I asked where was my salad and can I get a side of Mayo? She said sure. I was done with my sandwich and asked the bartender where is my salad? He ran off to get it and came back with the wrong dressing, to which I am now mad and said wrong dressing please bring me back what I ordered. It came within 30 seconds. No bread basket which is rare as we always get a bread basket. On a side note, along with running out of Calamari, our neighbors ordered a Mango Cocktail, and they were out of the Mango mix. The bartender was on point, but the restaurant was out of critical items and the runner was crap. She never returned with my mayo or my side salad. Many photos added. We have $300 of gift cards. I hope everything gets back to normal on my next visit.

good food very noisy

good food a little pricey and very loud we had to move just to be able to hear each other talk and it was still very loud

Located in the Palazzo Resort & Casino. My wife and I dined here for lunch. She had the lunch Miso Salmon over rice and I had the half chicken salad sandwich, soup and salad. YUM! Excellent service and I will return. Photos added.

Located at the Palazzo on the Las Vegas Strip. Very good social distancing guidlines are being followed. My wife and I dined here for dinner. I had the 1/2 Chicken Salad Sandwich with salad and Cream of Chicken Soup. Yum! My wife had the Omelet with three toppings, tomatoes and a bagel with cream cheese. The meal started with a bread basket. Very good service. I will return soon.

Fresh & tasty

By GM1609 |

We’ve just returned home to the UK after a week in Vegas. Staying at the Palazzo, this restaurant was convenient for us. Everything we ordered was extremely good. Huge portions, good value for money, fresh and tasty and excellent service. We tried the breakfast buffet before we left and thought it was very good value with lots of choice. Especially the omelette station - cooked to order. An array of pastries, muffins and fresh fruit to choose from too. It was always busy which is a good sign and the wait was never very long on a morning. We’d absolutely recommend this lovely restaurant with beautiful decor

Highly Under-rated Restaurant

By Dale |

Stopped in for dinner, not expecting much, but walked out extremely pleased ! Had the spicy beef with rice and it was amazing! They have a great menu with plenty of options to choose from! The service was amazing, everyone worked hard to make sure everyone is taken well care of. Thank you!

Located at the Palazzo Resort. My wife and I dined here for dinner. We sat at the bar. We both ordered an entree and split the Grand Calamari. The shrimps in the Grand Calamari were smaller than we remembered. Next time we will just order the Small Plate Calamari. I ordered my favorite: Sandwich Special: bowl of soup, salad, and 1/2 sandwich. I just love the chicken soup. My wife ordered the Chicken in Lettuce Wrap. Service was excellent. It was just one bartender and he had to deal with a full bar and waiters picking up drinks, kudos to him. I will return very soon. Management should be proud. Many photos added.

Just Average Breakfast

By Lyn |

We were seated immediately which was great. The Eggs Benedict was disappointing. While the eggs were poached, there was no runny yolk which is how it should have been cooked. Regular coffee was just okay. The cappuccino was very good but should have hotter. Service was good but not very attentive. It was our first time dining at a Grand Lux so perhaps it was just an off day for them. Don’t think we will be back at least not for breakfast.

Will be back

By NyGambler |

Wish we found this place before we ate anywhere else…I just loved loved loved there eggplant ….they have such a big menu and everything was great..we will be back and make sure we eat there everyday….service was great food was to die for…

Located in the Palazzo Resort & Casino. My wife and I dined here for dinner with no reservations and were seated immediately. We started with a fresh bread basket. YUM. My wife had the Madeira Chicken Dinner. I had the Jumbo Shrimp Salad. The food and service were excellent. I added many photos and will return again soon. Hopefully they return to 24/7.

Great American fare

By betsnow |

We came here for dinner and then again for breakfast during our stay at Palazzo. Both meals were great, between service and food. Dinner was exceptionally good , the Asian Noodle salad was GREAT! Both servers were had for meals were attentive and friendly and the prices here are reasonable for Vegas/on property resort!

Bad service

By Leon K |

Amazing. I tried to get breakfast there and despite the restaurant being three quarters empty I was made to wait for fifteen minutes aside as others were seated, When I was finally seated I had to wait a further fifteen minutes for one of the staff who appeared to be doing nothing else to come over and say “who are you?” Then I just left. Not the best service I have experienced but par for the course for solo travelers at this place I would imagine.

Photos added. What happened???

By NitroDog |

I dined at the Palazzo location solo. I sat at the bar. I ordered the 1/2 Chicken Salad Sandwich, Creamy Chicken Soup and Salad. I have ordered this same dish perhaps 50 times. This time the sandwich had about one third of Chicken Salad on it than usual. (Take a look at my photo). The soup was great, but it contained one tiny piece of chicken. The salad was great. They need more quality and control in the kitchen. The sandwich was a joke. I could of asked for a bread basket, but it should have been delivered. It was not. I used to love this restaurant. What happened???

Many Photos Added. Excellent Brunch

By NitroDog |

My wife and I dined here for lunch. This is the location at the Palazzo. We had no reservations, but found seats at the bar. My wife had the 1/2 Turkey Sandwich, Salad and Soup. She enjoyed her meal. I had the Omelet with four ingredients, sausage, mushrooms, asparagus and Swiss cheese. It came with hashbrowns and a very tasty bagel with cream cheese. I added many photos of our visit and will return again soon.

Exceeded Expectations

By jjr123 |

We have dined at the Grand Lux in the Palazzo Resort several times. For dinner, the BBQ Baby Back Ribs are excellent, exceeded my expectations, and are better than some I have had at other specialty BBQ restaurants. The New Orleans Beignets are the best we have ever tasted. For the brunch, the omelets and the Belgian waffle are perfect. The service is fine. The restaurant is well maintained. I recommend the Grand Lux Cafe and I will be a repeat customer.

Best huevos rancheros in Vegas!

By Lance Greenfield |

When I stay in Vegas at The Venetian, I make sure to have the Grand Luxe Restaurant's huevos rancheros for breakfast (only can order before 1030). It is phenomenal, arrives piping hot on a heated plate, and with coffee (endless refills) only $20 (a bargain in Vegas)! That's my tip.

Photos added. Don't go during a shift change

By NitroDog |

This was a solo visit for lunch. Located in the Palazzo. I showed up at the wrong time. 1:40pm. I guess the shift change takes place at 2pm. It took 40+ minutes for them to make a half chicken salad sandwich, house salad and cream chicken soup. One of the lunch specials. I was told the soup was cold and would be delivered later. It was. The food and service were very good. I love this lunch special. It just took some time on this visit. Huge menu. I will return. Photos added.

Weekend get away

By Julie G |

Great food. Yum! Yum! You won't leave hungry. Breakfast available until later hours in the a.m.. I had lunch and could only eat 1/2 of my sandwich.

Good for any meal! Close to the hotel elevators!

By bigskytravelnut |

I was impressed with the breakfast buffet. For the price you get a good choice of high quality food for a reasonable price. We came for dinner one night and it was excellent. The menu is huge, you would think with such a wide variety of items that the food would be mediocre, but somehow everything tasted delicious. Service was excellent both times as well. It very convenient if you are staying at the Palazzo.

Great Meal for All

By Midge W |

We were visiting Vegas for my brother-in-law’s birthday. He and my sister are somewhat picky and my friend and I are total foodies, so finding a restaurant in Vegas that worked for us that was somewhat reasonably priced was a find. This was the best meal we had while there and everyone loved their meals. The menu is extensive but everything was perfect. From the soup, salads to the salmon. It was so nice to find a place that worked for all of us.

Very good and plentiful breakfast

By majujube |

Very nice place, classic brasserie decoration, welcome at the entrance a little cold but our server very friendly The buffet was no longer available (10:30 a.m.) because a horde of white-collar workers had eaten everything, we settled on classic eggs, eggs benedict and tacos, everything was very good and plentiful for a reasonable price in LV.

Good Service, Vast Menu

By Brittany193 |

Visited here on our first night in Vegas as it was in our hotel and we wanted something quick and tasty before heading out to explore. There really is something for everyone on this menu and the value for money is great as the portions are very generous. Didn't visit a second time as we were only there for a week in total but would not hesitate to return.

Great cafe!!!!

By Gen |

While twenty or more stood in line at Starbucks, I was lucky enough to find a hidden gem nestled in the corner of the Palazzo, the Grand Lux Cafe coffee shop. This is an extension to the main restaurant. I ordered the iced blended vanilla drink. It was delicious. I also ordered a blue berry muffin. Baked fresh daily, it was obvious that their baked goods stand out. Quiet and clean, this cafe is a place I’ll return to in the future. Give it a try.

Best Breakfast in Vegas!

By KatieGh3 |

Walk in, no reservations but the Q moves quickly. Service is excellent and the food is DELICIOUS. Amazing Eggs Benedict blt- so good we went back to have it a second time.

Best French Toast!

By Krisi P |

The best French Toast I have ever eaten! The entree is huge so we shared the toast and the egg’s quesadilla. The quesadilla was very good, but it just didn’t compare to the toast. The toast was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside!

Outstanding Restaurant!!!

By Lynn L |

The Grand Lux is Grand!! Outstanding food & service!! Great place to eat in a city full of restaurants.

Great place to eat

By Richard R |

Huge portions, very well cooked. I had the fillet mignon - perfectly cooked and very very tender. Salad with chicken and avocado lovely. The chicken and waffle is a must try - the best waffle you might ever have tasted.

Nice Breakfast

By Dave C |

Just superb... Great value for money and great servixe. beware though, if you are a non smoker ask to be placed away from the casino floor!

Never to be disappointed

By mygirlieDenver |

We love the large variety of food to choose from. My husband had the beef short rib and grilled cheese sandwich. OMG what a delish combo! We returned the following afternoon , happy hour specials only are available in the bar and the prices were reasonable. We ate in the dining room and had a beef Wellington dish with fabulous crispy Brussel sprouts, roasted carrots and mashed potatoes. Enough for us to share one dinner. Well worth the wait to be seated.

Had Monday Breakfast here and everything was top rate.

By Travel297980 |

This was a little surprise- some what of a wait for the table but other than that we enjoyed our meal.

Good & Bad

By Miguel S |

The bacon, sausage, eggs, and hashbrowns were very good. The smoked salmon was OK. The chicken & waffles were mediocre. The biscuits with gravy were bad. The pastries were poor. Our juice and water glasses were all dirty. They promote a Saturday and Sunday "brunch". It's really a breakfast buffet with a small selection of items. "Brunch" is very misleading.

MUST VISIT!

By Joe C |

We have reviewed this restaurant numerous times, so we are not going to write a big long review again. We visited here twice during our 4-night visit to Vegas, both for dinner – and were as usual, not disappointed! For those who don’t know, Grand Lux is the sister restaurant to The Cheesecake Factory. We had a mixture of starters and mains, and everything was unbelievably good, as all of our previous visits have been. We highly recommend the Buffalo Chicken Twists, Shakin’ Beef, BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger, Sunday Night Pasta and Mini Beef Wellingtons. Service is always extremely good, with lots of drink refills and very tasty complimentary bread. One negative is that we have now twice been seated in the bar area of the restaurant, which is never as good. We asked to be moved to the main restaurant which has a much nicer ambiance with a view of the kitchen – on one occasion the host was quite moody and reluctant to move us and was not very pleasant about our simple request. Overall – you cannot go wrong with the food at this restaurant, everything we have had from this menu has always been amazing, and we always look forward to returning! If you are in Vegas, go to this restaurant!!!!

Top notch casual dinner

By Anne B |

Had a great dinner here while staying at the Venetian. The Cafe' Beef Wellington was outstanding and the grand cobb salad was fantastic as well. Highly recommend.

Excellant menu and service

By wtpgrant |

Had lunch yesterday at the grand lux cafe and the word cafe does not do it justice. The menu offered is very extensive and very resonable priced. Chard who looked after our table offered great service and enjoyed his job.

Good time.

By Alexandra D |

Very good, efficient staff. Maybe a little expensive compared to where we live, but classic for Vegas. The beef was very tender. Wide choice

Best Dinner Ever!!

By far the best food, price, and service we have had this week. Go to the Palazzo, less crowd great ambiance. Our server, Gianfranco, was excellent. Never felt abandoned. Wish we were eating here every night, not just the last night!

The Best Service in Las Vegas

By webcritic1ez |

My wife and I love coming to the Grand Lux Café every year we stay in Vegas, and we go at least a couple times during our visit at night. The food is always amazing, but this time I have to say the food was amazing but the Service was over the top. We had the most amazing waiter I have personally ever met, he goes above and beyond to satisfy his customers. I am more on the picky side. I always like changing my order and far surpassed my expectations. From our drink service, with my lemons on ice, to making me a wedge salad as that is what I was craving for. To my jambalaya with extra sausage and extra sauce on the side, he made sure everything was made to my liking. We also had dinner at Delmonico's and Mott 32 during our stay and cost 5 Times the amount of our meals here, and the service didn’t compare to the amazing service we received at the Grand Lux Café. Our waiter also said how much he appreciated us, the truth is we appreciated him so much. After the great service we experienced at the Grand Lux Café every other place I dine in the future will only be a disappointment I know. We so look forward to coming back again next year for our wonderful food and great service, but I wouldn’t be surprised if he isn’t snatched up by some Michelin star restaurant in Vegas and he very much deserves to be.

Loved The Grand Lux at the Palazzo

By Brenda G |

We had a wonderful meal and a lovely evening at the Grand Lux! We enjoyed excellent service and appreciated the suggestions made by our friendly, efficient waiter (sorry I forgot his name). All entrees were delicious, nicely presented, and served piping hot. Portions were very generous. The Warm Butter Cake was amazing!

Great Happy Hour!

By DanLang2014 |

Great Happy Hour! We ended up making it dinner selecting 4 items off the menu and treating like tapas. Probably could have selected 3 as there was so much food.

Great Cafe to have Dessert

Great food when you just want something to eat

By Guy L |

There is nothing exotic or special about this restaurant, just good old American food well prepared and served promptly. this is our go to place when we just want something to eat. We have breakfast here every morning when we are staying at the Palazzo.

Always Reliable Great Food!

By Joe C |

On our trip to Vegas we always visit Grand Lux at least once, and this occasion was no different – with 3 trips (2 dinners and 1 lunch)! Our first visit for dinner was going well, we ordered the Spicy Ginger Beef and Indochine Shrimp & Chicken. Both dishes were served and sadly, straight away we discovered a hair in the Beef, we promptly called our server who was hugely apologetic and took it away to show the manager. The manager returned to express his apologies and explained he would get it freshly re-made. By the point it was brought back to us, my partner had sadly finished her dish and the manager explained he would take care of things at the end for us. Despite the hair, we both loved our food. The manager came back over, again apologised, and explained he was happy to provide a free dessert, which although was a nice gesture we felt this wasn’t really appropriate considering we found a hair in the food, very unhygienic! The manager understood and opted to remove the dish from the bill and provide us a free dessert, which certainly made us happy and fixed the problem. Our second visit to Grand Lux, both myself and my partner opted for the Buffalo Chicken Twists and Mini Beef Wellingtons, both a personal favourite of ours, and as always, these were both amazing. Service was fast, friendly, and efficient. Our final visit was for lunch, before we embarked on the long journey back to LA. We decided a to share a sandwich, the Chicken and Fuji Apple which was incredible!!! Our server understood we were in a rush and helped get things moving quickly for us. Overall, despite the initial problem on our first visit, the food at this place is always amazing, we love the style and decoration of the restaurant, along with the ambiance. If you are in Vegas, you MUST try Grand Lux!!

Come hungry

Grand Lux at the Palazzo

By Lori A |

We had the breakfast buffet one morning. They have raised the price it is cheaper to order off the menu. It used to be good for the price but not any more. They have a large menu. Also a restaurant at the Venetian.

This is a great place to eat, great food and a very good menu choice. We came here twice and both times were we not disappointed. The lemon and poppyseed pancakes were the best I’ve eaten. Would definitely recommend this great restaurant.

Breakfast Buffet

By Lori A |

We are staying at the Palazzo so going to the Grand Lux for breakfast in convenient - the buffet is small but good - made to order omelettes and eggs and other breakfast items - we also went for lunch but ordered off the menu which is large. I had the turkey club with a salad my husband chicken parm sandwich with fries - both very good - service ok.

great breakfast

By German A |

the best place for buffet breakfast at the palazzo venetion complex with great service and options. Do recommend the waffles

Breakfast Buffet was sadly a bad Marriott experience

By Ms.LoveTravel |

Really expected more like a Cheesecake Factory quality or higher end breakfast buffet experience. Mushrooms for omelets were from a can (not fresh cut), eggs from a box, mini pancakes from a mix, juice is not fresh...enough said. On the positive side the had a nice fruit display to try to offset the obvious. Expect: $20 something per person. Location: Palazzo Casino & Resort

All American breakfast inside the Palazzo

By BronteBucket |

Good for an all-American breakfast inside the Palazzo hotel. Think there is a table service section and a buffet section which we didn’t realise when we visited. We had table service and a la carte choices - think potato cakes, bacon, sausage, eggs etc or quesadillas, pancake options. Nicely washed down with a Bloody Mary - set us up for the day. No lunch required!!

Great food at great prices

By Jeff's Reviews |

Love this place, I came down each day and had carry out to take back to our room. The service was excellent, the speed was great and I like the way they packaged everything in one large bag with handles for you to carry out your meal.

Very Good Lunch

We were a party of 3. Seating was available and the service was great!!! Waiter, William M. was very friendly, attentive and answered our questions. The food was awesome. I had the Fettuccini Alfredo lunch special. Very tasty and creamy sauce on the pasta. Great prices!!! Vegas has good eats!!!

Great Food and Great Service. Every meal was fantastic. Service was awesome. You could tell the staff was glad to be back open, and did everything possible to keep the guests safe.

I like

We are there for the breakfast. The orange juice is awesome. The service is good, very busy but, good. The taste of the food is great. Definitely we are coming again for the diner.

Decent

By Heather |

I had the Grand Lux burger melt and it was pretty good. The side salad was your basic run-of-the-mill salad. The waiter was not very attentive, especially for a party of 6, but the prices are good for the strip, so you take the good with the not so good.

Photos added. Another great lunch at the Palazzo

I dined here solo on this visit at the bar. I ordered my usual. 1/2 Chicken Salad Sandwich, Cream Chicken Soup and Salad with the house dressing. Excellent food and service. Management should be proud. This location at the Palazzo currently has limited hours. Very good social distancing. I will return very soon. I added photos of my visit.

Great food everytime!

We love the Grand Lux! We ate there the night we arrived at the Palazzo and later that week again. Food is always great as well as the service and ambience. The menu has many different options in all price ranges so it can fit any budget.

Four day stay at Palazzo. Ate here everyday breakfast and dinner. All excellent. Dishes were plentiful with great service. Had burgers, fish and chips, with best fries ever had. Carrot and chocolate cakes are knockouts. Prices very reasonable.

A hit and a miss!

By Karen M |

My husband and I went to the Grand Luxe on 08/30. We both ordered chicken and waffles on the advice of my sister, who said they have the best chicken and waffles. She was right! The waffles were light and fluffy, chicken was tender and flavorful. Absolutely delicious meal. We went back for dinner tonight and had a totally different experience. My husband ordered a drink which never came. We were asked if we wanted bread for the table. We said yes. Bread was finally offered after we were more than half way through our meal, so at that point we declined. My husband had chicken fried steak, it came with mashed potatoes which were delicious and green beans which were inedible. I tried one. The beans were completely developed within the shell and hard. The shell was tough and stringy. I ordered a special consisting of soup, half a chicken salad sandwich and a tossed salad. I asked for ranch dressing for the salad. My meal came, and I poured the ranch dressing on the salad only to discover that there was already some type of dressing already on the salad! So now I had two dressings on the salad! I just ate it anyway because I don’t like to complain. The bread on my 1/2 sandwich did not taste fresh. It was hard, like it had been left out and uncovered so I just ate the chicken salad without the stale bread. However, when the waiter came to check on us, my husband mentioned the inedible green beans and stale bread and missing drink. Waiter was apologetic, but the meal just was not good. We would, however, go back for those delicious waffles.

Great place for breakfast, delicious French Toast 😋

By Yadami Travel Everywhere |

Love to have breakfast at this cafe. Best French Toast ever, soft bread great outside cook. Simple delicious. Breakfast buffet good cost, including natural orange juice and coffee. It's delicious for my starting breakfast. Service is good and fast.

Always superb!

By Joe C |

We visit here every time when visiting Vegas, it never fails to meet and exceed expectations. Sadly, during the summer period when we arrived there was a 40minute wait, which would be much better if you could pre-book as people often have plans after dinner that could be affected. Thankfully, the wait turned out to be a little less and we were seated and enjoyed an evening with a variety of food across the 5 people in our party. Service was quick, efficient and friendly – the food was the standard we are used to, so again, a very happy visit and highly recommend to anyone, the menu is huge – and being a 24/7 restaurant there will always be something for everyone, no matter what time of day!

Delicious food around the clock!

By Mina Di Ro |

Every time we come to Vegas whether it be as a couple or with our kids this place is one of our favorites on the strip. Why? The food is delicious, no matter the time or the cook the food is consistently delicious. There's a HUGE variety of choices for all types of people with different lifestyles. Their portions are huge and can be totally shareable, however you probably won't want to share with how delicious the food is. The food is made to order so don't expect a quick and fast turn around time. The tables are HUGE and spacious, as a family of 5 we appreciate this. We got the beef wellington and it was super tender and flavorful and those brussel sprouts are to die for. Our son got the salmon 3 ways last time and he left nothing behind. The best part of it all is that they had a children's menu, i can't tell you how many restaurants we've been to in the 15 years coming yearly and many do not have a kids menu therefore our kids eat side options and fries as meals. Not here, they have a great selection even for the pickiest eater. Their baked goods are fresh and must order in advance if you want it. The food takes a bit to serve but its worth it, worth every minute and penny. They sit you at every other table and maybe even more space in between. We loved this place so much that we tried to come back the very next morning but we were bummed when we found out they closed on Tuesdays & Wednesdays.

Best Breakfast Buffet!!

Our family looked forward to the best breakfast buffet every morning!! The food was fresh and the omelets were the best I have ever tasted!!

Blessing in Deguise

After a disaster at Moon Palace. I happen to see the "GLC" I went in and got a seat right away for breakfast. WOW! From the time I sat down . I was in awe. The waffle and omelet was on point. For here on out. "GLC" is my go to when I am in ,Vegas. You just cannot go wrong. And if that was not enough. They have a buffet. EXCELLENT! I am hooked

Who knew Grand Lux Cafe was the parent company of the Cheesecake Factory??!!

By Judy T |

I thought the Grand Lux Cafe was fabulous! As the parent company of the great Cheesecake Factory, they didn't have as many desserts and only one cheesecake, which was really surprising, but their delicious Beef Pot Roast entree was most delicious and satisfying! The four of us all had something different and all four have the "Lux" their 2 THUMBS UP. We were excited to find it tucked in the Venetian - part of the Palazzio Complex, (I must add the pictured french toast with fresh strawberries would have made a delicious dessert with a scoop of vanilla ice cream!!

Best Brunch

By SSO |

If you like the Cheesecake Factory, you'll love the Grand Lux Cafe. Very similar ambiance, but with a smaller menu. Waitress was friendly and went out of her way to see if we needed anything throughout the meal. Had the chicken piccata. It was so good that I stretched out the lunch hour just so I could finish the pasta swimming in butter and lemon. Yum, yum.

Came for breakfast, stayed for another breakfast

By AlpinerHut |

We came here twice for breakfast during a two-day stay at The Palazzo at The Venetian Resort. The first morning, we sat in the bar area and ordered from the menu: 2 coffees ($4.50 each) and 2 omelettes ($15.50 each). The Florentine Omelette featured sauteed spinach, mushrooms, bacon, tomato, grilled onions and melted cheese, all topped with Hollandaise sauce. The Fresh Garden Omelette featured mushrooms, tomato, avocado, green onion, zucchini, spinach, Havarti cheese and sour cream. The portions were large and tasty. The second morning, we sat in the dining area and ordered the Lux Breakfast buffet ($21.50 each). It featured a large variety of items and, because it included coffee and juice, seemed the better bargain.

Great Food, Good Service

By ghlewicki56 |

I realize this is a chain restaurant, but we were very impressed with the quality and variety of the food. My son had the chicken and waffles and the chicken strips were fresh and very well cooked. The waffles, french toast and standard bacon and eggs breakfasts were also very good. The breakfast quesadilla is my recommendation, but go in hungry; it is a lot. And the coffee is very good as well. Service was very good.

Best place at the Palazzo

By ChavSanti |

Great service for a late night party of 8. Friendly and fast. Ribeye steak was awesome. Butter cake best dessert in Vegas.

wrong order received, staff hung up after hearing what had happened and manager defend staff

By Barren W |

Wrong order received for $73+ (after taxes) purchase, called restaurant back and instead of making it right for the customer, the staff hung up after hearing what had happened. Spoke to manager and the manager defended his staff with the following excuse: "the girl that answered the phone and hang up may be a different girl than the one who handed you the wrong order", basically implying that this type of behavior is completely acceptable after the staff gave the wrong order and instead of doing the right thing to make it right, they can just hang up when you called in. Photo #1: the bag has a list of items ordered, Grand Fried Calamari $19.95, The Bacon-Cheese Burger with French Fries $19.95, Wood Grilled Fresh Market Fish of the Day $27.95 Photo #2: what's actually inside the bag, A) small container of cheese-like sauce, not sure what it is for, maybe to dip with the chips? B) medium empty container that had 5 pot stickers that I ate during the long drive back to SF from Vegas. C) 4 tiny pieces of baby burger that I ate 2 of them during the drive D) large box of tortilla chips. E) napkins and plastic utensils There's clearly no fish, no bacon cheese burger with fries and no fried calamari.

Great 1st January breakfast buffet

By Mateja B |

We headed to this huge eating place on 1st January 2020 and ordered 5times breakfast buffet. I like eggs Benedict and I was happily surprised, that they were included in the buffet, together with lots of quality freshly cut fruits like 🍉🍍🍓🍈.

My Wife and I vacation

By Adam A |

1st we waited in line to put our name on the list and they had several couples just walked up to the counter and got seated before everyone that was in line. I ordered strawberry pancakes, eggs, soft bacon and my wife ordered a spinach omelet wrap with hasbrowns. The pancake was stale and hard, the bacon was burbt abd crisoy which i specifically said really soft , my wife has browns was hard as a rock, The food was horrible. We could have went and ate att MacDonalds. Way over price and food is horrible. Never going back again.

Best meal I had in Vegas

By Laurie A |

I would eat here every night if I could! I love everything about it. Located in the Venetian hotel, it is by far one of the best places for a nice meal. We love to sit at the tables that are right by the casino, and you can watch all the action as you eat. The asian nachos are incredible and something I can not get anywhere else. Meals are huge and delicious and something I look forward to whenever I take a trip to my favorite place--Vegas!

Wonderful Service & Fresh Ingredients

By Brandon H |

We enjoyed a delicious breakfast here all three mornings of our stay at the Venetian 8/4 - 8/7. We ordered a-la-carte instead of doing the breakfast buffet. Everything was made from scratch with wonderful southwest flavors. We had the breakfast quesadillas and chile relleno omelet repeatedly for the flavors. All juices are fresh-squeezed. Our Spicy Bloody Mary's were perfect and not overpowering. Three different servers and each was terrific. Note: Portions are large, so two can easily share one entree. Drinks were reasonable by current high Vegas norms.

Delicious Food

By lhomiak |

We had breakfast there this morning and what a good meal we had. The service was very attentive and friendly. There was a nice variety on the menu to choose from. The omelette I had had was absolutely delicious, it was light and fluffy and full of good food. We were very pleased with the quality of service and the food we ordered!

Very delicious, great burgers and spaghetti, huge fries and top Service in a nice Mood. No sooner was the water empty than was immediately refilled by the attentive staff. We were there twice and both times extremely satisfied

Name your meal/ they have it.

If you don't know what you are craving, go to the Grand Lux either in the Venetian or Palazzo. There are many options and the service is superb.

I had the breakfast buffet

I had the breakfast buffet two days in a row. It was fresh, very tasty, with plenty of variety. I was very pleased.

Stalwart of Palazzo

By G_J_Travelers_2010 |

Arrived late on 12/10/22. Plenty of seating. Ordered cold beer, wine and burger and eggs. Service at bar, food, drink were exceptional as always. It is our go to place in Palazzo. Never disappointed. Always will recommend!

Really tasty and good value

By Deb B |

So, after our visit here we wised up, portion sizes are HUGE! On our 2nd visit we were advised on the menu by the really helpful Manuel (Manny). He was extremely patient with us as we browsed the extensive menu for several minutes before ordering. After his guidance I went for 2 appetisers; a wonderfully fresh tasting apple and goats cheese salad and 3 crab cakes which were delicious. The cafe has a great menu, offering breakfasts through to after midnight options. The pizzas are exceptionally priced at under $20. Pizzas elsewhere in the hotel were nearer/over $40!! The buffet breakfast during the week is a great option. For $20 there are cooked breakfast options, waffles, pastries, cereals and fruit etc. You can also have coffee/juice. The orange juice served was the sweetest and most refreshing. If you're staying at the Venetian/Palazzo you can't go wrong with a visit here.

Be quick or you leave hungry!

By Matt T |

Went in for breakfast while staying at trump hotel. We opted for the buffet breakfast. There wasn’t really much option tho what was there was nice. As we was walking back up for some more food the doors where shut. Nobody had asked if we’d finished or said the buffet will be closed soon. Terrible service and left still feeling hungry!

Very Good Breakfast

By Marilyn S |

We came in for breakfast after a morning walk on the strip. We did not have reservations but were texted within 15 minutes that a table was ready. My friend had an omelet and I had chilaquiles. Both were very good, large portions and tasty. The coffee was not great but the service was excellent and breakfast was a good value.

Photos added. Great dinner and service

By NitroDog |

My wife and I dined here for dinner. My wife ordered a Mai Tai Cocktail. The meal started with a bread basket. We shared the Grand Cobb Salad, Thai Spring Rolls and the Pot Stickers. Yummy food and excellent service. I added many photos of our visit and will return again soon.

Recommended!!

By M D |

We had breakfast here twice for a good price. The cappuccino is delicious and I really liked the stack of buttermilk pancakes. The choice dishes with eggs, bacon or avocado with toast are also good (see photo menu). All in all, highly recommended!

Good Food, Disappointing Service

By Joe C |

We visited here on 2 occasions during our trip to Vegas – we are a huge fan of this restaurant, always visiting whenever we are in Vegas, and we must have visited around 10 times before. Sadly, these 2 experiences were not the best - which was a major shame, especially as we were bringing our family to eat here who were visiting from the UK for the first time. Our first visit for lunch, our waiter was just very slow, although friendly – seemed rushed off his feet, didn’t offer us any drink refills, and took about 10mins to provide us a to-go drink. Despite this, we had incredible food from the kitchen, a selection of Sandwiches, Buffalo Chicken Twists and Chicken Samosas…..the food really was the star of the show on this visit. Our second visit was for dinner a few days later, when we arrived there was a short line, and we requested seating in the main dining room as we are not a fan of the bar area, it just doesn’t have the ambiance that the main restaurant has. We were then called for our table and were directed towards the bar, but when we mentioned we wanted the main restaurant – the waitress was quite huffy, but did seat us in the restaurant, without saying much more to us and simply walked off…. We ordered our favorite dish, the two Mini Beef Wellingtons, along with the BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger, and a beautiful Chinese/Indian Fusion Curry. Sadly, both Beef Wellingtons arrived and were only just warm, along with the burger which had been standing for a while but was just ok to eat. We made the server aware who promptly returned the Wellingtons to be re-heated, which took an age, by which point the rest of the party had mostly finished their meals. Once they arrived back, the jus on the side was now stone cold – so had to be returned also – which delayed things even further. All told, the visit was a major let down considering we have had such amazing experiences in the past. Despite this, we made a complaint and the waitress said she totally understood and would speak to the manager. When she returned, she said the manager had offered 10% off the bill – which frankly we found insulting considering the problems we had faced. We pushed back and she returned with a further reduction to 15%, by which point we gave up and just paid and left. Considering we had 3 people with food that was barely warm, and the amount of time it took to rectify, this is a pretty poor level of customer service to offer and a massive disappointment considering we were showcasing this restaurant to our family for their first time. Overall, this put a negative spin on our final night in Vegas, for a restaurant we have recommended for so long. We will return and hope that these two visits were just a one off and that the restaurant will return to its former glory that we are used to. Our recommendation is that the Managers need to be told or trained on how to better rectify a situation, if the Manager had comped the dishes for example, or even provided free dessert or a round of drinks – our overall experience would have been turned around. Instead we left feeling annoyed and disappointed.

Just good food

By Jeffrey K |

If you like Cheese Cake Factory you'll like Grand Lux. Tons of food with each order and good and friendly service

Tasty and reasonable

By Karen A |

I arrived very late in the evening and was happy to find Grand Lux still open and serving . The host explained that they were owned by Cheesecake Factory. They have the same type of extensive menu. I ordered a wonderful shrimp pasta dish which was a huge portion. It was close to $20. I believe, so not bad for a Palazzo restaurant. If I had had a fridge in my room I could have had three more meals. They also served warm fresh bread as I was starving right when I sat down. My server was excellent and very attentive (not annoying at all). He was classy and respectful. The room was quite grand and reminded me of a Gatsby feel. Massive ceiling, large bar, low lighting. I would definitely return.

Late lunch

By kwuk2017 |

Dropped into this restaurant for a late light lunch, hadn't booked but was quickly shown to a table. Ordered a pizza and chicken/avocado salad to share between 3 of us. Swift service and delicious food.

Great late dinner

By FASW2017 |

We were at the Palazzo and were going to look for somewhere to eat. Last year we ate at the GLC in the Venetian so said, this should be just as good. They have alot of options so we asked the server what she recommends. We had the chicken fried chicken and the beef stirfry, The CFC was really good and the portion size was huge. This would have been a good plate to share. The beef stirfry was so good!! I would say it's shareable as well since this was a good portion size. I liked this plate better than the CFC. I would definitely recommend this place.

My wife and I dined here for dinner. Located at the Palazzo Resort & Casino. Limited hours/days at this time. Very large portions. My wife had the Lemon Chicken Piccata with Sauteed Chicken Breast with Creamy Lemon Sauce, Mushrooms, Artichoke and Capers. Served with Pasta. I shared. YUM! I had the One-Half of a Chicken Salad Sandwich, Cup of Creamy Chicken Soup and a Mixed Green Salad with Thousand Island Dressing. YUM! I added photos and will return very soon. Management should be proud! Keep up the great work.

Photos Added. Another Very Good Dinner

By NitroDog |

My wife and I dined here for dinner. This is the location at the Palazzo. We started with a bread basket. We shared the Grand Cobb Salad and the Sunday Gravy Pasta. Both dishes were huge. I did not care for the pasta dish (just not my thing), but my wife loved it. The salad was excellent. Great service on this visit. I added many photos and will return again soon.

Simply a great breakfast

By Stuart B |

As long as you get in early and don’t have to queue this is a great breakfast. Service is friendly and attentive. The food is typical American breakfast fayre really well done.

Good Breakfast Food! Fast & Efficient Service

By Ashley C |

We stayed at The Palazzo in mid September. The Grand Lux was our nearest 24 hour restaurant just outside the lift lobby and just off the casino floor. We loved it so much we ate breakfast at the Grand Lux 3 times. There was an extensive breakfast menu and a breakfast buffet (which we did not try). I can recommend the DeLux Breakfast Sandwich & the BLT Benedict - both were really good. The smoothies are also very good. We only had breakfast, but they offer a range of food for lunch, dinner or a snack, 24 hours a day!

Management oversite.

By terry m |

This is more about management that don't have a clue about the restaurant business. I ordered a bowl of claim chowder and when I asked the waiter for some saltine or oyster crackers I was informed they don't have crackers at that facility. It seems to me that any restaurant that serves soup of any kind should have crackers. Anyway I hope that management gets the hint and starts waking up to reality.

Excellent cocktails, breakfast selections and outstanding service.

By rsceagle2025 |

Excellent restaurant for a late breakfast. Wonderful cocktails and delicious breakfast choices. We were a party of six and were seated quickly. Our server, Jennifer was so friendly and on top of every order. Even got a couple Diet Cokes for our walk back.

Good food - great price!

By Cindy M |

Excellent service and tasty food. We were there for breakfast and our waiter was perfect. They will get you seated and served quickly - even if you are a walk up!

Very tasty and good value

By Thomas D |

The Grand Lux is a place I always hit while in L.V. situated in the Venetian Hotel on the gaming floor. They serve just about everything many items you can share. The drinks are creative and delicious not a long wait to get seated. Walk pass the line and sit at the bar for faster service and stronger drinks

Kept Going Back for the food and the Service.

By Fandango29 |

These restaurateurs have it figured out: good food, good service, good value. And it never disappoints. Ate therefor breakfast, eggs, Canadian bacon toast... excellent. Ate there for lunch; lettuce wrap, excellent and huge portion- like a whole head of lettuce you can share, pasta carbonara, also excellent and a server, Linda, that was great; knowledgeable, helpful and fun. (What a difference fro some of the high price dinner places we went to to get disappointed.

Improved since a few years ago

By JesusisLord |

I tended to avoid the Palazzo Grand Lux during my stays here a few years ago but now I am happy to say their food is on par with their sister counterpart at the Venetian and much less busier! I ate here many times in Oct/Nov 21 and the food was always excellent and the bar/wait staff were always friendly. Would highly recommend. If you happen to read this, please think about eternity and repent of your sins. We will all face judgment at death since we have all transgressed God´s laws (everyone has lied, looked with lust, blasphemed), unless we put our faith in Jesus Christ, the perfect and sinless atonement for our sins and our eternal Saviour. God Bless. Amen.

Good Breakfast

Ordered a simple chicken sandwich. Twenty five minutes later still waiting. They said they would text when ready but nothing yet. I had to and ask about my order. Doesn’t matter how good the sandwich is. Took too long to get the sandwich. Bad day perhaps?????

Great value for Vegas!

By lovelei2020 |

There are many excellent places to eat in Vegas but I don't need gourmet every meal. The Grand Lux Cafe is our go to for awesome, comfort food with great pricing. The portions are large, the food is delicious and 2 adults can eat well for less than $40.00. #winning

Healthy and tasty eating late at night

By wondereye25 |

The service and long hours are amazing and the waiter was so helpful in recommendations. I got the kale and whole grain salad and it is one of the most healthiest and tastiest salads. Hot sourdough bread right out of the oven was also brought to our table. I asked for side shrimp and it too came freshly grilled. What a great find to go here for a healthy meal late at night.

Good plain food.

By kls42 |

Very big friendly restaurant, welcoming families and groups. The menu is extensive but not the dishes are not espeically well prepared. do not recommend.

Everything is Fresh, Delicious...Excellent!

By creatingmemories |

We went to the Grand Lux Cafe in the Venetian twice while in Las Vegas and would highly recommend. Arlette C was our waitress for a 5pm lunch/dinner on our day of arrival and was very competent and just delightful! My soup and salad choice was very fresh, tasty and more than adequate portion. My husband ordered the fish and chips which he thoroughly enjoyed. A few days later we chose to go to the Brunch at the Grand Lux and it was excellent also. Our waiter was Jesus J and despite being very busy was extremely attentive and friendly. Many breakfast choices of eggs, custom made omelets, fresh fruit, pastries and bagels, potatoes etc etc. The price included coffee and FRESH SQUEEZED OJ which alone cost $5 and $7 respectively. The Grand Lux also has individual items on the menu if you so choose. With one larger meal a day we were good for a day of lots of walking and sightseeing! I would highly recommend if near the Venetian or a second location at Palazzo.

Good Breakfast

By Klaus |

GOOD breakfast for a reasonable price Even a small buffet with omelette of your choice Is available. Fresh juice is also served

Good meal

By degrawm |

Every time we passed this restaurant there was a line! I didn't realize that this was also a buffet plus a sit down restaurant. Unfortunately, I was unable to experience the buffet, but my BF and I had an early lunch there. I had the lunch chicken parmesean (afraid to see the size of the reg portion) which was great, and he had a burger, which he raved about. Will have to try this place again when we return.

Great experience at Grand Lux Cafe

By Chris |

We stopped in for lunch, and it was a great experience. Our hostess was great, as well as waiter who was knowledgeable about the menu, and the food was great, also. The chicken and waffle was the best I have had. Try it - super light waffle and similarly lightly fried chicken strips. I would just go back here each day, if it weren't for wanting to explore Vegas more a little bit.

Hidden gem

By David S |

A fantastic choice for American food at a reasonable price, serving large portions of well made food. Never crowded which is good for me. Excellent service with a full service bar and the proper social distancing. Have never left there hungry.

Lots of delicious choices

By doncusick |

A crazy extensive menu but everything we have ever tried is great. Super busy yet the service is great. We have been there every hour of the day, it's as good for breakfast and lunch as it is for a late night snack or full meal.

Great Restaurant

By Kate2992016 |

We go to Las Vegas every year and this was our first time at the Lux Cafe. What a treat it was! The Cafe menu offered a great variety of choices. The portions were very generous in size so you may want to share a dish. The prices were very good especially considering it was in The Venetian. Finally, the service was excellent as well. This restaurant will now be on our “must go to” list when we are back in Vegas. We will definitely recommend it to all our friends!

Mini Cheesecake Factory

By romadaro |

This is actually owned by the Cheesecake Factory, so the decor, food quality, menu and portion sizes are similar. We ate here for breakfast and dinner and both times the food was excellent. So, if you like the Cheesecake Factory you’ll like this place.

I dined here solo. Located inside the Palazzo. I sat at the bar and received excellent service. I ordered an Iced Tea (mistake at $5.50). The meal started with a bread basket (YUMMY). I also ordered the Half Sandwich (Chicken Salad), Soup (Cream of Chicken) and Salad. I will not order the Iced Tea on future visits. I added photos of my visit and will return again very soon.

Friends in Vegas

By Maureen L |

We were in Vegas for three nights. The Grand Lux Cafe was by far our favourite dinner spot. The service was friendy and the food was delicious. They have a very good menu. As restaurants go in Vegas, it was relatively quiet so it was possible for the six of us around the table to visit. We all enjoyed our meals, The portion sizes are very, very large. Three of us shared the crispy avocado salad with one side of salmon and some shrimp wontons. Everything was delicious and just enough food for there people. Two others at our table shared the Beef Wellington and enjoyed both the presentation and the taste. The sixth person at our tabled a salad that she said was delicious, but she was unable to finish because the portion was so large. They had a good wine list and the prices were reasonable. If (when) we return to Vegas again, we will definitely to go the Gland Lux Cafe.

Amazing drinks and Veg food

By VVenk |

Fantastic good food. Loved the Tso Cauliflower and decent edamame momo Loved the veg burger The drinks were amazing at happy hour and sumptuous snack and service

Reasonable Gem in Vegas

By Jesie |

While many of the places to eat in Vegas today are overpriced we found the Grand Lux a refreshing change. Not cheap, not overpriced but about right for what you want to eat. Servings were large, interesting and tasted great.

Highly Recommend! Huge Portions, Fresh & Flavorful

By world33 |

Everything was great! We actually were trying to find a buffet on the strip, but had no luck. I had been to Grand Luxe in the past, so we knew it’d be good. There was no wait. The ambiance was beautiful. Our server was so attentive & helpful. The food was fresh, flavorful and huge portions. They are exactly like Cheesecake Factory, with even a similar menu. You will be just fine if you choose this restaurant. They offer everything. I know their breakfast is phenomenal , but we were there for lunch & it did not disappoint!

You won’t eat anywhere else, after trying this restaurant

By terrioakleyhogan |

GRAND LUX CAFE - AMAZING!!!! This was the best restaurant we ate at throughout our week in the Venetian hotel The waiters and waitresses were attentive, kind, provided great service and were very pleasant The food was amazing. Throughout the week, We had double smashed burger, chicken parmegiana, calamari, fish and chips, beef Wellington, and club sandwiches The burger was tasty and huge. Love a homemade patty for a burger. Chicken parmigiana was lightly breaded served with a delicious sauce and pasta. Two giant portions - this dish can be shared. The calamari was hot and crispy with two side sauces to dip those yummy morsels in. It was outstanding. The fish and chips were light and so crispy and the fish was tasty and fresh. I couldn’t eat very many fries after all the fish. The fish was the best I’ve ever had and I love ordering fish and chips everywhere. The beef Wellington were juicy pieces of meat in puff pastry with mushrooms, au jus and mashed potatoes. Top of the line meal for sure. Presentation was awesome. We took club sandwiches to go to eat at the airport. There were huge pieces of juicy roasted chicken, bacon, tomatoes, arugula It was so good and so filling. The portions are huge. The menu is extensive and the staff were all wonderful. It was our go to. There are so many menu options, there was something for everyone Prices are very reasonable. Again there were tons of staff and service was amazing. Everyone was positive and polite. Good job Grand Lux Cafe

Warm service, large menu, friendly ambiance. We ate several times here because it was also very convenient. Happy hour menu was an added bonus.

Breakfast Buffet

By Lori A |

They have a good Breakfast Buffet at the Grand Lux at the Palazzo Casino. Made to Order omelettes and eggs, fresh fruit, danish and other breakfast foods. They have the best orange juice. One morning I ordered off the menu banana pancakes - also very good. They have a large menu - never have had a bad meal there.

Good food, service and ambiance.

By Raynee |

The pasta carbonara was to die for! The ambiance was very appealing. We sat on the patio overlooking the casino so it felt like we were still in the action. We went twice on our vacation and both times the service was excellent! Would strongly recommend!

Grand Lux great for Breakfast

By Lori A |

When at the Palazzo the Grand Lux is the place for Breakfast . At this time the buffet is not open so we ordered off the menu. The omelettes are still good. I had a choice of 3 fillings with hash browns and toast. My husband had an omelette as well. We also had the fruit bowel. They have the best orange juice . Service good.

Great food for the price.

Hi I ordered the garlic chicken hubby ordered fish and chips both were outstanding my only complaint is I’d rather have more veggies than the third piece of chicken but they were both worth every penny I think both dinners were under 20.00us The staff are courteous and friendly will definitely go again

One of the top line to dine out for good meal. We had salad, rib eye steak, salad, onion rings, plus red wine. Was super delicious, the tenderness, and juicy and fresh of the beef meat, was "unreal", super soft, and extremely tasty! So....so...good! We keep eating it, and enjoyed every moment out from it, the atmosphere was great, very soothing and relaxing! You guys did a great, awesome job maintaining it, quality of the food, was outstanding! Friendliness of all people here, were amazing professional and kind~

Late breakfast at The Grand Lux

By MinnieM1928 |

First off when we arrived it was late morning and 15mins before they stopped serving breakfast, we had to wait for a table but when we were shown in there were lots of empty tables so not sure why they kept us waiting. We felt rushed as was told breakfast menu ends in 5 mins, we knew this so we choose quickly but when we ordered the dishes one of which was french toast and one a waffle with blueberry's we were told 'oh that's ok you could order those all day', so why not tell us this when we sat down, or why not just serve a full menu all day, it shouldnt matter what time you eat breakfast, lunch or dinner and the chefs are in the kitchen all day. Our breakfasts came out but with the wrong drinks orders and then we couldnt catch anyone's eye for ages to let them know. The food was nice, the portions huge and I really wish they offered different sizes as I do not like leaving food, when i mentioned this our server said 'no one eats it all they are too big', so if the Grand Lux knows this why not serve smaller portions and prices that reflect that, they should give people a choice. The visit could only be described as average due to the server and the service, the food was good though.

Highly recommended for dinner

We stayed at The Palazzo and dined at this restaurant twice for convenience. We ate very well twice. They have a very large menu with many dishes. Something for everyone. Nice setting to sit in, especially in the bar area.

Excellent as always

We have spent considerable time here in the restaurant and bar areas, both are of a superior quality. The food is excellent, reasonably priced and the service is brisk and friendly. The bar area in the Palazzo is comfortably the best bar in Palazzo, that is if you prefer to imbibe socially with friends without the encumbrance of a minimum spend. Special mentions must be made again to bar tenders Chris and the superb Mable whose service I rate as World Class. We will return in August.

Great Dining Choice

I ate and drank at the Grand Lux several times during my stay at the Palazzo. The food was great the service was friendly and they tried very hard to be helpful. Large portions of food. If you like the cheesecake factory you’ll like this place as well. Same ownership. They have a wonderful happy hour between 4 PM and 6:30 PM. Large amount of selections. Great prices

Nice place, worth the wait.

Food was great, service was prompt. Enjoyed this infinitely more than our meal at Giada earlier on our trip.

Many Photos Added. Excellent Food and Service

I dined here solo for Lunch. Located at the Palazzo Hotel & Casino. I sat at the bar and ordered an Iced Tea and Bread Basket. I had the 1/2 Sandwich (Chicken Salad), Soup (Cream of Chicken) and Salad (with the house dressing) Combo. The food was excellent. The service was also excellent on this visit. The prices have gone up since my last visit. I added many photos.

We stayed a week at the Palazzo, chose to have Breakfast here every morning! In Vegas we usually eat a good breakfast and then don’t eat again until dinner. Their menu is amazing, so many choices even for breakfast. Had the eggs Benedict and Biscuits and Gravy with fried chicken two mornings. It was so good, some of the best fried chicken I had ever eaten and the little biscuits were so sweet and savoury. Made for a relaxing way to start the morning. Wait staff always so nice and friendly. Thank you Grand Lux for getting our mornings started so great!!!

We ate here after the Beach Boys concert in the hotel. Everything was so good we ate here again in the morning. The morning choices weren’t as vast as the lunch and dinner options but they were still excellent.

Loved our lunch at Grand Lux

We are a light lunch including Belgian waffle, sausage, lentil soup and general tsos cauliflower. Service was good, atmosphere is decorative and the restaurant was spotless. Delicious food and great dining experience.

Reasonable (for the Strip) Breakfast Prices, Good Quality

We bypassed the line waiting to be seated as there were 2 seats at the bar (where one can easily order food and get prompt service too). Visited midweek in May, 11 am. Ordered OJ (fresh squeezed, $6.95); iced tea ($4.50); scrambled eggs + toast + big slice of ham + hash browns ($13.95); and chicken salad sandwich ($14.50). Very good sized portions. Anibal, our waitress and bartender, was super friendly and attentive to our needs.

The Grand Lux is a great meeting spot in the middle of the Venetian. It has a huge amount of seating so do not be put off by the line. I like the fast service, but it feels like they are pushing you out to seat the next person!

What a surprise!

We are headed to the Grand Lux Venetian when we found this gem at Palazzo Chris was our waiter he was very knowledgeable and absolutely fantastic. The food was great as well as the service. Can't wait till we go to Vegas to return. Was absolutely a great find there's a great ambience in this restaurant

Amazing food at a reasonable price

Great restaurant reasonable prices. We ate here twice while we stayed in the Palazzo hotel. The first night I had a hamburger it was perfectly cooked the best hamburger I’ve had in a long time. The second night I had the club sandwich. This was a great go to restaurant while we stayed. I would return again.

Reliable Food Fare

My wife and I have dined here every day of our stay. I love that they have a breakfast menu though all day although limited after 11. I had a Belgian waffle one day and felt it wasn’t as crisp as it should have been. The dinner bread was very good. Another day I have the smoked salmon breakfast platter. It was plenty of food and very filling. My wife had a burger which was well prepared. The French fries are solid performers. The servers were very good. Amelia and Seth took good care of us. And lastly the Creme brûlée is a must have. It is fantastic.

Breakfast Buffet

We stayed at the Kalamazoo so every morning we we go to the Grand Lux for the Breakfast Buffet. I love the made to order omelettes. They have a large selection of fresh fruit and pastries. Bacon, ham, hash browns and eggs also available. It is not a big Buffett but everything you need for breakfast. Service is good - always very busy not much of a wait. The Orange juice is fresh squeezed - the coffee is strong. They have a large menu if you do not want the Buffett. Lunch and dinner is also available

I've been many times, but I noticed a decline in the food quality

I've been here many times over the past 10-15 years and overall I'm a fan. I placed an order to go and was a bit disappointed with the food quality from previous visits.

Disappointing Grand Lux Breakfast Experience at the Venetian

By Jet550937 |

I have eaten at the Grand Lux in the Venetian and Palazzo well over 50 times and have always enjoyed my meals and drinks. On this trip I was with my wife and daughter, dining at the Venetian Grand Lux. My wife was not very hungry, so she ordered something light while my daughter and I ordered the breakfast buffet. Our waitress made a point of telling us we could not share buffet food with my wife. During the course of our breakfast our waitress hovered around our table relentlessly, just making sure my wife was not receiving any buffet items. It was unbelievable and I finally had to stop her and ask if she could send a manager over. When the manager arrived I let him know that it was an uncomfortable dining experience with the waitress staring at us during our entire meal and that if my wife had wanted food from the buffet, we would have paid for it. We were floored by the manager’s response as he indicated she had done the right thing and that the waitresses were responsible for their tables and what people were ordering and paying for. We avoided the Grand Lux in the Venetian for the rest of our trip. We normally dine there at least 3 or more times each trip for breakfast, happy hour and dinners.
