Save your $$

By Denise D |

We were staying in the hotel where the restaurant was located, and decided to eat there on impulse. Had drinks at the bar first: excellent drinks, super expensive ($30 apiece)! We are from Chicago, so we are used to paying city prices for food and drinks, but this was stunning even so. I had the potato chip crusted chicken sandwich for $26. It was super salty, and had nothing particularly special about it. I recommend you go to Wendy's and save $20.

Wow!!

By Joe C |

We are big Guy Fieri fans, but never visited this restaurant, so we decided to visit for lunch one afternoon. The restaurant is well designed, with a small shop at the start to by some merchandise if you are interested. Service was initially a little slow in welcoming us and providing us menus and water, but soon picked up and we didn’t have a problem after this. All of the items on the menu sounded really good, but we decided to share the famous Trash Can Nachos. These 100% did not disappoint, full with amazing toppings, lots of meat and an incredible BBQ sauce. Portion size for 2 is just right and although somewhat expensive for nachos, these were probably the best nachos we have EVER had! We loved our visit here, and will absolutely return in the future, most likely to try a burger next time!

Expensive and tasteless.

By David M |

Standard American food. Some BBQ and hamburgers. All four of us had different orders and all were less quality, than if we had gone to In and Out Burger next door. Ribs were very dry and tough. Salads were wilted and had no dressing. Beers were all foamy and took 10 minutes to arrive. Food cost is way out of line for what you get. It is obvious Guy has not been back since it opened. Took 45 minutes to get seats, there were some with reservations that went ahead of us. Do not recommend.

The burgers are excellent!

By bjia34 |

The OG burger is outstanding! My co-worker had the Mac & Cheese burger and loved it also. The quality of the the burgers and Jalapeno appetizer was excellent. Service was a also excellent. The prices are a little high but it's Vegas so it is what it is.

Angry I waited this long to try!

By BiGSU 23! |

Have stayed nearby, and kind of figured the place was a tourist trap for diners drive ins and drives folk. Finally tried it out this trip when we were in a pinch and starving. Trash can nachos, fried chicken sandwich, Rueben and bbq sandwich amongst the group. Everything was amazing. For those that claim it’s overpriced, it seems in line with the strip, but it also should be mentioned how huge the portion sizes are. We couldn’t finish half. Service was excellent, food was awesome. So much so that we went back a second time this trip-and it was just as good(just ordered half as much)!

Great food & top service

By SvenBK |

The food is very good and the portions are large. We had chicken wings and Caesar salad. The service is super friendly and always there if you want to order something else.

Good food, awful service

By Dom H |

Good food but abysmal service, by far the most disappointing experience during our time in Vegas. Firstly after booking a table and arriving dead on time we were told to wait and we would get a text when a table was ready. This should have been the first red flag. My wife’s main course order was delivered wrong TWICE, the sharing starter was served less than 5 minutes before the main. Our server was AWOL half time time so we couldn’t send the order back for ten minutes. 10 minutes after taking the dish away for the second time my wife was offered an alternative. Terrible. In the end my wife left hungry, completely ruining our evening! Guy Fieri should be embarrassed to have his name over the door!

Quick friendly service, delicious eye catching food!

By Lynn L |

One of our greatest dining experiences!!! Cajon Alfredo, and Rueben were delicious, and great proportion! Bloody Marry was beautiful, and also delicious !!! Johnny our server was the best!!!

Highly disappointed.

By JW Hunt |

The burger was super greasy, with the bottom bun being soggy. The suppoed onion rings were so hard that I couldn't bit through them. The high light of the meal was the fry's, they came in different shapes and sizes.

Good to get out of the heat I guess!

By DW |

Food was simply ok. We were the only ones in the restaurant and despite the server being kind, service was beyond slow. I cannot recommend this restaurant, its just for looks. The bloody mary was cool but weak.

Average food and over the top prices.

By dgoren |

Average and typical Vegas prices. I know that most all Las Vegas food is overpriced, but the wings were average, and ten wings and one beer cost me $55.00. Glad it was a business meal but how ridiculous can you get? The blue cheese and wasabi dipping sauce was interesting, but you barely get any, and a domestic beer was $9.00. Can’t help but think how insanely expensive this was for so little food, but I guess it an average and not poor review simply because all restaurant food and especially Vegas food is way overpriced. I had a better meal at In and Out the night before, for $12.

So many choices. Go elsewhere.

By Micheller0405 |

A little disappointed. Yes, the portion sizes are huge. However they are so huge you can not eat them. Just a big pile of mush. Beer prices are off the wall! They do not put the prices on the menu so a Modelo draft will cost you $15.00. Our server was very attentive but it could not make up for the outrageous prices.

A lovely Vegas burger!

By ElJBe |

Loved our meal here, prawn starter was so tasty and our burgers for mains were also really delicious. Good old American hospitality with lovely wait staff and service. Thank you!

Monster Mary

By Koz |

I've waited years to visit this venue to try the infamous Guy Fieri Bloody Mary, and let me tell you, the hype is real and this did not disappoint! It was the best bloody mary I've ever had and probably will ever have. Totally righteous! ;)

NOT GOING BACK. THIS DOES NOT BELONG IN VEGAS

By Jacques C |

Waited 20 mn for really really bad wings. They were small over fried over cooked over charged. I wasn’t restaurant business for many years, but I had to stiff the waiter for not checking with me at least once and I had to find them to get my bill. Took all 10 minutes.

It was ok

By TravelingBum10 |

We went for dinner as walk ins. We were given a choice to sit in the corner or the bar. We stay in the corner. The outdoor area was closed. Service was great. Food tasted average. I wasn’t impressed!

Bad

By Climber33003490577 |

I asked the lady at the door about getting a to go order because my wife's sugar was starting to drop and needed something to take back to the room and she said to go up to the bar and order. The guy at the bar said he was too busy for a order but only had 6 people at the bar. Really upset about the service and him being rude

Bad dinner and dive bar

By David C |

Lunch was very disappointing especially the nachos. They were very dry and not seasoned well. The chicken sandwich was fair. For an 89 dollar bill for the food there are better places for lunch at that price. Don’t be mislead that the food on his show is going to be the same. It isn’t, and I been to several of the dinner and dives he recommended and they where great.

Great lunch spot! Burgers & Nachos were so good! Highly recommend!

By 4youFromJen |

Great lunch spot! We just got in town & wanted a burger. This was the place! We were seated right away! Burgers were great! Served with Fries. The couple we were with upgraded theirs to loaded waffle fries & said they were so good! I got the trash. Am nachos & substituted with chicken. They were so good & huge! Large portions. Highly recommend!

Great for a meal or a snack

By Scott M |

The Trash Can Nacho's are very good. So good in fact my wife insisted we have them twice in a recent stay in Las Vegas. The rest of the food looks amazing and the drinks were good

I’ll stick with his television shows.

By Jeff |

We were seated right away, that’s about where the positives end. I asked for an IPA, 2 were on the menu. I was informed they were out of all IPA’S so Diet Pepsi it was. My wife had water and my daughter a mule. I ordered the Reuben sandwich, my wife the Italian Deli chopped salad, my daughter the BBQ Chopped chicken salad. We had the queso corn dip to share as an appetizer. The appetizer was ok, lots of cheese and little of anything else. It came in a mini cast iron skillet. My Reuben was just okay, not piled high with meat like the description said, and costing twice as much for what we can get in Buffalo for a better sandwich. My wife and daughter were left searching for protein in their salads and what seemed to be plates of lettuce. I rarely leave reviews, but this left me scratching my head. A substandard meal from a chef who hosts shows where experts are ultra critical of the food they taste. I expected much more. I realize Vegas is not cheap, I’ve been there around 20 times, but this was a substandard over priced meal from a well respected business owner who needs to do better, at least at this restaurant. I for one will not be returning.

Was below expectations

By Castraveler916 |

While the food was good. The service and value for the money was not. Had dinner and sat outside on the patio. Every help wanted ad I have read for a restaurant server/FOH staff talks about being a “team player” to insure a great dining experience for guests. That was definitely not our experience. Took awhile to get our drink order after sitting down at our table, despite several wait staff standing nearby at the server’s area talking amongst themselves. When our food arrived, the food runner asked if we needed anything and one lady in our party asked for oil and vinegar for the salad they were having. She waited a couple of minutes and ended up going to the kitchen herself to get some. The food runner NEVER returned and the server didn’t bring anything either. A little later someone else in our party wanted more BBQ sauce and ended up having to get it herself as well as our server was missing in action and another server didn’t see, or ignored, the attempt to get their attention. Prices are high for the food and drink you get. An ice tea which was the pre-made from a mix kind and was very cloudy, was $6. Our dining partners ordered margaritas and each one was $23! Crazy money. One of Guy’s signature hamburger and fries was $28. Very pricey.

Highly recommend

By acmaguire |

The busiest place I have visited so far. Make sure you use an app such as open table to book your table well in advance. Despite being busy, the customer service does not falter. Our waiter was attentive, water before you order anything and they don’t check in with your meal while you have a mouthful of food which is nice! The menu is good, there’s a lot of options. I’d suggest, if you’re ordering a salad, share it between two as they are absolutely huge. Burgers are cooked MR (I’d recommend the Kobe Beef burger) The Trasshcan nachos are presented in a literal can and opened up by waiters. They are flavoursome and easily the best nachos I’ve had. You have a view of the strip from most seats. A bar area if you’re just there for drinks. Helpfully, this was situated at the entrance to the Linq hotel. This is directly next door to Harrah’s where I was staying. There’s a really cool open bar/casino in the middle offering live music each night. You can dine outside or inside (it’s now getting colder at night so I recommend inside) We had a sharer to start, 2 mains and 2 drinks. Including gratuity is was £101 which was more than reasonable. Please make sure you tip the staff!!! It’s so important for the hospitality industry and they are fantastic patient people!

Good great

By alli_han |

Food was amazing as always. We came in and were told it would be a 20 min wait to sit outside but it was half empty and there are two people waiting. We sat at the bar instead. Andrew was good. There was another guy doing cash out on front of us and we tried to be friendly and talk but he was not having it. I then commented he must eat here so often it is so good and he replied that he doesn't and cant recall the last time he ate here. Seems odd to tell customers that. And no reason why... with just a look that the food grosses you out. Not cool.

Disappointment

By The Dutch |

Lacking organisation…. Our food (burgers) we way overcooked, lettuce and bun soaked and the fries were just warm. Wslking out (disappointed) we saw the reason… counter in the kitchen fully stacked with meals waiting to be taken out…. Getting cold buns and lettuce soaking up…. Lack of organisation to my opinion.

Don't waste your time

By Jenn M |

We had poor service throughout our experience, and the place had tons of empty tables. Waitresses spent more time talking to each other than tending to their tables. We had to get our own straws from their shelving because the waitresses acted like she didn't hear us. We had the trash can nachos. Don't waste your money here. Better sevice at the bar than a table in our past experience

Friendly Staff, Great Burger

By David B |

We went on a Wednesday evening. Arrived early for a 6 pm reservation and they were able to seat us immediately. I ordered the Bacon Mac n Cheese Burger. It was great once I figured out how to pick it up and take a bite. Very big and loaded with toppings. Very messy. Very tasty. For dessert I got the Cheesecake Challenge. That was disappointing. Not much flavor. I have a sweet tooth so I’m used to things not having enough flavor but the chocolate drizzle could not make up for the lack of flavor in the cheesecake. Adding pretzels and potato chips for that sweet and salty I was looking forward to has to have the sweet. Our waiter was friendly and kept checked in on us regularly. The Hostess went above and beyond giving us very detailed directions to the Uber pickup location that was behind the hotel in the back of the parking ramp. Overall a great meal dispute the bland dessert.

Check your bill!

By Wrldtrvlr |

CHECK YOUR BILL! We had a table of four - ordered 4 entrées, 3 waters and a tea. When the bill came, we were charged for 7 entrées. 3 of these entrées were never ordered yet appeared on our bill. We brought it to the attention of our server and his comment was “I guess the bartender made a mistake.” No alcoholic drinks were ordered. Food order was taken by our server, not the bartender. Wrong answer! Too many places to eat in the Vegas Strip with just as good or better food where one doesn’t have to worry about being charged incorrectly.

Great ribs

By Ken H |

Had the half of rack ribs fell off the bone nice and tender and delicious with fries and a nice cold beer

A great experience again - recommended

By Pete2005 |

We visited a few years ago and had a great but having read the negative reviews on here we were slightly nervous on what to expect. However, we thought we’d give it the benefit of the doubt and glad we did. We had a great meal with my wife saying her burger was the best she’s ever had. Yes it is expensive but so is everything on the strip, it’s just how it is! As a family of three we shared the trash can nachos that were excellent and the right size for three people. We all had different main courses and all were good. We would recommend if you’re eating on the strip.

$10 beer and extreme prices on food

By spyle31 |

We sat on the outside bar stools overlooking the Strip which was worth something, but $10 for a beer????? Come on! Cost us a smooth hundo for two appetizers and two beers. Maybe worth it for the people watching we did.

Awful dining experience, and nobody cares. Attitude seems to be that we have plenty of customers.

By Antonio M |

The signature Trash Can nachos that we thoroughly enjoyed on a prior visit were terrible and belonged in the Trash can. Spoke with the manager on duty and she promptly apologized and offered to re-make the order. The issue is that re-makes always spoil the dining-out experience. Do it right the First Time! Need better quality control BEFORE the food is served.

Mediocre

By JayJay |

I wouldn't waste my money again that's for sure. The only reason yall are getting 3 stars is because Monique did everything she could to make our visit enjoyable. The other host was being so rude I think Joy was her name. Monique came up and defused the situation and took us to a both as we requested. She told us about the new menu changes and told us our servers name and joked with us about our day. We ate an app and had a drink the prices are too high for what it was in my opinion. The nachos were good but were not hot by the time we got them. Our servers was dismissive and slow. Not a good look for GUY tbh. Monique checked in with us as we were leaving apologized for the negative experience and invited us back to give them a second shot. Probably won't go back but she was a nice lady and really made our experience, honestly if it wasn't for her we would have left in the first place.

Food Poisoning

By John M |

My wife and I ordered a full Rack of Ribs. The Corn bread was dry. After we went back to our room about 2 hours later we both proceeded to get violently sick from both ends we got food poisoning from the ribs. We were leaving the next day and barely made it to the flight and home. Was sick for 3 days

It’s a soulless plastic product

By Hum3does |

Big queues, lots of people - no idea why. It’s a restaurant that was designed by marketing people in a boardroom somewhere - it’s as interesting as a TGI Fridays. Food was ok - wings were pretty good, tacos were small and rubbish. Service was the only savior - someone somewhere managed to hire some interesting folks that do reflect the brand. Service was pretty poor but they were having fun at it Don’t eat here - go find a foot truck & stick to the real thing

Too pricey for food and drinks to be off, coke slaw was dry and bloody Mary looked good but was not tasty and overpriced

By Happiness178906 |

Went to the Ling location dissatisfied w food and bloody Mary. Cole slaw dry and drink was mostly ice and taste was off! -$

Overpriced and underwhelmed

By cusco72 |

Burger was very unimpressive , with gluten free bun it was in the neighborhood of $35 which should get you a standout burger. Not so at this place. Mediocre at best, overpriced and less than stellar service.

Over priced and over rated

By Stu C |

Went over for dinner before our show tonight. My wife's burger was Ok, but for $32, it shouldn't have been well done; they should ask how you want it. I had the Koreatown tacos, which were good. B. V. was our server, and while he was friendly, he wsan't very attentive and never brought my drink. Overall, OK food and fair service. Typical overpriced Vegas restaurant. No need to go back; there were other places that had much better food and service.

We were ignored at Guy Fieri’s at the Linq! Do not bother with this place.

By Ricardo B |

My wife and I was on vacation and we wanted to try Guy Fieri’s restaurant at the Linq, the same hotel where we were staying. It was on the evening of Dec 12, 2023 at 9:30pm that we visited. We didn’t have a reservation but we were still seated at a table. It wasn’t busy. We sat at the table for 20 minutes before we got up and left. During that time, no waiter greeted us, no one offered us any water, no one took our order. I remember two waiters that completely ignored us. They pretended that we weren’t there sitting at a table waiting. I was very disappointed at the lack of service that we received and we walked out of the restaurant feeling embarrassed for an establishment that represented Guy Fieri. The staff at this restaurant simply did not care and wasn’t interested in our business. So we went next door to Pizza Cake at Harrah’s and ate there. I would not recommend Guy Fieri’s Vegas Bar and Grill at the Linq. Sorry.

Really enjoyed the food!

By Rob S |

Had a late lunch here, 2 couples. 2 kobe burgers, a mac-n-cheese burger?? and a BBQ. We all loved our choices! The kobe burger I had could possibly have been the best burger I've ever had. Certainly in the top 10! Enjoyed it. Price was reasonable (for the Vegas strip).

Disappointment in selections and flavor

By Marty G |

So disappointed. We watch Guy and the entire Food Network on a daily basis. So we were super excited that this was so close to Caesars palace where we were attending the Garth Brooks concert. I ordered the Trash Can Nachos - the SMC - super melty cheese had an unpleasant stick to your tongue texture. The chips were soggy and sweet. My husband ordered the pulled pork sandwich. The meat had good flavor but the pretzel bun was cut unevenly making eating the sandwich impossible. The fries were an assortment of types which was interesting but again had a sweet flavored salt on them. I don't like sweet when I expect savory. The beer menu was sadly uninspired. I don't need to go back. There are so many other great restaurants in this price range and vicinity.

Not worth the money.

By Kimberly G |

If it is chilly be careful. They told us the patio was heated. With no windbreak and metal chairs we froze and our food got instantly cold. The menu was one of the smallest selections I’ve ever seen and wouldn’t accommodate our celiac family member. My burger was good but not worth the price.

Former satisfied customer suggests you find somewhere else

By Michael C |

I've eaten here before and it was a solid meal - something youd give 3.5-4 stars. This visit - maybe doesn't even deserve 2 stars. Leaving the price out - cause most everything on the strip is expensive - this was just plain poor. Dry and tasteless burger and chicken sandwich. Descriptions make for great marketing, but actual toppings dont hold up to the description. I won't eat here again and honestly - I dont say this often cause everyone and every place can have an off night, but... - you shouldn't eat here either. There are plenty of choices even when its busy, and this just doesn't deserve your money.

Was expecting more flavor

By Tamieko B |

The best part about this restaurant was the customer service. Sierra was amazing! Her service and attention to her customers way exceeded the bland taste of food and weak drinks. The ribs were tough and the sauce tasted bottled. The coke slaw was dry and the four cheese macaroni tasted like only one cheese. The Moscow Mule tasted like Sprite and it’s not even made with Sprite. I was expecting a flavorful experience all around. The prices are expensive for the quality of food. Good luck on getting a better experience.

Fun plus good food equals a great time

By Frank K |

Great food and atmosphere. Very enjoyable and the food was fantastic. Staff was very accommodating and the place was clean.

you gotta eat here :)

By Vegas On A Dime |

We came here for dinner in August 2023. We made a reservation online as it can have long waits as a walk-in. You do have to provide your credit card to hold your reservation and it notes they will charge $25 per person if you don't cancel in enough time or don't show up. We have ate here before, but wanted to try it again with our Diamond Celebration Dinner. We came as a group of 6. It had been many years since we ate here prior, so I wasn't quite sure if it the experience would be as good. It was! Everything was delicious. We shared the jalapeno poppers and the mac n cheese burger with fries. I didn't get this overwhelming mac n cheese flavor, but it was yummy regardless. The portions are large so we had more than enough to share. We also tried numerous cocktails and they were all very good. We wouldn't have an issue eating here again or recommending it to others.

Very empty and for a reason

By Victoria |

My husband and and went there at Halloween night. The outside patio was completely empty and after dinner, we asked the server if we could sit out there for a drink, and she said that they only allowed people to sit out there if they ordered food. Once again, the patio was 100% empty and they opted to have us just walk out and have no business rather than allowing us to sit and have a couple of drinks. What a weird business model!

Solid food experience.

By Virginia S |

We would have not sought this out but we stayed at the Linq and so we popped in the first night we stayed here. Really happy we did - very good food, excellent server, generous drinks, nice ambiance.

Of course it's the hype of the chef that owns it

By Bobbi J |

The food was pretty good. A little overly priced I thought. But you know you're paying for the famous name chef. We went around 3:00 it wasn't too busy. It looks like they have a brunch there on the weekend that is pretty popular.

Poor service, overpriced food

By stacie914 |

The food was very overpriced. 6 wings were $25 & that was all you received. I had a chopped salad and it was $28 & the chicken was so small my pieces of tomato and avocado were bigger. Our server was not very good and only came around after she saw another server filling our glasses. The food was good but not worth the price.

Try the Mac and cheese burger

By Cole I |

After a day at the pool at the Flamingo we went to this restaurant and ordered the Mac n cheese burger; ok I was drunk but I was moved by how good it was. I'm writing this review 2 months later because I still dream about it at night. That sandwich is amazing.

Disgusting Food

By Elizabeth T |

Family of 5 went for dinner to celebrate our last night of vacation…We started with The jalapeño poppers and they were delicious . I had high hopes for dinner…but very disappointed! Ribs were weird tasing and very dry. We left a whole slab uneaten. The Bbq wings were cold and dried out. $400 bill and we all left disappointed and still hungry! I don’t mind spending money on good food but this was a huge disappointment! Wait staff was great and very attentive but the food was pretty close to disgusting.

Food,was good…service fine….price is ridiculously out of line….

By Mark B |

Food was…but not $29 for a burger good when In-N-Out is nearby…service was fine…the beer lines taste like they haven’t been cleaned in years. Was excited to go because the burger on the Carnival cruise was freaking phenomenal. My unfortunate conclusion is the he sold out on quality to make all he can off his name now.

Great experience

By SBDriver |

My husband is a huge fan of Guy Fieri’s TV shows, and was anxious to try his Vegas Kitchen. We arrived around 5.30 on a Monday afternoon and were able to be seated right away. We sat on the patio, which is a great spot for people watching. Our server was quick and attentive, and our meal arrived very quickly. I had the Guacamole burger, and my husband had the Potato chip crusted chicken. We were not disappointed. The fries that came with the meal were cooked and seasoned perfectly. We washed everything down with a draft beer, and couldn’t be happier with our meal. We definitely recommend you give it a try, and we will definitely be dining here again the next time we’re in Vegas.

Horrible service!

By Andrea F |

We had lunch here today. The food was good but the service was horrible!!! It was quiet on the patio but we did not see our server after we ordered. We sat at our table for about 20 minutes after we ate and no one had checked on us. We finally went searching for someone to get us our bill. Disappointing!!

Good. But I expected great

By amorace |

Pretty good food, but not as great as I expected it to be. I would go back, I guess like most things in Vegas it seemed pretty high priced for what you got. If I would hav added chicken to my Caesar salad at lunch would have been 24 dollars and it was not very big

Disappointed

By StephanToronto |

The restaurant is in a great central location. The places looks tired and not very clean the menu is fun but pricey. Food was just decente and service was not overly friendly

Terrible, overpriced food and service. No response from restaurant to complaint.

By Cat lover |

With such ridiculously high and unwarranted prices you would think at least you'd get incredible food quality and service. Certainly not at this restaurant. I ordered the Caesar salad with steak: the steak was at least 50% fat. I let the waiter know and when he was taking it away I said, "Don't bring me another one; if you plan to do anything give my husband another beer taster or two." He said he'd have to check with the manager. When he returned he said my husband could have a pint on the house, but no apology whatsoever for the bad quality in the first place!! You'd think a manager would have visited our table. The salad was only iceberg lettuce with bland croutons. Also, they must think if they pile a plate overflowing with lettuce we won't notice we are paying $30 for $1.00 worth of lettuce. The waffle fries my husband got with his sandwich were tasteless, hard and dry. I know all of Vegas now thinks it's ok to be overpriced on everything but $24 for a $10 mai tai is really too much. At least give more than a standard amount which after all the ice I would be surprised if it had 4 oz of liquid. A salad, chicken sandwich, one drink and a beer flight should not be over $100 especially when the quality is really bad. I have had these same items at chain restaurants for about $10/entree and so much better taste and quality. Also, our dirty dishes sat in front of us for at least 20 minutes before someone finally came to bus our table. All in all, a very disappointing visit. Certainly wouldn't return. I wrote to them via their website and NO response. That tells me all I need to know about their disrespectful for customers and total lack of customer service.

Needs a lot of work

By Nikki Medaugh |

Nope, this place was just awful. The staff are super nice but it doesn’t make up for the overpriced crappy food. So if it’s your thing fine but nope, not again. There should be a lot of guacamole on avocado toast. The worst I’ve had, on greasy ciabatta.

$90 dollar lunch?!

By Chewtoy33 |

I’m local, met friends staying at The LINQ for lunch. One appetizer and two glasses of wine $90 ( before tip!) I ordered the stuffed jalapeño poppers appetizer, it was delicious. I feel this is a tourist trap, I would not go back based on price. My friends felt bad for suggesting we dine there.

Reasonable priced centre strip

By Rebecca A |

This place is great!! I loved my Mac n Cheese burger and felt it was reasonable priced for the vegas strip! Staff were friendly and beers were cold. We’ve booked to go again tonight we loved it so much!

Its all about the nachos

By Gerry V |

We came because we heard about the trashcan nachos and they did not disappoint. We noted other meals being brought out and portions looked large. Price probably normal for the strip starting at about $25.00. They dont list the beer prices on the menus so I was expecting it to hurt a bit and it turned out to be $12 for a pint. ( For my Canadian friends, that is $16 for a pint) With all the places to dine in Vegas, you probably dont need to come back twice but you have to try it once.

Trash Can Nachos are a Must

By Kevin M |

Great experience with the food at Guy Fieri’s but I would certainly suggest you do not eat too much before you go as the portions are enormous. Shared the trash can nachos and I must say they were the best I have had, then with main course I was unable to tackle the cheesecake challenge but went away full and happy.

Business Lunch

By wheatonnitz |

Great wings, great bloody mary, and nice patio. I went there with work friends and had a blast. I have been at his place on a cruise and the restaurant was spot on. The food at his places are similar, so you know what you are getting. Good stuff....

Very bad visit

By Carol H |

Wow, my wife watches all of Guys shows and is a true fan. How disappointed were we to be served a dry overcooked half rack of ribs and tasteless tacos! The only upside was Guy was there signing autographs. As for the food it was horrible we should have stuck with the burgers that are always awesome. Maybe our experience will be better next time. Happy Travels

Good but a bit under-whelming.

By Richard B |

Good food, but a little under-whelming for the price. The presentation of some of the drinks (the Caesar toppings were practically a meal unto themselves) and entrees (the nachos came in a jug that gets turned upside down onto your plate!) were amazing; our burger and Reuben had no flash or exciting presentation, though.

Poor service

By BackPacker305527 |

We recently went to Guy Fieris Las. Vegas The service was poor and we seemed rushed even though the restaurant wasn’t busy . Whilst enjoying trash can nachos our main course arrived and pushed in front of us . We couldn’t finish our nachos as the burgers were going soggy . Not what we would have expected from his restaurant . Won’t be going back in a hurry

Photos added. I did not like it. My wife did.

Located at The LINQ on the Las Vegas Strip. My wife and I dined here for dinner and were seated immediately. We shared the ITALIAN DELI CHOPPED SALAD and the JALAPEÑO PIG POPPERS. I did not care for either dish. My wife enjoyed both. The poppers were extremely hot. I added many photos. The service was very good on this visit. The prices are high for this type of restaurant. $5 per jalapeño popper. WOW! I am not complaining. I knew the prices before entering. Happy wife, happy life. lol ;D!

Meh

By matt g |

The restaurant looks great. We were seated right away and the server was nice. The menu wasn't that big, and the food was average at best. Tacos are dry. Burger was dry and on par with 5 guys .... Maybe. Only difference was it's a 32 dollar burger. Ramsays Burger is better and cheaper.

Delicious and a must try!

By ashbris |

We love this restaurant and try to always fit it in on our trips to Vegas. The portions are good size and food and drinks are great! It is pricey but you are paying for the name and most stuff in Vegas is pricey.....

Always Great Food

By Joan H |

We had a huge perfectly cooked Las Vegas Strip; along with potato wedges and asparagus. Reasonable price for $42. Ray gave us great quick efficient service. Surroundings comfortable, eating outdoors, able to hear nearby music, lots of people watching. We were seated quickly. Friendly service

Possibly the best burger on the strip

By Derek C |

Live this restaurant, coming from the UK watching Guy on TV was always gonna try his spot, food is amazing, ribs 👍🏻 Mac and Cheese burger quite simple outstanding, service it tremendous vibe of the bar is great too…5 Stars

It hardly gets worse

By Rupert J |

Unfortunately, it was underground. We went to brunch. First, we had to wait forever. Then food came cold. An order has been completely forgotten. The Service was totally overwhelmed even though the restaurant was not full. We were never asked if we would like more water or coffee. We got coffee at the third demand. No kindness! At the next table, a couple waited forever for food and when it came, they tasted and walked out of the restaurant without paying. For the first time ever, I didn't tip at all.

Won't come here again

By Blondie1965 |

As per usual in Vegas, this place is way over-priced for what you get! The ambiance was casual with a lot of TVs and nothing special, though I did like the music a lot (alternative). The fries (as pictured) were horrible. My friend who also had fries with her meal, agreed. I would absolutely not come here again. Sorry Guy!

Dinner at Guy Fieri’s Kitchen

Seated quickly even though we showed up 30 minutes early to our reservation. Hostess was very accommodating! Our waiter was very attentive too. Food portions were large and overall very good too.

Best Bloody Mary

By Jennifer H |

We grabbed a bite to eat for lunch here on our arrival day. It was easy to get a table and service was nice and friendly. 10/10 recommend the Bloody Mary, one of the best I’ve ever had. I had the Rueben which was really good and had some unique flavors from others I’ve had and my husband had the Mac n Cheese burger. He said it was ok just a standard burger with Mac n cheese and something we could make at home so he felt the price was high for what it was. The fries were awesome though, the seasoning is sweet, salty and spicy and I like that you get crinkle, wedges and waffle fries all in the same tin with your meal.

Trash can cheeseburger nachos very rich

By 310amyv |

Service was great. Hubby and I just wanted something to share so chose the cheeseburger nachos. They were ok. I’m partial to traditional ones I guess. These were served on a plate in a round metal “can”. Server took it off revealing a stack of nachos drenched in very rich cheese sauce, hamburger, and topped with some diced tomatoes, lettuce and pickles. Super heavy on cheese sauce, lighter on meat, lightest on veggies (which I enjoy). Not sorry we tried them but wouldn’t get again. The cheese is so rich you can only eat so much.

Exceeded Our Expectations

By Jonathan B |

Honestly, I had middling expectations based on this being a celebrity's restaurant. But I was pleasantly surprised. The service was excellent and the food was great. Little touches like the BBQ seasoning on the fries and wild presentation really stood out, along with the Jalapeno Poppers which were outstanding.

Disappointed

By SportingFC |

I would have given this restaurant a higher rating but … - Expectations for standards were higher given the brand - Mac and Cheese with pulled pork was served luke warm - pulled pork was dried out and could tell was not fresh - salad was ok but not worth $20 for iceberg lettuce with lemon dressing Overall very disappointed. Will still watch Guy’s shows

Overrated. Terrible quality with no management apology.

By ms443 |

The food is way below expectations. I was brought a NY Strip that had zero seasoning. Bland with no salt on the tables. After complaining I was brought another steak. It honestly was like cutting a Nike shoe. Very tough very gristly. I’m shocked this is a representation of Guy Fieri. Sure the manager took it off the bill but never offered an apology or another menu item. I had half a plate of uneaten steak. The managers attitude for a resort area stinks. The food extremely disappointing.

Cold and Greasy

By Valerie |

This place takes pre-prep to a new level, unfortunately. While our food arrived quickly, that was obviously because everything is precooked. Dry as leather greasy burgers, barely warmed over and spongy cold fries. Watched other tables return their food too. Only gave two stars because the staff was great and the drinks were good.

Good Place For Lunch

By dms_563 |

A good variety of items on the menu. I tried a burger with fries. Food was good. Full liquor bar. Our server was really good. This is worth trying.

Trash can nachos

By Karen B |

We had the trash can nachos for and two beers. It was more than we could finish and delicious! BBQ pulled pork, cheese, pickled onion…so good. Price was a bit more than expected but we would go again. I will be craving those nachos!

High price for subpar food!

By John J |

We had great expectations for this place. We just needed a small lunch since we had dinner reservations elsewhere that evening. Therefore, we shared Guy’s “Award Winning Bacon Mac ‘N’ Cheeseburger” with Fry’s. For drinks, we ordered one glass of wine and one beer. The wine selection is small with only one Cabernet priced at $22 for a small glass. The beer was $15 and the burger/fry’s $28. Total $65 before tip for a shared lunch…ughh. Although expensive, the wine and beer tasted fine. On the other hand, the burger was well below average. The patty was thin and the mac ‘n’ cheese was flavorless. It saddens me to say that I’ve had better burgers at fast food places. We were so let down!

Beyond Disappointed

By J. Baker |

We ordered the Trash Can nachos and the first thing we noticed was that the price was $25 for a plate of nachos. The serving was huge, and have we been able to eat it all, it could have served as our meal. However, the pork was hard, overcooked and in some parts burnt. It had been a long day traveling for us and we just wanted something good to eat. I love Guy and follow him all the time. But this rendering of his trash can nachos probably needed to go in a "normal" trash can before being delivered to our table.

Disappointed

By Ami B |

My husband and I had a reservation, which included a reservation hold and a fee for a "no show". When we arrived at our time, we were told it would be a 30 minute wait. But we could sit immediately at the bar....no thank you. When we did get a table the food was disappointing. We are a fan of the show, but not the food.

Guys Hangry review

By Ellen C |

My husband always loves a good burger…thought it would be great…but instead of complaining I would like them what I would do differently…thought 1 have all the components presented separately on a plate…hot toasted bun…burger/brisket topped with cheese….crispy onion rings and ymmp warmed sauce on the side…just cause I am a bit high and happy…this post is making me hungry 🙃

Average at best

By Michael D |

Disapointing. Average at best. Beer taps didn't work on the 3rd. of July? Really? Ordered the chicken club. Really surprised with a basic fried chicken patty (no flavor). Brioche toast was good along with the slaw. Fries seemed like they had been sitting a quickly re-fried again. Bartenders were great and apologized for the beer issue a couple times. I really thought the food would be better.

Not That Great Anymore

By Walby |

We'd eaten here before on pryor visits to Vegas, and liked it, so decided to eat here again. This time around, not that great. First off, service was slow. A waiter took our drink and food order, and then we never saw him again. A different waitress showed up, acting like she was now our waitress, without explaining anything.. Wifes food came out wrong. Food portion sizes have shrunk, and prices went up.. not the great deal that it once was. Probably dont need to come back again.

Disappointing

By Steve J |

Tried the trash can nachos. They were average at best. Then got a brownie with ice cream. The brownie was so cold the ice cream didn’t even melt. Not a very good experience at all. Highly disappointed to say the least.

ABSOLUTE WORST DINING EXPERIENCE_Skip it

By Tricia G |

Horrible food, horrible service. for way to much money NOT WORTH IT! We arrived around 12:30 pm on a Thursday. Fairly empty for a lunch hour We sat at the bar as 'no tables were available' __ In reality more than half of the tables were empty. We ordered The All You could eat Brunch through the bartender. BAD choice The guy next to us appeared to get quick service, and large portions. I guess the luck of Vegas was on his side. Our 'first order took at least 15 20 minutes to be served_ we ordered a salad each , one mac 'n cheese w/ the pork ends and the chili with the corn bread. SO disappointing-- the chili did not arrive w/ the corn bread, the mac and cheese had one very small bite of the ends. Only one salad was served so we needed to remind the bartender that we ordered, she said it would be right out ( another 20+ minutes for the first salad to be served) The second salad (that should have come with the first order)arrived when we were ready to order the next dishes_ The second order placed was the Biscuits and Gravy and another order of the Chili (the chili was the only dish worth eating. ANOTHER 15- 20 minutes until the food was served_ again. And again No corn bread, The Biscuits were stale, cold and the amount of gravy was at most 2-3 tablespoons. Inedible meal The All You Can Eat Brunch ended at 2 pm_ We were in the establishment and ordered way before the all you can eat expired. For a restaurant w/ such a big name tagged to it this was an abomination and I am so disappointed. Mr Fieri should reconsider his name on this restaurant Personally speaking for my husband and me, we would never go back even if we were paid to eat there.

Terrible dining experience

By James H |

Terrible service. We ended up walking out because no server came to our table after a long wait. Host staff was not friendly and not warm.

Wonderful experience

By angela s |

One of the best places I have ever eaten. Everyone needs to go there at least once. I highly recommend their signature burger and their bloody Mary

Definitely a trip to flavor town!

By JillHiggins54171 |

This place did not disappoint. I loved the house made veggie burger! My 12 year old son said the kobe burger was literally the best ever. The waffle fries with mesquite…ohmygosh!

Wouldnt go again

By Susan S |

Was greeted by someone who obviously didnt know what they were doing as I had pre booked but he didn't mark it off that Id arrived and now I have been charged for not turning up. So make sure if you have pre booked that is marked you as arrived. I was sat on the balcony and I would say unless you like people watching don't do it, it was hot and people walking past asking about your meal. Anyway our server was Richard he was the saving grace to this visit. Although I have never been to a restaurant ordered and ate my meal in 30 minutes before. The food arrived after three minutes of ordering which really shocked me on how fast it came out, and the drinks were so expensive $33 for two malibu and pineapple, I could have brought two bottles of malibu for that price, you expect it with cocktails but that was a joke. So if you are going to experience GF try it otherwise plenty of other places cheaper with similar food

One Restaurant That Won't Feature on Diners, Drive-Ins & Dives.

By Legume2010 |

We booked this venue for the birthday of a family member via OpenTable. On the booking we specified "standard seating" as opposed to "outdoor seating". We also sent a message as part of the booking informing the restaurant that it was one of the party's birthday that day and asking about whether they could arrange a birthday cake for us. Our message was ignored, no reply was ever sent. On the day of the booking, we confirmed our visit, as requested by the OpenTable system, but we also called the restaurant to ask again about a cake. Eventually someone answered the phone and seemed totally disinterested in our request, informing us "we don't do cakes any more, there's only two things on the desert menu, brownie and cheesecake". I asked about taking a small cake into the restaurant and we were told that was not allowed, but they would bring some ice cream out with sprinkles on. Better than nothing I guess, we said we were looking forward to the visit and would see them that evening. When we arrived at the restaurant, there were lots of empty tables and staff greeting us appeared bored and miserable. There was no great welcome or even a smile. We were led to the outside area, which was like an oven, with little air movement and a very hot Vegas evening of around 34 degrees (94/f) so we asked to have a table inside (as we had requested originally). We were told that there were "no tables inside" and we had requested an outdoor table. We assured them that we did not, and the server seemed to want to argue this point, showing me her ipad screen, indeed showing us as booked for the outside. I tried to show her our OpenTable booking, which would have shown her that we asked for indoor, but she wasn't interested. I understand that it may have been tricky to seat a party of six indoors (as other bookings may be incoming later on), when they thought it was an outdoor booking, but our server refused to let us have any of the numerous available tables inside. We waited in the outdoor heat for a while whilst she tried to figure out what was going on. Another server came over to her and, right next to us, just said to her colleague "get them to move, they're in the way here". Eventually they pushed a couple of the tables together that we were told could not be pushed together and that was the last we saw of that particular server. To start with our new server seemed happy and helpful and so we hoped the little glitch was water under the bridge and we settled in to enjoy our meal there. He even wished our birthday girl a happy birthday. All good, or so we thought. Our food arrived reasonably quickly and looked fantastic. We requested some vinegar from the server, but this never arrived at the table. Nobody checked in with us to see if we were enjoying our food. The food itself isn't bad. But it's not great either: The food was brilliantly presented, it looked superb on the metal tray plates, and the knife and fork in and X shape on the excellent skull napkins is a great touch. The burger was okay, nicely garnished and the sauce was nice. The burger patty itself was a little dry and lacking in flavour. The chicken burger was dry and totally tasteless. The misshaped fries were cool and quite tasty. We were never asked how our food was, we were never offered more drinks and when it came to the "ice cream with sprinkles" that never arrived either. In fact we weren't even offered a paid desert, he just wanted the check (presumably to get the table back for someone else later). Having watched Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives, we assumed that Guy Fieri might have picked up a few tips about what makes tasty food in his travels and brought that to his restaurant, but perhaps that was an over-optimistic expectation. If bland food and being made to feel like an inconvenience to the waiting staff is your thing, this is the definitely place for you. If not, perhaps try somewhere else in Vegas. I wonder if Guy Fieri would feature this place on his TV show. Somehow I doubt it.

Kobe burger

By Ken H |

I had a kobe burger and fries with a nice tall beer asked to cook it medium, and it was done exactly that no complaints here good food along with an excellent sever will go again

Ok but not great

By K.R. Dufour |

The atmosphere is great and we had good service. Our food was satisfactory but definitely overpriced - but that is the case in Vegas. We ordered the famous burgers and the grilled chicken salad. The hamburger flavors were amazing however the bottom bun cannot hold up to the amount of liquid and it quickly will give way. The top bun was a bit stale. The salad had good flavor and all the ingredients were fresh - however the chicken not so much. It had obviously been frozen as it was still cold in the middle and was not good.

bucket list ticked, disappointed

By Tim F |

We were there during some sort of football game, it was too noisy for conversation with family. We wanted to see if the burgers were as good as on the cruise ships, they weren't.

Tasty food and great location

By car0linafamily |

We stopped here for dinner before a show at the Linq. There was about a fifteen minute wait but they called us when our table was ready. We sat on the patio which was comfortable and entertaining...lots of good people watching and music closeby. Our only complaint was having to wait a long time before a server ever came to bring us water or take our order. But, the food was really good and the service after getting our meal was good. We had the bacon-wrapped jumbo shrimp and the pulled pork sandwich.

Reserve, go, enjoy, review!

Awesome, super veggie burger and Mac and Cheese burger! Find this place if you have never eaten at GF! You will not be disappointed!

Guy Fieri’s Vegas Kitchen and Bar

By Fardin Vousoughian |

One of my favorite restaurants at the Vegas strip, located at The Linq Hotel! Ambiance of the place is awesome with wooden walls, pictures, and other decorations. We hung out at the Bar. We ordered the Cadillac Margarita, Bacon Mac N Cheese Burger, and The OG Ringer Burger. Food and drinks were good, and service was great! Will come back to try more of their food!

Not a fan

By Slot King Dream |

It was ok . Nothing that stood out to me but the over cooked dry chicken wings... The corn dip was ok... but this hard dump of cheese in the picture.. the good thing was the diet pepis

food is nice but not worth it for the service provided.

By Fox-Ki |

Came for a late dinner after the rest of the team had landed in Vegas. The food itself was pretty good and tasty but it took a while to come. The servers came across rude and like we were a burden. We had to chase down a server to get our drinks order as we had been waiting too long and they took far too long to give us the bill at the end of our meal.

Great place for beers, food, and watching sports

By Dan M |

We stopped in 9/1/23 for dinner and to watch some college football games. The layout it similar to many sports bars with lots of large screen TVs and no bad seat/table in the house. Our waiter, Giorgio, was super friendly, jovial, helpful on decisions/descriptions of food/drinks, and made us feel welcome and appreciated the whole meal. The fish and chips were delicious, and the strip steak special of the day was outstanding. Caesar salad good, fairly standard. Broad selection of draft and bottle beers. Recommend *****

Highly Disappointing

By Keith O |

The ribs were overcooked and burnt to an all black crisp. Unlike other rib places where it can sometimes fall off the bone, in this case, you needed a steak knife which could barely cut through the meaty part of the pork ribs. Very disappointing for a restaurant with the name of a famous chef.

Excellent burgers!!

By Megan C |

Excellent burger! Had the cheeseburger with the onion and bacon jam. Was a 10 out of 10. Maybe one of the best burgers I’ve had. Service was excellent. I think her name was Rachel. Best server we had in town. Husband had the Mac n cheese burger. Said it was great as well!

Not a good experience!

By Debbie C |

We like Guy but the restaurant was ok the service was terrible. Amanda D was our server and forget everything! One Diet Pepsi was $5.99 really!

Worst experience EVER!!!

By Andrea H |

Absolutely the worst meal I have ever had. It was so greasy i actually got sick 🤢. Had to leave because of it. I watch DDD and I was more than disappointed!

Kinda Average, Bummer

By WorldTravelRod |

I have enjoyed the Bacon Mac n Cheese burger for a number of years, its a great idea but this week it seemed the kitchen had slipped a notch or two. Both of us ordered it and the fries were served cold, not even a little warm they were cold. We asked for hot ones and they arrived as we finished the burgers. The burgers themselves were not very warm either, just ok and not as much flavor as I have enjoyed before. So kinda average, won't be back this week and probably off my recommend list,

Late night burger

By thorn |

Guy Fiere’s Vegas Kitchen at the LINQ for a couple burgers. We both had the Prime Time American Kobe Burger, which we both enjoyed very much. Also I had a Maple Bacon Old Fashioned, the drink was good and served with a piece of the best maple bacon I have ever had. Ordered a Seven Layer Chocolate Whiskey Cake to go which was fantastic.

Disappointed with first experience at Guy’s restaurant

By I9211PUjamesm |

Stopped in while walking the Las Vegas strip and had a few drinks and split the Trash Can Nachos for lunch. We were surprised they only had lighter beers and IPAs, and the food was disappointing. The presentation was kinda cool and unusual with the whole meal compressed in a large tin can that the server pulls up and out flows the nachos, but the nachos were not that great. The chips were way over seasoned and the meat were little pieces of pork belly, but were mostly fat. The whole thing was very watery with smushed black beans all over everything and the cilantro was entire sprigs, stems and all. There was no sour cream, diced tomatoes or pico de gallo on it either.

Lacking Customer Service

By PondHopper23 |

This restaurant has been a regular stop for me on my Vegas trips, but I won't be returning. For this visit, I sat at the bar and ordered a burger and fries. The fries were lukewarm and tasted stale. I told the bartender and he brought new fries and said he wasn't sure they were any better. They were not. He went to get a third order of fries. They still weren't hot and fresh. He said the chef would not do anything else, so he couldn't help me. No manager was called in to assist. I was charged the full $30 for my burger. Bye Guy Fieri's. It was fun while it lasted.

Never again!

By Trudy H |

Heard good and bad about this place but thought we would give it a try. DO NOT ORDER NACHOS They are cold and get this, they are made with velveeta cheese, served and dumped out of a tub canister, onto a plate. THE CHEEZE IS MIXED IN WITH THE SALSA. Clearly we did not care for them, the server offered us no options, just slapped down the tab and we were out $70 for real crappy nachos and cocktails. Service sucked.

Surprised

By danielasanchezv |

I had not many expectations coming in and it was surprisingly delicious. We had tacos and Mac and cheese burger and a strawberry mojito. We ended up at the bar with great service. The attendants at the door were not friendly at all, we were coming early to our reservation and we had to ask to get to the bar as the other attendant offered to other walk in’s.

EXPENSIVE PLACE TO EAT!

By Ricki Z |

Went there for our anniversary dinner. The service was OK. The menu was very small and the food was very expensive and very average! My husband had a mac and cheeseburger that cost and fries with a beer I had fettuccine and a cocktail Our bill was $120.00! The atmosphere and service was NOTHING to write home about. I wish we would have gone somewhere else for that kind of money. Now, I know why they take your credit card information when reserving a table. I would have walked out after viewing the prices.

Huge Disappointment

By vaughanm1976 |

Very disappointed. Expected much better from a restaurant with a big name attached. My food was satisfactory but not exciting. My wife ordered the chicken sandwich. It was so overcooked it was hard to eat. She took the bread off and it was even difficult to cut with a knife. The waffle cut and crinkle fries looked good but tasted like they had been cooked the day before and reheated in a microwave. Service was fair.

Not So Good Service from Staff

By Robbi D |

I had high hopes the experience would be great. The food was good as we all had hamburgers and did enjoy the meal. However, the staff was less than polite, and service was terrible. The Maitre'd we hoped was intending to show us to a table but threw the menus at a table without even stating it was our seat assignment, and just continued walking without a word - rude at best. Then the waitress visited our table only twice during the entire meal. Once to take our order and once to provide our check. I had to ask one of the other waitresses to get our waiter. Will I go back, heck NO! The food was not that good to warrant a second chance.

Tested by chance, super acceptable quality/quantity-price considering it is right on the strip. Recommendation The Mac & Cheese burger!

Eat here!!!

By Hello! |

Absolutely divine!!! I can’t stop thinking about the Big Dipper roast beef w au jus. So good. My daughter had the veggie burger and grandson had the kobe burger. All were standouts!! I’m back home and wish I could have the same meal again! ❤️

Food was worth the $20 ayce brunch price but the wait for high quantity food was bad.

By Jennifer S |

Service was awful. Sat at the bar because there’s only a limited amount of reservations for brunch and even though there’s open tables you can’t order brunch without a reservation. So they sit you at the bar which ticks off the bar tender. It took over an hour to get my cold Mac and cheese and salad. Same for the folks next to us at bar. At tender was so nasty. Told me any uneaten food was given a surcharge. Told me I couldn’t order past 2:00 even though we got our first order at 1:55. Food wasn’t bad but would’ve been better hot.

Bad service

By SoHappyTogetherTN |

Came here for a lunch with friends while on a work trip. The server said they do not split checks ever, but he could take separate cards. When it was time to settle up, he wanted me to manually calculate each of our bills. I circled our meals and had to get out the calculator to come up with each total, but did not think of adding the tax. So he just added all of the tax for the entire table to my friend’s bill! I have never been to a restaurant that would not split checks. I got the salmon which was tasty, but the rice was gross. My husband got the kitchen sink nachos and did not like them. Should have gone to In & Out Burger to save the hassle.

Try the Nachos!

By Karly C |

On a whim, my husband and I stopped in to grab a couple of drinks and an appetizer. The margaritas, which were delicious, and were recommended the nachos. They were phenomenal. Definitely stop by if you’re in Vegas!

Don’t do it

By Happy H |

I recently visited #guyfieri Kitchen and Bar, excited to explore the vegan options I had read about online. However, my enthusiasm quickly turned to disgust and disappointment when the waitress informed me that there were no vegan options available. When I mentioned that the website promised choices for vegans, her response was a dismissive “Oh, I guess they should change that.” It’s incredibly frustrating to see a restaurant promote inclusivity for dietary preferences, only to find that it’s all a facade. I had been a big fan of Guy Fieri and his culinary adventures, but this experience left a sour taste in my mouth. If they can’t keep their menu updated or provide proper training for their staff, it’s hard to trust that they genuinely care about all their customers. I left feeling let down and disillusioned. Not the experience I was hoping for at all! Guy Fieri hey ps your staff says it’s “ok” to work here! Darn it so sad…

Good for watching sport

By mumof3drinkeroftea |

Great place to watch sport. Really good wings and tasty cocktails. Staff were really helpful in showing a game of football we wanted to see. Overpriced, much like everything in Vegas.

Guy's place is great!

By K8127YEtracys |

Good food and service, the best Brookie dessert in Vegas! My friend had the trash can nachos, and it came out with a silver mold around it that they lifted up for the nachos to fall out onto the plate. My Bacon Mac n Cheese Burger was really good, and the fries were three different types of waffle fries and home fries. We both really enjoyed the Brookie :)

Wouldn't return

By Heather |

I had the trashcan nachos. They were alright, but nothing special. It was actually just kind of a mess. I ordered no jalapeños and got jalapeños which was frustrating. The nachos were definitely not worth the money.

Good food and easy location

By Marti D |

Went for lunch and sat at the bar. Service was fine and food was delicious. Downside is, I know it’s the strip, but a local lager was $18, which wasn’t on the menu. I know the strip’s expensive but it felt like dang.

Horrible service

By aura s |

The waiter was so rude. I asked for extra dressing for salad because the chicken was rough and dried. He never brought it over after reminding him about the dressing he never did. I ask to just give me a side cup to take with me and a box to place my salad in and he just took my plate with an attitude. He ended up not charging me for the salad but that is not what I wanted. I still tipped 20% even though I was very disappointed.

Nope. Keep walking.

By HPW5 |

We wounded up here because we were freakin' lost, exhausted, and could not find much to eat at the Paris resort. We love Guy's taco place in Kansas City and had high expectations here. I'm sorry to say that everything fell flat. We ordered pepperoni roll app, brisket mac cheese, and mac cheese chicken sandwich. App was burned on the bottom. The mac cheese in both of our dishes were so dry, there was little flavor or liquid. We had to add more bbq sauce to both our dishes to get it pliable for chewing. And the slice of cheese on top of the mac cheese was just unappetizing. The branded bun was cute. The waitress knew we didn't like it and didn't say anything or ask about it. We appreciate the tv's playing the soccer tournament But honestly - I regret this choice. Pretty sure this restaurant would not have made DD&D in a blind study.

Good burgers

Potato-Fried Crispy Chicken Sandwich

By digitalroc |

I was walking around the Venetian, then stumbled upon Guy Fieri’s Vegas Kitchen & Bar at the LINQ. I was torn if I should have lunch here, as I was only in Vegas for 3 nights and wanted to cross off some of the restaurants on my list. I ventured in and ordered the Potato-Fried Crispy Chicken Sandwich with side salad. The chicken burger looked good when it arrived, but the taste wasn’t anything special and the temperature of the chicken could have been a warmer. The salad was a $7 upcharge, which was insane for a welfare garden salad substitute. The menu looked good, the inside décor was cool looking and the service was pretty average. Guy Fieri’s Vegas Kitchen is an over-priced restaurant, and now on my “do not eat” list!

MABFGA! Make American Bar Food Great Again!

By BakoMarkie |

Guy Fieri’s Vegas Kitchen & Bar is exactly what you’d expect from a man who looks like Smash Mouth’s tour bus and a vat of donkey sauce had a lovechild. Let’s start with the good: the crowd. A raucous sea of tank tops, tribal tattoos, and folks who believe ketchup is a food group. You can’t say the man doesn’t have fans. It’s a full-blown MAGA-palooza in flip-flops and cargo shorts—and I kind of respect it. Fieri has tapped into something primal: the red-blooded, bacon-wrapped, deep-fried American dream. The food? Picture a fever dream of every tailgate appetizer ever conceived, stacked, skewered, and drenched in sauce with a name like “Dragon Punch Sriracha Lava Ranch.” I had a burger that arrived wearing a pretzel as a hat and a tower of onion rings like it was trying to gain altitude. The flavors were loud, chaotic—like being shouted at by a Jack Daniel’s bottle. And yet, I couldn’t look away. Here’s the truth: Guy isn’t cooking for coastal elites. He’s not chasing Michelin stars. He’s building flavor bombs for people who want fun, not finesse. It’s not elegant. It’s not subtle. It’s not even sober. But it is honest. So if you’re in Vegas, three drinks deep, and looking for a culinary gut punch that screams America, this is your church. Bring Tums.

Great food

CamI for the trash can nachos and was not Disappointed. Also got the chopped salad and has to be one of my top two salads. I can’t wait to go back to try the burgers and sandwiches

Guy Fieri lives up to his nickname 'Mayor of Flavortown'

By Jodie Fisher |

This was such a good chill spot with lots of character. I had a burger and my partner had the double barrel bbq wings which both lived up to Guy Fieri's branding of being the 'mayor of flavortown' because they truly packed a punch. Super succulent and very tasty even down to the seasoning on the chips. One thing I would say is that the cocktails are very expensive for their size, as the one my partner ordered was nearly $20. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Trash can nachos - famous!!

By Ozetravellers |

We chose this restaurant after seeing the Trash can nachos on social media LOL. Unfortunately, they contain meat so I didn’t eat them but my husband and daughter had the brisket one and thoroughly enjoyed it. I ordered the 3 deep fried mini burrito things and they were delicious !! There are a couple of different Guy Fieri locations. We went to the one in Horseshoe /Paris casino. It has a great sports bar section. We had a great booth and loved it

Awesome food and extraordinary service in a relaxed setting.

By Eric M |

The food is really good — not your typical Vegas “on the Strip” venue… But I’m motivated to write this review because of the service. The staff is amazing and makes you at home. I really can’t explain how good this place is.

Surprising affordable and tasty!

By Mason D. |

I was surprised at how much I enjoyed my dinner here. It was 100% less pretentious than most of the other 'big name' foodie places on the strip and out of all of the OVERPRICED food options in Vegas, this was a standout for two reasons: the food was actually excellent, and it was reasonably priced. The service was great and I had zero trouble getting a reservation--which is harder than you think when in Vegas. I will definitely return the next time I'm in town.

Quick bite location

We visited around 9 PM for a quick bite after Mat Franco, show. Food & Service was very good. Our only complaint was that we couldn’t hear each other speak.

The Best Las Vegas Brunch pound for pound!!!

By Jerome Brown |

The All You Can Eat Brunch at this place is ALL THAT!! We seen this place on you tube and decided to check it out. ( Please get reservations because the line will be long) Let me tell you the truth, my expectations were initially a little low for an all you can eat brunch. Usually the food at these “all you can eat” places is mediocre at best. But let me tell yall, This place exceeded my expectations in every category! I had the steak and eggs, the peanut butter -banana waffle with Guy’s Mac and cheese. First, the steak and eggs……..OMG it was cooked to perfection every time I ordered it ( I ate two or three) The steak was marinated well and tremendously tender to the taste. The waffle was amazing as well! The combination of the waffle with just the right amount of peanut butter and banana was blissful!(I had mine with no bacon) The Mac and cheese was delicious. The soft texture of the Mac and cheese with the light crunchy texture from the fried onion straws was a very impressive combination of flavor. Then guess what guys?……… they have a BOTTOMLESS DRINK PACKAGE with mimosas, Bloody Marys and margaritas!!! ( perfect for getting the brunch crunk) Wait I’m not finished!!!……… The SERVICE was phenomenal! Blade, our waiter, was extremely pleasant, informative and professional! We didn’t have long waiting periods between him checking on us. We didn’t have long waiting periods between getting more food or drinks. ( This place was at full capacity when we went) Standing ovation to the bartenders, cooks, kitchen, and wait staff!!! 👏🏿👏🏿 I Really enjoyed my time here! I will definitely be back EVERY-TIME I’m in Vegas!

Good Wings

Went here Thursday night and got the Buffalo Wings all flats. Very good wings overall and I was pleasantly surprised.

Cold food

By Gene K |

Ate at this location this week. The open kitchen is easily viewed from the bar. Lots of heat lamps and easy to see that the food was not cooked to order. When our meals came out; burger, rueben, pulled pork and fries. All were either warm or cold. Manager was quick to come over and remade a couple of the entrees. Said he would inform the "executive chef". All in all over priced with pre made food. Guy Fieri's name may be on the sign, but this place was nothing special.

Great food, very pricey

By Michele Y |

Food was delicious and very large portions. Service was great. Even for Vegas, overpriced. Definitely paying for the name.

Not a fan, Ramsey Burger is superior

By ElitePhx |

I’m not mad we went, but I wouldn’t go back. When we arrived the place didn’t seem busy and we could see there were many seats open but we were told it would be an hour wait (we stopped in at 8pm). As Diamond Caesars guests, that didn’t make any difference. They didn’t appear to be short staffed but my guess is that they were. The host had no personality and really shouldn’t be a host as the first person to greet you at a restaurant, he should be a busser or be in the back. You could clearly tell he hated his job and didn’t want to be there. An hour later we get a text saying our table was ready so we proceeded to be seated by this same host. We weee a family of 5 with a 2 year old child. The host seats us at a high top….now how are we to sit at a high top with a small 2 year old. The host just drops the menus and walks away so I had to track down someone else to ask to he re seated. The gentleman who re seated us was nice and even said that he wasn’t sure why we were seated there with a small child. Once we seated at a normal table our waiter came over and was friendly and immediately took our drink orders. From there the service slowed down a lot! We waited a bit before he came back to take our order. Once we placed our order our food came out VERY quick…so quick that the appetizer nachos we ordered came out with our meals. The kitchen person dropped the food off and walked away. We didn’t even have any silverware. We had to flag someone down for silverware. The nachos were far from $25 nachos! They were standard size plate of “trash can nachos” so we expected them to be huge. The taste wasn’t bad but we expected more meat and cheese for $25. My wife ordered the ribs which were pretty good. I had the Mac n cheese burger which was pretty decent but not the best burger in Vegas as they advertise. We ordered mac n cheese for the kids and the kids took a bite and said it wasn’t good and didn’t eat it. My wife tried it and said the same. We had a large bowl of Mac n cheese on the table with not even a dent out of it. The waiter never came around and asked if our food was ok or if we needed anything else. The next time we seen the waiter was to ask if we needed a box and handed us our check. Id personally go back over to Ramsey burger over this place for our next visit.

Yummy bar food

By erinbchi |

Great casual food in Vegas! Be warned there is a strong possibility there will be a line so make a reservation. We got an asian chicken wing, trash can nachos, and the mac n cheese burger to share. All three were excellent.

Good food, good service but overpriced.

By 404HappyTraveller |

We walked in a bit before the dinner crowd and were seated right away. The server was friendly and efficient although he did get a bit confused about what beer was available on tap. Food came right away and was piping hot and well presented, tasted as good as it looked, very large portions. They don’t rush you through your meal, but they don’t encourage you to linger either. Aside from the GF name on the door, it could have been any good quality beer and burger type restaurant. Good food, good service, but overpriced even for the strip. $100 for two burgers and beers.

No more Guy Fieri for us

By Katy S |

Terrible experience. The host made us wait 25 min even though the place was 1/2 empty the entire time. The waitress asked us we wanted lemon in our water. We said yes, but she said she couldn’t find a lemon( the place has a huge bar and serves fish). She also asked if we wanted our burgers “ pink or no pink”. We said “no pink”, but mine practically said moo. Prices were also too high. Never again going to a Guy Fieri property.

Shameful display

By R_Journey |

If I had my name attributed to this place, I would be ashamed. I feel like a fool for ever going here. I wasn’t sure it was possible but this place put me off chicken wings altogether. We had one order of each type and disappointingly each were horrible. One flavour in particular made me wince with each bite. They were disgusting. As you can imagine, there was a lot of food left over. However, when the waiter collected the food, he didn’t ask us how our meal was and didn’t make any reference to how much of the food was left. A clear sign we didn’t enjoy was not acknowledged. What was also a great shame was the price. $100 for 3 orders of wings we didn’t even like! Atrocious. The people who sat next to us also had an order of wings within 5 minutes of ordering. To advertise serving home made food is a farce. The tip which accompanied that was also a slap in the face given how awkward the service was generally. Finally, I’ve seen a few videos online that make this place out to look like a nice spot. It very much isn’t. When you’re that close to ‘The Flamingo’ this is impossible.

Korean Tacos = dog food (shame on you Fieri)

By J G |

I’m sure if you’re made of money and can buy anything on the menu or a variety you will find something you like. That said, I walked away from a $225 bill wondering why the only thing good was the BBQ season dusted French fries. The $225 got me a 1 beer, 1 Rueben sandwich, 1 kids crispy chicken breast/fries, 1 burger, and 1 order of Korean tacos that tasted like dog food. The Rueben had some meat that was dried out like it sat in the cold table on the top with no cover or plastic wrap. Lastly, this place has a strict policy where your entire party has to be present to sit. My wife and kids were turned away from our reservation as I wasn’t present. This was due to helping my elderly mother who was looked out of her room. This process would taken 5-10 minutes max and instead cost us an additional 30 minute wait to get back on the reservation list. The hostess seemed bother and angry that I was even trying to explain what had happened. This hotel has coaching, moral, and empathy problems. That stuff starts with the GM and goes down into the management team. It’s disappointing that I thought Linq was a 4 star and that Guy Fieri would be a winning option to dine. People are paying a fortune to stay there and if I’m not mistaken there was union bargaining just completed for F1…at least act like you got a raise and what you wanted.

💯🥰LVE it but very expensive..🤑🫣🙃😝 will I go again myb 2try sometin else great location wish GUY was there at the time we😖😩 went

Average at best.

By WhereintheUSisMikey |

We sat at the bar at Guy Fieri’s which located inside the Linq hotel and casino. I had the Double-Barrel BBQ wings and they were alright but not the best I’ve had especially for $17. We sat and watched the Chargers get spanked by the Texans and met a couple who said the nachos were really good. Maybe if we go back again we will try the nachos.

Should be one of your stops.

By spajnky |

This was a wonderful spot to end the day with my friends who were celebrating a birthday. We had a nice seat to do some people watching while enjoying our drinks. My friends enjoyed marguerites, but after we ordered our drinks, we saw the bloody mary and boy it looked like it could've been a whole meal. We ordered the Trash Can Nachos and one of my friends made it his whole meal. It is delivered in a tall tin can and then at the table the waiter lifts the can to allow the goodies to spill onto the dish. Yum! My other friend and I ordered burgers with fries, and they were good but cutting right to the dessert we ordered - the seven-layer dark chocolate whiskey cake. Boy oh boy. So good. Be sure to leave room. There are lots of good restaurants in Vega, but we would return to this one.

Average & overpriced

By Louise K |

I was really looking forward to trying this resta, but right from the start, this place was left wanting. The Wedneday Addams lookalike hostess at the front was surly and disinterested. Despite there being multiple free tables outside, she made us wait for 20 minutes before allowing us to enter. Nachos and 2 beers cost $55. We did not stay for a second round.

Delicious

By lhomiak |

Had dinner there last night, Michelle our server was very friendly and attention to our needs. The half slab of ribs were delicious as was the pulled pork! Menu is somewhat limited, but the food was delicious! If you like good food at a reasonable price, try out this place while in Las Vegas.

Lomg waits. poor service, not worth the hype

By lbrb97 |

This place has gone downhill. We waited over 20 minutes for our order to be taken. It then took another 40 minutes for the food to arrive. The cocktails that we order did not arrive till after our food. To make matters worse the orders were wrong. I ordered a chicken salad but was served an antipasto salad. The server responds was "oops". During our wait for the food, the server was no where to be found. The dinner turned out to be much longer than expected. Also, the restaurant does NOT validate parking. Because of the delay and horrible service our parking was over $30 for a Sunday evening.

mediocre

By janep1 |

WE went for the all you can eat brunch. Overall it was ok but we probably didn;t get the best value from it. I had the All American breakfast and biscuits with gravy, The potatoes on the breakfast weren't very good and by time I had eaten the bacon, eggs and biscuits I was full and the food wasn't good enough to tempt me to try more- our table didn't manage more than 2 dishes each so whilst it could be good value if you could manage it in reality we just filled up too quickly to get the most out of it and the food was only mediocre

Average food for the prices

By Rebecca S |

We had a reservation and were seated up our arrival; they have outdoor seating under cover. Our server was nice, but seemed very busy. We got the trash can nachos, which were so so, they didn't look like the picture. The nachos are brough out in a can type thing and dumped on a plate at the table. I'm not sure if ours was sitting for a bit before it was brought out, but most of the nachos that had cheese were very soggy and hard to eat. We each got salads, again, average not great. The chicken on both salads was very dry and had to eat. Overall, the restaurant was clean and staff seemed very busy. Our food was average, not great; I considered it over priced for the quality received.

Lunch

By JXR_UK |

We had lunch here a couple of days ago. The food looked good but lacked flavour. The Rueben was lacking mustard and the crispy chicken sandwich needed more spicy sauce. Service was good.

Move aside Gordon Ramsey...Guy Fieri is taking over!

By Alvin C |

This restaurant is awesome...great food, good pricing, fast service...I have literally nothing bad to say about this joint. And oh yeah, so sick and tired of Gordon by now. So if you want something special, come to Guy's!!!

Do not pay the money for this!!!

By Dean B |

On our 25th wedding anniversary & we always wanted to try the "trashcan nachos." We went in & the server introduced himself & took our order & that was the last time we saw him until the check was paid. Never came & asked if the food was ok or we needed more drinks etc (like a normal server). The food - the trashcan nachos were absolutely disgusting. They were cold around the edges & looked nothing like they do in the pictures/YouTube. $25 for horrible nachos that we gave to a poor homeless guy in a to go box on the way out. The wings were absolutely amazing & very tasty & fresh but everything was overshadowed by the poor service, the overpriced menu & terrible nachos. The drinks - my wife got a cocktail thay was half way full & I got a large Mangocart beer. My wife's cocktail was ok but at $24 it was very overpriced. We are Vegas veterans & know the score but this was extremely disappointing & would not recommend we hope this helps othe people.

Never again!

By William W |

Uncomfortable seating. Loud. Ridiculously overpriced. Surly manager. Small portions and not very good quality. Don’t waste your money here.

Passable

By skibum123 |

OK, so I don't really do negative reviews. But I truly want to give a fair recount of our experience of Guy's restaurant. So here goes... Positives: Seated very punctually. Had a Rezzie and we checked in and were seated right on time. I was honestly surprised. Greeted IMMEDIATELY by our server, who was friendly and full of smiles. Had a beer and kids had drinks within 5 minutes. Restaurant smelled good, too.....so we were really excited about the food. The vibe was kinda mixed between fun/chill and lame, sports bar next door that we've all seen a hundred times before. But not bad, just not real original. And the food portions they give you are pretty large. The sides, not so much...but the entrees are large. Not so Goods....Sadly, the food was really disappointing. We had the two dishes that the menu draws your attention towards....the Mac n Cheese burger, which claims to be voted one of Vegas's best and the Pulled Pork sandwhich (as featured on DDD!). My daughter gave her burger an F, saying the brioche bun was stale and the burger itself was very dry. The mac n cheese, of which she considers herself an expert, was in her words, trash. My pulled pork sandwich was monstrous. Literally could not fit it in my mouth, so ate with a fork. The pulled pork was tasty but needed more sauce because it was rather dry and it had no smoke taste and my pretzel bun was dry. The BBQ sauce was OK, but nothing really remarkable and the dry sandwich needed more. Was a disappointment and who named the aioli sauce "Donkey Sauce"? Not an appealing name. To conclude, I've often shied away from celebrity chef restaurants because I have found that these places lean more on their branding than on the actual food. This was another example. Guy has a popular brand, but in our experience great, friendly servers cannot make up for paying $29 for a decent but unremarkable sandwich. We had a nice evening but left wishing we had chosen a different place to eat. Would not return.

Downnnn hill

By Lisa M |

So the food at this restaurant is good but the service is not. We’ve been here many times but over the last couple of years (post Covid) It’s been horrible. Staff is slow and rude.
