The food was good, but we waited over a 1/2 an hour to get it. Our fries were cold when served. Our waitress was outstanding trying to cover for the kitchen. She brought us new fries, discounted our bill by 20% and we got 2 free drinks. It's nice to know that establishments still value customers!

Our burgers were amazing. (Check out our food blog @FoodieScore on Instagram for exact thoughts!) So flavorful and so fast! It was like sit-down burger quality with fast food burger speed for us. And it was quite busy. If you luck out, grab a seat and enjoy the atmosphere. We also enjoyed a few Atlanta non-alcoholic beverage specialties. Holeman & Finch is legendary! And Linton Hopkins has brought that perfection now to H&F in the amazing Ponce City Market.

I had heard of the Holeman & Finch burger on a Food Network show ranking the best burgers in America. The burger at the original restaurant was ranked #1 in the USA. of course when I visited the Ponce City market I had to try it. I opted for the Mighty burger - a single patty cheeseburger for $7. I am not a burger connoisseur but I have to say it was a pretty good burger. The patty had a good beefy flavor and it was juicy. There was just the right amount of cheese and the bun was awesome -soft interior but a nice soft chewy crust. Not the best burger I've ever had but definitely a good one.Just a note - this is an outpost of the original restaurant and has a very limited menu(burgers, fries, shakes). This is not a full out sit down place but rather a fancy version of a diner with counter service. If you'd rather sit facing the people you came with, you can order from their take away window and eat at one of the many tables scattered throughout the market.

I maybe loved this place because I had such high expectations fed from all the hype this place gets but I loved it!! I love when a simple thing is executed so well. The burger and fries are a must. The shakes and beer are not too shabby either. This is on my lifetime best burger list for sure!

Ok so for the price , I guess their burgers are good but not awesome. They are good, using fresh ingredients, though a suggestion, have the b&b pickles on the side, not a fan of sweet pickles here and if left on they did make the bun taste sweet. There were 3 of us eating the same, burgers and fries, all 3 had different amounts of fries so not sure if this is a portion control thing in the kitchen but one had too many... yeh I know , how can one have too many fries. Well he did, and couldn't finish. I'd say try the place and see what you think.

Visiting the market with family. Grabbed seats after a brief 15 minute people watching minutes. Bradley was a great waiter telling us about the history and their food. Had awesome burgers, fries and outstanding Sweetwater Second Helping beer. Recommend this highly.

The service here was bad to indifferent. The veggie burger was mushy and weirdly sweet. People said it was red lentil, but it tasted like beet to me, with more than a hint of the coconut oil it was cooked in. Very strange combination and not worth the $9.

Enjoyed a tasty burger with friends. Located in the Ponce Market with many eateries with bar like seating. Good service.

Our first time. We enjoyed our burger (The original and Texas BBQ), fries and H&F chopped salad. The wait was way too long but it was crowded at the time that we were there, we heard it usually doesn’t take that long. My husband had the b&w shake, he wanted it to be thicker. I had a vanilla shake, I enjoyed it. My mother had a strawberry shake and enjoyed it. I would definitely try again.

Love the Ponce City Market and the atmosphere. The burgers at H&F are some really good burgers. We will be back for more!

One of the best burgers I’ve ever eaten. I ordered the cheeseburger and added bacon to it and a side of fries. Hot, juicy (not easy for a burger ordered well-done), and absolutely delicious. Fries were hot and tasted great! Only improvement would be to lose the butter pickles and use hamburger dill pickles instead. Great experience. I’ll eat there again the next time I’m in Atlanta. It was just that good!

Just a couple of friends out shopping and just out for a walk. My daughter heard it was a nice place for a quick burger. Staff was attentive and fast with my order. I enjoyed my visit.

I asked my social community where to go for dinner, and H & F came up a few times. While I know a regular burger is more of the norm to have, I didn't feel like one tonight, so I went for a chopped salad with a veggie patty. It was a nice salad, not large, with romaine, tomatoes, homemade pickles, egg and bacon (I never said I was a vegetarian). The veggie patty was tasty and it was almost enough. I should've had the fries, but I thought it would be too much.

If not for an attentive server, we could have had a serious health scare. Informed her, as we do in every restaurant, that my son has serious food allergies. I asked her to see if the hamburger bun was made with egg. She asked someone and was told that it was fine. Before the food was served, she checked again and then reported that it did in fact have egg. She did this out of care, but there was clearly a breakdown in training for someone to have told her it was fine to begin with.

The food here is great, but $12 and $14 for a hamburger is steep. If they were $8 I’d give it 5 stars. If you are craving a good burger though, I recommend H&F.

Came here with friends and decided to get takeout. Big mistake! Waited more than 20 minutes for a simple cheeseburger and fries. Left with a splitting headache and will not come back. 😤

I tried H&F Burger for the first time today at Ponce City Market. The atmosphere is awesome. Love the repurposing. There were things I really liked about the burger and things I didn't like as much. First, what I liked. The patty was perfect. Cooked just right and very juicy. The bun was excellent. The cheese as also great. The sautéed onions were delicious. I also added bacon and a fried egg which were also delicious. The service was very good. Now for what I didn't care for as much. The sweet pickles on the burger. My personal preference is a dill slice. Then the ketchup. I prefer Heinz, very tangy. Their own was ok but a little sweet for me. The fries were good, hand cut for sure. I will return but have my burger without the sweet pickles and bring my own ketchup.

Almost didn't stop here, because it was so busy. Decided to come back after the lunch crowd and was glad I did. The burger was amazing! The wait staff was very friendly. Definitely recommend this place.

The burgers were big, juicy, and cheesy just as we'd hoped while the fries were cooked perfectly. Food was served quickly despite the place packed for lunch. Upon our next trip to Atlanta we'll swing by for sure.

Flavorful. Not too big. Not small. Leaves me with a happy feeling. Fries are a potpourri of spices. Atlanta prices, but reasonable with that understanding. You’ll love the burger.

The chop salad was very good as where the fries but the burger was dry and I would have say to my taste Overcooked but I didn’t order it medium rare. either way I wouldn’t order a burger again, The staff seem more interested in thier personal conversations as opposed to taking care of any of us Guests

Great burger. Flavor is outstanding. Crowded but that is part of the vibe. Sit down or you can walk up and order ... and take it out into the common area to eat.

Irishman Boozy Milkshake was AMAZING! Great professional service. Burger was over the top. Everything was fantastic start to finish. Highly Recommend

I had the H and F cheeseburger. Fast service, The burger was quite tasty and average size. The price however is ridiculous. With tax and tip the meal was $21 for just a cheeseburger with no fries or other sides and I was still hungry afterward. Good but not worth the money

Food is great but the service just horrible! Our waitress rolled her eyes on me at least twice and when I wanted to order more I heard from her “what now?” again rolling her eyes 😵 I’ve never experienced such a bad service in my life before! Seriously she must have some issues! I will not come back for sure! When kids wanted to get some water she was making faces and rolling her eyes on them so they kept asking me why our waitress is so mean. Someone like that should never work in customer service. When at the end of our horrible experience, I paid almost $80 for few hamburgers and left her low tip of $7 (while she really deserved $0!!!) she kept throwing stuff to the garbage so aggressively that she scared my kids! What the heck? At that point I asked another person in the restaurant to call a manager. I complained and the manager said nothing, absolutely nothing! Not even I’m sorry! If you want to spend a nice time dining with your family there are many more restaurants with food as good as this one but with great service. Don’t come to this one!

Pretty solid burger and probably the best one I had while in Georgia but it was a little expensive for the size of burger you get. It was worth it though and you can either get takeout or sit down in the restaurant.

We ate here on a whim while visiting ponce city market and we are so glad that we did. This was the single best burger I’ve ever had in my life. It was obvious that it is freshly ground. The fries are also incredible and the ketchup tastes homemade. Highly, highly recommend.

A tad pricey at $12 a pop but this burger is legit - it like melts in your mouth. The fries for an additional $2 were outstanding, some of the better fries I've ever had. The service was pretty slow but I somewhat expected that with a giant line for takeout.

We (4 of us) spent $80 dollars for cold fries that seemed as though they were from yesterday's lunch. I asked for fresh ones and the women I ordered them from refused and argued with me. We were given only 4 paper napkins. I asked for a couple more and was told one per person. I kid you not. The women behind the counter was miserable. Really miserable. She is not helping there business. We (all four of us) will NOT BE BACK!!!! The experience was unpleasant to say the least. Hamburgers were good but not worth the treatment and service we were given. Plus we spent top dollar ! I recommend going to Shake Shake and having a fantastic experience and a fantastic hamburger. With HOT FRIES ! Wow what a concept ! (We are at the Ponce Market) SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!

My wife and I were visiting Ponce but having dinner later and needed a quick snack. The chicken biscuit sandwiches were amazing. My only regret was I didn't order two. There is a wait - perhaps using 2 cashiers would help speed things up a bit. Maybe waiting in line is some of the appeal of the restaurant, but it did not diminish our experience.

I am sorry to say if this is one of the best burgers in Atlanta, Atlantans don't know what a good burger is. Not only was it insanely greasy, but salty. Almost so salty I couldn't eat it. And boring. Seriously boring. However, the chocolate malts were delicious! I swear 5Guys does about as well for half the price. $85 for 4 burgers, 3 fries, 1 beer, and 3 shakes. I guess that really isn't outrageous, but I would have felt better about paying for it if the burgers had lived up to their rep. Oh, and the fries (should have only ordered two) were marginal. Needless to say, salty and a bit soggy.

My husband and I ate here with a friend while we were in town for a Metallica concert. The burger I had was really good, as good as Farmhaus burgers here in Augusta. H&R Burger keeps their menu simple, their burgers do not feature anything wild or different. Simple yet delicious. We also ordered a vanilla milkshake, which was quite a treat!

Wasn't sure what to expect when my friend described it as the best burger on Atlanta but I was open-minded. This thing was great! Totally exceeded my expectations and I loved the simply menu. We also got a kick out of the family of vegetarians that unknowingly say down across from us. Definitely worth the trip.

My hamburger was so good that I had a second one. The fountain Diet Coke was so good! Yummy! I love how they have added to the menu even though I ordered my usual.

Some of the better Fried Chicken I have ever had. The fries from the store next door are fresh cut and great.

First of all, Ponce city market is beautiful. Not too excited about their prepaid parking, but it's a nice place to hang out. Anyways, H&F burger, in my opinion, is a little pricey. Hamburger was good, but nothing to get excited about. However, fries were delicious. I still think shake shack is better.

We often eat here when working @ PCM. In fact we try to schedule appointments that allow us to be there around lunch. Great homemade burgers. Sit at the counter or find a spot in the open areas in the market.

Went here for lunch. Ate inside at the bar area. Very friendly staff and quick service. They only serve hamburgers here. there is a salad on the menu as well. We all ordered the hamburgers. My daughter and I ordered the single patty burger while my son in law tried their special that week which was the cowboy burger. We all thought the burgers were good, but not this awe inspiring best hamburger in the world feeling. The size was small. About this size of a whopper junior or a Macdonalds quarter pounder. Condiments you apply yourself. Their fries were not the best. I would not pay to eat there again. There are as good a burgers in other places that are larger and less expensive

I was in town for a conference and my friend took me here for lunch. The burger was AMAZING! Seriously, one of the best burgers I've ever had. The fries were incredible as well. The set up was cute. You could walk up and order and eat in the middle or eat inside. We opted to eat inside. The service was quick and pleasant. I go to Atlanta once a year and i will definitely be back here. Yum.

Great $12 cheeseburgers and fries at PCM food hall. Everything about the burger is delightful. Casual bar and dinning, not a good spot for a large group wanting to sit together.

Must try these jucy burguers! Flavorful and rich. So good that this time did not even add ketchup !! That is a first for me !

I went to this location for the first time. I have been to PCM countless times. I went to the Italian and Seafood restaurant and the Chicken place next door. I read online about how the burger 🍔 used to be at a certain time awhile back. I'm glad I finally came here. Just recently got back to PCM or Ponce City Market. I like the quality and freshness of the burger and fries 🍟. I got a coke on ice also. My go to drink when eating a burger 😋 . Except a little line or wait it's definitely worth it. I got the double cheeseburger.

priced just right - double patty - goodness cooked to perfection on a homemade bun that is amazing. the homemade fries are so good. perfect spot to grab a bite to eat while browsing all those amazing shops at Ponce City Market. they have beer and wine too. great spot.

There was a time when burger fanatics would line up outside Atlanta's Holeman & Finch in the hopes of being one of the lucky 24 people to be able to get this iconic cheeseburger thatwas served nightly at 10pm. Either that or go to an Atlanta Braves game and order one - or two- at the branded concession stand in Turner Field. But no more! Since H+F Burger opened in Atlanta's hot-hot-hot Ponce City Market, the H+F cheeseburger is available almost any time to everyone. But, you may still have to wait in line - but only for a little bit.

Very good burger with a nice fresh bun. There is indoor counter space or you can get to go. We like to get a beer from The Tap down the hall and have with the food. If you do that, you need to get to go and eat at one of the common tables as you can't bring outside beverages in for the counter service. Ponce Market is a great place to eat before shows at very close City Winery as there are lots of choices and the food is much better than City Winery.

Burger and fries were amazing at H & F Burger in Ponce Market. The food court was a little confusing as it was packed on the day we visited. You can either order from the to go area or grab a seat inside and order from a waiter. The inside area was not marked as an option but it seemed the best way to go. The burger was simply amazing - made of ground brisket ( you can see the large hunks of meat inside the glass fridge area). Fries were hand cut and fried to perfection!!!!! I'm still drooling over them 2 days later!!! Go you won't be disappointed!!

Burgers here are amazing. I had the Korean BBQ burger, and it was very good. I love their fries also, some of the best that I’ve had.

Stop there for a burger that has a long rich history in Atlanta. The line was long the smell worth the wait. A man just walks the front of a line of 15 or so. The cashier took his order I asked the cashier why did allow him skip all of us she looked with a smile and said nothing. The customer who skipped all of us walk with a beer his purchased and laugh at all of us. I waited my and ask for the manger. I stated am TripAdvisor writer and need to speak with the manager the cashier face dropped. The manager was great and was very sorry. I have given this place a 5 star because the burger was outstanding.

Ate here while visiting the shops in Prince De Leon Market. Was quite a wait but worth it. Burger and fries were great! Would recommend this place.

When you hear that you have to check it out. Need somewhere for the kids to eat. 2 mighty Jr burgers with FF. Didn’t disappoint. Local beer for the adults as well. Red Hare was good.

The entire family loves this place. My 9 year old says that this is the best burger she has ever had. I would second her opinion. When we are at Ponce City Market we always eat here. Home made bun, patties, ketchup, mustard... yum.

Everything seemed watered down. Coke was weak and watery, the burger had little to no flavor or seasoning, the fries tasted like they were cooked in old grease, and the vanilla shake was awful. You have to try incredibly hard to screw these common fast food staples up this much :(

We were staying at the apartments for a engagement party and wanted to get something for lunch. So we ventured downstairs and found this burger place. Ended up getting a cheese burger to go with fries. Took about 15-20 minutes to get served. Waitstaff were polite, just a rather odd atmosphere. Went back to our room to eat. Very good burger but pretty horrible fries. They must I guess double fry them because they seem to be about 5 seconds from being burnt. All in all probably would not go back better options elsewhere.

We had previously been to the original location to wait in line for the famous burgers. Recently we tried the newer location at Ponce City Market. The burgers are so amazing. The neat thing about H&F burger is the juicy flavor without grease. Everything is fresh, and all the flavors complement each other. The fries are equally good. Definitely worth the wait!!! Highly recommend.

I could have eaten these burgers everyday. They where good even cold. Yes I ate the burger and fries cold the second night.

I ordered a chilli dog. I stood, waiting for my dog for at least twenty minutes. My friends had ordered food from other vendors and had finished eating by the time I got back to our seats in the mall. The chilli dog tasted good. The cost for the chillie dog and an iced tea was just short of $13.

We dined in and we waited about 10 minutes, cause it was crowded on a Saturday. The guy who.told us about the wait and seated us was friendly, but the rest of the staff does need a little training in being friendly. They're not unfriendly, but friendly enough. The burgers are GOOD, better than the Vortex. The fries are CRISPY, but I really liked them. I tired a can beer, brewed in GA and it was different, but okay. The ketchup was unique. Parking is expensive.

I've heard the burgers here were really good so while we were in the area we stopped in for some food. Not busy when we arrived so had a choice of seats, and received efficient service through the whole meal. I ordered a burger and was surprised I wasn't asked how I wanted it cooked. Was told that it was 2 thin patties so would be cooked through. Strangely when the burger arrived it was only 1 patty. Although it was cooked through, it was still juicy with a really lovely taste, especially on the grilled outside. Came with great crispy bacon and cheese, and was served in a nice soft bun with plenty of fries (added extra) My wife had the toasted cheese sandwich as she wasn't as hungry. Was perfectly nice, but was just a simple toasted sandwich. Overall we had a good meal. But for the price I would have expected the burger to be bigger (was on the small side) and should really be able to be cooked medium (not like it was a smashed patty). I ate a lot of burgers in my 10 days in Atlanta and I'm not sure for the price/size I could recommend this over other places I visited.

For a place that basically only sells hamburgers one would expect to get a good hamburger from. Alas, one is up for sore disappointment. Ordering from the window was relatively quick as there were only two people in front of me. There is no menu posted outside, so one see the menu only when one gets to the window so it can take quite a while to order. One wonders if that is done on purpose to slow down the order flow considering the next point. Once the order is in it took forever to get the food - 25 minutes for a simple order of hamburger and fries is way too long. Especially when one can see one order sitting on the counter just waiting for someone from the 4 staff just chatting to put it in a paper bag and bring it out. No wonders that by the time I've got it it was cold. And now for the quality - if you have told me that I've gotten a Burger King of MC burger I would have believe you. It was just that poor of quality and taste. Considering the price charged I would never be back.

Hen’ri. Our server provided exceptional service on our visit to Ponce Market. Service was spectacular!! French fries were hot, fresh, handcut & homemade!!!! Chicken fingers also very tasty! Will eat near again when visiting ATL and shopping !

The Veggie Burger was very tasty, but the texture was a little mushy. The fries were crisp and seasoned well.

Starr was our waitress & she was FABULOUS! my cup was never empty. I had the bison burger w/bacon & fries. Burger was perfectly cooked & tasty. Fries were perfect. Husband had the lamb burger-he loved it-however, I did not. The ketchup had a spice to it... Maybe a tad bit of BBQ sauce-but it DID NOT taste like BBQ sauce.

My husband and I have been wanting to try this place, but the line was always super long. We went on a Wednesday evening and there was no line so we stopped. I had the burger of the month with pimento cheese, fried green onion, field greens and a red onion relish. It was REALLY good. My husband had their original burger, he enjoyed it as well. Will definitely go back.

This place was much better than expected. The somewhat lower reviews through me off, but the burger is fantastic! I was disappointed with a few other restaurants at Ponce City Market, but this one rose above the others. Remember to follow the line pattern they show on the floor, and not what others might do instead.

I've visited several spots at Ponce City Market and while this place is only average (I hear the main location is better), it is the best thing going at Ponce City Market. So in a pinch, if you don't feel like crossing the street; it will do.

Great burgers, Fun atmosphere! Good beer selection. Great place for a quick bite! Come by during the weekday for better service. Weekends can be packed, limited seats.

We ate at the H & F Burger at Sun Trust Park for the first time and they were excellent. The cost is $14. for a double cheeseburger and fries but understand, this is not your same 'ol burger. They are made of chuck and brisket ground together and made into 4 ounce patties placed on the griddle. Add slivered, not sliced, red onion to the top of one after you turn it over and only Kraft American cheese to the other. Take their famous buns and place them on the grill. Put it all together and put 3 bread and butter pickles on top of the cheese. Homemade mustard and ketchup are served on the side. I would love to have the recipes for those! We will definitely be back anytime we go to the Park!

It's an amazing burger well worth whatever the price is. You should be full on the burger alone. It's a fairly small spot and gets crowded quite easily so try to find an off hour if you can.

Our party of three had a salad and two burgers. The salad was good although not a huge variety of dressings, but it is a burger place so I guess that's to be expected. We enjoyed the burgers and the homemade pickles, fries, and condiments complimented the burgers well. Although they were very busy, the service was very good. If you're at the Ponce City Market, give them a try.

Had to wait for a place to sit, but once we sat the service was excellent. This place is busy, but they do a great job of getting the food out correctly, fresh and hot. Every employee we saw chipped In to help each other and take care of customers. What was impressive, was that a manager was standing at prep center making sure each plate went our perfect. Nice job.....

While a bit overpriced for the value, (burgers didn't come with sides, you had to pay extra), the lamb burger was really good! My husband enjoyed his too- They have burgers of the month, and great milkshakes too. It's in the Ponce Market, so after eating your burger you can go shopping.

Wow! Such a juicy burger, and what flavor! The Buns were probably the piece de resistance though! Fries were good as well, but Great Burger!

Possibly the best burger I’ve ever eaten. Loved the house made ketchup. French fry portion was small and they were not served piping hot. Otherwise, 5 stars.

Had a great burger, fries and root beer float from here! There was not a huge variety of menu items, but they used quality ingredients and the flavor was great. Went on a Saturday evening with some friends and just got it from the to go counter- ordered pretty quickly and waited about 15 minutes for 4 of us.

The burger: one of my three personal best in the ATL. The service was sorry . Ordered our food to go to sit in the Ponce City Market mall. Had to ask for extra ketchup. mustard, mayo. Both burgers had a label saying they had onions, Didn't want them on one and was told go open it to see which of the 2 burgers has no onion. I don't want to eat a burger after someone else has opened it and handled it to see whether or not it had onions on it even of I am eating with a good friend. LABEL them H & F, and we won't have this issue. I WILL NOT EAT THERE AGAIN. For the high price everything should be perfect.

Wanted to check this out as I had heard rave reviews about it being the best burger in Atlanta from multiple publications. First of all the line was disorganized - there was a pickup line for orders and a line to place your order but most people in line were confused as to which was which. We waited for about 5 minutes in the wrong line along with many other customers. When we finally got to order I asked for the special of the day which was being advertised. The employee told me they were out of that burger. Not sure how you can be out of a burger - I'm guessing they were just out of one ingredient but instead of offering me the burger without that one piece she just told me they were out. Placed the order and then waited another 20 minutes for food at the takeout window. Also they could have used another person on register as the line was backed up for 15-20 people. The burger and fries were good but honestly not any better than Five Guys and certainly not worth $12 a piece. Really love the vibe of Ponce City Market but was really disappointed in H&F. Definitely won't be going back.

This is a McD's experience for a steakhouse price... So sad as the original was supposed to be the best burger in town.

We heard that H&F was the burger to get in town and found out they had one nearby so we stopped off. I won't agree with others who claim it to be "the best"...but it was very, very good. In a day and age where everyone is trying to one-up everyone else in some way, it was a refreshingly simple cheeseburger. They make EVERYTHING from scratch (ketchup, bun, etc, etc) but keep it simple. And the quality comes directly from that. They also have a cider that was AMAZINGLY good. Dry but refreshing! And, all things considered, the price is VERY reasonable! Burger and fries for $9! Tip: Do NOT add bacon. I love bacon, but it just took away from the burger. Go normal or add the egg so a little creaminess.

What a disappointment, long wait, one rude employee (one nice), fries were limp (squishy) and greasy, maybe there is an option on how to cook your burger, but we were not offered it - hence ours appeared totally well done and totally dried out and the loong wait..and very expensive, won't be back.Oh and they got our order wrong, but the extra burger (that I did pay for) was eaten by the two kids because they were still hungry.

The hamburgers are perhaps the best I have ever had. The fries are delicious. They also have a great selections of beers and ales.

Visiting my daughter and she took us to get a burger! This was the best hamburger that I've had in a few months, it was cooked to perfection and the service was outstanding, if you get a chance, go eat 1!👍👍

The first time I had a burger here, I shoved it down my pie hole so fast I didn't even use the house made katsup or mustard. It was so delicious I just had to wolf it down. I tried some katsup the second time but stand by my initial assessment. The burger is so delicious you won't need it. They must use very high quality beef, and you'll notice it right away. The fries are crispy and very tasty too. This place uses good quality food and prepares it well. The staff is very friendly and attentive. And the building is beautiful with new shopping and retail coming into the Ponce City Market quickly. There's plenty of parking, even for your Tesla.

I was delighted to find that H & F served a veggie burger, and it was devine! They also have decent wines and love their ketchup, too! Gabiel S, our server, was very friendly and efficient. My new favorite place to eat at Ponce!

I came here one day during the week for lunch. There were only maybe 8 other people besides me in this place. It is worth noting that I was the only white person in this establishment. I watched everyone being helped, even checked on. Within 10 minutes I was never approached once. I had a menu in hand and was waiting to order off the menu. I had seen two different people working look at me but neither of them even bothered to approach me. I absolutely hate racism but was definitely discriminated against coming into this place. I would never step foot in this place again! Worst service ever!

I did enjoy the burger, the fries and the way they present the burger with sweet pickle slices, but I did expect it to be superb, but it was simply just average. For this price, I would have expected a bit better. Still and all, an okay burger and at The Battery but Suntrust Park, so the atmosphere was great.

Shopping at Ponce City Market, got directed here for "the best burger ever" by sales staff. Signature burger ( the 24 cheeseburger) was really good, but no better than competitors, though priced a little higher. Good beer selections (draft and bottled) and wine (who gets wine at a burger joint?) Side of fries at $2 was a bargain and they were awesome, skins and all! Staff friendly and attentive. Ponce City Market worth a visit and I will come back to H&F. After all, I did clean my plate!

Ponce City Market offer dozen option for dinning and this is a must try if you feel like burger. Fresh ground beef, awesome bun and service to go with it. Trying the chicken place next.

3 of us went to H&F Burger for lunch because it was recommended. Hamburger and fries were average, shake was average and the bill for 3 people was $75 with tip. No alcohol was ordered.

I ordered Mac and cheese it was absolutely horrible as well as the Cole slaw. The chicken was cold so we ended up throwing the food away. The only thing was good was the ice tea!!! Never again. Total bill. 25.82

We had a nice lunch at H&F Burger on a recent visit to Atlanta. It's a relatively small restaurant with bar stools at the Ponce City Market. The menu offers a pretty standard array of burger options and the burgers didn't disappoint. The housemade ketchup was disappointing though -- we would have preferred basic Heinz. It was also difficult to get servers’ attention when we first arrived and they were out of several of the beers on their list.

Really liked the double burgers and the pickles are great too. Just a little pricey for a burger with no sides.

I love burgers. Like love. Any city I'm in around the world I have to seek one out. This led me to H&F. Apparently there is more than one, but I went to the one at Ponce City Market. I sat at the bar and ordered the cheeseburger. I should have really read the menu because the 'cheeseburger' is actually a double. The single is 'the mighty jr.' Anyway- The server asked me if I wanted 'add ons'. I opted for romaine and bacon. When it came it looked delicious. I took one bite, and yes, the bacon was delicious. I say this because the bacon was SO smoky it overwhelmed the burger. And the romaine made it messy. I took both off. I ended up with a pretty tasty double cheeseburger( I added my own ketchup and mustard). Should I be back in town and find myself there again I will go for the mighty jr. The fries were really good. Hand cut with skin on. I wish they were a bit more crisp though. I washed it all down with an average Pinot(they didn't have Cabernet) and called it a day.

Based on an article claiming H & F Burger was one of the top ten best burgers in America, I decided to go and have one for myself. Ponce City Market is an interesting dining, shopping, living set-up located in the old Sears & Roebuck building right off Ponce de Leon Ave in midtown Atlanta. This historic building which housed Atlanta City Hall East for two decades was rehabbed into a thriving shopping metropolis with high-end condos. The food was great, but when you sell a $15 plus burger it had better be good. Staff were super friendly and the food was good. Check this place out f you like a good burger, but be prepared to spend $60 for two burgers and a couple of beers.

Decided on the special of the day, a Italian Burger. Such flavor, juicy and love the bread! They give you a salad on the side. Not so happy with the fries. I'll skip those in the future. We tasted several items and shared!

This is our vice. The burgers are so good and the staff is nice. I always get the classic and the malts are yum.

So, if you're from this area, you've heard the legend of the amazing H&F burger, right? We finally made it out to PCM to check it out. And yes, as always, decided to eat a late lunch. Wandered around and decided we wanted a burger. I told the spouse about the reputation of this place, and we decided to try it out. Overall? GREAT burger, but some things bugged me... 1. There was a line...so, is the line to get your food to go and eat in the food court area, or to be seated in the dining space? A bunch of us online were asking each other (dumb) when I sent the husband on a fact-finding mission...seating in the restaurant area was 'first come first serve.' It was crowded, but there were two seats we were able to get immediately. You seat yourself. :-) 2. I REALLY wanted the mushroom-swiss burger...but I am not a fan of onions. I asked if I could have it without the onions, and out great server, Gabriel explained that the mushrooms and onions were cooked together...so no. I ordered a cheeseburger..I didn't want the massive one..I can't recall which one I got...it came with fries. That burger? OMG. soooo good. The husband wound up getting the burger I wanted and said it was great. The fries? HOT but NOT at all greasy. I asked if the ketchup was homemade, as it was really, really GOOD. Gabriel explained it was...and had worcestershire sauce in it. (Same ketchup at Hop's, I found out last week). I'd go back for another burger. Maybe tomorrow. :-)

We had the double cheese burger with bacon. The pricey hamburger was delicious. We also had the fries, which are homemade and excellent. They give you a small container of their homemade ketchup, which was very good but not enough. They charge $1 for an extra two containers of ketchup. Be aware this is not diet food.

As part of the Holeman & Finch restaurant group one would expect nothing but the best and you'll definitely find the best here. It's located in the new amazing Ponce City Market and it simply serves the best burger in Atlanta. There is seating and service available as well as a take out window with seating around the food court and upstairs. The market itself is yet to be filled with shops but what's there is interesting and worth a visit. There are numerous eateries open with more to come and a number of retailers to explore.

This place comes in on the high dollar end for a freshly made two patty burger. But if you are a fan of upscale burger chains than this place is for you. ( Yeah Burger, Farm Burger, and Burger Fi, Shake Shack ). The high glossy brown medium soft bun, just the right amount of American cheese, nice pickle tang, and two juicy centered, crispy on the outside beef patties put this burger on my "best of" list for Atlanta. The H & F folks have opened up several locations around the ATL. Oh and they even make their own ketchup. So why the three rating: service not tops here the day we went. Mixed up onion and no onion burgers, server forgot one order of fries. For the $12 burger price I expect perfect service. Maybe next time.

Nothing fancy here, just good fresh burgers, made your way. The prices weren't bad, and the staff offered friendly, good service. You can't go wrong.

We ordered our food at the window because we were going to eat in the open area instead of in restaurant. They never called our name and I kept going back to see if our order was up. Finally the girl (that took my order and that I tipped when I paid) finally asked me what I wanted. I told her we hadn’t received our food yet and she was like Oh! So she had to go box it up. It had been sitting there all that time- at least 1/2 hour. The bill was over $56 for 3 burgers, one order of fries and a very small salad. The burgers were nothing special at all. Unremarkable would be a good word. The salad had sweet pickle relish in it to the point that there was no getting rid of it. That was weird. Honestly, I could have gotten better burgers at McDonalds. I don’t mind paying top dollar for food but if I do I also have reasonable expectations for the food to taste good.

Enjoyed terrific take-away quality burgers and fries at this quality H&F outlet and restaurant in Ponce City. Superb taste and would recommend

I had a cheese burger and fries accompanied by a recommended IPA. My wife had the veggie burger. The food was excellent, the service was professional, quick and laced with southern charm. We opted to eat around 2 and sat at the bar. It can be crowded and the space is small. The take out line was constantly busy but was also handled efficiently. If you need a burger fix in a comfortable setting in the midst of one of the new "happening" places in Atlanta, this is the place. (My rating of excellent is for this category of restaurant--obviously, this is not "fine" dining with a $$$ price tag.)

We were in town for the morning getting our hair done and wanted to stop at a cool place for lunch in town. I had been here previously bit first time for my hubby. We had delicious burgers served by a very friendly easy going waitress/bar tender. Would definitely come back.

this average-tasting burger is a rip-off for $12; fries not included. it is supposed to be the best burger in town, and it is not.

Visited Ponce Market this past weekend, there are a number of really good restaurants and walk up eateries there, but H&F stands out! Really good burger, no frills, but good meat and well seasoned. Same burger place as the one at Turner Field.

My husband and I wanted to try a restaurant at ponce that we hadn’t eaten and burgers sounded great! He voted his the best burger ever! So tasty!

I was really looking forward to finally trying the famous H&F burger. At $20 for burger, fries, shake, I was in great anticipation. It was...ok. Nothing special and not better than anything you would grill at home. Oh well, myth busted. Don't get me wrong, it was a decent hamburger.

We stopped at the Ponce Market just to check out the old sears (but freshly renovated) building. The building has been transformed into (and is still under some construction) to a very modern industrial type community. There were lots of choices to eat and we chose H&F Burger. Great choice! We drank local craft beer and chowed down on their jr burgers for lunch. They were served hot and fresh and $7 a real bargain in Atlanta. Our server was polite and attentive. I really like the concept of the restaurant being a bar throughout. Nice set-up. Highly recommended!

Located in Ponce City Market. Stopped in for lunch and ordered their original burger and shared a chopped salad with my sister. The chopped salad was only $7 and large enough for a meal. Since we shared it was a very nice side salad with homemade dressing. They also make their own ketchup and mustard. Service was friendly and fast. Enjoyed this lunch and would recommend.

I love the H&F burger. I order the original cheeseburger as is. I love eating it slowly and letting the juices fill my mouth and senses. I do not alter the original in any way. I order the fries as a vehicle for their wonderful in house made ketchup. Yesterday, I took her a jar of their in house made bread and butter pickles. Everything they serve is farm to table without the fuss. I am glad I don't live close by or I would ear here for lunch and dinners daily.

The building it’s in quite nice. Plenty of shops and eateries with centralized seating in what appears to be a reworked factory. However the food is best described as common.

The burger is good but wait there is more! The Ruben was a great fusion of flavors, the small Cobb salad I lovely topped with the best spicy Bloody Mary! So many places to consider, this is one of the best!

I always loved the exclusivity of making the burger list at H&F Buckhead and the megaphone at 10pm... But I get that you can't keep a good burger a secret forever. The burger and fries are amazing and the chocolate milkshake makes the trifecta complete. But excellent service combined with great food makes me smile big :-) I went to the store at the Ponce City Market and the cashier could not be more friendly and engaging. I was with my 10 year old daughter and she made her feel so special even saying to her "you are the coolest 10 year old ever". After we ordered from the counter, we decided to grab a seat inside the restaurant at the communal counter as it was empty. As we enjoyed our "to go" meal one of the bartenders came around and checked on us. He asked if we were enjoying our lunch and offered us additional condiments and water. The bar was packed and a line down the Food Hall. Chef Hopkins you have a great concept and equally a great team. I'm a fan for life!

One of my favorite burgers. It is the complete package..the bun is awesome, the pickles are delicious, the cheese is perfect, the meat is juicy (9 out of 10 times). Milkshakes are good. Fries are okay.

We went to City Market for the first time, which is an old warehouse converted into various specialty stores and many international cuisine restaurants. Very busy in mid Sunday afternoon. Parking pay stations are odd, with no explanation if you get a ticket upon entry or leaving. We did the ticket at the end, which did not work and no machine to put the ticket in upon leaving. No signage about free weekend parking either, so who knows what the credit card amount will be charged to our card. We walked around to explore the various shops. We stopped for a blackberry infused unsweet iced tea, which was very refreshing. We really did not recognize any store/restaurant except Williams Sonoma. When we were hungry, we stopped at H&F Burgers. One special burger of the day which had Gouda cheese, thin fried onions, Cole slaw BBQ sauce, lettuce, pickles. The other was a cheese burger for $12.00, with American cheese, and usual trimmings. We both ordered fries, which were perfectly crispy, and delicious! One order of fries would have worked for two! We were served water and ordered a super tasting Red Hare brand of Root Beer Float with vanilla ice cream. Burgers were high quality meat and cooked well, which was great. Our server was friendly and prompt. Price with tip was $42.00, yes high price for burgers and fries and one shared Root Beer Float, but worth it. The place was small, only bar stool seating, and many people in line outside of the restaurant were ordering take out food to sit at tables placed throughout the market area. Most of the outside seating was reserved for some the restaurants, and what little public benches and chairs that were outside were all being used. Not many shaded areas on a warm sunny day in Atlanta. I recommend giving City Market a try!

A great solid, juicy flavorful burger and excellent fries. The milkshakes are also very good. Grab a seat in the small dining area or order to go and find a seat in the dining hall. Will definitely be back to try other items on the menu.

Beyond disappointed. Plain Jane Salty burger. Mushy fries. Won’t be back for an 8$ less than McDonalds. Can’t hear anyone speak...

We visited Ponce Market during a trip to Atlanta. A very cool place filled with shops, restaurants, offices, and apartments. We were convinced to wait in line for "Atlanta's best burger" and were glad we did. After standing in line and waiting for our order to be filled (about 45 minutes), our cheeseburgers arrived - two patties with cheese on a warm, fresh bun (served with onion and pickle). The seasonings and special cuts of beef make this burger - very, very tasty. The fries were nothing special, clearly not properly matched to the quality of the burger. Can't wait to return to Atlanta to have another.

I personally enjoy the fact that you can walk up to the to go window and order the famous burger quickly. Yea, the line situation is a cluster but it is to be expected around that area with such a popular H+F spot. The burger was top notch and tasted just like when I used to wait past 10pm for the release at their original spot. My wife was very pleased especially going into trying this famous burger (she always is a debt downer, but loved the 50-50 Patty). Definitely a spot I will keep going to inside PMC.

I recently stopped in to H&F. They have a tasty burger, although it's not my favorite in ATL. The $12 cheeseburger (their standard) is very basic, with pickles, onion, 2 patties, and American cheese. It's quite tasty, although a little greasy. For $2 more, you can get fries on the side, which are very salty and come with the house ketchup and mustard. Like some other reviewers, I felt my burger took a bit too long to prepare for how full the restaurant was. Overall, it's a good burger, but not my favorite in the city.

We came because my husband wanted to go here so bad snd we were only in town for the weekend and we loved Holman and Fitch the restaurant so wanted to give H&F a try. The burgers were very good. The seating and wait times are not so good. Good thing it was just my hubby and I, if we would have brought our kids or others we would have had a hard time getting a seat. You have to watch people eat to see who is done so you can quickly get their seat before someone else does. If it wasn’t for that and the shift change it would have been more stars. (Shift change and new server never came to us but once to tell us our food was coming , manger had to bring our ticket) smh But if we are just rating the burger it would be a 5 star burger!!

We visited this burger place in the Ponce City Market on a Saturday night. I thought the burger was delicious. It was 12 dollars but you get two delicious patties with that burger. I would have given five stars except for two things: the fries were wilted and not solid, crisp French fries. The other factor was that there was not a lot of seating available in the perimeter of the restaurant, so we had to eat at a circular table adjacent to the restaurant. I would still return to this restaurant in the future if I am in Midtown.

Cool place right in Ponce City Market. Can be crowded on weekends, but worth the wait. Open restaurant with a big winding counter. The cheese burgers are the best you can get!

It is the best burger in Atlanta as far as I'm concerned . The service is top notch along with a great atmosphere ! I highly recommend the beer float!

A fantastic, fresh burger from H&F highlighted a fun family trip to Atlanta's newest dining and shopping destination - Ponce City Market.

Anytime I head to Midtown to visit my daughter we do lunch or dinner and this is one of my 2 favorite "go to" place. This location is in Ponce City Market so there are plenty of choices and of course shopping available before and after. Parking is "pay at the kiosk" so be sure you know your tag # and plan your time or another stop at the kiosk to increase it. All seating for this place is "counter" so be prepared. There are mostly high stools but that gives you a great view of the activity going on and all the food coming out (yum). Service has been fabulous ever time we've ever visited - always a friendly word and smile and right on the spot with a refill if one is needed. Lots of burger choices for anyone including veggie and lamb. I've had a couple but have to say the Original is by far my favorite. Don't be afraid to customize yours - they have great stuff to add. I particularly like mine with the addition of the crispy fried onions and some sliced FRESH jalepeno. My daughter often gets hers with the fried onions, a side of mayo and a fried egg. The fries are handcut and nicely salted and are delicious. They offer Coke products and if you know anything about Coke check out their dispenser (in full view) as they have the ONLY WORKING Raymond Loewy-designed soda fountain in the world! (if you're a bit older, this will look familiar. if you don't know anything about Coca Cola and it's history, you're in the HOME of Coke so take some time and get to know it!). They also offer beer and a yummy local favorite Red Hare Root Beer. Shakes happen here as well though by the time you've eaten a burger (and maybe split an order of fries) you're probably not going to have room. I've promised myself every trip that I'll "save room" but it never seems to happen. The shakes look icy and creamy and everybody I've seen with one has the look of rapture you can only get from Good Eats of some kind so I'm betting they are worth it. Check the place out.

Stopped in with my family after the Holidays - in my never ending search for the best burger. Was happy to see they had a Jr option at $7 since I had 5 kids with me - made it a little more affordable, but it was still pricey at almost $100 for 8 burgers and 3 orders of fries. Very good burger, but pricey at $12 for the original and no sides. Highlight was the ketchup- excellent flavor and perfect on the burger and fries. Long wait (15 minutes in line and another 10 minutes after we ordered), but happy to have tried it.

Read amazing reviews for H & F and I must say, what a disappointment. Place was packed and the line for takeout was really long. Decided to do the takeout line and once we placed our order we had to wait 40 MINUTES to get our food and once we got it, none of the burgers were hot, they were barely like warm. Nothing special really at all. The fries were good, but the burgers......bleh. Not worth the wait or the price. Don’t bother.

Went with the original burger. It was great! Fries are hand cut and just right. Wife had the fried chicken club which has chicken from the next door Hops chicken. Very nice! Would definitely eat here again if we visit the Ponce market again.

We happened to be in the market at lunchtime, and the number of diners at H&F indicated this was the place to eat. The burgers were great - freshly made, nice bun, good cheese and sauces, and nicely served by a cheerful waitress. The only white wine available was a Sauvignon Blanc, which tasted like paint stripper. Lovely burger, but stick to beer or soda.

We went there for dinner. We shared deviled eggs, oysters, shrimp toast, croque-monsieur and a burger. It's really hard to tell which was our favorite, they were all so good. Even the fries that came with the burger were special with sides of homemade ketchup and homemade mustard, they were addictive. Make sure to keep some space for the dessert! The toffee pudding is A MUST. The best I have ever had. I think this is my favorite restaurant in Atlanta!

Always a mandatory stop whenever I go to Atlanta. House made ketchup and mustard that are delicious. The meat is fresh and phenomenal. Even the buns are a cut above. The fries are perfect texture and taste-wise. Sure, the price is high for a burger, but when it is the best burger in the state, I’m more than happy to it. It’s not just me saying this either. There were several publications that listed H&F as the best burger in Georgia.

The hamburgers are freshly made to order and very tasty, the bread and sides are also fresh and made daily. Service can be a bit slow when it is crowded.

Crowded post-holiday crowds on a rainy day--perfect for a tasty hamburger & fries! No disappointment here. Lemonade, bacon/cheeseburger and it was on. Our burgers were so very tasty; the fries were freshly made and seasoned. Can't wait to go back!

We were looking forward to trying an H&F burger. The featured burger of the day was $14 with a 4-oz. patty; it was dry, overtaken by the bun and not worth it. We also ordered a cheese burger for $12, which unexpectedly came with 2 patties; it was juicy, cooked well and delicious. The experience left us feeling like we were overcharged and underwhelmed.

Most over rated burger place in Atlanta. Large bun and very small burger. Not good taste. I don’t understand it because I have had H &F burgers at Turner Field years ago and they were very good. $20 for a burger a small fry and a coke. Rip off. Do waste your time and money.

Stopped in for lunch today with a colleague, both of us have long memories of this space. Place was crowded, but able to find seats quickly. Orders placed and food was out quickly. Burger was really good but my expectations were really high as I have been exposed to all the hype of the original Holeman & Fitch location and the long wait for the burgers at 10pm. I would have been an unhappy camper if I had waited hours for this burger. The side of fries was ok, nothing special. Bacon was lacking in size, portion, and flavor. Overall, I'll likely be back again in a few months to try them out again.

Very successful hamburgers, good hotdogs. A good address which suffers a little from its location (no light and very noisy food court)

After walking the belt line and cooling off we ordered regular and veggie burgers. Loved the burgers and fries. Fantastic!

There is something about this patty that is unmachable by any other burger/restaurant. A most try...

We stopped in for lunch on a Saturday. Great selection on the menu, the staff was very helpful and accomodating. They even gave us advice on other places to visit while in town.

What a busy place this is on a Sunday afternoon. The choice of burgers is very limited. A regular one, a cheeseburger and a veggie burger and a salad and a hot dog complete the menu. Hmmm, I almost left but decided to give it a go. I had the vegetarian burger. It was delightful. A little relish, some peppers, a special sauce and grilled bun. Very nice. The french fries are double fried. Nice and crispy on the outside, soft on the inside - just like they are supposed to be. The best part, was a craft beer made especially for H & F. A little "fruity" as the barkeep described. It was delicious. Go for the beer.

Real fan of burgers and this place has one of the best burgers I have ever had in my life! Real quality products and service!

I have heard many people rave about the Holeman & Finch burger as a unique and exceptional burger experience. I didn't find that to be the case. They are solid, if simple, burgers, but a bit pricey. I would rate them on par with Shake Shack and slightly better than Five Guys. But, Five Guys has the amazing fries. And these burgers are quite pricey. If you happen to be at Ponce City Market and crave a burger, they won't disappoint, except the price. But, not worth a special trip.

We opted to dine in for my cheeseburger and my wife's veggie burger. I thought the cheeseburger was excellent as were the fries. House branded ketchup and mustard were also excellent. My chocolate milkshake was only fair since it had some ice crystals. The staff was friendly. If the milkshake had been better, I would have given it 5/5, but since this is a gourmet burger venue with prices a bit higher than other burger joints, I can only give it 4/5 since expectations are a bit higher. Sill, I definitely recommend this restaurant.

Ate here for dinner and was overall not amazed. The deviled eggs were fair. I had the impossible burger which was good and the regular burger was good as well just not special The service was slow despite not being that crowded. Decent beer selection but several choices were out of stock

My daughter and I had lunch here yesterday. We shared the double patty burger and had fries. They were both good.

I had the original it was great. Bun was really good burger cooked to perfection. Janice had the Texas burger. It was great as well. Shared the fried onion crisps, great. We don’t go to Atlanta very often, but would sure go back for a burger.

The burger here was good but I think it's impossible to recreate the magic at the main H&F store. The massed produced product just isn't quite the same. Overall though still really good and something you should try.

I like PCM and the choices they have. We decided to try the burgers and fries @ H&M. Stay in line as it grows quickly! It is a small menu, and the staff is more than willing to help you with your decision. Not crazy about sitting at a table with chairs that have no backs and it was very busy in the small eating area. We decided to go upstairs where there is more room. I had heard that these were the best burgers at Linton's larger restaurant. I can tell that it is good hamburger meat, but not sure if it is my fave burger. I am glad I tried it. Not sure what else they have other than milkshakes.

Contrary to an earlier reviewer, I thought the veggie burger was delicious, especially the slaw on top that included brussel sprouts - I loved it. The fries were crispy and hot which is a rarity! The service was great. I would definitely eat here again.

My wife and I seek out the Best Burgers where ever we go. Since we are a bit of the foodie crowd and knew Litton Hopkins was the James Beard Chef of this establishment we had to try it while in Atlanta. So worth it its in our Top 5 in the 30+ burgers we have tried around the country! They not only make the Burgers from local farmers in the area. Thy make they own Ketchup, Mustard, and Pickles. Try to get the Ketchup Recipe! Not! They will sell you a bottle of it though. Don't miss this burger oh and the fries were awesome as well!

Just average burger. Onion straws were good however! Pricey however. Personally I would not return if I was back in area.

I have read rave reviews about their hamburger but after experiencing it I can not tell you why. It is an OK burger but nothing special. The wait staff was friendly and helpful but they don't cook.

It was a particularly good burger, exceptional fries and all served up speedily. We returned to the Ponce Market because we were on route to the Fernbank Museum of Natural History. Decided to split a hamburger and order of fries; ordered separate drinks. Our server was a charmer, and the burger was really excellent. Pricey? Don't really think so. They were flavorful, juicy, all the trimmings were fresh. Appreciated the fact that we sat, ordered, ate and were out quickly but never felt rushed.

To w The H&F BurI just left your establishment after not even 2 minutes of getting there. My family and I, a group of 5, were very excited to try your burgers since a couple of us are here from Florida when a very disrespectful employee not even greeted us and proceeded to throw us out with a nasty attitude because the table was not open, and they were not able to serve us there. I understand entirely, but the way she didn't greet us and proceeded to move the chairs was very disrespectful. She was throwing us out from your establishment. Coming from a retail background and two chefs, we all know this is not a proper way to treat a customer that's is trying to spend money on your business. We left and took our business to a place were there associates have manners and common courtesy. I suggest you invest in proper training for your employees on how to treat customers.

The burger is good. Why else would they create a store only for their burger? Fresh buns, fresh patties, homemade ketchup, mustard and pickles... Nom! It actually isn't my favorite burger out there but it is really good. It can take a while to get the burger even when it doesn't seem busy. If you have time to spend in Ponce City Market, this wouldn't be where I would send you... However, if you want to try a good to great burger - this is the place.

Know that you do not have to stand in line to be seated. Long line was for take out. Open seating. Big shout out to Shane our waiter, great job. Burger was good, fries could have been cooked a little longer. Have fun.

I had business at the Ponce de Leon Market and stopped here for a burger and onion rings. The burger was very good, and the onion rings were excellent. Service was good.

Three burgers and one hot dog! We all loved our burgers! Filling and not too greasy. Not to long to place our order but a long wait to get our food. Hard to find seating for four even upstairs! A tad expensive.

You will see a long line, but the burgers here really are worth the wait. The patties are juicy and the cheese is gooey. Homemade ketchup and mustard too!

These cheeseburgers are delicious but I must say quite expensive for what you get. My wife and I usually like to eat at the Indian or Middle Eastern place but my picky son always wants these cheeseburgers. I've had a few bits and they are really good.
Gross
It was suppose to be a 20 minute wait. It was more of 40. For a burger that was prepared wrong. Disappointed that for the price it was subpar.
