Definitely not my favorite place I’ve eaten downtown. The food is bland and the service is slow. I don’t expect much from the Hard Rock Cafe theses days but this was just terrible.

Staff not helpful, food awful Very disappointed, did not compate to locations in UK or Italy. Would not recommend.

They didn't answer us! We stayed 15 minutes waiting and no one answered!!! Oh, bad! Horrible!!! We left and went to another place....

Perfect place to go before a concert at Mercedes Benz Stadium. Food and service were great to keep us on time and typical for HRC standards. We had a party of 12. Would return in the future!

Nothing wrong with this place at all. It does the food offered by Hard Rock as prescribed so that's not all too great. They do run the joint pretty well, both seating and service are surprisingly prompt. The bar is definitely the high point here. Good place in the area for a dependable seat and a properly poured cocktail. I like the service and it's well run, just not much really underneath foodwise or setting.

Service was very fast! Just had a club sandwich but the ingredients were fresh and good. Good call for in and out lunch while at a meeting or work lunch.

Great kitchen, mediocre server and bar. Group of 5 of which 2 of us ordered beer, Stella and Heineken. First they came back, no Stella, ordered Miller, came back no Miller and they were switching over the Heineken. Finally, they served a Stella and informed no Heineken - no one knew wtf was going on Good news. Our food came out fast, hot and well presented - kudos to the kitchen. The others, not so much.

Had a networking event here and it was a great time! Food was actually amazing (not sure if it was the normal menu) drinks were great, band was awesome!! I would definitely visit this location again when back in Atlanta.

Although our booking was lost, a table was found. We had excellent service, really good food and enjoyed the place very much.

We tried to get in to eat late on Saturday night but there was a 45 minute wait. On Wednesday we returned and four of us were immediately seated. Service: good! Burger: great! Atmosphere: busy, loud and what should be expected for a Hard Rock.

Our food was fantastic! I also love that they colored the buns red for Halloween. Our server, Nina (i believe that was her name) was AMAZING!!! She was kind, caring and funny!!

Huge thank you to the manager Egypt! I made a reservation 6 days ago but the earliest I could get was 8:30pm. In the special request box I asked to be in the room with the stage as our son was a member of the band booked to play that night. We arrived at 7:00 and told the hostess we would be sitting at the bar until our 8:30 reservation time and walked away. The manager Egypt found us at the bar and said she saw my note on my reservation and that since my baby was performing she had to get us a table right away. She sat us right in front of the stage. Egypt was so thoughtful, going above and beyond! Our server Marya was delightful and took good care of us the entire evening. The young ladies at the hostess desk were cheerful and helpful as well. The only reason I rated a 4 was the food. I had the southwest chicken bowl. There was so much salad dressing I couldn't taste anything else. Next time I'll ask for the dressing on the side.

I collect the hurricane glasses from HRC, so I've been to many of them. This one was clean and the staff was friendly. The store was super hot...it was easily 80 degrees in there. Other people were complaining about it, too. Worth stopping in when you're walking around downtown!

I rarely rate a location as Terrible. But this location was truly terrible. We had a group of 8. Even though we had a “large” group, it should not have taken an unreasonable amount of time to get drinks (water, tea, soda), have our order taken, and receive check. But it did. I had the Texas BBQ sandwich and my wife had the nachos. My sandwich was awful. It was very dry. My wife’s Nachos had VERY LITTLE toppings and was mostly the nachos themselves. A person in our group had the Salmon and it was literally raw. She asked that it be returned and cooked and when she received it, she received it in a to go box. Very disappointing for a Hard Rock.

A typical Hard Rock Cafe like all the others. Menus are all the same, drinks the same, staff the same. You could be in any of the Hard Rock Cafes anywhere in the country.. Still the Hard Rock experience is not to be missed!

spoilt by jobsworth manager who desperately needs customer service training. was there on my own chatting to some Minnesota fans at bar who asked politely since the game on tv was over and there was only them watching it if she could switch channels. Got a very stern response of no and little attempt to be in any way a good host i decided not to continue ordering and left shortly after them. I mentioned the reason to other staff and they seemed to understand so she clearly isn’t up to the job. 4 Nov.

Went at lunch when 86 high schoolers showed up unannounced. I was seated quickly at the express bar. I felt like I had VIP treatment and really enjoyed the friendly staff. They were all busy but handled the added stress very well. I would never have known they were trying to get 86 burgers out. My waitress, Rocky, was awesome. The food (atomic burger) was really good. Considered returning for another visit during my stay in Atlanta.

Dirty Tables, No CO2 for draft beer, cold dry sliders, and pricey. I can't get my head around the bar not having CO2 for draft beer. Your HR Cafe how you do you miss that detail.

I have visited Hard Rocks all over the world, and this without a doubt is the WORST I have been to. Sat at the bar and the staff seemed more interested in talking to friends, eating their own food (with fingers and then serving) the "smash" burger was like a Micky D. Then came the rip-off moment. Drinks Menu says all drinks come with a 20oz pint glass, and beers is advertised at $8.50. The bill comes and the cost is 9.50? When I question it the server pulls out a plastic glass and says the menu price is for this smaller pint! To add insult to injury the drinks I was served where short anyway. When I ask to speak to the manager and comment this has to be the worse Hard Rock. I get a sarcastic "thank you" he goes through the same con patter. But eventually removes the 20oz glass and reduces the beer back to the advertised price. It was also noticeable that one of the bar team aged checked a older (60's couple! God forbid they actually check guests that maybe under 21)

This Hard Rock Cafe and Rock Shop are great in every way. Service is wonderful. Food is great. The employees in the Rock Shop are very helpful and friendly. Don’t miss a great experience and great food when you are visiting Atlanta. Make this a destination.

In town on business and walked a couple blocks from the hotel to Hard Rock. Wait staff was very attentive and food was great! I love the atmosphere and watching the music videos as well as looking at the memorabilia.

I had the legendary. Food and service were good. I had a coke zero and their legendary hamburger. Fries were good too

Eating at Hard Rock was an dining experience no one should miss. We owe it all to your hardworking, friendly and dedicated staff. Especially Chiquita, Kwana, and the kitchen staff! We will never forget! any of you and you will all see us on our next visit!

This was within walking distance of our hotel. I have been to many HRC’s. We didn’t have to wait long for our table, and the staff was friendly. Our server was super friendly. But, the food was so underwhelming. I just left feeling full but not satisfied, if that makes sense. We both went there wanting broccoli. Got there and they were out of broccoli. My friend ordered a salad that was supposed to have grapes and pomegranate seeds. When she got it, it has 3 grapes on it and no pomegranate seeds. I had the club sandwich and the toast was so “toasty” that it literally cut the inside of my mouth as if I had chewed on a cheese grater. This was after cutting the crust off and squishing the bread to try to soften the toast. The fries just weren’t good. I only ate maybe two. I did eat the same cup of slaw. It was delicious! As we walked out after paying, none of the 5 staff members at the hostess station acknowledged us. I just left feeling “meh”. I probably wouldn’t go back.

Food too expensive considering the lack of the atmosphere we expected. Have visited 2 other cities and was much better. Food was good though, our waiter was good. Air not working & seated right next to a private party room while many other tables were open for seating. Staff constantly walking in and out behind us, knocking and yelling for someone to open the door, Showed little respect for our visit.

I was part of a large party that popped in here before a concert. The place was very busy but they accommodated our group with a smile. Our waitress was awesome and surprisingly fast with our drink orders especially considering the size of our group. I ordered the super combo platter and it was excellent but the chicken tenders were my favorite. The blackberry sangria was oh so tasty!! Our group size was at least 15-20.

We went up to sit at the bar. It was one of the bar tables. And the waitress said if you’re not eating a meal that we really like to reserve the table so we can make some money if you don’t mind sitting somewhere else. Seriously? This is the third and final straw for the Hard Rock Cafe for our family. Every time there’s an issue. food is just decent. what a waste of time

We started off well. After food which wasn’t great but ok we ordered more drinks. After a while we decided to have another drink but couldn’t find our server. I went to the bar who said I couldn’t add it to the table the order had to go through the server and she would find her. Fine! It would appear she couldn’t find her & the drinks were placed at the end of the bar. After 5 - 10 mins they were still there. We spoke to the manager who said it would be sorted. I saw the member of staff asked to bring over the drinks do something to the beer it all fizzed up. We then refused the drinks & had them knocked if the bill. Sorry Hard Rock not up to standard.

There was work going on in one section of the cafe, so we didn't see it at its best. Given a warm welcome and water as soon as we entered. The staff were rather noisy which was handy as there wasn't the usual music videos playing out, maybe that was due to the on-going works. It was busy with families, but our food was served fresh and hot. Good Rock Shop too.

Great food and vibrant atmosphere. BBQribs were delicious! Survived the birthday ritual humiliation announcement to the whole of the restaurant !

I love visiting Hard Rock Cafes on my travels. The Atlanta location did not disappoint. It is extremely busy, and I highly recommend reservations. The food was excellent, and the staff were good.

Cant say enough good things about the Atlanta Hard Rock Cafe. We were in Atlanta for the SEC Championship game and we went to eat here the Thursday night before the game. The food was excellent, especially the beef fajitas. The staff was very friendly and fast. Lots of cool music memorabilia around the restaurant. Great location. It is within walking distance of many downtown hotels. I had planned on stopping by the Hard Rock Shop before heading back home but I was unable to make it back to get the Atlanta flag bottle opener magnet that I wanted. I called sometime after I got back to see if I could buy one over the phone. The GM, Wes, said he would get one out to me. I wanted to say thanks in advance to Wes for taking care of this for me. I look forward to receiving it. Everyone in Atlanta was so nice and hospitable to us on our visit. Cant wait to go back and visit the Hard Rock Cafe again. Y'all are awesome!

Had the bbq burger and fries. They were spot on but maybe if they had some dipping sauce for them. Service was okay because there was only 2 small groups eating.

What a great experience!!!! We came for a business convention so the entire downtown area is absolutely packed full. We found a seat at the bar and had such a great experience! The food was really good- much better than the average bar food. And the bartenders are exceptional!!!! Michael is the best!

I was looking for a place to eat. Nothing seemed to be open in the city. I decided to eat at the Hard Rock Cafe and was pleasantly surprised by the meal and service there. I had a barbecue sandwich and it was very good. The beans were a little too spicy for me, but I enjoyed the rest of it. The wait staff was very good.

Stopped in for a quick bite to eat and grab some pins at the rock shop. Our server didn't seem pleased when we only ordered small items. But she was still pleasant enough when we got our food. The restaurant was having renovations done which made it a little hard to find the entrance. Still, its a Hard Rock, not much to complain about.

This was very disappointing! We were seated in a side room, which was lacking in atmosphere and were served by a disinterested server. The drinks were served in plastic cups as the restaurant had too few glasses!!! The food came and we then waited about 7 minutes for the knives and forks!

I’ve eaten at this HRC in the past but this visit I was short on time so mainly went to look at the Merch which was plentiful - a great selection to choose from (I treated myself to a couple of new t-shirts). Nice spacious bar & restaurant area & the gentleman who served me in the store was very friendly and helpful.

Main floor Very noisy. Seated in another room. Live trio performed mediocre music, too shrill and loud. No toilet tissue in the ladies bathroom.

Just got back to my hotel and needed to write a review about this location in the chain. It's smaller than alot of Hard Rock's I have been at but the food is consistent quality. What sets this one apart is a certain server who just recently transferred from another Hard Rock by the name of Ozzie. It's the first time I can remember that a server introduced himself by extending his hand out for a handshake. From that moment on I knew I was going to have a great server. Very personable - chatted about football as the time of day was where he could be engaging without other diners being inconvenienced or having to wait. He definitely enjoys what he is doing and it shows in his work effort. Made a regular meal memorable. Thank you Ozzie - GO BIRDS!!!

Nothing special about this Hard Rock. For a Hard Rock though, they really should have music playing either live or on the speakers everyday during dinner. It's a Hard Rock, and it was rock solid silent. Waitress was too busy waiting on other people, never got a refill on my drink, nor did she ever come back to see how the food was. There are so many other places in Atlanta to go to, this by no means is anything special, nor should it be anything to go out of your way for.

I went downtown on the Saturday before the Super Bowl in Atlanta. We were hungry and they let us sit at a high top that was in the bar. That was the good news. The bad news was that the high top didn't actually have any chairs. . One of the tables next to it had taken the two chairs. We were happy just to have a table and avoid a long wait. Thank you Kari for finding two more chairs for us. Thank you for giving us great service on what is probably one of the busiest days of the year for a restaurant. Great job. As for the restaurant itself, hey it's a Hard Rock Cafe. They are sprinkled all over the globe. ( I actually went to one on the island of Malta). Food is just ok bar like food. The decor is total rock n roll with tons of memorabilia. Hard Rocks are fun. Today the staff was hustling. Today they did a fantastic job.

We were late afternoon and had the chicken wings. The restaurant was not really well staffed, but probably understandable for that time. The wings tasted good, but I have to say those at HRC Vienna were better. Service was rather in the lower frame so we were not asked for a refill, for example. Shop was also rather average, T-shirt selection was rather mawkish.

Stopped in for Lunch on a Friday before attending a concert at MB Stadium. Our bartender was great, food was pretty good and overall it was fine. Location is very easy to get to from our hotel and there was no wait as we sat at the bar.

We had the best time together. Our waiter, Thomas, was extremely attentive to our meals and time. He was friendly, fast and entertaining. The Manager on duty made us feel welcomed and valued. I will go back again.

Terrible food. Overpriced for what you get. Service could have been better. Mainly tourist trap. Food cold, pasta dish not as pictured and just 4 thin slivers of chicken on mound of cheese pasta that looked like packaged. Not appetizing. Chicken sandwiches apparently microwaved and therefore so tough they could not be chewed. Told waitress that both of those sandwiches were tough etc. and they needed better. Her only comment was "sorry." Ate a little of bun and tomato before forgetting it. Fries were only thing worth eating. Good 20 years ago when I ate there. Was embarrassed to have suggested it. Was convenient to hotel but mistake to go go there.

They know thousands of people are across the street for Market, but do not prepare for extra amounts of people and do not seat people as to their checking in. Stuck in a waiting area for 8 people for 45 minutes, then watching other groups that checked in after you get seated and seeing open tables that were there when we got there still open 30 minutes later. Getting seated in party room are with no condiments (salt, pepper, etc) and waiter never checking on us till he brought bill. Tip was reflected....There are markets year round, you should be more prepared......

Just another hard rock café. We were in the new restaurant and it was recently open. People was friendly and food was good

Lot of people and good atmosphere at place. Beer was ok and food service were fast. I should go in Hungary to compare them!

Good place for meeting up with friends to hang out and have a good time. The food was delicious and the service was good. Just came from the airport and checked in at the hotel across the street and needed to get food ASAP. We did not have a wait time when we walked in even though it was a Friday night on memorial weekend. Will definitely go back.

Came in with a group... we had a limited menu..order the twisted chicken 🐔 Mac & Cheese... the only twist was there was no flavor to the the rubber noddles and the Chicken was tuff as crow also tasteless. You got a bed of Mac&Cheese with a boneless breast on top. Just Starch and Protein...no veggies.. (i added tomatoes from another diners plate a it did'nt help they bring you a small folded bag with a small chocolate chip 🍪 for dessert...the manager was great he listen and gave me the op to order something else... Then came the panko breadcrumb covered Chicken tenders and although the inside of the hardcase cover there was a moist tender it was Tasteless. What happened to the Ole HRCqhere the Mac was oven Baked... so sad 😞 😔 😟... I poles my group and out of 22 only 3 liked their meal....

I celebrated my birthday at Hard Rock Cafe. Loved the food, drinks, staff, and atmosphere. I LOVE this location, they always treat us like family.

The restaurant was well-themed. The menu was a typical American spread. I was with a large party, and the service was good. It was too loud to hear the people next to you without raising your voice. I understand that it is the Hard Rock, and I enjoyed the music and the fact that they played the music videos on TVs throughout the restaurant, but I would have liked to hear the people at my table. The nachos were great, and they have a pretty great drink selection.

As always, we had great food. Fajitas, burgers, wings and ribs at our table. Service was fast and friendly, and the music wasn’t too loud. Fun for all.

This is an extremely busy location on Peachtree, but I was in town for the Peach Bowl, so there were tons of people in town for the game. The service was outstanding and the burgers are great. Typical Hard Rock Cafe.

Didnt get to eat this time, just a quick stop for my have to have tee and pin from every trip we take!!! The clerk was super helpful, even helping me find a super soft tee and helped look for sizes!!!

Two visits while recently in Atlanta and my first to a HRC in the USA. Only went into drink and buy some souveners but was not disapointed. Great atmosphere, real American themed memorabilia, good location, friendly staff.Would be sure to visit again if I was in Atlanta!

it is a chain, and the Atlanta restaurant at the standard above average Hard Rock Cafe price point for its expensive hamburgers is simply poor. the service is poor, but because of one single waiter's poor service, but more than three who had served our table all demonstrated that they had not been trained properly. The food itself is served generously with big portions, at least in the eyes of someone who is not from the US. However, the quality of food is average, something that you can find nowadays anywhere in Asia, Americas and Europe. Hamburgers with many varieties of garnishes are no big deal. The poor service together with the overpriced fast food is simply not living up to the hype of what Hard Rock Cafe boasts.

We were sat at the window, next to the bar. Nobody came to take our order or follow up. We had to stand up at least 3 times to ask for something. When we said we wouldn’t pay the tip, a female waiter throw the pen and bill to us in the table. Horrible

Food was okay. Had the Baby Back Ribs. The coleslaw was very bland. Daughter had a salad with salmon and she liked it. Service wasn't to good. Had a beer that tasted like vinegar. Good news a restaurant was open where you could sit down with family.

Good atmosphere, decent food, inattentive staff. After our order was delivered our server Aniyah never bothered to check if our everything was OK, which it was not. She stood by the registers and looked at me not eating while I looked at her. I eventually got a manager to come by the table but even he did not ask about the food. Come on! Do you care if your customers are satisfied or not? Two of four orders were defective, one bad tasting, the other soaked in pickle juice.

We had a group of about 20 and they took very good care of us and we're very attentive with smiles and great to deal with. The food and drinks were perfect and the atmosphere was very enjoyable. Very pleased with the Hard Rock

Typical big chain restaraunt. Very average food with a premium price tag. Some authentic music memorabilia but a lot of low end stuff signed but probably never used by the musicians (this is pretty easy to look up).Staff was great tho.

No beer from draft available and even out of stock with bottles. Very bad customer service especialy from the manager. No Go

Water service took 30 minutes. I ordered a Coke Zero. They were out of Carbon Dioxide gas, so no carbonated drinks. On Saturday night??!!! The service was substandard.

I lived overseas for many years and I got in the habit of looking for a HRC to eat at and get souvenirs when I'm in a big city. This was one of the worst HRC's I've ever been to. From the service (if you can call it that) to the food. We went for lunch when we were walking around. There were 7 of us. We get seated in the area off to the side, like another room away from the general seating area. I think this was the worst thing they could do because it seemed they completely forgot we existed back there. They brought 2 of the kids their food before everyone else. Over an HOUR later, the rest of the table received their food, but some of it was cold AND I had to ask twice where our food or our server was. Then the server tried to act like she was doing us a favor giving us a free milkshake after they brought the wrong milkshake ordered, to the table. It was a MILK shake. It was completely melted and warm. So basically they made it and forgot to give it to whomever ordered it. If I could've left a negative tip, I would've. The food was subpar and the service was even worse. I didn't even bother spending any more money on souvenirs, because honestly, I don't want to have a memory of this bad experience and I did not want this restaurant to receive any more of my money. Very disappointing.

Very bad service. We were served dirty glasses for the wine and when the food was finally served, we had to intervene several times until we finally received the cutlery after a long time. The food was cold in the meantime. Never again!

Visited Atlanta location while in town. We had a reservation for about 20 people. They said because it was a large group we had to use their buffet that had 95% of the menu items (lie!). I've eaten at the Orlando location and it was fabulous. We were only allowed one trip thru the line of this bland food, burger fries salad and cookie meal. The cost for children was the same as adult $24. Manager did not care what so ever!!! What a rip off!!! I would have liked to order what I wanted off the menu for the money we paid. I would have gone somewhere else but we were there with our team.

I wish I could give this place a zero. My wife’s steak was inedible it was so overdone it was way too chewy, and my burger (ordered medium) was so well done it was flavorless. The greens were mushy and obviously old. The only bright spot was our server but unfortunately he didn’t offer a refund or anything else to fix the issues. It was too loud. It was a horrible experience all around and for the price I felt like we got robbed!

My husband and I took my son out for lunch at the Hard Rock. I had never been to a Hard Rock Cafe and thought hey this sounds great. My husband goes to everyone if he is out of town working, so he can bring home a souvenir that collects dust. Kind of small restaurant, small gift shop. Very small menu with high prices. I settled for a hamburger and it was o.k. I wanted a steak, but I was not paying the price for it. My tropical margarita was fruit juice, no alcohol. What???? Our waiter Chuckie was fantastic and showed up at the correct minute if we needed anything. Chuckie, I hope Hard Rock appreciates you. If they don't you can have your pick at any high-end restaurant, because you are fabulous. I wasn't impressed with the Hard Rock. I don't think I would come back. I'm sorry for the comment, but I speak the truth.

This visit started out rough having to wait awhile to be seated since no one was at the front of the restaurant so when I asked the bartender she was super snippy, but That was quickly forgotten because our server and her trainee raised the bar but their excellent service and recommendations. The food was excellent too.

It's super nice to be there, good service and the food is as it should be in the real Hard Rock Café style, so if you're on the edges, please go by and remember to buy some suvaincers with home as a memory! :)

Being there with the family, we truly enjoyed this visit. Great service, extra toys for kids and great food. We definitely will come again.

The service was excellent. And even though we all know the food is not why people go to HRC, I have to say I was disappointed. The chicken on the chicken sandwich was hard. And our other plate was cold.

I always enjoy eating at Hard Rock Atlanta. Even tho it’s loud and you can’t hardly carry on a conversation with anyone the food is very good and not a bad price. I got the Texas pulled pork sandwich and it was outstanding! Check it out!

First time at this Hard Rock Cafe. Definitely taking serious about Covid 19. When we came in our temperatures where taken and hand sanitizer ever place around. When someone leaves, they have a crew identified in a yellow T-shirt that goes and clean immediately. I even saw the man clean the chairs. That’s A+ in my book. Chuckie (our server) was super nice and courteous. Drinks and foods were delicious. A must place to come and visit. 🤗

Typical Hardrock. Loud with minimal menu. Drinks were good and so was the service. I think there were 5 birthday celebrations at this place. The chicken Caesar salad was decent. A good crowd for a Wednesday night. Watch yourself in that neighborhood at night. The downtown has a lot of homeless. I would not go alone.

Pretty good place had about 4 TVs with different games at the bar. We asked and they even put a game on that we wanted to watch. Drinks are great here. Lots of chick drinks. The place is under construction so it’s not the usual setting but they are very accommodating. Didn’t have to wait to sit at the bar or anything, it was overall a great experience.

It was me, my wife, daughter, and a friend of ours...place is not that big, tablets the part I saw. Food was ok, same as any other HR you may have gone to. Waitress was nice but it took a little to first get our order, after that things moved quick.

Always visit a HRC when I could. This was the usual enjoyable experience. love walking around looking at the memorabilia. Place was clean n staff friendly. And of course had to buy a shirt in the Rock Store

looked nice but wasn't going to wait over 1.5hrs to try it. did do the gift shop and traditional items there.

After growing up in the 80s/90s when Hard Rock was really cool, I wanted to take my kids there. We didn't have a reservation, and were seated very quickly. Host was friendly. Waiter was very attentive to our needs, which included dealing with a food allergy. Kids ordered chicken fingers, and I had a burger. Food was brought in a timely manner and was all very good. The music playing was loud and fun, and there were lots of neat things to see throughout the restaurant. We even went to the gift shop and got one of the kids a shirt. The Hard Rock still has it!!

Our family enjoys going to the Hard Rock Cafes. My daughter collects the pins. We brought one she had duplicated, and one of the waiters was more than happy to trade her his Atlanta road tag for a limited edition Pigeon Forge 2018 seasonal pin. THANKS to him! As usually the entire weight staff was friendly and gave great service.

My wife, oldest daughter (adult age) ind I went here for late lunch 25 May 2019. Me wife ind oldest daughter are Vegans and saw on the Hard Rock Cafe website that they offer the “impossible burger”...a Vegan burger. I am a carnivore, so I knew I would be happy with the menu. HERE COMES THE ‘BIG SURPRISE’...They did NOT have ANY “impossible burgers”. Was there a sign on the front door saying that...BEFORE...so other Vegans could find another establishment to subsist in? NO. Basically, they had a “captive audience”...we were already seated...drinks ordered...THEN wife ind daughter ordered their “impossible burgers”...only to be told they no longer have any. Apparently, Burger King has a monopoly order on those ind Hard Rock Cafe could not order anymore. No, we didn’t get up and go somewhere else...we could have, but the restaurants nearby were just as crowded...so they ordered the cauliflower “wings”. The ONLY other Vegan offering. They loved them...but it was an appetizer. Our waiter was extremely apologetic over the lack of impossible burgers and he was a great waiter! BOTTOM LINE...the MANAGEMENT SHOULD HAVE POSTED A SIGN ON THE FRONT DOORS...”IMPOSSIBLE BURGERS” UNAVAILABLE HERE.

We were looking for a place to pop in close to the hotel on NYE day. We got the chicken nachos with guac and they were AMAZING!!!!!!

Stopped in for a bite after hosting an event at Southern Exchange. It has been years since I’ve been able to visit. Besides the menu, not much has changed. Servers were warm and welcoming…even though I snuck in an hour b4 closing. lol. It was pretty empty with only a few people. They were playing a mix of 90s pop/rock so the vibes were good. Very nostalgic. I got the nachos because I didn’t want anything heavy and it satisfied my cravings 100%! Be sure to stop In whenever you have time. Be sure to tell them ASH SAID IT SENT YA! #ashsaidit #hardrockcafeatl

February 20th, We flew into Atlanta for the day. Had a alright but not overwhelming meal for lunch elsewhere and then went exploring downtown. We found the Hard Rock and decided to have a drink or two. I did not catch our bartender’s name but he was awesome. I asked for a draw beer and apparently there was some issue with the tap system so he asked if bottles were ok. I said sure. Not only did he make it right with the amount of beer I got, but he put my extra open bottle in a bucket of ice to keep it cold. He made my husband a couple of excellent whisky sours. This helped get our day back on track after our disappointing lunch down the street.

My friend was craving the brownie sundae so that is what she had. I had the milkshake and my wife had the cheesecake.

We had an early dinner at Hard Rock Cafe yesterday before the Prom. My husband and I and another chaperone couple took our daughter and her friend with us. We had awesome service and food - great burgers and crispy fries. When our food came out an older man - who was not our server - delivered it to the table. Our daughter was going to do the blessing and he overheard her and he said I would love to do the blessing if you'll allow me. It was precious. It was like being in a Sunday revival. I could have cried. It truly made our day!

We hadn’t visited a Hard Rock Cafe since our time in Las Vegas. We were visiting some nearby downtown Atlanta attractions and decided to stop in the eatery and gift shop. Even in previous visits I’ve never been wowed by the food offerings at these establishments. It’s more about the decor and items on display that you come to enjoy. The gift shop itself was a big let down. I guess in the past we found cool items to purchase but today we were just ho him and they most certainly aren’t giving discounts on the items they sell. I am glad we stopped in, but. I need for us to visit this Hard Rock again on a future trip to the city.

Large party with a reservation, seated at time of the reservation. Ordered quickly including appetizers. One appetizer made it out before the food the other was delivered with most of our meals. Two meals took an additional 30 minutes to arrive. Server admitted the kitchen was “having a meltdown.” Wouldn’t recommend for a group over 6 people.

During a girls weekend we chose to do dinner & a movie. Upgraded to VIP seating but didn’t need to, as only 9 others came to the show. Not sure how 50 people could social distance in this room so was glad it wasn’t crowded. Did hear some birthday celebrations going on in the main room. Our waiter Eric was fantastic, he didn’t hover but we never went without. Closest parking was within 2 blocks.

Historic venue! I love going to different Hard Rocks around the world. I went during a Braves game and the whole cafe was turnt!! The ribs were great and they have a great drink menu.. also this by the hooters on peachtree street those women were gorgeous omg lol Paid Parking across from the Ritz Carlton and a short minute walk to the restaurant. ENJOY!

I went to the Hard Rock Cafe twice when I visited Atlanta in June 2019. I love Hard Rock and always try to find one when I travel. I sat at the bar both times. They are busy, so the service wasn't that great. No happy hour prices, so drinks are a little pricey. Had the burger cooked medium and it was so bland that I had to ask for a side of BBQ sauce to make it taste better. Also had a salad that was pretty good. Love the bar area and the exhibits.

The restaurant was in a great location and the wait time to be seated was reasonable. The main reason I'm doing this review is because of the service we received. The host who added us to the wait list & later seated us was super friendly, and our server (Sierra) was upbeat, kind, eager to please, and if she wasn't sure about something we asked, she was back quickly with the answer. She took excellent care of us & I would gladly sit in her section again. I'm usually plagued with the worst servers, probably because I was a server & bartender for years. I had excellent service drilled into me and I drilled it into my employees once I moved up to management. So... When I find a server that is outstanding, I let them know and give them a good review. Sierra provided the best service & most pleasant interaction I've had with a server in years. Their mojitos left a lot to be desired, though, so maybe the bartender could learn to make them better. They are supposed to have club soda, but this was flat & well... flavorless, even with a modest amount of mint. The food took a long time to arrive, though and while the burger was 'good,' the onion rings were amazing! I'll definitely be going back for those rings, and I'll ask for Sierra's section. I'll just stick with diet coke or wine next time, though. :-)

Went there twice. First time was just my wife and myself. Second time with friends. Both times the food was amazing and the service was excellent. The servers were courteus and entertaining.

The restaurant is very busy. You can find here a lot of tables but still all of them might be booked. Service friendly. Food - just good, nothing extraordinary.

We went to Hard Rock Cafe in Atlanta for a Birthday celebration. Not impressed at all with the service or the food quality. When we were being seated there were three waitresses standing there. Once we were seated they all disappeared. One finally walked by and asked if we had been helped. We told her that they said KIKI would be out to serve us. So she went and got her. I had to ask twice for ice. We ran out of tea twice and when we asked for a refill it seemed we made her mad. If the cup is empty you would think we would want more and not have to tell her especially since we didn't even have our food yet. She took our order but didn't write it down. My husbands was wrong. Seemed she got mad at him for bringing to their attention. Then she said to him (as if he had made a mistake) "It's OK" The chicken sandwich was all breading and barely any sauce on it. I asked for more sauce and was told it would cost extra. So I asked for Mayo and was brought a squeeze bottle of Hellman's. The cheese for the nachos and pretzel was so cold it had separated. Waitress seemed as if she just didn't want to be there and we were an inconvenience. The food was definitely not the quality it should be for the prices!!! The waitress even had to get someone else to acknowledge my son's birthday. The guy that did it was super. I was very disappointed and will not eat at another Hard Rock again

We went here because we wanted to see all the memorabilia, and we were not dissapointed. There's a wide range of artist memorabilia and the building itself is impressive. We had good service and the food and drink although expensive was very tasty! It was a good afternoon enjoyed by all the family. Definitely a place to visit when you come to Atlanta.

I always wanted a Hard Rock t-shirt no matter from where. So we came to eat here after a fun day at World of Coca Cola. Tje food was great but, why were our servers switched? We had a great one but tje second one...was kinda sleepy. After we finished eating, I lobed the guitar shaped toothpicks, we went straight to tje gift shop to get at t-shirt. Got a nicer tank top instead( tje importance to me was tjat it said Hard Rock Atlanta)

We came here yesterday for lunch and ordered the “IMPOSSIBLE BuRGER” my daughter’s vegetarian so we shared this burger and onion rings($25) was wasted! when we got back to our hotel around 7:30pm she was sick and started vomiting with diarrhea, just before I was getting ready for bed around 10:30 pm I got sick too and up to now it’s 4:42 am we still keep taking turns going back to the bathroom. This is the only food that we ate together all day so that means this Impossible Burger made us possibly sick. Our waitress on the other hand, she was very attentive and very friendly. Unfortunately I will not recommend this burger to anyone from our experience.

Sat at the bar on a Monday evening and the restaurant was packed with a wait list. Orders the club sandwich and the food was delivered in under 5 mins. Was expecting a much longer wait with the size crowd the were serving. Bar tenders were very friendly and always on top of things. They really seemed to be enjoying what they were doing which always make it a more pleasant meal.

Made my customary trip to a local Hard Rock to pick up a shot glass. Had a meal that was ok. Had the sliders and my friend had the Caesar salad. The sliders were good, not bad and not great. The caesar salad was not too good at all, do not recommend. Waitress was friendly and made me a banging hurricane.

Wow, 1st time my husband and I visited and I must saw we were NOT disappointed. The food was great, atmosphere and themed dining room was very creative, we loved the memorabilia-awesome, clean and staff was professional and friendly. Little pricy $$$ but it was worth it.

First and foremost, the food we ordered was really delicious! The decor was fun, the staff super friendly even though very busy. We had a great time and really enjoyed the experience - we'd definitely go back!

Food was nice like always, But overall experience was poor. It was less good than other Hard Rock we went to, and we went to many.

We always eat at Hard Rock anytime there is one near and have visited this one multiple times! The food was ok...not terrible but not excellent either...other than the dessert. The Hot Fudge Sundae was phenomenal! Our service was ok as well. A little disappointed that it was more "pop" music than rock, but still a nice selection of music! We enjoyed our time and I am sure we will be back because we love Hard Rock!

A very typical HRC-location with everything you expect from the franchise. Overall good service and attentive staff. Visited for drinks, as the time of visit was incredibly busy with long lines. Probably a good idea to book a table in advance.

Went in for lunch and was seated quickly. Drinks came quick along with food. Waiter was super nice and helpful with us Being new to the area.

Stopped in for happy hour with a group of coworkers. Waiter was snarky once he found out we weren’t ordering meals.. only apps and drinks. Coworker found a hair on her silverware and napkin. A manager came over and took it away. No compensation was offered. The restaurant was not busy but everything was super slow.

Fantastic atmosphere, great service, loverly food a credit to the brand, best out of the 5 we visited during this vacation in the USA

I've ate here, with friends, when in the city. Food is always reliable. We ordered many things including fav Blue Hawaiian drink. It was the right taste of sweetness and liquor. The Bang Bang shrimp was good. The staff always nice, no matter how busy they get..

We are in Atlanta for a conference we decided to have supper at Hard Rock Cafe. The food was great and the service was excellent. My only complaint is it is a little pricey. A barbecue sandwich with fries and baked beans and sweet tea was almost $20 without a tip, but I would eat there again.

Food was great! Our table hand both steaks and burgers, and everyone loved it! Highly recommend the spicy shrimp!!! Great service and music as well!

The restaurant is under renovation, but that didn't stop them from serving lunch in the small music theatre area. We ordered simple burger, salad and fries. It did take a little too long to come out, and there was a problem with the burger. However, the response from the HRC team was excellent. I was surprised when it came to pay that the manager on duty had taken care of the whole bill. I really appreciate the service recovery process they followed. Nicely done chaps. Overall, the food wasn't stand out, but the service was great.

Went with the company people, received the worst service in my life. Do not recommended. Waist of time and money. I have never been humiliated like that.

Great, fun place to have dinner and discuss the day's events with co-workers. Waitress that we had was the BEST that I've ever had. She was bold, fun and took care of us even with all the other tables that she had at the time!

We came to this Hard Rock cafe with few friends for drinks as other places were full and I see why this place wasn't. I remember Hard Rock cafe used to have atmosphere and it used to be fun. But this location was quiet, fully lit up and empty so there was no atmosphere.. just some sad looking faces sitting at the bar. Place looked like it was closing. We ended up having one beer and left. The place could be fun, there is lots of fun rock n roll memorabilia , but its is so cavernous and echoey.

My wife and I had pre dinner drinks at the bar on her bday, bartenders we very attentive and even prepared a Singapore sling off menu, well poured ! We also visited the rock shop, great service and some gear on sale ! Covid-19 prevention measures in place, felt safe.

The waiter, Jony, was super. We were 16, and his service was excellent!!! The food was delicious!! We did not get a large table, but they organized it so that we could eat together. For most of us, it was the first time in a Hard Rock Cafe. We represented 7 countries!!!

Hard Rock Cafe Atlanta delivered the kind of experience you’d hope for—good food, great music, and a lively vibe. We had the nachos, shrimp appetizer, and a salad. Everything tasted great, portions were generous, and the staff kept the energy up without being overbearing. Loved the memorabilia throughout the space. Solid stop for casual eats and a fun time!

If you've been to one Hard Rock you've been to them all. The food was standard-overpriced for what it is.

Its a Hard Rock Cafe so its the same as any other you have been to with food options and such. Be sure and reserve ahead as its a tourist location and not worth 1.5 hour wait. I can say their memorabilia display was excellent and the overall setup of the restaurant nice and clean.

My daughters and I stopped to grab a snack to hold us over until dinner (we stayed across the street at Hotel Indigo). We were seated immediately, but it took at least 5 minutes for the waiter to get to us even though it wasn't very busy (there was no wait). We had nachos and drinks - the food was pretty good for a chain. I stopped in the store to get an umbrella since it was raining. We walked to the aquarium and while inside, the strap pulled off the umbrella. We stopped on the way back and they happily replaced the umbrella for me.

I really enjoyed the Brownie and Ice cream dessert. But, I'm never really comfortable at the Hard Rock Cafe in Downtown. I feel as though I'm being watched and monitored the whole time I'm there. Being a black female, that makes me very uneasy and uncomfortable. However, I've enjoyed the food items I've eaten there, over the last few months. I recommend they take it easy on women of color, and not be so suspicious of them. Women, after all make excellent customers.

I visit Hard Rocks wherever I can. This one in downtown ATL was average at best. Service was good, food was okay, but the prices were unjustified. Their 2-course / 3-course promotions on the menu were deceiving and I ended up dropping $150 for 3 people (no bar drinks). At a HRC, you ask? Really? It is true…. But, the big attraction for any HRC is their memorabilia. And this one suffered for anything outstanding or memorable. A lot of crap from the 1990’s and 2000’s music set. Very typical of newer HRCs, which this ATL one is not. Hence, my disappointment, my 3 stars, and my comment about being an average HRC. This place can, should, and needs to do better.

Food was ok wish it had for memorabilia like the one in San Antonia. There were 5 in our party including 3 teenagers. My husband ordered a Moscow Mule and we waited for a good 5-10 minutes before we asked about it and she said it was coming. It was another 5 minutes or so before it came. We noticed it was pink!!! A Moscow Mule isn’t pink! We asked her what drink the was because his drink want suppose to be pink. She sent it back to the bar and another 5 minutes pass and they Bri k him what looks like maybe one but it was nothing but vodka and a little lime. Needless to say he wasn’t able to drink it. Food was ok, service was slow, very expensive for what you get!

Cold, late, tasteless, very heavy and greasy. On top of that, you wait forever. There is no difference between this and the food court around the corner, but this was expensive, long and just as bad taste.

As our family travels internationally, it’s become important to my children (now young adults) to visit as many Hard Rock Cafes as possible. It just the last 3 years, we’ve visited ~ 9 locations on four continents. While we’re less than 2k miles from home, we decided to have dinner at Atlanta’s Hard Rock tonight. I titled this review “V saves the day”, because our server “V” truly did save our evening. She was kind, professional, thoughtful and fun to interact with. She was proactive with our drink refills, knowledgeable about the food prep, and overall had great sense of timing for asking about the next course choices. Before meeting her, my family had been almost overwhelmed by the abrasive staff attitudes and the unnecessarily loud music, along with bartenders who were literally shouting something clearly intended to be humorous at each other. It was so loud, in fact, that we downloaded an iPhone application to measure the decimal levels. The quiet moments hovered about 89 decimals. So think the piercing sound of an alarm, loud city traffic or yard work machinery. The hostess was very annoyed with our request for a booth. Their section of booths is a smaller section and is out of the May open table area. We were hopeful we’d be able to visit without needing to yell. (Tonight I had lost my voice which also affected my priorities and preferences as a traveler.) The food was dependably as expected. The nice new item that I tried tonight was a Chicken Waldorf Salad. This was sliced grilled chicken on top of a bed of tossed spinach and kale, mixed with just a few walnuts, green grapes and dressing. Laid out next to the chicken was a thin sliced Granny Smith Apple. It was excellent!! We shared a serving of the Apple cobbler with vanilla ice cream for dessert. Not as spectacular as the salad, but still very good. We purchased our traditional souvenirs from the gift shop after dinner. So,they definitely made money off of us tonight. And to think we seriously considered leaving as the hostess was giving us the runaround and disapproving looks as we waited for a booth. Maybe you were supposed to have more than 3 people to qualify for a booth. If you’re a ATL local, skip this location. If you’re a traveler like us, go on a night where you have plenty of energy for some “extra’s”!

Sat at the bar. Bartender didn’t acknowledge we were sitting there. Ordered Bloody Mary that was amazing. Tried to order nachos with cheese on only half of them. Said they were unable to do that. When I told him I’ll take them without cheese and he could bring that on the side for us. He then asked me if I was ok?? What a jerk! So he never said another word to us. Brought us the food and drinks without ever asking us if we needed anything else. Nachos were very good as well. Also, there were maybe 12 people in the whole place. Sad he has a problem with us when we walked in- it was very evident for some reason. He was fine with the other customers! He doesn’t need to be in that type business he he isn’t happy doing it!

We were out and about on Super Bowl Sunday and happened upon the Hard Rock Cafe by chance. I love HRC merch and decided to check out the Merchandise Store. I wish that I could remember her name, but she was very nice and rang me up very quickly. In fact, she already started to ring me up while the previous customer was signing his receipt. Very expeditious and got me out of their quick!

It is my mission to visit as many Hard Rocks as I can and to pick up a shot glass at each I visit. This one is nestled right in the middle of downtown and is easily distinguishable by the big guitar outside. I wasn’t greeted as I entered but that didn’t matter since I just needed to find the Rock Shop. I was greeted by Cindy as soon as I entered. She showed me to the shot glasses and then around the store to see the sale merchandise. After I was all rung up, I realized I forgot to do something so Cindy called for help and Eric arrived. The three of us joked and laughed while they resolved the issue and both wished me well as I went to look at the memorabilia all around the cafe. I found a few pieces that interested me (Papa Roach and Megadeath). It is a small cafe but the staff was beyond compare.

The staff was very friendly and the food was excellent. I would definitely suggest this restaurant on your trip to Atlanta.

Enjoyed the atmosphere. We were seated immediately. Our server was attentive. We ordered drinks and appetizers. Restaurant including restroom was clean. Staff friendly.

The Atlanta Hard Rock had a lot of challenges this weekend with so many College Football Playoff fans in town. But they did a good job ushering droves of people and serving them in fairly quick fashion. The Legend burger was great as always. Our server was very nice. The Atlanta Hard Rock Cafe has an original section which looks like the older typical HRC and a new much larger section with local singers painted on the restaurant walls, pretty cool to see rappers with country singers on the same wall with Otis Redding & James Brown!

The worst Hard Rock Cafe I have ever been too. The jumbo combo I ordered should have been called the miniature combo. Had to keep telling waitress to bring our condiments at least 5 times. Way over priced with what we got. I’ve been to several Hard Rock Cafe including this one. Worst service and food I ever had. I would prefer McDonald’s over this Hard Rock Cafe anytime. This place was a complete joke.

These Hard Rock Cafes are always cool just to look at all of the memorabilia, We were there mid afternoon for a late lunch and the food and the service left a lot to be desired.

Details, details, details - they make the difference. The mojito was over 10 dollars, but has nothing to do with a real mojito. I think all the ingredients were different and switched to scotch. Food came in early. All at once, but that was ok. More than enough. But details is that the food looked like being held in the kitchen for some time. No questions for more drinks. And when I asked for the bill, that is what I received. And then you need to wait till the waiter comes back again, because I want to pay by card. Just wait for this when you give the bill. It takes too much time to wait again and again.

I had the Cedar Plank Salmon with Mashed Potatoes - the potatoes were "real" and very tasty. Salmon wasn't anything special. Service was SUPER slow and the waiter wasn't very attentive to our needs. One person in our group asked for ketchup, the server walked off and when he finally came back to the table 15 minutes later he still didn't have it, we had to ask for ketchup again and by that time the fries were cold. It was an "ok" visit. We were desperate to find somewhere to sit 6 people for dinner during a convention. Weren't any other options in the area. If you know you want to go there, I'd recommend making a reservation.

I just went in to enjoy a Freddie milkshake and buy a Freddie t shirt. Restaurant is under construction, but still a nice atmosphere. The bar tender was very friendly and the milkshake was sweet and had enough alcohol in it. Good idea from hard rock. You may celebrate more birthdays!

From the very poorly decorated entrance with what looks like water damage to the main floor area lifting and trips hazards everywhere and then you see the main A/C system has failed and their are flexi ducting hanging from the ceilings to portable A/C in the restaurant. We was shown to our seat and given a menu and after waiting for 15 minute I dicided to go back to the entrance server desk and pick up a children’s menu for my daughter as we were never give a children menu so she could choose her meal. We did order our drinks which came 20 minutes after ordering them and then had to wait nearly 1 hour for the meal which we didn’t have starts so not sure why the meals took so long g as the restaurant was half empty during our 7 o’clock sitting. Once the meal arrive we had to asked for some cutlery after the server was more interested in try to sell us more drinks however we still had to wait over 5 minutes for the cutlery to arrive whilst our food was getting cold. The final straw was once we asked for the check we asked out the messi ball that is advertised when buying the children’s meal only to be told sorry we should of came yesterday as they have now run out. Very poor restaurant, very poor service and very disappointing food. We would advise to avoid this restaurant as all cost.

Stayed overnight in Atlanta and thought I’d grab a steak for dinner at the Hard Rock. While my server was very pleasant and courteous, the food was anything but. I ordered my steak medium rare and it was served well done-dry and chewy. Don’t know anything about the other meals served here but, if they’re anything like their steaks, it won’t be an enjoyable dining experience. Go elsewhere to eat.

Classic like all Hardrock Café, the interior style is very cool, the restaurant looks old, it needs a little updating. On this occasion I was at the bar counter, where the Service was very good. The food menu is the usual, however, the explanation is that the burger was very small.

We “just” wanted to have a beer on a Monday night after sightseeing. There was no draft beer. Then bottled beer. Of the three we had selected one after the other, none were available. Then we left the restaurant. We canceled the meal. When we confronted the manager, he just got bogged down in excuses, he didn't give a shit in good German. You could feel sorry for the waiter, but a really bad picture for a Hard Rock Cafe. Two years ago, the gas station was broken, too. You shouldn't rest on the fire. Simply bad

We went there for beer and food. We got beer an attitude. The bartender switched and the service became unfriendly and ignoring us. They let us sit for over 25 minutes ignoring us, didn't ask to refill our beer and we had to ask 3 times after not being served for 25 minutes for our check. The woman bartender said she would get it to us, waited on other customers and left the bar area. We finally flagged the other bartender and he got us our bill. We tipped her appropriately. Zero amount.

The food is OK Our concern was we ordered a veggie burger and it tasted like meat. The salads are best for a vegan. The fries are good.

I have visited several Hard Rock Cafés before, but this visit was a bit disappointing. We had to wait 30 minutes for our table to be free. When we were escorted to our table, we saw that the restaurant was not full at all. No idea why we had to wait 30 minutes. The food was okay, but nothing special.

Happened to go to Hard Rock in Atlanta on Saturday night, was surprised that there was no live music. May be I have been to all Hard Rocks in previously which has live music. Food and drinks were fabulous as usual......

I actually went in November 2023, but this was the most inedible food I have ever eaten in my life. We had a pre-fixed menu because we were with a 4-H group. The food was either very cold/ borderline frozen or not cooked at all. Just very inedible and not timed right for when service was expected.

Hard Rock wasn't my first choice, but I had to settle. It was close to the hotel, plus it was a Sunday night so downtown was a little closed down. Hard Rock used to be so much better, even this location used to be better, granted that was back closer to when the chain first opened in ATL. It was obnoxiously loud and on top of that there was a birthday (or bridal shower, or some group of women celebrating something) that were louder than even the venue itself. The food was okay. I had the chicken cesar salad. Not to many ways that can get screwed up. Food service was a little on the slow side but I suspect that was the kitchen and not the server. The server was pleasant, attentive and pretty on top of things. That was about the only pro to this Hard Rock.

I went to have dinner with friends and family, the restaurant is big and had a nice atmosphere. The dinner was delicious and the staff were very attentive. The food was not pricey and the place had a gift shop were we purchase several gifts for my granddaughter. I would definitely visit the restaurant on my next visit.

They did not honor our Open Table reservation and stuck us at the bar. Not a very romantic evening. The food is mediocre and overpriced.

Not sure this is an accurate review as we went here during Super Bowl weekend and they were swamped. We were able to get a first come, first served table in the bar when some other patrons we happened to be standing near left - score! The bar staff was working incredibly hard trying to keep everyone happy. They were working their tails off! They also did their best to be attentive, friendly and professional - hard things to do under the circumstances. This Hard Rock, like the others has lots of cool music memorabilia to see, and the typical Hard Rock menu with an assortment of pub appetizers, burgers, salads, entrees and sandwiches. We got an appetizer and a small salad. The salad was very basic and the appetizer was not just cold, but very cold, like it had been sitting for at least a half hour before it was brought to us. Like I said, it's hard to judge if this would be the norm given the craziness of it being Super Bowl weekend. I would give them another try when there wasn't a major event going on.

Another Hard Rock and this one is hopping. Love the decor and atmosphere. Came back for the incredible burger. Just like I remembered, juicy. Had a couple of fries but focused on the burger. The staff was friendly. and welcoming.

This was a lovely place for my daughter to celebrate her 16th birthday. The service was excellent. The food was served very quickly. They gave my daughter a free dessert and had the restaurant wish her a happy birthday. I would definitely recommend this Hard Rock!

Stopped by Hard Rock recently for dinner on our way through Atlanta, and loved it! Service was good, burgers were delicious, beer was cold, and we even picked up some souvenirs as we were leaving. A little pricey though, otherwise we would have ranked a little higher.

A great meal at HRC, and our first visit to HRC Atlanta. The ribs were amazing as were the fajitas. Great service and a very good location in downtown Atlanta. Nice to relax at the bar the sit down for a meal. Fun.

Ok for a quick burger but not cheap and not suitable for kids over 10. A budget is about 1200-1900 cals, and I wasn’t prepared for the kids 13-15 years old to pay that so asked to the kids menu! They did let us. Waiter was ok but slightly unfriendly. Husbands burger was cold. Chips were good. Chicken sandwich was good

The food and drinks was average and expensive. Bartenders were very nice. Souvenirs were expensive as well.

Everything about the experience was terrible. We ordered an appetizer which never came. Then it took 30 mins before the waiter came back to take our order. Also as we watched our waiter fix drinks behind the bar she was eating French fries! Hear me again, As she was making the drinks she was actually eating!!! Honestly do yourself a favor and stay away until the renovations are done.

We called into Atlanta's Hard Rock Cafe wanting only a few drinks at the bar, but sadly there were no three seats together so we ended up being put into the main restaurant. We ordered draft Budweiser and draft Bud Light but it turned out that these were both off owing to the restaurant undergoing reservations (we had entered by a temporary entrance due to this work). We therefore chose Stella ($6.25) and Blue Moon ($6.25) which came with a slice of orange. Blue Moon is fast becoming one of my favourite beers thanks to its refreshing, fruity taste. We took the opportunity to have a look at the musical memorabilia on the walls and asked our server if there were any Elvis Presley items (as a nod to our recent stay in Memphis). She said she didn't think so, but we ended up finding his motorcycle, yes his motorcycle, and his rifle! How anyone could miss these was beyond us. We also got to see a belt worn by Priscilla Presley. This pleased us as we were saddened to leave the King of Rock and Roll behind in Graceland. We found this Hard Rock Cafe to be similar to the one in Chicago (and better than the slow, flat one in Memphis), with friendly staff, quick service and a buzzing atmosphere (the restaurant got busier and busier in the short amount of time we were there). Temptation soon got the better of us and we ordered some snacks - Southwest Springrolls ($10.95), which we had had in Chicago and knew were tasty, and Classic Nachos ($11.95) with diced grilled steak ($6.50). We had also had the nachos before, in the Hard Rock Cafe, Manchester, U.K., and these American ones were similar but the cheese sauce was very runny and made a lot of the chips soggy. The flavour was still good, however. With tax and a gratuity taking the cost of our visit to around $60.00, us wanting a few drinks turned out to be very pricey indeed!

Our visit to Hard Rock Café Atlanta was as we already know it from other Mslen in various restaurants of the chain: very friendly and attentive employees, speditive service, good food (today we both had one of the delicious salads), good drinks, good music. Always happy!

Restaurant is clean.Food was great I had the BBQ sandwich it was delicious.😋We were seated quickly. The brownie for desert was delightful as well.

Worst Hard Rock Cafe! Just went in for a meal and chose 2x BBQ pulled pork sandwiches and 1x Swiss cheese burger. The pulled pork was cold, so we sent it back, and they returned it warmer, but it still wasn't hot. We sent it back again and thought about choosing something despite already being put off. The manager then, out of the blue, brought the sandwiches back again and said they were now hot. Unfortunately, I have no proof, but I think it was obvious they reheated the same pork 3 times, which is 100% a health hazard! Meat should be reheated properly, but it was only luke warm the second time it arrived. When it arrived initially, the outside pork was stone cold like it had just come out of the fridge. They also got the other order wrong and gave us a fried chicken burger instead of the Swiss cheese burger. I have visited Hard Rock Cafe in Milan, Hollywood, Cologne, and London, and I can't understand how the company can allow this to happen. The manager did put the bill down to 0, and we left. I'm writing this sat in Rays in the City across the street as we were so hungry. They really need to sort themselves out!
Simply horrible!!!
The service is horrible at reception. The lack of desire to provide good service is unusual. You even have doubts as to whether you are a customer of the establishment. They need to change the people who serve customers if they want people to like the place!
