Ok so service bravo! Friendly and attentive. Food was subpar at best, egg benedict were almost hard cooked, the so called Canadian bacon was sliced deli ham, the Hollandaise was starchy and powdery texture wise definitely not real probably Knorr at the price of 19.95$ and given the place I expected much better.

Great view with great Food was excellent for the warmth of a wonderful stay in Vegas city of my heart along with nyc

Nice, good, attentive service. You have to walk through the shop on the way out, though. I enjoyed myself and would go again

Hard Rock Café maintains a standard in all its establishments. It's no different here. The service was good. The food was very tasty. As always, the decoration is made with clothes and musical instruments from different artists. All very interesting.

Went back to the Hard Rock again this summer when we were in Vegas. Food was very good, service was just the right amount of attentive, and overall a good vibe in the restaurant. Not so sure about the guy taking photos at the entrance, and then coming around during your meal to offer you a copy of the polaroid for $35. Could've done without that. Also the down escalator was out of order, luckily they had an elevator. Gift shop had a good selection of items. We will most likely be back again in the future.

Wanted a casual dinner and very pleased with our choice. The decor could take hours to explore. Ordered a burger and manhattan. Excellent decision as the burger was delicious. My brother had chicken that he thoroughly enjoyed. Service was excellent. There were many videos and great music to enjoy.

This location has a bar on the Strip, at the street level, so easy to grab drinks as you enjoy walking. Their Frozen Bailey’s is great for grab and go!

My wife and I stayed at the Hard rock hotel with some of our family and friends this summer and it was FANTASTIC! The resort is huge and has so many options as far as activities. Two different pools that look like beaches, the kids have their own hangout spot too! Tattoo parlor, multiple resturants to choose from. PInk Famingo is great. All the classic rock showcases. Its a fantastic experience.

Well, it's expensive. But then you have something. With a family of 5 (kids: 21, 19, 15) we go to the Hard Rock Café in every major city, and this one was also quite special. Food as expected: very good, lots of it, and good service. You pay a lot for all that. But it is highly recommended!

Nice food. Service haphazard and slow. Tables not very clean. Take a photo on arrival then ask for $30 dollars if we want to buy them.

pleasant atmosphere customer service was excellent and a good menu and a lot to choose from and good deals so bring a little cash

I try to always visit a hard rock wherever I travel, however, Las Vegas was so disappointing. Ordered a Sam Adam’s and they were out , ordered a Heineken and that too was out . Ordered chicken wings and I returned them as they were as dry as the surrounding desert. Just feel let down by yet another chain restaurant focussing on throughout and not quality.

the place offers many services but does it in the most wrong and unacceptable way possible so my review from what you can see is definitely bad as not even a simple culinary request was taken into account, indeed they even persuaded me to go along with their predetermined menu. Bad behavior!!!

We visit a Hard Rock Cafe whenever we see one. We’ve probably visited over 20, this one was nice. I ordered the burger and it came over very nice! My partner had a salad and couldn’t resist tucking into my burger- it was that delicious. I would certainly recommend a visit if in town!

Attended the Hard Rock Cafe tonight with friends, to be greeted by Tessie are hostess for the evening. Tessie is most probably the most bubbly, happy and professional waitress ever. And clearly loves her job ! The food, service and atmosphere made a perfect end to a perfect day !! Thank you 💓

Great food and good prices, also the personal touch here is good. The manager came to our table, sat down with us for a quick chat, recommendation and did ask about our stay in the city. The food came quickly and was delicious. Also, the coffee was amazing, and also available for take-away. In the souvenir shop, which is also the exit of the building, we spoke with a superfriendly girl, she also helped us perfectly. Overall, good experience!

We went not knowing what to expect. The menu had a lot of things on it that I thought were great gourmet choices of salads, burgers, and sandwiches; more than I had expected. The bartenders were very attentive and friendly. I really enjoyed my experience. We went twice, even.

Visited here at round 3/4pm. Service was quick and food was nice. No happy hour other than a $1 knocked off the beer which wasn’t what it had said online. The food was filling but nothing special

We booked this venue months before our wedding, the planner changed 3 times before our date and as a result we didn’t get anything arranged, we paid for a 3 course meal for a father who is gluten free, despite warning of this he could only eat half of one of the dishes. The ‘senior’ person just refers me to a contract and has no empathy for the poor job she has done, this was our wedding and they dropped the ball. Offered us a free meal next time we are in vegas, we live in the UK she may as well have said she didn’t care! We live a hard rock we wouldn’t go back to this one after this awful experience. May be ok for a quick bite to eat but they can’t handle and event

First dinner in a hard rock restaurant, booked already in Italy. Nice place with a pleasant view. There are three floors. The restaurant is on the higher ones. If possible, look for seats on the windows. The staff is friendly and helpful. Right portions

Went here for breakfast. Great deal and great food. Amazing waitress who was more than accommodating with my son’s milk intolerance. Great acoustic set going on at same time. Reasonable price for the strip. All staff really welcoming and spent time chatting about memorabilia.

The location is perfect! It's right on the strip with great views, which is so much fun, AND you can walk around and check out all the rock memorabilia. The downside is the food. It was just ok. Definitely not what it should be considering the location. They do have a gift shop, though, if you'd like a momento of your trip. This was cool for a one-time stop, but I don't think I'll be back.

Great place, super friendly and helpful staff, we went there for lunch and our waitress (dawn well if I'm not mistaken, she was Asian) was super nice, friendly and helpful and making the effort to speak softly so that we understands it, very good meal, certainly American but of good quality and correct prices for Las Vegas, plus the boss came to greet us to tell us about the new restaurant opened in Texas, very nice, very good experience.

Horribly rude hostess, cold burger and wrong side order but still had a fabulous time at Hard Rock. Bartender was super cool and personable, memorabilia was interesting and store staff was fun and friendly.

Great American food, drinks and ambiance, there was a live rock band playing while we ate delicious food. This place come totally recommended!

Had breakfast at hard rock food and service was good. Purchased a number of items at the Rock Shop. Selly the assistant who served us very friendly and a credit to Hard Rock. Thanks Selly .

Great service, great food (probably because we were all hungry too). Staff always checking on us, making sure we were good and not missing anything.

Good food as always. Eaten breakfast - avocado toast and burritos. Both dishes were very good. Good orange juice and cappuccino. Serviced waiters. Nice location on the strip.

Very pleased with the food. It was very nice dining on the covered balcony over looking the Strip. The " One Night In Bangkok " shrimp had me coming back a different day.

This hard rock café is amazing. The waitress which we had was the most loveliest waitress and so attentive. She made sure we were always fulfilled with both food and drink. The food with a great quality and quantity, and if anything was a little too much, but that’s not a bad thing. We sat out on the rooftop terrace overlooking the sunset over the strip of Las Vegas. Well worth a visit to anybody that enjoys good quality food at a good price even though at happy hour.

Good food, friendly setting, pleasant welcome.. The fries are really excellent. But the magic of hard rock café in London is not present despite the decor and relics on display. It lacks that little extra thing that you feel in the very first hard rock cafe.

Food was OK but unfortunately a bit too expensive We had to wait about 20 minutes for the table even though there were about 10 tables free (these were still free when we left the restaurant after eating)

we stayed here for a late lunch or early dinner. Service super nice and food was absolutely ok. Many outfits of artists (alive and also already deceased) were exhibited here. Below is the gift shop, which we also made unsafe.

Decent size menus with lots of options. Their specialty burgers and French fry’s were the hit. Additionally, we had some of the best service I’ve had in a long time. Would absolutely do it again.

I dine at Hard Rocks all over the planet, and this one was up to the extraordinary quality of the other Hard Rocks. Great people, knowledgeable people, great entertainment on the screens while you eat and chat. The food is always the best. Though if there was one thing the Hard Rock could improve it would be to use shredded cheese on the Nachos instead of the syrupy, goopy, cheese sauce. Use real cheese, it makes a huge difference.

If there's a Hard Rock anywhere we visit, we always pop in! For a start, you know what's on the menu, which is always good. Then you have the awesome memorabilia to look at and this one didn't disappoint, especially upstairs! I had a great chat with the manager, as he came round asking how people were and our waitress was especially good, as my autistic son was treated brilliantly by her. For the management, she's in one of the pictures. All in all, another great experience and on the way out, two t-shirts were bought!

Had a small wedding party for 30 people. The food was excellent, and the porSmtions were generous. Had a choice of 4 entrees. The service was excellent. We would certainly recommend them for a small party.

Came with my partner for breakfast, I ordered the biscuits with gravy my partner ordered the breakfast with sausage. My order arrived cold and I had to send it back, my partners arrived with bacon not sausage. We aren't ones to complain but the food really wasn't good, we were extremely disappointed. We would not recommend and would not return.

Awesome lunch, Dakota was our server and he was outstanding! We were in Vegas for a wedding, so just stopped in for a quick lunch. Service was excellent and quick! Thank you!

We were pleasantly surprised with our lunch experience here. Service was top notch and food and drink was great. We couldn’t fault the place at all.

The single most boring venue in Vegas. From the dull AOR to the insipid food, the dial it in service - go anywhere but the non Hard the non Rock and the non Cafe . Overpriced and abysmally mediocre.

Had breakfast. Nice breakfast, fast service, good time . Place had a decent menu food was good. Was good not great, but was in area we stayed. Nothing wrong though

Table booked for 7pm we arrived 10 minutes early but was seated promptly. Then had a 30 minute wait to have our order taken for drinks & food, almost like we had been forgotten. The restaurant wasn’t busy a few people by the bar but in comparison to ones we have visited in the past it was pretty quiet. Staff hanging around having a chat rather than focusing on customers. Food came out was sloppy and lukewarm but didn’t want to send it back in fear of another long wait. Unfortunately that was my mistake and I felt poorly shortly after leaving which was followed by a bad stomach. Having been to many Hard Rock Cafes this is the only time I have had a bad meal and experience.

The restaurant itself wasn't busy at all when my friend and I came around 4pm. The Hard Rock Cafe is in a bad location on the Strip, but after starting from the top and walking the entire Strip, it is an excellent place to stop and recharge. The staff were all very nice. One server even noticed us looking around at all the memorabilia on the wall and pointed out some of his favorites and explained why he liked them. Also, if you collect the pins, they have some really cool Vegas themed ones here.

My wife and I stopped in for breakfast around 8:15 am on a Friday morning - we were immediately seated and our server, Ashley Johnson, promptly approached the table to take our drink order. Drinks arrived quickly and our order taken. The manager - I believe his name was Patrick - stopped for a pleasant conversation and soon thereafter our food arrived. The French Toast and sausage links were excellent as was my wife’s omelette and the special order of sliced tomatoes she requested. All in all a great start to our day! Thank you HRC-LV!!

The team were super friendly and made us feel right at ease. They were always there when we needed something, but never hovered. Just the right balance! We kicked things off with coffee and orange juice. My wife went for the pancakes with strawberry’s and I went for the Burger Eggs Benedict . Both plates looked fantastic, and tasted even better. Overall, our breakfast at Hard Rock was just wonderful. It’s the kind of place you want to keep coming back to. If you’re in the mood for a relaxed and delicious breakfast, definitely give this place a try. You won’t be disappointed! Cost for 2 breakfasts with orange and coffee refilled including tip was $40 so very reasonable given the size of the portions.

Convenient location, had a drink with a view of the strip. Shop has good items as well. Had a starter, short waiting time.

Absolutely the hidden gem! Service was excellent! Food was perfect. Music was incredible. You are missing out on an excellent experience if you don’t do breakfast here.

Fantastic food! Fantastic atmosphere, and fantastic staff, couldn’t fault this place. If in the area it’s a must try! Fab!

They do have great burgers but it is not a place for a fancy dinner. The wine/drinks are great and the service is the best!

My friend and I had breakfast at the HRC in Vegas last week and found that Patrick the manager and Troy the server were by far the 2 most accommodating and friendly staff we met all week in Vegas. The breakfast was great and we will absolutely return to Hard Rock Cafe the next time we are in Vegas in January. Kudos to both Troy and Patrick!!!

The waitress Tia and the Manager James were incredible. Tia treated my wife and I like family. She made sure we were well taken care of and recommended meals that were delicious, reasonably priced and huge portions. She was simply the best of the best of servers. James as well, made sure we were experiencing the best dinIng experience. The atmosphere was perfect, the food was huge in portion and delicious, the service like no other, the price of the meal was very reasonable and if that’s not enough, there was live music performed by David Butler who was simply amazing. He was there at 8AM. We loved it so much we went twice. A great big thank you to Tia,James David and the staff of HRC for a memorable dining experience.

We always visit a Hard Rock in every city we travel to. We loved this one! For starters there is a huge guitar on the front of building and you can get great pics from the escalator outside. We got to talking to the GM who showed us around the upstairs area that is not open all the time to the public. We got to see some great memorabilia and relive the 80s via engaging chat with someone who also loved music. After our tour we loaded up on Hard Rock merchandise. The food was good though mine did not come out as I requested. It's hard to ensure orders are correct if someone other than the server brings out your food so a bit of a misstep there. But customer service all around was great. On to the next town!

The typical standards of the place In Las Vegas the added value of this place is the terrace Gorgeous eating in this terrszzy Where you can admire the beautiful view of the city Beware of the month of January that there is no possibility to access it because closed

Finding a breakfast place on the Las Vegas strip is not as easy as one might expect. There is a Denny's which offers great service and menu , but has long wait periods. Almost next door is the Hard Rock Cafe where we never had a line, they have a great menu, service was excellent and the prices were fair. They even had live music featuring gentle background songs...at breakfast time. Very enjoyable and we highly recommend trying the place.

Very nice home. The burgers and the service. are very good but very high prices. They make you wait min. 15 minutes before giving you a table so that you can visit the souvenir shop these clever little ones.

Saw the Rock Vault show the whole show was outstanding. Amazing story of rock through the ages played many of UK greatest rock bands will definitely go again

Thought this would be a good spot to eat before our Raiding the Vault show. I remember Hard Rock being sooo much better than this at other locations, mainly Houston and San Antonio. My salad was good but the chicken was dry, dry, dry. However, it was flavorful. Hubby said he has had much better burgers elsewhere. It did look good but even fries were average. The bacon looked like it had been microwaved and not fried. Service was great so no complaints there, but food is just very subpar. Luckily, we did get a discount for having show tickets.

If you enjoy live music and classic american food this is a great Las Vegas destination. It was busy when we went so allow enough time to wait before being seated. We all enjoyed ourselves and the food was yummy.

We needed a break from walking the Strip and ducked into Hard Rock Café for a beer and a look at the rock memorabilia. This location is laid out a bit differently. The first floor is all merch, and the restaurant, bar, and memorabilia are upstairs. That layout keeps casual passersby out of the dining area and prevents non-customers from using the restrooms. Heading upstairs felt like walking through a gauntlet of staged photo spots and enthusiastic staff. They encouraged us to pose for pictures we could later buy online. I resisted at first, but we went along, and a few weeks later I found myself purchasing the photos, so their tactic clearly worked. Ha! It was midday on an early weekday, so the bar was pleasantly quiet. Happy hour was still on, so we ordered a couple of beers. The bartenders were friendly and attentive, and they told us they have some of the best happy hour drink prices on the Strip. Too bad it was our last full day in Vegas, or we would have been here every night. We will definitely keep this in mind for our next visit. Overall, this Hard Rock Café is spacious and well located, with a fun rock vibe and plenty of memorabilia to admire upstairs. It was the perfect spot to recharge after a few hours on the Strip. Next time we will stay longer and try the food to see how it measures up.

food was over cooked and i was having trouble with my heart condition while there and could not get bartender to serve me a glass of water way over rated

Came here for breakfast not long after opening time on a Saturday morning. We had not been to any Hard Rock venues before. We chose this place as something different to us, because it looked like it had a good menu offering and because the prices were not as crazy as the rest of the strip. Place started getting busy quite early on but didn't affect service or quality of food. We had two different breakfast options with a variety of drinks between us. Food was hot, tasty and the portion sizes were good. Fruit that came with one of the meals appeared to be very fresh. Staff were all helpful and friendly. Prices were very good when considering portion size and venue. Restaurant appeared to be very clean. Nothing bad to say at all. Glad we came. Plenty on the menu to try another time.

This hard rock cafe is really cool, the location is really handy (we stayed across the road at the Park MGM). Service was really lovely, breakfast was soooo good! Exactly what we needed, and the coffee (espresso) was best we had in Vegas. Extra bonus if you get live music with your meal - so good!

I have been to a lot of different Hard Rock Cafes all around the world and the main reason has always been to see the different memorabilia each different one has. The meal eaten there has always been secondary. Great stuff to see like guitars, records, clothes, and other items. Burgers, steak, and chicken was pretty much average, as expected. So was the service.

Seated at 2100, drink order at 2110. Food ordered by 2115. Meal didn't come until almost 10. Our server ignored us after taking our order..place was not busy so can't understand the delay but when we asked where our meals were at 2150 the manager said our order had only been put to the kitchen 10 min earlier. No apologies but they did knock off 20% of bill. One of us is coeliac and has been very sick the next morning. Very annoyed by whole experience. Do better by your customers!

This gift shop truly ROCKS!! We were greeted immediately upon entering the shop and were helped just the right amount--attentively, but not so much that they were annoying. One of the employees had a great conversation with my daughter who is an avid pin collector. I picked out a Lionel Messi shirt for my son who wasn't with us at the time, and accidentally purchased the wrong size but didn't realize it until we got home (10 hours away). I called the gift shop the next day and the manager was so kind to help me out by sending me the right-sized shirt for my boy. Brenda was over-the-top amazing and my son is absolutely in love with his Messi shirt. I can't thank you enough!!

Wherever I go I always try to eat at the Hard Rock Café for a ride through the various memorabilia contained within the venue itself. This Hard Rock has the plus of having an outdoor terrace overlooking Las Vegas Boulevard and therefore being able to dine with a view.

Stopped in to have lunch at 11am and it was packed. Had to wait for a table. Normally we do a reservation for Hard Rocks so something to consider. We shared the nachos were huge and amazing. Service was great as always!

Booked but probably was not necessary as the restaurant was only half full. We visit many Hard Rocks and this was our second visit here. As usual very attentive service. Food was as expected although the "Impossibly Large Burger" wasn't, I ate it comfortably! Good to see background music is now not as loud as it used to be and you can hear yourselves speak inside. The booth we had was comfortable and like the small tv screen by the table. On a hot night we would have liked to sit on the balcony outside and have a beer but for some reason there are flashing nights which irritate so unfortunately we had to leave, that is something you might want to rectify?

Wholly deserving of a 4.5 stars. The food was delicious, the servers, seaters and staff downstairs were incredibly welcoming. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming with live music playing. Again. The food was delicious. The only reason I couldn’t give 5 stars is just the general cleanliness.

The burgers were good, the fries were delicious, and the amount of attention our server gave us was just right. Because we were attending the Raiding the Rock Vault show upstairs later that evening, we got a 20% discount with our tickets.

Thanksgiving Dinner was sub-par. First has some mistake with the Reservations. Thanksgiving dinner consisted of Dried out Turkey slices with no gravy, over roasted Brussel Spouts and a small spoonful of Sweet potatoes. Only the cranberry sauce was good.

We were staying at the Park MGM so this was very nearby...and proved to be quite a find. All of the Hard Rock Cafes are of a great standard, what we particularly enjoyed here was friendliness of Patrick's team, we had breakfasts, dinners and sometimes just drinks and felt really well looked after. The breakfasts were especially good, and with bottomless mimosas made a great start to the day. Would happily recommend!

Although the ambiance is fun the overpriced food was below average as was the service. My husband's meal was forgotten and then we had to wait for them to make it. The server forgot to return my credit card and after waiting so long we got distracted and left without it. We contacted Hard Rock Cafe and were assured someone would get back to us but after calling and talking to yet someone else no one ever got back to us. Very disappointing.

Went here for drinks and to shop. The drinks where lovely. Staff where brilliant. We went shopping and I was gifted a bag for my birthday how cool is that.

Ask on board outside, there are almost only vacant tables. We are told that we can wait, but it will take about 50 minutes to get a table outside (there are still many tables available...) but we can gladly get to buy a drink in the bar while we wait. No thanks.

Nice meal, great salmon, burger and salad. Our Waitress Roxane really took care of us very well! The Desert was Huge!! Location great and clean.

Went there before Raiding the Rock Vault show upstairs. It was very busy so we sat at the bar, which was fine. The service was great, food superb and cocktails fantastic.

We were at the Hard Rock Cafe for lunch. I chose the Messi sandwich because I thought the photo of the menu was great! The service was friendly, the snack came quickly and was tasty.

Lauren our waitress was absolutely amazing couldn’t do enough drinks are one of the best on the strip for value for money and really strong!!

Gosh, the food was wonderful. Their onion rings we're tasty. We had mushroom burgers, Cousins had Chicken strips, and a salad. All were awesome. Our server was Daisy and she never missed a beat. Impressive.

As expected, the food is the same as in every HRC. Messi Burger, Bacon Cheese Burger and Mac & Cheese were OK. But the prices are excessive for what you get. Better to go to Five Guys or In n Out Burger. The service was very friendly and helpful and also informed us about the usual Las Vegas tourist traps. Shop yes, food no.

We made a reservation through OpenTable so that was handy. Were seated quickly, hostess was friendly and server was fantastic. Food was 7/10. Not a big portion for the price we paid. Ambiance was fantastic, staff let us wander around looking at memorabilia. Gift shop had large variety of novelty items, a bit over priced for me but it is Las Vegas after all.

I like the consistency of what you get when you visit a HRC and this place didn't let me down. I tried the chicken tenders for a change rather than the burger and they were very tasty. Service from our host was very good and the day before I had visited the gift shop and the employee who served me recognised me and stopped by to say hello which was very nice.

Please, for the love of all things holy, stop taking photos of families at every turn. It holds up the line and not everyone wants to get it done. When we made it past the unnecessary photo area, we were quickly seated for our reservation. The service was average at best, as was the food. There are a lot of interesting artifacts to see and the music / videos are enjoyable to listen to and watch. That said, this is a mostly overpriced “Yeah, I’ve been to the Hard Rock Cafe in ______!” experience.

The restaurant is upstairs and quite spacious. Typical good fare at a reasonable price. The waiting area is comfortable and well lit. Yo can eat in a booth, at a table or at the bar. Service was excellent and of course plenty of free refills for soft drinks. Big portions of ribs, which are recommended. Located not to far from the MGM Grand, which is useful if you are going to see a show there.

Absolutely the worst Hard Rock I’ve been to anywhere in the world and I’ve been to about 20 of them in a variety of countries.

Gorgeous French Toast, absolutely heavenly and my husband enjoyed his eggs Benedict type dish. We also ordered a mimosa and coffee. Sadly the waiter (Steve) could hardly be bothered to interact or speak. He answered my coffee query with regular or decaf though the menu mentioned cappuccino I noted after. My regular coffee mug had a large dirty crack in it, the waiter changed it, no apology. I asked him to take the second one as it was horrible black/brown looking tar. Not very impressive really and the sound was a horrible tinny mix of the indoors live singer and the outside play list speaker. Make your mind up! Shop staff were lovely and attentive, cafe staff need re-training.

Hard Rock Cafe Las Vegas offers delicious food, large portions and a really good atmosphere. The Service is friendly and attentive, and the music creates the typical hard rock vibe. Especially in the evening, it's very lively here – a great place to end the day in Las Vegas!

We already got off to a bad start with a table that was too small for a 2.05 m person and didn't fit. We waited a bit before ordering as our waitress was talking to her colleagues. The dishes arrived quickly but the grilled meats were cold. The bill arrived before we finished eating. But what if they wanted dessert? The service should be improved

After we found Denny's was packed, we popped in here for breakfast. Their menu is reasonable with a nice variety. I had the southwestern omelette, which was terrific. Service was excellent and quick, and the atmosphere is cool, with classic rock memorabilia. Overall, a great option for breakfast!

Food was fine. Nachos were terrible but Mac and cheese and Flatbread was good. Waitstaff is friendly. Not as much memorabilia as Nashville. We were able to go to third story and see the majority of memorabilia, if a private party had booked jt and we wouldn’t have been able to go up, it would have been disappointing.

Quick service, lovely food. Our waitress Tiffany was absolutely lovely, so attentive to us. Tiffany was an absolute gem and a credit to the Hard Rock :)

We had a party of twelve that needed the ticket split four ways. We told the waiter up front and he was very rude about it. We rearranged our seating before ordering to make it easier on him. He continued to complain and act like it was too difficult for him to manage. So, before he even took the first drink order, we got up and left the restaurant. There was no way that we were going to stay at a restaurant with a server that was so rude! I’ve always enjoyed going to the Hard Rock Cafe in the past at other locations. The Hard Rock Cafe in Las Vegas has tarnished my opinion of the company. I am very disappointed by the experience!

Went to the Hard Rock Cafe mainly because Denny’s downstairs was very busy. HRC was very quiet which should have told me something… The food was what can only be described as “average at best”. I ordered a breakfast burrito which I reckon had about $3 of food ingredients and it set me back $28 with a couple of glasses of orange juice. There was so much egg to pad it out and potatoes but not much sausage. Edible, but very bland very poor and a rip off for what you got. I’ll stick to Denny’s next time and join the queue.

Hard Rock was located across the street from our hotel (NoMad). We walked over to check it out and sat at the bar for drinks. Definitely worth checking out out while in Las Vegas.

Good place to eat without breaking the bank too much in Las Vegas. The burgers are very good and the plates are generous. The waitress Tessie was super nice and attentive.

I stopped in this restaurant due to a bus night tour after for drinks and a snack. I was escorted by a girl, nice smile, friendly. nicely dress at the welcome desk. A waitress came gave me a menu, very pleasant nature and assisted me with the specials. I could tell she had experience, good eye contact, easy to understand, and knew the menu well. Drink came in good time. Appreciated the glass of cold water also as she asked me. Asked to come again as I was not decided. She came in good time. Her name was Sidney (F) mature I feel and she brought the food in very excellent time. Food here was very good, very hot, and glad Sidney had a good suggestion for me. Met Mr. James Pratt as he was doing his rounds and talking to customers, I feel strongly he is a good manager, had good rapore it seemed with his staff and customers. I advised him I appreciated the honesty and waitress had served me very well, coming to my table for drinks and asked how was the food, thankyou! I will come here again due to Sidney's excellent waitress energy, well looked after. Thankyou again, made my evening go as planed. (Longbeach). British Columbia, Canada.

Highly recommend going to breakfast on the terrace there. Bottomless mimosas, great views, and a courteous staff considering all of the tourists they have to endure, i.e. me. The love music is great and its a fantastic way to ease into the hot desert air.

We went for a drink at Hard Rock and were told we could not sit outside unless we had food. We ordered food and we were still told we could not sit outside (even though it was only 1/4 full and no tables were reserved). The female staff l, front of house (at the bar upstairs), were very rude and entitled. Did not make us feel welcome and thus wouldn’t return. Poor experience all round.

Fantastic place to visit. I have been many times now. The manager of the cafe is really nice, he came to my table to check on me. We got into a conversation about music, and he likes alot of the same bands as me! He went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The staff in the rockshop below are also amazing. I had great banter with them each time I went in. The food was great and a very reasonable price. You can also get a discount if you have a las vegas monorail ticket! Would recommend to anyone!

Below average service and ok food. We were not offered cold water for the first time during our Vegas trip. Were not asked for more drinks once, and were not asked if we wanted a dessert! Cece was chatty but not the best service.

Henrry at the entrance to the bar is very nice, friendly and above all if he provides an amplified service 🫶 the best, the challenge of the staff is also very friendly, with all warmth they told me that I could come and look at the memorabilia, very kind.

Earlier today called in a group of 6, aged between 45 & 58, the guy behind the bar asked us for ID. Bearing in mind we had been in there eating and drinking for last 4 days ( we are here on holiday for 7 days) and never been asked , we never thought about it One of the other bar staff said to us , is he being a **** again ! End of day we went elsewhere and spent $1100, and will do so elsewhere for next few days At least the bar man got the nice easy shift he wanted 😀

I had dinner here before going up to the re:Invent event upstairs Eric was super helpful and made for a relaxing and easy dinner. The quality of the food was great and I enjoyed everything so thank you! 5/5 for a solo dinner if you’re on the strip (Yes I was really boring and had only a Caesar salad)

My husband and I went out with another couple for dinner. They had an hour wait because of it being Valentines Day. I got the steak salad while my husband got a fancy burger. Our friends got the cowboy steak and the fajitas. My salad came out with the steak way overcooked. I asked for medium rare and got well well done. I sent it back. It didn't come back until both our men were done eating. The steak still was overcooked. Everyone at the table said the food was mediocre at best. I was disappointed that on such a special day the staff wouldn't know how to cook a simple steak to proper temperature.

Stopped in for a drink and some nachos. Service was very good. Nachos, not so much. The cheese was a fake slimy substance that ruined the nachos.

Fantastic venue, Great Food, visited for breakfast, 100% recommend, fantastic atmosphere, Outstanding service, outside seating with views of the Vegas strip, live music too, so a huge bonus, a must visit, loved the merchandise store too, I believe one of the biggest. Shout out to Bishoy, Awesome service

We just popped in for a drink during happy hour while walking nearby however wanted to just review the great welcome, service and conversation we had from Patrick on the bar.

Thanks to manager Scott and outstanding servers Giovanni and Reyhan our group received amazing swift service - although we arrived later then planned! Kudos for making your magic happen!

Came to HRC as we have been to many over several countries and I have mixed reviews! The food was tasty and portion size was excellent, our server was friendly and attentive, and the seating was nice ans spacious with lovely views. However, the meal did feel extremely rushed - I appreciate this is a tourist area but it did feel very much like "get them in, get them out, get the tip and move onto new customers on that table" so didn't feel like I could relax and enjoy my meal. I am from the UK so appreciate this could just be different in the US! The cocktails were also poor - they didn't arrive until we already had our main meal and it felt like the cocktail maker was too interested in talking about himself and styling his beanie hat he was wearing, rather than keeping up with the orders he received. Cocktails also felt very watered down with ice! Overall, the restaurant itself is nice, with good food..but some service let it down!

Second trip for breakfast. After excellent service from greetings when we arrived to leaving everything was perfect. Manager on Monday 27th Jan 2025 came and check everything was OK and had a chat. Welcomed us back anytime and to enjoy our stay. We visited for breakfast on Wednesday 29th January 2025, staff were in personal discussion when we arrived, waited to be noticed. When being shown up a table , no offer of where we would like,,I asked if we could have a window table, she rolled her eyes at us, clearly this was a problem. There were plenty available! Not like they were overwhelmed with customers. We decided just to leave. No need for this , manners cost nothing and lost business.

Awesome view of the strip, good food, fast and friendly service. Had dinner then went to Raiding The Rock Vault. Very impressive show!

Downtown Las Vegas blockbuster as befits the city .,!! The quality of the food is known. He didn't have Live here either. Lots of artist accessories. The bright guitar tab is wonderful.

I visited Hardrock Las Vegas with my daughter and it was just amazing. Jeremy, the manager, was the kindest person ever. He allowed my daughter to play a few songs after the artist and it literally was a dream come true. He made a young girl super happy. I’m really grateful to him . Small gestures like that really mean so much . Drew our waiter got our food out super quick and was so friendly and lovely. Samaira at the shop downstairs was also ace ,advising on pins and discounts etc. Always smiling and welcoming. Overall our best Hardrock experience and we’ve been to a large number.Very happy bunnies!

Service was excellent, food was below average especially for the price. I would not go back. way cheaper and better food options on the strip

I really don't know where to start with this review. All I will say is that it is by far the worst place we have ever eaten at. Food was average and just about warm. But worse of all was the waiters, they just didn't seem bothered in making your experience a good one. I really could go on but my blood is still boiling so I won't go any further. My advice is leave this place well alone.

This became our go-to venue for eating when in Vegas - because the portions were generous, the food was good and the prices were acceptable, as opposed to the over-priced experiences elsewhere on the strip. Every visit was enjoyable - all the staff are very friendly and helpful. Indeed, purely by chance, we had Breezy almost every visit and she became our buddy in Vegas - interested in what we were up to, and always ready with recommendations. Although I feel I must apologise to the rest of the team for teaching her a new catchphrase 😉 Will definitely use again next time in Vegas.

My wife and I dined here for dinner. We both ordered an Iced Tea and my wife had Mai Tai cocktail. She had the Pulled Pork Sandwich with fries. I had the Buffalo Wings. The wings were large and spicy. The service was very good and they gave my wife $15 off for being a Unity by Hard Rock member for her Birthday Month. Photos added. I will return.

We chose Hard Rock to celebrate our NYE in Vegas and it was a huge disappointment. The floor they reserved for this private party would hold about 100 seated people, yet it seemed like they selled their 225-dollar tickets to twice as many people without preparing any seating plan. Tables and chair were just given on a "first arrived, first served" basis, so if you came in too late, unfortunately you had to eat your dinner standing like cattle. As for the "premium" open bar they would sell you, it basically only includes beer and some two-ingredient cocktails (e.g. orange-vodka, rum and coke). They didn't want to serve a vodka redbull for free, didn't have any wine and would charge you 15$ a shot!!! How is that supposed to be premium? The service was also terribly long given the fact there was about one bartender for every 40 people out there. The balcony for the firework view wouldn't even hold a quarter of the crowd, we prefered leaving this whole none-sense and watch them from the street. On the positive side, dinner was exquisite although not really diversified. Tortillas. That was it. And the live band really put up a show with some 80s and 90s rock music.

The Hard Rock is always fun. I enjoy the memorabilia. The food is consistent and reliable. The customer service here was top notch. We were well taken care off!

Within all the Las Vegas Hotels, Hard Rock offers a historical tour of music being in itself a real museum for lovers of this art. It has a paradise pool where there is party every day! The gym is one of the best you can find in a hotel in Nevada, plus it has a Juice Bar where you can prepare the best smoothies, fruit & veggie combo, signature juices, etc! Ideal for post-workout as you can add Whey Protein. The casino is fine, although not its greatest virtue. The rooms are spectacular, very modern, comfortable, spacious and very bright! It is not the most centrally located of the Hotels, but allows combining Rest, Party, Shows and Wellness. Ideal for couples, friends, or family. Although I know several hotels in Las Vegas, I will repeat in this insurance!!

Great service and food / lacking on Gluten free options. We had a great time, albeit this particular Hard Rock Cafe differed from the usual HRC standard. - no seperate fryer for gluten free - no gluten free desserts - no gluten free beer Still, steak and mash was a great option

This cafe was across the street from my food expensive hotel it was easy to get to and I was able to sit outside on the 2nd floor overlooking the strip. The staff was very friendly and the food was good quality. I had a southwestern omelet with side of pancakes one visit and Chicken and waffles the 2nd visit both i would recommend. The best part is was very reasonably priced for being on the Vegas strip,

One of our favorites during our trip. We had excellent service from Robin- ask for her if she's working. She was very friendly and attentive. Food was quick and delicious. Great walking distance on the strip!

Stopped by for dinner and a couple of beers and was seated straight away (I was happy to sit at the bar). Only queue was for those that wanted to sit on the balcony as there are limited seats. Patrick and the team behind the bar were great. Very attentive and quick. They worked fluently together and this meant no one was waiting long. The food is as you would expect, and the local Nevada IPA complimented it. Good atmosphere, great music. I’d always recommend Hard Rock if you’re looking for some ease and familiarity when travelling. Rock shop was well stocked as well.

Always love going to visit a Hard Rock Cafe in the city I’m visiting. Was completely surprised to find the Las Vegas one was going to be the most underwhelming one so far . We had to send the bruschetta back as the bread would have broken our teeth. Thankfully the replacement was acceptable , but I just think they gave us stale bread that was convenient. Christina from Bulgaria was our server. She was aggressive , rude and bullying in her attitude and tried to scam us . Ordered a pint of Stella which was 9 $. On the bill said 12. 99$ . When questioned she said you get pint glass for free which we didn’t order. We said ok will take it . Turns out they didn’t have any. So offered a jam jar type glass which we didn’t want. She then said this glass is more than a pint so still need to pay 11$ . Very dodgy , as we specifically asked for a pint. Think there is a scam she has got going so beware if you get Christina as your server. Overall very underwhelmed by this hard rock and definitely ended up a negative experience. Put me off hard rock for the future. Bit surprised this is the type of staff they are employing. Obviously scraping the barrel. Avoid at all costs .

They serve breakfast!!! Menu is a good size, bar is opened bright and early, friendly faces and this hard rock is 3 levels tall. Bottom level has a bar and gift shop, second level is the actual Resturant and their level has the stage, a bar and more seating.

We loved the awesome environment at the hard rock restaurant. So much original memorable items around the walls. An original painting by Frank Sinatra , guitars from so many musicians & over 100 guitar picks. The food was great & the fries were awesome.

We wanted to enjoy the terrace but being right above the Strip, it was too noisy. Booths are nice but the music was not. You expect to hear songs that everybody knows and enjoys to instill a nice atmosphere to the place, but instead, many songs were either not the best of the bands or completely unknown. Food was average and portions are smaller (shrinkflation in full mode). Cocktail prices are a ripoff considering the size of the drinks and the huge portion of ice in it.

Traditional Hard Rock menu. Consistently good food and service. Located on Las Vegas Boulevard. Parking garage next door.

The food kept the quality, but the service was the big difference. Our attendant was smiling, beautiful, attentive... we looked at a sofa table with TV on the second floor and it was cool!

We had not been to a Hard Rock Cafe for a number of years. The food was plentiful and good quality. Price of the food was reasonable in Las Vegas. The atmosphere of the restaurant was really good with music videos shown at the table. However noise from music and other diners were low and you could have a good conversation without shouting.

Its Vegas, its Busy ! Typical HRC but felt pleasantly spacious compared to some, at least your not sitting on top of the next table. Great service (if felt a little rushed), ordered mains and a side and the side came before the main (even thou said wanted it with the mains - isn't that what a side is ?) Food usual good standard for HRC, Ribs were folded over as plate not big enough but beautifully cooked. Drinks are usual slightly high prices and glasses seemed smaller than usual ! Overall as usual great visit, maybe just slow down a bit (maybe thats the Vegas atmosphere thou )

We visited the Hard Rock Cafe three times during our 8-day stay in Vegas as the food was sooo good. On our first day in Vegas we went here for breakfast, mainly as it was really close to where we were staying and was one of the few places that was open at 7.30am (we hadn’t adjusted to LasVegas clock at this point). Breakfast server was Steve and he was really friendly and made us feel very welcome. I chose huevos rancheros, my husband had eggs Benedict sliders and our son chose chicken and waffles. We all cleaned our plates - great start to our trip! Our next time was a few days later where we had spent the day flying out over Grand Canyon and we were all tired and dusty, so just wanted somewhere to chill with a lager and a burger. This day we visited around 4pm and were served by Lauren and she was lovely. Really friendly and chatty and ensured our much-needed lager glasses were topped up. The burgers were really tasty - clean plates again! Our last time was the day before we left to return home. On this day the restaurant was much busier, as we arrived at around 12.30pm. Waiter was less friendly and seemed a little harassed, but he served our food politely and quickly. We ordered a mixture of fajitas, chicken wings, loaded fries and food was once again lovely. In summary, we’ve sampled nearly the whole menu and were happy with every dish served to us. Reasonably priced for Las Vegas strip and worth a visit.

After paying $225 each to spend New years Eve and see the fire works etc. I was really disappointed to find I was treated like cattle. 12:00 “Happy New Year!” 12:03 “Get out! We are closed!” And then to be refused access to the toilets at the stroke of midnight is disgraceful, it’s a basic human right.

We had booked an offer package for the Miami F1 race as we were in Las Vegas during this time. Unfortunately, when we arrived it became apparent that the paid for package had been cancelled due to lack of bookings. James, the manger, went above & beyond to make up for the disappointment & ensure our satisfaction, especially in view of the fact that the cancellation of the event was beyond his control. Additionally, special thanks to Brendan & Melissa behind the bar who looked after us impeccably. Hard Rock head office should take note....the team coped admirably with a difficult situation that they had to handle with no prior notice. Customer service at a level that we can only unfortunately dream of in England!

Service was very hap hazard but could tolerate that, starters were ok. Mains came out before table was cleared; food was overcooked especially fries. Inedible! We spoke to waitress who kindly got some more however the second lot weren’t any better and even as she put them on the table she stated she would get manager. Well What a waste of time. We had nearly finished our burgers and told him there was no point in getting more however we were sent out 2 more sets (there were 2 of us) When we paid the bill no reflection on the bad meal. Personally wouldn’t recommend it go to Oceans one or Dicks last resort instead

Right on the Strip near New York New York. Price/performance ratio was great. Brother was super tasty, the rest like the ambience was classic Hard Rock.

Absolute great experience. Lovely food. We had Alfonso as our server. Sat and had a chat with us !! Will be going back for dinner in August this year. Hopefully Alfonso will be there !!

I had the breakfast fajitas which were flavorless. The veggies were under cooked and had zero seasoning. The flour tortillas were over processed and bad. The breakfast sliders were terrible. The meat was bland- frozen processed meat. The breakfast potatoes were cold and tasted frozen and processed as well, the best part of the meal was the hollandaise sauce and English Muffin. Also hats off to our server who was sweet and attentive. Overall I would not recommend based on the piece especially.

We were here in August 2023 and reserved a table for nine in the morning. In advance - at this time a Reservation was definitely not necessary. So we were able to choose the table and decided on the benches that had a screen with the music clips on it. The breakfast was great and the Bloody Mary was very good. The service was friendly and fast and everything was clean. A nice alternative to the breakfast buffets there much more relaxed. A visit to the Rock Shop afterwards was of course not to be missed. Prices, however, are tight. What's a shame, where the Hard Rock Cafe can't help it, is that a footbridge was built right in front of the big guitar outside. So the beautiful photos we took earlier are no longer possible.

Lovely server who we ordered drinks starters and mains from, the drinks took awhile which was fine until our mains came out brought out by a different girl, we just said we ordered starters, to which she threw the plates down and said so rudely I just bring out the food you just eat it ! We would have no problem getting the starter then but weren't given the option. The rudest person I've met !

Waitress was nice enough but too in your face and felt forced. Food below expectations. Too greasy to be enjoyable. Have been to other Hard Rock Cafes and had a great time with far betwr food, felt this 1 lacked atmosphere for a Friday evening in Las Vegas

Very poor food, the toast was cold and asked the server (Brandon) to replace it, which they did, however again it was cold! I then asked them to deduct from the bill, which they declined to do as it is a complimentary part of the breakfast (had the omelette, was ok but had much better). I was disappointed to say the least and declined to leave a tip for the first time ever, I felt bad but cannot reward poor service and sub standard food, have emailed HRC Customer Service as expect better. If you want to go to the HRC Las Vegas, go for a burger and not breakfast, which they was only three other parties in there, gives you a good indication.

Really enjoyed our meal, similar to other Hard Rock cafes so we knew what to except. Not overly priced considering the location. Only downside was the drinks were slow service and arrived at about the same time as our meal but overall good service

The ambiance was cool. The staff in the gift shop were amazing! The food was good, waitress was terrible. She walked away when we were in mid sentence ordering, there was a mistake with the order, and she didn’t offer how to fix it. The manager came and fixed the problem. He was very kind and helpful about it.

Having a relaxing early evening drink(early doors) in the Hard Rock Cafe great sunset through the blinds. Hit yo love a blue moon.

Always great food, atmosphere and service. We love HR and booked a lunch time table here as first time in Vegas. Everything was good, Steve our server was attentive and friendly. Loved it. Would definitely return next time we visit Vegas

Hard Rock is not the same anymore, hoping to experience the old first Hard Rock that was in Vegas but closed. I went to it on the strip. Good service and super food, but the drinks were bad, seems like they use dispenser.

booked quite easily on the website for dinner after a show across the road. Great quality food as you would expect. Good range of options and staff who actually care about their customers. huge collection of music memorabilia in every location . They might not be the cheapest restaurant but the service speaks for it's self as does the quality of the food. Just be careful as their idea of a slider is the size of a normal burger. All the portion sizes were very generous

Absolutely amazing meal, we went at 4pm to make the most of happy hour drink prices but WOW the food was amazing the best we have had so far and we all had different meals, burgers, fajitas, salmon and all were eaten and finished. The service by our waitress was amazing and she even commented how friendly and nice we were due to having some difficult customers today.....well done to the chef and team today our visit was very pleasable 🥰

With every visit to LAS VEGAS , HRC is my favorite for my breakfast , also sometimes stop by for lunch or dinner , good location with a view from the first floor of the strip , extensive and affordable menu , and this in a very tasteful and attractively decorated dining room with the necessary HRC accents , also sometimes live music in the resto , the performances are on the second floor also VIP room , the service is excellent and smooth , very good managers Patrick and JL are very interactive with customers . Definitely a must for those visiting Las Vegas with family or friends this for a snack and drink and a visit to the shop. Never disappointed by HRC in Sin city.

The server was very engaging and friendly in the usual American way. Food Great. However watch the drinks. He upgraded all the drinks to include a glass purchase. This increased the price from 7.99 to 12.99, and said the glass was included ‘free’, when questioned he didn’t take it off the bill. On another drink he made it a large rather than the regular that was asked for. He did however bring a free birthday ice-cream for one of our group!

8 of us in our party. This has happened again as last year. The service and food was terrible. We as a family love hard rock and have been to most of the restaurants in the world. This probably was the worst again. The manager need to sort out their staff and restaurant menu. Total waste of money. It just spoils the meal and our time.

The service is pleasant and the dishes are quite generous. The quality/price ratio is just like what is done in Vegas... 😐

We don't like it! The service was good, but the food was super expensive for the quantity, and the taste was super ok! We've been to other hard rocks that were much better!

The Hard Rock Cafe we had chosen for breakfast. In terms of quality and performance ratio, you have a solid choice in terms of other prices (especially the relevant hotels). Here you come into the day really relaxed with a good breakfast and pleasant atmosphere (although you don't have to worry about food until the evening). The portions were huge and the quality good. The Service very attentive and friendly (a bit add-on oriented) as well as a casual relaxed atmosphere. In the background good live performance of a singer with US classics. Breakfast at about 17.5 USD, filter coffee and water were included.

I do like Hard Rock merchandise and food. No crowds at all, super clean with an amazing atmosphere. Staff are the friendliest I've ever met at a Hard Rock Cafe. Super helpful and very chatty. A fantastic source for local information on events and places to visit. Merchandise is very well priced and plenty to choose from. I bought an F1 red bull hood and a Hard Rock tee shirt, and it came to $125 in total, I then received a 10% discount, which was great.

I had dinner at the famous Hard Rock restaurant during my stay in Las Vegas. I ordered a classic cheeseburger, it was delicious! The waiter was very nice to me, being very attentive and always with a good attitude and a smile.

Visited here with work colleagues for breakfast before attending a conference. From start to finish this was an excellent experience. The hosted that sat us was friendly and engaging (a term I can repeat for everyone we encountered in our visit). Our server attended to us quickly and was really outgoing, but not overly so that it was awkward. We got there close to breakfast cutoff and there was assurance that there was no problem in ordering bfast. There were no issues with slight customization to the food order. After we ordered, one of the managers came by to check on us as well. Very interested in out experience. The food came out quickly and the food runner was also very friendly. The food quality was amazing. A hard 5 stars all-around. Everyone enjoyed their food. They split our bills without an issue. Everyone we interacted with displayed exceptional customer service. They are all rockstar. We certainly returned the following day. Experienced the same outstanding service and food. Highly recommend. Wish we went here from the first day.

While it may not have a rock memorabilia to square foot ratio of many of the other HRCs in the world, if you're looking for more restaurant than kitsch, this is the best one I've been to in the world, and I've seen 5-6 in multiple countries. Our waiter, Drew, was terrific, and two different managers. came by to check on how we were doing. Sometimes HRC is too expensive and the food isnt good enough to justify eating flatbread under James Browns' outfit, but this should be the template for other restaurants in this chain. Food was all terrific. You must get the margarita flatbread to start! Portions were nicely sized, too.

All perfect. I have been to several Hard Rocks in the world and I found the one in Las Vegas to be one of the best. The food is excellent, you can't miss the ribs, they are spectacular.

Hard Rock Cafe is known worldwide. For this reason, a table was reserved and found out what the food is like. The location is typically hard rock. Many exhibits of stars. The menu is appealing and the food comes after a while. It tastes pretty good. Kids menu is also available, however, there was no indication which drinks are included and how should it be, the drink that was selected was not. The waitress said nothing until the receipt was brought in and reacted with incomprehension to the inquiry. A note on the map or in person would not have allowed it to come up for discussion. Schade...
Very good breakfast spot
Came here again for a hungover breakfast. The menu was pretty small but had everything you wanted. The food is slightly premium priced however it is good quality for what you pay. I had the New York Steak and Eggs and it was the best I had whilst in Vegas. The service was brilliant too with our waitress giving menu tips and going above and beyond to help serve us. It's in a good location, mid-strip, and the gift shop has everything you'd want for souvenirs too. As mentioned, it may be slightly more than what you'd like to pay for breakfast but well worth it.
