Really angry and annoyed. We came here as a party of 10 with our grandparents, parents and children varying in age from 70 to 8. Tried to order an alcoholic drink and were asked for ID despite all 6 adults being 35-70. As nobody was carrying physical ID (and despite having photographs of all of our passports/driving licences) we were refused to be served any alcohol. The manager was called to explain and said that as nobody had ID she felt uncomfortable serving any of the adults a beer. What a Silly Billy! No tip from us tonight.

Service was very slow, and menu options for vegetarians and particularly vegans are very limited. Incredibly overpriced for what you get

Over 15 of us popped in for a drink at the bar , 3 people got served with in half hour , the management were diabolical and would not assist the staff , we eventually walked out . The girl behind the bar was run off her feet , bless her .

We were a party of 10, 4 children and 6 adults, ranging in years from 4 to 70! We were refused alcohol as we did not have actual photo id! Even the grandparents! I like to think I look young but saying a 66 year old and 70 year old look too young is stretching it! I have no problem with asking young people for id, but to suggest that all the adults looked under 21 was ridiculous and it would infer that the mums had their babies when they were 13! As it was late and we had waited some time to be seated, us grandparents and grandchildren ate. The kids food was passable, unfortunately us grandparents chose Messi Sandwiches and they were dry and tasteless! A very disappointing experience!

Ordered the sharing nachos and the veggie fajitas and they were delicious!! Our server Kayla was brilliant with us and always coming over to check everything definitely made the experience!!

Food was Amazing. Had the Ribs and they were the best I've had! Staff were friendly and welcoming. Waitress was attentive and helpful. Definitely revisit. Also visited the shop.

Brooke was amazing! We actually went twice the same week and personally requested her! She was so engaging and brought us everything we needed! She feels like part of our family! Great experience!

Book here in advance, because the restaurant's agenda fills up quickly. Food quality: very good. Both the salad and the burger (which took allergies into account) were very tasty. So why only a passing grade? We had to wait almost half an hour for our food, after ordering. I understand that it is rush hour, but ticket times of 30 minutes are simply too long for a restaurant that has been around for a while

As a firm supporter of Hard Rock visiting those in Asia, Europe, South Africa, Australasia and USA including Honolulu this visit was the worst ever with regard to service. The ‘girl’ server really did not show any friendly attitude towards us, threw the beer mats at us rather than placing on the table with an attitude of ‘I don’t care’. The food was not as good as those provided previously at this establishment and below those of others I have visited and to add insult she advised us at the end in a curt way service not included….she did not get one. There is no doubt she is not a good server for the Hard Rock Cafe in Orlando…..

Walked in off the street and got a table for 6 in a back room. Bit quieter which was nice. It’s massive and lots of rooms to look at all the stuff on the walls. We were a bit rushed but that’s quite American. Plates taken before everyone has finished, asked if you want dessert while still eating your entree. Food was just what you expect from a hard rock and well done. Service full on but friendly.

Very slow and very little impressive. Can't hear what the staff said. Citizens ignorant. Worst Hard Rock we've ever been to.

I need reservations this morning to come to hard Rock tonight at universal. But somehow the reservation never went through correctly but they were still able to accommodate us when we got there. Anthony was our server and he was very good. My husband had a chicken sandwich with fries, and I had chicken tender platter with a side salad. The tenders for a little crunchy but I ate as much as I could the salad was very good and both the ranch and the honey mustard were very tasty. They also have an Elvis room that is awesome!!!

The main reception staff where customers are made to stand / sit / wait should be more welcomed - more SMILES please and can I suggest we are given an option of which area we would PREFER to sit at as I feel we maybe didnt get to see much of the resturant from our lowly position near the bar - I would have loved an upstairs table but wasnt asked / offered Food was ok - cocktails were ok - service was above average. Note to Universal Management ----- Audit your sites resturants and 'kicjk-ass' to get them to your standards !!!

Perfect place love it so welcoming and delightful Always happy to return Very busy but great service every time Love it so much

Did the exclusive Back Stage & Burgers tour. Really great to see all the memorabilia while being escorted by a very knowledgeable host. Definitely a different way to experience Hard Rock. Yes...you do get food at the end.

We’ve been a few times over the years but this time it was just my 9 year old and I as my eldest wanted sushi! We got to the Hard Rock and never seen it as busy. But as there were only two of us we got seated quickly. The server was great, food really nice (fajitas and kids burger) and normal prices for Orlando / hard rock.

Chips undercooked , burger just a sloppy greasy mess tbh , Krusty Burger was better and half the price .. Just a cash cow … better burgers and food cheaper elsewhere normally at your hotel .

Great location especially after a long day at the parks. Always busy with staff friendly with good food. There's a huge collection of music memorabilia - well worth a look at. Staff in the Rock Shop are exceptionally friendly and always on hand to cater to your needs - a must visit on your way out to pick up your HRC tee or hoodie.

We did not book in advance and did not have to wait for a table. Loads of items & photos to look at. Our waiter, Justin was excellent & attentive.

Delicious food, cool atmosphere and attentive service. A successful visit to the largest Hard Rock Cafe in the world. Plus point: free refill of soft drinks. Minus point: It was very cool in summer clothes because the air conditioning was turned up full. P.S. It's worth making a reservation so you don't have to queue, in this case just skip the line :)

Everytime we visit orlando we have to have a meal in the Hard Rock Cafe. We just love the atmosphere in here, and great to have a good look around. Food was ok, I would t say the best, but good enough to keep coming back. Drinks were lovely We pre booked and didn’t have to wait to get a table. Loved looking in the shop afterwards.. Will always be a place we will return to

It is the largest hard rock in the world located in the city walk halfway between the studios and island of adventure. For lovers of the genre a visit is recommended. The place is full of memorabilia in particular I really enjoyed the area entirely dedicated to Elvis. Recommendation to try the off-menu sandwiches for which there is a wide choice. Also very welcome is the electronic whiteboard at the table that allows you to pay (by card) without waiting. Highly recommended and definitely the best among restaurants at studios / island of adventure and citywalk

Service from Tori was excellent couldn’t have been more friendly or patient with us, we couldn’t decide what to order! The drinks were bought out super quick and didn’t need to wait too long for the food. There was a bone in my chicken burger which was a bit of a shock, didn’t want a fuss made so just reported it at the end of the meal.

If you want to know the place take a walk in the salon and go away! Reservation made 3 months in advance! Upon arrival at the reception ignored the Reservation! We had to wait 35 minutes for an already booked schedule. In this waiting time, they were unable to check if our Reservation was correct, or tell us what had to be done, just sent us to wait! The service of the waiter was great, he was super attentive, but insisted on taking the bill, which also had already been paid with the Reservation! We accepted, because we thought it could be the waiter's fee, the tax... was the bill itself, we showed the Reservation proof again. Then came the manager, who was rough, asked us to send us the original confirmation email from the Reservation agency for an email and it wasn't very pleasant! The same was in a hurry to receive the confirmation and release us for the exit! I paid a lot more on my Reservation than on the bill that was consumed! I was not asked what I wanted to do with the exchange, in this case I would like to stop! The place is beautiful, but despite the waitress' effort it was the worst experience I had in the care of Orlando that I will take to Brazil! Unbelievable a restaurant of this concept with a precarious service and no empathy when arriving and leaving!!! The amount I paid only made me embarrassed, disappointing!!

We arrived with a reservation that we made days ago for a party of 11. Unfortunately, some members of our group—an adult and a baby—had an issue and were going to be late. That meant most of us were present on time. Upon arrival, the restaurant refused to seat us due to a policy, which I understand. Manager Jennifer Foshee, explained the policy, and we accepted it without issue, asking to be seated as a party of 7 while we figured out what to do when the remaining two arrived. However, the staff’s attitude was unacceptable. When the server finally sat us down, she looked us in the eyes and blatantly said, “We’re giving you the worst table on purpose for being rude at the front counter.” She claimed the front-of-house managers had told her this over the radio. I was genuinely shocked by the sheer unprofessionalism and disrespect. At first, I didn’t even want to believe what I had just heard. We went to the front to speak with a manager, then Mike Petillo came over. His handling of the situation was just as disappointing—zero customer service skills, zero professionalism. Instead of acknowledging our frustration or apologizing for the server’s behavior, his response was essentially, “Oh well, we’ll investigate. If you don’t want the table, just leave.” It became clear why the staff behaved this way—it’s the culture set by both Jessica and Mike as Managers. Their complete lack of respect, common sense, and empathy toward paying customers creates an environment where this type of behavior is acceptable. We’ve dined at this restaurant multiple times and have never had a bad experience before, but tonight was beyond unacceptable. The level of disrespect toward me, my family, and especially in front of my children ensures that we will never return.

Huge shout out to our server Elexis. She was the best server during at our entire trip. Even my kids noticed and complemented her. We had lunch reservations. Food was great with gluten free options. The burgers were delicious. My son Was not Not a fan of flat breads because the sauce was diced tomatoes vs regular sauce. But other than that everything was great.

We dined here for dinner because we found a deal online. The food was a little underwhelming but the rock n roll vibe of the place is of course really cool. I would dine at another restaurant in the Universal boardwalk next time

We have come to hard rock on multiple occasions and always found it good this time was not so great , on entering there was lots of space available but we were sat in what appeared to be a holding area for people waiting to dine. While there the restaurant began getting busy and there were people walking in and out of the area and sitting in the floor. Abby the waitress was extremely helpful we explained the area we were sitting was very intrusive and asked to be moved unfortunately it was only further up in the same area which was by the entrance and people wear still standing and sitting waiting to be seated.our food came and my wife was stone cold and uncooked it was changed but this obviously was disappointing and came up after myself and daughter had eaten. The manager came and apologised and we explained that where we had been seated was not the hard rock experience. It was just a table at the front of the restaurant which could’ve been anywhere. This has dampened our thoughts of ever going back to hard rock in Orlando which is a shame because it’s normally has always been very good.

We had a wonderful time at Hard Rock Cafe our food was delicious. We also got sundaes for our anniversary and birthday and we took an awesome picture with a guitar. The waitress was very nice and polite very friendly great atmosphere.

Delicious burgers 🍔 and good service. Steak to the point, but not exactly cheap. Spectacular decor, just awesome. Always happy to.

After being hustled into photo before being seated, we were greeted by totally over the top server. He proceeded to hard sell us on the souvenir glasses. Lady appeared to sell us souvenir photo and was visibly annoyed when we declined it. Meal arrived in a timely fashion. Most meals were fine, unfortunately mine, pulled pork sandwich, was pretty awful. Piled high with onions and very little meat, which was pretty dry and tasteless. Had to call server over for more drinks, when he returned he bought us the cheque, not asking if we wanted dessert. Manager swung by table and asked how our meal was, I relayed my dissatisfaction with my meal. He kindly removed from cheque. The server then promptly bought us over plastic cups for our drinks to go, minutes after our drinks arrived! My husband paid cheque, it was then the server came over and asked if there was anything wrong! Presumably because his tip didn’t meet the “suggested gratuity “ of which he had kindly high lighted in yellow marker pen. On leaving my daughter and I both said thank you and goodbye to our server, he completely ignored us. Before leaving, I spoke to another manager and relayed our dining experience. He was apologetic and offered to comp us some appetisers and drinks the following day but we were unable to return. This was my 6th visit to a HR cafe this year, others in the Far East and by far the worst experience for a very long time. We were hard sold merchandise, then rushed off the table, less than an hour, as well as ignored by server when our tip didn’t meet his expectations…..but neither did our visit meet mine.

This place is quite huge there is a higher chance there can be a table available for families or couples . Loved the decor , ambiance . Even dedicated rooms for historical music memorabilia. The food menu is more of typical American. We had salad , chicken sandwich and baby back ribs. On a subjective note , I liked the ribs and nachos. Even when we are not yet finished , I was given already our bill with tip suggestions. Anyway I’m not making a big deal out of it. We were on vacation and it is what it is. By the way , don’t forget purchasing some souvenirs and merchandise. Staff are just ok. I forgot the name of my server but he was cool and patient dealing with us.

Poor from the start. The first two members of staff, who greeted us and then seated us, clearly didn’t want to be there. The problem is we did want to be there and were prepared to pay to be there. Just a smile would have sufficed. Really poor. Our server was lovely though. Ordered food, 50 minute wait until food arrived. We didn’t mind, makes a change not to feel rushed in one of these diners in the US. Problem was our meal was probably ready about 30 minutes after ordering. We saw 2 meals do several laps of the restaurant and go back to the kitchen a couple of times. The third trip around, these meals ended up at our table. First problem was, we orders 4 meals and only 2 arrived. We were then given two portions of fries as compensation, as our other meals were not ready, no apology just fries plonked on the table, No matter though, as the two meals we did receive were cold. So we sent those backs. Apologies were made by our server, we said no matter, we would just pay for the drinks and leave. She convinced us to stay though. The restaurant manager came over and apologised also and ensured us our food was being freshly prepared again and he would expedite it personally. Really nice guy who couldn’t apologise enough. Food came, your usual average fair for such a place but the kids wanted to go. Problem is, it is ridiculously priced for what it is. But what we received is what we expected anyway, so we were not shocked. All in all, a poor experience, but server and manager were lovely and did what they could but the food is terrible and they have to cook it in large numbers as it’s a big site We ordered bottle of sauvignon blanc, mock tail, diet coke, sprite, old fashioned & hanna banana cocktail with swiss burger, salmon, chicken tenders & messi burger The server presented us the bill with a discount, we hadn’t asked for any she was disappointed that our experience has been a disaster !!! We tipped her generously but would give this place a miss ! Plenty of places to dine

Perfect service, very pleasant atmosphere, sensational music, perfect food, several delicious dish options and fantastic drinks. All of this in the traditional Hard Rock environment. At the exit there is a shopping mall to buy souvenirs.

We stopped here for a few drinks on our way to dinner. My G&T was delicious but the ladies restroom was a disaster. A few stalls were flooded and there were wet floor signs out. I would stop here again for a drink, bartender was friendly.

Hey… the food it’s good, you know it’s good if you like this kind of restaurant… but the place it’s amazing, it’s nice to eat or drink something in a different place with a good service

About two weeks ago I made a reservation on the website for today (07/02 - 10:30 pm), we are not close to the restaurant, so we spent time, plus US$20.00 for parking and another 8 minutes of walking, as the boat would take a while 15 minutes back. Arriving at the restaurant door, with the confirmed reservation in hand, the employees were leaving, 4 girls and 1 boy. I called to find out if it was really closing, they just SCREAMED “CLOSED” in my face and walked away. The most polite guy came and just explained that even with the reservation, the restaurant had closed. In other words, yesterday 02/06 they sent me an email asking me to confirm the visit and I confirmed. When I get there, I find the doors closed and the staff rude. We wasted time, money and even received a lack of education, when in fact we just wanted to understand what was happening. Lack of empathy, as we were with children too. Irresponsible!

We visited this Hard Rock five years ago as well as many other Hard Rocks across the country. Something seemed different this time. From the friendly, attentive staff to the quality of the food they’ve definitely raised their game. We liked it so much we came back one more time before leaving. Margaritaville pay attention. You’re losing repeat customers.

It was slow, took over 40 minutes and when we finally got the food it was cold. We had to send it back. The food was average nothing special.

We love coming here before a show at the Hard Rock because the food is consistently tasty, service is fast and friendly, and the atmosphere is upbeat and lovely. Take note that if you get to the parking garage after 6p, parking is free! Otherwise it is $32!!! So, save yourself the money and come at 6p! The Messi Chicken sandwich was delicious although a little dry compared to the grilled chicken sandwich. With a little mayo, it was tasty. The fries are crispy and flavorful. The BBQ pulled pork sandwich had good flavor especially with the cole slaw! You really can’t go wrong with anything on the menu!

We went for dinner at 8:45pm on a Thursday night. Super busy with a 35 minute wait for a table, so we sat at the bar. Biggest Hard Rock in the world, cool floating pink Cadillac, an d fun vibe. We had great drinks and ordered our food. We sat for 25 plus minutes, noticed the couple next to us came in after us and had their food so we inquired about our order. The gal went to check on our food and returned with our order. My husband's salmon was good. Unfortunately, my burger and fries were cold. She brought new fries halfway through the meal. She did offer to remake the burger, but at this point it was 9:50pm and who wants to wait even longer? She never apologized for the cold food or delay. My take away was that they have all the business they want, most customers will not be back and the staff really doesn't care about your experience. Lots of places to eat in Orlando, go look around at the memorabilia if you want to see it and eat somewhere else.

Great music, Beautiful room and a staff that's fun and friendly. It was not my first time here so I knew what I expected and they do not disappoint. For a great time head into the bar and have a drink with some of the best bartenders at Universal Resort.

First time eating here and was quite disappointed. Upon entering the staff were lovely and we were shown to our seat, our drinks order was taken followed by our food order. Drinks came first then after 45 minutes still no food, no one had come to update us or ask if we wanted more drinks so we asked a member of staff walking past and was told “I can’t get you a drink you need to ask you server” (we hadn’t seen our server once since he took our food order). My partner walked round and did eventually find our server but we shouldn’t have to hunt a member of staff down to ask for a drink! The food came when we had been in there for roughly an hour, we had steam which we asked for medium rare and it came well done, we should of asked to change it but at this point we were hungry and had already waited an hour. Other dish we had was salmon noodle bowl which was very bland and soggy at the bottom of the bowl. Kids meals were standard burger and chips. For what it cost us it really wasn’t worth it. The place is huge so I don’t know if we went when it was understaffed or whether it is always like this. Slow service and poor food spoilt it for us.

Excellent food, beautiful atmosphere and well located, that is, practically inside the park, excellent service including Brazilian waiters, especially one called Alice,...

Food: Hard Rock's burgers are big and always very tasty, despite being equally high in calories. However, there is no exactly standout option that is excellent or differentiates the food you will find at Hard Rock from what you will find at many burger restaurants in the USA. Still, the quality of the food is good and at least in terms of taste, you won't regret it. Service: the waiter who served us was friendly and helpful. The food also arrived quickly. The only criticism I have is that he changed our order, but this was quickly corrected. Ambiance: Hard Rock's ambience has always been its most striking feature, as the restaurant is an ode to a culture that has not been so popular for at least 20 years, which somewhat affects the brand's appeal, especially to audiences younger. Still, it's still a pretty cool place to visit, whether to reminisce about the past "MTV music video era" and listen to some of the most iconic artists of all time, or to find unique items associated with those artists, like clothing. used in shows and guitars. Price: even though it is a good restaurant, it is quite expensive. Overall: it's worth going to Hard Rock if you want to experience the restaurant's atmosphere and have a lot of dollars to spare, as the restaurant is really quite expensive and the food there isn't that outstanding.

Everything was very fine. The food was good as always, even if it is still a bit expensive. We didnt have to wait to much, the staff was very nice and the atmosphere was unique.

Located within the vibrant CityWalk entertainment complex, the Hard Rock Cafe Orlando stands as a true architectural gem and the world’s largest restaurant from this iconic chain. Its proximity to Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure, just a few steps away, makes it an ideal stop for those who want to combine gastronomy with the magic of theme parks. At first glance, its imposing exterior captures the attention of any visitor: huge sculptural pillars and a structure that evokes the majesty of a Roman coliseum dedicated to rock, creating the perfect anteroom for a unique experience. Inside, the restaurant offers a spacious, comfortable and energized main lounge on the ground floor, while on the first floor there is a more intimate space, ideal for those looking for a somewhat quieter atmosphere. The decor is simply spectacular: showcases, walls and corners full of authentic memorabilia that pays homage to the great names of music. Legendary guitars, iconic artist outfits and unique photographs turn each sector of the restaurant into a small rock museum. In the center of the salon stands out the bar, and a pink convertible car that hangs from the ceiling, becoming one of the most photographed pieces of the place. The atmosphere is cheerful, familiar and dynamic—somewhat noisy at times, but perfectly in tune with the essence of Hard Rock. The menu offers a good variety of dishes typical of American cuisine, although the undisputed star is the Legendary Burger, renowned for its flavor and quality. Desserts also earn their own applause, ideal to close the experience with something sweet. The portions are generous without being excessive, and the quality of the food is maintained at a very good level. The attention stands out for its cordiality and predisposition, adding points to the overall experience. Before or after the meal, it is worth stopping by the official store, located at the entrance, where you can buy exclusive clothes, accessories and souvenirs of the brand, perfect to take a souvenir of the place

We went there with my parents. As in every Hard Rock Café, we eat well there. The service was good, perfect even. We were there for my birthday and there were plenty of little touches: a birthday card signed by the waiters with our waitress' autograph, badges and our waitress to ask the whole room to shout happy birthday. We had a very good evening

Avoid before a concert @HRL! WE arrived at 6:30 and found a 30 min wait indoors so we sat on the porch (which was great) shortly thereafter. Our server arrived after 10 min and cleaned our table. After another 10 min she came back for our drink order so we just ordered everything and told her our show was at 8pm. (it was now about 6:50) WE waited and watched a table beside us who wasn't getting their order delivered either. Finally at 7:35 we had to cancel our order as no sufficient time to eat and walk right next door for the concert. Voila, our cold chicken sandwiches arrived within minutes delivered by someone who appeared to be a mgr, but didn't apologize or comment. We didn't have time to return them so we ate cold food. It appeared they had been sitting in the kitchen. Might I add that I tried to get reservations before we left our home, but had to do this 2 days in advance. Very Disappointed for expensive food

This is always a must do when we come to Orlando, a quick stop for wings for lunch before heading back to the parks! Service is great and the wings are absolutely amazing! We also had the nachos (these are ok) and the shrimp from the sharer menu (very tasty!)

We visit every year with very mixed results, this year was better thanks to our server. Large party of 10 looked after, however the prices are not warranted. Very little value to be found, which is expected for a large tourist trap. Great memorabilia displays, loud, but better than most food locations you will find in the parks.

Receptionist Kristie was very fat and did not pass us any information about the waiting time and where we could wait. We sat at a table around the bar, which didn't have the reservation plate, and two employees came and said we couldn't sit there. After all, we decided not to be mistreated anymore and went to the Bubba Gump.

Perfect location and always easy to have food anytime when you sit at bar. Great bar staff and food reasonably priced for city walk

Amazing food and service. Awesome place, food great and service faultless. Incredible building, filled with genuine rock memorabilia. Highly recommend!

Looks like he's actually failing. When we arrived Aby waitress said that would do anything to serve but that was full. She was right, we left without eating and drinking, after a long wait and she said the beer had ended and said sorry. Disappointment. Hard is failing?

Great. Burger, salad, wine (very simple wine service, like giving you a bottle and a glass. Coffee is boring, but everything is cool.

We visited twice during our two week family holiday. Both visits took place mid afternoon after full days at the universal parks. Our family of nine had a range of the vegetarian and non vegetarian options. Good portions and tasty food. I had the burgers and others had the fajitas or salads.

Seated after 25 mins, server was lovely Food is just not great at all. And to make it worse starters and mains came within 2 mins of each other. $18.99 for a total of 4 boneless chicken wings, is a madness. Messi burger was bang average and the nachos were terrible especially as they were cold. Listen to other reviews and don’t bother. So much on offer in Orlando, but we went to hard rock expecting a special experience. $120 + tip for the worse meal we’ve had in Orlando, burger each and chicken wings & nachos to share with one cocktail and a coke. and to add insult to injury we got charged $2.99 for looking what games were on the on table iPad. No confirmation of purchase or warning which is quite Frankly as much of a scam as the food it’s self. Only redeeming factor was the server was lovely.

As always we nip in here in every place we go so we have visited quite a few, and I must say this one in Orlando was the worst. We first went in for drinks and had a good night staff friendly and they do work hard. 2nd visit again went in for a drink, was watching bar tender do cocktails, he was very entertaining and chatty, I had decided to have a cocktail until I saw him put his hands into the fresh fruit and mash the limes up he then blew his nose and continued he did not wash his hands, this put me off and I did not have a cocktail. 3rd visit we decided to eat, 45 min wait and as I'm a diabetic it was too long, they said if we went into the side bar we could eat there, so we found a seat ordered our drinks and about three quarters of a hour was told to move and sit at the bar. we gave our order in, chicken wings, shrimps and fry's. food did come quick, the wings wer18$ and there was 6 small ones on a plate. Food was not brilliant in fact it was disappointing, we have always enjoyed th food in the Hard Rock . we felt we had been pushed in a dark dismal corner, the table we sat at was still empty when we left. Don't recommend this Hard Rock at all for eating.

Dinner when we were out on an evening walk, walk in no booking. Seated within 10 mins so excellent. food is as all other Hard Rock spaces, you know what you’re getting and no complaints at all. Service was great.

The restaurant is very nice inside and outside, one of the biggest restaurants I’ve ever been in. The food was lovely, lots of options including vegetarian and vegan options. Cocktails where lovely and generous amount of alcohol inside them.

We always visit Hard Rock Cafe whenever we go somewhere new, and have been to hard rock before in Orlando and had another great experience this time we visited! We went twice on our recent visit and the reason we went twice was to have the delicious large pretzel with the beer cheese! It was an appetiser we got to share between 3 and was the perfect amount before our mains. I had the southwest chicken bowl and it was fabulous, highly recommend. My partner had a burger and our son had the kids Messi burger which came with free Messi mini ball from the gift shop which he was really pleased with! Great original hard rock vibes in the restaurant, loved it

A really nice restaurant with a great bar, and really friendly serving staff, but unfortunately your lack of many vegan options at all really need to be updated to stop you getting left behind.

My family and I tried Hard Rock inside Universal City Walk. We were not impressed. I have had a better burger at TGI Fridays. The service was not great either. I will not return.

Great place to go for dinner when visiting the Universal parks/Citywalk! My friend and I chose to eat here after a long day in the parks as I have visited other Hard Rock Cafes and they have always been overall good. I can safely say this one is by far the best I have visited! We visited on a very busy night but the staff were very helpful and got us a table in no time. Our server; Jerry, was extremely helpful, friendly and always made sure our drinks were topped up (unlimited soda refills are a huge bonus!). The food was great, I would highly recommend the sandwiches and burgers. The decor is also really cool and includes a huge collection of music memorabilia, make sure to take a look around after your meal if you decide to eat here. It can be very hard to find an affordable meal when at a theme park, but I would say the Hard Rock Cafe is very much reasonably priced. We really enjoyed it and ended up coming back a second time during our Universal trip.

We liked it although the food took a long time, we ordered some nachos and 2 hamburger kids menu… the waitress was very attentive! The beautiful place!

This is a beautiful restaurant and whenever we visit a country and it has a Hard Rock Cafe we always have a meal. This is the largest Hard Rock Cafe in the world and is beautifully decorated. We visited for lunch as a family with a plan to return another evening during our stay to celebrate our anniversary. When we arrived we were directed to the welcome desk in to be seated. We were greeted by a Staff member asking if we wanted a photograph, no welcome or hello.....we were a little taken back as it wasn't the place you would normally have a picture pand they did not explain what it was for so we kind of stood there wanting a table and fubling around for our mobile phones to pass to the person to take a picture, for the staff to step to one side to show us a camera set up.... we are still unsure if this was free or a charged service it was extremely confusing. When we got to the staff member who would be seating us she took us to one of the first tables which felt almost on the edge of the main restaurant, if it was busy we would have been fine with this however there was lots of tables free in the centre, so we asked to move which and was reluctantly taken to another table which was still on the edge however my wife asked to be seated in a booth which after a radio conversation and a disgruntled look and a comment around it's not her table we were seated in a better location. This welcome did put wife off staying however I did convince her to stay, however she did refuse to eat there. The waitress we had was nice and the food as always was amazing, i had a BBQ burger and fries, I felt a side of coleslaw or a few more fried would have filled the void on my plate (see picture). The Messi menu is a great touch and my son really enjoyed his meal. The cocktail and drinks were also on point. The memorabilia around the restaurant is great however there was a disconnect between the artists on the wall and music played as I don't think the hour we were there we heard one "rock song". I am disappointed as we were due to go for an evening meal for our wedding anniversary (something we always do if we are close to a Hard Rock Cafe) however my wife did not want to go back 😞😞 The staff in the shop are amazing and really welcoming and if we had the same welcome and customer service they gave us this would be a very different review.

It took 30 minutes to bring a milkshake and I was alone and ordered it without whipped cream and put it on the truth I recommend you go somewhere else horrible

Hard Rock Cafe Orlando, Florida The table was pre-booked due to demand . We were taken to our table drinks were ordered and food was ordered. As it’s the worlds largest Hard Rock Cafe and hotel the food area and bar area were very busy the serving staff were amazing. Food was probably bought to the table. Extra drinks were ordered. Nothing seemed too much trouble for these guys. Would highly recommend booking a table.

Hard Rock is usually a family vacation favourite, this year was a real disappointment. 40 minute wait for a table, then we were dropped onto a table that was too small & a real struggle to accommodate 4 people as well as drinks, meals, napkins, condiments, etc. Seever was pleasant enough and clearly dealing with too much, took the drinks order then came back saying they didn’t have 2 of the drinks we’d asked for - followed by another member bringing the drinks that they didn’t have 15 minutes later! Appetisers came and the wings had to go back as they were cold, the replacements were much better. Entree order wasn’t taken until we were 1/2 way through appetisers so we waited ages for that to arrive after entrees were cleared away. The buffalo chicken sandwiches were made with thigh meat, they were horribly rubbery and chewy. The Diablo burger and chips looked like something McDonald’s would have served up. Kicker at the end was $165 check including tip, pretty disgraceful for sub standard food and fraught service.

Horrible experience, frustrating, I left disappointed, worst service from Orlando. I left extremely sad from this place, but I never intend to return, 11pm and a terrible difficulty to serve, the restaurant with few customers at this time.

Our visit to Hard Rock Orlando was at the end of a tiring and long day on the parks. Feet were aching and we were hungry! While reservations were full we were kindly guided to the bar and offered the full menu. Hard Rock Burgers and Sandwiches are always great. Good value, consistent quality and filling! Food was quick considering how busy it was also. The highlight was our male bartender (apologies I did not catch the name). A great conversation without being overwhelming and looked after us really well in a busy atmosphere. The staff really do appreciate the mindset of their customers visiting this Hard Rock. Visitors are either looking for quick food with their families or tend to be tired after long days. They seem to appreciate this and read where you stand in between those mind sets! Very attentive. Experiences like this make going back to the UK standard service frustrating. My favourite Hard Rock experience so far. Thank you!

As always a great choice. We are always well served and the food is always good. The place is beautiful. The drinks are top!

Ky was amazing! She was super attentive and had a great energy. Escaped the rain for a bit and enjoyed our experience. Thank you!

nice restaurant but be aware, priority seating with a Hard Rock Hotel express pas is not working. you wil be placed in the normal que. disappointing

On 01/29 we left the park and went to Hard Rock Orlando, when we arrived they told us that the estimated time to call the table would be approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes, so far so good, so we went to the bar, to wait for a drink drink, arriving at the bar we found a free table, one of the taller ones, with just two chairs, we got two Beers and two soft drinks for the children and we stayed there, using the table, as the others nearby were all empty, about 50 minutes later a bald guy, who is welcoming people, speaking rudely, rudely and shooing us away from the table, as if we were acting smart to sit at the table, I thought his attitude was strange, but as I don't understand English, I took my drink and left the room, leaving the place. the table, but when I looked at my children, they looked scared, because they understand English and they told me what the boy had said, so I went to the boy and said that he couldn't talk to people like that, that he was rude, and that we didn't need to hear rudeness from anyone, I went to the other receptionist, handed over my pager that they gave me to let her know when our table was available, and left, I won't go back to this restaurant again.

We had a great time at Hard Rock Cafe, two of the party had the ribs, which were great, and I had the burger, which was excellent. The server was great, although they all try to upsell as much as possible here and make it sound like they’re doing you a favour. The service was great, regularly checking in to make sure we were ok. I love the hurricanes here so had a couple of them, worth noting you can choose any signature glass in the shop afterwards, it doesn’t need to be the one you had your drink in. It’s always good fun looking at the memorabilia on the walls. Prices are probably moving towards the high end but not in comparison to the local area. It was my birthday while we were there so I was instructed to stand up and hold a cake while it was announced to the rest of the restaurant, it was a nice touch that amused the rest of our party. We enjoyed.

Staff and surroundings were both great but the food was mostly very disappointing. Wings starter was good, the Ribs and pulled Pork Combo was dry and tastes and the Leo Messi Chicken burger was almost inedible, very tough and chewy chicken and tasteless, texture less cheese. The Manager refunded part of the bill which was a nice gesture, but the night was already ruined by then. Won’t be rushing back.

Super friendly staff. The food was amazing. The staff went all out to help my grandson celebrate his birthday. The only complaint I had was the menu. If you want a burger then this is your place but very few choices for anything else.

This restaurant is always buzzing and the vibes are rocking in here. A waiter called Gino was serving us and was so cheerful and kind to us. And what can I even say about the food? The food is absolutely delicious and you can never go wrong. The only thing I have to say is if your getting a brownie for dessert, you can share it between 4 people 🤣 I love this place and recommend to all!

We ate at Hard Rock for dinner while visiting Islands of adventure. Our experience was just ok. Food was reasonably priced for a tourist trap restaurant. When we got our food I seen why. Portions were very small. The burger Pattie’s where only about half the size of the buns. Food tasted good but we just didn’t get much of it. Left still hungry. Best part was seeing the vintage music stuff all over the restaurant. Would go elsewhere next time.

Order 2 beers, we’d visited couple days earlier so knew beer price. Guy serving charged additional $10 odd for glass, Don’t appreciate being treated like we’re idiots. He said he’ll get Manager for us, who never showed up and got our bill reduced for 2 beers to about $19. Hubby & I visited 28 HR cafes…just because we’re tourists you’re not going to get away treated like we’re stupid ! Event happened Christmas Day 2025

I normally love going to a hard rock for a hurricane and some food, me and my partner after an incredible day at the parks came here for dinner. We walked in … lady at the reception counter said absolutely nothing to us, we were the only ones entering - no greeting, we accidentally walked inside and one of the waiters told us to go up front, after going up front and then being seated upstairs we were then placed at a table next to a big wooden pillar, we couldn’t see the cool car/memorabilia or the bar, I asked the girl with the blue hair responsible for seating us up there if we could move to the next table as the customers there had left, and she gave a lame rude answer and basically couldn’t be bothered cleaning up that table for us to go sit there. I ordered fajitas which were okay- tortilla had been left in micro too long and were cooked together, everything else was okay.

I have visited several Hard Rock cafes. They all have a unique experience. The food is good and the inside is decorated to fit the vibe.

Disorganized queue organization (and I wasn't even with so many people like that). People passed in front of us, we had to ask why, they saw they were wrong and they arranged a table for us. Food and Service ba table great. Very beautiful tb decoration.

Excellent service, excellent food, prices were a bit high but that was expected. Went there with a couple, she thought her pulled pork was a bit too spicy, her boyfriend thought his chicken sandwich was unremarkable but decent. My husband and I shared chicken nachos which were good. Drinks were good. Great location as we visited Universal Studios. The memorabilia was amazing!

After having a slightly disappointing experience a few months back we returned tonight and had a fantastic time. Our server Heather was great, food was all really good and nicely paced. Recommend sitting in a booth around the main bar area if you can, definitely the place to sit. We will be back for sure!

The food was amazing, the waiter Geno was amazing, but unfortunatelly we had to wait for more than 1 hpur to have our food. The taste was good as well. The only problem was the time. Spent to much time to have our food.

Our server Sage was outstanding and made our experience first class. He was attentive, personable and made us feel like we were the only table being waited on, despite the restaurant being full. The selection of drinks was great and the food was extremely good. Would definitely return.

We had a blast with Christina the other day and then again after the Mardi Grais parade. She was super friendly, nice conversation and kinda made our day. The drinks were excellent, did a bubblegum shot, yummy. The food was good too. Much better than the chocolate place next door. If you see her say hi , she is a bartender, she has purple hair and a nose ring and a very normal young adult.♥️

On arrival we were greeted by a lady that looked a little fed up, however it is Christmas day, it was very busy so can kind of understand it. We then went round to a guy that took our photo he was really friendly and seemed to.be in the holiday spirit. We got seated which was great, our waitress Melissa appeared friendly. She came to ask us what we wanted to drink but as we hadn't had much time to look, she offered us extra time to review the menu. We ordered our drinks and at the same time ordered our food. My son ordered a coke, husband a fanta & i had a hurricane cocktail. My husband and son had almost finished their drinks before I had even had mine. However when it did come it was nice. Melissa didn't really appear to be interested in our table. The food was good. Although overall it was okay, I probably wouldn't return, staff just appeared deflated, distracted & low.

We visited here as a group of 6 for Mothers Day on the 12th, we visit every year around the same time. This year, the prices designed for a tourist trap such as this are no longer warranted. The children's menus are overpriced, no longer come on the guitar plate which is a great novelty, and seem to lack items compared to previous visits. Our server changed midway through the meal, resulting in a lack of service and attention. The food came at different times, with sides arriving after the main had been eaten. Presentation on the plates was poor, with the brand and the building now showing its age. Given the options and variety at CityWalk, there are better, more cost effective alternatives which will provide better food and service from our experiences.

We went Sunday 3rd nov, booked well in advance and couldn't wait to go, felt absolutely rushed, starters came within 20 mins of arriving which was great, wings and nachos to share between the 4 of us, then about 2 minutes later the main meals turned up, this was clearly a mistake which the restaurant weren't that bothered about rectifying as no mention of will it be ok to have mains now - which it wasn't as we had only just started the starters, the food was just dumped on the table, so we didn't finish our starters, in fact barely started them, sent them back nearly full plates but still had the privilege of paying over 40 dollars for them. In and out the restaurant, with drinks starters and mains in less than an hour when your paying for the atmosphere, environment doesn't make you feel like a valued customer.

Everything was great. The Messi’s burger, the chicken tenders and my sliders were delicious, the service was friendly, fast and professional and the the rocknroll vibe of the place with the unique remembrances of Elvis and others made the place amazing.

Always enjoy a drink and a meal in Hard Rock wherever we are in the World, and this was no exception. Great food and drink, friendly servers, and a nice browse around looking at Rock memorabilia. Heaven!

Delicious food . Gluten-free free options are amazing. The staff was wonderful. Loved looking at all the musicians on the wall.

We ordered the 3 cheese, Roma tomato flat bread and the chicken sandwich and both were extremely salty. The service was amazing. The atmosphere was loud.

Daniel wowed us with his amazing personality and service!! The expresso martini was fantastic and the food was delicious. The manger Leo stopped by too to see if we needed anything! 5 stars all around

Hard Rock Cafe is a great place to dine with your family. We booked our table a few months prior to coming here but had to wait around 15 minutes for the table. The food here was good and the service was prompt however I wouldn’t say that there was anything spectacular about this. The menu suits a variety of tastes and you always know what you’re gonna get.

We had luck because no people waiting line , the food was ready in good time and good quality. The drinks are very good also . We had a good customer service experience

About the Hard Rock Cafe in Orlando. I've been going to this restaurant for many years and it was always very good, always very crowded, good food, good service, and very good music. They even used to play music videos, and the whole atmosphere was really cool. Unfortunately, in recent years all of this has been changing. Out of the last 4 times (in 2 years), we haven't liked it very much, but we insisted on going back. Yesterday we were there again because we were at Universal and took advantage of the proximity. We left there certain that it was the last time. The drink, an Old Fashioned very poorly made; the food is no longer attractive, like the nachos that over time lost their appeal, and today we find better ones in other places. And the music? Oh, this should change the name of the house because the time we were there we didn't hear a single rock song, much less a good one! In fact, the place was empty right at the time the parks were closing; we've never seen that. Sad to see this decline (in my opinion).

This was our third visit to the Hard Rock Cafe in Orlando — and most likely our last. While the service was friendly, the staff seemed stretched thin. Unfortunately, our food arrived cold and was of subpar quality. I ordered the fajitas, which were disappointingly tasteless, and overall the meal didn’t represent good value for money. I expected much more from such a well-known Universal offering!

What a thoroughly disappointing visit from the UK. You expect Hard Rock Cafes to be the same everywhere, apparently not. Food was terrible, cocktails dreadful. Stick - our server was delightful and the highlight of the visit. But we won’t be returning.

We came back to have lunch while on vacation at universal studios Orlando. Food was good nothing spectacular but good and the service was great. Lots of stuff to see. Had a good time.

First off - the burger was absolutely delicious and a good price. Ribs are quite pricey at nearly ~$40, but were still nice. We were taken to have our photo taken, and we (slightly reluctantly) posed and smiled. To be honest we just wanted to eat, so weren’t really bothered. Great server though, and had a good time.

Allow enough time to get to the venue as drop off point is in the car park for universal. You then have to walk a distance to get to the cafe. We didn’t realise so we were running late due to the distance from the car park to Hard Rock Cafe. When we entered there was a photographer taking photos who was very up beat and very pleasant and made you feel like you’ll have a nice welcoming time there. The lady serving us was lovely however the other waitresses/ waiters were very unpleasant. It was as if we weren’t being served by them so they didn’t care. One waitress bumped into someone on our table with a high chair, there was no acknowledgement that she bumped into us and no apology whatsoever. Then there was an issue with larger on draft. It was flat so instead of waiting for the waitress to come back we went to the bar ourselves. The bar staff when we went to the bar to exchange again was very rude and it was as if we were a hindrance to them. Again it came across that they weren’t our waiter/waitress so it wasn’t of any benifit to them to be pleasant. It’s as if they are only pleasant when they are the waitress for your table to ensure they have a tip. It was such a shame because we then went in to the shop attached to the cafe and they were very pleasant. It was supposed to be an anniversary meal with family. It’s our first time at Hard Rock Cafe and I honestly felt we’d wasted our money. We couldn’t wait to finish our food and leave as the attitude of the staff over all wasn’t welcoming.

Hard Rock at Universal and the place itself is huge and really cool inside. The location is great and the space is impressive, but for me it’s not worth it. I don’t think I’d go back. Maybe it’s worth checking out once if you’re into the theme, but there are way better food options around with better value and better service.

Visited here recently and instantly got warm welcome to our table . Food was absolutely delicious got loads and drinks nice. Place was bit dark so difficult to see all the pictures and items on wall .

The place is awesome to see however huge and I think this deters from food quality. The nachos were subpar and the chicken tenders nothing special. And our food was room temperature but we were starving so didn’t complain. Our waitress was excellent though.

Front of house gave us a table for two groups after a day at the parks, yes food is overpriced but that’s fine. Food was ok, drinks ok all ok however waiter who told us he worked for hard rock for many years and gave us some great detail about the building and how it was largest of all hard rock cafes was a fraud. Really nice pre check then when we tipped probably if I’m honest slightly lower than 18% around 15% of a large cheque he couldn’t be more rude, we all said good bye and he ignored us pretty much. Worked for hard rock for 20 plus years not sure how, terrible server won’t name him but awful. Wish I’d have tipped zero seeing his attitude.

Our waiter Justin was wonderful. He was very attentive, courteous and personable. The restaurant and atmosphere were very good. The food was okay. The best thing that we ate was the appetizer shrimp.

We hit jackpots twice in two days we really enjoyed the variety of machines they have everything . I didn’t like when we first came in with the pushy sales people at they eye cream place though .

Came here for a large work function… the place was cramped and busy, granted it was filled with co-workers. But the facility doesn’t seem built to handle crowds without everyone being on top of each other, even though they have a large auditorium. The service was decent. The wine and beer selection we were limited to was pretty bad though. The food was awful… it was a filet with a sauce on top and potatoes au gratin and veggies. It was all warm, far from hot. The potatoes were very bland and boring, so many of us commented on how bad they were and the veggies weren’t very exciting. The filet was decent on the parts that had that sauce. Overall – I can’t imagine how much this event cost, but not sure it was worth it.

As part of a full-on park day, we often take an hour or two to eat in Hard Rock (as part of our annual trip). Whilst the service and food is always to a very high standard, this time was exceptional. The lovely Kim was our waitress, and made the experience what it was. She was absolutely fantastic, constantly donning a smile and was engaging and entertaining. She made our experience extremely enjoyable, stopping to chat to us multiple times, to which my family and I appreciated greatly. We ordered a variety of foods (fajitas, original legendary burger, Messi burger etc) and had some ingredients taken off some meals due to preferences, and this was no problem whatsoever. The food was outstanding and the atmosphere fitting of such a legendary restaurant. Truly a great experience and would recommend to anyone, especially a tiring park goer/family wanting some excellent food. Once again, our experience at Hard Rock far exceeded expectations and I would like to further emphasise how fantastic Kim was. It’s a sad reality nowadays that many restaurant staff simply lack the time/ability to connect with their guests. However, it is a breath of fresh air to experience such lovely service and for a family, this kind of streamlined and entertaining encounter is vital in making for a good dining experience.

This is an iconic spot for me. I just love the design and placement of the establishment. However, the wings were disappointing. The Hard Rock for me are usually known for their wings. Such a shame. The service was also quite awkward. I did enjoy the atmosphere and shop afterwards though.

We went here for a large party meal. Our sever seemed to struggle to with our orders a little even though no one made any special requests. Food came out and was like warm and highly salted. Taste wise was nothing special in fact most of our party agreed chilli’s is much better and cheaper. Our server then forgot to even write down someone’s order then told them they never ordered it even though we all recalled a conversation she had with one of our guest. If you go here my advice order small and enjoy the decor but go someone else for the food it’s overpriced and not that tasty for how much you pay.

I don’t know whether it was an off night but our family dining experience was awful from start to finish. Waited for ages for our server and when he came we ordered the drinks and food. Waited 30 minutes for the drinks, then only some came. There was no Stellar ! So ordered 2 Bud and I Heineken. Bud came ages later, the Heineken …well. I had got my drink that was Heineken but it was flat. My son in law who was waiting for his Heineken resorted to go look for the waiter so he could get the drink and finally 10 minutes later it turned up. When he complained the server’s response was “it’s not my fault”. Which it clearly was. Finally the food came, again except was son in law’s . Meals were cold when they should have been hot, or bland when they should have been spicy. My son was given 6 chicken wings for $18.99, that ain’t value or money or even close. Meanwhile back to my son in law’s meal, we have nearly finished eating when his turned up and guess what … it was wrong. We’d have enough by then, told the server to forget it and get the manager. He was very good and handled the complaint how you would expect, so well done to him. We split into 3 families so there were three checks, fine each paid on HRC tablet but then a random fourth appeared, nothing to do with us, but on the way out my son was asked to pay it, needless to say he didn’t and that was the end of our dining out.

What we hoped would be a nice way to end the day with my friend ,who is visiting me from far away, turned into a very disappointing experience. We are loyal customers of the Hard Rock chain and have visited locations around the world, always receiving excellent service. However, the treatment we received at the Universal Studios location was completely unacceptable. From the moment we arrived, the bartender gave us disrespectful looks and a noticeably unpleasant attitude. She ignored our request and went to serve another table without saying a word. When we called her again, she responded in a rude and dismissive tone. After waiting 30 minutes without being able to order even a drink, we decided to leave ,feeling deeply disappointed and disrespected. We did report the situation to the manager, but we still felt the need to share this review to warn others that the customer service in this location is far from what Hard Rock typically offers elsewhere. It was a bitter experience ,not because of the food or the place, but because of the complete lack of respect toward customers.

Firstly, you definitely need to book a table in good time. This is the biggest HRC in the world, so it says, its certainly not small, but then very little in the states is small. Its certainly an amazing place, the walls as expected were jammed with memorabilia, from the tables to the toilets, you could spend a day looking at it all, on the proviso the people whose table you are looking over don't mind. American food has a terrible reputation, and rightly so, the HRC reverts a little of this bad press, properly cooked food, served by professional waiters who are both attentive and informative. Overall its a great experience, there really isn't anything like it, anywhere else.

The waitress was friendly. The food was decent. But it’s a real shame to have that woman at the entrance, seating customers without any enthusiasm and without listening to them. Too bad — it’s the customers who pay the price. And the waitresses miss out on tips because of the poor treatment from someone who clearly dislikes her job. Maybe she should consider a change… or work in the restroom.

Very good quality of food. Quite large portions. Some cocktails are double and they give you a free glass. In general the staff is very friendly and attentive.

Booked a table for a birthday dinner. Our waitress Paris was very nice and friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was excellent and everyone in our group had a great time. We’ll definitely call again.

This fun & huge place is so wonderful, right there in City Walk/USF. Our excellent waiter D.J. came right over, & brought our order so fast. Hubby & I shared a bbq pork sandwich w/these things called loaded cheese fries, wow. They were only $5 more & even the 2 of us couldn't finish either of them, soooo big. Fries had bacon & other stuff on the cheese, yum. Dessert was apple cobbler w/ice cream, also double yum. Then that sweet DJ brought lil extra ice cream cuz cobbler so big, lol. It's the largest Hard Rock Cafe in the world, 3 stories loaded w/pics & memorabilia of Elvis & lotsa others, hubby got a shirt, such fun!

We called for cocktails one lunch time. We had a Bahama Mama and an Electric Blue. They were refreshing for us since it was so warm. Whilst having these we had the stack of onion rings to nibble on. Quite inside due to it been early. We were seated at the bar since we were not eating a meal.

Food is ok, but kids pizza if really small! They asked me if I wanted the souvenir glass with my cocktail and I said no, but they still charged it… Decoration is good, her rock cafe standard

This place is fantastic really great atmosphere I really enjoyed eating out here. The staff are really friendly and welcoming. The food and drink choices were very good. As a vegetarian I particularly enjoyed the impossible burger which was absolutely fantastic. I have heard about impossible foods in the UK and wow there good. I will definitely be returning next July really looking to it.

Superb experience a magical place A royal service with an exceptional waitress, classic meal but the service and the atmosphere do everything else. Rarely experience this in a restaurant.

My expo was great here, the staff are very helpful when you need helping finding your seats (in the live stage area). And the food is lovely! I went to watch a show here which was great. One thing I didn’t like very much was the seating. The seating is good up chairs and they was placed very close together, and you wasn’t allowed to move them. You also are not allowed to film or take pictures. The staff do get irritated if you try to take pictures of film in the venue. Dispute them two little things everything was great!

Attended with a large group last Friday. Our group was late as it’s a process getting to the restaurant. Parking deck, going through security at Universal, GPS took half our group to the Hard Rock Hotel. We had one server for our group. It took so long for him to take our drink order that some of us walked up to the bar and got it ourselves. We were never asked if we wanted another drink while we waited and waited for our food. The food was just ok, nothing special. Too many other restaurant options at City Walk. Just wasn’t a great experience for our group.

Started off rough when we got our appetizer before we ever got our drinks. Ordered the shrimp appetizer and it was delicious! Got a very delicious mocktail also! I ordered the Messi chicken sandwich and my partner ordered the fajitas. My sandwich unfortunately was tough and very over cooked. My partner’s fajitas were sadly under seasoned… but still pretty good if you like onions and peppers. We had ordered a second mocktail that didn’t come out till we were done eating. And our server seemed to be non existent. - the manager was super kind in helping us out. She took the sandwich off our ticket and gave a small discount for the inconvenience. The place is huge, the largest in the world, according to our waiter… filled with all sorts of cool stuff to look at! Over all it was an ok experience and I’d be willing to go back and try again!! :)

We had the nachos with chicken for a mid day snack. The nachos were terrible. Service was good. The nachos had a funky taste. Too salty with one bite, bland with next. Very disappointed for a name brand and for what we paid. There was not much chicken on the nachos either.

Every Hard Rock Cafe that I have been to has had very average food and this one was no different. Burger was just a very average burger. Lots of better options available in City Walk.

Average food. Like all American dishes, there is always an exaggeration of garlic and pepper. The service is good and the atmosphere pleasant.

Saturday afternoon lunch and seated right away. Service was good and attentive. Food was hot and enjoyable. Atmosphere was great with music choices and decor. Highly recommended.

They helped me with showing what I can eat from the menu. The staff modified the food so I could eat it. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Delicious food, fast service and the most important thing: It's very allergy-friendly

Spectacular, they did a party catching congratulations to my daughter Good food and medical chops $40 well paid, for the show, good food and good service.

Brilliant food and staff, would highly recommend. The atmosphere was also fantastic and the highlight is the bar area.

So I had every intention of giving this a four star review and until the last 5 minutes of my meal it would of been. The food itself was very average and we eat at a lot of hard rocks. Wings were good if scarily large which actually put my partner off a bit still they tasted good, the burgers were OK but asked for mine medium rare it was definitely medium well and both lacked any quantity of bbq sauce (we had the bbq bacon cheeseburgers) It was my partners birthday and everyone acknowledged this and I knew this was noted on our reservation as it was on the paper ticket you take the I the booth except our server (seeing everyone get this sung to them and then not us was a bit disappointing, and we didn't know this would not happen until the end). I went to the bathroom and my partner was asked if we wanted to see a dessert menu when we said no our bill was bought over. At no point were we asked if we wanted to add our annual pass discount even though we mentioned during the meal we had universal annual passes (premier) so we should have had a 10% discount. As I came back from the bathroom and the bill was on the table I didn't really think about it and just paid. All in all this not being offered to us and no acknowledgement at all it was my partners birthday just left a sour taste in my mouth and took the edge of what up until that point had been average food with excellent service (other than the last 5 minutes.) I also don't appreciate the "international tipping guide" being stuck in my menu, we know how to tip I made it quite clear I'd been to the US before and we tipped over 20% anyway. I've attached a photo its pretty insulting as I'm sure US guests don't have this put in their bills... Won't return I don't think which is a shame as as a couple we've been to around 20 hard rocks worldwide in the last 2 years as we collect the hurricane glasses.

This restaurant is a cool location done very well, the staff are friendly and the food is very good, hot and well presented. Feels a little rushed but that’s ok, just with family you want to take your time a little. A good solid choice when deciding where to eat on City Walk. I had the ribs which were excellent!!

Really disappointed. We have been to thirty Hard Rocks and Orlando on multiple occasions. We are big supporters yet our current view is that all they are do is rip off tourists. Two days running we have suffered rude people at the bar, today being blatantly cheated by one. Disgusting we will not come back.

The food was nice, nothing special, I just ordered a chicken burger. The waitress for our table was polite and friendly, however other members of staff we spoke to in the restaurant were quite rude which was disappointing.

Sure glad we got here at 5:30 cuz line was out the door when we left at 6:30! Seated immediately & Michelle came right over. Hubby had strawberry basil lemonade, (a first), she suggested. Then bbq pork sandwich w/slaw & fries, so big. I had chicken wings w/lotsa dressing. Dessert was NY cheesecake w/delish strawberries & sauce. She added whatever we needed & remembered everything! The vibe is SO cool, w/songs & videos, & guitars all over! Just such a fun place to dine, loooved it.

After an hour waiting for the pre-booked table the food took a further 40 minutes. The service was dreadful, the table even worse. NO HARD ROCK music or videos. Should be renamed “THE SOFT POP CAFE “……

Food was over an hour late. But can’t fault our waiter Robert he went up and beyond for us and very kind guy. But food wasn’t brilliant and people sat down after us and were getting food and they had table of 7 people and it was just me and my finance. And the universal parks weren’t even busy and hardly anyone in the restraunt.

Want to send a huge thanks to the hard rock for making my boyfriends first visit extra special. We arrived early for our reservation after a long day at the parks and the hosts were extremely accommodating and were able to seat us in a special room also recognized his birthday with a card and special gift. Our server Bryan was great as well he was behind the bar but also serving definitely created a great environment and showed us through the menu including his favorites! The food was also great I highly recommend the nachos it never misses and great wings!! We will definitely be back!!

So I've been to hard rock venues for years and to Orlando's flagship restaurant about 10 times in the last 15 years. Have to say last night was so disappointing. Firstly I booked weeks in advance when the availability anytime of day, yet again we were seared in one of the side rooms upstairs away from the main restaurant.. this has happened last few visits.. the speakers in the room were so quiet it made it sound like a lunch canteen. Then onto the music. We stayed about 2 hours and the video screens showed 2 songs in that time, the music was embarrassing. Constant R&B .. utter rubbish. Not one decent rock song. To summarise it our table was under a classic Roy Orbison guitar and the venue is playing music by JoJo ... When needing a restroom we were sent 2 floors down and back up again to use the basement ... Really really poor experience and the management needs to sort it out as it was no different to a burger bar on international drive except double the price ....

We usually really love HRC restaurant. We had a good time even if we had to wait a bit and the portions were not that generous. It was very good anyway and the staff was very nice.

I went to the final of the super bowl, was full but still the service was fast. The location is huge and the service is helpful and fast. At the entrance they take her photo and then go selling her printed with im kit for 30 dollars and I as a good tourist bought it 😉

Good location but food was horrible. Avoid the new messi chicken burger, it was horrible and virtually no chicken in it. It felt like one of them freezer cheap chicken burgers you would have gotten years ago. It was sent back and changed to something else and comp off bill. Waitress was good but hovering for tip/ bill to be paid. Very unprofessional practice that seems to have rose up in America. Leaves people feeling awkward especially if service doesn’t justify leaving one or smaller than 18pc

Great experience, brilliant collection of memorabilia and food and service were fantastic. Big thanks to Mary who took care of us.

In the heart of Universal Park I LOVED 100pre will be one of my favorite places without a doubt, although this time I just went for a drink, the 100pre experience is satisfying, my rating 10 out of 10

Apparently the portions have decreased in size. They could vary the menu, it's always the same thing all over the world. But still a good request. Great hamburgers.

I remember the legendary burger being much bigger and juicier. This burger was so small and dry. I was like “where’s the beef” You get more meat on the bun at Burger King. Service was as amazing. Our waiter was the best. We didn’t have to wait very long and they seated us in the Elvis room. That was pretty cool. The burger was not worth the $33. I have eaten at Hard Rock Cafes all over the world and this one had the worst food out of them all.

We really enjoyed our meal here, but it was very busy! We waited for about 20 minutes to be seated. Once we were seated, it took an hour to get our food. Given we were all having burgers (or similar), it really shouldn’t take that long. Having said this, the food was delicious and the service was good. It’s a unique experience with lots of music memorabilia, so a great place to visit if you have a musician in the family!

Made reservation for 20.00 for 8 people and because my confirmation email didn't come through even thow I took a screen shot of the reservation they wouldn't honour it so just wasted 1 hour drive to get there Orlando service and customer service is pathetic

Hard Rock Cafe Florida Hard Rock Cafe is the favourite restaurant chain for my entire family. When planning a trip to the Theme Parks in Florida, we made sure to book this venue for dinner. The Hard Rock Cafe in Florida is located in the Universal Studios complex amongst many famous brands and between Universal Studios & Islands of adventure. The Cafe is huge in size with a number of different themed rooms that can be privately reserved. The staff were friendly, courteous at all times and served the food with great levels of efficiency. The menu was the usual fantastic range of classics & arrived promptly after ordering. The venue is kept at a great temperature, had all the usual fantastic memorabilia and played quality tracks. I would recommend booking to avoid queuing and disappointment. This is a must visit.

Saturday evening but was not busy compared to other visits. Was seated quickly and our server ‘Sam’ was lovely. After ordering drinks and appetisers we were told the kitchen was not operating properly and food could have a delay. We said no bother and ordered more drinks. A pretzel came out which was hot but then the others came out a swede stone cold- we sent that back and told would take off check as it would be too long to wait. After waiting again , and seeing lots of other tables complaining and leaving full meals we were slightly worried. The mains arrived a $40 New York strip with freezing cold mash - the steak was have fat and grizzle , and steak cold that the butter on top didn’t melt. The rest had burgers! Cold again except for the top of the bun - dry and tasteless. This is not a cheap place to eat! At this point we decided we needed to leave and go somewhere else. I like the Hard Rock Cafe but need to check it’s all fully functional before seating. Disappointing experience

Went to eat here for my daughter’s 9th birthday because it was her spot of choice. When we got there we had a lady waitress that was so sweet (wish I remembered her name) however she had to go because her husband had woke up from being in a coma for quite sometime so we was happy for her. Then a gentleman (maybe named Joesph) because our waiter. SUPER awesome and friendly man. He brought our daughter a sundae with a candle and yelled it’s her birthday. Made her whole day! Food was delicious and very filling ! Will be returning

Worst restaurant in Orlando!! Old furniture, no so great service and delay for food more than one hour. Biggest Hard Rock in World with biggest worst service and delay time…

We visited today as a party of 7. What a place! We have visited many Hard Rock’s around the world. From the original to Thailand, New York etc. This was by far our favourite. We never have a bad experience. Excellent service today from Dante!! I highly recommend requesting to be in his section. Great vibe and very attentive. Dante made recommendations as well as talking us through the current burger special, offering. I had a cowboy ribeye steak and mac and cheese, my partner had a burger. Both were excellent. We travel frequently and will be recommending this place to others! One of the managers also came to introduce themselves at our table and did a check back to ensure we were all good. Wonderful to see a management presence on the floor, not only for guests but for the team as well! Five stars from us guys! Thank you for a memorable experience - Westcott Party!

Unenjoyable experience. Oversold constantly on Drinks, food and merchandise. Over charged on the children's meals with extras being added and not informed there would be an additional charge. Would never return. Our last night in Orlando ruined. Bad end to a wonderful holiday.

For family fun, it’s a blast! There is a lot here for families. Food is average, but you can’t beat the location and the things to do in proximity make it worth it.

The biggest in the world apparently and as Hard Rock aficionados it was a pleasure to visit. Perfectly situated between two Universal parks and easy to leave the parks at lunchtime to visit before spending the afternoon in the park again. You can even get your drink 'to-go" in a plastic glass. Bought the tee shirt and merchandise as well and the staff in the shop and at the bar were all very helpful. Beers were good too.
Hard Rock Orlando
Visited on Tuesday 26th August 2.30pm. Arrived early for our reservation seated no problem. Received excellent service and food was spot on. Price wise not too bad in my opinion. $8 for a Draught miller lite is about £6.50 so cheaper than London prices. Good atmosphere music not too loud and we would definitely return.
