First visit was ignored for 15 mins just to be told they weren’t open yet(in a not so friendly way). My next visit started off horrible, bartender never properly greeted just asked what we like and immediately walked away taking care of other customers then returning to take our order. She should focus on one customer at a time. I travel globally to hard rocks cafes with my dear husband and we both agree this location has the worst service

Great service and burger for a Hard Rock. Been to plenty of them and this one wasn't much different but fit the bill for a dinner with colleagues.

The place was packed but we still got great service. The food was great servers were good. We had a great time.

I've visited many Hard Rock's around the country and this one is on par. Same great food, service, and decor. Very friendly staff and the establishment was super clean.

A themed restaurant for music and Rock fans. A Hard Rock Café like the others, not very big but with a Rock and guitar themed decor always effective. A band played live when we were there, nice. Proper food but not exceptional. At the same time, we don't go to the Hard Rock Café for food.

I ate at the Hard Rock Cafe for dinner tonight and I don’t regret it. The vibe is amazing and the room is incredible. When walking in the restaurant, you witness this huge spinning guitar on the outside before seeing the beautifully decorated restaurant which has tons of rock and roll relating things. The food is also great. I recommend getting the Mac and cheese. There is also a gift shop there, and if you eat at the restaurant, you get a 20% discount. I highly recommend coming here!

First time I’ve been to a Hard Rock Cafe as usually steer away from chains and really pleased I visited.. Clearly loads of folk love this place as very busy and a lively vibe on a Saturday lunch time. Lots of sports on the TVs. The burger I enjoyed was so tasty, service was super, I would def return.

TripAdvisor seems to be getting somewhat snobby with reviews, and chains are usually treated horribly. Google reviews for example tend to be better for locations, and this Hard Rock location was no exception. Does it compare to the top steakhouse in Philly? No, but it's not meant to. This location and visit definitely deserves 5 bubbles. Food was really good, exactly what we ordered and how we ordered it and it came out in a reasonable time. The staff was very friendly, even our waitress who was brand new was very nice and more than eager to get questions answered. This location is nice and wide open. The only very minor suggestion for improvement is - in the restrooms, go back to having a paper towel option or making the doors open out. The hands-free dryers have been proven to be unsanitary, especially the Dyson models. This would be a very simple, cheap change, to improve the experience.

Visited here for a Saturday dinner. For some reason, it seemed that there were less choices on their menu than at other Hard Rocks that we have visited. The food was just ok. The waitress also violated one of my biggest pet peeves, which was to ask me for a refill of a lemonade without stating that there was not a free refill. I would eat elsewhere if given a choice

Upon arrival I was well attended to by the hosts. However, when sitting at the table I was very poorly served by the waiter, he forgot my order. Delayed And then to pay the bill I had to beg him to come to my table - good food, same as all the hard rocks

In Philadelphia for a conference, right downtown. Sunday nite. I ordered the Twisted Mac, Chicken and Cheese - It was delicious and I had leftovers. A bit spicy but not too spicy. Sunday nite was busy (lots of people there for the conference) and we had to wait about 20 minutes or so. It was a bit noisy but that's what you get at the Hard Rock Cafe. And, a party of 30 just beat our order in so the wait for food was a little longer than I wanted but the food was good and it gave our group time to talk about some things coming up that week. I'd go back.

Visited here on a business trip alongwith my colleagues for drinks and dinner however disappointed with the quality of steaks. Starter platter and beer was nice and salmon also seemed okay, however Tbone steak was so chewy and such a disappointment. Surely their burgers are much better

My husband and I went there to relax from our driving for 5 hours (to Philly) and have a couple of drinks. The ambiance was fabulous, the music- at the perfect volume, and service was awesome. We ordered Bahama Mama and Long Island Ice Tea and they were delicious!

The Hard Rock Cafes around the world are somewhat similar and have visited quite a few. This one in Philadelphia did not disappoint us with the prompt service and very tasty burgers. The décor is typical Hard Rock style with rock musicians memorabilia on all the walls.

Very good music and atmosphere as expected. The host was very friendly and so were the servers. Food was delicious, we especially loved the fries, and came out fairly quickly.

I've loved going to Hard Rock Cafes ever since going to the original in London back in 1981. HRC always have the same ambience which I love. The food is basically the same in every one but the preparation and service can be different from city to city. My experience in the Philly HRC was great as most of them have been. My server was exceptional and checked on me frequently to see how things were. My good (Atomic burger this visit) was cook as ordered and was absolutely delicious. My only issue with this visit was that I ordered a beer with the commemorative pint glass and typically you take the receipt to the Rock Shop to get your glass. Well they were out of the glasses so I ended up taking home a used commemorative glass instead of a new one. Not a deal breaker but would've been better with a new one.

Every time we eat here it is amazing! The staff is helpful and makes excellent recommendations about the menu. This location is a test kitchen with an expanded menu.

I was waiting for a business associate for a business dinner at 5pm. I told the hostess when I arrived that I was waiting for someone. He was driving around looking for parking and was 3 mins late. I was inquired by the hostess as if my party was arrived yet. I told her no because he was looking for parking. I asked is that a problem and she told me that I couldn’t just sit there. I got up and walked outside after being humiliated. I felt degraded especially during veterans month as I am a vet. I will never go back again. We went to maggianos around the block .

Went for a team lunch and had a burger. It was cooked perfectly. Our server was attentive and pleasant. Atmosphere was nice and we went later in the afternoon so we didn't have the lunch time crowd. Great place!

Standard fare but taste was good. Drinks were reasonable and food prices were standard for this type of establishment. Many Hard Rocks blare their music too loud making dinner conversation impossible, but this one was just right.

Little loud. Expected. Open late. Needed dinner after a night tour so that was good news. Seated quickly. Served quickly. Meal was good. Online menu was dufferent so had to change selection. Bought the required tourist tee shirt. Little slow to bring check. But server was covering alot of tables and doing it very well. Would go again. Might be time for a refresh of interior.

Visiting Philadelphia, we had to order 4x Philly Cheesesteaks and were not disappointed. Service was spot on and the food was amazing

Great spot to get a late night dessert or drink after walking around all day. Next to the Marriott in downtown Philadelphia. Beats paying $45/day to park a rental car at the hotel.

This was the worst experience! A homeless man sat on the other side of the door to get in. The door for the dinning room was open. where he was sitting. As he sat there smoking the smoke came in the dinning room. Another table told someone he left in a huff and he keep pointing at me. Our appetizer came with our meal, an hour after we ordered the food. It was not busy either. Our food came out I order the chicken tenders I ate 2 because I was hungry did not eat anymore as they were burnt. We chase down the waiter to to get out. I left hungry and still didn't get my drink a I ask twice for. For $30.00 it was a total rip off.

The atmosphere was great, lot's of fun stuff to see. Very helpful and friendly staff. The food could have been better, the burgers were undercooked, and fries were soggy. Plus it was expensive! But the staff and atmosphere made up for it.

Iconic restaurant but nothing special. Pretty limited menu - was surprised. food was pretty good. good location right on corner. Wasnt crowded so that was a plus. good service too.

We've been to many HRC's over the world and this ranks (to us) one of the best. Great atmosphere and service. Although many people feel that Philly steaks should only be ordered from certain establishments, we decided to try them here and they were fab! So, great food, cocktails, atmosphere and, as always, great location.

The food was fantastic the atmosphere is outstanding but it's the staff who are totally amazing and work so hard. They make the hard rock a fenomenal experience and definitely worth a visit. However, our waitress was pookkie who is an absolute credit to the cafe. So would totally recommend going there!

Loved our lunch in the hard rock café Philadelphia. Great food. The service was excellent. Gwen was our server. A shining example of a young person today. She was so helpful and attentive. We wish her the very best future and hopefully she will get to visit London and Ireland. Thank you Gwen for making our visit to Philadelphia so great.

This restaurant was disappointing. I ordered from their gluten free menu which i didnt find out till our table got all their food, that they did not have the items I ordered. The manager stated their gluten free menu was outdated. My question is why are the managers in this store not communicating this to their staff??? Shouldn't staff be trained properly? I felt there was a huge lack of leadership and direction in this reataurant. The food was ok and filled the void, 2 people in our party had overcooked burgers.

Went for a late lunch on a rainy day. It was not crowded. Service was excellent. My food was excellent. I enjoyed the memorabilia. Picked up a couple of T-shirts in the Rock Shop. Great visit overall. The Yukon gold mashed potatoes are really good.

Born and bred in Philly, and we work in the center city area. We were in the city the Friday before Christmas for a birthday celebration. We met up with our daughter who works in the Wanamaker building around 4 for drinks and apps. About 10 minutes for a server to come over, another 10 minutes for our drinks (draft beer and wine). They brought my husband the wrong beer, and we had to flag another server down to get it changed out. They blamed a tap problem, but they brought out a Yeungling, rather than a Coors Light. Just cop to the error. No big deal. Food was ok, no real complaints there, but after the food was served, our server did a fade-away, and we had to get yet another server to get our original server to come back to the table. At that point, we just wanted our check, and that took yet another 10 minutes. It wasn’t packed by any means, and the service was very laid back, to say the least. There are so many other places in the area, it’s just not worth the effort, to be honest. It’s a shame, because the location is great.

Before we ventured on a Foodie Tour, we stopped at the Hard Rock Cafe to get something to drink and snack on. We went with the Spinach and Artichoke Dip. This appetizer was very tasty and filling. The tunes that played in the background brought back memories of my youthful days.

We thought the food was delicious & the atmosphere was nice. Lots of memorabilia in there & all the people who were nice who waited on us there. If you want a good meal with nice music stop in by here.

My wife and I went here prior to going to the auto show. I ordered the California Cobb salad that was very good, and my wife had the Caesar Salad with shrimp that was also very good. Our server Jaime was excellent. She was pleasant and checked on us enough to make sure everything was fine, which it was.

We thought our grandchildren would enjoy dinner at the HardRock after an day in the city. We had reservations and were seated quickly, Our server, Miguel, was friendly and efficient. The BIG problem is that most every menu item , except for the salmon, has a warning notation that the dish contains more sodium than the daily recommended amount. I realized that “pub style” food isn’t the healthiest, but honestly, this place needs to add lots more options that won’t clog your arteries before you make it home! It’s very unlikely I’ll ever step into a Hard Rock Cafe again!

What can you say as with most chain restaurants the menu is similar across all places. I had the grilled chicken and bacon sandwich which came with a side of slaw and fries. I have to say very tasty and did the job nicely. I had a Yards IPA to drink made in Philadelphia and it was nice but not something I would drink a lot of on its own but complimented food. Switched to Samual Adams after The shop again same format as other branches some unique to Philadelphia items but mainly the same things as all HRC Finally staff very welcoming and friendly and made sure you were happy with everything

Service was poor. It took too long to get our food and it wasn't that great. I don't know if it was because it was late in the evening or what, but the staff appeared to be tired and not interested in being there.

Dinner last night - made reservation through open table - so when we arrived; no wait; and seated at booth; philly steak sandwich and blt; strawberry basi lemonade - all delicious....our server was great -- we always visit HRC in the cities we visit - just a fun habit - always can count on good inexpensive meal....

Having walked from Penn's Landing to the Museum of Art, my wife and I stopped at the Hard Rock for lunch on the way back to rest our legs. The restaurant is located within the Reading Terminal Train Station which provided additional decor interest to the rock music memorabilia dressing the dining room. Choosing our meals was easy as we know our favorites on the menu having visited many Hard Rock restaurants around the world. Our server was friendly and attentive and we enjoyed our meals and drinks. I purchased my pint beer glass from the shop as part of a meal promotion. Excellent.

What you see is what you get. Great food, excellent and super dedicated service from the waiters - only thing to consider is the loud music. But this is part of the concept - so cannot complain🤩🤩😎😎

Typical atmosphere, music (loud enough to hear it but you can still talk with your companions), nice guitars on the walls (from Led Zepelin or Kiss). Food was standard, not cheap, but not too expensive.

What a horrifying experience! The waitress was delightful but while waiting to pay our bill a mouse ran across the floor TWICE! To my shock that spells health issues and we will never eat there again!

This HRC has everything we had hoped for: great music, music memorabilia on the walls, great service and happy hour! We sat at the bar and we enjoyed the environment while we ate and drank.

I try to visit Hard Rick Cafe in a city if there is one, I’ve looked forward to Philadelphia for a long time. I’m a Hard Rock reward member but would never visit this one again. We arrived and there was no greater, we waited for maybe 10 min before someone approached our party. We were seated maybe 10 min later despite the fact that the restaurant was nearly empty. The waitress was terrible and disappeared for 30 mins at a time- no exaggeration. Seven out of eight drinks arrived, we had to chase for the last one. The food arrived but my sons order was wrong, I had to chase again to get it corrected - from a different server as ours was no where to be seen. My philly cheese steak was dry with stale bread so I couldn’t eat it. I complained when the waitress took our plates away. My friend had told the waitress it was my birthday but she gave the birthday gift ice cream to her not me and asked the restaurant to say happy birthday!!! My reward birthday discount was not taken off the bill despite me telling her. I had to complain and again about my food. The bill was eventually produced with my meal removed but the service was so slow we had to skip desert and couldn’t wait to leave. To tip off my birthday visit the store doesn’t stock the collectors pins so I didn’t even get my memento. I’ve never left a Hard Rock feeling so sad before, never had bad service, never had bad food.

As always good food/live music etc. Fun time. I would recommend the Legendary Burger. It is quite tasty and reasonably priced.

From beginning to end an unbelievable experience. Got there first thing in the morning and greeted by Anna at the bar and she was full of energy and good vibes I was amazed, wonderful conversations and made me and other guests feel welcomed. I saw the manager on stage on his laptop responding to emails and got up and checked every table to see how they were doing. How professional. Christian I think, there was another Christian who was a fun guy to talk to. I even came back the next day. Chris is an awesome guy with the beard, he was so accommodating as well, turned it into an all out wonderful experience. Best Hard Rock Cafe I’ve ever been to

This was my first time in the center city Hard Rock and I'm sorry to say I won't be back. Despite the place being almost empty, our greeter made a big show of "looking" for a table. Our server really portrayed an "I hate my job" attitude and wasn't a bit friendly or cheerful. I ordered a raspberry ice tea and my nephew a beer. It took ages for the drinks to come despite only two other tables being occupied. When she brought the drinks there was no apology offered for the delay. The food was fine but soured by the service. We were never asked how was the food. I wanted another iced tea but gave up waiting. I'm sure this was a once off occurrence but it was a bad experience. We were late for a train - I'm usually not shy of complaining when there's cause, but we had to leave for an appointment in NJ.

I have been to several of these restaraunts, and must say I have been genearly happy. But not this time. It was a busy Saturday night and this place was the only one that did not have a line up. Resaraunt The entrance and interior were clean and well presented. Upon entering, we saw several empty tables, and no one in line waiting. We promptly set our sights on an empty spot in the bar, but once we got there we were told to go back to the front and wait. Service This is a very large place and there is plenty of seating, including where we were finally seated (in the back). It was quieter in the back, and we were told this area was special and not everyone is seated here. The attendant left us with menus, and took her time coming back to get our drink order. There were four of us and we each ordered a drink, and off she went. It took about 10 minutes for her to return with two of our four drinks on a tray. She left and about 6 minutes later returned with one more, before leaving and returning several minutes later with the 4th drink. When she returned we all ordered another round assuming it would take at least 15 minutes for her to return with our next round of drinks...we were right. We ordered food in between her infrequent visits, nothing to complicated, but this also came out staggered. We all agreed that the service we got was terrible, and we would not return during our stay. Food The food was good and it did come hot, it was flavourful and presented as well as a chain restaraunt can present food. Once we were done we settled our bills and went elsewhere for drinks, as our service experience told us to leave.

I must say this must be one of the friendliest HRC’s we’ve visited. Warm welcome on arrival by front of house and serving staff. Not long after being seated, manager Bob came over and we had a good chat about all sorts of things. Drinks and food served promptly. Delicious as usual. A little upset that Oreo cheesecake was being discontinued. This decision was explained by Bob on another visit to our table. Come on HRC, this was our favourite dessert, bring it back!! A visit is not complete without a trip to the Rock Shop. Once again staff were welcoming. Plenty of choice of merchandise and we bought just what we were after. Bob saw that we were settling up in the shop and came over and wished us well before we left. I must say we had a rocking good time during this visit and we would not hesitate to eat here again when in town.

Cara is funny and friendly ask for her. St patty’s day specials. Super duper service. Stuff to wear home. Wonderful beers and burgers. Love it!

We popped in and decided to have a snack to the bar as weren't very hungry and mainly thirsty, plus needed a break. We had to wait 10-15 minutes for a bar person to appear for service. Not your usual HRC standard

Right in the heart of downtown and 1 Block from city hall you are there. Super friendly staff with Cara at the bar very quick service. Manager Tom greeted us with a huge smile.

Finding a place to eat that is ready to serve children with good food, excellent service, and fair prices is never easy to find. But rest assured that a trip to The Hard Rock in Philadelphia is an oasis for everyone, especially the children. The food is very good, the service is attentive and efficient, and the cost is very reasonable.

This place is located right across from the Reading Terminal Market. You can get off the subway and you are very close to this restaurant and the market. You will also be walking mostly if not completely underground or Undercover in case it's bad weather. We stopped at the Hard Rock Cafe to get a drink before we went touring around Terminal Market. They have a very small store for buying t-shirts but not a very large selection. The bartender was efficient but not very friendly. The drinks were okay but expensive of course. Two drinks and one Coke were more than $30. We didn't eat so I have no recommendations pro or con about the food. But I do like the location in order to get a drink while shopping.

Stopped for a bite to eat while in the city. Burgers were big but a little dry. Chicken tenders were crispy and tender. The fries were done just right. The manager was really nice making sure we were ok.

Hard Rock was a short walk from our hotel so we decided to go. The hostess's were very welcoming and we were seated right away. Our server was outstanding and attentive. Our food was very good and filling. When I gave my card our server picked it up, walked away and came back. It was a Navy Federal card so he asked if I was in the armed forces (I'm retired) and he applied a discount. Pretty awesome for him to do that. Great food, great service, highly recommend.

Excellent location if you are short on time but enjoy a good meal. Entrance is off the street and right inside the train station. Great selection of food for all ages in family 3yrs to 60 except no hot dogs for kids on menu for kids. Nachos were really good just for a meal and the burgers were cooked to perfection. Service staff was very helpful and food was served very quickly after ordered.

Only 6 train stops from the airport and I landed in the bar at the Hard Rock. Anna was my bartender and she was happy, courteous and helpful with the selection of beers. She talked me into ordering an appetizer and WOW so huge. I took it to go to eat on the plane.

Hard working service staff, boring clientele stimulated by the entertainment, and a really disappointing menu. The lowest calories appetizer is half of your days allotment at 1,037. Some of the main courses are over 3,199 calories! Why would anyone return? You’d become as big as a house and dumber than your driveway....

Stopped by a quick dinner around 9:30pm. They close at 10:00 and you could tel they don’t like to take customers after 9:30 as we were reminded how long we had. They weren’t busy, but yet you could tell they wanted to leave. Food was alright, but there’s other options around downtown. If you’re planning on going to this Hard Rock, make sure you’re there earlier then 9:30

We hit all Hard Rocks on our travels. This one was small but worth seeing and we decided to taste another Philly cheesesteak and local beer on tap. Both were good and didn’t disappoint. Service was good and music always fun.

Burgers, fries, ribs and similar served by friendly, but over worked staff in a music-filled filled setting with the usual rock memorabilia pinned to the walls. I haven't been to a HRC for a few years so it was interesting to see some unusual menu additions such as "cauliflower wings" (a twist on buffalo wings) which were delicious, as was the cauliflower burger.

I’ve been to a number of Hard Rocks in my time and this one was certainly up to par! Food was excellent, we had the salmon and the legendary burger- both cooked to perfection with hand cut fries seasoned just right. Our server Caitlin was so friendly and helpful without being intrusive. We ordered the non alcoholic Berry Mixer drink with a take home souvenir cup- only $10.99! Alex was also very friendly and pleasant when we went to the gift shop after dinner. Great experience, keeps up the great reputation of the Hard Rock!

Started fine with a warm welcome from the host. Server was quick and brought us water to drink without being asked. Things quickly went downhill sadly. The starter arrived but we had no cutlery. Server brought us some eventually so all was fine. As we were eating our starter, our main courses were brought out. This is such a basic thing for a restaurant to get right - we don’t want to eat a main course before a starter is finished and cleared away. I explained this to the server and asked for them to be taken away and kept warm. Her response was: ‘I’ll take them away but they won’t be the same temperature when they come back’. At this point I asked to speak to the manager. Stephanie (duty manager) eventually came over with a dreadful attitude. Her aggressive, abrasive attitude did not rectify the situation and she didn’t even apologise until I prompted her. The food was brought back but the burger ordered didn’t have bacon or bbq sauce on (it was meant to be a BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger). Ironic. I sent it back - again no empathy, care or concern from Stephanie. Fifteen minutes later, the burger returned - by this point my Mum had finished her main course. The meal was completely ruined. Stephanie begrudgingly didn’t charge for the burger but this is the absolute least I would expect. Of 200+ worldwide HRC visits and as members of their Unity Reward programme, this dreadful cafe and appalling manager were up there with the worst we’ve ever known. Poor vibes and much better options for food in Philly. Avoid.

Alisha was amazing! I was on a trip and I loved my experience here and the food was so so good. The people were so welcoming and nice and I had a great time

We went on two occastions.food is good. Service is also good.bubbly staff.freindly and helpfull. Nice relaxed atmosphere.nice venue.

Much smaller than what I expected. Food was great and so was the service. Small gift shop too so min amount of stuff.

Great location. Nice staff. The menu is awful. No fault of local ownership. It’s a chain that will likely be out of business soon. Nothing you should eat on the menu. Not even an appetizer under 1,000 calories! Blech.

Met some friends for lunch and decided to go to Hard Rock for a beer. The bartender was very friendly; however, the building was very tired. Perhaps too tired

My colleague and I came here for dinner as Plan B. The other resto had a 45 min wait. We were told it would be a 25 min wait so we gave our name. We saw couples walk in after us and ger seated. Turns out they had 'paged' us but clearly it wasn't working. We were sitting right in front of the hostess and it took a while for her to realize we were still waiting. We both had the salmon and it was very good. They accommodated my friend's request to change the sides. Service was good. She was very pleasant. Good music of course and they have tv screens everywhere for the sports fans.

We popped in tonight and had no trouble getting in about 5:45 pm. We sat at the bar and ordered beers. Our service was fine. An order of nachos nearby sure looked good!

It's a beautiful place to visit and have a quick bite to eat. We had a late lunch during one of our days in Philadelphia. We didn't know the place was so big, much larger than some of the Hard Rock Cafes we've visited. Full of memorabilia and history. The food may not be the best in the world, but it is Hard Rock Cafe. We tasted the Burger and the Salad and were satisfied. A must visit whenever touring Philadelphia.

Not just anther HRC if it comes to the atmosphere - unique style, nice memorabilia. Food, beverages - decent, but the place is worth visiting because of the venue itself.

Close to Phlash stop. Good salmon and sangria. Chicken tenders not much taste. Neat place to see. Remember your AAA card for a discount.

Clean and bar staff very friendly and nice. They have craft beers, food was good and decent selection of food

On the last night of our 5-day family vacation to Philadelphia (Sun. October 10th, 2021) we visited Hard Rock Cafe Philadelphia, near Reading Terminal Market. We called for reservations, and was promptly seated at our scheduled time. Sunday evening wasn’t too busy, but our waitress was somewhat overwhelmed as she serviced multiple tables and reminded us she was in her 12th hour working!! She was very nice, but wasn’t around much and I had to flag someone down to get condiments, so that was unfortunate. The food was quite good, as I had the bbq bacon cheeseburger with veggies. It was good. Dad bought us drinks on a different tab, and I had their Hurricane mixed drink in a souvenir glass. Of course, I went in the HRC store to buy my usual shot glass for my Hard Rock Collection. It was pricey, but at least I have another Hard Rock location checked off the list. FOUR CLAWS UP!!!! Thanks for reading my review of Hard Rock Cafe in Philadelphia. Peace!! Joe G. Bear - Redondo Beach, CA

Go to the Hard Rock Cafe in Philadelphia the waitress Betty is amazing. The city is far more friendly than New York

I reserved a table for 5 pm, thinking it would be a cool place to ear Thanksgiving dinner. We showed up at 445, were told our table would be ready at 520 because they had half the restaurant reserved for a high school group, and were sent to the other part of the restaurant. At 530 I asked about the table and I was told we would get in as soon as the others diners we're finished. At 550 I said I'm really getting impatient (understatement) and was told they didn't see my name on the list but luckily a table was ready. Then the food came out cold-ish but we were too hungry to send it back. I will continue to tell this story for the rest of my Thanksgivings.

Negative 10 Worst service possible Nice manager excused our drinks and appitizers...manager gets 5 stars

The host needs retraining and a lesson on ADA laws. The guy was rude. Thankfully the manager stepped in and took care of us. The waitstaff was very pleasant but you could tell the overall morale was down. The food is what you could get at a Chili’s but priced a lot higher. Nothing special and definitely not recommended.

We had a day trip to Philadelphia from New York and visited here for lunch. The staff were very attentive and friendly and we were served very quickly. The place was very busy but we were accommodated within a couple of minutes. We opted for the veggie black bean and quinoa burger which was delicious and the grilled chicken sandwich. Another hard rock to add to our list

We had a good dinner here! I love going to hard rock cafes, and this one didn't disappoint. Our waiter was awesome and helpful with suggestions of things to do while in Philly. Will come back to this restaurant when in Philly again!

After a long day of meetings and seminars I had worked up a pretty good appetite for the day and needed a nice evening meal before retiring for the night, and I think I made a good choice the burgers and fries was very tasty and just right to retire for the day and watch a few good movies before calling it a night. We enjoyed the experience very much!

Gutted about this one - I love Hard Rocks, have been to them all around the world. Travelling solo I was ushered to the bar by the front of house where I sat for 10 minutes without any acknowledgement. Eventually when I got the bar tender’s attention I managed to order a beer and he asked for ID (fair enough.. I’m 25, but know I look younger). I pulled out my UK drivers license which he duly rejected because ‘they don’t accept foreign ID’, then asked for my passport. Funnily enough, I don’t carry my UK passport around with me when I’m out in the evenings. When I tried to explain to him that my UK passport is as much foreign ID as my EU International drivers license I still didn’t have any luck and was sent marching. Was gna have a big meal and buy a load of merchandise as souvenirs for my family, as well as coming again cos I love Hard Rocks. But won’t be coming back. Incidentally when I went to the Hard Rock in NYC last weekend, my driving license was fine!! Morale of the story - if you’re young and not American, you have to risk having to take your passport out with you to get a beer here.

Excellent experience. Three of us, seated immediately at 6pm on a Saturday night. Great atmosphere, wonderful service and the salmon was perfect! Great fruity drinks as well, $14.99 with a keepsake glass... Totally worth it!

Had a very enjoyable meal here with two teenage kids. I don’t like waiting especially for a table but it was quite short. The food was generally good but surprisingly the philly cheese steak was not that great. Worth going though.

the teenagers had burgers, and the y were very excited. The cheese fries tasted awesome. I had a steak with mashed potatoes, green beans and shrimps. The steak was average, and not very tender. The green beans were nice and perfect prepared. The mash was not very warm and tasted as it came directly out of a package. The shrimps were cooked, but not warm in the middle ( premade and headed at service ). The cocktails were nice, all non alcoholic ( strawberry/basil, mojito, pineapple and mano ). The dessert, chokolade fudge cake for sharing was very very big. And very very to much for 2 persons. You maybe don´t come for the food, but you will enjoy the atmosphere and the concept.

We are veteran hard rockers. While the food was good, as is the atmosphere, the service wasn't so great. No one came to check on us and our drinks did not get refilled even though we had asked, twice. They were not that busy. Good location and prices.

We made reservation as we had a group of 16 coming for dinner, 10 adults and 6 children. We we're seated quickly and had room all to ourselves. Our server was quick to take our orders, however that's where it went down hill quickly. We waited approximately 45 min for our drinks to come. 5 of the 6 kids got their food rather quickly, even before the adults got their drinks. One child sat there with no food until we complained that the other kids we're all done eating and she finally got her meal. Drink FINALLY come, kids are done eating an ready to leave and the adults still haven't gotten their meals When the meals come, I would say about half of them we're incorrect. Several people expressed their feelings to the server and I believe manager throughout the night and nothing was done about it. Terrible service.

My kids love HRC, so we often seek them out when we are in new cities. The location was perfect; right across the street from our hotel. We had had a lackluster experience at the HRC in Washington DC a few days prior, but my kids wanted to visit this one. This was an excellent experience. Brandon, our server, was excellent and very mindful of my daughter's food allergy (tree nuts). The atmosphere of the restaurant is great, and the food is perfect for my picky eaters. The menu is predictable, but that doesn't bother us.

We took our two daughters just for the "Hard Rock" experience. Not only had wonderful service for us but witnessed the staff go above and beyond to make it a wonderful experience for a family visiting where one of the members has severe allergies to everything but wheat. Our waiter never lost patience and even brought out members of the kitchen staff to make sure everyone was on the same page. We were so impressed and as a mom watching this made me want to cry b/c it made this other family's night.

Everything else in the area was closed due to the fourth Nor'easter of March so it was completely packed. I got a seat at the bar by luck. The bartender was amazing. She was so busy and handled it very well. I ordered a cheese burger. It came out pretty quick considering the crowd but unfortunately it had no flavor. The fries were good though.

If you've been to one Hard Rock Café, you've been to them all. The memorabilia is always fun to look at. The service was good. The food was good. Nothing exceptional stuck out for me. Great location to where our hotel was so that was the deciding factor for dinner choice.

We decided to skip breakfast and have a very early lunch -- cowboy ribeye was very tender (a bit fatty but melted in your mouth type of steak). We enjoyed that meal with the oreo shake that was advertised on the table - too die for. My daughter talked about this meal the entire vacation. Will definitely go again.

We stopped here for lunch, and ordered salads. The music videos were interesting to watch while we waited and the memorabilia interesting. However, the chairs we sat on were really thread worn, and needed to be replaced. Also it was weird having to go down into the basement to use the ladies' room -- a little creepy. The salads were good, and we used my AAA discount to reduce the price, so it was a good value.

Last night we ordered a couple of hamburgers. When asked after 40 min what the status of our order was the waitress eventually told us it was a mixup and our order was given to someone else. NO APOLOGY, but she said that a manager was coming. We waited for 15 more minutes and we finally went and looked for the manager. Eventually the manager showed up. She said the waitress forgot to put our order ( one of the two was not telling the truth! ) The manager was not helpful at all and approached us in a confrontational way. Even though she offered to pay for our dinners, she was not nice. We left. The staff needs customer service training.

Came in during the early afternoon looking for a meal that would hold us until late night. Although the offerings were simple, they were tasty and filling. Moderately priced. Service was great!

Was seated very quickly and the server took our drink and appetizer order. Brought our drinks then we waited. Came by several times to say that the appetizer should be coming out at any time. Then our main dinner was brought to the table and several minutes later the appetizer was brought to the table and we sent it back as we were eating dinner. Dinner was not very hot and parts of it was cold, but ate it anyway. I do not blame the server but the kitchen for this problem. Would not recommend this Hard Rock at this time.

Really enjoyed the ambience and food. Great options for being downtown Philly. The service was adequate but once they realized I wasn’t drinking they focused on other tables.

My wife and I stopped there to eat after the PHS Flower Show. We had not been in a HRC for a long while. It was like going back in time, and not in a good way. It was like the place was stuck in the 1980’s and refused to leave. I guess if that is your niche, ok, but it is not for me. We probably should have picked someplace else. The food was good, but just average. The service was poor! Our server got our order wrong, our drinks only arrived after several reminders and we were overcharged for our drinks. I had a Diet Coke and eventually got it, but after I finished it our server passed our table repeatedly without asking if I wanted more. This is my last visit to this blast from the past!

My family and I had dinner at this place in November. My 12-year old son ordered pork ribs but he could not even eat one because it did not taste good. Moreover, it showed some crusts on the meat that were confirmed by the waitress. We wanted to return the meal and exchanged if for another one but the manager told us that we needed to pay for it anyway. I showed him that the ribs were intact and that my son could not even finish one! He left me speaking alone....and left. When the bill came, I called him again and asked him for a total refund. Once again, he denied it and only accepted to refund us for half the meal. I tried to explain to him AGAIN that the ribs have not been touched and once again, he left....To the upper management of this place: It is a shame that this guy has to deal with customers. He is pushing your customers away. The Hard Rock Café deserves something much better.

Really enjoyed this place - huge rotating Gibson guitar outside. Some rock and pop memorabilia inside. Sat at the counter near the bar and got reasonable service. A little bit brusque but it was a busy Saturday lunchtime. BBQ burger was v tasty. Fries v nice. Fat content ? Don't ask ! But I really enjoyed the meal. Bonus was the premier league on the telly and Norwich beating Man City !!

While in town we went here for dinner on the Saturday before Halloween. The restaurant is split in two. A bar side and a side which is more for dining. We first went into the bar side and there was a Hallowwen event. We were asked if we had tickets. We were only there to grab a bite so the hostess told us to go to the next set of doors outside. It was not clear where we were going but found the other part of the restaurant. The staff was not very organized and there was alot of confused customers. When we came in no one was at the desk. Once in we did get a fantastic waitress named Kit. She sat at the table and took our order. I liked that. The food was pretty good but my drinks were off. The taste was not right. The restaurant was ok but I wouldn't highly recommend it.

When we travel we will always eat at the Hard Rock, this time in Philly it was restaurant week so a great value for the meal. Drinks were good, good was good steaks cooked more than we asked but still good flavor. You know you can get a good meal without any risk eating at Hard Rock.

The whole chain of Hard Rock Cafes could use a complete menu overhaul. On a recent trip to the Philadelphia location, I was looking to eat healthy. They put the calories on the menu, so it is easy to spot the maybe 2 healthier choices. I went for the black bean burger. They had mistakenly made the burgers with white beans but let me have one. They forgot to put guacamole on the burger and it was pretty dry and crazily garlicky without it, so I asked for some as soon as I was able to catch our waitress’s attention. I wish they had more variety of healthy choices. More side dishes would help, too. It wasn’t clear if I could have had a side salad or some kind of veggie or rice side in stead of fries. I guess fries are it. I’m going to review this place separately as a venue/attraction because I do really like the attraction aspect of this Hard Rock Cafe.

We loved Atlantic City and Louisville Hard Rock Cafe’s so head directly to the one in Philli. We went to main entrance on corner by outdoor guitar and it was so loud we had to turn and leave as we had baby with us. A greeter came after us and said there was a party in that dining room but to enter Jefferson Station to right of nearby Burger King and there was a quiet dining room perfect for families and our stroller would fit and there would be high chairs. Glad she told us and so happy we listened. This Hard Rock is amazing. There was a one man band playing and he was awesome and the food and plating was spot on perfect. See pics. They should have a sign explaining there is a raucous bar atmosphere side of the restaurant and a neighborhood bar atmosphere bar on the other. Loved the Jefferson Station atmosphere also.

This was my 17th visit to an HRC, we got to Philadelphia early so had to wander a bit while it opened but like them all it’s got plenty of memorabilia on the walls to see. I bought my daughter a teddy as I always do to add to her collection

This one is like all of the others. The HRC has ok food with some vegetarian options. I did really like the new cauliflower “wings.” I never really had a complaint at any Hard Rock and none here. The service was good and the food was good. Everyone was happy with their selections.

There are pay to park lots in the area. This is a typical Hard Rock Cafe with full bar service and music videos playing on their numerous televisions. There is rock memorabilia on display throughout the facility as well. There is also the "Rock Shop" for your souvenir hunting urges. I received excellent service and my "Original Legendary Burger" (bacon cheeseburger) was outstanding. COVID-19: They really are going the extra mile. Employees were masked. They gave me a plastic bag to put my mask in while I was at my table. Customers are expected to wear masks when away from their tables. The tables have signs stating that they have been cleaned (which the host removed when he seated me). The tables are laid out to promote social distancing.

I've eaten at quite a few Hard Rocks. This busy had good service, food was good despite being busy and packed. I would recommend tap or bottle beer. Hard alcohol drinks are very light pours, even the waitress commented on it.

This is the 6th city I have visited a Hard Rock at. I enjoy the food, always really good. We ordered a plate of nachos...biggest plate of them I have ever seen! The service was top notch, taking good care of us. Because of this, we ended up going here twice for dinner... I always hit the shop to find a new shirt and found 2 this time. LOVE IT!

The food was cold I found a hair also my flat bread was covered in olive oil I hated the burger the burger bung was pink also it was cold and red I hated it so much I will never go back again do not racmend

Large High School group had dinner at after attending an event at the Philadelphia Convention Center. We were accommodated immediately and food was prepared right away. Our name was in even on the menu. Only recommendation is better dessert options.

I have been to many Hard Rock Cafe's over the years, and I have been to this one several times as well in the past I didn't feel like the usual Hamburger, but my wife found a menu item we could share while waiting for the convention center to open. We arrived for the opening at 11 AM. Seated and ordered the appetizer sampler for 20 dollars. Surprisingly, it looked exactly like the photo in the menu. All the items were fresh and placed on an over sized plate on a bed of very fresh greens. It had a an additional tower with South West roll ups of some sort on a bed of lettuce. It was all very good and had plenty of side dips as well. Very good chicken wings, fresh made onion rings, breaded chicken tenders and Bruschetta slices, All very good. As more and more orders were delivered, I noticed some really decent burgers being delivered along with towers of onion rings. The wait staff was OK, and even a little different with regards to appearance, but this is the city and a Hard Rock Café as well. It had all the usual memorabilia on the walls as well. The rest rooms were clean and were in the basement, but there is an elevator. You can get here from anywhere the SEPTA train travels from without even stepping foot outside. It is a several minute walk from the Philadelphia Convention Center and a several minutes from the SEPTA train station at Market St. East. The Reading Terminal is also minutes away.

Stopped in for lunch after just arriving into town. Hostess was extremely friendly and accommodating. Service was timely and tasty. Very friendly staff, excellent food and overall experience.

In Philly for a special birthday trip for my son. He actually wasn’t feeling well the night of our stay in town, but thankfully after a long nap, he felt better and hungry! Our hotel was just down the block, so we decided to stay close for a late dinner. We were quickly seated and the atmosphere is great. We both needed the music to liven up a bit and it did the trick! We ordered drinks and I insisted he ordered a no alcoholic frozen drink (for his sore throat!). He loved it. Always love a Hard Rock Hurricane for myself! We both ordered the same burger. They were both delicious. By the time I finished telling my son a story of another time I took my sister to a Hard Rock... he had devoured his entire burger! I think it was just what he needed to get on his feet to celebrate his 16th the next day. Thanks for a great meal that we weren’t expecting to have that night!

Our server Kit was great and really our whole experience was exceptional. The food was tasty and the desert (we had cannolis) was amazing!!!!! Highly recommend a visit to the Hard Rock in Philly.

Bad bad service and food I would never never ever go back to that place again and Stephanie and her crew even the cook all need to be fired this is why so many restaurants can not strive because people like them to the owner you need to fire these people before it’s too late this is why Philadelphia don’t have too many good restaurants because they have cold hearted people working there I waited almost a 1hour for my food sent it back 3 times and miss Stephanie just got a whole attitude I’m not eating nobody raw meat so at this point when it came again still raw I told them thank you for the worst time ever and I’ll pray god soften their hearts raw and cold food is not on the menu I feel so sorry for the owner

Food was pretty good, however the service was just okay. The server was not very attentive, which is the only reason that I rated this restaurant as a 3.

Good food from an established chain. Good selection of beers. Great waiting on staff. Inside is a little underwhelming compared with other Hard Rock Cafes we have visited in the past. Outside the main entrance is a huge rotating neon lit guitar which is impressive. Great for a lunch or dinner.

The Hard Rock Cafes have a great atmosphere with interesting items. This Hard Rock does not have as much memorabilia as other ones. The staff was very good. Our server was prompt and attentive. The food is fine with many choices. The desserts are excellent.

Good traditional burger and NY strip. The beer was also good. Meeting our hard rock standing expectations. Really friendly staff. Nice decoration.

I'm on a mission to visit as many Hard Rock Cafe's and Resorts as possible. Thanks to the awesome staff for your friendly service. I loved the Yards Brew they recommended.

Revisited The Hard Rock Cafe on Market Street in Philadelphia, PA Enjoyed a quick cocktail and a brief conversation with their very personable Host Kalia, and an equally pleasant Bartender Jillian. Thank you ladies. * Stop in and Enjoy!

I've eaten at several other Hard Rock Cafes...NYC, Washington DC, Las Vegas, Orlando, Honolulu, Miami, Anchorage, Guam; and I have to say that this is by far the worst Hard Rock experience I've had. Our server was absent-minded, and got flustered over the smallest imperfections and changes to our order. He only came to the table once to check on our drink situation. Our order was completely messed up and it took over 45 mins to get our food after we ordered it. The manager brought out our messed up food with no apology or suggestions to make it better. We had to send back my daughter's Mac-n-cheese order, which took another 20-25 mins to get a new one. I asked if I could talk to the manager and she never came over to talk to us. Disappointing doesn't even come close to how bad it was!

Food was good, nothing spectacular, but nothing spectacular was expected. Cleanliness, however, was. Seats were sticky, table stained, crumbs everywhere.

Visited on an early Sat. Evening with a family party of ten. Waited just several minutes for our tables. Even with a reservation, had to sit at two tables; not a problem. Menu was very limited. Wait staff was very polite; however, seemed a little slow to get drink refills, condiments, etc. Was not overly crowded. Had a salad and nachos. Food was good; not delicious. Portions were small.

On a convention trip with my mother, easily the best meal we had. My steak was cooked exactly how I asked, and was loaded with flavor! Better than any meal I could order back home for sure. We'll be back!

Like the atmosphere and the food. Service was also good and quick. I was somewhat surprised of the limited menu. If you don't eat meat you have no appetizers options and very limited main course options.

We have visited this Hard Rock several times in the past and found it to be okay. Not one of the better locations in there chain but still enjoyable. This night was very bad, it took about 20 minutes to get service once we were seated and when she did arrive she took our drink order and when I said we were ready to order our mean she said she would be back. 10 minutes later she arrived with the drinks and started to walk away, she had to hail her down to get her to return and take our order. Food was good, standard fare for a Hard Rock, but it was about 30 minutes before it was served. Once our waitress returned we gave her a credit card to pay for the bill and that took another 15 to 20 minutes before she returned. In total we walked in around 5:45 and didn't leave until almost 8.

The big guitar reminds me of the one in Universal Studio in Los Angeles. In a very busy location. Very nice restaurant. Food is always decent. Service is great as well.

I only get in the city 3-4 times a year now, but when we get near here we always eat at the hard rock. food always good and hot and not crazy priced! drinks have alcohol in them that you can taste=always a plus. After our show we went back to catch the train and had a great 50 minutes with jill=great stories and a real person. Just a good time and good food=pretty much what you go out for. thanks for the fun, see you next go around.

I never have a problem when I go to the Hard Rock in my city of Philadelphia the service is always good u might have to wait a little longer but I count that to food being cooked from scratch

Medium clean restaurant And unwelcoming. Few tables occupied and we put you in a corner As for the food it was filthy Nothing to add go your way

We ate there on a trip to Philly for a convention and received some of the best customer service from the staff I've had in quite some time, especially the manager on duty, Rob. I would go back in a heartbeat!

Greeted by a snarly girl who insisted we had to have a reservation to get in. We explained when you are from out-of-town reservations are difficult to schedule. We found seating at the bar. Ordered food, waited 40 minutes, food never came, yet people seated after us by 20 minutes got their food. Plenty of tables available for a long period so why the reservations? We left vowing never to return to this Hard Rock.

Really nice place. Small compared to others. Located next to the Philadelphia convention center. Really small rock shop compared to others that I’ve been to. Drinks came out quick, abbey the waitress was very nice and on point. Food was great.

Made a reservation over lunch when I knew they’d be busy. Service was great! We had a very attentive waiter who checked back often without being annoying. Food was what I expected and was fine. We were in and out in an hour and that’s exactly what we were hoping for.

We did Not eat but the menu is same at all Hard Rocks. This one seem small. We always go the Rock Shops. The lady working was very kind and helpful. We really appreciate her showing the sales rack.

Had a great lunch at the bar. Service was fast, food was good (grilled chicken sandwich), and of course, great tunes!

We were in Philadelphia. So many restaurants were crowded and not overly clean and inviting. However, Hard Rock was the exception. Server was very personable, food was great too. Pricey.....yes, but after all.it was a Hard Rock Cafe.

On a blisteringly cold Feb eve we chanced upon this cafe, wasn't really looking for it and went inside. Its typical fare for a HRC, been to one, been to them all...........but it was wasn't, the service was excellent and I found a neat new trick, if you ask for service at the bar, you get served much faster than waiting in the queue to be seated, the caveat being you need to eat in the bar area too, which is never a problem as the bar tops are wide, and you have the added benefit of speaking to the bar staff for a hour ! The food is not fabulous, but it is fun, tasty and well presented, we had a large plate for nachos with jalapeño and melted cheese, plus another mixed platter dish, together this was way too much for two ! Great service and I found a queue busting new trick ! Can recommend!

I was on a girls trip to Philly and we were looking for someplace close with cheesesteak. Hard Rock Cafe was close to our hotel. The food was mediocre and the place was loud (and empty) on a Thursday night.

Came here last min after spending the day in philly. It was great! The nachos were amazing, the steak was so good and the salad I got was also very good. Service was great as well. Highly recommend!

Had an early dinner here. This is one of the smaller Hard Rock Cafe's I have visited. The food was good and the servers were all very nice. If you like the Hard Rock, this is definitely worth the visit.

Good food. Good service. It was after lunch hour, but the restaurant was still packed. The facilities were clean. The music is a bit loud. They offer a separate gluten free menu as well. Definitely try the cauliflower "wings". I ordered the tangy one, but it was spicy. So they changed it for the BBQ flavor. That one tasted more tangy than BBQ. But they were delicious!

We went to the Hard Rock Cafe in Philly for a family dinner. The food was very good. Unfortunately, the staff seemed a bit on the exhausted, not so interested side. Also, on ordering an alcoholic beverage they told us how badly prepared we were for our trip not knowing that in Philadelphia you need ID to order a beer. We didn’t mind that for legal reasons staff would not sell us a beer but the tone in which they instruct led us that we should have known better, was in appropriate.

Visited after event at convention center, easy walk to the HRC. What you have come to expect, lots of rock memorabilia, good music and atmosphere, tasty burgers and fries. Only part that was disappointing, we called ahead hoping to get a group of about 20 of us and response was no way. Ended up just stopping with our family and the dining room was about half full so seemed like they could have made it work. In fact large school group left as we arrived and was room the whole time. Otherwise, it was pretty typical HRC stop.

After being disappointed during my stay with what the city call "American" food choices I was in heaven. Took a seat at the bar and the attendant was overwhelmed. The food made up for it and I saw that the next shift had two people on the station. I was a Hard Rock and from London to Boston to Vegas you know what to expect and Philly didn't disappoint. Not for handicapped as the rest rooms are down two flights.

At the Philadelphia Flower Show this past weekend, we were looking for somewhere to eat that wouldn't cost an arm and a leg. We got the restaurant about 12:30. There was a 45 minute wait, but that was no problem, as the cafe is right under the Convention Center. When we came back at our reserved time, we waited just a few minutes to be seated. The place was crowded and fairly loud. We got a table right underneath a picture of Bruce Springsteen. After all, we were all from NJ, his home state, so it just made sense. I did wander around a bit -- saw an altar w/ candles and all underneath pictures of Janis Joplin, Jimmy Hendrix, Curt Cobain (at least that's who I thought they were.) It was a bit tough to be "a tourist" as much of the memorabilia was over people's tables. There was a cool cape from Elvis Presley over one of the door frames. The alcohol was very strong and expensive. The meals were good. Between us we had burgers, chicken sandwich and pulled pork. I had green beans instead of french fries. While they were fresh, they were hard and undercooked. The food was good, but not better than a decent diner. Our waitress, Cara, was right on top of things, and kept our water/sodas filled. She was pleasant and polite. Gotta say, now that I have been to a Hard Rock Cafe, I'm not really going to hurry to go to another one. It was convenient, but too pricey, just for lunch.

The Place to Rock and Roll in Philly!! Want a great Bar and American Restaurant in Philadelphia, its the Hard Rock Café. From burgers to deserts, its the best it can be.

After being out at the Phillies game In 100’ weather we thought we’d stop in and have a snack while we wait for our train. We’ll let me tell you that it was a freakin sweat box!! Had a half a beer and went somewhere else. I feel sorry for those people that stayed.

One eat one year ago in Philly at the hard rock cafe. Now I visit hard rock again with two other guys and it was still great as usual. New York ateak was delicious and the service perfect. Next time come back again!

The food was very good, but the service was very slow. We were being charged for parking so the fact that we had to wait forever for our waiter to bring us the bill was a little frustrating.

Lunch time and there were a lot of empty tables, which was good for us being seated right away. Server approached quickly and was friendly. I ordered a gin and tonic not knowing they have a “special” way to make one. Waited awhile for the drinks and the server ended up taking our order before they came. Ordered flat bread and boneless tenders to share. My gin and tonic came and I did not like their signature way of making it! If you want a real one order it specifically, the server changed mine out for a regular one. It took 21 minutes for the appetizers to come and no serving plates, so we had to wait for those. The flat bread was swimming in oil although it tasted okay. We were not a fan of chicken thighs as the boneless tenders. The wet wipes they gave us for after were dried out and useless! Overall not a favorite meal on this trip.

very busy but only had a short wait.Good idea to have a cellphone (that's how they inform you that your table is ready) Great menu selection from salads to ribs. Only drawback is the noise.

We stopped in Philly just to go to the Hard Rock Cafe. We all know this is a chain, so we know what to expect on the menu. The staff set this location apart. They were kind and efficient. We recommend stopping by if you are a fan of HRC or just need something that is tasty and predictable.

We had a 6:00 reservation & we were promptly seated. We ordered shortly after that & waited 50 minutes for our food. There wer maybe 5 other tables occupied. It was ridiculous. The food was sub par at best & the cost was outrageous in comparison to similar type restaurants. We were minutes away from leaving. I don’t ever take the time to write reviews but I am telling you it is not worth the time or $.

Stopped in for a late lunch. The flat bread pizzas were really good. The French fries were also delicious. Servers were nice and accommodating.

Stopped in the Hard Rock cafe to watch the end of the Army Navy football game. Had beers and food. Awesome food, and customer service, especially Jill. What a wonderful personality. I recommend the Legendary burger. Best ever. i highly recommend this establishment for it's food and service. S*** Muffin

Had the typical cheesesteak and it was ok..... but nothing fancy. Overall great ambience with slow personnel in peak lunch time.

We visit Hard Rock Cafes wherever we travel. The food was excellent here, and our server was friendly and efficient. The restaurant had a nice atmosphere. We enjoyed our time here.

Having visited a few Hard Rock Cafes, you generally know what to expect - music memorabilia, music at a level that almost makes conversation difficult, reasonable American food albeit a little overpriced. Unfortunately, based on our visit, this particular Hard Rock fell a little short. Although it was midweek, we booked ahead anticipating the customary busy cafe but this proved unnecessary - there were plenty of free tables. The steak was dry and one of our group commented that the best ingredient were the courgettes....
Excellent experience
Was here for a conference and this place was about 200ft away. We went with a big group but everyone here was great! Alisha was fast and very kind.
