Visited this place with my wife, kids, mother-in-law, and another family. Walking in, you are surrounded by sports memorabilia! Once we were seated and handed menus, it was a tough choice as to what to order. Everything looked great ! I decided on the Short Rib Italian Beef sandwich. It was excellent! Everyone in our party was happy with their orders as well. Will definitely return next time in Chicago !

Shopping with the girls, stopped in for lunch. Not our first visit so we expected better. Our server was "bothered". Didn't address our table for 10 minutes. We all ordered wine and salads. The wine came and we all had filthy glasses. The table next to us commented that their glasses were dirty too. Our server was annoyed that we wanted clean glasses. Our salads came and were delicious...but that was the last we saw our server. Another person delivered our check saying they were super busy. So disappointed.

Positives: good beer selection, Italian Beef Sandwich and the Burger were tasty/juicy/fresh. Bartender was friendly. Lots of interesting memorabilia. The place has a nice division between the rooms, so that keeps the noise manageable and has more of a cozy feel. We really just stopped in here for a beer and ended up staying for a meal. It was a pleasant surprise with its atmosphere and good food. Negatives: can't think of any!

Cool atmosphere for a sports fan. Service was decent, but my order was wrong, and the food was only okay. None of us (men who like to eat) finished our meal. I won’t be returning.

Great service. I had the holy cow burger, it was the best burger I've had in awhile. Very impressed.

This place was very welcoming to us we are Dodger Fans and wore our dodger shirts when we arrived the host was comical telling us no seating available when place was empty (arrived right when they opened) however said if we change into Cubs shirts they can find a seat, we thought that was hilarious nothing like good harmless banter. Tried their Italian Beef Sandwich, did NOT disappoint. The meat was so tender and oh so juicy come with Auju Sauce but, meat alone had enough juice, I still dipped though had too !!!! Great atmosphere, lot's of memorabilia we enjoyed our lunch here !!

We spent the day (weekday) downtown milling around. Since we were already in Water Tower Place, we decided to stop in to Harry Caray's for a drink. As might be expected, there really weren't many people inside at 3 in the afternoon. There were people seated at a couple tables in the dining area, a table full of guys at a bar-top table, and maybe 6 people at the bar. We were apparently coming in around a shift change with bar tenders. We sat at the bar and talked beer options with the first bar tender. Had a couple samples and ordered. He was very likable and engaging. But about a half hour later he was gone and the girl who took over wasn't as interested in us or anybody really it seemed. She wasn't rude, didn't ignore us if we called her, but she just didn't seem to work her bar with any interest in the patrons who would be tipping her. So overall, it was just a place to stop for a drink for us at that time. The price was on par for what I pay elsewhere downtown. We had the Revolution Eugene Porter and 3 Sheeps Cashmere Hammer. Both very good.

Good food and fun atmosphere. Came here for a party and it was a great time. Lots to experience and see.

Took a break from shopping to rest our feet and had a great lunch at Harry Caray's! The atmosphere is sports-oriented. Plenty of bar seating, as well as regular tables and booths for large parties. Food was excellent! The fried mac n cheese bacon cheeseburger was very good and the sweet potato fries were very tasty!

Great location at Water Tower Place, great food the service was good, Nice place to have a meal while shopping with your beautiful lady

Only go here if you're very hungry!!!!!!!!!! Wowsers, talk about huge portions of food! I was going to get the nachos, and my husband was going to order something else, but after I saw another table that had gotten the nachos, we decided to get one order and share. They were absolutely to die for. The atmosphere was very neat, too.

Menu is simple, we ordered3 burgers and a salad, all were completely gone so that's a good sign. It was mid afternoon on a Monday so no wait and not overly busy - staff didn't take that as a key to be lazy. Our waiter (believe it was Ian - not sure on spelling) was awesome. Attentive, interactive, and good menu awareness/suggestions. Most of all before I even tried my burger he recommended he ensured he would make it right if I didn't like it since he steered me that way. Didn't really matter as it was really good! For where it is located prices weren't off the chart - recognize you are not in rural nowhere IL so it is what it is. Bottom line - yeah I'd be back if in the area - not sure how it would be during busy times but I'd give them a chance based on what we experienced!!

Had lunch and was not disappointed. Service was good. Food was tasty. Only down side was sports museum was closed for a private event

Located inside the shopping mall, friendly atmosphere, typical sports bar flair. The burgers are good and quality of meats seems to be okay. Always good for lunch and dinner.

The food was great specially the burger it was so juicy, my son took a pizza which was ok - not thrilling - the service was ok also The shakes are so tasty

The food was good and typical sandwich fare. Turkey burger was delicious as was the side salad that I ordered instead of fries. My daughter loved her Holy Cow sandwich (a burger). Prices were very decent for a Chicago restaurant. Service was okay.

Really friendly staff. Great lunch diner with a nice view from the 7th floor of the Water Tower Place. Choose the flat bread with some awesome toppings or the amazing Mac N' Cheese burger it's mouth wateringly good!

I actually went there only cause i went to the Chicago Sports Museum and they told me I can have a discount for the entrance fee in the resaturant (or the deal is that when you eat in the place you can go to the museum for free) Place was cozy, food delicious, got it really fast, staff very nice. The museum is also fun :)

We went there for drinks and decided to eat there. The menu is a little limited for my liking, but it was good. The beer prices are fair, expect the specialty drinks above what some may expect. The service was great.

Found this place by accident while walking the mall on a business trip. Burger was great, service was fantastic. Lots to see in this restaurant all around Harry Caray and his lifetime. Definitely stop by if you get a chance.

If you don’t want to roll the dice on the street, this was a comfy, welcoming place to enjoy a dog and some sports.

The food was excellent. The restaurant was clean and the waiter was very helpful. Excellent experience.

It was a hot summer afternoon -- and it was my first visit to this famous and popular restaurant. Harry Caray's 7th Inning Stretch Water Tower restaurant is very spacious, with a lot of seating options, and if you are seated near the windows, you can enjoy some city views from Level 7 of Water Tower Place, where the restaurant is located. It was so nice to be seated right away, and truly a relief to have some cold beer -- Heineken was great! Also great was a very amiable and helpful server Gabrielle, who came up with a thoughtful suggestion for my light appetite. "Try our warm appetizer -- Italian Meatballs with toasties", she said, adding: "it's really good". A better choice for me was hard to imagine: the size of the meal was just right, and it all tasted fresh and delicious. The menu has a lot to offer from American, Italian and Mexican cuisines, plus there are specials and also kids menu. The restaurant is big -- it's good for both small and large groups, and special events, there's also a bar, plus multiple TVs in the dining areas , broadcasting various sporting events. Named after the legendary Chicago Cubs announcer Harry Caray, the restaurant is cheerfully decorated with hundreds of photos on the walls, modern paintings, sports memorabilia. It is a very enjoyable place to visit! Thank you all for the delicious lunch and perfect service! See you soon!

The only good thing I can say about this place is that the service was fine. The food was bad, very bad. I ordered the steak and the sauce they put on it tasted like they dumped an entire shaker of salt into it. My boyfriend took two bites of his burger and couldn't finish it. Harry Caray's is a tourist trap chain, and we won't make the mistake of falling for it again.

Food is overpriced and tasteless. Even worse is the inattentive horrible service. Insult to injury. The server apparently made a 4 dollar error when presenting the final bill. There was not enough on the gift card to cover it and she with her lack of attention didn’t notice. I did not check it carefully as I had been waiting 30 minutes to get a bill and cash out. The so called manger caught it and when I came out of the restroom chased me shouting down the hall like I was a dine and dash thief or something. Never again. Plenty of other options in the area.

Love the original Harry Carays steak house but didn't have time to get over there, so we stopped in here (at the mall, should have known better) for a quick lunch. Service was fine, food was pretty much bar-food, fried and too greasy. Tried to get a BLT on toast, they told me they don't have bread...only broche or pretzel bread...really??

We had a group of 6 girls shopping at Watertower and we went to Harry Caray's for lunch. I made a reservation since it was a weekend which I would suggest if you are going. The service was very good considering they were busy. The food was good as well. I had the Italian beef sandwich and the others had burgers. Overall it was a great place to eat with a great view of the city. The prices were reasonable for Chicago. Average price was around $15. If you eat here you also get free admission to the sports museum. I would have paid to go in there.

We stopped by to have a couple of beers after a day on the town. The beer was cold and price was fair. Really nice place but we didn't have the opportunity to eat there.

We made a reservation in advance for 6:45p… they got us a table and at 7p told us they were closing so we couldn’t order a glass of wine from the bar. Why let you make a reservation for 6:45 if you close at 7p?? We also went as my son wanted to see the museum but they had a “private party” that night. They were out of the majority of the items listed on the menu as well. Worst experience and will not return.

We had mediocre service for mediocre food. Slow to refill drinks. Appetizer never arrived. Adequate food. Nothing as amazing as it sounds.

I was here a couple times, and enjoyed my meal both times. The atmosphere is devoted to Chicago sports memorabilia, with a small museum adjacent. The burgers are very good and are huge. Service was very good. Prices were not out of line considering location.

I had lunch there last weekend. The place is really cool as the restaurant also has the Chicago Sports Museum in it as well. They have lots of cool exhibits that will definitely entertain. I had the Italian Beef sandwich which was different that the standard Chicago favorite...it was more like an open-faced sandwich but still excellent. Also, it came with plenty of fries which were good as well. My server was great and very attentive and nice. It was a great experience...a little pricey, but good!

Went for lunch because my son wanted to visit the museum. Had a great veggie burger. My husband really liked his burger and my son loved the patty melt. Great service staff.

This restaurant is attached to the Chicago Sports Museum in Water Tower Place. The museum fee of $10 is waived if you eat at this restaurant. The food is great bar food at a reasonable cost. The menu has a good variety and was kid friendly too! The staff was friendly and attentive. A great restaurant for any sports fan!

Ended up here sort of by accident but we LOVED it and will definitely go back. It was so much fun for the kids and the museum area was wonderful.

Wanted to watch the last set of a tennis match while shopping the mile. We some how found this place in the mall. Wow, we got lucky. Great seats at the bar, bartender was excellent (Chad). Beer options were good, I had the Revolution sour beer and a Bells ale. We order chicken wings, now that was disappointing, bad, but it was $2.50 for 5 so whatever. Next time will go for hamburger. Great time will be back. The museum is a fun time, kids and adults will have fun.

Harry Caray is a Chicago icon. This restaurant, located in the Water Tower Pavilion on the magnificent mile upholds that standard. You are surrounded by memorabilia from Chi-town's glorious past as you enter the restaurant. But, this restaurant doesn't purely rely on atmosphere to attract you. Our server, Steve, was friendly and attentive and made us feel welcome. I ordered the double with fries and didn't have to wait long to dive head first into the tasty double patties. We had spent the past hour or so walking to the restaurant, so needless to say, I was thirsty. Steve was always at the ready with a frosty beverage to help quench the thirst. As I enjoyed my meal, I noticed young and old were seated throughout the restaurant, also no doubt enjoying their meal. Also, if you feel like getting shooting tips from Scottie Pippen, getting tackled by Richard Dent or seeing Frank Thomas in the (virtual) flesh, the sports museum is right next door so you can work, or in this case, play off some of your dinner. All in all, a wonderful dining experience.

We stopped here for a bite to eat before heading back to our hotel for the night. Interesting memorabilia, good atmosphere. The service was average at best. We waited for water throughout the meal and for the check. We had a salmon sandwich and a burger, both were okay. We will give them another chance, but won't rush to do so.

good food, casual dining atmosphere at water tower, an easy, reliable place to like, a good honest meetup for friends to get away from the burdensome rigors of shopping, exactly what it should be

On my vacation to Chicago ive gone to rediculously expensive food locations (trump tower) and this place has managed to outshine them all. Amazing food for the price. Quick service and food was out fast. Must visit place if your going to Chicago. Shoutout to our bus boy Roberto (I belive that's the correct name) for being such a lovely human.

Meh not the best lunch I’ve ever had but it wasn’t terrible either. I guess people eat here for the sports ambiance of which I’m not a fan. It was close to the hotel and it was cold and rainy so we went for it. The nachos were ok but not great. My burger was just average. The Mountain Dew on tap gets an a star extra lol I didn’t take any pictures of my food here. Just leaving a mediocre review. Not a thing wrong with the server or staff. It’s a sports bar and they have food.

We were shopping at Water Tower Place and were not convinced by the meal offer on the lower levels so tried the 7th and it was it. Absolutely stunning hamburgers or salmon burgers. Great tap beer. Wonderful French fries. Definitely worth a try !

We enjoyed a quick lunch here after visiting the 360 Chicago Observation Deck next door. We were seated promptly in a nice booth by the bar. Service was excellent and food was good. I ordered the Holy Cow burger after having it a few days prior at the Navy Pier location and really enjoying it; however, it wasn't as good at this location as it was on the pier. The flavor just wasn't there although it was described exactly the same on the menu. Either way it was a good lunch and convenient location.

Stopped here for lunch with a buddy while exploring the city. Turned out to be a great choice. Service at the bar lacked a bit, but the fried mac and cheese burger was awesome, as were the parmesan truffle fries. This was definitely a cool sports-themed joint, worthy of a second visit for sure.

We went here after a long day of exploring. Burgers were good, nothing special, but good. I didn't like the pretzel bun. We had chicken wings as a starter and they tasted really good! In another review, I just read you get a free ticket for the sportsmuseum when dining at Harry Caray's. I don't know if this is general, cause we didn't get one and I also can't remember anything saying this, but I can also be wrong.

Great place right inside Water Tower Place on the 7th level. Tomato bisque was good and so was the chicken BLT. A little pricey for lunch at $49 before tip but this is Michigan Avenue.

Harry Caray would love this place, as long as it has beer on tap. Harry Caray's 7th Inning Stretch Restaurant & Bar is dedicated to Caray, a Chicago icon who broadcast St. Louis Cardinals baseball games from 1945 to 1969, the Oakland A's in 1970, the Chicago White Sox from 1971 to 1981 and the Chicago Cubs from 1982 until his death in 1998. Located on the seventh level of Water Tower Place at 835 North Michigan Avenue, the restaurant/bar is part of a 23,000-square-foot complex that includes the Chicago Sports Museum. It is a high-energy dining, entertainment and private event venue. Guests of the 7th Inning receive complimentary admission to the adjacent museum. Caray, a Hall of Fame broadcaster and world-class drinker, was known for his celebrity and partying and bubbly personality. The Holy Cow Burger is named for him and his signature baseball call, candied applewood smoked bacon and smoked gouda piled on plenty of premium ground beef. Another signature item, Bird on a Biscuit, is fried chicken and honey on a buttermilk biscuit. The lunch/dinner menu is fan-friendly, as if you were sitting in the bleachers at Wrigley Field, where Caray loved to roam. For starters, we had a Kale/Caesar salad with salmon, chicken wings and pastrami cured salmon and Italian sausage flatbreads. I chose a Holy Cow Burger with fries while my wife had a BBQ salmon filet sandwich. We washed it all down with a couple of strawberries and cream milk shakes. The BBQ turkey sandwich and the short rib Italian beef come highly recommended, too. What, no hot dogs?

Nice atmosphere. For the kids, they had board games to play while we waited for the food. The only problem we encountered was when one of the members of our party ordered a Beyond Meat burger off of the menu. The burger was complete mush on the inside. The sensation was that of eating a raw meat burger. Maybe this was a novice cooking, but a restaurant that carries such an item on their menu should understand that even though it is not meat, it still needs to be cooked through. Really unpleasant. The other items we ordered were decent (especially the fried pickles). Service was a bit slow, but not unreasonably so.

Located on an upper floor of the Water Tower plaza this is a great stop for lunch. Milkshakes are excellent as are the burgers. After lunch head over to the museum to tour through Chicago sports history. Some interactive booths aw well as great overview of memorabilia. Once done head into the mall for some afternoon shopping.

Harry Caray's 7th Inning Stretch is a fun Chicago sports bar that pays tribute to the legendary sports broadcaster. This place has tons of memorabilia and photos from celebrities who have visited. The food is good too and this place is a nice spot for a fun, casual lunch or dinner.

Food is ok...the food we were able to order. Drinks were fine, even the prices are not horrible..but the service...my God. It’s hard to spend money here. Ordered a starter, no problem. Then it was like we were invisible. Took more than 40 min for a return...we almost just skipped without paying (that’s how clueless they are) the finally we grabbed a waitress and secured more drinks and as we sat there trying to order food she simply picked up the menus and left...welp...bye.

This is American comfort food par excellence! After a horrible days flying from the UK, this was a delight. Great burgers, super salads and a nice array of craft beers, accompanied by a variety of baseball matches on the surrounding screens. The 'Beyond Burger' and 'Holy Cow' were both superb - my wife and I ordered seperately then split each. Sadly we were too late to experience the sports museum, next time ....

Stayed on the Mag Mile and needed quick dinner after our arrival. Harry's was fun for any sports fan and the food was DELICIOUS! On a friend's recommendation we tried the short rib Italian Beef. Wow! Not only did it melt in your mouth, but the portion size was large enough for us to share. We also ordered the blacken tilapia tacos. Fantastic! Service was fast and friendly and the sports memorabilia was so great! My biggest problem was that we were only in Chicago 3 days and I knew I needed to try other restaurants Ut wanted to go back to Harry's!

Excellent choices, decent prices, and the food is always great. I have yet to pick a bad choice. The best burger ever!

A trip to Water Tower Place, Chicago's posh shopping mall with the imposing atrium and glassed-in elevator, wouldn't be complete without visits to Harry Caray's 7th Inning Stretch Restaurant and Sports Bar and its adjacent Chicago Sports Museum. Located on the seventh level of Water Tower Place at 835 North Michigan Avenue on Chicago's Magnificent Mile, the restaurant pays homage to the Chicago Cubs late Hall of Fame sportscaster with a menu of comfort food and drinks that Carey would have endorsed. Open from noon to 7 Monday through Friday, from noon to 8 on Saturday and from noon to 6 on Sunday, it is a popular eatery that bears no resemblance to Wrigley Field's cuisine. Start with Italian meatballs or nachos or chicken wings or a jumbo soft pretzel with beer cheese and honey mustard. For light fare, the chicken chopped salad with grilled chicken, mixed greens, green onion, avocado, tomato, bacon, gorgonzola and sweet herb vinaigrette is recommended. You can't pass up a Holy Cow Burger with smoked gouda, candied applewood smoked bacon, lettuce, tomato and Harry's steak sauce on a brioche bun. Kids love the Chicago-style hot dog, an all-beef jumbo hot dog with tomato, onion, relish, mustard, pickle spear, sport peppers and celery salt on a poppy seed bun. With fries, of course. Personally, I prefer spaghetti and meatballs with marinara sauce. My wife opts for the BBQ Turkey Burger with white sharp cheddar cheese, relish and Harry's Kansas City BBQ sauce on a pretzel bun.

Good food, service was pretty good. Took a while to get served and have refills for drinks but was overly happy. The staff could make sure to come back more often. I got the wristbands to check the museum out.

We didn't know anything about Harry Caray but it was a lot of fun. The food was really good. We didn't want a huge meal so this was perfect for us

The hamburgers here are amazing! I had “Holy Cow.” Our group also liked the bacon Mac and cheese hamburger. We went after touring Chicago 360. Just a couple of blocks away.

Traveled to Chicago for dinner and tour of Wrigley Field. We stopped at this restaurant and thought we would have a hot meal. Wrong, they served us cold sandwiches, chips and cookies. We were given soda (only 1/2 can if you requested ice), coffee or water. The museum was interesting and we had our picture taken with the bust of Harry Caray, best part of the meal was this!

We were looking for a spot for an early afternoon break and snack. Having visited other Harry Caray’s we thought this might be a good choice. The service was good, the food was very good. We spit a fried pickle, a soft pretzel and a small Ceasar salad.. All good. Friendly staff and fair pricing.

There were very few diners when we were there for an early dinner. The food and service were excellent. The portions were big. All five people in my family enjoyed their meal which is rare! The restaurant was located on the top floor of Watertower place mall.

Lunch was good but our bill was wrong; they fixed it but be sure to look!! Floor was sticky on walk in and out- nice mini museum on walk to bathroom.

Holy Cow is the Short rib sandwich amazing. Melts in your mouth. Seriously just order it and thank me later. The Harry Caray burger was excellent. The truffle fries were crispy. No food remained. The setting is comfy. The staff extremely friendly and prompt. Bathrooms very clean. Not much more to say. Many offerings (no steaks) but the short rib sandwich is special. The price is low given the quality and quantity. Located on the 7th floor of water tower place. Next time I’m in the area I will be back.

It's a very busy place large place that has tons of Chicago memorabilia hanging all over the place. It's connected to the Sports Museum so if you want to soak in Chicago sports history, this is the place for you. The museum is very interactive, kids will love it. Their menu at 7th inning stretch is large with choices for everyone (although no hotdogs). Burgers, fries, sandwiches, salads, etc ,etc. No chef is going to win any awards for the food, but it look to be all well prepared feel good food . If you love sports, you'll love this place.

Stopped here for a break from shopping on Michigan Ave. The Mojitos were very good and so was our server. The bar is great for sports fanatics as you might imagine and they also have a Chicago sports hall of fame across the hall. Nice place for a drink on a hot afternoon.

Visited with family and we were promptly seated but that’s where the service ended. Rude hostess, rude server then found the server and hostess talking about us after they refused to allow an adult to order the 1/4 lb burger from the kids menu. The jumbo pretzel was anything but jumbo. Actually smaller than you’d find at a mall pretzel place and twice as expensive. Wings were fair and overpriced. Mac and cheese burger was good and fries crispy. That’s the only reason this gets 3/5. Bottom line, you’re paying for the atmosphere.

Very nice themed sports bar. Lots to look at. Food was very good, service was above average for a sports bar. If you are into baseball themed restaurants, stop in. Picture shown is the open face short rib sandwich, very good.

We had a great time at Harry's! I had an interesting take on an italian beef and it was really good. You also got free admission to the sports museum attached. The museum had a lot a great items for a Cubs fan like plenty from the 2016 WS like KB's shoes he wore from game 7 and what is left of the Bartman ball.

Our tour ended in the area and we decided to have lunch at Harry Caray's. I wish we would have had more time since if you eat here, you can get into the Sports Museum for free. We ordered a lamb burger, beef burger and chicken on a biscuit. All were hot and tasty and the sweet potato fries were excellent! I would definitely return.

Great place to eat, but can get busy. We went in not knowing what we were in for. Despite being busy, service was quick and accurate. I also highly recommend the 'Holy Cow' burger... I am not one to venture to far from a traditional burger but I am glad I did this time. Enjoy!!!

Spend $6 per person and get free admission to the Chicago Sports Museum. We had apps which hit the spot.

Pub type food, very good. Big portions! Our waiter was very friendly and insightful about Chicago and the restaurant.

We stopped by for lunch and my son loves all things sports. He was thrilled with all of the sports items and he enjoyed his cheeseburger. We also got a discount on food for going to the museum.

My son and I went downtown for shopping and lunch. We have wanted to try this place numerous times but just did not have the time. Finally went here. Food was really good, portions are huge and our view was really cool. Prices are very reasonable for downtown. Staff is very attentive and friendly. After lunch we were able to go into the Chicago museum of sports for free (since we spent money on lunch). Really a cool place as well and well worth our time there. We will for sure be going back.

The restaurant is gorgeous with a lot of sports memorabilia placed throughout. The burgers are giant and very filling. The fries were also very good. Eating at this restaurant gets you free admission into the sports museum next door. Just show the hostess your receipt and ask for wrist bands when you’re done eating. This was one of the cheaper places to get burgers and fries that we found.

This was our first lunch destination in Chicago. Burgers were just ok! The best part of this experience is that you get a free museum experience with dining here. Lots of fun for the jocks in the family!

We all had burgers here. My daughter ( the vegetarian) and I had the “Beyond Burger”-best Vegetarian burger ever! It is not your typical vegetarian fare. It was more “meaty” and flavorful and had unique toppings( pickled onions, arugula and goat cheese...) The boys had the “Heater” with jalapeños and classic “Double” with special sauce- both said they were one of the best ever. We also had sides of regular potato fries, sweet potato fries, and Parmesan truffle fries. YUM! Also if you eat here, you get free tickets to the Chicago sports museum- a fun interactive time for the whole family! Check it out!

It's nice to have another sit-down restaurant in Water Tower Place. Harry Caray's Restaurant is on the 7th Floor and diners have complimentary access to the adjacent museum. We dined on a Wednesday and joined several others in line waiting for the restaurant to open at 11 am. Our server was fantastic and offered recommendations when we asked. Salads, entrees and sandwiches are around $15 and portions are large. Food is as you'd expect in a bar atmosphere, not a meal I'll remember for very long, but we were satisfied when we left.

Being Cubs fans we knew we had to come here and it did not disappoint! The burgers, the fries Mmmmm! My burger had fried Mac and cheese on it. I don’t remember what it was called, but it was the bomb! The only reason I knocked off a star is because the floors were dirty and sticky and our waitress would just disappear and then reappear 20 minutes later. If you are a Cubbie and you love Chicago, I highly recommend this restaurant!

Good friendly staff. Short Rib Italian Beef was very tasty. Only drawback was the Chicago sports museum was closed to a private event.

Stopped in for a few apps and beverages. The service was very attentive and on point, would definitely recommend the Hummus the presentation was unique and it had great flavor.

Where do I start?! Harry Caray's always has amazing food but this location is one of my personal favorites. Comfortable seating that has view of the city, fast service and great menu to choose from. This place is always a win for me!!

We stopped here before the evening dinner hour. I had the Holy Cow hamburger. It outstanding. Sometimes these sports bar type place have average food. Not this place. Spend extra time to look at all the photos on the walls. Take a picture with the Harry Carry's gold statue head....

We loved Harry Caray’s. The food was really good. We had the double burgers and fries. One family member had the holy cow burger and truffle fries and he loved his food. If you eat in the restaurant then you get into the attached museum for free. It is a good museum. We were there for about 40 minutes.

Iconic atmosphere. Beer could be colder and better if served in iced glasses. Spaghetti and meatballs very average. Not enough sauce and meatballs don’t have much flavor. I wanted a beer so stopped in. I should have waited to eat as I intended to go to Paizanos. My mistake

Went here to celebrate our Nephew's 5th. Great food, nice ambiance. There's a nice little sports museum you can browse through for a stroll after a full meal.

Conveniently located in Water Tower Place, had the “Holy Cow!” burger - medium rare with a side of onion rings. Cooked perfect, a must when in Chicago.

Plenty of food choices, great drink selection and tons of memorabilia. I had the Santa Fe salad and it was very flavorful. Others at my table at the chicken wings, Grilled Vegetable panini and the Holy Cow burger. Zero complaints!

Nothing all that unusual about this restaurant. Nicely done decor and comfortable surroundings. Standard burgers and sandwiches with a few twists to keep it interesting but again, nothing all that different from a hundred downtown burger/beer spots.

Very unhappy. We were allowed to make reservations at restaurant close not knowing that the restaurant closed at a specific time. The waitress was rude. We wasted money on an Uber to and from our hotel. My dad is a huge cubs fan and we were excited to bring him there to see the memorabilia.

Everything was excellent. Elyse our server did a great job. We had a view of Michigan Ave. while watching baseball on a big screen. The GM gave us a personal tour of the Sports Museum which is the back half of this location. A nice family outing while visiting Chicago.

Our party of 5 ordered 5 different hamburgers and they were all delicious. Although it was good, I did not care for the Mac and cheese, bacon burger...needs a sauce or something else to improve the flavor. The server was great and very helpful.

40 minutes wait for a table in bar. Ended up just ordering drinks because the service was so slow. Much better places in Chicago to eat.

After walking around the city, a friend and I stopped in for a beer and nachos. The nachos were a giant portion (glad we shared) and were not too bad. The cheese sauce wasn't really very cheesy, but the rest of the toppings were OK. Service was fast and friendly.

My guests and I ventured here on the recommendation of our Consierge at the Ritz-Carlton across the street. When we approached the hostess station we should have realized this place has problems. We were not greeted because 4 or 5 employees were having a good 'ol time talking and laughing. They looked at us in a "what do you want? manner. We HAD TO ASK THEM IF A TABLE WAS AVAILABLE!! The rude hostess then took us on a "tour" through an almost empty restaurant to a far corner table. When we asked for a booth, she rudely remarked "booths are only for parties of six or more." We then told her that we would be dining somewhere else. Her reply was "have good one."

Horrible service and food. We had to ask twice for water refills. And they had been empty for a while. My burger was very odd texture and mushy. My nieces pizza was doughy and not very much flavor. Service was very slow.

I took my son to this Chicago landmark for lunch. My son is four and has a pretty limited palate, but the children’s menu was impressive. I have a gluten allergy, and the restaurant offers gluten - free buns for the trademark “Holy Cow” burger. I was even able to get a side salad instead of fries. The chicken tenders came out too hot to eat right away, so I took my son into the museum. There were plenty of interactive things for kids, e.g., vertical jump, size 28 bronze shoes, handprints, life size mannequins of sports stars, and video games. I was able to see the entire museum without having to hear my son say, “Let’s go.” I had to drag him out so that we could eat. While we were out, the restaurant staff put our plates in the warmer so our food wouldn’t get cold. I was blown away by the thoughtfulness of such a gesture. I’m from DC, where you go to a restaurant, and after taking your order, you never see your server again. You can’t even get a drink refill during a meal, and DC servers still protest for a $15 / hour minimum wage. If you’re ever in Chicago, and you’re on the Magnificent Mile, go to the Water Tower Place Mall to visit this restaurant. Admission to the museum is free for restaurant patrons.

My family really enjoyed this place during our stay in Chicago. Burgers were awesome. One of the best I’ve ever had. Our waiter was excellent. Would recommend this place followed by a visit to the adjoining museum.

They serve excellent burgers and sandwiches. Great martinis. Reasonably priced place. Have a few martinis and you feel pricey but an enjoyable place.

While shopping and wandering all over Water Tower Mall, we stumbled upon Harry's Caray's. My husband welcomed the opportunity to sit at the bar and order a "Harry Mary", their special version of a Bloody Mary. We weren't famished but wanted a snack, so ordered the Fried Zucchini appetizer and Jumbo Pretzel. Both were delicious! Wish we could have returned another time for a full meal. Even if you don't want to come in to eat/drink, it's fun to look over the countless celebrity photos on the wall just outside the entrance.

They were not very busy with only a few tables and it took 20 minutes to take our order. The waitress was no where to be found so the manager came to take our order. Our drinks were filled only one time and she didn’t come back. At least the food was delicious. The dreamsicle shake was not sweet and very tangy, would not recommend. You have to take an elevator to the 7th floor as it’s part of a mall. We picked this place originally as it’s very close to the Ritz Carlton and has GF options clearly marked on the menu. The GF burger was delicious, but you cannot have the fries as GF.

Harry Carays on the mile located on the 7th floor of the beautiful Water Tower building has a a baseball theme. After your meal, you get a pass to the museum which pays homage to the cubs. We chose to sit by the windows for a nice view and ordered the Heater burger which was outstanding! The jalapeño and crispy onions in the burger gave it excellent flavor. The fries are also very good. Huge menu with several options. Also a great place to watch a variety of sports. Also a pretty good selection of drinks and local brews. Worth a visit.

Disappointed with bacon Mac and cheese, it was dry. It needs more cheese. The truffle fries were good. Skip this place there are better choices in the city.

Came from Australia as a massive Chicago sports fan to toast to Harry onpy to be told "We are doing away with the toast to Harry". Not sure what they are going to call the place from now on... Disappointing.

The food is good here and our server was friendly and attentive. We really enjoyed the museum. Nice hands on experience.

First, the museum is amazing, especially if you are a baseball fan. Lots of great pieces and memorabilia. But they also had hockey, basketball point of interest so there is something for everyone. I was there as part of a large group that had rented out the whole place so we had table foods prepared at various workplaces around the museum. But the food was great given what it was. Plus the NFL draft was happening that night so everywhere I looked and everywhere I went there were big screen TV's to check in on.

The food & service were both very good, as we enjoyed hamburgers, French fries, and local beers. This is a shopping center restaurant without much ambience, but plenty of Harry Caray memorabilia and large screen televisions to view sporting events.

7 floors up yet retains the true feel of of sports bar. Nice burgers and great choice of beers & cocktails. Loved the memorabilia and museum too

This is a nice sports bar with televisions showing games and Harry Caray Pictures and memorabilia. Burgers were great and drinks were cold. Restaurant is clean. We visited the Sports Museum next door for free as we had dined at the restaurant. Our only complaint was the slow service. A nice place for burgers.

Quoted a wait of 20min or less., after waiting 45-50 was finally seated as we passed at least 6-8 tables that would have accommodated our party of four. Once we where seated took a while to get waiter and order taken. When food finally came part of the order was wrong and other parts missing. Food was good and the waiter made adjustments for order issues after we brought to his attention. Service = poor for not being crowded. Food = average to above average

Atmosphere gorgeous, service okay. Food was horrible. Wait staff recommended spinach dip. Not so tasty. Beyond burger nasty. Turkey club no flavor Salmon bowl with Rice. Rice tasted rotten salmon was salty and Dry. So disappointing as it was our first meal in Chicago

The Harry Caray crew turned a slow start into a very nice dinner. the restaurant was not very crowded but our server was busy with a big group so our table was missed by the staff. I told the manager and he took my order, they quickly assigned another server and handled the 'miss-service' swiftly and got our dinner back on track. I was very impressed with how much they cared about a table for two and wanted to make it right. Also, the sports museum was a really fun way to pass the time while we waited for our table. Given it was freezing cold outside, we did not want to walk very far so our dining choices were limited, this turned out to be a really fun spot with good pub fare.

Harry Caray’s 7th Inning Stretch is a large sports bar and grill on the 8th floor of the Water Tower Shopping Mall on N. Michigan Ave. It is located next to the Chicago Sports Museum and is open from 11am to 7pm (Mon-Thurs), 11am to 8pm (Fri-Sat) and 12pm to 6pm (Sun). They have loads of space and seating along with a long bar with several screens showing sports games and programmes. I stopped by recently around lunch and was served a very good order of Brussels Sprouts with honey vinaigrette, scallions, red chili flakes along with a local porter. Bartender was friendly, loads of Chicago sports paraphilia and good atmosphere. Really enjoyed the long wall of newspaper clippings highlighting sports championships and important moments in history located near the restrooms. Overall, was quite pleased with my brief and light lunch at the 7th inning stretch. This is a good spot for a bite to eat and round of drinks before going to the Chicago Sports Museum next door or if you are simply looking for a good sports bar in the area.

Contrary to other reviews, I thought the burger was very tasty! Good bar service with attentive waitresses. Thought the beer was pricey, but I guess it should be expected for the location. She overheard me talking about the museum and informed me that if you spend $6 on food you get free access to it - just go to the front and show your receipt to get a bracelet.

Ambiance nice but need to traverse 7 floors to get to it. Limited selection of food and over priced. The food I got was ok I wouldn’t say it was bad but the price was too much for what you get. I’ll have to try the steakhouse next time.

Part of an "experience" complex. Typical bar food ( Burgers, wings etc.) Nothing memorable about the food. Good service but somewhat pricey.

Had the best burger I have had in America so far here: the "holy cow burger" We only had a short time so grabbed a good draft IPA beer (Centennial) to go with it. Cost: burger at $15, beer at $7 Clearly also geared up for families, but with cubicles for groups, mixing this with business was not an issue and very well placed for any retail therapy. I recommend this Restaurant.

My husband and I had lunch here over the weekend. Initially we thought it was just going to be the two of us, so we saddled up to the bar so he could watch the Bears/Green Bay game. Their house whiskey is Ten High, which is a pretty decent local whiskey, so during our time there, I had two of those while my husband enjoyed two IPAs. We traveled in tandem with several family members, and after we ordered our food, the rest of the family decided to join us, so we got a table for the seven of us. Everyone enjoyed their meal. I ordered the lamb burger, called the Opa! It was basically a ground gyro on a bun, and it was delicious! I ordered it with a salad and the house dressing was average, but tasty. The veggies were fresh. There was a decent crowd there and the bartender (Lauren) was so busy, she didn't really have time for our questions. She wasn't unfriendly and she was very competent--but there was a healthy holiday shopping crowd there, so she worked non-stop. I thought she handled it all very well. Our waitress (I failed to get her name) was in much the same boat and was also extremely busy, but not unfriendly and apologetic about our wait, as our food arrived slowly, but everyone was happy with what they ordered, and the portions were giant! I'd go here again, but I might avoid the holiday shopping season next time.

We had dinner here. We ate at the bar instead of waiting for a table. I ordered the New England Shrimp Roll with sweet potato fries. My husband had the Short Rib Italian Beef with chili fries. The quality and taste of the meals exceeded our expectations. I did not have much of an appetite when I placed the order but I demolished it once it arrived because it was just so good. I've had fresh lobster rolls in Maine and this shrimp roll was far superior. I wish this restaurant existed where I live. I would go there all the time. If you are in Chicago, make sure to eat at a Harry Caray's. Also, if you go to this one in particular, you gain free entrance to the small (but fun) sports museum next door.

Went here to get a little snack while Christmas shopping. Nachos - You get a lot, but we didn't order with any meat so it was a lot of chips and jalapenos. Spicy Shrimp - Great flavor and a good size portion. With our purchase we were able to get free tickets to the Chicago Sports Museum which is right next door. We didn't go though.

Stopped on a Saturday night with friends. We all had delicious food. Roxanne was was a fantastic server. Took care of all of our special requests and drinks!

Would not return to Harry Caray's at Water Tower Place. Used to be a great place. The people serving and hosting could care less if you exist. What a mundane attitude. The food was subpare at best. Too bad.....I'll never return.

Nobody represented Chicago sports better than Harry Caray. The 7th Inning Stretch reflects much of the city's sports history - there is a museum attached to the restaurant. After following my wife around, with credit card in hand, through the many floors and shops of the Water Tower Place, this was a true oasis for a lunch, relaxing and beverage break. This place is fun and loaded with sports memories and active TVs. Surprisingly the restaurant was not busy so we got super service from our waitress, who also made a terrific Bloody Mary. My fried chicken salad was good, however, my wife found her chicken club not at all what she expected, and settled in with just the fried pickles, which were great. (the chicken club was deleted from our bill). When you are in the Water Tower Place, add some time to the visit and head to the seventh floor, for a 7th Inning Stretch.

Had a lovely lunch and cold beers here. Service was excellent and our server was really helpful. I had chilli bowl with sweet potato fries and my other half chose the rib of beef Italian sandwich. Both delicious and very filling!

After two days of eating out, we just wanted something small. So five of us each ordered an appetizer. They were very tasty and more than sufficient to fill us up. The two children enjoyed the mac and cheese. There was a 30 minute wait to be seated and the food took another 20 - 40 minutes to come. The place was packed.

Great bar and appetizers. Very friendly host and hostess. So many displays to oogle and awe at Chicago's sports bar.

I was amazed how well the staff works as a team. The waitress welcome us to the restaurant but then team action came into play. They worked together and brought food and drinks in a well time manner. I ordered the beef sandwich and it was piled with tasty beef and side of fries.

Place has potential, the drinks were very stiff for me personally. The counter was quite honestly dirty and sticky. Food was good, enjoyed a 7&7 and a burger with fries while watching the college world series.

Our family of 5 was in Chicago for an entire week which may seem like a lot but there is so much to do we really had to plan out our time. So one of the things I thought would be cool was to visit the Chicago Sports team museum next to Harry Caray's in the Water Tower Shopping Plaza. After reading some reviews and the clincher was the free admission into the museum if you eat here. First impressions was the place was very clean and decorated with a ton of Chicago sports memorabilia (of course most all tied with Harry Caray himself). We had to wait about 10 to 15 minutes for our table but we were invited to look around the museum while we waited. We just chose to browse some local shops instead. Almost immediately after we were seated, Ben, our waiter came over to take our drink orders. He was very attentive the whole time. Impressive because I think he had about 5 or so full tables of people. Anyway I ordered an open faced steak kind of sandwich that came with the soup to dip it in, my wife ordered the special of the day (a Fried Chicken platter), my oldest had the featured burger and our two younger ones had the kids pizza (which they both devoured...1st time ever). The presentation of the food was very nice. The portions were plentiful. We all enjoyed our meals and left feeling very full. We actually didn't even stop and get dessert somewhere like we planned. After our dinner was over we hung out a little while and played some old school pinball machines that are located towards the front of the restaurant. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our meal and visit. So don't hesitate to stop in and grab some great food (especially if you would enjoy checking out the museum next door).

You wouldn't find this restaurant by walking past it in the street, it's on the 7th floor of the Water Tower Place mall! Once located via Trip Advisor thought, it offers a bright and airy location, handy for near NorthSide and the Mag Mile, and good value food with friendly helpful service. The garlic fries are particularly worth of mention, certainly very garlicy! Beef and salmon burgers were also very good. Recommended.

I and 3 friends visited in Water Tower around 11:00 Sunday 1/14/18. Restaurant was not busy & we felt we could enjoy leisurely lunch until time to get to 2:00 matinee of "Beautiful." Boy were we wrong - food was good, service terrible. We waited 25 minutes for change from our server until I found him & asked for our change. He was waiting on a table of 8-10 people & our time was running out so I politely asked for our change. He told me: YOU ARE VERY RUDE! and thrust $6 at me. Needless to say, I was speechless. In fact we were owed $26. I asked to speak to a manager who talked to the server and came back with our $26. The woman manager said she addressed this with the server and that he would be talked to again. She gave us a mediocre apology & we left because of our time constraint. I am sure Harry would not want a dedicated Cubs fan to leave his place vowing to never return! What has happened to customer service?????

Labor Day 2019 and I was on my own, craving a burger without an invitation to a holiday barbeque. So checking on happy hours when my stomach started growling around 4 PM, search results pointed me here and my first thought was ... tourist trap? But the reviews on this site were good, and I have found them reliable, and this newer Harry's was doing happy hour despite the holiday. I have never been to the original but it looks modeled after what one imagines it would be like. Classic dark oak but large and bright, lots of TV screens with half showing the Cubs game at Wrigley Field versus Seattle (with audio) while silent screens showed other baseball (Yankees!) or US Open tennis. To the food ... the Monday happy hour cheeseburger in the bar was a simpler burger than the creative ones on the main menu that other reviews rave about, but a bargain at $6. A la carte, i.e., no sides, one would be free to order off the main menu especially something non-standard like onion rings (not an option included with the regular menu fancy burgers). I thought long and hard but there was a 9 o'clock dinner later so I passed this time. Because I will be back, this was a well-cooked (medium rare) one third pounder with all the basics one could want in a Labor Day holiday classic! Among the draft beer choices, I opted for the Revolution Freedom of Speech since I really like their Anti-Hero IPA (from another review) ... while it turned out to be a sour session ale (hint: I'm not really a fan), this was the first one that I truly liked!! So while this place may seem like a tourist trap, you would rather be caught by this Harry's as it is a great American place on the Mag Mile with reasonable prices and a great atmosphere ... as the game ended, a few people yelled "Cubs Win!" and all that was missing was a W flag unfurled.

The shakes were good, and the burgers were even better. Server was pleasant and attentive. Worth a stop if you're looking for a good sports bar atmosphere. The sports museum is worth your time after your meal - it's free, and has some cool Chicago sports stuff...

This Harry Caray's in the Watertower Place offered a good classic burger in a nice sports bar. Our service was good, friendly and helpful as we split a burger. The meal came already split and well presented. Our service was good. We had a window seat and a nice view of the base of the Hancock building. Interesting to see the different buildings, not a classic view.

We wanted to go to the museum after our meal but there was wedding taking place so we couldn't. We had a pretty substantial burger each. I ordered mine without the bun as I am Gluten Free and it was still very filling. I hope next time we can get to see the museum but I was satisfied with our visit nonetheless.

This sports bar is nothing special, with two exceptions. Grab a few bites and pints and you can get into the "Chicago sports museum" for free. Our boys really liked the interactive parts of the museum, far more than the food. You really should be able to find the onion in the onion rings. Just saying. We had an average snack there and a better experience in the comp'd admission to the fun part. Harry's gold bust was a treat too.

I agree with other reviews - service was OK, but the food was very good! Our party had 3 adults and 2 children (ages 12 and 10). The burgers were awesome! My youngest son had spaghetti and meatballs (of which I sampled) - and it was awesome too! There was a private party going on in the museum area, so we were not able to see any of it. But we would definitely return to Harry Caray's 7th Inning Stretch Water Tower again!

Decent food at decent prices being in the heart of downtown Chicago. Elevated burgers and appetizers reasonably priced for the city, located in Water Tower Place. Worth a vist just to check out the memorabilia and bring back many memories. Stop in have a beer and feel free to Oogle!

Nothing special unless you just want to check out sports memorabilia. Burgers were okay. Not a healthy menu.

We booked a table for 7.45pm, only to be told by the hostess stand when we arrived they close at 8pm! Hardly no one in the place! No atmosphere for a Saturday night! Given the cheque before we’d even finished our entrees and not even asked if we wanted a dessert! Worst part was being given disposable plastic cutlery as they’d run out of usual cutlery!! Food was ok, but not worth the price. Disappointing. Won’t be back!

Great service from Gabby! We were running late and they rescheduled our reservation with no problem. Food was delish and they were happy to let us hang out and watch the OSU/UM game.

We actually ended up here because we found out of you send $10 in food you get into the Chicago sports museum for free. We had time to kill before our train took us back to Michigan and we were hungry win , win. We both had burgers my wife a spicey one with fries that seemed like a good portion. I had one with egg on it and instead of fries had a salad both meals were tasty . Service was good the prices representative of downtown Chicago. It appears they offer different things at certain Harry Carey location. The one at Navy pier promotes its BBQ so I was dissapointed to find this location didn't really offer any. They still seemed to have a good menu.

Me and some associates had a private dinner here. Staff was fabulous and the food spread was delicious. The rest of restaurant was avg. They do have a sports museum in there too. The regular bar has very slow service, waited over 5 mkns with no bartender ever showing up. Restaurant is not as busy as one would expect, no waiting for seats.

We were hoping to visit the sports museum but it was closed for a private event, so we decided to kill time getting drinks here. I got a boozey milkshake which was very good! While we were drinking, a server walked by with truffle fries that looked and smelled amazing, so we got some and the fries themselves were good, but the aioli was forgotten at first and after we asked for it, it was somewhat bland. Our server was excellent (wish I remembered her name for a shout out!) and the burgers going to other tables looked good!

Coming to the restaurant I had no idea their was a museum attached to it (plus it’s free when you eat their). The museum had up to date players, such as champ rings. The food their was surprisingly really good, I had the holy cow. Amazing and especially with the truffle fries. My bf had the double burger. Overall the food here is under acknowledged because it was really good.

We had lunch after shopping at Water Tower Mall. The BLT was delicious and the side salad was the BEST side salad I've ever had. My daughter said the bacon double cheese burger and fries were very good as well. Our waiter was friendly and attentive. I could not have asked for a nicer lunch.

I attended a group event at Harry Carry's, that was held in the museum. There are a number of interesting exhibits and some interactive games. The sliders were pretty good as were the chili fires. The churros were just OK. Service was good.

The service was good and the waitress was very knowledgeable regarding tourist attractions. The food was sub par. The Korean bbq and bbq wings were tasteless. The sauce with the massive fried pickles portion was tasteless. The kids chicken bites were bland. The best thing was the $25 bottomless happy hour which includes 1.5 hours of adult beverages and one appetizer. We wont return.

I know it sounds weird but they are well known for their pretzels and shakes . We got the Nutella shake and it was the best shake we ever had . Service was fast and friendly

We were attending the Harry Potter Magic at Play and looking for a spot to grab dinner. This place was affordable, had a great kids menu and fun atmosphere! I think they may have board games to play at the table as well. It’s in the 7th floor and so there are great city views. It also opens free admission to the Chicago Sports Museum across the hall. Would definitely recommend for families!

Fun place to see. Average food (like a chain pub place). Mediocre beer selection. Staff was kind, but slow. Bartender was disinterested too. Lots of TVs to watch sports. Cool memorabilia. Bathrooms are large too.

We went here thinking this place might be good. Very disappointing. Service was extremely slow and the food was eh.

Went of a Friday night, thinking the place would be packed. Surprisingly it was dead. When we ate the food was okay, but nothing to rave about.

This is my first time at this location and LOVED IT! The Moscow Mule is amazing and the Bacon Mac and Cheese burger was..... I don't know if I have a word for it. All the food that went by our table looked amazingly delicious. My son got an Ice cream after his meal and we were able to add a White Sox or Cubs hat for the ice cream to be served in (extra $2). GO CUBBIES!

My Husband and I love Harry Caray's and visit the Rosemont and Navy Pier locations on a regular basis. The 7th Inning did not disappoint, same wonderful service, same great food. We went there for my husband's birthday and the staff went above and beyond to make it special. High Marks for all involved.

Just OK. Wedding day after brunch started at 9:30 yet not completely ready. Long lines as the set up the food in one long run not breaking out the omelet station and the rest. There did not need to be a line if they set it up in stations. Food was OK to good.

Stopped in for a bite to eat and watch the Cubs game. The food was really good, very cool atmosphere and great service!! Will definitely return when in town again.

Had a great burger here- excellent flavor! Service was unimpressive- waiter was absent except to take our order, bring us a second drink and deliver our check. Neither of our orders came out right (I ordered no bacon on my burger and fries, but burger arrived with bacon and a side salad instead of the fries, my coworker ordered his burger without jalapenos and it arrived with jalapenos). Food-wise, I'd be back for sure! Service-wise I think maybe a little retraining could be in order.

After an 8 hour flight from Dublin, we came here as it was minutes from our hotel and I’m glad we did. Staff were very good, the burger was great and, as a Chicago sports fan, the adjacent Chicago Sports Museum was good value for the $10. I’d definitely come here again the next time I’m in Chicago.

I went in for an early dinner. the place had tumbleweeds rolling through. It os NOT a dinner place. Good quality food, but definitely a drinks and apps situation. The location in the mall is a negative. The bartender was very friendly and the museum is a huge draw, but i opted not to go there for a conference dinner the next night. i would give it 3 1/2 stars if i could. On the whole....give me the River North location

We were really looking forward to our dinner here. Called two weeks ahead of time and spoke with a manager on duty (really wish I remembered his name) and told us that without question they would be able to accommodate peanut and tree nut allergies and they take allergies very serious there. We were ecstatic to hear this! So we made a reservation for four people (My wife and I and our two kids with the allergies). Upon getting into the restaurant ON TIME, we were forced to wait for our table to be ready! When we were seated and ordered our drinks we started looking at the menu. Kids found what they wanted and so did my wife and I. The server came back and we reminded her of the allergies that we were told they would be so accommodating of. We were then told with everything we tried to order that they could not guarantee that cross contamination would not occur and could not even tell me the ingredients of some of the items!!!!! WTF???? What happened to " Yes we can accommodate the nut allergy"? Now if you are still reading you might think that I am upset that they could not handle the nut allergy, you would be wrong if that's what you think. I don't mind that they can not accomodate us, many restaurants can't and they are honest and upfront about it! It's your place serve what you want! What gets me upset is I was lied to! Why not just say, you know we can't really be sure it might be best to try some other place. Anyway, if you have nut allergies or anyone in your party has them PLEASE pick a different restaurant to eat at. That way you will not be disappointed like we were.

I've been to these restaurants for dinner, lunch, parties, and drinks. Most recently we went for drinks and apps. The appetizers were totally shareable (go for the hummus one) and people were friendly. The one at water tower is most definitely worth it to go to the Chicago sports museum after. The milkshakes and burgers are also delicious. Definitely worth a stop when in Chicago, but go to this location specifically for the view and to see Water Tower. etc.

The service was ok but the food was great. We will eat here again on our next trip to Chicago. Location was good also.

Visited on a fairly quiet Monday afternoon was seated quickly and ordered nacho’s a flatbread and some chicken bites. Food came quickly and was tasty only criticism would be the nachos were a bit dry we used the dip from the chicken bites to liven them up. We used our receipt to visit the sports museum for free my son and husband enjoyed it we probably spent 45 minutes in there having a go at the various activities. I wouldn’t pay for the museum separately definitely pop in have a bite to eat then visit the museum. Worth a visit if you’re into sports while in Chicago and to add the lady greeting at the front desk was lovely and friendly.
Enjoyed our first taste of the Chicago hot dog!
Traveling from New Jersey, my wife and I had to try three of Chicago's iconic treats - the hot dog, Garrett popcorn, and of course the deep dish pizza. We were told by our Uber driver that Harry Caray's had a good representative Chicago hot dog. The restaurant - sports bar is located on the upper floor of Water Tower place. The ambiance is nice with a mix of booths and tables in a sports bar setting. Our service was good, but we wish our server was more engaging because as travelers we like to learn from the environment. The hot dogs and fries were delicious. The fries were crispy and the hot dogs loaded with what we guess to be the standard toppings. Both fries and dogs were delivered in rather unique vessels adding to the experience. We agree that we're still partial to our Northeast dog, but rank this treat well above the deep dish pizza. Now on to the popcorn. But first we had to get our picture taken with Harry!
