We went to Harvest after seeing “O” and were pleasantly surprised by the nice selection of foods. I had a awesome appetizer and made a dinner out of the risotto which I could not finish. All of my companions raves about their dinners (harvest roast chicken and flat breads) and we all went back to our hotels happy! I will definitely return to Harvest for a meal the next time I am in Vegas 🙂

OMG!!! Some of THE BEST food my husband and I had during our 1 week trip in Las Vegas. 5 star service, food quality and food taste! They were so accommodating with my gluten free, dairy free restrictions as well. We will definitely go again next time we are there!

I've walked by Harvest at Bellagio on many previous trips and decided to try it. The food is sort of upscale Americana and is priced accordingly. ATMOSPHERE - 2 out of 5 I was dining by myself, and I got the feeling that Harvets didn't;t want people to see a solo diner. I was seated facing one of the wait stations, with my back to a glass wall where the "show kitchen" is. The noise level was moderate to slightly high, as the tables are placed pretty close together. I heard a lot of the conversation clearly from the table next to me. FOOD - 3 out of 5 I'm pretty simple when it comes to menus. I don't need a lot of explanation, but I do expect to understand what I am ordering. The options were a la carte or ordering from a fixed-price menu with an appetizer, entree, and dessert. I didn't want all that food, so I just ordered the app and entree, although the server was really pushing the fixed-price option. The menu lists "Salads" under appetizers, so I ordered an item that I presumed was a salad, because it contained zero description. Turns out it was a soup, and the server sort of looked down on me for not knowing that. How was I supposed to know if it wasn't described in the menu? The entree I ordered was some roast chicken item. It was okay, but not memorable, and not up to the standards I was hoping for at a restaurant like this. SERVICE - 2 out of 5 The waiter seemed like he though I was a rube of some sort (although I've worked across the world) mainly because I was unfamiliar with the soup listed under the Salad menu. I had to request refills on ice tea a couple of times. And the waiter was not happy that I chose not to order dessert. OVERALL - 2 out of 5 Harvest seems like it is designed well, but they need to treat solo diners with more respect. The menu is misleading and not informative. The food is moderate but certainly not worth the inflated prices they charge. And the wait staff needs more training in being hospitable.

Staying at the Bellagio and went to Harvest as my choice in a destination where vegetarian eating is difficult... I should have checked the menu more carefully beforehand. Misled by the name, I assumed that there would be plenty of veggie options. Appetisers were veggie friendly but the entrees were veggie poor. Just two options and not sounding very appealing at that. The entrees generally were very limited and my other half struggled to find a meat dish she wanted from the very small choice. Had a glass of wine and an appetiser and left... And far from reasonably priced but this is Vegas! On a positive note, just the one!, I am a big cheese board lover and this one was excellent.

When first writing about Harvest by Roy Ellamar, the Restaurant then only two weeks old, it was suggested that the concept showed "signs of an awakening amongst casino executives," and although that prediction was quickly disproved by dozens of half-brained imports the good news is that Harvest remains stunning thanks to Chef Ellamar and his ability to coax maximum flavor from impeccable Ingredients. Soon celebrating anniversary number four, and still one of Las Vegas Boulevard’s rare “hidden gems” thanks to a location between Bellagio’s ballrooms and the Conservatory, it was after greetings from Roy and General Manager Hunter Welch that three guests were offered lounge-seats, this particular evening not only celebrating a personal milestone but witnessing Chef Ellamar’s Snack Wagon in conjunction with a Chef from South Korea. Described as an “homage to the origin of Food,” the affectation of this accurate but in no way a reflection of the humble Chef who turns spotlights away from himself and onto farmers and fishmongers, it was shortly after getting comfortable that staff arrived with menus and beverages, the latter via cart driven by Mr. Welch and featuring several Soju Cocktails from the visiting Chef’s Restaurant Bicena. Dining in front of Harvest’s jewel box kitchen, all while Game 7 of the World Series was unfolding on televisions at the Bar, it was while music played overheard that Naan from the Tadoori Oven was delivered fluffy as ever, a live-cooking demo soon to follow as Royden and another man prepared smoky Beef Buns and beautifully seared Scallops atop Squash from Dan Barber at Blue Hill. Off to a good start, the Vegan and Gluten-Free Congee from Roy’s Wagon achieving an unanticipated level of creaminess amidst earthy flavors that found balance in Soy plus Ginger, it was with three Salads that dinner continued, Tuna Poke brightened by the careful use of Wasabi while Beets with Feta and Radicchio with Ricotta each attested to top-quality Ingredients paired in ways that allow them to shine. Continuing with Soup, a Vegan Potage in which Chef Ellamar resists the urge of many Chefs to make Pumpkin sweet, it was after finishing an accompanying Macaron that attention turned to Fish, in this case Striped Bass from Baja presented something like Acqua Pazza with delicate Flesh and charred, crackling Skin. Going a little “off menu” with Entrees, specifically by offering Belly from Pachamama Farm and Chops from Tails & Trotters on one plate, there is arguably no better Pork in Las Vegas than what Harvest is offering, and the Lamb Shank cooked Fork-tender atop Polenta with vibrant Gremolata is also a carnivore’s delight. Not forgetting Sides, the stick-a-spoon-up-straight Risotto only slightly less remarkable than Congee from earlier, those in love with Brussels Sprouts should not skip Chef Ellamar’s sweet and savory version that eschews Bacon in favor Chiles and Mustard Seed, the Pork instead set aside for Sticky Toffee Pudding that outduels any in town for texture with or without creamy Vanilla Ice Cream. Unchanged in terms of Dessert, and too full for all six, it was instead picking and choosing that three more plates were requested, the Chocolate & Lemon Mousse Cake better than remembered while Pudding-like Panna Cotta and a rustic Apple Pie were each befitting the Ingredient-driven menu, sharable and delicious. FIVE STARS: In a city where Ingredient sourcing often takes a backseat to Restaurant design, ambiance or the whims of upper management Harvest by Roy Ellamar remains a beacon of quality and sustainability. Vegetable-centric often Vegan, this is intelligent cuisine in a city where Chefs are being told to make things more #instagramfriendly and Roy deserves tremendous credit for what he has created.

Had breakfast on Saturday (10/20/2018) and I had the steak and eggs that was very good and my wife had the Florentine Omelette. Our server Joe was fabulous.

A bar is only as good as it's bartenders, and sitting at the bar was a great decision. We had the flatbread and the seafood platter (Ocean Harvest). The flatbread was so good I could have eaten it by myself. The Ocean Harvest is a chilled seafood platter with shrimp cocktail, clams, oysters, lobster, and ceviche. The shrimp, lobster, and ceviche were good, but I don't eat raw oysters or clams. I will yield to other contributors for their opinions. Overall, it was a comfortable place to sit and enjoy drinks and snacks. Thanks again Kirby for your recommendations and exciting conversation.

We were staying at the Bellagio and decided to try Harvest for dinner. We had the naan, ribeye, salmon and sticky pudding. Salmon was the best I have ever eaten. The ribeye was delicious and sticky pudding was also amazing. The entire staff was very friendly. We absolutely loved our experience and was the perfect ending to our trip to Vegas.

My husband and I made reservations for Christmas Eve and we are so glad we did. Loved the atmosphere and the staff; they were excellent! The food was amazing!!!

We are here after our wedding, as a party of 9. In spite of an initial mix-up over drinks service, we had a really wonderful evening. The food is both stunningly presented and totally delicious, and the service was more than attentive but not over the top. The scallops were to die for!! Parmesan fries were the best we had in Vegas! Beautiful restaurant and incredible food and wine.

Coming back to this beautiful modern restaurant was a challenge. Could they keep their outstanding quality? I must say, they even outdid themselves. Serving us 6 with outstanding food and wine in this leisure atmosphere was just fantastic. Bravo Roy Ellamar.

The menu here is a bit funky but the food was very good overall with top notch service. We were late to our reservation and needed to be out in time to see a show and the entire meal went off without a hitch. The scallops were probably the best meal at the table overall. The ambiance of the restaurant was a bit weak as we sat by the windows on the side with everyone walking by staring in at us which was a bit odd but I did like the open kitchen concept.

Service was excellent, Quality of food was good. Very small portion and high price. I ordered Scallop, it was good but I only got 3 pieces. Never had such small portion for such a high price. Will NOT return.

I’m conflicted on how to rate this restaurant as we ate here once for breakfast and once for dinner! The bad news first! Didn’t appreciate the dinner meal! Very short entree list so had the Naan bread and carrot soup! This was tasty but over priced for a half bowl of soup! Maybe provide the soup in a slightly smaller bowl so the customer feels they are getting volume! Lamb chops and scallops were good but not worth the $$. Now the good news-breakfast was outstanding probably the best meal of the entire vacation! Highly suggest the corned beef hash and eggs or eggs Benedict! Breakfast awesome! Dinner not so much!!

I love a good steak. The rib-eye I was served was delicious and cooked to perfection. I don't remember the salad I ordered, but it too was excellent. The merlot had too much tannic acid and Michael replaced it with a nice cab sav.

Went here with family. Nobody had a great meal. Some items were good. Maybe we caught them on an off night. Beet salad was excellent and started off things well. Mains were poor to average. Steak was decent but not great. Scallops were rubbery and impossible to even chew. Left very disappointed. Won’t be back.

The filet that my husband had was the best. It melted in your mouth. I had the salmon and it was over cooked. I didn't care for the crunchy skin. Overall lovely experience with very attentive wait staff.

We have dined here multiple times and it never disappoints. The food and service here is top notch. There are many different offerings and I'm sure there's something for everyone. Whether you want a steak, seafood or small bites there is lots to choose from. On this occasion I had the striped sea bass and it was perfectly cooked and very tasty. My wife had the halibut which was equally amazing. Also be sure to try their cocktails. They are well crafted and balanced. This restaurant is definitely worth a try.

I’m in town for a conference and needed somewhere to host a business dinner. I was able to get reservations on fairly short notice, which was surprising, given the high rating of this restaurant on TripAdvisor. This place has great atmosphere with the kitchen in the middle of the restaurant and it’s surrounded by glass. You were able to watch the team pull everyone’s dinner together. This restaurant has a nice selection of cocktails, wine, and spirits. I would highly recommend dinner here for any occasion.

The Harvest offered a delicious assortment of healthy farm to table options. A good choice for health conscious restaurant meetings. Price was moderately high but quality and atmosphere delivered.

its Pricey, but i had great shrimp cocktail! Its geared to younger business crowd. Loved it thought!

This is one of the fantastic restaurants in the Bellagio. It has an array of great options including healthy food. The service was excellent. we sat at a table with a view of the fancy kitchen. Would definitely go again.

Two vegetarians had a great meal here! We ordered the naan appetizer, the chopped salad, the citrus salad, the pear cobbler, and a couple glasses of wine. Everything was so tasty, especially the chopped salad. We liked that he place was on the quiet side. It is near the conservatory, which is why we ended up here.

Located inside the Bellagio Hotel, we walked into the Harvest restaurant on a Thursday night without a reservation. From the entrance the restaurant looks small, but it’s actually quite big. We were immediately given water and menus. The waitress, Susan explained that evening’s specials and we ordered our cocktails. We had a view into the kitchen and saw the making of naan which we decided to order as an appetizer. It came with a side of hummus, yogurt and baba gannoush. It literally melted in your mouth as you ate it! We shared the gem lettuce salad and the rib eye steak. The steak was probably the best we ever had. Although the restaurant was crowded we were able to carry on a conversation. Dimly lit, the Harvest was a romantic place. Portions are small but not too small for us. It’s pricey, but you’re in Vegas. I would return here.

I love farm to table restaurants and I’m happy to spend money for good food. Yes, this is Vegas and this is the Bellagio, but the restaurant is a waste of money. The atmosphere is ok, though the front half is open to the hotel hallway/lobby. You’d think the restaurant would be friendly to dietary restrictions like gluten and dairy, but the menu doesn’t have any indication of what’s safe. I asked one of the hosts, and she gave me a few gluten-free options (there weren’t many). So I ordered the pumpkin soup and the shrimp cocktail. The soup looked great, but it turns out they use a lot of cream, which of course is not mentioned on the menu. They took it back, which was nice, and I got a kale salad. The salad was good, and the kale was fresh, but there was very little of the additional ingredients they mentioned, including maybe 1/2 tsp of quinoa. It was also $18. The shrimp cocktail was good, but $23 for 4 jumbo shrimp. It was served in an enormous bowl of ice - when I pulled out the shrimp, I had to wipe off the chunks of ice (and even then I still ate quite a few bits of ice). And then there was the club soda, which was $6. Seriously - $6 for water and CO2? That’s outrageous. So the meal was $50, not including tip. Had the food been terrific, and had there been more of it, it might have been worth it. But it was just ok, and given the prices, I feel like I got ripped off.

A friend and I had an early dinner here. We both ordered the half-chicken dinner which was very good by itself, but when we added their mushrooms side dish, every bite was delicious. I tried two of their red wines by the glass and was pleasantly surprised by both. The service was equally good.

Food and service were excellent One suggestion would be to have a selection of non alcohol drinks Wait staff were attentive without hovering Great wine list

While Cafe Bellagio (near the conservatory) is under renovations, an employee at the hotel told us about Harvest. Our server, Hilda, was top notch and didn't miss a beat. She has served us many times at Cafe Bellagio, so I was excited to see her again. The omelet was tasty, and they are incredibly accommodating with food changes, (swiss to pepper jack cheese, add onions, etc.) and the breakfast potatoes with grilled peppers and onions were delicious. I am under the impression Cafe Bellagio will reopen in December, If you are staying at Bellagio, you need to give this place a try for breakfast! The ambiance of is fabulous, and the food did not disappoint.

Roy Ellamar’s Harvest at the Bellagio is an outstanding farm-to-Table restaurant. My five courses all exceeded my expectations and accompanied by a staff that was personable, knowledgeable, and welcoming. I highly recommend anyone visiting Las Vegas to experience this jewel of a restaurant in the Bellagio!

We had an enjoyable dinner. Our female server ( I forgot to get her name but she is Italian woman ), so genuine, friendly and professional, she’s always smiling.. she made sure our experience is up to our liking. Our sommelier is also professional , he recommended us a good pinot noir.

Opened in the waning days of 2015, a visit shortly thereafter witnessing Royden Ellamar’s “homage to the origin of food” as a triumph for both the Chef and Bellagio, it was with a man equally committed to sourcing and sustainability that dinner was enjoyed at Harvest on Wednesday, the new Spring menu stunning in its ability to showcase ingredients with neither gimmicks nor pretense. Still one of Las Vegas Boulevard’s rare “hidden gems,” a location between ballrooms and the Conservatory placing Harvest outside the main throughway but easily accessible, it was with greetings from General Manager Hunter Welch that two guests were led from lounge to dining room, Chef Roy and his team visible inside a jewel box kitchen surrounded by glass and flowers. Using soft lighting and organic elements to build ambiance, overhead iheartradio unnecessary but not disruptive, it was with digital Cocktail menu and a list of purveyors presented that the decision was made to give staff carte blanche, a plate of crispy Lavash starting things off next to tangy Spread while a Cocktail yet to be introduced took the expected sweetness of a Tiki Drink further south by way of Cachaça with distinct toastiness. Built on the skeleton of Ellamar’s Sensi, itself a misunderstood space with undeniable influence from Roy’s Hawaiian heritage, it is good news that renovation retained the Tandoor responsible for fluffy Naan offered alongside three Spreads, though for those in search of something richer a Terrine of Foie Gras from Hudson Valley offers unparalleled smoothness offset by acid and sweetness. Next served “From The Garden,” an herbaceous Elixir that lingers long, guests wanting small shares will be well served by snappy Sea Bass brightened by Peppers as well as lightly fried Shrimp, the Poke unfortunately a bit under-salted on its own but better when eaten using crunchy Plaintains as a mechanism for delivery. Building off the Serrano Peppers and Aioli with “Mango Unchained,” a Spirit-forward concoction countering Jalapenos with Citrus plus the effervescence of Ginger Beer, it was prior to Entrees and Sides that three Salads all impressed, Gem Lettuce hiding fresh Peas the lightest and most surprising though the variance of textures offered by grilled Asparagus plus it’s plate-mates and the combination of bitter, earthy and acidic displayed by Blood Orange and Radicchio were also striking. Not forgetting Harvest’s well-regarded Pork Belly, crackling skin and supple Flesh ready to be dressed in Soy, Cilantro and Slaw, it was alongside a smoky Bourbon Beverage that sharable Meats arrived, omnipresent Scallops made interesting by Turmeric’s interaction with Sunchoke and Truffle while roast Chicken rivals the best served anywhere thanks to both the Bird’s quality and brining, plus clear yet potent Dipping Sauce. Carefully using Sides to keep the palate fresh, roasted Crucifers with Olives and Capers unexpectedly pairing well while heterogeneous Potatoes tilt tangy, fans of Mushrooms should not miss toothsome Farro brightened by Parmesan while those in seeking Red Meat will find themselves torn between Filet Mignon raised on Grass but finished on Carrots and a sizable Lamb Shank cooked Fork-tender atop Polenta that is somehow made to feel fresh by way of whimsical crisps and vibrant Gremolata. Returning to Tiki tastes for Dessert, the combination of Cognac and Curaçao creating a seductive sipper that packs a punch, it would be difficult to find fault in any of six sweets, $14 each not bad considering size and constituents with the “Crunchy Hazelnut Coffee Puff” featuring flawless Choux and Harvest Apple Pie bathed in Caramel both exquisite, though perhaps not quite as spotlight-stealing as Toffee & Bacon Pudding that will leave many thinking “Gordon Huh? Ramsay Who?” FIVE STARS: In a city where Ingredient sourcing often takes a backseat to Restaurant design, ambiance or the whims of upper management Harvest by Roy Ellamar remains a beacon of quality and sustainability, its improvement with time a testament the team and their ability to craft rustic plates that show off the beauty of superior ingredients prepared simply to coax maximum flavor from each bite.

Enjoyed a hearty breakfast before a conference. Everything was delicious and huge portions, but it is pricey.

Came here for a pre Cirque de Soleil dinner and quite enjoyed it. Cocktails were tasty and innovative. Seafood appetizer was excellent, and beet green pesto was great as were diver scallops. Good wine list with some interesting choices. Only marred a little bit by the waiter repeatedly over filling wine glasses as if to hurry us along. At those prices it would be nice not to feel rushed. All in all a nice experience, and would certainly recommend.

There are lots of choices in Vegas, of course, but we really enjoyed our dinner here. My wife is GF, and the waiter was extremely helpful, including recommending a hazelnut based dessert with puff pastry (GF!) that was quite tasty. We started with a seafood platter, which was generous, but not too huge, so we got to also try the salt and pepper octopus - it was grilled perfectly, and featured a squid0ink tartar sauce that went well with the dish. They also had a great bottle of Darioush Viognier that went perfectly with everything, and wasn't super overpriced. Really nice meal, and the service was perfect. It's the little things, like the dessert suggestion, and waiting at the table just to the side to find a pause in our conversation before interrupting. Really, really nice.

The Harvest was ok dining but not what I would expect being located in the Bellagio. I would have rather went to the Bellagio Buffet. The fish we had was flavored ok but could have been better. I wouldn't eat there again. I hope the Bellagio Management will consider putting in something better!

It ended at the salad which was OK. I asked for some salt and it arrived after I finished my salad. The service was painfully slow through out our dinner. My half chicken was dry and tough and tasteless. Shame on Harvest. Eat somewhere else this place is not worth it.

This farm to table restaurant is in a quiet corner of the Bellagio. Concise menu but great choices. Ordered a hanger steak and was told it would be cooked medium rare. Unfortunately it was very rare from 3rd cut back. Staff took it away and off my bill - no questions asked. Very professional way to handle. I was most impressed. I look forward to a return visit.

We stayed at Bellagio for 8 nights and discovered this gem a few days into our stay. We had Sunday brunch there and loved it so much we had breakfast there the following two mornings!! Staff was wonderful, food was perfect, decor was GORGEOUS — what more could you ask for!?!

We remembered this restaurant from a previous trip and were looking forward to dine there again. The service was very friendly and we were given a nice table. On a Tuesday night, it was not busy at all. Service was friendly and efficient and the quality of food excellent. Prices are sky-high though. It takes the fun out of eating when salads start with 18$ and entrees are in the region of 50 or more. It is Vegas, yes.

Visited Harvest on 9/24/18 with my Wife to celebrate getting my cast removed from my broken arm and healing after a bad car accident. We were greeted by Hunter, who was nothing short of absolute perfection in the way he treated us! We felt like royalty- what an outstanding example of Guest Service! Now, for the food...we tried several courses, but the standout for me was the ahi crudo. It melted on my tongue in an explosion of flavor-easily the best raw fish dish I've ever tried. Another favorite was the risotto, made with farro instead of rice, it's cheesy and hearty and tasted divine! Also not to be missed is the pillowy-soft naan with delectable accompaniments like roasted red pepper tapenade and some eggplant mixture that tasted like babaganoush. The atmosphere is rustic and outdoorsy, while still being fancy-that's a hard combination to pull off! Ask for a table by the kitchen window wall so that you can watch the action, the chef even waved to us! Harvest was a world-class experience, and the amazing food combined with the top-notch service will definitely keep us coming back time and time again, while also telling all of our friends about it. I've run out of superlatives to describe this amazing experience, guess I'd better make another reservation! Special thanks to Hunter for his outstanding service, I home someone shares this with him. Can't wait to come back!

The food here is delicious. So many perfect details. I had the Diver Scallops and it was excellent. The cauliflower purée was yum yum. Another plus was that they made the tempura non-spicy and omitted the truffles for my six year old. She enjoyed her dinner as well! One ding is the service was a bit slow but maybe it felt slow because we had a six year old :D

Didn't even know that this restaurant was there, but we decided to give it a try. What a great choice. From the moment we arrived, the service was amazing. Our server helper,Ivan, was so knowledgeable about everything on the menu it was wonderful. He gave us his suggestions and they were perfect. Our waitress, Janynna, was equally amazing. Knew everything on the menu and made great suggestions. I ordered the rib eye, and it was the best rib eye I have ever eaten. The flavor and tenderness was to die for. The bar tender Jose served amazing drinks. I ordered a Crown & Coke and you could actually taste the liquor. So good that I ordered a second one. My friend Harry had a straight up Martini, and it was served with shivers of ice in it . Perfect. This is one of the longest reviews I have ever given, but the people involved made this night amazing> Congratulation to all three of these people on your staff.

We enjoyed our dinner here. The cheese plate, and I had the eggplant dinner. It was good. Moat places have no idea how to treat eggplant, so, I was impressed. The little bread and dip they bring out was different. Lovely atmosphere! Hubby got a lobster that he exclaimed he's never had better. So, that was impressive. Definitely a spot to visit. I don't drink, but we noticed they had quite the wine selection. Deserts were also very tasty.

The food is good but pricey. Dinner for one will be at least $100 without a drink. I ordered the scallops for $44 and that is a la carte. There is no bread service so you have to order flatbread or naan bread and a vegetable as well. They do provide parmesan crisps and soft cheese (by request) but I did not much care for them. In short, too pricey for what you get in my opinion.

This is a wonderful spot with spot on delicious food. My husband and I shared a number of dishes that were all very tasty and fresh. We had two servers and they were attentive and really delights. We went at 9 pm on a Wednesday night And loved it ever so much. Go you won’t be sorry.

We had drinks here the first night and then breakfast the next morning and everything was de-lish! I had the oatmeal and my husband ordered the lobster omelet. Both were excellent. Definitely would recommend this restaurant if you are staying at the Bellagio and want to eat somewhere close with a varied menu.

It was our 20th wedding anniversary and Harvest made it very special! Wonderful service, they left card and rose to recognize the anniversary, the food was fabulous. So many vegetarian options. DELISH! Thank you Harvest team!

Harvest's dishes are not only creative, but deliciously fresh. We started with the vegetable crudite and spiced pumpkin soup, then on to crispy brussel sprouts and the Naan. Everything was excellent. It was nice to be able to sit somewhere on the quieter side in a Las Vegas hotel.

We were coming to this restaurant for ages now the service continue to be very good but the execution of the dishes was quite poor they have to even replaced a couple of dishes because they were not properly executed, causing that everyone ate at different times, we couldn’t enjoy dinner all at the same time prices continue to be high but in the past they used to deliver an outstanding quality now that outstanding quality is part of the past No relation price, quality

Great, great food. We had a show to get to and told our waitress we only had 45minutes to eat. She did an outstanding job of making sure we got our food and drinks timely and had plenty of time to enjoy the meal. The food was amazing. I had the fried shrimp and they had just enough heat to satisfy me. I also had the cooked Farmers veggies and they were delicious. Not too mushy, just the right amount of crunch. My husband had the soup and it was amazing. He also had the shrimp cocktail and the shrimp were not shrimp in size. We each had a aperol spritz and they were refreshing. Great place to eat - expensive but worth the price.

It was worth every penny. The food and drinks were amazing and the service was superb!!! My friends and I were in Vegas for a week and we ate at many places, but this was one of my “new” favourite places. Loved that the menu was seasonal, so everything was fresh. I was going to order the Pork Belly Lechon wrap, but the Harvest Salad caught my attention. I would definitely go back.

This place is way over priced. I had the Naan and the Salt & Pepper shrimp, which were really good but the portions are so small. My 2 plates were appetizers, I didn’t see anything I liked for the main. My shrimp as an appetizer was the same size as the main dishes! Everyone was pretty disappointed.

We had dinner here Friday night with another couple. The service was good. The food was delicious. Our table ordered: Bone in ribeye steak with Brussel sprouts Scallops Baked chicken with mashed potatoes For dessert we shared the apple cobbler with ice cream

We dined for the first time in this somewhat offbeat Bellagio restaurant in Las Vegas while we come every year We particularly appreciated the avocado gazpacho Desserts are beautiful The 3-course tasting menu at $70 in this luxury hotel is rare Recommend

We are guests at Bellagio and stopped in for a drink at the Bar. The two person bar team were in our opinion extremely rude and not helpful at all. This lets Bellagio down. We will not be back.

Had drinks here one night and dinner/drinks another night during our stay at the Bellagio. Loved the service and craft cocktails. menu was good for dinner as well - loved the oysters! will return and dine here again.

We found this restaurant good for breakfast but pricey. We bought an omelet and shared it. The coffee was lousy. The atmosphere was very good and almost worth the price.

I had the best ribeye steak I have ever had. It was so tender, flavorful, cooked a perfect medium rare. The salad was really unusual but good. My wife’s halibut was top notch. Good place to eat if a bit pricey.

My wife and I enjoyed a small meal after seeing the Circle de Soleil show "O" at the Bellagio. We both had a heritage salad and shared a cheese plate which were both excellent. The service was excellent as was the wine choice. Harvest continues to be one of the excellent restaurants in Las Vegas.

Second visit here and it was 10/10 in every measure. Michael our server was great, food was DELICIOUS. Cocktails, vicious and tasty :-) Love the view of the kitchens. Apple pie and roast chicken were the best I have EVER had. What a juxtaposition to the dinner we had at Picasso a few weeks ago which is "allegedly" Michelin starred that was 3/10 food quality. In contrast "poor" Harvest with no stars was out of this world delicious. Anyhow, I digress. Go here, try a lot of different things. Relax, get hammered, enjoy! :-)

We go to Bellagio quite often, but had never been to this place before. We read about on the hotel website and decided to give it a try. We are so glad we did! You must start with the naan bread appetizer, which comes with three dipping spreads which were all very tasty. We just loved the halibut and the scallops were some of the best ever! We were seated with a good view of the open kitchen, which was fun to watch! The atmosphere was very inviting and cozy. We were actually seated by the general manager, Manny, who was delightful and very informative, and was always in the background making sure everything went perfectly. And iW did. Out wait staff consisted of Gioda and her assistant, Ivan, who were both very friendly and helpful. We went here not knowing what to expect, and were simply delighted with the whole experience. It is a little out of the way, beyond the observatory, but is certainly worth it. we will be back again soon!

Started with the Gazpacho. Beautiful presentation with edible flowers and tiny chopped veggies in a bowl. When the waiter poured out the soup it was about the size of an eye wash cup. Certainly not worth the price and should have been presented in a shot glass for the riduclous amount that was served. Naan bread is very delicious and served fresh. We ordered a seafood tower which was very well prepared but the place just does not have atmosphere. We are had reservations and the place was rather empty and we were seated near the beverage service station. The scooping of ice and the clanging of glasses really added to our romantic evening. Sorry no thanks. Eat before you come here.

This location is tucked in the rear are of the Bellagio and as we are walking around came upon this location and made a reservation the evening and was lucky to get in. The atmosphere was very inviting and the food was amazing. Out first waiter ws Cheech and loved his personality and was very engaging. Love this in a server. Made us feel at home. Our main waiter was Sue which was another gem. An amazing dining experience . The food was amazing as was the service . Will be back on our next trip to Vegas .

Visited Harvest after looking at the menu for food that vegetarians can go for. Wasn't disappointed as the spaghetti main was fantastic. I'd definitely go back.

Reservations are a must unless you sit at the bar. We had some first time food choices. The seared octopus was just as we were told. Texture of lobster with a taste of scallops. We tried the naan bread for the first time and I want more. Very different.

Not a great experience. First, I seriously dislike seating where couples are lined up at tables 18 inches apart. Understand this is a personal preference, but it’s a buzzkill to spend $250 while elbow to elbow with other diners. Food was OK but not worth the money. My filet mignon was ordered medium, arrived medium well and dry. The accompanying bernaise was good. Smashed potatoes were ok, just not up to the standard of a nice restaurant. Naan bread appetizer was good, although it was strangely oily. Dipping sauces were good, about 1 tablespoon of each. Husband had salmon, which was also just ok. The real killer was our waiter. Impersonal, rushed, inattentive. No offers for a refill of drinks; when the table next to us emptied, he immediately began nagging the staff to refill the table. Service gets 1/5 stars.

Thankfully the Bellagio has a place for great breakfasts in the morning. Previously you had to go across to the Cosmopolitan Hotel. They don't take reservations unless you know someone and thankfully the awesome folks at VIP Services helped me out of a bind. Thanks to Luz Lopez, Jessica Kang and Sherry Ramos and our servers who were awesome. Cofee, tea, oatmeal, eggs were all perfect.

In a place where there are dozens of incredibly expensive celebrity chef restaurants we searched out one famous for its food and farm to table approach. We were very impressed with every single dish we had it all was beyond great! Our server was from northern Italy and was amazing, his food descriptions and recommendations and wine recommendations were all spot on and added to our experience. Expensive meal out but well worth it!

A lovely restaurant in a far back corner of the Bellagio. In contrast to just about every other restaurant on the Strip, the noise.lovel is conducive to having a conversation. We had good cocktails and wine at the bar. Once seated at the table, service was attentive without being overwhelming. The sommelier recommended an excellent bottle of wine at a reasonable price. We ate the harvest salad, pumpkin soup, lamb chops, chicken entree, pork chop and crushed potatoes - all were really good.

Stayed over the Xmas and new year at the Bellagio hotel and tried this restaurant one evening. A bit better than most restaurants in Las Vegas (where vegetarian equates to pizza or veggie burgers, both inedible and very unhealthy!) we had to book the table. The options are not great but we found enough veggie food to satisfy us and had an enjoyable time. Service was superb. Wine list very good (and not to over the top price wise!) setting is nice, but pick your table ! Cost wise without deserts, but with a nice bottle wine was €220 including 20% tip. Would go again.

The beakfast was good, although they serve diced/fried potatoes with everything and you cannot exchange one food item for another. The toast comes up underdone and the tea is like dish water stick to coffee.

I was the only Veggie in our group and this restaurant hit the jackpot for all of us. Eggplant. Mushroom Risotto. mmmmmmmmmmmmm My friends had the filet and the chicken and were very happy. I could eat there every day

My wife and I recently celebrated our 28th anniversary over dinner at Harvest. Our server (call her "V" for short) was very friendly and attentive and did not allow an abusive table that she was waiting on affect her attitude or professionalism in any manner (we overheard the comments from the nearby table, the server never mentioned it to us). First course was a beet and pear salad witch was exactly what you would expect from a "farm to table" restaurant - wonderfully fresh and flavorful. The pumpkin soup was of equal quality and equally delicious. We also shared a plate of crispy shrimp that was terrific with just a little bit of spice to it. Entrees of the scallops and lamb osso busca were both flavorful. The scallops were a lighter portion and the lamb was very hearty. Since we split our courses it was the right balance for us. One of the highlights was our sommelier. I asked to speak with him regarding a recommendation. I had mentioned the night before while dining at Joe's Prime that we enjoyed a Pinot Noir that was also available on the Harvest wine menu. I explained my intent was order the same bottle again unless he had another recommendation. He asked what our order and preferences were and then suggested that if we wanted to try a different wine, that he had a couple of recommendations. All three of the bottles he recommended were slightly less expensive than the bottle we had the night before. When I advised that my wife would prefer one on a slightly softer side, he immediately recommended one above the other two (which just happened to be at the lowest price point) and then explained why it was his recommendation. The wine in particular (Matinee by Paul Lato) was made in the old world way with lighter tannins and more fruit up front. It was perfect for my wife and quite enjoyable for me as well. The following day when I checked on line to see if it was available from wine merchants to purchase and ship to my home I noticed the mark-up on the wine was less than 100% which is unusual for restaurants. Similarly, the "new world" Pinot Noir we had the night before (Archery Summit) was priced at a lower mark-up than at Joe's which was still only about 100% at Joe's. All in all, it was a great wine at a very reasonable price recommended by a knowledgeable sommelier who never tried to upsell us on a wine. I hope this message gets back to him.

Fresh and good. Not the best sea bass I’ve ever had, and the quinoa was absolutely tasteless. Not bad, but I probably won’t be back.

Anyone looking for well-served, well-prepared American, Vegetarian Friendly, Vegan Options restaurant must come here! Ideal is to book a table, or be prepared to stand in a queue at all meal times! If you stay in Aria or Vdara Hotels, you can sign here to your room's bill!

Loved the food. Nice service. The ability to see all the workings of the kitchen is very nice! Great cocktails. Updated classics with a modern touch. Old fashion with rosemary and dried fig. The ribeye was very tasty. The Potatoes amazing. It is very pricey so be prepared!!!! My steak was $65 and no sides.

Portions way too small. But good dipping sauces for naan bread appetizer and the entrees were generally good. Straightforward and knowledgeable waiter. Nice quiet tucked away ambiance further into the Bellagio. Easy to find reservation and space during crowded holiday time 12/27/2023

Everything was absolutley fresh, tasty and oh so good! The three of us shared everything and it was plenty! I wish we would have eaten at Harvest the beginning of our trip, but instead we saved it for the last evening....If we would have known it was this good we would have been eating there every single night! Next trip to Vegas all dinners will be at Harvest!

We ate dinner here in July while staying at the Bellagio. The staff was very attentive & friendly. They made an effort to make sure we enjoyed our food and did not rush us. The food was excellent. We had the side of naan as an appetizer & that was a real highlight —warm, fresh with great dips. We had the halibut entree & the eggplant entree & both were great. Mixed drinks & desserts were great too. Definitely pricey, but worth it for a special dinner out!

Reservations recommended. They are on line Salt n Pepper shrimp appetizer was excellent. We also had the Halibut and a salmon entree. Both were done to perfection Wait staff was excellent. Kitchen is open so u can see them preparing your food. Well done

This is perhaps one of the most creative and flavorful restaurants I have ever been to. The food is so delicious (I had the best piece of salmon I have ever had) and beautifully presented. This is a must visit if you're in the Bellagio looking for a fabulous dining experience.

The food was quite okay, but the wine and service substandard. You are chased through your corridors like a madman, almost everything comes at once. You've lost a god's ability in less than an hour. I don't call that enjoyment.

I ordered lobster which was probably a mistake and mushrooms on the side. I have got a whole lobster with about 5-6 ounces of meat rest was a shell. The meat was tough and otherwise tasty but nothing else came with it except for a couple of tiny leafs of some kind of something for decoration. I have never had the worst meal for 150 dollars. Shame on me for not taking any photos or talking to somebody, but I was tired and probably in shock of this whole thing. Newer wrote revive of the restaurant before

Harvest is in a section of the hotel outside of all of the casino noise, offering a much better atmosphere for private dinner. My wife and I made same day reservations and had no problem getting in. Ordered the filet mignon and it was cooked to perfection!! Finished with the Harvest apple pie which was equally made to perfection. Wish I lived closer so I could make this a regular stop. Will be back when I visit Vegas again.

Great variety of fresh food, a lot more seafood options than other meats, staff were a little slow, very pricey.

6 of us had dinner has this incredible restaurant and zero complaints all around. We were all so blown away by the quality of the food and presentation - we didn't want to leave. They had vegetarian options which I appreciated and I sampled bites of several plates and it was SO good. It's slightly pricy but worth it. Super cool to get to watch the cooks work behind glass too. I recommend trying their sticky toffee pudding. It was very comparable, if not equal to Gordon Ramsey's!! I highly recommend this place!

We had dinner with friends at Harvest last Friday evening. The food was outstanding... both fresh and delicious. The service as also very good. Part of our group was late arriving in Las Vegas and the staff was happy to make accommodations and fire food just before the kitchen closed so they could eat there. The restaurant itself was both sophisticated and comfortable. I would highly recommend trying it!

This restaurant was recommended to my husband and myself and it didn’t disappoint. My meat was mouth watering and my husband’s dinner was verY good. We both enjoyed dessert to celebrate a birthday and our anniversary. Decadent and so filling. Expensive, but was well worth it.

We went to the Harvest in the Bellagio last night . The bartender was super nice and the staff provided excellent service . The food however was quite bland . The salmon had zero flavor and the mash potatoes were overcooked. I did find the salad was very fresh along with naan bread with the sauces . My son said that his steak wasn’t so great either - not a ton of flavor . The atmosphere is quiet though so it makes dining more enjoyable. Away from the lobby /casino crowds .

We had a wonderful meal at Harvest. The service was great, the food was amazing, great wine list. Would definitely recommend.

It was average and did not meet my expectations. The beer list is substandard and lacking in providing multiple highly ranked IPAs. It’s a problem broadly at the Bellagio. The flatbread was very good, the oysters were just ok, the Brussels sprouts were good, my chicken was a bit dry and bland and I would not order again, while the lamb oso buco was much better.

We booked for a Christmas Day meal having struggled in Vegas with food quality and prices during the week. Food was great, my husbands fillet mignon was perfect and so was my salmon. However it has to be said that this is ridiculously overpriced for what it was. Two courses with a bottle of wine was approx 300 dollars.

When we sat down, we ordered our dinner and a glass of wine at the same time. This is the only restaurant that I have ever eaten at where my food came faster than my glass of wine. We had to flag the food server down to try to find the wine. We saw very little of the server during the entire experience. We ordered the Filet Minon and the bronzina. The steak, though expensive was cooked to the right temperature but was almost tasteless. On the bright side, the brussels sprouts very good.

The food was excellent! The menu is seasonal and everything we ordered was delicious. They were accommodating, making sure we had a great experience and yet mindful of the time so we could make the show.

A colleague and I popped into Harvest at The Bellagio for dinner one evening (well we kept having to walk past it on the way to and from our rooms). We sat at the counter, which I would say is a must. We only wanted a main course each so I had to go for a classic American cut of beef - Filet Mignon and my colleague being French went for the Scallops. Well I just love steak and have eaten it all over the world and this Filet Mignon was the best I have had!!! Not only that you can watch them cooking it. My colleague who I mentioned above is French comes from Brittany so they know their shell fish and thought the Scallops equal to home - not bad from a French person! I wish we had visited at the start of our stay and not at the end as we would have been more often

Since we did not choose alcoholic drinks or bottles of wine our server ignored us after placing our order. Food was average & pricey. It was so very noisy. We will not return.

Uncertain where to get dinner after a conference one evening I am so glad we chose to try Harvest. Personally, I am a big fan of farm-to-table restaurants that execute well and Harvest definitely does. We sat at the bar were we could banter with the bartender and watch the activity of the restaurant and kitchen. Our drinks were expertly crafted and the food was well executed, perfectly seasoned, and delicious. I had my eye on the sea bass and our bartender Jay suggested I try the halibut instead (and gave his reasons why) and I am glad I followed his suggestion. Also, the Sticky Toffee Pudding (with bacon!) was a perfect end to our night!

I was staying at the Bellagio and as I’m not a buffet fan i visited Harvest restaurant twice for breakfast. This was very good - the first morning I just had scrambled eggs and brown toast. This wasn’t an actual choice on the menu as the eggs were all advertised as coming with a choice of sausages / bacon / ham etc. The charge for this off-menu option was very reasonable. On day two I had the continental choice which included juice and coffee as well as a pastry and fresh fruit. Again very nice. And excellent friendly service.

Dining in the Bellagio in a far off corner is this really great restaurant that offered really nice food choices and great service. Good wines by the glass and when we didn’t want dessert, they brought us a chocolate dessert that we managed to almost finish. Well worth finding this restaurant.

Had a dinner meeting here with a large group (100+). We were offered appetizers from their regular menu - the best was the crudite plate and the salt and pepper fried shrimp. This was followed up by a delicious gem salad and artichoke soup. Most had the hangar steak but I went for scallops. That was a mistake. The scallops had an odd texture, while cooked, they didn't melt in the mouth but split apart, as if freezer burnt? Unclear what was the issue. Brussel sprouts and crushed potatoes were added to share and both were nice. The wines were reasonable but far from an extensive or spectacular. Service was immaculate.

Enjoyed a really nice breakfast over the holidays. Service very good and plentiful tasty food. Arrived in good time to miss any line waits.

Liked this place very much. Sat and ate at the bar. Wonderful barmen and great cocktails! The food was very good - spanking fresh oysters and the naan bread were particularly great!

Given it’s inside the Bellagio, I set the bar quite high. It’s not a bad restaurant & offers a decent menu, but I just didn’t get the “wow”I was expecting. We ordered the Nan & Shrimp for an appetizer & there were good. I ordered the Scallops & they had a nice presentation, but they arrived at the table cold. I would have expected the staff to realize if the plate was room temperature, the entree probably was too. It’s an expensive restaurant & I would have expected more!

One plate after the next was just perfection! I started with the salt and pepper octopus which was so soft it melted in your mouth - almost had trouble picking it up with a fork! My husband started with the tuna avocado toast, he was concerned because he doesn’t like cilantro, but he was so glad he got it! Not too much cilantro and super yummy. For mains I had the filet mignon which I got medium and it was perfectly done for me - just a tad more done than medium rare. My husband got the branzino. Both were delicious! For sides we decided on the Parmesan truffle fries, which were as good as they sound, and at the last minute threw on the spinach to have a vegetable. I’m not kidding when I say the spinach stole the show. It was way beyond what we were expecting - a definite must! Just a note, though. We were staying at the Bellagio so when we walked by the next morning and saw there was breakfast being served we said let’s go back, that was so good. Unfortunately we realized once we were seated it is a totally different restaurant at breakfast and very mediocre.

Beautifully prepared food in an interesting setting. Seating is placed around the glass enclosed kitchen. Staff were good. I just felt it was hugely expensive for what we got and in comparison to other similar type restaurants.

As Cafe Bellagio is closed for a remodel/rebranding, the hotel is now offering breakfast at Harvest. As the Resturant is known for great food, we assumed that breakfast would be good and were not disappointed. Good food, only knock is some of the tables are bar height which can be a challenge for shorter diners.

Family dinner for 6 before seeing 'O' at the Bellagio. Other restaurants were booked, so we reserved an early table at Harvest by default. Luckily for us the food and service were fantastic. Everyone enjoyed their apps and entrees. Desserts were also great. Not cheap, but in line for this quality of food/service in Vegas. I definitely recommend.

Had a fabulous business dinner during 2023 NAB Show. Great menu, extremely well prepared and served at a table surrounded by a scenographic kitchen. Great service. Highly recommended

Here you can also reserve a table at short notice or, if something is free, eat at the bar. The food is great, the staff friendly and competent. If you like meat, the Bone in Ribeye is top. But also fish lovers come for their pleasure. When we are at Bellagio , we always go out to dinner here 1-2 times.

Had an amazing dinner here. Highly recommend this spot! The food was amazing and the service was great. The steaks were so good. The cocktails were awesome.

One of the best meals we have had in Las Vegas (and we come 3-4x a year). It’s an explosion of delicious flavors... If I could give 10 stars to this establishment.. I would, without second thoughts! One of my best experiences on the strip. Harvest clearly lives up to its reputation. We had made reservations earlier and got seated right away as we arrived. Nick (general manager) made us feel like we were frequent customers in our first steps into the restaurant. Our waiter, Marcinko (forgive my spelling), gave us excellent recommendations for drinks based on our taste and we absolutely loved his recommendations. We loved all the different dishes, especially the pork belly lettuce wraps appetizer. We were frequently checked on, which was necessary & appreciated! We look forward to coming back again as Harvest impressed us all that evening. Enjoy !

This was the best dining experience we had in Las Vegas. Good service. Prompt seating at reserved time. Nice menu. Food was outstanding! Service was excellent. For Las Vegas this was a real value (especially in Belagio hotel). Lovely "circuses" in the open kitchen. Excellent value compared to other places we ate at similar quality/price level. Be aware that there is a high noise level.

When you go to a farm to table restaurant that borders on fine dining with prices to match there is a certain expectation: Kitchen Staff should know how to cook and food should taste fresh. The best part of our meal was primarily the uncooked portion. Both our salads were delicious: Harvest Salad and Radicchio Citrus Salad. I asked for the Filet Mignon cooked to medium. What I received could have been resuscitated with a little effort. It had to be sent back not once but twice, to get it to the right temperature until the entire filet was chewy and ruined. My shrimp cocktail tasted funky. My husband's broccoli rabe side had mushy florets and hard stems. We passed on dessert. I did appreciate that the restaurant did not charge me for the steak. NOTE: Everything is a la carte. Those dishes that come with sides have so little it should only count as a garnish.

I cannot even put into words the amazing experience that we had here. The server that immediately contacted us upon being seated was warm and welcoming and even offered us a complementary appetizer. We ordered the roasted chicken, pickled tempura vegetables, and the filet. Every single item that we ordered was beyond our expectations and was fantastic. The general manager, Manny, also came up to our table and greeted us and went above and beyond in service and hospitality. We will absolutely be back this was a five star plus experience.

My husband and I had dinner here while staying at the Bellagio. The restaurant location is inside the hotel in a non-interesting location, no view of anything (feels like eating in a mall) with people passing by all the time in a crowded place. The food is really good, small portions and pricey but we enjoyed very much every bite.

Highly recommend making a reservation. Food and service were too notch. A tad pricey (apps/salads about $20 ea, entrees btwn $35-60, all a la carte, sides are extra). The 8oz filet was the best I've had anywhere. Our table also had the pork chop and ribeye which were just as good. Menu changes often as it is a farm-to-table concept. I look forward to going back.

Several years ago, when it was Sensi, we didn't like our meal very much. Can't remember what, but it was a one and done. But now we needed to get from Paris to Monte Carlo to see Cher (or what do they call it these days? Park MGM? what a stupid name, but I digress). So eating at Bellagio made sense...walk across the street, have dinner, catch the tram. The Harvest menu looked interesting (even though I knew it was the same chef), so we figured it's been many (many) years, let's give them another try. OMG the best meal of our trip. We both wanted seafood, and the on-line menu sounded great - we both had mentally picked out what fish we would have...well guess what, NEITHER was on the menu anymore! And the fish that were on the menu sounded boring. But my husband liked the sound of the lamb shank special, and I decided to go for the rib-eye steak. Fabulous. He loved his, and my steak, which arrived not char-broiled at all, almost like it had been cooked sous vide, was one of the best steaks I have every had. It had a wonderful umami sauce (was it just butter? nah...something more) on top, and came with a Bearnaise that I didn't care for, but the carrot puree and just the buttery, fatty, salty steak itself just melted in your mouth. But that wasn't the best part! we shared a salad to start, but since it's not on the menu (PLEASE update your on-line menus when you change your menu), I can't fully recall the salad, but maybe kale, fennel, crunchy orange things that were delicious...truly a great, healthy salad (to balance our meat OD'ing). We also got a side veg of a variety of vegetables - asparagus, parsnips, lots of other things...all were great. We're not big on carbs/starches so the lavosh with a great dip was perfect and just enough. Too full for dessert but the lemon thingie sound wonderful. Next time. And there will definitely be a next time.

Full disclosure: I was in Las Vegas for work. The boss picked up the tab. I rarely have the opportunity to eat at restaurants this good, so I appreciated having such a wonderful meal. Service was excellent. There were 4 of us, and we each had a cocktail. I ordered the Fig & Rosemary Old Fashioned. It was unlike anything I've ever had. We shared the flatbread (with smoked prosciutto, peaches, goat cheese, and red wine onion jam). The dough was light and chewy. It didn't even need the other ingredients! 3 of us had filet mignon; the other had prime rib. The steaks were cooked perfectly and were flavorful. We split mashed potatoes and mushroom risotto. I had to have dessert, so I opted for the Toffee Bacon Pudding. OMG... I'd go back to Las Vegas just for that. I'm so glad I had the privilege of eating here!

Great meal at a smaller restaurant in the Bellagio. We enjoyed the halibut and chicken. Noisy but fun setting with open kitchen.

Really enjoyed it here. Nice atmosphere, friendly people and good food. Been meaning to try this place on one of my trips and glad I did. Refreshing to have unique choices on the menu and nice food presentations.

We were gambling at the Bellagio and got a little snackish. We have been wanting to try this Restaurant and on this trip we were at the right place at the right time. We sat at the bar and got good service. We decided to share some appetizers. We had the Spicy Tuna Avocado Toast, Pork Belly Wraps, Mushroom Risotto and the Cheese Board. The food was top notch, everything was fresh, tasted great and the presentation was very nice. Of everything we had, we would probably cross the cheese board off the list for a future visit. The cheese board was very good, there were like two or three meats but it was sliced paper thin, with like one slice of each and they were itty bitty pieces and a very very small serving of cheeses. We will definitely be back on a future visit to Vegas and we can't wait to try more.

Recommended by Food Buzz owner, Kathryn. She was absolutely correct! Fresh and delicious! All our dishes were fabulous, try their risotto and any fish! The chef came out and spoke to us! We were so impressed with the service, the food, the chic restaurant! Would return !!

I just visited this restaurant this past weekend with my husband and another couple. We were grabbing dinner before a show in the Bellagio. It's a perfect location if you're seeing a show right after and since we had a reservation right when they opened, it didn't seem too busy and our server was very attentive. The wine list is very extensive and the food menu isn't but you expect that when going to a gourmet restaurant. We had the pork belly lettuce wraps (which the guys loved) and the cheese board (which the girls enjoyed but wished there was a hard cheese and not all soft cheeses). For dinner, I had the filet mignon and it was cooked perfectly and seasoned so well. My husband had the scallops and thought they were cooked well, he especially enjoyed the sear on the bottoms. The main dishes do not come with sides so we ordered something to split. Our server was so nice and even gave us two desserts to celebrate a birthday and an engagement! Would definitely recommend this restaurant if you're looking for a place to splurge a bit.

Harvest has been on our return list every year, like Sensi before it. The open kitchen, spectacular service, tasty cocktails and farm to table small plates and entrees make this a complete experience. Harvest never disappoints on any level. Don't miss the diver scallops!

We booked through American Express FHR and ate at Harvest for our breakfast option. After a disappointing buffet dinner, we decided to skip the buffet breakfast and try Harvest. We would have chosen the Pool Cafe for breakfast. It it’s closed for the season (delicious food!) The breakfast at Harvest was solid but not amazing. The breakfast potatoes were terrible - not fresh cut potatoes but more a frozen-out-of-the-bag variety. The eggs were good, bacon OK, and my husband loved his sausage. Good size portions. It won’t blow you away but it was OK for a free breakfast option. Next time we’ll try Palio and sit overlooking the pool on the second floor balcony.

My wife and I got great service and great food this morning at the Harvest at the Bellagio Hotel. Our server Ari was courteous and helpful, he even gave directions and suggestions on how to get to places to another couple seated near us. The food was plentiful, hot and great! The Fresh Fruit platter was delicious and sweet. We will make the Harvest restaurant our place to go for breakfast when we're in town.

I had eaten here a couple of years ago and knew that I wanted to repeat the experience. I was pleased to find that they still have attentive service and the freshest ingredients. The sommelier was knowledgeable and the range of wine options was impressive. The flatbread was delicious and my steak was cooked to perfection. A recommendation: It’s difficult to get a reservation here so I suggest booking well in advance of your trip.

We really enjoyed our meal at Harvest which is located in the Bellagio in Las Vegas. The food was made with farm (or sea) to table ingredients. I had scallops that were really delicious and a crispy shrimp appetizer. The service was excellent. Unfortunately, the location is not interesting. There is no view. However, I would definitely recommend this restaurant. The quality of the food definitely makes up for the lack of view.

We dined here twice and both times the food was just fair. I would give this a 3.5 star if i could My friend had the 14oz. ribeye and you would think it would be a nice cut of meat for 14oz. but it was a flat thin steak. And if i remember right it was $59.00 or so. We also had the pork chop and it was nice and thick. But again over priced for a pork chop. We went to the Prime one night and the steak was much better and the price about the same. Next time we go we will try this place again but not steaks. We really enjoyed the atmosphere and the service was good.

Harvest, at the Bellagio is a great place for drinks and a nice, healthy dinner. The house cocktails are whimsical with a healthy, organic vibe. The menu was every health conscious foodie’s dream come true! Very farm to table food. My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful starter salad, and for our entrees we both chose a fish-(Halibut and the Bass) The flavors were magnificent! After every bite we would say mmmmm! The atmosphere was earthy, the staff knowledgeable and friendly. Pass the Buffet and make your reservation at Harvest!

Beautiful restaurant, attentive staff. The waiter explained everything on the menu in detail for us. From entering you could feel you were in a high end restaurant. You also forget you are inside a huge hotel. Wherever you are sat you can see the chef's working in the kitchen which I Iiked. We had 4 different starters which were all good. The Steak.....it's all bout the steak. I've never had steak like it and I eat a lot of steak. Cooked and seasoned to perfection and so tender it was unbelievable. High;y recommend

We dined at Harvest restaurant in the Bellagio. Outside of our cocktails, my husband and I shared everything we ordered. Tim had an old-fashioned and I had a lychee martini. My martini was fantastic! We shared the Caesar salad, which was one of the best I’ve had. Next we shared the carbonara appetizer. It was a generous portion, but lacked salt even with pancetta which is salty. We also had the bone marrow side to accompany a ribeye steak. The bone marrow came with grilled bread and there were two large bones on the plate. However, only one bone had any marrow. The other had no marrow even though I tried my best to get something. So in essence the two of us just shared one bone. We requested our ribeye to be cooked medium rare, however it was more medium which was disappointing. For the price point, they should serve prime steak, not choice which was grizzly. Another disappointment, however, the ribeye was seasoned perfectly. Atmosphere of the restaurant was very nice and the service was good. Our server was Vi, and she was on top of everything. I was a little surprised at the couple of missteps as this restaurant is rated 185 out of over 5000 on TripAdvisor.

We met at Harvest because it was convenient to the Tram. We were intending to only have drinks, but were enticed by the Snack Wagon Selections. These are $7.00 small plates served during Harvest Hour. We weren't able to take advantage of the $7.00 specialty cocktails because they didn't appeal. Our waiter was attentive and we had a great time. By the way, every morning when we walked by there was a line for breakfast, so I'm thinking it's good.

I have been here many times while staying at the Bellagio. It’s convenient, fairly priced compared to other higher priced establishments in hotel, offers a nice variety of entrees (meats, seafood), great starters (crispy shrimp & avocado toast w/ahi tuna are personal favorites) and family style sides (Brussels sprouts & mashed potatoes were quiet good), friendly service albeit a tad slow consistently. They can accommodate large groups.

I booked this restaurant for a friends birthday celebration in Vegas and it was perfect! They had our table ready and have superb service. The food came out quickly and there was not one dish that we did not like. Thank you for making the birthday girl feel special!

We had breakfast here on a Saturday morning. There were 11 of us including 3 children. The hostess was great. She pulled together a space for us that was relatively private. The pancakes were delicious. The lobster Benedict was so so. Coffee is good.

We went to Harvest for dinner. The food and drinks were very well done and novel. The service was as you would expect from a high end restaurant. It was a truly great dining experience.

Thanks to Sandra Rodriguiz, whom I think is an employee at Bellagio, assisted us in finding the perfect restaurant to spend my birthday. The wait staff were kind and professional, and i had the best filet i have ever had in my life. It melted in my mouth! The chef came out and greeted us , and sent 4 extra appetizers to us. After our delicious meal i was treated with a lovely dessert with a birthday candle. The dessert was like eating a cloud. Then, the chef invited us back to his kitchen to take a picture with he and his staff. What an amazing experience. Bellagio better hang on to Sandra Rodriguez- who helped is have an excellent evening.

Went for lunch. We had a cobb salad, a BLT, a lager and a glass of wine. The glass of wine was $18.50, which was dearer than the salad. The food was delicious. Staff were friendly and the service was good. The bill came to $66.57 mainly due to the price of wine!

We stopped by here while staying at Bellagio during their 5-6pm happy hour before going to a show. The had a couple of $8 cocktail and wine specials. We had one of the cocktails and a glass of white wine, both were fine. A problem with showing the cocktail selection on an iPad - it looked nothing like what was pictured (for the worse). During the happy hour they have a cart that is wheeled around with different $8 snacks. We had two different bruschetta type toasts, one eggplant and the other prosciutto along with some homemade chips and dips. The standout food was the prosciutto toast and one of the best French onion dips I’ve had! Everything tasted very fresh and was well executed. Service was bright and cheery from our servers. While I probably wouldn’t hurry back it was a worthwhile stop.

If you are looking for a great dinner in the Bellagio, do skip,Spago and come to Harvest. They serve great cocktails and the food is fantastic! The only thing missing is the view of the Bellagio lake, but the open atmosphere in the restaurant and kitchen make up for it.

This is the best farm to table restaurant in Las Vegas. It is located in the back of Bellagio away from all insanity. It is in the Spa Tower area. The food is excellent as is the service. It has a wide open kitchen where you can see everything that is going on. The bar area is in the front and open to a bit of noise and all the foot traffic going by. Some pretty funny people watching. In the back their is nice background music and our server was excellent. Take a break and have a great dinner at Harvest.

Good place to have dinner prior to the cirque du Soleil O show at the Bellagio Great seafood food platter Attentive service and good low noise level for conversation Don’t forget to try the baked apple with ice cream and caramel

Ambiance was nice. Menu was very limited. I had the appetizer peppered shrimp- whipped potatoes and also ordered the flan and my husband had the sea bass. The shrimp were tasty. The potatoes were bland with zero taste. The flan was burnt on one side so we ate the top. My husband liked the sea bass but wasn’t overly impressed. I wanted the roast chicken but they had already sold out. The atmosphere is nice but the food just wasn’t what we expected. The waitress was awesome! We won’t be back to Harvest.

The wife and I were staying at the Bellagio Hotel so we decided to come here for breakfast. I had just a normal American style breakfast and pretty much the same for my wife. Service was very good as well as the food. Not a bad stop although it is a bit pricey. We did comment to each other, "What do you expect for a restaurant in the Bellagio". Overall, short of the bill, this was not a bad stop.

According to my wife, her pork chop was the best one she’s ever had. Her apple pie was also tops. Service is excellent. The cocktails are strong and full of flavour. Special shout out to the crispy Brussels spouts. Dress code claims business causal but as saw people there in shorts, and jeans.

Harvest is a hidden gem within Bellagio. This was the best meal in Bellagio and perhaps the whole entire MGM Properties. The shrimp starter was amazing. My wife’s scallops were very flavorful. And the best thing…. The Ribeye Steak was son flavorful and cooked to perfection. It was hands down the best steak I’ve had. Better than Prime, Tender, you name it. Best Steak ever. Our server Tana was amazing. She took care of us the whole time. The meal we had at harvest made our Wedding anniversary weekend. Go to Harvest for the best experience in dining you’ll have in a long time. The personal touch and attention from the staff for our meal was top notch Best we’ve ever had.

Harvest was the best of the 5 fine dining restaurants we ate in while recently in Vegas. Service was great, decor modern and clean and the food was just over the top. Freshest ingredients so wonderfully prepared. Everything we had was absolutely delicious! Would recommend and return in a minute.

Classy restaurant with great service and great food. Open cooking in the middle which adds to atmosphere. Needs booking

My wife went for breakfast and were seated immediately in a really cool section that had lots of stone and glass. The waitress quickly took our order and the food was on the table within minutes. Overall we were very impressed with the service and quality of the food.

Breakfast was good, but lacked the attention to detail that you would expect from a Bellagio restaurant. I know it is not a high priced establishment, but my one complaint was the deep fried hash browns. You can find deep fried hash browns anywhere, and I didn't expect to find them here. What I expected was a pan fried hash brown and that is my only complaint. The coffee was great the eggs were cooked just the way I like them and the rye toast was fantastic. Just put a little more effort into the morning potatoes and you have my vote as a Bellagio great!

Any option in the menu you choose will make you look like a pro, beef and lobster are a must, also cocktail are fantastic.

Harvest, impressed from the moment we walked in! We were celebrating my sister in laws 40th birthday. The appetisers were a massive hit around the table, and the main meals were perfect! The servers surprised us with a happy birthday desert and sang happy birthday! Such a wonderful experience! Our family was sat at a divine table surrounded by glass that overlooked all angles of the kitchen, which was stunning to watch! If in Vegas, we will definitely come back, and would highly recommend to all!!

Wife and i had dinner. I had the parsnip soup, filet mignon and sticky toffee dessert. Everything was incredible! The filet was the best steak I've ever had with each bite as perfect as the first one. She got the chopped salad, then salt-and-pepper shrimp. Her stuff was also so fresh, light, wonderful. I'd go here again and again. Amazing meal.

Do not go there. this is the worse restaurant experience I have ever had, I broke my teeth because they didn’t clean the scallop, I just bite and the shell was there, manager came and asked me if I want to call security but I didn’t want to destroy our new year with documents and reports, we end up by paying for drink and appetizer, the meat was dry also. Never Ever try this restaurant please. That’s the worse worse worse

Enjoyed late breakfast/early lunch with my beautiful family there. Prices are very adequate, you get exactly what you order in a friendly and attentive manner. Can recommend.

The food here is just amazing simple yet very tasty … they don’t have much choices just like any other gourmet restaurant and is also priced like a gourmet restaurant but the noise is just like a sports bar… along with the music the place literally feels like a sports bar …. Well I am guessing the restaurant cannot control that … pls do not go there if you want a quiet / romantic meal …

Way overpriced for breakfast and omelets were horrible, coffee was bitter. Better places at the Bellagio to eat. Do not recommend.

We enjoyed our visit to Harvest. It is nice that it is a bit away from main part of Bellagio - a little bit more quiet. Excellent food choices although a bit pricey. We really enjoyed the unique drinks.

We are really happy that we ended up here for dinner. The restaurant is in a more tranquil area of the Bellaggio and it’s very tastefully decorated with an open kitchen in the middle (behind glass walls). The food was delightful - we most enjoyed the scallops, tender and delicious. We Also had the ribeye steak which was perfectly cooked and for starters we shared the roasted beet salad, which didn’t have a lot of beets in it but the composition of flavours was excellent. Unfortunately the espresso at the end was a disappointment - too large and the taste too diluted. Our waitress was nice but could have been a little more efficient and genuine. In any case, I’d highly recommend the place!

The facility and staff were great. The food was average at best. Our pork belly appetizer was severely over-cooked. It was removed from our ticket without issue. Our main course of rib-eye steak and pork chop was just very average. Considering the price of the meal, it was disappointing.

You can across this restaurant by chance , we were just popping into the a Bellagio, we didn’t need to book . You are greeted by lovely friendly young ladies who really understood the menu . It is a very classy setting , 3 of us had the Diver Scallops, they were sensational, 1 had the Fillet which was also fantastic. The house red was delicious. We had a wonderful evening and would definitely recommend this restaurant for an evening meal .

Service was great. My dish was delish (short rib), my friends dish was cold (filet and brussels). Wine was perfect, dessert was yummy. Bill was outrageous.

This restaurant located in the Bellagio Hotel was a great value with delicious food. With little or no wait for seating during a busy weekend, we were greeted by a friendly hostess and served by efficient and friendly waiters. The food was delicious especially the Bellagio omelet which had lots of lobster in it. About $50 with tip for 2 omelets with potatoes and toast, one coffee and one juice. The restaurant itself is interesting too, large amounts of glass and rock with views of the kitchen. We felt this was a good value at the Bellagio.
Great food. Great service
Ate with my wife and we really enjoyed it. Lots of fresh and healthy options. Great wine list and Sommelier was knowledgeable.
