I would encourage any calorie counting, fat avoiding person to have a meal at this establishment. A delight from going in and been fitted into an horrendous hospital gown to leaving feeling very full! You have to enter into the spirit of this place. A nurse (waitress ) attends to all your needs lol. The menu offers mainly burgers of varying sizes of enormity. Sauces are delivered in a syringe and some drinks administered on drip stands. The food is lovely and tasty and dripping in fat, don't mention diet coke because you will be disappointed its full fat all the way. If you don't finish your meal you will be punished! My son purposely ordered massive portions so he could be whipped by a nurse. The experience is filmed to be watched later at your leisure. We are definitely going to be admitted to this hospital again on our next visit to Vegas!

Came for the gimmick, stayed cause the food is actually amazing! We shared two burgers between four girls and it was the perfect amount of food. We finished it all! So we didn’t get spanked! But we saw many people who did…and they don’t play around! It’s a proper belting, not for the faint hearted. You’re dressed in a hospital gown upon arrival which is fun, very unique concept. We come mainly for the atmosphere. The spanking for those who do not eat their dish, and finally the food is very good, with Angus as burger. Has been there before and as always I am enthusiastic about the quality of the meat. The Pettis are super delicious. Recommendation.

If you’re looking for the finest gourmet burger in town then this isn’t for you. If you want a fun theme, great service and fabulous fries and onion rings, not to mention AMAZING margaritas on the rocks then definitely visit! The burger patties were ok just a little under seasoned, but does that really matter when they’re covered in onions and cheese? Our “nurse” was really lovely and the value for money was great. We got harassed to buy the official photos but we were enjoying the wine drip so didn’t really mind. Our friend did get spanked for not finishing her meal….the highlight of her trip to Vegas! Visit the toilets just to see the doors. This place has a great sense of humor.

Highly recommend this place to everyone that visits vegas! The staff are absolutely great, so friendly and fun. The food is so tasty, probably the best burger I had during the trip and seeing people get spanked for not finishing their food was hilarious!

This place was recommend by our Uber driver and it did not disappoint. The rules of engagement on your food are explained before you enter so you have the opportunity to exit before you start. Once inside the fun starts with some old music videos playing and friendly service. The table servers are dressed in nursing uniforms and you'll wear a hospital gown over your clothes while you eat. The catch is if you don't finish your food then you get spanked in front of everyone because you wasted food. Our table server, Ashlie, was very friendly. The is a cash only place but they have an ATM just inside the door if you need cash.

We went with two other couples and just had a ball it was a fun place to have dinner. The staff was great environment was a lot of fun very much enjoyed our time. Unique place and you better clean your plate otherwise you’re gonna get paddled. Ps burgers were ok.

Very unique restaurant. The burgers are as big as you want to make them. The milkshakes come with a pat of butter. It is right on the edge of Fremont Street. Just make sure to eat it all because the "nurses will spank you and not either their hands. These are serious hits too. A fun place for the guys to go for a bite to eat.

For many years we've walked past Heart Attack Cafe and were afraid to go in. We finally did and found the kitchy idea behind the cafe to be fun. You are put in a hospital gown. You can order giant sugary drinks in a huge, novelty syringe or order a liter of wine hanging from an IV stand. Cute. The food was pretty good. We all had burgers and tried some of the sides. Nothing disappointed. Of course, none of us were able to finish our food so the spanking began. Out of our party of 8, two of us ended up with massive, paddle shaped bruises on our rear ends. Mine developed a painful hematoma which took 5 days to begin to subside. 5 stars for food minus 3 stars for the injuries.

First off, Ashlee (sp) was an amazing "nurse" and hostess for us for our lunch. The food.. is big.. big food. I found the cook on the burger a touch over, but out of safety, they have their ways. It was seasoned well and tasted fantastic. The Chili Dog was massive but did not taste cheap at all. Full of flavor with a nice texture. Everything that is fun (Like the gowns, and the bag o Wine.. etc), was done just right. The decor was whimsical and silly, but no matter where you looked, something catches your eye and you smile. The videos that are playing just add to the silliness of the environment. Yes.. the paddles can hurt (but not for too long).. and these ladies are NOT afraid to swing for the fences. But.. Have fun!!! Even if you finish, as for some Voluntary Pain Management and just join the party of this.

This place is like the show Cobra Kai, so cheesy that it works brilliantly and you have to love it. Whether it's the staffs hilarious music videos or someone getting weighed in for being over 350 lbs, the place makes you smile. You get spanked for not finishing your meal. Absolutely loved the experience and the food.

The food and staff was great. The overall restaurant could have been a little cleaner but overall a great experience. There were 3 of us and one order of fries would have fed us all.

Nothing like wearing a gown in a restaurant- quite the get-up! Do NOT order the bacon. It fills you up too quickly, and then you get paddled by the nurses if you do not finish your burger.😎

Nurse “Junior” over stepped herself and this mom is furious!!! My daughter , almost age 18, has a huge bruise on leg she did voluntarily get paddled but Nurse Jr took it too far !! I didn’t realize it till the morning and I was furious!

From start to finish, this place has the fun factor built in. The hospital gown,the drinks,the music are all worthy of a cheesy smile,but the star of the show was our waitress Rikki. Her humour and confidence shone through. Oh yeah the burgers were really good and tasty.

This was a fun theme. A few recommendations here leave the kids at home. Order a shake and fries then split it. The burger was horrible because they put hotdog chili on it. Definitely skip the burger. The service was good and the place was clean. Also, be aware you have to wear a hospital gown to eat here. The wall decorations were great. Read all of the walls.

Wanted to stop here on one of my stops in Vegas so decided on this trip that I brought my daughter with me. Was hard to tell which size I should get. Decided the double would be just right but larger than I thought it would be. My daughter got the single one. I could’ve finished the last couple bites but decided to just quit and take my spanking. Then my daughter had to bring up it was my birthday afterwards so got to get it from 4-5 more waitresses. But was all good fun and the burger was great.

Another one of our must do things whilst visiting Fremont Street. The burgers are not just a gimic, they are not bad at all & the fries are crispy and tasty. The portions are really good & the octuple bypass burger almost gave me a bypass! The litre of red wine was served in a drip, which was quite fruity & perfectly acceptable & the vodka shots in a syringe were a fun way of drinking. If you don't finish your food, you will get a spanking from the "nurse" waitresses or you can have a spanking just for the fun of it!

I was expecting an awesome burger but instead, a dried out one and the meat quality wasn't even that good. I guess the hype is why people go there but definitely for the Quality of the Burgers...sorry don't think I will ever go back The service on the other hand was great, other than that it's overrated. Strange, in my country it would be impossible for it to function as it is, but you are warned at the entrance the conditions and then the stipulated is met. I liked the food, it's not expensive but I'm sure going every day would end up in a Heart Attack. Very kind the girls who attended us but I was not punished because I ate all my food!

My friend and I stopped here to eat while down on Fremont Street. Entered and donned our hospital gowns. Great juicy burgers. Fresh dipped onion rings. Super fun atmosphere watching videos and praying we could finish our burgers so we didn’t have to get whipped by a waitress or two. Enjoyed our IV bag of wine and syringes of vodka shots. Always wanted to visit here after seeing it on TV! Can happily say my experience at the heart attack grill didn’t disappoint! A hilarious experience, great atmosphere and music, the nurse (our waitress) was lovely and the food was great! Really good burger and fries! You don’t have to take part in the spanking if you don’t finish your food but it’s all part of the experience! Would definitely return <3

Single bypass, double bypass up to quad bypass burgers - - really big burgers and really tasty too. All the staff are dressed like nurses, and you wear a hospital gown while eating. Beware, if you don't finish your burger, you can get paddled by a cute nurse.

Just last week, I ate here for my birthday and it also turned out to be my deathday. I ordered the quadruple bypass burger with fries on the side and halfway through the burger I apparently fainted and next thing I know I wake up here. I don’t know where I am now but all I can tell you is never come here or you’ll follow the same fate as me.

After seeing numerous videos of this place on social media it was a must visit for us. The theme was pretty cool, workers dressed up like nurses and loads of hospital related decor. Very disappointed with the food, portions were big but food quality was terrible. Burgers were tough, no flavour or juiciness to them, Fries were nice and shakes were huge but looked awful with the lumps of Butter in it. Personally I Wouldent go again, but big thanks to the staff, They were great & very helpful. Thank you

An awesome experience - portions are ridiculous but the burgers also taste fantastic. The chillie chips were amazing. Be prepared to take your time otherwise you will not finish - and that can be ‘punishing’! The wine served from a drip was an experience.

My friends were so excited to take us here. It is a neat idea but with so many places to eat, I would have rather gone elsewhere. There were 6 of us and none of us got spanked. We ordered the size burgers we knew we could eat. We enjoyed seeing others get spanked though and noticed the waitresses do not go easy on people. The burgers were ok. Sides are large enough to share with multiple people. This is a fun tourist place to check out once.

This was fun. On arrival we were dressed in a hospital gown. Taken to our table and shown the menu. Plenty of burgers to choose from. We were visiting a friend who lives in Vegas. She suggested we hit up this Heart Attack Grill place where everyone wears hospital gowns. It was hilarious and fun! "Nurses" as they call the waiting staff were awesome! We were also offered free postcard photo. Ended up buying a whole package of the pics. Great quality and cool looking vegas themed frames. Photos turned out nice and the photographer made sure we had a good time. Nice touch to our experience. Stop by if when visiting!

We had to eat here while we were in Vegas. We seen it on tv and had to give it a try. The food was delicious! I had the double bypass burger and Buttercup had the single. They were outstanding. I don't usually rave about bread, but the buns were out of this world. The burgers were cooked to perfection and the fries were some of the best we've ever had. We wouldn't advise eating at this place on a regular basis, but on a trip, it should be a must. The staff was very friendly and the service was top tier. We highly recommend this place when you are in the area!!!

i like the chilli cheese fries but everything else can make you gain like 15 pounds the waitress are terrible. they go around and flirt with people. one of them even flirted with my husband the food have a lot of caloris and its not good for you. i do not reccomend this place if you like being healthy.

Great idea lived up to expectations. Food great, burgers are very filling but it was worth leaving some behind for a spanking. The red wine by the drip is a must. Go with a big appetite as portions are huge.

We've recently moved to Vegas and Heart Attack Grill was recommended. It was one of the most entertaining restaurants we've been to so far. Kids loved it. They sure got a kick out spanking and wearing the hospital gowns. Food was good. Got our family pics taken there for memories. Wife saved the postcard photo you get for free for her scrapbook. Highly recommend this place!

Our daughter was desperate to try this place. The food was lovely but the shortage of staff put paid to the spanking. Lol. Prices reasonable. Forgot it was cash only. The jelly syringes were a cool touch. Recommended as a novelty experience.

Really themed restaurant. The environment resembles a hospital, but there nothing is healthy. rs You wear a blanket, the waitresses serve dressed as nurses and the wine is served in a whey bag.

We decided to eat here when we visited Fremont Street because we had seen it on TV. I was reluctant because I try not to eat things that are really bad for me, but we went in anyway. You have to wear the hospital gown and agree to be spanked it you don’t eat all your food ( only your burger counts). We were taken in to these weirdly placed long tables and seated on one end. They don’t carry any diet soda so I got a bottle of water. My husband and I both ordered singles with cheese and we ordered some onion rings. The burger was nothing special and I didn’t like the way the coating tasted on the onion rings. I ate my burger ( the bread is not a regular bun and was huge). I couldn’t even eat one of the onion rings because of the breading taste. My husband ate them fine. There were a few spankings but nothing exciting. Maybe it was Covid but there is nothing special about this place in my opinion.

I’ve been wanting to go here since I started coming to Las Vegas and finally got a chance to go this past trip. The overall theme was fun and something cool to see when you go to Vegas. The food was alright nothing special honestly. I’m just glad I finished my burger so I didn’t get spanked. I just got the single cheeseburger and could barely finish it. Went there with the whole family and ordered a triple bypass burger each, the nephew loved it! Luckily me and the gals ate for free due to our ‘Big Girl Bellies’ Yes! Absolutely stunning food, and sexy nurses too.

Such a uniquely hilarious place to eat a meal. Great atmosphere and energy, the nurses/servers are extremely nice….even when they spank you for not finishing your meal. I didn’t even come close to finishing so I got spanked lol, 3rd one stung but all in good fun, I enjoyed my time here. Lots to look at on the walls, and gotta say, the burgers are ginormous AND extremely tasty. My experience was ok, the atmosphere was great and ecstatic. The cleaners (if they even had them) did not do a good job! The staff and theming was good, the whole hospital theme I found great! Service was way to slow! I found it interesting that it still had options for children, next time I will bring my kids for a great time.

Delicious! Crazy themed restaurant where you have to put on a hospital gown when you enter. The burgers are soooo yummy. I had a single pattie which was extremely filling. Husband had six patties which he struggled with but ate it all, minus one bite I made him leave so I could film him being spanked!! Be aware if you don't finish the burger they will spank you with a paddle in front of everyone in the restaurant. I still crave the burgers to this day. Would love to go back.

We went on a Saturday earlier. No lines. Staff was helpful. Place was not crowded, actually the opposite. The fun there starts choosing the búrguer. It is only one option and you add bacon and more hamburger if you want. Actually from the basic, you can remove things and get your perfect receipt. If you cannot eat all you will be invited to be spank. I would say be there at least once to feel the mood and that is it.

Had a lovely large hotdog and fries in a beautiful saturated fat which really got my arteries feeling great ! The extra fat milkshake was enough to unblock my blood flow to my heart ! The spanking at the end by the nurse was enough to gone anyone to have a cardiac arrest! I would return to this great cholesterols at your disposal eating joint!

It was just like on TV!! Wearing the blouse, the waitress who explains that we will find nothing green or light here and there spanking awaits us if the burger is not finished!!! My family came for the food and the experience. My daughter and I shared a single by-pass burger with bacon and onion rings. My other daughter and her friend shared the same thing but with loaded fries. My wife had the loaded hot dog. The food came out pretty quick. So the thing is, you need to eat the entire burger or dog. If you don't finish it, you walk up to the middle of the restaurant and get spanked hard by your server (sexy nurse) three times. They use either a wood paddle or a leather paddle. These ladies are really putting their body into it when they are doing the spanking. The food was good and the spankings were quite entertaining. We watched at least 10 spankings while we were there. Also, it's a cash only establishment so come prepared. They do also have an ATM if you are not prepared.

Don't go if you can't get into the mood, IMO. Burgers and onion rings were decent and price was excellent for a theme restaurant in a tourist area. We went in about 9P, seated quickly, and had a waitress that was a dwarf at about 3 ft tall. She was awesome! So fun to talk to, and very knowledgeable about the local area. Get spanked, enjoy it. Visiting the HAG is about the experience more than the food but, tbh, its title also prepares you for non-healthy, huge burgers - which are really enjoyable! As is the theme, we were given our gowns when we walked in, & then listened as (the delightful!) nurse Maggie told us the rules. As I didnt really fancy the spanking, lol, I chose conservatively - & then only just ate it, such was the generous portion. The emphasis here is on fun from the moment you walk in the HAG door to handing back your gown as you exit. The home-made pop videos were sensational & the staff even took time out to let us have our photo taken in the 'recovery' wheelchair alongside them!

We'd seen heart attack grill on TV and on social media and were excited to try it whilst in Vegas. It was novel having to wear the hospital gowns (I think all restaurants should do this so you don't drop food down yourself 🤣). Server was attentive. Food was tasty and was very rich as expected given they intentionally ramp up the cals. Spankings were optional but added to the fun (even if it it did sting!). We'd visit again if we were in Vegas again

This was definitely a different experience, but when you put everything together, we had a blast. Our waitress was wonderful. Hostesses could have been a little more pleasant. The food was just okay in my opinion. I didn’t care for the jalapeño poppers or the chili sauce. The burger was ok. Watching people get spanked was fun. The music videos they play are pretty funny. This place is located near Slotzila and a big bus stop. They have a scale outside so you can weigh yourself. My weight was about 220 lbs. Walk through the door and front host asks if you want to sit at bar counter or table. We chose table seats. They put a very big hospital gown on you. The waiter is a hot nurse. Waited for our food to arrive and looked the place. Very big prop signs. One table what looked like a metal rack with an IV Bag. Hearing people getting spanked really hard. The indoor scale is located on the second floor just above the bar. One guy weighed 365 lbs. Free lunch for him. I had the double cheeseburger with no chili and fries. And i had two red Jello "shots," I thought i could eat it all but sadly I couldn't. The fat really does fill you up. So She got the paddle ad gave me two rounds of spankies. I blushed really hard and said to her "Thanks for the spankies." And gave her a $10 tip. Surprisingly, she really liked it. Before the exit, there's big wheelchair to pose pictures with. i got to sit in the wheelchair with the nurses behind me while faking a heart attack. Put the gowns into the linen bin and waved goodbye. Definitely not a place for little kids since the waiters spank you. Yes, i would recommend this if you love interactive restaurant themes.

Fun experience! Definitely enjoyed seeing crazy size hamburgers. The Spanking... was different, but made it that more exciting! Atmosphere and food were great. I was so happy they offered a photography option, too so I had the proof. Definitely an awesome souvenir to take home AND they offer a free postcard, too!! Will come back again FOR SURE.

Very special, fun and characteristic place of one of the most famous streets in America! Nice staff, the famous challenge (let's face it, it's really difficult if you overdo it like me who made 5.5/7 plans of hamburgers) once lost will make you spank by the waitress on duty in front of the thousands of curious people who pass by that street every day... but it's too nice and gives a unique memory! To return, average acceptable prices.

We went as part of my stag-do, the food is average as expected but of course you don't go to a place like this for the quality, however it's a good laugh and the overall experience was fun, our waitress seemed to enjoy a certain aspect of her job role a little too much!

We had heard many different things about the Heart Attack Grill...."It's a tourist trap", "the food isn't good", blah, blah, blah. Go! You won't be disappointed. The Heart Attack Grill has a great, fun atmosphere from the moment you walk in the door. The burgers are quite large, have an excellent taste and are very reasonably priced for Las Vegas. In fact, all of the food we had was so good that we went back the following night. The staff is wonderful and service was quick. We all had a great time. Just be careful when ordering because if you don't finish your food, you will get spanked.

The nurses here really treat you well. The theming of the restaurant with the customized movie posters are really a sight to behold. The fact they serve the wine in an IV is incredible. The food didn’t taste half bad and that double I got was about $15. The menu is very simple, just a hot dog or cheeseburger. I would consider this a vastly superior restaurant in the small genre of Dicks Last Resort original types.

They have a lot of funny, interesting posters to enjoy while eating. They also play music videos from the 1980s. The menu is mostly burgers, french fries, and drinks. My husband and I shared a single cheeseburger and side of french fries. The food was delicious. If you don't finish your food, they spank you with a paddle. Upon walking in, the restaurant had a strange smell.

This place is very, very gimmicky. The food isn’t bad, per se. But definitely not the reason you go. Service was slow and inattentive. But, if you want burgers while being served by sexy nurses who threaten to spank you, this place has you covered.

Second time here, was here 8 years ago. Burger restaurant with a slightly different flair. At the entrance you are given a hospital gown and the information that you can only pay in cash. You might not survive because of the slightly larger portions and then card payment is no longer possible ;-) Burgers are good and really big. If you don't eat everything you order, you get three leather paddles on your bottom. (But if you don't want to, you aren't forced to actually take part in the punishment ceremony ;-)). Side dishes were only offered to us as an extra and were also huge.

Visited here tonight with my partner, on arrival we had to put on a gown and were told about the spanking rule I was really looking good to this experience as I've heard really good things. We both ordered a double bypass burger and wern't able to finish it...it was HUGE! The burger itself is average, nice tasting but nothing special but I guess the purpose of the visit is more for the spanking/sexy nurse element. When paying for the bill nothing was mentioned about us not finishing and as we were leaving they took our gowns and sent us on our way. It was way to weird to turn round and say "hey, what about my spank" but it certainly dampened the experience to say the least! I wouldn't go back, mediocre food with a dull atmosphere.

Worst service I ever experienced, employees too busy slapping ass instead of doing their job and making sure customers are satisfied first,.

We ate at an off-peak hour so we got right in. It was crowded but upon reception we had to don patient gowns, like a hospital patient. The restaurant was very clean with videos constantly playing with anorexia warnings and adjourning customers to eat more. The videos were very entertaining and extremely "off the wall". The menu had items not normally seen such as retro-type pops and other beverages. The food choices were rather normal. We all ate sparingly to not have to be spanked if we were not members of the "clean plate club". We found the food good but not above average. Fries and burgers and beverage were as expected. One of our party did elect to be spanked, boy, did it sting. Those women gave my nephew a good woopin.

If you find yourself on Fremont Street at lunch or dinner time you should probably do it just to say you've been there. Just make sure to eat it all!!!

We waited ages to be given a menu despite there being only 2 other occupied tables in the whole place. With the exception of our friendly server all the staff seemed depressed and looked like they wanted to be anywhere else. The food came out quickly. Burgers were edible but not particularly tasty. Onion rings were good. Got to witness some guy getting spanked which was entertaining. Maybe there’s a bit more ambiance later in the day once it’s busier and the staff have thawed out. They only take cash too which is annoying as I ended up leaving a bigger tip than deserved.

We tried HAG 4 years ago and loved every moment. The staff were keen and played the part and made it a special occasion. We went this lunch time and the staff were not interested, it popped the balloon of how we remember this place. The food was great as per last time. But the staff were leaning about not showing a great deal of interest in making it a show. Yes they used the paddle on several people. But the lady that served us almost tutted when we asked for fries and a drink each. Chilli loaded fries and milk shake 5/5. Staff interaction 1/5. Last time it was 5/5 for both.

This is a really fun restaurant that is all about the atmosphere .The food is unhealthy and doesn't taste good, but thats kind of the point! Make sure you volunteer to get spanked and get plenty of photos

I went along with someone who suggested the place. I had no idea of what this place was about. Ate lunch. Became concerned when we changed into hospital gowns (over our clothes). Found out that if you don't finish your burger you get three whacks. We were put near the "whipping stanchion." Didn't think much of it--we were all going for single burgers anyway. Saw one young lady get whacked with the paddle. She didn't get hit too bad. I told those who were then seated near us to be sure to eat their food! Next a guy got paddled. He thought he was only getting whacked once. She beat him bad--she stepped into the swing for all three. She was a sadist. You could hear the paddle whack. His butt must've hurt the rest of the trip. Same thing happened to a third person while we were there. The ambiance is fun--don't need the paddling part. Sorry I went overall. I think this place would get pretty rowdy at night with more drinking and challenging each other.

Boy u better come hungry to this campy restaurant! When you enter you are placed in a hospital gown and then you are served by “nurses”! Cute premise. Place only takes cash, limited menu all burgers are well done portions are huge and here’s the hitch if you don’t finish the nurses flog you with a leather paddle!! Some don’t finish on purpose but most try. The nurses are a little heavy handed with the paddle and actually hurt folks! Few guests left rubbing the sting out of their butts!!

I heard about this place in my functions class, I looked at pictures and got heartburn looking at it. If you have an ounce of self respect, go to McDonalds instead, order 2 big macs and eat them.

What an amazing time! Was such a great laugh here with family, the staff interaction is great and was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food too! A great evening had all around! Thank you to the amazing waitress’s who made the experience fun!

Eh! The burger was not very good. It was dry. I am pretty sure they just cook up cheap frozen patties. The bun was also dry. The staff were very nice though. The videos they played of staff dancing were odd! The staff in them looked very uncomfortable. Almost like they were forced to do it.

As far as the food goes, I'd call it average. The burgers aren't bad at all, but nothing special either. They are big though, even the single bypass! You don't come to a place like this expecting top quality food. But, the experience was well worth it!!!! Hands down, probably the most unique restaurant I've ever been to in my life.

wow, we were pleasently suprised! My sister had previously visited and told me to go so we did. Quite a walk from the strip but worth it. Easy to locate. The food was actually so good! The experiance such a unique one and the staff were actually lovely. Just dont order to much or you will be spanked if you dont finish it!

This place was almost exactly what I expected! The whole thing is about getting your a heart attack from a burger but…. there weren’t even pickles :( the only veg in the sandwhich was tomato! The Mayo was warm on the table which was odd to me. The portions are HUGE! Our waitress was so sweet! We finished our plates so we wouldn’t be paddled! Lol orders onion rings and holy smokes there was a lot! I was able to share those! It’s right on the Fremont experience! It was awesome but doubt I’ll go again! Once is plenty at this place!

We didn't read everything on the menu but quickly learned the rules that EVERYTHING must be eaten or you'll get spanked in the middle of the restaurant. Big meals a very fun experience.

I'd really looked forward to having a big burger here, and to it being a tasty good quality burger, but instead this was a tacky annoying kind of experience, with a burger gthat was sub-par. If they can focus on the food, then that will go a long way towards earning repeat customers.

You get spanked if you don't eat your meat, which could be anywhere from one 1/2 patty to 8 - 1/2lb patties, with tons of bacon (if you chose that option). Burgers were good, as were the onion rings, but too big of a portion. Strange atmosphere, like a weird dream, but it was fun and unique for our group of 8. Good service, No alcohol, which is very strange for Vegas! One visit is likely enough!

I have been waiting go here for the last 10 years. In short, the burger was great and muxh better than i actually had expected. The venue itself though is run down from a ff&e perspective and the staff we encountered in large looked and acted like they were forced to be there. Took long until we got attended once seated and then again I havent seen de motivated staff like this in the US. Was ok to have done it but would never return.

I survived the double bypass, 2 half pound patties, 10 slices of bacon, 4 slices of cheese, onion and tomato. Rikki our server nurse was as great and hot as the food. Great times!!! Two of us ate for under 40 bucks

My wife had visited this restaurant many years ago and couldn't wait to take all of us to experience the fun time that she knew we would all have. We didn't need to make reservations - just showed up one night and they dressed us in our hospital gowns and sat us down at one of the tables near the whipping post. Yes - that's right, you have to agree before you enter this restaurant that if you don't finish your meal that you will submit to a beating by your server on the whipping post! My wife and son ordered wine that came in an IV bag at the side of the table, I had a coke and everyone else had jello shooters that came in oversized syringes. My son also ordered a shot of Jack Daniels that came in a prescription vial. The inside of the restaurant is all done up with cool posters and movie memorabilia that has been altered to reflect the tongue-in-cheek fun of the restaurant. For instance, there's a great movie poster for Gone With The Wind, that's been changed to read Gone With The Waistline. Theres even a Last Supper painting that has all of the other famous restaurant mascots as the disciples. I ordered the Single Bypass burger as did my wife and our son's girlfriend. Our soon ordered the double bypass burger. We also had French fries and onion rings. The portions are all so huge and it was hard to finish everything but my wife and I managed to - the kids however did not and so they were sent to the whipping post for their punishment. While we had been eating there, there must've been 20 people who had to be punished - their servers hit their asses three times with various sized paddles and they were hitting very hard. My wife told us that the last time she was here they hit people a lot harder and a lot more times. Now, they only do it three times. They didn't show our kids any mercy at all and that girl was swinging those paddles really hard!! This place is lots of fun - so come hungry and be prepared for spankies - also bring cash because they don't accept debit or credit!

I’ve seen this place many times on previous visits to Vegas, my daughter on her first visit wanted to try so in we went, was late afternoon the window covers were still on, they explained about the having to finish everything or you get smacked Shown to our table, our waitress was nice enough, the place is grubby, decor is quirky. Non stop videos of servers dancing looking very uncomfortable are played. We ordered the jelly vaccine shots which were nice enough, not overly potent but cool. The food arrived, one bite told me the hamburger meat was bad, it was rancid, my daughter’s was the same. We informed our server who said she was sorry about it but couldn’t take it back as they’d take it out of her wage, erm I think not, she tossed the burgers into the nearby trash can, I told her I’m aware it’s not your fault but you seriously cannot expect us to pay for food that’s bad, she repeated they’d make her pay for it, I requested the manager at this point. Older woman wearing scrubs arrived, asked if we’d eaten it, server said I had which was utter rubbish I value my stomach lining too much and seriously didn’t relish the idea of having non stop diarrhoea on my 11 hour flight two days later, she then loudly stated that she’d just got there and wasn’t dealing with stupid and cheap. Well Mrs customer service personified I’ll have you know I’m neither of those things, your hamburger meat was bad! It was off! It was rancid! It still cost us $50 for the bits we’d had we still gave the server a tip. My overall tip to the owner of this place would be to send your manager on a customer service course or sack her! The concept is cool but the reality was dirty surroundings and terrible food. Save your money.

Huge portions, not bad, fun medical theme inside, when I went soft drinks were served in a Iv drip setup which was fun

Fun place, quite entairtaining concept and the staff plays the role well. The problem was the food. Fries were great but the actual burger was dry, extremely well done without being asked our preferences. The meat quality did not seem good.

We had to try it with our daughter. (her idea) Cool place and funny if someone can't finish the burger and gets the paddle. Nice part is you get to pick what size burger. But you can't pick how to cook it. They were well done and just plain not a good taste. The server was great and into her part. If they could make better burgers, I would go back for the show again.

First visit to HAG. Burgers were actually good as well as fries. Atmosphere is crazy..staff was great but the whole place had a sinister vibe to it like low key porno’s or murders happening in the back lol. Def works well with Fremont Street. Awesome place and fun themed restaurant down town Vegas , well know for their Quadruple eight patties Bunger ! customers had to put on hospital gowns to go in to the restaurant , due to the current pandemic , I order the Double by pass bunger with extra bacon , Cheese sticks and Chocolate Milkshake to go , every things not too bad , best creamer Milkshake I had for awhile , I find the Bunger so grease and low quality , interesting taste and the buns so soggy , it is so huge , I only eat half of it with the Milkshake ! talk about stomach ache ! over all , must visit if you are in Vegas for memories , best for dine in , no take out , it get cool easy ! If you are a healthy eater... do not go to HAG. There is nothing healthy here, that includes no lettuce for the burgers. If you dig a lively place, its totally a winner. You get a hospital gown as you come in. No outside liquids allowed. If you don't eat all your burger, you get a paddling, in front of people strolling on Freemont street. Cash only, no plastic.

This was a fun experience but there should be limits. The food was good, loved the sides and the burger. Definitely will order food from there again. The Spanking.... first you dont have to be spanked, but it is part of the experience. Im not sure how they judge how many spankings you get. Throughout our stay it was always 3. We kept hearing 3. Always 3, i got 4 which wasnt bad. However, my sister received 14 and they were not gentle spankings either. Get back to our hotel and she was BRUISED, deep purple and red!!!! She spent a majority of our trip after this first night, in bed on her stomach. That many spankings was unnecessary and completely derogatory.

This is one of the most unique restaurants I ever went to. It goes hard into the hospital theme with everyone needing to wear a patient gown and things like wine coming in IV bags. Our waitress, Nurse Rikki, was such a sweet person and very patient with my questions. The food is not their strong point, it was okay but everything seemed very underseasoned. Also, please look at what is on the burgers before you order though as it normally comes with chili on it which I would have hated. Just for the gimmick and uniqueness of the place I think everyone visiting Vegas should to at least once. I also have to give extra praise to the place because instead of random shows on the tvs throughout the place they have music videos of various songs made with the waitresses which I thought was hilarious.

Went to this establishment a few days ago. Great place to eat. Size portions are massive and if you have eyes bigger than you're stomach like my friend did uou get the paddle smaking from one of the nurses. The burgers are the equivalent of a quarter pounder nit the cheap thin ones you get in sone restaurants. I have the double and that was large enough with 10 rashers of bacon, fries and rootbeer, we even went all out and had side orders. I swear some of the nurses git enjoyment out of making blokes and women's arsed and we are not talking a gentle slap, this was full on. Had a great photo for the restaurant taken by the resident paparazzi person. Would recommend to anyone gping downtown to Freemont Street, great fun.

Worst Burger Ever, cold Bun, dry ingredients, no flavor, we went in primarily because there is a huge painting on the window that states Beer Batter Onion Rings, which I wanted, when I ordered them at almost 9.00 a pop they were breaded YUCK.. They will not take food back nor give you credit for it! She stated the Art work is 15 years old, well take it down it is false advertising period! She tried to offer something else but I didn't want another bad tasting dish! Sorry but less Gimmicks and better quality food would be the answer. The place has a VERY limited menu- burgers, fries, onion rings, mozzarella sticks. The burgers were pretty bland-no seasoning but smothered in chili, cheese and onion. The portions are large enough that you wont walk away hungry. The restaurant only accepts cash. The overall experience is mildly entertaining, but not worthy of a return visit

I walked in and ordered a burger and fries to go and got a bun and piece of meat. Didn't think about checking my order until I got back home with it. No way to contact them and I'm not driving the 20 min back to Fremont Street to see if they will fix it.

I saw a friend went here on her trip to Vegas a few months ago, so I wanted to try. Due to covid, the wait is really long. The place has no phone to call in, which is weird. The staff was pleasant but I’m in no rush to revisit. The menu is limited...VERY LIMITED. However, the burger was good and big. I love the concept of getting a spanking, if you don’t finish your food. That was the main reason we visited.

This place isn't for the health conscious. In fact, there's nothing healthy here. But I had to try it, at least once. Once you're inside, they warn you it's cash only and you must wear a hospital gown. If you're big enough, you can get yourself weighed, yes, if you're over 350 lbs., you eat all the food you want for free (just single bypass burgers and regular fries, you must pay for a drink). The menu is, food wise, burgers, hot dogs, fries and onion rings. No green vegetables, the only veggies are tomatoes and red onions. I ordered the butterfat shake (vanilla brownie). It came with 4 brownie squares & a pat of cold butter. I ate the butter first as a sign that I accept the challenge. The burger was covered with cheese and beanless chili, and it tasted great. The fries were tasty. Yes, I finished the burger (because if you don't finish ANY size burger, the nurse spanks you 3 times with a leather paddle). Definitely a must try when you're downtown.

Particular place if you want to try a different experience. The place is right in the middle of the Freemont experience - as soon as you enter the waitresses inform you that the conditions for eating in this place are 3: - payment only cash -wear a scrubs - finish everything you have ordered if you do not want to be “spanked” You actually wear a scrub and those who don't finish the dish are literally spanked by the waitresses - of course you can also order smaller dishes (for example a single or double burger) to avoid taking risks. We ate everything without problems. Average prices for Las Vegas, average burgers.

I’m on a whirlwind trip 5 days including travel from Aussie to the USA , and in honor of this country I’ve committed to ONLY eating burgers . Check out my other reviews if you can be bothered . I’ve been meaning to eat here as I love the backstory . It’s true the owner did die of a heart attack (not fake news !) but I love they celebrate just eating something without excuse . I had the triple bypass burger , which is a pound and a half of meat . You can go up to four pounds of meat and 40 bacon slices I their biggest burger ! With that much meat for only $usd 19 you can taste the beef quality might be very average . Ultra processed cheese and red onion to finish . Still a great experience and burger was delicious . I would visit at least once !

Visited March 2018, was only reminded of this nightmare after a friend talked about it. WORST burger I’ve ever had in my life. Fries were awful. We eat fast food and burgers very often and this was barely palatable. Atmosphere was creepy and service slow. This was quite a while ago so maybe they have improved it. Tourist trap for sure.

Wife and I stopped in after seeing it the day before. We had a great time with lots of laughs and I really enjoyed the burger. It’s not for everyone, but if you are looking for something a little different and a good time with great waitress then stop in. Burgers are bigger then you think so choose wisely or get a big spank. We visited as a Group of College Football Players. The small hamburger is one pound, not joking. Then you can get a double or tripple. We did not want a heart attack so we each got the 1 lb. They have beer and milkshakes too.

While enjoying Downtown Las Vegas and the “Fremont Street Experience” … my husband and I decided to enjoy some lunch at the “Heart Attack Grill”. The “Heart Attack Grill” is a hospital-themed restaurant. All of the waitresses are dressed as nurses and you’re required to wear a hospital gown, as you dine there. Yes … this restaurant does serve extremely unhealthy food, but they are completely honest about that fact. The “Heart Attack Grill” also holds a Guinness World Record, for serving the “Most Calorific Burger in the World”. Because of this World Record, this restaurant has been the controversial subject, of a few news stories. However, the food my husband and I ordered … tasted great. My husband ordered a “Double Bypass Burger” and some “Flatliner Fries”. I ordered the “Coronary Dog” with bacon (minus the tomatoes and onions). We were extremely pleased with our meal choices. The restaurant also has a rule: “If you don’t finish your food … you get spanked”. Luckily, we finished our meals and we didn’t have to get spanked. 😉

This is a 1. We went out of our way to go to this place expecting great food. It was gag inducing awful. The burgers were rancid. Fries were over cooked. Place was dirty. Waitress was sweet but I would not recommend this place for dog food. $100 for 4 burgers, a loaded fries, and 4 Dole Whips that weren’t really Dole Whips. The drinks were ok, but more like a slush rather than Dole Whips.

It's absolutely brilliant. A great experience. The food is good, the experience is even better. There's quirky and humorous things to look at whilst you try and eat your food. If you fail to finish a nurse will spank you. One of my favourite experiences in Vegas

I did some extensive research before I decided to come here. What I gathered was that the food was meh but it was about the experience. I would say that it's definitely true. The waitresses (nurses) were kind and, if I'm being honest, nice to look at, and the music was good to listen to. I actually added "Rag Doll" by Aerosmith to my Spotify playlist. That said, the burgers were moist but flavorless. I got the hotdog as well which was massive, but EXTREMELY salty. I love salty foods; I have eaten a 2lb bag of Dots pretzels in a single sitting (horrible, I know), but by the end of the hot dog, it was too much. The cheese that was being used (kraft singles) was nasty by the time I was at the end of it as well. I'm not sure if the cash only component is honestly a joke or something else, but it's definitely inconvenient. They have an ATM to get cash which was good because we ended up spending more than what we had. The prices are reasonable. Probably the cheapest burgers around, but clearly, there's a reason. I finished all my food but got spanked anyway. I was surprised that it actually stung a fair amount. Those nurses don't mess around. As I said, they were all really nice and our nurse gave me a hug after she spanked me.

We visited on a Tuesday at around 12pm(noon) we got a table straight away and were out of the restaurant within an hour. The burgers are freshly made and delicious, you can take things out of the burger if you want. When we visited the restaurant was quiet and not too busy. Staff were friendly. We would visit again

What an experience at the heart attack grill. I visited with a group of friends after riding the zipline and an absolutely hilarious night. The staff were fantastic and interacted with us throughout the night (especially with the paddle). The food was delicious and like many people I overestimated how much i could eat amd suffered the nurses wrath. If you get a chance I highly reccomend a visit.

We went in with open minds and had such a great time! Our nurse was really friendly and you could tell she enjoyed her job, maybe the spanking part a little too much! LOL We would go back with friends again just for the experience!

My friends and I were treated horrifically at this place, I have never experienced a waitress so rude in my entire life! We attended on an evening for dinner; it was 40 degrees celsius and there is no air con, I asked if we could sit at the coolest table available as my friend was feeling unwell which was worsened by the heat. My friend took the hospital gown off given the heat and after around 10 minutes the waitress came over and said her manager had asked her to put the gown on, we obliged but explained it was so hot and she seemed to appreciate that… 10 minutes later, as my other friend partially took their gown off (temporarily) to get some air, another waitress called Britney came storming over, snatched drinks out of my friends hands and off the table, throwing all of them in the bin and telling us to get the f*** out. She kicked us out in front of the whole restaurant without even warning us that not wearing a gown gets you thrown out, swearing and laughing as I tried to explain that it’s so hot and we didn’t know it was obligatory to wear the gowns. I told her my friend was unwell and she laughed! Saying she doesn’t care, it’s not her problem, waving in our faces, laughing and mockingly saying ‘bye bye’! I’m not sure if she was having a bad day that day, but it really spoilt our evening and we were so shocked and angry to experience such unnecessary arrogance and spite from an individual over something so silly. If you’re going to throw people out and lose business over fake hospital gowns, at least warn people when they first enter! This is no way to run a business, terrible experience, recommend avoiding like the plague…

You have got to try it just so you can say you experienced it. Nothing healthy about it but you can control how things go. My burger was great and I did not get the paddle. The atmosphere is just fun. The food is really good and the waitresses are a blast. I am in general a healthy eater but I am so glad that I got to enjoy the experience. Give it a try its great fun.

This is the best restaurant because I personally weighing 437 pounds, get it for free! Anyone wanting to come here for an experience is wrong, I come here to have a light snack. Delicious food and awesome service!

You’ll find heart attack grill on Fremont Street. It’s a burger restaurant with a limited menu of burgers of all sizes or chili dogs. You’ll be greeted upon entering, and told the rules of the restaurant. You wear a hospital gown while you eat and drink. Your server is a nurse ready to bust your butt like a kid if you don’t finish your food. It’s no joke. It hurts but it’s all in good fun. I’m going back this summer with my son! 😆

I got a Triple bypass burger with some Chili Fries and a butter shake for a great price. I would recommend this place to everyone in Vegas on Fremont Street.

It reminds me of a hospital setting Hooters with paddled spankings! Lol the girls working were super kind, they dress you in a gown and lead you to a table or the bar depending on your preference and how many people you have! There is a stage in the front of the restaurant where you can get weighed in front of everyone and if your 350 or over you get free single bypass burgers to your hearts content from what I read on the menu! They set you up with "liquid prescriptions " and then your bypass- you must finish every piece of food to avoid being paddled! We finished our food and wanted the photo op so we got paddled anyway- it was a fun environment, awesome staff, and great atmosphere! If you get a prescription shot you get to keep the bottle! Definitely a fun experience and totally reccomend visiting this place at least once!

We visited here based on the online YouTube videos, etc. First of all seating was an issue as they had to wait for the entire party to arrive, I mean there were 8 of us and 7 were ready. When finally seated, it a canteen style bench. Felt dirty. Marks on the walls and floor. We had it all explained to us. We ordered. When the burgers came out, I hoped for at least a minimum mcds equivalent patty, but my god I was wrong. The meat was dry and could only be eaten with lots of sauce and I mean lots of sauce. I imagine the reason can't finish the burgers because how dry they are. We ordered loaded fries to share. Absolutely disgusting and prepaid do badly. I get the gimmick, but there are better gimmick restaurants in las vegas

Food was ok, atmosphere very creative, spanking should not even be an option. Thought it was all cute and fun till the end- spanking caused a bruise the size of a dinner plate. Not worth a return visit.

Well i was recommended to this place and I will say I would never recommend a place like this.. the only good thing is the staff and they also thought the owner was a piece of work.. facts..

A themed diner with a difference! Set out like a hospital ward, with the female staff dressed a nurses, choose you size of burger and try to finish it, if you don't you get spanked! So that's the idea, how well do they pull it off? (no pun intended), well firstly you can't really complain about the prices, from a single burger for under $10 right up to eight burgers for under $25! As you might expect these are not gourmet burgers with brioche buns, however I was pleasantly surprised with the taste, thick well cooked patties that were juice, but a little greasy. The décor is what sells it, humourous and a little bit naughty, although I'm not sure all of the staff were totally happy (clearly dressed provocatively all day and had their fair share of comments) they put on a good front and have a laugh, plus they get their own back if you don't finish your meal! And that's where the fun is, watching people get spanked or getting spanked yourself! These girls don't hold back either, watched a couple of guys before us get whacked hard, almost to the point it made me reassess trying to finish my meal! But what the hey, I came here for the experience I wasn't going to walk away without a story, so I tipped well to make sure I came away still being able to walk! It wasn't as bad as I expected in the end. I'd say this is one of those places you have to try, but now I have I don't see the need to go back! Unless I reach.over 350lbs in weight and I can eat free!

Unless you want a smacking, I would finish off every bit of your burger. The single burger is bigger than a Big Mac, a much larger beef patty. The fries is also super duper sized. The establishment is cash only.

Serves up a great burger and a giggle. I love the satire. Love the concept. Bring your sense of humour for an unforgettable experience.

We arrived, dressed in gowns and were seated quickly. The service was very friendly throughout. The burger was excellent — generous in size and full of flavour. If you don’t finish your food, you’re in for a spanking with a paddle. And if you’re brave (or naive) enough to mention it’s your birthday, expect even more! It was hilarious — and surprisingly painful! The whole experience lived up to expectations.

This is somewhere you go for the experience and the novelty and for what it’s worth, it does that well. The posters etc on the walls are entertaining along with the wording on the menu, essentially everything going against being healthy! The waitresses dressed as nurses, customers as patients and the IV’s of wine all add to the vibe. However… the place is very run down and shabby and could do with a refurb, it felt dirty and dingy like a back road diner. Service was good, food was ok - the portions are huge! We ordered onion rings and a fries to share between two of us and they would’ve fed 4 of us and I’m a big eater, weighing 300 pounds and only ordered the double bypass alongside! The burger was good, but nothing life changing and definitely more takeout/fast food than gourmet restaurant - but that’s how it’s meant to be! Thankfully, we managed to avoid the spanking - but others were not so fortunate!!

Great place! Reasonably priced and good food (cash only!). Really quirky and fab touches eg wearing hospital gowns, getting spanked!!! You get the picture! Would definitely recommend x

Each time I go to Vegas, the Heart Attack Grill is definitely on my “gotta go” restaurant. The staff are dressed as nurses, they place you in a medical gown, and if you’re 350+ lbs, you eat free. Also, if you don’t finish your meal, you’ll get a spanking! 😳 So, if you’re into counting calories, concern about eating a balance meal, or looking for a salad, the Heart Attack Grill is not for you. Check out the menu, get what you think you can handle ( I usually get either the triple or the quadruple w/bacon), just have fun. Try the Heart Attack Grill, it’s a experience you won’t soon forget!
