Was in town for a business trip and decided to try the Honey Honey Cafe & Crepery for breakfast. I was pleasantly surprised, the restaurant is quiet and has a nice atmosphere. There is a varied menu, not just crepes. They have burgers, sandwiches, breakfast items and of course a large selection of crepes. I had the chorizo scramble with a side of apple wood bacon. The meal comes with toast and home fried potatoes. I added a cappuccino and my breakfast was set. You order at the counter and then they bring you your food to your table. Overall a good choice for breakfast.

Came in early and there was a little wait, but the food was good. The fresh fruit and thick, fresh whipped cream on the Belgian waffles made my son proclaim this place was special. Opens early and good - explains the short wait.

Very well located, close to everything. There are a lot of options in the menu. Nice ambience and delicious food. Highly recommended.

This place was bustling when we went for breakfast. We waited in line which was out the door but the line moved fast. We just wanted bagels to go and even though it wasn’t on the menu board they warmed them up wrapped them and gave us butter and jelly. These people moved FAST! And they have customer service down to a T.

Ate here on Sunday morning after seeing reviews. Food was delicious. I had the seasonal pecan and banana pancakes. Pecans were like a brittle. Others had waffles which were light and topped with fruit and cream. Get here early as there was a line out the door by the time we were half way through our meal. Order at the counter then get your table. Food comes out very fast. Definitely recommend this place for selection and quality of food.

Totally worth the wait! Cozy atmosphere and incredible food. Lots of choices. Fun vibe. You won’t be disappointed.

This place is amazing! I ordered an omelet with chorizo and it was BOMB! the service was really fast and nice as well! Definitely coming back!

Found the place walking to Union Square, locals were in, so that’s always a good sign. Had breakfast crepes and partner had post street omelette, very nice food, friendly staff, coffee was a bit strong apparently but not for me

A great spot for breakfast. Don’t let the line intimidate you. It moves fast and they are very organized including figuring out what table you will sit at while you are in line. The food is fantastic. A great variety and some creative options. Service is fast and friendly. Reasonable prices for Union Square.

Divine, exactly what sums up our experience. Delicious food and the staff are simply incredible, attentive, polite and make coming here to Honey Honey very worthwhile!!

First time attempting to visit this eatery and the last. As a party of four wanting to try this place after reading reviews it was a "casual and cheery" place. We attempted to secure a table ahead of going to the counter to order (like other cafes around the world..) Christian informed us that we were not allowed to sit at the table until we had ordered. How does this logically work? Do customers order, and continue to hold their food on a tray, and then look for a table? Especially when it is peak times? Even a food court is not like that. We decided not to eat at this place, face indigestion from the poor customer service and have a debate on what tip Christian would deserve ;) I think this place needs to revise their "casual and cheery" description.

Our party had a variety of dishes and everything was delicious. We loved the casual atmosphere. Coffee and mimosas were great. It was busy but they kept the line moving. Hope to come back someday!

We found a delicious restaurant near our hotel in downtown San Francisco. Honey Honey is a deli that offers delicious selections of hot and cold sandwiches, crepes, soups and salads for lunch along with a nice menu for breakfast. The food was fantastic!

I had an Acapulco omelet and my husband had the torino crepe, Both were delicious. We thought it was going to take a long time considering the line to order but things went quickly, They're very well organized and the place is clean.

Food is phenomenal w/ large portions. A lot of variety. Reasonably priced. Worth the hr wait of line. Service was nice. The music is very loud and uncensored rap/trap. Not a good environment for little ears due to music. Avoid rush hr 10-12. Will eat here again but will get it to go!

Found this place on trip advisor so thought we would check it out whilst in San Fran. Fab location just minutes from union square. From the outside it doesn’t look great, looks old and dated and unloved. Walking in we felt the same vibe however the food menu was huge and the food and coffees were delicious! Would definatly reccomended this place.

Delicious crepes with a cool variety of fillings.Get there early - it tends to fill up quickly due to the popularity of its food.

Delicious food and efficient service. Would really recommend and the menu is extensive, so you won’t be short of choices for breakfast (or lunch/snack)!

More like a cafe over in the Uk. You queue up, grab a table if you can, pay for your food/drink then sit & wait to be served. Not a huge meal but overall the least expensive of all the places we’d visited. Was very busy too, queue was out the door.

Delicious home cooked food at a great price. Wide range of options available for breakfast, brunch or lunch - would highly recommend you trying this place if in downtown San Fran. Small queue to order food but food still arrived quickly - well worth it!

Everything was very fresh and delicious! Come early, it is bustling later on. You peruse the big menu while standing in line to order. They bring your food to the table when it is ready, but otherwise there is no table service. You have go up to the counter to ask for more coffee. We loved our omelets and french toast. The crepes that other people got looked delicious.Generous portions! You will leave full.

Honey Honey Cafe: A San Francisco Must-Try! Honey Honey Cafe is a fantastic spot in San Francisco that you absolutely must try. It's clear why this place is so popular—the line moves quickly despite the crowd, and you're rewarded with huge portions and a ton of delicious options. The cafe is also impressively clean, making for a very pleasant dining experience. If you're looking for a place with great food, a wide variety, and a vibrant atmosphere, Honey Honey Cafe won't disappoint!

We stumbled upon this excellent crepe cafe as we were walking up the street by our hotel. The lineup outside got us curious and we decided to check it out the next morning. Standing in line was well worth the wait! Excellent food and the busy staff were amazingly polite and very efficient! The biggest issue we had was trying to decide what we wanted because it all looks, smells and taste sooooo good! We actually went twice during our 4 day stay😉

Fantastic breakfast at a reasonable price. Clean restaurant with friendly attentive staff. Good choice of food and drinks both hot and cold. Smoothie was fantastic and freshly made as was the food.

Great cafe for breakfast. Was close to our hotel and went there every morning for breakfast. Plenty of choice, good portions and good value. Cafe was packed every morning and had to wait for table but it was worth it.

Enjoyed generous plates of food for breakfast on our final day in town. We had pancakes and French toast but the menu is varied and everything coming out the kitchen looked good. Had we found this restaurant on our first day we would probably not have ventured further. Menus are on blackboards around the walls. We called in shortly after 9am when more room was becoming available as people headed off to work.

My niece and I found this walking up Post Street and asked those waiting in line if it was worth it. "Definitely," said a bunch of people. We had to agree, after our wonderful crepes! A well-run breakfast place in the heart of SF. Can't go wrong!

Going to keep the 5 star reviews going here…the menu is huge and it’s almost impossible to pick just one meal. Food comes out fast and is amazing. Staff was so hospitable, one of the waiters went way out of his way to make sure a family with a baby had a place to sit comfortably. Really impressed by the diverse and creative menu and the whole experience overall.

Trip advisor has never failed us. Great breakfast for 4 of us . Big menu and good house coffee with free refills .Well worth a visit

We ate here 3X in a week and were sad to say goodbye. Portions are big, food is delicious and prices are fair. The guys who work here are pros and we always walked out happy!

Good efficient and tasty breakfast. Set us up well for the day and the fresh orange juice was delicious. French toast was a highlight.

Didn't expect much and anything exceptional but all of them were pretty good. We had an omelette, belgian waffle and strawberry banana crepe+ nutella. Took 25 min for food for some reason.

We went here twice for breakfast during our 4-day trip. The first experience was awesome, the second much less so. I averaged the two to provide a 3 rating. On both occasions seating was a challenge as this is a popular breakfast place. The first visit was very good. I ordered the 2-2-2 and the pancakes had a great flavor and the eggs were cooked perfectly (although the bacon was very undercooked on both visits). My wife ordered the breakfast crepe which was delicious and a vanilla latte. My daughter had strawberry and chocolate crepes. We left with a happy and full feeling in our stomachs. My wife and I switched meals during our second visit. My breakfast crepe was very good was what I was expecting. However, one of her pancakes was burnt in the 2-2-2 and they didn't taste nearly as good as the first time. The vanilla latte had too much milk and not enough vanilla compared to the first visit when it was made perfectly. Trying to get additional syrup from a waiter was also challenging. If you're going to try this place out, I would recommend finding a time where it's not too busy to increase your chances of having a good meal. I would go back again provided its not too hectic.

This lovely spot has a deceptively large menu, offering both savory and sweet crepes, as well as bagels, sandwiches, soups, sandwiches, and eggs. Their eggplant crepe was really good, as was their Nutella banana crepe.

The wife and I decided to try this place out for breakfast. The menu is a little overwhelming but that means you can find just about anything for a group. The place is a good spot to enjoy a meal but not be wowed. Food was okay. The Mrs ordered the North Beach crepe. A bit dry and overall she said the mix of flavors was good. My personal thoughts are it was plain Jane. I had the chorizo scramble. This was tasty. And we both loved the potatoes as a side. The sweet crepe was a total disappointment. Baklava crepe...don’t bother. Also noticed a few other patrons who voiced, “this wasn’t what I expected” and didn’t fully enjoy their meals either. A promising start was due to a great menu, fair food, and a disappointment in our sweet crepe. In all it’s worth a shot but we likely won’t go back.

Great place for breakfast in San Francisco. Very friendly staff and excellent customer service. Very busy place but very organize and friendly place.

We've eaten here before and had a good experience. We were in the city for my wife's birthday and decided to go here again. Based on our last visit we expected it to be busy so we arrived 15 minutes before opening and were just barely the first in line. My wife noticed the open sign was lit up so I tried the door and it opened. Immediately I was informed they were not open until 8am. No biggy. Between 7:50 and 8am I noticed at least 4 employees arrive. I thought to myself, "they're really getting here last minute with this big of a line of people" Then the guy came and opened the door. No "hello". No "good morning". Just threw the door stopped down and walked back in. Then we walked up to the counter and no one was there for a good 3-4 minutes. The girl finally came and took our order and gave us our number. Again, no pleasantry. Just a "what can I get you". I ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese and a crepe. My wife ordered a breakfast sandwich. 25 minutes later, after a few groups behind us already got their food including the people directly behind us were finishing eating their crepes and breakfast sandwiches, I went up to the counter to ask where our food was. As I was asking, someone came out from the back with our food. And it was hot. So they just didn't make it in the order it was ticketed. Frustrating. And no apology for the delay. I guess it just seemed like the workers were just annoyed to be there. They weren't overly rude, just not pleasant. Like I could see them thinking "here we go, another busy day to get through". Between rolling in at the last minute, not being ready to go at 8 (the girl working the register was literally drinking from a coffee cup in one hand while entering orders with the other), not smiling or being friendly, it was just really off-putting. A lot of places closed down for good and people lost their jobs this past year. And these people just acted like they'd rather be somewhere else. And it was visible. You can be super busy and still be friendly.

We stayed for the first time here, driven by reviews on our first day in S.Francisco. 12.95 a Nutella crepe. A number one. And the waiter who just finished one of the two courses was under it to clear the table. The tall waiter of Mexican descent. At my request to stay and finish my tea five minutes he reiterated that he needed the table and made it clear to us to leave. 38 dollars breakfast for a pancake a crepe, an American coffee and a tea. NEVER AGAIN. TRAP FOR TOURISTS.

Came across this place as it was near JW. Went to the restaurant and the queue was forming fast. The pancake was great. Coffee was within expectation.

Found this place on TA & decided give it a go, we wasn't disappointed. The restaurant was busy but we managed to find a table & were served promptly. Spoilt for choice we finally made a choice which we didn't have to wait long for. We both very happy with the service & the food, happy to recommend to you all.

Our breakfast was so good we came back for lunch. Eggs Benedict for breakfast and a Philly Cheesteak crepe for lucnch. Get the fruit with your meal, which was all fresh cut. Best meals in SF on our vacation.

Delicious omelettes, fast service, great prices, varied menu what more could one want in a breakfast spot? Certainly recommend!

Crepes are really good, the lemon crepe was amazing! It’s just that I wouldn’t wait that long line again. It’s just not THAT good. The place is meh, nothing cool. They have great logistics to optimize the waiting time, I think that’s very good due to demand.

Had the crab fritters for breakfast, not something I’d usually try but was amazing. 2 poached eggs on top of crab fritters on English muffins with hollandaise sauce. So many options, give it a go.

We went for a late dinner, which was quick and so tasty, and we liked it so much that we went back in the morning for breakfast. Everything we had there was delicious. One thing to note, on a Sunday morning, this place was PACKED. We didn't have to wait too long, but it's not a place you can just run in and grab something to go.

Nice local cafe with a wide menu we came here a few mornings for a hearty breakfast before sightseeing. Great service and tasty food I’d recommend

This neighborhood cafe has really good food -- freshly prepared food and great service. Everything on the menu looks delicious -- and all you do is order at the counter, and they bring it right to the table -- all freshly prepared. Try the Mimosa (the fresh squeezed orange juice really makes this drink pop!)

Pretty good but probably wouldn’t go back. Nothing too special or amazing. Wouldn’t recommend getting a sandwich- I think subway is better. My partner got the eggs benefit and he enjoyed it. Perhaps it is better to order something sweet here like a crepe or pancakes

After eating cooked breakfast for a few days, decided too look for somewhere else that did an healthy breakfast range.glad I found them

Great meal (crab cake sandwich) and great service. Easy and close to where I was staying. The food was great and the staff were all wonderful and efficient!

This place in heavenly! It's a little crowded and you have to order at the counter but the staff was incredibly kind and the crepes were out of this world!!! I got the Nutella Banana crepe and it was the best crepe I have ever had BY FAR!

Sugar on the bacon, salty butter on the pancakes. Pancakes tasted like sour milk. Coffee and orange juice were good. But I think it’s a bit too expensive for the quality.

It's good to regulate, the crepes if they're very good, bad coffee and the Benedictines very normal There were a lot of people formed but I think it's overrated

We visited the honey honey cafe for breakfast while on a city break to San Francisco. You can tell how popular this place is by the queue out the door! We weren’t disappointed by the food. The crepe was delicious and the omelette portion was huge, with potatoes and muffin as well. Would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed both a breakfast and a lunch here. The food was good and the prices reasonable (for SF). Line up at the counter to order and food is delivered to your table. A large menu is posted on blackboards, which you may review as you wait in line. Typically busy; expect to wait in line 5-20 minutes.

This place offers breakfast, lunch and a few things in between. Everything was fresh and appeared to be made from scratch each day. The chicken sausage was amazing. I have eaten here several times. Amazing every time. You walk up to a counter and order and then grab a seat. They bring the food to you. Be aware of long lines. It is common to have the line reach to the door. Dont worry the line moves along pretty quickly. If you prefer your crepes a little less done these may not be your favorite.

Went here twice while in SF we liked it so much. You can walk there from union square. Great crepes, omelettes, lattes. Reasonably priced. Food comes out quickly. Yum!!

Was cramped to the hilt even on a Friday morning and obviously very popular place . Just a 2 minute walk from the JW Marriott where we staying . Great variety and a great breakfast .

Don't be put off by the queues out the door. This is a good sign and it's a smooth operation which moves everyone through quickly without feeling rushed. Huge menu to choose from and very large portion sizes. We went for brunch with our 11 year old who loved the Belgian waffles, piled high with cream and fresh fruit. I had the breakfast crepe and my husband the eggs benedict. Everything comes with a side of fried potatoes. Go hungry!

Recommend you arrive by 9am to avoid a wait for a table. The menu is extensive and lots of options for most tastes. The decor is a little tired.

Honey Honey is just a couple of blocks from Union Square in San Francisco. We discovered it near our hotel and we loved it, going 3 times in 7 days! They have a great variety on their menu, and not everything is crepes---they have soups, salads, sandwiches, coffee drinks and baked goods. View the menu on the posted boards then walk to the counter and order. They give you a number to take to your seat where they will bring your order to you. All items are fresh, the crepes are light and not overly sweet or buttery like some places have. The breakfast crepe we ordered had scrambled eggs, ham, onion, and cheese . The Mocha was wonderful--all made on site, not mixes. Prices are fair. There is an additional charge for credit cards--which is very common now. I highly recommend you try this place--clean, friendly staff, great food, nice location

Service was great by a young guy, very friendly and helpful. Food was average but service was quick. Ok for a quick snack but nothing special

We ate lunch here on our first day in San Francisco. We were very excited about the crepes. Overall I was not impressed. It is just a little sandwich place where you stand in line to order and then they bring your food to a table. I thought the crepes were not that good. There was a long line here and it was crowded so maybe it was just what we got. It came highly recommended.

We were recently in San Francisco and stumbled on this restaurant that was close to our hotel. My daughters enjoy crepes for breakfast and loved theirs at Honey Honey. They have mentioned several times this was their favorite memory of a road trip through California. This is a must eat place!

My wife and I went to this place the other night. We had a crepe with fruit in it. Quite a number of pieces of fruit were hard, so hard, it could not be eaten. We will not be back.

We were a little concerned that we would not have sufficient time to eat here when we saw the long line out of the door on a busy Sunday morning. The place turned out to be pretty efficient, even though customers could not be seated before moving to the front of the queue (in order to feed seated customers quickly). The queue moved quite quickly, with the staff allocating tables to people in the queue as other customers finished. There was a large variety of savoury and sweet options and large portion sizes, which filled us up for a long day of sightseeing. The 'Chorizo Scramble' (omelette with chorizo) was excellent.

The start to another day and a new place for breakfast we found this busy little restaurant near our hotel. The food and staff were great the service was quick and the only knock I personally had against the experience is how busy the restaurant is and the continuous line out the door of people waiting to order and get a table. Because of this there were always people standing in line hovering near you as you eat.

Nutella and real strawberries stuffed into a lovely crepe…with coffee on the side. It just couldn’t be better. And they even give you a side of whipped cream!

Great spot for great breakfast. So much choice, all well prepared and all tasty. Don't be put off if the queue is out the door, they will get to you soon enough and it will be worth the short wait. Good pancakes, good crepes, good fillings, good toppings, good portions, fresh OJ and possibly the only decent espresso in town!

This place is a must, worth the wait in the queues. They have numerous varieties of breakfast crepes and best of all a wide variety of veg options. The food is delicious and fresh .. we tried the savory and sweet crepes. Chai was amazing as well. I would have liked to go back but we didn’t have enough time to re-visit. Service is great too.

We were in SF for a couple of days and we decided to come for brunch. Nice and warm staff, handy location and nice variety of both savory and sweet crepes.

We were just walking out of our hotel and looked for a breakfast place, when suddenly bumped into this place. I was a little bit worried ‘cause the place was quite crowded, but for my surprise the staff effectively managed the whole process of service. We had a very nice meal here, absolutely recommended!

The Honey Cafe and Crepery is a breakfast restaurant where you order at a counter and the food is brought to your table. They have a fairly good variety of crepes (dessert and otherwise) and fresh coffee. Service is relatively quick and you can either hang out (we did a soduko) or make a quick run if you have to get somewhere.

Tasty fast breakfasts but be prepared to be jostled by other customers getting in and out of their seats, passing by to get to the bathroom or to exit the restaurant. Seriously, everyone is bumping into each other! This super busy restaurant has too closely spaced tables packed with diners eating elbow to elbow. Not the place for a leisurely relaxing meal.

Came here in the early afternoon for a late lunch. The food came out quickly and the portion size is generous. The music in the restaurant was turned up very loud which was off putting. The food itself was decent but didn’t blow us away.

Good food and lots of it! Many types of crepes and other items for all meals. Friendly service. Will return.

There is a reason why people queue outside this restaurant and that is because the food is that good!! This was around the corner from my hotel The Staypineapple Alise and is only 2 blocks from Tiffany's and Macy's on Union Square. The queue outside goes down quickly so don't worry about this, but what you do have to worry about is what you are going to choose off the vast menu because there is so much. You choose from the menu on the wall whilst queuing for the staff to take your order at the til point. You then take your seat at your allocated table. It's very much a canteen/diner style restaurant so don't expect much from the decor but who cares as it's clean (the toilet included), the food is lovely and the staff are great too. Don't expect a quiet dining experience either as it's quite small and always busy with lively music in the background which always got me energised for the day ahead. The staff are so efficient and run a tight ship and I love this place!!! Just go, you won't regret it!!!

Really good breakfast! Huge selection and very good quality. Everything we ate tasted great: Bagels, sandwiches, poached eggs or omelettes. The freshly squeezed juices and smoothies were delicious. All the portions were more than rich. Good music, cleanliness and friendly staff. We were thrilled.

The outside of this Cafe leaves something to be desired, but we knew it would be good when there started to be a line 10 minutes before it opened. Good thing we got there early too, because within a half hour the line was completely out the door. For as many people as were there, the service was pretty fast and everything was hot. We didn't have a chance to get our sodas refilled because the line was just too long, but water and cups we're available. The prices were not all that much more than what breakfast would be in my ( significantly lower cost of living) hometown, so prices were good and a meal was filling. Overall, this is a good spot to grab some breakfast, but be early, and expect a crowd.

I was really looking forward to coming back here for my granola breakfast sadly it was nowhere near as nice. On entering the “wait to be seated” sign was not out so I sat at a table for two while my husband waited to order. I was told I couldn’t sit there and had to wait to be seated so I got up. I was then asked how many and then told my table number which was..... wait for it......where I had just been sitting 🤷♀️ I ordered the granola with fruit as it was amazing last time I visited in 2017 but it was unrecognisable? The granola was hidden under all the milk with various pieces of chopped up fruit floating above it! My husband did enjoy his eggs benedict but for what it was it was expensive. Such a shame as we had breakfast there every day of our last visit this is the first and last on this trip.

Decent Crepes. Not that “wow” in taste unfortunately. Would only come back if there’s no other choice.

Great food and reasonably priced.Cafe is busy and has a great vibe about it. Would recommend this cafe for breakfast & snacks. Crepes are pretty impressive.

Besides waiting more than 40 min in the line, the food has nothing special. They forgot out order and we waited more than 30min for the food to arrive. You can find what they offer at any breakfast/brunch place. At the end, as a grand finale, they asked us to move to another table to accommodate more people. Don’t waste your time!

Brunch in SF.. you better be prepared to wait in line. The line here moves quickly. I think it was around 30-40 minutes to be seated. Ordered the black bean chili with dinner roll and crab Florentine. The chili was ok. The crab Florentine wasn't my jam after trying it. The poached egg was almost like a hard boiled egg and the muffin was a bit hard. The potatoes that came with the Florentine was good tho. I think it was that way so that people could be served quickly.

Honey Honey had great food but it was very crowded and the service wasn’t the best. They locked the door with people waiting outside because there was really not many places to sit. The Nutella banana crêpe and breakfast croissant egg sandwich were amazing! Waffles with strawberries and the breakfast crepes were also great! All in all it was a great café with good food but the service wasn’t the best. -llamathecritic

We went there for breakfast. Cappuccino with almond milk didn't taste well. I often order it, so I know how it normaly taste. The oatmeal (also with almond milk) was very watery and had no flavor. The fruits on top, which you pay extra for, were like 1 tbsp or less. I was very disappointed. Not worse the money, if you're looking for a healthy breakfast.

Delicious fast breakfast at a reasonable price! They had an great varied menu: everything from amazing crepes, waffles, pancakes, to classic bacon and eggs breakfast. Food was amazing and fast! We had the 2 egg breakfast and added bacon, as well as a side of poached eggs with blitz (strawberry) crepes and 2 coffees. Bill came to around $37USD. We wouls definitely recommend and go back.

We just had a small snack (beagle No 4 and a salad) but know for sure that we‘ll be back! Only minus point were the tomatoes on my beagle. These were not so strong in taste but that’s probably because it’s not tomato season right now.

A friendly greeting, then so many interesting choices! The food was delicious, homemade but prepared quickly. I’d return often if I lived nearby.

This is an excellent breakfast location with fantastic options for breakfast and coffee. The chorizo scramble was really tasty as were the crepes. The cappuccino was nice as well. Highly recommend for a tasty breakfast spot. Great for families too!!

We went on a Saturday so perhaps a wait was to be expected. They don't take reservations. They seat by groups: when your group is let into the restaurant, they ask how many in your party, assign you a number and a table. Then you order your food at the counter before sitting down. Cuts down on their overhead in terms of wait staff.

Tasty food. Line can get long to order but once you order, food comes to the table fast. Their crab cakes are delicious as well as their crab in the crape.

In the dawn's soft embrace, a sizzle sings, As tortillas warm, and the morning brings A symphony of scents, a savory start, Crafted with care, an art from the heart. Golden eggs scramble, a dance of delight, With cheese melting slowly, a creamy invite. Crisp bacon crumbles, a salty surprise, While peppers and onions awaken our eyes. Avocado slices, so smooth and so green, Join salsa's bright spice in this morning scene. Wrapped in a blanket of floury grace, Each bite a journey, a warm, cozy place. A breakfast burrito, simple yet grand, Nourishes body and soul, hand in hand. With each hearty mouthful, our spirits ignite, Greeting the day with pure culinary light.

One of the most poorly managed kitchens I’ve had the opportunity to observe. The line was long and you have to order at the counter. Our first thought was the line must be long because the food was good. After 20 minutes in line, it became more apparent that the reason the line was long because the kitchen was a management disaster. The cook spent a lot of time on his cell phone and then went back and adjusted his phone again. The server that was delivering food was going to the kitchen counter and grabbing a bite to eat with her fingers and then delivering food without washing her hands. I asked the cashier to speak to the manager and she said she handled things when the owner was not there. My husband had the breakfast crepe which was delicious and my French toast was excellent too. With 20 minutes in line, we had lots of opportunity to watch the food that was coming out. Everything looked good and people seemed to enjoy their meals, but due to the poor kitchen/wait staff we will not be back and would not recommend them.

Super delicious food, friendly and attentive staff. I was very satisfied and well satisfied. The staff put a smile on my face.

Walked all the way here after the recommendation, it’s was horrible. First time I see human feces and way too many homeless outside. We had kids with us and also inside there were homeless and very uncomfortable atmosphere. Will not recommend.

I have been ordering crepes from this restaurant now for the last 3 years .Their all good . I have always loved Crepes since my Visit to Paris .My favorite crepe is the Strawberry & Chocolate crepe with ice cream . , then the crepe with staight chocolate on top with whipped cream . It's all good except price . But I won't complain to much . They say you get what you pay for . That's true here . They ate good on their food delivery too .

At the end of our long weekend in San Francisco, this was our last breakfast, and the excellent reviews on TA did not disappoint. The place was lively and the folks behind the counter bustling to keep up with the steady stream of customers. Our biggest challenge was deciding what to order from the large menu filled with tasty options. We setting on two orders of the crab Benedict, and the two-two-two plate consisting of two eggs, two strips of bacon, and two pancakes, with juice and tea to slake our thirst. Service was amazingly quick: we had our order at our table in less than five minutes from ordering it, and the quality did not suffer because of the speed with which it was made: the bennies were amazing per my daughter and wife, and my simple breakfast plate was tasty and filling. This isn't gourmet breakfast food, but the quality is great and service outstanding, so definitely consider it for a meal if you are in the Union Square area.

Good breakfast, classic SFO prices but decent portions. Large menu with a good amount of seats available. Free wifi available. Eggs Benedict and #7 Bagel Tasty 😋

Very cool place for breakfast. Huge menu on the wall. Burgers, crepes, eggs, and dessert crepes. I had chorizo scramble. It was a little cold but flavorful. My wife had the Salmon Eggs Benidict but she wasn’t a fan. We would go again.

Don’t be put off by the queues - they’re a good sign and move fairly quickly. The breakfast was excellent and reasonably priced and the staff worked very hard to keep things moving, even on a busy Saturday morning.

Popular on Sunday morning.. big queue.. no waiter service basically line up..order... get number and they deliver to table... although easier and efficient for the cafe but not a great patron experience, but the breakfast made it worth it..Eggs cooked excellently and chorizo was fantastic...my only other complaint was that it was too hot, however the line up solved that issue as the line up kept the doors open for cool air.. overall a good experience..

This place does everything right starting with its food. The variety is wonderful and they get it just right. Explore its extensive menu and make sure to order freshly squeezed orange juice and a fresh brewed coffee. I loved the salmon Benedict and eggs Florentine. Yummy!

We followed our daughter’s recommendation and went for breakfast. We enjoyed the brunch-style breakfast so much that we went back within the week for lunch. The huevos rancheros was tasty and filling and very reasonable. The pancakes with bananas and strawberries was very good, too. For lunch, the club sandwich was huge, accompanied by a half a plate of fries and I particularly enjoyed the pesto crepe with a side of fried potatoes. All in all, a relaxing, friendly, reasonably-priced place to enjoy good, home-cooked and tasty, wholesome food.

We love the food and the people but today the loud music really detracted from our enjoyment. It’s fast fresh and good and the staff is great but the music made me so I will hesitate to return

Decent meal in a very popular brunch restaurant Although our crepes were good, I am not sure what the hype is about, and probably not worth the wait Prices were decent and portions reasonable

We had awesome savory crepes for dinner. Service was amazing too. I highly recommend this restaurant. The iced mocha and chai tea were great too.

Like alot of places in San Francisco - the face (outside and in) of this place could do with a little time spent on it. However you could argue it adds to the charm of the city. Food and service though was great! A broad menu which might put some people off. Bit of a classic local cafe vibe. On a trip to the city? - try this place out on day!

This is a great place, amazing menu, good coffee, good service & value for money and the food is pretty good too, highly recommended

Enjoyed a great breakfast here. There was a nice variety and food was tasty with generous portions. Would recommend stopping here and checking it out.

Ate there yesterday for breakfast. Staying nearby at The Hilton where I believe the breakfast is around $45! Tempted to return this morning and eat there again but feel like we ought to try somewhere else! Dilemma! Excellent freshly squeezed orange juice. We also sampled the coffee, scrambled eggs, an omelette and crepes - all were very good. Lunch menu looked good too.

We lined up early for breakfast. But we could not wait. So we ordered by phone. That was way quicker. We then found a place at a nearby park to eat our breakfast. I had the Nutella crepe—delicious. The ice cream that came on the side was already melted.

Great breakfast.. huge choice.. and super plentiful. Really recommended if you are staying in the Union Square area. Well done guys

I loved the music and ambiance of this cafe, it was so cute. It was a great place to go for a quick bite and the food was really delicious. The menu had so many interesting options and had something for everyone.

First off, great prices for San Francisco for great quality food. I ordered the Hueveo Rancheros and I didn’t not have to wait at least 10 minutes till my meal arrived. With such a big crowd the staff have a thorough way of taking orders and bringing out food promptly. I would recommend this spot to have breakfast 9/ 10 here in San Francisco! They also have a variety of lunch items as well.

We went there for a small dinner, which was quick, fresh and tasty. We took two New Orleans Salad Crepe (Swiss cheese, chicken breast, mushroom, sun-dried tomato, salsa), They are better known for their big savory breakfast. A good no frills place, very affordable.

Our tour guide recommended Honey Honey for breakfast and we weren’t disappointed. The line was quite long on arrival but they have an efficient way of managing the line and ordering so we didn’t wait long. The food came swiftly and was absolutely delicious. We all had something different and couldn’t fault any dish. Tempted to go back again!

Awesome food and service. Long queues everytime. Food was delivered timely and to perfection. Must visit if you are at Post Street SF.

Brilliant food, nice staff. I would work my way through the menu if i was in SF for long enough. Potatoes and omelettes were really really nice. HAs a good atmosphere too.

Great place to start your day with a nice breakfast I would just recomend to ask for your coffee once the crepes or pancakes are ready, orherwise they would give you rhe coffee and for the time your order is ready the coffee will be cold Other than that it is great

We had a 25 minute wait before being seated but it was really worth it. Popular with tourists and locals alike. A very extensive menu with something for everyone. Would definitely come again.

Big place with lots of seating for a city place. We got savory crepes. One Miami Heat and one Chicken Pesto. They come with a salad, fruit or potatoes. We got a salad and one fruit. Both were very good! The person who took our order was friendly and delivered our food to our table. They also have two different flavored waters that were free and you can refill your cup as much as you want. Nice place with awesome food!

We were staying nearby and found this restaurant as a breakfast option. At the beginning the line was very long but soon we realized they were making everything possible to ensure our order were taken while in the line and our hot drinks were prepared as well. The food came out very quick and it was just delicious. The service from the staff was also marvelous.

The best place to have an American breakfast in San Francisco! From sweet to savory everything is delicious! Great cappuccinos, fresh juices, fantastic pancakes! Try the eggs Benedict... EXCEPTIONAL!! Important note for the staff, always smiling, professional, efficient and ready to meet every request... GOOD!!

A great place for breakfast. Fast friendly service with a great range of tastey food. Bustling and busy so get there early.

Amazing breakfast! Very fast service even tough thousands of people get there every day!! They cook everything at the moment and you can enjoy American or International breakfast. Very delicious!

Located very close to our hotel, I had researched this place ahead of our visit from Toronto. If you're visiting San Francisco, GO HERE! The offerings are well varied, the presentation is lovely, and the portion size is generous. The staff are very friendly, quick turnaround of tables and the food was delicious! We visited twice during our 4 day stay in the city. Try the iced Chai!

We had breakfast here on our last day in SF over the Thanksgiving weekend. This was on a Saturday morning, a bit after 9 am and the line was out the door. It moved fairly quickly (about 20 minutes until we were at our table after ordering) They assign you to a table as you move up in the line - table assigned depends on group size. We had a variety of dishes and all were very good, with the caveat that the oatmeal was a bit runny as noted in other reviews. Their crab cake Florentine was outstanding flavor wise, though the English muffin was a bit tough. Coffee was good, and the OJ is fresh squeezed and a large portion. Will keep this on our go to list for meals in SF. On the glutton front, grand daughter had the crab cake florentine and they substituted more roasted potatoes for the English muffin

The food was average. I gave it an average because my Husband croissant with bacon, egg and cheese was huge and tasty My Daughter said her waffle was j fine, nothing to write home about. My pancakes had no flavor. It needed vanilla and maybe a little cinnamon.

This is a really good breakfast spot only 2 blocks from Union Square. I was staying at hotel at the other end of the block on Post st. and came here twice for a late breakfast. The first time I had the standard 2 scrambled eggs, wheat toast and home fries which was very good -- they do keep hot sauces on the table which I liked. The service was very quick and the coffee was good (free refills on regular coffee). It was not crowded because late January is low season in SF for tourists, so I can't comment on issues w/crowds and lines. My second visit I had the Crepe Florentine which was spinach and cheese in a crepe, with home fries -- delicious. Serving sizes are very generous, I could see splitting an order with a spouse/friend and just adding a side dish on. Pleasant ambiance.

We had such a great Breakfast there this morning, and really enjoyed the outdoor seating area. Our server Abdul was super friendly and very accommodating with our little party of 6 people. The menu options are basically limitless with so many different types of food. I opted to go for the 2 scrambled eggs with bacon and potatoes. Everything tasted fresh and well seasoned. My wife had the crab cakes Benedict which were awesome! The cool thing about this place is that we were also allowed to order some drinks. My wife had the Bloody Mary which was spicy and delicious. I had the fresh squeezed mimosa, and $11 for two good drinks was awesome! I highly recommend eating there, as Abdul and his staff truly go above and beyond to please all their customers!

Went for breakfast take out - very popular - queue almost out of the door. Had two breakfast dishes to go including crepe suzette that was great and great value

Food was really good, the pancakes was simply deliciuos. Nice atmosphere, very clean, and prcie are really good.

We had a great breakfast while in SF. Weird name but great food - we really enjoyed the crepes. They have both savory and sweet. We shared a lemon crepe and I had a chorizo omelet. Still expensive as its in SF but food wasn't crazy expensive. Stop in if near by and looking for breakfast.

We arrived just as the place opened which was a good idea as it looks like it can get busy. The menu is extensive!! There is much choice, we decided on crepes and scrambled eggs with smoked salmon. The food arrived quickly and it was very good! Definitely recommend!

Lovely food. Friendly staff. Don’t let outside put you off,. The food is delicious . Been there 3 times during our 6 days vacation. Worth the money, very reasonable. Very quick service. Lovely staff.

Amazing breakfasts! I went here most mornings while visiting San Francisco. All the food was delicious, the staff were friendly and there was a great atmosphere

Visited this place twice - had the pecan pancakes both times and they were soo good! They have a great selection of food. The staff were very organised and managed the queue well when it grew a bit longer. Brilliant place for breakfast.

Delicious breakfasts the pancakes are spectacular and the orange juice natural. Very good coffee. Very nice Mood in downtown San Francisco.

My wife and I had 2 of their crepes...pesto chicken crepe and New Orleans crepe (not sure why it was called New Orleans as it wasn't remenescient of anything NOLA but was very good none the less). We paid about $30 for both. Order at the counter and food is brought to you. Menu is posted on a board so you just tell the worker at the counter what you want.

Breakfast at Honey Honey was excellent. I had the French toast with fresh fruit. Portion was enough for 2 people.

It is a place you must visit to have breakfast. Orange or carrot juices are huge and have an excellent flavour. I ordered a ham and cheese croissant with cafe.

We ordered French toast , waffles , pancakes, and eggs. The children had a great time and the staff was super quick. Coffee was great however chai latte was very sweet. Regards Hasan

A busy place. Good food tasted very good to my family and me. We will probably come back tomorrow because there is also a very wide selection of food and drinks.

We are in this cafe on two occasions, once as a takeaway and then once sitting in. Whichever you choose make sure to be there early as on both occasions there were large queues so not ideal if you’re in a rush. The food is lovely - perfect basic diner food as well as other dishes such as the chorizo scrambled eggs. Definitively recommend, especially if staying in Hotel Adagio as it’s just round the corner.

They used a different approach to seating and it was so efficient! It worked amazing and we within a few minutes we ordered and sat on a Sunday at 9:30am. The food was amazing- three of us, each with very different diets had a lots of options and walked away smiling! Add in that the price was absolutely affordable $38 for two (with coffee and a smoothie to drink). Couldn’t be happier! Make sure to stop when in town!

Great place for breakfast, order at the counter and have it delivered to your table. Prices are OK, selection is great and service is very friendly👏🏻👍🏻

We had breakfast, Very busy but great food & friendly staff and super fast service. Don’t be put off if there is a line, it moves fast!

This restaurant was only a few blocks from our hotel. The food was so good that we ate there twice. When in San Francisco this is the place to eat and its not very expensive. Give them a try. You won't be disappointed.

Catch early breakfast, long line each time, finally open by 7::30 and try 15 minute laster and managed to visit on the third time, it's great varieties of choice from crepes to breakfast. Orange is freshly squeeze directly and coffee was just great, I had Benedict eggs for breakfast and partner was having crepes -unfortunately it was a bit too thick for to my liking.

Tried at breakfast early in the morning the place was half empty serves great breakfasts fabulous pancakes and cakes hearty portions and average San Francisco prices friendly staff and fast Service ..

We stayed at the JW and popped over for brunch before we left because who can mess up a crepe? So, this place can. The food was sub par at best. But the worst was the bumping, techno pop music (sorry if I’m dating myself here, but I’m 44 and no longer have to care) that was BLARING at a a volume that made any conversation absolutely impossible. Don’t waste your time.

A nice little restaurant on the corner that has a good menu selection and reasonable prices. Good service and food. A nice place to go if you're not looking for a big meal.

Great place for a full American breakfast. They got a variety of bagels and omelettes. The granola with yogurt is worth a try. Usually packed in mornings but the seating is available surprisingly fast and so is the service quick. All items are fresh and made the way it should be. I’d definitely come back here!

The line out the door for breakfast told us it was a good place to eat so we went back for a late lunch. It was still busy but we were able to order from a HUGE menu which fit all of our dietary needs. The crepes were exceptionally good!

Needed a fast breakfast and this place delivered. Always crowded and for good reason. Lots of choices and tables. Only complaint is the weak coffee but you can’t have everything.

Hi went there because of the reviews, to start with you have a long queue. There is a good selection. The wait is not too long, To get the milk you have to ask the cashier as it’s behind the counter and they want it back. The food was tasty but all of it was warm not hot. I reported tat the toilets were not working for the men but it was all the toilets. In my opinion one to avoid.

We came 3 times during our stay in San Francisco. A great breakfast spot! The queue gets long but don’t be pu off, once you get your order in the food arrives quickly.

We stopped in for breakfast/brunch. It was reasonable, simple, and very good! Lots of locals eating there. I would recommend it to anyone.

Location was perfect as we stayed in the theatre district. Crepes were what drew us in for the first visit. Returned again for breakfast before our trip was over. Don't be turned off by the line. The ordering and food delivery system works well. Don't forget to TIP your food servers. Food was great!!

First morning in San Fran and the bar had been set high for breakfast already. Bustling place at 8am, was busy as still a bit chilly to sit outside but reasonable priced food, good portion size not too big not too small and really tasty! WiFi/music lovely start to the day

Here is the way this works so you are not surprised like I was. The line forms outside the restaurant. As people leave, more people are let into the restaurant. But then you get in line to order and pay for your food at the counter. You are given a number to put on your table, given your drinks, pointed to the place to get your water, and if you are lucky, a table will be available for you to snag. When we got to the front of the line, the staff said there were no tables available and we had images of trying to stand to eat our food. They offered to seat us outside which was horrible because everyone still waiting in line watched us eat and a bunch of folks interrupted us to ask what we were eating. This was after it took a very long time to get the food delivered to our table (we think they forgot we were outside), and then the food was good but not worth the stress of waiting and then not having a place to sit. I like to be relaxed at breakfast not wait 30 minutes to order my food, only to be told they didn’t know where we would sit. I’ll take a host/hostess showing me to my table and then relaxing over this arrangement every time.

Very busy place preparing typical American breakfast. Quite fast but prepare for a long queue. I suggest you try the 2-2 and 2 see picture

quick service fair price great food & coffee ate there everyday i stayed at SF in love with this place
yummy breakfast
Lots of options, long line to order, but you do have a table assigned to you while you wait, so that's low stress. Had a crepe, bagel sandwich, some eggs, coffee, and fresh oj. It was all good, not fantastic, but a great choice for breakfast or lunch.
