Hudson Grille has never been fast with getting food to the table, but today took the cake! My colleagues & I stopped by for lunch today & we ordered our food (two of us ordered turkey burgers). 45 minutes later, our server came to the table to inform us they didn’t have any turkey burgers. FORTY-FIVE MINUTES! Then she asked if we would like something else. Against our better judgement, the two of us ordered chicken sandwiches since they didn’t have the turkey burgers. 15 more minutes pass & we still had no food. We told her to cancel the order because we had been there an hour+ & we didn’t want to wait any longer. She said “ok” & walked away. She came back to the table & said she would bring the receipt for the drinks. You mean you want us to pay for drinks after we sat there over an hour & we have no food? She ended up talking to the manager & the drinks got comped. The service has gone from bad to worse & today was the last straw. Needless to say, Hudson Grille is officially on my DO NOT EAT list. Today, I left HANGRY & I will not allow myself to experience that again at this establishment.

We were forced to eat here b/c we had a late flight to Atlanta. It was after 10pm and we had not had dinner. This was the only place downtown serving food. They have a large menu, service was somewhat friendly, and drinks were pretty good.

Had a wonderful time here. Grabbed drinks and apps on the patio. Make sure to ask the bartender for the "Mystery Shot!" Great service and good food. Would recommend if you are looking for a quick bite downtown!

Stopped here before a concert at Philips arena. Great food and beer selection at good prices for a downtown restaurant. Very crowded so go early if before an event.

Decent bar food close to State Farm Arena & Centennial Olympic Park. Our group went before the Eagles concert and it was busy. After a 45 minute wait, we were seated and ordered as we were on a schedule. The drinks and food came quickly, the service was friendly. Food was so-so. My burger for medium well was very pink and not really warm, temperature wise. Sweet potato fries were okay. Others in our party echoed the food temperature sentiment. Would return because of the convenience factor & to try something else.

Took a large group of 12 to Hudson Grille for dinner and we were seated inside quickly. They have a pretty extensive menu of options. Unfortunately my chicken sandwich was pretty bland. I don't think they seasoned it at all. Parking is available in the parking deck directly behind the restaurant for a fee. The location is great right next to Centennial Olympic Park, hotels, and a lot of other attractions!

Walked past this place several times during our stay and took their outside advertising at face value that said 'rated best sports bar in town' or something like that. Yeah it was definitely the worst. Our party ordered beer on tap and we waited a bit. Waitress came back and said they were out. Ordered a second option and again waited and waitress came back and said they were out. Had to ask her what they actually had on tap. Meals ordered and were small. I ordered jambalaya and their version of jambalaya tasted like something you'd find on sale in a box in the freezer section. I'm not normally this harsh on reviews but the kicker was when our meals came that they had NO SILVERWARE. We were told that they had nothing that was clean. This was at 1pm. I was given a package of plastic silverware...you know the kind you get with takeout with the little napkin and salt and pepper packages. This was too ridiculous for me to get past. For the amount we paid for that lunch, I sure as hell want proper silverware to eat with instead of an undersize fork. I don't recommend this place and would never return.

Buffalo chicken wrap drowning in sauce. A shame to ruin the chicken like that. Fries were good. Out of the advertised beer special (Miller). Offered a substitute - but at a higher price.

Great Experience Kandris, It was totally all patience the bar & food smooth transition with the COVID-19 all smiles-positive transactions I approved this environment.

I really had to think about where this restaurant was (that's how unforgettable it was). We got there and had a 30 minute wait, which is fine. We got a seat at the bar where the bartender would have happily and quickly served us. But we opted to wait for a table. Big mistake. When we were seated, it was with an attitude of "I don't have time for this" from the hostess, but worse than that, I can't tell you how many servers walked passed our table without even so much as asking if we needed something to drink, much less eat. Finally the 2nd bartender walked past and we stopped her, she took our order and ended up waiting on us even though we were eating outside and away from the bar area. The bartenders were great there. But the hostess and waitstaff were probably the worst staff I've ever encountered. The food was mediocre. Never again.

My second time at this Hudson Grille. Nothing extraordinary. Noisy but good if you are watching the game or after a sporting event. The first time I went were busy and the waitress brought the incorrect bill despite me questioning her about it. Seems like staff turns over a lot.

I have to say we were seated quickly on the patio. It was a nice evening and a table of 9. Candy was our waitress. She took our order quickly. She refilled drinks quickly. The food took forever to get there. It was cold, over cook proteins, under cooked vegetables. One of my students NEVER got his chicken fingers and fries. I have to give her thumbs up because she took his bill off the total. It was only right, but I didn't have to ask and she did it up front. Top notch move in my opinion. I had crab bisque and it was good soup.

Ordered the Sauted Chicken Pasta, with veggies in a tomato sauce, took 2 bites and was on FIRE! They were awesome, evidently they put Jalapenos in their tomato sauce (they should definitely notate that in the menu) so the remade my dinner without the sauce and the manager even brought my a bowl of their tomato basil soup because he wanted me to have a sauce of some kind, it was very good that time!

We were a little desperate after a late arrival at CNN Omni next door got decent bar food and drinks with decent service while watching NFL

I have ate at the Hudson Grille a few times. Each time the food and the service were fantastic. I love the fish tacos. They are seasoned to perfection and the ambiance is super casual. Excellent place to gather after a trip to Centennial.

Recently visited this place before an event at State Farm arena. We were there hours before the event and it was not busy but the service was super slow. After waiting for a half hour the waitress told us that they did not have the appetizer that we ordered. The bartender had no idea how to make the simple drink that I ordered. The bathroom smelled horrible and there was no lock on the stall. I will take a hard pass on ever coming to Hudson Grille again.

So we had a reservation. $100 deposit required for reservation. We had to order all food prior to arrival. Arrived and waiter had table but not our order. Food was not ready when guaranteed. Portions small, burgers raw. It was just a very bad experience. Especially when it cost over 4 $400! Menu on website isn’t accurate.

I had the most delicious $5 Blueberry Lemon Drop Martini here. We went on a weekend when it was very busy, so the service was not on par with previous visits. Our appetizer order was delivered incorrectly twice. We ordered burger bombs and were brought chicken bombs twice. The steak and shrimp was delicious, but served lukewarm. Additional dipping sauces were never brought as requested. We even had to wait for our check! I will give them another chance, as I think they were just overwhelmed with customers on this night.

Food was delicious and service good. Bbq ribs were amazing. Friend ate angus steak and he told that this was also delicoius.

This was a great bar and grill. The burgers were absolutely wonderful, perfectly cooked and juicy! The fries were also awesome! We had the pretzel appetizer and it was really yummy!

Simply stopped in given it was well past my normal lunch time and wanted to grab a bite before going back to the hotel. The place gives off strong bar diner vibe. Not that crowded in the early afternoon on a Thursday. Sat at the bar. Service was just ok. Food was actually pretty good. I ordered an enjoyed two fish tacos (fried code) with pretty good cole slaw (not too moist nor too much to point of overflowing the taco). Moderate review is simply given the vibe of the establishment of being a diner bar. Not sure if I would return.

Went there twice and I got what I paid for. I do not recommend the ribs, but, I might just have gotten a "bad deal": Old, burnt, dry. It does happen. The wait staff was great and tried hard.

I went here for a quick dinner on a Monday evening. I ordered the Ribeye medium rare. They managed to cook it part medium and the other part med. rare. The cut was terrible as well. Very tough to chew. But the rest of the meal was good. As far as entertainment, they do well in the sports bar TV screen department. You can catch just about anything that is rolling on cable. The service was very good. I would certainly go back.

Since when have tips been mandatory? When you have extra slowwww service and are not give a verbal apology, your tip or lack there of will reflect that. Tips are not automatic and are earned in my book...especially if you are gonna act entitled as if I was suppose to give you one. I get you gave me a free drink with the meal that i paid for....but when you hve a nasty attitude, i dont feel like you deserve a tip. The young male bartender that I had last night needs to work on his customer service skills.....how dare he raise his voice at me for not giving him a tip before I left.....how rude! Its not like the establishment was busy.....smh!! C'mon now Hudson's Grille Downtown....yall need to do better!

Fast to seat us and fast to bring out food. Ate outside on a beautiful day. Staff very nice. Only issues while we were eating homeless people asked for money, but nothing against the grille.

So we went to Hudson Grille because my parents said it was great last time they went. Well, great would not be the word I would use to describe it and quite honestly 3 Stars is being very kind as the service was awful beyond awful and the food was just okay. The service was so bad we would just get up and go find people in order to get silverware, napkins, plates, drinks, etc. He would say he was going to get it and then we would see him just walk around and stand around talking to people. He never got us silverware, plates, napkins, refills. We had to eat our appetizer with our hands and no drinks, napkins, plates, or silverware...and then our salads came out with NO dressing on them, the tacos had one drop of sauce on them, and you can guess it when we asked our server for dressing he said he would get it then we just saw him outside talking and laughing with people so we had to go find someone to go get dressing and even then we still didn’t have silverware. The manager walked around and then asked us how our experience was and we said not really that great and he just said okay and walked away. He didn’t even ask why or what he could do to make it better. We wondered why even ask? Seriously it was almost maddening how bad it was. 10 out of 10 would not go back.

Restaurant was beside our hotel and we loved it! Was skeptical at first but our sandwiches were really good and our waitress was super sweet. Sports on every tv which was exactly what we were looking for.

Super service. Dee was the best waitress. I was alone and appreciated that they made me feel welcome. Value was good, food was pretty good, too. Recommend Four Horsemen burger. Had some unusual but good menu items. Good location across street from CNN Center and park. Near other attractions in Downtown. Has inside and outside seating.

I went with my nephew on Saturday around 5:00 PM. We were seated quickly and the waiter was efficient but he had ZERO personality and customer service skills. It was clear that the last place he wanted to be was at work. I ordered a vegetarian burger and was charged an additional $2.50 (if I had a beef burger, it would have been $10.95 but I had to pay $13.45). I was told I could have one side and I ordered onion rings, which to my surprise, came with a $1.00 surcharge. My nephew ordered steak and shrimp with two sides of mashed potatoes and broccoli and that came to $19.95. I asked the waiter about the two up charges for my veggie burger and rings and he said it was printed on the menu (where, I don't know). He took my soda order off my bill, which I suppose was nice but I would have preferred a friendlier service. I won't be back.

Went to Hudson's during a recent stay for business. Ordered the Hudson Burger. Be aware that this is a large burger. I didn't let any go to waste, but I may should have. I would suggest this and might even get it if I visit the area again.

Stopped by for a few appetizers and beer. Wings were excellent, beer prices excellent for area. Service was fast and courteous. Queso dip was rather bland and only okay. Overall, good place to stop for a beer and snacks.

We came here on a Friday night for dinner. We were greeted as soon as we walked in. There was no wait time so we were seated quickly. We sat outdoors under a covered patio and there was music playing the background. Our waitress was cool and she checked on us often. Now to the food... We had beef sliders and fries, the beef tasted ok but it was half the size of the bun so there was more bread than beef. We also had the Hudson burger which was just ok and onion rings which were good. Service and atmosphere were good but the food was average.

Terrible service. Cold food. Sat down and waited an hour for cold, overcooked food. Didn’t have silverware once we had food. Ordered drinks we never received.

We chose Hudson Grille because it has a patio to eat outdoors. The food is OK. I had a grilled chicken sandwich and my husband had one of their burgers. I suggest you order one of the burgers since the sandwich was a little skimpy. The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is pleasant with a view of a very high ferris wheel across the street, which I would have loved to ride. However, if you like fast service I wouldn't advise going here. We waited 45 minutes for our food, which is why I didn't get to ride the ferris wheel. There is a parking lot across the street, not free, which you'll want to take advantage of since walking to a further parking lot after dark will take you past a number of homeless claiming their sleeping space for the night. On the brighter side, we had the sweetest and most efficient waitress named Dee which made our visit to Hudson Grille worth it.

Nice spot for drinks and a quick meal! Hudson Grille Downtown had good service but took a long time to get our bill and payout. Loved the lightly fried pickles. Salads and tacos were a hit for hungry travelers!

The wings are awesome and worth the wait!!! Not super busy and wait staff were pleasant. Everyone had a wonderful experience.

Came to this grill to eat before a game. I have been to the Hudson grille in different locations many times but this one is different. The service was extremely extremely slow! The menu is very short but the selections are ok for the area. I ordered salmon and it was extremely over cooked. I asked the waiter what he recommended from the bar and he said he didn’t know. This place is ok, but I think there are better selections in walking distance.

Food was excellent, decent value but poor service. Definitely recommend this casual restaurant. I think our server was high, he delivered the food but made few returns. He completely messed up our check. Overall great experience otherwise.

Over Labor Day weekend, it was difficult to find any food or service with all the DragonCon attendees and College Football fans running around everywhere! After several stops and being turned away from everywhere, we didn't think we would have much luck when we stopped in - but they told us we will do what we can! After we realized how busy the table service was (due to the football game) we asked if we could be moved to the bar. No problem! After that, several drinks later and some delicious food, we were in heaven. These guys will work their hardest to make sure you are served on extremely busy nights, it just might take a little understanding on your part. We were more than happy to sit at the bar for some food. And let me tell you, the food was ON POINT. I loved their guacamole and tacos!

Visited this spot right after a Hawks game. Was very lively and still got seated pretty fast. Lots of TVs to catch up on highlights and whatever else sport shows were on. The burger I had could’ve been better honestly. It had their secret sauce but it wasn’t a lot so I really didn’t get a good taste of it on the burger. There was more lettuce than sauce to be honest. It was one of the only food joints opened at the time. I’d go back if I wanted to eat something right after them game or go chill and have a few drinks and talk sports.

My hats off to the staff at Hudson Grill. We had a late night of training and arrived here about 45 minutes before closing. The staff was great and went over the top and took care us. I had Classic Burger. It was one the best burger I ever had. Two in our party had the Chicken salad and were very satisfied. I would definitely come here again.

Cool place, staff is all over it, TVs are everywhere, which is the main point during football season. The food was good, lots of beer on tap. Great place to see the game.

Two things i hate to do 1) waste food and 2) write a bad review. But having just eaten at this place, I did the first and am now doing the second. Just a terrible food experience. Wait staff was great and they even removed one entre from the bill because we didn't like it. We immediately ordered nachos and 30 mins later they arrived. They were not warm but edible. I ordered boneless wings with fries and my GF got the buffalo chicken wrap. I have no idea what kind of meat they used in the wings but it was mostly gristle. Everything was cold and tasted like it had been sitting for an hour. We ate the fries. Just terrible otherwise.

On 2 separate occasions we tried to have dinner and the hostess was so rude and had a nasty attitude. We made a reservation on open table and she rudely kept saying we don’t take reservations and the place was dirty and empty and she kept saying it was an hour wait. She was plain rude. Couldn’t tell you about the food. Another night she wanted a cover charge because the fight was on a few of its TVs. We wanted to dine but she insisted on a cover charge. Obviously trying to rip off visitors. I mean the TVs are part of your decor and you want to charge!?!!!! She just was a nasty rude person dressed in a dirty t-shirt and dirty pants! If this is a chain then they better check them out. WILL NEVER DINE AT HUDSON GRILL NOR RECOMMEND them. They get ZERO STARS!!!

We were told the wait would be 1-3 hours and that was ok because it was a busy Saturday night with the Florida State/ Alabama game on tap. We waited for an hour and a half but left after we saw the guy at the front seating people that came in an hour after us because they slipped him a tip. Even a waiter was complaining that people were waiting and that he should not slip people in ahead of the long list. Oh well we won't be back but the management won't care cause they are super busy without us. Just sad to know they aren't honest. We did have a few good beers but that was it.

Let me just say the smell of dishwater and uncleanliness is what knocked me over when walking in. Met a group here so I stuck it out. Was supposed to be $4 off burgers Monday but they did not honor this on my receipt. Service is slow at best. I am a little queasy now that I ate so I am worried. Pretty much anything would have been better.

This was one of the only places open near my hotel -- a sports bar near the arena downtown. Rainy and cold night in Atlanta, so I ordered a glass of Canyon Road Pinot Noir. Should have known I was in trouble when the server said, "I'll have your wine up shortly. The bartender is chilling the glass!" Chilled Pinot Noir? I said please don't chill it. The $10.50 pour on a bottle that didn't even cost $10.50 was about 4 ounces. Not even halfway up the glass. Had a beer with the burger. Stale. The burger was great. Large and done well. If you visit this place, drink a Coke!

Just another Saturday Night in ATL!!! Wings are the besssssst! The patio was the perfect chill atmosphere! $5 cocktails are on the menu all day, everyday! Closes at 2AM on weekends!!

I was in downtown Atlanta looking for a great place to watch the playoff football games. We came across Hudson Grille off of Marietta Street. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by the hosted. It was a small wait so we were put on the wait list. Less than 15 minutes later we received a text that our table was ready. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. There is a large TV screen on the inside but I preferred sitting outside on the patio. Its more room to move around and celebrate for your team. There are more than enough TVs on the outside. We ordered the Chicken Nacho Platter and the Lemon Pepper Chicken wings. There was a lot of drink specials. $3 dollar shots (tequila, apple crown royal & others) and $7 dollar martinis. We had a party of 5. 1 Chicken Nacho Platter was large enough to feed the 5 of us. We ordered a variety of items. The lemon pepper chicken wings...FABULOUS, spinach dip, grilled shrimp and a hamburger. All the food was great but the Chicken Nacho Platter was my favorite. Come with patience. Due to the large crowd the food and drinks took a minute to come out but it all was worth the wait. The customer service is great. I would recommend this location and I will be back for the NFC Championship game.

The location overlooks CNN center and is close to the Ferris wheel, so its a great spot to grab a beverage or food on your way to Phillips arena or the Aquarium or Centennial Park. We were there for a fraternal group and had the space from 7-10, for a large group of people. That was a great time to be there and the food was quite good for being so many people.

We went to lunch at this restaurant on a Tuesday. It wasn't full. We were well served. The venue has a typically American decor. We ordered the classic hamburger and it was delicious.

This spot is great for a casual dinner. There was a good variety on the menu and the food was great. The service was also very good, I wish I got the servers name. There are many indoor and outdoor TVs streaming sports games. Everything was very reasonably priced and affordable.

We decided to have dinner at Hudson Grille prior to attending the Elton John concert on November 1st. We arrived 2 hours before the concert so we were not swayed by the predicted 30 minute wait. While waiting for our table we were able to capture two seats at the bar and notified the hostess that our name could be removed from the wait list. Our initial experience at the bar was very good; "Michael" took our beverage and pretzel appetizer order promptly, drinks were delivered efficiently and we placed our entree orders. Our pretzel arrived a short while later and the pretzel was EXCELLENT. From that point, everything went downhill. After an additional 30 minutes we began to wonder how much longer it would be before our dinner entrees would arrive. It was almost impossible to get the attention of anyone to help us. A "manager like" gentleman finally came by and actually asked us if everything was OK; I guess it was the frustrated look on both of our faces. We told this gentleman that it had been more than 30 minutes since we had ordered our dinner entrees and we were curious when we could expect to receive our meals. He said that he would check and disappeared then NEVER CAME BACK. After another 5 minutes a server finally brought our entrees to us; the meals were barely warm and the french fries were soggy and cold (as if the meals had been sitting in a service window for a long time waiting to be picked-up). To make matters worse, neither of us ordered fries; I ordered tater tots and my daughter ordered mac 'n cheese! We ate 1/2 half of our cold sandwiches and left the AWFUL fries. It then took an act of congress to get the attention of someone behind the bar to pay our bill. Will NEVER RECOMMEND Hudson Grille and WILL DEFINITELY NEVER GO BACK.

We have dined here before and at other Hudson Grilles during our travels. As usual, have never been disappointed at any Husain’s Grille! The ATL place on Marietta Street, offers a Vegan dish, so my wife can eat something besides a house salad. She had the “Meatless Philly”...Jackfruit (fruit with meaty texture and flavor), caramelized onions, green peppers. It also comes with house made queso, but she asked that to be left off. She loved it! Our daughter loved her cheese and ketchup only hamburger and fries...she “cleaned her plate”...Southern for, ate all of it. I had the slaw dog and it was great.

Not up to the hype. Were seated outside for about 5 minutes without anyone waiting on us. Went back in to sit at the bar. Asked for something on the menu-they didn’t have it after looking for 5 minutes. Definitely not on the cleanest list of places. Pretty good draft selection. Got wings - gave us TWO celery sticks. Sauce was unimpressive.

Popular bar right downtown. Pretty good selection of beers and wine. Bar food came on platters for sharing and was tasty. Kinda loud out on the patio, but also loud in the bar area.

Stopped in for quick bite before MUSE concert at arena. Bar type menu and I selected the wings and my daughter chose the burger. She said burger was very good. My wings were great due to how cooked; not mushy or slimy. Nothing special about sauce. I like hot and these were mild. Place packed with mixed age groups. Close to many venues in area.

The place had good food and cheap drinks. The service was very nice, but they were overwhelmed by how many people were there. The outside bar weas great.

The good food was worth every penny. It was a nice and clean environment. MJ, our server, provided us with outstanding service and recommended us delicious menu choices. Please ask for MJ when you visit this location. We ended up choosing the ribs and chicken wings. The food melted in our mouths.

Had hot wings and sweet potato fries and they were some of the best around. Great atmosphere for the games!

We were walking around downtown Atlanta on a Saturday afternoon and wanted to have a beer to cool down. The place looked nice from the outside and we went inside. In front of us a city policeman entered. They accompanied the policeman and sat him down. They told us to sit wherever we wanted. We did it on the terrace where there were few occupied tables and about 4 waiters walking around. We sat down and waited for 10 minutes. We could see how the police officer was attended to immediately but no one ever came to our table. After waiting a long time, we got up and left. No one in the restaurant seemed to care.

This bar was full of football fans the night before the game! It was VERY loud! Had multiple TV's on every wall with all different games on it! It was very crowded - had to squeeze thru the aisles to get to your seat. The food was good, but it was very slow - they were so busy! If you are looking to watch a game, would recommend it. If you aren't into sports, then would not recommend it.

Food was cold! Had to send one ribeye steak back because under cooked and too much gristle in the meat. (4 of us there, and 3 had ribeye. 2 of us ate the steaks we got figuring it wouldn't get any better.) One of the appetizers they didn't have but we still got charged. The other appetizer charged twice. Didn't let us see the bill before having to pay. So gave waiter the benefit of the doubt. Had to ask then for a receipt which unfortunately I didn't look at until I got back to my hotel room! Waiter was not attentive. Men's restroom was gross. The 2 urinals were both covered so couldn't be used and only 1 stall. Room was gross. Never going back and we've been there before.

After spending a week in Atlanta looked for a typical American joint for dinner. Grand daughter zeroed in on Hudson’s Grill in downtown. Another reason for the choice as most of the restaurants close taking order after 8/9 PM. Here we were welcomed with a warm smile and ushered to a table for three of us. There were multiple TV screens all around with live programmes. Customers seem to be thoroughly enjoying their drinks & food. The young girls took our orders and served pretty quickly. The food and the table wine was good and the best part was the ambience where one does not have to bother for their dress or manners. Both food and drinks were not expensive. That was a good time spent.

We were seated quickly and found a spot to watch the basketball game we wanted. Then. Nothing. We sat for 15 minutes with nobody greeting us. Then A waiter came and asked if anyone had greeted us. He explained that the section had. It opened yet but he would help us. His name is Femi. He was great. We ordered wings with fries and a wrap with tots. It was a lot of food. The wings were flavored well but not the biggest. The wrap was fresh and large. Tots were better then the fries. Will return next time in town for a game.

I went to the restaurant for lunch Saturday afternoon. The restaurant was pretty cool, my hostess was good not that attentive but helpful. My lunch was ok, (I'm glad I ordered the spinach dip appetizer) my main dish was ok. Because of the muggy weather the floor was sweaty and very slippery. I think they are use to it but a fall could hurt my livelihood. I hope to return in the spring, when I can sit outside and enjoy. I did get some wings to go on Saturday night and they were pretty good.

Good atmosphere with classic American food as burgers or steaks. Many displays of sport on big screen tv.

We arrived in Atlanta at about 3pm to attend the Sir Paul McCartney concert at State Farm Arena. We were trying to get lunch & found the Hudson Grille where we decided to eat something before the show. At first I thought that it was a bar, however, we sat down & ordered. I had a Caesar salad & my hubby had the chicken & fries. Both of our meals were very good, as was our server Lori. The prices were very reasonable. Good thing we ate there because food was expensive at State Farm Arena. Sir Paul is always a fantastic showman & played for almost 3 hours.

If you desire a restaurant where service is poor at best and the food is undercooked, then try this dive. Here’s how bad it was service-wise the night we were there. We were seated outside during the last two minutes of the Timberwolves-Knicks preseason game on October 13, 2024 and I ordered a beer. It took another half of basketball of the Suns-Nuggets game for the beer to come, and there were maybe only 6 other groups outside. Abysmally poor. Here’s how bad it was food-wise. A hamburger was ordered well-done and was served raw. The nachos had maybe a tablespoon of chili on them and the chips were on the stale side. And the beer is served in a small water glass. The best thing about this place is the plethora of televisions everywhere. However, avoid this place at all costs…unless you prefer bad food and poor service.

We love Hudson Grille! We were staying at the Omni CNN Center and Hudson Grille is just about a block away. The staff at this location are amazing. They are friendly and all genuinely enjoy working here, so kudos to the management. I had what is perhaps the best dish I have ever eaten at Hudson Grille. PAN SEARED SALMON CAKE- Pineapple salsa, zucchini, jicama slaw. What made this dish spectacular was the combination of flavor and texture. The jicama slaw added just the right crunch to the softness of the salmon patty. I WANT THIS RECIPE!!!!

Wife is handicapped and on scooter, but manager approached us as we approached the head of the line and suggested that we sit outside which we accepted. He seated us. We ordered a chicken salad sandwich which now we wished we had only ordered one for it was humongous but a little on the dry side.. We ordered desert and after eating alittle of the chocalate mocha cake my wife turned it and then discovered a hair in the frosting. We reported it the manager who happily furnished a refund. The restaurant was busy since it is near the Philips arena which was hosting the Neil Diamond 50th Anniversary concert thus the service was a little slow. I would recommend this restaurant.

I ordered my food online around 7:55pm, to be ready for 8:10pm. I work across the street at the Metropolis and left later to make sure my food would be ready. Upon arriving there was a lady already waiting and a couple walked in before me. We stood there for about 20mins before anyone said anything to anyone. The waitress or whoever finally walked over and walked around me to the lady behind me and started a conversation. She then went back to the kitchen and came back with bags for the lady in front of me. Then went back to the kitchen and came back with food bags for the lady behind and give her, her food. She then turned to me and the group of people standing there, and said we don't have anything ready with an attitude!!! She was very rude and nonchalant about the situation!! When I asked her what do you mean you don't have anything ready, I placed my ordered online. She never asked me what I was here for.. She didn't know if needed to be seated or if I was picking up food. She just stated rudely that nothing was ready!! I asked to speak with the manage and he was also nonchalant. I WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN. Hudson Grille Midtown

Fun sports bar to meet up with friends for some football games. Food and drinks were good, not great. Prices were reasonable and service was good. Plenty of TVs available to catch whichever game you are interested in.

The food was acceptable for greasy fried stuff and a sandwich. Waited, waited, waited for my wife’s margarita finally changed the order to just a beer. Had to ask for water, one of the two glasses was leaking. I’m not making this up, look if you have nowhere else to go, go hungry.

We went on a Friday night with a large group and had a great time drinking and eating with great service and above average bar food. We tried it again on Sunday night after the game and everything just unraveled! I get that it was after the game but we saw tables close to us with a different server get their food quickly and their drinks came quickly as well. Our initial wait for drinks was 20 minutes. 3 of us didnt even GET our food!! I will give the manager credit - he did a nice job making it 'right' and apologized several times. I would say hit and miss.

Stopped here for dinner one evening. We were seated right away and the wait staff was good. They took our drink order and food order right away. We had a Ruben sandwich and it wasn't lacking on the meat. It was good. I would eat here again.

Service was great! Our waiter was slammed, but managed to make time for us and make us feel invited. As an appetizer we had the loaded tater tots(not sure of the actual name). Huge portion and they were EXCELLENT! The nachos were huge too! And very good! My son took down the UGAbreakfast burger like a champ. I had the chicken tacos! Not a bad word to say about this place! Loved the atmosphere!

We waited over an hour for our dinner. When it arrived (teriyaki sirloin and Philly cheesesteak) it was average at best.

Great place for lunch, dinner or catch a game on the many TVs. Close to 60 different beers on tap. Great time.

I am beyond happy with the service we received. Our waitress was friendly and expedient. The manager came to our table, and to every table, to check on our experience, a personal touch that did not go unnoticed. The food was delicious and large-portioned. We had sliders and nachos and were perfectly satisfied for dinner, with leftovers. On top of all this, they are reasonably priced. Highly recommended!

This location is bigger inside than it looks.. They also have patio seating.. The food is good.. The staff is very good.. The place is extremely busy especially if there's an event at the arena.. The have a wide variety of beers and cocktails. The menu also has a good variety of things to eat.. We were very satisfied..

Walked in, order carry out. Made the mistake of tipping before I received my order. Waited 45mins to receive food and another 15mins to receive drinks . Steak was like RUBBER. Obviously compressed meat. Ordered shrimp & grits-SHRIMP WAS MISSING. Will NEVER come back here. Others were complaining about long wait as well😡

Our group, consisting of 4 adults and two children under age 12, wandered to Hudson Grille-Downtown after leaving a day at the Georgia Aquarium. We waited for almost 5 minutes until a hostess appeared, and requested patio seating. The patio was packed, but the distance between tables was adequate to move around. (The hostess was also bussing tables (????) which explained all the waiting people approaching the restaurant experienced.) Then... we waited 5 minutes, when the bartender brought us a menu. Then another 10 minutes.... and finally Ruben appeared. All the waiting stopped, and we were finally receiving service we are accustomed to. Our group ordered several appetizers, a couple of the pomegranate margaritas, and a couple of beers. The margaritas were pretty good, and made with a top shelf tequila (Casamigos), though the sugar rim surprised the Texans!!! Either way, all was good. We ordered chicken with rice bowl, nachos, more wings, and burgers. The pricepoint was appropriate for the food we received. With all the continued closures around downtown Atlanta, there were limited options for dining in. I would definitely try another place if we returned, because the food was average, but it was not bad. And Ruben made the whole experience enjoyable.

Visited twice while staying at the Omni. The first time went well, but the foood was mediocre at best. The second time was late and we requested to be seated outside. Once the hostess finished texting, we were seated outside in wet chairs. We moved ourselves and were not addressed for about 20 minutes until I contacted manager. This guy acted as if it was our fault we were not served. Finally we were served and again for mediocre. If you're here for a conference, its close to venue but so are other places. Avoid!

We were looking for a place to get a drink after a show at Mercedes-Benz Stadium so popped in here, and were treated so well by the staff, especially Bailey, that we returned for lunch the next day. There’s a bit of an Applebees’s vibe but don’t let that fool you: the drinks were strong and came out fast and our meals— buffalo chicken wrap w/ huge side salad for me, jambalaya and cup of soup for him- were delicious. We missed Bailey that day but the next server was delightful, fun, and very conscientious. Nice big patio. Excellent midpriced casual place downtown.

It took a while for my food to come out but when I finally got it, it was good. This place was hyped up by my hotel so I expected a little more than I received. I would give them another try maybe for lunch.

Avoid at all costs- horrible experiences all around. Out of lots of menu items, and substituted food we didn’t order- didn’t come out and tell us they were out of the items before the food was fired in the kitchen. Got a turkey Reuben and it was made with lunch meat from the supermarket never got my sweet potatoes fries they substituted over-done tots that looked like they’d already been bitten into. Long wait, slow service, poor management…. Highly advise people to go elsewhere.

I ate at the bar, great hamburger with a fried egg and bacon, UGA breakfast special. The service was terrible. I sat at the bar for 10 minute, had to flag down the female bartender. She served me a beer, I had to ask for a menu, never came back to take my order, again I had to flag her down to get service. She waited on the female next to me at the bar, completely ignored me, I said, hey! what about me? Zero tip, I never do that. She was intentionally ignoring me because I was white? I have no clue.

We tried to stop in and have a few drinks on a Saturday. There were no other people in line and the place was at least 50 percent empty. The hostess ignored us while she made several trips back and forth to the stand while never acknowledging we were alive. After 5-10 minutes she was preoccupied writing something down and I asked if we could go to the patio and sit down and was told “No you may not”. That was enough for me to know this isn’t a place I want to spend my money.

The first time we went to the Hudson Grille was for desserts. They were inexpensive but very good. The next night we went for dinner. They give you a lot of food at inexpensive prices. The only downfall was that they don't seem to realize you are there initially. They are very attentive after that.

The beer selection was ok, the drink specials were pretty good, the food was average. It seemed pretty loud in there with all the TVs on. The good thing about this place is that you at least know you're getting decent (not amazing, not terrible) food and drinks (actually, the martinis were spectacular) AND know it will be open...unlike many places in the Downtown Atlanta area that seem to be closed when you really want a bite. Yay for consistency!

They sure know how to make cobb salads. All standard ingredients you would find in any cobb salad. But the one here was absolutely huge and make with very fresh, crisp ingredients. It seemed like the more I ate, the bigger it got. I will definitely have this again. The service was great ....and fast.

You didn't feel like you were in the heart of downtown. This place has a cozy neighborhood feel. We sought refuge from the rain the day of the Women's March. We waited out the storm by munching on their yummy french fries. My husband said his drink from the bar was good, with a generous pour. I would recommend it if you are downtown. The prices were reasonable, which is hard to find downtown.

Arrived after a ballgame at CNN. Pretty good service for such a crowd! Enjoyed a couple of brews and my favorite bourbons to an attentive server.

The staff are very attentive, bar staff makes a dynamite bloody mary and drinks come out quick, and the food was well presented, fresh, and delicious. A great place to eat if in downtown Atlanta.

Great food, great service, easy walk to State Farm and Mercedes Benz it was the perfect spot to hit before hitting up concerts!!!!

The wings were pretty good and the location is great for before a Hawks (or Falcons) game, but I probably wouldn’t seek it out otherwise. Service is slow and the prices are a little high to cover the real estate. There’s also typically a long wait on game days.

The saving grace of my dinner was the service provided by Mimi; she was very polite and attentive. Aside from her service, however, the establishment could use a good overhaul by its management. There were way to many servers standing around talking about their personal lives, being completely inattentive to the customers. There was obviously a policy that employees not use cellphones as the greeter had her head completely down on the front counter with her fingers typing away on her cellular below the counter. As for the food, I had the daily special -- a ginger wrap with fries. While the wrap was tasty, the fries were cold and limp. Unfortunately, upon leaving the establishment, I began to feel ill and later in the evening found myself in the bathroom relieving myself of the toxic meal. Not a good experience and definitely a place to which I will not return.

We stopped here because we need something quick and we were pleasantly surprised with how good the food was. The burgers are big, well-cooked, and very tasty. The tater-tots were some of the best we've ever had! The restaurant itself if a little cramped and can get loud at lunchtime but the service was good and the prices were great for downtown Atlanta.

Excellent food and drinks with great staff. Took a good amount of time from the kitchen though. Otherwise great experience with plenty of options and screens.

Nice place to sit on patio and enjoy a meal or drinks with friends. Near mercedes-benz stadium, centennial park and Phillips arena

We actually went twice - before and after! We started with the Red Pepper Hummus which was fantastic. We had a great dinner of Chicken & waffles and Steak & shrimp. We got there early as it was filling up prior to the concert. Great friendly staff and a very good dinner. They have plenty of food and drink options for just about anyone. After the concert, they were getting absolutely hammered and although slow, the service was still pretty good. The Nashville Hot Dip was great but needed about twice as much bread. It's tough to get much right when you're so overwhelmed but they did a great job.

Great place to sit down and have a beer. Close to Olympic park. I did get the boneless wings and they were a little lacking (other reviews correct they are just odd nugget blocks, but they have numerous sauces. Will visit again due to atmosphere and beer selection

So we thought hey let’s go to a sports bar near the stadium. Ok let’s try this place. It’s busy. Well it’s not really busy. It’s just super slow service & lazy employees. 10 tables On the patio with empty plates & water glasses. With a 20 minute wait time to get seated. Hummm. Then the food well. Like I said. Just ok !!!! Maybe you feel different. But I’m saying. Look to go somewhere else.

The only reason that they are not getting a five star review is that they seated us over a sewer man-hole. I smelled bad, so we moved ourselves. Food was average bar food; however, service was great.

Located next to the CNN Center and across from Centennial Olympic Park and the SkyView Ferris Wheel. Great, relaxed location to meet up with friends for drinks and food to watch sports and also before or after any event in the downtown area. Numerous televisions, nice sized outdoor patio seating area, and traditional menu including wings, salads, burgers, sandwiches and great appetizers (crab dip, sweet potato fries, fried pickles). Drink specials and good prices on cocktails!

We were attending the NBA convention and needed someplace for a guide bite after a nightly concert. This place had a nice large patio where we could sit and talk and enjoy the evening. The food was good I had fish tacos and the other person had the Buffalo chicken wrap. Here are the negatives. The onion rings we very soggy and greasy. The floor of the outdoor patio was covered in years of grease, maybe time for a power washer for the cement? The place was fine for what we paid for the meal.

If you stay at Omni it is next door. Very good and reasonable prices...the sweet potato fries and marshmallow dip is great.

We stopped on our way back to the hotel. The wings were yummy! And my apple martini was good too! The waiter was fabulous and very attentive to our needs!

My family stayed close by this past week, and we ordered out from there. We phoned in our original order and ran into several menu items that they were out of. It was after 11pm, so although surprised, we chose other things. We all ended up with burgers since there wasn’t much else. They were all great burgers! It was super convenient, as it was right across from the Omni where we stayed. Check them out!

Stopped in right after the Falcon/Packer playoff game. They had a huge amount of tables open but we're slow at seating folks. Text alerts for table didn't work. Drinks from bar was awesome while we waited! The wings were awesome but chips had a bad flavor. Waitress did make sure we never run out of beer! Due to location, great drinks and wings we would return.

While the food was lovely and the wait staff were very nice, I could not help but be uncomfortable in all the torn seat cushions in the booths.

Horrendous customer service experience. Came here after an Atlanta United game with a group of 6 and ordered drinks. We stood at the bar behind the seats as there was no room to belly up. After letting several people pass through the tight quarters we were told by an employee to move away from the bar area. We agreed to move to a nearby table. Once we arrived we were told by the server who’s table it was that we couldn’t sit there that it was his table and if we had already bought our drinks how could he make any money? There were at minimum 20 open tables in the restaurant at the time we were there. We then asked to speak to a manager. The manager came to the table and I stated the facts and after calmly running through the list of customer service atrocities, I said “and the way we have been treated is f*ing bull$h!t”. She immediately responded with “sir, first please calm down” which was clearly a tactical escalation move on her part. Each of the other 5 customers who were with me agreed that I was not combative and was stating facts. Horrible manager. Horrible experience. DO NOT BOTHER coming here! This was our go to spot after Atlanta United games and will never return.

We stopped here for a late lunch on Saturday afternoon around 2:30 PM. We were seated immediately - they have lots of TVs apt for watching sports - with March Madness in progress it was pretty good. My wife had a Peach / Vodka based cocktail which was very well made. My son had the grilled cheese and fries -nothing special - run on the mill. We ordered the Nachos for appetizer - between my wife and I - it was SO HUGE - that we didn't order Entrees - our waitress was great - she warned us that the portions were huge and asked us to hold off on entrée orders. The nachos were great and balanced. we finished off with a Mocha chocolate Ice-cream cake. It was delicious. Again the portion sizes was huge. Good bar food, friendly service, Huge portions for the price.

Letter I wrote to GM: Dear GM of Hudson Grille Atlanta, My name is Paras Barnett and I am a Registered Nurse. Mid November there was a large nursing conference in Atlanta and I found Hudson Grill as a location for a dinner celebration that could accommodate 70 fun loving nurses. I am writing this letter to express my gratitude for the amazing experience we had, and for the ease of working with your staff at Hudson Grill – 120 Marietta Street, Atlanta GA 30303. I had the pleasure of working with Heather Watson and two of your managers Fran Rotella and Keyarra for our company party. Heather was a great resource in planning our event for 70 nurses and Fran and Kayarra went above and beyond to make our celebration a success at your facility. After visiting your facility a few days before our event I had a few small minor concerns and they were taken care of in less than 12 hours. I was and still am impressed with their diligence and attention to detail. I must mention that both your managers are top notch in customer service. They allowed us to come in early and they took the vision that was strictly in my head and made it a reality. To top it off I asked Kayarra if we could have 30 balloons delivered as we didn’t think about it earlier and without hesitation she said, “not a problem, I can have my mom help get those for you and drop them off.” This was ABOVE and BEYOND anything I could have ever asked for. Your chefs Fran Rotella and Mike Gambini were absolutely amazing. It takes talent and dedication to create and deliver food for 70 people and have it be consistently exceptional. The food was delicious and people went for seconds. Everything from the appetizers to the main course was fantastic. As for the staff, we had several extraordinarily incredibly fun servers/bartenders (I can't recall their names and I wish I could). They were absolutely lovely. They helped us celebrate with big smiles and never missed a beat. At one point I turned and noticed other Patrons were slowly making their way into our closed off gathering and our bartender kindly asked them to exit the private party. It was professionalism at its best. I also requested a DJ who was absolutely fantastic and engaging. What a fabulous time we all had! This was by far the best company celebration we have ever had. I wanted to express my sincere appreciation and gratitude for the amazing staff at Hudson Grill Atlanta. Please pass this on so they know how much they are appreciated. With much LOVE and Gratitude, Paras Barnett Registered Nurse

We went in with a group of 17. The hostess met us with open arms and said she would have to get the manager for that size of a group. Manager came and sat us in about 5 minutes. Service was rather quick. Food was good, even made a pot of coffee to accommodate the party.

Took my students there for dinner. They didn’t get anything they ordered correctly. The server was rude and food terrible. Who knew sweet tea could be ruined in the south? The only concession was the manager gave them 20% off.

Went here for dinner with a group and was disappointed. Service was slow and didn’t realize it was possible to cook fish and chips so badly.

Service on a Saturday night was abismal. Our food arrived cold and missing add-ones we were billed for. I ordered a second beverage (alcoholic) and it never arrived. Has to speak with manager to get some plastic utensils since we didn’t get any nor napkins. Took over 40 minutes to even get the check to pay. Unless you have lots of time to waste you are better off at any fast food place.

An asset to all Commercial corporations. Excellent communications and interpersonal communication skills.

Worst experience at a restaurant I have ever experienced say 45 min with no service then when they did come say another 20 min for are drinks never coming back

They have special Ultra draft with a souvenir cup for $7, amazing deal. For lunch 3 for 10$ very good also. Greek chicken is a big plate, taste delicious 🥰 Staff very friendly, the manager came to our table to make sure everything was good. I loved

We have been to Hudson Grille many times in the past. Usually before a game or concert in downtown Atlanta. The first few times were great. The service, drinks and food was amazing. Over the past year however, everything has gone down hill. The service is slow. The drinks are not even full and the food was all burned on top from the heat lamps. This past weekend was probably it for us. Our food sat under the heat lamps while our waitress talked to other tables for nearly 20 minutes. Everything was stale and burned from the lamps. Since we waited nearly an hour for the food, we were in a hurry to get to the game so we just had to deal with it. At one point the waitress brought out a 3/4 filled drink and said, "I don't even know what this is, but here." Plan ahead for your night and try to find another place to eat nearby. This place isnt what it used to be.

This was my favorite place to eat when i visited Atlanta. The staff was great and the food was delicious. My mother and i opted to sit out on the patio which is covered so you don't have to worry if it's overly sunny or raining. The food came quickly and not only tasted wonderful but came in very large portions. For the amount of food you get and the quality of that food the price is unbelievable. i would 100% recommend stopping here for a bite!

We went here twice while in town for the Alabama - FSU Game. Both times were outstanding. The first time was for dinner and the second time was for a private Alabama Alumni event. We enjoyed everything we had, which included shrimp and grits, sliders, wings (very, very good), salads, wraps. Service was outstanding. Lots of TVs and wide selection of beer.

We were walking through downtown ATL looking for a good place to eat lunch and happened upon the Hudson Grille. A quick check of their reviews turned out to be misleading. Basic American food is fine as long as it is served in a timely manner. We waited well over 45 minutes for wings and 3 street tacos. No special orders or complicated additions. None of the waitstaff appeared to want to be there either. I would suggest they all go work at Dick’s Last Resort so they can at least tell customers they don’t want to be there and speak rudely without trying to hide it. By far the worst choice we made while spending the weekend in ATL. Mediocre food cannot make up for completely terrible attitudes.

This is very loud. If that is your thing not a problem. It is a sports bar with better than Sports Bar food. We shared the apple goat cheese salad and the Thai chicken stir fry. The stir fry was tasty. However, it said there would be peanut sauce. There was none We would have liked it. The salad had more than a smattering of goat cheese _ a very good thing. Service was neither good nor bad. The restroom was clean - also a good thing.

Me and my sons went for dinner. The food was just ok. We got cheeseburger (not a lot of flavor), buffalo chicken wrap (too spicy) and sautéed chicken pasta (not very good, not much flavor- mainly taste of tomato). The soda machine went out after first sprite, ended up with having to drink water and tea for refill, but charged us anyway. It had a nice atmosphere. It took a while for our food to come out.

Reviews were poor, but food was good. Service was fantastic. It was better than advertised. We all had different meals and the each was prepared well and hot.

This service was horrible. I had to ask for eating utensils, refills, and my check. The server was slow, never came back to the table, appeared to be annoyed and was sleep after she got her tip. The food industry should have better manaagement. The manager at this location was sloppy and appeared to not care about the staff that were just standing around instead of cleaning. Floors, bathrooms, tables were dirty. If I worked for the Health inspections dept, I would have closed them down for the day.

The service was good and the wings were great!!! My husband had a burger and he also has no complaints. Prices were also very reasonable, will definitely visit again when we’re staying in downtown Atlanta. Was in walking distance of our hotel, the Omni at CNN Center.

I had the angus burger on a wheat roll with sweet potato fries! Both were delicious and a great choice for my inside dining. Yes, there was a lot of electronic overload but it wasn't too annoying. The waitress was friendly and gave good service.

Delicious meal after event at GA World Congress Center! My daughters and I enjoyed afternoon appetizers from Hudson Grille. Our server, Zoe was amazing! Very attentive and saw to all of our needs. The blueberry lemon drop martini is amazing and only $5! We enjoyed the nachos, spinach dip and sweet potato fries. I highly recommend all of them!

We got here at 5:30... food came at 7:00... that's all I need to say. However.. kidd meals supposed to come with a "homemade cookie from our award winning bakery". Apparently means only if you ask and then expect to have them 15 min laters. Don't waste your time on the chili on the nachos... won't even know you got any! Wish we had listened to our concierge and not wasted our time.

Great. Got in late. Needed a beer and food. These people were wonderful. Good beer, great service, friendly and good food unlike the big name seafood restaurant half a block away. Worth your time and money to stop and enjoy.

Took a stroll downtown and saw this spot. First impression... the tables and chairs were dirty that I had to personally take out my wipes to clean it up. While seated, another customer informed us that the service was extremely slow. We didn't think it was that bad.... We were seated outside, waited for almost 20 mins for a waitress. Finally came, and while I was about to give me order.... walked away. I was stunned!! Then she returned after 5 mins with a paper and pen to take the order. She could have politely informed us she had to pick up those items. Ordered, waited again for about 30mins.... the cheesecake my daughter ordered was delicious. I had a shrimp taco.... it was good and my husband had a salmon burger... he said it was ok. My husband had ordered a drink.... which only arrived together with our bill after we've already finished eating so my husband declined and asked for water instead. While my husband was drinking his glass of water...i spotted something that looked like a clove of garlic in his water. Showed it to the waitress.... no apologies- just threw the water away. Below is the attached photo of the garlic looking object in the glass of water. TERRIBLE

We have visited this location multiple times over the past 4 years and the service is good every time. We usually visit after basketball games at the Phillips Arena so it is always very busy. The food is good and drinks are good as well. We always return for a late night snack and the good service.

This place was fairly crowded on a Sunday afternoon, and decided to sit at the outside patio bar. The service was pretty good, although they could have used an additional server at the bar during a couple of rush times. They have great spots to watch many of the games. The drinks were good and the food choices were great. Highly recommended as a place to relax, catch a game, a couple drinks and some good food.

Despite the reviews we had a very positive experience. The service was great, food was good. If in the area, we would go back.

We waited for our water for around 10 minutes after being seated, after ordering a a big salad add steak and a cold cuts sandwich with a side salad we waited around 30 minutes. The place was not packed, many of the staff was playing around right in front of us. The food looked great and that was about all that was great about this experience. The food was a little less than ok even for bar food. I travel a lot and never grade my experiences low without good reasons. Good quick service with mediocre food can make a person think favorably of a restaurant. In this case we had poor service and subpar food. I recommend staying away from this establishment.

Good for a quick sandwich. Did not have reservations so we went outside to the bar. Had a nice waitress serve us quick. The food was good for a bar and prices reasonable. Could have had more people working outside to help with the crowds but we got lucky to find someone to serve us quickly.

Visited during National Cheer Competition February 22 had the Apricot Salmon which was delicious and hummus for appetizer which was also delicious. Bar service and selection very good. Great wait staff. Very positive and friendly. Even when extremely busy they didn’t miss a beat. Excellent service , atmosphere and people. Very pleasant and definitely recommend going their. I’m planning on going again next week

As of this review full service is not available. All orders are placed at the bar and then brought out to you. Not a bad issue, just a sign of the times. Maker's Mark burger usually has a wonderful hint of Marker's Mark (at least at other Hudson Grille locations) however that was not the case here. It was still delicious. Few TVs outside, however no sports so no biggie. We did not have someone check on us so when we needed something we had to leave the patio and go back inside for assistance. Staff wears masks and it appeared to be clean. I'll try back when full service returns.

Absolutely a horrible experience. The hostesses were very eager to seat people quickly. Unfortunately the servers couldnt keep up with the pace any better than the kitchen staff. We were seated in the enclosed patio. DONT sit here unless you like the smell of raw sewage from leaking up through the man hole covers from the citys sewer system. There are tons of servers but no system in place to determine who is responsible for what area and no one wants to help you if you not in their section. Our appetizer was delivered cold with our main meal which was....you guessed it....also cold. They forgot our silverware. Well actually thata not true, they ran out. It took 15 minutes after we got our food to get silverware so we could eat our food. Took about an hour to get out meal....nachos, a salad, and chicken wings. Not a lot of cooking necessary. They forgot the ranch dressing and celery for the wings. Took another 10 minutes to get that. It took them 30 mins to tell me they were out of the beer brand i requested and another 30 mins to actually get the replacement beer. Several tables around us just got their check for their drinks because they got tired of waiting and not getting served. Do not waste your time here. We will never return to this dive.

Food was good. Drinks were great. Service was excellent! Loved the Burger Bombs and Gameday Punch, and our server, Zahria, was amazing! So sweet and friendly, made great recommendations from the menu, and we never had to look for her! She made our visit from TX a pleasure!

I took the kids here before we went to a concert at Philips. I have been to the midtown location which was great but not this one. Once the two ladies at the podeum actually took the time to recongize us, the wait was about 35 minutes but we were sat in 10. That was the only thing that was a plus. When the waitress arrived we ordered our drinks and appetizer. We waited on our drinks for slightly longer than I had wanted but that wasn't a big deal. What was a big deal is that our appetizer, which was just sweet potato fries with marshmallow dip, took 50 minutes to come out and was cold, some soggy. The waitress would tell us that she would be right back which ended up being a period of 15-20 minutes each time. We waited 40 minutes after we got our app for our food. I ordered wings which were cold, my daughter's tater tots were cold and my step son ordered cheese grits but got fries instead. The waitress would just say I am sorry, which is when I asked for the manager. The manager only took 50% off of our tab instead of just taking care of the whole bill. He was pointless to even come over to the table. He had a smirk on this face and a didn't seem to care that we had been there for 2 hours waiting on food that was horrible and cold. I can honestly say that I haven't had an experience like this in awhile. We will go to the other location in Midtown next time and not even waste our money here.

Your typical sports bar. Got seated right away. Service was good. Food average. Beers and Bloody Mary's OK. Lots of TVs with games on. It did what we were looking for.

Visit this spot this weekend out on a date night on Saturday. When to the bar area where there was several open seats. I host and the vibe gave a feel as if they were closing soon. Sat at the bar and a bar attendant gave us a menu and walked away. After 20 minutes of waiting for her to return we started to get the feeling either you waiting for us to leave before coming back out. Cause the other bar attendant sure was not trying to ask if I could get you guys a drink while he was not serving anyone. After 30 minutes with no service we decided to leave. As we get up to leave she appeared with food for the people that was sitting beside us that was seated when we entered. This is where I say the bar needs to work as a team. If she was not the only one working the bar then the other worker needed to attend to the guest while she ran for food. Not a good experience. As we were leaving, asked an employee what time do they close? He stated 2am. We were shocked cause it was just a little after 12 am. They didn't have an inviting vibe for a late night spot.

Stayed in area for the weekend. Great location to hotel I was staying at. The Greek salad was great. The cocktail drink I had could use a little help. Husband had the ribs they were OK. Will go back for the salad!

Very very crowded! I thought we would have to wait a whole for a table but they were able to seat us right away, the dining room space is well used and there are a lot of table, seating space for diners. There is a large patio out front with plenty of tables also. There are several t.v.s throughout the dining room. This definitely has the vibe of a local sports bar. Our food was delivered to us very quickly by a friendly staff. I am not sure of the parking situation but this restaurant is easily within walking distance of several hotels and centenial park. A very good choice and well worth the stop.

The worst environment. When the drunk homeless looking guy at the bar threatened me I just left. The staff was indifferent …… never again.

Food was good when you actually got it. Servers were much more concerned about laughing and joking with their friends than working their tables. Not worth coming here for decent food and terrible service.

Was walking downtown with my wife and kids and we randomly selected this place for dinner. The place was clean, the staff was helpful and friendly and the prices were lower than I anticipated for downtown Atlanta. It was a little slow at the time we visited so it felt quiet. The food we ordered came in generous portions and everyone in our party was happy. No complaints about the place at all, Glad we stopped in for dinner.

We visited this restaurant prior to attending an event at Phillips Arena, which is close by. We arrived at an off time, which was good for us to get quick seating, but bad for us as our server was busy setting up the outdoor seating space for the evening. We ordered the Hot Pretzel appetizer and it arrived hard, and cold, obviously forgotten in the kitchen for an extended period. The chili that I had wasn't anything special. Better options in this area.

We stayed next door at the Glenn hotel and just walked outside to find this place. We were seated fast but that was all that was fast. The server was distracted the entire time (momo con was happening). Took forever for our food to arrive and then we didnt see our server again to fill our glasses until she brought the check. Just want to eat somewhere that you feel apprieciated.

Have eaten at Hudson Grille downtown Atlanta numerous times. We usually eat here before ballgames and concerts. We were in Atlanta on Sat. Sept 1 2018 and decided to eat at Hudson Grille. Got there at 11:30 and it was not very busy and only waited about 8 minutes to be seated. Once we were seated we waited about 15 minutes to get our drinks. Then we waited another 15 minutes to order our appetizers. 20 minutes later we got cold lumpy queso dip and chips. Also ordered jalapeño cheese balls which came later and were very greasy. After wsiting another 15 minutes we placed our order. 30 minutes later we got sliders that were near raw and placed on old hard buns with no fries. Another order of sliders came with fries that were cold and the buns were also hard. An order of sweet potato fries came 10 minutes later and very soggy and very cold! Chicken fingers in another order was ok just not very warm. The bar also had no idea how to make a mojito? Cmon! Several tables were also having problems getting food or drinks. We saw a server lose his cool with some staff because of the confusion. To finish with our visit my server brought the bill and I paid her and gave her a 20% tip. Upon her receiving the tip she then said to our table that she was waiting until we paid her to tell us in a very serious and angered tone that she hated the team that we supported and that she was a Georgia Bulldog. People at the table next to us also heard this and she started yelling at their table as well. Starting to wonder if Tim Hudson cares about his good name being on this place? Loved his baseball but this place is a mess!

There were 5 of us, we were up for the Dolphins/Falcons Game. Brenda was our server and she was great. We sat at a high top table, ideal location for the Dodgers/Cubs Playoff game and the College Football Night Games. We spent a few hours there, drinks and munchies!

The host was not a friendly guy, but our server was nice enough. Ordered the barbacoa quesadilla, but asked for the salsa verde on the side. Our party of six waited for quite a while to get our food. When it arrived I could tell mine had sat under a warming lamp for a while; the salsa verde, that was NOT on the side, had concealed on the quesadilla, and the lettuce was all wilted. Food was alright, service was alright, but nothing that would make me insist on returning.

The food and selection were good for a sports bar. Unfortunately the service as well as the food preparation was disappointing. We were seated almost immediately but then left alone for ten minutes while our soon to be waitress was chatting it up with "friends" at the bar. When we finally got her attention she apologized. Our drink orders were fine and the food looked appetizing, but sadly it wasn't nearly warm enough. We ate it but it was unfortunate because it could have been so much better.

The Hudson Grille has decent burgers and a good selection of local beers. The prices were not that expensive for being downtown.

Visited on a January Friday night during a busy weekend (Oprah 2020 Vision show in town). We were seated by a friendly staff and served right away. All the staff was friendly and welcoming. There was a long bar within the restaurant, and an indoor as well as a covered outdoor seating area. The menu had a good variety. We would recommend the appetizer of sweet potato fries with a marshmallow dip. The dip was the consistency of ranch dressing and it was just an amazing taste combination for dipping the sweet potatoes. The restaurant is within walking distance of many great hotels and venues such as the State Farm Arena and CNN. I would recommend you try this place. You'll not be disappointed!

Great food, fantastic staff! We came here for a later dinner upon returning from the Nutcracker and our server (Aliya) could not have been more helpful. Excellent customer service! The food was quick and delicious. Will definitely return on our next trip to Atlanta.

Good food! Very nice service! My wife had a Great Smoke Salmon salon and I had some VERY good wings lemon pepper and sweet/spicy. Busy but worth the wait!

We ate at the Hudson Grille two nights in a row. The first night we just had something light. The chicken fingers were perhaps the best we've ever had. We had them again the second night. We recommend the sweet potato fries with marshmallow cinnamon dip. The chicken sandwich was also very good. The servers did have some trouble both nights getting the order correct. But overall, it was good food. However, if you're looking for a place to have a quiet conversation, this is not the place. It was very loud both nights.
Great Place On A Sunny Day
Great location but a little noisy from time to time with the traffic. Excellent greeting. Great choice of beers, no time for food. Really friendly young man who served us, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Team Hudson
