Lukas did a wonderful job! He was very accommodating! He was prompt and attentive and the best writer I've ever had the please of being served by.

Lukas was amazing! He helped us find the perfect entree for dinner. It was a great dinner at an appropriate price. Fantastic place! And a super fantastic server!

Love the food and Service at Hudson and Nash. Syed & Travis took great care of us and we always look forward to returning to the Hilton Bayfront.

The service was off the chart by Staci and the welcome from Mel and Jade was very inviting. They made our first couple hours in San Diego very welcoming.

Amazing service. Go team. Legends!!!!! Come one come all!!!! Here with my partner and it was fantastic. Music and ambiance superb!

Ask to sit on the patio. The views are stunning. Order the blueberry pancakes as a “breakfast appetizer” for your group to share, they’re memorable!

Sayed was one of the only person working at the bar and restaurant and very efficiently with a smile took care of all the customers and promptly got our food and drinks. The restaurant was also very clean and great place to be at the Hilton by the bay.

Adam provided the best service experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. The pork chop was incredible! Best hotel food experience.

Staci was our server and she did an amazing job. We hoped she would serve us the next day too but unfortunately, we got seated on the other table not managed by her. We could see the stark difference between the quality of service of Staci and the other server.

The Cocktail Making Class at Hilton's Hudson and Nash was awesome! Syed was an amazing bartender! He taught us how to make 3 yummy cocktails! We had a great time!

Let me tell you something straight from the heart, and the belly. If you're ever lucky enough to find yourself wandering the palm-lined pathways of San Diego’s Embarcadero, belly growling and heart open, make your way to Hudson & Nash. But here’s the secret ingredient: ask for Adam. Trust me, you’ll want to sit in this guy’s section. My wife and I didn’t just have dinner—we had an experience. One of those rare dining moments where the food is spot-on (hello crispy-edge Brussels and melt-in-your-mouth short rib), the views are classic SoCal waterfront magic, and the service? Well, let’s talk about that. Adam, our server, rolled in with the energy of a Boston sports fan at Fenway on a game-winning night and the cheerful efficiency of a North Pole elf hopped up on cocoa and purpose. The man was born on the East Coast but clearly trained at the Jedi Academy of Hospitality. Every recommendation was gold. Every interaction felt like a reunion with a friend you didn’t know you missed. And not in that fake, overly polished, “I’m-just-here-for-the-tip” kind of way. I mean genuine, dialed-in, salt-of-the-earth excellence. As a small business owner in the service game myself, I take customer care seriously. It’s a craft, a culture, and a calling. And sitting in Adam’s section? It was like seeing your own values reflected back at you, only with a little more Boston flair and a heck of a smile. The whole night reminded me of something Ted Lasso might say: “Be curious, not judgmental. And always tip your server like they just made your night... because sometimes they really do.” If you're headed to Hudson & Nash, don’t just go for the food—go for the people. And if Adam’s working, consider yourself blessed. The bay breeze, the city lights, and the warmth of true hospitality? That’s the kind of San Diego story worth telling. Ate here multiple times during the stay and enjoyed the food, the drinks and the friendly staff. Keep in mind that the menu is somewhat limited.

I stopped in for a quick breakfast between conference sessions. My server Staci was attentive and friendly, and her menu suggestions were spot on!

We arrived and were greeted promptly and with a smile. The table they chose for us was lovely but had full sun. We asked for another table and - no problem. A perfect table was found. We had the fried Brussels Sprouts and Tuna Poke for appetizers. The poke was 10 out of 10. The Brussels were literally sitting in some oily sauce so many of them were inedible. Just too greasy. For dinner we had the Nashville hot chicken with no bun and the bolognase. The bolognase is plant based and is super yummy. The Nashville chicken Was ok. I had it without the bun on purpose and the presentation was really well done. The chicken was however was hammered. Thin, dry, and tasteless. The fries were amazing. Our server was solid but we had to ask for more iced tea three times which seemed odd in a place like this. Overall a delight and we would go back. Stay away from the Brussels sprouts and the Nashville chicken. Truly not worth it. The poke, however, is beyond amazing. The place was very clean and one thing I always check is the sugar bowl. If it is clean they pay attention to the details and this one was clean. Score big points.

The food overall was average bar food at best. There were lots of kids running around so if you want kid friendly it’s for you. If you are on business or wanting couple time don’t go! pricey and services was average! Poor mixed drinks.

Staci was so kind and helpful!! We really enjoyed our experience here, it was a lovely breakfast! Thank you so much to Staci!!

The space is open, clean and comfortable. The food was top notch, the drinks a bit pricey but we're made with care and artistry. Shout out to Nicholas the bar tender and Mel who ushered us in with delight, a snap of her fingers and dance in her step helped to set the tone of Vacay!

I been here a couple of times throughout my visit and there are some amazing options here, from the Breakfast menu - Baja Burrito to the Double Burger from the lunch Menu. Those 2 were my favorites. The people that server here are amazing. I personally like Mel and Spaci, they have such a bubbly and warm personality that will brighten your day. Def must try if you are in the area.

Had breakfast here our first morning and was a little disappointed - the toast in my eggs Benedict was too burnt for my taste, and the Hollandaise was curiously unflavored, didn't discern a trace of citrus. My husband was equally disappointed - his chilaquiles were soggy and tasted overwhelmingly of cilantro and lime. Everyone has an off day, and maybe this was one of theirs. Service was excellent, fast and friendly. There were so many choices for breakfast places in the area that we didn't return to Hudson & Nash, but I'd definitely give them a second chance the next time I stay at the hotel.

Came in for dinner and it did not dissappoint! Enjoyed the hummus plate and pork chop. Our server Lukas had great recommendations and did an amazing job

Staci was wonderfully helpful everything was amazing food and service I recommend the restaurant to all my friends and colleagues

Great solo dining experience! Syed at the bar was friendly and had great menu recommendations. Syed made my time there relaxing and comfortable with the perfect amount of attention paid to me.

HUGE shout out to my server Staci!! I stopped at the restaurant for a quick, quiet bite to eat. It was like Staci read my mind - she quickly took my order, delivered my food, and even brought my check early so I could leave when I was ready. It was just what I needed as a break during a long day. Thank you, Staci!

Travis and Daniel, I don’t remember which is which, but came in for a night cap after a show at the shell. Just a great overall experience, walked in, sat down, no wait. I think it was Daniel, says “ welcome back!” It’s been at least two months but we used to frequent regularly. The other guy, not making us wait, obviously busy but making it a point to make sure we got a drink quick. Daniel hooking it up with water, which was appreciated because we just took a bit of a walk. It’s just great to spend maybe a bit more money than typical downtown, but not feel like we’re imposing to get service and relax and chill out in a great, active any accessible place that feels comfortable and at home. These days it seems hard to come by and after a long day of treating patients, feels good to see other employees that seem to enjoy their job and take care of others. Thanks!

This is a pretty generic hotel restaurant. The food is ok. Calamari was nice. Service is polite. It is overpriced as expected. I assume excellent reviews on other sites were part of a marketing campaign since it just opened this year. Would visit only for the convenience if staying at the Hilton.

Daniel is a brilliant waiter and a credit to your company. He was on his own when they were on strike and gave excellent service I cannot applaud him enough he is worth every penny thou pay him. The food at the bar and restaurant is very very good and we have entire our stay.

Great service and delicious food! Everything from the buffalo wings to our mains was spectacular. Our server Daliana was very kind and helpful. We will definitely be back, and highly recommend it!

I would like to express my deep discontent and dissatisfaction with the restaurant. Hudson & Nash does not deserve the Hilton quality seal, and the hotel should not associate its name with an establishment that does not know how to serve its customers. I stayed there from February 27 to March 3 while attending an international conference, and I have traveled to at least 17 countries, including Dubai. The restaurant consistently had a 30-minute wait time, and upon entering, it was evident that the place was empty. On one occasion, I sat at the counter, and when three friends called me over to the table where they had already ordered, I waited over 15 minutes to be attended to, menu in hand, calling and waving, while the staff ignored me and treated me as if I didn't exist. When I questioned the hostess, she didn't care at all and even called security over, as if I was about to do something unlawful. I have never been so mistreated in a place that appears to be upscale. All the charm of the restaurant's beauty was lost due to the poor quality of service. Not even in Brazil is the service this bad; in fact, they should intern with us to learn how to treat customers properly. Even though I was sponsored to eat there, I chose to leave the hotel so I wouldn't have to subject myself to their service any longer. I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. They don't want you there, they work out of obligation, and they take out their bad mood on guests and customers.

Jorge was an exceptional professional in customer service management. His expertise and dedication to maintaining clear communication set him apart. He possessed a deep understanding of customer service.

The service was bad at the beginning. They practically ignored the growing queue at the door and it was really awkward to stand there for 10 mins while all the staff ignored you. Once seated though, the service was great. The drinks were good and wings was very delicious.

The most beautiful way to start my day and Staci was just the right amount of attentive vs letting me enjoy this amazing food! Will be back again tomorrow!

Terrible organization, attention and service, they make you wait an hour, when you realize that there are more than 10 empty tables, they take forever to bring the food to your table. I wouldn't recommend it at all.

I stopped here for a drink in the middle of the afternoon on a business trip. The bartender was very nice and the bar’s decor is very nice.

Our server Staci was the BEST!!! She was very sweet and prompt with service!! She even surprised my daughter with a birthday dessert ❤️

They took my credit card prior to ordering which I should have never done and then when the bill came I said I would pay cash. Well they took my cash a week later also charged my credit card as well. I have disputed the card at the bank. So never give your card. I was stupid so BEWARE of their shady practises

Syed and Travis did a phenomenal job! Dinner (the sea bass) and drinks (the old fashion) were 5 stars. I’ll definitely be back.

The bartenders are one of a kind. Sayed (probably butchered that) and Daniel were very attentive with a proper knowledge of their drinks menu.

The restaurant is stunning and the service was polite and offered generously and not at all pushy. The food was excellent and beverage service was prompt. We had the grilled octopus which was one of the best I have ever had and bolognese bucatini finishing with a key lime mousse with a yummy gelee and lime meringue. It was ALL excellent served in a beautiful coastal setting.

Very cold and draughty. Expensive Only creative dishes, no standard food That is a problem for a business traveler.

We came in for dinner, and for breakfast and enjoyed both. We actually had 2 dinners and everything was super tasty. I would highly recommend "The Shroomer" pizza. Staff is super friendly as well. Wonderful experience here.

9:10AM breakfast before a trade show. 34 empty seats within view. More around the corner. 20 minute wait. Hudson and Nash, Hilton San Diego.

I came here with some associates for lunch. The service is great. The atmosphere is great as well. The food was very good. I was pleasantly surprised because the Hilton (the hotel in which this is located) isn't great. Would recommend if you happen to be walking on the promenade and want to do lunch.

Can't speak to anything else on the menu, but the Burger and Fries were fantastic. Service was friendly. The beer was cold. No complaints here.
Awesome- Friendly people.
Great service, delicious breakfast! Mel and Staci were absolutely awesome! Views were great. Clean and beautiful space. Enjoyed out time at the Hilton.
