Not much to say except, long drive thru lines for mediocre burgers. Small patties loaded with veggies. Head north to Beefy's for a real burger.

Burgers might have been fine, but French fries were terrible. They were dry and you could literally hear them snap in two when you bent them. Worst I’ve ever seen.

The restaurant itself is spotless, as are the bathrooms. Nice and cool inside, and friendly staff. I absolutely love their food. So happy I moved to Texas, for that very reason....YUM❤️

Order a Double Double Animal Style and you’ll be glad you did. In-N-Out is way better tasting than a Whataburger, In-N-Out has higher quality ingredients than Whataburger, In-N-Out has way better employees than Whataburger, In-N-Out is so much cleaner it unbelievable than Whataburger. The only thing I like better at Whataburger is the fries. In-N-Out has fresh fries, but they are not as good as Whataburger.

We love going by for some flying Dutchmans but they have never gotten our simple order right. We only ask for 2 toppings but we are lucky to get 1. Even when they aren’t busy.

It had been over a year since I had eaten at an in n out. My son in law told me I had to try the burger and fries Animal style. It was one of the best fast food burgers I had ever had. Can't wait to be somewhere that has an in n out again so i can stop in

Exactly what you expect from In-N-Out. Great burgers. Great service. Clean facilities. High expectations easily met.

Seriously, not as good as the restaurants in LA. Why? The burgers are cooked slightly too long here. The fries and shakes are just as good as the west coast! However, the burger should be the star. They are just okay. Please fix this In-N-Out corporate people; you only suck here! That doesn’t make sense!

It's the same as out west; limited menu, but a decent burger. Fries are nothing to write home about and they are definitely cold by the time you get to the bottom of the container. I was impressed how they have someone in dining room patrol...tables were getting cleaned. Rest room was clean but the soap had a weird smell...more like at a bar.

Burgers and shakes are awesome, but I still don't like the fries. Assembly line precision is admired. Otherwise, a great meal.

Still the best burgers on the planet. You gotta yet this place. So happy they are making their way east. They were fast and friendly.

Good food. Know that there is a hidden menu items that you have to ask for. Special fry combinations. Also look at the bottom of your drink cup. There are Bible verse references. John 3:16 on normal size drink. They used to only be in California. Great to find them in Texas.

I always want to rate In-N-Out a 5 but just cannot on this trip. After craving for a long time, I drove 60 miles just to find the traffic congestion at this location terrible. In addition, the fries were not ready when the Burger was so by the time they were ready the Burger was getting cold. Maybe it was just a bad day, but now I will have to wait for Reno to get my Burger fix.

Love it, fresh and always a clean, fast place to grab a burger. Not to many people dining inside, but drive thru was packed as always.

I guess if you’ve been in one in and out, you’ve been in them All! Glad to say that they standards are high so no matter when you try in and out it’s the same. Extra cheese and extra crispy fries are the best. If you like sautéed onion s with everything get it “animal style”. 👍

Tried this Burger Joint for 1st time based on recommendations of the West Coast Franchise making it's way across the USA. The burger tasted Ok-nothing Special-The french fries are plentiful but taste like Applebee's or Stake and Shake Fries--Again nothing Special. Burger King has this place beat! The price a little bit higher than Burger King Also.--Inside the lobby was clean and the staff was friendly.

Late Lunch on a week day. Ordered a single burger with fries and a drink. The burgers are small. The meat patty is thin. Buns are toasted. Fries are from fresh potatoes. Food delivery slow (8 min).

Really now . . . any city you visit that has an In-N-Out Burger restaurant demands a visit. The food is common American fare of burgers, fries, and shakes (or sodas) done uncommonly well. Every one is the same. This one is no different. Go and be happy!

Place was not busy probably because of the construction. You can never go wrong with a double double.

This was my first visit to In & Out Burger. I will never go to In & Out again. The burger party was barely 1/8" thick and I could not taste any beef. The tomatoes and lettuce were fresh but when you can't taste or even find the burger the rest is a non-starter. I spoke with the manager and expressed my findings and disappointment. She said she was sorry I felt that way and that was it. The restaurant was busy so they won't miss my business.

I sleazy wanted to go and I finally did. The place is extremely clean and the service was excellent. The good was ok thought it would be better. Glad I can take it off my bucket list.

I grew up in California so got a taste for this one. Stopped with family and everyone loved it. I try to visit every time I visit San Antonio

We had been traveling around Texas for several days and finally ran across an In-N-Out so we stopped in for some good burgers! The parking lot was 98% full and the drive-thru line was extra long. We found a place to park and decided to eat inside. The server was very cordial. Our order took a little longer than normal to be filled but they were busy and the team was working very hard. Our group had to sit at two separate tables and we had to clean off both table tops. The food was delicious as usual although the chocolate shakes did not have much chocolate added and tasted more like vanilla. The crowded condition and the lack of chocolate flavoring in the shakes were the only two distractions from a perfect score. We would stop here again to eat if we were in the area.

I like that they specialize in burgers and fries. They do it well and for a very good price. Understand however that it is a fast food joint, so don’t expect a craft burger. The fries are house cut and fresh. They are also gluten free. The burgers are available as a lettuce wrap for those that are into keto and paleo. In and Out call it “protein style.” Overall a good choice in fast food burgers.

The burger was good but the fries are terrible! Don't waste your money in there fries! We probably will never go back to over of these restaurants! It may be the type of oil used to cook them in!
