The atmosphere was casual and lively. This was a top-notch foodie experience. I started off with the Focaccia. The bread was very good but they stepped it up with what I think was a whipped rosemary butter on top of some honey! Yes! I had the savory fingerling potatoes that were crunchy and salty on the outside and soft on the inside, topped with a spicy aioli sauce that kicked it up a notch. For the main course I had the Rigatoni Bolognese. The pasta was al dente (as good pasta should be) and the red pepper flakes and dollop of ricotta made the dish very very good. The staff was excellent and the cooks were friendly and asked if I enjoyed my food. "YES I DID!"

Loved the ambiance and the location. Parking instructions could be more clear. But we overall had a good dinner. Started with the polpette, then I had the tagliatelle, while my wife enjoyed her bucatini. The tagliatelle just seemed like it needed more flavor, but portion size was good enough. Drinks were good as well. Also, our server was sweet, but she could've checked on us slightly more frequently. But I'd come back. Menu is short, but executed well.
Excellent service, flavors to improve
We went to Indaco on the Atlanta BeltLine and picked a table on the terrace, which was very nice. Our waiter was excellent: very friendly, attentive and also spoke several languages, which added a special touch to the service. We ordered the burrata as an entry, but unfortunately it was not tasty. Then came the main dishes: pink bucatini were somewhat cold and, although they had good texture, they lacked strength in taste. The black linguine also disappointed a bit, as it did not have the intense flavor we expected. Pasties weren't al dente Luckily, we closed with a tiramisu that was very tasty and was the best of the night. The place is nice with good attention where they need to improve the kitchen
