We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the intercontinental. The hotel staff were always accommodating and provided top notch service. The rooms were a good size and we had a great sleep on our first night in the US. The hotel also has a michelin star restaurant to add to the experience. We were able to walk into the centre of CBD and to AT&T park from this location.

We stayed for 4 nights and from the moment we arrived we had exceptional service. The rooms are perfect, clean, big and Beautiful views of San Francisco. The food and drinks in the restaurants are delicious. The service we received in the club lounge on floor was beyond expectations and one member of staff in particular made our stay...Luis we can't thank you enough for welcoming us to San Francisco and being proud of where you work !!

Stayed at this InterContinental hotel on business and was very impressed with the property. Easy walk to BART, Moscone Center, Market Street and tons of shopping and dining options. Room was immaculate and very quiet for a big city. The most comfortable bed I have slept on in years and wished I could take it home with me.

I went for lunch and had one of the specialties of the house (short ribs and pasta). It was excellent.

I stayed here 5 nights to attend a conference on the 5th floor. The location is excellent - very close to Union Square. A decent choice of eateries nearby. Our room had been recently updated so was clean and modern. Nice bathroom - with robe and slippers! Breakfast at Luce was overpriced and service a bit tardy - they didn't seem to understand my requests regarding the range of gluten, dairy and egg free options?! The gym is well equipped and relatively spacious though it could use a better stretch and warm down area with swiss balls and rollers. Overall, I would return for a conference.

Room was excellent. Nicely appointed and quiet. Special shoutout to Bill, a concierge, who was extremely pleasant, informative and helpful. If you're going to the Asian Museum - highly recommended - ask for a free exhibit voucher.

I was traveling alone to San Francisco and I enjoyed every minute of my stay because of the great staff advices I had. The place is not new but we'll maintained with spacious rooms and not too far from Union square where all the crowd go. A lot of families with their kits stayed here too.

We enjoyed an exceptional breakfast here on several occasions during our stay in March. I believe their kids buffet is at no charge but you may need to ask. We enjoyed both the buffet and menu options and both were spectacular!

Beautiful room, great bar area, 2 minute walk to the convention center. The breakfast buffet if fabulous. Small gym has plenty of machines, free weights and they offer free ionized water. Great location!

Stayed here on a Business trip for a week. BEST HOTEL and SERVICE. I will stay here again in the future. Great location for walking to the convention centers and plenty of taxis to get you around town. The hotel staff was EXCELLENT!!!

The best thing about this hotel is their attentive staff. From the person that checked us in to the housekeeper, from the bellman to the concierge, everyone is kind and eager to help. We are in a smallish room but we got a great deal and we can't complain. It's clean and quiet with an updated bathroom. The lobby is attractive with a beautiful bar and restaurant in view. We loved using the workout room everyday and because of the great location were able to walk to Chinatown, Embarcadero, fine shopping district, restaurants etc.

A bit disappointed with this hotel. I haven’t stayed at an Intercontinental in a while, and the service (lost communication item at guest services), cleanliness, upkeep of the guest rooms, etc are a bit questionable. The shower water pressure is awful. Location is not bad with about 10 - 12 minutes walk to Union square.

We stayed here two nights on a vacation. My husband had hotel points to use, and he knew the president had stayed at this particular hotel so we thought it would be nice. It is in a sketchy part of town, certainly not the worst part of town, but pretty gross, dirty, with homeless people around. If you are a tourist, you might consider one of the beautiful hotels on Nob Hill. The staff was very friendly, but the rooms were gross. The bathtub was backed up in the bathroom and the water in the sink was boiling hot at all times. The curtains had some stains on them, as did an ottoman in the room. The bed linens had tears and holes in them. The hotel room we had was run down and needed a renovation. I would not stay here again.

me and my wife were grateful that we stayed in this hotel, my wife impressed with the staff very nice and approachable, Ms Hilga at the concierge desk was very helpful when were looking for a nice restaurant and places to visit, If your staying in this hotel, stop by at the concierge desk there very warm to help you. Housekeeping and Private dining is superb truly a world class service. "Indeed a lexus of hotelier"

We had a spacious room on an upper floor with a terrific view of the City and south bay. The staff were all great and the breakfasts were as good as any we have had anywhere. The location is sensational for people attending events at the Moscone Convention Center and it is only a short walk to the Financial District. My only criticism was the lack of a public computer which I found surprising for a hotel catering to business travelers. The only available public computer was in the business office where a relatively high per minute charge was required.

Modern and plush hotel. Very clean. Fabulous views from the 17th floor. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean in all areas. We were particularly impressed with the quality and service of the Club Lounge. We'd definitely recommend this for those guests who could use the facility regularly. Only downside we could see was the immediate location. It is close (2 blocks) to Powell BART station and to Union Square, but being on the South Side of Market seemed to put the hotel in an area that was slightly seedier than other up-market hotels. We were approached several times by beggars in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. This might put off some tourists to the city, particularly as room rates are expensive.

What an amazing experience! My wife and I stayed on the 28th floor, and the views were terrific. The service is impeccable, and the location was perfect - close enough to walk to Union Square which has just about everything you can desire. Would definitely stay here again

Breakfast buffet worthy of a motel 6, showing the chain's true heritage. Most Intercons I've stayed at WW, have a much higher levels of service, training and food quality. This no frills meal served at Luce was a waste of $30.

Needed a late night meal. The choices were very limited -- especially for teens. Prices were ridiculous -- small bowl of rice with tomato sauce for $19. Sashimi was two bites for $19. Shame on them! Room was clean and nice. Don't mind paying for a nice room, but would like to have food options within the hotel that are good and reasonable. Server at restaurant was excellent.

I mistakenly left my mobile hotspot behind when I checked out. Hotel staff shipped the item to me and charged me $150 WITHOUT informing me of this outrageous amount. My nightly rate was less than shipping me a 1lb item. also promised overnight delivery and it took 3 days to get to me. Beyond ridiculous. Total rip off - should be criminal.

the hotel is very nice and rooms are very recent. The restaurant on the ground flood is good, but take some time to taste the excellent collection of grappa at the specific bar in the lounge, the selection includes some of the finest liquors

Ok, where can we start? The Intercontinental in SF was perfect from the get go. Like all other hotels in this chain, the guest gets the lovely friendly family feeling of a country guesthouse. The hotel is spotless throughout. The housekeeping staff are efficient and lovely. The bar is a lovely place to sit and all staff are chatty and helpful. The burger is delicious... Thomas and I both had it on our last day & it came with a nice glass of complimentary vino. The gym has everything needed for a great workout and the added bonus of a Pilates reformer. My ab muscles are sore this morning as I type this review.. This hotel made our trip to my favourite city very special....

This is the second time we stayed at the SF Intercon on Howard Street. We are still quite happy in general for the service and room comfort. We had a corner room this time, we had to change the room three times at check in but each time they were able to address our need. The room is quite large for a city hotel and the view from our room was fabulous. The bathroom was too, more spacious than average and the fact that the hotel is new, made it more pleasant when every thing worked in a modern way. The in room dining was quite average both in selections and for the price paid. Almost 30% sur charge on the bill. Unless you are extremely tired, it is better to just go down to the restaurant Luce or any other eatery nearby. The Chinese Restaurant on the top floor of Bloomingdale (5 min walk) is great, even by Hong Kong standard. Overall, we are quite happy with our stay again and will book the hotel again when we visit San Francisco.

We decided to have brunch here instead of trying to brave the crowds on a Sunday morning. We were seated immediately and we opted for the breakfast buffet. It. Was. Awesome. They has french toast with maple syrup and caramelized bananas. Probably some of the best french toast I've ever had. They also had a nice selection of eggs, meats, and cheeses as well as fresh fruit. Everything was yummy and we didn't have to wait!

This hotel was pleasant to stay at. My husband and I found the bar great for a night cap; but the restaurant menu left a lot to be desired. The room was clean and we kept. The location was ok but a little out of the way from everything. Which meant the hotel remained pretty quite which was nice.

Stayed 2 nights here as a break and have to say the staff from the front desk to housekeeping we're fabulous Room was spacious ,excellent bathroom and as I requested a room on a lower floor room 714 was very quite as a regular visitor to San Francisco I will definitely stay here again Breakfast was also of the highest standard only minus charge $6us for a cappuccino on top of $30 for breakfast a bit much

Lovely selection of breakfast favorites including my favorite, smoked salmon and bagels. There are scrambles eggs on the buffet line but if you'd rather not they'll make eggs to order. Fresh squeezed OJ and great coffee. The pancakes were fluffy and there was lots of fresh fruit to choose from. Excellent service, very classy.

We stayed here during Christmas and the food-buffet was outstanding. Luce restaurant is a favorite of ours and this Michelin starred restaurant is in the hotel, one has many reasons for eating well. The chef there is truly fabulous! The club room is also good value for money and all of the concierge team are so professional and friendly. Special mention and thanks to Leigh Anne, whose expertise made our stay all the better. Close to shopping areas and restaurants, we simply can't and won't stay anywhere else. All of the porter staff are also excellent. We will return!

I stayed two nights. The location was superb. Got to my hotel in evening. Bed was comfy. Room quiet. In morning took shower and there was toouch mold in the grout and zero water pressure. I complained. Front desk was right on it and moved me for next night. I was late getting in and too tired to complain, but again mold, but not as bad. Room had great view. Comfy bed and room service was fast. Took shower in morning and head literally fell off shower handle. Water barely dripped out. Other major issue was an alarm woke me up from person who had room before me at 530am! I couldnt get it to stop. Then ironing board was broken and iron nearly hit my toe. Im exhausted. Really needed a good shower and good night's sleep. For price, and upgraded room, i am disappointed. i think they need to up their game here at this location. QUALITY matters, too

Dinner had really great food and great service. Nice selection of wines and deserts also. Breakfast was okay could be slightly better for what you pay for though.

Two couples - we both reserved Croner View Rooms - They were LARGE rooms and the windows were two sides, floor to ceiling, with electic curtains. The views were out of this world. Looking out across the city - the lights at night - the beauty of SF during the day (ok - from 28 floors up, it's a pretty city - not so much from street level) One of the rooms faced the bay - two floor to ceiling walls of glass facing the bay - CANNOT BE BEAT Service was excellent - especially the doormen - friendly, knowledgeable, helpful. Room costs were CHEAP for what we experienced (mid-week stay) I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

I requested a high floor and got a high floor. amazing view. I'm breathless and agog! the lovely woman who checked me in couldn't have been more pleasant. I love this hotel.

Fantastic location. Close to convention centre and a short walk to main shopping areas and tram to the restaurants at the waterfront.

Breakfast options are overpriced. Pastries were good, eggs are organic, and side options are good. Coffee is great.

This historic hotel on nob hill is lovely. It's well located between downtown and fisher mans wharf. On two cable car lines it's easy to get around. The top of the mark is fabulous with wonderful vistas. The room I had was a king executive corner rm with a nice view of the bay. Clean and comfy. The exec lounge breakfast was fabulous with many healthy options. Loved it!

This hotel is gorgeous! I had a corner room on the 16th floor and the view of the city was delightful! However, the sun kept the room nice and warm (even with AC on). :-) The bed was fluffy and inviting. The room service was mediocre; not at all worth the money. I like the idea of having a refrigerator but not one that I cannot use. There was only a tiny space in the fridge for personal use. I love this hotel and definitely recommend staying here to anyone visiting the Bay area.

I am a fan of the Intercontinental group of hotels. However, I was disappointed with the level of service, quality of room and attention to detail in this location. While still quite lovely, the carpet in the room was soiled in heavily trafficked areas, there was evidence of spilled liquids on the walls and missing items, like a room service menu, from the room. Perhaps it is because this hotel is immediately adjacent to the Moscone Center that their primary guest is in a rush and too busy to notice but it is the first of many stays at Intercontinental Hotels with this many problems.

I ate the Eggs Benedict on the first day and ended up ordering it two more times rather than experimenting off the menu. Amazing!

I hit the nail on the head with this hotel. The staff were friendly, the rooms were spacious, the bathrooms were great, views were amazing and the location was so convenient to Union Square (where I enjoy doing my shopping). It is literally located just behind Market Street and a block from Union Square! I even ate in one night and the room service was fantastic. Even their fitness centre was great although I didn't get to try out the pool. Didn't even think about it since I was there in the middle of winter but it's an indoor pool and great for laps (I did check it out). And their bar has a buzz about it in the evenings, especially on a Friday when the local workers drop by for a drink. The bartender has great recommendations and knowledge too.

Modern, good sizes rooms, excellent staff (enrique at breakfast remembered our complex order each morning - impressive as hotel was packed), very efficient check in and out. 2 blocks to market street - cable car start point, right next to convention centre and close to freeway entrance for airport. The hotel has house limos to the airport for $50 - great idea and not much more than a taxi! Sadly san francisco seems to have a really serious homeless issue and although this is visible all over town , seems to be particularly bad on 6th ave. Only an issue if you walk too far along howard st towards 6th.

Stayed here for a couple of nights while on holiday recently and would highly recommend. All the staff were very friendly and helpful particularly the bell man who brought our bags to our room, Quinn. He was very knowledgable about the hotel and the surrounding area and gave us the name of a local restaurant where we enjoyed our best meal in San Francisco.

Wonderful hotel. Check in was a breeze. Fantastic staff...very friendly and accommodating. Concierge for me reservations at a great restaurant and tickets to a show. The room was absolutely top notch and a view that is hard to beat....may not want to leave...get into the ambassador program it is worth the price...

This property is fully updated and remodeled and is ideally located. The associates at the front desk and at the concierge desk were exemplary. The atmosphere in the lobby and bar and restaurant areas is conducive to business and pleasure, is clean, modern, warm, and comfortable.

The heading says it all. This was my second stay here and I love the glass hotel..fairy tale sorta. Location rocks. Burlington just across the road. And, target and Westfield mall reachable within 10 minutes. Would like of they would have bigger wardrobes for suites.

The only reason this hotel didn't get a full 5 stars is that it's a little bit out of the way from the main attractions of the city. Otherwise, this hotel was beautiful, high-end and had great customer service. Big, bright rooms with plenty of natural light and a lovely big bathroom too. We used the pool which was very nice and visited the rooftop terrace - a little windy, but VERY nice!

Really good hotel in the city and I have stayed in a few now. I would recommend to anyone looking for a modern good hotel with the all the right facilities.

I had breakfast at the new 'Conti' in San Francisco this morning. Wow. The basics never better. Go and have pancakes! Amazing. Light. Crisp. Rich. Tasty. Amazing. Skip the banana and ask for whipped cream and extra butter! And for espresso lovers even the latte was great. Ask for double shot half size.

Had a meeting south of market yesterday, and chose this hotel. Well located, got a beautiful room high enough for a great view, and there was valet parking with electric chargers for my car...

We're having a good experience here. First of all, if you work with Concierge, ask for Leigh Anne. She is absolutely amazing. Rooms were great, roomy bathrooms, nice lobby and bar. Cabs are a little hard to come by, so give yourself a bit of time. Careful going southwest toward 10th street and Civic Center--neighborhood a little rough. But in any other direction, you're good. We got a good value here.

Stayed for 4 nights and used the intercom as our base to tour San Francisco. We arranged a transfer through the hotel and the driver was polite and kept the conversation going throughout the trip. The hotel desk were friendly and check in was swift and painless. Our room (a junior suite on the 28th floor) was clean and had some great views of the CBD from the Bay Bridge all the way to the Golden Gate. We had a nice surprise on arrival and it was a nice touch. The real stars of the hotel were Bill and his concierge team. From our initial contact Bill and the team were super helpful, funny and polite. All of the teams knowledge of the area and places to go were wonderful. Loved being called a ‘Bruiser’ when asked how safe it was to walk at night. It is located perfectly for the CBD and shopping and if you are up for walking then it’s not too bad to get to the bayside and the various wharfs.

The place is cosy, but the service an staff mostly our waiter was worried with a private party behind us, instead to keep an one star Michelin standard service. The breads were not warm, with a little single butter bar, with no taste, the complimentary pea mousse freeze, an ice cream!!! ours entrees , the Maine Lobster with non taste, and the worst , the Breast of Chicken , come directely from market, without any spicy or I guess was not cleaned up and with some smell. The desserts a quite better, but not a Michelin standard In January were at Vun Restaurant in Milan, Italy also an one star, what difference, two waiters for table, staff and services perfects, The Luce needs a Bench Market in Italy to improve

I stayed here in April 2016 for a 3 day weekend. Every staff member that I encountered during my stay was very friendly and helpful. I had a problem with my in room safe not working, Kevin in security was very prompt in coming to my room to resolve the issue and getting it taken care of. I had a chance to visit the hot tub and pool area. It was clean and adequate. I didn't go in the gym but could see it from the hot tub area, it looked adequate. On the 6th floor there is also outdoor areas for sunbathing, etc. if the weather is good. As an ambassador member, they offered me use of the club level for $50 per night, but I didnt take advantage of it. I was upgraded to a room on the 33rd floor. I loved the room, but it did not have a bathtub like my previous room did. Not that big of a deal, but I was surprised. This location was easy to get to after exiting the bay bridge. Be sure to park at the fifth & mission garage, it is about $30 cheaper per night and only a block to walk to the hotel. After dealing with bay area traffic and getting to the hotel later than I expected, I just decided to go down to Bar 888 for a glass of wine and a bite to eat. The service was so friendly, the food & wine was outstanding. The atmosphere was relaxed. I like to visit SF to shop and this is the perfect place to stay! I will be back.

My partner surprised me with a corner room on the 22nd floor. We arrived in the evening and the city lights were amazing. The only down side to room was giant television, but it pivots so we moved it sideways to see the lights better. We had breakfast in the restaurant. Wonderful waiter named Enrique, with good food and coffee.. waiter recognized my addiction and left carafe. Beautiful place and memorable experience. I will go back.

Stayed here for one night during the RSA conference. Nice property with modern rooms and comfortable bed. Close to and within walking distance to most of the San Francisco visiting spots. I also had breakfast at the restaurant, no complaints. Will stay here again for business.

I’ve spent 3 nights here and I would stay at this hotel again! Our room at the 8th floor was stunning with glass window overlooking the city! At night time it’s like watching a show! Rooms are clean and spacious, the bar downstairs it’s lovely with a nice atmosphere.

This hotel was pleasant to stay at. The room was very clean and spacious. The location was ok but very close to some rougher areas. Service was good. Breakfast very good although other InterContinental's in other countries offer much more variety. Did not visit the Michelin starred restaurant but the one beside the bar instead for late evening meal. Quality was good but very much overpriced.

I liked the Hotel, but if I compare to other Intercontinental Hotels, it comes short. I would recommend some patience on reception people to answer to customers. Restaurant service, good, good beds, didn't love the shower.

The food at the Italian joint at Intercontinental was outstanding. There is a special risotto that the restaurant is famous for, by far the best I have had. Dont get put off by the green colour, just taste it and you will be in heaven. The scallops were very good too. The service is excellent, the waiters are well informed and very attentive. The ambience is ok, doesnt come across as fine dining, the sofas are too soft to sit and you could walk out with a hurting back if not careful, but the waiters make up for any lack in the thoughtfulness of the decor.

Slightly outside the rush of SF but ideally located, easy access to transport, the hotel is of quality and the rooms well appointed. I recommend taking the breakfast, buffet or à la carte package, choice and quality!

Beautiful building. Clean nice rooms. My bed was not too comfortable, they need to rotate mattresses. The hotel has a beautiful patio, pool, and gym. Location still has homeless though. Friendly staff. Negatives : business department will charge you an arm and a leg to do anything! Print, fax, scan, use computers . On top of the high price of the hotel rooms you Also have to pay for breakfast and phone calls and internet ... Lots of cheaper hotels will include the breakfast and wifi... And the other hotel I also stayed at during my stay faxed scanned and printed things for me for free.

We enjoyed our stay at the Intercontinental Hotel. The location was fantastic. Close to restaurants and shopping. We would stay again.

Having just been at the Holiday Inn at Van Ness, this hotel is a class above it’s other IHG hotel. At just a little more in price, why would anyone stay at the Holiday Inn?! The rooms are well furnished, clean and well presented. The gym is excellent. My only negative comments relate to the rather limited dining options at the hotel (either high end or nothing) and it’s location is not quite as central as others around Union Square.

The restaurant, at the Intercontinental Hotel San Francisco on Howard Street, prepares and supplies the food for the Club Lounge of the Hotel. The quality is excellent and the chefs are uniquely San Francisco.

Dined here for an employee breakfast. Service could have been faster, but the food was very good. Presentation lovely.

The intercontinental SF is one of my favorirte hotels in the Intecontinental group. The South of Market Stree location makes it ideal for conferences near the Moscone Center (a short walk) and for being close to Union Square. The Director of Operations, Siamak Nassirpour, was extremely personable and accomodating. The front desk staff is extremely friendly and professional and had me up in my room in a matter of minutes. I have stayed in many room types in this property. The corner suites are spacious with floor to ceiling windows affording incrediable bay and city views. For a little extra, the one bedroom suite has one and half bathrooms which is great if there are two people in a room. I would recommend the extra expense of the Club Lounge which is one of the best I've experienced. With full buffet breakfast (which is good if you have to leave early for meetings or sightseeing) to afternoon soup and high tea with sandwiches, sweets, and tea, to evening cocktails (open bar) and hors d'oevres to later night cordials and cookies, the Club is well worth the cost. There is all day soft drink availablity after a long day as well. The staff in the lounge bend over backwards to be helpful. Housekeeping is impeccable! They are prompt, courteous, and left our room spotless with crisp new sheets daily. We chose to be 'green' and not have our bath towels cleaned daily, which is an environment friendly option offiered by the hotel. There is an indoor heated pool which we took advantage of many times and a clean, well equiped health club with fruit, towels, and water available. The bar is vibrant and the bartenders are friendly. Bottom line, this is an A+ property, and after many, many stays, I have never been disappointed

this is a classic interconti with nice rooms, great view and enough space for kids in the room. conciergeservice was difficult to reach during the evening but the staff was helpful and professional. good location for nearby shopping and to stroll around downtown.

Very nice hotel in the centre of San Francisco. The hotel is close the centre and a shopping area is close (and also restaurants). The rooms are modern and clean. The quality of the beds is excellent. Although it's a big hotel, it doesn't feel that way. I would certainly stay here again.

the food was pricey and ok. Drinks are not refillable without a charge. With so many places to eat in San Francisco I would recommend you eat else where.

We had a suite on the 31st floor with awesome views of the city. The rooms are pricey but there're worth it if you can afford. The rooms are just your average rooms with great views..not sure it's worth the cost because they were no different they Were any other hotel room.

We had the buffet... and they got extras that we wanted at no charge.. eggs, toast and juices.. very helpful

This hotel is an excellent location for meetings at the Moscone Center. The rooms were a standard size and the beds were so comfortable. The staff were all very polite and helpful. Union Square shopping is a few steps away and we walked to the Bart to get to the airport Would stay there again if I needed to be in Union Square

Stayed here for the same conference 6 of the last 7 years and this property remains consistently excellent. Generous rooms, excellent restaurant, airy gym, speedy WiFi. Impressive.

Stayed here for a night. Room was bigger than expected. Got a 2 upgrade and so was in a room on flr 29. Amazing view. Was a birthday stay but no acknowledgement - so mentioned this and they were super nice about it and kindly offered a bottle of wine. I would've been happy with just the apology, but they were really nice and with out fuss the offer to correct matters was just such a pleasant surprise - the way things are these days, it just made me realize there are still people who try to make your day better.

Had a nice breakfast ala carte ( I don't like buffets ) and it was freshly prepared. Nothing worse than Eggs Benedict that have been kept warm for a period of time. Excellent coffee, good choice of juices, service excellent and friendly without being overwhelming.

A trendy well decorated amazing place to stay, we went there by pure chance, after cancelling our reservation at the other intercontinental. the rooms are great size, wonderful service, the staff are above and beyond helpful. I had a toothache after midnight, they opened the gift shop for me to see if there is anything there that I could purchase to help me ease the pain. each and everyone at this hotel strives to give a great customer experience. Very accommodating and a wonderful place to stay

I had a very nice stay at the Intercontinental. This new hotel is clean and modern with incredible views of the city. Perfect spot if you have a conference at the Moscone Convention Center. The restaurant Luce is also outstanding. Can’t go wrong here.

Food was great. Excellent service. We really enjoyed having diner at this hotel upon the night of our arrival. Seating was easy and comfortable. Just the quality you expect from a 5 star hotel restaurant in the city.

Firstly service here is always exceptional no matter which area of the hotel, no that is faultless. The hotel itself is a poor representation for the Intercon vs countless others around the world I the comparable price range. The rooms are good and very clean and you can get a good view however the shower is like a bath/shower combo with small shower head from 20 years ago and an unpleasant way to end and start a day. Intercon club is embarrassing how bad it is, and by far the worst I've seen anywhere in the world. For the price you pay they need to lift their game or halve their prices.

Couldn't have asked for a better night's sleep. Didn't spend much time at the hotel but did go to the restaurant and get breakfast to take back to the room. Delicious omelet and potatoes. Really fantastic view of the city. Staff was especially helpful.

Chose this hotel as I had conference at Moscone centre. The hotel is really well located for the conference centre being a 2 minute walk. Has all the facilities one expects of Intercontinental. However the gym and the pool need updating. 2 of the 5 treadmills were out of order. Food and service were top notch.

Surprisingly very good. Great location and the staff were very friendly. Continued offering us bottled water at the lobby when we returned to the hotel. The room is super spacious. We got a corner room. A bit dated but it's clean. OBetverall, I would return to this hotel next time I go to San Francisco.

Wow. This is a fabulous property. My room on the 16th floor was fantastic - great view of he city, comfortable bed, soft linens, wonderful large bathroom with huge walk in shower, and quiet. Free wifi if you are a member of the chain. Modern lobby and great bar - I had a fantastic burger and fries, excellent wine list. One of the best hotel indoor pools in SF, I imagine, very long - great for laps. I recommend this hotel very highly. Service was friendly and professional. I was only here for one night before moving to another hotel but I would have stayed longer and when I come to SF next time I will definitely stay here. AAA+!

Renowned Chef on staff, with a flare for excellent food. Watch you budget. Also, don't limit yourself with eating just at the hotel, lots of great places, within walking distance, from mexican, to wine bars.

Excellent stay for convention. Desk staff, housekeeping, concierge... Can't say enough. Ate lunch in restaurant- burger and chicken club. Both excellent. Rooms comfortable, clean. Great view of Bay Area. Right in the heart of downtown within walking distance of trolley, shopping, dining, places of interest.
Great hotel. 5 star
Superb hotel, excellent position. staff friendly and rooms clean and very spacious. I would stay here again.
