This review is for the WARM SPRINGS location. Not the one in Chinatown. Couldn’t see an entry for the Warm Springs location. So make sure you go down there and make the trip. The customer service is beyond fantastic. Gina the manager is brilliant and she has the most amazing staff. Chloe and Cassie stand out but they are all lovely. We loved Jean too but sadly she left. The food is sooo good - really so fresh and plentiful. So all we can say is go go go to the Warm Springs location. Can’t speak too highly.

Great food very good price Will definitely do it again! The grilled fish is wonderful and fried oysters are a must try. Definitely do the all u can!

FYI: They do have a 90 minute time restriction for buffet. We were in Vegas for week of vacation and wanted to find a sushi buffet that we haven't been to yet. Google search located this restaurant, which we never heard of or didn't know it existed. We frequent Vegas, weekly when we lived in Arizona but, couple of times a year lately, looking for great food we can't find in Eastern NC where we now live. So, on arrival, we were told 5 minute wait. Got seated just about that time. Our order taker, Mauro, were very friendly, knowledgeable and quickly taken our order. We ordered what we felt we could easily consume, without any wasting so we don't get charged for "excessive waste". Didn't take long to get our initial order, which are usually dinner serving made for 3 at different restaurants. Amazingly, Nigiri sushi was made with larger than expected slices of fish/octopus...we were expecting small slices with big hunk of rice as most places serve. Everything was nice, better than expected. So, as Mauro returned to check on us, we ordered more, to include shrimp tempura, gyoza. Within 45 minutes, we were completely stuffed, their 90 minute time restriction was of no concern to us then. ONLY thing we found "annoying" was the loud music playing, louder than what we deemed acceptable music for a restaurant...just our opinion. Although AYCE was listed less than $30/person, our total check was in $70.34 for wife and I. Otherwise, this was a gem of a buffet, which we would go to again if we were to return to Vegas.

My wife and I have been here twice, and both times had a positive experience. Service was great. Food was great. No complaints.

On February 8, my son and I had dinner at It's Sushi, for the first time. The interior of the restaurant is clean and has a nice ambiance. We were cordially greeted and immediately seated. The restaurant was fairly busy, which is a good sign for the food. Now I have been eating sushi for 45 years and my son for 30. My son is actually in the restaurant business. We found the sushi to be VERY good and the service was Excellent. Several wait staff came by and refilled our drinks, checked on us, and were friendly and attentive. The sushi came out in quick manner and was delicious. The management has a great service plan. The menu is extensive and well put together. There are many sushi restaurants in Vegas, but I know we will be returning. I HIGHLY recommend this place. I understand there is a 90 minute restriction, but you will be full way before that. The staff do not skimp on the food.

Incredible! Probably the best Sushi I have ever had! And living in Hawaii I have has a LOT!!!The entire dinner experience was top shelf! My daughter and I went at a slow time of year, so it was only a 10 minute wait, we had gone to another sushi restaurant but it had weird vibes so we randomly pulled into Its Sushi! Serendipitous!!! Where to start. The hostess was all business.. Tall, gorgeous, she walked around like she was on the fashion catwalk in Paris, and she could be! She was also part of the "TEAM", she helped the crew constantly. She is just drop dead gorgeous. And what a crew! Must have been 15 servers in this modest place, where all you can eat is the standard! Amazing preparations and presentations, and our waiter, Kyle Heigle was a breath of fresh air from today's youth, yes, he was very young, polite, clean cut, and had manners and attention way beyond his years. Not your typical youth these days for sure, he was there every time we needed him without us even asking. He made excellent suggestions, was quick, polite and attentive. This restaurant will definitely be on my "must visit" list every time I go back to Vegas. What a great way to spend my birthday. Thank you Kyle and Crew!!!

ITs SUSHI Spring Mountain is a very popular with locals AYCE (All You Can Eat) sushi bar. The menu is endless with over 100+ options. The service is fast, friendly and your orders come out very quickly. They let you order 1/2 rolls here which means you can try more variations of their offerings. It was very busy and each plate that came out to the table looked better than the last. The sushi is very fresh and tastes delicious. They put wasabi and both regular soy and low sodium soy on the tables. You can request ponzu and spicy mayo and they’ll bring you a nice amount. Their ice creams are a great ending to a sushi meal! They are open late and it’s $35/pp. be prepared to wait for a table the later you go! For Vegas, this is really good.

The sushi was great and perfectly portioned. Loved that they had soup and BBQ skewers as part of the all you can eat rate. Would definitely recommend

I love how this place is open till 2 AM and last call is 1 AM. My friend and I stopped by late one morning and had an absolute feast. Uni wasn't in season but they did have toro. Its Sushi is an AYCE sushi restaurant with Japanese fusion dishes. We loved the kalbi, oysters, gyu don, seared salmon, yellowtail kama, pork belly skewers, salmon carpaccio, and the salmon belly. Everything here is served fresh. The menu is extensive and I recommend reading it over prior and checking out some of the Yelp reviews to see the highlighted items. Food comes our quickly and the vibes here were so fun. We saw 3 different groups celebrate birthdays. Prices are reasonable and sushi quality is grade A. I'll definitely be back to try their uni and sushi rolls. Highly recommend this place if you want a late night AYCE sushi spot or just a fun place to try a bunch of sushi.

This is one of the best sushi all you can eat restaurant in Las Vegas. They have a very extensive menu, and literally something for everybody. They even have a couple of Korean dishes on the menu. The staff is very friendly and fast. I will definitely eat here again.

It's Sushi is amazing sushi restaurant. Every time I came to work at Nellis AFB. We come to eat here at least two three times within two weeks period.

This place is always consistent with their prices and food quality. We loved the rolls, seared salmon belly, yellowtail and galbi. Everything was seasoned well and the service is so quick. The staff is really friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. Ana was patient and knew what to recommend to us. The ambience is dark and some random light fixtures throughout the restaurant. This place is always a great time and I saw people celebrating their bdays here. If you want a great deal and high quality sushi this is the spot

Reasonable priced Sushi with prompt and pleasant employees. We had Sushi and KFC as appetizer. I would highly recommend this restaurant.
