First time at this restaurant and I must say, the place is small, very intimate, food is excellent. Service is excellent as well. I will definitely come back.

This is an interesting mix of traditional Spanish tapas and Moroccan dishes, plus what seem to be fusion pub food. You can go for drinks and tapas or a full meal, I have done both, or even both at the same time, creating a multi-course meal. The traditional favorites, like Tortilla Española, olives, boquerones are all very good. I have been surprised by standouts like the squid steak (calamari), which was very tender and smelled wonderful. I am not a couscous fan but theirs is excellent and very filling. The real treat are the wines that you don't see in other restaurants, Slovakian and Moroccan choices that are very tasty. This is a destination restaurant, but luckily for me, it's in my neighborhood.

We tried 8 small plates, and every one was delicious. We decided to go back for brunch and that did not disappoint. We will definitely be back for the great food and good service.

Itto's never disappoints! The food is delicious, and the cocktails are wonderful. There is always a special to mix it up. I highly recommend the chicken bastille.

What a jewel in West Seattle! The small restaurant and bar serves mostly tapas and a few regular-portion dishes of Mediterranean and Spanish food. The Mr. and I shared four different dishes and loved every one. We arrived at the tail end of happy hour, which seems to be more bar/not food focused, with $1-$2 off wine, beer, and cocktails. The food menu features many vegetarian dishes plus many meat and seafood dishes as well. We started with Maakooda, a Moroccan spiced potato cake that was dressed with two different flavors of aioli plus some lovely micro greens. It was absolutely delicious and I thought I'd already found my favorite of the night. We followed with a tasty paella. The Mr. is always on the lookout for good paella, and he pronounced this a winner. As we enjoyed our drinks, the "specials" board caught our eye and we ordered both special dishes. Wow! Wow! The Israeli couscous was lovely - the little round pasta pearls cooked with sautéed spinach, onions, and peppers in a very light cream sauce. The evening's highlight, though, was the Lamb Meshwi - braised, spiced, shredded lamb on baguette slices with blueberry compete & Dijon aioli. See attached photo for the Lamb Meshwi. The lamb was mouthwatering and the combination of the blueberry compote and the Dijon aioli was genius. I hope Itto's has these two specials available every time I visit, or better yet, adds them to their regular menu.

Itto's is a small, new restaurant which combines Spanish and Moroccan cuisine. It features small tapas-like plates--all of which are great. We had a chopped cucumber salad that was delicious, a small grilled tenderloin, a chicken with almond dish, a lamb patty and an eggplant spread. Two of us sampled all of the plates--which we very much enjoyed.

Our evening with family was great fun, we enjoyed a bottle of wine as we ordered tapas and talked. We shared and ended up discussing each dish because the flavors and presentation were astounding. The service was attentive and present but not hovering and the tables situated so we could have a conversation and hear one another. It is terrific to add another good, neighborhood restaurant to our list.

We go here nearly once a week and it's wonderful every time. Delicious food, wonderful cocktails and lovely staff keep us coming back. The tapas are Moroccan inspired but they have some traditional Spanish dishes too such as tortilla Espanola and paella. It's hard to choose favorites, but you don't want to miss the tagine or harissa vegetable of the day, and the beet salad and burger are also outstanding.

A quaint, cute and trendy Mediterranean tapa bar. You can expect to wait if visiting during traditional supper hours, but it’s worth it. Our service was slower than expected, but it appeared to be temporary understaffing for that one night. Otherwise staff were lovely. Food was mostly positive and won over our group. I’d definitely return and recommend, for food/drinks/atmosphere. Food: Beef medallion (recommend; beautiful with subtle hint of truffle salt), Maakooda (potato pancake; I enjoyed but the rest were meh), octopus (highly recommend; well balanced sauce), dates (ok), dolmades (meh), Spanish paella (sadly disappointing) Drinks: Kombucha (too light, but rotates daily), Tass Throb (DELICIOUS vodka drink with cardmonum), Moon Over Menara (egg white should have been whipped separately as it made the drink too frothy and taste slightly off)

We have eaten here before and this time did not disappoint us. We came here on a cold rainy night and enjoyed the warmth and menu of Ittos. It is unique in West Seattle and well worth a visit.

Intimate (albeit loud) space with tasty dishes perfect to share. Great Bar selection, too. Love having this spot nearby and I believe they've expanded to another location...which tells you they are good!

Fantastic experience! From the outside it doesn't look like much but the food was incredible! Very eclectic interior and great service. And a fun wine list. If we make it back to Seattle we will go here again!

We live in West Seattle and although it's a wonderful neighborhood in many ways, it has relatively few good dining options. Itto's is a great addition and we've become regulars since it opened, going a couple of times a month. The tapas menu is limited but we always leave satisfied. The Moroccan and Spanish dishes are highly spiced and often inventive and delicious. Some of our favorite dishes include the chop salad, maakooda and berbere lamb burger. This is a good place for vegetarians. The service is friendly and welcoming. Street parking is easy, so that's one advantage over Capital Hill!

Wonderful food and terrific ambiance, Itto's is the perfect date night place. Mostly bar with a smaller restaurant area in back, you will have a lot of fun if you get a babysitter and go with friends. There are only a few tables where kids can sit. The food is DELISH! Order the paella and share. Highly recommend!

This is a small location with a full bar. The tapas plates are excellent as are the drinks. We had the cumin beet salad, stuffed dates, lamb skewers, Brussels sprouts, and grilled squid. I cannot remember the names of the drinks, but they were very unique. Ashley was a great server.

I just left Itto's and it was terrific. The food was tasty and the service was super! I'm not expert in tapas so I can't address its authenticity, but I do enjoy well prepared meals at a reasonable price and Itto's fit the bill!

Great visit and food! Our first dinner in Seattle. Hibiscus kombucha with a touch of pineapple and a raspberry shrub. Moroccan Lemon Chicken for which we requested extra bread to mop up the sauce! Squid steak.

The service & food at this small place are excellent. We had the saffron chicken and a spicy vegetable dish both delicious. My only complaint is a small glass of wine was $14. It cost close to the cost of the food. I've never ever paid that much for a larger glass of chardonnay at a much higher end restaurant.

Finally we stopped in this lovely restaurant in West Seattle for dinner. Food was excellent especially the lamb and potatoes and desserts. What really impressed us was their sincere desire to have us have a good experience. One of their ovens was out so getting the food to the table took longer than usual. They more than made up for it. Highly recommend giving this place a try.

Went here for dinner on Sunday. Half price wine bottles, fantastic tagine goat, delicious artichoke spread. Highly recommend.

Came here a few nights ago (we went to the recently opened Cap. Hill location) and it was such a lovely experience. The happy hour food was wonderful and the drinks were superb. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, and made excellent suggestions on what to order. Would definitely go back!

I've been to Itto's four times now and it only gets better each time. We went shortly after they opened some months back and it was, sadly, a little disappointing. But then time passed and I had a friend in town who wanted to go out and Itto's is where we ended up. It was so amazingly good! The cocktails were fantastic and the beef tenderloin (which the server told us had gotten rave reviews) more than lived up to its billing; it was just so excellent, as were the potatoes and dates. The only disappointment was the "bastilla"--the chicken in pita; the flaked chicken was lacking in flavor and dry. We spent a few hours, ordering a bit more of this or that as time passed, and never felt rushed or encouraged to move on. Naturally, a few weeks later I wanted to return for a birthday-month dinner, sitting outside at one of the side street sidewalk tables. The food and drink were again excellent, particularly the Moroccan Syrah. Today, however, was the clincher. After shopping at the West Seattle Farmers Market we realized we were hungry--and didn't really want to go home and turn our purchases into a meal immediately. I remembered having seen a sign that Itto's was open for brunch on weekends now so we strolled up that way. My companion had the vegetarian version of the "Casablanca breakfast"--a spicy variation on eggs benedict. I opted for the Turkish (I think) breakfast which was some of this and some of that: a soft-boiled egg and potatoes is pretty standard but it's not everywhere you get a wee cucumber and tomato salad, generous portions of manchega and feta cheese, olives, bread, honey, and fig spread with your breakfast. What I love about Itto's, in addition to the gorgeous bar and waitstaff who are a perfect combination of professional and genuinely friendly--is that the food is just not what you get everywhere else: the presentation is pretty without being twee and precious and the serving sizes are neither absurdly large or irritatingly small. The atmosphere and look of the place is a little exotic without seeming to be trying too hard.

Tried a couple of very highly rated tapas places in the city before this one and wasn’t impressed. But Itto’s lived up to its reviews. Very well managed establishment and top notch food. We tried the seafood paella, lamb burger, dolmas and honey dig goat cheese ice cream - each of them unique, flavorful and well-presented! The portions were quite good too for the price providing great value for money which is rare in Seattle (especially for someone new to the city). The owner himself was very involved in the operations which always makes a big difference, and his staff was courteous, friendly and helpful. A nice dim and cozy setup ideal for intimate conversation and a relaxing meal! Lots of great dishes on the menu to try and i’ve heard the cocktails are good too, so we will definitely be back for more!

This is a super cozy little neighborhood bar with delicious tapas. They have lots of vegetarian choices and delicious, creative cocktails. Very good service! Good place to have a conversation as it's not too loud and there's no annoying TV.

My husband and I ate here today. We've been fans of Moroccan food for a long while, and just noticed that Itto's has a lot of Moroccan fare. Everything we had was completely, utterly delicious. We had the beet/cumin salad, the spiced potato croquette (I forget the Moroccan name for it) the meatballs, a lamb tagine and the b'stilla. While everything was delicious, the b'stilla was OFF THE CHARTS delicious. We've had numerous b'stillas before, but this one takes the savory pastry prize. Aziz (who I think is the owner) was delightful and charming, and gave us some little bits of harissa and ras el haroun to take home (I'm making a tagine for a dinner party tomorrow) We will be back here for 100% sure.

I visited this restaurant with my sister and mom for Mother's Day. We were there early evening to enjoy a few cocktails and tapas. The Moroccan decor is really nice. We sat in the bar at a table. My main complaint about this restaurant would be the size of their tables. Yes the bar area is small so I get they have limited seating options but our table barely fit three drinks, water and one tapa plate. Most of the time the tapas came out two at a time and we had to scramble to make room. Also, they were out of sangria (which is one of their drink specials) and Turkish coffee. I get that it was Mother's Day and they were busy but you would think they would have anticipated that and made extra...

Spectacular restaurant! Food was next level and the drinks were superb. We had the chicken bastilla, lamb burger, stuffed dates, dolmes, paella, and beet salad. What a treat. Can’t wait to go back!

I can't love this place enough! The atmosphere is top notch, especially in the bar area. The owner and chef both care a lot - and it shows in every aspect of this restaurant. From the drink menu to the food selection... Mwah! So good! Literally half of their menu is vegetarian and all of it is delicious! Have allergies? Just let them know and they'll work around it.

We live about two miles from Itto's and drive by it all the time. Am SO glad we finally decided to give it a try. This Moroccan / Spanish gem is way above the standard Seattle plates experience. Our choices ranged from dolmes, maakooda (spiced potato cake) and an heirloom tomato salad on the vegetarian menu to Spanish paella, Moroccan meatball, and chicken bastilla (spicy almond chicken in a filo pocket) under meat and seafood. Everything was delicious! Our server had recommended 8- 12 plates for three people, but for us seniors, 6 plates were all that we needed (or wanted). The place is intimate with small tables, so you may want to consider staggering your orders so that you don't get overloaded with food. As it was, we ordered everything at once, but the timing of the arrivals was no problem. Drink selections are creative and cater to a variety of tastes. Service was excellent. We will eagerly return.

Happened to stumble into this quaint restaurant on a Saturday night and got the last table open. Cute cozy but lively atmosphere complete with bar. Food is beyond incredible and perfect size tapas for sharing! Wine was paired for us and service was spot on! For sure will be going again!!

Great atomsphere, delicious tapas. Wait staff was friendly and helpful. My friend and I couldn't decide on wine so our wait person generously let us sample some choices. We tried the cheese platter it was delicious and beautifully presented. Will be back to try more.

What an unassuming little spot. But open the door and the place is full! Nice cocktails and great small plates. Lots of fun and great food and drink. Definitely a great place to go to when near the Junction.

Saw this place so many times when I was in the neighborhood and somehow it seemed "Ehh" from the street, not much to rave about. But then we went and it was so fabulous! I love the cozy atmosphere where I can actually hear my boyfriend talk to me. The bartender was amazing - that awesome mix of intelligent about and enjoying their work. Food was wonderful, but I love the atmosphere and unique lights and things to catch your eye all around the place.

We recently had lunch here, the service was good and the food was very good. The tapas menu was short, only a handful of items but everything we had was tasty. We sat outside enjoying one of our rare Seattle sunny days. The outside dining would be better with some shade for those that don't want to spend that much time in direct sunshine. We had an excellent chop salad, very tasty lamb and goat cheese burger and a chicken almond in philo that was good but not great. Definitely going back. The lamb alone was worth it. They serve alcohol, more expensive than most restaurants but they do have a drink menu .

We've spent the past 7 summers on the Oregon coast, but thought we'd spend our first summer month this year in Seattle for a bit more '''city'' experience before getting back to the old growth forest and craggy coast of Oregon. We were determined to sample cuisines out of our usual experience so we chose ITTO's Moroccan tapas bar. Let me just say, Wow. Dolmes (stuffed grape leaves) were a familiar app even in our home of Oklahoma, but these were so favorful, spiced and presented each as a little work of art. The cheese board was a nice balance of cheeses including a surprisingly mild blue cheese, freshly toasted crostini, very special marinated Spanish olives and a goat cheese/fig/honey/ spread to die for. Finally, we made the jump and ordered goat meat tangine. Oh, my. I expected a rich red meat taste and it came as a subtlety with spices, creamy broth and so tender. Served with a dense muffin-like bread to sop up the juices. we ordered 2 rounds or this tapa. We love the whole small plate, tapas approach to eating a meal. It's a chance to sample multiple dishes without ordering full-sized entres. We have a month in Seattle and we expect to return to Itto's at least once per week while we're here. Ashley was our patience server and we intend to schedule our return trips to ensure we see her again.

This Moroccan style tapas bar has everything you could want for a delicious evening. The food is reasonably priced and delicious. The cocktails are above great and the atmosphere is intimate. They have outside seating for those lovely Seattle nights.
curious!
service is great, very friendly. squid steak was very tender and tasty. Paella was very flavorful with the variety of seafood. definitely, a repeater! happy!
