Enjoyed lunch here while there was a great country singer performing. Our server was friendly and did a great job. Both of our items we shared were great and we both really enjoyed the newest bar restaurant on the strip. It was by far our favorite of our visit.

Nope, just nope....beer was good and cold! That's Where the great time ended, the food was sub.Par.We got chicken wing dip to split, which was good and then the unflavored pot roast, which was very bland and dry, along with chicken and waffles, which were okay but not great Jerry. lthe waiter was very good and attentive. The gal singing- Kendra Daniels was not great..Couldn't even back her guitar player well, while he was singing, and his voice better than hers. Then got up to go to the bathroom and came out to find my purse gone (on a very quiet afternoon). It was already taken to the hostess stand and someone going through it when i walked up.I had been gone to the bathroom about 3 min. Was hoping to spend a bit sitting there listening to music.... now walking up to Ole Red. This would die in Nashville.

We go to vegas about 5 times a year. Always Hesitant to try new because we like what we like but Jason Aldeans food was great. Sarah our server/bartender even better. Personable, friendly, and really made our experience great. Rooftop view is to die for. We went during the day but night is probably even better. We sat on the rooftop. Rooftop has a lounge feel with big red sofas and smaller cocktail tables. Limited menu but wanted to try 2/3 of the items. Prices so reasonable for Vegas. Manager visited table and even though they opened 2 months ago you would never know. Thanks Sarah-we will be back!

By far the worst restaurant visited during our 3 day visit to LV. Marginal food, rude/indifferent staff. Go for booze and music, but don’t plan on visiting with friends. Music is always loud and they don’t take breaks. Done with this place for good.

Staying at the Cosmo and on a previous trip had been to ole red, so decided to give JA's a try this time....although not that busy (around 6pm) we were seated directly in front of the Band...The music was great, however we couldn't hear ourselves speak, nor the waiter..Service was slow, considering they were only 25% full. Food portions were tasty but quite small for the price. Was very surprised to see a huge choice of beer but they did not sell a single Cider, so I had to have an overpriced cocktail. so to summarize, Music great, Service ok, food ok Drinks poor.

Stopped in on a whim because we were hungry and couldn’t be happier with our decision. Food is amazing, service here is off the charts. Our waiter Matt, is so friendly and the atmosphere is great! If you’re nearby, the aria resort Casino, the crystal shopping or arte you should stop in and cool down and enjoy some good food or cocktails.

We decided to give this place a try and listen to some live music. We were able to enjoy two acts and they were both great. Our food was wonderful. Our server was Trystan and he was able to help us we recommendations. We had 4 in our party and we were seated in a booth ear the stage. Trystan recommended the Wagyu sliders, and they were just as good as he said. I had the meatloaf. It was very tasty as well. My wife had the pot Roast. She said it was delicious. Our 4th guest had the kids Mac and cheese. She may have the palate of a 5 year old in an adult body but she liked it and that is what matters. I would recommend this place not only for the excellent entertainment, but the meal itself was very good. I have seen several not so great reviews of the this place. I was hesitant, but glad we gave it a try anyway. We will return and recommend it to other visitors in Vegas. Sometimes you just need some comfort food when you are away from home!

Fun vibe, loud live music. The band High octane was so great! Fun to watch. Friendly service and of course the Vegas spot is always busy on the weekends

What a cool spot for good food & listening to live music. Our table ordered a pot roast dinner, prime rib sandwich, burger and Nashville chicken salad. Would definitely go back here!

Couldn’t decide where to eat and came across this venue on a walk along the strip. Had a wait a little while for a table so grabbed a drink at the bar. They have live music playing most of the time which is fine and doesn’t disturb you while eating. Good selection on the menu and portion sizes are good. We went with burger and fries, and chicken and waffle, however the sauce in the chicken was a bit too hot and spicy for my wife. For dessert we had the hot cookie skillet to share. More than enough for 2. Good food good venue good staff good service.

Opened in December 2024 by Country Singer and Georgia native Jason Aldean the “Kitchen + Bar” bearing his name offers privileged views of Las Vegas Boulevard, two stages and six bars spread over two stories with live music daily. Bringing “the heart of Nashville to the Strip,” a line-up of Bourbon and Whiskey-based Cocktails bolstering the party-like atmosphere, staff prove not only friendly but knowledgeable while describing a menu based on Southern fare plus Bar favorites like jumbo Wings and Pretzels that aren’t really Bavarian but are fluffy and delicious. Spread over nearly 23,000 square-feet including the gift shop, rows of televisions showing College Football while talented musicians straddling rock and country play on stage, Appetizers are highlighted by Spicy Buffalo Chicken Dip served with housemade Kettle Chips before entrees such as faultless Meatloaf with rich Gravy and smooth Mash or Chicken & Waffles that would have benefited from more Syrup. Priced lower than similar Strip concepts for Food, a good meal easily enjoyed under $50 before tax and tip, Aldean’s Dessert menu makes up for brevity with quality as both the Cookie Skillet and $12 Peach Cobbler are big enough to share, topped with Ice Cream and better than any other in Sin City.

great drinks, large food menu to pick from and a very cute bar tender!!! and the music was just what we needed some good old country music for entertainment . seems like a little hidden from the main street . stumbled upon the restaurant when we waked out of our hotel (Aria)which was great for us .

The staff were neither helpful nor friendly. When we asked for a drink, we were told to go downstairs—fair enough. But when I asked for a Mojito, it was as if I’d spoken a different language. The drink we received was, without a doubt, the worst we’ve ever had. To make matters worse, once we had the drinks in hand, we were told we couldn’t take them back upstairs. We were then handed the bill—with a pen that didn’t work to sign—which somehow felt like the perfect end to a disappointing experience. In contrast, our visit to Ole Red was fantastic—everything this place wasn’t.

With this being a new place on the strip, we were looking forward to trying it out. Pros: the musicians, Van Zen, were great. Middle: the food- we had burgers, salmon. Nothing special to celebrate Cons: women’s bathroom was so poorly lit it was hard to see, toilets not flushing right; the sound system was WAY TOO LOUD to the point we had to scream our orders to the server, and any conversation at our table was impossible. Our server also made a political statement to us, unsolicited, that we did not appreciate. We came in to eat, not go home with ringing ears and not feeling content.

We enjoyed a great night here with good food and music along with good service. We would good back if we ever visit Vegas again.

Like I said not enough servers to let you sit outside on a beautiful day when every other patio on the strip is full. The greeter tells us we have to wait 10 minutes for a table or we can sit at the bar. The bar is packed. I counted seven empty tables on the floor and 3 booths. Either management doesn’t know how to have enough servers on to manage the tables for the greeter doesn’t know how to seat people. Either way just a gong show. The menu extremely limited and after you pay 25+ dollars for a burger they want you to pay another 10 if you’d like fries with that. We had the nachos. They’re not nachos. They’re potato chips and the first quarter were kind of tasty with the cheese and the bacon and topping and the last 3/4 was just a pile of potato chips could’ve bought a bag of Miss Vicky‘s and some spray cheese. The room is nice. I mean, OK. We are big fans of Blakes and stopped there yesterday and maybe that’s why I didn’t like this one it just dulls in comparison. Drinks are overpriced. This isn’t my first rodeo, but this is my last time coming here.

Had a great cheeseburger as well as Nashville hot chicken salad. Live music is always a spectacular side. The best part was that there wasn’t any bloggers or YouTubers trying to film here while we were trying to enjoy ourselves #noteavinglasvegas. Absolute tragedy that people try to tear this business down because their self serving needs weren’t met. Go and see for yourself and you won’t be disappointed.

Let’s start with you walk in and it’s like they are clueless. I want to sit for lunch. Well, do you want to order from bar or traditional? Yes, traditional. But you can’t sit there or there. Ok. A manager comes and seats us. Takes a while for someone to come. It’s not busy there at this time. We order ice teas and two beers. It’s going on a while, she comes back to ask about the food order. Have t gotten drinks yet! There is no sugar on the table so I go to bar to ask. It takes a few minutes for him to come, he’s messing with the straws. I ask for sugar for tea. He asks, packets? Sure, yes. He keeps fussing with the straws and asks did I want that now? Omg. I want to say something else but I don’t. He asks someone then I finally get it. We get our food, my Mac and cheese is pretty good. Decent portion. My husband gets the hot chicken sandwich. It’s dry with a weird tasting breading. We get the bill and it’s $18 just for a normal beer!! We pay and leave. No exceptional service whatsoever.

We were so excited to try this new restaurant on the strip (Jason Aldean is one of our favorite country music artists) so we stopped around 11:30 a.m. to beat the rush and enjoy appetizers and drinks on the roof top! The atmosphere and decor was amazing and very well planned out! We had the pretzel sticks which were amazing and the drinks were fantastic. Our only complaint is our waiter never came back to check on us and to give us the bill. We had to go inside and search him down in order to get our ticket and pay (which took us over 15 minutes to get someone to find our ticket and take our money). Everything else was fabulous! We will give it another try for lunch or dinner when we return this summer.

We popped in for one drink on Saturday afternoon… we ended up staying for 6hrs! The music was amazing - The Rowdy Boys were fabulous. The drinks were good and cheap and our server Pamela was an absolute delight. Much preferred this to Ole Red. Will definitely return.

A nice place to get some food and a drink while listening to live music. The Pretzel and the Wagyu Sliders were very good. My Wife and I stopped in twice on a recent visit to Las Vegas and will back the next time we are in town

Attempted to go out for dinner on Friday night. Local group of 8 to watch the band. Service was awful and very unprofessional. Will not be returning. Don't waste your money. Go to Ole Red!!!!

I made a same day dinner booking through the restaurant google business page (nov 3rd 25) and on arrival we were informed that the kitchen was apparently closed even after taking the booking. I will also add the the host on duty at this time 18.00 could have done better He was totally out of order on how he handled this and very unprofessional. While I can't comment on food or service my experience was disappointing 😕

We were seated quickly on the lower level, open to the strip. Our server was attentive and friendly. We shared a side salad and the macaroni and cheese with chicken and bacon. The food was fresh and tasty! We had a beer and a drink, again service was fast and friendly. There was a live band playing and overall a fun atmosphere. Loved it!

Only had drinks. It was mid afternoon. Went upstairs as you had to eat to stay downstairs. Staff were awesome and friendly. Only complaint was if I am spending $21 American dollars for an espresso martini I would really like it in a martini glass. Not a plastic cup. Feedback only!

The very nice place set, very loud music to talk you have to shout. The worst was the food, although it is not of poor quality as far as the most elaborate dishes came cold , the boiling dish and the cold food . Not to mention the minuscule portion size less than an entrance. At the table they ordered beer and brought them the souvenir glass which is twice as expensive as the normal glass , it had to be asked to change it, for this the waiter took more than 10 minutes to appear again. Prices fairly in line with Las Vegas

On Friday night we were walking to Cosmopolitan when we heard a band playing at Jason Aldean's so we decided to go in for a drink. What a good choice that was. The band was called High Octane and they were absolutely FANTASTIC!! They played a perfect mixture of current hits, classic rock and country favorites that kept the crowd energized. The female singer was exceptional and the entire band was very talented. We ended staying for hours and enjoyed every moment. Be sure to check out High Octane at Aldean's on Friday night.

The food and drinks were great. Christina was over the top, knew the menu inside and out. She made some great recommendations. The performers were spot on and worked well getting the patrons involved.

Great music and drinks, skip the food. Service was great and the food arrived very quickly. That was the first indication that it was not going to be good. Food seemed to be pre prepared and reheated. Would stop in again for music and drinks only.

We arrived a bit early and were curtly told to go away and come back at booked time.No Cider on offer at all on drinks menu. Having ordered our food food it arrived quickly other than both orders had tasteless hard plastic like chips that frankly don’t go well with €20000 Veneers, when I asked the waiter what happened to the fries both meals were supposed to come with was told air fryer broken so you got chips, which might have been better to know when we ordered the meal. The only good thing was the live band who were brilliant although when the bill came I did really appreciate the so called Entertainment Tax another Vegas scam it’s no wonder than tourism is down 15%, also at time of booking I was asked if attending for any special occasions which I listened my 60th birthday and our 10th anniversary neither event was acknowledged so wy ask?. So no we won’t return and will recommend our family friends and tripadvisor followers to go to Ole Red instead much friendlier atmosphere and service no scam tax and food as shown on menu with a better selection of drinks You have a lot of work to do Mr Aldene Kindest regards Michael

We arrived just after 9 pm and went to the upper level where it's drinks and dancing (food is on the lower level). The band, Shane Rivers, was just starting. They were still playing, without a break(!), when we left three hours later. Great music, good crowd, lots of dancing, great fun.

Upstairs is a fun spot! We went for a late dinner after a show. The kitchen was closing in 15 minutes, we were quickly seated downstairs. Entire staff was super friendly! The only white wine they serve is Chardonnay. Time to up the wine selection! I had 2 margs instead, they were weak. Food came out really quick and was really good! The band downstairs was fine. It was a little awkward that as people finished eating, they came in and quickly moved out the tables they were sitting at. By the time our food arrived it was us and one other table sitting out in a very empty space. I'm sure they were going to change it over to a dance floor at some point, but the new band took 30 minutes to set up, so it seems like they could have left the tables until everyone was finished to not feel like you were sitting alone. We saw the next band sing one song and the other table was still eating when we left to go upstairs. The roof top bar looked amazing! Lots of people looking at it, but it was really cold without any heaters. The upstairs band was amazing! Wish we had been up there the whole time!
Pleasantly surprised
Was pleasantly surprised. Ordered wings. 2 drinks. Sat at the bar. We had an hour or so to kill before dinner reservations. Bartender was professional accommodating. Wings were above expectations. Food was comparable to ole red. Maybe wings get a couple of extra points. Bartender attentive made sure we had Aldean’s hot sauce, bbq sauce and drink refills. Told how we could get an aluminum beer cup to go. We decided to purchase Aldean’s hot sauce in the merch store located first floor. Live band was great a good mix of country music, rock, and Marshall Tucker band classic.
