We ate at Javier’s in Aria Hotel and was pleasantly surprised at how tasty and amazing the food and drinks are! It is one of the best Hispanic restaurants that we’ve ever tasted. Our server was really attentive and knowledgeable of the menu. He gave us smart choices and his recommendations were all on point! He was friendly and funny. The ambience is another excellent feature! We’re coming back for sure

Upscale Mexican restaurant (including prices) in the heart of the world-famous ARIA resort & casino in Las Vegas. We had lunch at the invitation of an American partner and were not disappointed. Typical dishes that are plentiful and nevertheless refined in their presentation, with very good and well-balanced flavours. Very kind staff and spectacular setting, in the heart of the casino. Recommended, but watch your bill!

We had a 10pm reservation on a Wednesday and there was a line to get to the host stand so be prepared to get sat after your reservation time. We waited 15 before our server stopped by but he was friendly and apologetic so all was well. The free salsa is among the best I’ve ever had. The cucumber margarita was also one of a kind. The food was very good. Would go back!

We got octopus ceviche, shrimp empanadas, chicken taquitos and queso. The Queso was the only thing that was not outstanding. it was hardened cheese. perhaps that is the way it is supposed to be, but wasnt to my liking. Everything else, including service, drinks and food was outstanding

The margarita was very good. Our server was courteous and present. The atmosphere was beautiful. My meal was meh. A friend of mine had talked up Javier’s and after a few years, I finally ate there. I had a Javier’s margarita, chips with guacamole, enchiladas des mariscos, and pastel de chocolate. The enchiladas des mariscos had a combination of shrimp and dungeoness crab. The crab was super fishy and the shrimp was small diced - barely present. The rest of the plate made up for what the enchiladas filling lacked or I was just hungry. The guacamole appetizer was heavily mixed with sour cream rendering the guacamole too creamy and lacking flavor. The chocolate cake was good, but also a bit pedestrian. This was not one of those Las Vegas “wow” meals. Combine this lackluster experience with the menu price and I could not in good conscious recommend this restaurant over so many other excellent Las Vegas restaurants. My favorite Mexican food in Vegas after years of experience is Cabo Wabo where great Ford and reasonable prices meet.

Friendly hostess and efficient service staff. Plentiful chips and tasty salsa, house margaritas were just OK. We shared an order of slightly chewy shrimp ceviche and a flavorful shrimp quesadilla which was certainly enough given our chips and salsa intake. Sat in the restaurant bar area was very busy, very loud, and very dark. Would request a seat in the dining room next time. Maybe we’ll be able to see the menu.

The place is a bit small, but the food was very tasty, the waiters were very friendly and helpful. It's always an excellent option to go with friends if you're craving mexican food.

We were visiting Vegas for an anniversary trip. We made our reservation 2 weeks in advance, which I would highly reccomend if you want to have a meal there. We've been to this restaurant several times before, and it's always delicious. I appreciate the authenticity of the Mexican food, none of that Tex Mex! The salsa they serve with the chips is made fresh daily, and couldn't be any tastier. Yum! I had the pork Verde, the pork was very tender and delicious. My husband had the scallop dish and was also pleased Ordered the Marcos margarita this time. May have liked it even more than the Javiers margarita that I had last time. When visiting Vegas, there are so many places with good food to choose from. I will always choose the places with excellent food and service.

Went here for dinner. I was solo and didn't have a reservation but they were able to accommodate me in the lounge of the bar. (I also could have ate at the bar but preferred the seating and low tables in the lounge). Music was loud and it may have made for a difficult time for conversation had I been with anyone. But since I was solo this wasn't an issue for me. My server was very kind and guided me through the menu after I inquired about any recommendations she had for me. After considering the various options and recommendations I opted for the enchilada, chile relleno & taco trio. I opted for a chicken enchilada and the beef taco. I was started out with a nice bowl of chips and salsa. The salsa was absolutely fantastic. Just a little bit of spiciness and so flavorful. It was literally the best salsa I've ever had. My meal came a short while later and it was equally fabulous. The chicken enchilada was tasty and not at all salty like in other establishments with Tex-Mex cuisine. The beef taco was equally tasty and the chile relleno had just enough spice to make it very easy on the palate. I know I generally tend to like things spicier than many people and although I wouldn't have minded a little more heat, I think the average person would find this just fine. The rice and beans that came with the meal were also delicious. I know other reviewers have commented about the high prices. Although I will agree that the pricing of the meal was more than your typical local Tex-Mex establishment, for me personally, given the location (Las Vegas, NV), service (efficient and friendly) and outstanding taste of the food, it was worth it to me. I would not hesitate to recommend Javier's to anyone looking for an excellent dining experience on the Las Vegas strip.

Please make reservations as this restaurant was busy at 4:00. We had a 4:30 reservation and I was impressed with the endless bowl of chips and salsa. Not many restaurants give complimentary chips and salsa. Our party of 3 ordered seafood entrees with lobster, crab and shrimp. The food was good, but the margaritas were outstanding. I perused the menu prior to our dinner and I remembered the prices, however, the prices were about $6.00 more for each entree. It was a bit of sticker shock when an entree of enchiladas is $50.00! Luiz gave us excellent service and we enjoyed our night out.

This is our favorite place to eat when we visit Vegas. So good that we try to go twice each trip. Service is always great. Servers are always friendly. Food is always excellent!!! And the salsa is amazing!!!

The restaurant had nice ambiance right off the casino floor. Very crowded and spacious seating. Big Menu with many options. Food was fine, but slightly above average, at best. Service was solid, and as expected at a Casino - prices were high, but you could easily get a meal for 2 under $50. It was fine, but not worth a second visit.

We returned to this restaurant after a very good experience a couple of years ago. Perhaps I’d ordered the wrong dish this time as the vegetable enchilada was lukewarm and tasteless. The chicken enchilada and taco were okay but barely warm too. Service was good. Doubt I’d return after a mediocre experience as so many other restaurants to try.

$8 for iced tea, $28 for two tiny steak tacos with no flavor. Total miss and a waste of $. Service was good but as one of my favorite people says: "Come on man,"

Let me preface this review by saying that for me its about the food more than the surroundings. If you are into fancy eateries with average food and high prices this is your kind of place. To me this is typical Vegas bling style dining, where you are paying for the decor and the location rather than the food. There were 3 of us for lunch and each had a different entree which were between $30 and $40. None of us thought our food was exceptional. One had beef enchilada and beef tacos and said the beef was tough and had very little flavor. The other diners had lobster dishes that I did not think were anything special. $20 for a margarita, $8 for a soda. I can say that I have eaten here, but will not be back.

I went here for lunch and ate at the bar. The service was well handled. The food (fajitas) was pretty good. And the steak in the fajitas was really good.

Excellent food, excellent drinks, excellent service! Highly recommend for lunch or dinner. Service was friendly and the drinks were SO good, did not feel like we were overpaying for watered down drinks. Have visited multiple times and would definitely return.

We visited here in February and thought authentic Mexican food would be nice. The food was Ok and the service was not good. We didn’t feel welcome at all and were eager to leave. Very overpriced.

This is my new favorite restaurant in Las Vegas. It’s beautiful inside, the staff were so impressive and the food even more so. I’m amazed at how all the ingredients are the same as in any Mexican restaurant, but Javier’s just tastes so much better. I don’t even like guacamole that much but I ate all of it. Absolute 10/10.

Checked in 20 minutes early for our reservation. Went to check in 20 minutes after our reservation time and the host with the eat crap and die. Look on his face said he didn’t have a reservation. I asked for the manager I was screaming at for talking loudly because the music was so loud. Went to bed hungry. I’ve eaten here 4 to 5 times in the past and the service has just gone downhill. No longer on my places to eat in Vegas.

Couldn't get a reservation so my wife and I ate at the bar. The bartender was attentive and knowledgeable. Meals here are always great. Best guacamole I've ever had. My favorite Mexican food anywhere.

Javier's is my favorite Mexican restaurant, period. When you get fajitas here, you'll be ruined for fajitas anywhere else. Javier's is super authentic, the food is awesome and the service is excellent. But, be sure you make a reservation, because they're always packed.

Unfortunately I had to send my spinach enchiladas back as the plate was HOT but the enchiladas were barely Luke warm. It took so long to get my replacement meal that my husband was almost finished with his - so not a great way to celebrate his birthday. The waitress also asked if we would like more chips and we said sure - and they were never delivered. We were there around 4:00-4:30 so it was not busy at all. At the very least the manager should have stopped by once a meal was sent back to the kitchen. I didn’t expect anything complimentary just professional courtesy from the management staff. Our walkout was $138 so it’s not like we ate at Taco Bell. Check no - 51235885

Party of 5 at 9PM. The music was so loud, we couldn't hear each other at the table. Even the waiter was having an issue hearing us. If you happen to order a coke or tea, you'd get it in a normal size glass. If you ordered water, it was in a small, less than 8 oz glass. And getting it refilled was a task. I was thirsty most of the meal. Disclaimer...I'm from Texas. We have a certain standard of Mexican food and this is definitely not it: 1. The 'queso' was a half melted piece of cheese that had to be cut with a knife. No, no that is all wrong. 2. The fajitas came out in a bowl. Not on a sizzling plate. The flavor was just so so. 3. The enchiladas were just OK. Not good enough for the price paid. The only thing good was the guacamole. I would not recommend this restaurant when Aria has so many other good choices.

Fantastic! The decor is incredible, the food even better! Went with some business associates and everyone very impressed.

We went to Javier’s on 9 November. No reservations, walked in at 5 pm. Low ambient lighting, with loud but good Mexican music. The entire staff are a well oiled team. Our food came extremely quick and they are on top of everything. My wife and I both had enchiladas, I had the Trio which was very flavourful. Add two glasses of wine and two coffees. $175 without the tip. I would absolutely recommend and I would definitely go back. Well done Javier’s.

Great queso fundido & guacamole. Fun atmosphere. Wonderful drinks. Ever since its opening I make sure to dine here at least once during my stay. Wonderful lunch & dinner selections.

I love this place! Food and amazing margaritas -oh my!! We have been several times and the food and drinks are consistently wonderful. The vibe and the restaurant are beautiful. A must in my opinion when visiting Vegas.

Excellent service and attention to detail made our visit exceptionally memorable. We enjoyed different offerings but we all agreed the shrimp dishes are a must when visiting Javier's. Also, no matter the large serving of your meal, the homemade churros, and vanilla bean ice cream is something not to be missed.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would definitely do so! The service was very inattentive and once we ordered our meals, our waiter did not even bother to check up on us. No one stopped by to see if it tastes good or if we need anything else. One of the gentleman who brought the food to the table had a really bad attitude and gave us a nasty look because we couldn't understand what dish he brought out. I am sorry, but the music was loud so we kindly asked him again what dish it was, but he rolled his eyes and walked away. We would have told him that our dishes were lukewarm and tasted extremely bland. This is unacceptable customer service! The food is mediocre at best and there are plenty other places out there. I ordered steak fajitas and the meat quality was very disappointing. It had no flavor and very chewy. Needless to say I only had a few bites. Another no go was the fact that I was charged for a double order of steak fajitas, but I only ordered a regular meal. Unfortunately, I only paid close attention to bill after we left as we just wanted to get out of the restaurant. The guacamole was bland as the rest of the food as well as the refried beans. Salt goes along way when cooking! The remaining dishes pollo asada, enchiladas Del Mar and steak picado were not to brag about either. Any little Mexican place has a better turnaround than this. If you are a group of 6 or more people don't expect any customer service as the gratitude is included and they don't bother with your table at all. What a joke on a $500+ bill. We spoke to a gentleman at the front about our bad experience, but he didn't really seem to care much so we left. The masses keep this restaurant open because it's definitely not the quality of the food neither the unprofessional customer service. Do yourself a favor and stay away! This is a tourist trap for drunk tourist who have no clue how good food and service looks like!

We went to Javier's on a Friday night. We made reservations and we got in right away. The staff was very friendly and prompt. They made suggestions since I had never dined there before. The ambiance is really cool. It's pretty dark and candle lit. There's a really intricate design of hand carved wood on the back wall which is neat to look at.

This place is a rip off! My son had shrimp enchiladas and I wasnt really hungry so I just ordered an appetizer, taquitos. Add a corona and a sprite and our bill was $85. They charged me $9 for the corona and $9 for the sprite. I payed less for the two of us to eat at the buffet at the Wicked Spoon at the Cosmopolitan earlier the same day! Sorry but there are plenty of places to eat in Vegas that are soooo much better.

My favorite restaurant at the Aria. Beef fajitas are tender and large in portion. Salsa is spicy and great. Service is superior. Make reservations. It gets busy in the evenings.

Really nice setting, with more of an upbeat bar kind of vibe/music. Service was great, but the food was so up and down. We ordered their bizarre version of "white queso." We asked for chip with it, and the serve said it comes with tortillas which we all though we weird. He explained it's because the cheese is very thick, which mean the chips can't scoop it out. It was terrible and tasteless. It was so think, when you put the tortilla in it, you'd need a pair scissors to cut off the drag. Impossible to not eat with any tact or form. A complete mess and tasteless. For dinners, we all got different combos, but most of us had an enchilada with other items. The enchilada was great. The beef taco used pulled beef, which we all agreed was completely tasteless. It was literally plan shredded beef. And impossible to bite off. Tacos should have a ground beef option. The drinks we got were very good. But we all left bewildered. It came across as very high end prices for what amounted to nothing at all worth it. I'd say go to "Mi Casa" at The Silverton. 3 times less the price and 3 times better on the food across the board. Also Mi Casa is stunningly gorgeous with more of an upscale, yet casual feel, with out all the la dee da prices.

Nice Mexican food place. A little pricey but good food, great ambiance, and decent service. The salsa with chips are a tad over spicy, but the guacamole was spot-on. I recommend making a reservation or you may be stuck with a wait.

Beautiful place,. Very good menu options. A little pricy. Would rate A- for food taste. Very friendly staff. Quick service

I come to Javier’s every time I’m in Vegas. Both the food and the service are always impeccable. The food is served hot, the drinks are always fresh and delicious, and their table water is even so cold! The chips and salsa are so addictive. Do yourself a favor and eat here if you’re in Vegas.

Booked reservations for 11:30 lunch on Christmas day months in advance. We had eaten here once before years ago and were excited to go again. A small line had formed before opening and we were inside in less than 10 minutes. Why the bad rating? I didn't appreciate hearing ghetto curse words filled music on Christmas day at 10,000 decibels. I'm not there to hear the word p***y when I'm paying for a $30 taco and enchilada plate. Not to mention the booth we were seated in right behind the bar was right by the bus boy's hang out and had to listen to their colorful conversations as well. We ordered one app and a drink each and left before even finishing the drink. We will not be back

Talk about a bad first impression, our party had a reservation for 6:30pm and we weren’t seated until after 7pm. The table was so tall! It came up to our chests and it was a bit awkward to sit/eat at. Luis was our server and he was so lovely! Explained the menu and made suggestions. Our drinks were so strong! Wooooof! All of our dishes had a kick to it so just be aware when you order.

Amazing everything is so good from the salsa to the beef. I love the Jalapeño margaritas! Yum yum yummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

I cannot say enough about this Mexican restaurant, the food is amazing. No matter what you order you will not be disappointed! Staff is quick and efficient. Excellent!! The drinks are not for the faint of heart! Yummy! Love this place! A reservation is a must since its always packed Stay safe and be well :-)

I'm usually not a fan of Mexican cuisine, but Javier's has something on their menu for everyone! I ordered the fajitas and they were amazing! Everyone ordered something different and all were pleased. Service is great too!

We ate here during a family trip with my sister and brother-in-law and my son and daughter-in-law. We love this place and try to eat here every time we are 8n Las Vegas. Reservations were at 5:30 due to a show we had at 8. There were 6 of us and we were seated at their round tables which are hard to get in and out of, but there aren’t many others options. We had the pollo asada and the enchiladas poblanos and enchilada and taco duo. Everything was amazing! Their refried beans are the best I’ve ever eaten anywhere! We also ordered 2 rounds of Javier’s margarita, yummy! Everything was fantastic!

I took my wife to Las Vegas for Mother's Day. We have gotten hooked on Javier's. We flew to Vegas 3 times last year from South Carolina and ate at Javier's every time we went. My wife loves the food there. So I decided to take her there again this year on Mother's Day. The food was excellent as usual and the service was very good. We went again on Tuesday night and the place was packed and again-another great visit. My wife had a combo and I had the beef tacos. The meat is always tender. If your in Vegas and like Mexican food call up for a reservation and check out Javier's at the Aria Hotel and Casino.

We had a very nice lunch in this restaurant in Aria. Not the first time !but always a good experience ! Enchiladas and tacos are perfect, portion are great and sides of rices and purée very tasty ! Only thing is that it is not a very clear and light restaurant we eat in the dark !

Our experience reinforced how bad service can ruin a meal. We rarely saw our waiter, and about 1/2 way he was gone entirely, no explanation. Maybe he walked out. The food was okay, not exceptional and not warranting the high prices. My entre was served lukewarm. All in all it was a meh dining experience and given the vast number of restaurants here at the same price point, you could do a lot better.

We had reservations and were seated fairly promptly. Service was friendly. The chips and salsa are among the best-just the right amount of spiciness. Hubby ordered chicken fajitas and found them tasty. I ordered a veggie enchilada, okay, and a cheese chili relleno, very good. Love the refried beans, creamy and delicious. They were inadvertently omitted from my order but this was quickly rectified. Not an inexpensive meal, good for lunch.

Had dinner here while staying at the Aria, the service was great but was a bit disappointed with the food. The rest of our group liked theirs so it may have just been what I ordered. It is nice to have this restaurant right off the casino floor.

My wife and I dined here for Dinner. We made 8pm reservations and were seated immediately. Without reservations on 9/13/2021 there was a 45+ minute wait. We were seated at table 107 with Oscar H as our waiter. We started with some great chips and salsa. My wife and I both ordered the 3 item combo with an Enchilda, Taco, and a Chile Relleno. The food was excellent, as usual. The waiter seemed upset that we did not order a bottle of wine or a $12 6oz. house Margarita. Everything was fine until it was time to pay the bill. We went to the MLife Booth to download some points prior to our meal to pay. Our waiter, Oscar H said that they do not accept MGM Points. He is a liar. We paid with our MGM Mastercard, instead. When leaving the manager was standing at the reception. He said they do take MGM Points. We then went back to the MGM Players Booth to get our points added back to the account. It was done by a manager and he said if any MGM Restaurant does not honor the "comp" have the restaurant call the booth ASAP and the issue will be addressed. All MGM restaurants accept the points. A similar issued happened on our last visit. The waiter said that they do not accept the MGM MVP Platinum Players Card for a 10% discount that is given to Veterans of the US Military. I guess if they want to be the exception of all MGM Restaurants to not honor Vet's, that is their right. I guess I will give Javier's at the Aria a pass for about 6 months. This is not a cheap restaurant and they could turn the music down by about 10 decibels. What a shame. Train your employees!, and perhaps honor the MVP Program MGM Resorts International has established to honor Veterans.

Came here when we were staying at the Aria. I’ve always heard how good Javiers is so decided to try. The food isn’t terrible I actually enjoyed my meal and the service but for me it wasn’t excellent Mexican food. Everything was fresh. Although The chips they served weren’t hot and the salsa seemed bland but the drinks were good and the steak I had was tender. The taquitos weren’t bad either. Its a very popular place but I’m not sure why. Still I’d be willing to try out another location because sometimes it’s the particular location that may not be living up to the brand

Our food and service were excellent. The environment is a little loud, but we could all still talk without yelling. I had the lobster enchiladas and they were amazing! The salsa was too hot for my taste, so I stuck with the queso.

This was our second time to Javier’s. As always, service was superb. Eduardo did a fantastic job. There was an issue with one dish and they offered to replace it. Since we had had a good amount of food, we declined and said that it was not a big deal. We were just critiquing the cook of the meat. Staff did the generous thing. I highly recommend this venue for innovative Mexican cuisine with fresh ingredients.

Dined during CES conference so restaurant was very busy and crowded. Although we had reservations, we had to wait 30 mins which could have been more if we didn’t speak to a manager. Food was good but pricey. Fresh and tasty homemade chips and salsa. 3 enchiladas entree and margaritas were good. Our server was attentive amidst the standing patrons and loud noise. The atmosphere was a bit hectic for casual conversations. So we ate and left quickly. Adjustments needed during peak times. Otherwise good food and margaritas.

This place was highly recommended to me by an uber driver. The food was completely bland, dried out and not at all tasty. I loooove Mexican food, I think it's the best. I have had all kinds, however this place, though the ambiance of the restaurant was impressive, the food left me highly disappointed. I will never visit this establishment again

Javiers is just good Mexican food. We used to go in LA and we like the Vegas location too. Food It’s quite good here. There are some great, flavorful options and if you like Mexican you will like Javiers. It’s sort of a no brainer to be honest. Vibe Thematic decor makes it feel quite interesting. Service The staff is quick and professional. It’s not like a super formal, 5-star restaurant so don’t expect that, it’s more relaxed and easy. Overall If you like Mexican, go to Javiers.

Sadly very disappointed with our experience. Food was served lukewarm. Having reservations months in advance we were still seated in a very awkward orientation. Lack of being able to have separate checks per couple is antiquated in the computer era we live in. The servers however were excellent. Not going back.

Cool vibe, attentive service but the chef is waaaaay to he’s y on the salt . Makes what is almost perfect food slightly inedible.,, I have 3 bites and thr salt is soo much so I waste it. Too bad.

We were excited to try this restaurant. I really enjoy authentic Mexican food. I want to say that the service was great! It was quite dark inside, but the table was comfortably lit. It must be a man's type of restaurant as we were literally surrounded by tables of men. Hardly any women in there. Noisy way beyond my comfort zone. We literally had to shout at one another. Very difficult to hear one another! In terms of the menu, I had to search for something other than enchiladas and combinations that we could have had at a dozen other Mexican restaurants. We started off with cocktails. My friend ordered Mauvais Champagne. They brought Rotari. She did not like it. They were out of Mauvais. She ordered a Stoli martini. They were out of Stoli. She agreed to Grey Goose. I ordered Cote de Provence. Out! Ended up with Pinot Grigio. I ordered the scallops. She ordered a pasta dish, Fideo del Mar, (looked just like any other standard Italian pasta dish). We got our food so fast she had not even received her martini! My scallops were cooked beautifully! Served with a very dry clump of mashed potatoes (not pleasant) and asparagus, which was also cooked perfectly. We ordered coffee and dessert, tres leche cake. It was her birthday. The cake was amazing! Perfectly moist and sweet with little shards of chocolate in the layers. The perfect amount of moisture melting in your mouth yet holding its shape. This was far and above the best tres leche cake I had had in many years. The rest of the meal could have been found anywhere else. Nothing special.

We have always eaten at Javier’s when we visit Las Vegas- several times a year. We have also brought many family and friends with us and I’ve also had this restaurant at the top of our list for business events as well. Unfortunately, we no longer will. What did we like? - we were able to move our reservation from 6 to 5 because we were starving. Javier’s margaritas are still great. Fresh chips and guacamole great. What went wrong? - salsa was so spicy with big chunks of white onion; not good. And we like spicy food. Polo Asada was great. - I ordered the chicken fajitas. It came with 3 huge chunks of tomato, 5 large scallions and a few pieces of white onion. No bell peppers. Chicken was dry. The chicken enchiladas with mole no longer come with rice and beans. That is now an extra fee. For a staple with any dish. That wasn’t good. They also switched servers during our meal and then we had a horrible experience charging the meal to our room at the Bellagio. For 4 people the bill was about $320. We charged $200 to our room and my sister paid another $200 in cash. I signed the bill and crossed out the tip because it was in the cash we left. When we went to check out at bellagio they had added a $78 tip to the $200 room charge. Absolutely ridiculous. We had to document everything with the Bellagio for their investigation. Unfortunately, I didn’t keep a copy of the receipt. Thank goodness we are good customers at the Bellagio and they did what was right and took it off. BEWARE…. Double check your bill and save your receipts!! Will never go back!

Living in Houston it’s a stretch to pay these prices for Tex Mex when you are used to top shelf margaritas for $10. However, price aside the food is excellent and so are the drinks. If you don’t care about ultra pricey Tex Mex food it is worth the visit. But be prepared to drop a Benjamin for fajitas and a margarita .

On internet says it’s dog friendly restaurant So I brought my small Pomeranian god and ordered food, asked water for god. Than waiter came she said that she can’t bring a cup with water for dog. When it’s dog friendly for your information it’s mean that every dog is allowed not only service dog like thay said. So I left. Really? Even can’t bring cup of water for dog ??? I hope management will read this review That blond old lady was so against my dog. I am sure she has no clue that restaurant where she is working is DOG FRIENDLY!

We traveled from Florida, California and Mexico to visit Las Vegas with 25 family members, we called early in the morning to request a reservation for a birthday celebration, the manager was rude and expressed that we are not allowed to have full access to their menu and that they would make a limited menu as well as charge $125 per person with only certain menus items provided. The price per a person was not the issue its the fact that they wanted to charge so much for not gaining full access to their whole dinner menu. We highly disappointed considering their reviews on their menu, if you planning on visiting with a large party we do not recommend Javiers.

This spectacular restaurant/bar is located just off the casino floor at Aria. We had a drink here (the restaurant was - unsurprisingly - full for the evening) and it was wonderful. The bartenders were very accommodating. Next time we are in Las Vegas we will definately have dinner here.

This is my go to lunch spot when staying at the Aria. It's consistently well prepared & flavorful food with excellent service.

Some of the best Mexican food I’ve had in the US! This is one of our favorites, because it’s very vegetarian friendly, and they even have a vegetarian and vegan menu! I love their cheese enchiladas with tomatillo sauce! They also have vegetarian beans and white rice. The drinks are great as well and the staff is nice! The atmosphere is upscale.

We looked forward to going to Javiers but were disappointed this time. Our food was served room temp at best and had to be returned and reheated. Half of the Chile Verde was too tough to eat. We told the manager Hugo and he said no one else complained about it.. he had a we have plenty of customers attitude.

First off, if you do not like spicy food, ask your server in advance and most dishes pack some heat. The server was top notch and the support staff was as well. Fajitas were creative and solid, short ribs fell off the bone and two of us got tacos that were also very good. Plan on spending $100 a head for Mexican but it is a worthy expense. Also, please note as others have that it is LOUD in the restaurant. Tables are close together to maximize capacity.

Amazing dinner with friends! They were helpful with deciding on food portions and best recommendations. The food was great authentic Spanish. Grace was our server and she was so lovely.

If you're in Aria, you should definitely go there. As the place is usually fully booked, we sat at the bar. Which didn't affect the quality of the food or the friendliness of the staff. You should definitely try the guacamole, it's really great and is almost enough with 2/3 of a beer. The price is ridiculously cheap.

not a part of the victim mentality crew but questionable assuming behavior Not authentic Mexican food but usually ok with that but not when staff is rude

Wonderful location, good service, fair wait times and great ambiance. But unfortunately the food is less than exciting. 4 people, 4 orders and nobody got anything that was worth going back for. It’s good quality… but that’s about it. Will not return.

During a business trip to LV we had dinner and drinks at Javier’s. The bar is chic and electric. Drinks were perfectly mixed and the food was tasty. You must try Javier’s fajitas tablet-a plate.

Such a popular spot. Great food, but it’s the ceviche trio that keeps us coming back. Perfect dinner is chips, guac, ceviche and beans. and Margs. Have fun!

This is perhaps the best Mexican Restaurant in Las Vegas. We made reservations in advance. We were seated immediately. Fantastic Chips and Salsa. My wife and I ordered the same thing, the 3 item combo plate. It came with a soft or hard taco, enchilada and chile relleno. The food was excellent. The service was also excellent. Management should be very proud. I will return soon.

We didn’t have a reservation and walk-ins were all taken by 5:00 (make a reservation friends) but we were able to get seats at the bar for dinner. The food was delicious! The complimentary chips and salsa was spicy and tasty. The tacos and enchiladas were also really good. We would go again and again.

The environment is very noisy. Food 4.5 out of 5. The price is fine. Waiters are friendly One of the good alternatives to try. Inside the Aria hotel

After looking forward to having some terrific Mexican food we were completely disappointed with our meals. The pork in the Chili Verdi was literally 80% fat! The server agreed and suggested the Carnitas which took way too long to come out and unfortunately when they arrived they were so dry they were completely inedible and even worse, were also flavorless to boot. While the salsa was outstanding and the service was solid, the meals served that night were atrocious. They did end up comping my meal but I would have rather overpaid for an edible one. Maybe the chefs were just having a bad night? Either way, we're not running back as there are way too many superior restaurants in Las Vegas.

Let me begin by saying that we make a point to dine at Javiers as often as we can. We love the atmosphere and the food. However, on our recent trip to Vegas, we had something happen that disturbed us and made us question whether or not we would return to the Aria location. We had a party of nine and expected that our tab would include gratuity, however, the tab actually had a line for gratuity *and*, much farther down the receipt, a tip for the waiter. It would have equalled about $100 more than gratuity alone. Two people in our party noticed the issue and the waiter apologized and blamed his manager. While that my have been an honest answer, we later talked it over and wondered just how many people were paying double-gratuity because they didn't notice a mistake like that. Really disappointing and we felt kind of embarrassed because we recommended this restaurant so enthusiastically to our party (and to many others).

Well, this one hurts. Had this place on my list for years and finally went. Had such high expectations. I ordered a Diet Coke. They brought me one of those little bitty glass bottles. $8. I mean, cmon. But then the food: Ordered Cabo Azul. A shrimp taco, crab relleno, and lobster enchilada. Rice and beans. Overall everything needed salt and weirdly almost no seafood flavor. While the poblano was full of crab I couldn’t taste crab at all. But that wasn’t the big issue: 1/2 inch piece of shell in the poblano. Not a small piece. A big piece. Then the enchilada. Surprisingly bland, and 2 pieces of shell. Maybe 1/8 - 1/4 inch each, but unacceptable at a place like this. Restaurant was packed. People looked happy. I left with a big bill and not a smile. You’ve been warned.

Top notch, superb Mexican food in the heart of the Aria Hotel in Las Vegas. Excellent service, great selection of drinks and great food. Totally worth trying, specially the Corvina with spicy sauce (Corvina a La Veracruzana), will visit again for sure

We enjoyed a delicious late lunch! The margs were also really good! Fun atmosphere. Large restaurant that didn't feel big. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Perhaps we ordered the wrong thing as our experience was decidedly average. Decor was pleasant and the service very good but our food was bland. We ordered the vegetarian enchiladas and chicken enchiladas with tacos. This was our third visit here.. first visit several years ago was great, second wasn’t but thought we’d try it again. The food was just too tasteless for us. The salsa that is served with chips was good and it helped to pour it on top of the enchiladas. I know it’s Vegas, but I really dislike being served a mini sized bottle of Diet Coke for $8.

Excellent food (quesadilla and spinach enchiladas highly recommended; salsa and chips were spicy and outstanding), but it was so loud you couldn't talk or hear. This was a huge negative for us two seniors, and we would likely never go back. We ate at 4:30 (only time we could get) and it was still loud, crowded, and we felt rushed so they could turn the table. But the food was great, and people were having a good time---Depends what's important to you.

We sat at the bar for lunch. We had quick, attentive service. Everyone behind the bar worked as a real team. All the food was great. I would most recommend the osso buco and the ceviche. Their house salsa is good with a nice little bite to it but if you really like to spice things up order the habanero salsa. There is a $5 charge for it but if you can really take heat - go for it!

I will be honest, I am not that familiar with Mexican cuisine but our waiter Moises walked us through the entire menu and gave us some great recommendations. The Margaritas are excellent and my favourite dish was the Cabo Azul, which is Maine lobster enchilada, poblano chile stuffed with dungeness crab and shrimp, shrimp taco, rice and beans. Wonderful service and atmosphere and the food was very tasty.

We had a nice mid afternoon lunch. the timing was because its hard to get into without making reservation a day or two in advance. The place is dark but very nice and open. The food was outstanding and drinks very good. Not a low cost place but you won't feel overcharged once you had the food. A new favorite.

We had lunch here and it was good. The decor is cool and because we were there right when it opened, it wasn't too noisy. The food is god, but not great to justify the very high prices. One piece of chicken with mole (spicy chocolate sauce) with a little bit of rice and beans and 3 tortillas for $38.00 is outrageous. A piece of 3 leches cake (which was mediocre at best) for $16.00 is highway robbery. The service was friendly, but not very helpful or attentive. For what we were charged this should have been the best Mexican meal we ever had and it was not... not even memorable. We will definately NOT return.

On our annual trip to Las Vegas, my wife decided to give Javier's yesterday (1/26/2025) a try for lunch. The fact that reservations were tight was a good sign, so we thought. Our waiter greeted us to take our drink order, a Pina margarita each, and then to take our order. The only other time he visited our table was at the end of the meal to deliver our bill. Never once did he check back with us. Needless to say, but I will, this was extremely frustrating. I told the hostess of our experience and she simply stared at me, with what looked like a manager standing next to her listening without staying a word. The food was good but way overpriced. My wife and I shared the "La Tablita" for $120 which is basically an overpriced serving of chicken and carnitas fajitas for two. We knew the price when we ordered but expected something so much better than what was served. If you enjoy Mexican fare, I'd suggest you skip Javier's in favor of another Mexican restaurant. Tonight we are dining at our favorite Asian restaurant, Wing Lei at The Wynn. Not Mexican fare but at least we'll feel we received outstanding service and food for the price.

Amazing. The service the food and especially the house salad. The wait time was not long either. The cocktails etc.......

This is a Mexican restaurant in the Aria. They apparently missed the memo about 50% occupancy because the place was jam packed with all tables adjacent and full. (We had a reservation made several days in advance – the wait time otherwise was 90 minutes or more.) Our food was, frankly, awful. My beef taco was stone cold. The enchilada and chile relleno were both rubbery and tough and hard to cut through with a knife. My bride’s were similar. The waiter cautioned us about hot plates – they were a lot warmer then was the food. I wouldn’t go back there again.

Amazing food and service. We were at a table of 8 people and literally could not hear anyone further than our immediate neighbor. Maybe we're just getting old but the noise level was quite impressive.

We got the concierge at the Aria to book us a table at Javiers for my Husbands birthday and we were not disappointed. The food was excellent, the margaritas were very strong and the staff were really friendly. It is dark, reading the menu required the use of the torch on our mobile phone and it can be noisy when full of diners, however it was well worth it and next time we stay we will definitely go again.

Reservations recommended. Seated promptly. Had beef fajitas and braised short ribs. Food took longer than on last visits. Waiter said the short ribs take longest to cook. The short ribs were good. The sauce is a little spicy almost to a point of being bitter. Fajitas were delicious. Best salsa I have had and we are from Texas.

If you are looking for quiet and romantic this may not be your place. If you are looking for delicious cocktails and amazing Mexican food with a vibe, this is your spot! We had Costello de Res, which looks just like the picture online. Just enough spice. The short rib in Chile Negro was amazing as well with a couple of spicy margaritas to wash it all down!

Great service and food selection, well worth a visit, great food and well recommend a visit. Would return

Slow service!! Finished my drink nobody ever asked me if I want another one. A lot of people giving out water though. If you have a bunch of waiters and waitresses passing out water, it means the food is not prepared they have to keep busy so that’s what they do.I would not have went other than for my classmates touting. This is a good restaurant. They were wrong or they don’t know good food not sure maybe they’re young.

20 margarita 30 plate of California Mexican food. = $100 Service good Food pretty good Super loud and but neat ambience.

Super crowded. Poor service and the food and drinks were so not worth the price. My husband had Fideo Del Mar and I had the Carnitas. We each had 2 Margarita. The drinks were tasty but very small in size. My husband meal had no flavor and mine was very dry. We left spending $200.00 and still hungry. With so many restaurants in town skip this one.

Fajitas at a Mexican restaurant shouldn’t be that hard. Used to be good here. These were awful. Dry. Bland. Limited accompaniments. Complained to waiter twice. Second time he sent over a manager. He made us feel like his adversary. Manager said since we ate too much of it and didn’t not complain to the waiter early enough, he would not take the 38 dollar each fajitas orders off our bill. We won’t be back. We will go to Joe’s. You can’t hear yourself think in Javier’s anyway.

Folk's this place was located inside Aria Hotel resort. We ate and drank some drink and had a good time. The food was delicious and drink were cold and good. The place get's crowded especially on weekends. We visit this place during the Pandemic and most places were closed so we chose this and we enjoyed. We shall be back soon.

To be clear, my 2 star review is not for the Aria, but the restaurant "Javier's"..which is located within the Aria. The Aria is a wonderful hotel and Casino that I frequent at least 6-8 times a year and recommend it to all my friends a family. Javier's is a different story. The food is great but the Bartender service (I always eat at the Bar..easier to get a place on a crowded night) is disappointing and disrespectful. This is my first time writing a negative review, but after 3 separate incidents, I had to convey my experience. Bartenders are rude, condescending and difficult. I can appreciate and respect that anyone can have a bad night, but three different times is a pattern. It is a shame, because i really like the food.

The taquitos are to die for and the presentation was art! The service was excellent and it’s easily located inside Aria

I love this place! As soon as we arrive at the Aria Sky Suites this is our first stop! The hostess wasn't very pleasant this time at all. But that does not detour us at all from going to our favorite place! I tried to order take out one day and she would not let me and that made me upset as we were stuck in our room due to medical reasons and room service stops at 2pm. Other then that we love all the food there. From the chips and salsa to the lobster enchiladas!! The Cabo Azul is my favorite!

Javier's is a great place to go for quality food and drinks in a cool atmosphere. Good experience every time I have been here and I have been happy with all of the orders that I have made from here. The staff here is very friendly and accommodating to make sure that you have everything that you need.

We stop at Javier’s each time we visit Vegas, that is how much we love it. For the people complaining about the food…what did you order? For the people complaining about the price… it’s LAS VEGAS on the strip. The queso fundido is my GO TO 🤤, we also had ceviche de camarón, taquitos, enchiladas, and chile rellenos. Bryan, our server, was phenomenal. VERY personable. As were the other assistants whose names I did not catch. Javier’s will continue to get our business when we’re in town. Gracias!

Best margarita in Vegas. Met local friends here for dinner. The food was very flavorful and very good service. The dress code is business casual but many people were in shorts and polos. I say this because my wife made me dress up and it was not necessary. Our shrimp ceviche with chips was made fresh and you could tell as it was VERY good. My main was the Enchilada, Chile Relleno & Taco which also was VERY good. Unfortunately our waiter suggested we share because it was a large dish. Don't listen to the waiter, its not huge and I could have eaten myself. Very good food. Warning - the table salsa is extremely spicy.

I enjoyed a late lunch. The quest is not a dip but a hot cheese with tasty chipotle on top served with soft tortillas which I enjoyed. I has the beef enchilada, chicken taco and ground beef. All was elevated Mexican but the chicken taco was the standout for me. The music wasn’t thumping as some have complained. It’s on the strip so don’t expect cheap because it’s Mexican.

This was our first time at this venue at the Aria. We love the MGM properties there (Aria, Vdara, Cosmo, Bellagio). At 11.20 there was a long line already, but once the restaurant opened, folks were seated very quickly. The menu is great. My husband had the Tomahawk Pork Chop. He loved it though I found it to plain. My Cabo Azul was a delicious Maine Lobster enchilada with a green (tomatillo) sauce. It was accompanied by a poblano chile stuffed with real crab and shrimp. The red salsa on the table gave both an extra touch of flavor. We finished with a flan and a Carajillo. We will definitely return. Also, the service was superb.

Decent Mexican food, but nothing really special. Food arrived quickly, but lukewarm. Service was professional, but not personable. Overpriced for what we got, $80+ per person for casual mexican fare, enchiladas, tacos, a couple of drinks each. Not bad, but certainly not worth the price. We're still looking for that special Mexican food place on the Strip, willing to pay for it if it's special. Javier's was not special.

Always excellent service ! Great margaritas and I love the expression martini here! We have tried other dishes in the past but love the seafood options! Fresh salsa and chips too!

The worst experience that’s why I gave the hotel Amd average score for allowing the restaurant to have the worst service u would never go back to any Javier’s restaurant this was a real big disappointment I had never experienced a situation like I did in arias Javier’s restaurant it’s the biggest horrible experience ever had! Israel the manager is a rude bad mannered manager and Omar the GM is as well!

Dinner and service was great. I had the lobster enchiladas and they were delicious and the margaritas were very good. I definitely recommend, and you need to make reservations, the place was packed,

Javiers scores perfect in all aspects. The physical space was attractive, the staff was very attentive, the atmosphere was happening and the food was outstanding.

My wife, along with our daughter and her husband and their kids, ages 2 & 5, arrived here Wednesday, 21 July at about 4:30. Our daughter and her husband had jalepeño’s margaritas, which they liked very much. My wife had a frozen strawberry and I had a frozen mango. Both included pureed fruit which was excellent, although we both prefer them to be a little sweeter. Our son-in-law said the jalepeño’s were sweeter. Chips were decent and salsa was very good. Our daughter shared QUESADILLAS (flour tortilla, guacamole & sour cream, grilled chicken breast) with her kids which looked good. Our son-in-law had the COSTILLA DE RES ($45, osso bucco short rib, potatoes, tomato & serrano sauce) which he liked very much. We shared: -JAVIER'S CHOPPED SALAD (fresh greens, avocado, cucumbers, red onions, roasted corn, cheese, baby heirloom tomatoes, champagne vinaigrette) with grilled chicken breast ($24), and -TAQUITOS ($15, beef, crema Mexicana, guacamole sauce, radishes, micro cilantro) The chopped salad was excellent, although we requested the creamy cilantro dressing along with the champagne vinaigrette on the side, which was a good thing. The vinaigrette was too salty for us. The creamy cilantro was perfect. Excellent! The taquitos, one of my top favorite meals, were also excellent. The shell to meat ratio was perfect, which is rare. However, the guacamole was much too spicy. Usually when something is more than mildly spicy, it is customary to indicate it. Apparently, Javier’s is also unaware that almost 25% of people cannot eat spicy food. I dropped them a full point for that. It’s just plain rude. Thankfully, the guacamole was mostly around the bottom (see pic) and I was able to eat the taquitos with minimum guacamole. Otherwise, I would have to have given them back and ordered something else. Traditional guacamole is not spicy. The service was prompt and excellent. For 75% of people, I doubt you could go wrong with anything you ordered here. For the 25% like me for whom spicy foods are an issue, you may have to ask about spiciness, the since menu will not warn you, and then hope your server has a clue to what spicy is for gringo palates. Too often, they do not. Nonetheless, the food is excellent.

This is a very authentic Mexican restaurant with great service and even better food. We all had enchiladas and absolutely LOVED them. Our server was very accommodating for allergies and special requests. The only thing was the wait even with a reservation we waited about 10-15 minutes.

I have eaten here numerous times for lunch and it is always very good. Has good food and energy. I usually get the Javiers salad.

Chose this place based on an incredibly delicious appetizer I had at the location in Scottsdale. Great food. Wonderful drinks. Friendly service. Great quality. Way too expensive.

Another great lunch at Javier's. Always delicious & fun. Every trip to Vegas is not complete without a trip to Javier's. Enjoyed going for lunch at opening this time and it was just as fun and good as night. Highly suggest Javier's for an upbeat atmosphere with good food selections.

The music here is so loud so you can't hear anything else and can't concentrate on the food. The food itself average. All in all don't bother.

The staff was not friendly and it was a typical Vegas cattle call. Just super crowded and full of Vegas drunk people. However, food came fast and it was really good. Had quesadillas and surprisingly good. Guacamole was top notch. We are from San Antonio and this Mexican food was good. Price moderate for Vegas. Would recommend. Only gave it a 3 cuz the staff was dismissive

Beautiful restaurant! Hand made wooden sculptures that were incredible! The food was delicious, albeit expensive. Drinks are around $25 so be prepared. Service was fantastic and everyone was extremely attentive!

My wife and I dined here for dinner with RESERVATIONS at 8pm. We arrived 10 minutes early and were seated immediately (10 minutes early). The meal started with excellent chips and salsa. We both ordered the 3 Item Combo that came with a Taco, Enchilada, and Chile Relleno. The waiter was very attentive, we only ordered water, which was refilled several times. Management should be proud. The music could be turned down just a bit. We will return probably next month!

The food was excellent. The margaritas were strong. The location was very nice. You will need reservations. Not a quiet location. It gets loud with the music and conversation.

Another family member made the reservations and I was against it because I love smaller venues and family-owned restaurants but this fine restaurant surprised me with their presentation, quality, and taste! Margaritas were delicious and guacamole with chips tasted so good and complimented our diner plates. We shared a large round table with booth seating and chairs so we could socialize, laugh, and celebrate our niece's 21st birthday.

We walked past this restaurant in the Aria Resort and Casino, and were hit by the intoxicating aromas wafting from the dining room. Like a cartoon character floating through the air towards a pie on a windowsill, I was immediately caught in its spell. Though situated right off the casino floor, the vibe of the place is actually fairly subdued. It's busy and bustling, but doesn't feel frenetic. Reservations are recommended, but we got lucky by showing up early (about 4pm) and were led to a table without delay. Thankfully, the aromas that snared us were only the start of the story. My husband had the shrimp enchiladas while I opted for the mole poblano enchiladas. Both dishes were sizeable but not unmanageable, and came out quickly. He loved his dish and my mole was some of the best I've had the pleasure of tasting. There is a note on the menu detailing their inability to make substitutions so as to honor the recipe creator, and I totally get why. These dishes were done exactly right. There is no need to mess with prefection.

Fantastic friendly with great food. They aren't overbearing with the mask thing. If you haven't eaten at Javier's you haven't had Mexican food this good. From the salsa, main meal to dessert it's terrific.

The Chip were not greasy and the Salsa was tasty with the right amount of heat. The best Steak Quesadillas I ever ate, flavorful, no gristle or fat and perfectly cooked. Each bite was pure tender steak. The Mole with chicken and then chicken Fajitas were also excellent. The Rice was good but the Beans were the only thing sub par. This is a definite place I will visit again.

I take people here all the time- people agree the food Is fantastic!!!!!!! Everything is so good i.e. drinks, chips and salsa and the entree’s- you must check this restaurant out when your in Vegas!

Very good food. Definitely need to make a reservation. It was super crowded. Four in our party and we each ordered fajitas. We could have easily shared as portions were large. Only thing that I didn’t like was the queso. It was a large bowl of cheese the consistency of string cheese. Couldn’t scoop it. Wasn’t the kind of queso I am accustomed to. It was almost rubbery. Other than that good. Service was prompt and waitstaff were excellent. Definitely a place to try.

Cool decor and ambiance; food was good to very good; Nice chips & salsa; they have vegetarian options; pretty good spice levels; service faltered during our visit; prices seemed a bit high

So my wife and I love Mexican food, and decided for our last evening here in Vegas to eat at Javier's in the Aria Resort. We arrived a few minutes before our reservation time and the hostess was anything but friendly. Just, "do you have a reservation" and then, "you'll just need to wait a few minutes." No welcome. No smile. Not a great first impression. We waited about 10 minutes and now it is past our reservation time, when a different hostess asked if we were being helped. I said we had checked in and the hostess told us to wait. She looked at the booking and said we could be seated immediately. The restaurant wasn't crowded so I'm not sure why we had to wait initially. But our experience got better once seated. Our server was personable, really knew the menu, and was attentive to our needs the entire time. Our Casa Margaritas were EXCELLENT. I ordered the combo plate with chile relleno, beef taco, and chicken enchilada...with a side of rice and beans.....all three were well cooked and flavorful....really pleased with the food. My wife had the cheese quesadilla with guacamole...again, very flavorful and delicious And we were also given a bowl of chips and salsa...wonderful, wonderful salsa with just a little kick to it. With the exception of the greeting, we really enjoyed our experience at Javier's. We would definitely come again.

Have visited locations many times in Newport, Cabo and Century City and always had an incredible experience and they truly make the best margaritas but the Vegas location and there manager Julie Hernandez need some customer service management training. Called in advance to see if we needed bar seating and was told first come first serve. Arrived and was told no waitlist but we could keep checking in as there’s no reservations. After 30 min of waiting and open seating becoming available, told “the policy just changed” and it was reservation only. According to Julie “Javier just called and she has to follow his rules”. Most ridiculous excuse and zero apology. Wouldn’t be caught dead eating at Red Lobster but would probably get better service there.

We live in Vegas. I work at City Center, where restaurant is located. Been to Javier's several times and every time was worse and worse. This was the last time. I refuse to spend money in a place where some employee believes can be rude to someone who puts food on his family table. They rush you all the time, even if past week was a very slow one and they don't care about their customers AT ALL, since they are the busiest place on property. They rely on volume, so providing service doesn't matter, Next customer and hurry up! If everyone would stop tipping, I hope to see some change. But they also have high rollers fully comped that don't mind tipping couple of hundred, since everything else was paid for. I will just stop going there paying top dollar for a dish that otherwise is very cheap, and being abused by the waiters. Waiters. They probably never read their job discription. Or maybe they just couldn't. Period.

We visited around 2pm on a Friday for some lunch (pre booked). Slow service but we did find the food tasty! (Massive portions). Particularly at the end of the meal. Lovely decor and at the beginning we really liked the atmosphere just by the end of the meal we did agree was very loud music for a lunch sitting.

Delicious! Love this place We always try to visit Just try to make sure to make your reservation over the phone (old school) so you don’t miss the opportunity of a wonderful evening at Javier’s!

I always have at least one meal at Javiers when in Vegas . Food and service are both excellent . Make a reservation as they are busy. Unlike some other reviews I did not find it overpriced . To each a differing opinion.

We had an enjoyable, satisfying lunch at Javier’s in ARIA on 5/15. My wife had a shrimp salad that was generous and tasty, and I had the spinach enchiladas, which I found to be delicious. The enchiladas were stuffed with fresh spinach and cheese and accompanied by black beans and rice. Our server, Bryan, was attentive and welcoming. We had previously enjoyed dinner at Javier’s, and can now recommend it as a desirable lunch spot.

Elevated Mexican food...outstanding. Atmosphere was very loud. We had to shout. Could only talk to the person right next to you. Good food and drinks, friendly and helpful staff. Recomend going off hours and avoid weekend nites...very busy and loud, even with reservation we had to wait 20 minutes to be seated.

We love Javier’s and always enjoyed the food service and specialty drinks. We were so disappointed when we ordered an entrée of 30 something dollars each, and it came with no rice and no beans. We were informed that the entrées no longer come with rice and beans if you want to order it on the side, there’s a up charge. Wow, what a huge disappointment so sad will definitely rethink where we go. Next time we’re in Vegas regarding Mexican entrées and cuisine. Super sad that a company has to get so greedy to take out something so inexpensive as rice and beans, and charge for it. It basically makes a1 enchilada around $18 apiece with no rice no beans. Makes you scratch your thinking wow, we do have choices,

This restaruant in the Aria Resort & Casino seems to be very popular, and I'm thinking it's because of its location and atmosphere. Drinks are very good, but the food

Best Mexican food in Las Vegas. Out standing service and gorgeous restaurant. Went on a 5 star food crawl on business trip and this was the best

Javier’s is consistently excellent. The food is fantastic every time, and the service is usually friendly, professional, and fairly quick—especially impressive given how busy it gets. Over the last few years it has become noticeably more popular, which speaks to how good it is, but it also means reservations are strongly suggested. Even with the crowds, the quality and experience have never slipped. One of my go-to spots in Las Vegas and always worth the visit.

Great atmosphere and service. Food and drink quality was excellent. Would have rated a 5 but there were 6 of squeezed around a table that would have been more appropriate for 3 to 4 people. This made it a little uncomfortable. Definitely need to make a reservation in advance.

Nice restaurant inside the Aria resort...we have eaten here a couple of times. The food is good but pricey for the portion size served. Make a reservation if you wish to go here in the evening.

We went as a bacheloreete party of 8 on a Friday night. The kitchen ervice was slow, but at least there was plenty of salsa and chips. No one felt their meal was anything special. We had issues with the bill. They had added a 20% tip and only one check. We calculated the cost at $75 each. One person gave cash, the balance was to be split between credit cards given. Each of our cards came back at $83. After trying to explain why they were correct twice even though we had calculators, they came back and corrected the charges to $75. This added another 20 minutes to our time there. Many felt like they might have thought we were overcharged because we were a large party of women, some of which had a few drinks. There were so many better places in the Aria and surrounding resorts. I cannot recommend this place at all.

The drinks were fresh and wonderful. However, the food wasn't anything spectacular. The rice and beans side dish had no taste as if it had been frozen. The beef piccadillo had no spice or flavor. The chicken mole sauce was better buy the chicken breast was dry. There are better restaurants in Vegas.

The food here is delicious and consistently great every time I visit. The complimentary salsa dip is one of the best I’ve ever had, and their tequila selection is top-notch. On top of that, the service is outstanding—friendly, attentive, and welcoming. I love this place and always make sure to come back whenever I’m in Vegas. Highly recommend!

Had steak and lobster which was ok but not value for money for the value your paying for the restaurant, staff were great.

This was our 2nd time to visit Javiers. Our server was friendly and knowledgeable. The chips and salsa are so good. A nice little kick to the salsa. We started with a Javier’s chopped salad. Any salad with corn and avocado is a winner to me. This salad didn’t disappoint. I ordered the Chile Verde for my main course. If I hadn’t gobbled all those tortilla chips I could’ve finished the nice sized portion of meat, beans and rice. The flavors of the pork and sauce was delicious and the pork wasn’t dry. My husband ordered the Steak Picado. He too enjoyed his meat snd was happy it had good flavor and wasn’t dry.

Service was great. The carnitas were so dry though. Nice crispy crust but definitely lacking any flavor. Manager said they appeared to be correctly cooked and nothing was done to remedy. Do not recommend.

Nice lunch at 5pm we love this mexicain restaurent - we took tacos and fajitas with chicken - it was délicious as usual - be careful with spicy !

Great food. Great service. Would highly recommend. Need to make a reservation as they stay packed. Best salsa I have ever had.

Poor service, overpriced, salty food, rude workers and even manager has no decency to make things right very disappointed especially at this price point

The best Mexican I’ve ever had. the quesadilla was delicious and the churros were spectacular. The guacamole and sour crème were amazing and a must have!

Great atmosphere here, noisy and cool place. Stopped by the day before to make a reservation as was in the casino anyway! Cocktails incredible, spicy margaritas with a healthy dose of Jalapenos, winner. Food I have to say honestly, I wasn't as blown away as I was hoping and would definitely place in the very good category rather than excellent. Very expensive, naturally, given the setting and reputation.

Like Mexican food, no problem, not a fan of Mexican, no problem, Javiers has an expansive menu of great tasting quality food for everyone’s palate. Make a reservation as far in advance as you can as it seems to be a popular option.

I ate here one evening and was slightly disappointed. The food was heavy and a bit like a buffet meal. The restaurant itself is very dark so I had to use my phone light to actually read the menu. The table are super close together which was not really very COVID secure. The meal I had was very average unfortunately - and I would not go back.

Located on the casino floor inside the Aria Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada. We didn’t have reservations but as long as the bar has seats available you’ll have no problems! The food was done really well from taste to presentation to temperature of food all good marks!

Great food in a lively restaurant. We were there on around 9pm on a Sunday night and it was pumping. Service was very good - the waiters knew the extensive menu well and made great recommendations for us Aussies who don't get a lot of Mexican food. The margaritas were excellent and strong. Oh and the chips and salsa were so good, better than anything I’ve had in Australia. Enchiladas, fajitas and the salad were all great - our group loved the food.

I've been coming to the Javier's in Aria since it opened and of course the prices have steadily increased but this recent visit was probably my last. I ordered my usual Enchiladas Cangrejo now priced at $43 and find out that beans and rice are not included in the dish anymore. That is an additional $6. The cheapest mass produced item in the restaurant and you want more for it. I'm done.

Ordered our dinner,my partner chose her normal dinner and her taco was missing....I ordered a shrimp taco and fajitas after explaining through the loud music what I wanted 3 times.....my partners taco was missing, when questioned they claim I was given hers after I ordered a shrimp one extra and her dinner COMES with a taco ?!?!? Manager was useless and just would not help at all !!! 3rd time and LAST and this Restaurant due to their total mess ups.....far too loud too come 8 pm!! You cannot hear a thing....fact !!! Never again

Best salsa around. Staff is friendly, service is fast. Reservations recommended. Love their large menu selection. Beef fajitas are always our go to. I had the seafood trio enchiladas this trip. Couldn’t really distinguish between the three seafoods. Shrimp, crab and lobster. I’ll stick to fajitas next time.

Great experience. Amazing drinks. Service was great. very accommodating and food was top quality delicious.

The wait staff is supper friendly. Cocktails vary significantly. Sometimes you wonder if they put liquor in them. Food also varied in quality of preparation. Salsa yummy (shrug)
Outstanding service, great food, great drink and a great time-
There is a young lady named Alex, a bartender at Javier's that is a great asset to both the restaurant and to Aria. This last visit we found ourselves sitting at the bar 2 to 3 times a day having a meal or just just enjoying a few cocktails. This Is partly because we like Javiers a lot, but mainly because we loved Alex.I could go on forever about how she this made this older couple feel welcomed and special. She introduced us to new cocktails, laughed with us and provided us with some of the best service ever at a place that is always packed full. This young lady was a true stand out for my wife and myself on this visit-
