My sister and I love this place we do not have one where we live! We flew out of D so we went and set up with the kiddos at our gate, I pulled up the map to find where they were (not on the map heart broken to say the least) but had to go to C for chick-fa-lay so off I go. Bam!! There it is!! It was amazing as always!!

I’ve always loved Jersey Mikes as we have locations in San Antonio. When I saw this location in the ATL Airport I knew I had to have one for the way home. They only offer one size of sandwich but it didn’t matter. The same experience you would have at any Jersey Mikes and so thankful when I broke it out on the plane. Several passengers asked what it was as it smelled great and made flying back home in 2 hours very enjoyable. You can’t go wrong and I know where I’m stopping when back at the ATL airport!

We enjoyed quality sandwiches in a hurry. Hit the spot. Limited seating available. Seems like a well managed place.

We to Jersey Mike’s as we walked of our flight. The best customer service!!!!! So friendly. Fast!!!!! They deserve a raise! Food was great too!

The customer service was so good here that it stood out. Very friendly young man and young woman working and seemed happy to be there - not the norm these days. Good sandwiches, friendly service, and I actually learned something - they cook their own beef for their roast beef sandwiches! I wouldn't have expected that at a free-standing Jersey Mike's, let alone an airport location. I'd be back just because subs are so easy to take with you on a plane and then eat at a time that's convenient for you - but I'll make it a point to visit this location in particular because of the great service.

Food was ok but unfriendly, unpleasant service. And then they actually ask for a tip when you pay! Easy decision to select no tip.

Be sure to check your receipt! I ordered two combo's, the #3 and the #9, after paying with my debit card I left and got on my plane. A couple of days later I checked my bank statement discovering they charged me $29.33 for those two combos! I had no luck reaching anyone by phone to dispute the charges.

It is always nice to be able to get a gluten free sandwich. Small place with a little bit of seating, but good stop. I had the tuna Mike's way. Staff did ask whether allergy or preference. Typical for Jersey Mike's to determine whether to clean surface. Typical udis bread so a bit on dry side. Tuna is excellent especially with Mike's way additions. If gluten free then a nice quick option.

Basic sub. Nothing special. But good enough for a quick bite while waiting for a flight. The turkey was good.

After a very early departure from home, I was ready for lunch at 9am. First try @ a Jersey Mikes and I was very pleased. Ordered the tuna without bread and gentleman behind counter offered to put it on a bed of lettuce with other fresh veggie options. Tuna is good but very peppery. I would choose this vendor again.

When I showed up everyone was leaning on something and wasn't all that excited to take my order. They only serve 1/2 size sandwiches. I live in Chicago and a regular is $2 less than their half. I will go someplace else next time. Someplace that lives up to their name. I love Jersey Mike's but this location is the worst one I have been too.

We needed a rather fast meal before our connecting flight. There was a rather long line (guess others had the same idea); we had to take our sandwich on the plane but it was prepared as we ordered -- typical tasting.

Horrible, couldn’t care less about you service. Bread is two days old and pre-sliced, making it even more stale. Cheese is already sliced. Lettuce was brown. The employees making the sandwiches did a horrible job with condiments. The pricing is about 30% higher than street locations, i guess you have to pay more for horrible quality and service. The employees all had the attitude of “why you makin me work?” STAY AWAY.

Best priced sandwich in the terminal. Quality reminds me of what Subway use to be. Liked that the meat is fresh cut. Sandwich is large. Very much superior to Subway. Service is fast.

Was situated in a good place. Food and service was prompt and good. Food was good. Would be nice if there was more room to sit

quick dinner for on the plane... Worked out well for me as I got the original sub with lots of veggies... Nice folks to wait upon you and the price while a bit higher than at a store was fine - after all this is at an airport.

Stopped at Jersey Mike's in C Concourse for lunch before an afternoon flight. The shop was clean and meats were sliced as I watched. Employees were unusually friendly for airport servers. Veggies were fresh. The sandwich was good and priced reasonably. I'll stop again.

I love Jersey Mike's sandwiches. On this trip on a layover I headed over to Terminal C specifically for Jersey Mike's. I arrived at about 7:55am to the restaurant and they open at 8. It was so close that I just sat down to wait. The guy working there was pissed that I sat down. He said "what are you doing?" I said I'll wait. He said "No, no way man nuh uh!" with a very angry face at me, I couldn't believe it, why would this be such a problem? Their seating is specifically for jersey mike's so it's not part of the public concourse but man alive, no need to have that reaction! I did not eat there. That guy needs a serious attitude check, or he's going to be unemployed soon. I don't get it, don't people want to advance themselves further than working in fast food? Never going anywhere with that type of attitude. Jersey Mike's at the Atlanta Airport needs to do a better job of hiring people!

I was pretty impressed with the sub I received. I ate it a few hours later on the plane and it still tasted great. Would definitely eat here again if given the chance.

Love me some jersey mikes!!!!!! Always a great sub and you will not be disappointed. Mikes way with mayo is the way to go. Chips and a drink.

Not the usual taste, but I thought I would visiting this sub shop after seeing it featured on the food channel. combined with the higher airport price, you're much much better off walking down a couple gates to Panera Bread. I

I had the Big Kahuna. Cooked to order, tasted great, customer service was excellent. They have outlets to charge your phone while you’re eating.

grabing something at a airport is never easy. long lines and way over priced. this jersey mikes sounded ok. it was more than ok. it was great. fresh, taste, and you were allowed to add what you wanted. not really cheap but it was worth the price.

Decided to grab a sub at Jersey Mike's because we thought it would be fresher then any airline options. But were appalled as we watched it being assembled. The bread was slapped down on a dirty counter, slid across the dirty counter as ingredients were added and then finally placed on a wrapper. I didn't even eat it. Will never go back there again.

Food was just ok and i was getting pretty aggravated by the 2 guys working the counter that would tap each other to get each others attention to look at a beautiful woman walking by. It was very obvious to all customers waiting. Mgmt should intervene.

The subs at this establishment are always fresh. The last time I traveled through the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta Airport in March my husband and I shared a hot sub. It was nice to see it being cooked right in front of me. The staff was friendly and efficient. The food was delicious. There is always a line here (probably because others like it as much as me), but the line is never too long.

Had a tight connection between flights but this was convenient to my gate. I had a coupon for a free sub & drink. I ordered a sub but when I presented my coupon the cashier curtly informed me that they did not take coupons. I immediately asked for a manager, and there was a lady working the grill who identified herself as a manager and also said, curtly, “We don’t take coupons!” No apologies from her. So much for "customer service" and “southern hospitality.” It was more of a “Jersey Attitude.” So because of this store’s failure to accept coupons and the cold treatment I received from the employees, not only was a sandwich wasted (mind you, there were no signs informing customers that this particular store accept coupons), but a customer was lost. Because of this, I do not have plans to ever set foot in a Jersey Mike's store ever again.

Great to have a Jersey Mike’s in airport sandwich’s are great I love there vinegar oil dressing they put on

I'm always a Jersey Mikes fan, and love that there is one on concourse C. The best part about this location is the staff. They are friendly, polite, and very efficient. They are a breath of fresh air in the ATL airport. The subs, of course, are extremely good. Try a #13 Mikes Way and add jalapeño peppers.

Grabbed a couple of sandwiches before catching a connecting flight. They were good, nothing to brag about. Long lines that moved slowly. Didn't realize you could order a sub in a bowl without bread until a gentleman behind us in line did so.

This review is specific to the jersey mikes located near gate C12 area. The people working the day I was traveling through were very friendly and almost entertaining while they took orders and made sandwiches. They were efficient, knew the sandwiches and options very well, polite and seem to really enjoy their jobs. I was only picking up a quick sandwich before my flight but they made that quick stop for a bite a little less mundane. Oh, and the sandwich was good, too!

Awesome subs while waiting on our flight. Really tasty subs but since it's at the airport thus pricey.

Stopped at Jersey Mikes while waiting for SWA flight in Terminal C. This location is fast and the sandwiches are loaded with meats and toppings, Staff was polite and professional and beats subway hands down!

Fast food, ambiance, and hilarious crew today! Made my veggie sub perfect, the Mikes way. This is a must have in the airport.
First time at a Jersey Mikes
Ordered a #8, and asked for half with some items and the other half different. They pleasantly did as we asked so that my wife and I could share the sub. Nothing fancy here, but were happy with this for an airport vendor.
