Great falafel and lemonade!

By Wanderer1001NoVA |

Our second visit to Jerusalem Grille -- especially for the falafel and lemonade, this time. We enjoyed a meal there previously. As expected, the falafel and lemonade were outstanding snacks during a busy day. We'll be back again!

Pleasant surprise

By lawrenceg728 |

We don’t get the opportunity to find kosher food in NE Pennsylvania, so it was a treat finding this place. Really sweet waitress. We blew an order- totally our fault- we offered to pay for what we didn’t want and she wouldn’t hear of it. The Kebobs were delicious as was the shawarma. We tipped her well and appreciated the tasty food.

A little pricey but great food, quick service and comfortable seats

By TheTzvi |

We got off the plane and by the time we got to Vegas we were HUNGRY. We got to Jerusalem and got seats quick and ordered quickly. It was entertaining seeing the cooks prepare the food rapidly right there behind the glass partition. The follow up service wasn't so great - but I think that was because we asked for tap water and didn't pay fr the bottled H2O. Food was very tasty and goodly sized portions.

Delicious GREAT Middle Eastern Food in a CLEAN venue

By Michele S |

I love eating at this restaurant. The food is fresh, delicious and the place is clean. Can't get enough of them! The staff is also great and the owners are very involved in the business. A relaxing night out!

Very tasty food

I was not expecting the prices on the menu, but was very satisfied with what I ordered. It was a nice portion, cooked well and delicious.

Mediocre Food, High Prices, Limited Menu

By grknyc |

Jerusalem Grill is located about 15 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip in a strip mall. The restaurant has a dingy look to it. Very old and not well maintained. The menu is very limited, Slow Service, High Prices, very mediocre. There are better choices in Las Vegas.

A tale of two meals.....

By Jack K |

What a difference a few hours makes! We went to this Kosher Meat restaurant not far from the strip for lunch. we ordered an assortment of tapas/appetizers. The Shwarma tacos and the beef baclava were amazing!. The server was friendly and efficient, we enjoyed it so much that we opted to go back for a late dinner the same day. What a mistake!. Our dinner food was acceptable, though not nearly as good as lunch. Our soup was served tepid, (probably because it sat on the pass through for the server for several minutes, before it was brought to us), so we sent it back to be heated, we could actually hear the kitchen staff snickering about it. Our main course, again an assortment of foods, was served over about 10 minutes by which ever wait person happened to come by. They did not serve us one of the items, though it was on the bill. We had a hard time getting the attention of a server, and it was not just us, we noticed several people trying to attract the staff's attention. Several of the servers were eating behind the bar, with their hands, where we could see them, one woman was busy with her smart phone and another was busy refilling ketchup bottles. When we finally got the bill and pointed out that we did not get one of our dishes, there was no apology, or offer to get it for us. It seemed like we were doing them a favour being there. I doubt we will go back again.

This is a fabulous kosher restaurant just off the Vegas strip. The best falafel and schwarma ever. Good service. Prices are good. Definitely should go.

Good, but the same as ALL other kosher grill places

By SpokesMom |

Even if you haven't been here, you've been here! You know every kosher, Israeli grill restaurant you've ever been to? This is the same... But, the food is good, the service was nice and quick, and the prices were pretty average. We really enjoyed beef fillet dish (I think it was called), which had three burger-like patties served on it. The meat was wonderful. The starter salads, which we ordered for $6.95/person and included a dozen different small salads, were good, although pretty heavy on the mayonnaise, and expensive for what you really get. And the pop, at $3.00/glass is too expensive. But...if you're in Vegas and want to eat kosher food, you don't have that many options, so this one is OK.

Where average is below avarage

As I'm posting this here revue I'm sampling a serving of Shawarma That came from Jerusalem grill, The kid just came home from visiting some relatives and they dined there, he did bring a box containing (lots of)Showarma and some pita bread, in all honesty it should have been the first clue, the boy eats like a pig and its unlike him to NOT finish a plate, like ever, but soon we found why...stay tuned. the pita was heavy, looked "home made" and refused to open at all (pita pocket dah) The shawarma is dry but lets not judge, after all it been ordered 2-3 hours ago, i'll let that slide. The spicing however have nothing to do with any showarma I have ever tasted, no traditional flavors what so ever, no cumin, no salt(stop here-don't give any family secrets), nothing, there was one very dominant flavor, Rosemarie and that's it, what the hell does it have to do with a showarma- no clue what so ever. If I can make a suggestion to the owners, find the person that is in charge of spicing the showarma and ( I'm being very PC here) teach them how to spice it properly, if you don't know.how to do it please seek help from a qualified professional. Really, its not that complicated, even I can do it and I'm not even from that part of the world. ,

Cisco live @ Las Vegas

By hanoh h |

I came to Las Vegas for cisco live and this restaurant was superb The prices and the quality were better than Israel Not common with kosher food outside Israel I ate all week there I think it is the best kosher in Las Vegas

This restaurant is horrible

By kosherfoodman |

The owner is rude abrasive and does not have common sense they treat customers like $hit and have no courtesy, the owner has a temper problem and this negative energy is going into the food you eat, due to the behavior of the owner and his nasty wife, it's safe to assume that the food is less than true kosher, I and others doubt the kahrous here, there is a much better place called shwrama Vegas only 15 minutes from the strip te food is better and the owner treats people wonderfully, search them in google they are on fort apache, please think twice before eating at Jerusalem shwrama just because they are close to the strip, the food will affect you most negatively :(

Delicious!!!!

By Rosemarie D |

Well... wasn't expecting it to be that good, but the food was delicious! Our waitress was lovely and we didn't have to wait long for our food. I had the pagiot (chicken) with chips and salad and my husband had the rib steak. Everything tasted amazing. Definitely recommend for all you kosher eaters in Vegas!!!!

Hit the spot

By james b |

A short walk from the Rio. The actual storefront location isn’t the easiest to find, but the food made it well worth it. I had a hard time selecting from the many appetizing looking choices on the menu, but finally selected 4 Tapas items: Potato Cigars, Beef Cigars, Beef Baklava, and Mini Shawarma Tacos. All were delish and I left there full and content. Owner was there at that time and it was obivious took pride in his creations. And the resulting dishes represented this accordingly.

absolutely amazing

By Ayelet Sror |

This is one of the few kosher restaurants in the strip area (I only wish they were walking distance from it). We ordered 5 sandwiches. From the time we ordered until they delivered (they deliver! Not a given!) was only 40 minutes. Very reasonable prices especially given the limited number of kosher restaurants here and the food was amazing.

Delicious

By Mitchell S |

Im from Brooklyn where we have so many choices when it comes to kosher. Vegas is limited but jeusalem is a great restaurant with delicious food and a well trained staff. If it was in Brooklyn I would eat there all the time

Good

By Fatola4 |

My wife and I ate there recently on two separate occasions, The food was good the portions were generous and the prices were reasonable, It's not a fancy restaurant ,its somewhere to go and be in and out within one hour,

Good food

By alonmoradi |

I was vegas for business and I found this kosher restaurant. Price was OK, place is clean service was good. I enjoy the food there very much, the salads the meat everything was OK.

Fine dining, excellent food, pricey

By Mootle |

Fancyish restaurant (by my definition - has tablecloths). Annoying giant TV screens on every inch of the walls, each on a different station. Food was good. A little more than I wanted to spend, but I guess that is standard for Vegas. Excellent service. Nice presentation. Had the Falafel Fusion. Husband had the Tabulleh and Persian Kabob Skewers. Nice presentation.

Fantastic Food!

By Cookie E |

The food was faultless. We came here a few times on our trip to Vegas (forced to go back by a VERY picky teenager!) and were very happy with both the service and food both times!! There was lots of food for what we ordered, yet we still managed to finish all of it! it was really delicious, and it's hard to find a good-value place in Vegas! If we return to Vegas, I think we would have a unanimous vote to return!

It'll satisfy your Israeli food joneses!

By Randy M |

Located in a strip mall on Flamingo just 5-10 minutes from the strip, this place did the job and we left full and happy. Pretty good hummus (although it could have been spiced more), good Jerusalem mixed grill and great chipsim. And of course the quality of the pita is important and this pita was pretty good too. Service is friendly and prompt. Definitely not fancy - dress is casual and flip flops will be fine. It's a great place to practice your Hebrew and play Jewish geography. Definitely go if your craving some kosher basar while in Vegas.

A different take on Mediterranean

By Christine C |

This a very nice restaurant and they have a few unique twists on some Mediterranean classics. The shawarma tacos are a great idea, and the fire roasted eggplant, which was like a deconstructed baba ganoush, was delicious if a little under seasoned. The pita bread, although not made in house, is some of the best I have ever had and I can see how this would make a terrific base for some of their other menu offerings. The restaurant itself is very posh so I couldn't understand all of the large TVs everywhere. Kind of cheapens the experience a little. Good food especially if you are kosher or halal as this is their specialty.

On of the best kosher food in the US

By Moshecohenny |

I was with my family at Jerusalem Grill and this place is a Israel in Las Vegas what a great food nice people great service so many types of salad and its all fresh and tasty just like in Israel!! So the next time you guys are in Vegas you got to check this place out!!

Excellent choice for our Shabbat meals

By Howard F |

We checked into our hotel in Las Vegas. Checked places around area to get our kosher meals for Shabbat. There are several Kosher places within a short 10-15 minute drive from Strip. Chose Jerusalem Grill. They were extremely helpful and very polite over the phone. Food prepared and packaged excellently. We picked up and had a wonderful dinner in our hotel. Check website - wonderful menu and lots of choices with everything we needed including challah and wine. $ good

Great Kosher Food

By Reuven S |

We have eaten at this fine Israeli-Mediterranean restaurant on several occasions in the last few years and have always heartily enjoyed our meals there. The restaurant has both OK and OU supervision and is run with an Israeli staff. Burgers though are as good as one can find US kosher restaurant. We always ate at their convenient location on Flamingo Rd, but they do deliver quickly to locations on the Strip. One can also get Shabbat delivery in advance but we have never had occasion to try that service.

Some dishes are very nice, others without character and a bit flavorless

By Tinymoonbeams |

This cozy looking restaurant is nestled just West of the Strip in Las Vegas. The bright yellow signs are easy to spot and the outside of the restaurant is clearly marked. The inside is cozy looking and the condiment display and kitchen look clean and inviting. We visited this restaurant in the weekend and ordered falafel, hummus, babaganoush and pita bread. The hummus was nice, the babaganoush downright delicious, but the falafel, sauces, and other condiments were flavorless and without character. Overall I would say that all the food looked good, the service was friendly and quick, the ambiance fine but some of the dishes needed some work to make them memorable.

Excellent food and service

By EdenM27 |

If you are looking a a good kosher restaurant in Vegas , this would be the place! just a short drive from the strip , really good food , I ate here twice the hamburger was delicious , and so was the mediterranean food there . The staff wa super nice , I was there at hanukkah and didn't have a menorah to light in the hotel and they gave me a free menorah with candles . When I come back to vegas I will definitely come back

Excellent food

By Turtledove8 |

Great salads very authentic highly recommended, all of the salads are delicious and a meal could be made

Top notch kosher sephardic style food

By CharmingACM |

Delicious chicken soup with vegetables in a tomato broth. Excellent chicken breast with French fries and generous Israeli salad. If you want a good kosher meal at fair prices, this is the place.

Worth a visit

By CWM4892 |

The restaurant is a great place to dine with family and friends. I ordered hummus and falafel, schnitzel pita with laffa bread and red cabbage salad. The hummus and falafel was a great start for appetizer. The schnitzel pita taste amazing, it is made out of chicken. I prefer the laffa bread for the schnitzel because it is kind of like a tortilla but more wheat. Hummus and falafel provides pita basket. Overall, the restaurant is a great place to taste the Middle Eastern food. I enjoy my experience there.

We will come back!

By enjoyer2017 |

The various lunch menus were all perfectly coordinated and very delicious. The Service was also friendly and professional. We enjoyed it.

Delicious meal

By gityitz |

I was pleasantly surprised to have experienced a delicious meal - perfect moist and tender baby chicken; Tasty Moroccan couscous and tasty bean soup. Attentive waiter

bad customer experience

By foodie79 |

We ordered food to pick up. So cannot comment on the in-house service. The food was ok... not great. And it is a little over-priced (for quantity). We ordered multiple items (appetizer, shawarma plate, pita sandwich). Primarily, we did not have a great experience while ordering and picking up the food. When ordering over phone, I was trying to clarify something about what comes in the plate, and he would just keep repeating the same thing without extra explanation or trying to understand my real question. I finally gave up on my question and just went ahead and ordered. When picking up... I noticed that the amount of rice that came with Shawarma plate was ridiculously less - so I enquired if I could order some extra rice. The price is not listed on the menu, so he thinks about it and says it will cost me $5. I was a little perplexed that, just to get me some extra rice, he would charge approx. 1/3rd of what the shawarma plate orig costed me. And his explanation (in a condescending fashion) was - "This is a restaurant, not a place like ... " (did not understand the last words). I decided not to get that extra rice and walked away with the feeling that he was not very customer friendly and trying to nickel and dime me. The appetizer tasted good. The pita sandwich was not bad. The chicken in the plate was too dry. Overall, I will never go back to this place and wont personally recommend to others.

Great kosher food

By scot1515 |

Let's face it when you go to Vegas you always worry about kosher food, but Jerusalem grill takes care of it, good food, mostly Israeli style but very tasty, they also deliver to UR hotels

Great kosher food, good portions.

By M8426AQannas |

I only did take out but it appeared clean. The restaurant had several TVs going, like a sports bar. But more importantly, the food was excellent. We had Moroccan salmon, grilled chicken, burgers, shakshuka, falafel platters, all recommended, especially the salmon. It was packed well, nothing spilled. We liked it so much we ordered from them twice during our visit to Las Vegas. The only negative was trying to find a menu online with prices.

Average

By dcdriver |

All the kosher meat places in Vegas are "Israeli" type grill joints with similar menus, prices, and atmosphere. This was the one we tried and it was, as the previous reviewer says, "fine." My husband liked his hamburger, and I liked the falafel and techina plate. I don't think we'd return (if we find ourselves in Vegas again) but it served the purpose.

Great kosher food I'm Vegas

By Shlomy N |

Nice place good service and great food Same like in Israel the humus is very good and the Chicken Shawarma dish It's flat kosher place in south of Les Vegas

Mediocre Food & Overpriced

By Climber792372 |

About 2 miles from the Vegas strip. A very disappointing experience. Not much ambiance, the food was mediocre at best, and the menu is highly overpriced. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

Great food - went back for more

By Elan K |

Great meal had the burger the first which left me wanting more. Had the steak schwarma which was great. Only negative is it should come with some salad as well as the chips as standard given the price they charge

Top Kosher Dining Experience

By TheNJTraveler |

Would give 6 stars if possible. Was in Vegas for almost a week. Dined in person once. Had food from them for a conference I attended - a couple of meals a day for 3 days and ordered takeout for Shabbat. Incredibly good food, generous portions and multiple price points on the menu. The restaurant is a nice setting and I would not hesitate to bring business clients to a meal there. Service was top notch.

VERY NICE PLACE

By eliinbalt |

a nice place. very Israeli. good food good service. i have been here twice i liked it both times. i would therefore recommend without hesitation

Delicious As Usual

By cjkranz |

Jerusalem Grill recently updated their restaurant and it not only looks better, it feels much cleaner. The service, however, is very busy. It took awhile to get seated and place orders. While the service was a bit of a mess, it did not change my experience with the food. The food was absolutely spectacular and it remains (in my mind) the best kosher restaurant in Las Vegas.

Good food but pricey

By Ciber004 |

This is a cute place with great authentic Israeli food & very nice & helpful service staff. The only bad thing is their prices. They're double what you'd pay elsewhere, so my travel mate & I had to split our lunch in order to save money for the rest of our trip! The food news is the food is plentiful enough that it worked out great anyway. Also, we ate outside on the table & chairs and asked the guy at the front for our food to go and we paid first. he still brought our food in real plates with cloth napkins & water! With our change in the check portfolio!! Can you say pushy for a tip??

Kosher food

By Roger L |

The service was good , after they got the soda machine working but unfortunately the food was moderate and could have been a lot better. The menu was very large with lots of choices and hopefuly will be better next time.

Family dinner out

By bek822 |

We had a great time here, family with grandparents, parents, and grandkids. The staff was really friendly and the food was tasty overall. The chicken soup however was not a big hit though. Some of the food was a bit on the spicy side, like the sauces, but overall the food was well received. The food arrived quickly, and the staff was receptive to our needs. The portions were very nice sized.

Great food, great service

By ALY2011WI |

We ordered a Shabbat meal for 5 in the afternoon (and they deliver up to a couple hours before Shabbat starts). We then called back and added to our order. They got our order right and delivered it on time to our hotel. The food was delicious! They had options for our Vegetarian friend and the rest of us had meat dishes. They even had a "shabbat package" of candles & matches. The food was delicious and we all enjoyed it immensely. Will order from them again if we go to Vegas again.

TERRIFIC MIDDLE EASTERN FOOD!!!

By NECHEMIA B |

I'm sorry I didn't head to this place the day we landed in Vegas! One night I had the falafel, the next night I had the shawarma. The shawarma was the best and freshest shawarma I've had outside of Tel Aviv. Its sad that in Brooklyn there isn't one really great shawarma. I can't say enough great things about this place! Bottom line ,great restaurant, great service, and very reasonable prices.cant go wrong eating here!

This restaurant would be great even if it was in NY!

By SgottNY |

Usually, when on the "road" and eating out at a Kosher place, you say "not bad for out of town." At Jerusalem, my wife and I enjoyed it so much, that we canceled our reservation at a different restaurant the next night and ate here again! I thought that I knew where to get the best chummus and falafel in the US until I ate here. The steak entree was amazing as were the avacado cigars. Grilled chicken was perfect and I got the hamburger the next night - perfection. No matter what, make sure to get the couscous as a side. Best I ever had. And the service was friendly and professional. Definitely recommended!

Great Food and Service

By Saul M |

I would argue that this is one of the best Kosher restaurants in Vegas. Located near the strip, this Israeli inspired menu offers many typical options like shawarma and kabbobs. The prices are a bit high but so is the service and food quality. If your looking for a cheap, fast, casual place...this is NOT it. If your looking for a nice, mid to high end, loaded bar, menu option, good atmosphere, then this IS your place. Food was amazing. Service was great!

Fantastic food and great service

By gerson m |

I visited this restaurant several times in the last month and was somewhat skeptical of some of the previous reviews which talked about the poor service...I needed to find out myself and was very pleased I found several of these unfavorable reviews just plain wrong...my experiences over 3-4 visits were that the food was outstanding and the service perfect...lots of great choices and large portions and excellent food...i would highly recommend the mixed grill plate and also both their hummas and their Israeli salad...can't wait to return

Best kosher/mediterranean restaurant in Vegas

By ivandzz |

Excellent Mediterranean and kosher restaurant. After a few days in Las Vegas, first we went to the "Ace Of Steaks Glatt Kosher Steakhouse” restaurant which we also really liked and the next evening went to the "Jerusalem Chef's Table" restaurant and it turned out to be even better. I think it probably the best restaurant in the city. I would not give 5 stars, but even more if it were possible. Very pleasant and calm atmosphere, inside is very clean, the staff is very friendly, special thanks to Tom and Niko. The food is delicious, both soup and other dishes especially the meat. The prices are also slightly lower than in the previous place. I highly recommend visiting this restaurant.

Best meal of our trip

By Stu C |

Went over for dinner tonight because we wanted to try something different and we had been there eons ago at their other location. My wife's Shwarma tacos were excellent and my lamb & beef marguez was superb. Barbara was our server and she was friendly, pretty attentive and did check bac to see how we were. Prices are par for the course for a kosher restaurant in Vegas, and all in all, we leterally had the best meal of our trip. Doesn't matter if you are kosher or not, stop by, there were tons of interesting things to try.

Slow service hi priced good food

By John S |

Title says it all. I was left sitting for awhile to be waited on. Once served I was ignored by waitress most of the time. Another waiter brought pita. Once finished I had to wait long time for check. Once got it she never came back to pick it up. I had to go find someone else to pay. Chicken shawarma was good but $28!! I'll skip future visits

Great Family Style

By Jorton |

We had 8 people around a table for a business dinner and ordered one of nearly everything on the menu to share. The food was excellent, with some Moroccan dishes for good measure. The Hummus was light, creamy, and very fresh. The Shawarma tacos were tender and tasty, along with other dishes. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. This atmosphere allowed for a group of business people to leave as friends.

great but their main courses need more range

By Menachem A |

Ate here on 25th July 2019 and was very happy. Have been here once before in March. Service is polite and of a decent speed. I had the steak sliders for starter which are absolutely amazing, could happily eat them every day! For mains I had a milanese (breadcrumbed) shnitzel and fries, which were really good but I only ordered them because nothing else on the menu for mains was particularly exciting. They really need more range or 'different' items on there. All in, I would definitely visit again and do recommend.

Good choice

By N4047JHirenes |

This restaurant hides a little off-center but attracts a lot of people is a very good choice to take out commonplace food. Kébés,hoummous meat cigars, salads and if you like meat you must order the all American a huge steak for at least two very tender people accompanied by vegetables, roasted garlic chimichuri sauce and candied onions Award correct for what you are served A very good choice

Excellent Food and Service

By Chaim Sinai O |

Have been here several times already and this place does not disappoint. The food is always generous and delicious. The service is always with class and predictable.

Great Service. Delicious Food.

By Jimmy G |

Great Service. Delicious Food. High end decor. Fair prices. What more can you ask when eating Kosher in Vegas? Highly recommend.

HORRIBLE. DISGUSTING. UNAUTHENTIC

By Roy R |

WORST PLACE! Disgusting food. Didn’t taste authentic at all. The meat was tough, the hummus was inedible. Horrible service too. If there was a “0” choice score they would have it. DONT GO TO THIS PLACE! Waste of money! There a plenty of authentic Middle eastern restaurants in the city that blows this away! Actual Middle easterns that cook the food. Sorry but I’m not sorry.

Lip smacking good

By BobField |

Great food. We had the x2 appetizers - beautiful selection, freshly made - delish. Reasonable prices - <= level of NY or LA. Really friendly waiter, prompt service. Trust me - Don't go anywhere else - place down the street was really a ripoff.

Mediocre food and service

By Talia |

The place looks nice and clean but the service was slow, some of us had stomach cramps after having the hamburger and the falafel...

Food is great.

By Joseph D |

Near the strip, casual dining with good food and service. Plan eating here on your next trip and has a wide array of food.

Amazing Israeli Food and Great Service

By crimlaw79 |

Recently ate here twice during visit to Vegas. The food was fantastic, especially the pita, falafel, hummus and shwarma tacos (A MUST!!!), and cigars. Even though the restaurant was packed the food came very fast and service was impeccable. One of the problems with so many kosher restaurants in Vegas is the utter lack of service. Not here. We were so happy with the food and service we went back a second time. We will be back in Vegas in a few weeks and will be coming back again.

great hummus and falafel

By Rahul K |

they start u out with some fresh pita and olive oil and some fresh tomato sort of salsa. we ordered some hummus and falafel balls which were amazing. the falafel sandwich was not that great as not enough veggies. the waitress forgot our salad and took forever to get some pickles. other than that food was great and restaurant had decent ambience.

Excellent Kosher restaurant

By David Z |

We actually didn't eat in the restaurant (this trip) but took advantage of the reliable take out and delivery service on 4 occasions last week as we preferred to eat in our hotel suite. The food was excellent each time both taste and quality (including both Shabbat meals). The portions were very generous and the prices reasonable. The individuals I dealt with on the phone were courteous and very helpful. I highly recommend this place and look forward to visiting it next time I'm in Las Vegas.

New Location. New Menu. Still Excellent!

By KosherTraveller2011 |

Of the eight (or so) Kosher restaurants in Las Vegas, Jerusalem is the one place I’ll always make sure to visit on any trip. They may have moved to a new space (next door), changed decor and revised their menu. But the quality of their food rivals that of any top Kosher restaurant in any city. On my recent trip to Vegas, I traveled with my wife and our kids. We saved Jerusalem as our final stop before returning our car at the airport. It turned out to be the perfect high-note to end our vacation on. The service here remains attentive and excellent. It was a scorching day (107 degrees). The waitress must have refilled our water glasses at least a half-dozen times. They brought us warm pita bread (two baskets) and some hummus as an appetizer for our dinner. We ordered a couple of Burgers and two Schnitzel entrees that came with fries and salads. The presentation was fancier than I was expecting. The food was cooked perfectly. They also brought us enough ketchup to satisfy a family of 9. We couldn’t have asked for more attention. Jerusalem has gotten a bit pricier and more upscale since our last visit. But for a truly excellent Kosher meal in Vegas, they remain a destination not to be missed.

WARNING: This Restaurant Stole Over $300 From Me

By Sara E |

Jerusalem Grille overcharged me by more than $300 — yes, THREE HUNDRED dollars — and even after admitting that the charge was canceled, they never refunded me a single cent. This is absolutely unacceptable and feels completely dishonest. I’ve tried contacting them, and they are not responding. Be extremely careful if you go here. Check every charge.Honestly, I regret ever stepping into this restaurant.

Excellent food, great service, certified kosher and halal

By Tracy T |

We came here for the first time just to try something new and different. We ordered the Mediterranean Assortment Platter (Unlimited Homemade Salads & Fresh Pita Bread for the Entire Table up to 5 people). Oh my goodness, it was amazing! It was great to be able to taste such a wide variety of items. The pita bread was good, as was the hummus and other tapas (appetizers). We spoke with the owner for a few minutes after the meal and asked him questions about Kosher and Halal foods and about the people who generally eat here. He was very friendly and helpful. He said that in the Las Vegas area this is the only restaurant offering both certified Kosher and certified Halal foods. He said that there are Muslim and Jewish businessmen in the community who want to be able to meet and enjoy a meal over business, but it's hard to find a place that offers food that meets the religious requirements of Judaism and Islam. We were so impressed see that the Jerusalem Grill is such a restaurant!

Exceptional Kosher Food In Las Vegas - Great Location

By KosherTraveller2011 |

My wife and I traveled to Las Vegas for a short vacation in August 2011. We'd researched all the Kosher options in the area and decided to try as many of them as time and budget allowed. Hands down, Jerusalem Grill was the tastiest food at the most reasonable price with exceptional service. I should start by saying that any Kosher visitor of Las Vegas should rent a car. All of the various Kosher establishments are several minutes off "the strip." Jerusalem Grill is about a ten minute drive from the center of Las Vegas Blvd. Cabs are an expensive alternative, as is delivery to your hotel. An inexpensive car rental affords you the most flexibility. Jerusalem Grill is excellent on all fronts. For starters, they bake their own bread. What a difference a sandwich makes when enjoying a freshly baked pita, or laffa! The appetizers can be a meal by themselves. My wife and I ordered a chumus platter, which arrived with a variety of side salads and pickles. The pitas in the basket were hot out of the oven. It was delightful. For entrees we ordered sandwiches in laffas. I got a schwarma. My wife ordered hers with beef shish kabob. Both were overstuffed with meat, fried onions and french fries. Neither of us could finish our laffas in one sitting, so we had the second half wrapped up to go. At $12 per sandwich, this was an outstanding value. The service at Jerusalem Grill was excellent. It was just before dinner hour when we arrived. Two waitresses provided constant attention, refilling our soda and water glasses throughout our meal. They didn't even charge me for my three refills of Diet Coke! Later, the owner paid us a visit and helped us with our take-out order for our Shabbos meals. We ended up ordering additional laffa sandwiches, which were wrapped in foil and easily heated up on a mini warming tray that we traveled with. Side salads were neatly packed in plastic containers with ample plastic cutlery and napkins. The cost of our dinner, plus two Shabbos (meat) meals for two came out to less than $100. A terrific value! In a tourist destination town where nearly everything is overpriced, it's refreshing to discover a Kosher restaurant that offers great food and warm hospitality at a price level that one would expect to pay in their hometown. Highly recommended!

Expensive ! Expensive extremely expensive!!

By J W |

Very bad option. The prices are ridiculously expensive, the taste and quality is poor. The service was great. The waitress was kind and nice, in general all the staff were nice. We really regret to have dinner at that place. I just can’t understand what could be the reason to mark the dishes that expensive.!!! Absolutely not a place to recommend

Really good kosher place

By SJL1605 |

We made a reservation but when we got there they didnt have it, which was weird, but they quickly found a table for us which was great. Staff nice and friendly, restaurant clean, food was tasty and came really quickly. We would recommend this place to other kosher travellers.

Best Kosher In Vegas!

By BugattiBoi88 |

Hands Down the BEST in Las Vegas! This place is amazing! I have had the pleasure of eating here a few times! Each and every experience has been absolutely great! The service is always spot on and the people who work here are so nice! The owner Lior is the BEST! So welcoming and accommodating! That really makes such a huge difference in a person's dining experience. I have plenty of friends from Israel so I started eating Kosher style foods years ago! It's hard to find consistency in some restaurants but this one has mastered that! If you find yourself in Las Vegas craving Kosher food, do yourself a favor and get into Jerusalem Grill & Bar! Some of my personal favorites here are the.... Mediterranean Assortment Platter-Purple Coleslaw, Roasted Babagnush, Garbanzo-Cilantro Salad, Moroccan Salsa, Garlic-Carrot Salad, Corn & Dill Salad, Egg-Salad and Fried Eggplant w/ Bell Peppers. (Well worth the $24) especially if you are sharing with a table! Hummus & Falafel- Comes with 6 falafel balls w/ hummus Chicken Shawarma- Slow cooked chicken w/ house blended spices. Moroccan Salmon- Fresh marinated salmon baked w/ caramelized tomatoes, Garbanzo Beans, Bell Peppers, Garlic, Onions, and Cilantro. As long as they keep up this fantastic work I will be returning again and again!!!!!! :-)

Excellent food

By Gil M |

Very delicious food! Salads, straters and meat . Nice atmosphere, good service. Kosher beer in Las Vegas! Enjoy

It's very horrible

By aon h |

For those who eat strictly kosher do not go to this restaurant because I think it is unacceptable that this restaurant is also halal !!! It's not just that: this restaurant provides NOT KOSHER services!!! So no reason to go there.

Best kosher food ever

By Howard K |

I had the schnitzel and humus and all I can say is I can not wait to go back! One of the best meals I ate in a long time!

AVOID! Awful food, awful service.

By Gershon |

I first visited this restaurant in September 2011. I had the most awful experience both in the food I was served and in the service. We ordered basic starters and mains of shawarma and steak. The starters we're okay, however, before we'd managed to take the first mouthful they had already put the mains on our table. My medium rare steak was well done on the outside and closer to the bone it was somewhere between rare and raw. Instead of clearing our plates once we'd finished and discussing the dessert options, the waitor brought out some panna cotta and tried desperately to sell them to us, despite my repeated refusals. I requested the bill and was made to wait for ages, with the dirty plates still on the table, despite there being less than 10 covers in the restaurant at the time. I felt nauseated the next day. I was back in vegas last month and my friend wanted shawarma, so I thought I'd give this place 1 more shot. What a mistake! My friend wanted shawarma in a lafa wrap, they refused, telling us that after 5 pm it is only available on a plate. He was happy to pay the plated price, he just wanted it in a wrap, but they refused. When my friend pointed out that it was on the menu as a takeaway option, they offered to deliver it to him outside the front door or allow him to eat it at the bar, however, there was only 1 seat at the bar and 3 of us wanting to eat. My friend jokingly asked if he ordered it at the bar and walked back to the table to join us would they stop him? The reply was "yes, we have the right to refuse any body". Suffice it to say, we paid for our drinks and took our business elsewhere. I have yet to find great Kosher food in Vegas, but this is as bad an experience as I've ever had dining out.

An oasis in the desert

By Sue F |

Great, friendly and fast service. Food was good, portions were more than adequate. Was a short drive from the strip. Would definitely recommend this kosher restaurant.

Authentic Flavors

By TheUtahMom |

Do you want to try somethings that have true Middle Eastern flavors? First try the Limonana Slushie (lemonade with lots of mint leaves blended in). Haven’t found these anywhere outside of Middle East. Then the Hummus & Falafel plate ( I didn’t even like Falafel on my travels) love theirs! Then split the mixed grill for 2. Very very good. Oh and I have to mention the pita is very good too! Can not take that for granted. Very pleasant atmosphere, top shelf service. Can’t speak to desserts, too full to even entertain that idea😉

Great service and good food

By Yoely L |

very good food and great service. probably helped that we were there quite early in the day, right when they opened up at 11am. Nice size portions. just a few minutes off the strip. Overall a great experience.

Mixed experience

By MyZelda |

Arak cocktail is so worth it. Delicious! Stand out chicken schnitzel. Excellent! Enjoyed the saffron rice side dish. The mushroom fettuccine was plain and lacked flavor. Shawarma tacos were very good. Beef and lamb tapas were surprisingly, yet enjoyably, spicy. The brisket was, unfortunately, disappointing. Not cooked to tender and the sauce lacked distinctive flavor. Would not recommend. Two non-food issues. 1. If you use your phone to vote the restaurant as Best in Las Vegas, before you eat, you get a free hummus appetizer and a free dessert. Not so ethical since not a bite of food is taken prior. 2. Our waiter took very good care of the table, though was a bit too familiar and talkative. We were shocked to be reminded a few times about leaving a gratuity. Feeling it is not for the waiter to tell us to leave a good tip. We would return, having more knowledge of what to order. Chicken schnitzel for the win.

Extremely overpriced shabbat menu with very stingy portions- do not recomment

By Chana K |

We ordered for shabbat and paid over $500 for 2 families to eat one meal. There was so little food we had to ration- it was DOUBLE what we spent the week before and a quarter of the amount. We were frustrated and felt we had beeb taken advantage of. I do NOT recommend ordering shabbat food here. Rip off.

Amazing! Feels like home (Tel Aviv)

By Omripeer |

The food is great, the place looks authentic and beautiful! What else can I ask?!? A great value!!!

Amazing Food

By m S |

It was great to be able to keep kosher while away on business. The food was delicious and the owner of the business (young Israeli guy) was super attentive and friendly. We had a small problem and he corrected it immediately. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Authentic and tasty

By TW |

We had three different menus and all were excellent. The in-house limonana rounded off the lunch perfectly. We will come back!

OK BUT COULD BE BETTER

By Orry L |

Went for lunch with family for kosher food. Nice restaurant. Much cleaner and fitted out than it was years ago. Lovely servers who were pretty efficient and friendly. Food was so..so. I would not effuse about it. There was nothing special in anything we ordered. It was also a bit pricey and I was not keen on a large gratuity being added because there were six of us and then expecting another tip on top. This was chutzpadik ! Probably not worth a return visit.

Solid Kosher Dining in NAVB – Best in Vegas

By Tzvi G |

During NAB, I had three meals at the restaurant. All were very good. The meat was good, though not excellent. I had the asado—it was the best dish. A bit pricey, maybe better to go as a couple. The pargiot and the chicken breast were also really good. Starters were okay. Onion rings—just okay. The hummus was better than typical U.S. hummus (though quite different from Middle Eastern hummus). Desserts weren’t great. Overall, a nice place with good food. Probably the best kosher option in Las Vegas. .

Casual Kosher Lunch

By Jonathan Bultron |

I came here With some buddies for a casual lunch, ambiance is great and food awesome. Try the shawarma, hamburger and some of the starters as wings and tahini and hummus. Pita bread fresh !!!! Get some too. Truly a hebrew experience.

Excellent food that is both kosher and halal

By Bruce S |

Went to the Jerusalem Grill in January in way to a Pen Teller show at the Rio Hotel (3-4 blocks away). We had beef kabobs and the mushroom burger. The portions were quite plentiful and delicious. Prices were in-line with kosher meals and well-worth it. The menu contained a satisfying variety of American, Israel/Moroccan/Mediterranean salads, soups, entrees. The staff were friendly and effective. Our son recently also went there and was similarly happy to have done so. Next time on Las Vegas. Easiest way to get there from the strip is UBER.

Fine

By naft2717 |

Typical Middle Eastern Kosher restaurant. Not very clean, basic menu with what you'd expect. I ordered the burger which was fine, the fries were on the cold and dry side. If you go with the right expectations, you won't be disappointed.

Great service

By MyBTJ |

I eat there recently, they had a nice selection, a little pricy - as is everything in Vegas. They made my steak exactly as I ordered.

Our favorite kosher restaurant, bar none!

By 1happycouple |

We live in Oregon (where there are no kosher restaurants outside of our MJCC, so we have to drive to Seattle to eat out). Every time we visit Las Vegas to see our close friends, one of the first things we try to do is visit Jerusalem Grill. We have visited in the old location (phenomenal food), and liked it a lot - the new location is remodeled superbly, feels very modern and family-friendly, the staff is very friendly, and there is a terrific atmosphere. And the food tastes even better than we remembered. By far our favorite kosher restaurant out of all those we have tried in the US. The hummus is so scrumptious. Well-done!

NOT an Israeli service

By Natalie V |

NOT an Israeli service, rude, unprofessional, with limited choices. Worst restaurant I've been to in Las Vegas. Ordered spicy margarita, on the rocks/salt. And the drink was served up in a martini glass????!!!! Ordered roasted eggplant and hummus: was served one pita for the table of two people. Sushi - got served without any soy sauce or wasabi. "Fried imitation crab sticks" - since when this is even a "dish" at the fine dining restaurant?! Shawarma Pita - no choice of bread. As for spicy marinated peppers "jalapeños" only. No amba. Coke - server forgot to deliver. Chocolate cake - server forgot to deliver. Champaign - server forgot to bill me. Orange juice - server forgot to bill me. Pictures by owner show shawarma & Gold Star beer - servers don't even know this brand of beer.

Nice to See a High-end Kosher Restaurant, but Quite Pricey

By Jonathan M |

Went there for dinner and was surprised that a hamburger and fries comes out to nearly $30 after tax. The food is good, but the prices are still relatively on the higher-end of the spectrum. Great service though, really took good care of us.

Great food, nice ambiance, little pricey

By milton260 |

Great place for a tourist to get a delicious filling meal. Restaurant has nice ambiance, delicious food, pleasant & attentive staff and is in a convenient Central LV location. A few little downsides: costly, our main dishes had a lot of 'side dish' but not a lot of 'main dish' & the little salads/ spreads that are put on the table gratis in a lot of restaurants had to be ordered & paid for. All in all, a great 'once in a while/ occasion restaurant.

Great Experience !

By Roi C |

Me and my collegues ate there and really-really enjoyed the hospitality and service! Great food and great people.

Kosher Las Vegas

By Stephen K |

Food was very good and the prices reasonable. If you want something small like a flafel, go before dinner time.

wow. Great kosher food

By OntarioTraveller18 |

If you really want good kosher meat and chicken, this is the place. We were pleasantly surprised. While the salad left something to be desired, the portions were large, the hummos tasty and the main courses delish!

The best in Vegas

By Shlomo Katz |

Food was great plenty of fresh salads great soup and service, nice new location also since last visit ...

Very good!!!

By Caroline A |

Just came here for dinner with my husband. The waitress was very nice and helpful, the portions were generous, and tasted great! Very reasonably priced, definitely recommended!

Great food, service not so great

By Pedro V |

No doubt about the food, it was delicious . There is an opportunity to improve in service and it would be great if you could find more alternatives of meat dishes in the menu

Great service, great food, and lots of it

By icohen424 |

Ive eaten here many times, its always great. I ordered a shabbat meal for my first time weekend during my last visit and the service was great, the food was great, and there was so much food. Its well worth the price. I highly recommend this place.

Decent kosher food. I wouldn't go back

By bocaberger |

I have to say when I left for Vegas I was excited to try this restaurant. That being said it wasn't worth the wait. It was certainly nice that it was close to the strip, but still a $15 cab ride (which adds to the cost of eating here $30 round trip). The service is not very good. I am not sure why kosher restaurants in general (besides New York City) have poor service. It took the waiter a while before he even aknowledged us. It was also interesting that he brought pita bread to every table, but never brought to ours. I ordered a hamburger, which was good, but not in anyway a great hamburger. The shnitzel portion was very small, and we added onto our order a falafel appetizer to fill in the gaps. The waiter did not even care that we complained about the portion sizes. Overall, just not a great experience. I would say maybe it was just a bad day, but I doubt it.

first time was great, second time terrible

By jeffseuphoria |

first visit in Feb. 2016 was very good. Great food good sevice and clean establishment. Our second visit in June was exactly the opposit. All empty tables had dirty dishes on them, the waiter came over after about 15 minutes and took our order. It came cold and tasteless , Steak was not edible and the mixed grill was dry and old. When we told the manager about the steak he gave my wife a speech about him not liking to handle complaints. It took all my patience not to create a scene so as to ruin my wife's evening. I don't like being scolded by a frustrated loser of an owner/manager. Do yourself a favor and spend your money where it will be appreciated.

Great food and service

By Jeremy K |

From steak, to hamburgers to fish and chips (actually crispy!) the food was great as was the service.

Good Solid kosher food in Vegas

By jerseyguy27 |

Yes, the menu is identical to every other kosher shwarma place in the world. But when you are on vacation , a place to get tasty kosher food with decent portions is a major plus. The owner was really nice to us and was polite and nice to the staff as well. The only thing that annoyed me was that we came into the place at 505 andwas told we couldnt order sanwiches after 5. Then we find out as we are leaving that if we sit at the bar we could order sanwiches! HUH?

Jerusalem Grill

By artattik |

We visited this restaurant in July 2015 3 time out of necessity looking for Kosher food, every time was worse than the other, the service was poor the orders were wrong and while having our credit card number they kept charging it for no reason. The waitress were not attentive nor polite, except one their prices of same order kept changing with each time with different waitress, be carful of over charges. Over all not my type of service.

Good food.

By Joseph D |

The food was very good, service was fast and courteous. Prices are reasonable and I would recommend this place. Good atmosphere.

Gourmet Kosher Eating Experience

By m_zizmor |

Very friendly and prompt service. The Humus and Falafel were the Best I have ever tasted. It is prepared from scratch fresh every morning. The rice and couscous were also cooked to perfection. The beef and chicken main dishes were amazing - perfectly flavored and tender. Reasonable prices, and the dishes so plentiful we could hardly finish them.

Under new ownership! Now I eat only here!

By ami41 |

I live in Vegas and this is the best kosher restaurant here! Service ***** Food ***** Fresh ***** Tasty *****

Good kosher restaurant

By yitz10 |

Very good food. Pricey. Large portions. Very helpful staff. Was very crowded; would recommend a reservation. Sports bar atmosphere with tables. (Worked out well, there was a Knicks playoff game on!)

Amazing kosher burger in Vegas

By Sacha H |

I did not expect the food to be so good until I met with their black angus brisket burger. Amazing kosher restaurant in las vegas!

One of the best meals ever!

By Dant6817 |

The restaurant is nicely laid out (although the TVs lower the tone). The menu is varied, offering options for meat eater and non-meat eaters. We were a party of four and each person ordered something different. From the outset the experience was very positive, with the starters coming beautifully presented, with flavours to match. The main courses arrived and each diner was blown away with their food. The portions were big too, so even though I wanted to eat more I could not as I was very full. We had the shwarma tacos and eggplant carpaccio, hummous for starters. Mains were the Ultimate Burger, brisket and shwarma

Great Place

By David H |

Great food, great service and friendly staff. We met the owner outside the place and he asked how everything was. At the time I did not know that he was the owner. He was very interested in what his customers felt about his place. It was a great experience.

The food was expensive but the preparation was awful

By Harold S |

The food was expensive but the preparation was awful. However the reason I'm giving them a terrible review is mostly because the service was unbelievably bad. After having our order taken, we waited about 1.5 hours for our food to arrive. During this time, other customers came in, ordered, ate, paid and left. We asked about our order several times, and were given excuses each time: - it's busy so the kitchen is slow (it wasn't busy yet) - "it's not my fault, the cook made a mistake, you are a priority now and your meals will arrive any minute" - the exact same story 20 minutes later, "it's not my fault, the cook made a mistake, you are a priority, etc." We had ordered hamburgers and watched many many hamburgers being brought out during this whole time. When the food arrived, mine was ice cold and my wife's was raw despite her asking for well-done. She sent it back. Afterwards, the waitress apologised and offered free tea. In my opinion they should have offered the whole meal for free after the ordeal. We left feeling angry and insulted.

Great kosher food

By Albertomiami |

Hummus and tabouli were very good. Chicken and meat was excellent. The place closes at 1030. Service was very good. Mediterranean food at its best.

Kosher in Las Vegas

By JOSEPH D |

Friendly staff, good food. This is one of only a few kosher restaurants in Vegas. It's a short trip from the strip. Can be a bit busy during convention show times.

Delicious Israeli cuisine

By Bonnie H |

Every time I come to Las Vegas Jerusalem Grill is one destination I make sure I hit. The restaurant is fairly simple but clean, and the food is amazing.Very authentic Middle Eastern flavors and best yet - it's Kosher.

Good chicken steak

By tulipLane |

I liked the appetizer which was a nice home made hummous and pita. I ordered the chicken steak, which was a large portion of grilled boneless chicken thighs and were very tasty. There was a lot of rice on the side, and the Israeli salad was ok. My husband had a shawarma, and my daughter had a hamburger with french fries. The portions were large, the meals were quite expensive, and I would have been happier had I shared a meal. It would have suited me better. The restaurant doesn't have a fancy decor, but the food is pretty good. It's worth a try.

Delicious!

By cjkranz |

The food at Jerusalem Grill is excellent! The service is a little slow, however, the food is absolutely amazing. I highly recommend stopping by when in Las Vegas.

Wonderful Surprise

By Paul W |

I was extremely surprised by the wonderful experience at the Jerusalem Grill. The food was delicious, the service was very good, even though it was packed. The smiling attitude of the staff was a revelation. The prices were very reasonable for a kosher establishment. I will be back!

Really good!

By Traveler_Eyal |

Had the angus burger sliders and the Shwarma platter. Both were great! Super nice hosts (thanks Noa!), plentiful, fresh and delicious food. So good to have a Jerusalem in Vegas ...

Best kosher meat restaurant in vegas

By Jacques B |

This is not the best looking restaurant or the best mall you would be going to. But this is probably the best kosher meat restaurant in vegas. We had diner there and we had schnitzel and the burger. Both were outstanding ! Highly recommend

Excellent Food!

By Stu C |

Stopped in for lunch since we saw it on Restaurant.com. Don't see many of these kind of places and we were not disappointed in any way. Everything has to be freshly made; I think the only frozen thing there was the ice! Falafel was superb and the Pita was soft and tender. Veggie pita was also excellent. Server was friendly. An absolute must if you like middle eastern food.

Remodeled Sexy Atmosphere

By Roy182 |

Wow! They recently opened up their new location and menu! I'm amazed on the quality of kosher food! Wings, steaks, falafel, and the freshest shawarma in town!

long wait for regular israeli style food

By moshe2024 |

not efficiently run, very long wait until seated, food is to be expected of any israeli shawarma place. i thought a shwarma plate would fill 2 pita's, but its not very big portions, though pretty tasty!

recommended! a good kosher resturant

By chen r |

A very good kosher restaurant- food is very tasty and the portions are big - a grate place to enjoy.

Good Kosher Israeli Food!

By Leah V |

We enjoyed eating here 2 times while on vacation in Vegas from Israel. My boyfriend ate the shwarma plate twice he liked it so much and I had the schnitzel chicken pita sandwich. The serving size was big. The service was great and they get your order right as well as offer recommendations. They also have lemonana - a lemonade mixed with mint drink - I highly recommend and love it myself. The only negative is it is a little over priced however kosher food in the US does tend to cost a little more.

Lively, busy, delicious

By Purplealiene |

Wicked stellar hummus! Haven't had hummus this good since I was in Israel 10 years ago. Wish I'd found the place sooner. My only criticism is that it was a little expensive but if they're making it fresh, that's worth it I suppose (cause I can't quite get it right myself). I'll definitely be back.

Great meat.

By Simchafirestone |

We ate here several times during our convention in Las Vegas and although it was always full (a good sign) the service was good. The quality of food and the level of service was good! Compared to the other kosher rest. not far from here, eat here!

Great kosher food and service!

By debandjon |

The food was very fresh and flavorful. Our waitress was fabulous. When we mentioned that we wanted to split the vegetable soup we had ordered, the waitress was kind enough to bring the soup already divided into 2 bowls. We didn't have to wait long for our food and really enjoyed our meal. Highly recommend!

Delicious Kosher Food & Great Service!

By fati r |

We had a great experience at Jerusalem Chef’s Table! The food was fresh, flavorful, and came out super fast. The service was friendly and efficient. I recommend the pita It’s a little on the pricey side, but definitely worth it for the quality and kosher standards. Would happily come back!

Dinner on a Thursday

By StaceyCB613 |

Fabulous dinner, can't believe this place is not packed. It is a must stop for us every time we are in Vegas! Try the meat baklava!

Amazing food! Amazing experience!

By morris k |

We had a great time. Even if there was a line we didn't have to wait long to be seated. Once we sat we order some delicious food. I would definitely recommend the merguez. Portions are nice size. We came back the second night because we enjoyed it so much
