The first thing that strikes you at Joël Robuchon Restaurant is the extraordinary beauty of the dining room. It is ornate, theatrical, and richly detailed, filled with what feel like priceless Lalique glass objects. The space is unapologetically luxurious. Juxtapose this with the more restrained, minimalist elegance of Guy Savoy, and you see immediately that while both represent the highest level of French fine dining, they speak in very different visual and culinary languages. That contrast carries directly onto the plate. Comparing Guy Savoy’s Colors of Caviar with Robuchon’s Le Caviar Impérial is a perfect example. Both dishes are innovative, beautiful, and iconic in their own right, yet entirely distinct in style. You can’t help but admire the sheer precision and craftsmanship involved in constructing Robuchon’s caviar dish. It is meticulous, architectural, and almost jewel-like in its execution. The Menu Degustation is filled with dishes I return to again and again. The truffled langoustine ravioli and Maine lobster with sweet-and-sour dressing are fantastic bites (this menu features numerous small plates). The walnut-roasted venison, which I had not had before, was a standout. Then there are the carts: The bread cart, cheese cart, and dessert cart are not afterthoughts. They are integral to the experience, and among the most impressive you’ll find anywhere. Each reinforces the sense that you are dining in a place where nothing is rushed and everything is over-the-top. This is fine dining at its absolute best. I always eat at Joël Robuchon and Guy Savoy when I’m in Las Vegas. They are different expressions of greatness, and experiencing both is one of the true pleasures of dining in Vegas.

The food was amazing staff was attentive and perfect my only complaint is the reason I gave it four stars instead of five because of the many surcharges in addition to the exorbitant prices I feel that the staff should point out the surcharge for each item on the menu if you are ordering something from that selection we had two entrées and two appetizers and 3 drinks And our meal was $400 we were prepared to pay quite a bit but we thought we ordered carefully enough to stay in the 250 range and it still ended up being 400 with all of the surcharges so we were a little surprised

It’s actually only the second time we’ve eaten here though we did eat at L’Atelier once. We brought our friends and warned them about how phenomenal it was and they did not disappoint. Starting with drinks in the small bar to being treated to the private dining area it was fantastic from beginning to end. Bring your wallet nd go for the wine pairing. We did the lowest level wine pairing and were totally pleased with it. Service is fabulous. Of course the food is beautiful to look at and delicious. Can’t wait for the next visit!

My wife and I went here to celebrate our anniversary based on recommendations of a chef friend and it was our first Michelin 3 start experience. First let me say you are going to spend some money, accept that and enjoy the experience, don't let the cost slow you down. We sat on the terrace which was like being at our own little french home in Paris. It was lovely. We did not do the full tasting menu but did share everything we had. Not a bad bite in the lot and the service was exceptional. I dropped my napkin and before I could pick it up a new one was being placed on my lap and was coached that I should not be doing that(trying to pick it up). We had a delightful interaction with Nathan the assistant general manager talking about food and wine. Before dessert we were given the opportunity to visit the kitche. I think because it was Tuesday a slower night. We met Chef, and talked food with him, and then I got to watch the pastry Chef make my dessert. Kind of icing on the cake if you will. The bread cart, and dessert/candy/pettifor carts were something I have never seen before. It is hard to recommend anything in particular because everything was perfect.

My dining experience at Joel Robuchon was absolutely phenomenal! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The food was simply outstanding, with each dish showcasing the chef's creativity and expertise. I especially loved the bread and desserts, which were incredibly delicious and beautifully presented. Every bite was a delight to the senses. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, patiently explaining each dish and offering recommendations. Their passion for food and dedication to providing exceptional service truly shone through. It's no surprise that Joel Robuchon has earned three Michelin stars – the quality of the food and service speaks for itself. I can't wait to return and indulge in another unforgettable dining experience. Highly recommended!

From the minute we walked in, we both knew it was going to be an exceptional experience. The staff were very knowledgeable with regards to the menu and their attention to detail was extraordinary. The Somm was incredibly helpful with wine selection from the vast wine list and the bottle we shared was delicious and perfect for the meal. The 17 course tasting menu was simply exquisite. Each course was prepared perfectly, complimenting the previous dish and next. The vegetarian tasting menu was spectacular, far exceeding my expectations. The bread cart was even better than advertised, you must try the Basil Brioche! The staff kindly acknowledged my food allergies and the chefs prepared desserts that accommodated those restrictions (though there were no restrictions in flavour!) The decor was pure elegance and, if you can, try and secure a corner seat to take in the most of the intimate dining room. A truly wonderful experience.

We are a family from Switzerland who went on holiday in the Usa. When we were in Las Vegas, I really wanted to take my family out to dinner. Since our daughter is unfortunately not yet 6. Years ago we were told that unfortunately it could not be done and I decided to go to dinner alone. I come from the catering industry and I have 10. Years in a 4th Stars Hotel Restaurant worked as Chef de Service and participated in various events. The biggest challenge was when I was allowed to take over the project management in Geneva at the Autosalon and we served over 4000 guests. I'm currently working in a 15. Gm and 1 ⭐️restaurant in Switzerland. Since I never go out to eat alone, I must honestly say that I was already excited to appear there alone as a woman but I was not disappointed. The food was just top and the service very accommodating and very friendly. I was even allowed to take a tour in the kitchen and they told me everything and were very professional, besides they were all very modest and friendly just hats off to all of you🏅At the end I got another chocolate and Friandise🤗I recommend everyone to go eat there , it's just all fantastically good!👍I thank you for the wonderful time I had with you and greet you warmly from Switzerland 🇨🇭When we come back to Las Vegas we will surely visit you🥰Thank you and best regards Eli❤️🙏

Nice place, nice atmosphere, the food was very nice with some of the largest portions of this kind of food I have seen. The staff were very nice and helpful - changing out things on the menu for us. It was nice but probably not worth the money......

If you can afford it, just go!!! Located in the MGM, it is a great pré Cirque du soleil (KA )dining experience! Degustation menu with wine pairing is a must! Done it twice and we loved it each time!! Staff could turn tipsy sometimes but still manage to deliver great service and products with expected standards for the price you pay. Not much of a scene compare to the competition around but the experience is qute unique. A pleasure to the eye and the palate! A Vegas must do!

It was 120 degrees celsius in Las Vegas and the manager insisted men wear pants. They refused entry even when I pointed out that meant trans gender men must wear pants. The manager was dismissive and said their dress code is clear.

I was expecting it would be a lot (with tips, close to $1,200 for two), though I thought the quality would be slightly better than what I encountered for this price. Moreover, it was just too much food. They seem to push that selection on you, but my concern was it was 17 courses, yes 17 if you include the end of dinner "seductive sweets". That's not including the bread cart and a separate desert cart. I specifically asked the waiter about the portion sizes, and he assured me they were quite small, so that 17 dishes would not be a crazy amount of food. While some portions were quite small (a frog leg that was a tiny as a q-tip it seemed), some portions were not that small, so just be aware this is a lot of food for a normal person to be consuming in one seating. The wagyu ribcap was my least favorite, it was far too fatty even for wagyu, nor did I care as much for the seared duck foie gras. Most of the vegetable dishes were very good, while the fish just average. If I go again, I would definitely just order a la carte, as some of those dishes actually looked quite good and are not included in the tasting (and it will not be too much food, and a much more reasonable price). They don't seem to list that menu online as even existing, but they do have it. Again, it seems they really push the tasting options. Atmosphere is nice and service is good. The location though is a bit out of line with the restaurant. Stuck in the middle of a busy casino with lower end restaurants surrounding it. Not as nice as say Guy Savoy where it's more isolated and upstairs as Caesars, or even Picasso in Bellagio which is isolated a bit from the fray down an escalator.

My husband and I were celebrating his Birthday and easily made reservations through OpenTable 2 months ago. We arrived right on time for our reserved timeslot and was seated immediately . There were multiple waitstaff that assisted us throughout our meal and they were all great. We opted for the mid level degustation tasting menu and boy were we not disappointed. The presentation of each dish was beautiful and the dishes were seasoned appropriately. The meal does come with bread and from our understanding each day the bread is baked at the restaurant. There must have been half a dozen (plus) options for the bread and you are welcome to select any of them. The dishes were spaced appropriately and they were not rushing you throughout the meal. At the conclusion of the meal, there is also a dessert cart (similar to the bread one) that patrons can select any desserts they would like to try. Since we were celebrating my husband's birthday, they also surprised us with some cake for his birthday. We wish we had more room to try other selections on the dessert cart but we were very happy with the ones we could fit. Overall it was definitely the most expensive meal we have ever had but at the same time one of the best. If you are able to experience a meal at the restaurant, we would highly recommend it.

This restaurant is a haven in a crazy, loud and ugly hotel. The service is amazing and the food spectacular. Interesting and pleasingly delicious combinations of flavors. We had the degustation menu with paired wines, it was wonderful. Highly recommended.

I could say one of the best dinning experiences in my life, amazing preformance of hospitality and food, 100 % recomendable! Price and Quality 👌🏼

The quality of the food is fantastic. If you can afford one of the pre-selected "discovery" menus, that's fantastic, too. But there's also a cheaper create-your-own menu option. That's what we did. You can pick and choose items from those "discovery" menus, along with other entree options. Vegetarian options were impressive -- one of the "discovery" menus is all-vegetarian. Service was attentive, as expected for a restaurant at this price range.

Excellent experience. Their Tasting menu and Wine Paring was amazing. Service was excellent. I can’t wait to go back.

Went to Robuchon on our Vegas Vacation with my spouse. It was a fine dining experience. No detail was left unattended. The service was just as amazing as the delicious French cuisine. We enjoyed speaking with the chef, and one of the managers (Nate) was a wealth of knowledge about the menu and about Las Vegas points of interests in general. The ambiance is very beautiful (rich fabrics, romantic decor). We thoroughly enjoyed it. The truffled ravioli in a foie gras sauce was delicious, and the chicken dish was a masterpiece.

The food was unbelievable. Tasty and unique. Beautifully presented. The service was impeccable. The restaurant is pretty much as good as they come.

We've been dining here for over 15 years and the quality of food, service and attention to detail never waivers. We feel fortunate to be able to splurge at such a fantastic restaurant. Five courses is $250 per person, but we always seem to upgrade with truffles and caviar and a really good bottle of wine, but its worth every penny. Not much has changed in the restaurant's decor, but some things you don't want to change and Joel Robuchon is one of them. I strongly recommend making reservations (they're on Open Table) and plan on spending some time here. You'll forget you're in Las Vegas even though it's in the MGM Grand.

First, let's get the cost out of the way - 250 for 5 course tasting menu, another 245 for wine pairing - plus cocktails, dessert, coffee, aperitif - if you are going to do this right, it is going to cost you. But it is an amazing experience. Accessed from the casino floor, walking through the doors is like entering an oasis of calm and civility after the jungle and vast concrete stretches of Las Vegas. The service, as expected, was exemplary. Simple things like butter and breads are simply the best and replenished as asked. Had the five course tasting menu, of course starting with an amuse bouche. All off the courses were imaginative and delicious. (but I'm a big guy so keep the bread coming thank you very much). If you get the wine pairings each plate will be accompanied by a very tasty glass - recommended. Had the cheese plate for dessert, a selection of 3 from over a dozen on offer wheeled over to you to select. The cheeses were fantastic, but there was just that - cheese - no accompaniments. Great coffee finished off the most expensive meal I will ever have in my life. Had a steak dinner at the Golden Steer the next night for the cost of my tip and it was every bit as enjoyable. But, mission accomplished. A nice touch is with the bill they give you a decent sized pound cake to take home - we got it back to Toronto in one piece and it was amazing. Worth the experience if you have the coin.

One of the best dining experience, hands down! I've been fortunate enough to dine at many Michelin rated and other fine dining establishments and Joel Robuchon is easily the top 2 of my list! Unfortunately my husband and I weren't very hungry and opted for the smallest course, which worked out perfectly as the bread and dessert carts provided us with more than enough food that we can stomach. As expected of a Michelin restaurant, their service was outstanding! There were so many servers handling different tasks, such as one was responsible for solely holding a tray of food while other servers deliver said food. Usually it's the same server handling the food from start to finish. I wasn't expecting too much about the food because not all high end restaurants deliver flavorful food. They may look exceptionally beautiful, but they don't always taste as good as they look. My appetizer was good, not amazing, so I didn't keep my hope up. As soon as I took the first bite of my entrée (Ribeye) however, my taste buds went straight to heaven! It has got to be one of the best... if not THEE best... steak I've ever had! A5 Wagyu be damned! Sure it didn't melt in my mouth like a Kobe steak, but the flavor was extraordinary! Perfectly seasoned with every single bite! No bland piece to be found! My husband's venison dish was flavorful as well but it came second to my steak. The bread and dessert carts were my Achilles heels. I knew not to partake in too much carb prior to dinner but I couldn't resist their selections. The butter was flown in from France and was carved with a spoon tableside. It was just as good as the butter I had when we were in Europe. Very smooth and silky. Although I was stuffed to the max, I had to try some desserts as well. They were just simply too beautiful to the eyes that my stomach couldn't say no to. We had such an incredible experience that we'll be taking the rest of my family here for dinner in the summer. This is truly a place that one must visit in their lifetime.

Horrible service! We went for dinner here today, the service was so slow and so bad - the waiter kept forgetting what we ordered and we had to remind him several times to bring us drinks. Then the couple at the table next to us was kicked out in the middle of their dinner!! They arrived at the same time as us, but then someone came (friend of the manager apparently) and they kicked them out !!! They even threatened to call police on the poor couple that didn’t want to leave their table in the middle of their expensive meal.... Horrible place...

What an absolutely delightful experience. There was nothing not to like about this experience (except perhaps the steep price). I would recommend this "experience" to everyone at least once in their lives. The food was exquisite, as was the service. They give you many add on which are really enjoyable. They also gave us a parting gift at the end of the night to celebrate our anniversary. The ambiance is quite nice, although I wish they set the lighting down a little bit. It was a little too bright for my liking. The bread tray is out of this world. You must prepare yourself for at least 3 or 4 wonderful pieces of bread. Yes, in spite of the price, we will be returning. World Class dining in every regard!

My first visit to Vegas my first visit here however my husband has been here a few times with business partners. He suggested we have the tasting menu as it would give me a taste of some of the best dishes on offer. I love the decor, The service was first class and the food was excellent. Nothing to fault really other than the fact that some of the dinners were not dressed to the standard that I expected but that isn’t the restaurants fault. It’s not cheap but it’s definitely worth the experience.

There were several things that truly disappointed. First, I told them I am lactose intolerant and they gave me an amusé bouche with yogurt and told me to eat around it or just try it, as it was Greek yogurt. In another dish, there was cheese and he told me “it’s just a little.” Are you kidding?! Every restaurant I have ever gone to has accommodated, Michelin star or not. I thought the service was terrible. Our water glasses were hardly ever filled. We had to keep asking. My husband and another in our party got the chicken, which came with chanterelles and garlic. My husband got no chanterelles and the other person got no garlic. We could not believe this. The server did not ensure each person got every part of the dish. My turbot was tough. In general, none of the dishes were creative in any sense. The only amazing things were the breads and sweets at the end of the meal. I have been to many Michelin star restaurants, including 3 star restaurants. This certainly did not rate. I’ve been to restaurants with no stars that were better. Over priced for mediocre food and bad service.

Most of us are going to have to splurge but after you get over the bill shock you will most likely say “ oh my gosh”! It is expensive but worth it every once in awhile.. we shared the 6 course tasting menu and if you’re not a big quantity person that will be just about right.

From first reception through the meal everything was outstanding ! The staff were true experienced professionals who clearly enjoyed their roles and were faultless in execution. The tasting menu was a series of surprising and perfectly executed plates. The ingredients were only the best in every aspect. Bravo ! (Now if an entrance and exit that bypass the grotty filthy smoky casino could be arranged …)

The culinary world is mourning the loss of another, in the passing of the most starred chef in the world, Chef Joel Robuchon. With this sentiment, I feel so fortunate to have exeprienced his talents first hand at his Michelin 3 star restaurant in Las Vegas. They offer set tasting menus and ala carte but getting the most for the price, my friends and I, opted for the 5 choices of 2 appetizers, 1 main entree, 1 dessert and 1 specialty sweet. I thought the 18 choices was too much (including the $$$) and the 3 tasting choices was not enough. The service was impeccable, the decor was romantic, and the ambiance was soothing. The food played music on your palate, especially the truffled langoustine ravioli in a foie gras sauce with simmered cabbage, and another dish of delicate flan of sea urchin on potato puree topped with Arabic coffee foam. And then of course the most whimsical and spectacular desserts ever, with the most popular being the La Sphere, a magical sugar globe of blueberry compote, edible micro violet flowers, lemon jam sorbet, a purple sugar nest and then some. This was worth the price (alone it cost 25$). The tasting menu we chose cost about $200 plus a bottle of wine and with tax, the total cost of our dinner for 4 was about $1200. You get what you pay for...which is a Michelin 3 star restaurant. Highly recommend.

If you enjoy the art of food, indulging and spending a fair amount of money for a memorable meal, you must dine here! My boyfriend took me here for my birthday and I had no idea of what to expect. Definitely ask to sit at one of the seats that looks into the open kitchen. The staff literally puts on a culinary performance as you eat. I would suggest going with the 3 or 4 plate option. We each did 4 and were a bit overly full. But each bite was delicious!! And the staff is very knowledgeable about drink pairings and suggestions for dishes. I can’t remember the names of all the dishes but greatly enjoyed the spiced lobster pasta, smoked salmon, mashed potatoes, skirt steak with a variety of sauces and crispy shallots and a pork dish. Each dish was more incredible than the next!! Hope to have the chance to dine here again!

My husband and I went there for my birthday a week ago and we had an amazing time! Everything exceeded our expectations! Yes, it is pricy but if you are a foodie that loves tasting menus, I recommend you try it once in your life! Driss, Kit and George took really good care of us, they were very attentive and friendly and brought our experience to another level. Their wine pairing were awesome and we loved each course. It is a lot of food so prepare your appetite! Thank you so much to all the staff, you guys were all great!!!

We visited this restaurant back in 2018 and decided to re-visit. Yes, it is expensive but we are great believers that you get what you pay for. Here, it is stunning. Like literally mind-blowing and I would be very surprised if you experience anything like this anywhere else. We have been to some of London's top restaurants and this is better. In fact, it is the best dining experience we have EVER had...period. I had the taster menu and my wife had the vegetarian version. To top it off, the staff are incredible and a big shout out to Steve behind the bar who made our experience an even more memorable one. Thank you guys. Keep doing what you are doing...please!

We really enjoy Joel Robuchon. The Food, wine, and service were all excellent. We ordered the tasting menu with wine pairing. Come hungry.

My wife and I attended the 3 Michelin star restaurant of Joel Robuchon at MGM Grand Las Vegas with great expectations of great cuisine. We ordered 3 of the signature dishes. Maine Lobster which was delicious and we drank an Australian Polish Hill Riesling by Grosset a fabulous match for the lobster. The Ravioli which started a downward trend it was less than average The Hen which is a Plus cost and it was an undercooked fatty battery fed chook from the local chook farm, which we both left and after having had the same dish earlier this year at Le Reserve hotel Paris where this dish was enjoyed and cooked to perfection we had to leave this mass of flesh on the greasy plate of chook fat. We were offered a sticky wine whilst we waited for our Souffle mine was very average and my wife offered a Chateau D'YQuem which was badly corked and returned and no comment offered. The souffle was very sugary and we left it Has Michelin awarded 3 stars to a restaurant that is not operated full time by the chef to whom they awarded the stars and why should a restaurant without the chef be allowed to operate displaying 3 Michelin Stars?. Is it time that stars were only awarded to the chefs who earn them not establishments who cook to a recipe provided by the awarded chef? I look forward to your comments

This was the big "splurge" of our trip! We did the 10 course dinner, and while it was good, we didn't feel it was worth the high price. The food was beautiful in it's presentation, but not all courses tasted as good as it looked. While this was the most expensive place we ate it, it wasn't the best. Most of the food was excellent and the service was very attentive. However no one was very friendly, talkative, or had much of a personality. We ate at a 3 Michelin Star restaurant in Paris and the servers were so fun and friendly! This is a place you must experience, but once is sufficient.

I have been wanting to dine here for years and finally bit the bullet and reserved a table for our 15 yr. wedding anniversary dinner. My husband and I were a tad unsure as we have never been to a French restaurant before, and it's hard to really discern the menu options or prices based on their online website (thru MGM). The whole experience, start to finish was absolutely wonderful. They know how to take care of their guests and no detail is left to chance. Truly like a well choreographed dance between all the wait staff. After getting the low down on how the menu works, we both chose to go with the menu A option (2 appetizers, 2 entrees, 1 dessert). The menu really does have something for all pallets and we had no trouble finding options we favored. Every dish was beautifully presented and clearly defined as we were served. Everything cooked & seasoned perfectly. Timing between courses was exceptional. We brought out own wine and just paid the corkage fee. Best option in our opinion as we know what we like and kept the cost of the whole meal from really getting out of control. The wait staff made sure to keep our glasses leveled off at all times. I have seen lots of reviews mentioning the bread cart & it did not disappoint. So many options, I suppose you could just try it all if you had a bottomless stomach! Not to mention the goodie cart they bring out at the end of your meal with an eye-popping assortment of small sweet bites. The fact that they will box up all your choices so you can enjoy later is awesome! I could go on and on, in detailed description, but there are plenty of those already. If I had to choose a negative here, it would have been that they only had white napkins. So, for a gal dressed in solid black....it kind of left some visible lint on my outfit :(. Small price to pay for a truly once in our lifetime dining experience. Well worth the price of admission!

If money is no object and you want to try some of the best food and wine that the planet has to offer then come to this restaurant. Don't go into sticker shock when the bill comes because that is part of the experience. Keep in mind that this is what world class fine French dining is like.

WOW! This is a dining experience to remember. I have absolutely nothing negative to say except for the price, but that, too, is understandable when you consider the price of the rent, the level of service, and the quality of the food. There is a bakery on site that makes the most amazing creations. The deserts are unbelievable. The food is a work of art, yet tasty. The service truly makes you feel like royalty. Ask your server for a tour of the kitchen and you will be amazed. Advanced reservations are needed so call a month ahead of your visit.

We thoroughly enjoyed our evening at this restaurant. The service was outstanding. Blair introduced us to the menu. He explained each choice. That helped us decide on the tasting menu. Michael the sommelier provided great pairing for each course. We had the gran cru pairing. David presented the bread cart and offered reccomendations hint:be sure to try the mini croissants. Andrew explained each course as it was presented. Andrew also made suggestions on the order of bites to get the best experience. Together they worked as a team and made us very comfortable. Since we are locals we will return and fully expect each visit to be outstanding. It is expensive but worth splurge.

We went there with my daughter and, after 10 days of "eating" sponge bread, what a pleasure to taste real bread, fine food and taste good wines. The service left a little to be desired but overall good!

This is a great experience, the food is amazing and the wines are extraordinary. It's not cheap but if you want to do something exceptional, this is the place!

I decided that this is where I wanted to have my birthday dinner & what an amazing dinner it was. We were seated where we could watch all the food being prepared. Everything about this dinner from the wait staff & chefs to the food itself was outstanding. Yes it is a little pricey but definitely worth the experience. The cuisine is French & Japanese fusion. They have several dining option including a tasting menu that looked fabulous but you really need to come hunger & have a lot of time. We choose the 2 course with desert. The presentation is truly a work of art. This was probably one of the best meals we have ever experienced. The drinks were also outstanding. Check out my pictures of the food. We will definitely dine at L'Atelier again.

Had the sample menu even though very different tried new entrees. Everything was excellent, service was excellent. The wine was excellent. Gave me a gift of bread with gold in it to take home. Very extravagant and elegant setting. Men must wear a jacket and reservations must be made in advance.

The restaurant is beautiful The service team was accommodating. The food was NOT 3 Michelin star The waiter were not 3 Michelin star service , nice but not nice is not good enough! The fish was dry floating in butter sauce that was tasteless . The lobster dish was over cooked . The only good food was bread Soft pouched egg Chocolate soufflé I had same or better at my local Franch restaurant for 1/ 10 of the price ! We left very disappointed . I’m very disappointed that people are using the great chefs name with out no clue how to preserve the legacy. Very disappointing. Beautiful place Not food 159 smith

If you have the money this is truly a wonderful restaurant to go to for that special celebration. The food, wine and service are excellent. If you can go I would.

My wife and I have eaten at some great 3 Michelin star rated restaurants in the Bay Area and I’ve got to say that this experience was as good or better than any experience we had. I have nothing negative to say about the experience so I’ll just list some of the highlights: - Service: every single person we interacted with contributed to the experience but a special shout out to Kit who absolutely elevated the experience. - Food: so many restaurants only do a huge tasting menu and sometimes by the end of an 18 course menu you are no longer enjoying the food. Rest assured this did not happen here. You had the option to do a full tasting menu or doing a smaller menu and choosing the items you want. Every item was executed perfectly and the bread/dessert selections were phenomenal. Extra: it was my wife’s birthday and they brought out a special cake for her and it was delicious!! All in all the experience was phenomenal and if you do get the chance to eat here I promise it won’t disappoint.

We threw down th gauntlet and ordered the 17 course meal with wine pairing. Every bite was incredible, spectacular, amazing. The thought and execution of each item was flawless. Bread cart took our breath away and desserts were mind blowing. Wines pairings were spot on and complex, delicious selections. Would recommend you either go really hungry or possibly share 17 courses as we got one for each of us and got very full and very inebriated on about 28 ounces of wine each!!! That said, can’t say enough good and will be back!!! Probably will select a 5 or 7 course meal next time.

Firstly, you have to be prepared to spend money in here if you are to get the true enjoyment it deserves. My wife and I almost went 'all in' and were tempted by the $445 taster menu (which covers food only) and we will do this at a later date. My recommendation would be to starve yourself all day so you eat it all!!! Instead we went for the $250 2 starters, 2 mains and dessert. Oh my word. It was absolutely unreal. My wife is very picky when it comes to meat, so she went for vegetarian options. If you are a vegetarian, you are in for a treat....but meat and fish eaters are too. I had the watermelon with lobster and iberico ham with fried egg for my two starters and the black cod and wagyu beef for my two mains. For dessert I had the chocolate souffle. My wife had her own dishes but namely the cheese souffle. We both nearly fell off our chairs when tasting it. The service was brilliant and everyone is SO attentive and so skilled in their specific areas. Forgive me for forgetting the names of the staff but we had the beautiful girl on reception to greet us, a food expert to show us to our table and explain the menu, a wine-pairing expert who was such a legend and frankly the best 'wine guy' I have ever dealt with. We went for Riesling and when he was aware of what we were eating, instead of the $145 bottle my wife was going to choose, he recommended a $95 bottle. So it's not about the money for these guys, it's about the experience. We were also introduced to a new dry Australian Riesling that we will be hunting down in the UK. As it was our anniversary, they kindly brought out a frozen cake, which was a mixture of sorbet and ice cream. It was a lovely touch. I also have to make a special mention to Kit (Chris in Chinese terms!) who was such an amazing, caring, attentive guy. All of the staff deserved to be praised for what they do here. The experience is literally the BEST by a country mile in terms of my dining exposures. My wife and I have eaten in some of the best restaurants in London and nothing touches this...and frankly I don't think it ever will. Can't wait to go back!!!

Joel Robuchon is keeping its tradition as a fine dining place. Service was great and food was tasty, though not as inventive as we would expect from this kind of place. Definetely a good experience, but lacking the wow factor.

If you choose to go to l'Atelier, ask to sit at the kitchen bar. Seeing the culinary team working so harmoniously together is fantastic! The pre-theatre menu at $55.00 is a deal. My husband got that menu, for which you get two courses. I chose the $98 menu, for which you get a 4-course, from the very diverse choices. Every dish was perfectly plated, the flavors were fantastic and the servers were very knowledgeable. The wine list is very extensive as well! Try the lobster spaghetti and the red snapper ceviche! Great service, beautiful decor, clean, knowledgeable service staff, creative platting, entertaining! Worth every penny.

WOW! Excellent service and so perfect in every single way. From the bread selection to the petits fours with coffee, simply out of this world !

Our outstanding dining experience began in the lounge with hand made cocktails which were excellently prepared and served. We were then shown to our table where Nathan and his group of servers proceeded to make this dinner something special. We tried many of the delicious dishes. I highly recommend the king crab cold app, the lagostinne ravioli for a hot app, the lobster as a fish course, veal cordon bleu as the meat course and finally the souffle with dark chocolate ice cream for dessert. My dinner companions all tried various dishes and everyone absolutely loved all our choices. They do have a 17 course tasting menu, but we did not think we could possibly eat that much so we did one of the ala la carte menus. The bread cart and small dessert cart are beautiful and tasty! The final surprise is a gift bag from the restaurant to take a sweet treat home with you. Service throughout the dinner was one of the best I have ever experienced! I highly recommend this wonderful 3 Michelin star restaurant and yes, while it is expensive, it is so worth every penny! I will gladly come back on my next visit to Las Vegas. Just note, the dinning room is not very large and while it is intimate and beautifully decorated, reservations are a must!

When my friend and I dined, we chose the pre-fixe menu: 12 small plates. Even the BUTTER was outstanding. We chose from about 15 kinds of bread and rolls. Each selection was removed to the kitchen for warming. The food was A++ as were each of the presentations. I remember three leaves, each with different ingredients--but made to look identical. The were served on clear plates which were decorated with leaves of the same color. When I mentioned to the waiter that I was surprised that they found identical plate. He gently said: "We had them made." The service was exceptionally knowable, warm and friendly. When we expressed our gratitude, they invited us to view the kitchen. What a treat. This is not cheap dining. But it is worth every penny.

I absolutely love this place. I always make a reservation to sit at the bar seats around the kitchen. It is fun to watch the food being prepared. The service has always been top notch and I love the desserts!

Food was not good, i couldn't even eat some of it, plus the restaurant is looking a bit worn with the faded dusty greenery, our bill for 2 with tip was $720 and we felt taken. We felt weird about admitting the food was not good but we have eaten all over the world, so we do have some experience

This is the second time that I have dined at Restaurant Joel Robuchon - lucky me!! Everything is spectacular, including the setting, the service, the wine list, and, of course, the food. Eating here is a total experience so sit down, take your time (dinner often lasts 2.5-3 hours), and drink it all in. The veal cheeks were particularly memorable and the bread cart. We loved our wine choice and had a very memorable evening. Highly recommended for foodies. If you haven't dined at Michelin hatted restaurant before, always check the price before you go.

From first entering until walking out with a bye bye bag ( which my wife loves ) we had an amazing experience. Staff were efficient and attentive without being in your face all the time . Nothing was too much trouble Food was incredible , imaginative, delicious and extremely well presented . Some may say expensive, I'd say worth every penny for a special occasion .

This is a spectacular restaurant. Delicious food and impeccable service. This was my first Michelin star restaurant. What an experience. The presentation is like artwork. Everything is beautiful. Interesting and creative flavours. The staff is wonderful and helpful. Great wine. A true dining experience.

My friends and I decided to spend the evening at this top-tier restaurant. Don't plan on other activities for the night, since if you go for the full experience, the xx-course tasting menu, you will be here for 3 plus hours. Two of us ordered the xx-Course Tasting menu (I think it was 14 courses, but it is easy to lose track, since they bring a plate with several courses at once. The other person has gluten and dairy allergies, which the staff expertly addressed, but the tasting menu was not an option. The cost was $445/person. There are smaller tasting menu options so you can have a good experience without breaking the bank. The restaurant is small and intimate, with elegant furnishings and plush sofas. Service is excellent with the wait staff explaining each entrée and even the suggested order to experience the best flavor sensations. The bread selection on the bread trolley was over the top exceptional, served with unsalted French butter freshly scraped off of a large plug and then topped off with sea salt. Each course is visually stunning and impeccably plated. The timing/pacing of entrees was excellent, and each entrée was an impressive artistic presentation.'The dessert cart—After 2 different deserts, the wait staff rolled over a dessert trolley with over 40 candies, pastries, and assorted desserts. Some of the entrees were merely good, but not nearly as good as the visual presentation. Expect a large check at the end of the evening, for three of us with not many cocktails or wine approached $2,000 with the gratuity. To fully experience Joel Robuchon, it is best to forego other plans for the evening, because you will be at the restaurant for 3 plus hours. In summary, I would place Joel Robuchon in the top 5 restaurants in Vegas, but there are others I prefer (such as Picasso's and Le Cirque)

This is my favourite restaurant in the whole world! The bread and sweet trolleys are a work of art and the food is just sensational. The wine list is extensive, you’ll be spoilt for choice. Service is really classy, and the ambience of the restaurant is lovely. It’s old school fine dining at its best - it’s not stuffy or pretentious in any way.

Second time here and it does not disappoint. Words cannot describe the food. Attention to every detail is their hallmark and at times it resembles nothing less than an edible piece of art. Service is over the top--the staff appears out of no where to meet your needs, almost before you have the need. The little "gifts" at the end also complement the meal and overall experience.

Dinner at Joel Robuchon is not just about a nice meal in a pleasant restaurant. It’s a full experience. It’s a special occasion that you will remember for the rest of your life. The restaurant, the ambience, the music, decoration, staff, the food. EVERYTHING is special and then after all of it, you’re able to understand why they have so many Michelin stars.

I'm a foodie. I am willing to pay well for the best. While this food was certainly "pretty" in it's presentation, the delight of the palate is simply NOT THERE. Tastes were monotonal and flat. Too bad. And at $1,200 for two people who don't drink alcohol, I felt totally fleeced. What a disappointment. For that money, I want to be dazzled. I wasn't even thrilled. I was barely satisfied with the flavors. Joel, you have some work to do! NOT ONE course was a delight of the senses (other than, as I said, visual). I haven't been to a one star restaurant anywhere in the world that doesn't put this supposed three star to shame!

Last night in Las Vegas my spouse and I had dinner at Joel Robuchon. We took the 10 courses tasting menu with paired with wine and loved it all. My favorite was the beef my spouse was the Cuisses de Grenouille . As for the Wines We both loved the Dom Perignon with the appetizer. The Service was friendly and excellent. We both finished our meal with fabulous Framboise from Alsace where my spouse is originally from, and where we were Married. We were lucky enough to meet Joel Robuchon once in Monaco at the Métropole Hotel and he so Friendly with us. We had never been to Vegas Robuchon but loved it . We lost all the money we had earned the morning .

Really really amazing food and experience, the 12 course tasting menu was out of this world. Some really nice touches that made the evening extra special. Would throughly recommend.

Great food and experience. We sat at the bar that overlooked the kitchen and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The wait staff gave fantastic recommendations. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful four hour gastronomic adventure. Not for everyone. 13 three star Michelin places in the entire US. (My fourth). New head chef keeps the quality in tact. Excellent warm service. Thoughful dishes, small and interesting. Not a place for a big cut of meat Bread and dessert carts are outstanding, as is the butter and olive oil service. This is an experience, not a meal. Food is personal. Bon Appétit!

I would consider myself a well traveled foodie and I have eaten at high quality restaurants all over the world. Joel Robuchon did not disappoint for food quality. However, I was overwhelmed by the price! I’m good to spend $300-$400 on an excellent meal. But my husband and I each had a three course tasting menu and with drinks our bill was over $700. My appetizer was tiny - a few shaved radishes with some lobster meat between. Four bites. I then had the Scottish venison as my entree. This was amazing!! Beautifully presented. But it was two tiny medallions equaling about 3 oz of meat total. I feel like the amount of food did not equal the price. Taste would be 5 stars but I can only give this place three stars because of the value. Too expensive for so few bites of food.

Words cannot adequately describe the experience of this restaurant. We do know they cater to the rich and famous daily BUT they treated us as if we were! Sommelier Rone gave us his full attention and described the entire history of the bottle of champagne....origin, family, region. Tasting was amazing. We had four of the fabulous "desserts" (and honestly dessert is NOT accurate!) These were incredibly beautifully prepared dishes. Again, described to us by the servers. Even the general manager came out to introduce himself and ask if all was well. We were also treated to a mini tour of the restaurant and saw the amazing chandelier, the small private room and the bread and treat carts. We will never forget this amazing evening!

Title: An Unforgettable Culinary Symphony Stepping into Joel Robuchon's culinary realm was like entering a portal to gastronomic paradise. From the very first moment, this restaurant unfolded an extraordinary dining experience that transcended the boundaries of mere food consumption. It was a symphony of flavors, textures, and impeccable service, meticulously orchestrated to create an unforgettable culinary masterpiece. The chef effortlessly marrying classic French techniques with innovative culinary artistry. Each dish presented a harmonious blend of creativity and precision, a true reflection of Robuchon's culinary mind The ambiance itself is elegance, adorned with understated luxury and a warm, inviting atmosphere. The restaurant's attention to detail can be experienced in every element, from the exquisite table settings to the graceful choreography of the waitstaff, was meticulously curated to enhance the overall dining experience. Now, onto the pièce de résistance—the cuisine. Every bite was an explosion of flavor, revealing an intricate tapestry of carefully selected ingredients. The menu showcased perfectly balanced dishes, ensuring a culinary experience. Each plate was a work of art, visually stunning and flawlessly executed. The service at Joel Robuchon was superbly attentive by members who effortlessly anticipated every need. In conclusion, a dining experience at Joel Robuchon is a pilgrimage for any culinary enthusiast. We celebrated my birthday here and needless to say we will be back

Over the last 20y this is the 3rd and most disappointing time that I have been here. The hardware, and location in the MGM grand is the same, and fine, but the smallest details, which Joel Robouchon, was insistent upon are now dead. The bread trolley selection, as amazing as ever, but it tasted stale, the bread not warmed up enough, so it was cold in the middle, when served, the 2nd round of bread, served cold. I wanted the guinea fowl dish, but was told of 2.5 hour preparation!, so why not make that warning, that a pre-order is required? Given the fact that I have had this dish prepared in under an hour at other Robuchon locations, makes me dubious, on the words of the waiter. The peaches in the sphere dessert, not quite ripe, and the details issues continue. It was my birthday, so points for a mango sorbet, meringue surprise cake, but to get just a slice, when the a hole cake was presented was a bit strange, and to give something that really couldnt be taken home, was too quickly served, straight from the freezer. For the price, you expect perfection, and this restaurant and staff are far too complacent, living on past glories. So looks like Guy Savoy and truffle and artichoke soup, next time.

We had a beautiful dinner at Robuchon to celebrate our wedding. With a party of 7, they placed us in a beautiful private room. The food was very elegantly prepared and beautifully cooked. The service was also top notch - from seating, to food, to wine. The only reason I didn’t give it a full 5 stars was that very few flavors that night “wow’d” me. Beautiful done but not extraordinary for a 3 Michelin Star. I would come back!

We both love good tasty well-presented food.So Joel Robuchon didn't disappoint. Sitting at the counter watching the Chefs work is a joy, feathers the taste buds. Our attendant was helpful and attentive(in a busy house). the food and wine lovely. We would only say-if you wish to celebrate, enjoy great food -Joel Robuchon's will not disappoint.

The restaurant has very nice ambiance, its comfortable and fashionable. Service was good, the waiters were attentive. The food was good, I would have liked it a little warmer, but OK I guess. The trouble with this place is the value. No way does the check match the quality of the experience. It's worth perhaps 40% of the check. I would only recommend it if someone else is pay, if you're paying, dont go.

Ate here with my hubby for dinner from out of town. We are foodies and were looking forward to the experience. The central dining room of the restaurant is quite nicely appointed with gorgeous light fixtures. We were sat on the dimly lit “pseudo-patio” with other exiled couples. Beautiful flowers lined the patio. Unfortunately they seemed quite fragrant interfering with the ability to really enjoy the meal. In addition, although I didn’t notice it immediately my nose started to congest - must be a little allergic to those beautiful pink flowers which is unfortunate when enjoying a $250 plate dinner. The service was wonderful, the food was good, the desserts were incredibly innovative. Our biggest complaint came with the sticker shock at the presentation of the bill. Apparently we did not understand that there was a surcharge to some of the options in the individual categories. We each got a meal plan consisting of 2 appetizers and 2 main courses for $500 total, or so we thought. However we then were presented with surcharge add-ons for several of the dishes such as the specialty of the house etc. This is akin to buying a first class ticket to fly first class on a nice airline and then getting charged extra to sit in the aisle, recline your seat, or place your purse in the overhead bin. To make matters worse, we were totally unaware. $85 surcharge added on for a fried egg with some black (not even white) truffles? Please!!! This is ridiculous. You can get a phenomenal dish of the stuff in Milan, Italy for thirty bucks, so I’m not quite understanding the surcharge on an already insanely priced meal. I’m sorry but I felt like I was dealing with a low budget airline not a high class establishment. If that kind of service irks you like it did us, then you might want to skip this place.

It is outrageously expensive...$425 pp for the 16 course tasting menu, plus another $300 pp for the cheapest wine pairing (you can spend $1000 on wine pairings!)...but a fabulous, very unique experience. Incredible service, beautiful food!

If you are looking for the ultimate restaurateur experience, if you are after gourmet, absolutely flawless, top experience that you will remember forever, go no further. It will cost you and there will be a very long wait to book - but you will agree with me that all that is worth it. We were a party of 4 and each of us picked a different menu option. There is the feature 7-dish menu option for $445 (which none of us picked) and then there are several other options with fewer items between $129 to $270 (I picked the latter, with 2 appetizers and 2 main courses). Besides the items included in the menu there are several other small extras that just come as gifts/on the house in-between servings. Most of these are extras and specialties that may have a name, but you've never seen anything close elsewhere or figure what they're made of. You only know that they are fabulous. I should say that we are outgoing food connoisseurs or enthusiasts, not professionals in any way, but even from the number of reviews here you can tell we'd been in many good restaurants - this has topped all but perhaps one experience we ever had (and that comparison isn't fair because in Robuchon we didn't pick the highest menu option). The service was absolutely wonderful and everything we ate and drink were just incredible. I don't think we will be back often as the pricing is truly exclusive (we paid over $2k for a party of 4, including drinks, taxes, and tips), but if we ever in need to repeat the ultimate dining experience and able to wait (and afford), then this is the place to go!

We visit Las Vegas several times per year and ALWAYS dine at Joel Robuchon This is consistently the best dining experience we have ever had - anywhere we have been in the world - and is as if we were dining in a private residence in France The food is impeccably prepared, plated and served We look forward to coming back again soon

Well this definitely is a place if you have time and money you should try. My friends wife made the reservations otherwise we probably would not have gone, i will say she told us business casual but noticed there were people definitely not dressed to that spec. What a wonderful experience though and will come back.

A superb tasting dinner served in elegant fashion. Very well based multiple course dinner customized to the tastes and dietary restrictions of our group. Elegant tastes combined in unique fashions. Waitstaff is superb and not pretentious. Located right next to Ka theater in MGM grand. Very expensive but worth it for this kind of experience if that is your desire.

We try to visit every hatted restaurant in every city we visit in the world so it was a no brainer to book well in advance and we were greatly looking forward to it. I know the food was excellent and compared favourably with many of the great ones we’ve tried (I can’t forget the bread trolley) but it’s the only one of this caliber we’ve tried where the price was so astronomical that that it spoiled the occasion. Being in Las Vegas probably doesn’t help. Highly recommended otherwise but I just can’t give it more stars. It’s not their fault. Maybe I should have spent more time at the gambling table in the hope of affording the dining table.

French food always is and adventure but here was so delicious! The bread was out of this world, try the tasting menu!

If this review were strictly for the restaurant it would be hands down five stars, despite the extremely high prices, because the food and service were both impeccable. However, as my husband and I are wont to do, we began our experience in the bar for a pre-dinner cocktail. While the initial impression exceeded expectations with a most impressive back-bar, from which my husband ordered a rare Japanese whisky, the positivity ended there. When I ordered a wet gin martini the bartender's follow up question was whether I would like any vermouth in it, which is precisely what "wet" means. Then he proceeded to add the vermouth with an eye dropper (which I'll admit is forgivable given how little vermouth some people like) and SHOOK the martini. It was the worst gin martini I've had in recent years and completely unforgivable for an establishment of this caliber. The rest of the meal and service was impeccable, so my advice is to skip the bar and cocktails.

This is one of the most amazing dining experiences we ever had. The experience is outstanding, the service is amazing. It started with a glass of champagne and the most amazing bread trolley you'll ever see. You then have a choice as to how many courses you will enjoy, we went with two appetizers, two entrees and a dessert. This was A LOT of food. When the dessert trolley came we were so full! The attention to detail, the presentation of each of the courses is beyond what I can even put into words. This is certainly a bucket list restaurant, I am certainly glad we were able to enjoy a night like this, we spent a good 3.5/4 hours there. To finish it all off we left with a gift, a sweet treat to enjoy home. I brought it back to Florida since it was our last night, it was so good! I am glad I insisted in bringing it home. Worth every penny.

Food is delightful and service is impeccable. Great choice for a romantic dinner with your loved one.

I was expecting a very fine dining place and i can see that they made a good work on the deco and menu as all is coming quite friendly thanks for the potato puree !

AMAZING!!!!!! Does not describe this place.... From the moment we walked up until the time stepped out( 3 hours later) Joseph and his team rocked the service, and the food was equal in its presentation and quality! Everything was exceptional! Hang on for the bill$$$$$.... This place is not inexpensive but worth every penny and more.. Thank you TripAdvisor for the great reviews..

This is literally off the scale. No words can describe this experience. The food is amazing as you will see from the pictures. I did the wine pairing and the wife decided to choose a bottle as she can't keep up!!! The staff cannot do enough for you either. A big shout out to Valerie who greets you, the amazing bartender Steve, the superb servers in Kit and Andrew, the fantastic wine sommeliers Thomas and Josh and the wonderful manager Sean. Everyone else is fabulous too - the ones mentioned are the only names I could remember, but everyone stands out in here. You HAVE to experience this, even if it is just once. We are lucky enough to have been 4 times and it has always been an unreal experience.

When you are abroad and miss French gastronomy, this is definitely the best place!! Meals are delicious and the service is good!!

The place is as beautiful as it has always been The staff is as friendly even though somewhat less formal and efficient The food is more progressive but still great The soufflé is the best you will ever have

Overall dinner at Joel Robuchon was an amazing experience. We did the 17 course tasting menu which was both visually stunning but also incredibly tasty. I’m not a huge fan of langoustine or lobster but I would eat these all day long. While I was blown away by the food I was incredibly underwhelmed by the wine pairing. We split a great red Burgundy and also shared the Premier Cru wine pairing. The pairing was more expensive than our dinner and while all the wines were good there was nothing that different or unique that I would expect from a wine pairing like this. As a wine lover this was disappointing. In the end definitely have the tasting menu and buy off the wine list - the value is better.

The atmosphere was surreal. Very elegant and classy. You can easily see why it is a 3 star Michelin restaurant from the moment you walk in. The food is delicious and the presentation is mind blowing. The Le Papillon Chocolat Azelia dessert was a definite favourite!

Three of us dined there for my 60th. My buddy ordered the Vegetarian pre-fix and Village Wine pairings. My wife and I did the full 12 course, she ordered 2 glasses if wine that went well with what she had. with. I had Grand Cru wine pairing. When I read something about people returning food because It wasn't good, especially if you are doing a tasting meal, I say it's on you. The flavors and profiles Unfortunately at times requires The same palate for enjoying extraordinary food as it does extraordinary wines. If you don't like something, sure that's ok, but it doesn't warrent A bad review like what I have seen Especially when you have expectations for everyday food experiences. Anyway, sorry about the rant. The food, the service, and yes that Grand Cru wine experience was worth it and I would do it again. And I will.

I am not usually one to write a bad review, but I felt like it was my duty to do so in this situation, with hopes that it'll help someone out there not waste their time or money here. This place is nowhere near the quality and service of a 3-Michelin star restaurant, or any Michelin stars, at that. (I looked up when it received its Michelin stars, and it was 2009. A lot of its other awards were also before 2010. Perhaps the quality was different when Robuchon was alive?) Anyhow, I would not consider the quality of the food and service as fine dining, and I think the worst part about it is how much you pay for it. It is a complete scam. Our server, from beginning to end, made several mistakes - starting with saying "Happy Anniversary" (it was my husband's birthday - but maybe the server was confused since the menu said "joyeux anniversaire"? But did he not know what that meant? I mean, I didn't know what that meant, but it did say "happy birthday" right above it.) I also repeated several times that I had a nut allergy and to let me know if there were items I couldn't have, but he proceeded to recommend items that clearly had nuts anyway. He also would forget what we ordered, then come back to check - only to give my husband an incorrect order anyway, after repeating it to him. Then another server took over and didn't help the situation at all by attempting to justify the other server - "he can't see, and won't wear glasses, and he refuses to write things down." Um, ok? And then the quality of the food itself...some of it was disgusting, and some of it was... just something that would have been passed on a tray at a bad work event. They try to make it look fancy with their presentation, they bring out the bread cart, the dessert cart, whatever... but ultimately, all of the food is pretty meh. And also, the ambiance itself isn't upscale at all. It's pretty tacky, like maybe it was the early 00's. We were seated in what felt like it was supposed to give the feeling of outside? But you're not outside? With fake plants surrounding you? It's very weird. The entire vibe of the place felt really uncomfortable, and I joked that someone must have been murdered there and the ghost was haunting the space. And all of this would have been fine and forgivable if it was some cheap chain restaurant known for low-quality food, but I think the worst part about this place is the fact that they're trying to come off as this fine dining experience that charges an insane amount. After being scammed I googled to find out more, and I found an old YouTube video of the people who run the place saying "you're paying for the memory." I wish I had seen this video beforehand, because what a red flag - if you have to say that, it means your food sucks. And it did. Please don't go here. IT'S A SCAM. And as someone who has eaten at multiple Michelin-star places as well as multiple sketchy places, this is the worst restaurant meal I've ever had in my life.

My wife wanted to plan a special weekend for my 40th, we ended up choosing Joel Robuchon for our dinner. We both did the degustation menu (vegetarian version for my wife). The bread cart was probably one of the highlights of the meal =). like 14 different kinds of breads, all so good. There were some courses that were phenomenal, but there were also many that were forgettable (not bad, just not the type of great you'd expect from 3 star michellin restaurant). The service was definitely on point. Everyone so attentive and friendly. Personally i thought the ambiance and service was TOP notch, but the food was not what i'd expect. I much prefer the food from places like per se (in NY) over the food here. One other bit of information that was annoying was that i saw the restaurant had a strict "jacket required" dress code, but majority of the people there did not have jackets and there were many that had jeans/sneakers on. I don't have anything against that, just be consistent. I went through a lot to fly with a suit and dress shoes and to also pay to have them pressed at the hotel i was staying at, specifically for the dinner, so i was surprised to see the "strict" dress code not actually be that strict.

I am a huge fan of Joel Robuchon (RIP), it was such an honor to have eaten at one of his restaurants. The food and service were both AMAZING. You won't find a better restaurant in Las Vegas. There is a reason why he earned the coveted 3 Michelin Star Award for this restaurant. Going here was one of the best experiences of my life! If you want a night to remember... This is the place to go! If I ever go back to Las Vegas, I will definitely come back!

The 16 course tasting menu looks daunting and it is very pricy at $495 a person, but wow. Consider this dinner and an experience because this is what you get. The service is like no other. The food is both art and incredible. Not an every day expenditure, but for a special occasion there is no place else.

We just attended Joel Robuchon last weekend. It is really, really expensive. Having said that, the food is beyond sublime. Even the bread is the best that you will ever eat. I am not exaggerating when I say that the service is the best that I have ever experienced in any restaurant in any country. In addition we met the chef. He is a top guy!!

We had the tasting menu and each course was memorable and delicious. Among the favorites were "La Laitue" and La Langoustine. I am not usually someone who enjoys red meat but the Waygu beef is a definite must try. This is certainly the most expensive meal I have ever had but it was worth all of it, I would go back today if a table was available.

The best in Vegas our favorite in the world! This might be our 20th time eating here. The consistency is thrilling the service impeccable

The imagination that goes into the food here is incredible. The atmosphere is very elegant and the staff is friendly and not haughty. Although certainly expensive, it was worth it. There were so many treats--amuse bouches, the variety of bread, the candy/cookie offering. There was a general atmosphere of generosity--try this, would you like some more... And do not skip dessert.

Came here for my birthday and I enjoyed every serving. I opted for the dishes with an extra supplemental charge and they did not disappointment (mostly because they all had truffles). Our servers were very friendly and attentive. I cannot comment on the wine pairing as I did not indulge in this (walked out with a $500 bill). I would definitely return. I'm glad I did not get the tasting menu as I got a larger serving of dishes I truly enjoyed. If you want a great experience and dinner, as well as an excuse to dress up, I highly recommend Joel for a night of fine dining.

In my opinion you need to be careful of the sommelier. If you don't know wine and aren't familiar be very careful ordering. They will give you a big book with a list of wines and they put a brand name ie. Krug near the bottom at about 350 a bottle but then there's a much more expensive bottle( also Krug) at the top so if you ask for the lower one he will quickly close the book and then bring it a bottle of Krug (the more expensive one) and if you haven't taken a careful look at the label you won't know which one it is. Then the bill comes and the bottle turns out to be $1500 instead of $35. It's an old trick they use in places like Rome or Barcelona but you wouldn't expect it in a place like this. Disappointed they decided to resort to these tactics to repair their bottom line after the shutdown. BE AWARE!!!

We recently ate here for my 30th birthday and it was unbelievably good! I couldn’t rate this restaurant any higher. There is a range of different menus to choose from...we had the tasting menu with wine pairing and it was exquisite. Couldn’t recommend a trip to this restaurant more.

Great service and amazing food, we were received and served as king and queen. We had the degustation menu which was such an experience. Will be back for sure on my next visit.

Last year we tried L'Atelier so this year we wanted to try the more upscale (an expensive) Robuchon. While we liked L'Atelier, we also found it a bit underwhelming. Not so with Robuchon. What an amazing experience it was. Both the food and service was on another level compared to L'Atelier. We ordered the degustation menu. Everyone on the table has to order it, but not to worry, they will accommodate your dietary restrictions and preferences. If you have dietary restrictions or not the type to eat everything that French restaurants are known to serve, I recommend paying close attention to the menu. They will accommodate you no problem. Just make sure you mention to your server. My girlfriend doesn't eat red meat but eats chicken and seafood. She didn't mention that she didn't eat frog legs so she got the frog leg. We also ordered the wine pairings. We ordered the cheapest one and the next one up. There's a definite difference. Whether it is worth it is subjective. There is definitely enough food to leave you filling full. There is also enough wine to make you feel you had enough wine. If we were to do it again, we might just share the wine pairing as we struggled to finish at the end.

The food is very good. The service very attentive. But it comes at a high price. Very extensive classic menu.

We chose the main course with 12 dishes and it was amazing! The only dish we didn't like surprisingly was the Caviar which was just beautiful! Other than that everything was tasty and interesting! The restaurant itself is very beautiful and luxurious and the service is of very high standards!

If you have been to other Joël Robuchon restaurants, you will be very happy with the Vegas one as well. I've had a lot of their "main course" & "tasting menu" but one word of advice, go in starving to death and you will still leave like a fat King! Sometimes you must enjoy the finer things in life and treat yourself. Just do it. I'm not going to go on about the different servings, as this would never affect my decision on eating at a fine restaurant. Also, remember, any Joël Robuchon restaurant will need months in advance reservations. It's worth it though. We ate there twice this trip.

The facility and service was excellent - truly transformational from the surrounding loud, smokey and over crowded casino outside. The bread “service” was beyond anything I had ever experienced. The appetizer was outstanding. For desert I had the most amazing soufflé I had ever tasted. After that, there was a selection of mini deserts. The whole experience was truly phenomenal .... except the entree ..... I had high expectations for the suckling pig, but instead received a minuscule piece of meat that was gone in one mouth full. I guess this would be OK as one of the 18 dishes served as part of the “tasting” menu. But served as an entree in a three course prix fixed, this seemed inadequate to me. Overall, this place is definitely worth a visit for all the positives I mentioned - hence the 4 stars. But be sure to fill up on bread and get desert, otherwise you will be leaving hungry and heading to the MGM buffet afterwards.

Wonderful experience, service, food, and decor. But this is one of those cases again of you get what you pay for. Did the full tasting experience menu and all the dishes were wonderful but if I were to go back, I would do a la carte. It was great to sit at the bar and watch the chefs cook and the service was top notch. It was definitely one of the most memorable dining experiences but again, for the price, I sure hope it would be.

We love this restaurant; having visited previously, as well as in other locations. Top notch food and ambiance….the mashed potatoes are legendary! Excellent service; a real culinary experience.

Not sure why it’s had to make a reservation here, when the place is half empty. Made the mistake of not insisting to be seated in the main dining room, which did look nice. We were seated in the “winter garden” off the main dining room, decorated with a wall of plastic ivy and a tacky faux painted ceiling a la Ceasars Palace. Acoustics let us hear every word from our neighbors seated too closely. So cramped that the bread and desert carts did not fit next to our table and I had to turn my head 180 degrees resulting in a third rate service experience. Waiter starts off by explaining that the bread is baked fresh every day — are you kidding me? Then proceeds to tell us our choices will be “warmed up”. Next serving of bread did not get the rewarming treatment. We did not want to go with the $400+ tasting menu, so went with one of the a la carte menus. There, half of the dishes came with a hefty supplement, which was tacky. Seems like they don’t show you the menu in advance online for that reason. Food was okay but not memorable in taste or presentation. Waiter explained that the mashed potatoes were what made Robuchon famous and we thought he was joking. The mashed potatoes tasted like, well, mashed potatoes. The 3 Michelin stars from 2009 are proudly shown at the entrance. Well, it’s 13 years later, the chef has long passed and the restaurant is not even listed in the Michelin guide anymore. Hint: there is a reason why, see above.

This is one of the fanciest restaurants that I have ever been to. It is quite ostentatious, but the food is really good. Everything is so rich an decadent. The servers are very professional and cater to your every need. The bread they serve is the best bread I have ever had. It is definitely something to do every once in while or for special occasions, but it is quite over the top. I don't think I had ever spent $500 on a two person dinner before alcohol before, but I will probably visit again next time I am in Vegas. But if you are looking for fancy french food, you probably won't find better outside of Paris.

I was there for a business meeting and the food was just as good as I remembered it. The service was also excellent.

If you really want to spoil yourself then make a reservation at his restaurant at MGM and do the degustation! The food is to die for, the wait staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Had our last night in Vegas here and we weren’t disappointed, and how could you be when you finish the menu with not one but two desserts.

Service was excellent, and very attentive, but not overbearing. Bread was very good. Homard appetizer (lobster) was average and beef with fois gras was also average. Presentation on the plate is lovely. By the glass Chablis (Louis Michel) was overrated. All things considered, over-priced by 2x.

Nice meal, great wines and service, pretty food. We have enjoyed Joel Robuchon in Paris many times and this was our first visit to the location in Las Vegas. The setting was lovely and comfortable. The food was very pretty food porn, but lacked flavor. The caviar serving was probably the most artistic I have ever had yet, it didn’t taste good. The gelatin had no flavor and did nothing to complement the caviar. I can’t say that any course left me wanting more or being memorable . The dessert while being a very generous offering of treats left me asking for 2 carmel candies to bring home to my son. I am happy to have the experience but will not be going back.

Restaurant in Las Vegas. Beautiful decor and elegant presentations. First-class service and magnificent food. There aren’t enough words to describe the bread service and delicious sweet treats to conclude each meal. Can’t getcenough of “Mr Robuchon’s mashed potatoes”!!!! A very pricey evening but worth every penny and more.

Last year we dined at Joel Robuchon’s and enjoyed their 16 Course Tasting menu but my son, Scott, was living in Australia at the time so since he missed out I decided we’d enjoy the experience again with him. As before…service and atmosphere were top notch all the way. The bread cart has so many tempting selections you need strong will power to avoid filling up on the doughy delights. Each tasting course is exquisite not only in detail but flavor as well. By the time you get to the Sweet Cart at the end you are so full and happy it’s difficult to partake in the multitude of sweet treats being offered. Overall another amazing dinner at Robuchon’s.

The dining experience at Joel Robuchon is a world apart from even the best other restaurants. This is food as art. The symbiosis of flavors in each course creates an entirely new flavor with each entree. The presentation makes you almost feel guilty to disturb the beauty by taking that first bite. The service defines what a perfect restaurant experience should be, especially the sommelier's explanation of each wine the the optional wine pairing (an option well worth the additional cost).

For our 9th Anniversary we splurged for dinner at Joël Robuchon @ MGM, and it was well worth it! Perfection permeates it atmosphere. We had very comfortable plushy corner-booth seating. The table was set with loose gems (props, not real) lightly scattered on it. No blemishes (as in fingerprints or lipstick from previous patrons, ew!) were on the glassware, silverware, or other tableware. All staff who greeted us, regardless of their hired capacity, were very pleasant and friendly. We each ordered the Degustation Menu with Wine Pairing (the least expensive of the wine options). It turned out to almost be a 20-course meal! It was a feast in terms of creativity, variety, flavors, and hospitality: from the multi-tiered cart filled with various breads to the multi-tiered cart of desserts. Everything was timed beautifully. The Waiters, assistants, chefs, and Sommelier paced themselves according to our rate of ingestion and drinking. This is not a place where you hurriedly gobble down food, but bask in the flavors before you. Besides, the servings are small. Yes, this is where each bite should be thoroughly chewed, thus enhancing the gastronomy. We were there for about four hours, but it felt like time flew by quickly! Furthermore, there were a couple of items/ingredients on the menu that we did not want to eat at that time, which we did indicate ahead of time, and ample substitutions were thereby provided. I believe the quality of their ingredients, along with their skills of expertise, allow for wonderful final products. I even fell head-over-heels for the high-grade Spanish EVOO they use at table side! Besides some sweets to take with us, we received a cute souvenir in the form of a miniature replica of our menu, with our name also printed on it!

Visited on my honeymoon and had the most amazing experience. Some of the best food I have ever tasted in my life. Great surroundings. Top service

I had agree at experience but paying such a big bill makes you wonder what value for money really is. I liked it and impressed with service and food even though some JR restaurants have better interior design. All in all a great place.

Recently celebrated my 61st birthday with my wife and 4 friends. - What we had was a superb evening in every way. The food, the knowledgeable and sociable staff the ambience, the BREAD!! - I have eaten in some of the best restaurants in the world. This evening was the best dining experience of my life so far. - I think the only way to top this is to come back!!

We arrived in this small intimate well decorated restaurant in the middle of the MGM Grand with high expectations Unfortunately, they very soon admitted that they hadn’t read the details of my wife’s allergies that were submitted at the time of booking and that there was an issue as most of their food is cooked in Rapeseed Oil, one of her severe allergies. However, after a lot of discussion in the restaurant they emerged with a menu that ended up being very good, so panic over. I honestly for a minute thought we would need to leave We couldn’t have the full “Menu Degustation” but were able to select a menu with two entrees and a main, which actually is very good for the price. First of all they presented a stunning bread trolley, accompanied by an amazing butter churned in France (my wife was only able to select one of the breads) We then had two very well presented and tasty entrees, followed by a wonderful main The sommelier provided an interesting wine flight for each of us that complimented the food very well At the end of the meal they presented a wonderful sweet trolley The food was very good but please double check they have read any special instructions - something they must learn from.

This beautiful restaurant serves the most delicious, inventive food. The intimate gorgeous dining room sets the tone for the evening. Be prepared to be wowed, by the food, the service and your bill. It is expensive, but, worth every penny for a trip to dining heaven.

The ambiance was very nice. Our waiter was informative and polite. The bread cart was amazing and they tasted delicious. I had very high expectations because we have dined at Le Cirque, and L’Atelier previously. The food was good but it didn’t “wow’ me as I had hoped it would. I was hoping it to be as good as and better than Partage, and it was not which was disappointing!. It was an experience and we celebrated our 33rd wedding anniversary there. It was not horrible, just far too pricey for what you get and the food did not wow my pallet.

In short, a stunning culinary experience at a price. If you are looking for a top fine dining restaurant in Las Vegas this is a must try.

Amazing experience.the food is outstanding. Bread trolley and petit fours trolley are magic. The desserts was the best in my life. Unique place.

We had the 15 course degustation. I had the normal one and my wife the vegetarian one. It was simply the best meal we had ever eaten and easily too. My wife often thinks vegetarians get a raw deal at fine dining degustations because of a lack of protein. Not the case here. She couldnt believe the variety and how well it was all prepared. Everything looked like art and tasted even better. Best bread you will ever eat too. Deserts are amazing and you get to choose as much as you like from the desert trolley. The only downsides was we werent told how much a glass of champagne costs and it was ridiculous when we saw the price. Unless money is no constraint then just go for the food and not with the alcohol. A once in a lifetime experience although we hope to make it back for a second time someday. Just makesure you are hungry when you arrive as its a big meal when you add in the bread and desert tray on top.

Wow! Our top dining experience when in Vegas was always Le Cirque, but this has now changed after our first visit to JR. While the cost was quite exorbitant, the experince was unparalleled and unprecedented. We went with the full out degustation menu. One of us had the “standard” wine pairing, while another had the top end wine pairing to compliment the exquisite meal. Everything was just perfect....indulgent and blissfully decadent! The setting was divine, the service was exceptional and the presentation was off the charts. We are not easily impressed, yet we were completely blown away. Bottom line, if you have the means, they have the meal....of your lifetime!

On a solo business trip I spoiled myself by dining at this elegant and artistic restaurant. As a vegetarian it's often difficult to find chefs who enjoy creating elegant and inspired dining opportunities without the benefit of animal protein. Although I'm certain the meat and fish dishes are excellent, the vegie dishes weren't an after thought. Delicious and beautiful start to finish. Service was as one should expect, elegant, friendly and perfect. Located right off the casino, be sure you are at the right place as two JR offerings sit side by side.

We sat at the counter so we could watch all the preparation happening in the kitchen. We had a great view and the kitchen staff took such care to prepare each plate. They brought a wine menu, but we wanted a Martini instead. That did catch them off guard. He said they would go check to see what the bartender would suggest. He returned and said he suggested a Pear Martini. I agreed and they returned with the Martini. It was very nice, not too sweet. It was a bit off putting because this didn't take a couple of minutes, it took several minutes and they came back with one Martini to choose from. My husband ended up ordering one too. We started with the ham on toasted tomatoe bread. I had the steak as my entree and my husband had the Dover Sole. The steak was excellent. They cooked the Dover Sole whole and then brought it to the counter and deboned it in front of us. The food and staff were excellent. We would defineatly return. My only suggestion would be to have another list of drink options for the diners, if they aren't in the mood for wine.

There are many celebrity chefs running different restaurents , but there is only one JR , who somehow can managed and maintained each place as if there is only one exist . We have been to JR places in Macau , Hong Kong , Paris , Singapore , both the refined and cauasal version ( L’Atelier) works like a well tuned symphony . The fine dining version in Vegas (I saw review of the causal version in same TripAdvisor review session , this should not be confused ) is very special because of the decor . We have been here three times over the time , with another couple who lived in Vegas. The black / white marble entrance is beyond stunning . The garden terrace ( our preferred table )transformed a formal dining experience into a very relaxing mode . The service , the bread and deserts table , the limited but quality menu and wine list , all exceptional( I will be go into details as many have ) , other top restaurents can possibly match . But no one cam match the details into, the design of the this place , making this a standout , even among JR places. . This is a place you want to return , just for the experience .

EVERYTHING about this dinner was wonderful--the service, the variety of food choices, the innovative nature of the foods, the preparations, the colors of the food, the elegance of the dining room itself, etc. We selected the #2 menu which contains 2 appetizers, a main course, and dessert. The restaurant presents a "bread trolley" with about 15 or more bread selections (each which is delicious) and ends with a dessert trolley that is equally impressive. What struck me most was the constant surveillance of the dining room to ensure that everything was done promptly and properly. This is a wonderful experience, and each bite of every dish was outstanding--so I'll not single out any of them.

We were very excited to eat here, having read all of the reviews. However, sadly, we were underwhelmed. The food was not well seasoned. Dishes were lacking salt. The food was not worth the price. That said, the service was excellent.

staff is great food is great wagyu sucked so don't get it but this is the spot to take your loved one or even one, you don't love. Get that green soup and say you the dude from TripAdvisor said the wagyu sucked but he loved this place.

With so many option in Vegas, avoid this one. Robuchon should be ashamed of himself putting his name on this restaurant. The only reason that I’m not giving this place less stars is because the manager and most of the staff were excellent. The food is wonderful but if you need to experience Robuchon do it in another city. What ruins it all: the activity by prostitutes and their patrons that is permitted in the dining room. This ‘entertainment’ in the establishment could make you throw up during dinner. The somm is a complete hack and should be better trained on this very extensive wine list with much potential. Speaking with him was like pulling teeth. Having been to Robuchon’s restaraunts before, we were quite excited to eat here in Vegas. After this night, I would never step foot into one of his restaurants again. For $500+ a plate we expect better.

Just a beautiful experience, as soon as you walk through through the 12'-0" high double glass doors, you feel the elegance, the wow factor. This place has perfect interior decor. Small dining room. Incredible staff. We were overwhelmed, starting with the bread trolley, through all the courses of delightful food right up to the sweets trolley. This was our 1st time dining here and we loved it.

I must have been here over a dozen times. I keep coming back (even though they never remember me) because the food is extraordinary. This is a counter service fine restaurant. You have to be able to sit on a high chair at the counter. They offer a variety of fix meal menus that you choose by your appetite or wallet. We always pick the smallest one the 4 course that includes dessert. I always enjoy the amazing bread and French butter, They usually offer amazing salmon dishes, My husband also gets that very special ham plate that he loves. This year's I tried the vegetarian Neapolitan that was mind blowing great.....couldn't believe how great it was.......Always enjoy the Robuchon Potatoes! For dessert you must get the Les Tartes......Little slices of heaven so good. I thought about removing one star....because nobody ever remembers me......I always make a reservation and they should know I visited them many times....but the food is great and that is the reason to go.

I did not understand or comprehend what a 3 Star Michelin restaurant was really about. Now I know.....You must experience the chorography, art and passion that this place displays. From the moment you sit down, the amuse buoche was one if the finest portions of food I've ever had. We shared a wagu hanger steak, perfect!!! We watched our salad hand prepared one leaf at a time painstakingly ...with tweezers....Take time to dine while watching a symphony of culinary talent performed right in front of you. Of the many reviews I've submitted, the bar has now been elevated to a level I NEVER knew existed.

this is the best part of vegas wow wow wow visited yesterday was recommned by a friend we will be coming back in august

I managed to convince one of my pals to join me in a little bit of michelin starred dining but what we got was far beyond expectations. The restaurant is tucked away in a far corner of the casino floor behind some rather impressive glass doors. The maitre d' showed us through to the cocktail bar just off to the left. A fantastically appointed bar with geourgeous aged leather chairs. We went for a couple of gin and tonics the perfect pre dinner cocktail while we waited for our table. Within a few minutes we were shown to our table. The service at Joel' is just as you'd expect, your glass is never empty the waiting staff are very knowledgeable. We awaited the arrival of the bread cart and this gave us an insight into things to come, there was so much bread, about twenty different varieties of bread all delicious freshly baked in house that morning and served with French butter and Italian olive oil. Our Amuse bouche was a trio of cauliflower with crisped rice grains. We started with Quinoa and roasted pepper with sesame seeds, delicious. Fois gras with tomato gel, wow, sliced fois gras cooked perfectly that melts in the mouth and was simply the best I've ever tasted. For Mains I went for the iberico pork, again exceptionally cooked, perfectly seasoned. We took a little advice from the sommelier on wine pairings and the match again was perfect. We decided on separate desserts. Cheeses and I went for the blueberry sphere with lemon yoghurt sorbet and edible flowers. The cheese trolley was well stocked and again our waiters knowledge was faultless. Simply put, dining here blew my mind. We both have eaten in very good quality restaurants and upon reading a menu we would have a good idea of what to expect, but Joel' exceeded expectations at every turn. This was not just dining this was an experience, theatre and magic. Thank you, we shall return.

Wow!!!!!! I’d been told I’d be suitably impressed and I honestly was. Crazy expensive. Worth the money? Not sure. But I did love everything that I ate, it truly was a special evening.

The Michelin guide apparently has not come to Las Vegas for some time. But Joel Robuchon is nonetheless still fantastic and 3-stars IMHO. The food and service is fantastic. They appear to have significantly upgraded their vegetarian menu. I previously came here for dinner once about 6 years ago. It certainly wasn't bad by any means, The vegetarian food was good. But, back then, it seemed like their idea of elevated vegetarian food simply involved throwing shaved truffles on top of everything. That was disappointing. What a difference a few years makes. It looks like they have completely redone the vegetarian items. The entire vegetarian degustation menu was elevated and exquisite. EVERY dish was remarkable. I left wanting to do it again. This is without a doubt one of the best meals I've ever had. I would like to particularly commend the following persons: -Paul (our server) -Troy (the sommelier) -David (the busser) Their level of synchronized service was extraordinary. They were all very personable and professional. Overall, they made us feel very welcome for an extraordinary evening. Here are a couple suggestions: 1. Don't eat too much bread and butter! The bread and butter are AMAZING. But leave yourself room for the rest of the meal. 2. If you can, try as many of the desserts as you can. I've never had desserts anywhere as good as the ones here. 3. If it is a special occasion, tell them in advance!!!! One member of our party requested a couple vegan substitutions, which the kitchen was able to do. And the vegan dishes were REALLY good. It was obvious the kitchen put a good amount of thought into them. Below are some of the pictures from our evening. Overall, highly recommended.

We had the most amazing meal here this week. The restaurant is stunning as is the food. Delicious and so beautifully presented. As always amazing.

I’ve been to all the three stars in the Bay Area, and holy cow I love this place. It’s probably my new #1. To each their own of course, but I loved all the courses, and I have a bias for dessert carts.

Joel Robuchon is one of the best restaurants I’ve ever eaten in my life. Definitely worth every Michelin Star. With a quiet and beautiful ambiance that contrasts with the rest of Las Vegas. The chef and his staff are obsessed with every detail of your experience. Starting with how they served the bread and butter to the multiple plates and desserts. If you can this restaurant is a must. Merci Mr. Robuchon.

This is a really fine dining experience with the best ingredients and deliciously prepared food with compelling fine service. This is a special treat restaurant. I think the original is in Paris, and the lady in the next table said this one lives up to the reputation of the European counterpart. Everything is prepared with attention to detail and blending flavors into a veritable feast. It is a strain on your budget so a special occasion restaurant.

One for the books. We decided on the tasting menu and it is worthy of all its accolade. The service was immaculate, as only a 3 starred french restaurant could deliver. The ambience, grand. This is the place to be for a special night.

This restaurant is one of the greatest in the World. Unbelievable quality. Artistic presentation. Fantastic tastes. Service could be a bit better to match the food but it is not so important as long as you feel great due to the talent of Mr. Robuchon. Merci x 100

This is the 5th time we’ve been to Joël Robuchon and quite honestly the best if that can be possible. We wondered if the restaurant would be the same after the loss of its namesake but it’s clear his tradition of as near perfection as humanly possible is in good hands. I don’t say this lightly but our evening was simply perfection. The food was absolutely exquisite, the wine pairing amazing but above all - the experience was delivered with such passion and caring it made everything all the better. I could go in and on with superlatives but suffice it to say if you value food, wine, and excellence and have the means this is a must.

Always amazing food. We’ve eaten at Joel Robuchon in Paris and NYC, and the Las Vegas venue matches up handily. There’s really no way to describe how good the food was other than to say it’s the epitome of gastronomical experience. Nathan, Andrew and Kit were very professional.

escape the chaos of MGM Grand casino area and enter a culinary oasis. Greeted by two young ladies dressed in long black dresses, we passed an intimate secluded bar area on our left and were ushered into the opulent main dining room. Elegant with plush chairs, large crystal chandelier, and handsome decor, it reminds one of the Parisian *** hotel restaurants. we opted for the 18 course tasting menu. First, the famous bread service: , your choices then taken briefly to be re served warmed. impossible to describe 18 dishes so our favorites were: caviar imperial and crabe Royale served on an infusion of chou fleur. the plating here is world class and photos of this can be seen on the web site. escargot de Bourgogne: perhaps the most elegant presentation and finest tasting the lowly escargot will ever enjoy. langoustine truffle en ravioli plated as 3rd course with the truffle noir crevette rose plated with la St. Jacques. both the above two elevated their ingredients and spices to heavenly status chateaubriand foie gras combination with porto and pomme soufflés. all the servings, 5 in all plus desserts, were plated elegantly and artistically. service was intimate and of the highest professional calibre we also had the pleasure and honor of speaking with Chef Christophe De Lellis, Paris trained, whose passion for his craft is so magnificently translated to the cuisine. certainly the finest dining experience in Las Vegas, and a serious competitor with the *** of Paris and NYC.

My second visit here, first time was better back in 2018. It’s gone down hill and was kinda disappointing in fact. You can do better for your money.

We had a lovely dinner at Joel Robuchon’s. Service started out a little “cold” perhaps because they were apprehensive about our young children, but once the staff realized our kids weren’t going to swing on the beautiful crystal chandelier or set curtains on fire they warmed up to us quickly and provided an outstanding, attentive service. In fact, by the end of dinner they complimented us on our kids’ behavior and even brought out special parting gifts for the little ones. The food was outstanding. We chose the menu de degustacion, the restaurant’s most expansive option consisting of 10 courses. It was fantastic, including bread and desert. Even their French butter and Spanish oil are exceptionally good, clearly demonstrating the chef’s attention to detail. Now, many reviewers already mentioned the high price. Typically, when I read people complaining about price at a top tier 3 Michelin Star restaurant, I tend to be dismissive understanding that it’s not the type of establishment you typically would get a bargain. But ok, now I know what the other reviewers meant haha. While there are lower cost options on the menu, if you are coming to Joel Robuchon, you are likely coming for the acclaimed menu de degustacion and at $445 per person, it is expensive even for a top tier establishment. Is it worth it? That’s highly subjective, but I did walk away feeling guilty for spending that kind of money on dinner.

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary here on a Sunday night, and while we didn't order the full 17 course degustation menu, we were still treated like royalty. Specifically, I ordered the amuse boche, 1 appetizer (Langoustine ravioli), entree (pork), and the sweets while my wife ordered the amuse boche, entree (seabass), and dessert. The ravioli was sensational along with the pork. As others have noted, both the bread cart and sweet cart is overwhelming. What's incredible is that the head waiter has all 40+ items memorized. The table service was outstanding, and we would definitely return.

Last month my couple and I visited las Vegas and we had the opportunity to had an excellent dinner at the Joel Robuchon restaurant. We ordered a 6 courses dinner for each one. The food and service was excellent. It's a medium size place for 25 or 30 persons. Its very well decorated, sober and luxury with a very good taste. We had scallops with caviar and salmon for entrance course, than a green salad;the principal course was black cod that really took us by surprise!, finally we had a lichi mousse with a red fruits mirror and candy foam with gold trim dressing. We had champagne and a very good pinot noir from California to harmonize our dinner. The price we paid is expensive and it's worth it. Marco F. Rubio, Tijuana Mexico.

I'll preface this by saying L'Atelier is the French word for "art studio". This restaurant is that and much much more! Upon arrival, my wife and were escorted into what I describe as an elegant living room area complete with fireplace and adorned with purple couches (purple is my favorite color so I knew it was fortuitous as soon as we arrived.) The room is very tastefully decorated and has a feeling of intimacy much like you would feel in a friend's home. There are pictures of various people some of which I figure to be Mr. Robuchon himself. Now on to the good stuff - the food! Each dish was served with pride and stood on its own as a piece of art. You'll see for yourself with the attached photos. They offer various price fixes combos depending on your appetite. There is plenty of flexibility in offerings and price. The prices are steep but we found them to be well worth it. Now usually it is the entree which is the hit of the night in a fine dining restaurant. Not so here although the entrees they served were wonderfully presented and had a delightful flavor. I chose the Porc Iberico and my wife had the steak. So if not the entree, you may ask what was it that grabbed you? Believe it or not the cart which was replete with many amazing homemade breads baked on promises by the restaurant's b4akery staff. The hostess went through all of them - there must have been 20 varieties all with a unique flavoring or attribute and she made it open season on what and how much.of each we would like to have on our plate. They also shaved fresh creamery butter off a large cylinder and sprinkled it with fresh large grain sea salt. Not to mention they poured some verdant green EVOO onto an plate to make the experience even more magical! You MUST order the souffle for dessert. They do have some unique and tempting desserts but this is by far the best souffle I have ever tasted. They poke a small hole in the center and pour molten chocolate (white or dark as you choose) into the center when they serve it. The next highlight following the scrumptious dessert was the amazing confections cart they wheel out. In the same spirit of the bread cart which preceded the meal, they cap it all off with 30+ varieties of perfectly put together sweets (they go through all of them for you) and again, you call the shots of what and how many you would like to have! If all of this was not enough to comprise the best meal I have ever had in my life (I have dined at some of the finest restaurants in the world), the hostess presented us with a present from the chef for my wife - a homemade lemon cake. If all of this is not enough to whet your appetite, please have a look at the attached photos. You'll be sold just as we were!

For a Michelin star rated restaurant, we were expecting far more in the way of service and the overall dining experience. The lobster spaghetti was tasty, and the portion offered with the 3 course meal plentiful, the other items ordered were good but not remarkable, which was just a little disappointing, or perhaps our expectations were too high. The service while friendly was a bit slow. For a small table of 4 having a 3 course meal took nearly 2 hours.

Able to break away from meetings at a work conference in Vegas and popped over to MGM grand this past weekend. My wife found this from Conde Naste and high marks were definitely met with our meal...we ate at the bar of the kitchen off the side of the main restaurant...excellent wine list...I chose the tasting menu but chose our own wine rather than the pairings (personal preference). Food was delicious and meticulously prepared...sometimes a little long between the courses... Ultimately kinda spendy $$$ like any other high end Vegas restaurant but overall really happy we went

We have dined in Bordeaux France in a similar restaurant that chef Gordon Ramsey is the owner and was trained by the Master Chef of the century Joel Robuchon. We were there the week Master Chef Robuchon passed away in Switerland. That being said , we were seated in the patio area , which is really an inside garden. Allergies taken care of , so nothing to fret. We did the 20 course dinner with the wine pairing. The waiters, maitre' d, and sommelier were superb. White glove treatment. Elegant and indulgent. When we finished we were invited to tour the kitchen and meet the chef's. Joel Robuchon should be very proud of the legacy he left. Lovely experience. It was that night a 3 Star Michelin without a doubt.

splurged here - i went on a father daughter trip to vegas; my 14 year old and i loved this! every dish was amazing - the service - the bread cart - the butter - the desserts at the end. all were really terrific. we shared three appetizers and two entrees and one dessert. the salmon with caviar, the langoustine raviolis with truffle sauce and the "breakfast - Japanese runny egg, iberico ham and rice cakes" were all to die for. the sea bass with lemon grass foam was perfectly cooked - and the highlight was the rib eye - two perfectly seared pieces! dessert was chocolate souffle topped off with small bites off the dessert tray. def worth the price!

Incredible food and incredible service. Expensive, but you get what you pay for. Apologies for the prose, but a sea of tranquility in the hustle and bustle of Las Behas
World - Renowned
I have been to some of the very top restaurants in Europe this restaurant is by far the best. Atmosphere, service, comfort, quality of food, wine list was the most extensive I have ever reviewed. Expensive however not overpriced considering the quality food and wine served. The Master Sommelier was absolutely the most knowledgeable approachable comfortable educational ever. I have been 3-star Michelin France, Germany Spain Austria this by far better. Just incredible experience. We will be back and often!!!!!
