I had heard great reviews from the locals about this place. I was excited to try the food. I have to say the food was very disappointing. It was very bland and didn't have much flavor. You could tell there wasn't much effort put into the dishes. I will definitely not return.

Close to wynwood walls this restaurant is a good choice to hve som good italian food. Sitting outside you have a good view to all the cool cars driving by and look at all the people walking around. The food was very good but the service was a little slow - had to wait a long time to get something do drink or a new beer. Kick up the speed and service - (the waiters was there but more interested in talking to eachother) - and the place is "perfect".

Wynwood is known for art and food. Joys is in the heart of the district with excellent wines and food. Reservations are a must as they fill up fast. For good food and great service they can't be beat.

The Wynwood area is a few blocks west of Biscayne and for sure worth a visit. It’s an up and coming artist section of the city that is quite interesting already. Joey’s was a recommendation from a gallery owner. It is Italian with pizzas but much more. We had a fish and a pasta dish that was fresh and well prepared. With wine $125. It’s the kind of place you go back to. The service is excellent.

Joey's is a great place for dinner, the food is great, the service is even better. I like to sit by the window and watch all the people go by. Last night I went with friends, I had one of their specialty pizza's. My friends and I spent most of dinner people watching and talking about them.

My daughter and I stopped here to eat when we were visiting the Wynwood Art district. We had the Margherita pizza and the house salad. It was all delicious. The salad was more than enough for the two of us and so was the pizza. The hostess and the all of the wait staff was the best we had in all of the restaurants in our stay at South Beach.

We were looking for a casual place to go with a few Moms and teen boys in the Wynwood Walls area. This place was perfect. The pastas were delicious, the pizza was awesome and the wine was reasonably priced. It was a treat to have a really good meal in a low key place where the teens and Moms were equally happy!

Dinner for four on a Saturday night. We had salads and pasta. The salads were ok. Burrata and prosciutto was a bit overwhelmed by greens, but the cheese and meat were fine. The pastas, on the other hand, were very average. Spaghetti carbonara had cream added to it. Tasted more like a watery Alfredo sauce from a microwave packet than an authentic Roman dish. Pappardelle baked with bolognese and béchamel was bland and one-noted. Spicy shrimp red sauce over pasta was only ok. The service was fine. Nothing extraordinary, but not bad. The server was friendly and responsive, though we noticed the restaurant was not that busy. The prime corner amidst the Wynwood Walls makes this a fun location to people watch. But the food is thoroughly average.

Just had lunch today at joeys. Mixte salad with fig, carpaccio and octopus. Octopus was warm, exquisite sauce. Congrats. Unfortunately our waitress was not present or not motivated.

Food was delicious! Enjoyed the atmosphere and you could tell it was a local favorite as the restaurant stayed full! Great prices and food options on the menu!

We popped in for lunch while walking around the neighborhood and it did not disappoint. Food was excellent lots of choices from small plates, pizza, salad, entrees, to set menu.

Our group ate here when visiting Wynwood Walls. While the menu was limited the salad and chicken I had was great. What was even better was the location with a great shaded deck where we ate that is almost a part of the Wynwood Walls gallery. I highly recommend for lunch if you are in the area or looking to visit the gallery.

While I personally prefer the Wynwood Kitchen and Bar a couple blocks down the street given its artwork, menus and "vibe", Joey's has a more casual. low-key and rustic environment to match its Italian cuisine.

Amazing seafood pasta! Great lunch after visiting Wynwood Walls. Fast service, quite expensive though.

Stopped for beverages and appetizers while visiting the Wynwood District. Mid-afternoon on a Sunday and Joey's was packed, so we sat at the bar. Everything looked and tasted wonderful. The bartender was pleasant and hospitable while working hard & fast to keep up with the constant demand for cocktails. Not a big place, ...and that's okay. We'll be back again.

ReggAeton music is not appropiate for a Wynwood restaurant, is not cool and is not classy. Food was ok, but too expensive for the quality you get. I wont go back, the place lost its mojo!

We enjoyed our lunch here - we sat inside as it was very warm so wanted to cool off, we got decent service and the food was ok and as expected from menu - margarita pizza, linguine with vongole and grilled chicken plus decent selection of wines by the glass. Small details like forgotten bread basket, Parmesan cheese was powdery, pasta sauce gritty, affogata arrived already mixed in glass and only one toilet working... It was our most expensive lunch out comparatively whilst in Miami but we knew the prices before we went and we enjoyed the experience and decor inside after a great walk around the galleries and walls so no real complaints from us !

Excellent food, very well served, with fair prices and very good service. The service fee is already included in the bill, but it was worth it. We ordered chicken to the milanese with potato purée and ravioli four cheeses, both well served and delicious.

The spaghetti and meatballs were delicious and the service was very good. Full bar and entertainment. Will definitely return.

My family was invited to a dinner to this restaurant on Sat, Dec 2. 2017. Our experience was so negative, because the restaurant was not too crowded and the waiters were so stressed and accelerated serving the dishes and no one were not rushing them. They were passing the dishes above the heads of the people. As a consequence of their accelerated behavior, two waiters swtiched plates over the head of my little daughter, and the plate felt over her, hitting the head of her. Imagine if the plate would hit her head in a vertical position, or if this would be a cup of hot tea or coffee. It was a awful experience and the manager never came to offer an apology. Also, we noticed, that the waiters frequently tried to picked up the disches without us being finish them, so is very annoying, because at any time, your dish can be picked up. The food is normal, nothing spectacular. Avoid visiting this restaurant if you expect a good customer service at the table. I dont know if the waiters are under preassure from the manager or they are not being trained properly or they dont have respect for customers. At the end the customer, should receive a good service, no matter, your internal business issues. Dont visit this restaurant unless the manager and the waiters will learn how to treat and serve customers.

Dashed in during a summer downpour. The food is excellent, although expensive. Pizza was fantastic, the grilled chicken was very good. The service was ok, not exceptional. I would come back.

I dined here while visiting the Wynwood Walls event on Saturday 10th August in a party of 8, at around 7:15 pm. We were 2 families visiting Miami from Dublin, Ireland. From the outset, we were not made feel welcome and while our Server (chap with half beard) did no do anything wrong in particular, the lack of helpfulness was disappointing. Also, the process of taking the order was somewhat disorganised. 7 of us dined, and ordered only entrees, with no deserts / coffee. 2 ordered Salmon (nice, but small portion for $24 and no potato / side ??), 2 meatballs (with pasta, nothing special), grilled chicken (nice), pizza (nice) and Spicy Shrimp with Linguini. We had to order sides of potatoes after the receiving the entrees ... at $ 9 each, this compounded the rip-off experience. We had a modest amount to drink ... 1-2 beers / glasses of wine for 4 adult and soft drink for 3 teenagers. In total the bill exceeded $ 300 including a $ 45 service charge. It felt like a $ 200 meal. I don’t usually leave disappointing reviews but sometime, you have to tell it like it is ...

The service was amazing since the moment we got in, the food came so fast we we’re surprised and it was spectacular!!! Everything was so delicious! Would definitely come again and recommend it before walking around Winwood

This place is in the heart of wynwood, great location. The service was horrible, our server took forever to take our order. The food look good, but it was cold. We came to celebrate my friend birthday's it was 8 of us and the only nice thing the whole night was that our server sang happy birthday to her with a dessert. Total the contrary of the guest sitting next to us those ladies got the chef personal attention while we were ignored all night too bad we won't go back.

The best! Luis is literally the best server in the world. And I’m super picky! The food, service, everything. Perfection start to finish

A really great restaurant literally next door to Wynwood walls. Staff were attentive, polite and provided great service. JOEY’S offers a great menu that catered for all tastes among our family party of 10. If you’re in the area and hungry, it’s well worth the visit!! Supporting a family run business too.

The spicy shrimp linguine was so good and the wine to go with it was even better. Loved the table indoor next to window.

Good Pizza and Pasta , very cool spot i been there few times, a little over my budget but very good ...

We went last night around 10 PM in this restaurant, I was with my two children 6 and 9 years old and also my husband. Upon entering we were barred by the receptionist who first informed us that there were no tables, but the restaurant was very empty. When I told her we were going to wait, she said that the kitchen had closed at 10PM. We asked to speak to the manager and she took a long time to do this and when the manager arrived she was rude and spoke that she did not understand my english ruuim and did not speak Spanish, being that before we met the manager was talking in fluent Spanish with the employees. The manager was stupid and ignored us. After leaving we were approached by a customer who dined there, she told us that the manager and the employee mocked my family when we left. We are Brazilian and we have money. We do not have to go to a place that is racist with our people. They had no respect for my children. Another detail before we went the hotel called and was informed that the restaurant would run until 10:30 PM. That is, it was racism.

We made a reservation online for lunch. We were promptly greeted by a friendly hostess that immediately sat us (lots of indoor and outdoor seating available for our later lunch). The wait staff all worked together for a very pleasant and seamless experience but, the best part of the lunch was the items we ordered and it all started with some authentic Italian bread and olive oil. The octopus appetizer was so very fresh, prepared perfectly and the sauce was extremely tasty. We had the pan-seared Salmon (perfectly prepared) and their Gorgonzola pizza which was amazing! The chocolate desert capped off an incredible lunch. I would absolutely recommend stopping for lunch. We will be back (maybe for dinner too).

Went to Joey's in Wynwood for lunch. Service was great and food was delicious. I ordered a vegetarian panini with zucchini, eggplant, spinach and cheese. Their drinks are amazing too, especially their Sangria. Joey's is one of the original restaurants in the Wynwood Art District. I would definitely return to this restaurant. Prices were also reasonable. And don't forget to check out the Wynwood Walls and Wynwood Doors area just down the street from Joey's Restaurant.

We were spending a bit of time in Wynwood seeing the walls but out stomachs were calling. Cafe Joey's was right there so we decided to give it a try. We ordered a salad mista along with the proscuitto and mushroom pizza....thin crust, lots of proscuitto...excellent salad and fine service. What more do you need?

We visited Joey's yesterday for dinner. We shared the vegetarian pizza as a starter and wanted to add a specific ham to it so the chef came to check with us exactly what we wanted which was much appreciated. Cocktails were good. Some of us had pizza, others pasta, everything was very good and at reasonable prices. Quantities were quite large. A special thanks to our waiter, Ty, who took really good care of us and always came to see us with a smile. Overall, a very good experience in this restaurant, just near the Wynwood Walls.

After our tour of art, we asked our tour guide Lance where a great place to eat close by. Joey's was the place. We got there and they seated us right away. We sat outside and ordered a Prosciutto pizza. It was amazing, they had unlimited mimosas and there was a DJ playing music. We had a blast, they had a small dance floor which I took advantage of. If you are in the area Joey's is a great place. Daniel our waiter was awesome and took great care of us along with everyone else.

Food was tasteless and service was “too cool for school”. Even the kids rated the place 3/6. Better Italian around most corners in Miami.

I came here with a group of six and most of us had different menu items. The pizza, according to the two individuals who had it was very good and a very good portion size for each person. I had the spaghetti and meatballs and would say it was average. My colleague who had carbonara was quite pleased with her meal. Joey's has a nice porch and the evening we were there it was quite pleasant to sit outside. Service was quick and attentive and if I were to return I would likely have the pizza as there were numerous choices and was reasonably priced. It would definitely be worthwhile to also explore the neighborhood with its art and boutiques. I would suggest reservations as the restaurant was busy.

Took a trip to Wynwood and Daniel Pezet who works for Goldman Properties showed us around and then took us to Joey's. The service and food was excellent. The chef also came out to our table and spoke to us for about 15 minutes. Great place, would recommend everyone who goes to Wynwood to dine at this restaurant!!

Stopped at Joeys to try their pizza this past Sunday after staying a bit hungry eating at a near by place. The hostess was nice, waiter took our order and drinks. Food took a bit, but our drinks never came! Pizza was yummy, and the meatballs were pretty good. While we were finishing up, the manager stopped by to see if everything ok, we explained we haven’t received any drinks and haven’t been able to locate our waiter in a while. She was very apologetic, brought out our drink on the house. Will give them another try if we’re ever in the area again, but won’t be our first choice.

Good food served by a capable staff that is, nevertheless, apt to be overrun when the tour bus disgorges on its doorstep.

I grew up with the melody of tasty meatballs drummed into my mind. So......if it is on the menu and the restaurant attaches its name to it....mama mia it has to be sensational! Unfortunately, it was bland and ordinary. It could be that locals do not like spicy foods, alas they have no appreciation of what good Italian food offers. Sitting in the garden we were treated to a local police light show as they descended en masse to apprehend someone for something; a night on the town.

I m the best person for waiting for an italian restaurant as I m italian. Very good quality. You understand that immediatly tasting olive oil and parmisan cheese. Compliment to the chef!!

Visited Monday night & ordered from the $10 specials menu + pizza. The pasta may be the best we’ve ever had. Full of flavour. Eating outdoors was nice setting and great people viewing spot in Wynwood. Strangely inside the restaurant was freezing cold and would explain why no-one was sitting inside.

Great service along with outdoor seating with a great breeze. Music playing outside keeps you feeling the Miami vibe. We had the mojitos along with the grilled octopus and both were delicious.

My friend and I came to see the walls but when we arrived we were dropped off right at the entrance to Joey's. Since we had not eaten and it was lunch time we decided, based on the heavenly scents coming out of the restaurant, that we should step in for lunch. We were so happy that we did! We were seated outside on a covered terrace. We shared the Dolce et Picante pizza, which was fantastic! I am not sure who thought of combining figs, honey, gorgonzola and chile peppers on a pizza but they should get a prize. Our salads were also great.

Joey's was one of the first restaurants to open in famed Wynwood and it is still among The Best. We all feasted Italiano style "like Kings"! I went for the Chicken Milanese which was spot on. My pals didn't talk much during lunch so that is always a good sign = Maggia Bene!

We stopped here to have a late dinner after viewing the street art at Wynwood Walls as it is just down the street. The food was great and served quickly. The wood oven pizza is delicious. Sitting out on the patio was lovely.

Enjoyed this Italian restaurant. Fast and efficient service. Great pizza, hamburger was excellent. Only drawback maybe was the noise. Since its right next doors to the Winwood walls, it was very busy. Price was rather high (up to 26 US$ for a pizza)

We had lunch here with friends after visiting winwood in the morning. The service was a bit slow but friendly. Like any place in Miami it's going to be a bit more expensive however you do get a good meal and it's a good choice from the restaurants around here

Looks a little simple, but it has abolutely everything you need. Fair prices. Next to the entrance of Wynwood Walls. Geat beer

The good restaurant, very good Waiters, good place and veru good dishe, in my opinon is True italian Food i n Miami. Goode service.

Joey's Italian Cafe is a great restaurant in the Wynwood area. The patio seating was an inviting atmosphere with nice heaters as it was a chilly evening Miami style. Food was excellent and staff friendly and accommodating. Ended the meal with a fabulous glass of outstanding Lemoncello! Reservations suggested!

Apart from the very nice Italian waiter Alex the whole experience is better to forget !!! 130usd for some very basic fare the burrata was hard and cold - the gnocchi were like cement in a glue white sauce supposed to be 4 cheeses.my husband spaghetti alle vongole average and the chocolate dessert not good served with icy pistachio ice-cream which was hard too and tasteless . The only edible plate was the grilled octopus which was quite tender. It's a nice set up with al fresco dining in the midst of winwood probably you pay for the location !!! Surely there are better restaurants like kyu cheaper too

Food was good but overpriced. The kids menu doesn’t have pizza and the don’t sell by the slice. So the parents need to eat pizza or have lots of leftovers to carry Around Service wasn’t super friendly. The location is great and so is the outdoor seating

My wife n I arrived a lil after 7pm. It was spacious with indoor or outdoor options to dine. We chose the romantic outdoor ambiance. The service was fast and the food was delicious Alex was sweet and a very attentive waiter. We appreciated his reccomendations and good energy. We will def. Be back! P.s. the fioccchi and the pizza was very good!

The staff was so friendly and the food was amazing! I would definitely recommend this place! It was a great spot to go before the Wynwood Gallery!

This place has a great pizza, the food in general is good, the service is good, the drinks are great, it is clean, friendly, recommendable! Bon Appetit

Went here after visiting the " Wynwood Walls" The staff were very attentive. The food was very good and reasonably priced. They have indoor and outdoor seating. We had the Panino Pollo and Panio Polpettine both were very good. It is NOT a pizza restaurant, but they do serve pizza. My sister had the pizza and really enjoyed it.

One of the best restaurants in Miami located in Wynwood Walls, the staff is so friendly, and polite! My wife and I had a delicious Beef Carpaccio as an appetizer, accompanied with amazing pasta and pizza! I really recommend this place, one can tell they put their heart and soul in their food!

Enjoyed their amazing pizza and pasta dishes. Back a second time in a few years and didn't disappoint! We will be back!

fair prices, tasty food, fun location, good service, good portions. no concerns. they do take reservations. good mix of american/italian.

I would give Joey's 3.5 stars if I could. My family had a solid experience with pleasant service and good food. The restaurant is fun and hip, with a great outdoor area. We ate inside, as the outside was full, which was just as nicely appointed. Our waitress took about 10-15 minutes to come over to our table, which was a little annoying, but she was nice when she finally did arrive. We shared the bruschetta and burrata for an appetizer. The ingredients were fresh and simple, but quite good. My mother ordered a simple aglio olio pasta and my sister ordered the margherita pizza, which they happily ate. My chicken milanese was huge and perfectly cooked, with a nice little side salad and crispy potatoes. I wouldn't say that anything I had was uniquely delicious, but we were very happy with the meal and experience we had. We certainly would come back for another casual dinner.

Our table of six were easily accommodated. We enjoyed the Gorgonzola pizza (really delicious), beef carpaccio and salmon. Aperol spritzes were very refreshing after walking the neighborhood to see the art! Great lunch spot good for families.

If you in the Wynwood area this is the place for a nice Italian lunch or dinner . Good service. Veal Ravioli was a great choice.

The service was ok and the drinks were nothing to write home about. I tried their Margarita and it had very little flavor. The $20 hamburger was almost a slider but the meat they mix is great. Regardless, there is nothing on the plate that justifies the $20. DB Bistro’s $25 burger makes sense because of what it includes. The pizza was no different than any average pizzeria. There are lots of better options in Wynwood.

In the neighborhood to see Wynwood Walls and wandered over for dinner. So glad that we did, because we had a great meal! Food was delicious and staff was great to us and our kids. Perfect location to discover the neighborhood. We look forward to eating here again next time we are in town

A less good point was the fact that the linguini did not come as spicy as it is in the name of the dish itself. Otherwise the food is very well made. Would return.

I had the panini and it was awesome. Good service with bread as I waited. I sat on the patio for some outside air.

My son and I were walking through the neighborhood when we discovered this charming Italian restaurant, truly Italian. The menu had so many wonderful choices that we did not know which to choose. To start, we were served a typical Italian bread, and a very well done Aperol Spritz. The dishes arrived on time, and were great. At dessert time we decided to split a Tiramissu but it was so delicious that we ordered another! We liked and approved this small restaurant with great food.

as the title says the pizza i had and the pasta my wife had were top quality no moans about that. but the service was not so good, surley faced waitress and took an age to come and take our order after finishing our food we were billed straight away and we didnt even ask for our check, got the distinct impression we were required to leave. not a good impression.

This restaurant is in the heart of Wynwood, there dinner was delicious, I recommend the Spicy Shrimp Linguini Alfredo was an excellent server!

The atmosphere is wonderful!!! They had the most amazing tasting pizza I have ever had in my life and I’ve had pizza from Chicago!! The best experience was the service and expertise of Ismael, he is the Bartender and server for the outdoor bar. He gave me a tour of Italy, I tried new things (I NEVER try new things) and they were fabulous! I was here on business and had a very long day...but I will be back!!! And bring my husband on a fun trip from North Florida!

I went in wanting to eat pasta but the waiter told me that the corvina (fish) was fresh and was the dish of the day. It was really delicious, it came with a butter and caper sauce and accompanied by roast potatoes and boiled spinach. I had a lemonade and a coffee. The bill was around USD 35 and I thought it was worth it.

Terrible experience! The waiter rude, small kitchen so you have to wait a lot. No space to wait. I cant understand why they hired someone so rude and unprofessional to serve a table. The manager tried to fix the things but the lunch was ruined. I dont recomend this place for families they don’ know how to handle a table for more than 4.

we had a good lunch and food is quite good but service really need to be improve, people are not smilling , probably see too much tourist that they do not care. it is freezing inside (why, for who?), prefer to be outside. overall it not cheap considering the type of restaurant.

If you go to wynwood art district in Miami stop by Joey's. Great food and service at a fair price. Risotto frutto Di mare is and Salmon with Lentils are excellent choice

Having recently visited this great little restaurant in Midtown I would highly recommend a visit. The atmosphere is great, the food super, the service is friendly, helpful and efficient. This is a great little spot right in the middle of everything that's going on in this vibrant area of Miami. Couldn't recommend it more highly.

Joeys was a great culinary experience, I order chicken Parmesan, great level of preparation, great experience Location is in the middle of wynwood walls, so you can’t eat a lot an take a walk around!!

The place is very well located in Wynwood, very charming place. The pastas are awesome and the prices stay correct. I had a meeting just after my lunch so I had to rush and the waitress was very helpful by bringing me the plates quickly and stay nice. I recommend this place also for travelers who want to have a break !

Stopped there for lunch, the food was good but not great. I had potatoes, eggs and truffles. I really could not taste the truffles, and the taste off those us pretty strong . We had very nice service from a italian lady.

Stopped at this restaurant to have a drink (Aperol Sprits) with my wife. It became two, and then it became a lunch... Friendly staff, great pizza and delicious truffle parmesan potatoes. It is worth a stop.

The waited seemed to be friendly, but he was always trying to hurry us as they wanted to close the restaurant. The first thing he said was "the kitchen is closing in 10 minutes", even befores bringing the menus. In my opinnon, this is not a restaurant that worth 40usd/person (without wine).

We had lunch here after visiting galleries in the Wynwood area. The pasta dish we ordered had a unique spicy salmon sauce that was delicious. The atmosphere was nice & our waiter was very friendly & helpful.

If you’re young / hipster / wants street cred - go eat tacos at Coyo’s a little further down the street. If you’re just craving a good Italian pizza - order a Joey’s at Joey’s. Crisp, hot, tasty. The tomato sauce is to die for. Like mama made it, sniff.

Great spot to kick back, people watch and enjoy an eclectic menu. Top quality, fresh offerings. Enjoyed a tasty Ceasar salad with grilled shrimp and shaved parmesean. The "house burger" starts with high end Wagyu beef with select toppings and a spicy remoulade sauce. Both indoor and outdoor seating. Centrally located in the trendy Wynwood district and a short walk to some fantastic murals. A bit pricey but worth it.

This really is s great little restaurant set in the "new artist" area. Italian food with good sized proportions and an extensive menu. The service was good and everyone from the owner on down was friendly and helpful. The food was tasty and at the right temperature. Valet parking if needed

My wife and I had wanted to try Joey's for years and the other day decided to have lunch there. We ordered the Brazini Seabass and the Vegetable Pot with the intent of sharing. At $30.00 the Brazini was mediocore at best, and at $21.00 the vegertable pot was money wasted. Served in an Onion Soup sized crock, the vegetable pot had just two identfiable vegetables in it......zuchini and red pepper soaked in tomatoe sauce with a cheap cheese melted on top.

Had a great Juicy burger wynwood miami and Roasted Potatoes fabulous. Love the area Wynwood with all of the modern art deco.

Good service, average food, very limited for vegan and vegetarians was the wrong choice of restaurant for me.

Great foods. Great pizzas choices. Great staff and service Great place to drop by during Arts Basel,

Want somewhere laid back, chilled with good food and drink? Then this is the place for you!!! We were served by a waiter who appeared to have been working in Joey’s for a long time. He was knowledgable and his recommendations were great. I had the signature burger which was a joy and my partner had spaghetti and meatballs which tasted so traditional. All washed down with a bottle of house red. If you do go, make sure you sit in the lovely garden!

Second time I've been here for dinner, and it's really nice! Recommended! The hamburger was perfect, and the sweet potato fries, totally divine!

Loved the place. The food is also super delicious. The service very very well too. Many options in the menu and deli. Very nice, quiet and super clean place. Impeccable bathrooms. It’s really something to highlight because not all places keep bathrooms all the time well. Felicidaes !! I highly recommend.... Vayan....

This is one of the longest running restaurants for several reasons. The food and service is good, and the setting is in the center of a terrific neighborhood.

It took them 45 min to serve but the food was worth every minute of waiting. Very courteous staff and moderately priced

I don't normally hang in win wood, I went to pick up something and got in this place by accident. I was very surprised at the quality of the food plus the prices where reasonable. I highly recommend the Seafood pasta.

Walked to the area on a saturday, as a lot of people said there were lots of restaurants. Found this one by accident, it was quite busy so decided to give it a try. I had pizza which was excellent. The waiting staff are very attentive and the meals get served quickly.

Amazing Smash Burger and the staff was amazing not to mention it was great to seat at their Patio. I would strongly recommend it & can’t wait to go back

Very very good flatbread with delicious cheese spread, the margarita pizza is delicious and so is the chicken parm. Large portions we split the chicken parm . Great servers. Very very good.

We had a piiza and a salad when we were visiting the Wynwood Walls. The food was good and the service was very good. The salad was specially good, greens with chese and a mayo sauce. There was free wifi and we could charge our phones there.

The service was friendly and the food was very good . Had lunch and was very happy we are from NYC and was pleased with the Margherita pizza . Arugula salad with capers was very tasty . Don’t add salt capers have salt .

if you are visiting the Wynwood Walls, Joey's is an excellent choice in the middle of the action. They have been in business for a long time and know what they are doing. Modern cocktails and food that is well prepared and fairly light. Maybe the best choice in the immediate neighborhood for a real meal.Very attentive and friendly service.

We came by on a visit to the Wynwood walls & enjoyed their pizza & pasta. No kids menu here but the kids can always do pizza. They got into the cheese pizza before I could even get a picture! The pizza with nuts & truffle oil is delicious!

We finally enjoyed this Wynwood staple and the food and service didn't disappoint. Pastas were fresh and well prepared, wine was reasonably price and service was great.

we only had prosecco there, the location is good, they have an adjacent small garden, the atmosphere was nice and the staff professional and efficient, I cannot say much about the food since we hadn't any

Not too busy this weekday for lunch. I ordered the chicken piccata. It was pretty good, albeit a little pricey. Service was okay.

Since we walked in we were greeted by a very pleasant women. We sat down and immediately our server came over and introduced himself. Alex was extremely nice and was happy to explain the menu to us and very patient. Raz was very kind as well and even packed the rest of our pizza for us. Honestly I’ve lived in South Florida for about 5 month and this was the best experience I have had since living here. The food was excellent! I honestly was very impressed. If you find yourselves in Wynnwood stop by and enjoy everything!

After walking around Wynwood and noticing that all the dog friendly places had their seating smack dab in the sidewalk I found this spot on the corner with a closed in and covered patio so we started our way in. The hostess Melissa pet and scratched my puppies ears and then showed us past the covered patio and to a quaint and quiet back garden to enjoy The Miamj sun. Antonio brought us 2 glasses of water and a tiny bowl of water and was super sweet and understanding when my puppy misbehaved. Christine brought us menus and I asked about the pizzas which she pointed out one with mushrooms and arugula and another with scallops which we ordered both. Pizzas were larger than expected but delicious! Mojitos were just what we needed that bright and sunshiny day (they've got a full bar!) The deserts sounded scrumptious but I hadn't saved any space after those pizzas. My puppy Benji got kisses and goodbyes from EVERYONE so I think he'll want to return. As for myself I will definitely be back .

We stopped in for dinner on a weeknight without a reservation. They were able to seat us immediately. We had the chicken piccata and a prosciutto pizza. Both were fantastic. We really enjoyed our time and experience. Would definitely return.

My daughter declared it the best Gluten free pasta ever- she had it with Bolognese sauce. It was delicious. The carpaccio was great. It was early dinner time, not busy at all. Friendly staff. Eggplant parm appetizer was great and no-carb. Good flavor on the sauce. I was overall impressed.

The food was average, the tiramisu was the best of the three courses. Nice place but I wouldn’t be returning in a hurry much nicer places in Miami.

Don't be fooled by their beautiful website (kudos to the web designer btw). I would have given it an average rating but the value for the money is poor. Hamburger was OK but nothing special. Went with my family and the pasta was bland. The music is awfully loud. The service was Ok and they are generally nice.

Small, clean and nice. We went for lunch and mainly tried all the salad they had on the menu. Everything was fresh. The desert, warm pear tart was exceptionally good. Enjoy.

Great service, super "lasagna" (forgot how it is described in menu), superb salmon... great desserts... great coffee...

Good food, awesome waiter (young guy named Jesus), great atmosphere. Jesus was very patient explaining the menu. Food was very good. Service was great

It was a warm night but we hung out on the patio. Service was great and everyone enjoyed the food. All of us had pasta, and I had the Carbonara which was lovely.

We visited Joey's during a quick trip to Wynwood Walls. We started with carpaccio and then followed that with their risotto and a pizza. All our food was really good - portions were fair without being excessive. Service was excellent. They also have a good selection of wines and beers. If you're visiting the area, this is worth seeking out.

On Monday s there is a special value offer with a selection of the menu at 10$ only. It’s really worth it. The pizza are fresh with a crispy Italian thin crust . Service is excellent. Set up outside very pleasant

We were hanging around and enter this restaurant. The service was great and the food delicious. Highly recommend. This is a five Star restaurant in Wynwood Try it and you will say the same!!!!!

This was our first time visiting Joey's Italian Cafe. We were not disappointed. We had pizza and spaghetti. Sauces were very fresh and the food was bursting with flavor. Service was exceptional and the local is fantastic. Near art district.

If you're looking for a real Italian pizza, exactly as it is made back in Italy, this is the place. Nice oven that delivers great pizza, in correct crust and top-notch fillings. Pricey, but in connection with the products offered.

Food was delicious!!! 10/10 fabulous!!! Server was very polite!! We did enjoy our dinner a lot!! To finish we had a delicious tiramissu!! Give this place a chance!! It is great!!

The first thing that attracted me to go inside was the ambiance, but the food made me become a fan. Even the salads were delicious! Big and tasty pizzas, like the gorgonzola tartufata ($16.50). Waiters were super nice.

We went many times at Joey's, either inside or terrace, for lunch or dinner. Very good service & reasonably good italian food, with affordable wines. Probably one of the best value amid italian restaurants in Miami.

Went there today, we had burrata as appetizer( was pretty good), pasta indiavolate, pasta with vongole, risotto special with clam, and nhoques. The ambience is nice and outdoor seating is chill at night, great for gathering with friends. The waiters are attentious, and fast. Besides these. Frankly speaking a little disappointed, the flavor was ok non impressive, the seafoods flavor were not rich, the taste very confusing. The pasta was also not in the right texture, a little overcooked. It s an ok food but not sophisticated.

This place has fair food at high prices, and I've eaten plenty times before but will never again. I recently found out that they establishment destroyed a local artist's art that was displayed publicly. Just like their neighbors, Wynwood Walls, Joey's tries to dictate the art surrounding their establishment even if it's on public property. They have no respect for local artist and they destroy art by taking it down without warning

The staffs were busy looking at themselves in a mirror how handsome they are, or too busy looking their phone. It was hard to get their attention for just simple request. Food was alright but quite overpriced. I’ve been better places with the same price. Well the portion of food was big for me.

Razor thin, rock hard pizzas. When we told our waitress that our white Margherita was unusually tough, she replied this is "how they made it there", implying that this was their "style". Well, dear Joey's: your style sucks; it was a waste of my $22 (including an $8 surcharge for a very low grade, cheap quality prosciutto additional topping). And by the way, I've been to Naples, Italy (and Campania) and ate the style of pizzas they're supposedly trying to emulate...This gives me a good frame of reference when I affirm that...their pizzas suck.

The young girls who was our server was excellent. She was friendly, on time, checking on us. She even brought us a map to show us a few places in the area worth visiting. However, the food was super average. My 16 year old daughter, 18 year old son and myself. 1 carpaccio, 1 octopus, 2 cesar salads, 1 spaghetti & meatballs. $120.00 bill which I would have not minded if the food was excellent, except it wasn't. The carpaccio was chewy, the octopus was fresh but the sauce and the salad with it were not good, the salads were super small, flavorless and as plain as they get. The spaghetti was ok, not great. Pretty disappointed in our food frankly. WE had higher expectations and wish we had spent that money elsewhere. I would not go back, nor would I recommend it. Perhaps just for pizza?

We had a very attentive, informative, cheerful waitress. The pizza was incredibly cheesy, suited me to a tee but the other half was less keen. The fig and gorgonzola salad was a hit. The wine was perfect. We were sat on an extremely small table next to a big bush - the waitress had a nightmare fitting one pizza, one salad and one bottle of wine on the table but that was her issue not ours. We just sat back and let the conviviality of Joey's wash over us and had a very pleasant time there.

Stopped at Joey's for lunch, great location in Wynwood, Miami. A lot of choices on the menu . Super friendly staff, very attentive. Food came fast and was excellent. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Great selection of food, fast service and friendly staff. We ate here for lunch and they serve lovely Italian food at a great price. They also do lots of vegetarian options and a few vegan options! 👍🌱 Their vegetarian beyond burger was lovely and tastes exactly like a normal beef burger! Would definitely recommend trying it. 🍔🌱 Their pizzas are also really nice! 🍕 They have lots of seating space and have fans outside so you can stay cool whilst eating. 🙂 In conclusion the prices were really fair and the service was great. The staff were really friendly and prolific and I was really impressed with the vegetarian options! 👍

So good definitely 10/10. Vegan family members were so happy as well! Will definitely be back before we leave Miami

Great service, amazing food. Loved the pizza with buratta. The rest ordered pizza, pasta and a salad which were also very good. My compliments.

We were looking for a restaurant while in the area. Although there was a short wait to get a table, we were glad we did wait. The food was excellent, and the service was quick. I would definitely recommend it to visitors in the Wynwood Walls area.

Good for lunch when in Wynwood. Great pasta, amazing pizza. Well worth it. In and outdoor seating. Service good too. Had one great lunch there before, then a not so great one after, and we have not visited for a while. But today was great.

We were actually looking for some other places for dinner and ended up at Joey´s. Good fortune we did, excellent service, very good sea food, excellent pizza and better desert. Advisable!

I sat down and my napkin was wet. I overheard the table next to me say their napkins were wet too. When desert came around, I ask the waiter for a very simple desert. THE DESERT NEVER CAME. But the rest of the food was great.

We had a layover in Miami on our way to the BVI's. I researched Italian close to airport and Joey's came up. Located in a very eclectic area with fun shops, bars, and other restaurants. We went early and walked around. The service and food was very good and the prices we reasonable compared to what we are used to in Naples, Fl. I think Ernesto was our server and he was great and fun to talk to. Menu had a little bit of everything on it that you would want. Also, great wine selections too.

I love to eat at these small places where you often times can get a meal much better than you could in a chain for the same or higher prices. Well, that was not the case this time around and I was frankly disappointed. We had the spaghetti and meatballs for lunch. The meatballs were simply not good, and the noodles were hard and chewy. We simply had higher expectations for a fancy place like this. The service was really good, and the neighborhood was trendy with the murals and wall art throughout. However, that is not enough for a high priced average meal.

Having dined at this restaurant multiple times, one thing is abundantly clear: it consistently delivers exceptional food, delightful drinks, and is complemented by an incredibly pleasant staff. Each visit is made special right from the moment we walk in, thanks to the warm greetings from Rachel. It's these personal touches that truly stand out. I also want to highlight Trea, who served us last night. Her attentiveness and professionalism contributed to a very enjoyable dining experience. To the entire team, thank you for making every dinner memorable and enjoyable. Please continue to excel in what you do and how you do it – your efforts are greatly appreciated!

This was our first visit to Joeys, although we have eaten at various restaurants in Wynwood. The food was surprisingly good and the service was excellent. The patio is a lovely place to spend some time on a nice night. It is right in the heart of Wynwood where all the action is going on, but quiet on the patio. Definitely planning to go back soon!

Atmosphere is nice, service average, food prices reasonable, food was bland and over salted. Cocktail cost more than the meal, better ask the price before you order. Meal was $80 for two with one beer and one mixed drink, no appetizer and no desert and definitely not worth it. Won't go back.

Wonderful outdoor seating in the middle of Wynwood. Good spot to have dinner but don't expect too much. Everything adequate, not bad considering how popular and pricey this spot could be.

Great service, very attentive (brilliant with the 3 and 10 year old with us) and amazing food. Quick and efficient seating and serving us. Mushroom ravioli was gorgeous. Highly recommend

We were at the restaurant for easy lunch. Ordered Carbonara and Caprese. Unfortunately we were placed at the ”forgotten table”... The table were not cleaned after the previous guests but the food was though nice and tasty.

The restaurant opens at 6 pm. They take reservations starting at 6 so the line getting into the restaurant is down the block and you have 30 or more people converging into the restaurant at the same time. As a result you have to wait to get a menu, a drink, bread and order. The whole process is time consuming and makes no sense and when I spoke to a server about the situation, she agreed with me and said it was awful. The food was mediocre. Nothing to write home about. So this will be the last time we eat here.

Very warm welcome, nice terrace, friendly service, amazing pasta with seafood and cheese ravioli, good cappuccino. What else do you want? We were really satisfied! Thanks

Good meal in Wynwood!! Joey’s is perfectly located in Wynwood and serves some really decent Italian are fairly reasonable prices. Quiet and romantic is not the vibe here, at one of the busiest corners in Wynwood. This is a bustling place with quick service. We started with the charcuterie plate (awesome) and the octopus (good, albeit a bit tough). For dinner, several of us went with chicken parmigiana (tasty and a large portion) and another went with the spaghetti with shrimp (very good). Our server was very attentive. We would return....

An oasis of cool on a very hot day in Wynwood, Joey’s was very friendly, the service was attentive without being intrusive and the food was excellent. Some unusual pizza topping combinations...mine had figs and honey...it was superb. Would highly recommend this place.

We went for brunch on a Sunday. Sat outside near the DJ booth and bar. Beautiful patio, great service. Our drinks were amazing!!! Food was delicious, as well. Would definitely go back.

Service was good. I had red sangria to drink and it was delicious. The bruschetta trio appetizer was very tasty and well presented. I had the pear fiocchi and it was amazing, my favorite meal for our whole trip. My boyfriend had pizza and it was also delicious.

On one of the days of my trip we were in the mood for Italian food and also going to be in the area of Wynwood walls so we happened upon Joey's Italian Cafe. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to this restaurant. I ordered a burger which was perfectly cooked and came with Parmesan crusted potatoes that were mouth watering good. My Fiancee ordered spaghetti and meatballs which were also amazing. The only thing I regret not doing is calling the chef to the table to tell him how amazing his food was!

Pretty good italian food it is the second time we have been here. Gnocchi were really well prepared not chewy or overcooked. 3 pasta dishes and a bottle of prosecco for low $90 is pretty good considering that is located in a hit tourist spot. Nice patio to eat outside. I would recommend it.

This pizzas here are some of the best pizzas i have ever ate. And we are from Italy so we have a good taste and that will mean somesthing!

Came here with my fiancé for dinner. I had the spicy shrimp linguine which was tasty- but not spicy. Nice quaint little restaurant in wynwood next door to wynwood walls. Was busy so be sure to book!

We were planning to have dinner somewhere else but ended up at Joey's. Warm welcome, nice atmosphere. We had dinner outside, service was efficient and friendly. As far as food is concerned, all was very good. There is nothing amazing but it is certainly a good address.

Good burgers, good pizza but the Awards are too high even if it is common in the US .....more than 20 dollars for pasta with tomato sauce so without meat, it is abused.... Nevertheless our waiter was adorable. Can be very noisy....

This is a great spot for lunch while touring the Wynwood Walls exhibit and neighborhood. The service was very good and the food was all fresh and tasty.

Bueno...service and food and not expensive! The service was like a 5 star hotel restaurant and that was the most important part as I like to have service... We asked for suggestions and the waitress was on Que in asking what we like..even to the wine... We sat in the garden outside area and the atmosphere was like a European Cafe in Venice I just went to. I am recommending it to many.. I have 32k followers on Trip Advisor and follow me on *** Mama_Hoyos*** for my Instagram of 36 years in hospitality and tourism !

We visited Joey's for dinner and the food was excellent. The service needs some fine tuning but dont let that stop you. They certainly try hard and the food makes up for it not to mention the good prices. Nice wine list. I would definitely go back and will make this place a regular stop on my Miami visit schedule. Also note the area is very artsy and worth the afternoon or evening stroll. Visit Wynwood and support this up and coming neighborhood.

We spent some time before we left miami and found this Italian restaurant....the pizzas were very delicous, a good service. all was fine! :-)

Grabbed lunch here on a Friday afternoon around 1:00pm. Place was packed. Service was prompt. Looking for something classical or a little out of the box, there was something on the menu for everyone. Portions were generous and food was very fresh.

The food was good but the price was high for a typical Italian restaurant. Need to valet, could not find street parking.

A mix-up in communication led us to an unplanned lunch at Joey's, which turned out to be a pleasant accident. The service and food were both excellent. The seafood pasta special, with mussels, crab, salmon, and calamari, was delicious, especially when heeding Ernesto's suggestion to have it with olive oil instead of tomato sauce. The eggplant parmesan, pizzette, and fettuccini alfredo were also good. Top it off with the sights of the Wynwood neighborhood for an enjoyable afternoon.
Great food, service & people watching
The service was amazing and the food fabulous. We ordered the gnocchi, pesto linguine & clam pasta dish. Fabulous. Great people watching & great staff.
