food was amazing and the service was great. def would recommend and i would fs go again. my bestie came out to washington for the first time and rly enjoyed this place! :)

Simply said, I don’t expect a Phillie Cheesesteak sandwich ro be brown, hashlike, mostly onons and dry. Nor do I expect a hamburger to be crispy. Good fries and chicken tenders, but the rest was sad

Service was inept. Forgot our shakes. Forgot to split the bill between our two families. When asked to redo the bill our waiter got it all wrong. FYI we requested separate bills when we ordered. Food was so do. Small portions.

I ordered a Mexican chipotle avocado chicken burger... Sandwich was yummy but lonely. I didn't get any fries, WHAT!?!?

We had to spend the day for a performance in Seattle recently, and as we walked by, my daughter asked if we could go to Johnny Rockets. I think she just wanted a shake, and after the horrible meal we received, that's all we should have purchased. This restaurant is located inside an indoor mall, with an inside and outside seating area. We were told to sit where we wanted, and we sat outside, and although it wasn't very busy, we were totally ignored for almost ten minutes. We should have gotten a clue and left then, but the pleas for a shake from a little girl were too hard to ignore, so we went and sat down inside. Our server actually asked us, "We you just sitting outside?" I thought if he knew this, why didn't he come over and give us some help, instead of ignoring us? I ordered a bacon cheeseburger, my daughter got the kid's miniburgers with a kid's shake, and my husband got a Smoke House single. He also wanted a shake, but after reading the calorie count for one on the menu (over 1,000 calories!!), he passed. We got our iced tea, shake and Coke fairly quickly, but it was a long wait for the food. When it arrived, as noted by other reviews, the fries were cold and had obviously been sitting around a long, long time. They were totally inedible. My burger was falling apart, my daughter couldn't eat hers because they were so nasty, and my husband said his was one of the worst he'd ever had. There is no pride in food preparation in this restaurant. Though it wasn't busy at all, everything was slapped together and just thrown on a plate. One of the worst meals I've ever had (or not had, as I didn't eat it) in the city. Outright nasty. Service was awful. We finished our drinks and never saw our server again until he showed up to clear the table and leave the checks. We requested a refill. The ice tea he brought me was very cloudy. No idea what was in it, but I didn't drink it. Avoid this wreck of a restaurant. You'd be better off walking up the street to Mcdonalds. The food would be a lot fresher, less expensive and at least it's consistent. This place is horrible. Johnny Rockets should send someone from their corporate office to eat here. They'd probably shut the place down in an minute, it's just that bad.

I spent much of yesterday in Downtown Seattle during a terrible heatwave, visiting places with air conditioning. When I decided to leave, I discovered a rush-hour traffic jam with cars lined up as far as I could see, attempting to exit the garage where I had parked. To avoid the situation, I took the elevator near the garage's cashier to the top floor of the Pacific Place mall, where many eateries are located. What a good decision. Johnny Rockets immediately caught my eye with its retro look and diner-type offerings, from burgers to milkshakes. I sat at the counter and ordered a chocolate malt, something I had not consumed for decades. It was beyond good and the kind of generous serving that I remembered for this type of drink. I couldn't have been happier with my choice. As I sat at the counter, I watched food being prepared by the young staff. Everyone took great care with the food and made it a point to keep all preparation areas clean. After watching for a while, I was tempted to order a burger and fries as many customers had done, but the malt had been quite filling. Because of my location, a couple of employees chatted briefly with me from time to time, which was quite enjoyable. This was a friendly crew, but they always kept focused on their jobs, providing good service to me and the other customers. Though I had nothing more than a malt, the experience was such that I would return for a quick, casual meal the next time I'm Downtown.

This was a fun place to eat in a local upscale mall. It's like an old fashion burger joint. The burgers were good & big. Old fashion milkshakes. It had a fun atmosphere. Would recommend.

This is a standard burger joint, but it attractive and in a mall. I was waiting for a movie to start, so I dropped in and had a tasty lunch.

Had to get a quick bite, and stopped over at Johnny Rockets. The burgers were supposed to be good, and I was not disappointed. The look from the place is 50's diner, and it was crowded at 19:00 on a Wednesday. We ordered a burger with unions, lettuce, bacon and stuff and it was really delicious. Don't expect anyone to ask you if you want your burger medium, raw or overcooked, you get what they think you want. The patties are average in size, so it delivers. But the total taste combination was GOOD, totally what you want but are afraid not to expect. They also have peanutbutter-chocolate-milkshakes. I tried it, but hey, that's just gross.

It looks, feels and is a quintessential fast food joint... Not too fancy menu, quick service and reliable flavors. We wanted to get a quick bite before catching a movie at AMC and it served just perfectly for that purpose... The smiley face on the small dishes offered for ketchup are a nice touch... Will be back to check out their veggie burger as well...

I was disappointed with this restaurant. These are owned by Guy Fieri and I had higher expectations than our experience. The burgers are frozen, the staff was too busy "chatting" with obvious regulars. 2 staff members sat at the counter and ate their food, who need to learn how to eat, my dog has more manners. They also looked at the women coming up to the counter as if they were undressing them with their eyes. It made both myself and my husband very uncomfortable. Also, could use a good cleaning. Seems it gets cleaned on "the high spots only". Not a good representation for Guy

The service was good waitress was attentive the male just left after asking for a coke so bad marks on that place needs to be cleaned more as behind things you see ding gouges dirt seems like never has been cleaned up behind jukebox containers chicken club was good onion rings need serious flavors tasted just like corn flakes

In Pacific Place a huge upscale mall. Right outside the movie theater on level four. It is the least expensive eatery except for cup cakes on the ground floor. Had horrible cheese fries, cold, greasy fries and melted cheese whiz. Had Chili, meaty, no beans really an unnatural shade of red, not tasty or greasy, kind of seemed canned couldn't find any vegetables and it came with onions and cheddar on top. The hamburgers start a 10 dollars and are huge. Could not find anything healthy on the menu. Leave the mall, Seattle full of great food.

My children visited us during their easter break and we had a great lunch at Johnny Rockets. The service was fantastic and the burger was fresh. I was very pleased and would definitely recommend.

We decided to eat lunch in the mall and found Johnny Rockets. It wasn't very busy so we thought why not. We were told just sit anywhere and we will be with you in a minute and given the menu. Since it wasn't very busy we thought the waitress would be right back. Wrong, about 20 mins later she returned to take our orders. We ordered soft drinks and a root beer float thinking that we would get them quickly, but again not so. As we waited we noticed that people who were already there we still waiting for their meals and several people and families left because they were tried of waiting. It didn't seem to bother the staff or management that they lost customers. A couple of students and advisors came in and they too left after about 20 mins and no service. I don't know why they were so slow because they had plenty of help and I realize that they cook your order fresh but still they were way slow. When we did get our food and drinks we were suprised that we didn't get fries with the burgers and had to order them and they took a few minutes too. Over all I don't think I would go back on a busy day because they were really slow. We were there on a Wed. afternoon and the place was not busy or full. Food was good but service was slow. Our waitress was nice but her heart wasn't into the job.

We used to visit Johnny Rockets quite frequently. The service was good, the food was good and we loved the show put on by the staff to certain music selections on the jukebox. Based on those memories, we decided to drop in to the Pacific Place location for lunch. There was an agonizing wait just to get menus and place a drink order. Another very long wait before our meal order was taken. Then there was the long wait for our meal to show up! The shakes, which had been ordered ahead of the meal only came as the meal did. We did finally get our meal and the food was decent, the shakes were still as good as I remember. There was no entertainment at this location. In fact, the place was very understaffed considering the number of people in the restaurant and ordering take out. I'm guessing that was the reason for the VERY slow service. I will not be back based on this visit. It is too far to drive for poor service no matter how much I like the shakes.

We were in downtown Seattle for a convention and were looking for a burger. We ran over to Johnny Rockets. The servers were clearly at the end of a long day and the service ran slow. The burgers though were quite good. The fries were average at best and an interesting add-on. The portion size is easily large enough for two people so not sure what single people do. We had a shake too and that was good. All in all, an average dinner.

Typical burger, shakes and fries place. The service is friendly. The location is easy to find. I like the fries

We have been to this restaurant when it was originally located at Pikes Market and again when they relocated to the mall downtown. Definitely has gone down hill from the old place we use to eat at. Service as okay but burgers were "awful". Would not recommend! Will not go back again.

I was there with my son on a Saturday night and there was a line of people. There was no one to seat you...self-service for seating. After waiting about 15 minutes, we found two seats at the counter. After another 15 minutes of sitting at the counter, no one even acknowledged our presence, so we left. I will never attempt to eat here again! We went to Subway for the $5 foot-long instead. :)

Loved it I visited the Johnny Rockets at Pacific Place in Seattle and had the Spicy Houston next time I'm there I'm going to try the milkshakes.

A friend of mine was changing jobs and she chose Johnny Rockets for our celebratory lunch. I scoffed at her choice a bit but we went. I was pleasantly surprised! Good was pretty good for a fast food place and the milkshake was delicious! The ketchup came presented as a "smiley face" in a bowl. Might seem cheesy but it made me smile. The restaurant was clean but our server was disheveled. Wrinkled uniform aside, he was prompt, pleasant and proficient.

Okay, this one is hard to find. First, it is located in a mall at the northeast corner of 6th and Pine. Go inside the building and up to the top (4th) floor. It is next to the cinema. The malts are awesome!

Like all Johnny Rockets we've been too, you get good sized portions here. Service was quick and friendly. Plenty to choose from on the menu and some good shakes to be had.

Me and the family loved eating at Johnny rockets, they had friendly staff and a clean kitchen. The food wait was almost nothing, and the restaurant had a very nice old-school theme. Will eat here again!

Pretty average imo. But if you just wanna have burgers, fries and milkshake in a retro setting, it's always reliable!

We went here after watching a movie in the nearby complex. The kids love it here and enjoyed their burgers, fries and shakes.

Cute, but just your average greasy spoon "retro" diner. A one-time dining choice just for the experience. The outfits are cute though and the milkshakes are delicious (and fattening.)

While attending the SoFab blogger conference in Seattle, we were treated to lunch as part of our activities.

Our friends ordered shakes for them and their kids, after a half an hour they asked what was going on( I think they forgot to even make them). Traffic for the whole restaurant bottlenecks at the cashier in the middle of the restaurant where servers are constantly trying to get by. All customers must pay here and wait while the cashier disappears for 3-5 minutes doing who-knows-what. After waiting 15 minutes to order a simple shake to go for my son, I figured I might get noticed and get better service sitting at the barstools right in front. Wrong again, waited another 10 minutes while trying to wave down an employee. Either the employees are totally apathetic and receive no training, or they need to get some more employees. Why this restaurant is as busy as it is will always be a mystery to me!

Fun place. Great burgers and fries but.. I had to have a shake! Oreo cookie and cream! Oh my! Great!

This was our first visit to Johnny Rockets and our first visit to Seattle. Highly Disappointed with the food but also the level of service. Most people came in for milkshakes but not the food and now I know why. Will not recommend and will avoid in the future.

We ate here when visiting Seattle with a girlfriend and our two daughters. We thought they would enjoy the setting at Johnny Rockets. They had never been to a Johnny Rockets and we thought it would be fun before going to a show at the Paramount Theatre. This Johnny Rockets decore and setting is abysmal compared to other Johnny Rockets I've visited. They have the same chairs, counters and other decorations but you really do feel as though you are in a mall (which you are). And the food was terrible. The fries were cold. My patty melt was unedible. The onion rings were bland. I wish we had chosen to eat at the Cheesecake Cafe or Gordon Biersch.

During the administrative professionals week, our paralegal group has agreed to go out for lunch at Johnny Rocket's at the Pacific Place in downtown Seattle. This was a Friday noon and we expected many people and a bit of a wait time but when we arrived, the place was not yet packed so it's good timing. There were 7 of us and we each ordered a full lunch. As this place is known for its American diner-type food, we all planned to try out the different dishes from their menu. Of course, we had the typical fries and onion rings. Because we are a big group, our server suggested that we get a couple orders of each and she'll make sure she'll give us plenty to share. The fries and onion rings were served piping hot and fresh from the fryer. Yummy! You can build your burger with a list of ingredients but I opted for the tried and tested - Route 66 but asked for lettuce on my sandwich, as Route 66 does not normally come with. This was absolutely delicious. Burger was perfect. The lettuce was a perfect addition so that the cheese/mushroom/onion were not overpowering. I also ordered Super Sundae which was a perfect ending to my fully-loaded meal. My friends ordered grilled cheese, the Original, BLT and Route 66, along with Vanilla shake, chocolate shake, their new and now-famous salted-caramel shake. We we're told that you can always customize your shake. Food was wonderful for the price. Our server, Swizz, was fantastic. She made sure we all had our correct orders, when we want the next dish to come, and refilled our sodas and condiments. Most of all, she always came back to our table with a smile. For her service, I give her 10 stars! Thanks Swizz!!! I'd give 10 stars to everything if 10 stars were available. Highly recommended. All of us have been to a Johnny Rockets in different cities in the past but the food and wonderful service we had at this branch made a huge difference. We were all very satisfied and happily headed back to the office. Winner!

We eat here when attending a movie at the AMC Cinemas. There are two very good fast food places here at Pacific Place, Pike Place Chowder and Johnny's. Every time we come here the food is excellent and the service is good, however this time the food was excellent and the service was even better. Upbeat, smiling and friendly waitress took our order fast and delivered fast. The place was not full, but she was busy. Seattle's food prices have gone up with the rise in the minimum wage and I have cut my tipping to match the price rises. Now the service must be extraordinary for me to tip and this time I did leave a tip, as she earned it.

We've been to other Johnny Rockets restaurants and this location really takes the cake for being the worst. The service was bad: we had to flag down a waiter to get menus and despite signs advertising a promotion for a free shake with movie ticket stub, the waiter said, "not today." The food took more than 20 minutes and the ketchup on our table (and the next table) were empty. We asked the waiter for new ketchup and never heard back.

Great burgers and food. You make up your order and they cook it fresh right there and then. One of the best fast food burgers i have had.

This had become one of my favorite places to dine when I lived in New Mexico. Now it's sort of hard for me to find these places. The service at this particular restaurant was very good. i don't know if it was due to it being a Monday although it was lunch time.Johnny Rockets is my little splurge since the menu is a bit pricey. I ordered the original burger, frings(onion rings and fries) and my favorite, a chocolate malt.(They give you the rest of your malt that is still in the tin that it'ts mixed in) I will admit, the fries are bland in comparison to fries that I've tried recently from their burger competitors. Altogether, Johnny Rockets provides a filling meal.

My son loves burgers, so whenever we go someplace different, we check out a burger place if we can. We both agreed that these were some FINE burgers, generous toppings, and pretty good buns. The sweet potato fries were the best we have had in a long time.

The staff was so nice here, and the food tasted so good! I'd really recommend anyone to come here. This place was so good!

Went there to eat a few days ago, the milk shake was sweet, but nice. The food tasted good and was filling, but the service left much to be desired. It felt like the waiting staff were out to ignore all our requests and sort of fly by their own pants. Took some effort to be nice to them.

I acquiesced and visited this store after my terrible experience in Auburn. My son wanted to take me to lunch and he is such a tight wad. I didn't want to have fast food, and the only other restaurants in the building were a bit more expensive. I really thought it wouldn't be as bad as Auburn. I was WRONG! The service was terrible. The waitress started walking away before my son got done ordering his drink. I ordered a cheeseburger and she told me they had "like 12 different cheeseburgers, so its kinda hard to know what you want"... seriously? that's how you talk to guests? The burger was even greasier than the one in Auburn, hard to believe it could be worse.

What can I say, it's Johnny Rockets. It was in the food court of the shopping mall next to the hotel I stayed at. Food was food court quality. Service was slow, one step up from fast food. Our server wasn't really interested in being there. But, it's Johnny Rockets, that's what you expect at each location.

My family enjoyed a late night dinner at Johnny Rockets. Great tasting food, generous portions, and they even brought my husband's vanilla shake along with the excess portion of the shake that didn't fit in the glass. :)

Terrible service, filthy tables, slow and unpleasant waitress. Mediocre food. Took over 90 minutes. Most of that was waiting for the waitress to take our order and then finally bring the check. And then they fraudulently overcharged my credit card, and no way to call them to get it fixed. Better service and food in Nordstrom Cafe, which is a short indoor walk.

Johnny Rockets is our favourite fast food venue. Prior to visiting our destination in the US we always seek out Johnny Rockets on Google maps. As someone who doesn't eat beef I find Johnny Rockets is able to cater to my needs. My Husband & I love their 'Malts'.

Hadn't eaten here in a long time but I was craving onion rings and I also got a chocolate milkshake that was so huge I couldn't finish it. Both were tasty.

My first mistake was going into a burger place and ordering a Philly Cheesesteak. The meat was overcooked and too salty. If it had not been for that, it would have been tasteless. What cheese that was on the sandwich was tasteless. The chili was horrible. Fortunately, I had some tasteless sandwich to get the taste out of my mouth. The french fries were good. The restaurant was dirty. The waitress was a ditz.

Stopped by for a quick dinner while on a business trip. I got exactly what I expected, a great burger and shake at a good price.

My teen and I stopped in after a long day of sightseeing because she wanted a burger. We had originally intended to go to Gordon Biersch but decided against it due to wait time. Big mistake. We were seated for an hour before we even had our orders taken. We had to get up to get our own menus. We only stayed because the entire area was incredibly busy and we were exhausted. The service was horrible and the food was as decent as a chain restaurant can be expected.

We had already dined but wanted a fun treat, so we found Johnny Rockets and loved it. It has that cute 50's diner appeal, with shiny chrome tables and red vinyl seats, complete with table-top juke boxes. You can eat at the counter if you wish. They serve burgers and other sandwiches, and ice creams. The Dark Chocolate Shake was exquisite! Served in a stainless carafe with glass liner and a spoon. We will be back.

Had lunch here during a recent Seattle holiday - my husband keen to go back for the chili dog as he has fond memories of his last one, a few years ago, at their The Woodlands, Texas location. Apparently the 'dog' was not as enjoyable as that time! His strawberry shake, though, got a huge thumbs-up - I had a taste, & it was very good indeed. I had a grilled cheese sandwich, which was perfectly OK, not much choice here for the non meat eater. However, our waiter was absolutely charming & very efficient, which made up for the average 'dog'. Wouldn't hurry back, I must admit.

After leaving the cinema at 10pm it was nice to be able to just stop in her for a quick snack. The only problem with all of the restuaurants in this mall is that they all seem to share the same mall bathroom.

We weren't too hungry and wanted something quick before a movie next door on the fourth floor of Pacific Plaza or whatever it is called. The place was bright and clean and our server was cute and competent, but overall for the money we were not impressed. A run-of-the-mill fast food burger at about twice what Burger King would have charged would have been OK given the location, but when the "blue cheese" dressing for the salad turned out to be a tear-open pouch of that dreadful Kraft so-called blue cheese dressing I realized this is a place that is far more about style than food. My wife enjoyed her rootbeer float, and the sweet potato fries were crisp and decent. Kids might like it, but I can't imagine we'll ever try a johnny rockets again.

7 HUNGRY people are seated, water finally comes, orders taken....2 orders of fries/onion rings, 3 burgers, 4 sandwiches, 2 shakes, order of loaded tater tots, coke & lemonade. Shakes delivered , coke next and NO lemonade came. Burgers came out next WITHOUT napkins...we had to ask twice and finally go get them ourselves. Orders were spaced out and the loaded tots NEVER did come back out..we cancelled the fries/onion rings as we were finished eating and STILL waiting for an explaination on the messed up order. Asked TWICE to speak to a manager...and finally went up to the counter and expressed our DISSATISFACTION!! With ALL the other places to eat and actually enjoy GREAT service you can bet we will NOT be back!!!

This was a favorite hangout for my friends and I in high school when we would come to Seattle for a shopping trip. Service was always super friendly and the food was what I would expect from a burger restaurant. The retro vibe of the restaurant was fun and I think this would be a fun place to bring kids. Tried it again a while ago and it was still good solid burger fare.

Stopped here one evening for a quick inexpensive dinner. Grilled chicken sandwich was good and my vanilla shake was an equally good old fashioned hand dipped one. Our waiter seemed a bit nervous since we did not wear masks. He stood at some distance to take our order, but he was quite courteous and efficient. The job got done and that’s all we asked. Typical

The service was terrible but the food was worse. The server (a very sullen young lady) ignored us, even though we were only one of 3 parties in the whole place and she was one of two servers. First she looked annoyed when we asked if the jukeboxes worked (apparently they have not worked in six years because no one fixes jukeboxes any more) then she ignored us for awhile. I'm not one to complain but when the food came, it was awful. One of the kids ordered mini hamburgers which translates in to tiny patty shaped bits of charcoal on a tiny bun. Someone else ordered an egg salad sandwich (which are usually delicious at Johnnie Rockets) that had an "odd after taste." She didn't get sick from it, but didn't eat very much. Apparently it was a mix between soap and tuna after taste, needless to say, not what you'd want in an egg salad sandwich. The burgers were okay, but it appears that they've stopped using real strawberry ice cream in the shakes and instead use artificial strawberry syrup with vanilla ice cream. Similar to what you'd get at Carl's Jr. About five minutes after the food arrived, the server thrust the bills into our faces, actually commenting that there was no room on the table for them and holding them out until we took them from her hand. She then disappeared for the final time and we never saw her again. Probably one of the top ten worst experiences I've ever had in a restaurant.

Traveling with a small group of students. I did not call ahead - no matter, they were very accommodating! Good hamburgers and fast service. Try the milkshakes. I really enjoyed the old time charm.

This restaurant is located in the Pacific mall right next to the AMC theatres. Food was ok but not hot. Good salad. Salad, burger and drink was close to $20, plus $12 for parking.

the staff was very attentive to our needs, we enjoyed it for a quick bite at a reasonable price and a nice walk thru the shopping complex .

Excellent hot food in spite of being crowded, due to a student conference at the convention center! Delicious cheese fries and steak sandwiches! This is located inside of a building so it is easy to miss!

The service was very good and the hamburger was delicious. BUT, nothing was better than the milkshake!

After all that fine dining in Seattle, I needed a basic meal, and this place delivered. You can always count on a great burger, with fries and a cold Coca Cola. An added plus, was outstanding service. They took my order, brought it to me at the table, and checked several times if all was okay and if I wanted anything else. This is rare service at a fast food place!

And there are plenty of choices in Seattle. I think this place looks so fun you feel you must go in - but unless it is empty (and who knows if your service would be any better) go elsewhere. When we arrived, it was pretty busy and a line. The manager himself found us a table and brought us water. He also came back and took our order. Two different servers brought our drinks (which one was wrong) and our food. That was the end of the service. Seriously. The manager had disappeared never to return. No one came to ask if everything was okay - the most important step of any service restaurant - and never refilled our drinks. My husband actually got up TWICE and refilled them himself - not one server blinked or asked what the heck he was doing behind the counter. And it's not like it's a huge place and there were plenty of people on staff. So it was time to go? Bill? Asking if we want dessert or a "famous" shake - no. I finally went up to the ONE AND ONLY ordering computer and payment station - whose stupid idea is that?!?! I stand for a while being ignored by the one, two, three servers till finally the fourth one says - yeah? I told him I'd like to pay and he asks me - who was your server and I said three people came by but no one served us. He doesn't even look at me because he's busy entering another order. Finally I see the manager again and he throws the bill at me, someone else swiped my card and tosses the slip back at me. I sign it and there is no place to put it and no one would take it from my outstretched hand! Need i say - no tip. And I never leave no tip - this is the first time. I probably could have left without paying at all and no one would have been the wiser. The food was fine - burgers were good and hot. Sweet potatoe fries - cold - but of course we weren't able to tell anyone. Given the other reviews here - this location really needs to address service.

I visited Johnny Rockets thinking that I'd have a cup of coffee but instead became tempted to enjoy a banana/strawberry milkshake. To my astonishment the price was just a penny over USD6.00 while I recall receiving no change from a ten dollar bill from the Johnny Rockets soda fountain in Las Vegas last year. Better still was that there were chunks of fresh bananas and strawberries that required a spoon to eat. For the uninformed Johnny Rockets is located on the 4th floor of the Pacific Place Mall.

Had a quick lunch with a friend and ordered 3 burgers and a milkshake. The milkshake was a bit "watery"; the burgers were small, but tasted ok. Service was attentive and fast.

Short on time, hungry and the only alternative is to buy something to eat on the plane. Johnny Rockets was great. The burger was pretty good and the fries were crispy, hot and plentiful. Hey it's not the Keg. We ate at the Seattle International Airport location, don't know which address that is, but I'm sure all locations serve the same style and quality.

Amazing shakes, and good lunch time fast food style lunches. Service was speedy. We had a philly cheese steak sandwich and a cheese burger. Yum Yum

Today was my first and last visit to Johnny Rockets in Pacific Center. The food? OK. The original burger and the fries: good. That's T-H-E only good. The service personnel certainly appeared like they were working hard but, even with the restaurant only half full, service was S-L-O-W! Our 2 lunches, once ordered, sat on the delivery area for 10 minutes. When I finally pointed out that it looked like our 2 lunches were waiting the server (the manager) changed them out for 'fresh' orders. That was a nice touch but he never mentioned he did it. All in all there are far better casual options available in downtown Seattle. If you skip having a glass of wine, for almost the same price, you can enjoy a superior experience at Nordstrom's Grill on the lower level. Temptation will call to you, however, as you walk through one of the PREMIERE department stores in the country getting to/from it.

We went as a group on Friday. There were 7 of us and because we arrived shortly before noon we were able to take two tables and push them together. Right away I should point out that the experience was made spectacular not only by the fabulous food but also because of our fabulous server, Swizz. She suggested several portions of onion rings and French fries that we could share, and made sure we had the sauces we needed, including ranch dressing (always one in every group right? lol). I ordered a cheeseburger and added all the toppings I wanted and it was so, so good. The onion rings were fried perfectly and I was able to bit through without the whole onion coming out. Most of us ordered shakes and some had them with their meals and some ordered towards the end of the meal and Swizz was ON TOP OF IT! She never forgot what we needed and brought the food at the right time and was super friendly and helpful. I got the feeling that she really wanted to make sure we had a good experience as opposed to being put out to serve such a large group. My chocolate shake was divine, truly. When she served the shakes she also left the container the shake was made in because there was some left in it. So basically, I had a shake and a half. Lucky me! Yummmmmmy. I will go back for sure and hope that Swizz is my server.

can't comment on the food but we couldn't get anyone to serve us so we left. the chairs were uncomfortable (super lightweight and leaned way back). i have good memories of one of these in san francisco many years ago but this one not so much.

If you're close to Westlake Center and want a burger, make sure you stop here. This was the first time I've eaten at a Johnny Rockets and was very happy with my meal. My mushroom burger was big and HOT. I don't mind using 20 napkins when eating a good messy burger. Try the fries and onion rings. Great service and Food.

Johnny Rockets was empty when we arrived and yet we still had to go and get our own menu from the counter before a server came to help us. The burger was good, though a little expensive, fries were bland and my wife ordered a coffee that was cold - I don't mean warm, I do mean cold. Sadly a place we won't return to

its a chain burger place...its fine nothing over the top or bad.....its a good place to get a good burger and fries with a soda or shake. its good the staff was friendly ...positive!!

Great BLT, onion rings and sweet potato frys. Service was fast and friendly. Good location downtown at Pacific Place.

Very tasty meal. mall seating but some inside the restaurant too. When going to pay our waiter was on break and seems that only the one who served you can take your payment. We had to wait for a long time to ring out. Maybe is we had paid with a card rather than cash.

Good service and great food for a fast food, even if you have time to spend or if you are in a hurry. Located inside Pacific Place, is a good choice to snack before or after the movie theater.

We ate dinner there before going to a play up the street at the Paramount. It was a Friday night and I was amazed at the crowds eating on the top food floor and then going to the movies. I had a very good and hot mushroom onion burger and my wife had a philly dip. The burger was best. Also had a super chocolate shake. It was a good stop.

I was really hungry and found this place. Burger was pretty good and I only finished about half the fries. Went away full and happy.

I ordered a hot with no onions and I ended up being sick from this hot dog! I am never going to eat here ever again!

Superb burgers in a great diner setting. Lovely choice of burgers - such a wide range which made them much more interesting than run-of-the-mill burgers. Great service from friendly staff.

Not sure if this is the same address or not ~ We don't usually go to the mall in Seattle but while there we stopped here for a burger and were very pleasantly surprised, it was very good. The kind of place you make a point of remembering in case you come back. Will definitely eat here again if we get the chance.

We wanted a burger. We wanted a good burger and a big plate of fries. We didn't have much time so we popped into Johnny Rocket's in Pacific Place. We'd had good food at other JR's. This place was filthy. Neither the counter nor the tables had been bussed. The entire time we sat at the counter, the filthy dishes next to us were left sitting there. Vile. The waitstaff was bored, indifferent, lazy and rude. We gulped our mediocre, tepid, bland food down as fast as we could and got out. I wrote to Johnny Rockets' headquarters and heard nothing. Stay away from this filthy place. Far, far away.

Houston Burger was pretty good, fries could have been better and were a bit pale but the Service was great though and overall a good experience

After putting the address in my phone, it took me forever to find it because it’s on the top floor of a shopping mall right next to the movie theater. It’s a bit pricey since the burgers and sandwiches don’t come with fries or any side (about $10) for the burger. They are pretty tasty though.

Great burgers and fries, service was a little slower than normal but with the influx of people from the comic book convention the food was brought out faster than expected. Kids meals are a little disappointing considering their price, you would be better off with buying an appie or something smaller off the regular menu

Let me start by saying how huge the portions are, we had two boxes to take home and that’s after eating! Loved the burgers, the chicken and service.

slow food here is not a good thing -- it does not reflect the long caring effort to bring the finest local produce to your table; it's just disorganization and poor service; as you might guess we had a bad experience -- a group of 6 had to get back to work and were late; anyway the burger was fine

We ate dinner here on a Thursday night while we were visiting Seattle. I have to say, the food was perfect! I ate my entire original cheeseburger! It was perfectly cooked and seasoned. Absolutely delicious. The fries and onion rings were delicious, as well. My biggest reason for the 3 stars is the service. They only had two ladies taking orders and serving. It took FOREVER!! We had two little kids and it was later in the evening so that was pretty frustrating. They were nice and friendly, just super short staffed.
Good old fashion burgers
Located conveniently in Pacific Place the service is quick and efficient and the burgers are tasty .. Fries we just ok, not sure why as they were good last time we visited. Also good old milkshakes.
