I 've been to bbq place and always satisfied my palate, but this place was really a bad choice to go. We came with a group of five but they put us in separate table's and broken grill which is not a good start, the grill was way too long to cook, we ordered bulgogi meat and taste like we eating sugar, and also they gives us frozen shrimp to bbq.. what a regrettable place to eat. The two stars rating is for our waiters who was politely explain that nothing they can do about the slow grill.

Just terrible. If you want authentic hot pot experiences, go to a Korean restaurant, not a franchise. This is a franchise restaurant. And the music is godawfully loud.

Great place to go with a group of friends or family. It was alot of fun,and just an awesome night out. Service is great, and food is fresh and comes in such a big selection. Make sure to do the hot pot and the Korean bbq. Be careful not to get too full from the hot pot(soup) because the bbq is very hearty and filling. Steaks, chicken, shrimp, pork belly etc.

This is a great place to visit... but can’t give 5 stars.. read on. Awesome waitstaff, friendly people, nice environment with a neat little something cool to do instead of the 'ordinary' restaurant stop. ( you order from a selection of uncooked meats/veg, which you add to the soup pot or bbq pit in front of you, theres a sauce bar from which you gather sauce flavors/spices to add to your soup base) Our group consisted of meat eaters as well as vegan, kids to adults. ALL were satisfied with the all you can eat Lunch options. (current price $16.99) The meat eaters had PAGES of choices, while the veggies choices lacked in comparison - 2pages and ONLY one base for the soup option (a tomato base-wish there was a miso option, that only would’ve made it more authentic for me) Dinner cost 50% more (current$24.99) and is worth the extra add on choices for meat eaters . HOWEVER Vegetarians/Vegan get nothing new added for the 50% increase - which is not worth it. It was a stretch to pay full price for lunch with only 1/3 or fewer choices for the kpot- soup. (EVEN LESS choices for the BBQ option) already. Which, to be fair to the variety of potential customers reading these reviews, I can not give 5 stars. I would love more vegan options, a second base to choose from... maybe offer fruit to replace the meat option... All in all, this is a very neat change from the norm.. and I was surprised no one got burned by pots at a low boil right in front of us, lol.

Driving to the mall when I noticed KPot and I hadn't had anything to eat so I thought I would stop, why not!! I was seated, I was confused by the menu but a very nice server did her best to explain the choices so I selected the all you can eat grill. I don't eat a lot but I am picky on it being quality cuts. I choose the ribeye but I like a big ol thick ribeye steak. I also choose salmon. I remarked that I didn't know I would have to do my own grilling (brutally honest) and this nice server said I had an option and she would grill it for me so I added onion and mushrooms. She did a good job but I was confused on the sauces. I had to go to the front of the restaurant and pick my own sauce. I asked at least 3 server who were standing around and none of them could explain the sauces, are they spicy, does this go with steak etc. So I picked out two, wasn't particularly impressed. I suppose this is a good idea for going out with a group or even if I had my husband with me but I didn't select enough items and I left hungry after spending a hefty price, Meh, probably not my thing. My server was great though so I gave her a nice tip, she would have cooked anything I wanted, I just didn't know what I wanted.

They have lots and lots of varieties of food for Korean bbq and hit pot. However, the food is quite filling and I could not finish my meal. The food was very delicious though. And would be a fun place to eat with family and friends.

[Giving this a 5 star because it met all expectations]This restaurant is the combination of my two favorite Asian foods - Chinese hot pot and Korean BBQ. As has been stated, the service is outstanding. There was a good selection of excellent sauces. The flavors were very authentic and all of the food was fresh and delicious. As a group, we were extremely pleased with the garlic shrimp, short ribs, and ribeye. (My companions were BBQ fans) I loved the Sichuan hot pot. They even offered iced tofu. The selections were vast. With the restaurant so busy, we were very impressed by the cleanliness. It was a Saturday, so we expected a wait and had a good time at the bar where the service was also excellent.

Two families with two small children each (total of eight) had trouble finding a suitable table at KPot. The tables seem to fit parties of 4 or 6 only, so there was a lot of confusion from the staff as to where to seat us. Hot pot or BBQ? Pick your poison. It's hard to enjoy both since its AYCE. We went with the hot pot. There is a lot of variety of items to eat including blue crab and your standard options. We did find ourselves having to ask twice for certain items. There is a sauce bar with every sauce and spice you'll need to make the perfect dipping sauce. I didn't try the Korean BBQ, but it looked very good. There is a fruit and salad bar with a few odd "desserts' as well.
