Great place to eat. Flew out from Tennessee to see my friend with a service dog , we were excepted. The food was amazing. Stay treated us great, the server could have been a little more attentive but i can forgive that. I need to know if they ship there beer

A place we recommend. Good food (we had fish) and the environment is really pleasant. We’ve been nicely helped for the large choice of beers. Overall, a very good experience.

The food is always consistently excellent American fare, but what truly makes this fun is the incredible bartenders and their complete knowledge of the Strauss beers, food preparation and food pairings. Always have a smile and a great attitude.

Discovered here tonight, McKenna on the bar is absolutely on form she knows her beer and your glass is never in danger of going empty a credit to the business

Exactly what we wanted, a relaxed but still nice american restaurant. Good beer, good food and reasonable prices :).

Brewery restaurant with an enormous choice of different beers and matching food burgers, sausages and steak. The dishes are delicious, the beers great and the staff fast and friendly. The place is huge with big tables as well as small high tables, perfect for smaller as well as big groups

Wonderful service, great beer, and food was delicious. Had the chef's pairing of skillet corn and a Hefeweizen--amazing!

Food was good and people are friendly. A little Aloha in LA... Thankful to see and meet nice people. I am glad that you can find a smile in California.

Decent place for some food and beers. I was visiting and staying in downtown LA as a solo traveller at the Biltmore Hotel which was a quick and easy walk to the venue. I would recommend visiting to grab food and drinks, especially if there’s any sport to watch at the same time. Friendly staff and relatively affordable.

Really good choice of beers and lagers brewed on the premises. Also lots of choice on the bar menu. Sit at the bar or get a dedicated server if dining. Friendly and helpful staff. Interesting decor. Nothing not to like really.

Very knowledgeable about beer. The food and service was good. Bright atmosphere and David was a great server!

Mesquite chicken sandwich is the bomb. Good beer selection and quick service! Works are always super nice. Love this place!

I stopped here for dinner while in LA on business. I would eat here every night if I could. The DOUBLE TRUFFLE FRIES are the most delicious thing I have ever put in my mouth!! I also had a side salad which was pretty big and full of nuts, fruit, etc. I am not a big beer drinker, but I ordered a sampler with 4-5 small beers and found one of my new favorite beers in the world. It is such a tease because my now favorite place to eat is on the West coast while I live in the East coast. There are so many dishes I would love to try, but did not have the time to do so. Boo This is a definite place to eat while visiting downtown LA

Great salad dressing! The asada fries are addicting! I did not see the City Walk on here so I'm rating it under LA. Food was great, and they know their beer! They pair it with each dish, give you beer tastes, and we had a fabulous time. So, beer was great, food was just OK, but excellent service by Sierra and others made up for the rest. See photos.

Stopped in for a couple of beers and a light meal. The server was obviously very knowledgeable in regards to the Karl Strauss brews and was able to confidently recommend products and provide food pairings. Samplers are available if you are not sure what to try and flights are also available if you want to try a multitude of local brew. We had the Vienna and the Red Trolley Ale which were both great tasting. My wife and I shared a Chipotle Pastrami sandwich which was a good portion and tasted great. Reasonable prices and a multitude of beer by either the glass or a growler to take home. I suggest you stop in.

Daniel the Manager gave us the best service ever. The happy hour is a good deal here. The servers are great, the food is amazing!

A welcome sight in downtown Los Angeles Karl Straus is a comfortable, airy Brewhouse with good food. My wife and I were staying at the Checkers Hilton and the Karl Straus Brewery was a welcome contrast. It is centrally located on S. Grand and offers a relaxing resbit from the never ending crowds and traffic. The beer was very good and there is a nice variety and the food is well prepared ( and salads too) and nicely presented. Would go back if in the area again. Recommended.

My friends and I were doing a road trip throughout California and while we were in LA we stayed overnight and went out for dinner to this wonderful place! The atmosphere was great, the service was amazing and most importantly the food was perfect! I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone whose in the area! Such a great experience. I don’t usually write reviews but this one deserved it!

We were excited to learn about this location in DTLA after having visited the locations in SD. They offered a free brewery tour (five minutes in duration) and the same selection of beers as the location in SD.

Great atmosphere and large selection of their own beers on tap with a changing daily list of their seasonal draft beers....good friendly staff who are more than happy to educate you on the flavours. And more than happy for you to sample before you choose...

We went on Friday at the end of a busy day about 5:45. we’re from out of LA so unfamiliar with the downtown area. The 3 of us were seated immediately and our server was friendly, helpful and generous in bringing samples of various beers. The place has a large selection of their own brews and those of others. It’s a great place to try some unfamiliar concoctions. Everything suggested was enjoyable. The hummus appetizer is very good and worth trying. The entrees are generous and tasty. By LA standards the prices are not bad.

Lots of artisanal beers and lots of food choice. Very appropriate for dinner in a modern and cool environment. Service is excelent. Highly recommend it.

We each got a flight of beers; what a great way to taste different beers. Food was excellent I had mahi tacos, plenty of food. Very good with a bit of heat. He had shrimp & grits also excellent with a little bit of heat. We loved it so much we’re planning to come back again tomorrow.

We had a great dinner here--shrimp&grits, blackened fish tacos, roasted cauliflower--all better than expected and far exceeded typical brewpub/bar food. Beers were all really great. Server was very enjoyable and was not hovering but always there when we needed something. Really worth a trip!

Outstanding beer selection, with a terrific menu. The service is solid, with an open, low key ambiance. The flat iron steak is extraordinary; probably the best I have ever had.

We walked by here and stopped in for some beer, which turned into a 4 hour stay. We tried a ton of beer, some food which was all great. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

We recently attended one of the opening nights and couldn't have been more impressed. We arrived without a reservation and even with the resturaunt packed, the greeters welcomed us so warmly. We had a several pints of their dark beer which bested Guinness and smoothly enjoyed them the entire evening. Our food was outstanding as well with enormous but delicious portions. Our waitress also did some amazing pairings with each course and even managed to perfectly pair a beer with our brownie dessert. To top everything off we spent some time with the general manager who couldn't have been nicer and was thoroughly in control of this well run hot spot. Our tip is to ask for pairings and definitely have the brownie with ice cream for dessert. You can't go wrong here. Can't wait for our next visit!

Karl Strauss Brewing Co hosted a Rose Bowl post game victory party. The buffet was excellent; burgers, vegetarian burgers, fish & chips, and a wide selection of salads, desserts, etc. Add a great beer selection made it a great way to end an amazing day Add all the great beer selections

Great for big groups ..... we held a business meeting here with about 16 people . The staff was super helpful and the food service was quick . Would definitely consider coming back here .

Two visits to L.A. in the last six months and two visits to this fine purveyor of food and drink. The staff are well-informed on their available menu items and they all have a favourite that they'll eagerly describe if asked. I cannot fault any of the beers that I tried and there's something for every taste. Likewise with the food, which is definitely a step above a lot of pub fare. A great, lively atmosphere lends itself well to group gatherings. I'll be back!

This is a large and busy restaurant in Downtown LA. There is a good menu and a wide range of beers to choose from. Quality is superb. The staff were very welcming and efficient. We would be very happy to visit again.

After a long day flying in for a business trip, I dropped by for a late dinner and beer. Loved the local craft beer and the avocado and turkey was delicious along with super tasty sweet potato fries. Big open sports friendly is welcoming. Highly recommend if you love good beer and terrific pub food.

We went on a Sunday afternoon. Parking was easy and near the location. Servers were friendly. We started with the Carne asada fries. We then had fish and chips and carnitas dip sandwich. Sampled several of the brews. Recommend the flight if you are not familiar with thier brews. Servers would recommend pairings with food and drink. The stouts and ales were a good choice. For dessert we had chocolate brownie and bread pudding and our server brought tasters of brew pairings that worked with the desserts. Would definitely eat here again.

Did not have a chance to try any of the beers the restaurant is famous for but I do have to say they had a great and large variety of IPA's and IPL's. The food was pretty good, especially the pretzel beer bites and the Truffle fries.

As first time visitors to the US & Los Angeles Downtown, we came across Karls when looking for a dinner venue. The atmosphere was really terrific..one side high tables for sports fans with various TV's for sports/football fans & the other for sitting & dinning.atmosphere for couples & groups. We are not really football fans but it was a lovely vibe. Not too loud or noisy. We chose the spicy prawn / grits & Salmon. Both highly recommended .Loved the complimentary tastings of Karls' assortment of boutique beers with dinner. The staff were fabulous! Especially Stephanie who we for fortunate to have as our waitress . The prices are were very reasonable . We loved it so much we went there again next evening & enjoyed it just as much as the first night. We were actually quite surprised that the restaurant has been only opened 1 week. The place was quite busy which goes to show it's blooming popularity. Highly recommend this place. Cheers Jane & Joe NSW Australia

I was impressed with this place weeks ago, before it even opened. I walked past the covered up windows and was excited by the sheer size of the space. Then the windows were slowly un-papered and I got glimpses of the inside. It is huge. The black, chrome and wooden fixtures are beautiful. That's all great for first impressions, but then what? I sat at the bar and looked at the beer menu. A bartender, Mariel, came up and asked if I had been there before and when I told her it was my first time, she cheerfully gave me a few basics of the place. I told her my preferences in beer and she immediately had a suggestion which turned out to be the perfect choice. Sitting there sipping my beer, I noticed that all the employees were smiling and enjoying their jobs which is a great thing to have at any workplace. The patron sitting next to me asked if some obscure game could be put on one of the many TV's and an employee named Kelly came over with the remote spent several minutes searching for that game, and when that wasn't possible searched for another one for the customer. All the while carrying on a very pleasant conversation with the customer and myself. As I already had plans for dinner, I did not eat there this visit, but the menu had several great sounding items, and the food that others were eating looked DELICIOUS! So I will definitely be back to check out the food. Mariel also informed me that they list beer and food pairings on the menu which are changed monthly. So, the first of many visits was a hit.

Passed this Brewery on the way back to the Metro. Stopped for a beer and ended up with several. Even bought two cannes of the amazing bourbon enhanced stout Wreck Alley. My wife: The best beer I ever had!

Great beers Great food Great dessert This place is really nice!great location to where we staying and the best salads and desserts and beers are awesome so many selections!

Service was totally on point! The staff provited good knowledge regarding the beer. My girlfriend and i got the beer sausage, new york steak, a soda, a sparking water, rose wine and 3 beers for $99. The food complimented the drinks very well. I will fully recormend this place.

Stopped here for lunch with my wife, daughter, & very young grandson. All the staff folks were very friendly and helpful. Three of us got burgers and all thought they tasted really good but were overwhelmed by the large, thick bun. We sampled some beers and liked most of what we tried, but the waiter also brought out samples of a peanut butter porter and a smokey stout. These last 2 I really disliked. I like porters and stouts, but these were like bad experiments. What's wrong with making a good, traditional beer?

It’s huge in there! Perfect place to hang out with friends or coworkers. don’t expect food to be over the top here, they are good not great. If you are looking for great beer, here it is. It’s great as sports bar, you are allowed to be loud. We had fun here, lunch and beer! I’ll go back again.

Lunch and dinner menu is the same, but there are tasty things on it. The burgers are great, truffle fries delicious, wraps tasty but spicy. The price - quality ratio is fine. $20 gives you a burger and a beer. For $12, kids have a menu. Because the children got tired we brought the delicious desserts to-go, which was no problem and neatly taken care of with plastic cutlery. Highly recommended, especially since there is not much else nearby.

Had the mac n cheese and truffle fries and it was great! Went on a Saturday evening around 11pm and the place was hopping:-) We were able to get a table right away and the wait staff were very friendly and attentive:-)

Cool brewery restaurant in industrial design, large beer selection, good food, centrally located downtown and friendly service.

Great beer selection. Food is very good - about what you would expect. The bartenders were fantastic though. Very friendly and helpful without being too in your face. Perfect.

This brewery does it right. I sampled several styles here. All were clean and pure! Whatever your preferred beer style is, you will like the Karl Kraus version. Nice ambiance. Friendly staff. I also had the humus and chips, which were very tasty!

This was my husbands choice because he wanted to try some locally brewed beers. The service was very friendly and fast, the staff were all knowledgeable about the beer. We liked it so much that we stayed for dinner. We weren’t disappointed. IFor the ladies who don’t want beer, they have some lovely local wines too!

Went for the first time while in LA. This is a very nice place with very good food. Not just your regular Bar food fair. And a nice beer selection.

We found this restaurant on a Sunday night a couple of blocks from our hotel. The waiting service was exellent .The food was good and we were given beers to sample to decide which ones we wanted.

I recommend this brewery for everyone. The brewery is very well maintained and the staff is really welcoming . Our waiter was very knowledgeable and suggested beer and food pairings. He also brought us free beer samples that would best pair with our burgers. I will be returning on my next visit to L.A.

Another great location of this great restaurant, giving you so many different types of beers out of their huge tanks, and great appetizers, soups, fries. The wait staff is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly, and will give you as many samples of any flavors of their beers that you want (and there are many - at least 90-100 if not more)! The west coast meatloaf was to die for as was the calamari and soup dinner! Burgers and steak are amazing too - you can't go wrong no matter what you eat!

We went there on recommendation of a colleague. Our waitress was a superstar and could answer any questions regarding all of the beers including recommendations! Also regarding the meals. Food was very nicely presented and all 7 of us were amazed! Would definately go again!

Rated excellent 10out of 5 Staying in downtown so decided to give this place a try, ….so good we came back for a second visit. All the servers are nice and friendly and very knowledgable. Wasn’t sure on a type of beer so was given a taster or two. Great menu with good gf choices too. Reasonably priced . 1st visit was a Sunday night which was quiet 2nd visit was a Tuesday night and was busier with a large group in. Didn’t detract from the friendly excellent service, in fact the staff remembered us from our 1st visit. Drink…well it says it on the tin, lovely variety of beers and wines. Food…. Excellent well priced menu meat fish pasta burgers vegan and gluten free. So glad we discovered this brewery and glad we paid it a second visit. If ever back in LA sure it will be a “to do” Nothing too much trouble for this amazing crew Thanks guys

We needed a bar showing the Stanley cup on the TV and found this one 20 minutes from our hotel. We sat in sight of the hockey and ordered a flight if beer each. 10 minutes later and no beer in sight although others who had sat after us were already drinking. Eventually we caught the waiter's eye and found our order had gone missing. So the beers were on them! We ordered the food. I had their house burger and my wife had chicken. Both were well cooked as were the sides and other bits and pieces. The water brought us a couple more free samples of the ales. We would return if we were in LA again.

Out with a group of work colleagues- there were about 14 of us and a last minute booking. The table, food, atmosphere and service was great.

Hubby and I came here after work on a Tuesday. I love that we were able to seat ourselves, get comfy, and decompress after a long day in the office. My hubby really enjoyed the beer (forgive me, I forgot the name of it), and I had a hard seltzer. We ordered the beer pretzels, truffle fries, and carne asada tacos. Those truffle fires were HEAVENLY GARLICKY GOODNESS! So good that we got an order to go hahaha. The beer pretzels were okay, but the tacos lacked flavor big time.

Easy walk from the hotel on Wilshire blvd. Very friendly staff. Extensive selection of craft beers from all over. The menu was very nice and the food was excellent.

This was the 2nd Bar of our LA Craft Brewery Tour (just the 2 of us and walking) and it didn't disappoint. There was a great selection of Beers on Tap, where generous samples were offered for any of the various options, which were gladly accepted. I opted for a Hazy IPA, which had a great nose, flavor and smooth finish, and being only the second Bar tried the Mosaic Session IPA for something a little lighter, but was still a great drink. The staff were fantastic, with the only drawback being they were short of merchandising, but still came away with a couple of Branded Beer Glasses which were very well priced, along with a 'Growler', an odd name, but a refillable 2L Bottle. Karl Strauss was one of our two favorite Bars on our walking (staggering at the end) Tour, with the other being Boomtown in the Arts District.

Spent a couple of hours here - a few beers, shared the wonderful chilli and a chop chop chicken. F A B U L O U S Great service Great fresh made tasty flavoursome food Clean and smart bar (children friendly too) Nice vibe / atmosphere Clean and smart restrooms Fab relaxing few hours on a Saturday afternoon. Thank you

Good option when staying downtown for a quick and easy dinner. You sit down and then walk up to the bar to order and they bring you the food to your table. We saw one couple sit down, wait and wait and then leave because I think they didn't realize they needed to go to the counter to order. Fish tacos were the highlight for sure.. Pretzel and brussels were pretty good for an appetizer. Tried the WindandSea Wheat which I actually could pick up the bubble gum and banana flavors.

The Brewery is just walking distance from my hotel, right in the center. The beer was good, but I was most surprised by the quality of the food and the choices. It is not your typical brewery food: it was delicious and with healthy options. it is highly recommended.

The restaurant has and amazing beer menu and it changes for new and bolder flavors. Try first the beer sampler were you can choose for four different beers. The food is also delicious. It is perfect for going with friends or watching nfl games.

We had burgers & beer, food was good. I had a burger & chips, and GF had the beyond meat burger, which she really liked, but she didn’t like the truffle fries. Service was good, a little slow at first.

Tried a flight of four beers and all where very good indeed. Great atmosphere and friendly service. Had a problem with one of the meals being tepid rather than hot but this was soon rectified. The chilli is tasty and substantial. In fact all the food I could see looked very good. We even had an earthquake during our meal at no extra charge! If you like good beer then this is the place to seek out in downtown LA.

Recently visited Karl Strauss for dinner while in LA on Business. Our server was very knowledgeable and brought samples of beer to taste before we decided. The food was fantastic and the atmosphere was great. Would definitely recommend checking out this place.

New to beers (4 yrs) so not a massive reference to pull from. Clean nice space but fairly empty on a Saturday afternoon. Good beer and would try more in the future

Extensive list of beers, some of which are brewed on site. I didn’t drink but my husband tried three beers and enjoyed all of them. Great menu of delicious sounding comfort food to complement a pint or few of beer including burgers and mac and cheese. I was pleasantly surprised there were good veggie options too and I enjoyed a veggie burger. Staff were friendly and provided a timely service. Would be a great place for a drink and dinner with friends, colleagues or your S.O.

They do a good job with their hoppy IPAs. The fish tacos were cooked perfectly as was the shrimp and grits. Service was 1st rate and we didn't wait long to get seated nor served.

On a recent trip I stopped in three different times. That is unusual for me because I like to explore different places. Truffle fries were excellent! I enjoyed an IPA called Isomerizer or close to that. My wife liked the Red Trolley. Our bartender 2 times was Ace. He was very knowledgeable about the menu and very helpful on the beer selections. One minor drawback was they didn't have the NFL ticket so we couldn't watch the Ohio teams play.

My first time, Picked as a meeting place by a friend I have not seen in a while. It's a brewing company and everything you would expect. More Bistro style food then bar food. Lots of unique food creations. Very friendly staff and had several free beer tastings during the meal. Food we had was a little on the spicy side but not overly so. I would recommend this as a great place for all looking for a brewing company type restaurant with a wide side in food options.

Tough to find a brewery with good food. This place has it! My hubby likes IPA, but I like Belgian...we were both happy with the selections. We had a 4 beer flight and the waitress brought an extra taste she thought we would like. :)

Great place, the food was really good, reasonable price and excellent service. But the best of it are the beers. They have a very nice collection of self brewed beers, and the Red Trolley Ale was one of the best beers I've ever had. You can also take the beers home if you want. Totally recommend it!

We recently ate here for lunch and enjoyed it so much that we returned two days later for dinner. The restaurant is cavernous and has a cool vibe. We ordered a couple of apps for lunch (calamari and chili lime fried), both were delicious. We returned for dinner a couple of nights later, primarily because the restaurant was near to our hotel and we loved our lunch. Our dinners (shrimp and grits, brick chicken) were excellent. Prices are reasonable, portions are more than ample and service was friendly and professional. Definitely worth a stop. We're not real beer fans so we cannot comment on their famous brews.

I was staying in downtown LA for a convention and wanted some dinner. Always a fan of brewpubs so found Karl Strauss with the good reviews so went in to try it. I sat at the bar and the servers were pretty attentive always checking in. I had a Trophy Case flight which was a nice selection of their beers. Also had the shrimp Po' Boy, which was delicious. I would recommend coming here especially if you are a lover of good beer.

Nice casual eating experience. Our server was great in suggesting items and the price was very reasonable especially for downtown LA. Parking was a real issue. Construction kept us from parking across the street in the garage. Finally found a parking meter in the Jewelry District and walked back.

Food was much better than expected, service was top notch and this place was very clean. I recommend the beer pretzels and chicken sandwich.

We came after an evening event on a Sunday night, and it was exactly what we wanted. Friendly staff, fabulous food, and great beer. We had Mac'n Cheese and Fish and Chips, both being excellent. Beerwise, I recommend the Vienna one. If you are after hearty food, it doesn't get much better than this.

Headed over to the bar for dinner on a Friday night, and was able to sit down and be served at the bar promptly. The bartender was incredibly knowledgeable and was able to give great recommendations on a flight and separate beers. They also allow tasters, which was great as palate cleansers between happy hour bites! They also have beer for take home, which was a nice perk. Happy hour pricing cannot be beat!

Great beer selection, plenty of seating, excellent customer service, close location to hotels and offer food selection. Will return!

This is a cool, spacious brewpub right in the middle of Downtown LA. The atmosphere is refined but casual, and prices are reasonable. They have a great selection of excellent beers. I had the pub burger, which tasted fine, but was quite messy. They have a nice menu, and I wouldn't hesitate returning to try their other offerings.

On business to the area. I stopped in twice! They have many beer selections. If your a beer lover, you will definitely find what you are looking for:) I had the vege burger one night and it was very good, BUT the Mahi tacos were the best fish taco’s I’ve ever had! Nuf said:)”

Excellent Wilshire and Pub Burgers and Fish Tacos Service is Great! Nice Atmosphere. Brussels sprouts and BBLT was good but spicy. The Bacon is Delicious!

A great place at Downtown LA with lots of taps and great food! The place is full of TVs to watch the games and has superb attending. Try the tiramisu!

In LA for a conference and we decided to have dinner and drinks at Karl Strauss brewing co and we are glad that we did. The four of us enjoyed our meal and appetizer of grilled cauliflower. I had the farm house burger with cheese, bacon and egg and the surprise was not how good the slab of bacon was on the burger or how grilled to perfection it was, the surprise to the tastebuds was the pesto on the top of the sunny side egg that was cooked runny just like I ordered. The pesto added a dimension to the burger that was unexpected but enjoyed thoroughly. We each sampled some of the fresh brewed beers at Karl’s and enjoyed the sample of their Oktoberfest that our waiter gave to us without even asking. Good food, good drinks, and good service.

One of the best. Very different dishes to reasonable prices, home made beer to good prices. Just perfect! I would love to return 10 more times to test all the other plates.

Great for large groups. The menu is extensive, beer is great. But the music is loud and it's difficult to talk - typical bar atmosphere.

Went for a few drinks and some food with a group of co-workers. The service, the beer and the food was all very good. There was just no wow about the place that made me think it was worthy of a 5/5 review. I will say the ribs that I had were Very tasty and would have again and recommend to anyone who goes there.

Really good beer and great food to match! Our waiter was amazing, he explained every beer right down to the after taste it would leave in your mouth. He visited our table often to make sure there was nothing he forgot. Even the manager was very attentive to our needs. Great overall experience!

Visited this place as it was down the street from where I was staying. As a beer enthusiast, I was really looking forward to trying several of their beers. The overall quality of the beers are pretty good and they offer several types so there's something for everyone. The food is pretty good but I feel like they're trying to make many of the dishes too fancy rather than just sticking to the basics. It's a good atmosphere to watch a game, have a beer and relax, and there's certainly ample seating so if you're looking for a place to just hang out for a little while, this may not be a bad spot.

A great beer tasting session with Simpson, who went above and beyond after an initial stale glass of wine- officially converting me to beer drinking. Thanks for a great afternoon

Pros: hip brewery atmosphere, tasty and rotating beer menu, fast service, unique food (but also has the usual stuff) Cons: a little pricey, they can over complicate the food while trying to be unique Overall, it’s a solid option for a casual date, hanging out with friends, or watching the game.

Came to this place by chance. This location had only been here for a few months. Good beer selection. Getting the server to come get my order took a wile. Chose her portobello turkey sandwich. It was very tasty. Served with potato ships. Also had tortilla soup. Nothing special. Once I finished it took the server 10 minutes to bring me the check and then never came back. After an additional 10 minutes of waiting I decided to go to the host and pay there. They took my check to my server and guess what? I had to wait again!!! The server came after what seemed like a long time with my change in coins!!! Lots of dimes, Nickels and pennies! (About $4.00 worth). It seems like they have not seen a customer pay in cash before. It becomes an entire mission!

The place is beautiful and the beer is of high quality !! Staff always kind! We experimented with salmon and rice, both very tasty and well presented!

My husband and I stumbled across Karl Strauss when taking a wrong turn back to our hotel. We made note and came back and we are glad we did. We both had tasting flights so were able to try a selection of the excellent beers. We returned the following day for lunch and the food was also amazing. Highly recommend.

The food sucked and they did not have a full bar. I was very disappointed in “canned” drinks and the lack of drinks. This establishment was total disappointment
Great all around
Excellent selection of beers brewed on site, which were great quality. Food was great quality as well with nice variety of selections. Service was good. Big, open restaurant with a relaxed feel.
