I always have SUCH a phenomenal experience every time I visit Kings! From the incredible food (try the nachos!) to the efficient and friendly staff (thank you Reema, Joe, Matt, & Dylan!) to the awesome Video DJ (thank you for playing our favorite songs, Matt!) to the games and the delicious drinks (Dylan and Jason were Rockstars behind the bar!)...Kings is definitely a destination for an EPIC night of entertainment in Chicago! You have a customer for life!

Great bowling, air hockey and shuffleboard! Incredibly friendly and attentive staff. Tons of delicious food selections! Setting up our holiday party here was very easy. Thanks, Kings!

Wasn't expecting much from a bowling alley and bar - boy was I wrong. The food was high quality and outstanding service from the manager. The pulled pork sandwich was absolutely terrific as was the other sandwiches that the group had. The sweet potato fries were some of the best I had. Can't wait to visit again!!!

Dylan gave my guest & I a 5 star experience at Kings Bowl. He was an attentive & gracious host. He made sure our food & drinks were properly served & on time. His staff seemed like the had everything in order. I come back to bowl at Kings because of the detailed service provided & Dylan was a big part of my decision to come bowl at Kings.

I have been going to kings atleast 3 times a week i love it fun place to go friendly employee's great music also hot wings and chicken tenders taste great.

There were 5 of us with a reservation to dine and then bowl, the restaurant was pretty dead, however the server we had was swamped. The transition between finishing our meals to a reserved bowling lane was not smooth at all. If we come again, we will bypass the restaurant and just take our chances on a lane.

I had a great time with my girlfriend and her friends. The atmosphere was fun and enjoyable and everyone had a good time.

Eating by the bowling alleys is fun, though it was empty when we were there and I could see it getting crazy. Had three kind of wings and cocktails. Cocktails were overpriced and over iced, wings were hit or miss. Service was very slow.

Mikaela was awesome. Great food and service. Lots of personalized recommendations for the indecisive among us. Food came our quick, good portions. Lots of bowling options if that's your thing. The only problem was it's slightly pricier than some other comparable options.

Came out with my wife for some dinner and bowling. It was a busy Saturday at kings. We went to get seated by the lounge host Victoria and can I say great service by her. Explain how the dining and bowling works and can I say she was amazing. Always came to see if we were okay and even checked on our food. Told us about pool and air hockey and the scratch kitchen and also about Max’s and Leo’s. First time here for us and she made me and my wife night great. Amazing host and best service I ever had in my life. Kings is a great place to come with friendly people and amazing food...

I had my son's 7th birthday at Kings for about 30 kids and parents. The Kings team made everything very easy. The kids had a blast, and the parents did, too! This has become our go to place for family nights - the kids (and adults) can bowl, and the parents can actually have a few minutes to chat!

KIngs bowl has the best food and drinks most bowling alleys have greasy food. This place has great food and a very good atmosphere.

The General Manager of this location is awesome! He made our experience remarkable! I believe his name was Nicholas.

We had a 40th birthday party here last weekend and I can't say anything except great thing. We had the private room In the back with about 40 people in attendance. The wait staff was very attentive, making sure the food was out in a timely manner for our guests, and no one waited long for a drink refill. Stress free fun for the whole family, I was able to an enjoy the party win you having to run around the whole night. We had so much fun during the party that when our time in the private room was up the staff made sure that we had a few tables to head to on the main floor. The games there bring out the kid in you, I am pretty sure the guys would have carried out the 4 person air hockey table if they could have gotten away with it😀. The staff at Kings didn't miss a beat, we would have another event here in a second. And we are already planning a family afternoon game day. Hands down, no brainer to book here.

Had an excellent time and will definitely visit again with family and friends. I would highly recommend this place to young and old for a great time.

Having been here multiple times, I'm never disappointed. Front desk desk host, especially Ruby, is exceptional. Always friendly, prompt with any request, and always in a great mood. Love their food, drinks and hospitality! Highly recommended!!!

Excellent customer service. Unfortunately can't remember the name of my server. However, the experience from beginning to end was excellent. Felt very safe and welcomed.

I hosted a company outing at Kings before the holidays. They were very attentive and we had a great time. I would book a party here again.

Me and my friends always have a great time on Industry nights at Kings and hands down to the front desk attendant Ruby and Roxanne.They don’t miss a beat and always are super nice and very helpful. Yesterday,when We were already on lane our games were stopped. We were not informed or there was no communication before our games were stopped. When went to the front desk to see Ruby she said she sent us games but our lanes were closed every time she would send us a game. Again went to the front desk to see what’s going on so a loud,clearly rude hostess(I believe her name is Victoria apparently a manager)flat out refused to send our games back and was yelling. That’s a bad impact on the establishment itself. If you ignore your guests they are going to start ignoring you. However, Ruby apologized for the situation and offered us to play pool. I could tell she was having a bad day because of that yet her tone with guests was nothing but downright cheerful.Even on the busiest night We seen her always go above and beyond to make the guests happy always checking up on us if we need anything.She runs the industry night I felt Sorry for her and appreciate her efforts. She is a performer and deserves a lot better than she was treated. Long story short,Monday nights was our highlight of Kings but we are dismayed by the host manager’s unprofessional and arrogant behavior. Very disappointed.

We had a mediocre experience. I will probably go back but that is because of location and convenience rather than the actual experience.

The service at King's was awesome. From the time I booked the party with Stephanie to our 5 star service from Lorena our waitress to Carlos the manager making sure we were being taken care of...My son and all 19 of his guest loved the food & drinks enjoyed the bowling and billards. This is a place great for anything from date night to huge family events...This is now our permanent family bowling spot. Thank you Kings ur service and venue was amazing.

Food was great and staffs were really friendly. It is not your typical bowling alley looks more high end for special occasions, Highly recommended.

Terrible experience for my group of seven at Kings. Enrique was the only saving grace. He did his best to remedy the situation. Unbelievably rude bartender. Zero refills. Incorrect bill. Missing food. ..

Nice place, well run for bowling and bar food. Now if bowling is something you believe is for the hoi palloi and you hate good pizza go elsewhere. Good tattoo ideas on staff.

I reserved a table at King's for a friend's bachelorette party. We had a great time! Enrique, Elizabeth and everyone else on staff took care of us and spoiled us! We felt like the queens of the bowling alley. They made my friend's night really special and I would recommend this establishment to everyone. It is affordable, fun and conveniently located.

My fiancé and I visited Kings about two weeks ago and had a blast! From the women at the counter to the Waitress and Waiters, we had a very pleasurable experience. We will definitely be back!

My boyfriend and our friends go to every single Monday not only because of industry night but the staff is awesome. Rudy and Roxy are always on top of it and super helpful to us and also just genuinely super sweet! At the bar Victor and Eddy have become friends to us and always greet us warmly every week. Don’t miss out on this spot they make it worth it

The kings is a great place for Entertainment, i've been here two times already , the food is great the staff is professional, the environment is awesome, and i have choosen the kings my favor place in chi Town and will continue to go there because its a great place. And i love it there

I Had the best time with my co workers yesterday for the industry night. Pizza and drinks were so delicious. Totally loved the atmosphere.I would say the Host Ruby was phenomenal,incredibly friendly and polite. I work in a hospitality industry myself and she is a rare rare find. All she really seems to care she's on top of it. She is quite likeable and efficient. Definitely coming back and would highly recommend Kings.

The manager Jason is great and accommodating. Would love to have a company event here. My friends and I had a blast.
