Had breakfast their two time - great service, excellent food, clean environment

By Simco435 |

I received two complimentary breakfasts at the restaurant. I ordered an omelet with chorizo, cheese, and onion peppers. Great omelet stuffed to the brim served with delicious hashbrowns and toast. The second day, I had ordered the french toast - delicious almost like dessert.

Grand Opening Night! 25 Mar 2021

We were ticket 32, table 235 was a two top and the spacing is creative. Conrad, our waitperson was ready and engaged. I had the fish and chips ($22), and Vern had the Double-NotSoCommon ($23). Both were excelent.

They need to step up their game...

Food was wildly inconsistent. This was accross multiple days and different guests that we were with. Staff was nice, but food, BLAH! HOW DO YOU MESS UP MAC 'n CHEESE!?!?!?!?!? Please fix!!

Meh.

Went here for brekkie with the spouse our last day in Vegas as we didn't feel like hopping in an Uber and driving somewhere. As this was in our hotel, it was sort of our only option for a sit down breakfast. Were seated rapidly, service was fast and efficient. Atmosphere is clean and well-lighted. But the food is just, well, meh. I ordered a breakfast burrito which turned out to be an egg loaf with a meager smattering of bacon, ham(?), and potatoes wrapped in a tortilla. It was calorically dense I was only able to eat half. And the flavor was just, again, meh. Wife ordered standard two eggs, bacon, hash browns, toast. Eggs were overdone. Bacon was soggy. And hash browns were the pre-made frozen things that you just dump in a fryer. Call us underwhelmed.

Great Place

Best part of our stay at the Virgin Hotel was eating here. Great friendly staff, great prices, food was good and we ate here for 3 meals. Custom made omelets, strawberry mimosas, Steak, fish and chips, chicken friend steak, Break fast burritos. Highly recommend

Great Breakfast

By MichWorldTraveler |

Service and food were great at this diner located inside the Virgin Las Vegas. I had breakfast there 4 times, and every meal provided great service and good food. Kept going back to the eggs benedict, which I had 3 of my 4 days. Orders taken quickly, and food always came out in maybe 8-10 minutes (but I was an early riser, there by 7:15AM each morning). Would surely go back!

Very good service but average breakfast food

By Joan C |

The service staff was great at the Kitchen at Commons Club. We ordered ham and cheese omelets for breakfast, and they were the blandest most uninteresting omelets we've ever had. It's really hard to go wrong with ham and cheese. The hash brown, though, was among the best. For breakfast, it was pricey.

Delicious Food

I ate here several times during a recent stay at the hotel. I ordered room service from their late night menu. I also had breakfast, lunch and dinner during regular hours. Each meal did not disappoint. The portions were large and the food was delicious. I ordered twice in the restaurant and got my meals to-go. I was very fortunate to be assisted by Shae during my second meal. She was so nice and personable. For those who are complaining, there is a service charge for in-room dining, however, those fees are all listed prior to completing your order. The fees were worth it for me as my flight didn't come in until 12 a.m. the first night and I was able to unpack and shower prior to my meal being delivered. My only tip would be to ask for your soda without ice because the to-go cups are small. I would definitely eat here if ever in the area again.

Good solid breakie

By arts123 |

This restaurant serves a solid breakie menu, with a bit of the Virgin twist to it. The frech toast and eggs benies are fantastic, and the sandwiches are pretty strong, too.

A slight disappointment

After many enjoyable meals at Mr. Lucky’s, the food quality has diminished immensely at the newer incarnation. Calamari and pretzel bites were borderline at best, but the macaroni and cheese salvaged the meal somewhat. We tried the experience hoping that it would emulate the delicious cuisine of the aforementioned eatery, but the Kitchen had no such “luck” in achieving anything close to that.

Decent Breakfast

By Jim A |

We came here a couple of times for breakfast while staying at the Virgin Hotel in Las Vegas. While its fairly expensive, the breakfast buffet was clean and had many options. $19.95 comes with coffee. Our server, Kayla, checked on us often to refresh the coffee or to see if we needed new plates. We would go here again.

Solid breakfast option at Virgin Las Vegas

The food is fast, good and expensive. We did enjoy our breakfast at Virgin, but would not go out of our way to come here as a local.

Stayed at Virgin hotel and The Kitchen was our go to restaurant for breakfast and lunch. The food is good with reasonable prices for Vegas standards.

Every bit as good as Mr. Lucky's

By Travellingphoenix64 |

Fans of the old Hard Rock will hopefully remember fondly Mr. Lucky's 24/7 - the all night rock and roll diner on property. While the facing and name have changed, the quality of the food remains excellent. My wife and I stopped by The Kitchen for breakfast on the last day of recent Vegas trip. We were there to check out the new Virgin Hotels Las Vegas. The Kitchen was a definite bright spot. The wait staff (many of whom we recognized as former Mr. Lucky's employees) were fast, friendly and efficient. I had a great breakfast of Chicken and Waffles. My wife raved about the Dulce De Leche French Toast, which she proclaimed the best French Toast she had ever eaten. Sampling her plate, I readily agreed. Having eaten breakfast at The Kitchen makes me want to stop by for lunch sometime! Perhaps we will.

Great food and drinks

There is a huge selection of restaurants to try at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, but make sure you try the Kitchen. We had the chicken sandwich and it was awesome. The the breading was perfect as was the sauce. The fries were great too. Everything our party tried was good and our service was great.

Good choice for a quick bite

By carlotaTravel4fun |

We were looking for a sit down restaurant for a quick dinner. We had a variety of dishes among us. I had the special of the night which was the baby back ribs. Others had club sandwich, hamburger, and a brisket sandwich. All were good. We also had 2 beers and 2 glasses of wine. The service was pleasant. Total bill was around $161. The only complaint I had was the music was so loud that it was difficult to carry on a conversation.

Worst coffee ever.

By pace_ripley |

If you are a fan of bitter, burnt coffee, this is your restaurant. If you prefer food with flavor and better value for your money, virtually anywhere else will be better.
