If you like small dishes, this is the best place to visit. It was our second visit this year and we are going to dine there more. We have tried may be 10 different dishes during our 2 visits, all of them where really good. Service was outstanding. I highly recommended this place. The only one downgrade, you need to provide your credit card for no show and they have just 10 minutes grace period.

I was organising a drinks reception for a group of guests (40-50 people) arriving for a weeks incentive stay at the Wynn in Las Vegas. La Cave was recommended by our groups contact and it was perfect for the group. The food and drink select was excellent. I would highly recommend La Cave if you have the funds.

A lovely salad and fresh tuna sandwich (which at my request they did on toast as opposed to croissant). Service was excellent and food delivered promptly - first class from the Wynn.

Reasonable setting. Was told that it was 'street food themed' so that items wouldn't come out together (is that a euphemism for short staffed? A couple of small craft beers and a 'street flatbread pizza' containing cheese sauce and some bits of once frozen sweetcorn. Paid about $40!

Loved the low light setting. Romantic! The waiter was very good and helped us in choosing the right dishes. I tried the vegetarian sliders which were delicious. The flat bread pizza were good, better than at some other restaurants. Would liked to have had more choice but overall it was a lovely experience and you wouldn't know that it was within a very busy, noisy, hotel.

Experience has not changed since my last visit 4 years ago. I have been here twice for lunch on this visit. Outside seating is comfortable overlooking the pool and various trees and shrubs with chirping birds in the background. The wine flight selections were fun. The wines by the glass list is ample. The service is professional with great recommendations. The small plate selection meets anyone’s desires. The meat and cheese platter was excellent. Highly recommend the beef carpaccio; wonderful mix of flavors. I look forward to my next visit.

This was only the second restaurant I visited that served small plate meals, so I kind of had the preconceived notion I was going to have to order a lot to be satisfied. Quite the opposite! I think I ordered too much! My meal consisted of the Diver Sea Scallops, Braised Short Rib, Moroccan Chicken Skewers, & the American Wagyu Skirt Steak. Each dish was rich and succulent; full of flavour! There wasn't a time where one ingredient drowned out the rest of the dish. I absolutely loved it all! I finished the evening off with their Trio of Seasonal Ice Cream and Sorbet. Sure, It was more citrus than I'd normally like, but I guess it was fine since afterwards I realized I was so into it, I forgot to get a picture for my review! LOL! I'd definitely plan a return visit :)

We sat at comfortable bar dinner and drinks. The bartender was quick and very knowledgable. The food is small plates but shareable. The great thing is you can have couple plates then re-order other items until you’re satisfied. Very casual and comfortable with great food and service!

We had very limited time to eat and go to Le Reve. We let them know and they had us in and out within 30-45 minutes. The flatbreads are excellent. Very pleased with the service. I also loved the setting of the restaurant.. Inexpensive. Good food. Excellent service.

This place serves tappas style food...great for sharing and the best wine selection you will ever find. i love going here when i am on my girls trips to vegas...and after a few glasses of wine the shoe store across from la cave is a place not to pass up.

Very much enjoyed the ambience and service and the food was delicious. Meal prices are pretty good especially being in the Wynn but be warned that wine is EXPENSIVE. I'd certainly recommend for a nice dining experience but not the sort of place to settle in for an extended night of drinking.

We had a very nice dinner at La Cave. The restaurant is very nice and specializes in small plates. We had wine with dinner. We enjoyed bacon wrapped dates, baby kale salad, American Wagyu Skirt Steak, Baby Zucchini, Truffle Gremolata, and pecorino fresco cheese. All were very good and tasty. For dessert week we had their Beignets with strawberry jam and creme anglaise. With it we enjoyed a cup of cappuccino. Service was very good.

Had a fab lunch at La Cave at The Wynn, the flatbread being the star of the show! There was some construction work being undertaken outside the restaurant. so i had a view of an artificial bush which was a little disappointing but it didnt stop the enjoyment of the food and wine. We mixed up the flatbread, meatlballs, chicken satay style skewers and all was ruddy delicious! Great service, very professional and attentive.

Four of us want a quick lunch just happened on La Cave . At 1130 am , we were the first customer . The decor is very cute , upper level and a lower level by the pond . The menu is straight forward with a variety of tapas , and flatbreads . The beer and wine menu is very good , but we were at a conference and did not order . We shared lump crab lettuce cups ( Yum) Cajun sea scallop ( too spicy for me ) , braised short ribs and beef carpaccio ( both excellent ) . The tomato mozzarella flatbread is outstanding and sizable. We finished under one hour and back to conference. Need to come back for a drink

We really enjoyed the food at La Cave, but not the actual restaurant. The decor is pretty standard, and the tables are extremely close. The tight spacing makes for a really loud environment - not conducive to a pleasant meal or conversation at your own table. Service was fine, and the food was excellent, but I wouldn't return.

La Cave, in Wynn, is a nice place for a glass or two of wine; perhaps a bite. Nice staff; nice atmosphere.

first class restaurant. [but you do pay first class prices]. The steaks were marvelous and honestly worth the premium price

Latin words to live by. Perfect place for wine lovers, with over 250 different bottles and more than 50 by the glass options to choose from, their cellar is sure to impress. Great food and service as well. I visited La Cave with my girlfriends and the ambiance is great for a girls night out but it could also be a place to have a romantic dinner, especially if you ask to be seated overlooking the beautiful gardens of The Wynn. Definitely would love to go back!

Hello, The $42 brunch was a hit and miss saved by a combination of 2 dishes. We took the short rib hash and added some to the truffle mushroom grits for perfect meeting of tastes. The big problem of the brunch was cold items. An oddity example was the chicken wing waffle. The chicken was perfect but laid on cold waffle. When we arrived and were served promptly but missing condiments- and the tiny coffee cups made me think I was in Brazil. Probably pass on this next time...

First of all it was freezing in there. The portions were much too small, and overpriced. Service was good, but that was it.

Group cocktail hour, pretty room, good service and great drinks. The filet mignon was delicious with the horseradish cream sauce and a nice variety of salads the truffle risotto was also very good. Would recommend for corporate events. Everyone enjoyed it.

I’ve been coming to Vegas for years, I’m a big foodie and my favorite restaurants seem to change almost annually. Tonight I had the pleasure of dining at La Cave. It’s small plates so you do get to taste many different dishes. The meal started with a killer wine list - the Nebiolo was unreal... all foods were perfectly prepared from the chicken to the skirt steak (highly recommended). If you love good quality good and exceptional wines give this place a try.

At dinner here our first night in Vegas and went back again before we left for home. Just love the ambiance of this restaurant. Beautifully decorated. Nice wine list and used to have more by the glass. Wish they still did. Love the "tapas" style food. Everything was excellent. Lettuce crab cups are some of the very best. Octopus is always one of our favorites as well. They have a gluten free menu also which is critical to my wife. Love this place. Can't come to vegas without visiting La Cave at least one time! Can't wait to go back.

Our party of four enjoyed the special Super Bowl event La Cave hosted! We chose outdoor seating (the weather was perfect!) and they added multiple televisions so every seat had a view of the big game. The prix fixe menu was perfect -- upscale tailgate offerings - and served "butler style" by the staff who were great about making sure we had plenty of the items we enjoyed. Overall, a great experience.

We had a big group at the restaurant. Service was fast and prompt. Food was very good. The salad was FRESH. I usually don’t pay much attention to salad. But freshness does make a huge difference. The hot food were great too. The ambiance of the restaurant was enjoyable.

The ambiance is very nice and the menu is excellent. Unfortunately the service was mediocre and left a shadow over the whole experience. Our inability get coffee refills was very frustrating. The two refills we obtained only came after making special requests and the second time required an additional reminder. Our table was a small two top which did not leave a lot of room for extra plates. Getting leftover dishes removed required flagging Busboys- they were not taken automatically. I could chalk some of these up to uncertainty if a dish was finished, but there were many clearly ready to be taken away. After we had been sitting for almost an hour, there were three core breakfast dishes that we still had not seen. Upon mentioning this to our server she agreed to look into their status. The hash showed up promptly but the other two remaining dishes did not appear until 12 minutes later. (I know this because I began to start looking at my watch) By that point I was full and ready to leave but since the effort was made to get them to the table, I felt obliged to have at least a bite or two. They were good and I would have enjoyed them if the timing had been better. We then paid and started to leave. On the way out I encountered the manager. We made eye contact and I nodded unsmiling hoping he would ask how the experience was. He did acknowledge me, but only to say Happy Easter. This had all the makings of a great experience. Poor execution prevented it.

Ambience is what I find very special at La Cave inside and outside the Wynn Resort . An outdoor patio makes this place a go to for my wife and I . The brunch is very good if you take control of the items that you choose and the order in which they are served . Dinner is filled with a variety of WINE FLIGHTS that are perfect for the SMALL PLATE menu . Don't be in a rush if your going to visit. Make sure you have plenty of time to enjoy.

My wife and I visited La Cave and had a really enjoyable dinner. Flatbread was huge and a meal in itself - but very tasty. We had the chicken flatbread and there were a few others which I’m sure are all good. Beef sliders were nice but nothing special. Different buns and some additional flavours (sauce, mustard, pickle etc.) would have improved them a lot. Side of corn was absolutely superb. S’mores dessert (flatbread/pizza style) was nice.

Great flatbreads, short ribs, kale salad, salmon sashimi tostadas, lump crab lettuce wraps and much more. The only drawback is the price of wine. Outrageous. But, just have cocktails which are more reasonable. Fun atmosphere.

The restaurant concept of La Cave Wine is unique and really cool. The buffet comes to you, as servers walk around with different dishes and offer them to you at your table. The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated. My group was seated on the terrace, at a large table that had a view that overlooked the Wynn garden and the High Roller. The service here is great and the waiters did a great job. It was a little hard getting some of the waiters attention but eventually we ended up getting what we were looking for! They were really knowledgeable on their wines and what paired well with the foods. We took a few of their recommendations and had absolutely no regrets!

We wanted to get a lite dinner before catching a show, and as we were staying in the Wynn Towers, this was convenient... and from the reviews appealing. Unfortunately, the true atmosphere is lacking by Vegas standards... make the place at least look like a wine Cave! That being said... it was very dark... and ridiculously noisy for an early evening (before 8pm). The menu options are varied and we decided on a few, realizing the tapas style and size. Among these the tenderloin en croute stood out in both portion size and taste (which it should given the Morton's connection). The wine selections were, however, lacking at best... granted we settled for their selection of red flights to try... and the Super Tuscan was perhaps the best out of eight... but come on! As others have said... small plates... $$$$. Good concept... poor execution.

We ate here on both nights of our stay at the Wynn Hotel and enjoyed very aspect of it. On both nights we got excellent advice from our waiter on portion sizes, ingredients, taste etc, enabling us to make informed decisions, we also had the wine flight for red wine which we thought was decent value at $23 for 4 glasses, although the restaurant can be loud ( a lot of parties), we were lucky it wasnt too disruptive for us, we found the atmosphere pretty relaxing and all the staff friendly, helpful & attentive. Its mostly a Tapas style menu but dont think European size Tapas portions, these were signifiucantly bigger and 4 was plenty for the two of us. Overall, in a city were fine dining can be extremely expensive, we found this a very good option

Pretty short taxi ride to philharmonic orchestra. Good food. Nice low atmosphere. Every one there seemed to be having a decent time.

Cool atmosphere. Food served tapas style and is of a very wide variety, Great wine list, because it is a wine cave. You can't miss here.

Beautiful outdoor seating, especially at night. The service was a little slow but the food made up for it. I ordered a glass of white sangria and quickly ordered a second glass it was so good! My husband and I also shared the vegan flatbread and tofu meatballs which were both delicious.

Don't bring your children unless they've had their 6th grade anatomy lesson. Even then be prepared for an awkward meal. I realize that this is more of a casual restaurant in the hotel, but is clothing required for the waitstaff?? Perhaps something larger than a handkerchief is appropriate given that it is not a strip club. I'm a lady, and i prefer not to have boobs in my face while I'm shelling out exorbitant amounts of money for terrible food. I realize some of you might find this a free perk, no pun intended, but I really wanted to just walk out, and based on the quality of the food I should have. We ordered the bacon wrapped dates (mushy), crab ravioli (undercooked) and octopus (not sure how to describe). My beer was the only enjoyable part of the meal, Sierra Nevada IPA. Take this review for what you will. Some people will not be bothered by scantily clad waitstaff, after all it is Vegas. But it would be nice to have at least one meal where I didn't get an eyeful, especially from someone serving my food. It's important to set expectations, and had I known that this was that type of place I would have passed.

Fantastic experience, food great, service attentive not overbearing. All the plates were seasoned perfectly. Will do again

My husband and I were at La Cave a few nights ago for dinner. We sat outside on the terrace over looking the pool and lush garden grounds. Our waitress was very pleasant and attentive. Their wine list is simply the best in Vegas. Normally you can not pick between single glasses of that variety. We shared 4 small plates & dessert which filled us up and left us feeling very satisfied. The food was wonderful! Definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a romantic dinner away from the normal Las Vegas scene.

I cannot fathom how this place has such great reviews. It’s so loud you can’t have a conversation. I had the Caesar salad (yum) and the beef filet flatbread. The flatbread was so soggy, you couldn’t pick up the pieces.

We stopped in for a glass of wine and a few small plates. The bacon wrapped dates with blue cheese were so unique and tasty. We also shared the warm salt-roasted beets which were delicious. Just a perfect amount of food to tied us over till our late dinner reservation.

I am a frequent visitor to Las Vegas and have been to the Wynn many times and until this trip I can't recall seeing or hearing about this place. I only stopped by for a drink but it's a very intimate and much quieter atmosphere than most of the other restaurants in the hotel. Would definitely go here for a date night or again just for a few drinks. I didn't eat but looking at the menu and prices it seems like the portions could be on the small side but with what usually goes on in Vegas that might not be a bad thing.

Was so pleasantly surprised. Food, atmosphere, and service were great. Smaller portion menu to encourage a family type dining where you order and share tastes. Our server, Jeemy (Jimmy with an e) was great. I will definitiely return next time in Vegas.

Reserved Sunday Brunch for La Cave using Open Table. Probably didn't need to on this particular day because it wasn't very busy. Sat in a nice dining room overlooking the Wynn grounds. La Cave brunch is All You Can Eat with a twist. Instead of getting up to walk the buffet, each freshly prepared item is brought to the table by butler service. 20 items are rotated thru, plus you can request certain items again, if you like. The highlights on this particular morning were the Short Rib Hash, French Toast, Baked Potato Tater Tots, Truffle Mushroom Grits, and Snickers pancakes. The service was excellent, however had to request coffee warm-ups occasionally. It was $49 per person for brunch, with an optional $28 bottomless Libations menu. We would have tried the option, but was not asked. A nice experience to try various menu items without the hassle of a buffet, Would do again.

Went to Palm Sunday brunch and although the experience was similar to the one I had experienced the last time it seemed worse. There were three of us and the seating was comfortable but it ended shortly thereafter. The waitstaff rushed us as soon as we were seated asking about beverages and such. So the venue is such that they bring small plate brunch options to choose from and come to your table and you pick what you want and don't want. We did one round of this but then the service deteriorated. We order a bottomless beverage option and after the first round of beverages they were slow to get back to our table with another round of beverages. Basically after the initial interaction with waitstaff it was difficult to get a waitperson to bring us additional food and beverage items. Based on the cost at about $77 plus gratuity for each of us we all agreed we would not be back. Very disappointing.

The wine selection here is great with 50 wines by the glass & 250+ bottles. It was the first night of our sales incentive trip & we had really high hopes about this place. Our table wasn't great & the service was slow. I enjoyed some nice wine, but some of the food combinations were weird. Wouldn't rush back here.

I always visit La Cave when I’m in Vegas and it never fails to disappoint. You can choose to sit inside or outside with cool looking furniture. It specialises in small plates and wine tasting. I recommend the Beef Filet, Caramelized Onions, Mushrooms, Blue Cheese Flatbread, the prawns with piquillo peppers, fingerling potatoes, roasted garlic and the Angus mini burgers. Delicious.

I came here based on the reviews and while the food was good, I would not return. The atmosphere is very nice and calming. The food (especially the fish) was excellent. However, it was not cheap and the portions were very small so that we were hungry after finishing our meals. As well, the service was very slow so after we were seated, it too forever for someone to give us waters and then for someone to even take our order. I wanted to love this, but there's more to a restaurant than food.

We were looking for a tapas type of place and we found them in Open Table, it was the perfect place to eat small plates and drink good wine, in a very nice ambiance with beautiful decoration. We highly recommend the bacon wrapped dates with cheese, they are a small byte but so delicious, we ordered a second round. We also recommend the baby kale salad with goat cheese and apples and the chicken skewers, all of them yummy. Will definitely come back next time we are in town, we want to try their flat breads that also looked very good and some of their sea food.

Lucky to find and reserve this restaurant before the Le Reve show - it’s also conveniently located in the Wynn hotel - a plus. The decor was modern and calm. La Cave’s food was excellent - appetizers and entrees were very tasty. The mains are on the smaller side, if sharing, order an extra one. We had the chicken flatbread plus 2 salads to share, and an entree each. There was also a healthy wine selection. So yummy, we left satisfied and would definitely come back.

Allegedly an homage to Spanish tapas......extortionately priced pretentious trash. $70 each!!! waste of money.

I made a reservation at this supposedly amazing restaurant 2 months ahead of time for myself and a table full of clients. 2 MONTHS!! Less than 1 week before the date of my reservation I received an email stating my reservation had been cancelled. I called the restaurant immediately to figure out what happened and was informed that the restaurant had been over booked and as a result there would be a wait for our, 2 month in advance RESERVED, table and no estimate of how long the wait would be. The employee proceeded to overly enthusiastically suggest I cancel my reservation. The solution to you overbooking your restaurant is to try and BULLY your customers that went out of their way to make sure they made reservations FAR IN ADVANCE into cancellation by threatening them with a LONG WAIT TIME!!! WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU!!!!????

This has become a tradition every Vegas trip to have dinner here our first night. We were not disappointed but thrilled with the whole experience. Wine selection by the glass is really quite good. We enjoyed a Barbaresco and a couple of appetizers and soaked up the ambiance and just enjoyed the conversation. Was not very busy as we were dining early so we took our time and our server did a great job. Love this place.

Went in mid afternoon for happy hour. Special menu with small plates and discounted wines. We had the sliders, flatbread, and the sliced sausage. Food was excellent, the wine good, but the wait staff not too attentive. The receptionist not very friendly. Still would eat here again.

Our first meal of the trip and it was fantastic! Two of us shared four plates and it was easily enough for us. Wonderful food, great atmosphere and good wine selection. Best to book - they were busy!

Great night our with a business associate, Nice imported beer list! Shared a large flatbread for main course and a s'mores desert flat bread that was awesome.

Our business group ate here last nite. Service was excellent. Thank you Tracey! Food good, wine excellent, ambiance nice. Pricey but this was business so did not mind Worth a visit

My husband and I went there for breakfast on my birthday weekend. We waited about 20 minutes in line (worth the wait). We both had breakfast that was delicious and the service by the waiter and staff was EXCELLENT! Coffee was beyond awesome. Over all a A++++ experience. Will go there again.

We were staying at the Wynn so we passed by La Cave while browsing the hotel. At first glance, the prices seemmed reasonable so we decided to have dinner there. Has we sat down, the server explained that the entire menu was composed of small plates. We thought about it, but decided to stay anyway since we were already there. What a mistake ! The crab raviolis were bland, our side order of asparagus was US$11 for 6 and 3 of them were burnt(I mean calcinated). The US$14 warm beets plate was composed of about two beets and a teaspoon of goatcheese with so much pepper I couldn't eat more than 2 bites(when I pay US$14 for beets, I expect the seasoning to be right at least). The short rib tacos and flatbread where ok, but again, at US$19 for two mini tacos and US$20 for a flatbread it feels like an insult to my intelligence. We also ordered two glasses of wine, one red form Spain and one white from Burgundy at respectively US$16 and US$19. First of all, both wines were in the wrong glassware. The red was warmer than room temp and the white was freezing cold, straight out of the fridge. Again, at the risk of repeating myself, when I pay US$20 for One glass of wine, I expect it at the right temperature and in the proper glass. When we talked to our waitress about it, she argued with us and then left, never to be seen again. Another member of the staff brought us our bill. That's probably the worst way possible to deal with a customer complaint. Bottom line : bad food, way overpriced(granted this is Vegas, everything is overpriced, but this was worst), bad service, dull ambiance. If you want my opinion, this is a tourist trap, keep walking.

So we went for an early lunch or maybe a late breakfast. What fun. So different dishes are brought to the table with nice taste like portions . Some you pass on some you can’t wait to try. Food great, nice decor, one fixed price and reasonable wine choices. Great to try with friends and family when you have time to kill . Did eat more then I planned to is my only complaint. Will go back and recommend . FUN

I hope the owners/managers actually read these reviews and don't just give your normal we were sad with your experience crap. Listen to your clients as I see how many bad reviews below are not even addressed with respect. Your restaurant is pitch black. I mean, I couldn't tell what I was eating for dinner. Shame on management. There is a difference between an intimate setting versus saving on hydro. I am not exaggerating. It ruined our experience. Food was ok at best. Way too expensive. We have eaten all over Vegas and I would avoid this restaurant. Our waiter was nice and served us quick since I was in a poker tournament and was short on time. Scallops not good. Sea Bass OK, cooked perfect but no seasoning bland. Flatbread nothing special. Add in a couple drinks and $200 for what really ? We were also given a horrible table basically right beside the servers station. Wish I could get my money back.

We made reservations for Saturday morning brunch at La Cave while staying at The Encore. It is a very small, intimate restaurant. Be prepared to sit close to other diners. The servers are fantastic, extremely kind, helpful, and professional. Brunch is basically passed tapas- a server walks around with a tray of small bites and asks if you’d like a portion. Here’s a tip- when you first sit down, you’re hungry and everyone in your party takes one of everything offered. The food is *fantastic* and you’re loving life. Then the pace picks up.. more plates. And more. Where will you put them? You’re getting full... dammit, why did you eat the waffles AND both kinds of pancakes?! Why did you waste precious space on that yogurt when you now have steak and eggs staring you down? Learn from me, friends- take one portion per two people and share it. Taste and enjoy. Be patient. Savor. They’re bringing more, I promise. La Cave is best enjoyed when you have plenty of time to sit and sip and nibble. A great experience and worth the cost!

Totally worth the visit! Kind of like a tapas bar. We had an ahi tuna app (wonderful), prawns (great), a pancetta flat bread (awesome), and pulled pork tacos. The tacos were out of this world. So good that we had to get a second order (they only come two per order). Service was amazing and food was stellar. Our best meal of the trip!

Wanted a bite to eat before seeing Robbie and this fitted the bill exactly. Plenty to choose from on the menu, and we liked the tapas style of dishes. Staff were friendly and helpful and it was a quiet oasis from the hustle and bustle of LV. The hotel is gorgeous too.

This restaurant is beautiful and quaint, overlooking the picturesque trees near the pools at the Wynn. Our waiter was extremely friendly and attentive and the vibe of the restaurant was perfect for a refined but relaxed evening. The chicken flatbread was AMAZING and the Moscato d'Asti was fantastic!

Great after show dinner when buffet was too crowded. Cozy tables, great wine list and interesting foods.

Definitely not a place for romance or to take your elderly mother. However, the ambience and the food is fabulous Great to go with friends and enjoy the tapas and cocktails.

I was craving onion soup one night and the concierge called The Cave and found they had it. Well it was fabulous. We also enjoyed a few drinks and other delicious small plates while watching the night lights in the distance.

What an amazing place, tucked away & dark inside, we loved it! The food was so delicious- it's all tapas size portions so about 2 dishes each is a good start. The crab was amazing & also the prawns. All so fresh & full of flavour. Good cocktails too. Will definitely go back next time we visit

Had a great meal. Service was wonderful. It had a really nice decor. Highly recommend. Staff was on par.

I have visited La Cave in the past and it has always been one of my favourite places to eat in Las Vegas as I am a fan of ‘small plates’. It used to be smaller but has expanded, and it used to be quite a quiet restaurant as it is not adjacent to the casino at the Wynn but is past the buffet. So I booked a table for one - in the past I have been solo at eaten at the bar but I am maintaining social distancing now. I turned up at the time I booked and was shown to a table. The first thing that hit me was the noise levels. The person who showed me to my table explained that the louder the volume of conversation got, then louder the music was turned up, which seems really counter intuitive to me! I am glad I was dining solo as I would not have been able to have a conversation with a companion. It was actually unpleasantly loud. I ordered a glass of the Australian house Rose wine and two small plates, thinking I might have more after. The food as always was excellent. I had the beef carpaccio which comes wrapped around truffled mushrooms, and the dates wrapped in bacon with a blue cheese sauce. Both were good, very fresh, very tasty and well prepared. However my head was hurting because of the noise by the time I finished these two dishes so I paid the bill and left. I am sad that the restaurant has changed so much and really think the managers could just consider turning the music off, rather than up, when conversation levels are high. I actually felt unwell, the noise was so loud

The aesthetics of this place are so beautiful! Make a reservation and a drink before dining on small plates here. Exceptional wine options!

This cut out of a restaurant is located in the Wynn Hotel plaza and is a great restaurant with a unassuming but charming atmosphere that serves delicious food and has a great wait staff.

I went to La Cave for lunch. Pricey and small portions but quite tasty needs high quality service. Enjoyed the Moroccan chicken.

We read the reviews and thought it was worth a visit. However there were private parties in the nice part of the restaurant that meant we were cramped in the bar area where we couldn’t walk between tables as they were so close together. It was very dark and noisy so we couldn’t talk and could barely understand the servers. The staff were very friendly and the service was excellent however whilst the food was quite nice it was stupidly expensive and the wine was just ridiculous. Most of the extensive wine list was way over $100. We walked back to our hotel feeling very negative.

Ok we stopped in as we were hungry the restaurant is very dark. My husband ordered the scallops and I order steak medallion. The scallop was out of this world come on a little cake. The steak on bread with glaze and blue cheese was Devine. Was very quick meal service. The only complaint is that the scallops is an order of two so was the meat. No sides. Cost was 63.00 had one beer. So why it was a fabulous meal price for what you get was not there.

Great place for small plates and a glass of wine. I wanted something light after pigging out, and the beet and burrata salad with a glass of white was wonderful. Very quiet and doesn't feel like you are in a hotel or casino. Just lovely.

Excellent ambiance. Good service. Delicious food. Would definitely dine here again next time in Vegas. Also, the wine flights are nice and well priced.

Great food. The menu is small plates. We loved the filet blue cheese crostini. The crab ravioli and filet flat bread were also great. The service was outstanding and the atmosphere is great. I normally come here two times every visit to Vegas since it is so good. The food was even better that I remembered.

This lovely spot for tapas lets you escape the sights and sounds of the strip by taking a few steps into the restaurant and immersing yourself in fabulous food. Three of us ordered five items and it was more than enough before we were off to the theater. Each plate was superb and bursting with flavor. Service was good, though it wasn't very crowded when we were there so we don't know if the food would have come out so quickly if more diners were present.

Great food but pricey but that’s Vegas so it’s pretty standard in a 5 star hotel. Great service. Small table area so we felt cramped Lounge-y feel

This was a perfect place for brunch at The Wynn. The buffet lines were so long and instead went to The Cave. Small plates with all the great brunch dishes that you want so as it’s family style you get to try it all. No need to leave your chair as all Food is brought to you. The bottomless cocktails included margaritas and bloody Mary’s so nothing wrong with that. Service was excellent and the decor was so comfortable and didn’t feel Vegas at all. Great food, great drinks and amazing atmosphere. Forget the typical buffet and instead come here.

Great food, ambiance, and drinks. Highly recommend the sausage flat bread, burgers, and the beignets. I’d take a pass on the short rib tacos (great short rib but the meat would have fit better in my grandmas Sunday gravy than do any service to a taco). As no surprise, cocktails were fantastic and on par for what I expect from this level of establishment. Service could have been a little better (but hey - the service industry is short staffed most places). Additionally, the bill was reasonable (again, reasonable for this kind of establishment). Our only complaint amongst a great experience - my wife was served a wine flight with no guidance to which glass was which - we have decent tastes and were able to sort them ourselves but an amateur, all be it minor, mistake that could use fine tuning at a Morton level restaurant. I’d highly recommend La Cave - especially for a high end tapas experience. After being to nearly 20 highly ranked restaurants in Las Vegas, this is one of the few I’d go out of the way to recommend to anyone who appreciates good food and quality cocktails.

Excellent food, service and atmosphere. We had a fantastic time we ordered several small dishes to share. Definitely recommend enjoy!

Great ambiance and feel situated inside the Wynn. This is dish sharing experience but upmarket. The food was excellent tasty and beautifully presented and every dish worth its place on the table. Definitely give it try and I would love to return.

Was hoping to love LaCave. The evening started off with a snooty hostess who claimed there was patio seating but in reality the seating was not outdoors at all. There is no patio. And for this we waited an extra 30 minutes. Once seated, we ordered a variety of small plates. The meatballs were good, the Caesar salad was bland and underdressed, the crab pasta was just ok and the wine by the bottle was overpriced. This restaurant felt pretentious and the value just wasn’t there. Much better Vegas choices elsewhere.

Absolutely amazing brunch experience. For $49 you get unlimited made to order food items ($28 for unlimited cocktails which is more than just mimosas). Every single food item on the menu is brought out one at a time and passed on trays by “butlers” so no need to leave your seat. You can have as few or as many items as you want as many times as you want. If something isn’t brought out, you can request something specifically. Each item is an appetizer size so you can try everything (although I did share a few items with my tablemates because there are quite a few things on the menu). Our waiter was attentive in filling drinks (mimosas, sangria, painkiller, mojito, etc all included in the $28 unlimited price) and the food items came out quickly but didn’t feel rushed. The Baked Potato Tater Tots, Bacon and Egg Flatbread, Heirloom Tomato Caprese and Snickers Pancakes were some of my favorites. As we passed the very long line at the Wynn Buffet, we were thrilled with the intimate environment of this wine bar. Making a reservation on the OpenTable App was quick and easy. Everything was delicious and I look forward to returning.

Came here for weekend brunch. The area I sat in had tables that I thought were too close together. However I did find the food to be very nice. A well cooked steak and poached eggs and some pastries were good. Not sure that $42 was good value when you compare it with the buffet. It would be a better, more relaxing place if the tables were more spread out. It was ok but found better places to eat at the hotel.

My sister, niece, and I went to Vegas for a long weekend. One night we saw La Reve at the Wynn so we are at La Cave. Amazing small bites! The selection was wide. Try anything beef! Prices are good for Vegas but high most anywhere else. The atmosphere was dark and romantic (unnecessary for us), but we were sat near the bar so it was perfect.

My wife and I visited here on our last visit to Las Vegas. We came for a light dinner before our show, Le Reve, at the Wynn. The service was solid and the ambiance was nice; as to be expected for the Wynn Hotel. The prices were high, also to be expected at the Wynn. We ordered some wine and a couple small plates, as this was the concept. I'm usually hesitant on small plates, as they just give you a smaller portion, yet still charge you for an entree portion. It seems to be the trend in the Northwest and west coast, as well as a lot of the bigger cities. For our food, we had the scallop ceviche to start with, which was very good! We then tried the French onion soup that was solid; it was served with puff pastry o top that was perfectly browned and crispy. Then we decided to try the crab lettuce wraps, which were probably the only weak choice we made. The waiter recommended them, but we weren't impressed. They were just lump crab meat with a mayo based sauce that was very bland. Over all it was a nice dinner, but would never pay those prices if I wasn't in Las Vegas. It's really sad how overpriced it's become...

We ate here 2 times during our stay for a Late afternoon lunch and a early dinner on our fly out day. very good Tapas menu and wine list was good as well.

we had a pre show dinner, tapas style but enough if you share 4 dishes with 2 people. excellent G&T. we sat on the patio and it was nice and quiet compared to all other restaurants we’ve been in vegas. good service (not too pushy).

I had made reservations here because we were going to see Le Reve. I read a few reviews but feel the need to share my tips...because I can’t be the only person who cares about value. The wine flights? SKIP. What a rip off. I debated on buying a bottle...they had a HUGE menu and the most inexpensive were around $60...but went up to hundreds of dollar bottles. The wine flights were like $23 for the white flight and up to $50 for the most expensive red. My daughter had the white and I had the backpackers red for $26. We received basically 8 swallows of wine. 4 tiny samples each. I wish I would have bought a bottle!! The other major ripoff was the bacon wrapped dates. I saw they were $17 when I ordered them. But I didn’t expect FOUR of them. They were delicious but not worth the cost. However I would 100% recommend the flatbread. We shared the filet one and it was $20 but very delicious AND hearty. I doubt I’d return to this restaurant but if I did I’d buy a cocktail or bottle of wine and try a few flatbreads. We also had the pork tacos which were delicious but again not at all worth the price. You get 2 tacos for like $17. I can’t imagine how rich you have to be to spend so much money for such a small amount of food. Great service, beautiful ambiance but honestly a smidge too dark in there.

No surprise that this Wynn Hotel restaurant is pricey. Buyer beware that the small plates are just that - no false advertising here, but it is difficult to forget that you are paying a lot for a couple bites. And if the bites were amazing, you might feel better about it, but the dishes we tried, while good, were not exceptional. Our server was pleasant, but we thought could have been a little more helpful in guiding us to good selections. Drinks (wine focussed) were just OK. Decor is very nice, but privacy won't be easy to obtain, given the way they have the tables set up - you will be sitting in close proximity to another diner, so be forewarned. All-in-all, if you HAD to eat here, you will probably find something you like, but you will pay for it, and that may make you wish you had gone somewhere else.

Lovely lunch out on the terrace at La Cave. Super fresh tapas and great service. Go a bit later after 2 as very busy early lunchtime shrimps were delightful!

All the dishes at La Cave are appetizer size, so you can order 4 or 5 per couple, which gives you the opportunity to try several different dishes. My wife and I enjoyed this very much, and the price is comparable to the standard restaurants at the Wynn Hotel that serve regular entrées. The quality of the food is equally high standard as the other fine dining spots at the hotel. I would recommend La Cave for a fun and different dining experience.

Temporarily shuttered for renovation, but now open once again across from The Buffet at Wynn, it is at La Cave Wine and Food Hideaway that diners can find a different sort of “all you can eat” experience from 10:30am until 2:00pm on weekends. Opened in late 2010 by Michael Morton, at that time the only Wynn Restaurant operated by an outside source but now joined by both Urth Café as well as Cipriani, it is at a hostess podium outside that guests are first met, staff then escorting them past a neon fixture reading “In vino veritas” en route to a dining room decorated in dark wood and foliage. Built to resemble the tasting rooms of Northern California, a pair of Bars including one with seating flanked by temperature-controlled vaults, it is seated on leather chairs as light enters from opaque glass that menus are offered, the first a lengthy list of Wines by the bottle or glass and the other a collection of small plates served “butler style.” Intimate in terms of atmosphere, a light soundtrack and hushed conversations complimented by staff who bring around a list of twenty items at varying intervals, it was with one diner adding-on bottomless Bloody Marys and Mimosas that the other opted for Coffee and a Cocktail, the Tuscan Pear offering a syrupy mouthfeel but plenty of booze reined in by bright Citrus. Offering American small-plates by Chef Billy DeMarco, several years with the Morton Group including the opening of CRUSH at MGM following years in New York, it is not long after arrival that Food begins to circulate, an opening Gazpacho ‘Shooter’ refreshing by way of Basil Oil while sliced Tomatoes around fresh Mozzarella and a Basil Leaf were brightened by a drizzle of Balsamic Vinegar. Moving next to Yogurt, Granola and Fresh Fruit, each item presented from a tray for the guest’s acceptance or denial, it was from a cone lined with paper that snappy Sausage and Bacon were plucked before transitioning to “Chicken and Waffles,” or in the case the choice of Wing or Drumstick tossed with Mexican Hot Sauce atop a quarter circle that remains crisp around the edges and fluffy on the inside. Quiet around 11:30 but filling to perhaps quarter capacity by noon, those dissuaded by 45-minute lines at The Buffet all but guaranteed a better experience for approximately the same price at La Cave, it was atop Filet grilled medium that a poached Egg and Paprika was served, the English Muffin readily soaking up Yolk and Hollandaise Sauce just as a skillet of Polenta offered in follow-up had become thick by way of saturation with Cream, Pecorino Cheese and Truffle Oil. Delighting with toasted Bagels and Lox, the house-smoked Fish served in a good ratio to classic condiments, fans of Hash will also appreciate DeMarco’s shredded Veal served with Peppers and Potatoes while Angus “Mini Burgers” are also nicely presented and far from the typical Slider thanks to Mushrooms served like a Spread along with smoky Mayonnaise. Underwhelmed by both Flatbreads, a staple of the lunch and dinner menu unfortunately undercooked and presented luke-warm, it was with good fortune that these were quickly followed by all-new Snickers Pancakes topped in Bananas Foster, the melted Chocolate and Caramel adding unexpected texture to fluffy Buttermilk and the overall sweetness assuring no additional Syrup was necessary. Swapping out share plates on request, a necessity for those not wanting to mix sweet with savory, it was after another round of Grits that La Cave’s Egg “Sandwich” arrived, the flavor highlighted by Tomato plus a touch of heat while “Loaded” Tots were heavy but delicious thanks to Bacon, Cheddar and Brown Gravy. Finishing up sweet, a male server who scampered off after presenting one tiny piece of tepid French Toast doing a disservice to what might have otherwise been a decent dish, it was after another skillet of Chicken and Waffles that another type of Waffle was offered, this one riddled with Cinnamon and topped with Apples plus mixed Berries that led nicely into Pastries and Cookies highlighted by a soft and chewy Oatmeal Raisin round plus an incredibly light Raspberry Muffin that turned out to be Gluten-free. FOUR STARS: Smartly designed for the sort of guests typically visiting Wynn, La Cave Wine and Food Hideaway’s Butler-style Brunch offers good value for just $42 per person thanks to well-designed plates, professional service and the sort of room conducive to quiet conversation and relaxation.

I would love to thank all the staff for staying open late and making this almost fail bday 60th for my sister in law. You guys really made her feel special and we as a team rescued her big day.

I took previous reviews with a grain of salt and still booked a table for a Thursday night. The restaurant setting was very chic and cool, but the easy chairs and couch that surrounded our table were so uncomfortable. Our waiter was fine, a little inattentive, but honestly was fine. The food was all average, nothing stood out, but nothing was terrible either. We did a couple flatbreads and 4 or 5 other small plates. I’ve had both better and worse versions of everything we tried. The portions were bigger than I gathered from previous reviews, but the prices were out of the realm of fair. I understand fine dining and Strip pricing, but this place’s pricing was simply crazy for the delivered product. Alcohol and wine pricing was the worst.

Great place to enjoy a wine/wine tasting/craft beer with small plates. We have been here several times, and enjoyed the various wine tasting choices, where you get small four pours of various wine options served in a plank with four glasses. Really nice staff! James was really nice! Great ambiance! In The Wynn.

I went to La Cave recently while on business trip in Vegas. The location is in Wynn by buffet. La Cave sits next to outdoor pool so on nice day you get great view. We had dinner and it was cool so sat inside. Menu is small plates which are not cheap. Great wine selection but again not cheap. Service was very good. Be ready to pay for average food.

Wine we ordered ( Pinoy Noir-Russian River) is good, though we were not asked to taste it, they just brought the glasses already filled with wine. Food is not the best, table is quite small. They made a mistake with my husband’s order that we have to have it taken back. Good thing is that they allow us to come earlier than the time we booked. Aside from that nothing special. I will unlikely recommend.

For me and my husband, the menu was tough. Small plates is not our favorite and every item had one or two ingredients we didn’t like. The meatball with polenta was ok, onion soup bland, Brussels sprouts heavy on the mushrooms and flatbread fell flat. Not for us. Service was not up to par for the Wynn prices. Our vote is to skip this one.

This was my first time to La Cave (which will be closed for a month being renovated) and I will go back soon. Yes it is a bit expensive, but well worth it for food and service. Our server was Mirtzy....she was superb. Giving us plenty of time to look over the menus and quietly helping us along. The setting is nice (I would ask to be seated at larger table. 2 top is a bit small) especially near railing around pool. Food was delicious and share-able. I felt a little underdressed even though others were dressed in same fashion. Dinner for two with drinks around $160.

Excellent ambiance, with dimmed lights, soothing music, warm breeze. Very good food and appetizers. Iron flank steak delicious and tender., though chewy at times. Sea bass and truffle grits also delicious. Wait staff attentive though we did have to remind them to bring one of e dish. Would definitely visit sin.

Worst dining experience we’ve ever had in Vegas. Other tables voiced frustrations as well, one guy yelling. Butlers passed around food but not consistent with who got food and when and the eggs were incredibly runny. Horrible experience. Disappointing for our last day.

We rarely choose to eat in the casinos, but was intrigued by a "butler" style brunch. Cannot recommend this brunch enough! We had an 11A reservation and walked by a LONG line snaking down the hall to the buffet. We were seated right away at a comfy table near the window. We ordered the "bottomless" drinks, which, were indeed, bottomeless! What was unique is that you had 6-7 different options and could change throughout the brunch (bloody mary, sangria, mimosa, sparking wine, mojito, margarita etc). And our waitress was NOT shy about bringing us drinks :-) The food is walked around by waiters and you choose what you want. As often as you want. It's a buffet that you never have to stand up for! My favorites were the cornflake crusted french toast and the truffle grits. My friend really enjoyed the yogurt parfait and filet eggs benedict. Chicken and waffles and short rib hash were also a favorite. For the nearly SAME price as the buffet, I would definitely recommend this classy experience.

It was a kind of tapas place. Excellent wine selection, food tasted great. Service was quite good too. It was just a bit too dark. There was a table that had their phone lights on for most of the meal.

La Cave is perhaps the most intimate and smallest restaurant at Wynn. Features one regular bar and one wine bar and the focus is on wine. Food menu is perhaps too much for the size of the place. Flatbread was awful, very doughy and not served hot. Entrees and sides were OK, nothing memorable. Very loud inside, there is an outdoor terrace with seating but mostly reserved for groups. With so many fab places in Vegas to dine, this one is not worthy of your time and money.

We came here specifically for the Charcuterie Board. They sat us just inside on the high tables. The atmosphere was very nice and formal. Our waitress came out and we ordered the board. It came out looking beautiful! The salamis and cheeses were delicious. The sweet items on the board were a perfect compliment as were the little breads and mustard. I highly recommend the charcuterie board!

Attended a reception and ambiance, lay-out, service, selection of fine wines and beer superb. Did not eat dinner but the appetizers served were excellent.

I ate here with a group, and since the food is basically small plates we shared everything tapas style. The food was either good or bland. One person from the group said it best, this kitchen really does not salt their food. I don’t know how/why, but they skimped on that. Don’t bother getting the Moroccan chicken skewers. It sounds delicious, but the chicken had no flavor and the tzatziki sauce was bland. The beignets were absolutely delicious, so I highly recommend you get them. The Mexican street corn (its off the cob) was very flavorful and well balanced. The beef flatbread was tasty, and the crab lettuce cups were adequate. We had a mushroom dish that was bad, as was the cavatelli. Odds are, if you eat with a group you’ll find something you like. If it’s just you and someone else, read other reviews carefully to avoid leaving disappointed.

We were there to have a quick meal before heading to the airport. Portion wise the meals were perfect. Not too big and not too small. Very delicious too. Lovely service.

We had a nice evening at La Cave with good friends, food and waitstaff. The appetizers were our favorite. Lettuce cups with crab, short rib tacos, meatballs over polenta, and onion soup. We also shared a Caesar salad and sea bass that were good. The waitress was attentive to our needs and very pleasant. We enjoyed the ambience and the couch was very comfy after a long flight. The restaurant closed at 11 so don’t expect to stay too late.

The best thing about the restaurant is the overall vibe you feeling just being there. The inside rooms are dark and mysterious the back “solarium” is a breeze airy chill. Both together make it. The food is tapas style. Nothing special but a fine accompaniment for the experience

The food and service was amazing. Put out the few extra bucks and sit down and enjoy. The Wynn has a great buffet but an hour wait so we went to La Cave and We were glad we did.

Family birthday dinner! First, I would never bring children! Second, I would never reccomend this place to anyone! Third, I would never spend "THAT" much money on crap food! EVER! This dining facility is located in a casino. The prices are ridiculously expensive! Least expensive item, on an a-la-carte menu, is French Onion soup at $14. A glass of "House" wine is $18. A Caesar Salad is $18. Appetizers range from $20 to $28. Everything is a-la-carte, the menu is barely understandable, the portions are minuscule, the preparation is third class, the service is slow to non-existent and extremely uncoordinated. (10 adults served over a 20 minute time span). The entres were tough and cold. This place is a total disgrace to the term "fine dining". I would not return, nor reccomend this establisment, even if they comped the meals and paid me to eat there. NEVER will we return here!

Very pretty restaurant. Unfortunately we had a server that was unable to follow instructions and verify it came through correctly. We had allergy requests. She specifically wrote them down. Yet when our meals came they were done regularly without the modifications. Has we eaten them there would have been serious problems. As for the food,!it was ok. All their meals come on side plates. Like mini appetizers. We were made aware of this when ordering. However that just meant we had to double up Just to eat a regular lunch. Had they not messed up I would have given them possibly 4 stars. Certainly not 5! Sorry there are no pictures. I got disappointed and I was distracted by the waitresses lack of attention.

Did brunch on Sunday morning,$42 pp and additional $29 for all you can drink (all wine, mixed drinks, and beer). Food was very good, and people walked around the entire time w different items. If you wanted something specific, just ask and they will bring it right out. It was a great location and worth the price! Make a reservation

La Cave is a casual place at the Wynn, with an upscale ambiance. We sat at the Chef’s Bar. It was a little hot because of their amazing pizza oven, but more than bearable. We watched Chef Christopher and his line serve up many dishes from flatbreads, grilled octopus, fish tacos, and a variety of salads. Which we had one of each. The quality of the food, wine, and service exceeded our expectations.

I have been to La Cave almost every time in Las Vegas and truly enjoyed the experience. This time, however, I made a reservation for 4 people for Sat April 30, 2022 on March 5, 2022 which was confirmed. I received a text from the restaurant on April 11, 2022 stating that a private event had been booked and that we would be accommodated on a high top in their cellar but the reservation was still confirmed. I received a phone call from the restaurant on April 26, 2022 that my reservation could no longer be honored due to the previously mentioned private event now taking over the entire venue. Clearly individual customers do not matter at this establishment and if a higher paying opportunity like the private event mentioned here, then the other customer reservations will be cancelled. Unfortunately for us with only 4 days notice for the Saturday night of the 2022 NFL Draft we are not able to find a fine dining restaurant for our celebration dinner. Truly disappointed with the lack of integrity demonstrated here.....even on the April 11, 2022 text timing we would have had 2 weeks to make other arrangements, but were told it was confirmed NOT cancelled. Be aware, your reservations are never confirmed at La Cave.

Great location within wynn.. quick lunch is fine.. small food in dishes.. pricy place.. trial is recommended..

Too often at conferences, delegates are invited to various receptions after a long day and forced to sit through a “pitch” by the sponsor (usually starting late and going on too long) before the networking, appetizers and libations can begin. In this case at the NAB Show, there was no presentation, which produced a better atmosphere from the beginning in this well-appointed bar in the Wynn hotel. And I would venture that far more business got done as the spicy, tasty appetizers were served (a favourite being the sirloin slider) and all manner of drinks readily available. Better still, the abundant staff and manager truly worked as a team, ensuring that no one’s plate or glass remained empty. And, inevitably at such crowded events, when a wine glass shattered on the floor, its remains vanished in seconds as the team went through a well-practised clean-up operation. One caution to future patrons: the low-lying cocktail tables (on coasters for easy movability) are not ever meant to be sat on.

Bottomless brunch drinks are the highlight here. Quiet restaurant on the day we dined. Comfortable garden like decor. Food was not as good as some that we had in Vegas that weekend but the drinks were well poured and a good variety (can mix and match during a two hour seating) for $28 this was a steal on the strip! Butler passed brunch ($40?) is calmer than most hotel brunches in Vegas I think and service was attentive. The Wynn is beautiful - indoor and outdoor the decorations were amazing for the upcoming Chinese New Year. Fun relaxed morning overall.

I will preface this review by saying that when I ate here last month I’d flown in from the U.K. and had been up for over 36 hours. However, the subdued lighting makes for an interesting dining experience, but you may need to use the light on your phone to read to menus! From what I remember the food was tasty, but the thing with tapas you have to eat a lot of it if you’re hungry. The wine, too, was good, from memory. Apologies that this isn’t one of my more detailed reviews, but I was literally falling asleep at my table. If you’re staying at The Wynn Encore resort, this place is a chic little number that’s worth a look.

The restaurant says that you have to dress up a bit to go but we saw several people who didn’t conform so that was interesting. I got the salmon and it was $22 for a piece twice the size of a postage stamp. Don’t get me wrong, it was probably the best salmon I’ve ever had and I knew what I was getting in to- I just want to make sure you know what you are getting in to! :) the sides aren’t included with the entrees. Get ready to spend a lot of money but be satisfied at the end. Also, the flatbreads are great. All. Of. Them. Enjoy!

Had the flatbread chicken pizza to go. Was impressed with the quality and price for casino dining. Good service.

Love love love! I have been wanting to go here for awhile and I finally did! It’s sort of hidden down the hallway towards the ballrooms and looks tiny from the outside but once you walk in all the way it opens up and you can see how big it actually is! A “Hideaway.” Also has a view of the pool and a gardening area. Great ambience! Great service! Loved the bartender James.. he introduced me to a new cocktail which was amazing and also was very knowledgeable about the food not just the cocktails! I did not realize that it was a tapas place before going in but thank goodness because we were able to try three things not just two (we shared) and we still left satisfied and not feeling overstuffed! Haha! I highly recommend the beef filet it was to die for! I will definitely be going back!

Food good and the service very attentive. Looked over the main pool area and shaded. Normally peaceful in morning and part of the b and b deal

Our flight home was cancelled, so we checked into Encore for an extra night. We were tired after being at the airport and on the tarmac for 6 hours, so we wanted something easy and close to the hotel. La Cave seemed like the perfect spot so I booked it. And I'm glad I did. Everything was perfect. I highly recommend the short rib tacos, the arugula salad, and the meatballs. The chicken pizza was good, too, but we were full after sharing the first three things.

Our food was excellent! Prepared just the way we liked it. Portions are small so you will need to order two plates, think tapas size, but well worth it. The jumbo shrimp amazing!

Our first visit approximately 8 years ago to La cave was great, crowded and just before a show. When we came back to Vegas this time we were originally chose here as we had tickets to La reve which unfortunately is closed. We debated whether to stick with this restaurant or find another....good choice to stick. The staff was wonderful, the food excellent and the atmosphere perfect. If you have a chance this definitely should be a stop in your dining excursions!

This is a nice quite place to share some small plates and cocktails and enjoy lunch. Some good flat breads and the Bibb Gorgonzola salad was awesome. You should probably save room for the smores flatbread as well, delicious. The only miss for us was the chicken dish with tzatziki and pitas as the tzatziki was bland and the pitas were not grilled or charred well and tasted store bought.

Brunch was not as nice as we hoped. Some of the food was not as good as it should be. For the price, each dish should have been yummy. We bought the bottomless drink and the drinks were not good. The mimosas were flat and the orange juice was not good. The Bloody Mary was bland. The poached eggs were over done and more like hard boiled. Pancakes were rubbery. The servers were so kind, but the food did not meet the quality of the Wynn

We ate at La Cave last night. It was amusing that most of the patrons resorted to smart phone flashlights in order to read the menus as the dining area is rather dark. The food is quite interesting with multiple flavors blending together in original ways to make each small dish a unique taste experience. We enjoyed the deconstructed Caesar salad in which a wrapped layer of prosciutto added an interesting angle. We particularly enjoyed the crab ravioli. My wife was less enchanted with the mushroom and truffle grits although I liked it enough. We ordered four plates and two wines. The drinks and first three dishes arrived promptly. Then something went wrong (who knows what) and we waited and waited for our fourth dish. After a very long time sitting in the semi-dark of this establishment a waiter brought a plate of crusted ahi tuna to our table saying compliments of the house. We enjoyed it well enough. A few more minutes later the manager, Rich, came to our table apologizing profusely for the delay and saying it was unacceptable. (I politely agreed with him.) He then offered to buy us two more glasses of wine and said he would adjust our bill. He recommended two interesting white wines to accompany our soon to arrive shrimp with shishito peppers. Our waitress Melissa was also great. Personable and sympathetic to our less than stellar dining experience. Rich came back to our table a couple more times to check on us. He personally supervised my perfect decaf espresso (also gratis) so I could be sure to sleep last night. My wife and I decided to split a dessert of beignets with three sauces. Delicious although not Cafe du Monde (but amazing for Nevada). At the conclusion of our two hour meal we were presented with a remarkably adjusted bill. We were very pleased with the way Rich and Melissa saved our dining experience.
Lovely.....
Lovely little wine dive in the Wynn. We happened upon this quaint place in the late afternoon; where we enjoyed Happy Hour specials in their bar (seating) area. Nice selection of wine, by the glass, on the HH menu and a small selection of small plates (flat breads, cheeses, charcuterie). Service was friendly, fast but the food was what made our visit. Can’t wait to visit again and try their full menu.
