La Diosa Taqueria made our Taco Tuesday unforgettable! The taco Tuesday deals were fantastic, and we loved the variety and flavors of their tacos. It was the perfect taco place in Miami to enjoy a fun and delicious meal with our family. The atmosphere was lively, and the staff were warm and welcoming. We had a great time and can't wait to visit again for another Taco Tuesday! If you’re looking for the best taco restaurant in miami, you’ve found the right place :)

Delicious Mexican food in a beautiful environment. I loved that everything was made fresh with high quality ingredients. It looked and tasted like the tortillas were homemade. We happened to be there on "Taco Tuesday" so we benefited from the $4 tacos deal! Everything was delicious and reasonably priced!

Beautiful place, OK tacos!

I was in Little Havana running errands when hunger hit, so I checked my bookmarked restaurants and saw La Diosa Taqueria nearby. Since it was Taco Tuesday, it felt like the perfect time to try it out. I showed up around 7:30 PM with no reservation, and the place was only about 30% full—no wait, which was a relief because I was starving. Service was quick, and they took my food and drink order right away. For a cocktail, I went with the Beso Negro—a mezcal-based drink with jalapeño and bitters. It was good, but I didn’t really get the heat or bitterness. A little more jalapeño kick would’ve made it better. Solid 4.5/5. The guacamole was fresh, had a good acidity balance, but lacked heat. Some jalapeño or chili flakes would’ve helped, but I get that they’re catering to a general crowd. Another 4.5/5. Now, for the main event—the tacos. I tried carne asada, al pastor, Baja fish, and cochinita pibil. The Baja fish taco was the best—light, crispy batter, perfectly fried. The al pastor was under-seasoned, and the carne asada was dry. The cochinita pibil was flavorful but way too greasy—it was closer to birria than traditional cochinita. At $4 per taco during Taco Tuesday, it’s decent. But at the regular $11-$14 for two, I wouldn’t go out of my way. If I’m in the area on a Tuesday, I’d come back. Otherwise, I’d stick to my nearby Coyo Taco or The Taco Stand.

I'm Mexican and know good tacos.

This place was amazing. The quality of the tacos, the service, the place. I really enjoyed the whole experience. I'm Mexican and I know what good tacos are, and so far, this are the best tacos I've had out of Mexico.

A Tasty Surprise in Little Havana

My husband and I spent the last stretch of our honeymoon taking a road-trip through Florida and landed at La Diosa entirely by chance. I'm an Oslo transplant, and I've been missing quality tacos, so when we drove past this spot we decided to roll the dice. Lucky we did, this place has heavenly food!! The staff were kind, and gave great recommendations from the menu. We tried their incredible taco sampler and a few appetisers as well. I'm delayed in writing this review by a few months, but I keep thinking about how good it was?! So I knew I had to write them a review: 5 stars, great food, great atmosphere, fun bar scene as well. I just wish they would open a sister restaurant in Oslo!

Best Mexican food in Miami

Once again La Diosa does not disappoint! The food was amazing. the birria burrito is arguably the best burrito in Miami and the service is always kind and attentive. There's a reason why they have almost 5 stars! Oh and the guava cheesecake is a must! Favorite Mexican place is all of Dade County.

Excellent campanandas Beautiful light complimentrtortitta & dips I particularly enjoyed the hot one , my main arrived during which I already said was outstanding! Service from Pedro, Jay zero and Varie outstanding ! Come see these guys as everything is "banging "

The Real Mexican Experience; Costra de Birria!

By rafos |

Came back with my Mexican friend and we both were delighted with awesome Manchego Cheese Costras de Birria. The Birria was so tasty and moist, the Costra cheese just perfect. The Queso Fundido with Chorizo and Mushrooms was truly spectacular; they use truffle oil and high quality cheese; a true experience. The Aguachile de Camarones was also good and then came the Chicharron de Pulpo Tacos; another awesome plate…. We have traveled for decades many Mexican states (north, south and central) and these folks have some of the best… Plus their Margaritas are the real thing; true blue agave syrup with quality house tequila and real limes… This is our 2nd visit and can attest to their consistency… Amazing that a group of Argentinian chefs and Cubans do such an awesome real (and tasty) Mexican food experience. They do need a Happy Hour schedule. ¡Órale Kevin! Muchas gracias.

This came up on a list of places to try. I am extremely glad I did. The food, service and atmosphere are fantastic. The food was outstanding. Fresh, homemade dishes using authentic recipes. The owner personally came to check on us. If you’re in the area stop in, you won’t be disappointed.

Amazing Mexican food

By mommytravels |

I actually hate writing this because then more people will go and then I won't get a table! There is not one bad plate here. The queso fundido with chorizo is my favorite. Don't miss having the sangria. It's addictive. The elote is perfection on a stick. Churros are a must.

We were looking for a new place to LOVE and found it!!!

By Kiki M |

We stumbled on la Diosa online and took a chance. Everything we had was fabulous, including the street corn: guacamole and tacos. We were delighted to see they had good vegetarian options. The service was super professional and friendly. The restaurant is small, and the seating is tight, but the positive energy makes it great. We had such a nice time that we called a friend telling them they had to try it. The music is loud but not too loud so you can still have a conversation. We look forward to coming back again soon. Thank you so much for a great evening.

Awesome food friendly staff

Quaint with some of the best food I've ever had. The staff is very friendly and enjoyable to be around. Don't let the small dinning room scare you away.
