Fresh, homemade and delicious. We have breakfast here, the service was exceptional, the food was so fresh and perfectly cooked. Highly recommended

Our waitress Ana was the very definition of service excellence, her attention to detail was incredible. As a professional in the food and beverage industry I can say that the quality of our experience was impeccable. Every detail of our experience was perfect, the quality of the food, the service and the atmosphere. My girlfriend and I went for brunch early in the morning in the EDC week and we can say that of the 12+ restaurants we visited in Las Vegas this was the best.

Prob my ATF deviled egg but other items did not stand out. Got the 3-course prefixed menu. Deviled egg obscenely good, tartine gourmand was just ok & on the sour side, added an extra appetizer of salmon w/caviar on thin crispy bread & it was good. Main course: cheeseburger had too much sauce & was on the sour side, royal benedict was ok Dessert: souffle pancake was dry & not that fluffy, paled in comparison to Gram’s version, millefuille choc was ok Ambiance was fantastic & so was the service. Overall food was adequate but lacked vow factor.

This restaurant has a fancy but fun vibe. Our waiter was upbeat, friendly, and attentive. We ordered the escargot which we enjoyed very much and it got a lot of attention from our neighboring tables. We also ordered a burger and sadly it was one of the worst burgers we have ever had at an upscale restaurant. We ordered the burger medium and it came well done and it was obvious that the patty had been frozen - maybe even for too long. We were bummed because everything else was such an enjoyable experience.

Excellent service in a beautiful restaurant. We had a late lunch/ early dinner and everything hit the spot perfectly. Cobb salad, lobster roll (maybe not the best we’ve had but very good) and a side of pommes frites, perfect after a day of travel. They offer a bottomless Champagne but we opted for just a glass of sparkling rose. Will definitely return to try some breakfast items. 10/10!

Looking at past reviews, it looks like this breakfast/brunch/lunch spot can get pretty busy, so I reserved for their 7 am opening. They, like many restaurants, don't do online reservations for solo diners, so I just reserved for 2 and it wasn't an issue. There weren't a lot of early bird diners the morning I went. La Fontaine is a very beautiful restaurant on the 2nd level of the Fontainebleu, very elegant despite having no windows. The menu is French-ish. They even have a $75 3-course tasting menu that is available at all hours--it looked very enticing and had some breakfast-y items on it, but it's a lot of food at 7 am. I ended up ordering 2 dishes (sweet and savory) and packed up the leftovers. I first got the L'Envie de Rose fruit-forward smoothie, which was delish. I knew I wanted to try the souffle pancakes, which I'd seen on social media, and I also got the La Parisienne omelette (ham and Emmental cheese). The pancakes were very tasty, 3 to an order, served with fresh berries, lemon curd, thyme whipped cream and syrup. The pancakes themselves may have had lemon zest, but the lemon curd was fab. The omelette also was fine, served with a parmesan sauce, some roasted cherry tomatoes and a hash brown cake. Omelettes do not come with toast. Service was quite good, which I expected since it was not busy. Overall a tasty and elegant meal, although a bit pricey.

This is for the 2 times I visited this beautiful restaurant; pls excuse that I will use La Font to abbreviate; - the restaurant is beautifully decorated with corner privacy alcoves, well lit, rounded for easy conversations; they have the bag stool as in Wynn's Wing Lei , a Forbes 5 star; - met Chef Rouabah sometime ago and was really glad to see her again, trained by the Famous Alain Ducasse; also numerous articles written about her bringing the French Bistro to a Delicate/Sophisticated world Class feast. - The Fine Porcelain China alone is made by Bernardaud -makers of Limoges porcelain about 1830. I have some Limoges and they are quite exquisite, refined and just beautiful to partake food in; - Loved the Souffle lemon pancakes, served with refined lemon curd, berries and thyme whipped cream, my favourite; $ 26.-; loved the lemon curd - Pastry selection, served on a 3 tiered ( usually seen on high tea) carried a fruit danish, chocolate croissant and another Christmas one; $ 21.- -Parisienne omelet and Espagnole, another delicate rendering; beautifully presented with shaved Spanish chorizo, piperade, cheese; $ 26.- and $ 28.- - steak frites special, excellent marbling ( I am not a steak person) but I am sure this was privately farmed, which is the yardstick that should be used; cooked to order and just tender to the touch, and palate; fries ok; $ 58.- - Maine lobster roll, toasted brioche, wished they added more lobster;$ 36.- - coffee was tepid but asked server Juan to replace it with a seeming hot one which he did expeditiously; - service was dedicated, dynamic and first class, from Jay, Stefan, Juan; timing of food arrivals, well orchestrated; This is my new fav to go eat and try, in terms of quality; food pricing; serving; ambiance and overall compilation of menu choices; ( still like Bouchon-tad overpriced) clean cooking, top of the line ingredients, not overpriced like other Las Vegas restaurants, Chef Rouabah is a master in the presentation, taste and texture; which displays the French cuisine to the next level. You can see the passion in her food. Cant wait for my next Vegas casino/food trip.

The ambience, decor, romantic banquets, friendliest and engaging staff, make this restaurant simply divine. I adore French cuisine and it’s totally delivered here. Whether you choose brunch or lunch, the menu fills every desire. If you’re lucky enough to have Alfredo serve your table, you already have a win. He has genuine and amazing customer service and knowledge of the entire menu. He’s a gem!!! I started with their “signature” thinly crisp crusted flat bread tartlet covered with bacon, caramelized onions, Gruyère cheese and crème fraiche. Followed that with the fluffiest egg white omelette with green asparagus, caramelized onions and asparagus puree. Pure heaven. They even remembered my BD with a special hazelnut mousse pastry. The green juice is superb. If I stayed longer I would dine there daily and have the carrot juice too. The “piece de resistance” was meeting La Fontaine’s Executive Chef Letitia Rouabah. Such a talent and runs the kitchen like a finely tuned Swiss clock. KUDOS!!!

La Fontaine at Fontainebleau Las Vegas is a refined brunch destination where French elegance meets warm hospitality. We’ve enjoyed both breakfast and brunch here on separate occasions, and each visit has been consistently delightful. Led by Executive Chef Laëtitia Rouabah, whose culinary pedigree includes Benoit in New York and Allard in Paris, La Fontaine offers a menu that’s both sophisticated and comforting. From the first sip of a perfectly crafted latte to the last bite of a soufflé pancake, every dish reflects her thoughtful approach to French-inspired cuisine. We sampled a variety of items: Royal Benedict, Cheeseburger Mai, Caesar salad, Soufflé Pancakes, Bagel Lox, Yogurt Parfait and fresh berries. Each one was beautifully presented and full of flavor. The Royal Benedict deserves a special mention. Rich, balanced and indulgent without being heavy, it’s the kind of dish that makes you pause and savor. The latte has been consistently excellent across all visits. Smooth, aromatic and served at just the right temperature, it’s a small pleasure we now look forward to and happily recommend. Service has always been attentive and friendly, whether we were served by Toni, Marcin or Stefan. The staff is professional and efficient, and they manage the busy brunch hours with grace. Reservations are highly recommended, especially if you prefer a quieter table. And here’s a tip: unless you specify that you’d like a more private spot, you might find yourself seated next to the command center, that lively corner where servers gather, grab utensils and tap away at the order screens. It’s not unpleasant, but it’s definitely more behind-the-scenes chic than serene. The ambiance is elegant without being stiff, and the setting nestled within the Bleau Galerie level of Fontainebleau is perfect for a relaxed yet upscale brunch. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or just indulging in a leisurely morning, La Fontaine delivers a consistently good experience. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates refined flavors, polished service and a touch of Parisian charm in the heart of Las Vegas.

Mother’s Day Brunch. Being on the strip, high cost was expected. We spent $187 per person with tax and gratuity and did not have any champagne. Brunch buffet was nice with cheeses, fruit, small salads, deviled eggs, some seafood, desserts, and even a prime rib carving station. Everything was good, but nothing stood out as spectacular. Hubby had the omelette, which was very good. I had the pancakes and they came to the table looking amazingly fluffy. However, they were rather dry and needed the lemon curd and syrup served on the side. Ambiance was nice. Decor very pretty. Music was a little loud which made it hard to speak with my hubby, who is already hard of hearing. Overall, less than impressed and won’t be back for any special meals. Would be willing to try them for a regular meal service sometime.

Came for a late Sunday lunch—the restaurant is beautiful inside, loved their decor! Our server Julio is awesome—friendly and attentive. Food was great! Enjoyed the Escargots, Cobb Salad and Caesar Salad for starters. Also got the Caviar Bagel Tower—can’t go wrong with caviar, so delicious! The Chicken BLT and Grilled Salmon were good—didn’t realize the additional avocado request for our BLT was $12. For dessert, hubby was given a small piece of chocolate cake with a candle, to celebrate his birthday! We noticed it was closing time but were never felt rushed, really appreciated that.

Outstanding! This French inspired dining experience is exceptional. Elegantly appointed with innovative, flavorful dishes. Endless champagne offers you a choice of 3 top shelf champagne brands for 90 minutes. My favorites included the caviar bagel tower, tarte flambé, and deviled eggs. Everything on the menu was superb - we dined twice during our short stay in Las Vegas. The wait staff is perfectly orchestrated to ensure your dining experience is exceptional.

Booked the brunch here for Christmas Day with the second of a $100 dining credit from the Fontainebleau Hotel. I did my usual booking for two as very few places allow a booking for one. I was seated quite quickly. The restaurant was busy as expected so service was a bit slow but I was not in a hurry. I ordered the steak and eggs. I asked for my fillet steak medium but it was quite rare in the centre, this wasn’t a huge issue for me but might be for others. I also asked if they could just bring one egg not two, they bought four!!! Apart from that it was very good, the french fries were crispy and perfectly cooked and the food came with some béarnaise sauce which I love. I have a small appetite so asked for the only dessert on the menu that I could have as a carry out - the pistachio and chocolate cake. The waiter then told me that of the four desserts this was the only one they had left anyway! This does seem like poor planning on the part of the restaurant but did not affect my enjoyment of my meal. I had a rose champagne cocktail to accompany my food and all in all had a good Christmas brunch / lunch. The service was good and the restaurant was beautifully decorated. I saw quite a few people being turned away so definitely recommend booking.

It is a French restaurant for breakfast where options are few and everything is charged apart. They don't even include your bread in eggs. The hotel fountanbleu has to understand that people who come for several days want to have easier options. You can make the decision of the hotel for breakfast so I think your options are poor and very expensive.

This restaurant at the amazing new Fountainblue hotel was superb. The dishes were exceptionally prepared and very tasty. I had the lobster Benedict on a potato pancake. My friend had the croquet monsieur which was great. We also had the best crudite I’ve ever seen. Exquisite in every detail.

Amazing brunch at La Fontaine Fontainebleau Vegas. They don’t take reservations for 1 online, so just walked in. Seated quickly once I gave my room. I’m the lowest level card but still rate a comp stay.. They definitely give preference to casino players. Bougie without being snobby. Marble table, fresh flowers, interesting upscale menu, yet Bob Marley music in the background. Professional & friendly waitstaff that doesn’t judge if you can’t pronounce some of the french menu items:) Food was delicious & they were able to accommodate several dietary needs. While restaurants on the strip are pricey, at least here I felt it was totally worth it:)
Modern French excellence from an Alain Ducasse veteran
Toqued by Alain Ducasse protegee Laetitia Rouabah La Fontaine at Fontainebleau Las Vegas is a hidden gem, its subdued facade giving way to a soft-lit dining room with exemplary service led by General Manager Chad Jahn. One of 32 Restaurants on-property, but in many ways a signature thanks to an elegant Brunch and upscale French Dinner from Friday through Sunday, it is inside the pastel space that guests are treated to posh seating and white linens plus mid-volume music playing overhead. Staffed by Strip veterans attentive to details, the bar program built around complex flavors such as an ultra-smooth Cognac sipper called Lady Danger, Chef Rouabah’s upbringing outside Paris is immediately evident in crisp Baguettes or laminated Rolls preceding a nightly amuse of market Vegetables atop a spread imbued with Anchovies. Fresh off six years leading New York’s Benoit Brasserie, an opportunity earned through time at Ducasse’s Michelin 3* Flagships in London and Paris, Appetizers find Rouabah exploring classics including Tarte Flambee and Snails hot from iron while Foie Gras Maison looks and tastes exactly as it does in Lyon. Not forgetting delicate Crudo, well-paired to the Raspberry Beret or assertive Red Hot Fox, Entrees include everything from a Hamburger to Scallops decorated in Caviar Beurre Blanc, though both the Roasted Chicken Breast and Duck cooked as you rarely see it stateside are bonafide spotlight-stealers. Priced appropriate to the sort of spot serving Dover Sole wrapped in Prosciutto atop Red Wine Lobster Sauce Desserts range $12-18, the Tatre Tatin and Souffle skipped on this visit in favor of silky Pot de Creme, Lemon Tart rethought as an Ice Cream Cake and a Mille Feuille assembled a la minute that elicits memories of Jacques Genin.
