Amazing food and drinks!

By Damian V |

Amazing spot for food and drinks, Must get the Shrimp with the Lobster Tattoo! The Bucatini was done perfectly and the Scallop Crudo was a journey through the senses. A special shoutout to Clarissa who had great recommendations and a delightful host! Will definitely come back!

Delicious food with some room for improvement.

La Loba is new and, as such, some kinks still need to be worked out. For example, the noise levels... Why turn the music so high if it then becomes impossible to carry a conversation? Similarly, the wait staff needed better coordination, but I am sure this will come over time. As such, a point deduction. Leaving the steep Seattle prices aside, the food was absolutely delicious. The scallop crudo left me wanting many many more. The tomato toast–which I usually dislike–was delicious. So was the octopus. The highlight, however, were the papatas bravas. The julienned potatoes then re-fried paired with the smoky sauce were absolutely delicious. Finally, the seafood pasta hit the spot, too. Sadly, I was too full dessert. Will I come back? Absolutely!

100% Would Go Again!

Great place! Food is amazing and the staff is on point. Each dish was better than the next! The setting is a little trendy and the atmosphere is perfectly lit. Our server. Kelsey, was amazing and very knowledgeable about the menu and dishes we ordered. I went in with a party of 8 and she handled us like a pro! I highly recommend the Tokyo Oysters. I will definitely be going back!

The atmosphere was warm and inviting, perfect for a relaxing meal. We’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great dining experience.

Group Meal

La Loba delivered one of the most over-the-top dining experiences I’ve had in Seattle in a long time. The space, the smell when you walk in, the cocktails and mocktails, the energy, everything was dialed in from the start. We were a party of six and the pacing of the meal was perfect. Hot food was hot, cold food was cold (which seems simple but rarely executed this well). The staff was extremely knowledgeable without being pretentious and answered every question about ingredients, prep, and wine pairings like it was second nature. One of our guests has a gluten allergy and they didn’t just work around it, they built a full tasting menu right alongside the rest of us. Not just salads or “let’s avoid this ingredient,” but a proper elevated chef-driven experience. Very high-end and incredibly thoughtful. Service was on point, the environment was gorgeous, and the cocktails/mocktails were some of the best we’ve had, balanced, layered, and creative. We all left saying the same thing: can’t wait to go back.

Perfect for a business dinner

We had an incredible experience at La Loba, thanks to the amazing team there who went above and beyond to accommodate our work dinner. Jon our server was incredibly attentive, made us feel taken care of, and kept everything running smoothly. Honey the hostess was the highlight of our night to say the least her attention to detail was impeccable. The food was delicious, and the cocktails were truly one of a kind creative and perfectly crafted. Highly recommend!

New restaurant alert!

Finally a restaurant with amazing food and great atmosphere/vibes. I went there with a friend for dinner. We ordered scallops, salmon, eggplant for appetizers. They were amazing! I recommend getting the chicken and steak for dinner. Gin and tonic was made right at the table. Highly recommend ordering it!

La Loba – A Must-Try Tapas Spot in Seattle

By Hemi |

We had such an awesome dinner at La Loba, inside One Hotel Seattle. The vibe and décor are amazing warm, stylish, and cool. The tapas menu is super interesting all the classic Spanish dishes but with the chef’s own creative twist. There were five of us, so we got to try a bunch of things. We started with the Oysters and Caviar & Eggs both were hits. The Eggplant Parmigiana was absolutely incredible (probably one of my favorites of the night). Patatas Bravas came as long crispy sticks with brava sauce such a fun take and really tasty. Another standout was Bikini, a mix of cheese warm & little sweet from the honey. GM, Rob, who knew one of our friends, was super kind and sent out a couple of extra dishes, Punk Caesar Salad (definitely not your average Caesar!) and the Green Tartare made with zucchini, avocado, and peppers. Both were really creative and fresh. We ordered a Red Tempranillo based on the sommelier’s recommendation and wow, she nailed it. She really knows her stuff. For dessert, we couldn’t decide… so we just ordered all four. No regrets, every single one was delicious! Overall, La Loba totally impressed us, amazing food, fun atmosphere, and genuinely warm hospitality. Definitely worth checking out if you’re in Seattle.

10/10 service with multiple great interactions with staff

By Kimmy A |

Came here for my birthday. We were in Seattle on vacation. Service here is 10/10. Our table wasn’t quite ready at our reservation time, so front of house extraordinaire, Honey, set us up on the patio with a glass of champagne. The table was ready minutes later, but the extra touch of care was appreciated. She’s damn good at her job. Chris expertly ran us through the menu and got us set up with cocktails. Danielle took care of us through the rest of the meal and was a delight. Personable service - and we’re chatty - so we loved hearing that she loved the people she worked with and was treated well. If we lived nearby, we’d become regulars because of the staff. We care about vibes, service, and restaurant management, so it was rad to see and experience good things. Best thing we ate: scallop crudo with the thom kah sauce. I should have ordered three more. The best bite.

11/10 would eat again

A wonderful spot for a celebration dinner! The tasting menu was phenomenal, and so was the octopus that we ordered as well. Cocktails were creative and delicious, and the service was TOP NOTCH. Our server Christi took great care of us and I can't wait to go back!! Highlight for me was the Scallop Crudo and the Double R Ranch Braised Beef Cheek 11/10 would eat again.

Best restaurant!!!

Lovely Dinner w/ Friends

By Alyssa K |

Had a fabulous dinner with some close friends. We had a few cocktails and then savored the tasting menu. Outstanding food, beautiful atmosphere that is PNW inspired. The Spotted Rose cocktail was superb. Every dish was amazing. What stood out was the table side Steak Tartare, Gazpacho soup - it was served as an amuse bouche, but I would love an entire bowl 🤣😍, Striploin Beef Carpaccio is a perfect bite served on puffed bread with goat cheese inside - I would like an entire plate ❤️ Other standouts were the Tokyo Oysters, Caviar and Eggs - unique and delicious- , Green Tartare, Eggplant Parmigiana and Bucatini - all the pasta is house made, and the braised beef cheek was tender and flavorful served over potato puree 😋 Staff is amazing- knowledgeable, kind and friendly. Definitely recommend for a Ladies or Date night. Can’t wait to go back to try more of these fabulous dishes.

A Hidden Gem with Heart & Flavor

By Jalen M |

We had the pleasure of dining at La Loba, and let me just say—this spot exceeds the hype. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by the kindest hostess Honey. She made me feel like a regular, even though it was my first visit. Her genuine smile, attentive nature, and thoughtful seating choice set the tone for a truly welcoming experience. The vibe? Chic yet cozy, with just the right touch of that trendy edge everyone’s chasing these days. Think ambient lighting, stylish plating, and a playlist that keeps the mood just right. Now the food… wow. Every dish we tried felt like a fresh take on comfort classics, with creative twists that actually work. The flavors were bold, balanced, and clearly made with care. Standouts included the Eggplant parm, which was bursting with unexpected but perfect flavor combos, and the Beef Cheeks, which was so good we considered ordering it twice. We also got the best wine recommendation Joe repaired very well with our dinner! It’s not just a restaurant—it’s an experience. The service, the flavors, the atmosphere—everything flows together seamlessly. You can tell there’s heart behind this place, and it shows in every detail. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a spot that’s both buzz-worthy and genuinely delicious. And don’t forget to say hi to the hostess—she’s a gem!

Flawless. Sophisticated. Perfection.

Absolutely stunning. It wasn’t just the food or the people (although spectacular of course), it was an elite experience I’d welcome to the folks with the finest taste.

Outstanding food and service

By Helmut |

As usual, the food was absolutely delicious with a highlight being the patatas bravas and the caccio & Pepe pasta I had. However, what really stood out was the service. We had a bit of a time crunch due to a show starting at 1930h so we asked the server to be done by ~ 1905h. Unfortunately, by 1910h the dessert had not arrived. The server came, apologized, removed it from the bill and asked if we could wait 2 minutes to enjoy it. Generous, I thought and, indeed, the dessert was delicious. What did make a difference was the fact that the server chased us down so that their valet could give us a ride to the theater in their limo. Thank you, Clarissa! That was not expected but much appreciated. La Loba has become my go-to place in downtown Seattle for both nice meals and business meetings. Just keep in mind that it can get loud in the space. Maybe turn the music down a couple notches? I'll be back!
