Great service since the moment we walked into the restaurant . The food was also amazing and the portions had s good size. I had no problems using my Groupon on my visit. Parking is small but I didn't have a problem finding space on my visit. I would recommend this restaurant to friends and family.

Been there with a coupon. Meat was tasty and tender, and plenty. Side dishes (salad and vegetables) were fine. Wine wasn't cheap, but I guess it's typical of Miami. Helpful staff.

We were in Miami just for the day and needed to stay around the airport. Decided to check out this restaurant for lunch after reading all the good reviews. Took a cab from the airport. You wouldn't expect much on the outside but inside the restaurant was nice. The service was really good. Very attentive. Pasta was great. Steak was ok but I can't really compare it to others as I am not familiar with Argentinian food. Kind of pricey but I did order a steak.

Unfortunately situated in a run down strip center on 7th Street, La Patagonia Argentina serves some of the best entrana in Miami. Don't let the shabby exterior, the half burned out sign, and the all too bright dining room fool you, there is good food to be had at La Patagonia Argentina. As one would expect at an Argentine restaurant, the menu is meat-centric; vegetarians need not apply. From morcilla and chorizo to entrana and filet mignon, meat is the star. The filling in the carne empanada ($4) was lacking in spice, and the crust could have been more flaky. Moist, tender, and served medium rare as ordered, the entrana ($24) was delicious. Flanked by a tasty mixed green salad, the meat almost melts in your mouth. Featuring some inexpensive Argentine and California wines, the wine list is short and to the point. If you want premium wine to accompany your steak, you had better bring your own. Service was quick, efficient, and friendly. Dishes arrived promptly and used plates were cleared rapidly. La Patagonia Argentina offers 50 percent off for dinner on Monday through Friday as well as all day Saturday and Sunday. While the food is good, the decor at La Patagonia Argentina needs some work to rate five stars.

The food is great, the service is amazing, they really work hard to make you feel welcome. the place is a little tired and could use a few improvements like new ceiling tiles, but that aside, the food makes up for this shortcoming

I absolutely positively love their homemade linguini salmon arribiata! It's not on their menu. You have to request it. I also thoroughly enjoyed a bottle of Malbec, creme brulee for dessert and hot tea. Vale la pena!

This restaurant is a neighborhood restaurant mostly attended by locals. Lunch is mostly for office and business people and gets very crowded. Dinner is more manageable but it is recommended that you do make reservations. It ia an Argentinian Steakhouse and has excellent steaks, fish and Italian food and desserts. I recommend the Vacio with Fries or Salad. The desserts are great and highly recommend the Panqueque de Dulce de Leche (Caramel Crepe and add vanilla ice cream for a real treat!) The best part of the restaurant are the two great and hard working owners! Hector and Carlos. They treat everyone like family and if you say hello from Andy they will take great care of you! Buen Provecho!!!

fantastic food and service in an out-of -the-way and nondescript location. steak is, of course, top of mind here, but the pasta dishes are excellent. great empanadas and I loved the provoleta (grilled provolone cheese with herbs) service is excellent, very attentive but unobtrusive. close to my office in Miami so a great choice for us. parking lot is small but there is more room behind the restaurant. I will try and visit every time I come back to Miami!

We stopped here for an early dinner before hitting the road. This place was recommended by our driver at the hotel. The place was dirty, the floor was dirty, the entrance was dirty and the bathroom was dirty, don't know why we still stayed. The good was good but I could not get over the dirty AC filters.

really nice restaurant, pretty simple dining room and a cozy place ! High quality beef dishes and always pleasant and attentive servers! Carne increíble! restaurante muy bonito, bastante sencillo y un lugar acogedor! Carne de alta calidad y meseros siempre agradables y atentos!

We went here for a late lunch one day as it was fairly close to the hotel we were staying at. The prices are so good I couldn't believe it. I got the salmon linguini which was just ok, but my husband got the skirt steak, and he said it was really good! The potato salad that came with it was delicious too! The chicken empanada was a bit too salty but still good. We had the dulce de leche crepes, and that was pretty tasty too! There were lots of local customers so that was a good sign. I would probably go back here again because the quality and the prices are good. The service was quick and friendly as well.

I was here alone for dinner and it was more or less what I expected . The food was good. No fancy menu or fancy location. Very local, no complaints. Not a place to take business associates you want to impress. Very reasonable price.

So we go there at least once a weak since it is close to work! Their staff is great and always go the extra mile. If there is not parking, don't worry, the owner himself will do the courtesy to park your car behind the building so you don't have to worry. I have tried almost everything at this restaurant. As an appetizer, their chorizo is really good, the provoleta is also good, but the empanadas, ohhhh the empanadas!! I recommend getting one of each (chicken and steak) they are excellent. Their soups are also great, split pea, vegetables, but the cream of carrot is probably the best soup I had in my life. For the main plate, their Chicken Milanese is out of this world, probably why I gained a couple of pounds in my first year going to this place. Their entrana and vacio are also excellent. After realizing that I needed to lose some pounds, I started eating their Caprese Salad with chicken, also very good! Definitely try this place out!!!

We used to frequently eat parrilladas at this restaurant years ago when we used to work in the area and the food was delicious. We have been back a couple of times since and the quality of the meats and the empanadas has been on the decline. Our last experience last Sunday was probably the last as the cuts of beef appeared to have been cooked in advance and the meats were just lumped in a platter without the usual warming tray. The sausages were fine but for four people we only got one blood sausage and 2 chorizos. The sweetbreads seemed to have been breaded and fried not grilled. The service by the two young ladies was good. No sign of the owner. Perhaps there’re new owners or change in manager. I don’t think we’ll be back. excellent outstanding. The service was excellent and frequently we were welcomed and attended by the owner himself. We have been

We stayed in the Blue Lagoon area for the weekend to attend a function and friends recommended this restaurant to us and it was amazing from the moment I parked the car. A gentleman,(who later I found out was the owner) was standing outside directing the parking because the lot is very small and he was accommodating cars coming and leaving. When we got out of our vehicle, he approached us, asked how many and escorted us inside and we were instantly seated and there was 6 of us on a Friday evening, which I thought for sure there would be a wait but there wasn't, not even for our meals. The wait staff speak both Spanish and English very well and were super friendly and helpful especially when looking over the menu. We all ordered the flank steak which is the hottest item on the menu along with the spinach ravioli and the food was absolutely delicious and plentiful. For a small restaurant, there was no rush to push us out whatsoever and I really like that about this place because I have been to many restaurants where you can feel the wait staff rushing you to turn the table, but not this place. Everyone was friendly and happy and I highly recommend this restaurant if you are visiting this part of Miami.

I've been eating at this place for 3 years and enjoy it every time. The sausage "Chorizo" is delicious the salad assortment is good and the melted cheese (provoleta) is my favorite. Not fancy at all but family oriented and the prices are very reasonable. The meat is above average I can recommend it. We bring our own wines cork charge is $20.00 as close as you can get to Argentina.

We enjoyed it all! Appetizers, salad, main course, and dessert! Started with a Malbec the waiter suggested and it was good. We ordered the blood sausage and meat empanadas. I've never had blood sausage before but it was good. The empanadas were delicious! Enjoyed the caprese salad, but it was nothing special. I ordered the spinach mushroom ravioli (one of my all time fav foods) and it was great! Kids got a filet with mushrooms and risotto, and the gnocchi. The filet was so tender it just melted in your mouth! My husband ordered the seafood linguini and loved it! There was so much food he couldn't eat it all. The kids split a chocolate soufflé and the declared it "amazing!" After the wine and pasta, I was done. Happy Happy that everyone enjoyed their meal and I got to enjoy some wine. The restaurant was not far from our hotel and just an Uber ride away.

We stopped here on our way to the airport, and were not disappointed! The restaurant is small, and parking is tough (the lot is quite small). But I'm glad we stayed to find a spot - the food was excellent - probably one of the best chimichurri sauces I've ever had. The staff was friendly, and by the time we left, there was a wait to be seated. I'd definitely recommend this place for tasty, authentic Argentinian food!

And when they do, the person on the other end "speak no English" to take a reservation. They need to do better than this.

I have been going to this place whenever I'm in Miami since early 2015. Each time I come, I am not disappointed. Very small, intimate place with excellent service and spectacular food. The skirt steak and risotto are to die for. Ask for more chimichurri sauce on the side.

We stayed the night at the Miami Intl Airport hotel 7 WANTED dinner nearby, but a better dinner then an airport restaurant. La Patagonia was perfect. About 1.5 miles from the airport. Excellent reasonably priced steaks. The staff could not have been more attentive or accomodating. Ample portions,

The food was fabulous and the prices incredibly reasonable. Filet mignon with risotto for $16 - huge, tender, and perfectly cooked. Pasta del mare was fresh and tasty. The dulce de Leche crepes were amazing. Both the owner and our waiter were attentive and charming. If you find yourself hungry near the airport, look no further!

Excellent experience with both food and atmosphere. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our evening sampling several different items off the menu as suggested by our server. Everything was well prepared using quality ingredients. I always appreciate when the staff is familiar with the menu and can answer questions and make suggestions.

While visiting friends in Miami we tried this little restaurant because it was highly recommended by another friend. It is a very basic restaurant. No frills but the food and the service is good. Although it is called a steak restaurant I think the pasta dishes excelled. We were a party of 4, two had pasta and two shared the parrillada. The pasta dishes came out piping hot and delicious and they were both very big portions. However, we were disappointed with the parrillada. It is an assortment of steak and sausages and truthfully, for a steak restaurant, the quality of meat was poor. The sausages were good but the rest was mediocre. We also shared two different salads: a caesar salad and what they called madryn. Both were excellent and also a very generous portion. Overall, we enjoyed the meal and the service was very good. If ever we are in the Miami area again we would go back but for us we will stick to the pasta.

Had filet mignon with risotto, so good. Perfect medium rare and risotto was prepared just right, creamy with fresh parmesan. You need to check this place ✅

Place is cheap and the bomb!!!!!!! Come here all the time I recommended it best prices in town 100% take my word for it I go to a million places never ever seen these prices for the type of food they serve also... Services is great

flavorful quality meat well seasoned reasonably priced nice clean spot nicely decorated parking is very limited, but worth the headache

This place felt a little obscure when I reviewed it last year but, boy, they're packing them in these days. Make a reservation, and make sure you go when the menu is half-price (which is most of the time). The bife de chorizo (NY Strip) costs less than $13 on this deal and is excellent. The empanada appetizer is worthwhile. I didn't bother with dessert this time. Perhaps the best steak deal in the USA. Go.

Came to Miami for business and ate here on Monday night and liked it so much went back Thursday night and ordered the same thing... the filet. Steak is probably 12oz at $16.95 and is quite a deal for filet mignon. Service and atmosphere was great. Place is small and the rate they are going they will quickly outgrow this place. Two thumbs up this place is a definite winner!

We knew the place through groupon and so we ate for a small price but the prices in the menu are definitely too high for the location and the quality.we had chicken in a mustard sauce (unfortunately not so tasty..)and a grilled steak .the grilled vegetables were great, the salad very fresh, the quality of the meat very good.the place is clean and cozy if you think that from outside it looks like a cheap bar(those black curtains are just a pity).service quick and very friendly.we can say it's a good restaurant but just if you are already there:honestly we wouldn't drive extra to this place.

Off the beaten track and easily accessible to the airport hotels this meat restaurant provides a near authentic experience to the real Argentinian deal. Small and in no way formal or ostentatious it is a hidden gem probably frequented by locals and those in the know. Service was friendly and efficient and the skirt steak juicy and delicious. The menu is not extensive making for an easy decision process. The wine list was limited but featured some of the better known Argentine names. If you are overnighting at an airport hotel and need meat without going too far this is a great option.

Has dinner for eight steak and pasta and empanadas with dessert . Entraña Was Best do not order French fries . Family style 3 star restaurant at its best .

We found this quaint restaurant during our stopover pre-cruise. I have never eaten Argentine food. It was fabulous. I had the Penne Pasta, which is slightly spicy, but oh so good. Other dishes at our table were also very good. Salmon was cooked perfectly, and the New York steak was delicious. Highly recommend this restaurant. Also, service was top notch.

I love the meat there, and the desserts and every product from Argentina. Usually I buy empanadas and alfajores to go.

As a native Argentinian I can tell you that we do take our world famous beef very seriously and so is this restaurant that delivers genuine traditional Argentinian fare not only with steaks but with any of the traditional Argentinian dishes. Food and service is excellent, reasonably priced and just across MIA; is ideal for people staying at the Blue Lagoon Hotels área. If not driving just call Uber for a pick up. I will have to go back as sadly didn’t have enough room after eating my great steak for any desserts, if you still have space for dessert the flan con dulce de leche -milk caramel custard- is not to be missed.

We went for dinner at La Patagonia which is a family run place with great friendly service. We had some empanadas to start with which were freshly made and very tender and then had some steaks. They don't have much variety but everything was very good. The bonus is that all mid week diners you get a 50% discount on the food which makes it an excellent value as well. Very much recommended.

I have been going to this restaurant for lunch over the last 10 years. It is the place i go to when i want an exceptional meal. You can not go wrong with any menu order you make. I must admit that I have not made it past the Pollo SantaCruz or the Entrania on the menu because they are so good. I have been there easily a 100+ times in the last several years and have never ever been disappointed. The owners are genuine and very attentive. A great place.

There was a time I ate here almost three times a week. It's less frequent now, but still one of my favorites. The owners Hector and Roberto are great and make everyone feel comfortable and welcome. The parking is tight, but Hector will valet park it for you. The food is delicious. My favorite starters are the beef empanadas and chorizo. Follow that up with fresh pasta and salad. Small but good selection of wines to wash down the churasco or entrana. The spare ribs and mixed grill are pretty good too. The daily specials are also enticing and good if you're in a hurry. I keep going back and have taken visitors from several countries to this place. The facade is simple and unassuming, but visitors are always surprised at the interior, the crowd and the quality of the food. With several businesses in the vicinity, it's verypopular at lunch time and it's wise to reserve a table. Evenings are quiet and menus offer an attractive discount.

We went to this place because they give it to us as a present. I really didn't't like the place. First of all don't have a parking space we went twice. We didn't fine parking space at the third time we found one. The place is nice. Good service. But the food the meat don't taste like anything and it was really hard like overcook. We really didn't like the food.

Good Food and Good Service. Had the parilla, pasta, Caprese Salad. All good. Finished with a delicious creme brûlée and coffee.

Amazing experience direct with the owner. I highly recommend this place. prime food and service :) Thanks

This is a good alternative to the places in Doral and 36th Street. Service was good, people is friendy and the food is good! I had a Churrasco type of meat and it was good, very tasty and cooked the way I like it, dangerously rare, not cold in the indide. Prices are reasonable. Try it!!

Find by google and i liked! Order a Bife chorizo. Difficult the restaurants in general do the right meet medium well, and they did. Service was very kind and fast! Cozy place! Good to go!

Our Server was fantastic and attentive, which complimented the delicious meal started by the Shrimp in Garlic Butter Sauce appetizer, headlined by the Filet Mignon with Mushrooms and Risotto, and finished off by the fresh Chocolate Soufflé with Vanilla Ice Cream. Arriving at 4:30 PM, I was surprised by the lack of patrons, even at this "before the dinner service rush time period", because this is a restaurant, that if you have not dined here yet, I highly recommend trying this treat. The steak had a tasty char grilled to blissful perfection! When back in Miami, I will make it a point to come for another visit. Additionally, the cost of this wonderful meal was very affordable, especially in receipt of a discount coupon beckoning my return. I'm hooked. Thank you for making me feel so welcome. Delicioso!

I've never had a bad meal here. Go to dinner, menu is 50% off and the food is great. Lunch is extremely crowded as there are not many places in the blue lagoon area.

First we almost missed it becaus we thought it was closed, from the outside you cannot see any activity at all. But based on the good reviews, I decided to get off my car and take a look, it was open! I suggested an OPEN sign, and they had told me that it was not the first suggestion they've received. Well about the food it is totally fabulous! We had carpaccio and capresse salad for entree and bife de chorizo and filet mignon, both delicious, cooked at perfection, tender and tasteful. It is a shame that is located really far from my place, but I definitely go back whenever I'll be in the area. It is not a fancy restaurant, but is clean, the service is superb and the prices very reasonable.

We visited the restaurant for the first time this past weekend, the food was great and priced very moderately. The server was very polite but once we got the food he disappeared. Parking is a problem since there are not enough spaces but overall it was a fine experience. I recommend to make reservations early, otherwise you may not get a table. We will visit again.

Yksinkertaisesti erinomainen ruoka lihan ystäville. Hinta/laatusuhde erinomainen. Jokainen sai pihvin pyytämällään kypsyysasteella eikä ruokia tarvinnut odotella vaikka ravintola oli täynnä. If you like have a good steak this is exellent restaurant for you. Price level is not high. Good value for money.

We came here on a busy Saturday night because it had really good reviews. I wanted to rate it higher because the food is actually pretty good, but service and other issues doesn't warrant an excellent review. They had no kids menu, just chicken tenders. I ordered chicken ravioli and it was a small portion felt like an appetizer. My husband ordered the meat platter parrilla- it was enough for multiple people, so that is as advertised. Decent price and again all the food was good. The servers were slow and we ordered mashed potatoes and never got them, but they did add it to our bill. We had two ask different servers to get our check. They have a tiny parking lot and they say their is parking in back but it's not true. There's parking for other business that they use. So overall food was good but service and other mishaps dropped the rating for me.

We’ve been there for dinner, after reading nice reviews about it. Once we get in We didn’t feel welcome at all. Staff was a bit rude and speaking Spanish to us even if we clearly said that we don’t know Spanish. We order 2 steaks with a sides , I can’t complain about the steaks, they were cook very well but the sides were tasteless. I can’t recommend it.

The steak here was incredible and very reasonably priced. The atmosphere is very casual. The service was excellent. I'll be back often

Great service! Great food! Great prices! Not fancy but nice and clean. We had the parrillada for under $20 and it had plenty of skirt steak, chorizo, blood sausage (one of the best I ever had!), sweet bread, etc. We ordered a bottle of Malbec for $26 (great wine and great price!). The menu is a la carte but the prices are very reasonable. Definitely coming back!

Well when I got there my first impression was really bad because one of the waitress was really disrespect full but then I found a table and this other waitress change my opinion he was very nice attentive. I order for appetizer mojejas exelent and a bife chorizo really good it was good food for th e price that I paid, I recommend the restaurant.

Never had Argentinian food so we dicided to try!! Food and staff were excellent!! Will definitely go again when in Miami!!

We were staying in local hotel in the area before our cruise. I found this place on Yelp and we all decided to give it a try. We were so glad we found it. Food portions are huge, price is great and service is fantastic. We highly recommend. If we are ever out in the area again, we will visit for sure.

this Argentina restaurant was best place to have my son birthday dinner, we love the food and service was excellent, excellent food, was delicious well be back soon.

The meat is always good, the french fries are perfect, the wine is really good. The staff is always checking on you.

Great Meal! We had the Skirt Steak. Every bite tender and delicious!! Didn't realize it was 1/2 price night until we received our check!

We stopped in for Parrillada for 2 and it came with steak, chicken, chorizo, ribs, morcilla, sweetbread and a choice of 2 sides. We ordered mashed potatoes and grilled vegetables. We liked all the meats except the sweetbread. The mashed potatoes and grilled veggies were also good but the veggie portion was small. Lastly the sangria was way overpriced at $26 especially as it was weak and had mushy frozen fruit.

Friendly service and great ambience. Food while flavorful was over cooked and dried. Tried the empanada de carne, which it was good, but wonder what region of Argentina this was based on. The sweetbread was tender and, as said earlier , flavorful; however it was dried and look as it was cooked twice. Same with the “Chorizo”. The Morcilla or blood sausage was the only juicy and well cooked piece of the ordered. Do not try the “ Provoleta”. Had no taste and served in a manner that did not look very appealing. I had to cover the flan with dulce de leche to get some flavor out of it. In short, it could have been better, but it does not represent the true Argentina flavors.....

We went there on a Sunday afternoon and based on the reviews, had high expectations but were really disappointed. Service - Overall, the staff were pleasant and attentive. However, we were seated next to the bar and throughout the meal, the staff stood right behind us - about an inch or two from my chair. The lack of personal space and having staff members chit chat over us was a little awkward. Food - I guess it's our fault for going to a steakhouse and not ordering steak but the steaks on the other tables didn't look that great. So we ordered 2 chicken dishes and both were painfully flavorless. The chicken was dry and tasted like it was at least a couple of days old. We were looking for an authentic Argentinian experience and we really wanted to like this place but we don't think we will come back here.

We have gone here twice and have ordered the Parillada for 4 with the Group-on coupon. i don't know why this place gets so many great reviews, they go from one extreme to the other, extremely great reviews to totally awful. in my estimation the place is OK, but they have poor quality control, some days it's good and some days not so good. The service is not great, but because it is small you can always grab a waitress as she walks by your table. the most disgusting thing is that there is a real ripoff going on with the Group-on coupons, The $80 + Parillada is not the equivalent to 2 of the $20.00 one they have in the menu, you are better off getting 2 $20 from the menu and you will get a larger amount. Beers are $5.50 and pinck lemonades $2.50 I don't know where they get the idea that the place is inexpensive ? our $41.00 Parillada for 4 ended up costing almost $80.00 by the time it was all said and done.

My husband and I went with our 2 kids. He had the entrana which is a grilled skirt steak with fries and it was amazing! He also asked for the Argentinian beer and he said he loved it. I had the Madryn salad. It was fresh, light and delicious. Great service, great place. I would definitely recommend it. Since it was Saturday, they took 50% off the check.

This restaurant is close to the apartment I was so I decided to give it a try. The staff is very nice and they are always close if u need something. The food came fast after I order, the portions are really generous and the quality it's amazing. All this for a really fair price, with 20$ or less you can have a really great dinner. If I have to point something not very good, the parking lot is too small, so it's hard to find a spot. I totally recommend this place and hope to come here again.

Not fancy food or location, but great tasting and reasonable prices. All the staff were very helpful and efficient even on a busy night.

Seriously, my food was amazing! Fabulous steak, cooked to perfection, wonderful sides and I received outstanding service! Thank you also to the servers who were attentive and friendly making this dining experience a perfect evening! From your Michigan customers, We will be back!

This place is a bit off the beaten path, unless you are close to the airport. Be that as it may, it delivered one of the best steaks that I have had in a long time. I chose the Entrana which is a skirt steak (similar to Fajita or Hanger Steak) and it was cooked to perfection, super tender and with a great flavor to match. Very similar to what you would find in the high end Argentinian Steakhouses in Mexico City - for some reason that is my benchmark. I have had some of my best steaks there, better than Texas, Brazil or Europe. Back to La Patagonia Argentina, the service is very good and the whole operation feels very "homy". I highly recommend it and will definitely come back.

This is a place where you can eat really great food at an affordable price. The service was great and I would certainly recommend this place and will come again.

Went here for a birthday dinner with a party of 14. It's a small place with very little parking (probably 7 spaces to park). The menu was typical Argentinian but the prices were ever so low! With more than reasonable pricing I was expecting lower quality of food. Was dead wrong. I had the filet with risotto which was superb, accompanied by a nice glass of red, all for $20. Very juicy filet and a nice risotto I must say. Go here as a couple, solo dinner, or a larger group which they'll accommodate easily. Can't beat their prices and quality!

I had the Skirt Steak and my friend had the Filet. The Skirt Steak was perfectly good and amazing with the chimichurri. My buddy let me try his Filet and with the mushroom sauce, it to was amazing. Save your money from the expensive places and stop by here. The Steaks and service are excellent.

The owner is involved met us at the door, helped get us seated, checked on us through the evening and then held the door when we left. Food was fantastic, large wine menu and prices were very reasonable. So grateful for the referral. I will visit when in Miami. Recommend everyone give it a try.

Reading the reviews we thought it was a good place. the staff hardly spoke English. They spoke to us in Spanish. absurd in the united states. we felt almost too much. the staff seemed bothered by our speaking English and not their language. they wrong one of the orders but we didn't mention it because we couldn't wait to leave. the side dish potatoes salad was instead a tasteless Russian salad. grilled vegetables passable but nothing special . the meat delicious , at least that . I does not comment the cost because obviously any amount from my point of view would be excessive .

Stellar experience. Went there based on TripAdvisor and it was one of the top 5 suggestions ever. A big win. Location is a little hard to spot in a gritty strip mall with limited parking, but is a 5 min or less drive from the airport Hilton, Marriott, Homewood, Hampton, etc. If the outside is plain, the inside is even more plain with beige walls; not even an Argentinian flag or painted mural of the pampas or anything. But you're not here for that, you are here for the food. Our group of 4 arrived at 6:45pm on a Tuesday night and were seated right away. Shortly afterwards the place filled up but nobody was forced to wait. They have a good, short list of beer and wine with several South American options. For appetizers we had: chicken empanadas, chorizo a cheese and eggplant dish. The chorizo was worth the trip alone. Main course was the entrana based on suggestions here and it did not disappoint. My only regret is that I had gotten mine with the default mixed greens and not fries, just because it would have been marginally more healthy. The mountain of fries tasted good but the salad would have been better. Bowl of chimicurri on the table for the steak really made it out of this world. Beyond steak, the menu included a lot of tempting looking chicken, seafood and pasta dishes too. Dessert was a shared flan and cuban coffee. You may have seen elsewhere in the reviews that the owners will give a surprise discount of up to 50%. Its real and we got it. Our meals with at least 6 beers/wines was $120 before tip. Service we very attentive and friendly. Older reviews mentions some issues with the staff being able to speak English but we did not encounter this at all. They were very friendly and quick. Go to this place and let's all hope it stays successful and great.

100% recommended, excellent food great service, well served. Good prices. This a very good choice for locals to have a nice lunch or dinner.

Very good Argentinian specialities, beaf, pork and seafood! Good vines with excellent and quick service, very polite staff! The food was excellent and the prices low!

Been coming here for many years and the food is consistently very good and at a very reasonable price and service is awesome

We were warmly welcomed as soon as we got through the door. The service was prompt but polite and reserved. All our food choices were excellent: shrimp appetizer, empanadas and the vegetable and chicken soup. The beef entree was tender and tasty and the fresh pasta alfredo with spinach was delicious. Too full for dessert. Maybe next time!

This is a must if you want to eat good meat in Miami. Not a tourist oriented restaurant at all. It's a local's secret. The service is excellent, the meat is amazing. It might get crowed at peak hours. Good for celebrating birthdays or any other occasion.

This place fills up starting about 6:00 so make reservations or arrive early. There is limited parking in front of the restaurant. The Argentine malbec was excellent. The NY Strip was very good. The decor is pleasant, and the atmosphere inviting when the guests begin to arrive. Service was excellent. I never wanted for anything. Overall, a very pleasant and affordable place for dinner.

We had a basic groupon dinner. Rather good for the price. The place could be cosier and the staff more friendly. Probably worth to go back and try the steak.

Very good steak. On a sundaynight at 9pm this place was crowded and I understand why: the food is great, real value for your money. Service was average but OK.

My favorite meal in the world is entraña (Argentinian skirt steak) with papas provenzal (french fries with garlic and parsley), so when I discovered that there's an Argentinian steakhouse just a few blocks from the airport hotel where we were spending our last night (Hampton Inn & Suites Blue Lagoon), I knew we had to have dinner here. When we checked in at the hotel, I mentioned to the manager that I was thinking of going there and he immediately said it was fantastic and that they send guests there all the time. He said they usually have coupons for it but he had just run out. I figured I mention that we were staying there and see if that helped. The restaurant is a five minute drive from the hotel (and five minutes from the airport). It's very non-descript from the outside. As soon as we walked in the door, we got an incredibly warm greeting from Donatello. What a sweetheart. He explained that his English was so-so, but he understood everything we said and asked for and went above and beyond. We couldn't have asked for more attentive service. Oh, and when we told him about how we were staying at the hotel but didn't have a coupon, he offered to extend their Groupon discount to us. I ordered the entraña with papas provenzal. Husband ordered entraña with green salad, and our son decided he'd just share some of our steak (they were each 12 oz) and he also got an order of mashed potatoes. The steak was perfect. Medium-rare and perfectly seasoned. Their papas don't come with garlic on them but they were very good anyway. We dipped them in the chimichurri sauce, which had the right combo of everything. When the plate of mashed potatoes arrived, I didn't expect much. They were three very plain-looking scoops, but OMG! They were incredible!! Possibly the best mashed potatoes I've ever tasted. Definitely will go back next time we're in the area. A great place for dinner if you're near the airport in Miami, or even if you're not! (Assuming you like steak, of course.)

Reviews that are so personal as the one from NFRomero982 should not be honored and published, we don't know the facts and without I taking sides it is not very professional to speak in such a way. I Am a frequent patron at this restaurant and from strictly gastronomic interest I find it reasonable as to price/quality specially at nights and weekends. It is my opinion this review should be remove from your site. Personal vendettas should not have room in your services and are a negative on your service

Went there twice this week. Food was very flavorful. Had the e New York strip and the parrillada. I will definitely be back next time I'm in Miami!

Every time my wife and I have a layover in Miami, we walk or catch a cap to this authentic Argentinian place located just across from Blue Lagoon. The food is great, portions large, and you have to save room for dessert. Both the flan and crème brûlée are awesome. Then, make sure to order a bag of emanadas to go. You'll make your seatmates jealous when you break them out on the airplane on the next leg of your trip!

Do not be disguised by its small side, this restaurant is one of the best. Food is excellent and service awesome. Super friendly.

My food was outstanding. I had the mustard base chicken breast with the boiled potatoes. My wife had the Filet and my daughter's split the N.Y. strip and Fettucini Alfredo plain. They also loved it. Quaint little place and I will make sure we have dinner here next time were in Miami.

The place looks too casual with worn plates, paper covered tables, and paper napkins. The food was nothing authentic and the sides were cool.

We had a bunch of appetizers, then three of us all had filet mignon, all cooked perfectly to order. Service got a little slower as the restaurant got full, but it was still excellent.

After having read the Trip Advisor reviews for La Patagonia Argentina on NW 7th St., I knew we needed to dine there on a Sat afternoon. 2 of us ordered the $28.95 Filet Mignon(approx 8 oz) with mushroom sauce and 1 ordered the $22.95 Vacio(flank steak). We all enjoyed our meals. If I go again, I'll ask that they put the mushroom sauce on the side, as I personally prefer a filet by itself. Also, ask that it not be butterfly(cut across), as I prefer a filet as 1 thick cut of meat. Dessert was very good. As several reviewers mentioned, including one from 7/20/14, they reduced the food portion of the bill by 50%. WOW!!! Then gave us a card for 50% on next visit. They don't advertise this offer, so we went not expecting it & especially since very few reviewers mention it. I think the servers were pleased with our 25% tip on the original price. Of course we'll return again, again, again, etc.

Just left this restaurant and I have to say that this jewel was beyond my expectations. The food and service 5 stars, prices very fair compared with what you get .We are coming back soon!

My boyfriend and I were wanting to try something new so we looked up Argentinean food and this place had a lot of good reviews everywhere so decided to give it a try. Parking lot is small and not well lit. The place doesn't look appealing from the outside. Decor is average but it seemed clean. Ordered the chorizo and meat empanadas. Both good! Empanada had a peculiar taste I wasn't familiar with, different from a regular Cuban empanada but still good. My bf and I shared the paradilla (not sure if I spelled it right) but it's the entree that has a variety of meats-steak, chorizo, sweetbread, blood sausage, etc. Sides weren't included so we ordered the grilled veggies and mashed potatoes. Everything was very good! My bf loved the blood sausage which I stayed away from. I liked the steak and shirt ribs. Loved the chimichurri sauce to go with it! Veggies were yum. Mashed potatoes look plain but they were still good. A tad bit salty but just my personal opinion. Best part was everything was HALF OFF! Our meal would have been over $60 but we paid around $29 plus tip. Would Love to go back to try more things! Highly recommended! :)

Bae and I came to this hidden gem for my birthday. It was a great choice. We used a groupon which was no hassle. Walked right in and sat down no wait times. Portions was perfect for two. Service was fast, friendly staff, and best of all amazing food. Highly recommend the Sangria. Will return very soon.

Do not be fooled by the location. It is out of the beaten path. I live in Miami and I was born in Argentina. Food is better than very well known Argentinian restaurants in Miami at a fraction of the price. Nice service, family oriented and friendly owners. A+

We dined early so it was relaxed. The Skirt Steak is very good and the prices were reasonable. Service was average.

Service was very attentive, the meat like entrana very tasty. Pastas cooked perfectly .Not so nice location , exterior is horrible , but inside it's nice & clean. I would definitely recommend it. Oscar

We went for lunch and was immediately sat by the owner who is genuine Argentinian. The beer was light and easy to drink. We started out with the calamari w/ fried zucchini - Perfectly cooked and delicious! The empanadas were little pockets of goodness. I sampled the chorizo - quite different from the mexican chorizo - not as grainy and greasy. Lastly the signature la Patagonia sandwich - quite simply a steak sandwich - not to be confused with a cheesesteak sandwich. La Patagonia is a must visit when stopping over in Miami.

We went for a business lunch and had very good food and service. There were 10 of us and we had appetizers, entrees and coffee. I can't pronounce each one but the cheese and empenadas were good starts and most of us ordered steaks and they were very good. Big portions too. I was looking forward to the good coffee and it didn't disappoint.

I travel to Miami once once a year, and I have to have dinner here when I'm in town. It is so good I always have La Patagonia on my short list of places to dine. Food, service, and atmosphere hits the mark!

We loved the entraña (skirt steak) and the BL T stuffed avocado. The service was nice, we definitely recommend the steak, the hosts are very friendly anyways que will definitely come again!

Manager here is A+ Parking is limited in the front. Paradilla was astoundingly good. All the meat was fantastic, highly recommended. Sangria is A+

All I can say is "wow"-- this was one of my favorite dining experiences of the past year. First, the restaurant looks like nothing from the outside. Inside, you could easily imagine you've relocated to a steakhouse in Buenos Aires. Wait staff is bilingual, and I found myself speaking to our waiter in "Spanglish" (hey, it's Miami!). Check their website for the latest details, but the deal here is half price food in the evenings and all day on weekends. (They're on Groupon, but you don't need or want that). Only go during these times: otherwise, the restaurant is a bad deal. Frankly, we were amazed by both the speed and professionalism of the service and -- more importantly -- by the price and quality of the steaks. With the discount, a large bife de chorizo (NY strip) or a entrana (skirt steak) was about $12 -- and excellent. Honestly, the value equation was amazing. Almost as good as Buenos Aires, and they have the best steak in the world. Good "papas fritas," too, as you'd expect in an Argentine steakhouse. Some member of my family preferred the entrana but if you eat here only once, I'd say go for the bife de chorizo. For a starter, I'd recommend getting a traditional beef empanada, about $2 with the discount. If you have room for dessert, split a chocolate lava cake (perhaps the only think not "authentic" that we ate!). Sadly, to make up for the crazy low food prices, booze is overpriced at this restaurant. Expect to pay about $25 for an $7 bottle of wine. Our solution? We didn't order wine. I know where I'll be eating my next steak in Miami. :) An amazing meal.

The restaurant is small and cozy. We were very pleased with the service, the quality of the food and the selection. We would go there again.

simple but quiet, courteous and attentive service, water offered and great food. We had grilled salmon, excellent and very well cooked, and bife de chorizo with mashed potatoes, also these delicious and well cooked. over 2 glasses of Malbec. balanced account, which in Miami is quite rare. Definitely Recommendation, especially to those in the Waterfront or Hilton and Hayatt area

La Patagonia is a family owned argentinian restaurant. The menu is not very ambitious, but it has what you expect in an argentinian place. Good meat, carefully cooked, good pasta, good gnochis, in summary, a nice and very affordable experience. Do not expect fancy stuff, the place is rather basic, but it has the charm of an authentic family restaurant. I travel frequently to Miami and I visit La Patagonia (beside other places) every time I'm in town, It worths the effort. Trust me.

Every time I get to Miami we always go to La Patagonia for dinner. The Empanadas appetizers are really good. The Steaks are also very good and the prices can't be beat. Located in a strip mall this restaurant is easy to miss but looks for it for a really good meal.

This restaurant was recommended by our nephew. We visited on a Sunday. When we saw the menu, we were a bit shocked at the high prices, but then we figured in the 50% discount. Not bad at all! We had the meat empanadas, very tasty and full, although a bit on the small size. For an Argentinian place, the chimichurri sauce was a bit bland. The bread, nothing to write home about. We ordered the skirt steak (entraña) and were very pleasantly surprised. Perfectly cooked to our liking, generous portion, delicious. The sides were so-so. The mashed potatoes bland, grilled vegetables were nice in concept, but not cooked thru. The French fries were standard frozen, although nice and hot. Clearly the star is the meat. The desserts were pretty bad, chocolate soufflé was really a cupcake (dry), the crema catalana a huge mistake. The service was good, the place nice enough. We will probably return, on a weekend. Good for families, there was a big table set up for a party of 12 or more. They also take reservations, as I saw a table with a reserved sign. There are benches outside, I assume for waiting diners. Three people, three meat empanadas, one carpaccio (no capers or good Parmesan) but very nice tenderloin, we all ordered the skirt steak, two desserts and one espresso. All for $55.00 not including tip. This is great value! The other issues can be addressed when you order, but that meat is worth a return trip!

This place is a hidden gym (literally....it's in a shopping center)! The service and the quality of the food is out of control. HOWEVER, I recommend that you go to this restaurant with a very small group (4 at most) because the parking is very limited and so is the space (they do not take reservations). My boyfriend and I LOVE this place but we choose to go at off times (not Saturday nights) because there is a HIGH possibility that we won't even find parking.

We were staying at the Hilton Miami airport and needed to escape for some food. This was nearby so jumped in a cab. It's nothing special to look at but we were greeted warmly by the owner and seated quickly. The place was full of families eating, always a good sign. The menu is small but broad enough for most tastes. We had starters and mains, mainly steak! The food was really good. My steak was a s good as I have eaten anywhere, including Argentina. Service was efficient and friendly. We went back the next night! Highly recommend if you just want to go somewhere friendly with no pretensions and good, very good food. It is also really cheap!! We even walked back to the hotel, about 20 mins.

Invited some friends to this small but quaint restaurant expecting to be fed well. Although the portion was extremely small and the side dishes were minute, the short ribs and skirt steak were tasty. I've never had to share one chorizo and one blood sausage with three other people. We ordered an extra dish of sweetbreads and that was also quite small. The female wait staff was wonderful but the one male server had a horrible attitude. There are so many other options in South Florida for excellent and abundant Argentinian fare, I will never return. Mind you, none of us are heavy eaters.

I went in here a few times with friends looking to grab a steak. They have excellent fillets and flank steak with the Argentinean sauces. The staff does not speak english well. But they are friendly and take good care of you. They also offer a crew discount on food which I appreciate.

It was a spontaneous visit with the family and we got a very nice surprise, very efficient staff, luxurious attention and excellent food...recommended to all types of public.

On our way back home had dinner here with family, 7 of us total. Chose it for proximity to hotel and prior ratings. Great place! Everyone enjoyed their meal and especially desert. A great example of not judging from outside looks for sure.

Dined here with my mom. We are staying at the Hilton Miami Airport, which is a very brief drive away. The atmosphere is nothing special, but the service was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We had a nice bottle of Argentinean malbec at a reasonable price, shared some gnocchi as an appetizer (wow- very rich, very good, but could not eat a whole entree worth). We enjoyed huge slabs of skirt steak (more than either of us could ever possibly eat) and mixed green salads on the side. I would definitely return here.

I loved everything about this restaurant! The food is so delicious, the prices are great, and wow the service was amazing! I felt so at home with all of the friendly staff. If you're ever in Miami definitely give this place a try!

On the advice of other reviewers on Trip Advisor, I ignored the dumpy look of the exterior and went in. It really does look like it's closed from the outside, but check the door. I had the skirt steak with mixed greens on the side. The steak was very flavorful and cooked perfectly. The greens on the side were simple, but very fresh and dressed with only oil and vinegar. Bread with herbed butter and an herb/olive oil spread was served. Service was very attentive and I ended the meal with a perfectly made (not bitter) Cafe Cubano. I had a very good experience and look forward to coming back the next time I am in town. It is very close to the Doubletree Hotel I stay at near the Miami airport, so it is convenient to where I normally stay. Very nice experience.

This place Is a hidden gem. The meat was amazing and very tasty.. Really good....don't be turned off by the location or strip mall, it's horrible. But inside it's nice and clean... It looks like it's closed from the outside but go to the doors and it's open...

Very small restaurant, tiny tables, little space to sit. Staff were barely keeping up with # of tables. Food was good but not amazing. Am very glad we had a Groupon or it wouldn't have been worth it.

I'd been to Patagonia several times years back and loved it. Returned for first time in years and it's as good as ever. Went with a group of 8 and everone loved it. Meat is excellent and cooked as ordered. But it's their homemade pastas I love. Desserts tasty too. Place is small and as it was Saturday evening, busy. But service was excellent. Recommend!

The restaurant has very good prices the size for the dishes are big and good tasty in general the restaurant is recommendable.

A few friends and I decided to do a meat lovers lunch and one of them suggested La Patagonia Argentina on NW 7th Street in Miami. It was the best call he's made in quite a while! We were greeted immediately and seated in seconds. Since we all knew we wanted the Parrillada, which basically is all the meats, ordering was simple. The sides were all prepared just right and of course so were the meats. The skirt steak was very juicy and tasty, the sausages had a nice crispy outer skin and juicy inside, and even the flap meat was tender and flavorful. The highlight of the meal had to be our waiter, who may have been the manager. I'm sorry I didn't get his name but he was as polite as any waiter you'll find in Miami, friendly and outgoing. Attentive without hovering, anticipating our needs, he alone would be a good reason to go back. But throw in some really good food, and we will definitely be going back.

Upon arriving at a full parking lot, we encountered a waiter telling us that there was a lot in the back. Better yet, he offered to park the car for us. That would turn out to be the best part of the visit. The place is small but inviting with the tables coveres in white tablecloths and white paper on top. Argentine in style, they have to be measured on the entrana, asado de tira and the parrillada. This being a lunch, we ordered entrana(same as churrasco), and asado de tiras. At $20 and $19 the customer has a right to expect a well put together plate. The tiras that came to the table, were incredibly thin and so overdone that the ends ere charred. But that wasn't the only negative, they were also horribly under seasoned. Thank god for the chimichurri. The side Mesclun salad was fine and fresh. The churrasco was also over cooked and tasted super under on salt. The worst was the creme brulee (crema catalana) instead of rich and creamy was bland and seemed clotted. Being sensitive to texture in my food, it was inedible. In a city crowded with competition, I won't take a chance at a second visit.

before flying out to Costa Rica to the offshore world championship in quepos, we celebrated my husband Roberts birthday at la Patagonia...never been there but we were greeted by the owner...hector, I believe was his name... and he was the happiest, nicest guy and seemed very proud of his restaurant. it was perfect food, perfect service...and they sang " birthday song by the Beatles" for everyone who was celebrating...lol I would go back anytime I'm near...awesome food....

The food here is absolutely outstanding. If you are nervous about trying "exotic" food....do not worry. The food is fairly typical of American food.....pasta, chicken, steak.... That being said, you are definitely eating in a different place. The different does not speak a lot of English, but they are very nice. We had calamari and different pastas. It was wonderful. We went there with children and they loved it too. The restaurant advertises 50% off the food on the weekends...but they do not automatically take it off the bill....you have to ask! One of the best meals we have ever had.

Hours listed say open until 11pm. I arrived around 10:15 after a late flight on a Saturday. The staff rushed me, turned off music while I was eating and were cleaning everything as side work. They turned other people away at 10:30. They should update their hours if not serving until 11pm. Food was just ok. Bread was hard. I had the hanger steak that they recommended and risotto. Just ok. I wouldn’t go back. Atmosphere is strange - no pictures on the walls. Very very casual with paper on the tables. Wasn’t my favorite.

We had a groupon that was set to expire today the groupon was for dinner but the owner was so gracious and honored it was around 2 pm the grill for two which brought an assortment of meats grilled to your taste was impeccably executed along with the choice of two sides. The churrasco was great went well with the house chimichurie sauce. The service was awesome the decor was clean and casual without getting too fussy perfect for lunch or dinner. If you make your way to this hidden gem do so.

you have to go after 5:30pm or the half prices special and is all days the weekends, they are very familiar and the bife de chorizo is excelent

I ordered a parrillada it was ok nothing to be excited, it comes alone so you have to pay for side dishes which in another real argentinian restaurants are included. Definitely don't ask sangria it's horrible. The service is good.

Stayed down the road at an airport hotel-never expected in a million years to have a meal this good so nearby. Gotta love Trip Advisor! Friendly & professional service, nice menu, DELICIOUS food, good prices. Steak is their specialty (my husband loved his skirt steak). I had a dish with fresh salmon and peas, in a light but really tasty cream sauce, over outstanding homemade pasta. We wished we'd had room for dessert. When the check came, they gave us 50% off the price of our dinners. WHAT?? If I lived in or near Miami I would eat here all the time! We really enjoyed it!!

Five of us went tonight and had an incredible meal. Fillet steak which after the 50% discount ended up costing 15 bucks! Was easily the nicest steak I've had in the last couple of years. Service was fantastic too.

We went after office hours for dinner and the place was crowded on a Tuesday. That is already a good sign. We did not have to wait too long until we got a table for 6 arranged. There is a good selection of Malbec wines to enjoy our 'parrillada' ( a selection of different meats and sausage to share) Beforehand we had some 'empanadas' I had the one with meat which was actually very tasty. Not fancy, not elegant. Cosy and with good ambient which was exactly right for the evening.

If you like meat but don't want to travel too far from the Miami airport hotels vicinity this is a very decent and affordable choice.

Service was great! Our waiter Domenico was really nice. He did his job very well. The food was very good in size and taste. We ordered " Milanesas con papas fritas", which were really delicious. Mixed salad was also good. Ravioli plate was a little bit too small for us. Dessert " Panqueques con dulce de leche" was yummy! We paid 50% off the food portion of our bill, which was a pleasant suprise.

Family oriented Argentinian restaurant. We started with a provaleta, it was very good and big enough for two. A parrillada for 2, EXCELLENT, the chorizo and morcilla were very good, the meat was tender, juicy and tasty, also had ensalada rusa and it was fresh and yummy! For dessert we ordered dulce de leche crepes, it was big and delicious. Highly recommend it!!!

I called the restaurant to ask if they were open on Mondays (as many restaurants are not). A woman answered stating the name of the restaurant, so I asked. She mumbled something short in Spanish and hung up. I called back and got no answer. I waited five minutes and tried again. The same woman answered, again with the restaurant’s name, and I said I thought we had been disconnected and asked again if they were open on Monday. She said “speaka espaniol.” I told her I don’t speak Spanish. She again mumbled something in Spanish and hung up. I noticed all the negative reviews the restaurant had gotten on Trip Advisor since October 2019 and all the positive ones prior to that. It made me wonder if there had been a change in ownership. I have been to this restaurant in the past and had a very good experience there. I had hoped to try it again but after this reception I had serious second thoughts. I realize that Spanish is commonly spoken in the Miami area but English is still the predominant language spoken in the entirety of the United States. If one plans to do business in the US one should be able to converse with its customers in English. Just sayin’.

Filet Mignon is great. Vacio is great. Great service. I just keep going back. I've tried many other Argentinian places. This one has the best steaks.

Very small and very good. The parking lot was packed and I had to walk a block and I would do it again. The skirt steak was excellent.

Good food, really bad service, specially from the waiter Juan Carlos. We arrived to the restaurant 40 min before closing. After ordering a considerable amount of food and wine, he asked us to leave 5 minutes after closing when we were still having dessert and half a bottle of wine. Too bad, liked the food. Never coming back.

Horrible place. I went there yesterday with my family and order as an entry a beef empanada and a chicken empanada. The beef empanada you could tell was old like if it was frozen took it out and throw it in the fryer with a horrible taste of old meat. The chicken empanada the same and dry it was so bad I wasn't able to eat it. It did not taste at all like an Argentinean empanada and I am Argentinean myself so I know what I am talking about. We order a parrillada for my husband and I and requested it to be cooked Medium they brought it well done and salty. I also ask if they had a kids menu and I was told only chicken fingers or pasta. I ordered the pasta with alfredo sauce for one of my daughters and I was charge the full price as a regular dish instead of a kids meal. Overall it was a horrible experience and we are NEVER coming back. I really don't understand how they almost have 5 stars.

I had the opportunity to live in Buenos Aires for a few years. When we moved back I told my wife our days of good beer were behind us. We met some friends at La Patagonia while on vacation. My taste buds were like an eight year old on Christmas Eve. "Show me the Meats!" We split the Parrillada para 4 and added Provoleta and a couple empanadas. The only warning for meat light weights you may want to sub out the Sweetbread or Morcilla it is for the more adventurous palate. Service was classic Latin attentive, yet respectable.

Been there 3 times already and everything has been great. I am coming back with my family to introduce them to real meat. The entraña and the bife de chorizo outstanding, as well as the Caprese salad, Could not accomodate deserts though!!!

Lots of Argentinian dishes to choose from that are rare for the USA, like molleja (sweetbread). Large portions even for appetizers so order carefully.

We heard good things about this place from our neighbors, and most of the reviews we read were positive. We had lived in Argentina and were anxious to have an authentic Argentine experience. On the plus side, they had Luigi Bosca Malbec at a decent price, and their empanadas were good, but they’d been re-heated. The provaleta was good, but should have been presented with toasted crackers. The milanesas (I had carne and my wife had pollo) were not great - too much breading, and probably were dropped in a deep fryer vs pan fried. Service was poor. I ordered a side of mashed potatoes that I never received, and the server who took our order never checked back with us, I fact she never came to our table again. Another server noticed us sitting with empty wine glasses and asked if we might want coffee or dessert. We’d had enough of this place, so we passed and got the check. At least they did not try to charge me for the potatoes😀

This was my first time trying Argentinian food and this place definitely didn't disappoint. I purchased a voucher from Groupon that was good for a meat platter and two sides. We definitely got our money's worth for that meat platter. It came with a lot of different types of meats. We can with an empty stomach and came out extremely full, could barely even finish the platter. The platter is definitely a great way to try Argentinian meats.

La Patagonia Argentina, a small and familiar place next to the beautiful "Blue Lagoon" in Flagami, Miami. All meats and steaks are always made at the right doneness. And homemade desserts can't be better. Great customer service... And that's not the best part, all days after 5.00 pm and Saturdays and Sundays, you only pay 50% of your bill. You are gonna love it!

The food was very good. The portions were great and the food was authentic. The skirt steak was excellent.

This guy is terrible. He set Us and with bad attitude let us wait over 15 minutes and then He attended an other new party right in front of Us Tonight at 9:25pm What a shame.

Restaurant was recommended by hotel staff at the Marriott Courtyard Airport. Restaurant is located in a small strip mall. Parking can be challenging due to lack of spaces out front. I think there is more parking out back. Restaurant is nicely decorated. Staff was super friendly and courteous. Prices were very reasonable. I had the Filet Mignon which was served with white rice. It was absolutely delicious. One of the best steaks I've had ever. Meat was very tender. Other in my party raved about their food. I hope to visit Miami soon and will definitely eat here again.

I placed an order to take out. I love how this restaurant it's consistent with the flavor and quality. I order the Steak with Risotto. Simple delicious, the meat was perfectly cook. Friendly server and I was really happy to find parking. The also gave me a discount. Thank you so much.! Definitely can't wait to come back.

Very good service but I do not recommend the special plates people were polite, food came quickly and the place looks like a local place. I would give it 6 out of 10

Went with friends for lunch and we had a delicious meal with good service at a fair price. Couldn't ask for more.

We start our visit with Carlos - one of the two owners - and Michel the night waiter. We start with meat turnover - empanadas Argentina -, the BEST we have had ate in Miami. Carlos recommend sauteed eggplant - berenjenas a la Napolitana - very similar at the ones that we prepare home. After the appetizers we decide to tried the BBQ - Parrillada - meat was very good, but the blood sausage - morcilla - freshly made in the promises was really spectacular. At this time Carlos introduce us to Michel who was responsible for our dessert choice, caramel crepe - panqueque de dulce de leche - which actually was fantastic. We closed all this with espresso cafe. We already planning to came back.

The ambient is amazing! Tango music, a lot of gaucho pictures, obelisco and other argentinean places. The staff is super attentive and extremelly polite. Managers always make you feel like in a family get together. The food is amazing. You better try the parrillada! Super tasty! As far as appetizers, calamari is a great option. The eggplant is excellent too. It was way over my expectation the first time, and I will keep going over and over! Prices and quality shakes hands here!

Had business associates in from CA and Boston. Meeting at the Marriott, we skipped out for lunch and found La Patagonia. Tiny Parking lot was crowded, but an employee came out and had us double park. He and one of the owners(?) worked the parking. The food was OUTSTANDING, especially considering the price. Flank steak was on point, the chicken in a mustard sauce was great, as was a fish special. The meal was so good, we decide to return the next evening with more business associates from Philly, Cleveland and Atlanta. Same menu for lunch & dinner. We went with an Argentinian Malbec (4 choices). The Apps were great, tapanadas, a cheese dish (think pizza with no dough) and shrimp. Several people ordered the filet with Rissotto which looked great, I went flank steak, based off of what I saw at lunch the day prior and was not disappointed. Fully stuffed, we declined dessert, but the gentleman in charge insisted we try the Nutella crepes on the house. FunnY those plates were empty when we finally left. Great prices, family run and excellent service. BRAVO!

Sangria was amazing and the steaks were cooked to perfection!! We had the Filet and the Entrana. Topped it off with flan and creme brûlée. It was a perfect start to our vacation!

We have there many times and it never fails us. The Entraña is AMAZING!! I love this place. We always leave happy :)

We were just in town for one evening looking for a good meal and not knowing where to go in the neighborhood (near Element Hotel). All of the highly rated restaurants within a few blocks were only open for lunch. The write-ups on this restaurant sounded good and we were starving. Easily found the place using Waze and parking was no issue. Several of the wait staff greeted us as we entered and motioned to take any seat. Another waiter came over & spoke in rapid Spanish and seeing our confusion, he apologized & switched to English. I responded that I knew "un poco" Espanol. As we selected the Entrada and the spinach ravioli, a basket of hot bread and warm butter appeared. Our soda glasses were refilled without delay. The steak I ordered was huge, well seasoned and correctly medium rare. It was melt in my mouth piece of wonderful. Too big to finish, it was taken for a breakfast/lunch encore. Cafe on Leche great ending to the meal.

Food great staff great service great . If you are in the area this is the place to go out out . Loved it 💥💥

October 9th, for the 2nd Presidential debate, all of the employees of "Cheers Hospitality Group" got together @ my house to partake in the circus show that happened between Prez. Elect Trump & Senator Clinton. I was not cooking for everyone, so we tried out a bakery in Coral Gables. I had been there for Cafe con Leche and dessert before, and knew it was a worthy place for my hardworking staff to enjoy. Not knowing which empanadas to order for the group, I let the employee behind the desk get me a variety, @ a large scale. It was very impressive because there was less wait time than I expected, plus when I arrived home, all the empanadas were golden brown, & picturesque. They were all a little smaller than a fist, so they were perfect to use as tapas with wine and beer (which we must have had to enjoy these prez. debates!). We had a such a variety that it went from Greek empanadas, to Sweet Maple Bacon, to Caprese, to Spinach! Everyone loved them, plus it was entertaining hearing who liked which ones the most, because everyone had their own favorites. I would highly promote, La Patagonia Argentina, for it's empanadas, desserts & Cafe con Leches. You have now become Cheers Hospitality's Panaderia! Cheers, everyone!

This restaurant is amazing. It is tucked away in a small Strip Mall, but once inside you feel that you're in a fabulous place. When traveling South of Miami, we make sure that we spend a night near the airport solely to eat at this wonderful restaurant. The food is very Argentine - a lot of beef, salads, and wonderful desserts. The workers are genuinely nice people, intent on making you feel comfortable and feeding you well. It's a charming little restaurant.

The food and the service were excellent! The prices were surprisingly low. The filet mignon was to die for.

Don't understand the reviews at all. Nice staff and good service. Pasta and Gnocchi very boring and tasteless. Meat quite ok. Chorizo very average and grilles veggies nothing special. Was recommended from our hotel and reviews here confirmed as a good choice. Can't recommend.

This is an excellent place for couples or family. It is a small place but it looks very nice and outstanding service. The food is exquisite and we will go back soon!

Family owned. Cozy. Parking is hard so may have to park down the street etc. We had skirt steak sandwich. It was good but not outstanding. Kind of chewy. But there was a gorganzola gnocchi special that was to DIE for!! I will dream about it for the rat of my days. Simply melted in your mouth!!!! Would visit again in in the area just to see what else they have that could make my eyes roll back in my head like that gnocchi!!!
Decent value
I ordered the entraña, which was excellent. Both the chimichurri and salad dressing lacked vinegar and the chime could have used some more garlic and chile. One of the strengths of chimi is that the acidity cuts and complements the meat so the lack of vinegar was a bit of a disappointment. The staff were friendly and capable. I walked from the Hilton hotel which takes about 40 minutes. You can get the airport shuttle to drop you off halfway and walk the rest. There was a regular clientele that looked like they appreciated the place. There are few restaurants by the airport so this may be one of the better choices.
