Great place to hang out for casual dinner! Been coming here for last 15 years. It has changed from small little restaurant with limited seating with great food. To a larger restuarant with more seating (expansion), but still great food. Now, its a place where hipsters hang out and prices are still reasonable. I have no issue with expansion and hipsters. I just continue to love the same quality food that I have known for 15 years. Have the steaks.

We hosted a couple of Argentinian and took them to this place, environment was great, we had few table options to select from (indoor, outdoor) (Sunday 2PM) Waiter talked the Argentinian accent (not Mexican, as far as I could tell..) I ordered Pinot noir by the glass, which was amazingly good for $6 and a quantity that is 1.5 time s the traditional serving, (or so I figured). We were 5 persons but none of us eat large dishes so we ordered a combo of first (3 empanadas and Tortilla (not the Mexican Tortilla, it is a Quiche in American terms) And a combo of meat for entrée (chorizos sausage, filet, new York steak, and skirt) and some sides. Overall they all were really great, we could not finish the entrée and left some great pieces behind (shame on us - 5 small eaters). Finished with three deserts based on dolce de leche which was, (like always) too sweet (IMHO, but this is the deal with dolce de leche, right?), some coffee as well, I challenged them to make the shapes of foam on my coffee (good way to check their attitude to coffee) but they said they don't know that art :-) Anyway coffee was ok . Bottom line, my Argentinean guests were happy, five people, 3 courses, top quality meat and only $120. Who could ask for a better deal!

There’s more than one location of these in LA now and we went to the one on Melrose. When it first opened it was the only one we knew of and it was great value with generous portions - that’s changed a bit. However they are one of the few restaurants that gives you bread and a very good oil and herb sauce with just a little bite to it that’s almost addictive to dip your bread in at the start of the meal. Menus are only in QR code. This is not a white table cloth location. The bar is limited to beer wine and a few specialty drinks like margaritas and Mojito‘s. Service was prompt, efficient and professional. I did not feel the Plato Mixto was not the value I was looking for. The salad with salmon was excellent. As a casual family dinner location it was excellent, we had a very nice time and had no problem getting in.

We are visiting from Miami and my boyfriend brought me here because he came here a few years ago on vacation and loved it. This visit was not the same. We had been seated for ten minutes before someone asked if we had been helped. It was a strange dining experience because we had no idea who our server even was. The drink order, drink delivery, food order, food delivery, and bill drop-off were all done by different people. I guess it displays good teamwork, but not really great service. The steak was good, but,we were really upset by the quality of mashed potatoes. They were almost certainly instant. Nowhere close to homemade. We returned them for a salad. After we finished eating, someone brought a dessert to our table which we thought was complementary because of our dissatisfaction with the potatoes. He put silverware plates and the dessert on the table then asked if we ordered it. We said no-- so he took it all off and brought it to a table across the restaurant. We also witnessed other things like a busser wiping his face then handling silverware. And one table of two had their first glasses of sangria poured from the pitcher for them. Ours was not. Overall we felt that the restaurant was very inconsistent. We would not recommend.

I'm an American who has spent several years living in Buenos Aires and was very excited to stumble upon Lala's while in Los Angeles. Me and a couple Porteños (native Buenos Aires residents) ate at Lala's in July, 2012, and ordered the large meat platter to share. We also ordered milanesas and various side dishes. The meat was great but it wasn't prepared like I had eaten hundreds of times in Argentina. The chimicurri was amazing. The milanesa was spot on--large and delicious. The dessert was the best part. A crepe-like pancake filled with cream, bananas, dulce de leche, and topped with burned sugar. So tasty! My buddy ordered the flan and said it was excellent as well. I will definitely go back next time I'm in LA. My only complaint was that the waitress didn't refill our soft drinks unless we flagged her down and asked for refills.

Also in Studio City, this restaurant has some of the best food in all of Los Angeles. The service is always excellent, and the atmosphere is awesome.

I truly love the outdoor seating of Lala's cafe on Melrose, as well as it's delicious starters and food. This place has been around long enough to become one of LA's known casual restaurants, affordable and attractive to most types of locals and visitors. This place is not fancy, but it's fun, clean, and presentable. Great for families, business meetings and casual-romantic nights. It could be a little loud at times but that's because of the happening nature of it. I'm not sure if their food is entirely organic, but it sure is tasty.

If out and about and looking for somewhere hearty and good to eat. this place is a must. never have I seen a steak that was cooked to perfection to which i was given here. the 5***** just went to 10(: There were 7 in our group and we had no problems being seated. Make sure though you make a reservation as from my experience this place got really hectic. The menu here is a gastronomic hit of meat that definately cant let pass. What we got was the new york steak cooked to your liking and a variety of chicken breast meals. Servings were huge and really delicious. Not overcooked like most restaurants Ive been too and the chicken was not dry either. Before the meals came out you were given unlimited bread and a dressing that went with it. Biggest part of all was the price and that being so cheap would definately recommend others to give this awesome place a go.

my family and I love Lala's becuase of the freshnes of the food an a great customer service.i love it

I like this place along with their empanadas.

Good food and service. Had outdoor seating. Prices were pretty reasonable. Parking available behind the restaurant.

Delicious dishes served in an informal but trendy environment. The appetizers (empanadas, provoletas and chorizo) were great, and so did the entreés. The service was wonderful and the prices were more than affordable. Highly recommended.

After reading some nice reviews about Lala's, we decided to give it a try. It was worth it!! The prices are great, the meat table is delicious, the service is excellent and the atmosphere is awesome. 5 stars!!

Extremely well-priced food! If you like Argentine food, this is the place to go. Great value, great service! My fiance and I visit every few weeks. We almost always order the empanadas and a steak or chicken dish. The service is usually pretty decent and the patio is a great place to sit on a spring or summer day. Also, their chimichuri and fresh bread is the BEST!

I visited Lala's on a Sunday evening so it was fairly quiet and we were seated & served quickly. The bread & chimichurri provided alone is worth the visit - so delicious & in most LA restaurants I've found you have to ask specifically for bread, not the case here. I ordered the Arroz del Campo with Salmon which was extremely yummy and I had leftovers for which they provided a box as the portion size was pretty large. My friend ordered the Milanesa which was huge and again we took for leftovers. The prices are especially good for the quantity of food provided!

Been here many times before, while the past visits were good, this one was TERRIBLE. Starting from the fact that it took almost 15 minutes for the waiter to take our drinks order, continuing with bread with no plates, Chimichurri without a tea spoon and many other small details that differ a real argentine restaurant from a "wanna be" argentine restaurant (I am Argentinian). My girlfriend and myself ordered Entraña and Entraña al ajo (which is garlic entraña); when both plates arrived, they were practically the same, same decoration, same piece of meat, and most important - the same taste (no garlic at all). Once I am halfway through my steak, the waiter comes in and asks me if I have received the garlic. At that point, I have had enough and asked to see the manager, and that's when the next episode began. a minute before the manager arrived I received a big rounded plate full of garlic (If I knew it comes as a side I would have never ordered it). Now here is why service is so BAD; the manager blamed anything but his own error: "we are short on staff tonight", "we are trying to do our best" and so on. And as a compensation he suggests to waive the garlic (which is a dollar difference). From my experience when you bring the wrong plate, at least suggests to waive the plate, not a side. When he realized I was not satisfied, he asked me what do I want more; honestly, the guy is the manager, he knows what he can and cannot offer. Putting the costumer on the spot is a cheap way to get away with it. We agreed on a free desert. Now at this point, I really just wanted to enjoy the rest of the meal. Once we received the Flan, I was a 100% sure that I am never going back again to that place. It was cold as ice, the texture of the cream was weird and it was FLOODED with dulce de leche. You can see for yourself (I have attached a photo). Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

We went on a girls night out and they had this special where every two hours they had Happy Hour and everything including appetizers was half off, then regular price for one hour and then AGAIN the Happy Hour started all over again. It was GREAT!!!!

Great atmosphere, great for groups or even a date. The warm ambient lighting adds to the fun, we were looking for somewhere to have a good steak for a reasonably price and found it. Ill definitely be back here, their steaks were cooked to perfection and full of flavour, portions are great and so are the sides. Argentinians are known for their grills so ill definilty be back to try their chicken grills next time. A favourite and great value to boot.

We arrived about 3 pm on a Sunday and were seated immediately. There is valet parking, but otherwise parking in the area is difficult. We were given the option of inside or patio dining and chose the patio to lessen the noise. Our servers were very attentive. In under 5 minutes we received water, bread with chimichuri dipping sauce, had our questions answered, and placed our orders. Our steaks came out in short order, and they were excellent. Accompaniments include mashed potatoes, fries, salad, etc. We shared one beef empanada. It was hot and flavorful, though lacking olives, raisins and other ingredients found in some Argentine empanadas. And, having lived over a year in Argentina, I really appreciate that Lala's is an ArgenTINE (not Argentinean) grill.

We have ordered 4 same meals, 4 Angus Beef Steaks - one medium well, 2 medium and one medium rare. The medium well steak was a bit burnt while the medium and medium rare was good, not the best. We think that the height of the steak was too low and this was caused the problems.

Bad service, overcooked fish, nice location.

Go for all the flavor, just not your everyday meal.

Really tasty meats. I enjoyed my dinner. The parking situation wasn't great.

We had a great time at Lala's. As soon as you sit down bread and the best chimichurri I've had outside of Argentina appear before you. And it's cilantro-free! Starters include a couple of things you don't see often - grilled sweetbreads and morcillas (Argentine blood sausage similar to boudin noire) - order both of them and make your mouth happy! The steaks were all predictably very good and cooked as ordered. They are served with your choice of sides all of which were well executed. My family really liked the chicken with mushrooms and there were lots of good looking options if you don't want beef. The wine list has some interesting malbecs including one bottled to commemorate the 20th (?) anniversary of the restaurant by an Argentine vintner friend of the owner. It's good! The service is friendly, professional and prompt. The kitchen is pretty quick so if you want to slow things down you should mention it to your server. There is valet parking for a fee ($7.00?) and on street parking if you look and are lucky. A bonus is that Lala's is open late. Whatever you order just slather it with chimicurri and enjoy!

I love the skirt steak, roast chicken (pollo) and their sauce for the steak and bread is amazing....

Good food quality and enviroment. Specially in the patio. Good service, (some times some slow). Good ratio quality/price. it is a good option for lunch and dinner.

If you like food with your salt, this is the place! Unfortunately, the dishes were so heavily salted it was hard to taste what it was I even ordered! I tried my friends, no luck...I left most of the meal there.

The best chimichurri sauce we’ve ever had!! I had a beautiful Melrose salad and Hubby had a delicious steak. Great service , lovely atmosphere

Enjoyed our steak dinner, good variety of dishes, and you can mix your choice of side dishes (I had half salad and half mashed potatoes for example). Desserts were good but very sweet. Valet parking in back, the restaurant validates.

In a city chock full of very pricey restaurants, this stands out as one of the best values available. We ordered many different plates, from the Argentine steak, to grilled chicken, to fabulous empanadas. Everything was delicious, and the ambiance was lovely.

The atmosphere was pleasant, and it wasn't too crowded. The staff was friendly and very attentive. We had the Ensalada Tango and Chorizo, and both were great. The location was perfect, because we headed to a Groundlings show right after, just a couple of blocks away. It was a great find!

We were looking for a steak house in Hollywood. There were a few very famous but pricey ones in the city centre that we were planning to go as part of our Hollywood trip. A local lady that we coincidentally met at a Starbucks location highly recommended this place. She said the best steakhouse at an affordable price in the city.. So true.. The atmosphere, the set up, candles, the waitresses all nice. The food, oh la la.. Nice location with a free parking lot at the back. 10mins drove from the heart of the city. Quick service..

This is a small local restaurant in Hollywood . It is open-air style and friendly servers. Food is Argentinean. We were recommended to try the Flank Steak and it was delicious, served with a side of mashed potatoes and small salad. We had some appetizers with cheese and spinach, but not sure of the name. The waiter was happy to explain anything and make his recommendations, which we followed and were very happy with the choices. Dessert was cheescake - very moist and served with caramel and whipped cream on the side. We had a great time at this place!

We had a mostly lovely dinner here after a fun Groundlings show. The host wasn’t super warm, but that was fine—we were seated quickly and were served bread almost immediately. The chimichurri that came with it was fantastic! Our waiter was personable, though he forgot a few things. I had a medium rare Lomo with potatoes, asparagus, and arugula salad, all of which were great! They serve large portions and we had plenty of leftovers. The ambiance was nice, though it did get pretty loud at times. All in all, we had a good experience and would return again for a post-comedy meal.

Great pre Hollywood Bowl dinner....skirt steak was tasty and tender....great Caesar salad! Favorite at the table was their version of a Spanish style rice....yumbo!! We all loved it! Service was excellent as this was our first visit and didn't know what to order. Oh and try the empanadas....we liked the chicken and the spinach...enjoy!

My daughter told us about this place. The staff wore masks, the wait for a table was short, and we were able to sit where there was a lot of fresh air. It was night so they had the overhead heaters on which made my husband smile. Service was attentive and the menu was available by QR code. The portions were large and my steak practically melted in my mouth. Highly recommended.

Restaurant was recommended for a large gathering with old friends a couple of whom were traveling with small dogs and we asked for a reservation in the covered patio. It was perfect - there were 11 of us. Service was good, lots of food choices, and we were allowed to bring our own wine for a corkage fee. It was a busy Christmas week night. The chicken with mushrooms was quite tasty, salads were just OK. Mixed reviews for the food.

Service was excellent during our meal, with the waitperson answering our questions knowledgeably. We went early, around 6:45 on a Saturday evening and the tables were already beginning to fill. By 7:30 the place was extremely busy and we unfortunately had a table at the entrance to the area where the servers congregate to handle checks, pour wine, etc. If you can get a table as far away from that area, it will be a much more calming experience. There was chimichurri sauce on the table and it was tasty, although not as garlicky as I would have liked and the parsley could have been chopped a bit finer. For starters, we had 3 different types of empanadas and they were good; the only negative was the sogginess of the bottoms, probably due to the tomato in the Cordon Bleu variety that we tried. One of us tried the Pechuga Dijon which was a moist chicken breast with a Dijon sauce – excellent. The steaks we tried were the Entrana (skirt steak) and the Costilla (rib-eye). Both were very tasty and the skirt steak was surprisingly free of sinew for an inexpensive cut of meat. Of the two steaks, the rib-eye was the most tender, although both were tender and flavorful. The mashed potatoes were just OK, lacking the body that I like whenever I have them with a meal. The shared dessert was a Panqueque banana – a sort of crepe with a very sweet sauce. We will go again.

YUMM... saw Adam Sandler there.

We were going to eat across the street but they weren’t open and this restaurant was. Was looking for a late breakfast but decided to stay. Had empanadas instead. We had the beef, chicken and ham and cheese. They were delicious. The crust was perfect and they hit the spot. Also bread was fresh and their olive oil dip was very good too. Would definitely go back.

We stopped by around 9:30pm on a Tuesday and the place will still quite busy. I ordered a half chicken with picante sauce and my husband had a Mahi Mahi salad. I was surprised that his salad was $19 and my dish only $10.00...seeemed expensive for what he actually got. The choices of wine weren't great and the service was a little slow. However, I did think the fries were very good! Not sure I'll be back since there are a lot of other restaurants in the area.

It was ur first visit to Lala's. We'd just flown in to LAX and our local hosts recommended it. We were not disappointed. We had steaks, steak on spinach salad, pasta, salmon, etc. in our party and everyone was satisfied. The customers were laid back, and the servers were helpful and attentive. They seem to specialize in a flat iron steak. I'm a world class carnivore, but my wife was with me so I had to make a symbolic concession to eating healthy. They have a spinach salad that is topped by a nice steak. Total bliss.

This place is the bomb! they have the best food and unfortunately it isn't too close to my place, so I am not able to go too often. I only come here for my birthday and special occasions. I just graduated college so of course we came here. The steak with mushrooms and mashed potatoes is the best and the caramel crepes with bananas.

I've never had a bad meal at Lala's and the service is always prompt and friendly. I love the empandas and the red and white sangria is always delicious and strong.

What can possibly go wrong in an Argentinan steakhouse? NOTHING!!! Their bread is truly awesome, had to hold myself back not to ask for more. Good steaks, nice atmosphere. Totally sold.

Definitely not a fine dining restaurant. Having said that, the steaks we ordered were fantastic. We ordered the trio of steaks for 2-3 people. This consisted of Skirt, Ribeye and sirloin. The were cooked to perfection and tasted amazing. It was accompanied by our choice of two side dishes. The wine list or cellar needs some work with a very limited choice of reds which were mostly very "low end" and certainly not the ideal pairing for such a tasty meal. Our server Guido was attentive and polite although at times it was difficult to actually hear him as the noise level in the outside dining area was very very loud. Over all, it was delicious tasting food at a fair price but you will be restricted to very average wines and a fair amount of noise.

We went twice, the service was great, the staff friendly, caring and polite. The food also very nice and the decoration!

We were on holiday and a friend staying in LA brought us here for dinner. We had the calamari, soup, salmon and pasta dish. There were all good. A great place to have a relaxed meal with friends.

Had dinner here last night. Service is food. Portions are generous. Love their sangria and can't have enough of the chimichurri!!!! Casual, fresh loud without being upsetting. Great for a night out with friends

I am not a meat lover, but Lala's makes me wanna eat more meat, they have very good steaks and their chimichurri is super duper! I had a great dessert made with Dulce de leche that was the perfect way to close dinner...I definitely recommend this place for a casual lunch or dinner.

I've only been to the one in Studio City. Their steaks and salads are great, a must do while in the valley....

Went here on family night out. Great food and great atmosphere. Ask to sit in conservatory area, no bookings taken but it’s big with lots of space. Service v friendly and welcoming and it’s open late. Good for friends and family or even romantic meal

The chimichurri is fantastic! The milanesa napolitana was just like I remembered from my time living in Buenos Aires. They fit us in at the bar as walk-ins on a busy Saturday night, and the service was so fast!

best empanadas especially the ham and cheese

The place is cozy and very friendly. The meat is of good quality and there is a variety of things to order. Nevertheless it is not something out of the ordinary.

Second time was even better!! The beef is aged ~ Super tender!!! Yes even the skirt steak! Start out with the Mushrooms! Even better is the price~ I was surprised by the check in a great way! Try it out ~ $6 Valet in back or can try to find a place on the street.

This place looked nice so we dropped by to try it out, been to a few great Argentine restaurants before. Firstly the service was bad, barely had we sat down and they wanted our order. We asked for a few minutes to look at the menu but the waiter was back in a minute pestering us. We ordered drinks and again asked for time to look at the menu but again the waiter was desperate for our order. We both ordered steaks cooked medium, one with a pepper/onion/garlic topping, when they came one was medium and the other well done. There were so many onions you couldn't see the steak, the fries were disgusting and far too much garlic on the steak. We had barely finished and the waiter was back asking if we wanted desserts or the bill. We still had plenty of drink left, I said we were fine and he brought the bill anyway. He said no rush but then stood until we had handed over cash. Horrible intrusive service and very average food. Give it a miss there are so many options and this place treats customers like rubbish.

We ate here before the Groundlings show. The food was delicious. The cocktails were good and strong. The service was a little slow, but the staff were very pleasant. The restaurant does not take reservations. The dining room is small, so plan ahead. The portions are large and you will not be disappointed.

My friend and colleague Gerd Ludwig took me and Nicole yesterday - a nice, casual place with amazing salads for small budgets. It was obvious and I was stupid enough to try anyway: the pasta sucked. But then: what do you expect in a place who's full name is "lama's argentine grill" ;-) We'll sure go again.

Visited Lala's Grill yesterday off Melrose Ave. in West Hollywood. Was thinking of a different place to take my aunt who is celebrating her 57th birthday. A friend recommended Lala's Grill. I had not been to Lala's for quite a while. The staff is always pleasant and inviting. The food is always delicious.

This spot is lively and fun for lunch. Make sure you can sit on the patio, as it's a little stuffy inside. I love their salads and their steak sandwiches. The portions are big! The location is perfect for an afternoon of inexpensive clothes/accessory shopping.

Came here with a big group. I was impressed by the portions given with each order. The salmon I had was delicious & the wine was good. Everyone enjoyed their food. We had a lovely evening & would recommend this restaurant.

We came based on the menu, and the ranking on Trip Advisor. It was in a busy spot of Melrose, so a bit difficult to find street parking (Though there is a pay lot behind - $7, vs free on Melrose after 8). This restaurant was lively with casual ambiance. It was fun, and the service was fairly quick. The food selection was good, and we were with a friend with a gluten allergy. There was plenty for her to choose from. The helpings were ample, but the food was healthy and well-prepared. It's not fancy, but it's a terrific casual spot for a nice meal. The steaks were nice, as was the pasta, and the grilled vegetables.

I was walking around for awhile & stumbled across this place. I read the menu & some of the reviews, then went in :) I really enjoyed the provelenta. It was amazing. This was my second time eating Argentinian, & now I’m obsessed.

We've been to Lala's several times and never had trouble getting seated although it is usually busy and they don't take reservations We've always chosen to sit in the enclosed outdoor area under heat lamps and it was comfortable since I dressed more warmly this time We really like the fresh bread and chimichurri that arrives as soon as you order, and will be refilled as much as you like, but we have learned to pace ourselves because the entree is good sized. We all had the Entrana al Champignon which is a skirt steak with sauteed mushrooms in a red wine cream sauce. It comes with mashed potatoes but you can ask for a half order of potatoes and a half order of salad instead. It was all delicious! Service was good and the noise level was fine.

They have great flat steaks and good wines, in a very comfortable and airy setting. The service is outstanding. No hard liquor.

Service very good, food also very good. Great Argentinian cuisine.

We found this restaurante throught Trip Advisor when stayed in Los Angrles. The food was very tasty, real brasilian style beef, a bit pricy, but great atmosphere. Chip drinks and very tasty desserts ( we had crepes and cake).

Best food I’ve had in years!!! Excellent service and even bette food. Best chimichirri EVER and I’ve lived around world 🙌🏼

Ordered the Salmon Burger and it was ehhh. Big patty so I did like that for protein but taste was sub par. It didnt really taste like much. The tartar sauce kind of overpowered everything. The Argentinean sauce did not taste like anything either.

Very average food. We went to the Studio City location. Tables very close together and we had a very drunk woman next to us who was very loud! We had croquettes and chorizo to start. Both were ok. Our steaks came out while we were eating our appetizers which shows me they are rushing diners out. The 8oz ribeye was so thin that medium rare was nearly impossible. I would skip this place.

We love coming to Lala's when we visit. Great skirt steaks and mashed potatoes. Love the bread and seasoned dipping oil. Great salad too. Great service and a very nice setting to dine.

Friendly local and very polite staff. Excellent meat, several cuts of Argentine meat washed down with good red wine. Highly recommended local

very good food better service the place is comfortable and has good atmosphere typical Argentine food of excellent quality highly recommended

First, the waiter was easy on the eyes (you are welcome ladies)....the menu is pretty large. My friend and I had the skirt steak and we shared a rice, tomato, green pepper and feta combination. The food was great!! It is very noisy, but very fun. I will say we took dessert to go and that might have been a mistake. Neither one of us cared for the cheesecake or the banana carmel crepe, but in fairness it might have tasted a lot better in the restaurant. The cost was exceptionally reasonable by LA standards...less than $50 for the entire ticket!

Food was excellent in flavor. Very nice decor. The outdoor seating is a closed off section that's dim so you're not cold at all! It was beautiful! We started off with the appetizer combo, which came with 3 different types of empanadas, chorizo, and one tortilla de papa. The empanadas are the perfect crisp. The tortilla de papa is like a potato quiche that I most certainly could have had more of! I had some of their red sangria and it was tasty. I hear their white sangria is even better! Definitely trying that next time. For the main course I had the Suprema Special, which was a lightly breaded chicken breast that I paired with salad & fries. Just beware, once flattened, it was a big piece of chicken!!! I could have definitely shared it :) We wrapped up with some cheesecake and flan - both were so good, I mean melt in your mouth good. I'm usually picky about flan, but this was some good stuff. Parking is conveniently right behind the business. It's valet so bring some cash with you. The service was great. We didn't feel rushed at all. It allowed us time to catch up with a dear friend we hadn't seen in years.

Nice place and excellent service... Very warm and romantic... Good food, with free appetisers. Portions are not very big, but you can go home satisfied. Fantastic Melrose location... Prices on average.

This is an Argentinian restaurant which has a large and varied menu. I ordered the chicken breast with wine sauce and mushrooms and this came with two side orders. I opted for the fries and salad. The food was hot and tasty and was completed by a bottle of beer. We had two baskets of bread with garlic/oil dip. They do not do draught beers only bottles. The price was reasonable and the service welcoming. Certainly recommend to give it a go. If arriving by car park in one of the side streets to avoid having to pay the extortionate public parking fees.

As a meat lover, I have probably never eaten a meat so tasty. Great service as well! Definitely recommend it!

If I were to base my experience at Lala's by the atmosphere everything would be ok because their outdoor area is actually nice. Unfortunately I can't say the same about the food and much less about the service. The food was ok at best, but mostly mediocre. The Lomito Lala was good and juicy, but it was the simplest menu items that lacked any flavor, for example the mashed potatoes... horrible, watery, box-like! The caesar salad with grilled chicken was average, and the chicken provencal was just a bland tasting grilled chicken breast with a dollop of garlic on top. But the worst part of our experience at Lala's was the service. We were a large group and before the place was even closed they started turning off lights, space heaters (and it was cold), sweeping the floors right at out table... we understand the place has to close and employees have to go home, but talk about RUDE! And they also charge for valet, but don't even bring you your car! Just not worth it.

The first time I ate at Lalas was in 2012 and 7 years later, they haven’t changed. The variety is as remarkable as the flavors. Their portions are very generous. Our server, Micaela, was fantastically friendly, personable, and took such great care of us. We went for an early dinner and it coincided with their happy hour bites, wine, and beer. The bites were very affordable and the wine at $6 a glass can’t be beat. Our ribeye entrees were so tender and juicy. If you’re looking for an authentic and delicious Argentine restaurant with all Argentine wines, fast and friendly service, and a nice ambience; check out Lala’s! They never disappoint.

The flat iron steak with the chimi-churry sauce was fantastic. Our party ate outside in the covered patio that is heated if need be. It was our first time there and we vowed to return.

I have eaten here and ordered from them many times. We've never experienced the ultra poor service we received on Father's day. We ordered an order for delivery at 6:45. By 8pm it hadn't been completed. I called 4 times. The delivery company waited 50 minutes. Once it was delivered, everything was cold and many items were missing. Apparently they ran out and did not offer us another choice. The manager would not come to the phone to resolve it. It seems there was poor planning on the restaurants part and they were grossly unprepared for fathers day. They said they would refund the missing parts. I still haven't seen it returned.

The ribeye steak is wonderful. They have the best potatoes, fries, mashed and a slice of a quiche like dish. All are really good. They serve chimchurri with bread. It is the best. We always take a jar home.

the sangria is excellent and the price is good too.

I was across the street about to enter another's restaurant but saw it was empty. After thinking about my last not so great experience I decided to try it again. I'm so happy I did!!! Hugo was my server and he was absolutely wonderful! I told him about my last experience and give hesitant I was to try it again. Hugo went out of his way to change my view and made it a fabulous experience. I had the half roasted chicken and it was delicious! Thank you Hugo for making by a single woman in town on business comfortable and well fed! I will be back!!!

The atmosphere is not bad two ladies near me were really loud but that didn't really bother me much . I regret getting the picante chicken and not going for the steak will be back to try it.

We had a dinner on Tuesday night. We parked on a meter on Alta Vista Dr. It is free after 6pm. We had Combo Appetizer that included 3 empanadas of your choice, one tortilla de papa and one chorizo. We had 2 chicken empanadas and one beef. Next time I will order all beef. We did not like tortilla de papa (potato with onions). Then we ordered Entraña al Ajo (Grilled Beef skirt steak, topped with sautéed garlic and parsley), Arroz del Campo (Sautéed green and red bell pepper, garlic, onions and mushroom tossed with yellow rice in a creamy tomato sauce; topped with feta cheese. with chicken) and Plato Mixto (for two people) Two grilled Italian sausages, sweetbread, New York steak, skirt steak and a half chicken, served with French Fries and Rice (steamed with onions and peppers) . We also had a pitcher of Sangria. The portions are generous. Entraña al Ajo was swimming with fat or oil. Will never order it again. The sweetbread is an unknown teretory. We left it on our plate. Chicken was not bad. The stake was lucking flavor, but this is a tradeoff you get for getting $20 steak. Service is good. Let me put it this way: you get what you pay for. Average food for average price. We might consider going back. Tip: order your meal one degree down from what you like. We like our steak medium to well. We ordered medium

I like this place because of the associations I am make with coming here. The food and Sangria acted as a social lubricant in making friends.

This nice small restaurant on Melrose is a great find. The Salmon with grilled tomato and garlic was outstanding with the fresh broccoli in garlic, with a nice salad. The chicken breast with garlic was also wonderful. Very healthy and delicious!

Absolutely the worst customer service. I ordered they gave the food to an Uber driver and stole the food they refused to make it right leaving the customer high and dry. No customer service not understanding their responsibility. They didn’t care at all I would avoid these people at all cost.

More casual, tables lined up and close to each other -- but authentic papas purée ( Spanish for mashed potatoes) like we have enjoyed in Buenos Aires. Reasonable prices and 3 other diners with me enjoyed chicken and steak milanisa, and flank and new yours steaks. B/c of cement floors the place gets noisy as it fills up. So get there early if you want to miss that

Love their style! Great Argentinean good! =) great atmosphere for groups and dates!

The chimichurra is excellent and the bread wonderful. We had empanadas, the shrimp in garlic, and calamari. All were very good. The Pinot Grigio was very good but not served as cold as we liked. Service excellent and prices very reasonable. The only caveat is that this is a very noisy restaurant as one would expect filled with people having a good meal and enjoying one another.

A great Argentinian restaurant in Los Angeles. We ate very well with an average price for the area and the type of restaurant. The portions are not huge, but all in all they are fine

Service was very good, but the place was stifling hot and very loud. The milanesa was so overcooked it was very hard. The fries had no flavor. The stakes were ok but not great. The flan tasted like leche condensada short cut. The blood sausages were pretty terrible and the salmon portion tiny.

My son got violently I’ll after eating here 2 nights ago. Doctor confirmed it was from his dinner and not another illness.

More of a neighborhood place, very casual. Try the Melrose Salad. Be sure and ask to be seated at a street side table if your up for people and cool car watching. All salads can come "con" salmon or other options in Argentine style.

It is definitely one of my favorite places in LA. Excellent food and wine, inexpensive, nice atmosphere, it´s easy to park... I love it!

Good food for a reasonable price and the service had some girls with great looking racks!

Loooooove the bread, chicken with red wine cream sauce, and steak.

special place to go with friends the service it's very friendly and food delicious you can have Good wine on a very friendly atmosphere. seat out side

Fantastic food and service. Hip but relaxed atmosphere and great prices. Sangria is off the hook!!

We eat late in the day, at almost midnight, not much was going on at the restaurant, but what we have got disappointed us incredibly. Something as simple as a hamburger was not properly done. It was actually frozen in the middle! The tables was sticky (may be not cleaned properly that day). in out oppinion also guests later at night should get a good service. Hopefully the restarant is better during the day time... we don't know, we did not want to try again.

Crowded, noisy restaurants appeal to me. They make me feel at one with the lively and fully alive people who are out with loved ones to enjoy one of life’s good offerings. La La’s certainly provides that experience. The place was packed when we arrived and stayed that way all evening. the food was enjoyable, but not memorable and the service was good. We had the Panqueque and the Pechuga de Pollo. Both were tasty, but not extraordinary, and were served in fair portions for the money. The one outstanding item of the meal was the dessert, caramel filled crepes, which were wonderful, rich, and an experience not to be missed.

This is a solid dining choice for me when I meet friends in the valley. I usually try to keep trying new places, but when my friends suggest this place in Studio City, I always agree. Quaint, clean place. Quiet atmosphere.

This is easy going restaurant with good Argentina style food. Service was helpfull and fast. I ate chorizo sausage as starter..it was tasty but somehow rubbery. At mail I took steak and smashed potatoes. That was tasty and the meat was very tender and good. I can recommend this place!

After living in Europe for many years you become accustomed to (or spoiled with) great food and wine at reasonable prices. On a business trip to LA we were truly disappointed with the food in general. Without paying ridiculous prices it was impossible to eat a decent meal. Finally a staff member at our hotel recommended Lala’s melrose. We not only had our first great meal with best bottle of wine of our trip (without donating our collective first born children)..... the prices were excellent. Even as important was the staff. Attentive and fun. One in our group spoke Italian only and the manager went out of his way to speak to us in Italian. He could not have been more wonderful (our waitress too). They even brought over some things we didn’t order just to try. Our one regret was finding them on our last night. We would have been regulars! We are returning for the same trip next year and we will be back to Lala’s our first night for sure. A big thank you to the staff and the kind manager (I wish I remembered names!)

I went to Lala's with an old friend and seated outside in a nice environment. We ordered 3 or 4 appetizers and I was almost full with them. I liked all of them but the thin cut beef was the best. Their sangria is one of the best and I liked their Argentinian beer as well.

I eat at LaLa's at least monthly. The food is guaranteed fresh, with so many choices. Sometimes I'm in the mood for chicken, then steak, then pasta, then fish. They have it all. The sizes of the portions tend to be quite large, so I'm usually stuffed when I'm leaving. Hip staff and customers alike. One can eat a little to moderately...guess I like to eat a LOT. So easy to do here. Thank you LaLa's !

Lala's is comfy, casual, fairly decent food. Decor is average. Occasional celebrity sightings. Nice to know that there is a comfortable place to eat and relax on Melrose.

Coming from Argentinian heritage I love my Malbec, steak and chimichurri. This place offers all these as well as a warm service and friendly atmosphere. Overall a very enjoyable experience.

So, argentine grill, high expectations. And it was sooooo good! Staff was super friendly, food was excellent. We got the lomo and it was super tender. Empanada with beef tasted like the ones we had in Argentina. The rice as a side is an excellent option, really tasteful. Get a malbec with your beef and you're made it - to heaven!

Came here for a business lunch and the lalas steak with the creamy mushroom sauce was amazing. Probably one of the best steaks I've ever had. The service was good without being intrusive. You could blink and miss this place. It doesn't look like much from the outside but the food is excellent!!. Highly reccomended.

My wife and I recently had a nine month old baby. Lala's has become our go-to place for date lunches. Outdoor seating, with lots of space keeps our daughter happy, and the food (especially the steak and the chimichurri) is to die for. Highly recommend

Get the skirt steak.

Visited Lala's in October with a group of friends and we all loved it. Place is casual but nicely decorated and clean. Service was great and food was excellent. We ordered the Lomo Lalas with rice and french fries and side order of the mushrooms. Meat was tender and cooked as ordered. Portions are perfect size and price is great for LA. The mushrooms were also very good. One in the group ordered the chicken and it was also delicious. The dulce de leche flan was excellent as well. Highly recommend this place.

Excellent steak sandwich ... if not slightly small.

Nice outdoor patio but as far as the food is concerned you get what you pay for. I wish I could enjoy a better bottle of wine with their food.

Lalas has great food... from provoleta to arrugula salad to of course the delicious cuts of meats to its amazing desserts..... outside seating is very cozy. The service is nice.

Went here with friends for a dinner and the food was absolutely amazing! I had lobster ravioli and it was one of the best I've had. I tried my friend's mashed potatoes and they were delicious as well. We ordered a bottle of the house Malbec and it was great! Great choice to dine at Melrose! If weather permits, sit outside!

3 for lunch. Everyone of us enjoyed our meal. Great food, good prices. Service very good. Definitely going back. The bread and dipping oil amazing

My friend an I just went to an early movie on Sunset and were ready for lunch. I said let's try Melrose Ave, lot's of different places there. As we drove past Lala's he said Stop here. It is actually Lala's Argentine Grill. I was not really in the mood for steak, but I went in anyway. Fantastic menu with salads, sandwiches, entrees, the works. I had the lobster ravioli for only $13 and it was almost too much to eat. My friend had a big salad with a hamburger without the bun. It must of been close to 1/2 a lb. Fantastic menu and service and definitely the perfect place on Melrose for lunch or dinner. I will definitely bring my wife here if we are in Hollywood for a show.

We came here for lunch and really enjoyed sitting in the shady patio. The food was great, I've been here a few times and have never been disappointed. I really like the provoletta appetizer... Basically just melted cheese in a skillet served with breads! The sangria (both white and red) is really good. I like that it's shady but open and you can do some great people watching if you sit by the Melrose side. Highly recommended to anyone passing through and looking for a fun casual lunch or dinner in the open air.

Our group of 5 friends had drinks and dinner here on a Monday night. The place was lively and had a great vibe. Every table seemed to be really enjoying themselves and their meals. We ordered up several entrees to share and had pitchers of really tasty sangria. The staff was awesome. Very friendly, very helpful, very quick ! Next time I'm in LA I will be heading back there for sure !!

The bottom line: my meal was very mediocre. Caesar salad was acceptable, but my spaghetti was so bland that I wished I was at Olive Garden instead. This place was packed when we went and everyone was on their cellphones!?! It's that kind of crowd. I think people must go here because it's trendy. The service was average. The patio was lovely, I will admit. Would I go back? Probably not.

Go to Lala's, order anything (thier entre salads are especially delicious) and get a pitcher of their sangria. You will be in heaven.

We arrived at Lala's around 8pm on a Friday night without a reservation. I had been multiple times when I lived in LA and wanted to come back for an old time's sake. This place continues to be a local favorite for a reason. (Actually a few reasons) Fun ambience: Outdoor seating is a little loud but the ambience is more fun and casual than indoor. Outdoor seating was almost completely full and continues this way throughout late night - speaking from experience. Delicious food: We ordered entraña al ajo (beef) with salad and milanesa napolitana (breaded chicken) with mashed potatoes. Both dishes are my all time favorites here - fresh, juicy, and flavorful. The portions, I find, are also generous. Definitely good value. Solid service: We were promptly seated outside as requested. Service at the table was also prompt and friendly even though you can tell the servers are quite busy covering a lot of tables at a high turnover rate. The only small sting is valet parking at $7 which is standard for the area at that hour. You can also try your luck for street parking. Overall, very happy I came back. Lala's is one of the more fun, good value options for anyone visiting or living in LA.

Reasons to visit Lala's: 1. The dipping sauce for the bread. 2. Garlic covered chicken breast. 3. Mashed potatoes 4. Rice 5. Great service

We had sweetbreads and bife de chorizo. Sweetbreads were great!! and very inexpensive. YOU MUST TRY THEM! The bife de chorizo was very goos, though a little thin for Argentine standards. We like them thick! House Malbec wine was great and very inexpensive ($24) I reccomend this restaurant

The service was unspectacular!! They bring to the tabla fresh basket of bred and water. The main curse was deliciously. And all the evening was wander full.

Churrascarria can be a bit overwhelming ,but this cafe had just the right amounts of plate portions. The tastes were xlnt.Diners can split certain plates ,like the Empanada sampler. This is Euro-latin food, NOT sameol, sameol taqueria. It is an adventure...in a good way. Will return when up in Melrose area. They HAVE a parking lot so don't let the street view fool U.

The warm rice salad is great, but there has been a slow decline in quality and service over the past 5 years.

I found this place via web, looking for something still open (was last night around 10pm) where to taste good meat. Once entered I appreciated the nice location. Personnel where very gentle and kind with me. I exposed a potential issue with my debit card, and so we checked in advance that everything was ok, showing a very good attituide. Then when I ordered a glass of Malbec, the server suggested me to consider to take one of better quality with very slightly difference in price. I'm glad I followed his suggestion. I tried a "bife encebollado" and was so delicious. Summarizing, I was very satisfied for the location, the service, the food and the wine. Top.

The outdoor seating is warm and inviting. Mashed Potatoes soft. Steaks are tender and soft. Overal good and reasonably priced.

Visited this place on the last day of our vacation. No reservation, sat in the patio area to the side. Nice relaxed feel. Service was great. Very laid back. Food was very good. All 4 of us had different choices and all enjoyed. Argentinian red wine was super and very reasonably priced Overall for the money, in LA. Fantastic

I was there with a friend and we tried both Angus and NY steaks. First one is better than the following, yet both are average.

Lala's is an Argentinian steak house located in Melrose near corner with La Brea and while it's not close to home, it's worth the drive, this place is by far one of our family and friends favorite. I've paid the $50-$60 steak at some famous brands but none of them compares to Lala's soft and aged to perfection meats. Lala's prices are spot on and that's another reason why it's always crowded so you know there is good rotation in their inventory. We have never left disappointed and we'd love to come more often but the distance limits our desires..... We also enjoy their wine selections and again they're very descent with their prices so you can compliment your every meal here with wine without going broke. And if you don't eat meat, don't worry!! Their salmon will hit the spot, it's grilled to perfection as well as their veggie grill options. We have seen famous actors/actresses many times here too and they're able to eat here without disruption from the patrons. People here are very nice! Valet parking available.

reasonable prices for delicious food and nice ambience! go early to avoid the wait!

Excellent food. Very good mojitos! Here because it was close to CBS lot but happy we ate here. Thin steak sandwich, ravioli, large salad...all excellent. Attentive service.

Good steaks. Nice Atmosphere. I liked it. It was a good evening. Personal is friendly. Locations is reachable by foot, if you stay in Hollywood.

One of my best friends was born in Argentina, so we go to Lala's quite a bit. The fact that he endorses the place should actually hold more weight than the fact that I do, but he he doesn't have a TripAdvisor account, so there's that. All of the Steaks are tender and flavorful, and none of them cost nearly as much as you'd pay for a similar cut of meat at a more upscale Steakhouse. I finally ordered the chicken when I went to the Studio City location for lunch yesterday, and it's just as good as the steaks... juicy and filled with flavor. I also recently tried their Melrose Salad, topped with a great tangy dressing. Their wine list is equally impressive, with decent bottles at reasonable prices that pair nicely with the meats. One tip.... don't fill up on their bread, even though the garlicy dipping sauce it comes with is addictive. Both the Melrose and Studio City Lala's locations are excellent choices if you're looking for high quality steaks at below average prices.

Nice patio setting and great prices.

After eating here I was so satisfied because I met my two girlfriends we were starving and love wine. The selection and value was decent ...but alas im no wine , connoisseur. The empanadas were amazing fresh crispy and a decent portion. The portions of the entrees are in my opinion huge and the desserts were good especially the flan. I would suggest this place to anyone wanting a casual dinner or even just a filling meal. Next time I go back it's definitely going to be either on a date or for a girls night out. I also noticed when I went there was plenty of eye candy.

We went with my wife for our 10 anniversary. . Lala's was the first restaurant we went to dinner 10 years ago. . And still , Service is great, Staff is the best ! And the food, same quality as always ! BEST restaurant in L.A.

We were looking for an early beer/lunch the day after Memorial Day. We stopped in about 15 minutes before they were scheduled to open. The manager (owner?) said if we would have a seat on the patio they would be with us in just a few minutes. Service and food were very good. I had the Melrose salad (full portion) and it was huge. One of the best salads I have had and most certainly a meal in itself.

Where do I begin? All of our food was warm, not hot. The chicken was shoe leather tough. The steak was simply inedible. The mashed potatoes were most likely from a mix. The side order of spinach was so disgusting that the pet pigs in the Valley would not eat it. And finally, the chorizo was repulsive and simply inedible. On the plus side, the prices were cheap.

Really nice outdoor patio, but the food lacked flavor.

The food here was delicious and priced well. The service was excellent. The place is mostly open air, so a little cold in winter. Definitely worth visiting.

Late lunch at 2. Service was good. Food was tasty . The chicken was grilled to perfection. We ate at outside dining area. Picante chicken flavoring was delicious! Because this is on Melrose, you park elsewhere and walk over. FYI park on the same side of the street as restaurant if you are not near a crosswalk.

5 of the staff members (including the owner I was told) are Argentinians and although the meat is not from Argentina (Mexico, we asked), it is of very good quality. I went there with an Argentinian friend of mine who has not been back home since the new year and he felt as if he was. The empanada was a bit dry and fried and I wonder why the restaurant would not offer regular ones but all the other dishes were excellent (the provoleta in particular) and the wine just amazing.

I'm a Los Angeles native and I have to say, my first visit to Lalas was extremely dissapointing. 2 minutes into being seated, we were asked for our order, we then asked for another minute; 15 minutes later and still no waiter, we had to tap the waiter (RAMON) on the back to then place our order. Needless to say, our order came out screwed up. While waiting for our order my chair was constantly being kicked by the hustling waiters running back and forth and at no time did anyone of them apologize. But here is the worst part; as my date and I were spliting the bill, the waiter (RAMON) comes over to ask if we needed our parking validated. He felt the need to point out that the tip was not included in the total. I found that quite unnecessary given the fact that I can read! Once Ramon picked up the bill and was walking away, he then had the audacity to circle back around the table once he got a look at his tip (12%) and had the nerve to ask if the tip we had left was correct! Can you beleive that guy?! After that type of service! On top of that, as we walked out of the restaruant, he was -------- to his co-workers about the tip he had recieved. Here is a tip for RAMON ... GET ANOTHER JOB SINCE YOU DON'T HAVE A CLUE ABOUT WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE ENTAILS.

The real Argentina beef only comes from Argentina. The kind of food given to cows & climate conditions are different. LaLa is an ARGENTINA style beef but not real beef imported from Argentina. They are not a true Argentina restaurant. Take a note of this before you eat next.

Empanada was not good and did not even close to the Authentic Argentina We order the mix plate, the beef and chicken were ok, the rest was too greasy Not very exciting and would not order again.

I recentrally visited this west Hollywood staple with a dear friend who just loves the place. She had been telling me about it for months so I was expecting it to suck. You know how places rarely live up to your expectations. Well this place went way beyond my expectations. My new thing is to ask the server to give me an experience. After all they know their food better than I do. Lol, sometimes it is a real crap shoot. But other times I win big. This place made me a winner. The skirt steak which usually comes with mashed potatoes was paired with beautiful crispy golden brown French fries and was, to say the least, absolutely delicious. An absolute must.

This Argentinian grill offers fresh and delicious food for a very reasonable price. The Chicken Suprema I had was tender and their mashed potatoes are to die for.....Yummy! My friend had the skirt steak and raved about it. My other friend went for the Melrose salad that was fresh and very tasty. Nice selections of wine and a big variety of options on the menu. Great service, and nice patio for outside seating, without being on the side walk like some of the restaurants on Melrose.

Been here one other time for a College Graduation Party and loved it both times! The atmosphere is so chill, people watching is fun, such nice staff and the food is wonderful and tasty!! I had the special which was risotto, it was perfectly moist. The starter bread it wonderful too. My hubby who used to be a local when he lived there will never stray from his Milanesa Napolitana. Loves it!! Valet parking is easy breezy too, its behind the location.

Great good. Great service. Actually, best service that I have seen before. We have been here in LA’s for a week and everyday we have come here because the food and the service is beyond expectations!!!

We love the empanadas. Especially the spinach and the beef. Great service and fast food. Nice other dishes as well.

Always enjoy my dinners here - they make amazing Mahi Mahi (Popeye version) and their sangria is the best in town (you can order by the pitcher or glass). Whenever I'm in the area (ie seeing Groundlings), I always have dinner here. The Studio City location is just as good, just a little smaller. To note, my absolute favorite is their Provoleta starter. That along with the bread and sauce is amazing.

Been frequenting this restaurant for a while now, took some friends there for dinner on a Saturday evening at 6pm, restaurant was busy but not packed, we were seating promptly, and greeted by the staff who brought the drinks, menus and bread immediately. Server was attentive, gave us time to look the menu over once our guests arrived, but took our order as soon as we were ready. Food came out really quickly, especially knowing that everything is prepared fresh. Our entree's were as always, sumptuous and plentiful, refills on drinks were frequent and the staff cleared the table as we finished.

I visited recently with a young friend who had just returned from a Mormon mission to Argentina. I wanted to eat Argentinian food with him and have him share some of his experiences with me. In the process I fell in love with the food. He specifically wanted empanada, chorizo, chimichurri, and napolitana, foods he'd eaten in Argentina. He proclaimed it very authentic. I ordered the rib-eye steak with an Anaheim chile, onions and a side of potatoes. The mashed potatoes were some of the best I've ever eaten and the steak had wonderful flavor, lots of garlic. I will be going back again just to eat this dish (I don't care that it's not Argentine beef - it tastes great)! The napolitana had lots of cheese, was very large. The condulce de leche was great. I came specifically because I wanted to try Argentinian food. I'll be going back just because the food was so great.

I went here because of the Tripadvisor reviews, expecting a lovely steak dinner and good service. Instead, I got: -- staff were much, much more interested in watching the Beyonce special on their bar's widescreen TV than in bringing me menu, drink, food. -- a second (even third rate) steak. I told the server my preferred was ribeye, and she recommended the skirt steak. Ordered it rare-medium rare; it came raw. Sent it back; it was returned slightly more cooked but nowhere near medium rare. The pieces of skirt steak were uneven; one was nice and tender, but the other was so tough I couldn't finish chewing it, and had to leave the rest of it as well as (echhhh) put the piece I was trying to chew into a napkin and leave it on the side. -- And the potatoes were cold. Not warm - cold. I sent them back as well. I guess they heated them in the microwave, but not quite long enough, because when they came back, the inside was hot, but the outside was cold. I had actually gone in hopes of getting in to Asanebo, but it was early and I was hungry. Still, I wold never, ever recommend this restaurant to anyone. It was incredibly annoying to watch the bartender, waitrons, and managers crowd around the television watching Beyonce while I had no bread, no menu, no water, and no waiter.

I was a solo diner while in town on business. The quality of their meat was awful which explains why their prices are so cheap. My server was very sweet so I have no complaints on that end.
was pretty nice, good food, cool atmosphere
