Dinner

By Hawkes_12 |

Didn't really eat enough to make real opinion. What we ate was okay. Prices during happy hour very good!

Our server was the highlight

By michelle m |

Spencer, our server, was kind, attentive and efficient. He was the highlight! The food was less than average - Mac and cheese with bacon (chewy and bland) and a crab cake sandwich (mostly filler, very little crab).

Good Burger

By Mohannad L |

I ordered a hamburger with sweet potato fries and buffalo wings for starter. Wings were very tasty. We got the medium, which is the second out of seven "HOT" scale. They were a little bit hot for me, but I enjoyed them. I am used to hot food. Be careful if you would order really hot wings. Sweet Potato fries were very tasty. The meat smelled right and tasted right. Very good meal. Service was a little bit slow, but reasonable.

Never Again!

By MsGreyEyes |

I went here for dinner with my family after visiting our new niece at the hospital and we had an absolutely horrible experience. Our server was extremely inattentive and one of our meals was forgotten. When we finally found the server to tell her she went off to "check on it" and didn't come back for over 15 mins. She never apologized or explained what happened she just said "It will be right out." Needless to say, by the time that plate came out everyone else was done. We never got checked on again until she brought us our check. The food was mediocre and, although we were charged for the "Old Bay Fries" they were not made as advertised. Save your money - we spent over $300 as a table only to waste over half of our food.

Good food and drinks close to Drexel.

By PM2313 |

We ate here quite a few times on our visits to Drexel . They have great wings and happy hour specials along with lots of other options. I will say that over the last 2 years it has become less clean inside which I found disappointing because we enjoyed going there. They need to work on keeping the food and crumbs off the floors and the tables wiped down so they're not sticky. Other than that food is good, and prices are fair.

Late Night Go To Spot

By cyberphyl |

This place is located between the campuses of Penn and Drexel Universities. They have a wonderful late night happy hour menu and it is a great crowd. I like their nachos. They are colossal with all of my favorite trimmings, beef, cheese, beans, salsa, and sour cream. This place has a great atmosphere and perfect for late night dining.

great lunch

By Mollyh123 |

This is a good restaurant in a beautiful space. It is located next to the Drexel Recreation center. I was there for lunch on a Sunday and waited bout 10 minutes for a table. Food was good service was attentive and presentation great. Serious comfort food. The Brussel Sprouts were incredible.

Good food for the money

By sandraw6682 |

We enjoyed the menu variety as we had vegetarians, vegans, meat eaters, etc. in our party. Food took a bit longer than expected to prepare and serve but when it arrived, it was well done and tasty. We had a party of 8 and our bill was for approximately $120 (including wraps, burgers, salads--no appetizers and except for three, everyone asked for water). The server was very nice and patient.

Lunch with Co-worker

By Laury L |

I enjoyed my bean burger and side salad a lot. It came out quickly and was delicious. The waitress refilled our drinks quickly and was easy to track down for our check.

Quite crumbled but good to go

By Natureholic |

Good for students, discounts available. I had the crab cake with other brunch items, which I didn't like that much. I suppose Landmark is better than the experience I had. Good for hang around in University City with mid-range economy eaters.

Good restaurant and bar in the university city

By RSW1965 |

The place is very convenient and good for a quick bite and a drink. The service was also reasonable. The place can be crowded and need to wait till a table is found.

Good Chow

By jonathb5 |

Had the chicken quesadilla with salsa and my friend had the full rack of ribs. For desert I had the bread pudding and he had the banana with cheesecake topping. Perfect food for hungry young adults who like quantity and decent flavors. Friendly waitstaff.

A great place to watch sports and get a good meal.

By linda h |

Plenty of TVs to watch your favorite sports team. The Eagles happened to be on (Yeah Eagles!) and we ordered appetizers and brunch/lunch. The fried cheese was something I would definitely order again. Delicious. The tacos and burgers were very tasty. A plus for anyone who has students going to college, the brunch menu is half off for students with a Penn or Drexel ID on the weekend. .

This is a Great Place

By Curt K |

While attending a show in Philadelphia, our family stopped at Landmark Americana for dinner. My daughter, who works in Philadelphia was familiar with this place but it was my first time. This was a very nice place. The service was good and the food was so tasty. I can see why my daughter frequents this place. Check it out for yourself.

I wanted to get a typical Philly entree!

By TennisStar602 |

I liked the chicken cheesesteak a lot! It had huge portions and it came with fries. The prices were also very fair. The service could have been faster, but our waitress was nice. This restaurant was right by Drexel University.

The waitress was lousy and ignorant

By Denise S |

Lousy service from the waitress....my glass was empty my beer bottle was empty and she never ask did i want a refill!!!!

Great rstaurant

By Albert D |

Good food fun atmosphere visited daughter who is taking classes at Drexel great location very close to repel and safe area

If you don't feel like walking - or want outdoor drinks

By DF1217 |

You find yourself on the North side of University City needing lunch or dinner. You don't feel like travelling three or four blocks. That's a perfect reason to go to Landmark. The food is perfectly average. They keep that fryer humming - whether it's the Buffalo Chicken or the fries. The salads are decent. The nachos...aren't worth the time. The biggest selling point for this place is that it has a nice poolside-style bar outside, complete with fire pits. On a nice afternoon or evening in warmer weather, it's a great place to sit and drink.

People went back to hotel to eat

By Smel N. Goot |

Terrible food. We had a large group there, 100% said it was worst group dinner ever in their lives. Almost all returned to The Study hotel to get a decent dinner. Nothing was good, service poor.at the Landmark. Would never return nor recommend to any group.

Great - except for manager!

By NJReveler |

A group of about 17 of us gathered for food and drinks on the outside patio on June 6th. We were out there for several hours. Later on when there was about 5 of us left it began to downpour so we had scurry indoors. In the process we got pretty wet. We headed to a table and was told by a male manager in a red button down shirt and dark hair, that we could not sit there because it was for patrons. Wait, what? What were we? Second class citizens? No, we were patrons who were spending a decent amount of money outside for hours! It wasn't like we were walking down the street and ran in to take cover, we clearly came from the patio area. Where do they expect their patrons to go if it begins to pour? There was a huge yoga group outside so there was no room to take cover at the outside bar area. Everyone really enjoyed the environment until that incident occurred. Our group was a doctoral cohort from Drexel U. celebrating the end of a rigorous quarter. I'm not sure if we will be so eager to return during future gatherings. On a positive note the servers and outside bartender were great. Manager, not so much!

Can BEER only option!

By David H |

ONLY Can BEER, small selection of choice of beer also have ask for glass! food was Ok when get bill add 20% for service charge. Lunch bar empty seats

Excellent comfort food

By GerryBaron06 |

We are here during a college visit to Drexel. My wife raved about the food from the many times she ate here while our daughter was at UPenn. There was a half-priced finger food special underway. That allowed us to double up on Philly Cheesesteak and Spicy Tuna Egg Rolls. My wife liked the Landmark Burger she ordered. Our only issue was that the service was slow. Almost every table was filled.

Decent Bar Food

By Kevin S |

Nothing special about this place, but nothing wrong with it either. It serves standard bar food in a good way (not greasy, fresh tasting, etc). I was particularly surprised by the guacamole which was a fair serving and tastier than I expected. The nachos my partner ordered was huge. If you are looking to simply fill your belly and grab a brew, this is as good a place as any. It is particularly convenient to Drexel and Penn being located directly on the Drexel campus on Market Street.

Huge , cheap, great service, but college rest.

By Nwslamas |

We visited this place for a quick(ish) sit down meal other than some dumpy chain. It was perfect for our needs. The place was huge, so plenty of personal seating and even an outdoor eating area and I even think a banquet room. The place is located in univ city so I wouldn't be surprised. The food was great. I got the boneless wings and my wife got the burger. The fries are where it's at and my wings were pretty decent! It's pretty much a hotel bar that's very large with above par bar food. The best part was the service. Our waitress, which I wish I could remember her name, was fantastic. Extremely friendly and very responsive to our needs. A great place! If you're looking for a decent place with really good bar food and even better service at a cheap price than this place is for you!

Bad staff

By Dee |

The hostess took forever to acknowledge us and the waitress was clueless! Terrible service for a Sunday afternoon and the food was just ok.

Wonderful Venue for Small Private Parties!

By karinababe78 |

I gave my mom a 50th Birthday Party here. I planned this event from S.Florida and although it was pretty stressful the management staff made it very easy for me. I reserved a private room that was set and ready to go, the food taste great, drinks were awesome, servers and wait staff could've been a little more attentive, but after I addressed the issue it was taking care of I even received a complimentary wine toast for my 40 guest for the inconvenience. It definitely made a difference all the guests were happy, and gave great compliments. I highly recommend this location and would love to plan another event in the future! Hats of to Jackie, Kyle and Landmark Americana! Thank you all!

Lively

By Evan |

Being in University City, this place is very lively on a weekday. I came in and was seated immediately with my group which was great. Service was excellent. I shared an order of their garlic parmesan wings which are very tasty; I defiantly recommend to wing lovers. I also had a chicken Quesada which was average. The atmosphere is spacious, active yet relaxed. I will defiantly be returning.

Forced 20%

By rangerf75 |

Totally out of line to decide on a forced tip. Should either be part of service or patrons choice. Sure want to avoid this "trap"

A great pub @ Drexel

By Mark M |

The food was fantastic, with an expansive and creative menu. A great selection of beer, wine and specialty drinks. The location is what fools you unless you have been to an urban campus.

At least the beer was cold

By tws4569 |

Ordered a Memphis style pulled pork sandwich. It came with "cole slaw" on top of it. Actually it was just shredded cabbage. There was twice as much "cole slaw" on it as there was pork. Also the pork was fatty. The french fries were not even warm when served. The service was fine, just have to improve the food.

Not what is was - now a scaled-down TGIF

By David M |

When Landmark first opened, it was a welcome addition to the neighborhood, with decent beers, and a good, if unremarkable menu. Now the menu has started to look like the Readers Digest version of a TGIF menu, and the quality of the food is about the same. Redeeming features are the fish and chips, and an outdoor seating area that has a bar and often has live music. Still, there are many better inexpensive and mid-priced dining options in the area, including the great food trucks on Market Street.

Nice beer and cocktail selection, spacious restaurant

By vikileigh |

I went to Drexel and had some classes near here. We used to call it 'the hummus bar' because they had AWESOME hummus but they removed it from the menu... still, it tells you that we enjoyed going here to eat as well as drink. (We are adult students, it's not a 'college' bar: more upscale, pricier...) Never had a food item I did not enjoy. And they have a variety of beers on tap, creative cocktails too though they're a bit expensive (I think they're all well over $10). The interior is really big, never had to wait for a table. It's also clean and bright. The staff allowed us to linger and study when it was slow after lunch, accommodating and nice.

Wine by the fire pit

By Mary Ann D |

Limited selections on wine, but worth a quick stop for a beverage sitting by the fire pit; especially in the late afternoon in November.

Good food and service but could be cleaner

By Kyle K |

The staff sat us right away at a table. The atmosphere was nice as far as the other customers. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. The food was great. We ate MAC & Cheese, Ahi Tuna salad, and burgers. My only complaint was that the restaurant and restrooms were a little dirty and could have been cleaned.

Don't go out of your way for this one.

By Charles V |

A very average spots bar. We only stopped for wine - very poor selection. Service was inattentive. The place is loaded with TV's. The food I saw being delivered was designed for cardiac arrest.

Busy American standard eatery

By frequentraveler13 |

This is a restaurant house in a University facility and largish menu is quite tasty. Never had a bad dish here. Many types of burgers, including a veggie burger and for a dollar extra spring for the sweet potato fries. Nice beer selection. Portions modest. Have lots of salads on the menu and items like wings and cheese sticks. TVs generally tuned to sports. Service general quick and pleasant. Some of the front tables are booths set up high with footrests, not the most comfortable. They have some outdoor tables in the back.

Best pesto salmon

By Gökhan C |

Very tasty and big portions, reasonable price, friendly staff, now a days you can only get pick up orders but i have been there 3 years ago and it was same quality food with good service highly recommended...

Some Good, Some Bad

By RingoGilkey |

My wife had the Cobb Salad. She loved it. I wanted a cheesesteak sandwich. You think that would be pretty easy to get in Philly. Well, the Landmark only had a "babyback rib" cheesesteak sandwichs. I thought, why not, and ordered it. The why not is that it was disgusting. Instead of shaved lean steak, this monstrosity was loaded with greasy rib meat. Do not, under any circumstances order this item. You will be very unhappy.

Nice atmosphere, food is good

By JayCes |

Took the kids and parents to dinner here on a Saturday early evening. It wasn't too crowded which was great, but there was some decent activity (bar crowd and some in the dining room). We didn't have to wait long, the hostess greeted us with a smile. The manager was very nice and pleasant, came to our table to see how we were doing. Food was good, and our table had wings, burgers, ribs, wrap, chicken fingers, pretzel sticks, and cheesesteak rolls. Everything was hot, and cooked well. And of course, the kids loved the giant sundae dessert.

Don’t tell me how much to tip

By Jim K |

To be fair, the policy is posted on the front door but I didn’t see it. Enjoyed lunch, today, at this establishment. Appetizer of buffalo chicken Eggrolls was particularly delightful. We sat outside and were given very good service. Upon receiving the bill, we noticed a 20% Service charge. Basically, I am being told to tip 20%. I asked our friendly server about this. She told me that it started after Covid and it is a restaurant policy. Upon further questioning to front desk staff I was only informed that The restaurant policy is to add a 20% gratuity, without any explanation of what that policy is based upon. If I am being expected to tip 20% because diners at your establishment do not, in the eyes of either management or staff, tip sufficiently, or that management needs extra revenue to afford to pay their staff and overhead, I, as a patron, deserve to be informed of such. Further, as a lifelong member of the hospitality community, I feel that a forced gratuity creates a service atmosphere where mediocrity is the order of the day. Quite honestly, I feel it incentivizes a lackluster customer service ethic.

Comfort Food Lives Here

By Sam S |

I enjoyed having lunch here, especially the sweet potato fries which were served with a cinnamon butter sauce that was incredible! The short rib tacos were okay, but the meat was not as good as anticipated. A burger would probably be a better choice.

Food is OK, but staff may short you if you're paying cash

By Kate M |

I have eaten here pretty often in the past--there are a couple of items on the menu that I like. But I may not eat here much any more if I'm paying cash -- because many of the servers won't bring you the coin change if you pay cash -- just the bills. Theft is theft -- and the managers apparently don't care because it's happened more than once and after a complaint was lodged. There are a number of different excuses (servers don't have change?? really??? customers don't want the change? really???)

Good spot for quick bite to eat and watch a game

By JayCes |

enjoyed my time at this Landmark near St Joes university. Bar type food and drinks, with fun and engaging staff. The manager was great, funny, and very accomodating for our group.

City Eats

By seetheworld2 |

Local spot for College kids and Local Workers, Walk here from Presbyterian for the fun atmosphere and good food. the Prices are great...you can eat on a budget or not. Daily specials. You can eat outside or inside...Great place when its cooler...they have a Fire-Pit...that is awesome. Enjoy!

Value food!

By B.G |

The restaurant is quite nice - nice place for a group breakfast or brunch. The atmosphere in the restaurant is alright - similar to an American diner feel, but a bit more upscale. The servers were friendly and accommodating. However, can get a bit busy on the weekends, so we had to wait a little bit of time before we were seated. The food was delicious and the portion sizes were substantial. Best thing is that on the weekends, there is 50% brunch for students in the area! They have lots of deals throughout the week too!

A nice surprise

By lightskin_leroy |

I found this place during a business trip to Philadelphia. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the food was great. The staff was very attentive and friendly. I will definitely go back.

Not a bad spot, but nothing great

By Turtleliving |

I was in the area for work and there didn't seem to be too many options for dinner with colleagues. It turns out, this isn't really a spot for dinner with colleagues. Perhaps we were naive, but we didn't realize that on a weekday this was mainly a hang-out for college students from the nearby schools. It was relatively loud and not the ambiance we preferred after a day of meetings. The food was okay. I had a spinach salad with ahi tuna. The tuna was not bad, but a bit too cooked for my taste. The dressing had a sub-optimal aftertaste that significantly reduced the overall quality of the salad, unfortunately. The $2 margarita specials, however, were a nice touch. The staff seemed way overworked. The person was nice, but you could tell that she was overwhelmed by how much running around she had to do. Overall, this is not a bad place so if you need to stop in somewhere in the area then I wouldn't go out of my way to skip it, but it certainly would not be my first choice were I to find myself in the area again looking for a dinner venue.

Good Location- but needs a good cleaning

By Brittany S |

This bar is located in university city- which is closed to drexel/ U penn. Recently had lunch here with a colleague- Menu is bar food- finger foods, salads, burgers, sandwiches etc. Service was lack luster- she dropped our food off and didnt ask if we needed anything else. We sat in next to a wall that was filthy and had ketchup splattered everywhere- it was pretty gross... if your not hanging out to really drink and watch sports I would not recommend coming here.

Very busy on a Friday night, good food

By Railhistoryfan |

Our very cold Friday night visit started with them taking the cell phone number and a 25 minute wait. The bar was jammed with lots of mostly college students. Waited watching TV. After 25 minutes checked back with host and they said one more group in front of us. Then 5 minutes later they gave us a table. We started out with some samples from wandering company reps. Then a nice server came by for drinks -- they came fast. We ordered next and food was out in less than 10 minutes. My salad was very good and the entree good. We said we had a meeting and they did come back fast with the bill.

Great for Lunch or Munch

By Linstrvlgems |

Stopped there and met up with family for lunch. We sat outside in a nonsmoking patio area - very nice. Also has an outside bar. Had a delicious Harvest Salad which had a tasty mix of strawberries, spring greens, roasted brussels sprouts and sweet potatoes, along with candied walnuts, blue cheese crumbles and a balsamic vinaigrette and a multigrain roll. They have a nice selection of appetizers and lite bites, soups, salads and sandwiches plus burgers and entrees. Highly recommend trying.

Good food, lively atmosphere

By dands238 |

Good menu, full of choices. Food was good. Restaurant indoors is rather loud. There is outdoor seating also. The banana xango dessert was amazing.

A Relaxing Get Together

By Laury L |

I met 4 co-workers at Landmark for lunch. The waitress seated us and was patient as we waited for the last member to join us. Our food came out in a reasonable amount of time and it was hot and fresh. I ordered a Veggie burger which was very tasty and a side salad with their house dressing. I also shared their amazing sweet potato fries. The prices are reasonable and the service is pretty good. There was no wait to be seated but it was pretty busy at lunch time.

Everything but Potatoes 🥔

By Natureholic |

Food served at Landmark are quite different than many other restaurants around University city. They have a good list of things you one go for from craft beer to wild Alaskan Salmon. My dinner selection was quite potato-filled 😂😂- roasted potatoes, mashed potatoes and fries with Crab cake and Salmon. Obviate shared with friends. They have small open space in the back, good for small group of 8-10 people. People there are friendly and professional.

Great Place

By Israel L |

I stayed 5 nights in Philly. During that time, I ate lunch here, It was so go that I ate the next day dinner. Their menu has a wide array of choices. The staff is extremely helpful, friendly, and efficient. The price was very reasonable. Would definitely go back again on my next visit to Philly.

Between brunch and dinner time

By valdaross@yahoo.com |

Not a bad place hang out with the family/friends at this time of day. Unhurried, and relaxed. Server did not know if topping on roll was peppers or tomatoes but overhaul staff was cordial. Regular food n prices.

Did take from them - creative, and very good

By Bruce C |

We did take out - they were quick to prepare and deliver, and the food came hot, and well done. Everything was very good and the food was creative - good menu. Would definitely order from them again, or go there next time

Terrific

By Tamtam-Tayvous |

The food was delicious & great service. Drinks were awesome everything was reasonable price wise. Overall wonderful experience

Happy Hour favorite

By Susan C |

Near the Blue/Market Line blocks from campus with daily drink specials and fun nibbles at happy hour along with a patio

Great Service, Great Food at a Great Price

By ontheroadagain27 |

A very pleasant dinner was enjoyed here last week in conjunction with a nearby seminar. The service impressed me - friendly, prompt, and accurate. The Pesto Salmon was done just right. A very fine meal at a fine establishment.

Pleasantly surprised

By gint518 |

My family and friends went here after my daughter's graduation. It was very busy, but we were seated inside relatively quickly. The server was friendly, and they accomodated my four-year old granddaughter nicely. Ask about the kids menu, as it wasn't listed in the regular menu. Everyone was pleased with his or her meal. I had a delicious carne assada. Nice selection of beer on tap and in bottles. The prices were very good for a center city establishment. Overall a very pleasant experience.

A convenient spot to stop in University City area.

By LFA |

Located at 33rd and Market on the Drexel Campus, this restaurant has indoor and outdoor seating. We only stopped for refreshments during the Drexel commencement exercises, so I cannot comment on the food, but the service was very good, the drinks were up to par and the pricing was OK. Would try again if I were in the area.

Excellent Restuarant

By The Out of Towners |

Had lunch at the Landmark and it was excellent! My family loved the buffalo wings. Large portions, good variety of choices on the menu, and contemporary atmosphere. Would highly recommend. Close to Drexel University and University of Penn.

Happy Hour

By Drew H |

Great meet up spot in Philadelphia. Not too far from 30th St Station. Reasonable Happy Hour deals. We had chicken tenders, pork nachos, fries, and Coronas. Service was fast and the food was good. The only complaint is that you can’t split the bill more than two ways.

Good & Bad

By wooilovepancakes |

The good: Great location by Drexel & UPenn on Market st. across from Drexel parking garage, nice server, great bar atmosphere with plenty of TVs visible from every table for sports lovers, clean bathroom, most food was good. The bad: Long wait to be seated because it's popular/location, long waits for certain orders- at times we didn't see our server for 8-10 minutes and we needed things, certain food orders were not palatable...avoid the ribs! Very dry and disappointing.

Meh.

By DeadDoveDoNotEat |

Nachos are soggy and I was over them over a few bites. Wings were good. Boyfriend got the honey habenero ones which were very spicy but he enjoyed them. I got the sweet and spicy and they were perfect. Didn't care for the ambiance. Service was a little slow but not terrible.

Good food, reasonably priced.

By dands238 |

Food was good quality and we enjoyed sitting outdoors. Server was friendly, food came out quickly. Good location near Drexel and Penn.

Landmark near Drexel

By G3G |

Located on the 1st floor of the Drexel University Recreation Center this restaurant has a sports bar theme. We visited late one Friday afternoon and enjoyed very good Philly cheese steak sandwiches, fish tacos and a grilled chicken and shrimp wrap between the 4 of us. Our waitress was very helpful, was there when we needed her but not too intrusive. Multiple TVs playing in the background were distracting but fortunately the volume was low and we ignored them.

The food was cold and horrible.

By Chevonne T |

This was my first time here yesterday. I ordered and appetizer and 2 entrees everything came out cold and the fries were old and cold you can tell they made them before we came. It was not crowded at 12pm. I spent 10 min looking for my waiter. I will never come here again.

Very good spot for burgers and drinks

By ztyankov |

Landmark offers a good and diverse selection of pub food. You should try the burgers and the awesome wings. They also have a solid selection of popular beers on tap. The atmosphere is pretty good for hanging out with friends and watching sports. Quizzo night is a little too loud, if you're not into that thing.

Great for private events

By Wander |

We had a private event in the back room of this place and I think they did a great job. Food was kept readily available and the back bar was well stocked and quick with getting us drink refills.

Philly with doggie

By beachlovers5357 |

We went twice during our three-day stay in Philly. Friday night to meet some friends; lots of college students and loud live music outside, but our little dog was able to sit with us; they even brought her a bowl of water. Very tasty nachos, cheesesteak egg rolls, pretzel sticks. It was fun! Extensive gluten-free menu, so on Saturday we stopped by for lunch and I had a delicious salmon BLT on a GF roll! It was nice and quiet in the afternoon and we had a very nice lunch, again with our furry girl with us.

Good food, Quiet, and Safe!

By Jean B |

After driving in circles for way too long - there was a concert in town and some of the downtown streets were closed - we stumbled upon this place. They require all 12 and over to be vaccinated along with requiring masks. The menu had something for everyone- ribs, burgers, salads, tacos, and more! This is good news since our kids, ages 10-18, all have different tastes. The wait for our food wasn’t long and everyone seemed satisfied.

College visit

By Susanne O |

Went to Philadelphia (university city) for a college visit to Drexel. Had 2 meals (one day lunch next dinner) here the pretzel was great My son had burgers and fries (traditional). Fries were the BEST. I had a chicken sandwich which was good. Service was great dinner better than lunch (but they did have a help wanted sign in window). Conveniently located near Drexel and U Penn. quick great tasting hot meal

Banana Xango Yum

By Heart2get |

I really enjoy coming to Landmark Americana in University City. The wings are pretty awesome, they have about 7 different flavors you can order them in. I always order the mildest wings honey BBQ but they have a smoking hot wing sauce called I Dare You and I dare not try them. I don't eat sea food so I'm not sure how a lot of their food is but whenever I go my friends can't stop licking their fingers so it must be yummy. As for their dessert the Banana Xango is the best desert I've probably ever tasted and I mean that! It's a cinnamon tortilla stuffed with banana cheesecake a la cinnamon ice cream on the side. OMG! I could eat it twice a day. If you love a sports bar that's always live and in the heart of the city try this place you won't regret it! And sign up for the Americana card while your at it.

Really, really below average.

By cruzing |

Just a really average visit. In order of points: - Location: if you are visiting University city, then I’ll give it a 4 to 4.5. Good location right on a major street close to everything. - Menu. For that I’ll give it a 3. The food is not bad but it’s not great either. The menu is also very limited, with just a few traditional items like finger foods and burgers. - Atmosphere. A solid 3. Very disappointing for a place that has two major universities nearby. 7:30 on a weekday night and all TV’s (7 total) playing the same lacrosse game. - Service. A solid 2. The service is not bad, but just mediocre. If they had a bad attitude, then a solid 1. Again, the service is not bad, it’s like nobody really cares. Including the manager, who walks around doing who knows what. For instance, I ordered a beer from him (the manager) after bringing me my dinner, and he totally forgot. I then got my beer from a server like five minutes after when I was holding with my food. Servers, are at the bar talking to friends and forgetting about customers. Really odd, especially since they seem to have fully staff, and not that many customers. I even had to go to the hostess table, and ask for napkins since I was given none. Not to mention that I ordered two beers, different brands, and both came up warm not cold. In conclusion, I’ve been to University city City a number times, and this is the first time I visit this place. But, extremely disappointed, especially considering that it is just a couple minutes walking distance from the Sheraton Hotel and The Study Hotel. I’m staying here for almost two weeks this time, but not coming back for sure.

Nice place to eat at Drexel

By ohmajo |

We go here often when visiting our son at Drexel. The menu is not huge and mostly pub fare but I have enjoyed everything I have ordered here. Salads are always fresh and delicious. The ahi tuna salad was great. Sweet potato fries come with a yummy dipping sauce. They also have a fabulous selection of beer.

Cool place to hangout

By DiamondPrincess27 |

This is one of my choice places to hangout when I'm not in the mood for Manayunk or downtown. Parking is always easy & I usually don't have to wait long for a table. I have been to this location several times & the one on cityline. I prefer this one. It's just a cool place for a date or the first stop when hanging with my girlfriends.

Went to watch Granddaughter Swim meet and found a great place to eat

By R W T T |

After watching granddaughters swim meet , we were all hungry and tired from using all that energy watching the swimmers. My one daughter suggested Landmark. So away we went not knowing what to expect. Walked in it was nice , clean and ready to serve. We all pulled up the seats at the bar and away it happened. The start of great eats, drinks and service. We all ordered totally different foods and after talking to each of the group not one complaint. This place was made for people talking, laughing and just having a great time. Side note , the food I took home, never made it to the next day. Yes it was that good and tasty . Thank you Landmark

Good pub food convenient to Drexel

By Rudy Z |

Good pub food and adult drinks with a Philadelphia vibe. Enjoyed Cheese Steak egg rolls and October Fest Burger. Very convenient to Drexel and U Penn, Automatic 20% gratuity was a big negative, I will tip generously, but don't like to feel forced to do so. I also feel like the waitstaff won't try as hard, although Astrid did a great job.

Good wings

By GW71284 |

The service is average. Food is okay. However wings are SOOOOO good. It's not the sauce, it's the actual wings. They aren't the average buffalo wings you get elsewhere. Soft drink selection is poor. Parking is on street and you might not get a spot in front. If the waitresses were a bit more friendly and had better personalities--it would totally transform the dining experience. Oh they have lots of television's

First time here, was very pleased, food was delicious, serving sizes were larger than expected and price was reasonable. The staff were friendly and attentive. Would definitely go back!!😊

A Nice Place for Lunch

Located in Center City, this restaurant has a relatively small lunch menu, but each choice is very good. Prices are reasonable and the service, at times uneven, is acceptable. Leave plenty of time to be served!

Great Night With Friends

By Mark W |

We went to Landmark Americana on a Friday night with a group of 18. It was fantastic. Fairly priced, very good food. Very attentive service. A bit of an awkward setting, but I guess what do you expect when you walk into an inner city restaurant with 17 friends! I look forward to going back when it is just my wife and I.

Dinner after LAX Tournament

appointing. The locals told us about this place. Great Bar food is what we were told. We started with an order of Quesadilla's. They looked so good when we walked in. Did not disappoint. We also had cheese-steak egg-rolls. Excellent! Mac and cheese with Brisket was a little disappointing. Brisket was cold and did not taste that good. Chipolte salad with Brisket was hot and tasted better.

Got my fix on an excellent cheese steak

This restaurant has a great menu with excellent tasting food. I ordered the cheese steak which had great tasting beef and excellent bread. Large beer selection!

Average Lunch; only restaraunt in the immediate area

We met for lunch; not many choices in the area for lunch other than lunch trucks. We ordered the grown-up grilled cheese & tomato soup, chicken cheese steak & fish tacos. All were OK; nothing special. Service just OK.

Average good for fine dining prices

By NTP66 |

The food at Landmark is average - with exception to their seafood bisque soup - and the service is slow most of the time. And while it looks relatively large, we routinely have to wait for tables. On top of that, their prices are incredibly inflated. There are much better options in the area.

Hit and miss

By Norjeff2 |

Came here for lunch as it is between UPenn and Drexel. I had the seafood bisque soup which was slightly too salty but flavorful. I also had the Chipotle salad which lacked much flavor. My wife had the ahi tuna salad which she liked while my son had the chicken sandwich which he felt was very dry. However, the fries were very good. Our friend’s daughter had the chicken tortilla soup which she liked. The soups are made at the restaurant. They have Brunch items on the weekend until 3 and students receive a 50% discount.

Great in downtown Philly

I went to this restaurant with a friend after work. Great place to get a drink and some really good food. Their menu has lots of choices. We walked here from the train station so it is centrally located.

College Sports Bar

The wings are some of the best in University City. The quesadillas are also very good. Their specials for half-off nachos on Mondays and various drink specials throughout the week make this bar a nice place to come relax and cool off from the stress of school. The brunch is also pretty good- I recommend the breakfast burrito and mimosas.

good location, good service, good food, great value

We were very happy with our experience at this eatery. I expected the prices to be higher given the location in University City but the prices were very good. I expected the food to be average but everything we ordered was delicious. And our server was very nice!!!!

Good place for friends and football

There to meet friends for a football game. Good food, great amount of TV's. Waitstaff was ok. A bit slow, but super busy

In the mood for some amazing Seafood Bisque?

Then you have to visit this place. It is by far the very best that I have had! Order at least the BOWL size, if not three! You will not be disappointed.

Don't tell me what to tip

By Roving60923176761 |

They automatically add a 20% tip then expect you to add an additional tip?! Ridiculous...I used to come here as a regular pre covid and did see this shortly after covid but thought it would go away but it's still here? My paycheck isn't getting any bigger so I honestly can't afford it especially when I'm spending 200.00 there a week. Thursday s with my husband and Monday's with my granddaughters. This is the only place I know of in the area that does this so I simply won't go back.
