Great service, food and atmosphere. I had time to kill while my son was at a Lakers game at Crypto arena. The service was exceptional, food was a delight to eat and there was really nice service from each of the staff. I was going to order dessert with my main but my waitress suggested how I felt after main. I loved my main but still ordered the Huckleberry pie-delish!! Highly recommend this venue.

Good food, reasonably priced with good service, very attentive servers who could not do enough for us. Only in town for 2 nights and ate here both nights.

Excellent atmosphere, service and food. My kids thought the burgers were the best burger they have ever had! Would definitely return

This was our first experience and we had a great time. The staff were flawless at recommendations and very kind when asking to turn the heaters on. The food was also amazing. Especially the butter pudding.

My wife and I have eaten at other Lazy Dog locations but this was our first time at the LA Live location. Our server was very friendly and offered suggestions on the menu. We started with the hummus and spicy feta dips and both were excellent. For dinner my wife had a chicken bowl and I had the kung pao chicken. We both agreed the food exceeded our expectations. The food was nicely presented, hot and full of flavor. The portions sizes were more than adequate for us. Since there were no events at LA Live that night, the restaurant was fairly quiet and the atmosphere made for a nice dinner. In general we would recommend Lazy Dog restaurants and in particular the LA Live location is worthy of a visit if you are looking for good food, nice service and an enjoyable time out.

From walking through the door to leaving 3 hours later with vouchers for a free starter or dessert next visit - this was a great visit Our server immediately asked if we had any allergies and if we had any time constraints for shows or events which was helpful Fortunately we were looking for a long early dinner with a few drinks and this was just the place We started with a couple of drinks and then ordered some small plates which were delicious We asked for a break and had another drink and played some cards which is our thing when on holiday There was not rush at all from our server who kept checking we had drinks We ordered two mains and a side of fries, all the food was excellent but we couldn’t finish it all. We managed a couple of cocktails to finish a very enjoyable meal and 3 drinks each for around $130 So good that we looked out the same branch in Las Vegas and had an equally good time 👍

The place is beautiful, the service is great and the price is very reasonable. Very good value for money. The food was very tasty. In downtown LA live, next to the Crypto.com Arena, it is very close to the Grammy Muséum.

We had an amazing lunch, We ate chicken and she inps mood les and that was stunning, the wait et was so kind and the atmosfere was delightful… I recommend this place

This restaurant is practically in front of the Crypto Arena... Beautiful, modern, clean, cozy, with outdoor area... we stopped for a beer, super nice bar Mood with that typical bunker of American pubs... super attentive, polite and friendly employees. On the menu were very interesting dishes. Next time we will definitely go for lunch, this time it was just for a beer.

Visited Lazy Dog on a busy Saturday afternoon in between NBA games. The host was able to offer a table within 20 minutes of arrival. Our server was very pleasant and when we enquired about gluten free options she went out of her way to talk us through the menu as to what might be suitable. She then returned several minutes later with their gluten-sensitive menu which she wasn't aware was available (until checking). In a city that seems very hit-and-miss when it comes to offering gluten-free options it was great to have so many choices. The pre-meal snacks were quickly delivered and the mains that followed were very flavoursome. Would certainly recommend it as a place to eat if in the LA Live/Crypto Arena vicinity.

I’ve had some pretty good meals and some not so good meals through the years but I’ve never said: “Can’t wait to write a review about this meal” but I said that tonight! Lazy Dog is a family owned business with some 50 locations around the country. I discovered the LA Live location today quite by accident. The hotel where I’m staying recommended a restaurant next to the Lazy Dog, but when I looked at the menus for both restaurants, I selected Lazy Dog possibly because the other place was not yet open! I sat in the bar – not by choice, that’s just where the hostess led me – and opened a menu that surprised me by its variety. You might want to look up “Lazy Dog menu” and see for yourself. This is comfort food but in ways that I’d never seen it offered up before. There were many tempting choices, and I decided to try Togarashi Edamame (don’t think I’ve ever tasted togarashi anything before) and Wok Fired Kung Pao Chicken – but I was also tempted by the Campfire Pot Roast and the BBQ St. Louis Style Pork Ribs. Best meal I have had in a long, long time and maybe the best restaurant meal I’ve ever had. It would at least rank in the top five! And I rarely rave like this about food that isn’t Italian. So it’s saying something. The edamame was unlike any I’ve ever eaten. First, it was sautéed. And the spices included sea salt (of course), chili flakes, orange peel (say what?), garlic, ginger and black pepper. I tried to wrestle the recipe from the kitchen staff but no luck. Turns out these ingredients are described as “togarashi” which is a vibrant, traditional Japanese spice blend. Wow is it good! At home, I’m used to putting the edamame in the microwave, sprinkling some olive oil and seat salt on top and enjoying it. But there’s nothing like Togarashi Edamame! And there’s nothing like the Kung Pao chicken bowl, either. I discovered while eating that Lazy Dog has a restaurant in South Florida. I asked my waitress if the same recipes are used across the family-owned chain and she said yes, “but of course it will be a different chef in each location.” Yea, I sort of figured that, but I hope they’re trained by the family and all cook alike. I’ll find out because I’m just getting started with this menu!

Amazing and tasty food and not so expensive Service is great and fast I recommend before going to crypto arena To see any match

Great service, even better food. Very attentive, able to adapt our orders to suit our preferences. Best meal we have had while touring California. If we weren't leaving tomorrow we would definitely be back.
Their lunch special was ok
We went there for lunch, and they had lunch special such as half sandwich/half salad and Fish&Chips. They’re ok, but nothing was special.
