Amazing view of the fountain. The service is as really good and helped make it a wonderful experience. We ordered the 5 course meal, and it was superb. Excellent wine selection.

We are from the $108 3 course menu and everything that we ate was amazing. The service was attentive, the restaurant is stunning and the ambience was sophisticated.

For my birthday celebration dinner, we dined at Le Cirque. It was 5 stars and then some and deserves every award they have been granted. Shout out to Martin who was kind, funny and a delight to have as a server. All of the other waitstaff and Maitre d’ were delightful as well. We started with one of the most amazing cocktails I have ever had. Lychee with pearls. Served in a golden champagne glass. At the bottom of the glass are little vodka pearls that burst in your mouth like caviar. Started with the amuse of smoked salmon and creme fraiche. Playful presentation. Next course for me was the yellowfin hamachi with hearts of palm (delicious) and husband had risotto (ok). Main was the sea bass (divine) and husband had beef (excellent). I think dessert is where this restaurant shines. They serve another whimsical dish with a melting chocolate ball and ice cream. The standout though is the Grand Marnier soufflé. Absolutely impeccable. One of the best I’ve ever had to include in Paris France. You are also given french macarons and jellies to finish and are gifted chocolate truffles in a commemorative box at the end of your meal. The wine pairings were spot on and were delightful. Restaurant has such a fun atmosphere of whimsy but don’t be fooled, it is fine dining at it’s best.

Hi, this is my first review ever and felt the need to write this because of my experience. My boyfriend and I have never dined at a Michelin star restaurant and we were very excited as I am a huge foodie. I was very disappointed as two out of three of my meals were very under cooked. My boyfriend had to eat the appetizer without me while mine is being cooked again. When I received the appetizer back (the second time) it was still under cooked. I felt like a burden for complaining to the point where I still ate my undercooked appetizer and lamb. (Main course.) this was because the waiter kept watching us. Instead of apologizing I felt as though I was a burden even though I was the one who got robbed of an experience I was really looking forward to. All I got offered was a free desert and not once were we asked how our experience was, Even though my boyfriend and I witnessed every waiter ask each table how their experience was.. Probably because they knew I was very unhappy. This was a once-in-a-lifetime experience for me to experience this kind of fine dining and I chose this restaurant out of all the restaurants in Vegas. I have to say we were disappointed.

Lovely food and service, but overall not worth the price. We had better food with equally good service for less money on the Vegas strip this trip. Food was perfectly prepared, but lacked the extra special touch that would justify a $1,000 night, which is what the standard 4 course dinner with wine pairing tax and tip, plus one up charge cost. I was disappointed at the $45 up charge for the risotto for the second course. The risotto was the only non-meat option and while I know it takes work to make risotto, I think it should have been within the already high cost of the dinner.

We enjoyed the three course pre- theater menu. Well executed, not over wrought. Outstanding service. I will say, the table- side payment processing was awkward and noisy. It seemed a very odd end to an otherwise elevated meal.

Two gripes to begin. The dress code was clear and I clearly tried to flaunt it (only myself to blame) however I was wearing shoes, black trousers and a tailored, but short sleeved, shirt. Thus I had to endure the "dead man's jacket". Fair enough, but... As I'm trying said jacket on ("larger please") the two ladies in front of me were wearing training shoes, with one stretched into gymnasium "pants". When I took my seat the gentleman directly in front of me was adorned with training shoes and faded blue jeans with ripped knees BUT had a long-sleeved shirt on (albeit rolled to his elbows). I reminisced a significant birthday visit to La Gavroche in 2019 when chef Michel Roux Jnr had kindly submitted to a 'selfie' and there I am in similar short sleeve. My fault, the rules are clear, and a standard is important, I just think they're daft. The staff. They're great and they're plentiful, you'll not want for anything. However there is always someone about. My lobster plate was whipped from under me while my wife continued to enjoy hers. I was curt with the Captain (I apologise), "is chef in a rush?" A laugh and a promise to slow down, issue defused. Next course. "Are you finished madam?" "No," says she, cutlery clearly at a quarter to three, foie gras still visible in bowl. "No problem, take your time" as my bowl is stripped from the table. I didn't bother mentioning this again. A further small point, next time I'll get one of those name badges the croupiers use as it'll save me answering the 'where I'm from' question five times. I'm sounding grumpy now, there's nothing wrong with 'bantz'. Wine list amazing, all budgets and tastes catered for. Food great, I thought Picasso's lobster was better but Le Cirque won the battle of the souffles. The duck was a little bitter but that may well be personal taste. Petit four boxed up appreciated. Set menu a tad restrictive but, again, you know what you're booking. A comfortable surrounding. Value for money below average I'd say.

We have had both the prestige and the degustation menus here and both merit accolades. It depends on what you're willing to spend. Some courses to consider: Maryland blue crab -- generous caviar topping with plenty of crabmeat. Beautiful and elegant. Hamachi yellowtail -- great balance of ingredients and a very nice yuzu mirin vinaigrette Risotto -- one of the best risottos we've had anywhere. Rich, creamy, perfect cook Hokkaido scallop -- big, juicy, perfectly cooked scallop with caviar lemon beurre blanc Veal cheeks -- soft and tender, rich, filling, melts in your mouth Grand Marnier soufflé -- perfectly cooked. If you like liqueur, you'll love this! The service was attentive and knowledgeable. The sommelier is full of stories if you engage him and order a wine pairing. You'll learn a lot, but also hear a lot. Perhaps more than you'd like as it can be distracting and detract from a private romantic dinner. And that is the one thing about this restaurant which we found problematic -- how close the tables are to each other. It's not a very big place either. So you get to hear everyone's conversation, particularly the table next door. Not a place to take someone to have an intimate conversation with, or perhaps to discuss private or business matters.

Cancelled my reservation 1 month after placing and offered nothing/could not help with another reservation. Unacceptable service

Le Cirque is a unique restaurant. It offers the feel of being in a colourful circus tent while being very elegant and refined. This is not a large venue so it feels intimate and even more special. The staff are very professional and knowledgeable. And the food, well, that was delightful as well: offering various tasting menus and a la carte. If seated at the windows, you also have a wonderful view of the Bellagio fountains. The bill can be a bit staggering but well worth it for a special evening in Las Vegas.

I am so tired of being underestimated as a woman by a woman. Walked into le cirque Monday night with two friends, around 9 pm. No reservation. Of course, being from NYC, I knew it was possible there wasn’t a table but we were offered to sit at the bar. Mind you the fix priced dinners are $105 and up before wine. The only other diners at the bar— 2 other middle aged women. When we said no to sitting at a bar, and began to leave, magically s table became available. Are we not beautiful or fancy enough to spend $500 on dinner? Once we sat down, dinner and service were what I’d expect from this otherwise wonderful restaurant, but they need to train young ladies at front better. Not only men and models have money!

The final bill was absolutely outrageous yet the food, the pairing wine, the ambience, the service, the atmosphere..... everything was absolutely worth it.

Excellent dining at its best especially if you want to be treated like a King. Martin , our waiter was amazing ! Som also terrific! Five ⭐️!

I am from NYC and am very familiar with Le Cirque ( every location ) . I did expect something nice , but a little bit less than NY. Well was I wrong! It turned out to be even better than NY ! If you are thinking about dining here , stop thinking and just do it !

Totally worth every cent Our dinner was just fantastic and the service was amazing what a must do when looking for a nice dinner

This had every reason to be an exceptional experience...until it wasn't. Within a 10 minute period I went from peacefully enjoying my courses to being bullied by the couple behind me. I was enjoying the first few courses of my 10 course menu. I booked this 6:30 dinner before my 11:30 flight home. I was alone (my daughter dined with her friend elsewhere) I took a few photos with my wine, then one of each course when it came out. 45 min into my dinner the girl behind me got my attention and said "stop taking photos, I don't want to be in your photos lady". She then told me to delete my photos. She was a 20'something girl dining with a 50'something man. I offered to show her my pics to clear up any confusion - NONE were of them! Her partial shoulder was in the background of 2 selfies I took when I first sat down, 30 min prior to her bizarre accusations. Instead of apologizing for her mistake, she still insisted I delete all my photos. When I refused, they went to complain and forced me to move my table. Normally I would not have minded moving but I felt they should be the ones to move. They started this drama over nothing, I asked the waiter, the reply "the man is a high roller at the casino". ...This was the wrong answer. I was furious, feeling bullied and now emotional. He is obviously a regularly, I'm there for a ONE night experience. They were in the wrong but I was paying the price because of his status at the adjacent casino. That is not the way a Michelin star restaurant should operate. I was eating at Le Cirque, not the casino buffet. Once I moved I was now further away but facing them and the couple insisted I turn my back to them and look out the window. This is when I decided to take a video of them. This was absurd behavior and bullying a single female trying to dine in peace. The man went to casino security to have me ejected because I filmed them. I should have accepted the comp dinner from Le Cirque but all I wanted was an apology from the couple. They would not give one...so I filmed them and left upon request. My night was ruined. I am feeling emotional stress from being bullied by this couple to delete my photos, then being moved and finally being ejected. My entire 5 day trip was completely ruined bc the restaurant accommodated the high roller (who was clearly wrong) instead of sticking up for me. If I were a man dining alone, this would have never happened. It has been two days and I'm still in shock. Friends believe the girl may have been a paid escort, under 18, or the man was having an affair. It is the only logical explanations for their behavior. If she is an escort, even MORE of a reason why I should never have been put through this. They were not in my photos, should have apologized, and it would have ended right there. Instead they pushed me until I cracked and lost my composure. Shame on him and for everyone who allowed this high roller to get away with bullying a single female diner minding my own business. My beautiful photos are here and you can see how ridiculous this is. I showed the manager my photos as well. I'll stick with the Michelin restaurants in Europe where I have never been put through anything like this!

My husband and I went to le Cirque after a show. We ordered the 3 course prix fixe with wine pairings. The wine pairings were well selected, the service was attentive, and the food was excellent. My husband's venison was exceptional.

Located within Bellagio, it is considered one of the best restaurants in the US, and I agree. Location, ambiance, wine list, service and fantastic food. I am going back in my next Vegas visit.

Made a reservation for Christmas dinner at Le Cirque. Our server was fantastic - very friendly and accommodating. The food overall was very good - but for the price it did not blow us away.

There are few places that impress as much as Le Cirque. We took advantage of the pre-show, pre-fixe menu, which was amazing. I expected an incredible meal. What was even better was the service of the staff, who made us feel truly welcome and cared for. They made my teenage daughter feel special and she will always remember this special dinner with daddy forever. My thanks to everyone at Le Cirque for making our evening so beautiful and special. I am truly grateful.

My GF said it was the favorite part of her trip. Big thank you to the staff here, really professional. Great dress code, everyone looked fancy.

We had the greatest dining experience at Le Cirque! Don’t miss this special place! Not only is the food delicious and presentation stunning, but the entire staff have a chemistry that elevates the entire experience. From the minute we walked in we were made to feel welcomed and special. The Sommelier did a fantastic job taking her time with us, answering our questions and explaining the wine she was presenting to us. We had cocktails at the bar prior to dinner that were absolutely delicious! Thank you to Gabriel, Martin, Tom, and the entire staff for a very special evening that will not be forgotten! We look forward to returning the next time we are in Vegas.

Wonderful restaurant, food and service - an oasis of calm away from the hustle and bustle of Las Vegas. We had the 5 course taster menu with wine pairings and both were excellent

Had a wonderful anniversary experience at Le Cirque! The atmosphere was beautiful and classy, the view of the fountain added a delightful backdrop. The food of course, was amazing. We each did the 4-course tasting menu and it did not disappoint. I have also never experienced such an attentive staff!

Second trip won't be my last. Every time I walk out of there, I'm in in awe, just dumbstruck. It's that good.

Amazing dinner with my family. The food was great and the customer service was awesome, definitely going back!

I thought I would not like the circus tent motif, but it actually was quite a bit of fun, and I channeled a bit of Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec. The staff did not offer the pre-theater menu, even though on our reservation we had expressed that we were coming for that. They obviously wanted to up-sell us. Then they tried to prove us wrong. Then they admitted they made a mistake. Then they gave us a hard time about ordering their ‘Pre-Theater’ menu, telling us we had to be in the resteraunt at 5 pm to be able to select it. Currently, their menu states the pre-fix, pre theater menu is offered 5 to 5:45 pm, except on Holidays. The conversation was less fun for them. We would not be embarrassed. Regardless, we had a fabulous dinner. The wine sommelier was great. My guess is he is wonderful with everybody. The breads were absolutely fantastic. Everything we chose from the Pre-Theatre menu was absolutely fantastic. We also had the wine pairing, which was fantastic, except for the Kracher Beernenauslese, which I would have liked better with cheese and fruit. I would have recommended a Bugey Cerdon with the chocolate ball dessert.

This is one of the most beautiful and eye catching restaurants in Vegas. Very limited seating, so make a reservation. If you can, call ahead for the DUCK. Fantastic wine list and cocktails. Be prepared to spend some $$$, and I won’t tell you what to order besides the Duck. It is all 5 star. One of my favorites ever

I went for my birthday. While they did not do anything special for my birthday (the server never even wished me a happy birthday), the food and service was very good. Even with a reservation and M Life Platinum status, we had to wait an hour for our table (though the restaurant was not that busy).

A beautifully decorated little restaurant and bar area. The best seats are by the windows overlooking the fountain and usually reserved for tables of 4. Service was fine - not the most attentive. Food on the whole is good, and priced for fine dining in Vegas, the cocktails were excellent. The Lobster Salad starter was OK - well presented but lacked flavour. The Yellowtail starter was good. We had the Dover Sole and Rabbit mains, and the Chocolate Souffle and Chocolate Bomb desserts which were all very good.

We absolutely loved our evening here! Stunning atmosphere and setting by the lake. We had a window table overlooking the fountains which was very nice although the windows are on the smallish side. Service was impeccable and top notch from the waiter to the Somm to the buser. The entire staff was super professional but also very, very friendly and personable. They were all easy to talk with and fun! Not stuffy in any way although the ambiance of the restaurant might suggest otherwise. We loved the food. There are a few tasting menus to choose from with at least two options per course. All the food was meticulously prepared and quite innovative. Highlights include the risotto and tagliatelle with black truffles (supplement), yellowtail first course and veal cheek. This is no doubt and expensive place to dine but we felt it was worth the money and will absolutely be dining here again on our next trip. We also ate at Picasso earlier on our trip and Le Cirque was superior. Have to say you will definitely spend less at Picasso though.

Amazing experience. Had the pre-theatre menu and the staff was very attentive to make sure we made it to our show on time without disrupting the experience. Highly recommend the wine pairing option. The engagement and information from the sommelier makes it well worth it. The pairings were excellent!

2nd visit to Le Cirque. First time memorable, this time irregular, inattentive service. Frustrating. Food was good but not over the top for $600. You can do better else where in Las Vegas Vegas half the price

The food is very good. The service can be better. Forgot to serve a desert. Good wine and beverage selection.

The attention to detail, the food and the service was excellent!! This is a wonderful dining experience! These waiters and staff have been with this restaurant for 30 years or more!! This speaks volumes of the owners who obviously have happy employees because their employees are taken care of!! Jackie Botkin 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The title and rating should say it all, but I will add a bit more. First, I cannot believe I forgot to publish this at the beginning of the year. Le Cirque was top two, and probably our favorite, dining experience ever. Everything was exceptional from start to finish all night. The service was unparalleled and personal, the maître d' was fantastic; perfectly balancing his interactions to make us feel valued without ever being overbearing or interrupting. The service throughout the evening bordered on clairvoyant. We never wanted for anything, from a piece of bread (more on that later), to wine or water. Every course was spectacular in flavor and presentation, and we savored every bite of every course. Oddly enough, one thing I feel compelled to highlight is the breads. They were AMAZING! Unique and delicious to the point they stand out in my mind when comparing Le Cirque to other fine dining experiences. My personal favorites were a white chocolate infused bread and one that included bacon and cheddar accents. (My mouth is watering a bit even as I post this 11 months later.) In short, Le Cirque is an absolute MUST if you are going to have a fine dining experience in Las Vegas. My wife and I did not find Vegas to our liking overall, and it is unlikely we will return to Vegas... However, if we do it will be in large part because we want to return for another meal at Le Cirque. It was that good.

Pinnacle dining experience! We were there for Valentines Day and it was an exquisite choice. The wait staff took care of every need in consummate fashion. We enjoyed our cocktails and wine. The black truffle risotto was so incredible and the Kobe beef was simply outstanding. May sound crazy, but we loved the French butter and bread. The Dover sole was prepared beautifully. The ambience in there is unique and so special! Will never forget this night!

I can't recommend this place enough! It was worth every penny, it is on the high price range but it honestly beats seeing a show and going here instead. The staff were absolutely fantastic! So thoughtful and kind and very knowledgable. I got the 3 course option with wine pairing as did my Mum (And no they don't push you to have the 5 courses - I was seeing that a lot on here and its not true. They do recommend it but that's all) I highly recommend the wine pairing as that is what made the experience even better!!! The sommelier was outstanding! The food was all out of this world, even the bread was insanely good!!! The restaurant was full as it was 7.30 Saturday night but it wasn't too noisy at all. I cant wait to return to this restaurant next year!!!!! Thank you sooooo much Le Cirque!

So..... I'm not looking for an argument on this, well..... Maybe..... BUT, This Is The Best VEGAS has to offer. 15+ years of dining at this remarkable restaurant, and we have yet to experience a bad course, let alone a bad meal.... The bartendress (Charlyn) starts the evening off perfectly! - Let her!!!!!! (Not a recommendation, a requirement.) The Food - A solid 10. The service - (on a scale of 1 - 10) - Easily a 65! Thank you Daniel, and the guys - again and again and again - Truly!!!! Do Not Miss making memories here.... We have for many years, and plan to for many more. THE BEST EVER!!!!

We have never received such exemplary, next level service as we did from, the manager, Martin. He immediately connected with us and created the MOST outstanding, elevated customer care experience EVER! We highly recommend him as a point person if you are ever in Vegas! He exceeds any standard that exists! THE ABSOLUTE BEST 🙌🏻🙏🏻🔥

Did the five course tasting menu with wine pairing. The cost is high for this (came to nearly $300 with tip), but you get what you pay for. Service was extremely attentive; each course was very good although one (chicken) was not nearly as good as the others. Little touches between courses were nice although I couldn't eat or drink anything else by the end of the visit. A high class establishment that treats you the same way.

One of our best meals ever! Martin & all of the staff took such great care of us from start to finish! All of the little extras made this meal an extraordinary experience! We each had the prixe-fixe menu with the wine pairings before going to the theater. If you are a wine enthusiast- you must do the wine pairing! Hamachi & foie gras were both amazing first courses. Sea bass & prime beef tenderloin for main courses are both perfect choices. Leave room for dessert of either the chocolate ball or pear parfait. The attention to detail & notes for your palette make this an unforgettable meal! If you are able to obtain a window table; that's an added bonus!

Took my daughter there for her 30th birthday and it was one of the best fine dining experience we ever had! Great place for a special night out! Would recommend it all the way!!!

Our party of four dined at Le Cirque on January 13, 2024 and were blown away by the food and service. We have dined at many Michelin star and 5 diamond restaurants, this experience was at the top. The sommelier, Fred, is extremely knowledgeable and was quite amusing. Maurice is the definition of a professional waiter. However, Tom was our absolute favorite without a doubt. He knows how to read a table and respond accordingly. This team of servers have worked together for many years, and it shows. You will not be disappointed.

Martín is a fabulous waiter. The foie gras here is to die for. The wine pairing and the sommelier is also wonderful. The presentation of the food is beautiful. Don’t hesitate coming here you won’t be disappointed.

We had an amazing experience at Le Cirque. I believe our waiter was Simon and he was amazing. This was our first experience at a fine French restaurant but Simon made us feel at home and answered all our questions. The service was perfection. The food was amazing. The Parisian Mule cocktail was delicious. Highly recommended.

This place ain't for the faint of financial heart. But the six course meal was truly exceptional. Get the wine pairing. Freddy our sommelier was informative and had an entertaining presentation. The support staff headed by Maurice was excellent. Overall a unique experience. Would highly recommend.

Every aspect of our food was perfect, and the service was exceptional. My issue is with the sommelier. He recommended a bottle of red burgundy that simply was not as he described nor in the style we asked for. Further it suffered from astringent ‘green’ tannin (often a side effect of including stems during fermentation) that he denied was possible (his argument was that Pinot noir grapes don’t contain much if any tannin). I didn’t want to argue with him in front of my wife, but to say Pinot noir cannot taste tannic is simply silly. It felt like he knew what I was talking about but didn’t want to admit it. I offered him a taste of the wine two times to demonstrate what I was referring to and he declined both times saying he knew the wine. I looked up some reviews of the wine online and saw clear evidence of other people reporting that the wine had harsh tannin tastes that reduced their ‘scores’ into the 86-88 range - consistent with my experience. I left feeling like the sommelier took advantage of my request for his help and pawned off a poor bottle wine he had in his cellar. To not take me up on my offer to taste what I was referring to was something I’ve never experienced at a fine restaurant. It’s really too bad because the food - while clearly amazing - would have been elevated by a good bottle of red burgundy.

Service was excellent. View over the fountains was awesome. The food was very good, but very small quantities. The servings are so small, is it really needed to have upcharges on any of the various option on the prix-fixe menu? My wife and I chose the 5 course option with wine pairings. We found the pairing to be excellent. The meal, plus wine pairings, plus tip cost the two of us a bit over 500 which I was expecting. Was there really a need for upcharges on some of the options when all servings are so small? Service - Great Ambiance & view of fountains - Awesome Food - Pretty good Wine Pairings - Perfect Upcharges/Supplement charges - really not needed when you're already spending over $500 on a dinner for two.

We have dined here for many anniversary dinners in a row - request same table, etc. We LOVE their rabbit dish - this time a bit too salty. The lobster salad is always a treat. My husband had the smallest tasting menu with the wine pairing. I inquired as we ordered about dessert. The waiter said he would check back during the meal. I have no idea what happened but he did not ask us about dessert and no special anniversary token dessert arrived either. Took the check and then just disappeared without a "thank-you" or a "good-bye". Had to ask the busser the snap a photo! I will e-mail management to look into this.

This is a beautiful restaurant but be warned it comes with a hefty price tag. My husband treated me to a meal here for my 50th birthday. We chose a five course taster menu with mine being the vegetarian option. All courses are small as you would expect and were totally delicious. Star of the show for me was the chocolate bomb. We didn’t do the wine pairing but instead opted for one of the more reasonably priced bottles of wine. Still it came to just under $500. It was a lovely meal but do I think it warranted the hefty price tag (service alone was $75)? Probably not. Only for those special occasions or if you have been lucky in the casinos!

Visited Las Vegas w friends, this restaurant has great food, great 👍 service and definitely going back!!!

One of my favorite restaurants of all time. This place is a dream. The staff is so friendly and not stuffy. Also the service and dishes are to die for.

What a first class restaurant in service we haven't got to meet the chef a guy by the name of Damien he was absolutely lovely and look after us the recommended to try the fishes with freshly caught that morning and it's absolutely supply in a rich creamy lovely sauce with parsley can't wait to return one day

We celebrated my wife's birthday at Cirque. A major error. Topping our dinner next year is probably impossible. From the moment you walk in the quality of service, ambience and food is unparalleled in our countless trips to Las Vegas. The food is always brilliant be it the tasting menu or the small touches (the amuse bouche, the macaroons and chocolate truffles delivered in a little cabinet). The pace of courses is measured unlike some tasting menus that arrive bam bam bam on after another. The sommelier, who I simply hand the wine list and and say "pick one", is charming and overflowing with information. I believe Le Cirque is Vegas's best in quality, imagination and uniqueness.

Reopened in October, a 19- month hiatus and rearranged dining room in the rearview, Le Cirque at Bellagio enters the “new normal” by charting a novel course under the guidance of Chef Dameon Evers and General Manager Gabriel Fontenier. Since 1998 the resort’s most sought-after reservation, a forty-year history in Manhattan still uncertain following the passing of Sirio Maccioni, guests entering the jewel box space will quickly recognize the half-moon bar and big top ceiling while the menu is now three pre-paid Tastings ranging from $288 to $388 per person exclusive of Beverages. Currently operating from 5:00pm until 10:00pm Thursday through Saturday, much of the staff familiar across twenty prior visits from 2008 to 2019, it was amidst plush fabrics and holiday décor that two diners were seated, service predictably faultless across the next 210 minutes. Opting for one 10-course Prestige offering and the 6-course plant-based Decouverte, each with Wine Pairings, it was alongside potent Cocktails that Bread and an Amuse were presented, the former now made on-site and light but buttery while the Gougere reminisces of Chef Evers’ time with Thomas Keller. Now priced on par with Robuchon and Savoy, the future of Las Vegas’ fine dining scene hanging in the balance, course one suggests Champagne alongside Caviar and Cauliflower Panna Cotta while its alternative utilizes Radishes in forms amidst the flavors of Sunomono. The most radical shift since Wilfred Bergerhausen’s tenure beginning in 2014, Lobster Salad and plates painted with Monkeys giving way to crystal beneath snappy slices of Kampachi, Chef Evers does Le Cirque’s rich history proud by way of dishes such as a velvety Foie Gras Gateaux and Squash Soup brightened by Indian spices. Forever the realm of Sommelier Freddy Montandon alongside Wine Director Sanae Halprin, each presenting their bottles with zeal, it comes as no surprise that oaky Chardonnay pairs beautifully with creamy Rice lightly topped in Truffles while the same Demi-sec previously offered alongside Soup also compliments Golden Eye Snapper afloat in herbaceous Yogurt. Rethinking Le Cirque’s classic Potato-wrapped Sea Bass with Turbot that stands up admirably to reduced Red Wine, while Vegetarian diners are treated to Beets reminiscent of what Dameon created with Chef Joshua Skenes at Angler, the Prestige’s penultimate savor features incomparable Chicken that eats smooth as silk with Brown Butter and Prunes tying it to a smooth and jammy Malbec. Proud to pour well-priced Burgundy with both “main courses,” the A5 Wagyu predictably delicious but outshined by Cordyceps bathed in aromatic Consommé, Cheese comes from Northern California’s Cowgirl Creamery that finds added flavor from Truffle Coulis and it’s medium-sweet pairing. Having celebrated several Christmas meals at Le Cirque over the years, special touches such as a signed card and Polaroid photo never taken for granted, Dessert at first appears like The French Laundry’s “Coffee and Donuts” before finding added depth in Chocolate Mousse brilliantly balanced by sparkling sweet Rose. Lingering to talk with Mr. Fontenier afterward, the challenges of reinventing an icon not insubstantial, Las Vegas remains fortunate to have a Restaurant like Le Cirque even if it is not purely “French” or a place for “Foodies” because Cuisine of such quality will always have an audience amongst traveled epicures.

The service was great from the get-go; staff were very welcoming, and provided a positive dining experience. The decor was great; it was enjoyable looking around and admiring it whilst eating there. The food was good; you could tell there was great effort put into the dishes both aesthetically and taste wise. We enjoyed it and thought it was worth the cost. There is a pre-theatre menu, and we missed the time window for that; you could consider it if you don't mind earlier dinners. Overall a pleasant experience!

Quality service, unique menu offerings, always great value. This my favorite place to take friends when I am in the city of sin.

The food was excellent. Service would have been immaculate except that the French server thought he was God on earth. I did not know what supplement meant so I asked him, and he made a mockery and ridiculed me in front of the guests. It is an expensive restaurant, and guests should be treated likewise.

I'll start with the positives—everyone was professional, the service was up to standards, the food was decent, and the wine list featured a good selection. Here's the reason for my 3-star rating: We had a 7 pm reservation with a 10 pm show that is 15 15-minute drive away, allowing plenty of time for a 2-hour set dinner. We showed up a few minutes early, the lady checked us in and said they were getting our table ready and would call us when it's ready. We went out for a walk and returned between the 10 - 15 min mark which was within an acceptable range if they needed a little extra time to get everything prepared. Still not ready, and this time, there was another lady, presumably of higher position, offered to get us seated at the bar while we wait. We ordered 2 drinks and had a nice talk with the bartender, and then it was 7:40 and beyond, still no table. Naturally we were getting frustrated, the bartender knew that we had a show coming and he took the liberty to ask someone about our table, then the ladies came back and said, the original table that they were going to arrange for us was a nice window side table with a view and they were waiting on the guest to leave, apparently, the guest already paid a long time ago but just wouldn't leave, and they could not do anything about it. The ladies offered another table which was immediately available, but it won't be that "original" table. First of all, if the other table was available all along, why not offered that to us at the beginning and be clear about the situation? Why make us wait longer than we should then say there was another table available? All they had to say was "Do you have a show to catch? We have another table available immediately and you can enjoy first, when your original table is ready, we are happy to move you". By that point, we both lost our mood and we just wanted to sit down so we would still have enough time to make it to the show without rushing through dinner, which was supposed to be an enjoyable experience by itself, especially to begin our Vegas trip with as it was our first night. We accepted the new table and the ladies comped our two drinks at the bar, which was nice but was very much something they should be doing to compensate their customers, especially at a restaurant of this scale. While we were looking at the menu, another gentleman came over to notify us that our "original" table was finally available and that they would escort us over, we moved to that table and continued with our dinner. The good thing that they did, was that they expedited our meal so that we would finish in good time, had they maintained their normal speed, it would've been an even more stressful experience. When people have reservations at a certain time, it is expected to be seated at that time or within the 5- 10 minute range (15 min max) of that reserved time. I am not sure who's policy it is Le Cirque follows, but for a restaurant of this scale and price point, they should first set a specific dining time, say 2.5 - 3 hours depending on the speed, like most other high end restaurants are doing, and once the dining time is up, the staff should strictly enforce this policy and escort guests who went past this time to move to the bar should they wish to continue enjoying themselves, rather than making the next party to wait a ridiculous amount of time. It was a disrespect, period. If I have a reservation at 7, I should have a table then, waiting is a courtesy from my end, not an expected guest behavior that restaurant can abuse. Le Cirque unfortunately was not the only restaurant in Vegas that had this issue, which made me wonder whether it was an overall Vegas issue. For the price we paid and the experience we had, I cannot in my good conscience recommend this place, even if none of the above happened, I don't think it was worth the price, it was nice, but the value just isn't there.

What a place! The sommelier knows his stuff and is very funny. The wait staff is very conversational and made the dinner truly memorable. We are spoiled being from New York but this is right up there with the expertly prepared French dishes. Probably the best service we have ever had!

Le Cirque has been the jewel of the Bellagio since 1998. We have spent all of my mom's birthdays at the Las Vegas location. The whimsical design is timeless. The most impressive portion of the restaurant is the service and care the staff provides. The original waitstaff has been serving "The Classics" since it's inception. They know you by name and guide you through an unforgettable experience. Our favorite captain is Martin Fischer. He always has a smile on his face and will go to any length to make the most memorable time. This restaurant is a must while in Las Vegas and ask for Martin. You will never be disappointed.

Let’s get this out of the way, Two people, only one drinking wine, some upgraded items, and we spent around 750 dollars including 20% tip. But we expected this and so just embraced the excellent service and terrific food. My one criticism is that the pacing was perhaps 15% too fast. We were in and out in under two hours despite having a 5 course meal. I thing 2.5 hours would have been perfect.

My spouse and I went to Le Cirque for the first time. We lived near Philadelphia and went to New York regularity to several good Restaurants and never to Le Cirque. We tried a tasting menu of 10 courses with glasses of Wine recommended by the sommelier. We loved the ambiance, the friendliness of the service and the sommelier in particular. It was very light and tasty and loved it. We will be back. My favorite was the Foie Gras with the Sauternes. My spouse favorite was the Crab with the Caviar with Pinot Blanc from Her native Alsace.

Bellagio's has created a fabulous restaurant, or an incredible off shoot of NYC landmark. It's a AAA five star. They have parking, dining room that is colorful, most exclusive, excellent staff. They have great French food; Susan had Sea Bass and I had Yellowtail, expensive and fabulous.

Wow. I find it a bit taxing to actually write a review, but I will do my best, although will likely not do Le Cirque justice. My family and I enjoyed a lovely evening under the big top with a glorious view of the fountains. The waitstaff catered to our every whim and they even participated in my playful banter. Every server was great and kind. The food was spectacular, both in flavor and presentation, and the wine pairings were perfect. Their vegetarian and vegan offerings were as good, if not better, than the omnivorous ones. We hope to come back again once we have saved enough money!

Excellent food, excellent service! I tired the steaks and also my favorite dessert, crème brûlée! It is one of best I ever had! And finally I even got the receipt for it. But maybe the best idea is go back to get another one😄

I would agree with other reviewers. Yes, the service is exceptional, the presentation of the food is a work of art, and the drinks were great. Unfortunately, when I think of the things/experiences I’ve paid $1000 for in my life, this one would not be worth a repeat visit. We had a more memorable experience at a restaurant off the strip (Primal Steakhouse) and on the strip (Javier’s, Caramá). If anyone asked me what we ate, I would not remember it long term, if that makes sense. So, for $1000, I would have wanted this to be more memorable.

We went here for dinner. It was so delicious. It is an expensive restaurant so I expected it to be a bit snobbish, which I find so disappointing but it was not. How refreshing! All the servers go out of their way to make sure you enjoy your dinner. And what a delicious dinner it was. Every single item we ordered was delicious. We did the tasting for $135/person with a few extras. The waygu beef was soooo good. Its not a cheap meal but if you are looking for something special and you love French cuisine I would highly recommend this place.

Couldn’t fault a thing in this wonderful restaurant tucked away in the middle of the the Bellagio. Not only is the food of the highest quality and tastes amazing but the staff make it for a wonderful dining experience.nothing appears to be too much trouble and they go about their efficient ways with charm and humour.

The only thing missing was Sirio and his sons’ friendly smiles to welcome you. Rarely do you find a corporate acquired iconic restaurant staying as true to to the original in an expanded resort location. Truly worthy of Michelin stars and unlike their reviewer, I approved of the men’s room located by the European-feel and cozy bar, all within the quiet of the restaurant, removed from the bustle of the Bellagio casino. The penultimate was the exquisite 8 course menu, bookended by an amazing poached truffled egg amuse-bouche, and ending with chef-made candies and truffles. The crescendo of flavor bombs and gastronomic surprises started with caviar, two different lobster dishes separated by a course of foie gras , then sea bass, lamb and finally the Wagu loin and chocolate hazelnut ball. (The silverware changes alone for our table would have filled a dishwasher.) Closely followed by the friendly, with just the right amount of talkative interaction, highly competent and plentiful staff and then capped by the beautiful decor with sumptuous fabrics and painted mural walls, all under the big top of a newly installed, colorfully striped $200,000 silk draped and backlit ceiling. A must when in Vegas, if you aren’t on a budget and ready to treat yourself and your guests. Sophisticated, well dressed, and international patrons, for the most part, the night we visited, added to the overall enjoyable and memorable experience. ******* Note: basically a tasting menu that left you fully sated without any feeling of glutinous over-indulgence or feeling that you had exceeded your capacity. Perfection all around.

The location of this restaurant is great - if you get the right seat, you’ll be watching the Bellagio fountains throughout dinner. The decor was amazing - the fun, colorful ceiling makes you feel like you are in a very extravagant, over the top circus tent! We went late on a weekday night and there were only a handful of other tables in the restaurant. At the start, service was top notch: friendly impeccable wait staff. We opted for the tasting menu with a couple of nice 375ml bottles and by the time we were on our 3rd course or so we were the sole patrons remaining in the restaurant. At this point is where the night dipped low against our expectations. The service began to feel rushed - as if they wanted us to get out as fast as possible. The worst part of the evening came when their house speciality arrived - the Brittany Loup de Mer (a fish served in a papillon style). After the first bite, it was clear that the delicate fish had not only been severely overcooked, but that the fish had been sitting under a heat lamp for some time. It was dry and brittle yet chewy all at once. We didn’t finish it and let them know why. They offered to recook it, but we turned them down since it was clear to us at this point they wanted us to leave. For reference, we had a 9pm reservation at a restaurant that serves a multi-course dinner. It was probably around 11pm at this point. Unfortunately, this dish was the only one that stood out (and not in a good way). I recall the rabbit being somewhat tasty, but none of the other dishes were memorable. The food did not match its price point, and you can get much better food in Vegas for the same cost. From a service perspective, they did give me a shawl/blanket when I got cold, which was nice - but it didn’t quite make up for us feeling rushed with the later courses. If you don’t want customers in your restaurant at 11pm, don’t offer a 6-8 course dinner reservations at 9pm. The best thing about this restaurant is the interior decor and the view of the fountains.

Le Cirque is a dining experience that you won’t forget. The decor is lovely. I suggest you have a reservation if you are planning to dine here. The staff is top notch and so professional. If I’m not mistaken most have been here since they opened in 1998. They also have a pre-theater menu that is almost half the cost of the regular menu. The lobster salad is divine and the Dover Sole is delicious. We will return!

We had an amazing meal for my daughters 21st birthday, we had the 5 course tasting menu and it was beautiful. From the time we stepped in the door we were treated like royalty, I would thoroughly recommend Le Cirque....amazing food and even better staff!! Thank you.

We went to Le Cirque to celebrate my wife’s 40th as a treat before we went to see the show of the same name (almost). I booked this several months out and informed them that we would be celebrating my wife’s 40th and fair play, they congratulated my wife on arriving and also throughout the meal and also gave her a lovely birthday dessert, it was all a nice touch, which made my wife feel special. The service is very good and attentive, but also not too informal. The sommelier certainly knew his wines and was very informative. The food was of a very high standard and very tasty, cooked exceptionally well. The price...well it is Vegas and everything seemed to be expensive in Vegas. For a special occasion to coincide with going to see “O”, made it all worthwhile and my wife had a birthday to remember. Would definitely recommend

Absolute best culinary experience I've ever had. Everything was top level from the service to the food to the atmosphere. The staff was very attentive but not intrusive. They were great at suggestions without being pushy as well. The food was tremendous! This was very much it of my comfort zone as, to be honest, many of the dishes I had never heard of. But we enjoyed them all and are every bite. A truly enjoyable experience and if I'm ever up for a very expensive but very impressive meal again, I will try Le Cirque again!

This is an extraordinary restaurant. Martin took care of us in the most professional manner. His recommendations were splendid. Our family we’re celebrating a special occasion and this restaurant was the perfect setting. This is a fixed menu restaurant so you have to take the 3 course or other multi course meals. Well worth the dining experience. Vegas is pricey however if you want opulence band service book a reservation at Le Cirque!

The restaurant is a calm oasis of quiet and comfort. The service was excellent. At the price point (1200 for two for the smaller set course menu with wine pairing) however the food just didn’t cut it. The main course selections / steak for a 70 Supplement on a dinner price of 285 per person, rabbit stew or sea bass wrapped in potato - we had the rabbit and bass they were both just ok certainly not wow by any stretch . The quality you might expect at a neighborhood restaurant. Wanted to love the food but just didn’t

Review menu prices before going. Recent discharged military, newly married, without a lot of disposable income. Server made it clear that he was irritated that we ordered simple entres just water and no appetizer. Made to feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.

Dining at Le Cirque in Las Vegas is always a treat, and a recent dinner earlier this month certainly didn’t disappoint. The restaurant itself is ornate, elegant, and gorgeous. We started with a cocktail in the snug but tony bar area and then were escorted to our table. The service was prompt, polished, and professional. The wine list is comprehensive and impressive with a number of very fairly priced bottles given the caliber of restaurant. The amuse bouche was a delicious salmon and cream cheese – a small tin with a layer of cream cheese on top of a layer of diced salmon tartare. My first course was a beautiful and decadent sautéed foie gras. The second course was an out-of-this-world dish of veal sweetbreads which are likely the best I’ve ever eaten outside of France. For my main, I went with the perfectly cooked, tender, and flavorful venison. To close, a wonderful chocolate soufflé. Overall, a wonderful meal in a beautiful and lavish setting with fine service. A great fine dining experience!

We were fortunate enough to luck out and get a table with a view of the Bellagio Fountains. The food was excellent and our waiter was even better. A truely enjoyable experience. We dined rather early before the 7pm showing of "O" and I think dining slightly early may help increase your odds of getting a table with a great view.

Incredible evening of food, wine, and the BEST personalities and stories from all the staff. It was like dinner and a show. Small and Intimate dining room, very classy and upscale, but never pretentious. From the Sommelier Frederick to the lovely French gentleman who took time to introduce us to the world of Cognacs. Every single person we came in contact with made the evening memorable. We have been to French Laundry, Per Se, Gabriel Kreuther, Daniel, Guy Savoy, etc. This blew them all away. Every course that was brought out was perfection, including the most amazing truffle risotto I’ve ever had. I never write reviews, but this deserved my time and praise. Thank you for an amazing dinner! We will definitely be back!

culinary haven that deserves every bit of praise. It is not just a restaurant; it's an experience that tantalizes the senses and leaves a lasting impression. Whether for a special occasion or a casual night out, is a top-tier establishment that I wholeheartedly recommend to anyone seeking a gastronomic adventure.

Were in Vegas to see dome shows and went to Le Cirque on our first night in. The food was amazing as was the service! The staff is very professional and courteous which made for a great dining experience. The courses were unique and very flavorful.

We expected more, and we had better in the past. Perhaps it was more a 3 star review based on the lack of kind and pro active service. But it was the first time to experience a mediocre evening at Le Cirque so we will be kind and give it another try when back in Vegas

It was so good and there was a server named Tom who was super friendly and funny! The food was amazing and for sure the best restaurant I have been to!

Le Cirque, a restaurant with all the well deserved awards you can think of left us with memories for years to come. We can't say enough about this place, it's definitely our new favorite that we will return to over and over again! The attention to detail was off the scales. The circus themed dining room is beautiful. Then the best part, the wine and food, taste equaled the artsy appearance. The location, a beautiful spot in the Bellagio, a table by the window so we could watch the fountains, the sommelier, Frederick is a fun character with excellent wine suggestions, stories and really took his time with us. He suggested a Rhone that would be $1,500 in Bordeaux and it was delicious. The waiters Tom and Martin were really personable, had fun stories then explained the details of the food and ingredients, and they were able to change the seafood option out for a vegetarian for me no questions. I have dined in lively restaurants before and have never seen the people refilling the waters shield the splash with their napkin, nice touch and of course they fold your napkin before you return from the restroom. I really appreciated the attention to ladies as they pulled the chair in and out for us. Frederick our sommelier gave us a pin from the winery as a momento and his personal cell as we mentioned taking a trip to the Rhone Valley area and visiting the wineries! The most touching part was when we had the waitress take our photo, the manager snuck in and took one also, then presented us with a black and white photo of us with a cardwe recommend this amazing restaurant that provides an unforgettable experience to anyone who appreciates nice food and wine!

Maurice the head attendant for us this evening was exceptional! He anticipated our every move. His suggestions were spot on and even asked if we had a price that we were shooting for before we began. His team would barely let us move a fork. We had an obstructed view of the fountains but we’re there to enjoy our evening/anniversary .. In leaving, not 1 not 2 not 3 but 4 of their staff opened doors and most graciously asked us to please return, in which we will.. Still on our quest to enjoy Vegas’ top 10 fine dining experiences.

I cant get enough of this place, TOP NOTCH!!!! the food is amazing, literally everything we have tried was heavenly, the drinks are perfect but the customer service here is above and beyond. IF you havent been then your missing out!!!

My family went to Vegas for my cousin's wedding and we all decided to splurge and go to a 'fancy' restaurant while we were all there together. We went with Le Cirque because the menu looked the best and they had great reviews online. We were not disappointed. The staff was friendly, funny and made us feel at home. They took the time to explain the menu, and offered us suggestions. The food was divine! Beautiful to look at and even better tasting. Would love to come back at some other time and would highly recommend going.

Le Cirque is one of our favourite restaurants in Las Vegas. My partner introduced me to Le Cirque a few years ago. One again we had a beautiful dining experience. This time we used the pre-theatre tasting menu. The foie gras was seductive and the potato crusted sea bass delicious. Due to the wine sensitivities of one of our party, we chose the Schramsberg Sparkling Rose to accompany our dinner. Harmonious accompaniment! It is always impressive to view the chocolate ball explode when the waiter pours hot chocolate over it. The service at Le Cirque is “old world” exceptional: attentive but unobtrusive. We highly recommend Le Cirque for a special dining experience in Las Vegas.

Felt really welcomed upon arrival. Awesome tasting menu. Professional & friendly service. Formal & relaxed ambiance. Had an awesome birthday celebration!

Reopened in October 2021, a pandemic induced hiatus and rearranged dining room in the rearview, Le Cirque at Bellagio remains the resort’s most sought-after reservation, even more so on Friday when Chef Danny Lledó of Washington DC’s Xiquet and Slate Wine Bar joined Chef Dameon Evers for a special two-night Tasting Menu. Faultless under the direction of General Manager Gabriel Fontenier, the night divided into two seatings, guests entering the jewel box space were greeted by name and quickly handed a Cocktail before being whisked away to a room of plush fabrics and light music beneath the big top. Serving seven courses on this night flanked by an Amuse and Mignardises it was not long before dinner was started, aged Tuna shocking the palate before Chef Evers’ showstopping Corn Bavarois topped in Kaluga Caviar and curly Popcorn Tuile. Carefully paired with Wine by Sommelier Freddy Montandon alongside Wine Director Sanae Halprin, the former presenting tropical Granbazán Etiqueta Verde Albariño before Sea Cucumbers and Sobrasada with hints of Honey, a Red from Spain next found itself matched to chlorophyll-kissed Rice topped in a tongue of Hokkaido Uni. Reaching for Bordeaux to match Turbot and Salsify from Chef Lledó, then Chateauneuf Du Pape for Dameon’s Guinea Hen with Black Truffles and Foie Gras Mignonette, it was after cleansing the palate with Pear Brandy that A5 Wagyu received classic treatment by way of Chanterelle Mushrooms and perfect Bordelaise. Returning to Sparkling Wine with Dessert, Cerdon Rose making a return appearance before Compressed Melon followed by a textural Chocolate Tart, Mignardises arrived alongside Coffee, a signed menu and one of Le Cirque’s classic chargers as a gift for the lady.

Le Cirque is quietly tucked away from the energy of the Bellagio and offers respite from that high energy with a unique and intimate dining experience that is unapologetically French. The maître 'd and staff have been in this restaurant for years and will recognize you from your second visit even if it’s two years apart. Highly recommended from a discerning follower of good food and service.

Everyone was attentive but not invasive, the dinner was about us enjoying the meal. Perfect food, French ambience and very elegant. Traditional etiquette here. But also relaxed and enjoyable. Everyone made us feel special. The food was cooked to perfection and everything was delicious. This was an unexpected highlight of our Vegas trip.

This is my second time at Le Circe and I am glad I came back. And as last time the staff made us feel right at home. The sommelier is very attentive and not only very knowledgeable but also nice to talk to. We came early and had the pre-theatre dinner. I had Yellowtail, Chicken and the Chocolate Ball. My husband had the Escagots, Steak Filet and Strawberry/Rhubarb Sorbet with Peach Mousse. With a bottle of Perrier water, wine parring and coffee the total came to 283 well spend dollars and I will be back next time I am in Vegas.

Fantastic service from the moment we entered the restaurant and were greeted by the manager. Waiters were hugely attentive and they explained about each course as delivered. Venison was to die for. One minor criticism. When booking we requested a window table if possible. Apparently not a certainty as they are kept for groups. Yet those tables were empty and only filled during the night by two couples whilst another was free all night. We had the slight impression because we were English we were put in a corner?

Very friendly waiters and a great view on the famous Bellagio fontain. The food is really good but pricey. The sole was great, and we liked the chocolate dessert as well. Thank you for having us.

I made a reservation in advance and arrived on time. We were seated immediately at a nice table next to the window. All of our servers were fantastic. The sommelier was great as well. They were very accommodating to our no pork or shellfish restrictions, with one of us being a pescatarian. Every course was spectacular and every wine paired perfectly. I love the experience here.

From the moment of arrival, this jewel box room invites elegant leisure. The staff sets the tone for a memorable meal with comfortable proximity to other guests. Servers never hover, but attend to course transitions at just the right moment. Foie gras, tartare, Dover soul, morel risotto, deserts... Oh, the Meursault!

Elegant romantic pretty We just loved this 5 star fine dining experience. Impeccable service. Do the fixed menu with the wine pairing. Lobster and avocado salad is so pretty and tasty. Dover sole amazing. Chocolate soufflé fantastic. They give you chocolate truffles in a pretty box to take home

Fantastic food and waitstaff. Bring your big boy wallet, but it’s worth it. Our waiter Jimmy, sommelier Frederic, and the rest of the staff were superbly professional. I highly recommend the rabbit and white truffle risotto.

Room is intimate. Staff makes you feel welcome. Whole experiences is “special”. Food is a 10 (wish I could say it in French!) We will definitely return.

We had the pre-theater menu which we had to ask for even though it’s the only feature menu outside the entrance door. I also felt a little rushed starting out to choose a beverage but didn’t really have my bearings yet. We both loved our three course meals. I had the wine pairings, the Sangiovese blend and the Port were both excellent. I had forgotten what a perfect combination that Port and chocolate are. Between the amuse bouche, the palate cleanser, the breads, the macarons and the two beautifully boxed truffles to take away on top of three delectable courses, it was well worth it and made for a memorable evening.

I've looked forward to coming here for some time and had very high expectations which were exceeded. I've previously hesitated to come because of the cost - in reality we found it to be a great value. I really wanted to treat my princess :) I'd say the food met expectations while the atmosphere and service exceeded them - photos and reviews can't quite capture the smells, acoustics, and intimacy of the dining room or the warmth of the entire team serving the meals. We had the three course pre theater menu at $72 each (available until 5:45). The portions are the same size as the regular three course menu. In addition to the appetizer, entree, and dessert there is a pre-appetizer, breads, palate cleanser, second dessert, and to-go dessert so it's actually more like 8 courses. It's more than enough food, we couldn't finish. We also had two cocktails (catcher in the rye was delicious, same price you'd pay for a regular cocktail at a strip nightclub or pool). Two glasses of wine - several are available in the $20 range. Coffee and tea at $5 each. Chateau Lake Mead water :). We were there just under 3 hours. Unforgettable experience.

Wonderful service wonderful atmosphere wonderful food!! It is marvelous for a special occasion or just for a beautiful evening out.

Decided to splurge on a special meal for a night out with my wife. Long story short...the experience here has already ruined subsequent restaurant experiences elsewhere. It's THAT much above and beyond. And we just keep comparing everything now to Le Cirque. And nothing can. We tend to evaluate restaurants with 3 criteria in mind: Food, Service, and Ambiance. Food: we each did the Degustation Menu. And supplemental sommelier wine pairing. Turned out we wished we hadn't ordered that much wine (it felt like a lot), but it was fun. Glad we gave it a try. Every course was fabulous. We agreed that the Sea Bass was the standout dish. Just phenomenal. LOVED the chocolate ball for dessert. Service: this is where Le Cirque absolutely destroys other restaurants. Never in our lives had we experienced anything like it. We basically had the attention of what felt like AT LEAST 3 people at any given time. They were ON IT throughout the meal. It would take me a while to list every possible way, but suffice to say- they were an 11 out of 10 in this category. A cool thing was it sounded like much of the crew has been together for 20+ years. Their working chemistry is obviously terrific. High praise, specifically, for Frederick, Daniel, and Tom. Thank you, gentlemen. Such professionals. Ambiance: another category where Le Cirque shines. Right out the window you're treated to the wonderful Bellagio fountain show at routine intervals. The interior was classy and comfortable. In conclusion: this is a restaurant we'll always remember. Our bill came to just shy of $600, but that's because we each had the wine pairing for $88 each. So, yes, absolutely an expensive dinner. But, we walked out with the biggest smiles on our faces, and felt (honestly) that it was money very well spent. Loved loved LOVED every minute. Thanks, all.

This was the last spot on our Vegas vacation. My husband and I ordered the five-course Degustation Menu and it was exceptional! Each dish was elegant, complex, and delicious, and the restaurant was happy to accommodate my husband's dairy intolerance. The service was fantastic as were the views of the Bellagio fountains (if seated by the window). Although our tasting menu was one of the pricier ones, it was well worth it and there are a variety of menus and pricing options. Highly recommend!

One of the most wonderful dining experiences ever! The food is exceptional and the service is legendary. Noteworthy mention and gratefulness to Martin Head Waiter, Frederick Sommelier, and their colleagues Javier, Tom and several others who have worked together for over 27 years at Le Cirque...their impeccable tenure and attention to detail collectively, truly makes them the key difference makers alongside the Chef and professionals in the kitchen!

Excellent food, 5-star service and unique ambiance. Highly recommend for a fine dining experience. The only thing I would change is not getting a cheese platter dessert for each guest. One plate is enough to share for two people.

Small, cozy, and elegant atmosphere. Highly recommend the Sea Bass or Venison. Yellowtail appetizer is exceptional as well. Another good restaurant located in the Bellagio.

My meal at Le Cirque was one of the greatest of my life. There are several dining experiences I have been lucky enough to have and this is absolutely in the top 5. I love the whimsical decor which extends all the way from the draped ceiling to the plating choices. The service was impeccable, our waiter took the time to tell us about every single dish, including the ingredients and backstory, as well as going above and beyond in many ways. When I mentioned that the bread was delicious he brought me a take home box with bread in it for later. He brought out the Le Cirque cookbook for me to look through when I had some questions about recipes and the story behind them. He truly made the meal for us. The food was absolutely delicious, just thinking about it now makes me sad that I'm not there right now. We were given several amuse-bouches through out the meal that complimented the dishes and cleansed our palate for the next course. Their risotto was out of this world, I'm not sure I'll ever have a better one. We were even given little chocolates in boxes to take home at the end of the meal. My entire family had a wonderful time and I highly recommend visiting and having an amazing meal!

Positives: 1) Wait staff could not have been more attentive or prepared. They were outstanding and delivered a 5-star performance. I cannot be more pleased with a wait staff than what was provided. 2) The wine list was fantastic and the sommelier was incredible. Negatives: 1) Food. Nothing was jaw dropping. Everything was simply adequate. 2) Ambiance. Tables are too close together. Wait staff had to constantly shift around to make room for other staff to get by. 3) Price. Over $1k for a couple to dine here. We could have had better food for a fraction of the cost at Capital Grill. I really wanted to love this restaurant, however, they fell very short with their offerings.

We've had dozens of great meals in Las Vegas over the years, but our most recent dinner at Le Cirque topped them all! Since we were going to "O" at the Bellagio at 7pm, we took advantage of the pre-theater menu starting at 5pm. My husband and I both started with the Japanese Yellowtail appetizer. The combination of flavors and textures was truly a work of art! My husband enjoyed the sea bass for his entree while I had the filet. Both were mouthwatering and beautifully presented and delicious. For dessert, I had creme brûlée (not listed on the pre-theater menu, but Martin our server was aware I had celiac and allowed me to order it). We enjoyed the wine parings and chatting with the Sommelier. This was not a budget friendly meal, but we enjoyed the special splurge and impeccable service! Also enjoyed the macaroons and chocolate truffles after dinner!

A visit to Le Cirque was our dinner experience treat on this trip to Las Vegas. And what an amazing experience it was. All of the team flowed in their service throughout the courses and evening, taking cues from each other and making us feel like we were guests in their home. The wine education was not just on the characteristics for pairing but how the aging of different wines could make them perfect for very different dishes. The flavors were mindblowing and the pace of the evening was very nice. We will definitely visit again.

The family (2 teenagers) had the five course tasting menu for Christmas evening dinner. We had two full menus and two had the vegetarian menu. The adults had the matched wines. The restaurant is very cosy - I felt that the tables were a little too close to each other. The food was excellent and well prepared, beautifully presented and well seasoned. We had cocktails at the barns of the meal which were good and the little chocolate boxes they gave us was a nice memento. The service was excellent and the sommelier was very entertaining. A really lovely meal. We didn’t feel rushed and stayed until we were ready to leave.

Never got to Le Cirque in NY, so stopped in in Vegas for a pre-theater, prix fixe menu. Paired with wines, we were not disappointed in our three-course dinner. Delectable sea bass wrapped in a paper-thin skin of potato and delicately sauteed. Wish the portions were a little larger, but we were well satisfied, nevertheless. Wine pairing was worth the extra expense.

It had been quite a few years since we had been to Le Cirque due to it being closed after COVID and not reopening until right after our last Vegas trip in 2021. How nice it was to find that it is still one of, if not the best place in Vegas to have an amazing meal with incredible service. It is quite special that you can come back after quite a few years and feel like you are home again at a place you love. Martin and Tom are still blessing the establishment with their presence which just adds to the familiarity for those that return year after year. We had the eight-course tasting menu and the food was wonderful and worth the expense. We will return upon our next trip to Vegas.

Never been in this restaurant before, even though we visit Las Vegas yearly. It is simply the best. Ambience, comfort, service, food, just everything is wonderful. Visited the bar on many occasions too and had lovely conversations with lovely people and especially Gene, the bartender. Can't say enough about this place and can't wait to get back there again next year.

An absolutely amazing restaurant! The Japanese A5 Wagyu was hands down the best steak I’ve had. The restaurant is beautiful!

5 stars all the way. Classy, professional, and polite management, servers, and hosts. A pleasant and memorable experience from start to finish.

Truly, may be the best ever. From beginning to end, meaning my introduction to the hostess until my exit from the restaurant, I cannot recall such a singular, exemplary dining experience. The food, of course, unique and delicious. The service was so pleasant and professional but relaxed and comfortable that it stood out amongst the rest. The wine sommelier was very entertaining with a true mastery and passion that we enjoyed from his interactions with other tables. The hostess, a hidden gem who has yet to realize her hidden potential. Le Cirque is a 5 star experience not to be missed. The best souffle I ever had.

My wife and I came here for our anniversary and both ordered the 8 course chef’s tasting menu with the wine pairing. WHAT AN EXPERIENCE!! From the moment we stepped into the restaurant, and until we left, every staff member (who have been together at Le Cirque forever) made us feel like their family the way they treated us. This place is a true AAA 5-Diamond/Michelin 3-star restaurant (even though Las Vegas doesn’t have Michelin rated restaurants anymore). Our waiter, Martin, is the BEST at his job. All of the food was AMAZING and paired perfectly with each wine selection. This was the best dining experience ever for us, thank you!

This show never disappoints. Talented athletes and entertaining program of acrobatics with some comedy thrown in. An absolute MUST if visiting Vegas. At the Bellagio!

Highly recommended, I love the atmosphere, the concept and the gastronomic proposal, a good place to get away from everyday life

I hope Le Cirque can return. I feel for the staff , many have been there for countless years . Martin was always the best along with the entire staff. I wish them the best.

Beautiful restaurant; wonderful staff; excellent food; prices to some steep! Cosmo 25$(not bad), drink was perfect!! And like 2 drinks!! We made reservations for bar, wanting a lighter dinner… they sat us in restaurant knowing that, they gave us a dinner menu.. that was a prefixed menu… not what we wanted.. but we were straight out saying we didn’t want to spend that kind of $ for a light meal, they were Very. Accommodating , still a $$$$$. But a very good nite

This restaurant it’s truly exceptional. I really could not fault it in anyway. From the second you walk in the door it feels special. We were greeted at the door and sat in the bar, Frederick the sommelier was brilliant and very knowledgeable and full of funny stories. The restaurant area is quite small and intimate. The service was brilliant, professional and not to over attentive. The food is first class and delicious, presented perfectly. If you are in Vegas and looking for a restaurant for a special occasion or just a really great dining experience then I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Thank you Le Cirque we will see you next time we are in Vegas.

Had a wonderful dinner at Le Cirque. Martin F. was our waiter and he paid close attention to every detail to ensure our dining experience was fantastic. The food is delicious and the service is truly impeccable.

It was a memorable dinner for us! We love everything about this restaurant. The service is perfect. The ambiance is outstanding. And the staffs were so attentive.

My spouse and I went to Las Vegas, NV for our 20th wedding anniversary. We saw a show and had dinner reservations for each night we were there. Our first night we had reservations for Le Cirque and tickets to see the show “O”. We have never considered ourselves VIPs. We never expect the be treated as such. We just want a pleasant atmosphere, some conversation with our waiter, and delicious food. We received all that and more at Le Cirque. The dining room is extremely intimate and if you communicate with your waiter on your likes, dislikes, and plans after dinner – you will get a perfectly paced meal and amazing nuanced delights during your time there. The team was warm and friendly. They are experienced and want to ensure you have one of the best - if not the best dining experience ever. To finish the rest of the night, Martin, our waiter, was gracious enough to walk us over to the “O” theatre. He instructed us to return to the restaurant after our show. Unbeknownst to us, he had the kitchen prepare anniversary sweets! The dining was unique, considerate, and delicious. The desserts were delectable. We couldn’t have asked for more. We appreciate Martin and the team for taking care of us and making our night special. He even mailed us an anniversary card signed by the team! We are so appreciative to have such a memorable time. My spouse and I talk about our experience consistently. When we decide to have a fine dining experience, we will always compare it to Le Cirque. It will always be on the itinerary when we make plans to go to Las Vegas!

Le Cirque still understands what it takes to be an outstanding restaurant--exceptional food, fun and upbeat décor and professional service. From the moment you walk in the door, the entire staff makes you feel welcome and special. The food is presented in an artistic fashion and the chef's ability to enhance the various ingredients and flavors is memorable. It is one of those experiences that you do not forget, and you long to do it again soon.

This is a restaurant I've always wanted to try when I go to Las Vegas. I walked there because I was staying at the Bellagio. The atmosphere in the restaurant is great and it gets me excited. Everyone in the restaurant was dressed up, and no one was dressed casually. We ordered a four-course meal with two appetizers, a main course, and dessert, with crab and caviar, lobster bisque, and Rossini, which was a bit pricey, for about $450 per person. The wine was my favorite, Pyra Le Monlash, which was $425 and not bad. The taste was impeccable. The customer service was also excellent. The waiter who served us was from the Monlash producing area, so he got really excited when we ordered it lol. It was a bit expensive, about $1600 for two people including tip, but we were very satisfied and had a great time.

We had such a special experience at Le Cirque in Las Vegas. We ended up there (almost by accident) to have a drink after dinner and were blown away by how lovely and attentive the entire staff was. Not only was the space beautiful and the cocktails delicious, but every single person we interacted with went above and beyond to make our experience incredible. Mart, Sean, Jean, Maurice and the whole team take such pride in their work, and it really shows. Le Cirque offers a kind of old school fine dining that is nearly impossible to find these days. We will definitely come back for dinner next time we are in town!

Much like you if you are reading reviews here, I was researching places for dinner in Vegas this weekend. I am SO glad we chose Le Cirque. This place is amazing. Food, service, ambience. All of it. It’s small and intimate with very different decor than most super trendy restaurants on the strip. It has a warm glow of lighting from the drapes above. The menu is French and all very fresh and well executed. I’m a vegetarian and had the yummy sunchoke ravioli. My friends had the chicken breast (she said it was the best piece of chicken she has ever eaten) and the scallops. Each course impressed and the desserts are to die for. Also has the view of bellagio fountain show every 15 minutes or so. Honestly it’s the perfect special night dinner experience. Would absolutely recommend and will be back!

We traveled to Las Vegas the past two years for our anniversary and were quite pleased with the food, atmosphere and service, it made for a memorable evening...

There were 6 to our party and the staff made every one of us feel so very special. The sommelier was hugely entertaining as well as very knowledgeable but faded into the back ground when not included in conversation. The french cuisine as amazing. This is my first fine dining experience and I was delighted with everything. Despite the restaurant being full, we were made to feel that we were the only people in there. I could not have asked for more - the attention to detail and attention was wonderful. If you want something special I would highly recommend.

The service was 10/10. Shawn and Mark are not just professionals. They are wunderkinds. Mark is the Elon Musk of wine! The food was what one would expected: top presentation, great taste and harmony. Everything stood out. My advice is get the tasting menu.

This is a nice restaurant but the service is a bit slow, the food was vey nice, I would definitely recommend this to friends and probably come back again

Expensive but worth it. Can’t remember the last time I had such a fine dinning experience. We did the 3 course with the wine paring and now spoiled and looking for the same wine served. Great view of the fountain and perfect meal.

This is an amazing restaurant . The food , service , drinks . Went to celebrate a friends birthday and it was scrumptious. Would definitely recommend

My 3rd time here in about 10 years whenever i’m in vegas. Nice location just next to bellagio fountain Busy night during NYE week and the tables are so close to each other, the waiters have to avoid colliding often Had the 8 course menu and items were mostly very good. The beef main was excellent. The only drawback was the 15 min between each course, lengthening the dinner time needlessly Service very good and friendly 9/10

The place is beautiful The service was efficient and very attentive The food was great Very traditional but well worth it

We booked for around $500 per person. We received an email for the reservation with the location of the restaurant. The address indicated was not correct for the gps and it took us elsewhere so we lost time looking for it. - We were therefore 10 minutes late and we call the restaurant to tell them about our issue. They told us that our reservation has been canceled in favor of other customers. They did not even refund us for the payment made or for the reservation bill. - We came there to talk to them about our dissatisfaction about the cancellation without even letting us know about it. The chef called 4-5 security guards to get us out of the restaurant reception. Nothing normal about the whole situation ! ***Warning be very careful!!!!!***

This is a favourite of ours having visited the restaurant for the first time in 2014. We have been back once before and so this was our third visit and it did not disappoint. The restaurant itself is a beautiful setting with not too many tables so it feels intimate - particularly compared to some of the other restaurants in Vegas. The staff are fantastic and very attentive. One of the staff noticed by wife was sitting with her back to quite a large table and moved our table over slightly which allowed just a bit more space. The food was great, we both had three courses - plus the amuse bouche - and the wine pairing with generous pours. The overall experience took well over two hours and was not ruched at all - unlike in Spago where we were in, seated and out in under an hour. High class service and great food. Well worth it.

Despite the beautiful ambiance and great service, the food at Le Cirque restaurant was disappointing. I ordered the 8 course menu, while my daughter ordered a 4 course menu, with her own choices for each course. Unfortunately, none of the dishes we tried lived up to the standard of a fine dining restaurant. This was my fourth visit to the restaurant over the course of my long life, but it has never met my expectations. I hope that Le Cirque can improve their cuisine to become a great fine dining establishment, which they set at this category due to the high prices (we paid 1000 us for both).

5 star++++ all the way. Service was the absolute best. Almost every employee has been there for 24 years. I asked random questions about the edible flower and…they knew the answer! Very detail oriented and the food and presentation is over the top beautiful and delicious. This was our tasting menu: Started out with a Moulin Rouge pomegranate vodka St Germain egg foam cocktail Kushi oyster with champagne foam Kaluga caviar potato emulsion with dungeness crab with scallop and chive Blini Maine lobster salad citrus vinaigrette Hudson valley Fois gras Sicilian pistachio crunch bing cherry madera sauce Arborio rice with Parmesan foam and Comte truffle Mediterranean Sea bass braised leeks potato red wine sauce Rohan duck pear watermelon radish honey glazed lavender Fois gras cognac sauce A 5 wagyu beef carmelized onion black garlic mushroom Yuzu granita to cleanse the palate Chocolate ball with vanilla ice cream, praline mousse chocolate sauce A plate of sweets Please forgive errors I was typing the menu while eating and taking photos. The tasting menu is pricey. $425 pp. This was a real treat for us. Highly recommended.

What to say? Tremendous experience. Loved absolutely everything about our evening here. Martin and the crew don’t miss a beat. Even the tastes that I didn’t fall in love with were interesting enough to have my respect. The Bellagio fountain is putting on its’ magnificent show through the windows... And the perfect (And I mean Perfect) soufflé finishes the evening. Not to be missed. Thank you Martin...thanks to Mizuzu and everyone. See you all again very soon.

Our dinner was spectacular. We had the risotto, bass, and chocolate ball. Everything was perfect. We especially enjoyed Martin, our waiter. He made us feel special from the moment we arrived until we left. He is quite a guy. Thank you Martin for making our evening special.

This restaurant is located in the beautiful Bellagio and the restaurant itself is even more beautiful than the hotel. We have one treat meal every trip, and chose this restaurant for our friday night dinner towards the end of our vacation. Everything was fantastic -food, service, the view of the fountains, and the overall ambience. Would eat here every night if we could afford it!

I have been to the restaurant on several occasions over the years. Located inside the Bellagio, Their food and service is on a different level. Their server Martin has always taken care of us to the fullest. He always goes above and beyond to make sure every meal is memorable. Their dishes are rather art creations with every bite tasting delicious. Flavors that you will never find at any other restaurant. Their wine sommelier Frederic, will always pair the best wines with every dish. Maurice, another server, is always warm and welcoming as well. It’s rare to find such a consistently great dining experience experience. So every time I am in Vegas, I make sure to dine at Le Cirque. For anybody that wants a meal of a lifetime, I recommend you try this restaurant. A big thank you to the entire staff there!

Le Cirque has a storied past that began in New York in 1974 when Sirio Maccioni first opened the restaurant. He and the restaurant became stars, attracting accolades and a celebrity clientele. The restaurant had a series of chefs who themselves went on to fame and glory, Daniel Boulud and Geoffrey Zakarian among them. Le Cirque went through 3 transformations/locations in New York. I recall dining at the second iteration, called Le Cirque 2000, in the New York Palace Hotel (now the Lotte New York Palace) in the late 1990's. Le Cirque Las Vegas opened in 1998 when Steve Wynn opened the Bellagio; it's one of 3 legacy restaurants that remain from that time. Jasmine and Prime Steakhouse are the other two. Both Le Cirque 2000 and the Vegas restaurant were designed by Adam Tihany in a whimsical circus-like theme. The Vegas dining room is like being in a circus tent, with playful monkeys all around. The Bellagio has a number of fancy restaurants and at least one other (Michael Mina) with a tasting menu. Le Cirque is iconic, classic French, with a four-course and eight-course tasting menu option. The maitre d' also mentioned a 3-course menu, and there were 3 a la carte selections. Since the 4-course menu had many options that had cost supplements, I opted for the 8-course menu, which had no supplements. I am having a dry January, so I passed on the wine pairing. The mocktail I had, Soleil Tropical, was fruit-forward and delish. It had an edible straw. Here's what the 8-course menu included: Bread service--3 types of bread Amuse bouche: a mini tarte flambe with onions 1) potato galette with smoked salmon and caviar 2) pan-roasted frog legs 3) Le Cirque "Black Tie"--scallop with black truffle and spinach. An OG dish 4) cured and steamed halibut 5) roasted duck with crispy rice and citrus 6) Wagyu filet mignon with potato puree 7) carrot cake pop 8) chocolate ball with vanilla ice cream enclosed within. The ball is melted with a chocolate sauce. A birdcage filled with 6 mignardises I found every dish delicious, with the frog legs, scallop and duck being my faves. Service of course was outstanding, friendly and attentive. The maitre d' was especially outgoing. He brought a copy of the Le Cirque cookbook for me to look at; the book also is a document of Le Cirque's history. He escorted me out and gave me (and most likely all diners) some exquisitely boxed chocolates. Overall a memorable and tasty dining experience. It's definitely on the pricey side; the 8-course menu is more expensive than the Chef's Tasting menu (also 8 courses) at 3 Michelin-starred Le Bernardin in New York! But Vegas is a city of indulgences, and this is one.

I wanted to go back to my favorite restaurant at Joel Robuchon in Vegas, but was impossible to book a month in advance. Turned out that 3 months was ideal, so we ended up here. Ambiance is romantic, food presentation was better than average. Food was ok, nothing that really impressed us. The view in front of us facing the dancing water fountain was the highlight, however, we had the full view from our room at Vdara . The service was great, but nothing more to entice us back when in town.

We had the chance to eat at Le Cirque during our recent visit to Las Vegas. Having eaten wonderful meals throughout the world, I can honestly say there is not a better meal anywhere. First, the ambiance is impeccable. The restaurant is beautiful with a special ceiling hung with draperies that give the feeling of a very elegant place. The tables were very private in spite of the restaurant being full that night. If that were not enough, from the window next to our table we had a wonderful view of the famous Bellagio fountains. Service was absolutely perfect. Attentive, friendly, but not overbearing as some fancy restaurants can be. They even helped us celebrate our anniversary with a special dessert. Finally, the food was wonderful. We chose the three part meal with the wine pairings. It was plenty to eat and the wine was spot on. This is not an inexpensive place to eat, but worth every dollar.

Really enjoyed our delicious pre theatre menu before heading to second Bruno Mars show that weekend. The atmosphere is so nice and service was excellent.

Went to celebrate our anniversary, ordered a preset menu, we were trying to enjoy our appetizer when the waiter moved the plate I was eating from and set the second dish, without asking, without explanation. I had to call the captain, who was very apologetic, he sent us free drinks and things like that which I appreciate, yet, for a restaurant bill that was over 1k it is unacceptable. The fanciness of the place is not aligned with the food or the service.

Back in time to an era where there were real waiters who had the calling as a profession- old world charm and knowledge. I simply loved the service which is why this place takes top marks from me. The food was great as well but the service was simply perfect!

Fun atmosphere and excellent service, but the food was not overly impressive. Nothing was specifically wrong, but as I write this, I'm struggling to even remember what I ate, so nothing really stood out either. If you're looking for a memorable tasting menu experience, I recommend Picasso or Michael Mina, both right in Bellagio. For a real over-the-top meal, go to Joel Roubichon at MGM.

Awesome view of the fountain. We feel like royalty with the service and wonderful experience this place provides. My wife enjoyed every bite of her meal, after she asked some questions she decided to try the stake, she loved it. I decided to order the 5 course meal, it was superb.

We have dined at Le Cirque twice now and have had the pleasure of having Martin as our server both times. He is phenomenal! The first time we dined here was divine. Our second time dining at Le Cirque again did not disappoint! Our whole dining experience both times, from start to finish exceeded our expectations. The ambiance, the food, the service, all of it is absolutely superb. And WOW, what a view, overlooking Bellagio's water show. We waited seven years before we returned to Las Vegas. Why? I don't know!! I can't wait to dine at Le Cirque again! Thank you for truly memorable dining experiences!

Came with a group of friends and left uplifted! Round corner table beside the French doors allowed us to glimpse the Bellagio fountain show every 15 minutes! Our group chose the 4 course tasting menu( $225 p/p ) which the whole group must agree on, rather than the 6 course option. As a gf person, our waiter explained which choices I could select. That led me to have to take the Foie gras which is not my thing…..although other table mates drooled over theirs as one of the best. They did try to console me with some bone dry toasted gf sandwich slices as others enjoyed warm fresh French bread. Some items had real gold flakes as garnish! Beautiful! Portions are gourmet small as expected, but delicious and interesting, with savory sauces. The ladies at the table were gifted take home miniature red leather boxes, with 2 small drawers containing chocolate truffle balls spotted with gold! A special dining experience for our group and generous host!

lousy food and service, my father and I always travel on business we decided to invite some partners was the biggest mistake we never fly, amazing that in our country Mexico we have better restaurants better chefs

My wife and I loved this restaurant, it was the best dinning experience we had in Las Vegas, and ia much better than Picasso. The staff were very charismatic, and we were impressed that many of them had been working at the Bellagio since it opened in 1998!! The management must be doing something right. I enjoyed the "tent" element of the restaurant, and you also get a pretty good view of the fountains.

This restaurant experience might be one of the best I have had. The service was excellent. Everyone was nice, interactive, provided recommendations, and very friendly. My wife and I opted for the ten course (we were hungry), and asked for a few substitutions. Not an issue at all. They switch it all up for us and made the menu and wine pairing accordingly. Food was excellent. The Wagyu beef was very nice. Really everything was great for food. Hard to specify one item in particular that made it so great. Overall experience was perfect. side note: 10 course is a lot of food!! Worth doing once to experience the full menu, but if I return, probably stick to the smaller options.
Interesting Experience
We weren't sure what to expect when dining here, so here are a few things you should know. Basically, there are 3 menus to choose from. One contains all 10 courses ($350/per), one contains 3 ($99/per), and one falls somewhere between the 2. Everyone at your table MUST choose the same menu (10 courses, 3 courses, etc.) HOWEVER, you can make individual choices during each course. If one person wants the 10 course and another wants the 3 course, you can't do it. Also, just about every course has one item that is an upgrade (usually crab or a filet item.) Not everyone has to pick the upgrade. Finally, their website in the Spring 2019 stated they had a vegetarian menu. This was not the case when we dined there in June. Everything tasted very good, we got to try a few new foods we haven't tried before, but we didn't walk away wowed by the experience. Go hungry, you will be very full even on the 3 course menu despite the small plate sizes!
