Great place but needs to enforce the dress code

By yoyomousa |

This bar is located on the top floor of Circa downtown and is impressive with its gold bars amazing views and great cocktails. It has all the high end drinks, but has a reasonably priced cocktail menu ( relatively speaking for Vegas). It likes to pretend however that it has a dress code, but in all the time we have been here we have seen shorts, tennis shoes and jeans. They could take a lesson from the Ritz London, now that has a real dress code. Thats the one thing that lets this bar down. From where I am from we call this “All fur coat no knickers”😏

The HIGHEST and CLASSIEST bar in Downtown Las Vegas

By Dwight |

Perched on the 60th floor of Circa Resort, Legacy Club offers breathtaking skyline views, making it one of the best spots in downtown Las Vegas to catch a sunset by the fire pits or unwind in a chic indoor lounge. The space pays tribute to Vegas’ founding fathers, leading you past striking metal busts and black-and-white photography to a jaw-dropping display of 1,000 ounces of gold! The cocktail menu is just as impressive, featuring build-your-own Old Fashioned and Instagram-worthy sharable drinks that redefine mixology. Pro tip: Dress to impress—upscale attire is required—and stop by on the weekends for DJ-spun beats and an unforgettable night!

Nice bar but I left feeling RIPPED OFF.

Nice upscale bar with a wonderful (night) view from Downtown Vegas . The drinks are expensive but you would expect that from an upmarket establishment with a view to match . I always like to treat myself once or twice to a cocktail somewhere nice on vacation . I ordered an Old Fashioned and ask for a glass of water . The bartender said I couldn't have a glass of water and I had to buy a bottle so I agreed to the small bottle. After a second old fashioned I got the check . The drinks were $19 each and the water was $7 . I don't mind paying $19 for a cocktail but I thought $7 for a SMALL water was out of order . The barman didn't tell me the cost of the bottle when he said I couldn't get a glass . I'm not cheap but I honestly felt ripped off . After spending $40 on cocktails a small glass of water isn't much to ask . I fully tipped the guy but politely informed him I'm a working guy like him and he should have given me the heads up . Anyway. Nice bar but I left feeling ripped off which was a shame.

Lousy service, bad drinks. Nice view though.

Nice view, useless service and bad drinks. Tried to trick us when we ordered champagne and served us sweet prosecco instead. Took $100 in prearranged tip even though we didn't want to leave anyone. Never again.

Cool Experience

My daughter had just turned 21 and wanted to do some cool experiences with her and this was one of the places I wanted to take her. I had never been here before. We made reservation for around sunset. Just so happened I had some food/ drink credits from play and was able to take care of our bill. Nice quiet vibe. Was very windy outside so we didn’t stay out there much. Just for pics. Olivia was outstanding waitress and always checked on us and had great conversations with us. The drinks are kinda on the high side but is very nice place.

Champagne, Charcuterie, and Gold Bars: The Ultimate Sunset Experience!

By Karoadtrips |

We indulged in the sunset package at this bar, and I couldn't have been more impressed! The host greeted us with warmth and professionalism that set the tone for what would be an incredible evening. Having my our lounge to take in the stunning Las Vegas sunset felt incredibly lavish. The combination of champagne bubbling in my glass along with a thoughtfully assembled charcuterie board made it even more delightful. Adding another expertly mixed cocktail into the mix heightened everything further; each element perfectly matched with its surroundings as if choreographed by magic itself! It really is all about paying for that remarkable vibe and view - plus it's one of those life-once moments you can't forget anytime soon!

Cool views

Cool atmosphere inside and awesome views outside. The woman at the booth on the ground floor could use a training refresher though. I attended a networking event that included drinks at Vickie's and at Legacy Club. The woman would not let any of us bring the drinks we just got at Vickie's up to Legacy, so as you can imagine this caused confusion, frustration, and a gridlock of people guzzling their drinks so that they could continue upstairs to the event.

Drinks with a view

Of course this rooftop lounge above the Circa Resort has great views; Circa is probably the tallest hotel downtown. The lounge is fairly large and separated into several different spaces indoors and outside with different seating styles and capacities. There are firepits outside. I believe reservations are required for all spaces; walk-ins go to the bar where seating is first-come-first-served, with a few stand-up tables also. Golden Hour (sunset) is apparently very popular. They have scheduled events also. I visited when they first opened at 4 pm since I didn't reserve. They do not allow open toe footwear for men, so I had to change from my pricey leather sandals to some sneakers. They do apparently allow shorts for men. Kenny the bartender was great. I ended up trying 3 of their 4 mocktails, Beginners Luck (hibiscus tea +), Wild Card (pineapple/cucumber +) and When the Fun Continues (strawberry/cream +); the last was my fave. Photos are allowed. They don't serve food. A nice place for a drink and a view.

A must!!

One of our favourite nights in vegas, we got a taxi here from the strip and it was so worth it. The venu is stunning and wr got their sunset package which was such good value for money. We watched the sun go down and relaxed for over 2 hours. We had an outdoor seat, a mini charcuterie board, 2 champagne and 2 cocktails each - the cocktails were amazing and very high quality! (Legacy club cocktail is amazing). All of this for €50 dollars each!!! Highly recommend

60th floor cocktails

Excellent views on the roof / 60th floor of the Circa Hotel. Fantastic service and cocktails. The bourbon collection is amazing. Drinks were pricey but very well made. Completely worth it for access to the outside rooftop patio!

Cool rooftop for drinks.

Classy and Unique Experience

My wife and I went to the Legacy Club on the top floor of Circa and had a great time. We made reservations and had a great table inside with comfortable chairs and a great view of the city. The outdoor patio was great as well and we were able to walk outside, look around, and took some great pictures. There is supposed to be a higher end dress code enforced here but I'm not sure how strict it is anymore. We saw people wearing all sorts of different attire, including one group that was wearing jeans. I would recommend at least dressing business casual to avoid possibly being turned away. The drinks are very good, but pricey. There used to be a two drink minimum, but I'm not sure if they follow that procedure anymore. Be prepared to purchase at least two drinks per person, just in case. Overall, it is a great experience with good music and unbeatable views of the city. This will definitely be a repeat location for us on our next trip.

Skip this money grab.

Overpriced drink for sunset. Very unorganized. Typical vegas outfits the girls wear. (Sex sells) NO food except for a small cutlery tray. Loud music blaring . Nice view of lights of LV from 70 floors up, but not worth the cost of being their. Do NOT recommend doing this.

Cool place and view

Rooftop bar = Best Espresso Martini

By Lydia❤️ |

We didnt stay here, but we came for a after party at Stadium Swim as well as went to the rooftop after for drinks. Had the absolute best Espresso Martini at the Rooftop bar. Stunning views at night by the fire pit! Would definitely recommend!
