Great experience, good food, affordable price, service was good just need to improve all the way to the end, so the customer does not need to being asking for to go box and bill.

Service was slow, think our waiter forgot about us however food was really good. Recommend sharing a main between two people as they’re massive!!

All delicious food: we had two starters and two very good first courses Very elegant and inviting location. Perfect service: very quick with the dishes, always very welcoming and smiling, very attentive and precise in advising us on the allergy issue (this is absolutely not for everyone) The bill was also excellent: given that we are in Las Vegas we spent very little if we consider the quality and quantity Highly recommended.

Lemongrass is located in the Aria hotel near the High Roller area and the Aria Sky Club entrance. The restaurant offers Thai cuisine and is very tasty. Be sure to make a reservation, as the dinning room area is not large. NOTE: You are able to charge the bill to your MGM room via MGM cross charge and earn MGM Rewards points.

. The food was great, right spice level and good portions. And reasonably priced being located inside Aria. Our waitress TenTen was amazing.

One of THE worst meals I’ve had at a restaurant. I had the broccoli beef with a side of Jasmine Rice. The broccoli was in stalls, not really cut up and it tasted bitter. The beef was leathery and tasteless. The rice was ok. My wife had sesame chicken. The sauce was good.

Amazing delicious Thai food in large portions. Thai red curry the best I have ever tested and the sweet and sour chicken is also amazing. Really large portions too.

went for dinner, loved everything we ordered! I had the panang curry w chicken, it was excellent. we also enjoyed the gyoza.

We ordered dishes to eat family style with friends. The service, the atmosphere and the food were all exceptional. We would definitely eat here again.

Lemongrass at Aria was a great choice for dinner. Reservations are recommended at peak times. The Drunken Noodles were yummy… a spice level of 3 out of 10 was perfect for us with just a touch of heat. The Crab Curry was different than what we expected. It was chock full of crab with not very much sauce. While tasty, it was very rich and we weren’t able to take the leftovers, as we had no refrigeration. We would absolutely go back.

Had my birthday dinner here The service was adequate and the food was mediocre. Actually was quite surprised that the food was not as I had hoped. The bartender Mike was fantastic and he created some delicious drinks before dinner. I cannot recommend anything special as the various foods were not that appealing quite disappointed!

Ate here before heading to the Mirage for a show. The food was fresh and came out fast. Not the greatest Thai food ever but it was good.

We rented the private dining room for our son's wedding reception dinner. It holds up to 15 people and there is a food and beverage minimum. D/t Covid, they cancelled their big wedding so it was just our family and this was a perfect choice. There were many options for the vegetarians in the group, and the Meat eaters were also very happy. We loved all the appetizers (squid, chicken satay (peanut sauce so yummy!), spring rolls, spicy pickles were really food, and pot stickers. For entrees we had all the expensive ones to meet our minimum.. The green curry and wok tossed ginger scallion lobster were very good, the dungeness crab were excellent, the pad thai and chicken cashew were also very good. The ribeye garlic black pepper and the chilean sea bass were excellent. We tried a variety of fun cocktails and they had a good wine list, we also had a very good bottle of sake recommended by our server. The service was on point, Cheng our waiter was very attentive and he had others helping him. They had 2 bottles of Veuve chilling for us as I requested, and they boxed up all of our leftovers and take away orders. We really had a lovely time.

We enjoyed our visit to Lemongrass while staying a short jaunt away at Vdara Hotel. The generous portion-sized dishes came quickly, service was friendly, and the presentation and taste were fantastic. We had several items on the menu, a mocktails, and a cocktail and left with happy tummies after our experience.

A very chic Asian restaurant at the Aria in Las Vegas. Excellent dumplings( vegetarian not available). One of the staff moves around with the dumpling cart and we can choose our favorite one and be served. Their green and yellow curries are phenomenal...the Tom Kha soup is exceptional. A must visit when you visit Vegas. But, quite disappointed with their service...Takes a while first of all for them to take your order and not very friendly staff.

We had great service, with proper covid protection in place. Our server even noticed the "21st Birthday" face mask in my nieces purse and brought her out ice cream with a candle unasked. Food was good. And drinks were amazing!

We had dinner at Lemongrass last week. We really enjoyed our meal. I got the Thai chicken wings to start and a red curry for entree, I ordered that at spicy level 7 which was just right for me. Portion sizes are big! We could have easily split our dinner and still been full

Came for dinner while in town for business. Nice restaurant in Aria. Prices in line for a strip hotel vs. off the strip for Thai food. Vegetables rolls were very good. We got green curry with vegetables, chicken pad thai and chicken Pad Siew for dinner. Entrees were all pretty good. Service was decent.

First visit and will definitely be back next time we’re in Vegas. Beautiful restaurant and service was lovely and welcoming. Food excellent quality, dishes we ordered were more Chinese influenced than Thai but looking forward to trying some other dishes next time. We had the Shrimp rolls and Ginger Chicken and both were excellent.

Late arrival and check in to Aria so we had to find a place to eat. Food was good not the best but still good. The basil rice was very good. Good ambiance

This was my favorite dining experience from our time in Las Vegas. We were staying at Vdara, and went to dinner before our tickets to O at Bellagio. So it was a perfect location for us. I loved the ambience and the food as well as the service.

I visited this restaurant with a friend. We shared some appetisers then ordered a meal each. Portions so large we left lots. Totally forgot how big American portions are! The restaurant decor is beautiful, staff attentive and food delicious

We always try to have at least one meal at Lemongrass at the Aria. The Thai food is simply amazing. You cannot go wrong with anything on the menu. All the dishes are super tasty and full of flavor. I was a little surprised at the heat rating on some of the dishes. Three is considered medium heat. It goes up to ten, which I cannot imagine. Three is hot enough. Anyways, tempt your taste buds to some delicious Thai food at Lemongrass the next time you're in town. Also, make sure you have a reservation so you don't have to wait.

Fabulous food. One of the best Thai that I have tasted. Our server was so kind. We were celebrating our 5th wedding anniversary and she ensured we were well taken care of. My husband accidentally spilled his cocktail. She replaced it with a fresh one and got us desserts too. I wish I had taken her name down, but folks at lemongrass pls give her a raise :-) She served us on 27th nov dinner, Asian female.

This was by far the best and most fine dining restaurant we visited this time in Vegas. Service was brilliant, the server was so attentive and kept coming past to let us know what was happening in the kitchen and when our drinks/food would be out. Food was great I just wish we had bigger stomachs to eat more of it! They even provided a free dessert with a candle for our anniversary which was a nice touch. Very classy experience and would highly recommend for Asian cuisine.

While staying at the aria, we decided to try lemongrass. Ordered the wings appetizer, pork satay, sesame chicken, yellow curry and s couple of ordered of he yang chow fried rice., it was all very good except for the pork satay. The presentation of the food was nice but the pork satay was very fatty. The edible parts were good. I don’t feel that for the small thin portions (4) of the satay, that they could not have prepared these strips with lean meat and not fat in just about every bite. The staff was friendly with good service.

My wife and I dined at LemonGrass at 8:30pm Monday with a reservation. I am not really into spicy Thai food. We shared the Egg Drop Soup, White Rice, Cashew Chicken and Beef and Broccoli. The food and service were very good. The portions were very large. I will return.

Lemongrass is a wonderful restaurant with delicious food. We always visit Lemongrass each time we are in Vegas. Absolutely delicious 😋

The food was AMAZING. We specifically wanted vegetarian food, and they catered to all our needs. There is some good vegetarian options. The spring rolls, spiced cucumbers, noodles and curry were amazing!! The food is definitely spicy, which we personally loved. I'm sure you can tell them to turn down the spice if needed. Not only was the food delicious, the service that was provided was AMAZING. Ten Ten was our server, and she was an absolute sweet heart! She was attentive, warm, friendly, and very helpful in general.

First time dining here. Had a party of 7. Short version is the food is very good and the service is horrible. Longer story is we enjoyed all of the food we ordered but it was nearly impossible to get any service. We won't be back.

Located in the Aria Resort & Casino. My wife and I dined here for dinner. We started out with the Chicken Tom Kha Soup. My wife liked it but I didn't, I guess I am not into coconut-based soup. My wife's entree was the Eggplant Clay Pot and my entree was the Basil Beef. We both loved our entrees. Rice is not included and we ordered one bowl which was plenty for the 2 of us. The service was excellent and management should be proud! Very Proud. I added many photos of our visit. I will return soon.

Located in the Aria Resort & Casino. My wife and I dined here for dinner. We shared two dishes with white rice. We had the Beef & Broccoli and the Chicken Cashew Nut. The portions were large. and very tasty. They applied my 10% US Military discount without notifying them. That is class! It is on my MVP MLife card. We will return very soon.

We came here for our post wedding dinner and I’d say it was just ok. We had appetizers, shrimp egg rolls, which were good and wonton soup, which was so so. The food was decent, the food was decent, but overall it was just average.

Made this reservation last minute for 9 people. Very accommodating, fabulous service and meal recommendations from our server. All of us ordered different meals and all of us LOVED it! Of course we sampled each other’s food and it was fabulous!

Great Thaï food with fresh ingredients ans delicious vegetables. We had the Pad thai, traditional and well executed. An excellent review for the green papaya salad, prepared like you were in a Thaïland 5-star hotel.

We had a great time at Lemongrass. With 9 of us attending the service was prompt and the food tasted great! They made such a fuss of those who had birthdays! We will be back again soon!

The atmosphere was unique and nice, the service was fast but could. Our server asked if we were ready to order right after taking drink orders, didn't really engage with us, we booked online and I'd indicated we were celebrating a birthday, that never came up nor did she ask if we were celebrating anything. She didn't ask about dessert... The food was just ok, not really bad or good.

Super tasty Asian cuisine, with attentive service! Creative cocktails, and quiet enough to actually have a conversation. Our table for 5 was an oval, perfect spacing for our group to talk and enjoy the amazing food. Ceviche, potstickers, fried tofu, vegetable fried rice, steamed Chilean sea bass, rib eye steak, and soup. And mulled watermelon lime and vodka cocktails! A memorable meal all around!

We’ve eaten here several times. They specialize in a lot of Thai food with Chinese influences. We know how to order soup Tom guy guy, drunken noodles and chicken sauté on a stick, etc. we were enjoying our meal. My wife needed to use the restroom and I had rented a wheelchair for her because the casino so big she can walk so we told the people not to clear our table. We’re coming back to eat as I took her to the restroom in the wheelchair.. after I took my wife to the restroom and came back, the whole table was cleared along 3/4 of a beer. I was mad because I had told the staff not to clear my table. They said, what can we do for you and I said well I’m kind of full, but go ahead and give me a Thai salad to go and another beer. They accommodated me and packaged it up and gave me a beer in a plastic cup, so I could take it out or the gang gambling floor to sit with my wife. Things are very expensive in Vegas speed. We had chicken satay drunken noodles. I had the extra Thai salad and there is only $66 before tip. They made it right. Recommend

We had Beef And Broccoli and Sweet and Sour Chicken and both were just ok, PF Changs was way better on our Trip

I ordered the vegan cashew nut dish with brown rice (not spicy) and my spouse ordered the pad thai (6 spicy on 1-10 scale) for takeout. Mine was flavorful with a delicate white sauce and wide variety of veggies. The rice was perfectly cooked--fluffy, not gooey. My spouse's pad thai with chicken was delicious as well, with the meat tender and the noodles firm, not mushy. But be warned that 6 spicy is more on the hot than the medium side. Service was friendly although our order took longer than the staff had estimated. In their defense, however, the restaurant was quite busy when we were there (a Tuesday evening). Still, the food was delicious if a bit spendy. I would order takeout from Lemongrass in the future.

This place is beautiful. Their decor is gorgeous. You feel the high end when you are there. My favorite food was the Thai chicken wings. There were served hot, but was really delicious. It comes with their sweet chili sauce, which pairs perfectly with the wings. I also had their sweet and sour chicken. It wasn’t bad. The sauce was good but the chicken could have had more seasoning.

We booked this ahead knowing this was our favourite cuisine and we were not disappointed. The restaurant is located in the Aria resort, a short walk from the main casino floor. The staff were welcoming and the decor was traditional and modern. We had the papaya salad and cucumber slices to start, both lovely tasting dishes. For main we had chicken Penang curry with rice, the flavour was authentic and the amount of chicken was generous so much so we could not finish our meals. We would definitely eat here again and highly recommend a visit.

Everytime my husband and I come to Vegas we always eat at the lemon grass restaurant at least 3 times. The food is phenomenal our favourite is the pad Thai with shrimp. Beautiful restaurant good service.

Amazing food, Nice place. Very good service. The restaurant is at Aria Hotel. Exciting menu. We will come back next time we Visit Las Vegas😀

My wife and I were not expecting much from a Las Vegas Thai place. We felt restaurants there were over sold on quality and higher priced. This place, was reasonably priced and quite perfectly the best Thai food we have had in a long time.

Fantastic food. I haven’t had Thai this good since the 1990’s. The fragrance and flavours were all there and it’s totally authentic

We’ve been to Lemongrass multiple times and it never disappoints. The Thai food is delicious and you get large portion sizes without it being overly expensive. We had the dumplings, sweet and sour chicken and basil chicken. I would recommend all of them. One word of advice- the food is spicy, when choosing your spicy scale be aware and don’t overdo the spiciness.

My wife and I frequently come here for dinner . This has to be one of the best Thai restaurants in Las Vegas . This is one of the best restaurants on the strip . Also this is very reasonably priced for the strip Five star service

Best meal in Vegas! Wonderfully fresh, perfectly cooked, and really tasty - very nice portions too! I can’t say ANYTHING about Lemongrass that could be improved. Great job Lemongrass!"

We reserved a table for 8 here to dine after our wedding ceremony. We set the time up for 5:30 thinking we'd need extra time. We got there at 5:00 and they were able to seat us at the large round table in the front which was nice and secluded. If you want to book a private group dining the price was WAY out of what we could eat to make minimum. We were in full wedding regalia - which I mean, maybe Beauty and Essex at the Cosmo spoiled me - but I had hoped for a free/special dessert. It never happened. We chose this place because we're plant-based but the rest of our party is not - the Thai menu fit the bill of feeding us and feeding our family too. There were THREE orders of Orange Chicken at our table - I'm told it was good, nothing amazing. We split the Vegetable Fried Rice and Vegetable Pad Thai - both of which were "meh". I (Jessie) feel like the appetizers all came with the same exact sauce - so even if it said something about peanuts, it was still just the sweet chili sauce from the veggie spring rolls, just with some peanuts sprinkled in. If you're looking for a place to seat 8, need some veggie options and some plain options, don't want to pay $30 a plate but are ok with $20, then this is a safe bet. But, who comes to Vegas for safe bets? Feel free to check out our other reviews and Vegas videos!

For anyone who knows me (or reads any of my reviews) will know that I rarely, openly, complain. Any criticisms I have always accompany compliments. So it’s unfortunate that I can find very little good to say this time. Upon arrival, the hostesses (Julia & Monika) were miserable. Both were equally curt, cold, and unfriendly. Service felt rushed and a little uncoordinated. They offer dim sum supplements for lunch and when we asked our server we were told we had to order from the dim sum cart. When the cart came we tried to order some items and were told we had to order them from our server (WTF?) Overall the food was very disappointing, especially when you compare it to any of the other Asian restaurants at neighbouring properties (all from the same MGM family). Others may have a better experience, but we certainly won’t be back

Good food and ambience. Horrible staff. I don’t think I saw a single staff member smile. Food was brought to the table, a little late, and then no one checked on us. Had to flag the server for the bill. The manager was equally rude and indifferent. The staff seems to take their attitude from him. Would not want to visit again.

6 of us went for NYE, hoping for excellent food and a Vegas NYE experience. So nothing special for NYE - ok; but this is an upscale restaurant at the Aria, so we were expecting excellent food. But I've had much better meals at our local Thai restaurant back home. We were eating primarily vegetarian, with just a couple of meat/seafood dishes. But all, were just average. None popped, nor provided any memories. Not likely any of us would visit there again.

Lovely, quiet location, great service and wonderful food. Everyone ordered something different and all were pleased. The aroma of the food is as good as the flavor! We'll be back!

Like a lot of restaurants in Las Vegas, you really need to plan ahead and get reservations. While we tried to get into other Aria restaurants about 2 months ahead of our trip, unless I wanted a reservation for 9:30-10PM, I could t get a reservation. Long-story short, I was able to get a 7PM reservation (2 months in advance), but they were starting to fill up. The food was very good, and we really enjoyed the cocktails (but $18 each … ouch!!). Very pretty restaurant, though, everything in Aria appears to be top notch. Though our server was very nice, we did go long periods of time with not seeing him … so, not very attentive.

I can honestly say I’ve never been disappointed with a Thai food restaurant until now. My husband ordered the Chilean sea bass, which we normally really enjoy, but unfortunately, the fish lacked flavor and the accompanying seasoning/sauces left much to be desired. We sent it back and got the pork satay instead. That too was a fail! Gristly pork that was also lackluster. Luckily I had the eggplant pot which was good. The service was good and they didn’t charge us for the sea bass, but overall I can’t recommend Lemongrass to anyone.

A beautiful restaurant with a pleasant service and pleasant atmosphere. Very good food and the service too!

Lovely dining room. Well spaced out tables. We QR code menus with paper on request. Had the Shanghai style dumping (ok) & spring rolls (good) for appetizer. Main dishes big enough to share especially the fried rices. Decent version of old fashioned flavored with lemongrass

However, the food was still fantastic!! The flavors and combinations at this restaurant are well worth a visit. Although I had a few minor issues on this visit, the service is usually wonderful and top notch. They're great at helping with suggestions too.

Great place to dine in. The thai food wascteally good. We had the Larb and Fried Flounder. Both were amazing. The iceberg dessert was really good. Amber took good care of us despite a busy evening. Will definitely come back to eat if we get to Vegas again.

Had a very enjoyable meal here. As appetizers we shared the chicken satay (ok, not amazing), and crispy squid (absolute perfection). Pineapple Fried Rice could easily be a meal in itself with a wealth of flavours, we had this with sweet and sour shrimp (which are lightly battered) and also shrimp in black bean sauce. Both were generous portions with plenty of shrimp. Service was prompt and cocktails strong. With a few drinks, it was $145 for the pair of us.

Lemongrass is hidden and tucked away at the end of the Aria Casino Floor. Our reservation was honored right on time and we had a great seat. Kathy was our server and manager there and was pleasant for us. Spring Rolls - Vegetarian , deep fried and perfect, I would have ordered one more round of these if I didn't put in the main course order....They are the best. You will get 4 per order. Chicken Pad Thai - We didn't finish it, I would recommend the chef change the presentation of the dish. The sprouts should be either mixed in or served separately. We didn't finish it, it was a let down. Eggplant in Hot Pot - Highly recommended for Vegetarians, get it at spice level 3 out of 10 and have the server bring you their chili sauce so you can customize your spice level.if you need more spice. I used the chili sauce in very small proportions and it made it very tasty. Thai Ice Tea ---- Recommended on a summer day.... Go here for date night of business dinner when you need quiet environment This is a good place for a having great conversations,

The crap puffs are excellent. We ordered the pad Thai with beef and the green curry with shrimp. The pad Thai is filling so the beef was not needed. I didn’t add any heat to the curry and it was pleasantly spicy. The service is attentive and the noise level moderate.

A Restaurant (Thai) at Pension Aria that offers the Best Value for Award We were fully satisfied. The hospitality, service, taste make this place a guarantee We go back with our eyes closed. I highly recommend

This is located in the Aria hotel and couldn’t fault it. We had a lovely meal after a friendly welcome. Given time to look over the menu and wine menu, given guidance and recommendations. Service was good and price was comparable with other restaurants. Highly recommend

Excellent food, lovely looking restaurant, less expensive than we thought. Group of 9 cost around $400 including tip - seemed like very good value for money. The sesame chicken was particularly good (we ordered more!)

We really enjoyed our food at Lemongrass. We had a Satay grill shrimp and Thai shrimp ceviche as appetizers and they were excellent. Followed that with the Pad Thai because we couldn’t resist. I had the vegetable pad Thai and it was excellent. My friend had the Pad Thai with chicken and it could use some more vegetables but was very tasty. Portions are generous. Service was at first very attentive but we had a change of server near the end of the meal and then service was not as good. Still giving 5 because over it was excellent and I will return.

Our favorite restaurant at Aria. When we were there, they were open for dinner hours and closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays. They offer take out, which is a great option if you’re staying at Aria. We chose to dine-in and made a reservation through Aria’s website. The staff were very friendly and the service excellent. We had the Singapore Noodle and the Seafood Yellow Curry, both were delicious. Highly recommend.

This restaurant is inside the Aria hotel but tucked away to make for a romantic evening. There were many things to choose from and I opted to try duck. It was utterly tender and delicious. The curry sauce that it came in was worthy of being put into a glass to drink. A wonderful meal and a terrific experience.

Food was just okay, was not impressed, service very slow. Our Thai restaurant at home is much better.

Lemongrass is located in the Aria, which means you pay for parking unless you have MGM privileges. The ambiance is pleasant but unremarkable and not as loud as most Strip restaurants. Table conversation was not strained. Service was appropriately attentive. Gyozas and shrimp rolls were tasty appetizers. Our main dish of drunken noodles with seafood was a little skimpy but tasty. We also had the duck panang , sea bass and crispy pork. All were well prepared and presented. The wine list is reasonable. All in all, if you’re looking for a good Thai restaurant that won’t break the bank, this is a good option.

This was our second time to eat here and I’ve been craving it since the last time we ate here. I had the same dish as last time which was the basil chicken. This time I got it at a 3 spicy which was perfect. We ordered the shrimp rolls and dumplings for an appetizer and omg they are soooo good. Great atmosphere, food came out quickly, and prices are great for Vegas. Can’t wait to go back again!

I had the drunken noodles and my husband had the soft shell crab fried rice. Both dishes were excellent, but the soft shell crab stole the show.

Lovely ambience and very tasty food. You can note they use fresh ingredients. Their portions are big. We ordered the veg soup was soo tasty and Red Thai curry Vegetarian and one with seafood both were very flavoursome. The service is excellent. I would recommend to visit this Restaurant when you in Las Vegas it is in Aria hotel

Our favorite restaurant on this trip to Vegas, and a hidden gem back by the Sky Suites of the Aria hotel. Great service, wonderful ambience. Highly recommended and will be back on our next trip!

This is the worst restaurant we have experienced in Las Vegas. We made a reservation for 8:00 p.m., but when we arrived, the hostess acted as though she had given us the time slot and we should be grateful. They told us to stand aside while they served the next guest. Later, we were seated at a very dark table where it was impossible to read the menu. The funny thing is all of the others table has the light on. We asked the server to change to another. We thought she would help us to find a table but NO. She said we had to go outside and ask the hostess (This lady did wear the name tag). We came out and asked for the hostess, and finally they gave us a better one. The second server is a lot of better. He is professional and friendly. The food is okay, not the best. It cost us $130 for two. We should be treated better with that price and will never come back again.

The drunken noodles continue to impress and the pepper beef udon was very good. 3 or 4 is as Spicy as I’ll go. They say 3 is average Spivey was.

Mediocre at best but the worst experience was contracting Sapovirus from the undercooked soft shell crab (confirmed by medics) Ruined the first week of the holiday and my wedding

Was our anniversary. No acknowledgement. Lots empty tables but kept us waiting anyway. Food was expensive for what it was, and only OK. Had curry Dungeness crab, needed more sauce and hitter. Server never poured for us. Our beer or water. At this level? Really? Expensive for Thai food. Many other places in Vegas for Thai food. Only here because had whole Dungeness crab. If you are not ordering this or staying here, don't bother. 18 dollar parking charge too! Weekends more!

Everything about Lemongrass was great! The food was delicious and the service was topnotch. Sadly, we found this restaurant on our last night in Vegas or else we would've attended again before we left.

One of our best meals of the trip. We had the Spicy basil with beef and the Seafood Drunken Noodles, both at a heat level of 6/10. It was spicy, just as ordered. The atmosphere and everything was great.

Excellent service and amazing atmosphere. My go to and favorite Thai restaurant in Las Vegas. They never disappoint.

We had the worst experience at Lemongrass Aria. It was my birthday celebration. Everything was awful from beginning to the end. Hostess was not friendly and did not even greet us. Our server was not attentive and did a horrible job at waiting on us. Our drinks were empty for like 30 min and no one even asked if we needed another round. We had to wave and call her a few times to get drinks. Food was not good at all. I had crab meat fried rice and there was only a few pieces of crab at the top and rice was not fried at all. The dish had no taste what so ever. I only had two bites and told our waitress that I did not like the dish she did not even apologize or offered anything instead or took it off the bill. They just took it back to the kitchen. None of the managers came to check on us to see how we are doing. Overall, it was the worst experience ever. We were so excited to have a birthday dinner at Lemongrass, but instead we got the worst service and food. It was not worth all the money spent there. We are never coming back.

It was on ok dinner. The waitress was very nice. The decor was nice. The duck fried rice was pretty good. The noodles were also pretty good. But in Vegas I’ve had a lot better.

Ate here Aug 19-22 for dinner with spouse and friends. Each of us ordered different items and were not disappointed with the quality, price and quantity of food. We also each ordered a cocktail and all were very good. Would definitely eat here again during our next visit.

Wife and I flew in for the George Strait concert and dined here on the night we arrived. I had the Red Curry with Lobster, and she had the Pad Thai with shrimp. Both meals were excellent, and the prices were surprising fair for Vegas - especially in an upscale hotel. We would DEFINITELY dine here again!

Beautiful Decor-Very interesting finishes and tableware-High Quality & High end. Unfortunately absolutely Tasteless Food. We were shocked at how devoid of any flavor all the dishes were. Even the Pad Thai. Ingredients seemed top notch which was disappointing. As with most Vegas restaurants quite expensive for what you get.

We were all amazed at our experience at the Lemongrass. Last minute reservation. Staff fantastic, meals were absolutely outstanding and very competitively priced too. Can’t wait to visit again next time we are in the country.

Came to Lemongrass by recommendation - told I could wait 45 minutes for a table or use To Go for quicker service. Chose To Go hoping to go back to Park MGM and eat in my room. Initially told it would be 15 minutes for the order to be ready. Stood for over 40 minutes - asking the status of my order several times - before receiving it without any apology or offer of water during my wait. Watched several people come to the desk and be seated at the bar or other small tables. The manager was overwhelmed by the number of hungry people both inside the restaurant and those of us waiting outside for our "Not so quick" To Go orders. No one offered water, a place to sit, or any discounts for our misery. The manager was ONLY worried about her overwhelmed kitchen staff. Sadly, this lack of service or focus on us returning to Las Vegas by local restaurants / MGM eateries was not limited to Aria / Lemongrass.

Food was delicious. They were very busy, but staff was very friendly. Their heat level is very strong, I love spicy and ordered a 5 for heat and they warned me that I should get a 3 and they were right.

The restaurant was busy the Monday night we went. We had made a reservation and were seated right away at a nice 4-top, even though we were a party of 2, and the extra room is always appreciated. We ordered 2 appetizers and an entree each plus wine. Every dish was amazingly good, and the service was excellent. Total bill was less than $168 including a nice tip. We will definitely go again!

Ate here for dinner last night we were seated very quickly even though we were 15 minutes late for our reservation the food came out hot and fresh. Everything we ate was amazing. The service was also really phenomenal and I highly recommend it.

I can’t have enough of lemongrass! Awesome food and great drinks 👍 We the party of 8 ordered different dishes and drinks and all of the food was delicious . Prompt service with a smile was an added perk! You can never go wrong with lemongrass, total bang for your buck! My Must visit place when in Vegas.

Chicken Panag Curry for entree was very good. The curry sauce was amazing. For appetizer, the Thai Shrimp Ceviche was excellent-crisp with good flavor. Service was excellent with a very friendly waiter.

While still having a severe jetlag on the 2nd day in Vegas, I chanced upon Lemongrass located inside Aria Hotel, on the Strip and came here for dinner. THE ENVIRONMENT: Modern contemporary casual (saw a guy in his shorts) yet semi formal as Aria is one of the nicest looking hotel on the Strip. Dim lights and rather romantic set up. Absolutely love it. THE FOOD Clear Seafood Tom Yam - you get to choose the level of spiciness from 3 (being normal) all the way to 10. I mentioned to my awesome waiter Iven (Mr), I want level 7 for spiciness - boy was my soup spicy and totally met my expectation. The soup has 3 or maybe 4 huge scallops, Prawns and Squid - it was simply perfect. One of the best clear Soup tomyam that I had outside of Thailand. and Fried Basil Rice with

Absolutely fantastic- fabulous- mouthwatering - best best thai food you would find anywhere!! This was our third visit. We remembered eating here and having enjoyed it. This time we came as a family. We asked for Vegetarian menu. They had a decent choice card available. When their Tom Kha Soup arrived. We were expecting one bowl enough for one person. OMG it was more than enough for 3 of us. Layers of flavors with authenticity and best we have taken. Curries were truly amazing. Most appetizing. We wanted to go again but wanted to space out a little bit. So will go back again tomorrow. Will try different dishes. Service was perfect No nonsense Professional. Ask for To Go box it comes with a reusable fabric bag. Very nice ambience too.

I’ve been here several times and this time there was a lack of flavor. The shrimp roll appetizer didn’t have any flavor except for the plum dipping sauce. The rib eye in pepper also was very bland. The pad see you was the only item that was very good

The setting inside Aria is nice, the Chinese new year decorations were beautiful. The tasting menu: Satay Tom yum soup Choice of pad thai or curry or rib eye Banana roll with ice cream Was great value at $49 And being able to combine that with dim sum (not everyone needs to participate in tasting menu) was awesome.

As Thai food goes, this was ok, certainly not the flavor of better Thai venues. Dishes are overpriced. I felt some dishes tasted more Chinese than Thai. Certainly not my favorite Asian venue in the MGM portfolio.

Our experience at Lemongrass was great. It was our last meal of our trip and it didn’t disappoint. I enjoyed the Red Curry with Duck. The portions are big enjoy to share with two people with one entree so keep that in mind. The Pot Stickers and Egg Rolls were also good. Prices were high for what you got but that’s dining in Vegas

Really authentic Thai cuisine. Thom Ka Gai soup was beautiful, and the Panang Nua to die for, couldn't stop eating it although I was super full. Husband had the scallops, and friends had noodles and steak based dishes. AMAZING food. Would come again if in Vegas. Bear in mind recommended 3 as medium heat is quite sufficient if you like hot Thai. 🔥

Located at the Aria Resort & Casino on the Las Vegas Strip. My wife and I dined here for dinner with a 8pm reservation. We were seated immediately. We shared everything. We had Cashew Chicken, Beef and Broccoli and white rice. We have dined here many times in the past. The portion sizes are smaller than in the past and more filler is included in each dish. The service was very good. Military discount given without asking. I will wait awhile to return. Many photos added.

Top Thai, fast and attentive service. Special requests were gladly implemented. Would eat here again. -Good.

We were here 10 years ago, and on our return trip to Las Vegas in February I couldn’t to return again! The quality of the food is exceptional. It’s the best red curry I’ve ever had - really thick and not at all oily. Be careful with the spice though, they ask you how you would like your food (scale of 1 - 10). I can take some spice, but even a 1 had a kick! Maybe in another 10 years time I’ll be lucky enough to return here again :-)

My wife and I loved our meal and experience here. Wonderful service, large portions and outstanding food in a nice, romantic setting.

Excellent Thai restaurant at Aria Resort in Las Vegas. We ordered the Pad Thai and the scallops: both very good. The cocktails were also very good. Great service and friendly staff. Recommendation

Ordered an app an entree and it all came at once like a food avalanche. Like sloping hogs banged down on bar and when I asked for chopsticks. Should you have to ask? Was ignored. Shrimp cevechie was a brand whole steamed or boiled shrimp in a dish of citrus juice. Could have used acid salt heat and crackers. The pad thai was what I would expect from a strip mall takeout in mid Ohio.

We turned up without a reservation but were lucky enough to get a seat at the bar, which was a great place to be. The bar service was good, a nice selection of cocktails, and the food was really nice. The spice range goes from 1-10, with 3 being a medium - I’d say a high medium as it was spicey :-). Well worth a visit

We arrived without a reservation but after short wait were seated. The décor was very comfortable and the place had a nice feel to it. The menu was very good and the service was excellent. We did not have to wait long for our food, which was delicious. This was an super Thai meal and we would visit again when in Vegas.

Enjoyed a lemongrass old fashion which was very unique and earthy. Cashew nut chicken was flavorful however the vegetables were very large for a normal bite. The Penang curry with tofu was perfectly prepared tofu and the Penang was a bit on the creamier and sweet side. The vegetable fried rice was perfectly cooked. Suggest going stronger on the spices if you liked it. We ordered 4 and 5 and it was fairly mild. We’re we’re told Thai spicy was a 7 and 10 is hotter than that so we did a 4/5 for everything. It was as mild as it could get.

We ate here last night and enjoyed the steamed dumplings, Singapore noodles, and crab curry with white rice. Everything was delicious, the pacing of the meal was perfect, decor is beautiful, and the sake options plentiful. My first time here, husband’s second and we will both certainly return.

My wife and I went here on our last night in Vegas. We didn't have anything reserved so searched around to see what had availability and came across Lemongrass (inside Aria). Immediately the staff seemed very friendly and took us to our seat. The restaurant was very busy and luckily we got quite a nice table with comfortable seats. Our server was excellent and very friendly. We had prawn spring rolls and gyoza as starters, both very nice. For mains I had Singapore Noodles and my wife went for the Chicken Pad Thai, both generous portions and delicious flavours. A recommendation if you aren't drinking alcohol is the Thai iced tea, it was very nice. If you are looking for reasonably priced quality Thai food and a nice atmosphere, be sure to check out Lemongrass.

Not great. We ordered the Tom kha soup that was ok. The black pepper rib eye lacked flavor. The pad see you noodles were good but la led the sweet flavor usually tasted in this dish. The best dish was the sesame chicken which was very tasty and full of flavor. I’ve been here before. The prices have gone up quite a bit. If it was great it would be a different review. Great service and ambiance.

Good food, active atmosphere. Spice level is adjustable. First floor outside baccarat room. Not my top choice by still an excellent place.

Awful. The whole meal took 40 minutes and that included us delaying ordering. The meal came in 5 minutes of our order. The jungle curry looked and tasted like dirty dishwater. The ‘chicken’ in it tasted like it had been boiled as was really tough. Give this place a miss..

We have eaten at this restaurant many times but never again. The service was disorganized and slow. The food was mostly tasteless and cold. We were comped the crab fried rice as it was not very edible. Will never come back.

Got early reservations here for Monday july 11. I must start by saying the ambience here was just so nice. We got the Thai iced tea to drink and it was the best We’ve had, spicy Asian cucumber for the appetizer was very good. I ordered the sweet n sour chicken and it was delicious, hubs ordered the pineapple fried rice he said was very good and daughter ordered beef broccoli which she said was good but thought it was weird it was just the stems of the broccoli. We also used a MyVEGAS reward for a Bogo entree. Would definitely eat here again. Oh and our server Ben I think was his name was great.

The decor is nice and the people are very nice. The duck fried rice was good, but a little sweet compared to normal fried rice. The ribeye steak was pretty good. It was good but not great.

Sadly was in a rush playing in a poker tournament but was able to stop in for the Duck Fried Rice and some apps. Food was 10 out of 10. So much Duck meat in the rice. Everyone around us was saying positive comments about the food. The employees are top notch friendly and attentive. Thanks for the experience and we wish other restaurants in Vegas will follow suit as many have gone downhill since pre pandemic times.

This was the last meal of our trip and it was outstanding. Maybe the best Thai meal we have ever consumed. The decor was very nice, although the booth seats were a little deep and made us uncomfortable by the end of the meal. But the food was outstanding, as was the presentation, service and atmosphere. Potstickers, Pad Thai Shrimp and Red Curry Chicken were our delicious choices. With my never empty Cola our meal came to $64. Make sure you get a reservation.

Nearly an hour to get one entree. Steak badly undercooked. Clearly not the kitchen’s night. Miserable. $$ for a bad experience

Food was pretty good. The flavoring was very tasteful. They had a fairly good selection at the bar. The service wasn't too bad. Unfortunately the lacked a little knowledge on the dishes. But all and all I wouldn't hesitate to go back.

Very good service, but really over priced food…that was just so so…and so loud…could not talk to people at your table…not thanks

Wow! What can I say. Everything was outstanding. The food was incredible, service was outstanding, good atmosphere

Tucked away from the casino noise, Aria's Lemongrass is tastefully appointed, with cozy booths and succulent plants on each table, for a peaceful escape from casino din. The Tod Nam Pla, small Fish Cakes ($12) were dense and perfectly spicy. The Duck Panang Curry and Singapore Noodles ($22 each) were steeply priced for lunch, but the ample portions were enough to satisfy four! The consistency of the Panang was as close to authentic Thai as we have found in the US. The richness of the coconut base was sinful, but the duck was chewy. We loved the addition of the lychee fruit! The Singapore Noodles was a heaping plate of vermicelli bathed in sesame oil and blended with immensely flavoured barbeque pork, perfectly fresh jumbo shrimp, egg, and scallions. Very delicious. The very-reasonably priced Asian beers (22oz. Singha, $14 and Sapporro draft $10) paired perfectly with the dishes to round out our late lunch. Surprisingly sparsely seated for a Thursday, perhaps that could explain the absence of the Dim Sum cart that we ordered from the last time. The service was, as always, very attentive. And the waitstaffs' beautiful uniforms were as impeccable as the environment. Lemongrass is probably the best Thai restaurant on the strip.

We go to Lemongrass now for 10 years (since 2014) and there is a reason why this place is still there. no disappointment in 10 years. The dishes were always perfect and the service always exceptional... Will see you on our next Vegas Trip!

We were checking in late at The Aria and wanted to have a no fuss lunch. Lemongrass was nice and handy. First of all our service from the staff was first class. Polite and attentive. We decided to have dim sum from the cart and a few noodle dishes. I am Chinese and the food was 7 out of 10 which is a compliment to food in a hotel. The price was mid range for Las Vegas. I would go again!

The restaurant is hard to find, tucked away in the back corner of the first floor. It's worth looking for. They have a good selection of food and drinks and the service is friendly and attentive.

Stopped by for a great dinner with family. My favorite was the rib eye in some sauce. The shrimp appetizer, duck fried rice and yellow curry with tofu and finally the pickled cucumbers appetizer

Great dinner! I was embarrassed that I wore a kind of revealing dress (this is Vegas right?) and they asked if i had something to cover up with. I said no, they asked a manage and got a scarf/shawl, for me to wear and then let us in. So... Be aware and dress may more modestly. That being said, the service and the dinner were great. The restaurant does close promptly as scheduled (11 pm the night we were there), so we had to check out part way through dinner. I don't fault the venue as I should have checked the dress code, but found it a bit strange that they closed so early and abruptly (the waitress was super nice and accommodating). The food was amazing and I feel like I was stressed by the dress code and early closing or I would give it a 5 star.

Picked this place because of all the vegan options. Amazing! Everything was so tasty! We tried five dishes. Each and every dish was amazing. If you’re visiting Las Vegas, you have to try this restaurant if you have anyone in your party who is a vegan.

Some of the best Thai food we’ve had outside of Thailand. Spiced to perfection. Large potion size (I couldn’t eat all of mine).

My wife and I enjoyed dinner here for her birthday. Both of us had curry- Panang for her, Red for me. Both were absolutely delicious! A bit spicy! Suggest only going with about 3 on their 1-10 scale, even if you can handle spice. I went 5 since can handle some heat and it was a bit much. My wife's 4 was a bit too much for her too. Our waiter was awesome- friendly, super professional. Even offered to remake my wife's curry w less spice, which was nice but not warranted. Place is classy too. Make a reservation on busy nights!

Went here for a business dinner. Sat in a large private room. Everything we ate was good and the place had a good vibe. Nice choice.

Our party of 14 was handled brilliantly. The service was fast and Jamie was a wonderful server. We barely finished ordering our appetizers and they arrived at the table. The sesame chicken, sweet and sour, and train rice were exceptional! Highly recommend!

We stopped for some Dim Sum, and found that what they offered was good, the variety was very limited. Oh well....

This place is great. Expensive, but nice We were held outside whilst we waited for our table, not the best start. We had cocktails, starters and mains. All great, just the intro. I dont want to stand around in a hotel

Good food, but horrible service. We came because the restaurant had great reviews, but to our dismay we were treated less then others. It seemed like our waiter favored other people that seemed more upscale than us. It took 15 minutes before someone even came to us asking if we wanted water. Especially on a day when it’s 104 degrees outside, we were parched. At the same time we asked for water, we decided to order everything. We only saw the waiter again when he gave us the check. He never asked if the food was good or if anything was wrong. So in the 2 hours we were there we saw our waiter once and no one else came to check on us either. The Thai food was fine, a little bland, but I didn’t mind it.

Delicious food and excellent service. I had the tom kha soup and it was worth it - despite the fact that it's for two people and I was alone. I would go back just for that soup! The lychee martini was great too.

Very boring. No flavour. Asked for spicy 3 and was no spice. Won't go back . Never had such bad Thai food.

Quite satisfying food, rich flavors, big portions, lots of options that can satisfy any taste - in our group we had friends who are vegeterian and with lactose intolerance and the menu had choices for them. The service is fast and the atmosphere zen, nothing to do with the fancy Las Vegas restaurants with music etc.

We we so excited to visit Lemongrass. The restaurant is lovely so we had high expectations. Thai is my favourite so I am aware of the flavours. I had the fish cakes and what s disappointment. No flavour at all same with the squid. Tasted of nothing. I then had the black pepper shrimp. These were swimming on a non peppery sauce with chunks of bell peppers. The prawns tasted like they were defrosted. Bland and watery. I never leave food especially prawns but on this occasion I had too. The best thing was the steamed rice. Don’t waste you money, it tastes like a bas takeout not authentic Thai cuisine

My wife and I have traveled the country enjoying some of the best Thai cuisine from the East Coast to the West Coast. On this particular occasion we decided to try Aria's famous Lemongrass restaurant. We both ordered the green curry with chicken. The chicken was very tender. However, it turned out to be the absolute worst watered-down tasteless green curry we have ever eaten. We have eaten at small Thai family-owned operations that put Lemongrass to shame. The service was good, but that didn't make up for the absence of flavor and low quality of the curry. Also, we don't mind paying for expensive dinners when the food is good. In this case, $18 for the curry plus they charge you an extra $4 for the rice. Seriously? Don't waste your time or money at Lemongrass. The Aria has other restaurants that are far better for the time and money spent.

We have been to the restaurant many times and always enjoyed it.The time we very very disappointed in the food. Two of our party had the Pa-rang Curry, one with duck and one with steak. Both of the dishes meat were very fatty and the curry was thin. I had to suggest what they could they might do to appease us since they suggested nothing. They refunded one of the curries. This was OK but we were looking just for a good meal.

Very good Thai food, this is my second visit here. While staying at the Aria, I had a late Thai food craving and took some to go food from lemongrass and it was very good.

We were looking for a great meal and were not disappointed. The ambiance, the service, spot on. Started with the Shrimp Ceviche, very playful presentation, very tasty appetizer. Followed up with Pad Thai, Steamed Rice and Penang Chicken Curry. Rice is rice, the Pad Thai very good. The Curry? Exceptional!! Fragrant, beautiful flavor and a gentle heat that kept coming. One of the best Vegas Dinners I have had. Really hoping to go back one day!

This restaurant is good! Most importantly is the food and they do a great job with Thai food. My first time here, and my go to order is beef in red curry with jasmine rice. Very flavorful and nice presentation. Spicy is 1 to 10 scale and requested 5. Next time I'm going for a 7! Atmosphere is very upscale and beautifully laid out. Service was spot on. Great location inside the Aria. After dining walked around the Aria which is one of my favorites. Stopped by the check in desk, which has "Silver River" art work hung behind it. The VIP check in guy was idle and he gave me the back story on it, basically it is reclaimed silver that weighs as much as a car! The check in area is so big, it makes it look small. Will repeat. Tip: use MGM app to set up your reservation. It was super busy on a Monday night.

We have dined here many times. It’s one of my favorites! The Pad Thai is delicious! Good cocktails and wine list. See you again soon!

As part of our anniversary tour of restaurants we went back to Lemongrass for the basil fried rice. We got that and the beef and broccoli with the sesame chicken. Service was on point and the food was hot and delicious. Chan was our server this time. Will be back, one of our favorites

Went with my husband and 12 year old daughter. We loved the food and the service was great. Everyone was friendly and food came out at a good pace, not too fast and not too slow. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal from the ambiance to the quality of the food, we were very pleased with our meal and the restaurant.

We were excited for an upscale Thai restaurant to change it up a bit, we had steak and seafood all week. We had a party of 9 with reservations but had to wait about :15 to be seated, table wasn't ready which wasn't terrible, but then we waited another :20 for our server to come over so no drinks or even water to drink while we waited to order. The appetizers were good, better than the main dishes. With 9 people we had a good sample of different dishes, all were mediocre at best. No one loved their food except the person that got the ribeye surprisingly. The sweet and sour was drowning in sauce, way too much. The Pad Thai was very bland, I've had much better at my local restaurant for $9. The shrimp were large in the pad Thai which was nice. We didn’t even order dessert like we normally do, we were ready to go.

The service by Tina was great. We were a large group and they seated us quick and got us all the dishes. The spring rolls were delicious but the fried tofu was okay. Papaya salad was good but it had a big piece of lettuce on it. The mushroom soup was so therapeutic if you have a stuffy nose. The red curry was thick and had a good serving size. The cucumber salad starter was my favorite. The veggie fried rice had some kind of fried taro on the top.

I love the atmosphere and we had great service. Had papaya salad appetizer a little different flavor than what I’m used to. Also had beef broccoli which was delicious and vermicelli w crabmeat .Overall great meal! Definitely enjoyed it!

Our meal was fantastic. Beef Satay was awesome. We then had a couple of curry dishes which were the perfect spice levels for us We sat at the bar and were very impressed how much the bartenders really worked to discover the correct spice level for our meal!!!

Lemongrass has very good Thai food. The Tom Kha Gai soup was excellent. The flavors were nicely balanced and the chicken was very tender. The Black Pepper Prawns were ok, but rather ordinary. The Thai Chili Sea Bass was excellent -- fresh sea bass, very tender and a wonderful Thai sweet chili sauce. The Sticky Rice with Mango was excellent. The service was a bit off -- not very attentive. But my main complaint was the seating. We were seated in the back of the restaurant under hot lights. The manager would not dim the lights or move us -- said it was their policy not to dim the lights. It was very uncomfortable and bright. Nothing behing the lights that needed to be illuminated, so I have no idea why they had to have them so bright. Avoid these seats.

We had dinner in this nice restaurant We always have Asian plates and it is very tasty every year after year ! You can go eyes closed !!

Love this restaurant. Our first time there, was seated right away. Our server, Amber, was very nice. We ordered the chicken wings for our appetizer. Rate this a 3. Our mains were basil beef fried rice, sesame chicken, and beef and broccoli. So much food had to take food back to the hotel. All the food except for the wings were great. Good atmosphere and will be back

My family and I recently dined at Lemongrass on the Strip of Vegas, and it was a delightful experience. The dishes were bursting with authentic flavors and perfectly prepared. We highly recommend trying the Pad Se Ew, Panang Curry, and Drunken Noodle—each dish was a standout with its unique blend of spices and textures. The service was attentive, and the ambiance added to the overall enjoyment. If you're a fan of Thai cuisine, Lemongrass is a must-visit spot!

We really enjoyed eating at Lemongrass. Our server was very attentive, and the food was amazing. We would definitely recommend Lemongrass.

One of the restaurants at the Aria hotel where we stayed. The restaurant completely satisfied us. Certainly a bit "factory" (like all restaurants in large hotels), but a decent welcome and a more than adequate culinary experience as far as we are concerned. We dined there twice and were able to perfectly appreciate the green & yellow curries (chicken) which we like particularly spicy (and which were served to us very spicy in accordance with our request, which is practically never the case in France ). If the service during our first dinner was particularly attentive, it was a little less so during the following dinner. We spent two lovely evenings there and were satisfied, both with the atmosphere and decor and with our culinary experience. We recommend.

One of the few places to eat at Aria was the best meal of our 4 night stay. Mist get the potstickers so good. We also had the yellow curry and again great food. They even explained the heat levels of the curry and ask what you would like. We got number 3 or medium and it had a slight bite but not hot. I would go for a 5 next visit. Nice atmosphere and friendly service. Very happy!!

This restaurant is within Aria hotel. The ambiance is absolutely great. Reservations are recommended as its crowded usually. We had booked ahead and indicated that it was an anniversary dinner. The waitress didn’t bother too much to either greet us or thank us at the end of the meal. It wasn’t just us as even some of our adjacent tables were going through her rather presumptious service. We ordered the vegetable fried rice and shrimp pad thai. The food was delicious and we really enjoyed it with the right amount of spice. The experience was spolt though by the poor service.

It was our last night at the Aria and we had a very pleasant dinner…decent value and variety….service was very good……Mae had a,pork belly and greens dish and I had the eggplant clay pot…good but not exceptional….however, the Thai shrimp, cerviche was excellent….the ambience was quite nice …I would not hesitate to go back to try some different dishes
Food experience I do not want for Thailand vacation
I wished my review would be in par with other 4+ star reviewers but it sadly does not. I decided to come here & bring my date because I will soon be going to Thailand so I wanted to familiarize myself with certain dishes an/or spices. I will not be taking my experience here and hold it against Thailand cuisine, it wouldnt be fair to Thailand. I am a Pearl M Life member (few points from gold) so I made my reservation through MLife. At check in, Lemongrass could not find me in their system and although I showed them my confirmation on my MLife app that still was not valid enough After being seated service was prompt. Our server came quick, served us drinks and our appetizer but that was the end of the rapid service. I got 4 refills for my drink (6 oz cups full of ice), I was never once asked for a refill and every single time I had to flag our server down for a refill. We noticed that the restaurant was becoming busy and that it appeared that the restaurant was understaff. We noticed that the people seated next to us became frustrated as it took them 15+ minutes for their server to take their order. Onto The food. We had the Rib Eye PadThai - This plate has tooooo much egg and at that too much egg yolk. The egg takes away from the flavor of the rib eye. The flavor of the egg sticks onto the rib eye and noodles rather than the juices of the rib eye having a richer taste. The aroma of the dish had a penatrating egg odor rather then having the aromas of the pad thai noodle sauces or the rib eye. Our left overs on the dish were onions and I really thought it was a few noodles but it turn out to be strings of egg yolk. Pork & Brocolli - The brocolli was steamed to a good texture. The sauce on the brocolli was oyster sauce, which is ok. The taste of the pork tasted like fried pork, carnitas / chicharron. Its taste was nothing extraordinary. However, the ratio of pork pieces to brocolli is perplexing. 10-12 small pork pieces to what seemed to be 2 pounds of brocolli...not the head of the brocolli but just the stems Sticky rice & Mango - I was so looking forward to this!! Due to our long wait 15+ minutes, I was on my way to tell the server to cancel our dessert but just as I was going, he was coming to our table with it. I told my date "hope this gives us a smile"... nope... the Mango was still green and not riped. Pork BBQ puff and Pot Stickers - These were good. I definitely recommend the pot stickers. They are cooked to perfection and the sauce waa good. I would have never thought that I would have a dissapointing experience at an upscale Vegas restaurant, specially at Aria. We were in the restaurant for approximately 2 hours (6:15- 8pm)for a party of 2 with 1 appetizer, 2 dishes, and a shared dessert. I hope it was just a bad day and a bad batch of food. I tend to go to Vegas once a month and every time we dine somewhere new. Would love to come back to Aria but im just not convinced with Lemongrass. I definitely hope my Thailand trip food dishes are not like like my experience.
