I am a Burger connoisseur and I never expected to be blown away by the burger I received from Lenox Rd bar and grill. The service was exceptional. Highly recommend if your staying at the hotel

Ate st this restaurant twice during my stay in the hotel. First experience was great. Shrimp & Grits, made gluten free just for me by the chef. Top notch service. Tasty meal. Second experience, not so good. Ordered a salad w chicken. The arugula was old, bitter and yellow. Yuk! The beets were bland and there was no salt on the table. Ugh! Chicken was dry. Not sure what kind of dressing i was given?? Was expecting a vinaigrette; got something green & runny. Not going to try a third time.

We had an early dinner here, which was enjoyable. The food was yummy and our server, Vincia, was excellent. It is a nice place to chill and relax after a day of traveling.

We ate at the Lenox Road Bar & Grill while staying at the Atlanta Marriott Buckhead Hotel. This was our first taste of eating in an American restaurant and it was a very good dinner. My wife is Gluten Free and her diet did not cause any problems; a GF sauce was prepared for her. The only downside, was that the service was not that fast but, fortunately, we had plenty of time to spare.

The food was delicious but I think that the service was beyond exceptional. Rafael who served my table was friendly, courteous and efficient - everything that defines great service. However, Renee who was not assigned to my table went beyond her duty to check on me and “dine” with me because I mentioned in passing that I didn’t like eating alone. (My daughter was in a conference and was not available to dine with me.) With her friendly smile and vivacious personality, Renee made my dining experience fun rather than lonely.

Mike was the best waiter ever! Very attentive and great service. Food was also lovely. I had the harvest salad with salmon. Fresh ingredients cooked to perfection.

If all you want is a beer, this might be ok. But that's if they have it I saw a guy with a corona, so I ordered one, she insisted they don't have it. Ok whatever. Order something else. Don't order food there, it seems to upset the server that we wanted food. Came out cold greasy and incomplete order. Recommended the harvest salad and never brought it. At checkout the bill was wrong. Imagine that? What was right about this place? Location - so we didn't have to leave the building from the JW Marriott hotel. I think customer service must be a thing of the 80s 90s. People are hired who don't speak English or don't comprehend (but act like they understand). Cannot recommend this place. Overpriced and terrible service.

nice staff, very nice staff - Dora, Bianca and the gang will take very good care of you! Nice atmosphere for a hotel bar.

I was attending a conference in the hotel. We broke for lunch and several were attempting to have lunch in the restaurant. The manager was extremely rude nearly yelling at customers. Our lunch took two hours! The food was not good. It was as if the restaurant was surprised there was a conference taking place. The poor servers suffered from a lack of planning by management.

What an awesome menu! Great service and priced right. Refreshing Wedge Salad with filet tips med-rare. Absolute treat for your pallet. Great environment. The kind of place you never know who you will bump into. I highly recommend!!!

Was here for a meeting. Food here has variety and Liz one of the waitresses there helped our group have an excellent time! Highly recommend!

Lovely service and great food! I would recommend this hotel and this restaurant. The food is delicious and not complicated.

Elizabeth was a great server! Courteous and hospitable! The food is above average but remember it's a hotel so don't expect Zagat 5 stars type of menu.
Ok experience
Not very impressed with the Margherita flat bread I ordered. It was flavorless, and although the menu mentioned basil as an ingredient, it was missing.
