We were seeing Michael Jackson One and stopped here for a drink and a snack before the show. Excellent service - and my Cosmopolitan was very good with a genorous pour of vodka. The charcuterie plate was a a good size and very good quality. Bartender was very friendly and engaging - highly recommend this place!

We dined here prior to the Billy Idol concert. Sat at the bar and had great drinks and a wonderful dinner. The gnocchi app was amazing! Both of our dinners were phenomenal and the bartender was fun and personable. Great friendly crowd dining around us as well....we will be back!

We go to dinner at Libertine Social whenever we're in Las Vegas, but we also go to the party they host on Super Bowl Sunday (three years in a row), so this review is based on multiple visits including special events. The food is incredible and the service is unmatched! I highly recommend making a trip to Mandalay Bay for dinner or considering their party for the Super Bowl. They have absolutely cultivated a following! The general manager, AJ, goes out of his way to get to know guests, visit tables, and overall take care of people. Cuisine is modern American. Try the steak with chimichurri or the pretzel with cheese sauce! Definitely a destination food stop!

Front desk recommended Libertine, newer restaurant there with good food and reasonable prices and we weren't disappointed. The service was fantastic as was the food. Wine selection was also great. All the entrees had great flavor. The skirt steak was so flavorful and the beef short rib was the most tender I've ever seen, Will go back, thanks Gabriel for the great service.

Our meal was delicious. My husband and I both had a burger and fries and our friend had the ribs. All the food was delicious but we found the service was poor. It too a long time for the food to come to our table and the small water glasses were rarely filled. Probably would not return.

What can I say about this place, it was one of the highlights of our trip to Vegas. We stumbled upon this place while wandering around Mandalay Bay and sat down at the bar. There wasn't much going on so we were able to chat with a bartender and it was a wonderful time. Definitely ask them about the special way they make their ice cubes. This is a must go to place when in Vegas but bring your wallet because it's pricey. We will definitely be back

Everytime we visit Libertine, the food is always exceptional. This visit to this casual bistro style restaurant was no exception. The service is friendly and attentive. Their specialty cocktails, while on the expensive side, are unique, well made and delicious. Foodwise, this visit we indulged in their yellowtail cones, oysters, caviar egg, black truffle pizza, roasted branzino, and wagyu steak. All were exceptionally delicious. The peach cobbler dessert was excellent as well. I think that this has to be one of our go to casual restaurants now.

The food here is excellent and the flexible options small plates, sharing plates lets you try lots of tasty food without breaking the bank. Service is excellent too, our server Benjamin knew everything about the restaurant, food and drinks and suggestions were spot on. We had a really tasty and fun night and will definitely go back next visit to LV

This place was great. They did a great job of creating a very casual dining experience. They have a variety of seating options for small to larger groups. The food was great and presented in a very cool way. The portions of the entrees were very large! I was very surprised at the cost of our drinks though. I dine in Vegas often, but definitely had sticker shock with my cocktail pricing.

We had reservations at 5:15. We were promptly seated and greeted by our waitress. We were able to advantage of happy hour se we ordered several drinks. The menu was explained as well as the specials. We ordered several appetizers, entrees, and shared sides. Some were good some were just average. Unless we are going for drinks I don’t think we will go back.

I had Steak Frites for lunch. The fairly small 7 oz portion was great for a light lunch. Wagyu skirt steak. Really tender. Served with a light drizzle of chimichurri and bordelaise sounded like a weird combination but was really good. Garlic Aioli went really good with the fries. When in Mandalay Bay for lunch want a lot Citizens want light and really good Libertines

Mixed thoughts here. I seldom throw any of my personal status into the mix of a review buttttt……. My server knew I was a platinum MGM but I feel that because I came in and just ordered the flatbread and beet salad that the service I received was not the same as his other tables. Refilled my water once. Never asked how my food was. I’m not interested in getting people fired so I won’t mention the name. As I was writing this his assistant came to take away my dish and proceeded to drop it splattering me with ranch and hot sauce. It was an honest mistake and the manager did take care of my meal. For the food. The beet salad was delicious. 10/10. The sausage fennel flatbread was ok. Maybe a 5. Only one option for Pinot Noir. I’d give it a 3.5. Ambiance was 8. I can’t say if I’ll come back. I feel as if it deserves another chance and there were other items on the menu that intrigued me. Just a little disappointed on this experience.

Six of us went here to sample the Restaurant Week menu. It featured regular menu items and seemed like a great deal. We were unsure what to expect as we hadn’t heard much of anything about the restaurant. It was a good decision. We started off in the bar with a cocktail while watching the Golden Knights playoff game. Good drinks. Everyone was happy. The dinner featured good food all around. The three appetizers were all outstanding. The caviar fried egg was definitely interesting, though the yellowfin tuna cones were more delicious. The big surprise were the oysters with Tabasco and tequila. I’m not into oysters, but I’d eat by these every day. The Branzino was a slight winner over the 16oz bone-in ribeye. The flavors from the fish were a wonderful surprise. Desert was a Basque cheesecake snd a fudge brownie sundae that had a bunch of caramel kettle corn in it. The desserts were tasty but probably the least impressive of the courses. The restaurant had a laidback vibe and was non-pretentious despite its fine dining price. The service was also very good without being pompous. Definitely a good experience. I just wish the Golden Knights had won their game.

High quality, interesting menu. A bit pricy for such small portions but nice ambiance & tasty food. Slow yet friendly service. Would recommend unless you are in a hurry.

We only tried this because we had a discount through our MLife. I wasn't really expecting too much as it appears pretty casual. From the 1st minute the service stood out. We were seated by the manager, Josh, who checked in on us from time to time (but not where it was too much). The menu was pretty fancy and interesting. My wife had the scallops and I had the skirt steak...AMAZINGLY GOOD! We were so happy with the food and service, we went there again on our 2nd night. Give them a try, you will not be disappointed!

Creative menu with some outstanding choices. Think outside of the box with some of the items, it's worth the "risk." Sit at the grill/pizza oven bar and watch the chefs work. They were friendly and engaging. Great front of the house service. Really good drink menu and wine selection.

I was in town for a conference at Mandalay Bay and my friend and I didn't want to go far because we had programming right after lunch. We walked and decided on Libertine because it had the smallest line. We were able to chose our seat and we chose a table with very comfy chairs near the hostess stand. They have a very limited lunch menu but in the end I chose the chicken sandwich with honey ( trust me it is delicious) and my friend got the tuna sandwich. Both came with a bed of baby greens which were delicious. I didn't get a drink because they didn't have one that struck my fancy. I did have a soda.

Their menu here was very intriguing, we decided to give it a whirl for our expensive dinner out this trip. I had a stout to drink and my girlfriend had a sunspot? Some type of mixed drink like that. We shared an appetizer of duck and gnudi (pasta filled with a ricotta mixture) with a sauce. Awesome taste. For an entree we shared the wagyu strip steak with poblano peppers and a chimichurri sauce. Although very price, it was worth it. We also ordered their mashed potatoes. They were creamed very fine with shaved leeks on top that had been lightly crisped. For dessert we shared their lemon meringue pie which is made in a small jelly jar. A crust of shortbread on the bottom with the lemon curd in the middle with a thick meringue on top. This was definitely the best lemon meringue pie we've ever had. Again, this place is pricey but if you're looking for a good dinner out then it is worth it.

~Chi had gotten me their restaurant manager Jordan Benett's card earlier in case I needed to be taken care of… which wasn't necessary as reservations was a breeze ~seated at Gabe's station, he was quick and prompted and frequented our table with water top ups and serving dishes literally non-stop ~BEWARE small plates are not at all small to any Asian experience … they are large enough to feed 1-2 ppl ~so I ordered 1 of each on the menu, everything on the Small Plates to share among the 5 of us for dinner We were famished at the onset, yet when the table filled, we were kinda really filled …up to the brim, here's some notables Yellowtail Cones - refreshing single bite sized easy to eat Shrimp and Grits - fresh delicious and yes gritty YUMz Caviar "Fried Egg" - oh this is rich! Libertine Cheeseburger - oh super YUMz x2 Spare Ribs - smooth and tender YUMz Braised Rabbit Pot Pie - really hot when served House Made Italian Sausage - yipes spicy & salty Fried Chicken Bites - yes this is YUMz Went back with a few other groups, definitely a moderately priced place where the eats are great for tasting bites… Libertine Social is so welcoming I feel a welcome back everytime!

Our flights were running late and the staff helped us adjust arrival, that was greatly appreciated. Food was good, no complaints nothing out of the ordinary.

Libertine Social is in a great location. It's a great place to stop and have a nice glass of wine from there substantial wine menu or have a bite to eat. The menu has something for everyone.

During our six night stay at the Mandalay Bay my wife and I had three of our dinners at the bar at Libertine Social. The bartenders are friendly and very knowledgeable about the menu. We shared small plates at each of our dinners. The hamachi cones and Thai spare ribs were our favorites, but the gnudi was also terrific. The restaurant’s energy and feel are really nice - somewhat energetic, but not loud. You can have a conversation at the bar (at least on week nights, anyway, it looked like they had DJ on Friday). The beer selection is very good and they have some really nice “draft” cocktails. Did I mention the hamachi cones? Mmmm.

Food was tasty. Service was fine. Very much overpriced for the meal we had. Most expensive meal while in Vegas! Our order: 1 Personal pizza, 1 salad and 4 beers-$107. Will not go back

Great menu, great service, great food. Enjoyed a wonderful family dinner before the show. Entire staff was there to assure a superb dining experience. Take your time and the Ambiance.

Went to dinner here before the Santana concert. Great location in the lounge area which is next to the walk. Dinner was quite good, had the scotch olives (fantastic), and I had the Barbequed Scallops, they were all awesome. It was plenty filling for before a concert.

This is a review for their to-go side during lunch hours. We ordered the fried chicken sandwich and the prosciutto and artichoke sandwich with an order of fries. Both were okay, but I'll head elsewhere next time. The prosciutto and artichoke sandwich was very oily. Like it was drenched with olive oil. From the baguette to the items inside. It was rather off-putting since the oil seeped through the packaging. One nice touch was that they didn't close the box the fries were in, which was great. Hot fries create steam and steam creates soggy fries in enclosed packages. Small details matter!

Clean open and light atmosphere. Very unique menu. Very good quality food. Moderate prices. Exceeding professional staff!!

We visited Libertine Social one evening while visiting the Mandalay Bay . Service was good . Food was okay , nothing special , pricing reasonable , overall not bad place for a quick meal and drink .

This is one of my favorite places to meet up for a light dinner and drinks. I'll be honest- part of it is being lazy after working all day in the conference center it's one of the closest places. But the food is really good and the wait staff is very nice & attentive. I recommend the flat breads and the short ribs. I ate a lot of them so I would know...

And no we’re not referring to a lack of refinement - but rather the items (5) were presented without flavour. Unfortunate as the presentation was superb and the textures were interesting. Specifically the lamb balls had limited lamb taste. The burn mint retained some minty taste. The wee cones were gorgeous. And left behind as wasted calories. The Pimms cocktail had one slice of cucumber - perhaps a cucumber shortage - that said one should not offer something if all the ingredients are not available. All in all a hundred dollar lesson.

I was expecting something more from the food and cocktail. Good place and friendly for the group for business recommend. I ordered 2 dishes they were very simple for my perspective.

One of my colleagues was staying at Mandalay and after looking at the restaurant options, we decided to eat at Libertine. So glad we did, the food and service was amazing; so was the crab dip! This place will become one of my "go to" dinner options when I visit Vegas.

Perhaps better for dinner with a group, as a couple, we were underwhelmed. Good imagination on the caviar egg. Not so much on the Pork Tomahawk.

Libertine Social is tucked away on the row of restaurants at Mandalay Bay and is worth finding. Our group stuck to more of a tapas/small plate meal, but thoroughly enjoyed the evening. The octopus starter and the duck were hits. We did not have any of the large plates or entrees but given the quality of our food I would be surprised if they were not also quite good. Wine list a bit pricey, but should not be a deterrent. If you are at the south ends of the strip this is worth a visit.

Libertene social saved our NYE!! We made a NYE reservation weeks ago at Stripsteak and when we arrived were told there would be 45 minutes to an hours wait. We were later told by another guest that they had been there over an hour and were just told it would be longer. This is completely unacceptable for a holiday that is expected to be so busy. We told the hostess we wouldn’t be waiting any longer. We weren’t offered an apology, explanatory even eye contact. Thankfully Libertene Social took us right away and our service by Dorian and the food was PHENOMENAL! Stripsteak lost our $600+ tab that we were thrilled to give to Libertene. We will definitely be back!

Firstly, service was efficient, we ordered ribs which were amazing, salmon was perfect but ruined by having potato crisps with it. Cheese board and almonds were delicious, tasty tiny garlic foccacia. Pork belly was a let down for us, sauce was way to strong, broccolini overcooked, rice was good. Had nice coctails

What a beautiful space! View of palm trees ^ planes overhead. Decor was amazing. Delicious food & drinks. Our server was attentive. We had the best time! Highly recommend!

Chef Jamil was amazing. Let any of the chefs do a special tasting for you and trust that you are in good hands. Every item was good - the only one I didn't like had capers, which I failed to tell them in advance. So that's on me, not Chef Jamil. :)

We really enjoyed the apps , drinks and entrees here. However, the service was terrible. We had to have other servers look for our server many times. To order drinks, to order apps, to order food and to pay. Also, it is a very loud restaurant. Cant carry on much conversation while eating due to the noise level. Food was very good though.

Excellent food and great atmosphere. We enjoyed everything we ordered. Service was fantastic and drinks were great!

you may notice their website doesn't list prices- probably for a reason. I'd rate the food a 6 on a scale of 1-10, the service a 7 and the ambiance a 3- those combined scores still can't justify paying $18 for a cocktail. Some of the dishes were very innovative (like octpus which can be hard to find) but my dinner companion thought his meat dish was fatty. There seems to be a lot of hype surrounding this restaurant and I'm not sure why. Dinner for 2 with 1 drink each was about $170. For that price point I've had much better meals with much better ambiance . The cocktails are very good but very pricey.

I chose to visit this spot because there was a MyVegas deal for a bogo entree, and it seemed to be pretty hyped up. They were a little busy when we arrived, so we weren't promised prompt service, which I was ok with. What I wasn't ok with was the servers stuck up attitude. Even after we didn't get everything we ordered there was no apology or excuse. When I said we were missing our side, she just said ok and walked away very snotty like. It was eventually thrown on the table in a rushed fashion. The food overall was acceptable, but not enough to excuse the service. Then after all of this was said and done, I left my MLife card, and didn't get the deal that brought me there.

We were looking for a little bite and some drinks prior to going to a show at the Mandalay Bay when we stumbled upon this place. We were seated in parlor style chairs and our experience began. We were then greeted by very friendly wait staff and management. We decided to have a drink and an app and choose a Moscow Mule and the creamy garlic humus. The mule was made to perfection and the humus plate was obviously fresh made humus. Overall this place is a hidden gem be sure to try this next time you're in Vegas!

It was our first time to eat here. Everything we had was great. We will go back next trip as there are some many more items we want to try.

Had dinner at the bar and both the service and the food were spot on. The prices are what you would expect for a hotel restaurant but they did a great job. I certainly would go back

We came here our first evening. Had great service by Chananchida. We had the tuna cones, seared scallops, burger and Mac and cheese. All were very delicious. Prices were a bit steep, but you are in Vegas! I would definitely return.

This was a surprise. My husband and I shared menu items and all were delicious. We had the filet mignon which was cooked to perfection, the shrimp and grits with chorizio, and the Belguim fries. All were very good. This is a very noisy place but if you sit in the back, you can have a conversation. I would go back when I am in Vegas.

The host and manager are very nice and that was it. On 11/27/21 was our first experience. We did not like our specialty drinks and I feel that’s when our waiter and water server became rude. The waiter did not check on us to see if we needed anything. The waiter and water girl, we caught them rolling their eyes. Because we are nice people we still left an undeserving tip. The food and drinks were mediocre for being highly rated. I would not recommend this place and very disappointed in the lack of costumer service.

The restaurant had a nice and interesting interior, with friendly staff. We were there for lunch and they had some good dishes on the menu.

My husband and I stopped at Libertine Social for a lunch meal while visiting Las Vegas in December 2019. The décor is very elegant and our server was very friendly. They ensured our water never made it down to half a glass, which was appreciated. I enjoyed a wonderful scallop meal with an array of flavors, and my husband enjoyed a shrimp and grits. Everything was fresh and tasted wonderful. The portions were very small and pricing was very high for a lunch meal. We do recommend Libertine Social but would suggest going at dinner instead so the pricing would make more sense.

Do the pre fix menu! It’s a great sampling of the menu and a fantastic way to explore new foods. The beet salad, short ribs, and yellow fin cone was amazing. I’m not normally a raw fish girl but the yellow fin cone was delectable! Short ribs were perfectly sweet and the meat fell right off the bone. The skirt steak with chimichurri was tasty. Definitely recommend finishing with the cheesecake!

Had a late night dinner, (9:00pm). Casual setting, but the food was fine dining. We had the chicken. Roasted breast with fried thigh. Breast moist! Thighs crispy! Mashed potatoes indiscibaly delicious. Broccoli perfect. Not raw. Not mushy. Our sisters had spare ribs with watermelon salad. Ribs tender. Watermelon uniquely tastey. Service by Duchie was text book perfect. Would not hesitate to eat here again when in Las Vegas!

Excellent food, service & atmosphere!! My husband and I had dinner with friends and had a wonderful time. Our server, Karen, was friendly, wonderful, attentive & knowledgeable. We will return!!

We attended the jewelry show at the Mandalay Bay. We passed this restaurant while looking for our usual place to eat lunch. The menu intrigued as there were so few items. I liked that! We all had the fried chicken sandwich with field greens. The chicken breast was actually real! It was amazing. I wish they were in Houston!

My family and I celebrated my Mom’s 60th bday. The servers were courteous and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed the artsy atmospheric vibe. Most importantly, the food was amazing! Especially, the ribs, roasted chicken and waygu. So much flavor and perfect portion.

The Yellowtail Cones are a great appetizer - they have a bit of kick from the jalapeño & spicy sesame chili oil, but are tasty!

We had the chicken which was very good and much bigger than anticipated. I also had the burger which is not on the menu and it was the best burger I have ever had. Its very simple two patties on an incredible bun with a onion I guess you could call it gravy which was amazing. That's it and that's all it needed. Service was very good as well. Order the burger

Went for the charcuterie and cocktails and they did not disappoint! The focaccia was the most heavenly tasting bread!!

While staying at Delano recently we decided to try Libertine Social and we are glad we did! From the outside it looks rather smallish (love the decor on the outside wall), then I realized it was just a bar lounge area! The dinning area is big and the eclectic decor is awesome! The menu has many selections with a wide variety to choose from! I went with two small plates, the octopus and the parmigiana gnocchi, which were incredible! My wife went with a fish dish, served filleted at the spine with skin on, it was really good. Our daughter went with the a very tasty braised short rib with cheesy grits dish served in a Le Creuset Shallow Dutch French Oven, 2.75 quart, I believe..nice touch!! I could go on and on about the wonderful dinning experience we had, but I will end with...All the food was awesome, our waiter was great and so was his assistant (he reminded me of the character “Jerry” from The Walking Dead” in a very good way 🤣)! There is no doubt we will return to LS next time we are in Vegas!!

The fennel and sausage stone oven pizza was excellent! Wifey had the pork fat and was great as well. Portions just right. Nice ambiance. Family and friends environment. Friendly and courteous staff. A nice breakfrom the buffet.

The food here was pretty good (not sure why some folks rated it poorly). If you have a private party you can request the private room and the service was great, the servings were very substantial. We had a price fixed menu of items - and had more than we could all eat. The braised ribs were juicy and tender, and the grilled assortment of sausages were great. Not much of a menu however if you were a vegetarian though.

Had a delicious late evening group dinner at Libertine Social. Setting is very nice, and the short rib plate was incredible. I love that the menu is consistently updated, but man would I love to have that exact dish again! Service was solid, would be nice if they were more open to 'separate checks' when the restaurant is slow as it was that night (our group of 8 was one of the final 2 tables).

This was an ok place. The menu is somewhat limited. Had to get another order of the bone marrow as the first one barely had anything on it.

Had high hopes for Libertine Social which were not entirely fulfilled. The staff was great. Super friendly and accommodating of my requests. The food unfortunately did not meet the same standards. I had the Brussel Sprouts with Brown Butter and Bacon which I found very salty and unfortunately lacking in brown butter and bacon. Also was not overly impressed with the Black Truffle Pizza. And not to be overly negative, but the selection and quality of red wines by the glass was not up to the standards I expected.

Had reservation. Was seated promptly. Asked waiter for suggestions. Ordered several appetizers. Then several sides and each party member ordered a entrée. When meals arrived one of the sides was missing as well as one entrée. The waiter seemed distracted with his explanation being that we were his first table of the evening. Did not make attempt to further correct his wrong. Seemed to take a long time for meals to arrive. Tip was adjusted accordingly. Were not offered patio dining option.

Enjoyed this new restaurant for its fresh and creative dishes that are beautifully presented. We sat outside — the weather was delightful! — and appreciated our knowledgeable and friendly waiter Dorian, who made our evening extra special.

From the moment we arrived we knew it would be special from the cool environment. Blown away by service we ordered a variety of items to share all great. The bar service best in Mandalay Bay.

We were going to see the Cirque du Soleil show at Mandalay Bay so had a look for a restaurant to eat pre-show. Libertine Social more than lived up to expectations. Fantastic food, atmosphere and service. We ordered a few of their "small" plates to share we'd eaten a late lunch. The portions were pretty big and the food was fantastic. This restaurant also advertises it's "pioneering cocktail program" so we had to try a few of their offerings. These did not disappoint. All around a fantastic meal at a good price point when compared to other Vegas restaurants.

Libertine was a nice stop for appetizers and cocktails prior to the Michael Jackson One show at Mandalay. The cocktails were good and there was a nice selection of appetizers from which to chose. The appetizers were very good.

Christopher was our server and did a fantastic job. Professional and restrained which allowed us to talk business. The plates were delicious. The pretzel, cheese and prosciutto plates and Green Goddess salads were perfect!! Great choice for upscale casual eats at Mandalay.

Definitely recommend paying this restaurant a visit! A very interesting selection of food and an even more delicious and creative cocktail menu! Roderick was our server and had the best recommendations for us and was also extremely kind and hospitable. I work in the hotel industry myself, and he went above and beyond to ensure that our dining experience was nothing less than perfect. We live in New York City, but already can’t wait for our next trip to Vegas and Libertine Social is the first restaurant on our list! Thanks again for the amazing service and hospitality!

We stopped here during their "social hour"... You can get margaritas for 10$... They were quite delicious. The bartenders were fantastic. They were helpful and fun... Allowing us to try and couple different whiskeys. Service was so good, we will be back. We didn't try food this time, but the wood fire pizzas looked great. Fun atmosphere...stop in.

This is definitely more on the high-end upscale experience. Don't be fooled by the unassuming appearance from the outside. It's a place where casual and refined dwell happily together. Feel free, feel social so to say. Lots of fine details at this unique bistro pub. The food and cocktail experience is superb. The waiters and waitresses make this a very positive experience. Lots to like, lots to look at. Many items on the menu that seem unique or presented with a twist. The menu is not your Applebee's type of foods. More like Tapas. They have small plates, large plates to share and large plates to eat by yourself as a meal. You probably need an appetizer even if you order a large plate. Bring your wallet as this place isn't cheap but worth it. Go there if you want a quality experience without the stuffiness of an upscale restaurant.

Admittedly I was skeptical to try this place as from the outside ("outside" being the walkway inside Mandalay Bay) it looks a little to casual for my taste, almost like a TGI Fridays. But WOW, are the food and craft cocktails outstanding. We sat on the patio (really, it was the patio that swung me to try this spot) which overlooks the well landscaped walkway around the pool area. Service was very good with the waiter, at my request, making recommendations for appetizers. He recommended the yellowtail cones and the beat salad, both of which were outstanding. For an entree we both had the sea bass special and it was one of the better dishes i've eaten in Vegas. Unfortunately each time we walked by it never looked crowded. Don't be persuaded by the outside, do your tastebuds a favor and eat here.

So you would think shrimp and grits would be hearty and filling right? My husband and I laughed when it came out. A couple shrimp and may 5 bites of of grits. And over $30.00 bucks for the plate.. We were wanting to do a nicer dinner. Wrong choice for that. We had to go eat after because the main entrees were more like a small appetizer. If your hungry don’t go here!

A small gastopub crossed with a quaint restaurant, this Libertine Social in Mandalay Bay was excellent! I had a pizza that was really great - fresh ingredients, cooked perfectly. The drinks are really good too. There’s a few custom drinks the bartender makes that were good too - I'd highly recommend the Cable Car. The drink prices are pretty high - $16 USD for the cocktails. A personal size pizza was $18 (lowest price item on the menu) - pretty high but consistent with Las Vegas strip prices. Still, a nice place for dinner with friends.

The cocktails were generous and were served quickly. The star of the dinner was north atlantic sea bass the bass was a special treat as it is not a standard menu item. The fish was cooked to perfection flaky and tender with just hint of lemon. If the bass is not available the the beef short ribs is an great choice. Side dishes are large enough they can be shared.

Had gone for a show at Mandalay Bay and wanted to have a good drink and meal before the show. I walked around the hotel Casino and then towards the Food Courts there. Libertine Social caught my eye with it’s ambiance and Menu. Had a great meal there, thoroughly enjoyed it. Had a signature Cocktail Bees Knees followed by Shrimp & Grits. Yummy stuff. The service was excellent too, the server even helped me to select my cocktail and he was spot on. Will visit again.

We were looking for a place to grab a somewhat lighter dinner before seeing Michael Jackson ONE, and we were intrigued by the ambiance and menu at Libertine. We shared the gnochhi in parmesan broth with mushrooms - they were light, fluffy, and unctuous! We also shared two orders of the crispy octopus salad (see photo). The octopus was perfectly cooked and charred and the accompaniments were Mediterranean in nature: eggplant, a puree, greens. Paired with a nice chardonnay, it was the perfect mean before going to the show. Ambiance is modern yet comfortable. Service was attentive and quick, but our server was very matter-of-fact, as if he really did not want to be doing this job and was forcing a smile. His manner was...pithy. That was the only downside.

We had an assortment of small plates and each was delectable. The size of plates/servings is small but the charcuterie was sizable. Everything tasted very good and the service was exceptional. We were there for a quick “snack” and it was $130.00 for four of us. I can guess what a full meal would have been.....

We had the chicken sandwich with fries and truffle mashed potatoes. Very tasty, satisfying flavors, portions are just right. I'm a sucker for rabbit motifs. 🐇 Loved the printed paper the fries were presented in. The winged rabbit mural is so cute and colorful (the weird butts and boobies sticking out kinda take away from it though lol only in Vegas)

This place surprised me but it still had some things that I felt needed improvements. The food was great especially the scallops we ordered but it was cold.... it's also very noisy so be prepared. Other than that, the food tasted great.

Great place to grab a bite to eat or just nosh a bit. The menu is varied so you will have plenty of choices, and the location is prime for people watching. Portions are ample for those who are hungry or just enough if you are splitting items with a companion.

Just stopped in for a drink before an Aces game and was pleasantly surprised. The bar was pretty crowded and while standing waiting for service, the bartender quickly asked me what I needed. He was very cordial and friendly and immediately filled my order. The price was much better than I would have thought, too. This will be a place I will return for more extensive dining.

My friend Girlfriend and I had dinner here and my friend said get what you want as he was paying. I was just dumbfounded at the ridiculous prices this place charges!! Everything in Mandalay Bay Casino is so over priced, it's just insane!! This wasn't any place so luxurious to charge such prices. Just a typical sit down bar type place. Had a bread board which was good, but $28.00?? Then some kind of flat bread pizza which was horrible. Forget the price on that $24 I believe? Then I had an 8oz filet Mignon for $57.00!!?? No potato or vegetables, no nothing! Guy put the plate down in front of me, and I thought? That's it?? What a joke this is!!

I have visited Libertine Social regularly over three years and every time it has been consistently excellent. The bar is amazingly good and the food and service is great. My favourites are the hummus & puffed bread, their broccoli in cream sauce and the sausage and fennel pizza. My husband likes their cheeseburger. They make an excellent old-fashioned. Would I return? Absolutely! I have returned six times already!

We were a group of 13 (though any group >12 requires going through the Mandalay groups reservations which is a pain) but it is a cool spot just a few steps off the gaming floor. We got lots of small plates and shared and everything was really good. The service was friendly but sometimes inattentive, the atmosphere is hip but loud. I recommend.

My first time staying at the Mandalay, went with friends to have dinner with reservation ahead. First, the table was to small for our group, and then started the delay for almost everything. We needed to be calling for service and they missed one of my friends dinner. The only thing that was good, was the taste of the food. Definitely, won't go again.

This place has what it seems should be all the elements to be a five-star review kinda' place, but funkily-shaped group tables and an inability to make a simple martini drag it down. It's an annual tradition for the winners to take the losers out to dinner on the final night of our trip, and I was fortunate enough to be one of the evening's hosts. The appetizer cones of tuna were quite delicious, as was the white truffle pizza, but one of the two pork chop entrees we ordered was a gristly fail, and service was just fair. It's also LOUD.

This meal was amazing! The atmosphere was nice but not overly forma and the service was outstanding! The filet mignon and sea bass were melt in your mouth delicious, ahi tuna cones were fun and sooo good! The side dishes were each unique and so well seasoned, and dessert was sinful! I highly recommend checking out this gem in Mandalay Bay, will definitely visit again on my next trip to Las Vegas!

I will start by saying, I had a 2 for 1 entree coupon. We sat at the bar, promptly greeted. Service was never an issue. That is why I usually sit at the bar. 2 or 3 bartenders working. We started with some spicy tuna in ice cream cone, and some crab dip. Cones were tasty, Crab dip, just OK. Wife ordered a 8oz Filet and she loved it. I had the Pork Chop and beans. It was fair. A few glasses of wine, and Prosseco, and we were off. Overall an enjoyable experience, but to me, not worth a second visit.

Ate dinner here before the MJ One circ show. Since it was early (around 5:30) not very crowded (more so at the bar) and had reservation. Our waiter was outstanding- knowledgeable and very helpful. Good wine list. Wood fired oven. We both had the BLT salad which was large and very good. We had the bread, but it was a little off- focaccia bread in a circular pan, baked with butter in the oven, and came out almost fried and crunchy not soft on the bottom, the baked-on toppings are quite spicy. Then we shared the shrimp scampi pizza, (dinner plate sized, about 8-9 inches) which was very good, a little heavy on the cheese but outstanding crust. The salads and shared pizza were more than enough food. A very pleasant meal before the show.

We had intended dining at Aureole also at the Mandalay before seeing a show but after having a drink in the bar decided that we wanted to go somewhere with more atmosphere - or at least some atmosphere. Right next door was Libertine Social which was buzzy and has a really nice fitout. We struck it lucky with our waiter - Dorian - who was not only extremely knowledgeable about the menu he was also an ambassador for all things Libertine and was proud to give us his recommendations ( he also had some great tips on other Vegas attractions which were spot on ). We had their signature Petaluma Chicken which is the best I have ever had, beautiful and moist, definitely the best dish we had during our 4 nights in Vegas. The cocktails are also fantastic, Dorian recommended the Apple Cobbler which was right on the money. A fantastic meal, exemplary service from a consummate professional and great surroundings resulted in a memorable evening, even before we got to the show.

I could not wait t write this review. Once in a while, you find a gem that you want to share and let everyone know. The Libertine Social is one of them. While attending the WPPI convention at the Mandalay Hotel in Las Vegas we decided to give Libertine Social a try. The place atmosphere is really modern and comfortable. Our server was polite and very attentive to our needs. But the food, oh the food!!! The best I have eaten so far in Las Vegas. We started with Hummus and ribs for appetizers. Now, I am not a hummus fan, but the ones at Libertine Social converted me. It was delicious. The ribs had a thai flavors and were delicious too. But the star of the night was the skirt steak. Skirt steak is my favorite steak. I have eaten it in many places. My favorite until now was served at la Parillada and restaurant Pata d'Palo, both in Santo Domingo, Domincan Republic. But as good as those places are, neither is a match not even come close to the flavor and tenderness of the skirt they served at Libertine Social. The Skirt steak served at Libertine Social is so tender that almost melts in your mouth and each piece of meat provides a delicious explosion of juicy flavors. It needs to be experienced!!

Ahead of going to see the Michael Jackson Cirque de Soleil show we needed dinner at the Mandalay Bay and opted for this place based on TripAdvisor reviews. The venue itself is great. The decor is pretty cool and makes you forget you are in a casino. For the craft beer lovers out there, it had one of the better menus I've seen in Vegas and the rest of the drinks menu was strong, whatever your tipple. The food was excellent. Whenever I see steak tartare on a menu I have to give it a go and Libertine Social's interpretation didn't disappoint. For our main, my wife and I shared the special - pork shank cooked sous vide before being crisped. This was amazing. The service was excellent. The waiter was incredibly knowledgeable and accommodating. He gave us some excellent guidance on wine pairings. Definitely worth a trip in its own right.

Husband, Daughter and Grand Daughter ate here after our LV wedding. First, let me say that our wait staff was the best! They were so attentive and spot on. We started with Scotch Olives, Cheese Board and Casella's Heritage Prosciutto. All were excellent. The Sangria was really good. I had the shrimp and grits. Others had the Black Truffle Pizza, mashed potato & leek puree, and the Libertine Cheeseburgers. Most everything was shared. It was all fantastic. Various cocktails, wine and beer, all good. This is a perfect place to eat.

We were staying at Mandalay Bay and decided to stop here for a light bite to eat before a show. We sat in the bar area and shared a tasty hummus starter and a fennel and sausage pizza. Both were delicious, cooked well and were a decent serving size. Service was friendly but unobtrusive and it was a worthwhile spot to try! We didn’t have any alcoholic drinks that night but the wine list looked pretty comprehensive.

We decided upon this place mainly because it is in the Mandalay complex, and because we did not want more than something small and light for dining. Everything was wonderful. It was the best Negroni my wife had ever had, and my cocktail with a single malt scotch could not have been better, with high alcohol content (which is what I like) and exquisite presentation. The caviar served in soft boiled egg was tasty ands unique, the flatbread board with chorizo and fennel was fabulous, and the bacon wrapped dates were just as described.

Went here on a whim while touring around and weren’t sure what to expect. Was a really cool look to the place. Really uniquie upscale menu (Wagyu beef, branzino bass, caviar fried egg and more) with good size portions. If you are looking for a higher end casual meal this is the place for you! Well worth every penny and great service as well!

(12/17/22): We had intended to just stop in for a drink before changing and going to another restaurant a distance away. We entered when the restaurant opened at 5pm. The bar was casual dress but very nicely appointed. The bar filled up immediately. The bartenders were good conversationalists and knew how to correctly make any drink asked of them. We ended up getting a reservation later later that night and cancelled our original restaurant. The food was really good. For an appetizer we had bacon-wrapped dates. We shared the 20 oz bone-in ribeye steak and had mac and cheese as our side. We will be returning to LV this week, and we already made reservations there! You won't be disapointed.

Back again for another wonderful cocktail and food experience. Really enjoyed the Summer Swizzle- and the fact it comes in a pitcher makes it perfect for a group. Also the barrel aged Tony Negroni is a must try. Favorite snacks are the savory churros and olives! Whether it’s dinner in the dining room or sips and snacks in the bar Libertine Social is always an amazing food and beverage experience w top service. Can't wait to go back.

Great place in Mandalay Bay just off the casino floor. Different menu vibe. I prefer the high seating in the bar area versus the restaurant. Great atmosphere.

Tucked in American resturant in Mandalay Bay Casino. 🎰. They have limited lunch menu but good quality food, drinks and cocktails. Bar is big, so one can get seated easily. It's also good place to grab drinks before dinner date.

Ask for a drink suggestion...the bar is very well stocked and the drink menu is imaginative and extensive. Try the short ribs appetizer, they're spicy but delicious and perfectly prepared. The crab dip appetizer is very tasty. The Yellowfin Tuna cones were great, but could have used a little more spice. The grilled broccoli was firm, not soggy and served with a creamy sauce.

We had a business dinner here and the service was right on point. Our waiter was quick and very sharp. We will definitely be back. Our portions were very large and many fine choices of interesting dishes. Highly recommend the Scallops and Chicken.

Picked the restaurant because we were going to a show at same casino. No one was disappointed with some sharing the very large portions. Limited wine list but good overall choice !

Unfortunately the bartender with the fancy stache ruined the entire experience. We had been there 2 hrs, ordered our last drinks (had paid for previous). Placed a $20 on the bar waiting for the full cost and he made a scene stating - it will be a little more than that Love. Well obviously, but we were waiting for a total - thanks for the insult. I think the service could be a bit better. I would hit up a different bar in the same area with a bit less attitude and more of a welcome vibe ❤️

Far better than expected! After checking out the dining options on the Mandalay Bay website in planning my trip, this restaurant was not on my radar, it simply did not look appealing. Came here on our last evening after spotting it through out our stay, my husband's choice. We had the Market Oysters, House Baked Bread with Honey Butter, Mesquire Fire Grill Prime Skirt Steak, kids Pizza, Crème Brûlée and Carrot Cake. All so good, even the kids pizza was good. I had the Spicy Li Hing Mui Margarita, this was refreshing and good too. My husband ordered a Michelada but it was not great. However, a 2nd bartender offered to make it and that was far better, making my husband happy. My daughter had the Cantarito (non-alcoholic) and it was refreshing but just a tad too sweet for her. I would definitely go again. The only major con was the cost. Although we do fine dining often, this night we were looking for something mid-range which is how it is advertised on the website as $$. Our bill was just as much as our dinner at KUMI. So false advertising or like everything else in Vegas now, more expensive. I would return here if I ever return to the Mandalay Bay .

Libertine Social- very good food and service. Inside the Mandalay Bay Casino. Very good food; a great burger. I would suggest a good meal in the spot.

We spent our Thanksgiving Dinner at Libertine Social and even though the ambience was great, the food was just OK. I expected the food to be better because of the high prices but was disappointed at what they served when it came to taste. We ordered the Traditional Turkey Dinner, Ribeye Steak, a mixed drink, Mash Potatoes, and Baked Brussel Sprouts. Our meal cost $172. Had the food been great, I would not have said anything, but the food was just ok with the Turkey being dry and the steak was burnt a bit. I ordered my steak medium well. The service was just ok with the server barely talking to us and talking more to the patrons at the other table.

Our Best meal at Mandalay. Appetizer of hummus with their balloon bread. Very tasty!. The bread was very good but the hummus kicked it up a couple of notches. My date ordered a ribeye steak, which was cooked perfectly. I had the skirt steak. The sauce would be better on the side, in my opinion. Our sides were a bit lacking and not the same quality as the beef entrees. Good service. Casual dining. More of a bar atmosphere. Give it a try

Top notch steak, beautifully tender and the service was first class. We sat at the counter and watched the chefs at work which was a real treat. Would definitely return.

This is my husband and my favorite place to eat in Las Vegas! We happened to stumble upon this gem gastropub by cancelling our reservation at a steakhouse and just happened to walk into Libertine. We were going to watch the Michael Jackson Cirque show, so we stopped here since it was in Mandalay Bay. The food is just amazing and they have a great drink selection! We absolutely love the service from Kawin and the chef does a great job on all the dishes that we order! This is a must have for us every visit to Vegas! We love the fact that the menu changes with the seasons and we can't wait to go back and eat up! It can get pricey, but it's Las Vegas and well worth the fresh and delicious food!

I'll start by saying, we are Vegas regulars and have no issues paying for great food and service. The prices at Libertine are extremely high for what you get. We ordered the scallops ($46) and branzino ($49). Neither comes with a side. There were 4 scallops on my plate, along with some micro greens, and 5 tiny bites of carrot smothered in cumin & chilli powder. Two of the scallops were the size of a 50 cent piece and 2 were the size of silver dollars. One was burnt, charred black, one the underside. They were rubbery and lacked flavor. The branzino was extremely thin and fileted with the spine in the center leaving tons of small bones. It was impossible to eat without a mouth full of bone. The side we chose was mashed potatoes & leeks. More like wallpaper paste covered in a garnish of raw leeks (similar texture to the bones in the branzino) and raw chili powder. We chose ice tea to drink as we had plans to join friends for cocktails later. Our server was pleasant. However, once she discovered we had a comp (they ask upfront) she became scarce and uninterested in our table. This said our bill was $124. We used a comp for one of the entrees. Leaving a $78 balance plus $10 tip. I'll tip well for good food and service. Sadly we received neither. In the end we went to the Eataly at Park MGM for something with more substance. Libertine was a serious let down.

The ambiance is off the chain here. You really feel cool and hip like you are part of the "scene". The service was awesome. I ordered a burger and fries and before I could finish my conversation my meal was being delivered. The downside is the burger was good, but definitely not a $28.00 burger. If you are in the Mandalay Bay area, give them a try.

This place is very expensive but so good! My husband had the burger and he said it was one of the best hes ever had. I had shrimp and grits and they were delicious! The drinks were great too but also expensive

On a quick trip to Vegas we didn't make reservations and everything was booked. We happened to find an opening on Saturday night for 7:30 vs the 9:30 everywhere else. This is a great restaurant with very nice staff. We had a great meal and cocktails and much less crowded than other restaurants on the north end of the strip. The beer fondue cheese dip and pretzels was fantastic. Highly recommend for a new place to try.

I had the sunsplash to drink and the beet salad for dinner. The salad tasted great and was very filling. The drink was just alright. I sat at the bar and the bartenders were attentive.

I️ went here for a business dinner and wasn’t very impressed with the food. I️ had the lobster ravioli and the were under cooked and cold. On a positive note the drinks are great and the pretzels and cheese fondue were amazing. I️ would go back for happy hour but probably not dinner.

We stopped in here to wet our whistles while exploring Mandalay Bay during the first evening of our vacation. We did not eat here - only had drinks. Our bartender (his name was Shawn, or maybe Sean) was the best bartender ever. He was fast, engaging with all of his customers and made great recommendations. This is a really good place to stop for a quick (or not so quick) drink.

We dined as a party of 8 for a bachelorette party. The food and drinks were delicious and prices reasonable by Vegas standards. The waitstaff was knowledgeable and attentive without being annoying. Our only issue is we tried to split the check. They do not ordinarily allow split checks, but they tried to accommodate us. It took about 30m, no exaggeration. Large groups, be prepared to split costs yourselves to save time.

Overpriced mediocre food. Tried the BLT salad ($18), salad was ok but the bacon chunks were very hard to chew. Also ordered the focaccia bread ($12) - it comes in a small skillet with some honey butter melted on. The bread was too thick & the bottom crust overdone so impossible to cut apart. Hubby tried the BBQ ribs ($30) , said they were fatty & hard to get the meat off the bone. Overall disappointing

Great food, Awesome service and Fun atmosphere. The signature swizzle was fun and tasty cocktail. All of the food we ordered was delicious, lots of flavor and mouth watering! The mashed potatoes are a must try! The service was great, they called to confirm our reservation fours before, the hostess was very friendly and attentive to our party and our waiter was amazing! He was able to deal with our very silly group and make our bday celebration even more fun! We will definitely dine here again.

Our first night in Las Vegas and were hungry after driving five hours. Was able to get in easily. The food was good as well as the service. What set this place apart was that one of our guests have major food allergies — like ten of them. The chef was very cooperative and she loved the fish. Would definitely go back.

This was our second visit to Libertine Social (LS), and we enjoyed it even more than last year! From start to finish, the experience was everything you would hope for in a genuine chef-inspired, fine dining establishment. Our server, Christopher, took exceptional care of us and represented LS impeccably. As we did last year, my wife and I stopped by to share small plates before going to see Michael Jackson "One". We shared the hummus with balloon bread, smoked ricotta gnudi with braised rabbit, and the yellowtail sashimi cones. The hummus was rich and creamy and included bits of roasted broccoli and cauliflower; the bread "balloons" out and is hollow - with a crispy, seasoned crust once it deflates - perfect for dipping! The ricotta gnudi were...like nothing we've had before...light and creamy...a perfect bite with a bit of the perfectly braised rabbit. This was a dish to remember (and attempt to emulate.) The yellowtail was fresh and well seasoned along with a nice cooling avocado puree, all of which fills a small cone. Christopher honored us with a dessert: the honey bread pudding. This is NOT your ordinary bread pudding!! It was a brilliant dish: the bits of bread will fool you. They appear to be large croutons - but they are perfectly crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside - and carry a perfect hint of vanilla and honey - all of which is paired with a vanilla ice cream, fresh honey (and honeycomb!) and whipped cream. This was paired with a beautiful and delicious Spanish Jerez. All in all: a truly memorable experience!

While attending a conference at Mandalay Bay, a small group of us had dinner at Libertine - what a great place! The food was amazing and the vibe of the restaurant was very nice. I'll be back.

While our server was doing his best to cover for an inept kitchen, this was an awful dining experience. We waited well over an hour for our meals. When they arrived, they were cold and tasteless. The designer of the restaurant did not take into consideration that folks might want to carry on a conversation. The noise around us was so loud we literally had to yell across the table to talk to one another. Disappointing.

Absolutely fantastic food. Tried the special egg starter (forget the actual name) followed by some other appetisers equally as spectacular. The main course came of the New York steak and it was incredible. The sides also....wow. The malt vinegar alioli with the Belgian fries was spectacular. Pretty expensive, but worth every dollar.

We enjoyed our dinner here very much. We tried several pizzas which were all really nice. The service was phenomenal, and I would definitely go there again.

nice social vibe, you can eat at the bar, or more formal style dining, or couch style dining less formal great for groups, this place also has small plate menus to share if you are hungry but not starving

This is the best kept secret in Vegas. Truly amazing dinner. Gourmet, 4 course chef's table meal with wine pairings. Personal interaction with the chef and sommelier. I hesitate to share this because they only seat 11 people once a week on Saturday nights. But, it was so awesome I just have to spread the word.

The menu gave us sticker shock as it doesn't look like a high-end place. We each got a BLT salad and split the flatbread. Great meal that didn't break the bank. The bartender was wonderful and made the best martinis.

My wife and I and a friend stopped by for afternoon treats. Very pleasant staff and great coffee. Glad we stopped by. Hope to stop for dinner one night.

Came here for dinner on a friends trip. They had a couple of sandwiches on special that were in the $25 price area with sides. Very tasty sandwiches. Inside the Mandalay Bay Casino. They have flatbreads, steaks, and other entrees to offer. I would not make a special trip here, but it was a nice place to have a meal. Service was good.

This was a nice place to hang out and have drinks! They have large lounge couches for larger groups and a cool bar! Drink selection and service was good too.

Really disappointing evening at Libertine, food was tasteless and over-priced. Room is extremely loud. I will not return.

I came in late, so the place was kinda empty. The service and food was amazing. I got the Crispy Spanish Octopus with pickled peppers, eggplant, cucumber and sumac. ($19) Omg... Amazing. I've never had Octopus better. The meat was tender, tasty, and complimented by all the other flavors. Then I got the brined Strip Steak, medium rare with a Verde salsa. ($47) Wow. Again, one of the best strip steaks I've ever had. So I found the place to be extremely unique but expensive. Any good restaurants are expensive in Vegas though. Exquisite food cooked exceptionally well was worth the money to me.

What a great place this is. The food is way above average and very culinary. I was expecting a decent meal and what I received was absolutely incredible. The dishes are all exceptional and the atmosphere is great. MUST try the Yellowtail small dish. Just thinking about it, makes my mouth water. The service was amazing from the minute we arrived all the way through to recommendations and deserts. It was my birthday and our server was nice enough to give us a full desert off the menu that was unforgettable. I will be more than happy to return and dig in again.

After many months I still have remembered the flavorous meal. Very nice restaurant, great staff and very friendly. We will definitely be back next time we're in Vegas for another wagyu skirt steak and salsa verde...this time it will be two plates. No sharing! And of course a pitcher of Queens Park swizzle!

Wow. Incredible experience. Party of 4 did a chef tasting, by special request. It was food we would not normally order, that's what made all the difference. Absolutely delicious, of course some better than others, but all of it unique and tasty. Top it off with such unique desserts (included) and you have 4 very satisfied people. We did a wine pairing, very reasonable priced for all the wine, a great added touch. So perfect with each dish. Service and chef experience was over the top. What a great change from some of the bland restaurant experiences in Vegas. Highly recommend to do the Chef tasting with a wine pairing, all for about $100 per person, well worth the experience. We will return very soon. Reservations recommended to do the chef tasting.

My husband and I stayed at Mandalay Bay and this became our go to happy hour/respite. Cool industrial vibe, great food and great service. We love small bites, allows us to explore the menu. The scotch eggs we fun and delish. The menu is eclectic and everything we had from food to cocktails was very good.

For a restaurant not highlighted for the quality of its food this was a pleasant surprise. Inside the pizza and grill (both wood-fired) format we found sophisticated dishes perfectly executed. Top quality ingredients made even the pizzas outstanding, while the beef ribs were as good as any l've eaten. Everything we had was fresh and delicious.....on both visits. Service is professional and friendly, drinks are generous and the pricing is fair.

Earlier this week I had the pleasure of dining here. It was a last minute decision and one that proved to be the highlight of the Vegas trip. Sat at the chef's table watching Stefan and the grill team work seamlessly. Karen was amazing with her attention to detail and perfect suggestions. She also had the right balance of humor with us. The head chef Michael was very nice and I must say I had one of his signature dishes and it was the best rack of lamb I have had and that is after many across over 40 countries. So as I am sure you have guessed by now you must drop in for dinner when in Vegas. We liked it so much we returned the next night and that's a big deal when as you know Vegas has so much to offer. Thanks to the whole team!

We dropped in here for a quick, casual bite earlier in the day. We took a seat in the bar area, and we were served promptly. The adult beverages were good, as was the food. It was nice having an upscale casual place available with no wait. We definitely want to return someday for a full dinner.

We were staying in the hotel so it made sense to try out one of the dining areas--this place is very good--very very expensive and the portions are tiny so it's not a great place if you're hungry--the wine choice was very good--every course was delicious and very unusual--service attentive.

My wife and I enjoyed our experience at Libertine Social. Excellent food and service. The atmosphere has some cool decor but I was more impressed with the quality of the meal and service. I would recommend this place.

Definitely has a great atmosphere. Don’t go here if you are actually hungry. There were 4 of us and we spent $200 then we had to go somewhere to eat. Cool social vibe.

I ordered a burger and fries. My meal was fresh and delicious, my order was prepared pretty fast too.

This place was a pleasant surprise. Some wild menu options for food and drink. Had an old fashioned in a box full of smoke. Great service, cool vibe. Loved it. Not too pricey either.

I went here for a late night, after show dinner. From the outset, I loved the warm, inviting atmosphere and then later fell in love with the food. I had the fennel and sausage pizza and the ladies had desserts. The pizza was incredible and mouth wateringly good!!! I did have a chance to try a few bites of the bread pudding. It too was great. When in Vegas again and at this part of the strip, I would definitely eat here again. I found the prices to be on par with Las Vegas pricing.

We celebrated New Years Eve with a dinner at Libertine Social. The food was good, but my kids were not as excited about the selections. In the end we order several apps and it was more food than we could eat! I would eat here again, but it might be best for couples without children.

I enjoyed the restaurant, it had a modern feel and wasn’t overly formal. The ribs cooked sous vide were nice with some kick, definitely enjoyable. I found the beet salad a little disappointing. I don’t love beets but like them enough to order the salad. Presentation was beautiful but it was a lot of beets, most of the other ingredients were largely for show. Some of the beets were very solid, so it got overpowering after a while. Maybe that is what beet salad is supposed to be but I would have enjoyed a more varied salad highlighted by beets than beets, bigger beets and more beets.

I went to Libertine Social first by myself for dinner and again with a small group. The service both times was phenomenal - starting with the front check in. For dinner I had scallops and shrimp/grits. It was a great meal with friendly and attentive service, which is always nice when you are dining solo. Our group sat up at the bar area, which is lively but not crazy/stuffy/trendy. We ordered a ton of the apps/shareable options including the tuna cones (had to get seconds), the cheese board, meat board and burger. We also tried some specialty drinks. It was great food + fun + service. I highly recommend if staying at Mandalay Bay!

We decided to grab a late lunch here and also get a cocktail which are fantastic. We had the Milano which is a fab cocktail and decided to grab a selection from the small plates and jars, we ordered the humus, which was spicy and very tasty , it came with some very nice pitta bread. Along with this we ordered the ribs (my favourite), Spicy Hamachi cones, splendid and finally the warm crab dip which was very nice. Everything I ate was very very nice, the only thing is that there was just too much to eat and I think the server could have helped us with that when we were ordering. That aside as really like this place it is cool , the cocktails rock and the food is really different to the standard Vegas fare. The cost was slightly on the pricey side but is well worth it in my opinion.

Don’t let the “Gastropub” thing turn you off! This is great food prepared by “Chopped”Chef winner Jamal combined with a masterful wine/drinks program! Sit at the bar in front of the grill! The caviar fried egg is amazing! Who thought beets could be so good? Multiple, delicious small plates that can be followed by full scale entrees. Their unique wood fired grill produces great fish to steak, all served with delicious sauces and sides. Highly recommended!

The ambiance of the restaurant is average and we were placed next to another couple which was awkward. The waiter was not very timely with our service and seemed to be just moving from table to table with very little personality. The food was average. We had the bacon wrapped dates, ribs and bread. The bacon was undercooked. The ribs had a very sweet sauce that took away from the ribs flavor and the bread was huge so we left over half of it. The wsiter never cleared between servings and just left the bill.

When we ate here, and initially looked at the menu, we had no idea what to even order. The selections were odd to say the least. We ended up ordering Thai Ribs and Strip steak.... and they were both AMAZING... so good, so flavorful. The staff was so friendly and helpful, great service. Would certainly eat there again.

Libertine Social had one of the most interesting atmospheres of all the restaurants we tried during our weekend away, which made the dinner that much better. We had great cocktails, and almost all of the food we had we were able to share. Our group of four each ordered a meal, and had enough to taste a little bit of each! It was a little pricey, but worth the energy of the restaurant and the food were both worth the price.

Located off the Mandalay Bay casino between the lobby and the convention center. Had a great meat and cheese board with the best focaccia bread. The entrees were all delicious. Our party enjoyed the half chicken, veal cheeks skirt steak and filet. Service was good. Meal was very costly.

Sit at the bar and or near the walk way to be social! Have fun. We had the shrimp and grits and a couple glasses of wine. Delicious.

Made reservations for eight following the Michael Jackson One show. Excellent show by the way. We were seated fairly quickly. Very noisy area although nice atmosphere. Drink orders were placed but very slow coming out and I had to remind servers twice about my beer. Food selection was good. I had the cheese burger which was very tasty, juicy and served on a wood cutting board. Would say the food was good but drinks and meals were very pricy for the type of food. Nice experience and convenient for after the show but probably will not return.

We are frequent flyers with The Delano/Mandalay Bay/Four Seasons complex and we were tempted by an article in the in-room magazine to try the Black Truffle Pizza at the Libertine Social. We immediately loved the vibe with the Bohemian Americana art and a full-wall lit bar with an antique feel. It was a little loud for conversation.... but we did okay with just the two of us. Ben, our waiter was friendly and able to give recommendations of different plates we were in the mood for. He delivered tasty retro drinks served with an icy frothy topping to each. We chose the Black Truffle Pizza, the spicy Spare Ribs and the little Ahi Tuna cones with Creme Fraiche and chives. We would definitely order the first 2 again... the cones were pretty good but I think would be tastier on a flat bite where I could situate the flavors to mix. After we paid the bill, we ordered one more drink and enjoyed one more drink on the couches in the bar area. We love to try new places each time to Vegas and I think we just found a new return option!

Went to Libertine Social without a reservation on a whim. So glad we did. We go to Vegas every two years and eat at some very fine restaurants and I can honestly report that Libertine Social was one of the best meals I have had in Vegas. What a surprise. The food was spectacular. Wife had a chicken, I had the steak. We had appetizers and desserts....everything was top rate. Service was quick and courteous. I have not a single bad thing to say about this hidden gem.

This place is highly rated but you really have to wonder why. Although the ridiculously high prices people must pay might convince them it is something special, the food is mediocre at best and the service from the front of the house to the wait staff and table bussing persons were horrific. We ended paying $240 for a couple glasses of house red each, two blah appetizers pretending to be some sort of super trendy Paris meets Ho Chi Min haute cuisine, and one perfectly average hamburger we split. Quite honestly my wife and more than likely would have been better off with a cheap bottle of wine and a trip to McDonalds. The decor of the restaurant is one of the most blatant and misguided displays of mixed Americana dumpster diving that you could imagine. Not only do we have a Stratocaster display. Probably a Hard Rock castoff. But also a VT camp and canoe display, a really kitsch Rt 66 montage complete with phony bikers, a smattering of Hollywood and other framed posters all cheap replicas. To add insult to injury when I was literally choking on the nasty glass of wine the bus staffer walked up and asked if she could take my plate! Yes please, take it all away!
Awesome small plates and appys, drinks are pricey!
We met some customers here for snacks and drinks and the food was awesome, the pretzels with cheese was great as was the humus and pita! The wine by the glass was limited and was pricey at 18-21 a glass! Better to drink beer!
