Best meal in a long time

Best meal in a long time. Food, service and atmosphere top notch. We had filet and lollipop steaks...both fantastic. Same with tuna sticky rice thing. Our server Courtney was perfect balance of professional and friendly. Highly recommmended.

Birthday celebration

By World traveler S |

Went to celebrate my birthday with few friends. It was first time there for most of us and big disappointment. Food was mediocre at best, service slow and poor . $60 steak was overcooked - tough, dry salty and tasteless. No sides come with it, had to add for $14 extra each. Server didn’t do anything about complaint about steak, did not question why almost whole steak was left on my plate untouched and charged us full price with added gratuity. Birthday dessert was chocolate mousse which was awful also. Both presentation and taste. Longhorn does better job with steak for half the price. Do not recommend. There are much better options in Buckhead for same price point.

UPSCALE STEAK HOUSE

By Howard P |

Visited with family and grandkids. Valet parking. Reservations suggested. Trendy upscale contemporary décor. Bar area seating with live music tends to be very loud while non bar seating was quite enough for easy conversation. Our server DEXTER was excellent with good knowledge of menu, outstanding personality and engaged the grandkids. Steaks were excellent as was the hamburger. Sides are large and should be shared. Our mac and cheese with lobster was missing the lobster. Manager offered replacement and removed from bill and offered a free dessert. Highly recommend. Hope this helps.

50th birthday

We normally dine at Little Alley in Roswell. The vibe here is completely different. Younger, hipper & livelier. Food is always very good. It is a very expensive restaurant so be prepared. Have not been disappointed.

Like a Miami night club with good steaks

By World Traveler |

I’ve been a big fan of Little Alley’s in Roswell for years. Neat concept of a great steak house without the pretense. Great bourbon, wine, food and fun place to hang out. Well now they have moved that idea to Buckhead and dialed it way up. Very upscale place in a fantastic location between Ga 400 and Lenox. The outdoor bar was packed and super cool with a very swanky urban vibe. Great place to people watch and relax. Inside has one of the finest bourbon collections around. Sporting 25 year old Pappy Van Winkle for $2,000 for a 2 oz pour. That’s right kids 25 year old, not 20, not 23, but 25. Wine selection was great but very pricey. Service was on point and prompt. If you got the cash and love a great steak and want to see all the beautiful people in Atlanta , here you go. A place to see and be seen. Fun....but at a big cost. 6 people last night= $1,000 tab.

Lunch burger

By WTCA |

Went here for lunch after a meeting in a nearby office building. Everything was fine, but nothing was distictive. The burger was okay, the fries were okay but oversalted. Green beans were properly cooked, but again, too much salt. Here’s the problem, for that price, I want to be blown away even if it is just a burger. I’ll head for Shake Shak next time.

Awesome place

By George818 |

What an awesome place. Food was excellent. The Kobe carpaccio. Crispy lobster. Cowboy cut bone in rib eye. The wine list is amazing. The bar outside and inside just fabulous. What a great place. Loved it and will be back.

Must go

By Brent H |

This place is a must if you have never been. Cold water oysters. Roasted Bone Marrow. Wet and Dry aged steaks. Extensive Wine list and an obscenely well stocked bar. I don't think much more needs to be said. Thank You Lashon for a wonderful evening! We will definitely be back.

Top place but too pricey

By Roadster2015 |

Very good design and their terrace is well done. Bar, tables and seating couches are welcoming. Great bourbon variety, however two of our orders could not be delivered! Waitress was very polite, friendly, professional and did a great job in follow up and keeping the right focus at the table. The bill was a big surprise as it easily exceeded $200 with almost no food. A bit too pricey but will visit again.

Not Impressed

By rnelson2017 |

Before going to a club, we decided to have some drinks. I really wasn’t impressed. The waiters were kind of oblivious and took too long to serve the drinks. Just not my cup of tea.

Great atmosphere and even better steak!

By Rachel S |

Little Alley’s 2nd location opened in Buckhead early June & I have already been back 3 times because it was so good. Great food, drinks, & atmosphere! Highly recommend for any occasion: date night, business, girls/guys night out, family.

Disappointing Experience Due to Undisclosed Charges

By Jennifer B |

We chose Little Alley to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. While the food was good, it did not justify the high prices. We brought a custom birthday cake to enjoy after dinner and were surprised to be charged a $25 “cake fee” simply for eating a cake we provided. In addition, because our party included more than five people, we were charged a separate “service fee.” This was not gratuity. Neither of these surcharges is disclosed on their website, which felt misleading. Given the already premium pricing, these added fees were disappointing and left a bad impression. Diners should be aware of these extra charges before booking.

Off the charts good food and service

By ColumbusCharles_13 |

Just awesome food, awesome wait staff. They have an incredible menu for food and drinks. You will not be disappointed.

Perfect and Pricey

By MissMem |

This is a great place......fun atmosphere, great service, interesting offerings and very expensive. We were celebrating a birthday and a fabulous selection of dessert choices was gifted to the birthday guy. So, it was a wonderful evening, with great food. If you're watching your budget be sure you check their menu prices before calling for a reservation. And by the way, even with a reservation we waited half an hour to be seated.

Friends

By Dianne K |

What a major disappointment. From start to finish. We started with a wedge salad. The salad looked like they threw it on the plate with large hunks of blue cheese really bad. Then we ordered a bone in ribeye medium rare with mashed potatoes. The steak was rare and warm not hot with enough butter to sink a ship. I asked them to give me a dry plate without all the butter and make my steak medium rare. The potatoes were a mass of butter. The meal was awful. Plus the fact that this is a very pricy restaurant. We were 6 who will not be back.

Dinner with Friends

By JLB_ATL |

Came here on a Sunday evening for dinner. The place was fairly quiet and we had excellent service at the outside bar and inside dining room. The steaks were very good, love the garlic butter. We tried a number of side dishes and were not disappointed with any of them. Creme Brulee and cheesecake for dessert were great!!

Nice, but pricey

By Avinash G |

Went to Little Alley for the first time tonight. Heard many great things about the Roswell location and we decided to try it out the new Buckhead location on a Sunday night. Place is beautiful, well designed, with different rooms and a good vice both inside as outside. We ended up having the dry aged bone-in rib eye with a side of Brussels sprouts and creamed corn. The food was good, not great but can’t complain, yes it was good. The meat had a good flavor, the presentation (they bring your meat in an iron skillet and serve it on your plate) was nicely done, and the sides were good too. We just thought at the end of the night the tab being close to $300 for 2 people, who shared an appetizer, didn’t have dessert and only drank two champagnes and two cocktails, was on the high side. Our favorite in the city still is by far Kevin Rathbun’s Steak with Chop’s at a distant second. You can eat better steaks with a better vibe and for less money in those two places compared to Little Alley’s. Just don’t think we’ll go back to Little Alleys soon, with also so many other great steak houses in the city like Kaiser’s Chophouse, Hal’s and KR Steakbar too. Nice place though. Big assortment of whiskeys and bourbons if you’re into that.

It's a celebration!!

By Wade W |

The food was outstanding. Recommend the three steak offers. Triple Mac and Cheese, Spinach Brurlee, and Double Bacon Potato. Appetizer Wagu was also a hit. Service with Edie was outstanding.

Great Food, Great Service!!!

By Chandler J |

I loved my experience at Little Alley Steak! The service was quick and welcoming, the food was amazing, and the environment was classy and serene.

Excellence in Service and Food

By Angela H |

The whole dining experience was orchestrated for perfection by Evie whose confidence and knowledge about the menu and wines to steak preparation styles was quite helpful. She never let us want for anything and anticipated our every need. The ribeye was perfectly prepared and the sweet potato casserole was heaven. The Caesar salad we ordered to share was nicely divided on separate plates. Evie expertly aerated the Rombaur Zinfandel we selected and kept our wine glasses poured. Warm wet towels were provided.

24 h dinner - late!

By cantwait2sea |

We arrived after long delays on a Sunday evening, we closed the place but the staff was not at all pushy to finish up. Booth for 4 grownups was just fine and, we could hear each other perfectly. Service was great but then it wasn't at all overly busy. Our server Jessica was very good, she didnt write anything down, she knew the menus cold, both the extension wine list and spirits. They serve the sides family style, appetizers especially the cold shrimp and bone marrow were outstanding! All of us enjoyed one steak or another, mine was a NY strip, it did have entirely too much salt on it but other wize it was good. Anytime a restaurant adds the word "steak house" prices skyrocket, this was true for Little Alley but we ended hi ok yes our evening just the same, cheers! A

Second Try and Still Not Good

By Al M |

I tried Little Alley soon after they opened and it seemed really lacking in food quality and especially poor service. Fine dining prices but "fast casual" service. I would not have gone back, but a friend wanted to try for lunch so I reluctantly agreed. Food was just okay and service as bad as ever. Steaks relying on being drowned in butter for flavor. The chocolate cake dessert was so hard and dry, it was un-cutable and inedible. I arrived prior to our reservation and informed hostess and asked if my friend had arrived yet. She was too lazy to check the system and said "you can walk around and look". Needless to say, at this price point, I expected more. I won't be back and suggest trying Arnettes Chop House instead.

Weak Steak at a Steakhouse

By DavidEHewitt |

Steaks were poor. Which is the main event when you go to a steakhouse. Cocktails were weak too. The Mussels starter and wine was the only highlight. Good service too in terms of attitude, but knowledge/training was weak. Not worth the money and would not return.

Very, very nice

By ATLTravelDiva |

Went during lunch and was amazed at the decor. Great summertime hangout on the patio!! It was nice compared to the previous business that was in place. The bartender January was awesome. She made good drinks and gave good service. We were seated at our table and our server Mario was awesome. The food was really good! We ordered light eats... Appetizer was the shrimp ina very nice semi spicy sauce that was really good. One ordered the fish n chips, another had the lobster tails and I ordered the salmon sandwich. Really fresh and tasty meals. No complaints from the start to the end.

Top Shelf Service and Cuisine

By Sheri A |

Had the pleasure of dining at LAS with a group of concierge recently. We started off with the succulent seafood basket and continued with incredible Wagyu beef, lobster, crab, sides and a dessert medley. John and Khalid took incredible care to make the meal most memorable. As there are many steak houses to choose, LAS hits the must visit mark with it's sexy ambiance and over the top offerings. Major celeb sightings too as one popped his head into our room.

Good food and service

By Tamara M |

My husband and I dined at Little Alley Steakhouse for the first time and for my birthday dinner. The atmosphere is nice, maybe a little dark, but nice. The service was good, food was served promptly and our server was friendly. The food was good, nothing really stood out, but a place we would probably go back to in the future.

Lunch date

By Grace S |

We came in for lunch with my husband and our server Aziz made our experience exceptional. He recommended a few suggestions on appetizers, the beef carpaccio was so good. I ordered the sea bass and my husband had a burger and my son had the steak frites. I love how everything was prepared. Over all. Aziz made sure were having a great time and definitely made sure not to leave without a cheesecake to go. Thank you Aziz!!!

The Best Steakhouse

By Kida |

I love this steakhouse.. The service is great and the food is phenomenal! The Brussels Sprouts are my favorite!

"Birthday Dinner"

By craig1086 |

What can I say, this place amazes. First, make a reservation. Once you arrive, valet is complimentary, but if you want to tip them extra, cash app or cash. With warmer weather back, the outdoor patio & bar are back open as well to allow more guests. As far as food, we started with the duck spring rolls & the meatballs. Both good, but the spring rolls were just excellent. For drinks, we had the corpse reviver and a couple other drinks. Good & STRONG. For our main dishes, we of course got steak. My wife had the USDA prime cut ribeye, which she loved. I had the wet aged Ribeye, with blue cheese butter on top, and it was fantastic. One of the best steaks in Atlanta. For sides, we had mac & cheese, brussel sprouts, and the sweet potato casserole. All were delicious! And since it was my bjrthday, they brought me the creme brulee on the house! I dont even usually eat it, but it was divine. It's a Nice, cozy atmosphere that makes you want to linger. We'll be back for sure.

Steakhouse in Buckhead

By kbphotography85 |

I was in town for a work mtg and they had reservations for here. It's very nice and expensive. I don't eat steak, but I had the meatballs and some side dishes. The meatballs were great as well as the mac-n-cheese and truffle fries. The Lemon Drop cocktail was awesome, like drinking lemonade! Our server was very attentive and helped my coworkers pick a wine. Everything tasted delicious and we enjoyed our meals.

Girls Night

By nomari2015 |

This place would be a five star if it were anywhere other than a Buckhead. The vibe is great, the food is great, the service is pretty darn good. It’s just that.... there are so many truly great steak places in Buckhead, at comparable price points. We’ll see what this OTP favorite can do against the established old favorites in this fiercely competitive location.

Highly recommended

By TravelingFour2004 |

Food was outstanding. Setting was great. Service (Courtney) was even better. Great steaks in a warm atmosphere and really nice service without the attitude we often see in nice steak places.

SUB PAR for the price

By Angela P |

Very $$ for the food, was just sub par, our service was great however the food was not good, steak was unflavorful, My salad was ruinned w/ blue cheese dressing that i specifically asked NOT to put on it !!!!!!!

Wonderful Birthday

By Carmine P |

We have been to this restaurant twice. Both times have been wonderful. We started with two almost perfect manhattans. The oysters Rockefeller was very good. Not too rich. My ribeye was perfection. Charred outside with almost melt in your mouth inside. My wife’s shrimp was great too. Wonderful staff as well.

Amazing dinner, great staff

By Martha A |

The long review is on OpenTable. To summarize, great bar, beautiful restaurant, the food is delicious but it’s the staff that blew us away. M&M our two servers were so sweet, caring, knowledgeable, professional and simply nice people . The chef came to our table 3 time to talk food with a true foodie . I left there with a box of Maldon smoked sea salt .. a gift from the chef…. Thank you all for making our evening that much more special …. I’ll be back

Great meal, great service. Thanks to Vino and team for an amazing meal and service.

Just finished an amazing meal with our sales leadership team. Food was amazing. Service was even better. Thanks to Bini and team!

2.5 star experience at a 5 star price

By burkemm |

There is better food and better environments elsewhere for the same money. They need to focus less on the image and more on the product. I took my lady there with high hopes and we both left disappointed. First, the bartender said we had the wrong menu when I ordered a drink and the whiskey I wanted wasn’t on their menu. She then handed me their menu, which had the whiskey on it. Fine, I order a replacement which is a very, very common Irish whiskey. She cannot find it, grabs a more aged (and expensive) replacement, and bills me for it without so much as a comment. On to dinner. The food sounds great by description. When it comes time to deliver, however, the steaks are overcooked by 2 temperatures and the potatoes are somehow undercooked. Lastly, the environment. It was very loud and, apart from our waitress, the staff was disinterested and disengaged. If you are looking for a special steak dinner or a fancy night out, spend your money at Marcel at instead. I won’t be going back here anytime soon.

Amazing Experience

By Jason R |

What an incredible experience. The service was amazing. Thank you Evie - you were outstanding with your recommendations and your attention to every detail making a great experience. The way you coursed out the evening was marvelous. Started the evening off with cocktails and the delicious complementary bread and butter service. Appetizers were amazing. We selected the Oysters Rockefeller, the Korean Style Filet Mignon, the Roasted Bone Marrow Canoes, the Maine Lobster Bisque, and the Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail to start off the evening. All were amazing. For entrees we selected the 18 Oz Dry Aged Bone-In Lollipop Ribeye with Marrow Butter (steak was amazing) , the Roasted Pork Chop entree, as well as he Broiled Lobster Tail entree. For shareable sides we selected the Mac and Cheese and the Loaded Bake Potato. Finished off with the amazing Bread Pudding (to die for). Can’t wait to return for another breathtaking experience with the Little Alley Steak House team. Great job and highly recommended.

Best steak

By sanamchiney |

By far one of the best steakhouses in Atlanta. Amazing quality. It is expensive but worth every penny. This is a place that you keep on going back to. Amazing patio and bar. Exceptional ambiance. The one on Roswell road is also amazing but I like this one even better

Awesome meal

By Mdstrother |

Our steaks were the best I have eaten in over a year. The sides and the desserts were equally stellar, as was the service. Definitely the place to go in Buckhead!

Stylish Decor , Great Customer Service, Awesome Food

By CliffanyFriend |

So this place has been the talk of the town lately so of course I had to check it out. I must say my experience was everything! From the Customer Service, to the delicious food and stylish scenery, I was very impressed. I ordered the Prime New York Strip because I feel like you can’t go wrong with a New York strip. It was really tasty along with the classic sides of Creamed Corn, Potato Purée and Creamed Spinach Brûlée. The Spinach could have been a little better but that’s okay because maybe it just wasn’t for me. I also ordered a drink which I customized to my liking. I had Casamigos Mixed with Strawberry Purée and Lemonade I didn’t have any complaints. I will be returning in the future this is a new place for me to make it my Friday evening dinner spot. I’ve also told others about it because I’m confident that they will enjoy it in the same way I did.

First time here... AWESOME!!!

By msdet1529 |

First time here and in Buckhead for Aviation Business at Peachtree/ Dekalb airport and this place is packed for a Wednesday night. Our reservations were met at 7:30 for our Pre-Valentine’s Day dinner, and We were seated at nice table by the hostess and we were waited on by RYAN who was kind, friendly, nice conversation and on point with his great superb service!!! Starting us off was a bottle of 2016 Plumbjack Reserve Chardonnay, from the Napa region, which was smooth, nice earthy tones, light fruitiness flavor and well balanced!!! For starters, my love had the Shrimp cocktail, and I I had the roasted Bone marrow canoes. The shrimps were huge in size, nice, cold and fresh, pairing well with the wine. And the marrow was full of flavor, big as canoes, and the parsley salad that covered the marrow was a very nice flavorful addition!!! Yum!!! For the main course, we both had the wet aged steaks... a 8oz filet Mignon for my love and I had the 16 oz rib eye. Both steaks were grilled perfectly, and brought out on a hot pan with garlic cloves and a stem of rosemary. Both steaks were flavorful, tasty, and hitting the spot!!! Also two sides were ordered, with plenty of choices from the nice sized menu, we had the creamed corn and the crab and cheese baked potato. Both was outstanding with great taste, full of flavor and nice sized portion!!! Since my steak was 16 ounces, I had them reheat the 8 remaining ounces so I can enjoy a hot steak in which Ryan and the chef did with no issues. Thanks guys!!! Sorry, no room for dessert but the table next to us ordered the lava cake and the snickers cheese cake and it looked great and they couldn’t finish it!!! Overall, we sat in a beautiful main dining room with great lighting hanging from the high ceilings, abundance of wood, butcher blocks??? line the wall makes it a nice attractive wall decor. Impressive wine list and wine room with an attractive fully stocked bar. Another rear dining room with also nice lighting, is a must see!!! Super service from Ryan... best of luck to you!!! We will be back!!! Delish!!!🍽🍽🍽🥩🥩🥩♥️♥️♥️ Annie and Mike

A turned up classic steakhouse. Could do more for social distancing

By NC10 |

Everything we ordered was delicious! The service was also what you would expect from a high-end steakhouse. I was, however, a little disappointed with the social distancing measures. Their staff all wore masks but the tables felt way too close together. We were glad we had an early dinner so we could get out of there before it got too crowded.

Slobs eat elsewhere.

By Bob H |

What a wonderful gem. The food was outstanding, the service was impeccable. No hovering over the table, but always seemed to be around when you wanted to order. Requested a quieter table and they accommodated. One of the most pleasant aspects of the evening was their dress code. What a delight it was to not see ball caps on backwards, T-shirts,and ripped jeans.

By far my favourite restaurant

By Roadster2015 |

excellent service provided. Daniel and Brianna are just two of the best servers I have ever met in US restaurants. Thank you

Went for drink and stayed for dinner

By Jeff F |

We met friends at the bar for drinks and kept the bar table for dinner. My wife and I shared a bone in strip, brussels and potato. Great meal and the bar had a fun vibe and great people watching. We'll come back

Bottom of my list for top-end Atlanta steakhouses

By richfromreynolds |

Dined early Saturday evening. Where to start? Music is way too loud for fine dining restaurant as everyone was having to shout at each other at a table for 6. Steaks were OK, but poor for the price. Fish was dry as it was overcooked. Sides were ok except for the mac and cheese which was excellent. We brought our best wines and were happy to pay the corkage fee. But I guess you get to refill your own wine ( as we did) if you don't buy their wine? The evening was topped off when getting the check. A service fee ("tip") was on the check which I normally don't see at fine dining for 6 - but I was fine with that until the server (when brining the charge slip after I provided the credit card) pointed out that there was a 18% service charge and that I could tip more by adding an additional tip amount. At that point, I should have asked if I could enter a negative amount for an overpriced experience. But I thought better and decided I was just chalk it up to experience. We always like to try new places and Little Alley will be one that will not get a second chance.

WHAT A NICE PLACE

By Wesstone |

Went to Little Alley for the first time. The did wonderful job with the interior space and the patio was a great place to enjoy our dinner. The food was excellent and the service top notch.

Solid 5 Stars! Excellent Bourbon selection as well as extensive wine list and EXCELLENT food!

By RknRon |

All the guys that go to the Super Bowl on our annual trip pick a local steakhouse and have at it. This year, Little Alley made the cut and didn't disappoint. We had the 9:30 pm reservations and drank from their extensive bourbon/whiskey/scotch selection while waiting. Our waitress made spot on suggestions for food as well as wine. Service exceeded our expectations and the food was fantastic! If I am ever back in Atlanta, this will be a dinner stop.

Little Alley in Buckhead

By Pam L |

This is definitely a Singles meeting place. It is visually beautiful, very California contemporary. However, it is so loud that u have to shout to be heard. Our waiter kept apologizing because we couldn’t hear her, tho she was shouting, and she even said she couldn’t hear herself. We had a party of 4 young women next to us who were incredibly loud and drinking too much. Several tables complained about them, including us, but nothing was done to remedy the situation. We go out often and I have never seen women who were this loud and obnoxious. Our waiter said we would be compensated with a bottle of wine, but of course, that didn’t happen. The Manager came by after the women left to see how our dining experience was and we told him. He just said, “I wish I had known”. The food was good, but not exceptional. We all agreed that it is not a place we would think of to return to, given the other exceptional restaurants in Atlanta. The prices r comparable with Bones and Chops, but the atmosphere is NOT. It u want a quiet, romantic dinner this is not the place to go.

Awesome Experience

By Michael F H |

Boy did I get an education of steaks. Both interesting and informative. Just when you needed to know the difference between wet, dry and aged steaks. Rarely can you try all 3 at the same time.

Little Alley Steakhouse, not little, not just steak!

By Debbie W |

My husband and I recently visited the new Little Alley Steakhouse in Buckhead. The ambiance began outside with the lovely little patio. The waiter, Craig, was very prompt and professional, well-versed in the menu and able to make the slight changes we preferred to our order without having to check with the Chef. Our food, Salmon for my husband, and chicken for me, arrived in a decent amount of time while the restaurant was quite full. My husband loved the Salmon, the only complaint was that there wasn't more of it. My chicken literally melted in my mouth! Simple, and delicious. Even the green beans were perfectly cooked, not half raw! I finished with a perfect cup of cappuccino. The meals were slightly high for lunch (but within expectations for Buckhead) at about 20.00 each. We were very pleased, and we will return.

Amazing dining experience

By JohnPatsi |

Absolutely amazing location with incredible food! We had a 40 ounce porterhouse rare plus, which was absolutely one of the best steaks I’ve ever had in my life. We also had a variety of appetizers from bone marrow to Mac and lobster, two tuna tartare. The wine list was extensive and paired well with the food. The best part of the experience was our server Jeff who was absolutely delightful. Guided us correctly. We had a evening we will not to forget. I would definitely go back again

SO GOOD!!

By Beth F |

This place is amazing! The food is so good both seafood and steak. I had a variety of foods and nothing disappointed me. We never even made it to dessert because we were so full. I would recommend the meatball appetizer and if you can swing it the Wagyu steak appetizer as they are heavenly. Also, the sea bass was so buttery and delicious. I can not wait to go back and try many other things on the menu although I am sure nothing beats what we have already tried.

Fabulous Steak Dinner!

By peggyb1957 |

Our group of 12 greatly enjoyed the wait staff, the service, the fantastic wines, the wonderful appetizers and the delicious steaks! Seasoning was perfect, everyone's steak was done to their liking. Deserts were also impressive! A fabulous evening!

Best meals in a long time

By Rachel Klayman |

This was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Atmosphere was romantic and stunning. Nina, our waitress was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Couldn’t have asked for better! And the food … oh my goodness. We split the cowboy cut ribeye, with corn casserole and baked potatoes. All of it was absolutely incredible. Some of the best meats and sides I’ve had in a very very long time. 10/10 experience, must do in buckhead

Great Lunch Spot

By Kevin |

I go here regularly for lunch and it is a great place to eat. The steaks are by far the best in Atlanta. Service is sometimes rushed but food is always good.

Go, eat, chill, repeat

By John Palmieri |

OK kids, hang on to your hat, it's a real live, right before your very eyes 5 star review. You gotta earn one of these suckers! So the misses and I head over to the mall (man that's just so 80's). After the obligatory clothes shopping thing, time to eat! We had eaten at Little Alley in Roswell, let's try here in the Buckhead. So let's see if we can check off all the boxes. Great decor - check Polite, thorough, attentive, non-annoying waitstaff - check Great vibe - check They know a "rare" tuna steak means rare - check Real linens, no paper towels - check Validated my parking - check Cost's a lot and I feel like I got my money's worth - check Wife liked it too - check I win, I win! Go, eat, chill, repeat!

Amazing!

By Kelly |

We didn’t make a reservation and assumed we would have a wait but didn’t mind because it was date night and we were going to have drinks at the bar. Quoted 2-2 1/2 hour wait. No matter-we made our way to the bar. Victoria was our bartender and she was amazing! I wanted a caiprioska which she had never made before but we spent a couple minutes googling the recipe and she gave it a try and it was perfect!!! Lots of good people watching. This is definitely a high end place that attracts people with lots of money. (When we left there was a rolls Royce SUV pulling up-they start at 325k 😳) Called to our table after 1 hour and 45min. So worth the wait! We had the truffle fries as an app(they were on the sides menu). For dinner:hubs ordered the ribeye and he said it was “awesome” and we’re picky about steaks lol. I had the small filet with blue cheese butter-soooo good!! For sides we ordered scalloped potatoes-best I’ve ever had!!! And creamed spinach-yum too. Didn’t do dessert because I was full but have heard great things about that too. I want to try the Roswell location just for reference. Hurry and go here!

A Lobster Appetizer That Broke the Bank and a Mysterious Cocktail Upcharge

By Voyager24290119258 |

I visited Little Alley Steakhouse with high hopes, eager to try their cuisine and enjoy a night out. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by deceptive pricing and questionable cocktail charges that left me feeling disappointed and duped. To begin, I ordered a lobster appetizer that was listed on the menu for just over $30. Imagine my shock when I received the bill and discovered that I was charged a staggering $110 for this dish. The cost was simply unjustifiable. Eager to share this tasty treat with my companion, we ordered a second plate, only to be charged $220 for the two appetizers. This pricing discrepancy transformed what could have been a delightful dining experience into an infuriating ordeal. The troubles did not end there. I decided to order a red sangria from the cocktail menu. To my dismay, I discovered that I had been upcharged by $4 for the addition of St. Germaine, an ingredient I did not request. To make matters worse, I could not even detect the distinct flavor of St. Germaine in my drink. It left me questioning the integrity of the establishment. Overall, my experience at Little Alley Steakhouse was nothing short of disappointing. The deceptive pricing on the lobster appetizer and the unrequested addition to my cocktail have left me with no desire to return. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this restaurant to others. If you choose to dine here, be prepared to scrutinize your bill closely and brace yourself for possible unpleasant surprises.

Lovely surroundings and tender, mouth-watering steaks were the best! The finest wines and spirits and a friendly, knowledgeable staff. We didn't want to wait, so we sat at the bar and enjoyed excellent service and suggestions from Julie, John, and Oscar(sp?). An excellent meal and a very pleasant dining experience-thank you! We'll be back!

Birthday dinner

I visited for a birthday dinner. Valet services was great I was greeting and remember by name at the end to pick, services provided was outstanding made me fill like repeated guests and this was my first time. Atmosphere was lovely , staff was friendly. My steak can use some work, I felt has if I was eating a steak from longhorn steakhouse. Was a little disappointed I didn't take a picture because the presentation was not up the standard. Now my salad and everything else was nice. The dessert was on point. Overall the restaurant was lovely. I will revisit for a redue.

No longer worth raving about....

By Temiekam |

I ranted and raved about this place with pure joy when I heard they were opening in my neighborhood. The first visit was awesome. Customer service was great, food hot and fresh and ambience superb. Fast forward to November when I took my mom for her bday...service was subpar and disappointed. You would think I'd learn my lesson. Today a few friends of mine decided to have lunch here....BIG MISTAKE. We arrived around 11:45 am, place was busy at all. Since we are quite familiar with the menu we needed no time to order. We ordered a lemon drop which came warm and unsweet (I asked for extra syrup), rockefeller oysters were lukewarm, My filet had to be sent back THREE times due to the cook unable to make my steak the way I asked. The manager actually thought he was going to have the cook throw my steak that I had already cut into back on the fire and cook. This was the LAST time I set foot into this place. I will no longer suggest LASH to anyone. Major disappointment.

Great Dinner

By bill r |

Just had our anniversary dinner at the Buckhead Little Alley. I'm from Chicago, love the Chicago steakhouses and am a g huge fan of Hals in the ATL. Let me tell you, Little Alley can hang with the best of the great steakhouses. It may even be a step above! Our food was fabulous. Steaks and sides were perfect! Our server, Nuri, was attentive and informative. Highly recomend!

Flash & Pizzaz With High Prices

By Dealmaker752 |

Due to the fact that the original Little Alley Steak House in Rosewell,GA has such a great reputation we decided to try out the new Little Alley Steak House in Buckhead. Allot of serious money was put into the restaurant from its 2 past tenants. The Saturday night awe dined was a mob scene of young and flashy with the Bentley's,Ferrari's, Merceds all line up in from. The food was poor at best. I do believe the kitchen could not get the food out fast enough. My lamb chops were raw. Our green bean side order had human hair mixed in with the beans. The mushroom risotto was like eating glued oatmeal. The steaks were way over salted and the salmon was as dry as leather. Our server Mario was timid and pushy. When we asked for some bread he snapped back, "you will get the bread when I put the order in.Not the answer we were expecting in a high end steak house. Prices are very steep. The lady that served the salads and entrees got them all mixed up! Foe the money their are better steakhouses in Atlanta that pride themselves in good quality food and good service. The cheese cake for dessert was the best part of the meal.

Get the Dry Aged, Bone-in

We had drinks at the outside bar, nice and comfortable, It has great borbon selection and great dirty martini. We then went inside and had dinner. The bone-in, dry aged was awesome.

Discriminated against at Little Alley Buckhead

By kelvin f |

I went to the Buckhead location at some point last summer. I was advised that I wasn't going to be allowed entry after being told that my shoes were against the dress code. By the way I'm a middle-aged black man. I didn't complain even though I had eaten there several times in the past with the same exact shoes on I just left because they're only a hundred other Steakhouse in Atlanta that would be happy to have my money. I'm leaving I saw a party of six to seven white people entering three of which have this same type shoes on and two of them the exact same color is mine. I pointed this out to the gentleman working the door and he told me I still couldn't get in. I felt like I was being discriminated against when I was advised that I was being declined entry because I had the same attire as white people that were being allowed to enter the restaurant. I asked for manager and they just been working the door got on his radio and said that he would call for one. After waiting a few minutes he came back and said the management said they can see you on the cameras upstairs and they're not coming down and I need to leave. Well obviously maybe in the seven figure earner that I am we'll just eat anywhere else in Atlanta where they'll be happy to take my money. As I was leaving I asked the ballet is this something that happens normally and he said this is very normal especially for African Americans at this restaurant. He said it really puts us in an awkward position because you just tipped us and now you're getting your car back 2 minutes later after being denied entry. He said we work on tips so it just makes us really uncomfortable. I told him it wasn't a big deal he could keep the $20. I'm leaving this review to let other African Americans know that if you decide to patronize this place there's a chance that even after making it reservations you still won't be able to get in nor will management talk to you. I decided to leave a review here after being a Google review because a large group of friends are networked with were talking about going down there tomorrow night and I just advised them that some of our African American members in our group may not be allowed to enter and I will not be patronizing this place. Until Little Alley decides to formally apologize to me and pay for myself and my wife's dinner I will continue to share my experience with others because nobody has time for these little games. You all saw what happened to Houston's on Lenox road.

They had a salt fest on everything

By Gina B |

Visited this location a few times an outside of my 1st time the food has NOT been good at all, the service and staff are great but not the food. I ordered the meatballs for an appetizer, so much salt you couldn't taste the flavor of the meatball. For dinner ordered the $61 filet, brussel sprouts au gratin potatoes, every thing always taste like they poured a bucket of salt on it and my steak was not cooked correctly. Sent everything back and explained that it was really salty and I just knew it was going to come out perfect....NOPE...it was still a salt fest happening in the kitchen. They need to get it together or stop with the outrages pricing because I have had much a better steak and food for much less and it didn't raise my blood pressure.

Outstanding food and service.

Food and service were amazing. We were delighted to meet managers Yousef and Jamie. Service by Tyler and bartender Pierce was outstanding! Don’t miss a chance to eat here.

Birthday celebration

By Steve |

I came to celebrate my 59 birthday. A young guy who said he was the general manger asked me to take my shirt off as he deem it a hoodie. I have been to this locate 12+ times and was treated great. Then they tried to seat us by the bathroom we asked for a new seat and were moved. As we tried to share are complaints to the general manager he too offense and told us to leave and was going to bring in security we just left. We spent $75 on drinks before dinner and valet. I was humiliated as this was our favorite restaurant I will be hitting up on social media to share how poor I was treated.

Condescending upsell waiter

By franmom |

The more we look back on our experience with this place the worse it gets. I have never had a more rude, condescending waiter in my life. Started off with a 10 minute lecture on the history of beef (at least get us a drink before you lecture us please). It went downhill from there. He shamed us into buying every upscale thing on the menu to the point that he went to the other side of the table and tried to convince our young adult kids to buy a $300 bottle of wine. They didn’t fall for that but did end up with six sides between the four of them. $800 for four people. Never have I felt so ripped off in my life for what was a mediocre meal at best. To top it off, the tip was included but he let us know we were welcome to leave more. No thank you. If you have money to burn and like to be talked down to...this your place. For us, never again. Left a very bad taste in our mouths.

Solid steak and service though a bit pricey

By EvadKnat |

The place is gorgeous, outside on the large patio and inside the restaurant. Four of us had dinner and four of us had only one very minor complaint - bread service is "upon request" (though when mentioned after dinner, the server confessed they had run out). All of us thought it was the best steak we'd had in a long time. The sides were great and shareable. The server was efficient and personable. Now to the price, dinner before tax and tip was right at $400.00, after tax and tip, we spent about $600.00. (We brought in two bottles of wine in and and paid $25 a bottle for the corkage fee.) A couple of bottles of wine bought from the restaurant would set you back another couple of hundred bucks. As the title of the review says, Little Alley is a bit pricey. But, good, very good.

High end steakhouse delivers in a unique but business-friendly environment

By DanTheMan |

This restaurant is in the middle of a large, intown business center. For this reason, there were many, many professionals dining and having drinks, but it is not the place for a romantic evening out. Still, the food was prepared fresh and was delicious. The service was outstanding, as one would expect in such a restaurant. There are better options for dinners that are not more business oriented, but this steakhouse does have an outstanding location and it is not in a shopping mall, as some nearby options are.

Steak as Good as Lugers....Wonderful Service

By Viknd |

Yes this place is expensive, but i have generally found with steakhouses that you get what you pay for. The preparation and how they age the steaks is truly unique, and i think leads to a delicious flavor to the Prime Beef. Our table of 7 was very impressed with several of the menu items such as (1) special porterhouse for 2-3 (Fed 3 of us easily), incredibly thick and flavorful, cut for us (like Lugers) pricey ($150) but worth it; (2) lobster tails were incredible; (3) Oysters Rockefeller were delicious; (4) best au gratin potatoes I’ve ever had; (5) kids loved the Mac n Cheese Lobster; (6) the extensive and well thought out wine list and cocktails (great Bloody Mary). Dexter our waiter was excellent and was very knowledgeable, attentive, and great with Kids.

Wonderful atmosphere

By tracey w |

We came here on a without a reservation (dinner hr had just started) we had no trouble being seated. I was very delighted, since we had planned on dining here for weeks. We both had the aged Filet mignon bone in; nicely prepared. My only complaint is that it was not really hot, just luke warm. I think it has a lot to do with the thickness-about 2” and I requested it medium rare. Lobster Mac! Excellent!!!!!!! Large chunks of lobster and the portion is a enough for two 👍🏼 and the asparagus was grilled just right. Overall the meal was great, drinks were good and the prices for the steaks in my opinion are steep. Next time, I will try a different aged steak that is thinner.

Outstanding food and environment

The steaks here are amazing, service excellent. The out door bar is great to relax in. Car valet is included. This has become a place to visit often. Entertaining for business also is a place to be.

Just because

By Stacie A |

Little Alley Steakhouse at Lenox never disappoints. We arrived ahead of our reservation and was seated immediately. The valet team, front of the house, and our server, Randle operated in pure excellence. I also think a manager come to our table to inquire of our experience. That's ALWAYS a big YES with me. Our food was absolutely magnificent. Our server, Randle was attentive and knowledgeable about the off-menu renderings as well as our wine choices. It was a lovely experience.

Great food in a Great setting

By michael p |

The addition of a Buckhead location in addition to the Roswell location is wonderful. Not only is this some of the best steaks in Atlanta but the setting is magnificent. I was worried that they would be snobish in the new setting but the wait staff was the same friendly and helpful group.

They serve bull too!

By Wayne L |

A group of 8 of us had dinner at Little Alley Steakhouse early on Sunday night, 8/4/2019. When we were seated the room was nearly empty. It looked to be a nice room, but it was very dark. It became extremely loud as the room filled making conversation with others on our table near impossible and challenging for the persons right next or directly across from you. Menu choices you would expect in an upscale steakhouse and they have an extensive wine list. Aside from the annoying "I gotcha" responses we constantly got from our server, the people that worked there were professional, friendly and attentive. Fine dining establishments usually hire servers that are well spoken. At first endearing, but as the evening progressed it became obvious that she didn't "have us", then it became irritating. Though our server was very personable, unfortunately she missed an order of lobster, special instructions on a few of the dishes and even showed me her scratch pad trying to prove she took the temperature correctly. How would I know if she punch the kitchen order ticket in correctly? And besides, as a customer I didn't care whose fault it was...just apologize and fix it! To her credit she promptly summoned her manager. I ordered the grilled tofu steak because I am a vegan. It was the worst! Dry and tasteless except for the charred meat taste, I could not eat it. The bed of brussel sprouts was just steamed with no seasoning at all. I guess it's my fault to expect a decent vegan meal at a steak house. But you would think with the prices that they charge their chef would take some time to learn how to make their one and only vegan entree on their menu palatable. And placing a bullet of Hoisin sauce on the plate does not cut it! Further evidence of the chef's apathy or maybe he is just devoid of imagination and creativity? My son's ribeye steak was not a ribeye cut and was done medium-well, while he ordered it medium-rare. I spoke to the manager and he claimed that it was in fact a ribeye and it looked different because their butcher removes the Cap of Ribeye (the thin muscle also called the spinalis dorsi). Not always being a vegan I thought, who the heck would trim off the best part of a ribeye steak? Perhaps it could be my lack of knowledge about Georgian cuisine? I let it pass. My son did not want to return and reorder his steak nor did the manager offer. So after the manager left I looked over at my daughter-in-law's ribeye steak (she order the exact same cut). Her ribeye had the Cap on it! What bunch of bull...so I guess meat and milk are not the only things from cows they serve here. All the side dishes were just okay. Keep in mind that everything is ala carte and that means for the entree price all you get is the slab of meat, nothing else. Some of my party seemed to enjoy the bread and butter. It was unusual and disappointing that not a single one of my party raved about their meal. The manager did comp the lobster that we ordered as an appetizer that was lagging. It arrived after the majority were done with their entrees. So the best thing that I had coming out of the experience at Little Alley Steakhouse was the company we had, the celebration of my son's diploma by the waitstaff (I left an extra 20 for that) and the fact that I didn't have to pay $19.95 for a dried up foul tasting slab of tofu. Now retired, I have over 30 years in Food and Beverage management, much of it in fine dining. My perception is that Little Alley Steakhouse is over priced, in need of some personnel changes and/or retraining . You would do better to look elsewhere...so many great restaurants in Atlanta!

Great food, Great service, Great ambiance

By fritzylaurent |

My first time dining at Little Alley while visiting Atlanta was a great experience. The ambiance, decor and greeting on first contact was satisfying. The constant cleaning of the table of crumbs or water stains was welcomed. I had oysters, wet aged rib eye, mash potatoes-amazing. sampled grouper, string beans, mushrooms, brussel sprouts from my family-amazing. we all shared bread pudding, creme brulee, and chocolate cake-amazing. The drinks were on point. Our hostess/server Shay was THEE BEST. This restaurant wont disappoint.

Tried it three times...and likely, the last time.

By Amanda C |

Our only good experience at Little Alley was a Sunday evening. So perhaps, keep that in mind should you decide to go. When they're busy, the food is sub-standard as is the service. Our steaks were lukewarm and the sides were barely room temperature. The main dining room is very loud with annoying techno type music. The one good experience we had was on a Sunday when they weren't very busy and we dined in the front dining area. But the other two visits were Saturdays and just not worth the price for mediocre food and service. Plus, the manager who came by could have cared less. So disappointed. Plus their corkage fee is $50 and for those of us who have nice cellars and enjoy our wine when dining out, that price is more New York, London or Sydney prices...not Atlanta. Too bad, because we live only a couple of blocks away....

Good place for dinner with colleagues

By Edward-A A |

I have a dinner with my colleagues in this high end restautant in Buckhead. The design and atmosphere of this steakhouse are great. It has a separate semi open area for the bar, a small indoor bar, and an indoor dining area. There are also a few private rooms at the second floor for group dinners. The menu, especially the choice of the meat, is extensive. The same applies for the wine list too. The service offered by the server is great and the waiting time for food is totally reasonable.

Great food, but not as good as Little Ally Steakhouse in Roswell

By Cliff S |

I arrived at 6:45PM for a 7:00PM reservation on Aug 30th. Our reservation was booked on Opentable several weeks ago and was confirmed with a phone call earlier in the day. The hostess could not find my reservation. I spelled my name for her twice. She then rudely declared the I was late (for a 6:00PM reservation) and consequently my reservation had been cancelled. After showing the hostess my OpenTable reservation for four people at 7:00PM on my phone, they found me a table. I have since receive a cancellation from the restaurant for my original 7:00PM reservation. The hostess staff are unorganized and rude. Not at all the type of experience we enjoy in Roswell. The food and waitstaff were outstanding. The atmosphere is very unique and cool. The clientele seems to be much younger that the Roswell crowd.

Excellent steaks and wine

By Rosen A |

A very accommodating restaurant with delicious food and a great wine selection. I took a ribeye which came perfectly cooked, the California wine was one of the best I have ever tasted. Really enjoyed the dinner and highly recommend it for any good occasion, budget to be observed though.

Worst Steakhouse Experience in ATL

By Aaron |

Came here for a Christmas celebration. Had a group of 14 family members and it was the worst dining experience of the year. Service was extremely slow and often confused. We were there for over 3 hours and didn’t even order dessert. Steaks weren’t cooked to order and were not hot when arriving. Fire alarm went off during our meal and no apology from the management staff. Definitely will not be returning here. Many other better steakhouses in ATL.

Good lunch. Fantastic dessert.

By Maria G |

Marinated hangar steak sandwich at Little Alley Steakhouse was very little steak on very large bread. My girlfriend’s filet mignon was huge. The spinach brûlée was delicious. We had to ask for bread while it was brought to another table. Spotted Trotter bacon chocolate bar was fantastic. It was delicious.

Awesome experience but highly overpriced

By Roadster2015 |

We had some great food and the service was just great. Our server was by far the most well trained one and with a good personality. He knew the whole menu inside out and could guide as correctly, to meet our preferences. Music is very cool, design contemporary and the patio also nice, even though the street noise is too much. Even though it is a very good restaurant, the prices are way to high for the value received. Mainly corporate business and not so much for private escapes.

High End Steak in a relaxed atmosphere

By Ramblinreck199 |

Little Alley was a perfect location from our hotel in Buckhead for our 20th anniversary dinner. It was surprisingly relaxed in terms of dress and decor. But honestly that was a pleasant surprise and welcomed on my part since I am not a stuffy kind of person. I was blown away with the steak of course. But every a la carte side option was even better. The Green Beans, Asparagus,Twice-Baked Potato and the best one was the Lobster Mac-n-Cheese was THE best I have ever had! Interestingly we were given a desert as it was our anniversary. As my wife and I were so stuffed we were not even thinking about desert but I'm so glad they did. The custard they brought out served two people but we were fighting over it! The texture was velvety and I promise you I would order it again even if I had to pay for it! My only suggestion (not even a complaint) was they focused on wine as a choice beverage. Understandably its a great value both the restaurant and patron and pairing wine is expected in a steakhouse. However I had to ask for beer choices for myself. As it turns out their beer choices there were more than adequate with the food served. Make sure you visit this restaurant and you will not be disappointed.

Delicious food, even though lacking true Southern hospitality

By Jill McDonald |

The food is absolutely delicious. One of the best steaks we have ever had. Extensive wine list. Very chill, moody vibe inside. Our server was wonderful and very helpful in ordering and attentive. That being said, you need to keep a few things in mind before you choose to dine here… ~They do require a CC to hold a reservation, which if you do not show, they will charge $50/person. ~They have a very strict dress policy~My husband was stopped at the door, unknowingly wearing a nice Oakley pullover with a hood, and was told he had to remove it before entering. This was fine, this is their establishment and they may set the rules. However, this was done, not in a kind, understanding, true warm Southern way, but very rudely. This was not a good first impression. ~The steaks are high end so high priced, the sides are an extra cost but shareable for 2-3 people, and for our party of 5 they did automatically take out a 20% tip. You may want to review the menu prior and order according to your budget.

Most expensive worst meal I have ever had.

By Richard Riggs |

Most expensive worst meal I have ever had. Ordered the 12 oz bone in filet medium rare. Came out blue steak rare. Sent it back. Still came out blue rare. Asked them cautiously to take it just up to medium rare as ordered. Came out medium. Was told manager was alerted to situation yet manager never even came to speak with us. We won’t be returning. Ever. Also, I do not recommend the garlic butter on your steak. Our family loves garlic, and butter, yet this was horrific. Tastes very bad and way overpowering. Wish someone had warned us. Too many good steak houses in Atlanta to spend that amount of money here.

Great choice

By Roadster2015 |

After a few not so perfect visits, we went again and had a great time. We were pleased with the service overall and the small bites we tasted

Terrific Service & Mostly Great Food

By Raffaella |

Went for a little celebratory dinner with one of my best friends. Steakhouses are our jam and we decided to take this one for a spin. Went on a Thursday and it was packed. Arrived early so had a drink at the outside bar while waiting. Bartenders were good and attentive. I did have to go in to ask about the table even though the host knew we were at the bar. Were seated I think about 20 minutes after our reservation time. Our server Briana (sp?) was terrific. Attentive but not overwhelming. The apps (oysters, tartare, lobster tail) were phenomenal. My friend had the tomahawk which was delicious. I had the ribeye. Both were cooked perfectly to temp but could have used some more attentive trimming prior to cooking. A bit more sinew and extraneous fat than one would expect at that price point. The mac and cheese could have been good but was totally overwhelmed by the needless addition of red bell pepper. Bearnaise sauce was pretty average. It's a beautiful restaurant but the band (2 women singing) needed to go. Apparently they play regularly but they were average at best at it detracted from the atmosphere a bit. Desserts were also sub par. The cheesecake started out ok, but then tasted almost freezer burnt. Creme brulee was just ok. I wouldn't order dessert again.

The best Steakhouse ever!

By Lois K |

We went for our anniversary and received impeccably attentive service by Saji. Everything he recommended was excellent. The lobster mac n cheese, cognac shrimp, oyster rockefeller, brussel sprouts and the tomahawk steak with truffle butter was of the highest quality. I would definitely recommend this place and will be returning.

Poor service

By S P |

The dinner was awful. The bread plate was taken without asking. As was my daughter’s Brussels sprouts. There were bugs flying around my daughter’s salad and landing on her plate inside. My other daughter complained of the same thing with her food. My husband ordered two drinks and was fully convinced there was no alcohol in either of them. They never offered us a dessert menu and brought out this small disgusting pudding for my birthday. It didn’t look good and my two kids who took a bite both said it wasn’t good and didn’t eat the rest in spite of it being so tiny. At which point I just asked for the check had planned to order several desserts and my husband wanted a coffee but when you bring a terrible bday dessert and never offer a dessert menu I was fed up.

Bone-in Filet, delicious!

By Ellen H |

We tried Little Alley Steak on Friday night and it was great. The atmosphere is neat. There are 2 bars to choose from, if you want to sit at the bar. We had a reservation and were seated at our table right away. Dexter took very good care of us. He explained the difference in Wet and Dry Aged steaks. We had the special, a bone-in Filet and it was delicious. We tried several sides, my favorite was the mushroom risotto. We will come back here again.

Celebrating Milestones

By Yankeegal2015 |

I had been hearing great things about the steaks at Little Alley Steakhouse. The opportunity presented itself to celebrate a co-worker’s milestone and have lunch at Little Alley. The ambiance was nice and our waiter was very knowledgeable about the origin of the steaks and provided great recommendations. I chose the dry-aged (they also have wet-aged) Ribeye cooked medium well. I LOVE a great steak especially if it’s cooked to my liking. The steak was great and I requested it to be charred with a crust on the top. The crust was perfect but it was undercooked. I was a little disappointed but did not send the steak back. It was a still a great tasting steak so I won’t give a terrible review. Just wished it was cooked to my request. The sides were a la carte and plenty to share. The garlic spinach and au gratin potatoes were hits but not so much the creamed corn. Dessert was very good. We had the vanilla bean creme brûlée and the warm chocolate cake. I would give Little Alley another try. I have to admit the crust on that steak was unforgettable.

Excellent time

By Kelsey K |

Rose was AMAZING. Such a fantastic waitress. She made our experience so much fun. She was very educated and explained the steaks so well. She helped us make informed decisions. Can't wait to come back again!

Awesome place!

By Hunter R |

I took my nephew here to celebrate the end of his college semester and we were blown away! The valet at the Grand Hyatt recommended Little Alley and we loved it. There is an outside area with a young and vibrant vibe but we went inside and ate at the bar. The atmosphere was great as I would expect on a Friday night with a great band. The food: Ny Strip steak, lobster tail and Waygu beef meatballs were just amazing, This is a new favorite restaurant and a place to go regularly or for a special occasion.

Amazing Experience

By Tami Roman |

Continuing my food tour of fine dining steak houses in Atlanta, GA and Little Alley is definitely at the top of my list. SERVICE: From the convenient valet parking to the hostess, servers, bartenders... everything was A1. AMBIENCE: High end but not stuffy. Comfy booth seats excellent for big groups. FOOD: EXCELLENT! Try the Japanese Wagyu which isn't on the menu, so request it. All items were perfectly cooked, seasoned and nice portions. PRICE: Comparable to other fine dining steakhouses

Very nice steakhouse

By lucyismydog |

Went for a friend’s birthday dinner. Great bar with live music. Our waiter was excellent and the food was top notch. I will return. The sea bass is delicious. I’m the oddball that orders fish at a steakhouse but this doesn’t disappoint. Very nice place to celebrate special occasions.

Houston’s is Better & Less Expensive!

Mediocre steaks at this steak house. Houston’s makes a much better filet mignon. Another person at our table ordered a filet mignon and ended up with a ribeye. Service was average.

African American Guest please read

By kelvin f |

I eat that little Alley Steakhouse all the time with my exotic car club however my visit tonight with my African American family was a lot different. I was turned away because I was wearing flip-flops with dress shorts and a golf polo shirt. This is what I normally wear in the spring and summertime when I visit little Alley Steakhouse. I've eaten at Little Alley Steakhouse several times with these exact same shoes on. I even pulled up the dress code on their website that clearly outlines what you can and can't wear and this is not listed on there. I asked to see a manager and I was told that all the managers were in the meeting but advise by security that they looked on the camera and they could see me and they said I wasn't getting in because what I was wearing was against the dress code. As I was walking away there were four Caucasian ladies entering.... two of which were wearing sandals. I immediately ask a security why were they being allowed in and he says because they have on sandals. I've then referred back to the website again and it does not say that flip flops are not allowed or sandals. It seems like they just make the rules up "depending on whi it is" trying to enter. They Caucasian ladies were allowed to enter the establishment and enjoy their dinner however myself and my African American family were not. I can't tell you how many thousands of dollars I've spent in this place with my Exotic Car Club but when I return with my African American family I am not allowed to enter even though the website clearly outlines what you can and cannot wear. I realize what's really going on there now and myself nor my exotic car club will spend another dime in this establishment. I'm not going to bash the restaurant but I'm going to simply share my experience with the public and my 165k followers on Instagram and let them decide whether or not they want to continue patronizing this establishment. I thought it was very disrespectful when I asked for manager the first time and they refused to come down and security told me that they're looking at me on the camera because they're all in a meeting right now and I'm not allowed to enter however the Caucasian party wearing similar footwear were allowed to enter. I think Houston Steakhouse in Atlanta only has one location now because the other one had to shut down because of similar practices that some might call discrimination. We'll just see how this works out for Little Alley. We prompt left and went to another upscale restaurant right around the corner that gladly welcomed us and provided excellent service and excellent food. This will be our new Gathering Spot for my African-American family and my car club.  Please review the attached photo. No mention of flip flops or Sandals not being allowed.

Very lively, young, “in” crowd. Nice outside bar. Meal was average and not competitive with Chops, Bones, Fleming’s, C. Ellet’s. Wet-aged NY strip lacked claimed marbling, was chewy and over cooked. Oyster Rockefeller were fine, once the laminated cheese was peeled away. Drinks were the best feature. Intrusive service.
