menu is mostly in chinese if you want something special, but the english menu has most of the typical items you'd order and everything we tried was decent.

Quick, I walked up, ordered and my food was ready in 10 minutes. Menu is not complicated. Food had great flavor and ingredients looked fresh

We initially chose Little Duck for dinner because it was a short walk from our hotel, StayPineapple. Now, I will absolutely make an effort to go there when I am in Seattle, regardless of where I am staying. The restaurant is a small space, with less than 10 tables or seating spaces. We had to wait a few minutes to be seated, which was not an issue for us, and the food was absolutely worth the wait. The staff was knowledgeable and provided suggestions, which we took and were not disappointed. The food was authentic and not the American version of Chinese dishes. Everything was delicious. Try the green beans, salt cured pork and bok choy fried rice, and the twice cooked pork. Can't wait to go back and try more amazing dishes!

A group of about ten of us went for dinner since it was the only place within a 5-minute walk of our hotel. The food was imaginative genuine Chinese food, served hot and quickly. It's a broad menu. Don't expect room and atmosphere. The restaurant seats at most two dozen people and it's in a cramped old strip mall. But the food and servings are outstanding. Beware, the restaurant only issues one check per table so be prepared. Also seating is mostly on picnic table type benches or small tables and chairs.

It was average. The moo shu pork was good. The hot and spicy shrimp, was little overfried and I didn't realize the deep fry whole shrimp with shell and all in it. I didn't care for that so much.

We ordered the braised pork ribs with potato and green beans, also the ma po tofu. Based on reviews read, we certainly agree the pork ribs were the best dish tried. It was large enough to share by two people, at the price of $14.99 The ma po tofu would have been much better if they used a little bit of ground pork; at least make it an option to add. It was $8.99 Really good flavor and spiciness level. This location is not facing Roosevelt; rather it is right next to the dry cleaner. The space isn't the nicest, but it obviously attracts many Chinese students from near by dorms and Ave. All of the customers spoke Chinese, and we ordered in Chinese. They also do a bit of takeout order. Note the white steamed rice is not complimentary. They charged $1.75 for each small bowl.

Housed in a small indiscreet shop next to a dry cleaner, Little Duck is one of those understated treasures that foodies love to find. From its electronic menu we ordered Shrimp with Salt and Pepper, Mapo Tofu and Wood Mushroom with Black Vinegar (my son’s a pescatarian so we didn’t order any of the pork dishes that looked amazing on other tables). All were great with my favorite by a slight margin being the wood mushroom. Great flavors and personality. Will definitely go back when again in Seattle
Excellent for the price
I had Chinese dishes I had not seen in any Miami Chinese restaurants. Service was fast and polite. Small eat-in space, they do a lot of take-out. It was recommended by the staff at the nearby Staypineapple University Inn Hotel.
