Randomly stopped in here while in the area. A nice surprise. All the food was good. Good service. Had the humus and pimento cheese dip app. Wife had the balsamic burger with Brussels as a side. I’m not a fan of Brussels but these were tasty. I had the black and blue burger with fries (a little soggy). Other than the pimento cheese portion of the app, which was maybe a spoon full of dip compared to the amount of humus, it was good portions to the food and we did not leave hungry.

Nice location at Little 5 points in Inman Park. Features roof top dining (as well as inside). Had a few hiccups but overall enjoyed the place.Thought since I was in Georgia I would have the Georgia Mountain Rainbow Trout but they were out of it. Of course it's a wide menu so finding a substitute was not a problem. The wine special was Cote du Rhone but they were out of it. This was not late Saturday evening, this was early Thursday evening! How can they be out of a special then? It all ended well however with a wide selection of apps and a beer. An added treat was a server efficiently carrying off the Amy Winehouse look. Never heard her sing though.

Very loud music may appeal to some. Salmon entree was excellent, but salmon burger had same filet on a bun for about $5 less

Good location in mid-town, good selection in beers, burgers are very good. If you don't like smoke sit on the restaurant side, not the bar side. Service was acceptable.

I was in the country and stopped in with some friends for brunch before my flight. My friends recommended it because of the bottomless mimosas. They were as any mimosa could be. The food was average... I mean, it is a bar. But the service. Well. Our server/bar tender was doing a great job managing a large section of guests at the bar, which is where our group sat because we didn't want to wait on a table or I would miss my flight. Things went side ways when my friend got his order and decided he didn't like it. It had to do with him not paying attention to how the item was described... though everyone heard it correctly, he interpreted it as something else. The issue was how it was handled. Having been a server, you get a lot of people that just ARE NOT nor NEVER WILL BE happy in life, let alone anything done to, in or around them. They will take any opportunity to LET YOU KNOW, well, just how 'the customer is always right'. While my friend isn't typically like that, the words out of his mouth don't always reflect that. So when he told the server he was disappointed, when he didn't get the expected result, he escalated it. He asked for the manager who had been briefed (by her approach) and THAT made things worse. As a manager, you obviously want to support your staff, but it is also imperative that if you are coming to a table to find out what is going on, you are prepared to listen in order to receive information, understand the problem and make a decision about what to do. I don't know what the server told the manager (but I can imagine, having been a server what she said); but she came up with an obvious preconceived notion and did not deescalate it at all. My friend was on the verge of putting CAP LOCKS in his voice when his friend finally said, you know what, I will pay for the mistake, just order something else. I am a very non-confrontational person, so I sat in absolute silence, finished my meal, paid the entire bill for the party of 7 and left the server no less than a 20% gratuity. It wasn't the server's fault what happened and I believe that she could have handled things on her end a little better as it would never have gotten to the manager; for example... if my friend (or customer) says there is something wrong or I don't like it, the response should be 'what can I do to fix it'; not, 'I told you this, I said that, we don't take stuff back because you didn't order it correctly'... Once the person tells you what you can do to fix it, that is when you decide whether what they are asking for is agreeable. You don't tell them what you are not going to do before they ask for something. That was the issue. My friend began by making a statement that he didn't like or feel like he ordered what he thought and was looking to the staff to decide how to rectify it (though like I said he should have probably just told them, 'I would like something else' and the staff go from there to determine whether they discounted or comped it based on their policy... not argue). I mean really, I get it's a bar, but as a manager, you cannot expect to maintain order if you are bringing the chaos to the table.

Manager lied to me said that she would remake my food after a misunderstanding, after waiting for an hour the cook came out and told me they not making it -_- bad management

staff not always friendly, but the rooftop terrace is worth a try while having a beer or wine and some snacks.

Great place and delicious food! I had a PIGmento sandwich with fries and it was so good! The menu offers multiple choices such as burgers, sandwiches, soups, breakfast/brunch and many others! The place is awesome and full of skulls! Love it

Visited here one evening after going to the Wrecking Bar Brew Pub for dinner and we weren't disappointed. There was a fantastic array of drinks on offer, so many taps and beers to choose from! It was quite narrow inside as you enter so we sat at the bar and marvelled at the drinks menu. We didnt' eat but the people who were eating seemed to be enjoying their meals. Little Five Points is a really cool area that you should visit when in the Atlanta area!

The other day we drove by this place and decided to stop for lunch as we had never been there. My son had told us the place had burned down and had recently opened. We walked in about noon on a weekday. There were 4 gents on the bar drinking beer and watching TV. One was eating lunch. That was it. We waited. And waited. There were no bartenders and no waiters outside of it ether. Finally a young man appeared and just said -sit where you want and went back inside the kitchen. We did and after a while he came out with two menus. He asked for drinks and my wife said water and I said coke. He left and eventually came back and took our order. A mozzarella cheese and tomato on ciabatta sandwich for my wife and a BLT on toasted white bread for me. After we ate my wife said it probably was the worst such sandwich ever. She left about 1/4 uneaten. I tried the bread and it was pretty bad. The cheese was just ok. She judged it a 2 out of 5. My was about a 3 out of 5. We looked at the beer menu and it looked very ample. By the time we left there were 3 women bartenders. And only one waiter. And we were the only people left. The place is very nicely appointed. They spent the money to make it so. Has a couple billiard tables. The prices were ok say 2 forks out of 4. If you want to do that, or watch sports on TV while you drink this is possibly a good place. But if what we ate is an indication, do not go here to just eat. Much better places in Atlanta.

Was given this spot on a recommendation and it was enjoyable. The music was a mix of old school and new. The staff was great and drinks were mixed generously. Smoking is allowed after 1000pm and it got busy around 1200am Friday night.

Always a great brunch experience. Came here right when brunch began to beat the brunch wait with four of my friends. All of us loved our food. I know a few people got the wings. They were able to blend a few items to make what i wanted which I appreciated and their bottomless mimosas are not a bad price. Definitely a place I would recommend for brunch. Love the fact that you can also sit outside =)

We had a large party at lunch time. They were able to comfortably accommodate us. The tables, chairs and decorations were tactfully mismatched. The water carafes were repurposed liquor bottles. The waiter/waitress was very attentive to our needs. The food was well prepared and tasty. Love the atmosphere!

I enjoyed our lunch at this bar. The chairs and tables were robust carved and wood; I liked that. There were large windows which were open, until the big fat rain drops threatened to enter. We were meeting friends for a quick lunch. I had quesadillas which were tasty and full of sauce, vegetables, beans and chicken, as well as cheese. Delicious. The rest of our group were also pleased with their meals, burgers and salads. The onion rings were supersized, but tasty; we managed to eat all but one. A nice little tavern with good service. If I lived closer I'd be a regular.

We stopped by to have a drink outside at the picnic table and people watch prior to attending a concert at the Variety Playhouse. We were pleasantly surprised! We enjoyed ourselves so much we didn't go anywhere else until time for the concert. Mike was our waiter and the service was excellent! We definitely recommend requesting him. We ordered the chips with queso/ salsa and the Buffalo wings. The wings were the best we've ever eaten! Do yourself a favor and visit this establishment, but plan on staying because it will exceed your expectations!

Found this spot on an online blog when searching for bottomless mimosas. I've passed here plenty of times but never ventured in. What had I been waiting for?!?!? 1st you can't go wrong with bottomless mimosas for $11. 2nd a burger in between 2 waffles with an excellent side of sweet syrup. This place is a definite gem!!! I'd definitely go back.

Went to 5 points tavern on easter vacation. Food and service was great. I had the fish and chips which was excellent and my family had burgers. Good brunch specials. Our server was on her 3rd day and she did well.

We stopped in on our way home from South Carolina and were so glad we did. The Tavernator, The Club, Steak and Cheese, and the Carpetbagger were all just perfect. I would suggest sitting up on the rooftop or the patio. We sat inside and it was a bit dark but still good. The music and beer were awesome too. Great place

Fun place for a Tuesday night. They had trivia, good beer selection and excellent service. The trivia host was dry, sarcastic and incredibly funny. Decor is nice and its quite the focal point in Little 5 Points.

My girlfriend and I were having a drink in a table when suddenly a group of drunk friends decided to activate the pipeline of water. We got wet from head to toe. The group of men made fun of us and they were even laughing pointing us. They did not even say sorry. The employees apologized to us for the inconvenience and offered us another drink but they did not ask them to leave the place. There were other customers who saw everything and who were asking to the employees to kick off the group but they did not do it. It has been embarrassing.

We had smoked brisket it was I standing. The bartender and the staff was very nice politeful and professional. It's even kind of an odd area can see all walks of life. They also have a rooftop that you can sit with misting fans. Need to try at least once.

A nice local pub with local pub vibes. Pretty good beer and liquor selection and the food is decent. Plenty of room and a nice rooftop deck to soak up the rays while enjoying your drinks.

A cool little pub on a street corner with a good selection of imported beers with some terrific bar snacks. Attentive wait staff.

Food was good but we waited 47 mins for our ticket to leave. The drinks are ok settled, and the prices are reasonable. Nice rooftop I enjoyed that part

Pro’s Hospitality Music Food Atmosphere Cons Small restroom Not enough pool tables The way clients need to tip

We sat upstairs overlooking the sidewalk Waitress never gave us her name. After placing the food order it was received in reasonable time however still no cutlery. Had to wait for it to be brought to the table AFTER getting our meal. Never saw the waitress until we were done eating and she brought new customers to be seated. That being said we had to get our own salt and pepper and we were never able to request mayo. Nice atmosphere but service needs attention.

Average Bar, with a nice roof terrace. The have beer and some food. Nothing special, but a good place to hang out.

i am very picky about how I like my burger and they cooked it wonderfully! my 13 daughter is a vegetarian, and she had tried the “impossible burger” which was made out of plant proteins. she said if she could eat there everyday she would! definitely recommend for family’s.

Let me tell you, I’m almost 300 lbs and 46 years old, so I consider myself a expert on hamburgers (I’ve eaten a few in my life). I had one of the best burgers I’ve ever eaten at this place, the black and blue burger was one of the best I’ve ever had! Everyone in the family really enjoyed their meal. Highly recommend

If I see another waiter tatted up with a beard coming at me with some food I'm gonna scream.Don't let my bad attitude give you the wrong impression though. Turkey and cranberry sandwich was okay.Could I get more than a thimble full of fries?

There was a trainee waiting on us, she was pleasant. The person training her was not the least bit pleasant or friendly. Probably not a good person to be training anyone, ZERO personality or customer service skills, borderline rude. Brisket nachos - hardly any brisket, so skimpy. Definitely not worth $12.50. Wild Alaskan salad was delicious, Turkey sandwich, Tavern Melt & Black and Blue burger were all good. Sides were tots, fries and mashed potatoes.

Cool place to hang out in Five Points - see the hipsters, maybe even be a hipster. Very good selection of craft beers available. The burgers are delicious - very well cooked, clearly made with fresh food. Nice atmosphere. Good view of Five Points from the roof, where you can eat and drink. There is also outdoor seating at the ground level. The staff are very friendly. Excellent service!

I just stopped in here for a quick brew before heading back to my hotel. Nice location with great local charm. Inside was moody and dark with a very calm vibe. Prices were extremely reasonable for it's location, and they had a great selection of beer. Lots on tap! I had a tasty chai stout, and was on my way. Shout out to the hilariously drunk locals who thought that last shot of whisky was a good idea!

Good selection of beers and food, for an honest price. Bartender had the voice of Dave Grohl... Nice porch too.

Slow on service but the food & staff was okay. It's hard to tell the staff from customers because there is no uniform. They have a outside eating area & rooftop eating area. They have coloring books for kids. Pricing is not bad. Average for that area. I got waffles, eggs with cheese, bacon & home fries with tea for $17.00. There are parking lots near by. One is flat $5 & another is $5 for 4 hours. They have endless mimosa's on Sunday.

I ate at the one in Edgewood and it was really good. I will have to make a stop at this one in L5P when I'm back in town again!

I love eclectic L5P. We ate at Corner Tavern and really enjoyed the food. Great menu and attentive service. We were able to have great conversation while we ate. We walked our brunch off while browsing through the shops. Great Sunday afternoon before the crowds.

I ordered the Patty Melt burger with fries and queso on the side. One of the best burgers I’ve ever eaten! I like the rooftop option as well. I recommend sitting out there on a nice night. The servers were very nice and we got our food fast. Awesome place!

Straight up, bartender was rude! Tried to order 3 different beers on draught, all of which they were out of. He didn't apologize just kept saying nope pick something else. Then ordered a shot of Absolut, of course they didn't have it. Only Absolut limon? Then as we drank our beer this guy proceeds to tell two different guests they need to tip better. Dude, you tip for service that's why I didn't tip your [--]!

Sat on the deck, scorcher of a day, no server appeared for 15 minutes. Then only to deliver and collect check from other table. Totally ignored not even a water in this heat. Avoid when hot plenty of places to go in L5p, with easily better service!

I expected unexciting bar food but we were delighted by the delicious food here! I ordered the steak and cheese sandwich with French fries. The damfwicj was heaven. The baguette was easy to bite into. The steak flavorful and tender with onions and peppers and a great Spicy Queso cheese sauce. The French fries were like home made and wonderful. My dining companions had the turkey chili and the Quadrillas. The turkey. Holo was great with just a hint on heat and totally delicious. The Jerk Chicken Quesadillas were also really great with more stuffing inside than most. The next time we are in the Little Five Points area in Atlanta we will be sure to stop in! Yum. Yum!

I like that they have a rooftop. The service is great. The burger was okay but I do like the fries. I would give them a second chance

Went one time and food was pretty good. However, the bar was destroyed in a fire and I don't think they'll be reopening. double check before visiting!

If you are lucky enough to get a table at the garage door this is a great people watching place; FYI smoking is allowed in the garage room. This is a cozy little tavern in the heart of Little 5 Points, Atlanta. The plan was going to another restaurant up the road but there were too many people waiting to get in and I am not into waiting to be seated. We were told to try The Corner Tavern and are happy we did. The beer selection is perfect as there are so many to choose from so every beer drinker can be happy. We started with a jam packed plate full of fries with 2 dips, bbq and Thai. Way good. I had the chicken sandwich. This has to be one of the best grilled sandwiches I've ever had. It was huge and I ate the whole thing, needing a wheel barrow to push me around town after lunch. Seriously though, it was so good that I couldn't waste even a piece of it. The bun they served it on was perfect. So many times I get a chicken sandwich and before I am half way through the chicken sogs it's way through the bread and it's no longer a sandwich. Not here! Okay, yes we started with the plate of fries so with my sandwich I gave the onion rings a try. Wow, another perfectly cooked item! These rings were so crispy and good! After plowing down the whole sandwich I couldn't eat all the onion rings which was saddening because they were perfect. The service was great and the atmosphere just as I like for a lunch stop in downtown Atlanta along with so many neat people to see and watch.

Take your time to drink a coffee flavoured beer while playing billard and, oh my God!, smoking.... Spent 4 night there during my last trip to Atlanta

I loved the bottomless mimosas, burgers and salmons. Very good and polite service and great prices. Love this place overall

After being turned away at the Vortex because we had kids under 21 we wandered into the first place we could find. What a great accident! The food, atmosphere, and music were perfect. The Carpetbagger and the Tavernator were amazing & unique burgers and the portions were awesome. Great place to people watch and play pool and darts. Beer selection is top notch! Quirky waitstaff that is perfect for the area. Highest possible recommendation!

Our food was served stone cold. We took two bites and sent it back. It took so long and the staff were so rude to us that we just wanted to pay for our child’s meal that did arrive hot and be on our way. The manager got really nasty when we told her that we did not want her to take our food back and microwave it. Even though they served us inedible food and it was not eaten the manager still charged us for everything. I will say that she did give us a ten percent discount. But, I don’t think it is appropriate to charge your customers 90% of their meal if they send it back because it was served cold. There are quite a few better options in L5P and I would recommend steering clear if this place.

Saturday and Sundays they have bottomless mimosas for $13... Great rooftop patio. Some servers are quite out of it but we finally got one that was good. Food is big portion and everything we had was good!

There's great outdoor, open window, and roof seating which is great for Little 5 Points people watching and enjoying the weather on beautiful days. They've got good beer selection, and classic bar foods that are all super delicious. I'll be back to Little 5 Points Corner Tavern.

We went to the corner with friends. The restaurant was virtually empty with only a few people at the bar. We sat down and ordered a couple appetizers. The fried pickles weee soft and obvious that the oil was not hot enough. The chips for chips and salsa were store bought and tasted stale. Then we ordered drinks and our food. Our drinks came and that was the last we saw of our waiter for nearly an hour. When the food did arrive only a couple of our 8 meals were what we thought were tasty. The rest of us had at least one item that was not something we would eat. We are some of the food because we were hungry but we weren’t pleased with our meals. When we saw the waiter next it was too late to send anything back and we wanted to just leave after the poor experience. When we mentioned the items we didn’t care for he shrugged and said sorry but made no effort to remedy the situation. They automatically charged a 20 percent gratuity which I normally give more, but the service and food was so bad and overpriced I felt as if I got taken advantage of because with them automatically charging the waiter seemed to know he didn’t have to work for his tip. This is the only time I will ever go to this restaurant. There are so many better options in the area. Very disappointing!

Clueless staff regarding beer, particularly how to pour and serve, Abby type ale served flat, no head. Wednesday is "tapas" night and they don't have a clue what a tapas us! Avoid this place!

Being new to the Little Five Points area I intend on savoring all the local eateries 1 by 1.And today my selection was The Corner Tavern, the reason being. I was seeking brunch, and they came up in the top choices of places that brunch was offered. I also past the restaurant frequently and figured today was the day. So here I am an I ordered the Tavernator Burger because of all the protein not only a burger but Turkey, Ham, Bacon and Egg as well... had doubt I would finish it but it was just that good, I devoured it within minutes.
Great dinner experience
Corner Tavern was a great experience! It looks divey outside but inside is like a New Orleans speakeasy. Service was great and beer selection awesome, especially for IPA lovers. The menu is diverse and everything our group ordered was delicious and well presented.
