Came here based on the national press and it was not lying. This place is great! Almost hate to review it and introduce more people to it but they deserve the business. This is polish food taken to fine dining level in a casual neighborhood setting. All is done super homemade down to the component ingredients . Their fussiness pays off in flavor, creativity and presentation. I can go on and on but suffice it to say make sure your table shares tapas style so you can taste as much as possible. This includes the wildly creative cocktails! Kudos! You have brought a gem to the city!

Little Walter's lived up to all the New York Times hype. Amazingly good real deal Polish food and our server, Nika, put us in the right place. Have the proper apps and an entree and just great all around. I grew up in a neighborhood where Polish food was all around and great. This is the best of it. Another level.
Unique, fun, and great pierogis
Saw it on the NYTimes best places to eat in 2024 and decided to give it a try. Gald we did. Very fun. I mean who goes to Polish restaurants? Can't really replicate that experience and it was great. It had a fun modern vibe but with retaining an old-style Polish feel. . I mean 99% of the people are going for the piergogis and they are fantastic. Also had a Polish NA beer that was fun. The neighborhood is interesting- appears to be changing over quickly
