Lo-Lo's has a nice open area for tables and spacious booths. An excellent atmosphere and mood. The employees are attentive, upbeat and and on their game, especially Sparky. Lo-Lo's has Kool-Aid on tap and different combinations to make specialty KA drinks. I had the Baby Ray which was three pieces of chicken smothered in southern gravy and a side of some incredible waffles. The portions will ensure you're stuffed. Definitely recommend and will definitely be coming back!

First time experiencing this restaurant. The food was great! Be ready to eat because they serve a lot of food. The waffles have cinnamon in them and they taste delicious. It is a very popular spot so I would suggest getting there before they open and stand in line.

I think LoLo's missed the "Chicken & Waffles" phase. At one point a few years ago, a lot of places were doing the chicken and waffles thing, but I really think that LoLo's was just too late cashing in. The food is the same as Denny's and the service was really sub-par. The good thing was price, VERY reasonable! Also, the decor of the restaurant is interesting ... wish I could compliment more, sorry.

Not worth the hour wait......OK, i'm a retired teacher, minister and Peace Corps Volunteer. I went to the Flamingo location on 8/14. Bad Bad Experience. I ordered a take out and sat waiting for my meal. I noticed on my receipt that $1.50 was added, even after I left a 15% tip. I asked the lady why charge $1.50 without informing me. Long story short she said I can get a refund, she had to get the manager. The manager came with a dirty white shirt not tucked in and long stringy blonde hair uncombed. He asked, "What's your problem?" I informed him that I was not happy being charged $1.50 for take out without being informed. He said, "We have over 100 people taking food out and you're the 1st to complain. I asked first for my tip back, he refused, then I asked for all my funds back, he refused again. I told him that the worker said I could get a refund so she had to get the manager. The other worker said she didn't say that. He lied for her.........So I gave the receipt to the manger and walked out. As I was walking away, the worker that lied came running with the order. I asked him why he lied, and he laughed. I told him to keep it and eat it himself. This is so sad one has to go through this for $1.50

Wanted some GREAT AND MEMORABLE FRIED CHICKEN and that is was what was served!! Very nice welcome when we arrived. Our Server (Sonya) was sweet and acknowelegable of all items on the menu. THE CHICKEN was some of the best I have had, true New Orleans flavor. The Greens were on point. 5 different Kool Aide flavors and true southern Sweet Tea!! Thanks for the freshly made potato salad!! Yummy!! We topped off our meal by sharing a huge slice of Red Velvet Cake. Highly recommended!!

Had late breakfast/early lunch on Sunday. Arrived around 3:00 and it was busy? But we requested to be seated in the bar at a high top and only waited about 5 minutes. Server promptly arrived at our table to take drink orders. Their ice tea is delicious. I do not know if it is brewed fresh, but it sure tastes like it is. Hubby had the Nay Nay's Breakfast. @ Very large waffles, 2 eggs and grits. He ordered a side a bacon as well. He had never eaten grits before and he loved them. I had Uncle Botha's Shrimp and Grits. Huge dish of seasoned grits, topped with 7 very large prawns, chives, bacon, mushrooms, cheese and a dash of Tabasco, with a very large biscuit on the side. It was absolutely delicious! I could only eat about a third of it, though. Way too much food for me. Server checked on us several time and promptly gave me a to go box when requested. We also ordered a small side of fried okra. I grew up on fried okra (parents from the south) so I wanted to try LoLo's. It was very good. This was our second time at LoLo's. The first time we had the chicken and waffles and, yes, their fried chicken is yummy! This will be a new 'go to' place when we have out of town guests. Highly recommend for breakfast (which they serve all day) or lunch.

Let start by saying I am from the mid west and not very diverse. I like my children to experience different things and culture when we Travel. What a great experience the food was fantastic the service was great. We all had chicken and waffles for the experience. Thinking about going back for another round before we leave. Must try when in LB

The service was good. The 3 piece chicken for $13.99 is a rip off. They give you a wing, leg and a small thigh NO WHITE BREAST!.. They do not tell you what pieces you get on the menu..You have to add a breast from the side menu.My waffles were cold and I had to send them back.the second set were better but, they should have been right the first time. The fried green tomatoes were nothing special..I was so disappointed as I was looking forward to its opening. Not going back a second time

Good eats. My daughter had already ordered a drink by the time we arrived. I tasted it, and, sure enough, it was grape Kool-aid! So funny! I have never had that at a restaurant. I'm not from the south, so there were combinations of food that did not sound appealing at all (deep fried gizzards). The chicken tenders have a delicious breading on them. Light, and kind of fluffy - hard to describe. Not greasy at all! I believe they are double-dipped. The BBQ sauce had a smooth taste. Slightly tangy, a middle of the spectrum sauce; not too sweet, not too spicy. The waffles are thin, crispy on outside, but soft on inside. I've read reviews of poor service, but when the manager noticed we did not have drinks, he came to check on us, our waitress had already taken our order and was on her way. The sweet tea - good stuff! Similar to Raising Canes, but did not have the white sugar taste, nor the taste of honey. Maybe they use cane juice, not sure. The service was excellent, and the staff friendly. They offered to refill our drinks frequently, and gave us "to-go" cups, and refilled those as well.

OMG! The best Chicken & Waffles restaurant by far, and I've been to many and this one takes the cream of the crop. Excellent choice of menu items and the food is served HOT with loads of flavor. Come hungry or be prepared to bring home a doggie bag, serve you plenty of food. Worst part, always crowded, so there will be a wait to sit & for your food, but it was well worth it! Need to open one in the Los Angeles area.

This restaurant was the bomb! Good size portions and the food was seasoned well. I'm from the South so I can be a real critical when it comes to Soul Food but I must say I was pleasantly surprised. I will definitely be back the next time I'm in Vegas and I would highly recommend this spot if you are looking for some down home southern food!

We visited LoLo's in a Friday evening. There as no wait and we had very nice service. We visited the chicken and waffle restaurant because of its unique combinations. I ordered KK's combo. I thought the eggs were wonderful. The waffles were good, but I did not care for the syrup they had. The chicken was good, with nice flavor but a bit over cooked. My son had the fries with pulled chicken. He discovered there was a very spicy sauce under the cheese.

Went here with a group of 10 people. I had the shrimp and grits they were great also had fried green tomatoes with great flavor. The kool-aid bought back childhood memories and tasted so good. Prices were great. I would highly recommend this resturant.

The food was delicious!! I had wings and they are whole wings. The portion sizes can feed 2 people easily. Definitely plan to go back.

Family stopped in on a Wednesday night for the first time. Restaurant was spacious with a welcoming atmosphere. Our server was nice, but a bit hard to understand and a tad slow. Thankfully we arrived and placed our order before the "rush" arrived. Love the menu prices (lower than we expected), the names of the meal choices, and the R&B musical selection. The plates were filling and complimentary to the price. Love the mason jars for the drinks and the sweet tea was awesome-just sweet enough to drink and not get diabetes. Downside: the air conditioning was way too cold. Thankfully I had a cardigan, which helped a little.

Omg!!! Lolo's chicken and waffles was seriously the best I've had so far! They even have koolaid on tap! Chicken was seasoned to perfection. The food was phenomenal. Took a while to get our food, but it was understandable as there were several large parties around us and our party was kind of big too. But this restaurant is a must!

The last time I had chicken and waffles was at Roscoes in Los Angeles. I found the chicken and waffles here at Lo Lo's to be so much better! The crust on the chicken was almost like a tempura battery, very light. The chicken was served hot and was very moist. The waffles are thin but full of flavor, I defected s hint of cinnamon and vanilla. The flavors all worked well together. We will definitely come back!

There is an obesity epidemic going on in this country right now so I wouldn't expect the waffles to be as big as the ones at Hash House but if you're going to put waffles in the name of the restaurant title one might expect the waffles to be bigger than the size of one's hand with fingers spread. These waffles were small and not as crispy as I would like them. However the chicken was crispy and flavorful and the Kool-Aid was fun and brought me back to my childhood. The restaurant also had a nice vibe.

We arrived about 11:20 AM. Perhaps 6 tables were occupied. Drinks came fast. Order taken fast. Then we sat. And sat. And sat. 25 minutes until our simple order ( 1 sandwich & 1 chicken tenders) arrived. At about the 22 minute mark, we'd determined to give them another 5 minutes before we walked out. Food was good & there was plenty of it but it was not worth the wait. I can't imagine how long it'd've taken if there were more than a bare handful of diners. I doubt we'll be back.

Visiting my daughter, she suggested Lo-Lo Chicken and Waffles. On arrival we were greeted with smiles, and seated the waitress came to the table greeting us with a smile asked if this was our first time dining at Lo-Lo's. She answered our questions about the different meals and drinks. Our meals came within 10 minutes of ordering. OMG the food.....ALL THE FOOD WAS DELICIOUS the chicken and waffles, Hamburger, fries, Grits, Kool-Aid, and Sweet Tea.The food look just like the pictures nice and hot. Yes...Absolutely DELICIOUS FOOD, GREAT SERVICE, AND CLEAN! WE WILL BE BACK Lo-Lo Chicken and Waffles Las Vegas!!!!!

Man I was really hoping this place was going to be great but unfortunately it was a terrible experience for me. First I ordered online an hour before I was supposed to arrive pick up Time I was given was 4:27pm I arrived at the location at 4:47pm asked for my order and was told they didn’t see it and would check in the back for it. After waiting until 5:17pm asked the hostess again is there an approximate time when my order would be ready she then ask for my name again. Now I have been sitting in front of this woman for 30min and almost an hour since my order was supposed to be ready. People have come in and ordered and ordered on line and all received there food before me. No BS someone came in and purchased food for a homeless person after me and she was more polite to the homeless than me and that’s not a knock to him I’m just stating facts. Finally at 5:33pm I have had it and asked again where is my food and this same woman told me she would go check in the back again because since I ordered online they don’t put online orders in until you arrive so your food would fresh and I could almost understand except for the fact that everyone that came in after me had been gone with their orders. Finally a gentleman came from behind the bar and told me he was sorry for my wait and would put my order in right away and get to me asap it is now this is at 5:40pm. I spent $86 on food and all I received for my time was an im sorry for your wait. I’m a black business owner myself so I try and support black business as much as I can but “black” owned business should not mean PISS POOR service and that’s exactly what I received. I wasn’t even offered a complementary water for the more than an hour wait for service. Now let’s get to the food I ordered 3 soul food platters. Only 1 out of the 3 was decent at best my catfish was flat out terrible a whole piece was undercooked and still chewy. My 3piece chicken dinner tasted like it had been refried and was dry as hell. I’m originally from the Southside of Chicago and I have received better service at the Harold’s Chicken on 127th where they damn near call you out your name to get your food and leave and I just sent all my family and friends that were in town 2weeks ago for the bears game to this location so I couldn’t believe what that I was treated this wa time is money and to waste over an hour for something I paid a premium cost for is just truly unacceptable to sum it up this experience would be a zero star rating if possible for PISS POOR SERVICE and the food was trash. Flat out Lo-Lo’s needs to do much better I would never return here again.

Heading to airport from Las Vegas and found this impressive and unique place for breakfast. A hopping place with great and friendly service. The Portions are large and all our food was great. If you do pick LoLo's favorite beer, just know it is Papst and not some special brewery beer. There is a nice bar seating area and dining room area. I may have seen some Outdoor seating.

Great atmosphere and service. Great home-style meal and even better drink selection. I will definitely be back

Was shopping nearby and thought I’d grab a bite. OMG! Sat at the bar and were we taken care of! Great drinks (I had the Georgia On My Mind - yum! He had a beer on tap.). He ordered chicken and waffles and I had the shrimp and grits. Shrimp were lightly breaded (surprisingly - I’m not used to breaded shrimp in this dish elsewhere), but the right balance of crisp and spicy. Grits were creamy. This was a lot of food! The biscuit was flaky! We will be back - I want to try more on the menu.

Lo-Lo’s was a delightful surprise. We’ve not eaten country food this tasty since visiting my bayou bride’s roots near Richland Parish. Fried chicken without salt or grease and done to perfection. Biscuits and gravy from heaven. The huge portions. Coffee service makes or breaks my dining experience. Lo-Lo’s coffee service is unsurpassed. The place is clean. The wait staff dances, smiles, and seems to like working there. They dinnae serve haggis, though…

today server SPIT in a cup of water and handed it to us. I took the water to the “manager” to show them. The manager then runs jumps into my face and pushes me because I recorded the spit in the water and threw the cup. The food was not good. Although the food was terrible we only wanted to pay the bill and leave before they SPIT in the cup! Now I need people to beware this place is spitting in the drinks and food! I had to go file a police report both out front and in person due to the disgusting nature. COVID is not gone yet! Beware SPIT in drink!

The chicken was plentiful and crispy and well seasoned. The waffles were not very thick, were not crispy, and were heavily flavored with cinnamon. I found they competed with rather than complemented the chicken. The collard greens were plentiful and well seasoned. Giant mason jars of drinks were welcomed. I would go back for the chicken, but will pass on the waffles.

Clean, no waiting to sit. Server was kind of slow but we did go on a Saturday afternoon. They have koolaid served in a mason jar, and I had the chicken breast and a waffle. Both complimented each other. Portion size HUGE you could share with 2 people. Handicap accessible, place still reminds me of TONY ROMAS 😊 must try if your in Las Vegas.

Loved our waitress!!! She was excellent on exceeding expectations! Didn't need to accept others mistakes because she had your back with the kitchen! That being said the food was really good... chicken and waffles. The only mix up was I was hot sauce on my chicken... like I said the waitress brought it home! Really enjoyed the place and people!

The best fried chicken ever, there are a number of these restaurants in different cities so when I come across a Lo Lo's I look no further for a terrific meal. The food is consistently good at all locations.

This is a relatively new restaurant in the area, and thought, "why not?". We won't go back for a number of reasons. The menu was not to our liking, but that might be because we don't come from the hill country in the Eastern US. The portions were ample, until we realized that the greater portion was the breading. The atmosphere was spartan and the service was uneven, but that might have been caused by a large party's service requests. The prices were rather high for what we received. If you like waffles and chicken, try it; maybe your experience will differ from ours.

OMG!!!! This food was soooooo delicious! I live in LA so when i saw this place on INSTAGRAM I told myself that I had to try it my text Vegas trip. So I did! The service was excellent, the restaurant is really nice& clean, the menu is great with awesome selections. My husband and I both had a cocktail and they were really tasty and kinda strong. We left with our stomach on full and feeling right! If you're considering dinning here, do yourself a favor and go! Your stomach will thank you!

Decided to go there for lunch on a Monday around noon. It was a 45min wait with no reservations. Went back to resort and decided to order it to go. It’s only done online on website. Turned into 25min wait. We ordered 2 chicken platters-Southern Chicken and Smothered Chicken. It’s delicious!

We walked out of the hotel looking for something to eat. There it was Lo Lo’s Chicken and Waffles. Nice place R&B music. Great vibe. I enjoyed chicken wings and waffles with a side of greens. My hubby had the fish platter with greens and rice and gravy. I should have taken a picture of my empty plate. It was delicious!! Service was great and attentive.

I was able to get one wing, one piece of fish plus waffles and sides (cheese grits - MIX IT UP PLATTER..... So yummy!! Plus a delicious drink....all for a reasonable price!!

Exuberant servers, quick service, and hot tasty meals! Great family spot! Come hungry and be prepared to take some home.

I really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately, my takeout experience was disappointing. The restaurant didn’t seem that busy in terms of customers, but the kitchen was clearly overwhelmed — I waited over an hour for my order. When I finally got the food, it didn’t live up to expectations in terms of taste or quality. It might be a better experience if you dine in, as the staff seemed more focused on the tables than takeout orders. If you’re thinking about ordering to-go, just be prepared for a long wait and inconsistent food. Hopefully they can improve their takeout system soon.

This place is a favorite of mine. They have a dish called “Stupid Fries” that is absofreakinglutely delicious. The catfish and fried green tomatoes are amazing.

The menu is hilarious, the staff was great. The food was good not great. Definitely a good stop for African American food

On our last day in Vegas, we wanted to try a local staple and we're so glad w me did!!! The food, the atmosphere, and the wait staff were amazing. We will most definitely be back on our next trip to the Sin City!! Ask for server Tairohn we you go. He was so polite and attentive to our party.

As much as I hate waiting to eat anywhere, against my better judgment, we waited 1 hour and 40 minutes to be seated. When we were ready to pay, I was paying with my credit card, and the waitress went to try to write down my ID# on my receipt. So I told her not to, it's against the law to write down my information, she can verify it, confirm it matches but not to write it down because I'm concerned with identity theft. She said if the bill is more than $100, they have to write it down, I told her that's not true and they have NEVER done that in all the times we have eaten at the establishment. She went and got the Manager, he said it was their policy...I said no it's not, we eat here all the time when we in town, was just here in June for my son's birthday with his friends, the bill was well over $100, and they didn't do that. His response, well I can call Metro (police], I said that's fine... not sure what he thought, like I was supposed to be scared. I waited patiently, about 50 minutes for them to arrive- two cars & four officers arrive. They speak with me, and I tell them it's against the law, it's not a policy, it's nowhere in writing, they've never asked me before and I have a problem with them writing it down, my credit score is over an 800, and I want to keep it that way... so Officer was cool, and understanding.... Sometimes you just have to stand on what you believe in... as for Lolo's they won't see me again. When you think it's OK to call the police on your customers, you are the problem. And the same way you protecting your business, I'm protecting me!

Not impressed with anything that I had. Uneventful chicken. The breading would have been better on fish and the waffle was just okay. One visit was enough.

Gotta love that Lolo's reminds me of a lounge/kick back spot in Atlanta with good music playing while you wait. The food was great, everything came out tasting fresh and full of flavor and its just a VIBE! Service: 10/10! The server we had was very thorough and was a great listener. Food did not take long to be served and that's on top of everyone's food being HOT when it arrived. Food: Plenty of menu items to choose from but I went with the Smothered fried chicken and waffles, side of Collard greens and Blue raspberry Kool Aid (YUM!!!) I'll be back to Lolo's on my next visit!

Friends of our's raved about this place, so we decided to go with them and give it a try. I was surprised at how large the place was on the inside. I was expecting more of a "fast food" type restaurant, but this was a pretty decent sit-down place. Service was spot on. The menu offered a lot of choices, and the prices were reasonable. I ordered the chicken fried chicken with sausage gravy and it was amazeballs!!! It came with 2 sides and a large corn muffin. The potatoes with green beans had a nice little kick. The cornbread was delicious. I was disappointed with the sauteed spinach as it tasted very bland to me. All in all, we really liked the food, service, and atmosphere. We will definitly eat here again! We also met a super nice employee named Sparky. Very friendly and welcoming.

Lo Lo's is one of my all time favorite places to eat when I'm Arizona. I was Estatic when I learned they had one in Las Vegas! I have referred so many of my travel friends here is always home to me. Today was the worst experience from management I have EVER recieved from here. We ordered the house however, one of the items we were unhappy with so we asked to have something else. The manager Darrell decided he wasn't happy with my husband sending his grits back and decided to come to the table to further scold my husband about sending his food back because he stated "we don't waste food around here" I was appalled!!! Then he even went so far to say he will talk it off even though they "normally don't do this" and he then recanted and added it to our bill anyway!!! I was hot! If it wasn't for our server Jasmine being so amazing and even apologizing for the behavior he would have gotten a earful! He was extremely rude to us for not liking ONE of our items, we told him everything else was great!!! I will NEVER eat here in Las Vegas again. Let's not ignore that is my BIRTHDAY and of all the places I could have eaten I chose this one. I'll just stick with Phoenix. They have never let me down.

Service is The worst.had a party of 15.keep say 30min,10min .it turned into 2hr wait we left.Thats money they lost.large parts do not GO THERE!)

The atmosphere was great. good for family environment, service was quick, food large portion you can share the food, staff is very kind, great servers, we had breaded catfish I'm not to big on it but it was good huge pieces, but would need to be light on the salt other thank that I would recommend as one of my fav place to dine in

This is a very good restaurant for eating soul food. You should arrive about 15 minutes before they open (10:00 am) during the week. On the weekend you will have a long wait. We went on Sunday at about 11:30 am and were told there was a 3-hour wait. We left and came back on Monday morning at 9:45 am, a line had already started to form. After the place opened, we were seated quickly, and our server appeared. We ordered the chicken and waffles. The chicken was seasoned just right and was tender and juicy. The waffles were hot with plenty of butter. It was great food, and the price was right. I highly recommend this restaurant.

This restaurant just opened a few weeks ago and when we tried to get in the first time there was an hour wait. When we went Saturday there was a long wait also but we sat in the bar area (everyone in the party needs to be over 21). The menu is extensive but being our first time we had to try the Lo-Lo chicken dinner which consists of your choice of an three pieces of chicken (but not more than one breast) and a waffle. We did wait a long time but our waitress was attentive bringing drink refills while we waited. When our meals came out they were hot and vey tasty. The chicken was crispy and delicious but the waffles could have been cooked more. We all thought they were not done enough. I will definitely go back but next time I would order the chicken with another side. They had choices of beans and rice, grits, french fries.

We were looking, on our last day in Vegas for some comfort food. Ended out finding tris place, The restaurant looks great. The servers were great. Even though they had a large party to cater, it did not take that long to get out food. Chicken was good. The corn bread was outstanding. Drinks are bottomless and the glasses are huge! In general we were super happy. We will definitely return.

After reading mixed reviews, I figured I'd go see why some rave, and others not so much about this new place in Vegas. When they first opened, the place was packed! Understandably, the staff was new so it was a given there'd be some training involved. But, I waited until last week, and viewed several reviews similar to mine. The food was: chicken so dry it was difficult to choke down, waffles were half soggy and half with clumps of batter. This was after 38 minutes of waiting after the order was taken. Mind you, the place was NOT busy at the time. My server was hard to describe...perhaps because I basically had to stop someone and ask who would be taking my order. I'm really not sure who my server was to be honest... My recommendation would be to keep a very open mind, and be very patient if you're looking for a place to just chill. Actually, I'd rather chill next door at McDonald's because at least there I can get free wifi and the food is better...

Lo-Lo’s Chicken and Waffles is a must “Dine While In Vegas” spot. The food is tremendously seasoned and always comes out hot. The service is great and the vibe is charming. The prices are comparable for Vegas restaurants but the quality of food makes it worth more than your wait. I visited this location on New Years Eve and the wait was kinda long but it was worth it. I returned on January 4th, 2022 and had immediate seating.

I usually gauge a restaurant by the number of cars in the parking lot and the number of people inside the establishment to equal good food. Lo-Lo's did not disappoint in any way! The lot was full, the restaurant was full, and the food was great. Our party of four did a take out order, which took a little while, but it was so worth the wait. Our order was complete and good golly was it great! From the Phat Azz Chicken Sammie to the tender Gizzards and Fried Okra to the Shrimp and Fish with rice, to the Chicken, everything was cooked to perfection and the portions were so large, we almost were too full to devour our banana puddings and peach cobbler egg rolls with ice cream. Wow...can't wait on my next trip to Vegas to eat there again!!! The staff were so personable and gracious. Felt at home when we walked in the door.

I had a horrible experience at Lo-Lo's on Rainbow in Las Vegas today, December 4th between 10:30 am and 11:50 am. The food is normally ok. I've never had any issues here prior to this date but this time it was bad. After placing an order for 3, we waited for our food for an hour. The restaurant did not appear to be busy. At this point, we spoke with a manager. I was told that his name is Doug, however he was not wearing a name tag of any sort. After hearing our complaint, Doug said "I'm getting it out now" and he walked away. I waited 7 minutes and I was extremely irritated and had lost my appetite so we told our server that we will pay for our drinks but we were leaving. She told us not to worry about the drinks and that she would cancel the order. On the way out, I asked to speak to the manager again. He walked up with an attitude and I told him that we decided to leave, we waited too long, others that had arrived after us were served before us and that this experience was bad. He replied "I told you it was in the window and coming out and y'all decided to leave so....". Our server had checked on us after the first time we had spoken with the manager, so if that was true, how long was our food going to be just sitting in the window? Why wasn't it brought to our table?! I told the manager we still continued to wait and that was unacceptable. He replied "Well if your server put the ticket in late, she put it in late." I responded "What do you mean? You are the manager!" He then asked "Well what you want me to do?!" I couldn't take his unprofessional attitude anymore so I walked off and he did too. Our server, who witnessed all of this, along with a hostess did apologize as we walked out. This manager is by far the worst that I have ever dealt with! The situation was poorly handled and he has a bad attitude. He clearly does not belong in the customer service field. I wasted almost an hour and a half of my morning here and left pissed off! That will most likely be my last visit.

Great Food, Great Service and great prices!! This restaurant has some of the best staff. They were very friendly! The food was wonderful. I got enough for 2 days for $20. I never had to ask for anything, never had to flag a waitress down cause someone was aLways at the tablet asking how was everything.

I've been here a 1/2 dozen times & service is always great & food has always been great. It's chicken so I do sometimes expect a wait but it always comes out hot & delicious! If in Scottsdale, I definitely recommend that 1 as well. It blows away Roscoes in Cali.

Excellent chicken, waffles, grits, take me home country roads, large portions and quart sized drinks.

They just opened up a new location on Hughes Center in Vegas. Everything was great. We shared several items and enjoyed them all. As they are training a new staff it took a bit long for the food to arrive but understandable with new servers. They came by several times to apologize but it really wasnt necessary. We will be back often.

We visited Lo-Lo’s for the first time during a recent visit. The restaurant is beautifully decorated with open seating and a bar area. We enjoyed the DJ playing music (Thursday night). We ordered the chicken and waffles, the waffles were delicious and the chicken was good. The team provided great customer service, our server Kathleen was a sweetie. My husband was so excited that KJ (Kevin Johnson) was there, he came over to our table to welcome us and took a picture with my husband before we left. BTW...My husband made me watch KJ’s all-time famous dunk, which is my husband’s favorite.

Do not go starving, because even though quite nice and friendly, the service is s-l-o-w. The food is delicious and we will return. The chicken tenders were the best I've ever had, and the waffles were truly awesome (I don't even like waffles). The four stars are due to the wait.

Went here for lunch and was told it would an hour wait. We added our name to the waitlist and sat at the bench inside. The host then told us his manager said we couldn’t wait inside the restaurant and would have to wait outside even though it was raining. I have an elder family member who cannot stand for long periods of time, so we left and will NOT be back.

Stopped by for breakfast, the chicken is crispy and juicy! Hi The waffle is delicious. Overall, I highly recommend this place and the staff is outstanding. Loved it!

this location is a joke ph doesn't work tried calling for a few days to ask about father day hours told lady at front counter she laughed said oh phone j doesn't work ok....was put on a 2 hr wait list a waiting area doesn't exist we were outside in 111 degree sun w no shade asked for a beverage they couldn't accommodate until we were seated so host said.....went to McDonald's after almost 2 hrs ordered a beverage to cool body and hydrate due to medical issues could not wait to hydrate any longer. Well we were called to dine as we walked up w beverage lady at entrance said no outside beverages we said ok we j wanna try to get hydrated we waited 2 hours give us a second we were hot as hell and j needed a second well two ladies both hostess j turned started talking among themselves the anxious security guard came over to lecture me about our beverage we told him we already have spoke w host its settled he became aggressive and very disrespectful he should not work with the public he is not capable of securing or handling nada he escalated a minimum situation to a non necessary mess we had already worked things out w hostess well outcome was my husband asked him to stop talking to me in that manner and tone they had words we left and ended up at a much better restaurant the buffet at Caesars Palace we seen several ppl leave before we did due to interaction w the security guard from hell we should have followed we wasted time trying to do business with a black owed company well customer service is key caring about the overall experience for a customer is key we spent triple the money but customer service was excellent elsewhere we traveled from California by the way and lo lo's was on our list for our trip mainly because it was black owed but customer service should be key regardless of who owes what we will not suggest or visit any location that this business owns. hopefully they will do training for customer service and how to interact with ppl in all situations.

Tables were open but no waiters so it's a long wait for lack of staff. Bartender is reading how to make drinks so even slower. The lo lo's in southlake Texas is much more efficient

Amazing, quality with the right size portions of delicious soul food. Great ambiance as the music from the past and good ole days play in the background. The wait staff are friendly (they ooze extended family vibes), knowledgeable and make you feel at home. This was an amazing experience and the food was delicious. We cannot wait to visit again. This is a tourist to Vegas best kept secret because in order to experience it you must travel off the beaten path. So worth it!!! There’s lots of childhood nostalgia no matter where patrons grew up. You do not want to miss this restaurant so make certain you add it to your itinerary as a restaurant to visit. You will not be disappointed!

We saw them on TikToc and had to try for ourselves and we were NOT disappointed. We started with the appetizer basket of fried catfish nuggets; fried green tomatoes and chicken egg rolls...we could have stopped there, but we ordered entrees - I got the chicken and shrimp mac and cheese; my husband got the chicken and waffles and the daughter got the veggie omelet. Everything WAS GREAT!!!! and They give you almost a GALLON of sweet tea in the cup....and it was GOOD!!! One thing though that impressed me was that the prices were not ridiculously high - like they are at home in Atlanta. We ate good and took home leftovers.

The cod was cooked too hard to eat with a fork. I ate the cod by breaking it with my fingers. This was an anomaly. We will return. Lo-Lo's has always provided very good food and unbeatable service. The overly-cooked Cod on this visit is simply an anomaly.

went there after my nephews graduation. overpriced. flavorless. cust service sucked. food sucked. just plain awful. the whole experience was not good.

YOU NEED TO BUILD A WAIT AREA WITH A/C!!!!!!! I WILL NEVER COME THERE AGAIN WITHOUT A WAIT AREA!!!!!! On vacation in Las Vegas this week and decided to try LoLo's for the very first time. I read a few reviews and the suggestion was to get there around the time they open. We got there at 11am on 8/21/24 and it was already busy. We were told that there is a 35 will be a 35 minute wait. OMG you cannot wait in the inside so you had to wait in the horrific heat, no shade, no place to sit, and we caught an UBER to this place. We waited around thinking that we may get lucky and get called earlier, so we saw an indoor parking lot across the lot and went there and sat on the steps. The 35 minute wait turned into a 50 minute wait. OK, I ordered the chicken and catfish with collard greens and mac and cheese. 10 minutes went by and the waiter told us that the mac and cheese will not be ready for 20 minutes. OK well I will have me a drink until its ready. Then the waiter came back and said that the mac and cheese will not be ready for 40 minutes and asked if I wanted something else. Ok, I decided to get the dirty rice. When the food came out, I only got the chicken, fish and collard greens. A few minutes later, the dirty rice came. I can honestly say that the chicken and fish was really tasty. However, the collard greens had no smoked meat and left an aftertaste. The cornbread was dry as they through a slab of butter on top, but that did not help. As far as the dirty rice, it was horrible, the rice was too mushy (overcooked) and it lacked flavor. The waiter was really nice and the guy in the front with the gold teeth was pretty cool also. I will give this place a try again, ONLY IF THEY BUILD A WAIT AREA, OTHERWISE, NO WAY JOSE!

This is a very relaxed restaurant that serves quintessential southern-like dishes. Being from the south, I’m a tough judge of fried chicken, but they have the right flavor profile for fried chicken. They even have an unconventional menu that’s meant to serve as gentle comic relief.

I've been waiting for an opportunity to visit this restaurant. boy am i glad i did. the shrimp mac n cheese was just Yummy! Will make it a regular spot on every visit in the future.

We were looking for somewhere off the strip to have breakfast so we decided to go here. This was a decent sized restaurant with average prices. Our waitress had a big personality, friendly and attentive. The portions were a nice size too. I found the menu to be humorous and unique. The cherry margarita was delicious and a little sweet for my taste. I asked the waitress to use less sweetener and it was perfect. Here are my ratings for what we ordered: Gizzards with gravy and rice -gizzards were bland, rice and gravy fine Chicken and waffles-chicken bland, waffle was delicious Egg white omelette with mushrooms, spinach, and onions-average Cherry margarita-delicious! Overall I enjoyed the experience. The food was ok, just add a little salt and pepper and it will be fine.

What a find, went to Best Buy and found this sweet spot! The chicken was fresh fried and the waffles crispy! My first time and I will be back, wonderful new place! I usually take pictures of the food before I eat it it was so good I attacked the plate!

Consistently good food as well as very good service. The “Backwoods” remains my favorite. “Backwoods” is a mess of gizzards and rice with a slightly spicy gravy. The volume and character of noise emitting from the speaker that passes as music is an annoyance that detracts from the good food and very good service. The noise requires diners and servers need to raise their voices when ordering. The noise discourages dinner conversation. The food and service are sufficiently good that we will return from time to time. It would be nice if Lo-Lo’s would do like other restaurants and allow its guests to converse over dinner without speaker noise.

We never ate here before. Peachez, was a great help with placing my carryout order. We tried the French toast, a burger and the chicken sandwich. The food was hot and tasted great. She got us some hot sauce to try and made sure we had silverware. Next time we will eat in. Very impressed.

This was a neat little place with a twist in food choice. We had the chicken and waffles (hence the name) and it was very tasty. It was also a chilly Vegas evening so we had their hot chocolate and it was amazing. It was a nice change of pace and the staff were all very friendly!

In Las Vegas, we were looking for brunch but not from a hotel buffet on the day after Christmas. Saw the word "Waffles" on a building in the Best of the West shopping center, so we thought we would give it a try. I had never before had chicken and waffles on the same plate until I tried it here at Lo-Lo's. Wow. In all my 73 years, I don't believe that I ever tasted fried chicken this good. Breeana was our server and made some suggestions to include both chicken and a waffle. The flavor of the batter was amazing and the chicken was fully-cooked but moist. The waffle was fluffy and had a hint of vanilla (I think) and with the syrup actually complemented the savory chicken. Coffee was strong and delicious. High marks to the kitchen and to Breeana for excellent service. I highly recommend giving Lo-Lo's a try next time in LV...it is well worth the trip to that part of the city (away from the Strip).

We went to this location by recommendation of friends who are local. Our visit took place on a Sunday late afternoon just before closing. We were seated promptly and our servers took our orders as soon as we could make up our mind what we wanted as it all looked so good! Friend and the wife had dinner (chicken, sweet potatoes, greens biscuits but I was determined to have the waffles and chicken, which was the best I've had!

The soul food experience was great. The atmosphere was warm and comfortable. The staff made us feel right at home. The catfish was seasoned just right and paired well with grits.

Busy bustling atmosphere. The hostess/manager was friendly and accommodating to our group of eight, checking back frequently to check on our comfort. Everyone in the group ordered something different and everyone was pleased with their selection. I, personally ordered the chicken wings and waffles. The dish was excellent. I am anxious to return.

Service was good, food took too long to arrive but was decent. Chicken does not have enough flavor, fried green tomatoes were the best we have had. Decent decor inside, everything looked clean. Food was just not great, new wish it had been wonderful. Breakfasts are good but pancakes were too dry and cake like. May return if in the area.

I could never get the concept of chicken and waffles together however I stepped out of my comfort zone and gave it a try and I must say it was absolutely delicious. Spaky was the server from heaven... the suggested that was given was on point. Waffle had a hint of cinnamon with the warm delicious maple syrup, chicken fried to prefection.. you must try the corn fritters and fried green tomatoes.. season so well! It's not that far from the strip...but it well worth the trip. I was grateful that I was able to tell the head chef that the food was delicious! Service ✔️ Prices✔️ Food✔️

My kids really wanted to eat here after seeing a TikTok. However after reading the reviews, we convinced them to get take out because we did not want to have to wait a ridiculous amount of time to sit down and eat. So we received a window to pick up the food and we went on the later side of the window and the food was not ready We waited an additional 20 minutes past our pick up time. The chicken was not the best we have ever had and the waffles were dry. It was a very disappointing meal.

When you want real deal Chicken and Waffles, you have hit your destination! Fresh Fried Chicken and Amazing Waffles are the winner here! You must stop here and enjoy real southern cooking! Love the Kool Aide always on Tap!

I read reviews from a while back where there were a number of complaints about the service at this eatery, or perhaps better stated, the lack thereof. Cold, lackadaisical, slow......descriptions like those. Well apparently the restaurant is under new management and let me tell you, one could not find better or more attentive service anywhere, and that includes 5 star fine dining establishments. Seriously I'm not joking. Now to be clear, the food is pretty darn good too. Ther Mrs and I each had their chicken and waffles, I went with the breast as my bird of choice, she chose the two thighs. Both were super delicious, seasoned just right and cooked to a nice crispy texture on the outside and tender on the inside. The accompanied waffle was a bit thin, but that's good as it too made for a nice crispy/soft combination. It comes with butter and warmed syrup. The prices are more than reasonable, actually a bargain by most standards. I even had the pleasure of finishing off by enjoying their banana pudding for dessert. Talk about major yum!! Virginia was our primary server - I have to use the word primary because they really take a team approach, and we had several others check on us or get us refills on our drinks. Everyone of them displayed the utmost courtesy and friendliness with each visit to our table. Virginia is a lovely person, you cannot go wrong with her assisting your needs. Even the manager/owner stopped by to ask how we were doing and thanking us for providing such positive feedback. We want to come back again soon to try their catfish meals. I cannot recommend this wonderful establishment any higher. Please give them a try, I'm sure you won't be disappointed.

So because I grew up in the LA area, I had to try this place. The first thing they tell you is that they are better than Roscoes. Walking in, the atmosphere and the vibe of the place is definitely better than today’s Roscoes. The bar and alcoholic drinks they serve are a plus. Now the food for me was just average. I did not think that it was better than Roscoes. I ordered my favorite items that I get from Roscoes to compare. The chicken was slightly over cooked, the mac’n cheese wasn’t so great and the cheesy eggs and onions was over barring with onions. The waffle was good and the kool aid alcoholic drink was great. As far as service, our waitress went from A+ to a D. Towards he end of my meal, the waitress just forgot about us and it took 15 mins to get a glass of water to finish my meal. By the time I got the water my food was cold and I was ready to leave. I literally asked her 3 times. Overall, the experience was just average.

After a long day at work I didn't want to cook. I anticipated bringing food home to my family. When I got there I said at the bar eager to receive the menu and make some choices. I didn't receive a hello let alone a menu within 5 to 10 minutes. Yes, the bartender was present as well as the other other services.....Just no service. Guess I'll make dinner!

Lo-Lo's Chicken and Waffles features a menu that is unique with many interesting and clever culinary choices. But the chicken is what matters here. First time here I had a fried chicken breast that was humungous, yet tender, juicy, succulent, delicious. My mouth is watering just writing this. The waffle was good, but the chicken was great. On a return visit I went with the chicken tenders which were almost as great as the aforementioned chicken breast. Now the french fires were a tad limp, but, as I said earlier, Lo-Lo's is all about the chicken. And maybe, the appetizers. The appetizers were also awesome. Tops were the fried green tomatoes. Next were the fried green beans. Not far behind were the spicy corn fritters, and they weren't fibbing when they said the corn fritters were spicy. Uncle Brotha's Shrimp and Grits was a phenomenal dish. Rich, tasty, overwhelming goodness in a bowl. The grits were especially creamy and delicious. Lo-Lo's is clean, bright, and friendly. The service was courteous and efficient. When those taste buds start gearing up for some fried chicken, I am heading over to Lo-Lo's. No place else.

This place came highly recommended. But the customer service is horrible. The hostess was rude and non chalant. Told us it was a two hour wait and told us to wait outside in 112 degree weather. Will not try to patronize this establishment again!

My Church group (18 of us) and I were just in the Las Vegas area vacationing and we knew about the Lo Lo restaurants in the Phoenix, AZ area but just recently found out about this one in Las Vegas. WOW. What an outstanding treat!!! The food was off the charts delicious! The atmosphere was equally great! The staff was great and very professional. The prices and food portions are great. The most impressive thing about our visit was the "very down to earth" disposition of the owner, former NBA all-star (Phoenix Suns) Kevin Johnson. The entire group was very impressed by Mr. Johnson and his staff's humility. Again, EVERYTHING was great and that's really saying something since I'm a long-time L.A. Lakers fan, lol! Quincy W. South Bend, IN

LO LO'S you either going to improve or decline at this point . $27 for one seasoned extremely dry chicken breast, punch party cup of Collard greens and Mac and cheese. The chicken was seasoned well but dry , it crumbled as I bit into it. The Collard greens were good but $9 for them to be served in a party punch plastic cup. The mac and cheese it was flavorful but not creamy a bit dry . Overall this is probably my 5th time , but I continue to bring family and friends for the experience. Will I return most likely and still won't be satisfied.

We have been going to this restaurant since it opened. We have definitely been a promoter of this establishment BUT...over the last few visits (6months to a year 8 visits) the quality of their food has deteriorated. The last time we were there it was greasy and bad. Too bad as it is in close proximity to where we live. I even have a bottle of their hot sauce which has also declined.

Roscoe's in West Los Angeles was one of the first places to serve chicken and waffles 40 years ago and this location is very close to Roscoe's original servings.I had three pieces of chicken with two waffles, a side of collard greens and a bloody mary. I was quite satisfied by my order and the service of PJ the bartender. My wife had a banana pudding which she said was average.

Finally stopped here to check it out. The visit started off poorly. Almost 10 minutes before we were approached by a server. Marcos, ended up taking care if us even though we weren't in his section. Our opinion only all for him, the only server that was hustling! The food was very good. The fried chicken was moist and crispy, but a tad on the salty side. Mac -and cheese was tastey but dry. Corn bread was good. And the catfish beignets were very good. The bacon bloody Mary isn't worth the money, very cheap on the vodka. Again if you come here ask for Marco!

First time at Lo Lo's, and will be a MUST DO when returning to area, the service was a little slow, but the food was some of the best I had the whole trip to Vegas, waffles and chicken were a 10! The fresh brewed lemonade was perfect! Highly recommended.!

Went today with a bunch of ladies which is always fun! If you like fried chicken and comfort food Southern style this is your go-to place. The food is fairly good if you like or can eat fried stuff. If you're watching your waistline, skip this place. The prices are very reasonable for what you get. The staff were very efficient and eager to please. The service was somewhat slow but who wants to eat in a rush? I would recommend this place for anyone craving grandma's huge cornbread, good fried fish or chicken, cheese grits, terrific waffles, a great Bloody Bacon Mary and dirty rice.

We have been to Lo-Lo’s3 times before since they opened in Las Vegas. Very disappointed each time, HOWEVER, this time, EVERYTHING was on point! The food was very tasty and hot and we had excellent service from the young man working in the bar area. “Stephen” very professional and polite. Very good server and bartender!! We will continue to frequent Lo-Lo’s!

I had an appetite for pancakes and Martin's cousin, Dennis, brought us to Lo Lo's. The pancakes and scrambled eggs were served timely and hot. Martin had fried chicken and waffles, which he said was really good too. Our waitress, Lanier was very pleasant and served us with a smile. The music and atmosphere was very nice and inviting.

This establishment was very clean and the atmosphere was great, and the live band was an added touch.

Went to Lo Lo's chicken and waffles for lunch. Not busy but they were understaffed. Our waitress did the best she could. Good service. Food was good. Grits were just a tad watery but otherwise just like home.

Great place to visit with friends and family. Service was great, but had to wait about 40 minutes for our food to arrive. They discounted our drinks from the bill due to the wait. Good portion of food, takes up the entire plate.

If i could give no stars i would! The sides my table got were terrible and I’m not sure if it was just today but ….. For the most part the service was ok not the best but decent

food is very good and the menu has something for most people. price is reasonable for all you get. Downside to the experience was the music is so loud you almost have to yell to have a conversation. Any person with hearing issues will have tough time to join in conversation.

If you’re in Vegas and your stomach is yelling for comfort food with some serious flavor, Lo-Lo’s Chicken & Waffles is where you need to be! We rolled in and ordered the Toy-Toy and the Lo-Lo’s - aka chicken and waffle HEAVEN 🙌🏾 The chicken? Crispy, juicy, seasoned like someone’s grandma was back there blessing every piece. The waffles were soft, fluffy, and just sweet enough to balance that savory crunch. You really can’t go wrong! Now let’s get into these cocktails… the Knockout was exactly that- strong, fruity and smooth enough to go down a little too easy 😂. The Rooster Punch fought the party with a tropical vibe and a punch (literally) of flavor. Both drinks hit the mark and matched the boldness of the food. *only negative is the size of the cup; the menu glass was different than what came (which was smaller) but delicious nonetheless. The vibe inside is pretty chill and casual; like laid back southern charm with Las Vegas energy. The staff were friendly, fast and kept the good vibes going! Our waitress was Queen and she was absolutely amazing. Definitely worth checking out if you’re in Las Vegas!

Lo-Lo’s Chicken & Waffle service is so good that customers can be forgiven for thinking that this location is family owned and operated. It is not family owned and operated according to the wait staff that I asked. The friendly efficient service is superb. The cuisine is equally superb. My catfish was done to perfection as was my wife’s chicken. My favorite is the “Backwoods.” Backwoods is chicken gizzards & rice, smothered with gravy & onions. The portions generously overwhelm our septuagenarian appetites. We’ve got learn to split an entrée at our age. We don’t have the appetite we had when we ran a dog team, trapped, hunted, packed the water or split the firewood like we did when we were raising a family. My only lament is that haggis not featured on their menu.

Terrible service! Dont get me wrontg the food is good. As I type I'm currently on a yelp waiting list. I was just told that i can't go by the yelp waitlist because its not true. Then why use that system? Why confuse your customers like that. On the wait list im number four in line, the hostess just told me im actually number 11. And its been more than an hour. Terrible, don't eat here! Oh and i count at least 6 empty tables inside!!

This place was absolutely amazing. My entire party enjoyed the chicken and waffles, the biscuit and gravy and the side dishes like the potatoes. The food and service here was out of this world. I think this may be the best chicken I’ve ever tasted. We all look forward to returning.

This overpriced resturant charges their customers for a refill, i went there on jan 14 23 for a waffle to go for 7 dollars. i was number 3 inline to go inside at 10 am i was told i had to wait until the customers behind me were seated before they took my order. then this arrogant waitress told me i was lucky to get my to go order because they normally don't take to go orders until 12 and it is on their website for to go orders and it is not so i asked why am i waiting to order for my food and they claim it's the owner policy. then a couple came in and was told a hour wait to be seated and i was telling them how i was treated and this waitress cancelled my order because she said i was discouraing customers about their resturant. 26 dollars for 3 pieces of chicken, loud music and 4 dollars for a refill, what a joke

Stopped in to have lunch following my husband's follow up doctor appointment. Noticed it during a prior visit the Sweet Tomatoes (in the same shopping center). Love the decor and atmosphere. Staff extremely friendly. The menu is large, as are the portions. We ordered a small entrée and still brought food home. The prices are good and the food is fresh and tastes wonderful. It's about 20 miles from our home, but we will go again.

I waited 15 minutes at bar watching bartender ring in receipts, finally got a drink order. That took 10 minutes, then ordered chicken and waffles, which is the name of the place. It took forever to get the food, the chicken was nasty but the waffle was really good and the syrup was great Not good enough to ever go back!

We are from the UK and have never tried Lo Lo's before. We went for breakfast and weren't disappointed. The service in America is much better than the UK and this place was great for service. They were very attentive and friendly. The food was delicious and huge portions. We came away feeling full and if in America again we would definitely return to Lo Lo's.

Awesome menu, great food and great staff. Love This Place! 2nd time here and plan on keep coming back...

We went to the one on 325 Hughes Center Dr, Las Vegas, NV 89169 and had an awful experience. I walk in the door…and asked to wait outside..ok then we get seated can we split the bill? No…okay can we each pay our own food? Yes…then after we eat the waitress Debra says we can only take 8 cards…why not just let people pay their own bill it’s 2022…it’s a counting exercise and add the tip…ummm nope. Food was okay… greens were great. Yams…ok…chicken hit or miss…Mac and cheese…7/10…banana pudding pass pass pass…fried green tomatoes nope…overall service was awful! Maybe get the food to go and eat at a park or a library…you will have a better experience.

I visited with a group of 6. We were seated immediately but did not have anyone take our drink order until about 10 minutes later. We then placed our order. We waited for almost an hour to get our meal (visiting from out of state, transported via taxi) The waffles were not hot, the chicken was hard. One of our guest had grits, the grits were completely solid! I was disappointed. Our waitress did not check on us, management avoided us. I will not recommend this place to anyone. Customer service is not a priority

I originally had Lo-Lo's back in 2013 when I did a quick trip to Arizona and had it at the airport. this year we were in Vegas and I was beyond thrilled that we could find this place there. this is by far the best chicken place ever, the seasoning that they use on their fried chicken beats Popeye's KFC and so many others. I wish they had locations in the East Coast because they will be a total hit in the east coast. everyone is looking for that home made taste and this place has it all! the sides are the best too...my fav is collard greens and the green beans. you must try this place, they are always friendly, the facilities are clean and is just a good vibe and takes you back in the day and think when your granny did fried chicken for you.

menu difficult to read. Lighting was dimmed. The chicken was very dry seemed like pre cooked. waiter didn't offer sides or try to upsell . It's not designed for senior citizens on a limited budget .overpriced

We have been looking for a place that can give great service along with great food, and we found it. My wife and I wandered in on a Saturday afternoon. We were seated promptly, and served by Bree. From first contact, to the “good-bye, come back again” everything was superb. The catfish was a highlight, and the greens were better than my Grandma’s (please forgive me). We had the fried green tomato appetizer and it was amazing (it comes with thousand island dressing....just press “I believe” and try it). Everything is made to order, so I wouldn’t suggest this place if you are in a hurry, but having said that, I LOVE their food! Well worth the wait!

The wife and I decided to try this place out and we went straight for what's in the name - chicken and waffles. The waffles were soft and doughy, which my wife actually likes, but I do not. The chicken was good, but not outstanding. The wife felt as if the coating tasted of flour and the meat was dry. My chicken was moist and I liked the taste of the coating. So, we've got a definite mixed bag of opinion. Our service was very quick. We liked the sodas in the mason jars, though someone with small hands might have a hard time with them. The interior was inviting. We thought the pricing was great. Our chicken and waffle dishes were only $7. I thought the menu had a lot of great stuff on it and I would come back and try breakfast. But for a place with chicken and waffles in the name they should be outstanding with those things, and they weren't.

This place has big portions and reasonable prices. The service was great and very quick. Unfortunately, the food was just ok. I'm from Texas and the chicken fried steak didn't meet my very high chicken fried steak standards. My husband liked the waffles and scrambled eggs, but wasn't all that impressed with the fried chicken. He really liked the Bloody Mary though.

Service was Great!...Shrimp and grits to die for!...Waffles were....well not that good....but the chicken was so good! Oh and please try the Orangesicle Drink!....

My mom, sister and I all ordered the chicken and waffles. When the chicken came, I was disappointed that it was not “golden brown” like the picture on the menu but more like very dark brown. The chicken was overcooked and the outer skin was dry and too crisp. Being from Chicago I expected better. The waffle was ok. Although the chicken was hot the waffle was not. One nephew had the burger and fries (For $2 extra they could at least gave more) and the other had the mac and cheese topped with bacon (off the kids menu). The tried his mac and cheese and nothing to write home about. And for $2 more for fries , they could at least gave more. Kool-Aid for $3.50 the same price of soda! Not a fan of the music choice. My mom had the fish the first time she came and said it was tasty. The waiter staff was good.

My wife and I were out by my mom's on the northwest side of town and we're looking for lunch when we see a sign with the words Chicken & Waffles, and she said that's new, let's go there. OH MY GOODNESS!!! Let's start with the greens... DAM! Seasoned to perfection and cooked so that after two good chews they melt in your mouth. Now on to the shrimp and grits... perfect buttery grits, a very nice amount of bacon, cheese and mushrooms, seasoning that made everything pop, and the shrimp, oh baby the shrimp. Cooked perfect with a light spicy breading that made them to die for. Now add to that a HUGE southern style biscuit that on its own would have been just plain down home heaven, but add it to the greens, grits and shrimp, and Pow! You have a meal that will be talked about for the next week or two. Now on to my meal/time spent in southern heaven... I had the chicken fried chicken and got a side of both the brown and white sausage gravies (this was suggested by Steven our waiter) and my side was a house waffle... The chicken was a HUGE boneless breast that was double biped in a very light batter that complemented the delicious chicken to the point that I can now say I've had the BEST CHICKEN ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE COUNTRY. I'm a white gravy guy through and through, but not when I eat here. The brown gravy is AWESOME, a good amount of pepper takes this gravy to about 16 next levels, I dunked everything accept my sweet tea in it, and it went great with everything. Next was the waffle, crisp yet fluffy, with a hint of cinnamon and downright delicious... Everything we were served was exceptional, and the word served was key, because our server was more than we could hope for... He told us two times, once each on our drink and sides, that if we weren't happy, he would get us something else... When does this ever Happen? Next the manager Camden to our table and asked if we were enjoying our meal... I hugged the gentleman, that's how happy I was. Lo Lo's us now the official goto restaurant for every event in our family, and we'll fit in as many meals there in between events as possible. If you don't mind spending an entire week fondly remembering a meal, then give Lo Lo's Chicken and Waffles one or 198 tries, you will be a happier person and can thank me latter.

My husband and I were traveling through Las Vegas two weeks ago (02/23/17) and our hotel was nearby Lo-Lo's! We didn't know where to eat as we were on our way out, but Lo-Lo's reminded me so much of a diner in Charlotte, NC and I absolutely had to try it! Do not let the reviews fool you! We ordered chicken and waffles which were delicious. They were not hard or old, or even small. (NOTE: My husband is a 6'4, 320lb. Samoan who enjoys a good meal. If he was satisfied with the portions, then trust my post!) The grits were also perfectly cooked, and the biscuits were just soft and tasty!! Finally, the service was outstanding! While it took a while before we could place our order, that alone did not outweigh our experience. Lo-Lo's is definitely a place we'll be visiting again on our next trip to Vegas!

I'm disappointed. The waffles were non-discript. Blah. The chicken was very disappointed. Dry, tasteless, double blah.

A good fried chicken, well done, juice and crisp, Didn't care too much for the waffles though since they were too soft and heavy handed on the cinnamon. Also had fried fish which was really well done and juicy. Sides were also good. Had the biggest, flakiest biscuit too. Good drinks, full bar and the waitress super friendly and gave us great service. Nice place.

DON'T BELIEVE THE HYPE ... The chicken was old and dry as hell something they warmed up from yesterday, the waffles were bland as hell no flavor whatsoever it had a gritty texture just horrible. The manager was so unprofessional it wasn't even funny ..smh Just sad adding to the reason its hard to support black businesses...Roscoes chicken & waffles aint all that but this place cant hold a candle to them so that should explain it all

Clean place, service was good, food was the bomb you could easily share a plate. And who would have thought to serve Koolaid hahaha would recommend the double fried chicken ... Thumbs up! Would defiantly go again and share so I could save room for PEACH COBBLER

We decided to try something a little different and were not disappointed. This place is fantastic, we will definitely return. The fried chicken was great as were the waffles. Can’t wait for an excuse to go back.

Although nothing about this place is super fancy or nice, their chicken is so good! I also Tried to sautéed onions and peppers and they’re good to. Definitely a must try. Great place to go with a big group.

I dont reccomend any of it, I went into this place after 5:00pm and did not get my SALTY food until 7:00pm. Let me start with when i showed up. My husband and 2 kids went for dinner... They sat us down right away but then didnt even get anyone to ask if we wanted a drink until 5:30, This place was not busy at all... So then we ordered at 6:00pm... My kids got Kool Aid and i got a watermelon mojito and it was all sugar i didnt even drink half... HUGE dissapointent... My Husband got a room temp beer and he drank it cuz the waiter didnt aknowledge us... anywho He ordered a burger meal and fries ( fries are additional and they dont tell you, the picture is a false advertisement) I got the kids eacha drumstick and waffle meal and they enjoyed that.. I got the Chicken fried steak.... I always order that when i go out if it was available... and let me tell you i had a bite and my blood pressue arose right away that was filled with salt... it was warm and also cold... i didnt wanna complain because i woulda been there even longer and i was just hungry and pissed off now... we got the bill and 76$ later i realized this place should be SHUT DOWN... so yea thats what i have to say!

Good food, large portions. Definitely a must visit! Service was excellent. Was part of a large party and everyone was pleased with their food choices. Good selection of soul food.

Our daughter asked to go there for her birthday. So glad she did!! The restaurant was packed so it took a little while for our food but the server kept us informed. She was professional and checked on us often. Everyone’s food was delivered hot. My husband had the fried gizzards. He enjoyed them and they were very tender & tasty! Our daughter enjoyed her shrimp & grits. Our granddaughter was satisfied with her cheeseburger. I had the Lolo’s special with 3 pieces of fried chicken and 2 waffles. The chicken was crispy & oh so delicious!! I enjoyed the waffles, there was a slight hint of cinnamon. I was only able to eat 1 piece of chicken & half of the waffles. Loved it, we will go back for sure!

As a traveler, I'm always looking for an off the beaten path place. While this place takes a bit of effort to get to for the average Las Vegas traveler, it is 100% worth the effort. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and the food was absolutely incredible. To be honest, I have ever had such a great tasting waffle anywhere, and the chicken was wonderful, too. As a bonus, there's a full bar, and that is not overly common when you're in the mood for chicken and waffles!

Great food, good size portions and great service!! You won't regret eating here!!! The fried chicken is sooooo delicious 😋

I visited this restaurant after spending all day in a seminar. I was very hungry but waited patiently for an hour for a table. No problem. I finally got to order and waited another forty minutes for my food. When I got it, my chicken was hot but my waffles were cold. I went ahead and started eating one but waited for the waiter to come back to let him know they were cold and have the second one heated up. Well, he couldn't do that without speaking to the manager who proclaimed loudly that my food was hot when I received it. Hmmm, except it wasn't. I was offended that she would treat a customer so rudely and over a waffle I simply asked to be microwaved instead of redone. I try to always be polite to servers and instead of argue, I paid and left the food on the table. I do not recommend ever going here. If you do not value your customers, what is the point of even opening the business? Vegas has way too many restaurants to choose from to ever endure such rude behavior. Go somewhere else!

We ate here as a start to our spring break. What a great atmosphere, food, and service. We both had waffles and fried chicken. I prefer my waffle a little crispier but they had such good flavor it made up for it.

A friend decided this was the place to be and I willingly obliged. What a cool spot where you get Kool-Aid on the menu, Sammiches and so much more. The food is cooked to perfection, crispy fried food and flavorful extras. A great day.

We waited over an hour to get seated and thank goodness it only took 15 minutes to get our food from the time we ordered. The food was average nothing worth bragging about definitely not worth waiting for. Also over price for what they have. I mean if you want to eat chicken and waffle go to Hash House a Go Go on Sahara. They have better food and worth it. Lolo's is dysfunctional and chaotic especially in the entrance area. Need a better system for checking in. Our food was cold and had to request two plates to be warmed up so not very happy about that...glad our waitress was nice about it.

When we arrived we were told that there was a 2 hour wait but we ended up getting seated at a table on the side of the bar away from everyone much faster. Our server (Christine I think) was great! She got us seated quickly and was very attentive to us. Koolaid on tap was the Mr’s choice - collard greens, Mac & cheese, chicken tenders, fried chicken, & of course the waffles... all of it Amazing!

Food was great and came out fast service was not that good they werent paying attention to costumers we had to wait at least 5-10min to get there attention

Accidental Find I happened to be shopping in the area and needed to find a place for dinner and low and behold I saw Lo-Lo's Chicken and Waffles. Being adventurous I thought I would check it out and I am glad I did. The menu is quite extensive and would hit most people’s palettes, especially if they like chicken and it being a southern chain there were lots of deep fried options especially sides and appetizers. I had never had chicken and waffles together as a meal so that is what I opted for, specifically "Betty's Boob - DD", which was two wonderfully prepared and seasoned chicken breasts that were juicy as advertised and one waffle. No sides came with the meal but knowing that portions are quite large in many restaurants I am glad I didn't, although I would have loved to try the grits. They also have some interesting drink options for adults; I had the Lo-Lo's punch, which was made with red berry vodka, Kool-Aid and pineapple juice. Very tasty and went down nicely. I certainly will be back to Lo-Lo's on my next trip. Only down side is if you are visiting LV without a car, it is not convenient to get to especially if you are staying on the strip. But if there are a few of you might be worth an Uber.

The location for Lo Lo's is off the heart of the strip close to the sphere. I really enjoyed the aesthetics while traveling to the restaurant. Upon my arrival I was greeted by the host who was very friendly and welcoming. I really liked the ambience of the restaurant. It was very inviting, and the vibes were on point. The music playless was pleasantly nostalgic. I was seated at the bar and the waitress was very nice. I would have liked to have had menu suggestions or recommendations as a first timer but that was no big deal because I had reviewed the menu briefly prior to my arrival. I ordered the chicken and waffles with a side of mac and cheese and sweet tea. My order came out correct and fast. My order was hot and fresh, very flavorful. The portion size was pleasantly surprising. I could not finish the meal, so I was able to take a to go container and will enjoy the leftovers back at my hotel. I will definitely plan to return when the opportunity presents itself.

Very good and place was clean and fast service too and they had kool aid on tap and people were friendly and food was big portions and we don't mine cling back soon to try again when we get back in town

Excellent atmosphere and the chicken and waffles were cooked to perfection. If you eat fried okra order a side of those.

Southern style cooking. Food was slightly salty. Lots of fresh cooked vegetables. Serving size was large and the prices were reasonable.

I highly recommend going to Lolos chicken and waffles. The service was impeccable and everyone was friendly. My husband had the chicken and waffles which were delicious. I had the chicken fried steak, it was great. Sparky was our waiter, I recommend him because he was so friendly and attentive.

Lolo's is a fabulous restaurant located in the middle of the city. Known for their Chicken & Waffles. You can eat the waffles without syrup,"If you'd like" they taste like they have a smidge of Syrup & Cinnamon cooked in. They chicken was seasoned well and delicious. Now this place is my favorite when stopping by Vegas for a quick visit

Had to wait over an hour for a 2 piece fish with a double order of mac and cheese and 2 kool aids! With over 8 people in the kitchen this blew my mind! They even got the kool aid flavor wrong! Good food should not come at the sacrifice of decent customer service…

Good food and good service. I would have given it a higher rating but was turned down for a larger booth for my party. It would have made it easier for my semi handicapped person.

No wait on a Thursday evening. 2 of us had the chicken and waffles, 2 had chicken plates, 1 had chicken fried steak and 1 had fried catfish. Not a disappointment among us. Reasonable prices, too. Will definitely be back.

Ordered all apps with a drink and banana pudding to finish meal. Everything was delicious, fresh and tasted homemade. Lo-lo's knows Southern Cuisine. Kudos server Steven

What a great place. There was a DJ and the music was loud and good. The chicken was tender and the waffles deliciously thin. Looked deserted from the outside through the dark windows. But inside it was completely packed.

I'm embarrassed to say , but this was my first time having chicken and waffles🙃.. Please don't judge me I never thought the two mixed.. Boy was I wrong the waffle was soooooooo good, the chicken was fried prefect and seasoned well, so much so I bought my husband back with me the next day.. He ordered , grits, eggs, bacon, and a biscuit. That dude cleaned his plate and ordered another biscuit. I love the look of the restaurant, and the service was great.. Whenever I'm in Vegas again, I will definitely eat there again

Having driven by Lolo’s several hundred times, one night the Dodge just refused to pass it by and, what a delight. It’s name doesn’t do it justice and we found it much more than we expected! Southern style or Soul food, however you describe it, we thought it was top notch. The venue is nicely decorated and spacious, the service was attentive, but not overbearing, and the menu was jammed with good “stuff”. Our food was hot, presented nicely and there was plenty of it. Most of all, it was really good, which means, we’re coming back often. As fate would have it, the owner, Kevin Johnson, (KJ) ex-Phoenix Suns star, and former Mayor of Sacramento, was in-house “touching tables”. He visited our table, sampled our appetizers with us and made it a delightful night! It’s a shame but Lolo’s currently has only one location in Las Vegas. It is located on the northwest side of Las Vegas near the intersection of Lake Mead Blvd. and I-95. Don’t let the distance scare you, it’s worth the drive if you have a craving! Who knows, you might even get to meet the man himself. Be sure to try the Spicy Corn Fritters, a great combo of heat and sweet! They alone are worth a visit! Go, Kevin!!

The food was okay nothing to brag about. The food portion sizes were too large and so were the prices. We wonder why Americans are over weight! Not much flexibility in the menu. I wasn't impressed but worth a visit. The service was acceptable. I would visit again but would only eat the vegetable plate.

We stopped here off the street. We were instant breakfast fans. I had a chicken breast and waffle. The breast was perfect. The waffle was good. My wife ordered more than she could finish. I wish we had Lolo's near home. Service was good and prices were reasonable.

I just want to say if you’re in Las Vegas for anything I would definitely recommend lo los chicken and waffles the food was great staff were amazing oh and did I mention the food was delicious 🤤 I definitely recommend it!

Lo-Lo's Chicken and waffles was a great experience. The location is nice. The food was good. The atmosphere / music was great.

This is for the location at Hughes Center and E Flamingo. I had the blackened catfish meal and it was delicious. Portion and price were reasonable. I was very happy with the service and the food. One note: I came early Sunday evening and there was a DJ or at least a big speaker blaring really loud music. it was uncomfortably loud. I'm glad I was by myself because I wouldn't have been able to hear anyone else. and while they were masked it was difficult to even hear the servers.

Just lucked out and saw their sign. Took a chance and we were pleasantly surprised to find excellent food. The chicken was tender, great batter, fabulous grits (and I don't even eat grits normally). Hot maple syrup for the homemade waffle. Super fresh lemonade. The decor is cool. Spacious and clean place to eat. And, they have a bar with multiple big screen TVs. Jody took good care of us. He told us all about the place. Wish they would come to Pasadena CA.

I was here over Halloween weekend. When we arrived we were told there would be a wait. The wait was projected at 3 hours. We waited about 2 hours to be seated. The restaurant did a great job of social distancing during covid. The food was underwhelming. I’ve been to a lot of soul food restaurants and this one was missing something. The waffles are really yummy and the red look aid cocktail! However the yams and Mac and cheese were a no for me.

The food was amazing. We had the trio as an appetizer. We were full before the mea came out. The fried tomatoes were a little over done but the fish bites and gizzards were perfect. The kool-aid gave it the perfect southern touch. The alcohol beverages were not what I expected but they are based on the kool-aid. We waited 2 hours to eat but it was worth it. The best time to go is 10:00 am and you should be seated by noon. Good luck.

I was here for the first time and the food was great' I have no complaints and the cornbread was tasty. I talked to the manager'Dave Serdinak" was very customer related.I also met 'Bubba' the cook he did a great job cooking our food.Waffles are off the chain.

We had a good breakfast. Service was very good. Had grits & eggs. They offer chicken, waffles with all the fix'ns. not your usual fair.
Racist Expoerience
Been here a few times. Great food. Interesting selection of southern fare. However, tried to eat there today and it was obvious that my group was being discriminated against. Put my name in and after appx. 15 mins after several other parties put their name in also, I asked where we were on the list. I was told point blank that we were still at the bottom of the list. This was after I observed at least 3 parties who put in their name after us being seated. Before we left, I strolled around and observed only black people in the entire restaurant. My group consisted of 3 white males. I was very disappointed because I was really looking forward to introducing my friends to chicken and waffles. I will never be back. I attest that this is an absolutely true account.
